The transcription begins with an advertisement for "Spark Energy and Focus," a supplement that provides steady energy for morning workouts without a crash, offering 30% off and free shipping with the code "mindful." The speaker then transitions to the main content: a recorded workshop replay for "Yoga Ninja" teacher training, available for a limited time until Sunday, May 31st, with a 20% discount on enrollment. The workshop defines Yoga Ninja as a non-movement, guided practice that induces a state between waking and sleeping, designed to systematically relax the nervous system, shift brain waves, and open the subconscious to facilitate deep rest, healing, and transformation. It involves journeying through the koshas (physical, energetic, mental, wisdom, and bliss layers) to reach the true self (atman). Unlike traditional yoga, Yoga Ninja does not require a 200-hour teacher training certification; it can be taught by wellness professionals, therapists, and health coaches. The speaker addresses common limiting beliefs about earning money from teaching yoga, explaining that Yoga Ninja can be offered as a premium event or generate passive income through audio recordings. The workshop covers what Yoga Ninja is and isn't, its roots, why it is needed now, realistic financial expectations for teachers, and the insufficiency of using scripts found online. The replay is available for about 72 hours before being taken down.
So as you may have heard because I've been talking about it a lot lately I have been trying to become a little bit of a gym girly So I've been trying to get to the gym and I especially like to go first thing in the morning like well everyone sleeping really early and I love going to the gym then But I also need some help with my energy and maintaining energy throughout the whole rest of the day Which is where spark comes in it is something that gives me energy and this mental sharpness Really without the trade-offs. So spark energy and focus is absolutely Your go-to for pre-workout rituals when you need to really get that reliable energy to power through Maybe a lift or maybe you like to go on a ride or a run or a class It's just so easy to mix that I like to mix it just with water and then sip it and then really get dialed in to go And I love that it has zero grams of sugar and essential vitamins and amino acids for a mental focus And it honestly helps me and not only get through morning workouts But then keep that morning energy without crashing later on in the day So you can get steady controlled pre-workout energy with zero grams of sugar and spark energy does have caffeine in it But it also has amino acids and touring it has B vitamins Everything that you need to help support your body so that you can get energy mental focus and clarity But without that crash so spark energy and focus is offering 30% off and free shipping go to drink spark calm and use code mindful at checkout that's code mindful at drink spark calm Hello everyone Welcome to this not really episode of the mindful minutes podcast You can tell by the title that this is a little bit different type of content And so right from the top I want to tell you what this is so you can decide if it is for you or not for you So today I led a workshop because yoga ninja teacher training is open for enrollment I let a workshop and it's like an email about it and I realized I didn't talk about it on the podcast so a lot of you Probably didn't know about it, but I let a workshop on basically what exactly is yoga ninja and everything you need to know about teaching it So it was about an hour long and I'm going to put the recording of that workshop here just the audio of it It was like a zoom presentation. So I will say the audio it was only going through my headphones So it is not like podcast quality audio. It's just a zoom recording and Yes, and it basically is going to talk about you'll hear me you'll hear my My my teacher voice, which is a little bit different than my podcasting voice but I don't know I just get like in a different mode And I'm like talking about what I love and like teaching teachers But in this workshop, I basically talked about what yoga ninja is what yoga ninja isn't how it's different than other styles of yoga that you might be teaching So really this is for either yoga teachers or wellness professionals That's a question I get a lot can I teach yoga ninja from not a yoga teacher? Yoga ninja is kind of the only style that you can teach if you aren't if you don't have like a 200 hour 300 hour under your belt because It's a non-emovement style of yoga. So I've had their piss go through yoga teacher training wellness professionals health coaches like ricky practitioners teachers Trying to think some parents But yeah, I would say the majority are like yoga or Wellness or Pilates or mindfulness or meditation Cheegong those types of mindful movement type practices and then the next category I really see is like health nutrition Hormone like integrated medicine type stuff and then I also see Like therapists and those who work kind of in the mental health field specifically because you'll hear about this if you listen to the workshop All the research has been done around yoga ninja I rest and NSDR. They're all kind of like slightly different labeled versions of the same practice The research has been done around that and like PTSD and Mental health support so that is what this is is not by any means like a freeform episode I thought because I didn't talk about it I'll just throw the replay up here. I'm gonna take it down on Sunday on the 31st because you'll hear me talk about the the 20% discount on for like early bird open enrollment So I'm only going to leave it up until that discount is Valid and then on Sunday I'll take this episode down. I have no idea Maybe no one's even listening at this point But if you are like a yoga teacher a once professional you're very curious about the ins and outs of what it's actually like including like what you can expect to be paid How is this like best taught all of that? Really the ins and outs of like what to expect if you become a yoga ninja teacher That's what you'll hear in this workshop So we are going to dive into that like I said very different audio quality because it was just a zoom call. I saved the audio And this will be up for what would that be like three days like 72 hours and then when it's not relevant anymore I'll pull it down So if anyone wants to join yoga ninja teacher training enrollment is open until June 5th But that discount of 20% off or about 75 dollars is good until the end of the day on Sunday So that is that I'll put the information in the show notes and if you do listen to this workshop. I hope you enjoy it Okay, everyone. Hello and welcome to what exactly is yoga ninja going beyond the script I'm Kelly and I am absolutely thrilled that you are here. Okay, Lynn. I'm gonna That's a great question. I'm gonna try to touch on it I might save that and answer that in the Q&A because it's a good question But basically what you can do is there's a lot of options that you can do with Pratt while while we'll get there We'll get there Lynn. That's a great question. Okay Could everyone on video give me a thumbs up if you can both see my slides and hear me Amazing. Thank you. They don't want to get any surprises there. Okay, diving right in. I am gonna ask I will be hanging out doing Q&A and all that answering questions at the end Also all of you that are here live probably saw I have that yoga ninja like revenue Blueprint for you. I'll be sharing that at the end as well in the chat if you have any Questions if you could save it to the end. I would be so grateful But I will be hanging out answering questions. Absolutely. So this is beyond the script what exactly is yoga ninja and what's possible when you teach it So this is what we're going to be diving into today. We are going to do a little bit just a very brief introduction to me who I am Why I'm qualified to be chatting about all of this we will talk about what yoga ninja is we will talk about what yoga ninja is not We will talk about the roots and foundation of the practice. We'll dive into why it's different than something that you might already be offering Why it's different than other yoga classes you may be teaching and why we need this practice now more than ever We will also dive into the financial business prospects of yoga ninja as well because I think that's an important one to Hatch on and then we will end. I'll be answering your questions I will give you an invitation to learn further with me and then for those of you that are live I have that gift that I promised for all of you So just a little bit of housekeeping. We're going to be learning for about the next 45 minutes or so So just give yourself the gift of the next 45 minutes to learn Make sure that your devices are silenced and save any questions for the end And I promise that if you do these things your future self one hour from now will be so so happy at your present self For just giving yourself that gift