FALLING VS. GROWING IN LOVE WITH JESUS

The sermon centers on the critical distinction between falling in love with Jesus—momentary, emotional, and pleasure-driven—and growing in love with Him—deep, enduring, and rooted in obedience, faith, and the work of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Brown emphasizes that true love is not found in fleeting feelings or romantic infatuation, but in a heart that has been transformed through the Word, tested by wisdom, and consecrated to God. He teaches that the heart is God’s most sacred dwelling, where divine love is poured out and where all life is shaped. Falling in love is superficial, often tied to experiences of fragrance or intimacy without depth, while growing in love requires time, commitment, and obedience—proven by keeping God’s commandments and serving Him. He draws on Scripture, including Philippians, Romans, and Song of Songs, to show that God’s love is eternal, unchanging, and greater than any human pleasure. The sermon calls believers to live in separation from worldly influences, to seek Christ through deep encounters, and to cultivate a love that is not temporary but grounded in truth, sacrifice, and a life of consecration. Ultimately, the goal is to develop a heart fully surrendered to God, where love is genuine, tested, and sustained by the Holy Spirit.

Debs of the Spirit, we have read about revivals, we have had about revivals. But what will my children know about God for me? A canyon revival hub dedicated to ignite a new fire through the knowledge of God, prayer and worship. What will my children know about God from this generation? We shall live, we shall be the prize and God is found by this generation. Revealing the length, the heights, the depths and the width of the Word of God. And my generation is preparing for a lot of fire. My generation is preparing for that manuscript in God that has not been scripted. And we are going to live until we find God in our generation. Now bringing the Word of God, Pastor Brown Karinga. Amen, amen, amen, amen. Thank you everyone who has made your time to attend Debs of the Spirit Bible study today. May the Lord bless you, apparently, may the Lord keep you, may the Lord establish you in your steps. May He, may He show himself strong on behalf of you in the mighty name of Jesus. It's such a joy, I'm so much excited because every moment to hear the Word of God is a moment to be transformed. It's a moment to be transformed every time. The Bible says that eat what is good, delight yourself with fatness. Sonona, okinilete alchaponi e keccha popambele. The kind of excitement I usually have. Now, this is the kind of excitement I'm having. Because today, we are officially starting our teaching series on consecration. I know that through the days and through the months, we are going to be covering solely on the topic of consecration. Somebody reminded me that we did not complete on our series on the temples of the Holy Spirit. And of course, we are going to come back to that. Also, the Lord was reminding me today that we are also supposed to talk about the consecration of the heart. This one will not be easy, the consecration of desires, the consecration of wisdom, the consecration of sexuality, the consecration of our bodies, the consecration of relationships. Relationships are not cheap. We are going to talk about all these things. And by the end of the year, we are trusting God that indeed our lives will be consecrated. If you want us to be together, the Word of God. Welcome everyone. This is the depth of the Spirit ministry. My name is Pastor Brown. The Lord has blessed me with this beautiful, beautiful family. I love each and every one of you. Probably we have guests here today. I'm sorry because of time. But I want you to know that you're fully, fully, fully welcome to be part of us. We are a family that love. We are a house of bread every time you come here. One thing you need to know that is we never subvomit on your table. We never recycle revelation. The Bible says that his musts is a new every morning. His musts is a new eye. Just as the sun rises, the Bible says that his musts is a new every morning. New every morning. Great is your faithfulness, O Lord. You can never exhaust the newness of the musts is of God. So is the Word of God. The Bible says, "Ali in the morning, I will make my voice hard and register to you." And the Bible still says that "Ali in the morning, awake me to hear as one who is learning." So today is that day. May the Lord bless you so much. Today I will be talking about falling in love versus growing in love with Jesus. I remember the last time I touched on this, left some questions, but today I'm here to answer them. And I know that we are going to be less falling in love and growing in love with Jesus. This is beautiful. Let us start our reading. I'm going to use the message translation for this moment. Philippians chapter 1, verse 9 to 11. Let us turn Violet and Metroambia if you don't participate. Whether you attended those four years, you will never change. Thank you Violet for that and thank you for your good work in the kingdom. May the Lord bless you. Philippians chapter 1, verse 9. This has become one of my favorite scriptures. And I know that God is going to bless us through it. Thank you Jesus for your word. Thank you for letting come with so much power to deliver. Whoever hears it, let it come with so much healing to heal. For you sent your word and healed us of all our diseases. Let it come with so much simplicity that a child will understand. