Stress serves as an indicator that something needs attention, whether external or related to self-reliance. Managing stress involves psychology and self-reliability, with chronic stress posing risks to physical and mental health by affecting the body and immune system. Coping strategies, such as reframing thoughts and balancing life domains, are essential for stress management. Recognizing early stress signs and taking proactive measures can help prevent chronic stress and its adverse effects. It's crucial to address stress promptly to maintain overall well-being and prevent the escalation of stress-related issues.

Stress can also be said, it is the proof that something needs my attention.
And this something is either a thing or this something I might be self-reliable.
Welcome to smart life.
I am Lene Kavka and today we are going to talk about how we get better with stress.
The fun is psychology and self-reliability.
Too much stress is unhealthy, we know everything.
Then we do it again, put on the way through life and spend every family with an advanced calendar.
Let's talk about it.
Especially if the year ends and it's still the same year and November.
Until we get energy.
Rene says, instead of our stress to ignore or to fight him, we should be able to find an environment with him.
And if we understand him better, we can even use him as an ally.
How do we know what we stress and how we are also self-reliable?
What is the difference between relaxation and relaxation and how do we find the way out of the eternal stress spiral?
That's what we talk about in this episode.
It's nice that you're with us.
Rene, on the scale of one to ten, how high is your current stress level?
Now it's okay, today early four hours ago, that was very high.
I gave an online task for a company and there were not the techniques.
And there was a lot of chaos.
Yesterday we discussed the situation, the lie, then we said, today early 15 minutes ago, we meet online.
And then nothing else, and then we take the big rats away, what is now different than yesterday.
In some cases, there were about 100 people in the session who wanted to see the task.
And then we were a bit stressed. What are we going to do now?
So, let's say you're up to 103 today, what's up to 8 hours tomorrow?
Yes, maybe, exactly. Now it's a bit of stress, and you want to give half way rats answers.
What's already out here? Do you know exactly what you're stressed about?
Do you know what you're excited about?
Yes, actually, the plan B, a flexibility to say, okay, then it's not like I thought about it,
and then I have to think about something else.
And just to know, it doesn't bring you anything.
So, I can now do an example, I can write, I can be alone, but that's a total垃圾.
So, I have to look at how I get there in a nice hour for the people together.
And that's also the super power that's in the stress, that's just energy.
So, stress is energy, and this energy is there to solve a problem or somehow to go around with a problem.
And that's why, first of all, I want you to thank that you are at the point of being weak and focused, and of course you can think.
And then you're in this energy to develop something new, to develop something new, and to work, in those conditions that are there.
So, stress is energy, do you agree on the good side of the stress?
You just talked about the super power, in the book, you say that you're more friends than enemies.
What is then the positive stress that this is a deal?
Exactly. So, stress is an adaption reaction of our organism, whether it is inner or outer reach, that we as a threat, as a challenge, as dangerous as possible.
That means, our body tries to bring us to a condition in which we are treated, we get energy in the muscles, we get energy in certain areas,
so that we can be able to react quickly, and that's something very big.
So, both of us wouldn't sit here now, when our step forward, not without the first long brain storming,
if the bottle of blood comes on, I have to destroy myself or go away.
And also today, it's also like this, when the car stops us, then we know, I just say, it's simple.
So, that's the energy, the place I'm there is, that means, I say, not that all the stress we have, if we talk about stress about it,
then I would say, this is a toxic time in which we live, too much stress.
But if we talk about the adaption reaction, what our body can, then I first say that it's great, but also only punctual.
If it's damaged, if it's chronic, then the biggest disease risk that we can imagine is stress.
I think that has already heard a lot, right?
Stress is then harmful when we have it damaged, what changes in chronic stress?
Well, it's changed already at punctual stress very much, and what's changed there, then remains stable when we have chronic stress.
And it's changed around everything in our body, so the body wants us to create energy, so that we can handle it.
Muscles, certain hearing areas and so on.
Now, it can't be anywhere, the energy is burning, it only has the energy that the body is in.
And what it does now, it divides the energy into new, it says, so there are certain areas here in the organism,
they are just not as important, because you are in a dangerous situation in a great challenge.