of 45 minutes to learn So this is me hello. I'm Kelly. I'm an E Ryt 500 a Y ACEP Those letters and numbers just mean that I am an experienced registered yoga teacher So I have taught over 10,000 hours It's well beyond that but after the 10,000 hours and I got the ES stopped counting Years ago the 500 means I've had 500 hours of classroom training and the Y ACEP means I'm a yoga alliance continued ed provider So that means any of my trainings that you take will automatically be recognized by yoga alliance for continued at hours if you need those I'm the founder of yoga for you and the host of two podcasts mindful in minutes and meditation mama And I have had the pleasure of leading over 27 million students through my podcasts events classes and retreats And I was first introduced to yoga knee drop in my 300 hour teacher trainings my second teacher training that I did I did a foundational 200 hour first and then a few years after that I felt like I'm ready to dive in and learn more and so I did an additional 300 hour teacher training And that's when I was first introduced to yoga knee drop and I Immediately knew that this was something that I wanted to share Not necessarily because the first yoga knee drop practice that I ever did I was like oh my gosh my life has completely changed. I Have become enlightened. I'm a new woman now It wasn't exactly like that, but I remember being so struck not only by the concept up into this point I didn't know that they were really like non-movement styles of yoga. I wasn't that familiar with the kosha's I hadn't heard of op-mon on the true self we're gonna talk about all these things in just a few minutes
But I remember that I felt like when I did this practice that I could like really rest I felt like my body Went into rest and recovery mode in a way that I had never experienced before and that was enough to peak my interest to be like I am so curious about this practice and what it entails and The nitty gritty of how it works and all of that that it became a little bit of a hyper fixation of me of mine And I began to read all the books Listen to you know the random YouTube videos all of the information that I could get about yoga knee-dra and how it works What makes yoga knee-dra unique all of that? I just started really diving in I'm about 10 years ago to do all of that and yoga knee-dra sense I just been something that's so near and dear and special to my heart and then I love to teach and also teach people how to teach And so some of the places that you may have seen my yoga knee-dra work would be in yoga journal meditation magazine for it's in glamour So I'm in a yoga teacher a yoga knee-dra teacher since 2016 and like I said I immediately knew that this was something I wanted to share with others But I just felt like it was so different it was so unique and that it was also something that was so important I love to support my students nervous systems and give them the gift of Deep rest and regulation because we are just so chronically doing and being productive and go go go and and this and that and like the magic of yoga knee-dra lies in creating a space where people can truly Rift and get that deep regulation that they need as well as taking a journey inward and so I specialize in all my teaching not just yoga knee-dra and helping my students turn inward quiet the noise and take the breaks that they deserve and I believe in the magic of yoga Needra because I've seen it not only within myself, but I've seen it within my students as well And so another thing that I want to touch on and this is where I'm going to ask if anyone came here with limiting beliefs around teaching yoga or Doing something that you care about and making money at the same time I'm going to ask that you take that limiting belief and you just take it and just like set it out to the side one time I had a student and they said I'm going to put my my limiting beliefs in a time out for the next hour And I was like that's perfect and the reason that I call this out is because let me tell you I had the biggest limiting belief that I could either Do something that I loved and that I was passionate about and that helped people or I could make money and I couldn't do the two together and I had this limiting belief for so long and I think it's because often When we're in the yoga space or the wellness space or the mindfulness space There is sort of this undercurrent that is Well, if you make a lot of money doing this or even if you make a good amount of money doing this You're not authentic. You don't actually believe in it. You aren't embodying what this practice is and I don't believe in that. I think Meeting your needs and being an authentic person. I think those are two separate things and they absolutely can exist at the same time I don't think it's a one or the other. Sometimes I think it can be a neither situation right where it's like Or maybe you're making a lot of money, but you're not authentic But I don't think those two things are tied together and I really struggled with this limiting belief and the reason that I touch on this in particular before this Workshop before you dive into yoga need draws at the end. I will be sharing Kind of realistic expectations for you can make as a yoga teacher and I recently asked my yoga teacher list a lot of you got this email And I asked like 4000 teachers on that list and I said what feels hard for you right now and one of the number one things it was like getting more students into my class And then money those were like the two the two big things And I know this to be true. I know that a lot of us are running around You know teaching hourly classes for 30 40 50 maybe 60 bucks a pop and We can only teach so many classes in a week before we either get burnt out or that you know that were offered or whatever it is and yoga needra is such A unique opportunity because it's a style of class where it's often best shared as a premium event Meaning you are you know, it's not included in membership. You're charging a premium for it It's also something where you can create an audio for it put that audio on YouTube or insight timer or something like that and then Get passive revenue from it as well And so I really think that this style in particular is great for breaking out of that hours and for dollars out So that's why I say this now and I ask that if you feel anyway about that because I felt Like that so much and honestly the thing that got me out of that Uh limiting belief was the universe kind of you know the universe is just like oh you're having a hard time with that Let me like shove you right into it um we became single income in my household my husband went back to school for quite a while and We were single income on me So I had two options either figure out how to do what I was doing and do what I love and Make enough doing that that I could support my family or give up on the dream and find another job I didn't really want to give up on the dream and find another job. So So here we are and it really helped me get past that limiting belief and start looking at you know How do I swap this this model of hours and for dollars out? So So I share all that and if any of you feel that way then maybe you won't feel a little bit alone because I've struggled with that too So when we're done together you will be 100% clear on what yoga needger is and what yoga needger is not What makes it unique compared to other styles of yoga? Why we need this practice more than ever then realistic expectations of how much you can earn teaching yoga needger and how to share it And then how teaching yoga needger can be life changing for you and your students and then why reading scripts you found online isn't enough So what is yoga needra yoga needra is a guided practice that leads you into a state between waking and sleeping It's where deep rest healing and transformation can occur and so I like to think about it as the place Where your body is asleep, but your mind is awake. It's like The edge I call it and so you know when you're at you know, you're falling asleep at night And you're really relaxed your eyes are closed you're sleeping ish But it's like your body's asleep, but if someone were to walk into the bedroom You know, maybe you're partnered walk into the bedroom You'd still hear them and kind of register. Oh like you know, so and so is coming to bed But like you wouldn't move or anything because your body is in that sleep state But it's like your your mind is still a little bit awake When we're practicing yoga needger We're trying to intentionally put our students or get ourselves into that place where it's like the body is asleep And in total like repair mode and rest mode, but the mind is still awake and we can still you know, we do some stuff up there So yoga needra itself the term translates to yogic sleep and it is a practice design to put the body to sleep while keeping the consciousness awake And so yoga needra it works to systematically relax the nervous system shift your brain waves and open this subconscious To rewire