explaining the whole ‘time doesn’t exist’ thing

The speaker recounts a childhood marked by intense death anxiety from ages seven to twelve, during which she feared that death meant total annihilation, leading to panic attacks and sleepless nights. After a period of relief and later embracing religion in high school, she experienced a spiritual awakening in 2020 that brought back these fears in the form of graphic nightmares and sleep paralysis for over three years. The nightmares ceased after a transformative, sober moment with her partner, who, out of empathy for her younger self, physically held her and silently communicated safety and love. The speaker felt as though she re-experienced her childhood fear and was comforted by a protective presence, which she later learned her partner had also consciously directed toward her younger self. She uses this personal story to introduce a discussion on the nature of time, arguing that time does not flow linearly but is a dimension of spacetime where past, present, and future coexist. She explains this using analogies of lower dimensions and the block universe theory from physics, stating that while we perceive time as sequential, our consciousness may not be bound by that perception. This understanding, she suggests, can be used to shift one's reality through energy and focus, not literal time travel.

Starting from the ripe age of seven, seven year old me up until I was about 11 or 12. I experienced crazy death anxiety. I didn't believe in any God at the time. Like I wasn't. My family, they said they were Christian, but we weren't actually Christian. We didn't go to church. We didn't really study the Bible at all. So we said that we were Christian. And I was told that there is this God, but I didn't believe in anything because I guess I didn't have the proof. I guess I didn't feel it. I didn't understand what people meant when they were talking about it. So when I was seven years old, I thought that after we die, that's it. There's nothing. There is just a cease to existence. There's nothing but blackness for all of eternity. And you know, seven years old, thinking of your mortality in that way can definitely cause some fear. So from those ages of seven to 12, I experienced death anxiety and I had panic attacks and I just truly felt so scared of dying. Like I would just stay up at night, late at night, way later than an eight or nine year old should be seeing up, just contemplating my life and wondering what it was going to be like when I die. Not not in the curious way, but in the absolutely terrified way. And then I guess you could say that I grew out of it. It just kind of stopped happening, which is great. I also in high school found God. I went to youth group and I was like, oh, there is heaven. This is amazing. Also grew out of that. But then fast forward to me about six years ago in 2020. This is right when I've had my spiritual awakening. So I am being guided to look inward to think of, you know, my childhood self. I did not even, I did not ever look back to the past growing up. Like once I was out of high school, I was like, that stuff can stay there. And so with my spiritual awakening, it brought me to look inward to see, you know, how my life was growing up, to see what affected me, to see what's affected me now, to see how I can grow. And that's also the time that I started getting crazy nightmares all the time. I'm talking like waking up screaming, like I'm gasping. I also experienced sleep paralysis. I didn't know why I was experiencing this nightmares. I felt so bad because my partner of six years, he would have to wake me up. All the time because I would be like struggling in my sleep. I would be gasping. I'd be saying help. And if you actually took a look in my brain during those nightmares, they were graphic. Like I was, I was experiencing death in so many ways possible. But again, I didn't know why. And you would think that, you know, someone with her masters in psychology would understand that definitely these nightmares have some implication as to what's going on in my head in real life. But I chose to ignore it. I chose to think, you know what? They're just nightmares. It's fine. Even though it directly impacted my life and my sleep, I decided to push it away. And I experienced those nightmares for over three years because it wasn't until three years ago where something shifted. And that wasn't that wasn't random. It wasn't just, oh, nightmares are done now. No, something happened. So it was a random Tuesday night and I was talking with my partner and we're talking about religion and what it felt like growing up because he grew up Jewish and Catholic. Like one pair was Jewish, one pair was Catholic. So he experienced both. And he kind of went in this like thought experiment and was like, wow, I wonder what it would feel like to be a little kid and not think that you're part of something bigger than yourself. And I was like, hello. Me. That was me. I was literally seven years old. I told him, you know this. Like I experienced death anxiety because I didn't think that there was something bigger than me. I thought that life was random. There was evolution. And here we are now. And then there's nothing after we die. And he knew this already and he's a very empathetic being. Like he is the most empathetic person that I know. And I think that because he was thinking from the frame of being a little kid and being scared in that sense. And so that was something that he didn't experience. He felt so strongly for that little kid version of me, that seven year old me who was scared of death. So just out of love, out of like, oh, I want to like, I want to hug you when I want to give you love and I want you to know that you're safe. He tackled me onto my bed and put his forehead against my forehead. So he's like fully laying on top of me just for it against my forehead. It doesn't say a word. And I actually, I could not even tell you how long we were laying there for. It could have been two minutes. It could have been 20 minutes. I actually have no idea, by the way, 100% sober. Just throwing that out there. And in that time frame of two minutes or 20 minutes, what my experience was was I saw my old self. I saw my seven year old me in my room and my childhood room when I was staying up at night. And I was just overthinking and I was scared because I was like, what is what's after this? Like what's going to happen? Just feeling so scared. Not letting myself fall asleep. And then as I'm kind of re-experiencing that fear