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray and believe. Amen. Now Philippians chapter 1, verse 9 to 11. Message translation. So this is my prayer. I call this the prayer of love. So this is my prayer that your love will flourish. Somebody type there that your love will flourish. That your love will flourish and that you may not only love much but well. The prayer of Paul is that there are many people who make a mistake in loving much but not loving well. There are people who know how to give too much love but they don't know how to love too well. That means that Paul is praying, may you have a balance in how you love. May you have a balance in how you love. I'm going to explain what I mean by that. Then he continues to say something very interesting. Learn to love appropriately. Love is not for foolish people, love is not for lazy people, love is for hard-working people. You must learn how to love appropriately. Whether a loving Christ, whether you're loving your neighbor, whether you're loving your boyfriend, your wife or your parents. Look at that. Now he continues to say you need to use your head. Tell your neighbor you need to use your head. Hallelujah. I'm reading the same Bible you're reading. If you're in here, please take this one. You need to use your head. No, I need people to type this one. Type your neighbor. Type, type, type. May I use my head? Yes. You need to use your head and test your feelings. Let me tell you this is so true even in Christ. I'm going to teach because many of us are infatuated with Christ. Yes, I said it. Many of us are infatuated with Christ. To corner feelings, then you see logical. We have feelings that are not even tested. Your love for Jesus is seasonal. It comes season full handy. Your love for Jesus is need-based. You love for Jesus. You love for Jesus is like a monthly, that time of the month. If it comes other time, then it's time to talk out of default setting. Even with Christ, you need to use your head to test your feelings. How do you use your head to test your feelings? You know the Bible says that I've hidden your heart in my heart that I may not sin against you. And the one step that you have to hide in the Word of God in your heart is to memorize the Word of God. One day I was just reading John. I'm going to teach you that. If you sin, the love of the Father is not in you. When I read that, I used my head and I said to myself, anyway, I don't love God. I'm using God simply for ministry. One day I saw in John chapter 16 that if you love me, keep my commandments. I used my head and I saw I don't keep his commandments. I said, God, it is true. I don't love you. Use your head. Test your feelings. Now, today I'm going to teach about falling in love with Jesus. I'm not going to touch about relationships. But let me do this. Use your head and test your feelings so that your love is sincere. Your love is sincere and intelligent, Jesus. Today I'm going to step on a lot of toes, but forgive me. So that your love is sincere and intelligent. Note sentimental gush. Leave a lover's life, circumspect and exemplary, a life Jesus will be proud of. Boundful in fruits from the soul, making Christ attractive to all, getting everyone involved in the glory and the praise of God. The first consecration we're going to learn this year is the consecration of lovers, or the consecration of love. Now, there is a very powerful tool that God gave man. That tool is called the heart. God gives man 'Tu'l 'tul' kaldu 'the heart' 'The heart' was created in such a way that it could feel God, no God and host God 'Let us not reveal the importance of the heart' 'I' en yo nasa moho, 'sidhu'i, 'moyo'a, 'umia' 'We used to sing that song' 'That song, can you google how many songs have been written about the heart?' 'Because the world has tried to understand the heart by writing songs about the heart' 'But it can never understand that which God created' 'It is so interesting that a simple heart that you've never seen' 'I'm not talking about the one that pumps your blood' 'I'm talking about the heart that you've never seen' 'That heart that is so invisible yet it can be broken' 'It can be broken yet its pieces cannot be collected' 'I'm talking about the heart' 'A heart that is the perfect offering to a God' Jesus is saying this, 'My son, give me your heart' 'The fact that this is the only offering that Jesus is interested in' 'It is the only offering that God can turn his head and his eyes' 'And when he sees it, he is so happy' 'That is the intensity of what we are talking about' 'It is the part of view you have never seen' 'That God is looking for' 'The Bible says that John 44' 'That the time has come and now is when the true worshiper shall worship him' 'In truth and in spirit for such a whom the Lord is seeking' 'What is in truth and in spirit?' 'In some 51 the Bible says that you desire truth in my inward parts' 'What are those inward parts in my heart?' 'It is so interesting that you have never seen it' 'The heart' 'But it is a place where you can hide God's word' 'It is so interesting that this heart' 'Is a place where David is saying if you desire sacrifice I would give it' 'If you desire burnt offerings I would give it' 'But the sacrifice of the Lord is a broken and a contrained spirit' 'A broken heart and a contrained spirit that which he cannot ignore' 'There is that heart, there is something called the heart that God cannot ignore' 'There is something about the heart' 'The Bible says as a man think so he, there is something about the heart' 'The Bible says that God your heart with all diligence' 'For out of it flows all the issues of life' 'Everything that is happening in your life is determined by what is in your heart' 'There is something about that organ, God created' 'There is something about that part of man called the heart of man' 'That someone comes to anoint a king in the house of Jesse' 'He comes and sees their appearance, he says 'Behold the Lord's anointed' 'God says do not consider him for I have rejected him, for you look at appearances' 'But I the Lord look at the heart' 'There is something that the Lord the Bible says that he such is the heart of man' 'To reward him according to his deeds' 'There is something that the Lord is so interested in called the heart' 'That he said that I have found a man that I have sought myself among that six after my own heart' 'A man after my own heart' 'There is something one of the things that makes you look like God is the heart' 'Because he has a heart' 'The heart is the only place where you can feel God' 'Where you can love God, where you can know God and where you can host God' 'It is so big a world that it can host the Trinity' 'So vast a world that it can host the Trinity' 'The Bible says that God said 'Do you think that I can dwell in the places in the buildings built by the heart of man' 'By the hands of man' 'Behold' 'There is a place that God can dwell and that place is called the heart' 'A man's heart is the garden of the Lord' 'I will repeat that' 'A man's heart is the garden of the Lord' 'Where he can' 'Where a man can hear' 'And when I talk about a man' 'I'm not talking about a male man' 'I'm talking about' 'Ish' 'Ish' 'Ish means spirit' 'He made man' 'He made male and female' 'He made them' 'That