habits and beliefs. It's also can be an extremely powerful manifestation tool because what we're doing is we are trying to will use this thing called the sand culpa or an intention and it's going to be a positive present tense statement that has to go with the theme of your yoga needra class It could be something like um Confidence is infused into everything I do it it could be anything right um but you can take that and you're going to plant it in this really fertile soil of manifestation Which is the true self will talk about that in a moment, but it's also one of the purest forms of pradiahara that we have so if you're someone who was taught or subscribed to the idea of the eight limbs of yoga There's this little image here on the side that that shows them Pradiahara is one of those limbs and it is one of the limbs that I think we talk about the least people are probably familiar with asanas the movement Pradiama breathwork Probably a gaiana meditation sometimes even if you're in a class they might weave in some you know themes from the yamas or the niyamas But a lot of people aren't familiar with pradiahara which is withdrawal the senses And this is something that Patanjali talks about in the yoga sutras But this pradiahara is total withdrawal of the senses and turning inward so external world no longer existing right We only engage in our external world through our senses where we see and feel in here touch all that So journeying inward and yoga ninja is one of the purest forms of pradiahara that we have So yoga ninja itself is the guided journey through the kosha's to the true self So if you look at this image over on the side this is an image of the kosha's the different layers or sheaths that we have So we have the physical body We have the energetic body or the life force body we have the mental body the wisdom body and the bliss body When you journey all the way through these layers so you can you can think about it as you know on the end if you want I prefer to think about it as one of those like Russian nesting dolls Have you seen those you know, it's like you have the big one and then you open it up and inside there's the little replica And then you open another one up and it's smaller It's another replica and you keep opening them up and then you get to the center I remember a friend of mine when I was growing up had these at her house. I thought they were so cool Maybe this was foreshadowing about what I wanted to do with my life But open them all the way up and you finally get the like the original one It's small and it doesn't open up and it's the one that all the other layers are sort of designed after That is op-mon. That is the true self. That is the sole space Or if there's another word that you like to use to describe like the truest most authentic part Like the essence of who you are your sole space If you have another word you prefer Certainly use that
But what we're doing in Yoganidra is we're opening up all of those dolls or peeling back those layers in different sheets, the kosha's Intentionally in order to bring our students or for us personally to journey all the way through to come face to face at the true self And that I think is so incredible and so powerful and so unique when it comes to Yoganidra And that's where then we're going to plant that positive seat of intention is within the true self or op-mom And that is incredibly fertile soil for manifestation So Yoganidra itself is also a practice that is designed to help your body restore and rest on a deep level While working on your subconscious mind and resetting your nervous system So what Yoganidra is not it is not restorative yoga. It is not Yanyoga again. There's no movement. There's no poses other than Shagasana It is not meditations different than meditation not only are they separate limbs Meditation is single-pointed concentration where Yoganidra is a practice of Pradyahara to journey through the kosha's and come face to face with the true self Which is different there not hypnosis. It is not a way to bio hack your sleep. I don't know if anyone's seen this statistic I imagine some of you have where they say 45 minutes of Yoganidra is equivalent to three hours of sleep at night and This statistic Well technically true What they're doing is they're actually just playing with some ratios here and so what they're doing they're looking at Your body and your mind so they hook you up to An electro and septal graph. It's like pat with a little wires and stuff and you know the Heart monitors that a lot of wires. Okay a lot of sensors on the body That's how they're studying these things and they're looking at what's happening when you practice the open-eater And you get into this really deep restorative state and what they found is that the body goes into kind of that deep sleep state Like that true kind of like cellular repair state that it goes there and within 45 minutes of Yoganidra you might be in that deep sleep state for a 10 or so minutes Maybe maybe a little bit more but what happens at night because we do different sleep cycles So we start light sleep you know we'll stage one stage two then go down to sleep deep sleep three four We go to RAM and then we work our way back up you can only spend over the course of a night I want to say between 45 to 60 minutes over the whole night that you're sleeping So when you spend let's say 10 to 12 minutes and that deep Space for your body and Yoganidra that's about the same that you might spend over three hours So they're kind of just playing with the ratio But what they're trying to show there is that Yoganidra does help you get into that really deep restorative Space like really quickly as opposed to having to you know kind of cycle in and out while you're sleeping at night Yoganidra is not just a long body scan there will be some kind of a body scan component in a Yoganidra practice And this is where I think a lot of people get confused or get it wrong because there will be we call it rotation of awareness in the body That's the way that you speak to the first kosha to the Anamaya kosha the physical body So there will always be some kind of a body scan type component in there. That's how you talk to the first kosha, but then a lot of times Then it's just kind of left there And we don't even touch any of the other kosha. So it's not Yoganidra a body scan is a body scan Yoganidra has a Body scan component in it and then all of these other components that need to be there to truly make Yoganidra It's also not a short practice. I think the shortest Yoganidra practice I've been able to put together using my own creativity Is maybe 25 minutes I think I called it like a power nap or a mini Nidra and I would say typical Yoganidra is are going to be between 40 to 60 minutes you can do more you could do up to you know 70 75 minutes Those have to be you know kind of mindful about what techniques you take and sort of plug in and how you're going to make that work Also a lot of times I like to weave Yoganidra into other things So I might do maybe a 75 minute practice where I am doing You know 40 minutes of restorative yoga and then ending with a full Yoganidra practice or something like that But it's certainly not a short practice So let's look a little bit closer at the coaches and this idea of intention or San Copa because this is really something that sets Yoganidra apart I have I have never Then to a movement based style of class maybe they mentioned the coaches, but I've never had one that has been able to like guide me through the different coaches are different layers of our being it's really unique to Yoganidra So Yoganidra has a specific blueprint that must be followed in order for it to be designated as like Yoganidra so that you can go through the different layers of your being so to travel through the coaches You have to go in order starting with the physical body and then you journey down down down down down down down down down down down down down down down by the time you open up the bliss body Then you come face to face with the true self the way that Yoganidra works is you're going to have kind of a different category of technique if you will so I've always taught I've already talked about how to speak to the physical body you do rotation of awareness in the body and so you will have some kind of a body scan type thing. Now how do you get creative with Yoganidra is even with a body scan you can do so many different types of rotation of awareness in the body. You could do your classic like start at the top work your way down to the feet or start at the feet work your way back up. You could do only the front side of the body or only the back side of the body, you could do starting from the right side of the body working across you could do 61 points, you could be just focusing on the joints of your body I like to do what I call the outline, which is like I think of it as like. You know, almost like old criminal shows like all time and they'd have like you know the body on the floor and it's like there and they're like outline it and