You're now listening to the Fullerton Unfiltered podcast.
Straightforward, no nonsense business advice. Completely unfiltered.
Grow your business. Grow your life. Now, here's your host, Brian Fullerton.
Hey, what's going on guys? Welcome to another episode of the Fullerton Unfiltered podcast.
Here's your host with the most Brian Fullerton here hanging out with you guys. Good morning.
Well, the podcast is all about lawns, lessons, life. We've got so many great things coming
down the pike over the next couple of weeks and months on the show. We're going to be
talking about growing the business. We're going to be talking about getting you guys the tools,
the equipment, the education, the knowledge for helping you guys grow a bigger business.
One thing I wanted to do today, we're actually recording this episode on the heels of the most
recent equip expo debrief that I did with my brother Adam Fullerton, who shocking
revelation knowledge here. He's still with me side by side of the car as we're going on home. And so
we have about, what is it on the dash hour and 50 minutes, hour and 50 minutes, 127 miles to go.
The bugs on the windshield are looking pretty rough.
It's getting thick. I did not wash it when I got to equip expo. I have not washed it yet,
but I get home tomorrow. I'm going to have to throw the guys $10 tip.
At the local car wash to do a good extra job on the bumper because this thing is going to be
just gunked up. What I wanted to talk about is over the next couple of weeks and months,
I'm going to probably drop it down a gear in terms of getting more conversations about
what we're actually doing to grow the company and not so much from an esoteric kind of a
standpoint or this macro, but very granular. And we do anyway on the podcast, but I really want to
take these next three or four months, myself included, and grow the freaking business. We're
going to give you guys the lay of the land and what we're doing for payroll. And we're going to
talk about marketing. We're going to talk about branding. We're going to talk about strategy.
We're going to talk about pricing. We're going to talk about element. Okay. A lot of you guys are
looking to grow your business and we got to start doing some hard, heavy lifting over the next couple
of months. If you truly want 2026 to be the best year ever, we have to start working on the business.
And this is the absolute best time to do it. Yes, it does going to be times where we got to go out
and plow the white gold, but come on, let's be realistic. That's going to be only happening
assault run every three to five days, a plow run once every two weeks. And we've got some time and
some downtime, even at a gentle kind of pace, you know, where you don't want to like, you know,
do too much over the winter. You can still make some time to strategize on how to grow the business.
And so I want to talk about, since we got Adam kind of in a captive audience here,
I want to talk about marketing and branding and a little bit of the,
I don't want to say the do's and don'ts, but where are people succeeding and where are people
missing the boat? And I want to base it off of all the conversations that you had at Equip Expo,
because we just got off the heels like we were talking about. You met about
two, three, four hundred people. You were, you were, oh, easy, easy. Yep. And you were there for
how many hours? I mean, did you even get to see the show? No, I mean, I would love to walk around
and check everything out. And, you know, there's a couple of booths that we wanted to stop by and
shake hands and, you know, people that we respect. And, you know, as part of the network, so to speak,
but no, otherwise we are in a 10 by 10 for 10 straight hours, basically, shake hands and talking
to people. And yeah, there's so many good stories, so many good takeaways in terms of where people
are at with their business and yeah, do's and don'ts. And, you know, it's, it's, it's crazy
to think about how a lot of people struggle with the same things. And again, we joked a lot with
people, hey, you don't know what you don't know until you find out the hard way that you wish
you knew something different, right? And so we like to help people with that through, through
education and just teaching them, you know, what we do and how to avoid those heartaches or at least,
you know, get by them, right? And fix the problems. But there's so much to, to talk about for sure.
So marketing branding and, you know, you tell me, Brian, where you want to start and I'm happy
to chat. Well, I want you to start thinking about some of your favorite stories and some of your
best conversations that you had at the booth because, you know, folks are giving you a real-time
feedback, how the businesses are growing, how, how their ads are running, you know, they want to
make some changes or reinvest into some upgrades with some, some new websites or higher tier websites
or custom websites, for example, that Brandable has to offer. And if you guys don't know,
Brandable, marketing, branding, SEO, logos, what else do you guys do? Websites, paid ads,
everything, so much more. Adam is my real-life brother. Mr. Producer, by the way. Yeah. You got
to meet Mr. Producer for the first time. I did. For the first time, he comes over, he shakes my
hand. I go, it's not, you don't look like what I thought you looked like. And that's not a digger
or anything like that. It's just you, you build up this image in your mind of what people look
like. 100%. Even all our customers. I mean, there's so many customers we have now that you just don't
know what they look like and you work with them for sometimes years. And they come up to the booth,
you know, like, you're not what I look like, what you, you don't look like what I thought you would
look like. Right. And I don't even know what I thought you would look like. Exactly. But, you
know, it's just so cool to, to meet everybody in person and put a face to a name, to, to hear
about their story and their business and, you know, just get to know people better than just
business transactional relationships. Did Mr. Producer have the golden voice in real life?