man's man' 'I'm talking about male and female' 'So a man's heart is the garden of the Lord' 'Where men can hear the voice of the Lord' 'Walking in the cool of the day' 'In the stillness of the heart' 'There is a knowledge of God' 'Many of the times' 'Men feel in this one thing' 'They don't know how to steal their hearts' 'In the midst of all chaos' 'The best thing you can ever do for yourself' 'Is to learn to be still before the Lord' 'And no' 'So in the stillness of the heart' 'There is a knowledge of God' 'Whatever is happening' 'That this is what Jesus had' 'In the stone' 'There is a stone' 'There is everything that is happening' 'And everyone is saying' 'Master, do you not care that we perish' 'But the muscles are still white' 'Because his heart was at peace' 'That is why God is telling the Israelites' 'Be at peace' 'Be at peace, be still' 'For the Israelites' 'The Egyptians you see today' 'You will never see them again' 'There is one scripture I love' 'Philipians chapter 4 verse 6' 'The Bible says, 'Demote the anxious about anything' 'But in everything through prayer and supplication' 'With thanksgiving' 'Present your request to God' 'Listen to this verse 7' 'And the peace of the Lord' 'That surpasses all human understanding' 'Will keep and guard your hearts in Christ Jesus' 'So the best thing that can keep and guard your heart' 'Is the peace of God' 'There is something that can keep and guard your heart' 'Amplified hearts and garrison your heart' 'There is something that can put, that can' 'That can garrison your heart from all' 'All of the vials of the enemy' 'People talking about you, people abusing you, people mocking you' 'If your heart is not gutted by the peace of the Lord' 'You will sink' 'There is something about the heart of God' 'And the heart of man' 'A man's heart is God's choiciest habitation' 'I will repeat that' 'A man's heart is God's choiciest habitation' 'He says that he cannot live in a house made by the hands of man' 'Therefore he made a house for himself' 'The heart of man' 'Come and make my heart your home' 'Come and be everything I am and all I know' 'Such me through and through' 'Till my heart becomes a home for you' 'Is your heart a home for God?' 'Let me ask you, when God lives heaven and comes in your heart' 'Does he miss heaven?' 'Or does he say this is truly heaven on earth?' 'Is your heart an atmosphere that can roast the Holy Spirit?' 'But even though we talk about the importance of the heart' 'There is something that happened at the fall of man' 'In Ephesians chapter 4 verse 18' 'The Bible says having their hearts darkened' 'They were alienated from God' 'So they was a darkening of the heart of man' 'And the heart of man became wicked' 'In Jeremiah 17 verse 10' 'The heart of man is desperately wicked' 'And deceitful above all things' 'It became wicked' 'The heart of man became selfish' 'The heart of man became divided' 'The heart of man became darkened' 'Why am I talking about the heart?' 'Because the heart is the most important place where you can know God's love' 'Romance chapter 5 verse 5, let us go there' 'Somebody helped me with the scriptures' 'Romance 5-5' 'Romance 5-5, very fast' 'Romance 5-5, today you will kindly give me your attention, give me your time' 'Don't look at your clocks' 'I know the Lord will bless us' 'Romance 5-5, this is what the Bible says' 'Why am I talking about the heart?' 'Such hope never disappoints' 'No deludes or shapes us' 'For God's love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit' 'God's love is not poured in your head' 'You can never try to understand God's love using your head' 'God's love is poured and shed abroad lavishly' 'On your hearts through the Holy Spirit' 'You can never understand God's love' 'God's love using your head' 'Although the Bible says use your head to test your feelings' 'Now once the reason I am going to talk about fully in love with Jesus' 'And growing in love with Jesus' 'Is that falling in love is in your head' 'Growing in love is in your heart' 'The love if you have never felt the love of Jesus in your heart' 'You still need to have an encounter with Him' 'It is hard to be born again until you have felt the love of Jesus' 'Have you ever imagined?' 'Meditate upon this for a moment' 'The love of Jesus how the Bible says for God so loved the one that He gave His only big content son' 'That whosoever believes in Him shall not perish' 'But have everlasting life' 'Have you ever meditated upon that scripture?' 'What kind of love did Jesus have?' 'That at the cross he was still alive' "I will die for you. Yet you are stunning him. I know you are not there, but it was man who was who was piercing him. It was man who was stunning him. It was man who was talking against him yet he said, "Forgive them Lord, for they not know what they are doing. Yet I will still die for them." Like, even if these people stunning me, believe in me right now, I will still say that even if you were the only one left on us, Jesus will still die for you. Have you imagined ever imagined that kind of love? That love is not understood in the head. That is why you will never try to and to convince somebody to give their lives to Christ using the head, using the mind. You can quote scriptures, but let me ask you, do you have the Holy Spirit? If you don't have the Holy Spirit, you don't have the agency that pours the love of Christ upon the hearts of men. That is why Jesus told them, Tarie and Jerusalem until you have received the Holy Spirit. Why? It is the Holy Spirit who pours the love of Jesus upon the hearts of men. It is the Holy Spirit who makes our relationship with Jesus really. So that we experience the same thing that disciples experienced, because the Holy Spirit is Jesus without limits. How He has poured God's love so lavishly upon our hearts. For while we were yet in weakness, powerless to help ourselves at the fitting time Christ died for our sins. Verse 8 of Romans chapter 5, "But God shows and clearly proves His own love for us by the fact that while we were still seen as Christ died for us." There is no greater love than this, that time. Who? Jesus. I'm not talking about a momentary feeling, that you love Jesus because of Gospels, that you love Jesus. Do you remember those times when you come to the night of intimacy you cry, "Oh Jesus, I love you. Oh, I'm feeling so good." But you get back to the bread of auditation, you get back to sin, you get