talk. I know that's not like very like yoga like but it's what I think of and so I start like on one side and then I work my way like up over and around and I do like an outline of the body. You can do so many things even within even if you always need to have your techniques in a specific order, you can get so creative as to what those techniques are. And then you will intentionally go layer by layer and of course, like in yoga, you're teacher training we go to be spent a lot of time on like how do you speak to each kosher. But the thing that you need to know about yoga knee drugs that every word every technique and every part of the practice has been picked with intention and for a reason and when you really understand the kosher's. How they work kind of what language they speak what the yoga knee jar blueprint is you'll see just how much more intentional yoga knee jar is then maybe. You would think if you were just taking it and listening and I think that's kind of the magic. And kind of the fun of yoga knee jar is that when you take it just as a student, it feels like it's really nice long like guided meditation in a way because you're resting and laying and listening. But you know that what you created that like every single thing that you do every word that you picked as I'm picked with intention like for a reason and that you are working intentionally to bring them face to face with the true self as you journey through the kosher's. And then every yoga knee jar practice will have a San culpa so that's that you know. Present tense positive statement around the theme, I don't remember what I said a few minutes ago so i'll find something else. Self self love comes to me with these. It could be a San culp it doesn't have to be an I am statement it could be I am surrounded by love in each moment. It can be but it's always going to be like this positive statement that then we're going to plant in the true self son of grow and flourish out into our lives. And the reason that I believe that many scripts online aren't truly yoga knee jar is because. My experiences that they skip steps, they do not understand that there will definitely be components of a yoga knee jar practice, but they will just skip some of the techniques like a lot of times people just skip. The wisdom body is a big one that people skip and the mental body as well where they skip those techniques or maybe. It'll be kind of close within there won't be a San culp I find a lot of times because there isn't the understanding of the history of the practice, the origin of the practice and the why and the how. That there's missing pieces in those online scripts now I do want to say that some of you might be thinking but Kelly i've been on your website and I see that you sell a yoga knee jar script bundle. I do and i'll tell you why you do that and it's only the one and it's because I know that no matter how passionately I tell people because I believe this so deeply how passionately I tell them you could be creating something that is so much better. Then anything you could find online, including what I could create and it'll be more authentic to who you are because it will not just be you reading someone else's vision through your voice, it will be you bringing your vision to life through your voice. But I know no matter how much we tell people passionately I tell them that there's so many people that are going to be like. I just want to get the scripts online so I want to make sure that if people are like dead set on that that there I know there's at least an option out there that is technically need to us so. If you were thinking that that's why I decided to do that so some of the benefits of yoga knee drum yoga knee jar has been scientifically proven to decrease stress and anxiety. Improve stress resilience decrease pain improve sleep support emotional healing change your brain on a physical level support your hormone health. It's also been shown to lower cortisol improve PTSD symptoms improve and support your immune system quiet the default mode network and the amygdala those are regions of the brain and improve emotion regulation so all of those aspects have been looked at and how yoga knee just supports them and it's been shown that they can. That they can support that. So why yoga knee draw is different yoga knee draw is a non movement type of yoga so other than chavasana no movement there that's it you can set up in chavasana it's a non movement based type of yoga if focuses on the co shows which I think is incredibly unique to yoga knee jar compared to other styles of yoga it cultivates that deep.
Pradia Harada that deep sense of being able to journey inward and withdraw from the senses and the sensory world. It uses breath, use his body, breath, feelings, imagery and intention in a specific order. So all of those things have to be there for yoga, knee to practice in a specific order to reset the body and rewire this unconscious mind. It's also best offered as either an audio or a specialty event. What do I mean by that? So yoga, knee, is incredible because it is you can deliver the whole thing as an audio. You could record it ahead of time and put it on insight timer or YouTube or share it on your website or email it to your clients, put it in your membership, something like that. Also, it's really easy to teach a virtually. I know sometimes for a movement based type instructors, you know, there's definitely a different feel of like trying to, you know, give people feedback or cues on different postures. Or movement in the body like virtually as, you know, as opposed to like when they're right there and you come over and you're like, hey, try this. Move your hands here. You don't have to worry about any of that with the yoga knee, it translates so well when you teach virtually as well, which is really nice. And then in person, knee, I find personally, I found this and then my students, my alums, I found this too. It does best as a specialty event. It is special. It is unique. You're going to make it feel special and have it be that premium event and do it like once a month. Now you could do it once a month that. Through four different locations, but that is when yoga knee, your performance the best usually at night, too. I would aim for a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday night or the best nights for yoga knee, drop. Evening, I would say after seven, seven is good, seven, 30s, good, or like a start time. But obviously, you know, you're, you know, your group and your audience best. And yeah, just creating that specialty event to doing it, you know, around the new moon or the full moon or the first Sunday of every month. You can also do a specialty event, repel, with other people with a rakey practitioner. After that before an acupuncturist, I did one where we got a run setup. I did the yoga knee dress. You put a couple of points and ever on that one was actually like a 10 out of 10. I did one where I collaborated with a local business. They do like Ashwaganda infused tea. And so we did the yoga knee, drop practice and then we ended like some community time with tea, like making these really special events. And then when you collaborate with someone else too, it's really cool because you can kind of tap into each other's audience to create. He's really premium experience together. But premium specialty event means that people are also paying a premium for this specialty event. And I have just found that that is like, that's just how people like to consume yoga knee drop. And so that's how people are walking away with 200, 300, 400 dollar checks at the end of an hour. It's because it's like a paper person type thing. Yoga knee drop also moves students from beta waves down to delta brain waves. You go through the different brain wave patterns and you do it methodically. So as we start to get more into that restful state, we can see that it actually changes our brain wave patterns as we're doing that. It's also an incredibly inclusive practice because there is no movement and I love this about yoga knee drop. If you have people, you know, knee replacements, hip replacements, if someone is pregnant. You know, if they are even sometimes if they're hard of hearing, I've had people that maybe couldn't do like a group class because they're struggling with their hearing, but they can do an audio, put headphones in and turn that up. If someone, you know, uses a wheelchair or uses, you know, other supports. In any way, it's also usually like low sensory. So anyone who has like sensory sensitivities and things is incredibly inclusive practice, which I love. And it's also becoming one of the top studied forms of yoga knee drop due to its profound effects on mental health. So I got the opportunity about a year ago, a little over a year ago to work with the VA to help develop an app around Phantom limb pain. And this actually all started because and before I tell this story, I want to, I want to hit the pause and I want to let everyone know. That I think it's so important that we always stay