It sounds the exact same way. Adam, it's so good to see you. Like, folks, it's insane. He was such a
nice dude. Yeah. I got to hang out with Mr. Producer in the hallway for about, I said,
good 10 minutes. And we were just, I don't, I don't get to see him, but once or twice a year.
And he's quarterbacked about 800 plus episodes on the podcast. There's podcast hours to hours to
first. Oh, yeah. Obviously he runs the brain and bull podcast. I totally forgot about that.
And about another dozen podcasts in the, the ecosystem, right? If it wasn't Mr. Producer,
Mr. Producer, don't change my rate, but don't charge me more. But if it wasn't for Mr.
Producer, I don't know if the podcast would sincerely like keep on or, or be as good as it is
in terms of like the production quality. Okay. I will just genuinely say that. So
shout out to Mr. Producer. But as he was talking about, you know, you, you know, it's so fun to
see you and your, your brother, we don't work together. You guys are like a copy paste in a
way. And he's, he's sharing stories, everybody's sharing stories. And so as you're queuing up
some ideas and some stories at him, I want to go back to this about the things that are work and
the things that folks want to make the investment or folks want to change. I want to talk about
as we get, and we'll get continue to get more granular as we go through winter because we have
more time to work on the business, not just in the business, but give me your best first story
about somebody who went from no website to creating a website, maybe the men and customer now for a
year or two. Do you got anything like that where anybody has not had a year under their belt and
they're like, Hey, the leads are coming on in. It feels great to have a, a first impression out there,
a beautiful website. Any, any new customer success stories over the last 12, 18 months that you
can relate to? Oh, of course. I mean, there's so many examples and I don't want to bore people with
just customer story after customer story. But I mean, whether it's, you know, Garrett over that
down there in Florida, I mean, beautiful, beautiful Florida, right? And he's a customer of ours. We
did his logo, did his branding. You know, he's a, he's a great guy. And the number of leads that
he's getting, it's our job is to hopefully, we're trying our best to teach people that
marketing and branding doesn't need to be so confusing, that it's very simple. If you just,
you know, try to, try to get past all the noise and all the sales pitches out there from everybody
else and all the agencies telling you, you know, you need, you need all this, you need all this,
spend all this money, you need this. And it's, it's not the case, right? There's opportunity.
Everything is, is a lever. So you have a bunch of different tactics that you can use. And you
got to determine which one makes the most sense for your business based on where you're at,
your budget, what your goals are. And I mean, we have story after story of people coming up to
us at Equip, existing customers that like, dude, working with you guys, you guys are just so great,
so easy. And if you guys, you know, if I have a question, I need to know something,
guys just answer the questions. And that's our goal, just to, just to educate and form. And if
you work with us, that's phenomenal. And if you don't, you take it back to somebody else. Hey,
that's totally fine. We just want to be a part of the community and just help enlighten people,
so to speak. So lots and lots of customers coming back to us, shaking hands, taking photos and telling
us their stories about how their website, you know, they didn't, they didn't have one. And now
they're getting, you know, a dozen leads this month, doesn't mean doesn't leads that month,
they're, they're landing contracts in the winter, you know, all the, all the things that they want,
all the, all the growth that they're looking for. You know, people come to us and saying your logo
changed everything about my business because of how professional it looks, the design, the colors,
I'm putting that on my trucks, my raps, I'm getting calls because of it. It just stands out like a
sore thumb. And it's so cool to hear the stories because, you know, we do this, of course, we do
a lot of this for, for you guys in the green industry, but to come back and to hear the actual
impact, the stories that these guys are telling us, it is humbling and it is awesome to hear.