back to your love of the world. It's because you've simply just fallen in love with Jesus, you've not grown in love with Him. So let us guard our hearts to receive the love of God. To receive the love of God. The rest I will talk about when we start talking about the heart, the consecration of the heart. But meanwhile, "Oh, thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus." Joshua 22 was 5. Joshua 22 was 5. Please be patient with me today. Be patient with me today. Joshua 22 and verse 5. There is something very important here. I know God is helping me for that also. I know we are going to be blessed. Are we being blessed? Job. Joshua 22 was 5. But take diligent heat to do the commandments of, and the Lord which most is your servant of the Lord charged to you. To love the Lord your God. If you love, I want you to write these things. These are the conditions of love. To love the Lord your God and to work in His ways. You must work in His ways. Number 1. Number 2. To keep His commandments. That is John chapter 16. John chapter 16. Thank you Jesus. Is it John chapter 14? Sorry. John chapter 14 verse 21. The person who has my commandments and keeps them is the one who really loves me. So love, love, I know you want to communicate love. Love can be communicated. It can be expressed in good lyrics. Love can be expressed in sweet words. But love can only be manifested in obedience. I will repeat that. Love can be expressed in sweet words, in good lyrics, in songs. But love can only be proven and manifested in obedience. The purpose is the person who has my commandments. And keeps them is the one who truly loves me. And whosoever truly loves me will be loved by my father in heaven. And I too will have love him. And I will show and reveal and manifest myself to him. I will let myself be clearly seen by him and make myself real to him. So look at this. John chapter 22 verse 5. The Bible says, "To love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, to keep His commandments." That thing that you need to do is to cling to Him, to cling to Him. Songs of Songs chapter 3. Is it chapter 2? Let me confirm. Is it chapter 3? Yes, it's supposed to be chapter 3. Thank you Jesus, thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus. Wow, verse 4. Songs of Songs chapter 3, verse 4. I have gone, but a little, I had gone, but a little way passed them. Then I found Him who my soul loves. I held Him and would not let Him go until I brought Him to my mother's house. This is beautiful. I held Him and I would not let Him go. I held Him and I would somebody give me that in message translation. I held Him, but I would not let Him go and somebody also give me that in passion translation. I had gone, but a little way passed them and I found Him who my soul loves. Ah, the Bible says, if you love Him number one, keep His commandments. Number two, walk in His ways. Number three, cling to Him like Jacob did on that night of encounter in Genesis 27. The Bible says that He held Him and the angel said, let me go for the day breaketh and He said, I will not let you go until you blessed me. Now you need to hold to Him and decide. I'm not going to let go of you until I become like you. Somebody give me songs of songs chapter three in message. The Bible says, verse four. Ah, verse four, I wanted my lover in the worst way. I looked high and low and did not find Him. And the night the watchman found me, they patrolled the darkness of the city and said, have you found my lost love? I asked, no sooner had I left them than I found Him. I found my dear lost. Please, you've not posted a lot of it. You've not posted a lot of it. Okay, let me use my Bible. You've not posted all of it. Songs of songs chapter three verse one to four. Songs of songs chapter three. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. I'm going to read verse four. The Bible says this, that no sooner had I left them than I found Him. There are people you need to live so that you find Jesus. There are people you need to live so that you can live. The Bible says, and a woman and the woman will live and depart from her house. No, the man, it's actually the man in Genesis chapter two. And the man shall live his father and mother and he shall live to his wife. Now many of us wait to cleave to Jesus and you have not left the world. The Bible says in some chapter one, that blessed are those who walk not. Your blessing is in who you choose not to walk with. Blessed are those, can you hear me? Please confirm that you can hear me. Somebody please confirm and meet your microphone and say I can hear you. Perfect, perfect. Your blessing is in choosing who you choose is in choosing who not to date. Your blessing is in choosing who not to sit with. Blessed are those who walk not in the castle of the ungodly, no sit in the seat of scoffers, no stand in the way of sinners. You are blessed when you learn to choose your company. You are blessed. Your blessed company is costly. We'll judge you by the people we see you with. Show me your friends I will tell you who you are. The Bible says, do not be deceived, but company ruins good morals. Saul said, oh it is you, it is this people who forced me so I disobeyed many of the accounts of your disobedience are because of the people you're with. Listen to me, they are people you need to live so that you see. The Bible says that no sooner had I left them than I found him. Every time God selected a man, he told him he told Abraham, leave your country. Leave your people. Jelunni, it is not easy. You need to learn the act of separation if you really want to encounter Jesus. If you really want to encounter Jesus, you need to learn the act of separation. We are talking about the consecration of lovers. They are friends you cannot walk with. They are people you cannot date. They are people you cannot even talk to. Nasuna had I left them then I found him. Oh, I found my dear lost love. I threw my hands around him. I held him tight. Somebody say Jesus, let me tell you. Somebody was asking why is it so hard to find Jesus? Let me tell you, if it was so easy, everyone in the world would find Jesus. But why is it so hard that you have to seek God? Why so that you may know the cost the cost, the cost so that you may count the cost at the time when you are willing, when you want to see so that you may know the cost and the thing that you will lose had it not been so hard for David to find