That means you have to give up, you don't have to do that much now.
The darkness, the darkness, the dross.
And I even dross your immune system.
Why should I now turn against viruses and bacteria in energy, if the tiger is behind you, you have to take a lot of damage,
to take the whole energy into your muscles and make sure that you can see where the next heights where I can prevent me.
But of course, when the stress is not delayed for ten minutes, but after a week or a month or so,
then your brain doesn't work that well.
Your immune system is not really active.
And then we notice all these diseases that happen.
Of course, blood pressure becomes stronger, the heart frequency, the breathing gets higher.
And from this blood pressure that is high, because I'm curious,
blood pressure becomes more and more expensive.
That works on the whole body and of course also on the psyche.
Because we start to have a tunnel.
That is, again, sinful.
And when we have a lower stress, we are also in a very large negativity.
That means our perception changes, our thinking changes.
It changes our biology and our behavior.
So we forget about free time activities, about recovery.
We don't have a break anymore, we're trying to consume drugs so that we have good feelings again,
so that we get good energy, so that we can sleep.
That means, in these four events, there are not many of them.
That is, for the moment, okay.
But it lasts longer.
That is the open door for the diseases.
So, stress can do diseases, but also, because we keep us worse if we are under stress.
Because our view on the negative things becomes more and more difficult.
Every time you have your own stress, you write, "What do you stress today more than before?"
The biggest stress we have today is to get to a future stress.
So, the head stress, actually.
What I think about myself, my job is more secure, my rent will work.
Putin will handle it.
So, these are all the topics that are in the head all the time.
When I am nice enough, my workload is at least exactly as good as the one from Instagram,
which I have just seen.
We have a lot of multitasking today, too.
We have the digitality, of course.
The people of the Middle Ages, the people of the time, the education,
what they have in their lives and their information.
That can be that we have in one year of our lives exactly as much information
on which we somehow react, which we take into account.
And that is just too much for our hearing.
We live in large cities, a lot in between the Ballons Center,
and a lot of people, who I see every day, who are right there, in my opinion.
So, we have a lot of stress every day.
And I think that is also something that we just experience,
such a surprise for many people, such an unhappy person, who is there.
And somehow like, "Wow, that should be life now."
That is not healthy.
How should we continue without you to turn around and say that this stress
has completely surprised me.
I think the concept of head stress, which you just mentioned, is quite exciting,
because it is a little bit too short, it has something to do with our awareness.
Because my impression is that we are called, "Yes, that's what we stress,
you said at first, that was the technique that did not work or, sometimes,
the colleagues, the authors, the workshops, the next workplace project.
But how do we know, maybe, even better, our participants?
How do we perhaps, for sure, have the stress in store,
understand, which things make us so dynamic?
Yes, so Len, thank you very much for this great experience,
because that is a very important 18-year-old impulse.
Just to say, stop, stress always has something to do with awareness.
And that's exactly what it is.
So, first of all, we are just rice.
And these rice are either neutral, they are good for us or they are negative for us.
There are these three categories.
And first, as our inner system, these rice values
would be a stress source.
And you can imagine that at our head there is a bodyguard.
And this bodyguard, who wants to navigate through the day,
he wants to ensure that we do not land under the car,
he wants to ensure that we do not blame us,
that we do not spend money and so on.
He is waiting for it.
That means he has all the rice, the one who decides,
is this rice something that the resources that I have,
that the resources need or reach my resources
to react to a car.
And with resources, I mean something like power, time, money, status,
that are all our resources.
And when it comes to one pressure,
expectation, learning, that's what exactly is ahead of you.
These spirits, for example,
that can be dangerous, that could be your health health.
Then you press on the buzzer, that's what it is.
And the stress reaction comes from it.
He says that you look at the spirit, that you really were accepted,
you knew it was accepted, and that you were a flood reaction.
This is now a bit of the explanation of how it works.
But how do I notice what kind of things that might be removed from me,
or what kind of behavior I may also contribute to it?
Yes, that is completely difficult to notice,
because many behavior that we do,
are actually meant to come to life with the things that are clear to us.
So in psychology, we call it coping strategy.
We coping the whole day to get our lives back.