And I mean, we're so excited. So, you know, I can, I'm sure I can think of some stories if you
want to want me to do that, but, you know, time after time. I want to, I want to pivot to, you
know, folks that are just getting started with a website or utilizing you guys, like you said,
for a logo or branding and all that fun stuff. Totally. That's awesome. One of the, one of my
favorite conversations I offered up my time, I said, Hey, like brain and bull booth meet up 330,
was it Wednesday or Thursday? Wednesday, Tuesday, one, I don't know anymore. My, my brain is fried.
My voice is almost literally gone. We just, like, I have nothing left. I have got four hours of sleep
every night. We just did a 30, 40 minute podcast debrief on EquipExpo. And here I am, like, Hey,
let's crank out another one. What else we got going on for another two hours? I had a great
conversation in the booth. It was about five or six guys. I'm not going to give the business
name away, but the gentleman had grown the business to about a million and a half organically.
And he goes, Hey, do you think I should get a website? Do you think I should go with your brother?
He goes, I, you know, he goes, I'm sure you're going to say yes, but he goes, just lay it on me.
What do you think? And I'm like, well, the answer is probably yes. But I said, let me,
let me know a little bit more about your business, your needs, your wants. What are you doing? What
are you trying to accomplish? All that kind of stuff, right? And I said, I said, how long has it
taken you to, to, to get to this organic growth? And he was sharing the numbers and the years and
everything that they're doing. And I said, I said, do you guys intend to continue to grow?
And do you want a more aggressive growth? We just got like curve. Yep. I was like,
are you looking to, let's say take, take, took you 10 years to get to a million,
but you want to get to 2 million. Do you want it to take another 10 years? Or do you want it to
take you, you know, 18 months? And he goes, Oh yeah, yeah, 18 months. Like that's the conversation
we were having. And I said, well, the writing's on the wall that yeah, likely you're going to have to
no longer exclusively, right? Just rely on organic growth for inbound leads. You're going to have to
start getting aggressive and start having an outbound opportunity and reach between postcards
and yard signs and vehicle wraps and all this other stuff. And of course, in course, of course,
include that with a website and, you know, potentially some paid ads. And to me, it was a
very like, Hey, I don't want to make this over more like more complicated than it is. Like,
yes, you can get so far with organic growth, but eventually you're going to, I'm just telling you
folks, eventually as I'm realizing, as I want to hit a faster growth curve with revenue growth,
I have to invest into opportunities to market the business aggressively, including a great
quality website. And it seems so obvious, but folks just one thing that I'm just trying to
encourage folks to do is to make a decision, you know, make a decision. There's only so much data.
You're going to be able to take with wanting to sign up with element, wanting to sign up with
gusto, wanting to sign up with Co's pay, wanting to sign up with brain to bowl. And I've been talking
about a lot of these different products and a lot of you guys are 300 grand, 500 grand, 800
grand. And you're like, Yeah, I don't know. Like, what do you think? And I'm like, I don't think
anymore. I already made the decision. If I already evaluated it, I have paid to play on every single
thing that I'm talking about that I'm promoting or people think I'm just pumping, you know, and I
don't think anybody really listening into this thinks that or it has thought that for a very,
very, very long time, because it's very sincere. But it's like saying, well, you know, you asked
about 20 different questions about element. Do you think it's right for me? We basically come
to the conclusion. Yes. And then you go, Yeah, I don't know, man. I'm still going to have to think
about it. Now, I want to go back to you with this proposal, Adam. What have you noticed with people
who are looking to grow on that same conversation about the gentleman going from organic growth,
one and a half million to maybe they want to get to 2 million or somebody's listening in there at
300 grand, and they want to go to 500,000 dollars. Do you have any practical stories about folks that
are looking to make the investment or have made the investment, maybe have a little bit bigger
business, you know, folks that have signed up or thinking the sign up you've had in the conversation
like that this week? Yeah, of course, I think the biggest thing too is a lot of people, you know,
I like to ask the question, when you talk about growth, what is your plan? What are you trying
to accomplish? Trying to go from 250 to 5, 5 to a million, 1 to 2, like whatever that number is,
right? 2 to 1, you know? Amen. So everybody's got this idea that they're going to grow,
but their question is not, are you going to grow? It's going to be, how are you going to grow?
What are you actually going to do when they'll say, you know, hey, I'm going to grow. Okay, how do
you grow? How are you going to grow? I'm going to grow. Okay, how? Well, I'm just going to grow.
