Speaker 2Here we are this morning for your word. Speak to us by the light of your word. We bring you every flesh. We bring you every flesh in this place in subjection to the authority and dominion of the Holy Ghost. And we pray, Lord, speak to us. Heal the sick today. Do the impossible in our midst, O God. In the name of the Lord Jesus. And Father, we declare, let your glory be seen. Make me a blessing to your people and every soul in this house. Say a living amen. Hallelujah. All right. Today, we want to talk about Jesus. All of you are welcome to church from everywhere. You're welcome. I want to take our time in the coming weeks, even into months, if God would allow us, maybe until the end of year, unless it changes, to talk about Jesus. Everybody say, we are talking about Jesus. We are talking about Jesus. Who is Jesus? Why Jesus? Who is Jesus and why Jesus? According to the word of God, Jesus is a sign. Jesus is a sign. He's an impossible happenstance, an impossible reality. Yet so true, not only because we want to believe, but because that is who he is. He's an impossible reality. And this is the reason why he is a sign. He's a sign. In the book of Isaiah, the chapter seven, the verse 14, the Bible said, therefore, the Lord himself shall be called the Lord of the world. shall give you a sign. There are many sources of signs. There are times a people can give themselves their own sign. There are also times a community can construct their own signs. But in the book of Isaiah, the Bible says, it is the Lord himself that will give us a sign. What is this sign? Behold, a virgin. And maybe some time later we'll look at the meaning of that virgin as we see. Because in Hebrew, a virgin is not as it means, in English. There are many descriptions that fits who a virgin is. But over here he said, Behold, a virgin shall conceive, a maiden will conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Emmanuel. Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Emmanuel. This sign is given by the Lord, not by men. Jesus is a sign. He will conceive. She will conceive as a virgin. She will conceive as a virgin and bear a son. And shall call his name Emmanuel. Who will call his name Emmanuel? The Lord who gave the sign. Not the maiden who gave birth to him. This is, a very important statement I have made, because a lot of people claim that when Jesus came here into this world, he was not called Emmanuel. He was called Jesus. But in that, Isaiah 7, 14, there are two aspects or characters in that prose or drama. Therefore, the Lord himself shall give you a sign. Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son. He didn't say, and she shall call his name. Neither did he say, and he shall call his name. But the Bible said, and shall call his name Emmanuel. It could have fixed the context if Mary, the mother of Jesus, was the one to call his name Emmanuel. Then it had to be well defined. But that's not what the Bible says. The Bible says that the Lord that gives the sign is the one that calls his name Emmanuel. That is a very interesting matter. Because if it is Mary that calls his name Emmanuel, then it is not the Lord that gives the sign. It is the one that calls his name Emmanuel. That is easy to appreciate. Also, if it is the Lord who is calling his name Emmanuel, then that creates a lot of theological challenges. Because if the Lord shall call him Emmanuel, the meaning of Emmanuel is God with us. If it is Mary who is calling him Emmanuel, then the meaning of Emmanuel means God with us. Who is God with? Is God with the gods, or God is with men? The person of Jesus. Think about it. The Lord himself shall give you a sign. Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and bear a son, and shall call his name Emmanuel. The Bible doesn't say she. Neither the Bible says he. Or it is you that is being given the sign that will call his name Emmanuel. Who is the one calling his name Emmanuel? Emmanuel means God with us. If it is the Lord who gave the sign, who is calling his name Emmanuel, then it is God with us. If it is God with gods, or God, who is called God amongst deity. If it is Mary, then it is humanity referring to him as God with us. The us could be deity, and the us could be humanity. If it is you who has been given the sign, then of course that's humanity. But if it is you who has been given the sign, then of course that's humanity. But where is he called Emmanuel? And when was he ever called Emmanuel? Never, when he came here into this world, never was he called Emmanuel. He was never called Emmanuel. So who called him Emmanuel? We are looking at Jesus as a sign. Remember that when you read the book of Philippians, the Bible said God gave Jesus a name. When he was exalted in resurrection, him and in his ascension in the book of philippians