And some of these coping strategies are healthy or produce stress.
So, for example, there are some colleagues,
who just said something fresh, and I feel happy, or sad, or whatever.
So now is the question, what is my coping strategy to do with it?
Now I could be a coping strategy to step on it,
it could also be a coping strategy to react with a smile
and not talk about the conflict.
So both strategies, whether I'm going to step on it or whether I'm going to get rid of it,
should be added to it, that it's better and that my resources are expected.
Whether that goes up, that's the big question.
It can be that I have two smiles and the conflict doesn't come out.
But it can be that I'm going to step on it.
And if I'm a coping type, I might have less stress to get rid of it.
Or to get rid of it, but I'm probably going to get rid of it.
Absolutely, that's right, then he's going to step on it and then he has another question.
So that means, the coping strategy is learning a lot and proving what I actually do,
when I'm scared, when I'm angry, when I'm angry, when I'm angry, what are my strategies?
Yes, also like to think a little bit about cigarette, alcohol,
sleeping pills, sweets, leshters, what are my strategies.
And to see, okay, it helps now that this journey is going to work on a good way
or I'm going to step on this journey, I'm going to increase this journey
and I'm going to get rid of it for more stress.
And one important thing in the psychology is that reframing.
So that you think about something new, something new, something new.
A new warning arises.
And that's so important, because these first warning,
which is most of the night, where he looked at me so much,
and then simply turned over to him, he stopped.
That's why, at the end of the year, it's just for that.
So he didn't look at me as a bloat, but it's just something like that.
And just think about something new, it's really like that.
And this new warning, that it's a very strong method
to ask yourself, is that really stressful?
And also to give this inner bodyguard a further education.
So that he has also been asked to give a very quick,
unconscious decision, that there are more, so to speak,
then to say, is it really so?
Is that a real journey for me?
I really don't have enough resources to be able to react to it.
What resources do I have to create with it,
so that it doesn't feel so bad for me?
And that's then the work on stress.
How is it really the personality of the fans?
That if I think about myself, then for example, I like new challenges.
That can already be stressful.
Especially because I actually like to make sure of that.
So how is it, maybe, once again,
this again-spreaded part in a single,
which is a spiritual part of our stress?
Absolutely.
So I think most of the conflicts we have with ourselves, I think,
we know how to make this noise explanation, which is now good,
but watching this film on Netflix is also good.
And then there are, of course, always inner conflicts,
also with others.
And the personality has, of course, in such a way, an influence
that if I am someone who may be more worried about it,
that so much security is needed,
of course, it comes often in such a condition,
that the inner bodyguard, of course, says much faster,
"Oh, here is your safety."
And someone who maybe has a big self-confidence,
or also has a big optimism,
maybe it doesn't come so often in such a condition of stress,
because the inner bodyguard says,
"That will somehow collapse, that will somehow go well."
"That will be something good, so just try once."
That means, of course, how I look at the world,
how I look at myself, what my needs are,
will always have an influence.
How do we leave less of such inner conflicts?
In which we always get to know each other better,
I think that is an assignment for the whole life.
So, until the last minute of our life,
we can always get to know each other again and just understand
what is my share of this stress,
what is the share of this thought?
Is it my thought, or is it a thought that my parents,
my neighbors, the boss, the boss has with it,
is it something that is similar to my moral understanding,
whether it is necessary or not?
And I also say that we do not even have a life without stress.
So, we will always have stress.
So, even if I now have the 5 million euros account,
and say, "Lenne, listen up with the free extender,
and we buy the beautiful island in the south,
and there you have a hanging mat, and you can't have a look at it like that.
Nevertheless, stress will still be there, somehow."
Our hearing is also a problem loss, that is,
we are always looking for, of course,
how it goes differently, how it goes better,
and if you have 5 million euros, suddenly,
then it is the stress, "Oh, God, how do I take the stone?
Does not everything work out or do you believe me that someone is stupid?
That is, always give stress, but what we can do and also should,
to say that we do not have so much stress,
not in this chronic stress,
and also always, again, for tension, for recovery,
so that we can also be ourselves.
Because the stress is of course lying to us.
So, we cannot prevent stress.
We should find an opportunity with it.