Okay, well, how? And they say, well, I don't know. And so I like to challenge people a lot,
especially when we're talking in person, for sure. And just like, well, what is your plan of attack?
What are the actual tactics you're going to use? And then of course, as a natural segue, and okay,
well, do you have a website? What does your branding look like? Do you even do SEO? Do you,
what are you putting the right pieces in place? Are you thinking about putting the right pieces
in place so that you can achieve the growth that you're after? Because nothing really matters. You
know, the rubber needs to meet the road, right? And you actually have to have these things in place.
So I personally like to encourage people to always think about what their growth plans are,
but to then say, okay, how am I actually going to do that? How am I going to get the phone to ring?
How am I going to get that next lead or that submission? And so, you know, we love to just
talk to people about that and then take a look at what they're doing and say, hey, that makes sense.
I think you're on the right track or, hey, you have some big holes or big areas of opportunity
to have something, you know, in your arsenal to help you achieve that growth. So again, a lot of
conversations during EQUIP and just teaching people that we all have these goals, but unless
you know how to achieve it and you don't have the right, you know, you need to have the right
partners behind you to do it, then it's just, it's a fairytale. It's a hope, not a real strategy.
It's not a real plan, if that makes sense. A hundred percent. And I love that. And, you know,
one thing too with Energize, you know, that's why I was just like, look, there's so much talent on
this stage. I was talking about this on our previous podcast that I put more intentional thought
into the questions to ask these individuals almost than anybody else before. And you're like, well,
well, Brian, there's so much talent up there. Like you probably have the easiest job in the world.
I'm like, the amount of sales that these gentlemen have created over the careers that
they've had for their businesses or just one or two of their businesses that I know of,
doesn't count the other 20 things that all these folks have done or the investments that they've
made. But when you took the sales total, just from those folks that were on stage,
they had about a billion dollars in sales just from their landscaping companies.
That doesn't count all the other irons and the fires that all these other individuals have done.
And so I'm like up there thinking to myself, what is the exact questions to ask
to get super granular for the 50 minutes that we have about actual tactics and strategy
to grow a better business? And honestly, this might be the first time ever
where I actually ask a quip expo to say, do you mind if I get the audio recording of that?
Because I actually might put it out on the podcast a couple of days or a couple of weeks
from now. That's awesome. Usually I say, like, look, if you don't come to the show,
frankly, you don't deserve to get the extra stuff. It's just how it works. It's pay to play.
People are making the investment to go and they're going to make the investment to grow.
Now, I say that with love, obviously, but nonetheless, I was like, you know what,
maybe I'll take that episode. We'll take a couple snippets of it or a couple of,
you know, sound bites and put it into the shows or one of the shows later on the road because
it was that damn good. And these guys said a phenomenal conversation about
topic number one, inbound outbound leads. How are you guys getting leads? How are you guys
filtering out leads? Number two was dialing in your ICP with Mark Bradley and about
not only getting the right customers, but also getting the right pricing.
Number three, the conversation stemmed all about your sales process and building
a remarkable sales process that makes sure that you're no longer having to just exclusively, you
know, work in areas of the business that you don't want to do or take out work that you
don't want to do anymore. But you can actually earn and get the business that you want,
that you deserve and make the profit and the pricing that you want for your business.
And then number four was how to wrap it all together with a brand, right? And the brand
was a big conversation towards the tail end. And we, I mean, the tips that were shared were
just phenomenal. So if you happen to hear that episode come out or any snippets along the way,
I'm going to do my best to see if the equip team will let me release that. They own that content.
That's not my content. I'll tell you that straight up. So I'm not entitled to it.
But if I'm able to get it, that is one of those deals where I say many a times like some people
treat a crumb like a feast and some people treat a feast like a crumb. That is absolutely that.
Even if we just got a crumb, I would encourage you guys to treat it like a feast.
When it's time to mark your plow sites this season, don't waste time with
cheap stakes that bend, break or disappear after the first storm. Go with the pros at plow right,
the fastest, most efficient way to stake every site you service.