Jesus and to find God. He would not have known the cost of losing the Holy Spirit. That is why he cried, do not take your Holy Spirit from me. This is a man who found it hard to find God. He said, I sought I will seek you with all my strength. He said as the dear panties for the water books of my soul pant after you. He said, Ali, in the morning will I seek you. This is a man who sought God with hardship. It is never easy to seek God. If it were easy, we would not, we would not care about losing him. The fact that it is hard to find God means that when you find him, you will not, you will protect that presence at all cost. That is why the pontifous wife comes to Joseph and says, let me slip with you. No one will know what does Joseph say. That how can I do such a thing and sin against my God? I know what it cost me to find God. So I am not going to sacrifice a moment in pleasure for a lifetime of intimacy. I will repeat that. I will not sacrifice a moment for pleasure for a lifetime of intimacy. I know, let me tell you, sin is a thief. It will rob you of the presence of God. It will rob you what you have built the presence of God that you have built for years. You can lose it in a second. The presence of God that you have sustained for three years. You can lose in a minute. Have you ever wondered why pleasures are so short-lived? Even sexually you cannot orgasm for more than one minute. Am I lying? I hope I am talking to only mature people. Sexual pleasure is for a minute. Can you imagine you come out of sin and you say, is this what I traded the presence of God for? The Bible says that He who commits adultery is reduced to a loaf of bread. Is reduced to a loaf of bread? You will ask yourself, is this what I, is this what I, this is what I need to do? Is this the one minute pleasure I lost, is this the one minute that cost me the presence of God? Disobedience and the pleasures of sin are for a moment. The Bible says that when Moses matured he chose that he better suffer and their afflictions with the Israelites than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a while. Falling in love and growing in love with Jesus, two different things. I threw my hands around him, I held him tight, I wouldn't let him go until I found her, until I had a home again, safe at home, beside the fire. Let me read from the Passion Translation, just as I moved past them I encountered him, I found the one I adore, I caught him, I first sent myself to him refusing to be feeble in my heart again. Now I will bring him back to the temple with him where I was given new birth. Aha, this is beautiful, into my innermost parts, the place of my conceiving, the Shepard King. Let's go back to Joshua 22, now if you love him number one, work in his ways, number two, keep his commandments, number three, cling to him and unite and be united with him. Number four, serve him. Love is not love until you learn to serve out of love. When love is so manifested in your heart, when it has been poured so much in your heart, you want to want to shine, you will want to serve. Because you will look at what other ways can I show this love, in the same intense tears I received. Number five, if you love God, you are going to hate evil, some 97% I will not read that on account of time. The reason why love has to be a command, you know I came to understand, I was asking God why did love have to be a command and this command meant a gift today, love the Lord you call. Why does love have to be a command? They learned the Lord told me that the reason why love has to be a command is because of the fallen nature of the heart of man. What should be a delight became a command, love your neighbors, you love yourself. May God help us today, may God help us today, may God help us today, please give me give me some time, I don't want to leave this message halfway, I'm nearly done. Songs of Songs chapter one verse two, we will be focusing on songs of songs a lot because this is the book of consecration of love, songs of songs chapter one verse two. God didn't kiss me with the kisses of his mouth for his love is better than wine. Why is love better than wine? Love is better than wine because the momentary power of wine feeds but love never feeds. The power of wine feeds but love never feeds, I will repeat that. The power of love feeds or the power of wine, the effect of wine, if you've ever been drunk before, there is a time in the morning when you say I am hungover that means the effects of the wine are over but there is no day you can ever say I'm hungover from the love of Jesus whether you sin or not. The power says even while you are still sinned, God died for you, out of his love. That is why the book of consecration says do not be drunk with wine, wearing in excess, be filled with the Holy Ghost why, the moment when you've been filled with the Holy Ghost, the Bible says that his love is shed upon your heart, fill the Holy Ghost. There is no time you can ever recover from the effects of the love of God. And even when you talk about wine as the anointing, the anointing feeds or in part two I'm going to talk about first Corinthians chapter 13, that even prophecy shall fail, even tongues shall seize, but his love, but love will never fade away. That is why wine is always better than love, no that is why love is always better than wine. This lover is saying do not give me wine, give me a kiss, or you have memory of that first time you are kissed by that silly boy, by that silly girl, that curious girl, you remember. That is why you will never forget the time when you are first kissed by God. The time you are first kissed by God you will never forget, that is why the hunger of this lover is let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth. I'm not, I don't want the father's kiss, the one that was given to the prodigal son. That one I have already experienced it. I'm not talking about the love that was experienced, that Mary kissed the feet of Jesus. That one I have experienced it. I am saying let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth. For his love is better than wine. Let me feel the touch of his lips. Let me feel, because you cannot kiss without proximity of body, let me feel the hat lips, let me see into his eyes as he kisses me. I'm talking about Jesus. I'm not talking about your boyfriend. By Jesus help us, let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth. 