If we look at the life area,
instead of a work life balance, for example,
for example, to take the life domain balance into view.
What is the fifth term and how do we keep the different life areas
then better and balanced?
Work life balance, so-called,
that it is an exhausting work and an exciting life.
And that I, so to speak, must only be held in the car.
But the reality is different.
The children have to be sent to the children,
the children have given up night,
you have a road in partnership, conflicts in the family,
the apartment must be tapped.
So the private is no island, the paradise.
And other than that, it is also a very good project.
Absolutely.
Our self-confidence can strengthen, we can have good social relationships.
So, the work can be very cool.
Therefore, life balance is actually completely unfair.
And life domain balance means that I look at it.
There are different areas in life, for example, the area
which belongs to me alone.
So, my contact with myself, my time with myself,
my relationship with myself, my partnership,
my relationship to the children,
to the growing children, to the young children,
to the choir, where you might go, the work and so on.
And now the question is,
if I have to look at my life with all the domains,
I have the impression that the domains that are more important
can be used from me.
Do I have any energy for it?
Do I have time for it?
Or am I just constantly active in domains,
and use the whole energy there?
Am I frembles?
And we need, for a self-confidence of life,
also for our life to be freed,
the impression that we do not just go to work
from morning to evening and things, or just to work at home,
but that we also have other areas of life that are important to us.
And then it is worth looking at it like this and saying,
"I can do that for energy, can I actually do that then?"
Is that the result?
In a particularly stressful phase, I say,
most of the time, something like,
"Oh, hell, everything is a little too much, right?"
That doesn't sound very stressful now, right?
"Oh, it's a bit too much."
Because I think it's because, then,
it's not like that in the other sets, to go with it.
But maybe it's not that bad yet.
Everything is a little too much, I like to play it down.
How can we, at such a moment,
find out if there is still a little more tension?
Or is there exactly the tension, perhaps, actually?
I find it exciting because it shows us your coping strategy.
Your coping strategy is the same way.
On the spot.
You talk about one step, I actually go very well.
And it could be worse, but actually it's okay.
With your thoughts, that it's like the positive view behind it,
that you don't even push yourself into this stress-spiral
and dramatize, and that's why it's still stress-free, right?
That's how it's done, right?
Yes, exactly.
And now we have the question, what would be,
if you really looked up to it?
So really, this maybe partnership with yourself,
and really looked up to it and said,
"Oh, no, actually it's really too much."
And I don't know how I should get that.
Yesterday evening, I already went to bed in two hours,
and I'm already in the morning,
and tomorrow morning, I meet the parents or the friends.
I don't have any pocket on it, I don't have any batteries anymore.
And if it goes on like this, then the next circuit is guaranteed there.
What can I do?
Where can I get rid of it?
Where can I change priorities?
Where can I change expectations?
Can I do something different?
Or what is now also the important learning for the next month,
for the next month, when I have a project or a challenge,
can I use it as much as possible?
Can I use it as a preparation or something?
So now it would be the reality of a door through which you could go,
in order to actually have a radical change, perhaps.
So in the background, as soon as I feel that something is missing,
I immediately ask myself how much it is already.
Is that also perhaps the way that we notice stress earlier?
Because often, when you are at the moment,
when you are a little bit ahead of everything, right?
Yes.
I'll say it again a little bit.
It's a little bit ahead of you, because I don't really care if something is ahead of you,
or not.
Yes, that's great.
Very good.
Then you already have the pleasure for you.
I don't care about that.
I don't have the pleasure.
I don't really have any stress in it.
No.
Exactly.
So in my book, I have just let it go.
And the thought is that we can act well in our lives
when this almost tomorrow is relatively empty.
That means that when we sleep well, when the whole pressure is out,
when we get up, the sleep is still the most important regeneration phase
for new energy.
But at the end of the day, we always get up early in the morning and in the morning.
And now you can imagine, each entity, every thought, every ten puts,
ensures that a bit of such a small water-chart is made and comes in almost.
That means the room of the energy will always be smaller.
You can ask yourself, when in the morning I have the feeling that it is almost all over again.