Their patented stake driver and high visibility stakes make setup lightning fast and rock solid
all winter long. No more sore shoulders, broken stakes or wasted time. Unlike cheap fiberglass
stakes that snap, splinter or stay bent after the first hit, plow right stakes are engineered to
flex and bounce right back, even after taking a hit from a plow or a snow blower. They're made
from a durable high impact polymer that can take a beating all winter long and still sand tall,
keeping your routes clearly marked and professional looking no matter how rough the conditions get.
Head over to plow-right.com to check out their full lineup. And don't forget to use the promo code
Brian's 10 at checkout to save 10% off your entire order. That's plow-right.com, code Brian's 10.
Get it done right with plow right. And so I want to go back to the whole conversation, Adam, here,
as people continue to grow. What is some things that they can do with braided bull to go from
point A to point B? Not just, you know, hey, it's for the big guys or hey, it's just for the little
guys or hey, you need a website. Some of that's more obvious, right? But what are the services that
braided bull is offering? Again, this isn't a pitch for braided bull. I couldn't care less.
I just want these guys out there, Adam, to grow, to succeed, to win. But if they have a big business
or they have a small business, what are the tools and resources that you guys are investing in right
now to build infrastructure there at braided bull that if they do want to grow, what can you guys
do for them? Yeah, absolutely. Well, you know, I think if you're listening and maybe this will help
hopefully everybody, whether you're small, medium or large, but, you know, I encourage people in a
lot of conversations, right, during equip where I say, hey, do you have a social media? Oh, no,
I don't believe in social media. You know, it doesn't really matter. I don't really need it for
anything. Well, I disagree. It's one of those necessary evils. Even if you don't like social
media, you know, give your customers the ability to find information about you and your services and
see your picture. So, you know, to start at a, you know, level one, I tell people, go put a Facebook
together, go put an Instagram page together, fill out your services, post to it once a week. And
this is something that you can do or hand off to somebody on your team to do. Just post information,
make sure your profile is updated because people want to see your work. So just give them access
to information and to pictures and, you know, stories from the business. Number two, I tell
people, hey, go get a Google business profile. And it's kind of shocking how many people still
don't know what Google business is. It is a very, very popular tool, right? You should definitely
go do it. It's free. Go put together a profile, fill out your services again, just like Facebook
or anywhere else, and go get listed on Google with your profile and, you know, be listed on Google
Maps. No brainer, right? Low hanging fruit. From there, we tell people, hey, look at your online
presence. You got to start thinking about your website. You got to start thinking about owning
the content that you're putting out there, controlling the narrative and telling people,
here's who we are. Here's the services we offer. Check out our photos. Maybe you're trying to hire
people as well. Where do they go? They go to your website. You can always get people to go there and
apply for a job or two if you're looking to get, you know, great staff. And we heard a lot of stories
about how the, you know, it's difficult to get staff. Well, you got to make sure people know
you're hiring as well if you want to get staff, right? So website makes sense to, again, it's a
great opportunity. All these things are just, they're all levers, right? It's just building the
brand. It's building the online presence. It's just building the infrastructure, so to speak,
to getting the name out there. And we had these cool shirts printed. I'm really happy with the
team and the way these came out. But on the back of our shirts that we wore at Equip, it says,
you can't grow your business if no one knows you exist. And that's just a flat out truth. You can't
grow if no one knows who you are. And if they can't find information about you, guess where they're
going? Not to you, they're going to the next person. They're going to your competitors, right?
And that's not cool. I love that. So we just tell people, social media, Google business, websites,
and from there, it kind of becomes, okay, what other tactics do you have? And, you know, some of
these we do and we offer, we crush it. Some of these we don't do. And, you know, we're not the
experts in everything. And that's totally fine. But, you know, SEO is the ability for people to
find you on Google. So if you want your profile to rank better, you know, that Google business
profile that you just set up, dude, that's a great way to drive leads. And a lot of people
don't know this, that when you go to Google and someone types in, you know, lawn care near me,
you're lawn care in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or whatever, you're going to see some Google ads at
the top, you're going to see the map pack, as it's called, that's local SEO. And those are the
Google business profiles for the company in the area. And that is a phenomenal way to drive
business because a lot of people, a lot, a lot, a lot of people check out those business profiles
in the area before they even get to the website results. So that's a great way to capture more
attention. And then the third section there on Google is the website results. And, you know,
we talked about red websites quite a bit. So I don't want to bore people with all those details
again. But three different sections of Google, three different services that we offer for each
of those from paid search with Google ads to local SEO to the websites. And then from there,
I mean, there's so many tactics, like whether you're part of community groups,
Chamber of Commerce, postcards, lawn signs, flyers, vehicle wraps, billboards, blimps. Here's the thing,
TV, radio, this is not reinventing the wheel. These are what the big companies on the planet
do. They utilize all these different levers. And while you might not be able to afford radio
or TV or blimps, the point is you don't need to reinvent the wheel. These tools, these services,
they exist. And it's about finding the right partners that you can trust to get it done,
to help you drive business, to make sure people know who you actually are. So you can get those
clicks, get those calls, get those leads, of course, get the customers and grow. So that's
what we like to talk about when someone says I want to go from 250 to five, how are you going to do
it? What's your plan of attack? What's your strategy? What does the marketing plan look like?