within our scope of what we're doing. So I, I am not a Phantom limb, limb pain person. I am not a scientist. I am not a therapist. I am not qualified to work with someone, you know, with CTSD. Any of that. I am a yoga teacher, a meditation teacher. I have a college degree that I don't even use. Okay. And so I think it's important that we stay within our scope. That being said, what was really cool is I had, you know, one of my monthly yoga knee drop practices and I had a woman that was a regular coming all the time and then we were chatting a little bit after classes of like years ago. And she was kind of telling me about what she does for work and she said that she was, you know, doing this work on Phantom limb pain. I was like her whole thing was like Phantom limb pain and she said, you're not so interested in coming. I started coming in and experiencing yoga knee drop. I was doing some sound with it too, like a sound bath and how that all works because, you know, a lot of what we do. We look at that research of like the mind, body connection. Like what do we do if there's something like if the body is saying because fun fact, now that you came here to learn about Phantom limb pain. But apparently often if you are having Phantom limb pain, it can also feel like the limb is there, but it's on backwards. It's really common. And so she was doing a lot of research into kind of that mind body connection. Like how do we, you know, what can we do with this with them with if you're feeling pain and a limb that is no longer there. And so we're chatting about that and I thought, you know, I love to chat and I was like, this is fascinating. That was like three years ago. And then just a year ago, then I got an email from that same student being like, Hey, remember that thing that we talked about. We're past the research stage and now we're creating an app where people can listen to audio. Like will you collaborate with us in creating some of these audios? Like we will, you know, tell you what needs to be in there from a scientific standpoint. And then can you put it all together record the audio the way that you do put a little background music, you know, do do the calming voice and, you know, give suggestions and all of that. And I was like, absolutely, and it was one of the coolest projects that I got to work on. And that's the type of stuff that I think is so interesting about yoga, need you because it is really becoming one of the top studied forms of yoga because of its profound effects on mental health and the VA is doing a lot of it. They offer as well, I rest, which is a trademark kind of version of yoga, need, but they offer that as well, like at the VA. So why we need this as a society, we are so deeply rest deprived. We are overstimulated. We are stuck in fight or flight. We are just, we are hyper fixated on doing and productivity and our anxiety and nervousness and dysfunction is at an all time high chronic stress and burnout or just the norm. And we are so disconnected from our true selves. And so not only are we so desperate just for some rest, just for a break, just for the senses to take a break in our body to go into deep rest mode. We're also so disconnected from our true selves. And I think there is nothing that is more beautiful out in the world than giving your students the gift of meeting their true selves of us connecting with our true selves. Of tapping into that space, that like soul space, that the true self, I think it's just so important and it is so not how we're living our lives right now. And we need this more than ever. I think that's also why you need your is so incredibly popular right now and it's very high in demand. It's because we want it in an ideal world. I think that maybe you're going to need your wouldn't be as popular because we were doing a good job of doing this on our own already. But we aren't and so we're looking for spaces for looking for support opportunities, audios, events, YouTube videos, all that we are looking for this opportunity to go into deep rest mode and to dive into a deeper part of ourselves. And so why I think if you ask and you're like Kelly, why do you think I should teach you a new job. This is what I would tell you it compliments any movement based style of yoga you're already teaching is going to be a phenomenal compliment to that. There's a few different options here. You could take some of the movement that you're doing and again, maybe make a longer practice. This could be a premium event as well. And you could do a Valentine's Day theme self love practice where you do 30 minutes of YIN and then a 45 minute yoga need your practice or however you want to do it. It'll compliment any movement based style yoga you're already teaching. You'll also be able to support your students and their nervous systems on a deeper level that ever before it. There is no way that you can get the same level of nervous system support reset repair from a you know board and eight nine minute Shavasana at the end of a class versus a full 60 minute yoga need your practice. And I do both of those things and I think they're both great. I think I think all of these options are great options. But if you are looking to really support your students nervous systems on a deeper level than ever before yoga need your way that you can do it. And the world is so desperate for rest. They are looking for people like you to give them that break. And it's still more uncommon. It is not oversaturated people want this there. I get maybe not every day, but very often I get people inquiring about yoga need about coming into this business and doing yoga need your over the lunch hour about adding a monthly yoga need to the schedule about doing a you know what is yoga need like people are hearing about yoga need Yeah, they're intrigued. They are looking for people to do this. And then you can also support your students with any topic through yoga need. Any topic. So when I offer yoga need a lot of times I'll do it in a group setting or like create an audio, put it on my podcast or you know something like that or on my website. And. With that, I'll usually pick a San Copa. That is what I call a crowd teaser. So that's going to be something that everyone can get support with. Stress relief, anxiety relief, happiness, self-care, self-love, intuition, accepting change, right? The kind of things that just collectively you get a group of 20 to 30 people in a room and no one's going to be like, ah, stress relief, relaxation, I already have that master. I don't ever need any help with that ever again, right? But you can also, I do a lot of one to one yoga knee-dress. I create custom yoga knee-dress. I work on a one to one basis with people for yoga knee-dress and you can get so specific with your San Copa. You can help support people with like, so some of the ones I've done in the past, a yoga knee-dress practice to help prepare for transfer day for an IVF journey. Working on social anxiety, preparing someone for their wedding. They wanted to be able to walk down the aisle. They were afraid to be seen. And it was so specific. We had like the word wedding. You can do imagine if I go to my monthly class over at the prenatal studio and it's like all of my pregnant mamas and I show up and I'm like, I'm like, okay, today we're going to do a yoga knee-dress practice to help you feel confident and be comfortable being seen on your wedding day. And they'd be like, are you okay? Does Kelly need an intervention? But you can get so specific. I've worked with people where they wanted to, you know, just one woman wanted to work on forgiving her sister for this one specific thing and she felt like, and she could forgive that, like the relationship could never be the same. And we got so specific, we had the sister's name in the same cul-puff. And again, this wasn't the sister's name, but if I showed up, you know, I teach monthly at a Pilates studio two and I showed up, I said, okay, everyone, today we're going to work on forgiving Patricia. I feel like we're back as Patricia, but you can be so broad where you can teach a large group of people and then you can work one to one with people either through creating custom, like audios for them or like one to one sessions where your sample is so specific, you can use like the name of the person that you're working on forgiving. And I think that is so cool. So now let's talk about yoga teaching and money. So before we go into the numbers of what I think is realistic for adding yoga kneejah to your toolkit or beginning to teach it, I want you to take a moment to reflect on how you feel about yoga, teaching and money. And this is something I'm still working through myself. Like even this week, I had a call with someone and she was a little bit more business minded than me and we were just talking about, you know, pricing and things like that. And I still found myself really kind of trying to make myself small a bit. And she was like, why are you doing that? But I want you to think about it. Just observe without judgment. And I want