And it can actually be in the morning at 10 o'clock,
although it's not particularly full yet, but it happens suddenly where fluidity comes in.
And there is even a huge air-dry.
But you know how your day goes, and you know what you have to do.
And your inner body says again, stop, there is now so much in my mind,
the air that is still there.
How should they rest?
How should they rest the energy to get all the things that I have to rest today?
And then it can be that you get a panic attack in 10 o'clock in the morning
and think, that's just too much.
I have to get out of this stress-causage.
And now the question is, is there only this water-chart in the water,
or is there almost a little bit of dust on your side,
that will also let it dry again?
Are the water-chart very high on the surface, first running from the wall,
or are they actually more and more low on the surface?
Rottenly.
Because if they are only above the surface,
then I'm going through the whole time, it works very easily,
and then running from the surface, I would say,
now I have to make a little break,
but then it can also run a little bit of water out,
and it won't take a long time until I get back to the surface.
These water-chartes, these small crops, are good creatures.
These are things that I do in everyday life
and try to live afterwards, so that this almost does not just work in such a way.
When the creatures and routines come up, then it's very basic,
not always just a stress phase, but generally really build something in the day
that you come back in contact with each other again and again,
even if everything is fine, maybe it's because of my level of income.
Exactly, both strategies are the same thing that we need in life.
To notice, now it's quite a lot, and what do I need now
so that I can come down again, for example, very concretely.
I told you earlier today that there was this workshop online,
and it also cost me energy.
Then I knew, in the afternoon, I met myself with the lazy,
and then I wanted to be fit, and what did I do?
Whether it was the worst weather today in Berlin,
when I went out for an hour, and I just walked out for an hour,
looked at my equipment and tried to get in my way,
now it's not completely different, and my control or something like that.
That would be something like, "Where do I need it now?"
I would now need a form of tension, I would need new energy,
so that I can work with it.
That would be something like that.
And what else I have done, and also trying to do every day,
my handy morning, not before the 10th birthday,
but actually with an analog wicker waiting.
Because I knew it too, I had also been with the handyman for a long time,
and then of course, I saw it in the eye, no idea.
Merz said that, Trump did that in Ukraine, it's gone.
Then I see 30 hundred videos, and then there are about 15 minutes away,
and I thought, "My goodness, now I've got so many emotions,
that all of them are not just my life,
and now I just have to shower, and then run to the road.
And because I don't do that anymore, I bought the analog wicker again,
who will wait there and really look at these impulsions,
"Oh, now I would like to go to my handyman and then think, no, stop.
I just want to put the 10th one and then maybe I want to make a tea or coffee,
and then I can think about it again, if I go to the handyman.
So, good health, especially those who say the thing about a small digital detox,
but you already said it in the background, you had a workshop,
you had to talk a lot, you have a lot of people, you have a lot of things in it,
you then go out alone, have you done anything else that has already been recommended?
If we want to be relaxed in the background, a bit of an opposite way of doing it,
to the appointment of the contract program, that's the formula.
Not what you do, right?
So, if you did it in front of the sport, it might have been really calm
when you sat down all day in the action.
Exactly, you hear it, it's so simple actually.
It's something that, in our quick, hectic time,
which is very loud, which is so full with information,
where we also have a lot of to-doos and also have a lot of to-doos.
Of course, it's very difficult, but actually it's a back to the basics.
And I also notice that when I have such a weekend or a fire evening,
that you can do a lot of things that I can do now.
But these are mostly very digital, it's very, very fast,
without thinking about it for a long time, and then I ask myself sometimes,
how did I get in the early 2000s, a Saturday evening or a fire evening?
And then I got something wrong, or somehow I played in the morning, or something like that.
But then I got something wrong.
And to ask myself this again, how free am I actually in my free time?
And generally, it's not even different than just to log in somehow,
to work again with information,
that's all the work processes. So if I ask myself,
which dog video on Instagram is so cool that I have to send my best friends?
Then it's a work activity, then it's the same,
what about people who do the whole day,
because the email has to be answered first,
what do I have to write there, and so on,
understand, think, think, react.
And that means the prefrontal cortex, which does it,
which makes it more expensive.