suddenly, there is this like essence. There is this presence that is just like making me feel so safe. It's like telling me that I'm okay. And it's like, hey, you don't have to worry about that. It's going to be okay. You can go to bed now. You are protected. I love you so much. You don't have to worry about this. You can just be a kid. You can just live life. You're not dying anytime soon. You're okay. You're safe. And I love you. And then my younger me rolled over and went to bed. And then I opened my eyes and I am bawling. I am sobbing. Like so hard I can barely breathe. And my partner is still on top of me. And he opens his eyes and he gives me a big hug. And he tells me his experience where he was speaking to my younger self. Like he was like, I just talked to you're younger you and I gave her so much love. And I was like, no, I know I felt that I experienced it. Like I felt like I was there. And I feel so loved and I feel so safe. And thank you so much. And we hugged and we cried. And it was just such a beautiful experience. I have not had a nightmare since. So obviously there was a correlation with my internal deep rooted fear of death that I didn't even think that I had anymore that was showing up in my nightmares. That was my brain trying to understand trying to move past that fear. But I couldn't do it myself because I didn't give myself the space for that. I ignored it. I pushed it away. And through the act of love, my younger self, the part of me that was so scared of death, experienced safety. She was told that she was safe. And it impacted me today. Like that is some inner seller shit. So crazy. Now you might be like, did I click on the wrong episode? Like what's going on? I thought we're learning about time. How does it exist? What's going on here? I wanted to share the story so you understand the importance of why this is important. Okay. Like this is a beautiful thought experiment of time's illusion. We're going to be getting into the science of what that means. But then also how you can utilize this knowledge and actually change your life because of it. And not by actually time traveling like what you see in the movies, but with your energy and your thought and your focus, you can shift your reality, which is so sick. Okay. First off, before we dive into it, welcome to taking the leap with low. This is the podcast for the people who know that they are meant for this big life, who maybe want to quit their jobs one day, maybe already have, who want to start their own businesses, who want to share their art to the world, who want to travel, who want to live this life of freedom and abundance, who also like talking about the things that don't really make sense. Like your intuition, like how time doesn't exist. So if this sounds like you, you are in the right place. And if you want to join this community of women who are in the same journey as you, that is what the trust circle is for. We have monthly missions to keep you taking action. We have monthly live calls. We have this amazing community of rock, star, frickin, women who are doing the thing. And as you know, you are who you surround yourself with. It is the only metric that podcasts use to measure success. So please click that button. If you're worried about space on your phone, you can unclick it at the end of the episode. But it really, really helps me. Thank you so much. Okay. Now, let's get into why you clicked this episode in the first place, shall we? We shall. Let's do it. So, we perceive time as a past, present, future. We think of things always have a beginning. There's a right now and there's a future for all of eternity. We treat time like this river dragging us forward and there's no going back. Physics does not describe time as a river. Physics describes time as a coordinate. And I'm going to explain exactly what that means. So first, in order to understand time and not only how we perceive it, but what it actually is it we also need to understand space. Because before, you know, over a hundred years ago or so, people always treated space in time like two separate entities. And then along came Albert Einstein and his genius mind with his relativity. And he explained how time is not this like thing that's independent from space, but is actually stitched in to space itself, which he calls space time. So instead of us having three dimensions of space plus time floating separately, we have three dimensions of space and one dimension of time, which is all fused together in a single four dimensional structure, which is space time. So to understand space, we live in a 3D world. Three dimensional world. So what that means is that we have length and we have width and we have height. So that means you can walk left, you can walk right, you can walk forward, you can walk backward and you can also go up and you can go down. And it feels complete. It feels like this is the full structure of reality because that's all that we can comprehend. But every dimension actually thinks that it's the highest one simply because it cannot perceive any dimensions above it. So in order to understand the fourth dimension, which is time, which is what we're getting into, let's go down to the 2D and 1D because we can fully comprehend the two dimensional space and the one dimensional space and obviously the three dimensional space, but it's when you go up, it's when your ability to literally understand perceive is not there, it's not possible. And I'll use the two dimensional world to understand. So 2D world, like I said, with 3D, we have length, we have width, we have height. So in a 2D world, we take away height. So there's only length in width. So think of a 2D plane is just like the floor. The floor that you're on right now, there's length and there's width, but it's flat. That is a 2D plane, flat. That's like a piece of paper. Now, I want you to imagine being born into this world that is just a piece of paper. So like your eyes, your eye level is like with the ground pretty much. So you can see left and right and forward and behind you, but you cannot see up or down. And it's not even that you can't see it. It's literally like explaining what being blind is like to someone who's not blind. You can't do it because if you imagine being blind, you close your eyes, you still see blackness. Blackness is still what your cones and rods and your eyes and your brain is processing. So if you were to not have a working occipital lobe or working cones and rods, you wouldn't see black. You would see nothing, which as a person who does see