you to ask yourself if you worry that if you make good money doing something that you love teaching that you will somehow be less authentic. And if you do believe that, that was my belief. Yours might be something different. That one was mine. I want you to just take that for a moment and just set it off to the side. You want to pick it back up when we're done. We can't but also this is your invitation to leave it, leave it out. So the business side, as I said, yoga kneejah is best offered as a specialty premium event. So I would say about once a month, but you could offer that at several different locations. This is going to help you stand out as a teacher. It's audio only so you can teach large groups. Like if you have a microphone, I've tried yoga kneejah at like festivals, big corporate clients, very doable, or sometimes you can't, you know, you're limited into the size of the movement-based class. There's also a lot of potential for sharing online. So I think podcasts, insight, timer, online private clients, groups, virtual events, things like that. And then yoga kneejah is often a premium event, which means you will be paid a premium. So here are some of the results and the money piece of it. So I personally make an average about $290 for our teaching yoga kneedraf. And that is when I teach a like a live yoga knee dress class, either virtually or like in a studio. So sometimes it's less than that. Often it's more, this is my like conservative average. But I'm really happy with considering if I were to just go teach like a vinyasa class or a sort of class around here, I'd probably be making about $50 an hour, maybe 60. So what would that be? I would need to teach almost four weekly classes to make up what I make on average for like one yoga kneejah. I also make a minimum of $200 a month repurposing yoga kneejah on insight timer. So I've used insight timer really as an experiment. So I have not leveraged my existing audience at all for insight timer. I've been using this for the last like two years or so. It's sort of just this is experiment of like what is this platform like? What's working? What's not working? And I will say in the last like four months or so, my numbers are going to weigh up on insight timer. There are a couple of practices that I don't know if like the I don't even know how their algorithm works, but they were more popular on insight timer. And so lately I've been making closer to like five, six hundred dollars a month. And it's all on repurposed content. So I'm not making like original content just for insight timer. It's like yoga kneejah practices that I put on my podcast and I might also upload them as a track on insight timer. Or if I did a maybe I was doing like a five day challenge on my website and one of those had a yoga kneejah practice that I made, I'll take that and also just like upload it to insight timer and see you know what's happening. And then I end up charging between three hundred and fifty to four hundred and ninety dollars for a private client or custom yoga kneejah. I'm not charging five hundred dollars per hour. What I'm doing usually is doing a private session and then and then after that session, creating the custom yoga kneejah for them. So I end up charging per hour is how I do that. And so it ends up being kind of a multi hour thing like I might spend an hour with them. Excuse me. I might spend an hour with them and then you know spend I don't know 45 minutes writing the script and then another 45 minutes to an hour like recording it and editing it. So I end up you know, building them like per hour. But for a custom yoga kneejah project, I usually end up invoicing for around three hundred and fifty to four hundred ninety dollars. And then my yoga kneejah practices do better on my podcast and everywhere. YouTube everything are very popular. So I would say an average download for just a guided meditation on one of my podcasts like I'm mindful of minutes would be between maybe 30 to 40,000 downloads or so. We're the average for a yoga kneejah is 59,000. And then many of them like this is just one this yoga kneejah for sleep. And this is an old screenshot. It had 387,000 plays. Some of them are over four hundred thousand. And it's because people are there and they're typing in yoga kneejah for sleep, yoga kneejah for insomnia, yoga kneejah for confidence. And then boom, it's there. And then they're listening. This quote up here is from Ashley who is an alumna mine. And she was making three hundred and ninety dollars an hour teaching yoga kneejah because she did a new moon yoga kneejah and sound bath every month in her city. And it was sold out every single time. And so you know with her portion, they were doing a split with the studio. She would leave a three hundred ninety dollars every time for that one hour class. And then you can also easily weave yoga kneejah into other practices sound, raky acupuncture, you know, tarot cards, astrology, restorative yoga, yen yoga, you could do a slow flow ending with the yoga kneejah. Like it's it's very you can just get so creative and fun with yoga kneejah. So I want this for you. I want you to either be able to reduce your teacher burnout and transform your students lives teaching yoga kneejah or be able to add this new thing to your toolbox and open up this new opportunity of teaching premium events of maybe creating more of an online presence. I want this for you. And so yoga kneejah teacher training. It is 25 hours. It's my signature yoga kneejah teacher training. And it's where you can learn how to share the magic of yogic sleep. And you can really gain the confidence and skills you need to lead this profound healing through the practice of stillness, intention and deep rest. And it's completely done at your own pace. So you might be thinking, well, Kelly, if it's done at my own pace and it's online, why is there a specific enrollment section? I'm so glad that you asked. The reason that that is is because this training is not a, you know, pay some money to then get a piece of paper and not actually learn anything. I don't do that around here. You you can find those trainings online. This is not one of those. I feel so passionately about that. So I control not only when people can sign up at the amount of people that can sign up so that I can make sure that I can support the students that are in there. So you will get monthly office hours with me actually have this month's office hours and a little bit today. I love it where you can time you can bring questions. It doesn't have to be a yoga kneejah question. The any kind of a question, I'll be there to support you. You're also going to submit a final project. And that comes to me and I personally review it. I give feedback. You're not going to fail yoga kneejah teacher training as long as you like follow the directions and try your best. Like I will give feedback all of that. And so I make sure that I limit the size even if it's online and done at your own pace because I want to make sure that I can be there and support students like me personally as they're going through it. So the yoga kneejah teacher training is for you if you're ready to teach the transform transformational practice of yoga kneejah. And I would love to show you exactly how to do that. So there's no guesswork. There's just learning. You can probably tell for my style here that I'm just like get down to it. Here's what you need to know. Like there's no fluff in that training. And it is, as I said, it's done at your own pace. It is online. You can learn the magic of yoga kneejah this summer. And you also can get if you need continued at hours, you can get 25 continued at hours with this training. So it's broken up into eight different modules. We have the welcome and introduction. And then we go right into the foundations of yoga kneejah. This is all about the history of the practice, the roots of the practice, like the true foundational understanding of like what it is, where does it come from, what is the story behind it, how does it work?