That's the part of the brain behind the ear, when you think about the whole day,
then it's about to lie in the bathroom, or to jog,
or to watch a theater piece or to write a novel.
So a contrast program.
That's what really gives energy back again.
I'm a little bit out of you, we understand, sometimes not even what we're stressed,
or we do things and we don't even notice how much they already stress us.
And when it's about what we're stressed,
I have another interesting thought about you, you write stress,
always stands out of the impression of the man.
I haven't thought about it yet, let's have a few typical examples,
look at the many people stressed, what do you think about the first date?
The man is the man in connection, who is not there yet,
and this person is going to hurt me,
he's going to hurt me, he's going to hurt me, he's going to hurt me,
that's the man,
that this unclayment, how this relationship is to be clear,
whether it's something to be able to be out of it, this uncertainty, that's the man.
What's the stress of the big family, what's the man?
The man is, that's very, that's fun, that's the problem.
The man is, the man in connection, opinions in connection,
values in connection, and the things that are growing out of it,
we'll be talking about each other, or he says something strange,
he doesn't know me well enough, he has so comical views, so comical values,
he thinks my values are comical, he thinks my life is comical,
so the man is crossing the snow, from the things that go well.
That's what's in a friendship, and he thinks that he has a big snow,
because of a big security issue.
The third date is already exciting, that's the first date.
Okay, one last thing, what do you think about 10 km after work?
Do you think it's a good cooling strategy after a week?
You feel the energy you need, the power, but that's also stress at the point.
It's a creation, I'll take it more forward, I want it to work.
And then stress me, that's because I know I'm not sure about it.
Well, then it's again the security feeling of the man, that you have discovered.
So I'm also wondering, where do I just have too little?
That's also part of the health stress management.
Exactly, where do I have too little?
And then this inner dialogue is really like this.
Or even at the first date, we should be different.
Of course, I'm sure that the person I like, it can't be completely different.
Or if you have an advantage, if you feel a warning message,
an interview, of course, that's a situation that doesn't even go without.
And if you were there now, it would be a lot of fun.
Then you would maybe be able to escape.
And that would also be counterproductive.
So stress is also normal at the point.
Why should it be different?
And to accept it, that a certain stress is also good, that there is a good energy.
I say, for example, if I'm a reporter and then the interviewer and sometimes I think,
I've said it for years, that's now 300 people in front of me, maybe,
who you also see, because it's a hall.
And then René, what do you think?
That's what I thought.
You could look at such a beautiful household videos.
And then to say, yes, but I'm still right here, where I want to be.
And of course, I just have to say that I don't want to come into such an extreme occasion,
that I want to say something without doing it, and I don't even know what I want to say.
But for that, I can go to good strategies, breathe, advance,
go through my things, know what I want to tell you, and so on.
That can help me to overcome stress.
How is it actually stress can affect your health?
Is that true?
Yes, that's very exciting.
When we, for example, go into the middle break,
the total stress is and nerves, that's why everything is possible.
Then you can actually measure that at the other person,
also the cortisol level, that means that the stress hormone is correct.
And that has evolution, totally practical,
because I, as an individual, want to come back well through the day
and my inner bodyguard, now just so was that another example,
where my special stress is.
And even if I don't know why, it's totally true,
that also my organism has to bring me to a very exciting,
looking situation, to be able to imagine what is actually the stress,
so that I can handle it.
And that happens also, for example, in the U-Bahn, there are 50 people,
and one of them will write it down and jump on the door.
The other 49, although you don't know why,
I don't want to stay there, and say, it's not like what the car has taken,
but they would say, oh, it's a danger, what's going on?
So also, when you're in stress, that means that we have to do a lot of people,
that are super stressed, then there's a certain way,
as an evolutionary trick, to be prepared and to be able to react faster.
But also when we have the current time as a crisis,
that for an enormous basic stress level at the basic point,
because all people are a little bit stressed out, and that also affects us.
Absolutely, exactly.
And that's also the story that you feel very much,
like the information of the spiritual habit,
that is, I will always confront this topic again and again,
and that of course also ensures a basic tension,
and I think that's also something,
that we can now feel, and what a powerful generation,
maybe also reflect more strongly at our diet,
and say that these people were in the beginning of the 21st century,
a very relaxed society, a very cramped, stressful society.