color, who does see trying to understand what perceiving nothing is like is impossible. So from this 2D world, trying to perceive an up or a down simply is not possible. So what this means from this 2D world is that if you are existing in this two-dimensional world, where there is no such thing as depth, there is no such thing as up or down as height, if a three-dimensional figure or three-dimensional being or three-dimensional object were to enter the two-dimensional world, you would not perceive it as 3D. You would perceive it in your own way that you are capable of perceiving. So what that would look like. If you are on existing on this flat piece of paper, right? If a sphere, let's say going from, in the 3D world would be above you to then through the 2D world to then below you, it's a ball, right? A ball is a three-dimensional object, which a two-dimensional being, a KU in the situation, would not be able to perceive. So how you would perceive it is imagine this ball going through this plane or this piece of paper. And as it goes through, the only thing that you would perceive from this two-dimensional point of view is at first, you would see just a point. So right as the ball enters the two-dimensional plane, you'd first see just a point. And then as the ball goes through, you would see horizontal line getting bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger until you reach the halfway point of the ball going through the plane. And then as the rest of the ball goes through, this horizontal line would then get smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller until it's just a point when there's just that very, very end of the ball in it. And then you would see nothing. So even though this three-dimensional object, as ball this sphere is interfering with this two-dimensional plane, from that two-dimensional point of view, you would never see a ball because a ball has a length and a width and depth that has height. It has that thing that a two-dimensional figure could not understand cannot even perceive. So again, that ball going through would just look like a dot and then a line getting bigger and then a line getting smaller. And that's it. The two-dimensional figure, you would know that something just happened, you're able to perceive it, but only from your understanding. So we can fully understand how this lack of perception impacts, impacts a lower dimension because from us, from a 3D point of view, we understand what a ball is. We can picture a flat plane. We can see a ball go through and come back, and we can see the entire thing because we live in this 3D world. Now, how do we increase dimensions? Let's think back to your math days, when you saw an x and y-axis. Like a graph, that's an x and y-axis. But it's still flat, right? If we were talking about just a one-dimensional world, then we take away that y-axis. So a one-dimensional world is not even a plane, it's just a line. Just a singular line, and that's it. And now, I want you to use your visualization skills, your imagining skills in the here, OK? Because when you go from a one-dimensional world to a two-dimensional world, if a one-dimensional world is just a line to create a plane, to create something that has length and width, what you would do is take that one line and then stack it upon itself infinitely. And now, just imagine the same thing. Imagine a line on the floor, OK? Imagine just one line. So it's a horizontal line on the floor. And then if you were to take that singular line and then expand it going both ways by adding infinite layers of that same line, then you create a plane. Now, I know I lost a couple of you, so I'm going to repeat this again in a slightly different way. Imagine this line on the ground is an inch thick. And that is just a singular line, right? So to make a plane, to make something that has length and width, you would take that inch long line and put it right next that line. And then, another one, put it next that line. And another one, put it next that line. So now you have this plane. And if you keep doing that, then you have your floor. Then you have your plane. So to go from one dimension to the next, you stack that entire world next to each other on top of each other to create the next dimension. And if you're a little bit stuck, here's where it's really going to hit home, OK? Because if we have this 2D plane, this floor, this flat plane, to create a 3D world, what do we do? We stack that world on top of itself over and over and over and over and over again. Think about a flat plane in order to create height in order to create that depth. If you were to take that plane and stack it upon itself, infinite times, now you have a 3D world because now there is height, now there is depth. By stacking a square, a flat square upon itself, infinite times, now you have a cube. OK? OK. So now, how do we get from the 3D world to the 40? You would stack the 3D world upon itself infinite times, just like how to make a line, a plane, you get infinite lines, all pushed together, to get a plane, a square to a cube, you get infinite squares, all pushed together, to get to the 40 world, you take a cube and stack it upon itself infinite times. Now, if you're like, oh, he lost me, I don't get that. Good. Because no one gets that. No one can actually comprehend or perceive what that means, because just like if you're in this 2D plane, you would not be able to perceive height, you would not be able to perceive a ball passing through. So because we are in this 3D world, we cannot perceive what the 4th dimension actually is. We simply cannot. So if you can't, you're just like every other human on Earth, OK? But what you can see now is just like how, from the 2D point of view, a sphere appears as a line getting bigger and then a line getting smaller, as it passes through the 2D plane, we perceive the 4th dimension, we perceive time as linear, we perceive it as a past, present, and future. So when we say time doesn't exist, yes, we perceive a past, present, and future. But the energy of us, the energy that creates us, our consciousness, is not bound by the 3D world. So our souls, our energy, the part of us that is beyond our 3D world, time doesn't exist. Now, here's what we introduce the block universe theory. And by the way, everything in science or specifically in physics is a theory. Literally, gravity is a theory, OK? So when we talk about theories, theories are the best that we can do with what we have. Because when you continue going into different realms of physics, especially quantum