Then we go into anatomy science and the brains. We talk all about like the science of sleep, what's happening in your brain, the brain with patterns, all of it. So much fun in that module. Then we go into the kosha, san culpa and intention. So I, what spoke for maybe 10, 15 minutes on those things, we spend like at least, I know it's all its own workshop. They're all like 69-minute. We died so deep, like we just scratched the surface today so deep into all of those things. Then we go into the yoga knee, your blueprint. And this is where I show you the exact blueprint. What needs to be there in what order and why? How do you write these scripts? How do you write these scripts in your voice in a way that's going to resonate with your students? How do I get creative and say, okay, I need, you know, I need a rotation of awareness in the body technique. Here's all these different ideas for things that you can do, different techniques you can use to like plug in there. Maybe, you know, if you put this body technique and then you can put this breath technique in together and then try, you know, this, when you want to do imagery, here's ideas for some couple, all of it. I will show you exactly how you create these things on your own. I'll give you a lot of sample practices and sample scripts, a lot of examples in there too. And then we have a whole module around teaching. This is, you know, how to become a confident teacher. How do I teach groups versus private sessions? You know, different best practices, you know, even on like the voice, all of that, all of that in that whole module, just like, how do I actually become a great teacher at yoga knee-dra? And then when you're done, you'll submit that final project to me. And I love getting those final projects and reviewing them and sending feedback. And then you will get your certificate saying, you have done it, you are ready. And yes, it's really, you just submit like a full class. And the thing that I want to say about the final project is that there is not a hard deadline on it. So if you, I've had people that have enrolled in yoga knee-dra teacher training and like just binge it. And then within 10 days, they're sending me their final project, which is great. You can do that. I've also had people that enrolled last year that still haven't set their final project or like they just sent it. I got a few even this week. And all of that is okay. That's the reason that I kind of limit the enrollment and how many people can join at a time is because then I'll never get to any projects that I can't give at the personalized attention and feedback that I need, same with office hours. And so I'm going to take a sip of water. Here's just a little bit of love, right? A obligatory, happy alumni from the training if you want to read through some of these. And I think I should have put it on here, but I didn't. But I think one of my favorite like testimonials that I got was from someone. And I didn't even ask the testimonial. She sent in her final project. And she said that she had actually taken a yoga knee draw teacher training before. And she felt like this one filled in the gaps for her. She was just like her mind was blown because she took it because she was mostly interested in like in the teacher module. There's like about like teaching and business and all of that. But she went through the whole thing and she was like it just opened my eyes like so much more. And that just made me so so happy. Because I just love talking about this stuff. And I love sharing it. So if you give me 25 hours, I will give you a foundational understanding of what yoga knee draw is. It's history and ancient origins, a comprehensive understanding of the science of the yoga knee draw the brain and sleep, the complete yoga knee draw blueprint that will show you exactly how to put yoga knee draw practices together guidance and support on how to become the authentic and confident teacher that you dream of being. And then tips on teaching private clients, events, group classes, and really becoming a proficient teacher. So usually this would be $397. There's also a payment option. You could do three payments of $145. I believe that we touched on all those FAQs. So right now through Sunday through May 31st, you can take $75 off of enrollment for like early burden enrollment using code MiDRA 75. So you're not going to pay that $397. You're going to get $75 off. You're also going to get access to office hours with me. So that's where once a month, you do towards the end of the month. You can submit your questions to me ahead of time or come live. We can talk through whatever's going on. It doesn't have to be yoga knee draw related. We have that office hours. I'm also going to give you a few other bonuses. So I have for anyone who joins right now, I have a bonus module in there right now that includes mastering audio recording. So this is a 90 minute master class on how I show you exactly how to create these professional sounding audios that you can then, if you want, put on a podcast or upload to Insight Timer. Like if you have a private client and you're charging them $250 for a premium personal yoga knee draw, it needs to sound good. And I show you exactly how I do that. And it is not, you do not need like an expensive microphone or anything like that. I do it in a closet in my basement, to be honest. That is where the audio has been built. I have even using this method recorded audio books that then have been accepted and are like up and audible. So I show you exactly how to do that. Like plug this thing in here, push this button, drag this thing here. If you want to add background music, do this, bring it here. It's all in that. And then also Insight Timer 101. So I talk you through like how to get set up best practices. I have had a couple of calls with the Insight Timer team to prepare for that to be like, what's actually popular? What's actually working. And I kind of asked all those questions and then put it together and like an Insight Timer 101. And then I joined Insight Timer, think about two years ago. And so this is what I've made so far just on repurposed content over $5,000. I'm happy with that. And then this was my last payout with $578, which is pretty average right now. For me, it was for March because they usually pay, it's kind of like 60 days like you get, I got paid a May like four March. And then I didn't have time to include this in the slides, but I actually put this because I got a little comment on I was posting about this workshop. And I got a little comment from someone saying that they, they were like, oh, $250, like I doubt it, like prove it. And I put this and I know comment was meant to be rude, but it really didn't bother me because that is a realistic amount of money that you can make teaching yoga, Neja. And so I put it on my stories and I was basically, I know this comment was meant to be rude, but like this genuinely is realistic. Like come to the workshop and I will show you the proof. And I had a bunch of alumni's, you guys were so sweet, but a bunch of alumni said then like popped into my DMs. I just have them here being like, you know, oh my God, I easily made 350 each month doing new moon events. Like I had so many people sending me their proof of like, the success that they're having is her stuff. They're like, yeah, I didn't believe it either. And then I started doing it. Just had 28 people and it's $30 per person. I get to keep 60%. So that's like $500. I'm gonna get tonight. And then she just said, show him this. But anyways, it just, I just made me so happy to see all of that and how they're taking these tools and not only getting to teach what they love and also kind of opening up these revenue streams as well. And then the office hours access. So this is where you can ask me anything. Usually working with me, maybe about $190 for hour, but this is just included in your enrollment. And you can submit questions ahead of time as well. And then only by the end of the day today, I'm gonna be keeping an eye on things. On like the list here and sign up only by the end of the day today. If you join today, I'm also going to email you the replay of double your students this month. This is a workshop that I did that people have been having so much success with. And it has my 10 like tried and true techniques that you can use to grow your student numbers for anything. Not just yoga, knee joint, this could be anything. You have to teach like Holades. Anything that is like a group type blast or like a group activity, I give you like my absolute best techniques and tips for doing that. And also how you can choose that right strategy. So anyone who joined me today, I'm gonna email you a link to this as well. So I am going to now hop in. I want to hear your questions in a moment. Let's see. Oh, it's so interesting. I'm seeing this. Okay, I'm seeing some good questions. I'm gonna come back to those. I want to talk about the hospice one in particular because I have, where did that link go? Okay, so what I'm gonna do for the revenue guide that I promised you all for being here live. Where did it go? I have it as a link, a Google drive link. And so I am going to pop it into the chat for you all. And then while we are chatting and answering questions, then you'll have the opportunity to, where did that thing go? I just had it up. But then you'll have the opportunity to download it and save your copy while I'm answering questions. It's never happened to you guys. It's like, you have so many tabs open. And you're like, what the heck? Where did that, where did that tab go? Oh, there it is. Okay, I'm gonna pop it in the chat for you guys now. Beautiful. And now put any questions you have in the chat. And I'm gonna go to the ones that were already there. I think the answer just, oh, okay, we're going back to Lynn because I said I come back to this. Do you need a studio to do yoga knee-jerk? Otherwise, how do you handle the pop? The great question. I teach once a month, actually at a Pilates studio. They don't really have any props. And so what I do is I actually have my students bring a pillow and a blanket of their own. I always bring extras to and I tell them and I say, hey, it's like a little bit of a yoga sleepover, like bring your own pillow and blanket. I have a big laundry basket and I have extras that I've just accumulated. So I always bring them up.