Maybe at that point the stress level is not only about us,
we also play structural things with it.
Then it actually helps to work on the problem itself,
and then to work on the environment.
That's so important, because what do we do with the energy
that the body is prepared for?
We set it on the line, on the stress level,
or we only set it on the bottom.
And this is such a very important question for ourselves,
again and again, what do I do now?
For example, with the root, with the frustration, with the fear.
I just eat choco ice now, so I can feel better,
go jogging with the energy backwards,
or do I do that now, so that the food can go away,
because that's the problem I read.
And of course, you have to say,
about the many global topics,
that we have always been aware of today,
it is of course impossible,
that as one person, now a decision-making meeting,
or something to do with a global problem that I was able to take,
disappears.
Of course, this is only about the topic in my opinion.
Only there I can say that it is really disappearing.
With the global topic, I can demonstrate,
I can adapt my lifestyle somehow.
Of course, I can put a very small part in it,
that something maybe goes into the direction
that the problem is solved.
But I can't solve it.
And that's different in the conflict in partnership,
or what I can always have a lot more influence.
And that's also, I think, a problem in our time,
that we have a lot of energy as an individual,
to use it and talk about global topics,
to stride or to put it together,
to explain more about it.
And at the end, the question is,
what do I do with information?
What do I do with fear?
What do I do with food?
That is, we also have to wait a little bit,
that we have our energy.
And that's my term, energy management.
And not stress management.
That we have our energy to protect and be,
so that for our very small lives,
it can also be achieved,
so that I can also take care of the peace in partnership,
to be able to continue working at the workplace.
Or if I have fear that, through inflation,
or whatever I can always pay the credit,
I can manage my job here,
so that I can look here.
How can I prevent it?
What can I do for new decisions,
to manage it well?
And for that, we need energy and time.
Through the decision-making process,
with stress management,
we also have to say,
it's not like we can completely control ourselves,
as we decide.
So, the emotions always play in it,
the fear of letting things go on,
the joy of being able to overcome it,
that we have to stop it.
How do we learn in stressful phases
also to take our emotions into consideration?
Yes, that's really important,
because there is no free stress in emotions.
So, every stress we have,
is always connected with an emotion.
I mean, it's a rational stress.
And that's totally exciting.
The emotional crisis comes from a Swiss psychiatrist,
who is a customer,
and that E stands for outside,
and afterwards, he only comes to the term "motion".
Exactly, movement.
That means, he had the idea,
that emotions don't simply want to be felt,
but that's an energy that has something to do with it.
And that means, every emotion always has two tasks, two functions.
That one is a burden on us,
she knows us a little bit,
and the second one is a specific energy.
So, the fear, for example,
what would be the burden of fear?
What does our inner system say about us?
When we notice that we have fear.
Yeah, danger, right?
Exactly, that's a potential danger.
And then, what should we do with the energy that makes our body ready?
To protect us before danger.
Exactly, and how could you protect yourself?
Well, from what I'm afraid of, that's it.
Exactly, what's very big, what would you do to protect yourself?
The classic kind, right?
You always know "Fight, Flight, Freeze".
I could also do something else.
In the case of Sinters, they are the three things. So "Fight, take off, take off or die".
And the same thing we do today, always.
So "Take off, take off", I'm not sitting with the fear of the others.
And look, it's really so dangerous.
What can I do against it?
Who can help me?
Yes, I'm just kidding.
"Fight" would be 100 videos on Instagram.
And "Take off" is this burden.
So, yeah, this is no longer happening with each other.
And that means that protecters can also help each other with something else.
That's interesting.
And let's make another example, maybe it's too obvious.
Maybe you might be stressed, because you're angry at someone.
And the vote actually knows that there's some uncertainty.
Whether it happens or it happens.
If we imagine that, your inner system says, "Lenner, there's some uncertainty".
What should you do with the energy?
Yes, exactly.
You should let yourself go back, or protect yourself, or that's the fear again, that's in the vote.
You should ensure that this uncertainty does not happen at all.
And now I come to the point.
Every emotion has a different energy, a different form of energy that you have.