'A man who has love is a better, is better than a man who has wine.' I will repeat that. 'A man who has love is better than a man who has wine.' 'A man who has experienced the love of Jesus is better than the man who has experienced the anointing of Jesus.' 'The woman at the pool is in John chapter 4.' 'The woman, the Samaritan woman, did not experience anointing of Jesus.' 'She was not anointed with the Holy Ghost, but the moment she kissed Jesus.' 'And by kissing I mean encounter the Jesus.' 'She ran into the whole town and told them, come and see the man who kissed me.' 'Why are you ashamed of Jesus?' 'It's because you have not been kissed by him.' 'Do you know the fact that if you are kissed by a guy?' 'Gal's, if you watch the series, I comment the call of friends.' 'These guys are discussing about, there are two different ways.' 'There is a way, man, describe kissing.' 'The way we men have muschelae.' 'I will not kiss you, I will go with it.' 'But when Gal's talk about kissing, they are like, 'Oh, he touched me.' 'Oh, he's close, I could feel the scent of his hair.' 'It was like Alejandro.' 'You knew the effects you could watch, tell her novela Mingi.' 'A-A-T, while I was touching him, it was like the hours passed by.' 'Ninu, what was you? Why I don't know what you guys?' 'That is why we are the bride of Christ, we are not the man of Christ.' 'We are the bride of Christ.' 'You must test the lips of Christ, test them.' 'Test and see.' 'Yeah, thank you, thank you, thank you, test and see that the Lord is good.' 'You must test.' 'You describe who?' 'He kissed me my lips interlocked, ooh.' 'Hey, they were soft, let me tell you.' 'A lafuni kamalikwa me kula o mena.' 'Like in the idea, I didn't mind, I didn't mind.' 'I'm talking about an experiential relationship.' 'A man who has experienced the love of Christ is better than the man who has experienced the anointing of Christ.' 'He is the anointing of Christ alone.' 'You will beg a man who has anointing to go in souls.' 'You will not beg a man who has experienced the love of Christ to go in souls.' 'If you are still being begged, let us go go soul-winning, let us go what?' 'Let us go, let us go, let us go.' 'Just tell somebody about Jesus, we are still really negotiating.' 'Have you told somebody about Jesus today?' 'Una kakoma tatuna kosa kombi' 'Your neighbor about Jesus, you have not been kissed my friend.' 'You have been touched, his hand has been upon you, his lips have not been upon you.' 'His hands have just been upon you.' 'What is the meaning of the word kiss?' 'Let me tell you the meaning of the word kiss.' 'Please give me time, I need to dissect this, don't be in a hurry.' 'Today we are kissing the Lord, kissing takes time.' 'Uma biangim say arakisha unikis arakara kapana, take your time.' 'Let me tell you the meaning of the word kiss.' 'You will know that.' 'Roshanda bragosa mana' 'Rosulia diusha' 'I am sorry, come on in our misawatu' 'Now, the word kiss' 'The word for kiss and the word for take a drink is nearly the same in Hebrew.' 'The word kiss is the word nasak' 'N-A-S-H-A-Q' 'N-A-S-H-A-Q' 'The word kiss means to equip' 'The word kiss means to arm for battle.' 'The word kiss' 'When Jesus kisses you, he equips you with everything you need for life.' 'That is why the Bible, the Dharma, means that we have been given everything that pertains to life and Godliness.' 'You have not been given those things unless you have been kissed by Him.' 'You have not been equipped.' 'So today, go and tell Jesus I need this kiss.' 'No, you are not just saying 'My daddy, my daddy' 'Your baby is singing, I will be singing and dancing and chanting for the rest of my eternity' 'My daddy, my daddy, who?' 'My beloved is the most beautiful Ushaywana' 'Have you seen Him, who you so loved?' 'Amongst thousands and thousands?' 'Then Jesus says, for their lips speak words but their hearts are far away from Me.' 'The man who has loved is better than the man who has wine.' 'Wine exposes sins, love covers a multitude of sins.' 'Wine exposes sins, a new thing will never hide you, sin so.' 'Even the wine that you drink, do you have ever seen these people who drink and they become wild?' 'When they are so bad, they are very humble.' 'But when they are hard, what can you do?' 'Than busy nyalais ikufanya wa nafanya, the people who cannot sing, they cannot sing unless they are high or drunk.' 'Why?' 'Because wine exposes sins, but love covers a multitude of sins.' 'The best place to test and see that the Lord is good is from the cup of love rather than the cup of wine.' 'I will repeat that.' 'The best place to test and see that the love that the Lord is good is from the cup of love rather than from the cup of wine.' 'Why exites the heart?' 'Love grows the heart, I will repeat that.' 'Why exites the heart?' 'Can everybody hear me?' 'Can we continue?' 'Amaniachi hapa.' 'Why exites the heart?' 'Love.' 'Oh, can I show you?' 'Can I show you something?' 'Some one of four of us, 15.' 'Some one of four of us, 15.' 'Let us go very fast.' 'Some one of four of us, 15.' 'Some one of four of us, 15.' 'And wine that gladdens the heart of man.' 'To make his face shine more than oil.' 'But there is bread to support.' 'Refresh and strengthen a man's heart.' 'I love this.' 'Guys, I love the word of God.' 'Let me repeat that.' 'The best place to taste and see that the lot is good.' 'It's from the cup of love.' 'It's from the cup of love rather than from the cup of wine.' 'It's from the cup of love.' 'Rather than the cup of wine.' 'Some one of four of us, 15.' 'Let us dissect this.' 'Some one of four of us, 15.' 'The wine and wine that gladdens the heart of man.' 'So wine, gladdens.' Every time you come to Jesus you want that wine. You want that wine. You're going to be glad. 'Okay, but there is something.' 'Wine also makes your face shine more than oil.' 'Look at that.' 'This is your Bible we are reading.' 'But bread to support.' 'To refresh and to strengthen a man's heart.' 'It takes wine to mix up to make a man's heart glad.' 'But it takes bread.' 'Hey, what? I'm Amnipati.' 'The best place to taste and see that the lot is good.' 'It's from the cup of love.' 'It's from the cup of love rather than from the cup of wine.' 'I'm reading from someone of four of us, 15.' 'The Bible says that wine gladdens the heart.' 'Wine gladdens the heart.' 'But bread, bread, supports, refreshments and strengthens a man's heart.' 'That is why Jesus says, 'I am the bread of life.' 