god gave jesus a name that's at the name jesus that is too much confusion god gave him a name wherefore god also hath highly exalted him and giving him a name which is above every name that at the name of jesus many people think that philippians 2 10 means when you mention jesus that's not what he's saying you have to know what a name is and you would have to look at where this whole thing started from in the book of isaiah the bible said and shall call his name emmanuel that is what as i have prophesied who is calling his name emmanuel all throughout his days in this world he was never called emmanuel so who is going to call him emmanuel you me or god i said let it rest or come to it we have weeks to explore jesus but then in the book of philippians he says god himself chapter 2 the verse 9 has exalted him and given him a name okay so god so god gave jesus a name let's start from philippians chapter 2 the verse 7 read for me from verse 7 to the verse 10. he made himself of no reputation he became a servant and now fashioned like a man and being found in fashion as a man uh-huh and became obedient even all right wherefore god also hold on do you know that god cannot die i'm creating too much problems for us to solve together if he is emmanuel he can't die you don't get it if he is man he can't be manual why can't he be manual because emmanuel is not man with us emmanuel is god with us emmanuel means god with us god means god with us god with us god with us why do you call him jesus in the book of luke and in the book of in the book of luke and in the book of matthew matthew the chapter 1 the verse 21 the bible says she shall bring forth the son now he she shall bring forth the son now he tells you tells you you tells you you you tells you you you tells you you you tells you you you tells you you the chapter one the verse 21 the bible says she shall bring forth the son now he tells you you you the chapter one the verse 21 the bible says she shall bring forth the son now he tells you you see what matthew says you see what matthew says you see what matthew says isaiah does not tell us who is going to call isaiah does not tell us who is going to call isaiah does not tell us who is going to call him emmanuel him emmanuel him emmanuel and shall call his name emmanuel and shall call his name emmanuel and shall call his name emmanuel but in matthew but in matthew but in matthew he said and she shall bring forth the son he said and she shall bring forth the son he said and she shall bring forth the son let's start from matthew chapter 1 verse 19 let's start from matthew chapter 1 verse 19 let's start from matthew chapter 1 verse 19 to 21.

Speaker 2people from their sins let's explore jesus jesus and you shall call his name jesus you shall call his name jesus why for he shall save his people from their sins let us explore jesus he will save his people from their sins the name jesus jesus jesus comes from the hebrew word yeshua interestingly it stands as a four-letter word like the tetragrammaton but this time spells differently yod shin vav ain yod shin vav ain yeshua yeshua yeshua yeshua yeshua what does it mean in hebrew if you want to know the meaning and the vibration and the mandate of a person you would have to know the meaning and the mandate of a person You would have to look at the letters of the name. And of course, they are centered on the consonants in that name. Because there are no vowels, written vowels in Hebrew. So the mandate of the name Jesus, in English. As we all know, it's Yeshua. That is how he was called, Yeshua. The word of God speaks concerning the mystery of the maker of heaven and earth. If you will know the name of his son. The one in whose fists the wings are held. Do you know his name? Nor do you know the name of his son? Who had ascended up into heaven or descended? Who had gathered the wind in his fists? Proverbs 30, the verse 4. Who had bound the waters in a garment? Who had established all the ends of the earth? What is his name? And what is his son's name, if thou canst tell? We know that Jesus was the name. That his father Joseph had to give him. But then there is a name that was to be given by Papa God. We will look at that, but let's explore the name Yeshua. Very simple, but very mystical. When you look at the meaning of the name Yeshua, spelled this way, a cross, this actually speaks of a hand, yod, a hand. Much to say, all ten fingers. He holds the wings in his fists. Ephesians chapter 4, and says Proverbs chapter 30, the verse number 4. The one that ascended is the same that descended. For feeling. Now, he that ascended, what is it? But that he also descended first into the lowest parts of the earth. Proverbs 13. Who hath ascended up into heaven or descended? Who hath gathered the wind in his face? Who hath bound