And now the question is, what do I do with this energy?
And of course, just throw away Joggen, just throw it away.
Just throw away, that's a little bit of energy, but the problem is still there.
That means, your inner system is going on for a long time again.
These emotions are shaking, because the problem is not solved yet.
And now let's talk about it.
When we are stressed, that means, emotions regulation.
But not just how the emotions get away through things,
but how do I get the emotions away, in which I use them, on a serious basis.
And that's what you can do with every emotion.
No, I try, trust.
Every emotion has an energy, and I should do something like that.
And when we have done it, then it's gone.
If I'm angry, because I get 10 euros too little, and I go back and say,
"Hey, they gave me 10 euros so little, I'll get them back."
Then the vote is gone.
I don't get them back, 10 euros.
Because if I give the story 10 years later.
That's important to work with emotions instead of working against emotions.
And it's so difficult, because emotions can also be nervous.
And ultimately, stress waves are actually there.
But we first come to joy when we walk through the trauma, or when the vote is gone.
And then we also solved the stress.
Okay.
So I take it from the unpleasant emotions in positive sense, to stress.
They are nervous, but we can also look back.
Exactly.
Without this energy, we wouldn't change anything in our lives.
We could all help us.
And we would never know, and we would say, stop.
What's that now?
That would be wonderful.
Without this fear, we would go further into the mountains and fall down.
That means, we have to be grateful for that.
That there is this emotion.
We are now again from a tension, but there is also the echo.
What is the difference?
Yes.
We say that it's always so synonymous everyday.
But there are actually two different concepts.
End tension means just that the tension is over.
And this tension can again be completely over.
Because you have kept the 10 euros again.
Then the tension is completely over.
Or you just have just eaten a delicious ice to not be so wild.
That's the tension a little away and you have come to a small end tension.
But that means just that no more energy is bound for this thing.
That means it's in your energy.
Almost what I wanted to explain briefly.
It's a little bit freer than that.
But there is no new energy available.
And that's the solution.
The solution is, new energy comes to it.
End tension is, the energy is just not very strong.
And both of us need it.
We need it.
In the course of a day, the end tension is the moment of tension.
We don't have time to spend.
And we need the moment of recovery.
The new energy comes.
And you can also ask yourself, how do you work together?
Is actually the recovery when I'm still curious.
That means, in front of a very work together recovery phase, I actually need an end tension phase.
How do you get that?
So how do you build both?
Do you have two examples?
Yes.
For example, if I say I want to get up and I want to make a trip to Podstam.
I live in Berlin.
Podstam is a great city or to go to the forest.
Then it would be very important, after a stressful day,
that I don't go on the way to the forest.
There are still a lot of online reads.
And maybe also with the person, with the experience.
There are still a lot of conversations.
And I said, oh, I had to imagine what happened today.
Because then I don't get into the end tension.
And then I am suddenly in the forest.
And then I walk through.
And I think, yeah, it didn't work.
The forest is a forest.
It doesn't work.
That means, I have to go out a bit slowly.
Just look out.
Just from the first train.
And if thoughts come, then it was the same.
But today is a stressful day.
But now I'm private.
Now I'm free.
Now I'm happy to be in the forest in the same way.
To get in there.
Or pause times.
I always say in the workshops,
if you have a pause in your hand in the hand.
That was not a pause.
So how can I say that these moments are really exciting,
really relaxing?
That's our task.
And relaxing and relaxing are exactly as important as food.
So it's very clear.
We have to eat every day.
It's good for energy.
And we have to relax every day and every day relax.
And in the moment, sometimes people in the workshop say,
but René, you don't know my everyday life.
Where should I go?
And then the first question,
do you have Instagram?
Do you have TikTok?
Do you have pushnites on your hand?
That would be the first thing.
But also to see where I can really talk about things.
My everyday life is like this.
And what would it also bring?
When I pause again, for example,
I would not have much more energy.
I would make fewer mistakes if I would make less faster.
Can you pay the children with a right hand?
Can you pay the partner with a right hand?
This means that in one hour you die.
Hi, I'm Markus Fadenkirchen, moderator of the Spiegel Spitzengels.
In one hour you die, in one hour you die.