'Hey, don't you see that? Come unto me only one hunger.' 'Come unto me, come and eat.' 'I am the bread of life.' 'Bred is strengthens a man's heart.' 'Wine mix the man's heart glad.' 'Now you need to choose.' 'I'm not trivializing the importance of wine.' 'I am saying that more than wine seek the bread.' 'Sick to truly love more than just wine.' 'It is dangerous.' 'The Bible says a little wine is good for the stomach.' 'Let me explain what that verse means.' 'A meal, wine is good only after bread.' 'That is why when Jesus sived bread, He gave them wine.' 'He first broke the bread, then He gave them wine.' 'Many people just want wine.' 'Hatok ikunya pumbai bhi.' kukula maifrend o takufa 'You need wisdom to sin, let me tell you. You need wisdom.' 'Yes, by wine I mean they are nointing and by wine I also mean literal wine.' 'Hey, Sijinewachi, ya hapa?' 'You cannot, wine is only good after bread has been enjoyed.' 'If you have not enjoyed bread you do not need wine.' 'A little wine is good for the stomach because it is in mischa.' 'Why should not take over your judgment?' 'Bred is what's worse than the heart.' 'So it bread then drink wine. Jesus broke the bread.' 'Then he told them drink this wine.' 'Hallelujah, wine exates the heart, wine exates the heart, but love grows the heart.' 'Songs of songs chapter one verse three, songs of songs one three.' 'You know I love the Bible, let me tell you the problem is that my prayer is made with the Lord open the eyes of your understanding.' 'There is so much wealth, the Bible says through wisdom your heart is, through wisdom my house is built.' 'Through understanding it is established, but they take knowledge that feels the room to the treasures.' 'Songs of songs one verse three, I love this part.' 'The order of your ointments is fragrant, your name is like perfume poured out, therefore the vagines love you.' 'Who is a vagine? A vagine is a novice of love, they are vagines in Christ.' 'People who have never encountered Christ, that is a vagine.' 'Somebody who has not had a true encounter with Christ.' 'You remember for those who are vagines, ones vagines if you are not a vagine you know there is something called secondary vagine.' 'Vaginity, I'm not teaching about sex, I'm teaching about intimacy with the Holy Spirit.' 'You remember that if you are still a vagine you know that curiosity, there is no way you have that honeymoon.' 'It is a guy maybe, maybe you'll have a twist, the first thing that I can do is to get a new one.' 'There is that thrill of virginity, it is virginity, now this is what I mean by falling in love.' 'Being, it is only vagines that fall in love, look at what vagines love, vagines love the fragrance.' 'The fragrance of the name of Jesus.' 'So I only have him because when I call him he always answers, his name is fragrance.' 'That is why the Bible says, because your name is ointment poured forth, therefore the vagines love him.' 'They love him because only of his fragrance, not because of who he is, remember his fragrance is not who he is, let me tell you I put on perfume but perfume is not me.' 'There is a fragrance of Christ but that fragrance is not him.' 'There is, there are benefits that wrap on you once you meet Christ, do you know that when you have a person you are left with their fragrance unless they have cheap perfume and cheap colonelia, chuanivnanuangounajaza tao?' 'If it is, I realize that there are fragrances that once you put them on, you will wash that cloth fifty times, it will smell like that, but that fragrance is not who you are.' 'I want to love Jesus for his fragrance but it is better to love him for who he is.' 'It is good to love Jesus for his fragrance, it is better to love him for who he is, that I may know you.' 'There is no fragrance of the cross, let me tell you, there is only stench, Jesus was not hakuaga, again daku, again daku solubiswa, Jesus did not shower for those days.' 'On the cross there is no fragrance, there is a stench of blood.' 'So if you love him for fragrance, a day will come and that fragrance will do, you will not smell that fragrance.' 'Vachans love Jesus because he is a new experience, he is a new experience by Vachans, I mean people who have never encountered Jesus.' 'So what is the difference between falling in love with Jesus and growing in love with Jesus?' 'Falling in love with Jesus is a momentary feeling out of a season of pleasure in his presence.' 'Because you have felt this presence, you have just fallen in love and you call it falling, that means you are going to rise.' 'Falling in love is a momentary experience, it is not permanent, it is because of what he has done, it is not because of who he is, following in love with Jesus is because of who what he does for you.' 'Okay, we all have dated, let me ask you, you say every time you tell this man, I love you, love you, love you, love you, I love you, I love you.' 'My day is okay, come, I tell you something about it, I love you, now you tell this man, I love you, I love you.' 'Now first Corinthians chapter 13, let me challenge you today, Muslim bin Imanamachaka.' 'First Corinthians 13 says, love never gives up, love never feeds, my question is Aliachakukupenda, why did that love feed?' 'If that love feed it, that means that was never love.' 'What is the true test of love that even when you are unfaithful and unfaithful, bright to Jesus?' 'He still marries a hallowed.' 'Jesus still comes and accepts a prostitute for a wife.' 'This makes me think, the fact that Hosea being a picture of Jesus is told pick for yourself a wife from among the prostitutes.' 'This is filth, you know how many men, if you try to imagine how many men have slept with that woman?' 'You sense filth, but still he tells you, come, for he who is in Christ is a new creation, behold, they all this gold and the new has come.' 'He takes a prostitute for a wife because of his love, because of his love he accepts.' 'You yourself, you know, you know how many gods you've tried, including yourself, you know, you know how many men you've shared that body with, you know how many women you've shared that body with before you share it with Christ?' 'All it, the temple of the Holy Spirit, it was once a den of thieves, but Christ still accepts it.' 'For while we were yet sinners, he comes to this prostitute and says, 'I know that the man you're living with is not your husband, even the man you've lived with, you've been married to five men and even this one you're living with is not your husband.' 