the waters in a garment? Who hath established the ends of all the earth? What is his name? What is the name of his son? If thou canst tell. We see the hand in the name of Jesus. Interestingly, we also see this sin, which means, which means, Transformative fire. Transformative fire. Then, we see the valve, which means the connection. Or the hook. Then this is what opens us up. To the meaning of his name in answering Proverbs chapter 30, the verse number 4. This word is ayin. Made up of two yods. This is a yod, this is a yod. If you care to know. It is like, a yod and a yod. All of them are yods. But then, what is ayin portraying? Ayin means an eye. An eye that does what? An eye. An eye that is able to see from the known to the unknown. Not just an insightful eye into nature, but rather an eye that connects two realms of existences. The upper hand and the lower hand. The realms of the heavens and the realms of the earth. An eye that is able to permeate, to open up realms that are hidden, unknown, unseen. The eye that becomes a gesture to reveal what we don't know from what we know. No man has seen the Father. It will take the eye in to bring the reality of the Father to what's down here. It is the eye that permeates the seen to the unseen. Now I have a very beautiful question for you. Who then is Yeshua? Yeshua is a hand of a transformative fire. It's a transformative fire. It's like a pyre that transforms two realms. Somebody may be wondering, what are those two realms? Do you know that Jesus transformed heaven? Not only earth. The Bible says, For the heavens required also better sacrifices. So when he ascended, he went so that the heavens also will be cleansed. One Jesus. He didn't only come for the transformative cleansing of the earth. But that in his ascension, it was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these. But the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. What does it mean? When Moses brought the tabernacle and David brought the temple. They brought the patterns. They brought all the things in heaven. Not the reality of the heaven. An image of what they saw in the heavens. So all the sacrifices that were being undertaken were in imagery. Were in types and figures of the heavenly reality. It was therefore necessary that in the days of Moses and the Old Testament. The patterns. The patterns of things in the heavens should be purified. With sacrifices of bulls, goats, the red hypha. But the heavenly things did not require physical bulls and sacrifices for their purification. But rather preferred better sacrifices. Who met the requirements. Of these better sacrifices. Of the purification of the things in heaven. When Jesus came into this world. This is what many people don't get when I say that he is not known as Jesus in the heavens. Because they don't take their time to listen. When I speak and I teach. I don't know where they are rushing to. Why don't they sit down, make notes and ask the proper questions. And we just want to take. A piece. Whilst I said. In that message. There is no one seated. Listen. There is no one seated in heaven. Called Jesus. No one. But then I emphatically said. On his way into the heavenlies. He announced himself as Jesus to be received. So that. So that. The ancient and everlasting gates and doors. Will be lifted to receive him. Who is this that cometh. The Lord strong and mighty. The Lord mighty in battle. This is how heaven bowed to him. In the character of his work. Because they don't know what it means. When the Bible says. At a name. Therefore. At the name of Jesus. What does he mean. He is not saying. In the mention of the name of Jesus. That at the name of Jesus. It is. It is not. In the name of Jesus. It is not in the mentioning of the name of Jesus. There is nothing there called mention. The onoma of Jesus. The authority and the character of Jesus. The word is onoma. The authority. The character of Jesus. Listen. Listen. The world and the earth and the heavens are not responding to Jesus. That's what they don't know. That's what people don't get. That is how come you've been mentioning the name and nothing is happening. It is not. God. Listen. The name of Jesus is not a magic wand. The name of Jesus is not a magic spell. © transcript Emily Beynon Listen, he's not talking about an English name He's talking about the onoma The character and the authority Of a person So if somebody is at my name Then the person carries my authority and my character He's not vocalizing my name He didn't say at the vocalization of the name of Jesus He didn't say at the mention of the name of Jesus He said at the name of Jesus At the name of Jesus At the name of Jesus Many don't even understand why they are called Christians It is at the name of Jesus That you are a Christian What does it mean?