physics, So there are things that happen that we cannot explain. So we have these theories that explain what we know with our tools right now. So the block universe theory states that time does not flow. It does not have this beginning, present, and future. And instead, the entire past, present, and future all exist at once inside space time. So you are not watching reality be written as it's happening, but you are moving through something that is already geometrically there. So this theory stems from Albert Einstein's theory of relativity and talks about, you know, how space time is a four dimensional structure. We already know that from their relativity. So when we say it's a four dimensional structure in physics classes, and I'm sure a lot of math classes too, but when you have coordinates, think about your, the old days in math, okay? When you have that x and y plane to create a point on there, to plot a point, it was x, y, right? And then to create a plot, not just on an x and y plane, but where there's also height, you know, you have your x and y plane, and then the z is your height. So imagine the ground is an x and y plane, and then you are the z. You are the z, you're the height, you're what's coming from the ground. So then to plot a point, let's say one foot in front of you, one foot to the left of you, and then three feet above you, that point will be plotted as x, y, z, which is one, one, three. If you've taken any math classes, you know I'm talking about, I'm kind of giving you a refresher here, because then the next layer to that, what we do in upper level math and physics is x, y, z, t. So that's what I mean when time is a coordinate. So from the block universe point of view, every event in your entire childhood exists right now. This exact moment exists obviously, and all of your future already exists. The year 3000 already exists, all as coordinates in the same four dimensional object. So this is how you can start understanding when I say everything that has ever happened and will ever happen is all happening right now. And the way to conceptualize that, the way to understand it to the best of our abilities is sync of everything that has ever happened and will ever happen is already in this book. And right now the current now the present is just us reading this page of a book. So this book goes all the way back from even before the big bang all the way back until infinite and time allows us to experience it in a way that makes sense for us in this 3D reality. So we are currently reading at t equals the coordinate t equals 2026. Well actually I know that podcasts are like evergreen, so maybe listen to this in 2027 or 2028, but either way, look at your clock right now. That is the time that you are reading of this book of everything. Now this is where you might start asking, might start questioning, well wait, if everything that has ever happened, will ever happen is in this book right now, then do I have free will is, I mean, if everything is already set already, then then what's the point? Like, well here's the thing. Remember how I told you in order to increase dimensions in order to go up the next dimension, you have to stack that dimension on top of itself infinitely. So again, to get from a 2D plane to 3D, you stack a bunch of papers on top of itself to get to that cube. Well, this book that I just mentioned is this current reality's book is this 3D world's book. There are infinite 3D worlds. I don't just mean world as an earth. I mean like this universe, this entire universe is our 3D world that we can comprehend. So there are infinite universes. infinite 3D worlds stacked upon itself to create the 4th dimension, which is time. So you right now are reading your own book in your 3D world, but there are infinite books. Infinite, infinite, we can't even comprehend what that means. Let's actually ground this in math. So you might have seen this viral video of mine that happened, but it was so sick. I was in my math class and we were doing triple integrals where my teacher explained that triple integrals is taking the volume. It's taking a 3D volume of a 4-dimensional object. So we're seeing a slice. We're seeing a shadow. We're seeing a projection of this 4-dimensional thing, which is it's a formula. We're not actually finding this 4-dimensional thing and doing it, but we're theorizing it. So when we are taking this triple integral, we are doing it at a specific time. A fixed time, we're looking at a slice. So a 3D cross section, a 3D shadow, a 3D projection of a 4D object is 3-dimensional. Think back to how a sphere going through a 2-dimensional plane, how you see a dot, and then you see a line getting bigger, and then a line getting smaller. That line getting bigger and that line getting smaller is a 2-dimensional shadow, a 2-dimensional projection, a 2-dimensional cross section of that 3-dimensional ball. So what we can tell from math is that right now is this T equals, is this slice, is the now, is the present moment, from this 4-dimensional object. This 4-dimensional object being something that we can't understand, that we can't comprehend. But what we can understand is that T equals now, T equals present, and if there is a T equals now, and there always has been, and there always will be, that means that the T, the time, always exists. And what we are seeing right now is just this slice of space time, is this shadow, is this projection at this moment. So let's ground this even more in some physics, and let's see what we can do with it. So quantum mechanics states that before measurement, before observation, before any intention or action, all systems and everything exist in superposition. If you've heard of Schrodinger's cat, it's a thought experiment where if a cat is in a box, and we can't tell what's going on inside, we can't measure the cat, we can't observe it, then the cat is both alive and dead. And sick and healthy and excited and sad and scared and happy. There are infinite possible states for this cat, and it's not until there is measurement or until there is observation or until there's interference, that one outcome is experienced. So at any moment in your life, there are infinite outcomes, there are infinite trajectories, infinite ways that your life can go that can happen right in this moment. So what we know is that this present moment, right after this next present moment, contains a space of infinitely possible states. And it's up to your identity and your nervous system and your beliefs and your actions that influence which state