'That means I am the seventh man as Jesus, but I'm going to accept you.' 'I'm going to accept you, come let me kiss you.' 'Let me ask you guys a question to see how wicked your love is.' 'If you knew how many people your boyfriend has left with, honestly, would you accept him as a husband, would you accept him as a wife?' 'If somebody a legal comes and tells you in my past life I was a prostitute, I did this, I did this, I did this, I've slept with not less than two hundred men, but I love you.' 'Will you accept me for better for us, many of the men here will say to Fiaco.' 'But Jesus accepts you.' 'Many of you have just fallen in love with Jesus, he's just an infatuation to you.' 'Jesus to you is the mubaba you come to when you need money.' 'Jesus to you is a sponsor.' 'Let us call him what he is in you, he is a sponsor.' 'When you need money you come give him the love he wants and you get the money from him and then you ghost him.' 'My boyfriend when you want sex you call because you know that guy always says yes, when you want intimacy you call him.' 'You say hey I've missed you and Jesus out of his love still comes and says it's okay, you're using me but it's okay.' 'And he still comes and shows you how much he loves you.' 'Ti' 'A man who gives you' Mami, but you never give in attention in return. That boyfriend that you continue giving money, money, money, he continues giving you money to get your attention. He gives you wine, wine, wine, wine, wine, but you never give in attention back. He has given you so much fragrance. You love him because of his fragrance, because of his own intimate, because of a knowing thing, because of what he does for you. But the season comes when your love feeds. What's the difference between falling in love and growing in love? Growing in love with Jesus, love grows in knowledge. Number one, love grows in knowledge. Love grows in knowledge. Fast the Salonians 3-12, very fast the Salonians 3-12. Fast the Salonians 3-12. The book of songs of songs is a beautiful book. This is what the Bible says. And may the Lord make you to increase and excel and overflow in your love for one another. And for all people just as we do for you, may the Lord make your love increase. Philippians chapter 1 verse 9, that your love may abound more in knowledge. Love grows in time. It takes time for your love to grow. It takes time. I am sorry this love I'm talking about in songs of songs is not baby love. It is bridal love. Love grows in time. It will take time for you to truly love Jesus. It will take time to know that he is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. He is that person who is there for you, even though he's not talking. He is that person who the Bible says be still and no unless you know him, that I may know him, unless you know him, you will not know that he loves you. The problem with the knowledge that we have is that the more you know a man's weaknesses, the more you hit him, the more your love fades, but the more you know Jesus, the more you love him. Love grows in time. If you have not met him, you need to meet him. You need to meet him. It is okay. Blessed are those who believe without seeing. But here we are talking about love. Have you found him? He whom I saw loves. Tell him that I'm dying. I'm sick of love. You must have an encounter with the person you love. You marries an encounter in itself. Love grows in time. Love grows in encounters. I think for today I'm going to stop there. The next time I'm going to come, we're going to talk about the maturity of love. So I think we have understood the difference between falling in love and growing in love with Jesus. Falling in love is not enough. It is not enough to just fall for Jesus. Grow in him. Grow in love with him. Let your love be founded upon a rock. May the love bless you. May he keep you. vei kossi sfistu shinea.

Podcast Summary

Key Points:

  1. The sermon distinguishes between falling in love (a momentary, emotional infatuation) and growing in love (a deep, sustained, and obedient relationship with Jesus rooted in the heart and Spirit).
  2. True love for God is not based on feelings or seasonal emotions but on obedience to His commandments, tested through the Word of God and the work of the Holy Spirit.
  3. The heart is described as God’s most sacred dwelling place—a garden where He can dwell, where love is poured out, and where spiritual transformation begins.
  4. Falling in love with Jesus is superficial and temporary, often tied to pleasure or convenience, while growing in love is characterized by commitment, sacrifice, and a life of holiness and obedience.
  5. The love of Christ surpasses all human experiences, including wine and pleasure, because it is eternal and unshakable, and it covers sin rather than exposing it.
  6. A key biblical principle emphasized is that love is proven by action—specifically by obedience and service—rather than by words or expressions of sentiment.
  7. The sermon calls for believers to "cling" to Christ, reject worldly companionship, and live in separation to encounter God deeply, as seen in biblical examples like Abraham and Jacob.
  8. The ultimate goal is consecration

Summary:

FAQs

Falling in love is a momentary, emotional feeling often based on pleasure or fragrance. Growing in love is a deep, lasting relationship built on knowledge, obedience, and daily experiences with Jesus, rooted in faith and devotion.

The heart is where God dwells and where love is truly felt. It is the place where God's love is poured out through the Holy Spirit, and where decisions about obedience and relationship with God are made.

Love grows through time, knowledge, and encounters with Jesus. It deepens as believers experience His presence, learn His teachings, and live in obedience to His commandments.

Consecrating the heart means fully dedicating every part of your life—desires, relationships, wisdom, and body—to God, allowing Him to shape you and live through you.

Feelings can be temporary or influenced by emotions. Using our heads and testing our feelings through Scripture helps ensure our love for God is sincere, intelligent, and rooted in truth.

It means the heart is the most sacred place where God can dwell, where He can speak, be known, and where a person can experience His presence and love intimately.