extras like I have some bolsters and things that I bring but it is very doable like a lot of times anywhere you teach you know if you want people to bring their own they could you can also get creative too. If you have like some pillows or if you have a lot of blankets you can kind of repurpose we talk about this in the training because I talk about like you know the ideal prop setup but then also what if you don't have those props like what can you do too there's definitely options that you can do if you don't have a lot of props or like if you're teaching kind of a in a non-studio space. So I love your question on how not to fall asleep. My mom famously has fallen asleep on like every yoga knee-dirt practice it's not a very sexy answer but if people are chronically falling asleep during yoga knee-dirt just means they're tired and I know that's not an exciting answer but our bodies will always prioritize basic needs above conscious journey through all the layers of our being to come face to face with the true self. One we need to survive one is a nice add-on when our basic needs are met and so when people come like and this happens a lot when I teach up the prenatal studio right because most women there are either pregnant or postpartum they are tired they are tired okay I'll try to then more falling asleep. I do also in the training have a whole thing about what do you do when someone snores because this does happen and you need to have a plan for it but usually it just means that they're tired and they don't have to be chronically tired they could just be tired that day if someone really struggles to stay awake you can have them move into a position that is like just comfortable enough so comfortable enough to be able to kind of release the physical body not so comfortable that they're going to be able to sleep. My mom had to finally do it she actually took my yoga knee-dirt teacher training in person one which if you ever want a fun experience have your mom come to like your weekend workshop on something and have her be a student of yours. A student is delightful so we loved it but she kept falling asleep and I was like mom you're never gonna learn I can be blunt with her she's my mom I was like mom you're never gonna learn how to teach this thing if you can't stay awake for it so what she had to do was sit upright with her back against a wall is what we kind of set up for her and she was able to stay but that's you know unusual. My mom just doesn't choose to prioritize her sleep. Okay have you done any yoga knee-dirt work with hospice patients? I have actually I was given the gift of being asked to come into hospice it was for someone that I knew and part of what she wanted at the end was an experience like this and so we did a yoga knee-dirt practice we also did some sound too to kind of just help with that gives me children even talking about it but kind of you know relax and get into a certain state that she wanted to be in. I'm going to actually really inspired me to continue to do that it's really special and powerful to be able to get and it wasn't just her and it was also her caregivers that were there too because when we think about it's giving me goosebumps so when we think about the kind of people we all need yoga knee-dirt 100% but I would say some of the most fill in people that I have had in class would be moms because they really need it caregivers and people who like hospice and people who are having a hard time and when I say yoga knee-dirt is inclusive I mean like it can be done like in a you know in a hospital bed or you know if someone's using a wheelchair or whatever it is but I have I have done that and there's a lot of places actually if anyone's looking for like usually I donate my time to go and do that like for hospice in particular they don't usually have or some of them have a budget for it I just don't ask because it's just important to me but a lot of time you can donate your time to go do something like that if I'm in the sound or raky those types of things a lot of time hospice I was always looking for volunteers to do that type of stuff too. Okay yes and and no you know there's never a deadline on those final on those final projects we they show up when you know they appear in my inbox when it's time and then sometimes you know I'll take a little bit of time to get it back to okay going back to snoring yes let's talk about it pre-COVID regularly attended yoga classes in a studio and one student always fell asleep and snored it was really disrupted for the rest of us especially if you were right next to him but the instructor was reluctant to do anything about it what would you suggest well since in the past I don't know if I can suggest I'll tell you what I would have done I'll tell you what I do this is what I do take it or leave it so when someone is snoring and yoga knee or a lot of times it happened restorative or I teach meditation classes that I really like the relaxing stuff so I do get snoring on my hands what I do is if it's something that someone may fall asleep and snore during I am captain of that ship from the moment that someone walks into my space I want them to feel like two things I want them to feel like they don't have to do anything everything's been taken care of the hardest part was just getting there and I'm going to handle the rest the second thing I want them to feel as I want them to feel like they can count on me to keep everything under control and so what that means is I usually will tell them especially before you open knee drops I go through my hole I teach you guys how to do this in the train but I go through my hole like this is what you open knee drop is this is why we do it this is what you can expect and then I go I go then and I go if anyone gets so deeply relaxed that we begin to snore and this will happen it happens every single time so this is you don't worry about it this is what I'm going to do because I'll say you don't have to worry about it if you're the snore and then no one else has to worry if you're by the snore this is what you can expect from me I'm going to come over I'm going to tiptoe over if you feel a hand on your shoulder or you feel a hand on your ankle that is my signal to you that it's time to roll over to our side and find a different position because our snoring that's so deep it was you know usually if it's sound too I'll go you were adding to the sound bath or whatever because I love to crack a joke but I let you and then no one has to worry about it because they know because if you're by the snore you're like does she know that they're snoring is anyone going to do something about it I don't want anyone worrying about what's going to happen so I just let them know when this happens but it's going to this is what you can expect and it's not a big deal and that's what I and that's what I do so that's what I do I don't you know every teacher can do their own thing did I mention the day then hours for the training so it's pre-recorded so you can do it on your own it's going to be office hours which are usually at the end of the month I sent out an email like a weekish in advance you've lots of time if you have questions like submit them ahead of time or kind of plan ahead but yes it is all like ready to go I can put the link in the chat I'm also going to of course send the link to the course when I set out the replay as well does anyone have any other questions for me or need another minute make sure to go click on the for my friends that are live click on the drive save your copy just add it otherwise if you have any questions let me know okay I don't think so I don't think so thank you guys thank you guys so much for being here time sensitive let me tell you what's time sensitive if you want that double your students master class by the end of the day that is time sensitive if you want $75 off paying full that is by the end of the weekend that is time sensitive if you what else is time sensitive enrollment itself closes on like June 5th but if you want like any bonuses or a discount and like hello I don't I don't know I only like to get things if I want that early bird pricing and I want the bonuses so maximum bonuses sign up by the end of the day most of the bonuses and discount sign up before the end of the weekend those are your time sensitive things otherwise any other time sensitive the final project would not be time sensitive you don't have like a deadline for it but yeah that is that okay have a beautiful day everyone thank you so much for being here I'm gonna go get that replay uploaded and sent to you guys and it'll have a breakdown of everything in that so have a beautiful day and hopefully I'll get to see you in teacher training soon bye everyone