stabilizes. From a real state, different identities create different decisions, and different decisions create different trajectories for your life. So this is what people mean when they say quantum leaping, they are saying that they are getting on a literal different timeline where there are different outcomes where there are different things happening for them. And how do you do that? Well, I talked about all of that in episode three, which is why your inner world creates your outer world, because by changing your identity, by changing your beliefs, by changing your thoughts, by changing your actions, you are literally influencing the state that you are in. The plane of existence that you are in. Now prove that your attention and intention and observation alone shifts the reality that you're in. Let's go back to my story at the very beginning. I was super afraid of death at a young age. I thought that I grew it, but I just pushed it away. I had crazy nightmares where I was experiencing death almost every single night in different ways. Someone in my life with love intentionally spoke to the past version of me because she's still in existence. Everything that has ever happened and will happen is happening right now. It's all in this space time continuum. So with your intention, your observation, you can shift things that are happening. So this person that I love, he intentionally spoke to that old version of me with his energy. He saw the old version of me. He observed the old version of me. And instead of me feeling scared, I was given safety in that moment. I was told it's going to be okay. And that impacted my current reality 15 years later, 15 years later, like that, like that, no more fear of death, no more nightmares ever. And that proves that you can change your past. You can change your future with your current with your present intention and observation. Now, I'm not saying that right now with your attention, your focus, you can just hop into into being a billionaire by tomorrow because we do live in this 3D world and it's dense. There are layers to it. Maybe you have to get through other infinite books to get to your desired outcome, but that comes with still this present moment consistently and intentionally being in that energy of who you want to be. Because we know that infinite possibilities are. all in existence right here right now. And with your energy alone, you can shift into those. Then right here right now, start embodying the version of you who's on the timeline that you wanna be on, who's reading the book that you wanna read. Because we have that power. We have this ability because our consciousness is not limited to this 3D world. Our consciousness, our energy, our thought, can traverse across space time, can traverse across all the dimensions with that intention alone. When you get to a grounded state, when you are no longer impacted by all the things happening around you and your mind is going off the walls and you're actually able to sit with yourself and use your energy and your intention to go beyond just your body. That is how you can make these crazy shifts in life. That is how you can use this knowledge of time not existing in the sense that we understand it, you literally create your dream life. Again, to actually practice this, I would go to episode three of this podcast, your inner world creates your outer world, it gives you amazing tangible steps for how to do this. And also your intuition, that gut feeling is here to guide you to that book you wanna read, to that reality you want to live. So start tuning into those feelings, start tuning into those nudes. Because when you think about us and seeing the 2D world and seeing the sphere going through that 2D plane, we can see the sphere, we can see the 2D plane, we can see everything about it. From that 2D plane, that 2D plane could only see a line getting bigger and a line getting smaller, that's all I can see. We can see the ball even when it's not in the plane. So imagine if you were to zoom out and you were this fourth dimensional being, maybe like your soul, maybe like your higher self or maybe that's just God's source, whatever you wanna call it, can see all 3D worlds and all possibilities. Because again, if we can see the ball passing through the 2D plane and we can see it before, during and after it passes through, then the version of us that's in the 4D, that's not bound by time, our consciousness, our energy, because energy cannot be created in order to show it. So we exist in this dimension above us, but we are experiencing this dimension now. So the version of us that's experiencing, whatever it's experiencing in the 4D world is not bound by time, it sees all possibilities. And God's source, your higher self, your intuition, whatever you wanna call it, is wanting to guide you to the life that you know that you're meant to live. And if you wanna understand what your intuition is, scientifically, what it is, spiritually, and actually how to listen to it, to let it guide you, to your highest align path, to this book you wanna read, to the reality that you know you're meant to live, then you gotta check out my intuition explained master class. It's 90 minutes and explains all of that and gives you actual tangible practices you can use to start building this trust and this connection to your intuition, 'cause again, your intuition is here to guide you. You understand now how time works, or at least you have a general understanding. You don't actually, you know, oh yeah, I get it, I get it because no one does, 'cause again, we're living in a 3D world, but you understand the basis of it. So frickin' use it to your advantage. Life is not just happening to you, you are creating your life in every single moment. You can give your past self the love that they didn't have. You can give them hugs, you can be there for them, when times were hard, you can let them know that they're going to be okay. You can focus on your future self, the life you wanna live, and ask her for advice, ask her what the next step is for you. Every version of you exists in this moment. And you get to choose which version of you you wanna be. So how frickin' cool is that? I love life, oh so cool. All right, thank you so much for tuning into this episode. I hope you enjoyed listening to it as much as I did. Talking about it, if you wanna talk about it more, please leave a comment. I think you can leave comments on both Spotify and Apple. It's about the conversation there. If you haven't, leave this podcast a review. Key Points:

  1. The speaker experienced severe death anxiety from ages 7–12, believing death meant permanent non-existence, leading to panic attacks and sleepless nights.
  2. After a period of relief and later finding God in high school, the speaker had a spiritual awakening around 2020 that triggered intense nightmares and sleep paralysis for three years.
  3. The nightmares stopped after a profound, sober experience with her partner, who physically held her and emotionally connected with her younger self, communicating safety and love.
  4. This event is used to introduce the concept that time is an illusion, drawing on physics (spacetime, block universe theory) to argue that past, present, and future all exist simultaneously.
  5. The speaker explains dimensions by analogy

Summary:

FAQs

Death anxiety is an intense fear of dying. The speaker experienced it from ages 7 to 12, believing death meant ceasing to exist forever, which caused panic attacks and sleepless nights.

Her partner tackled her onto the bed and pressed his forehead against hers, silently sending love. The speaker re-experienced her younger self being comforted by a safe presence, which resolved her death anxiety and stopped her nightmares.

Spacetime is a four-dimensional structure where three dimensions of space and one dimension of time are fused together, as described by Einstein's relativity. Time is a coordinate, not a separate river.

Just as a 2D being cannot perceive height, we as 3D beings cannot perceive the fourth dimension. We only perceive time linearly as past, present, and future.

It states that time does not flow; instead, the entire past, present, and future all exist at once within spacetime. We move through a geometrically fixed structure, not a reality being written.

Her nightmares were graphic death scenarios that lasted over three years, stemming from her ignored childhood death anxiety. After healing that fear through her partner's act of love, the nightmares stopped.