And we stick to what we do really well. And we know the services that we offer can definitely
help. But again, the rubber has to meet the road. You've got to actually save yourself. I need to
invest into the right tools, the right services, the right companies and partners to make it happen.
Yeah, I love that. One of the things I love the most that you said on a podcast,
I think it was earlier this spring, we were at our house, maybe it was over a holiday weekend,
and we were hanging with the families. And then we ran away and did a podcast together in the
basement because the kids were taking some naps. And you said, look, we want Brain and Bull to be
a firm that can grow with you. And I really like that because it's not like you have to necessarily
move on from somebody or have to start a whole new relationship or find somebody who gets you,
right? You guys can start with a simple website. You can go all the way to a custom website. You
can start with just you doing your Google business listing, but then you're like, hey,
we need some help with paid ads and paid boost and all this other stuff, right? And that's where
you guys can come into play with the paid ads portion, right? I love that. All of us that are
out there, you're on the grow. We're all on the grow together. And I don't want this to be a
pitchfest on anything no way, straight or form with Brain and Bull. I just want to talk about,
and I was asking Adam, can you help explain those tools and resources that folks can do and use
to continue to grow their business? And then I've said many times on other podcasts,
if you want to get some horsepower behind it, hire Brain and Bull, I'm sure they'd be happy
to help you. But this next four or five months through winter, we're absolutely going to be
talking about how do you grow the business? How do you get granular about developing a better
brand, developing a better experience, dialing in your customer profile so we know how to market
and position our businesses out there? What are we trying to do? Where are we trying to go?
What is the mission? What is the vision for the company, right? I want to get hyper granular on
this stuff because all these things have been the conversation that have helped me over the last
12 months experience the growth that we're having here at Bryan's All Maintenance. And if there's
any one question that I got this week more at EquipExpo than any time before is, hey, man,
we see you are on the grow. We know that you're putting in work. We know you're excited about
growing. What's changed? What are you doing? And folks, there's almost not a single area of my
business that is the exact same since the same time last year. Not a piece of software, not a
strategy, not a tactic, almost nothing is the exact same than our same business this same time last
year. And I'm telling you guys what, Brain & Bull is absolutely one of my favorites. They're part of
that whole conversation. I wouldn't never be as far as I am without them. I was sharing a lot more
about the results that we've had working with them while I was energized, not by name necessarily,
but just saying like, dude, we've got this engine firing now, part of that V8 so we can continue
to grow Bryan's All Maintenance. And that's where Brain & Bull comes in together as one of my
preferred partners. Again, it's holistic when you got L-M-N and you got Coast Pay Fuel Cards and you
got Gusto Payroll and I got Brain & Bull and Postcard Marketing and Postcard Mania and et cetera,
et cetera, et cetera, right? It's all coming together. And folks, I just cannot be more sincere.
I cannot be more genuine when I say it's working. And so all things being said,
the last thing I'll say for me and then Adam, I'll give you the final thought,
make a decision. Make a decision that this is going to be your year. I don't care if you just
got Q4 left in the bank, this can still be your year. Make sure that you make a decision that
2026 is going to be your year. And it just starts with pulling off the Band-Aid. You're like, man,
do I really want to drop a thousand bucks, 2,000 bucks, 4,000 bucks, 5,000 bucks on Coast,
on Gusto, on L-M-N, on Brain & Bull. Folks, I'm telling you the average business in the landscaping
industry, 44% internal rate of return. There's not a better place that you can make the investment
to grow your top line and to grow your bottom line than back into your business. And so all that
being said, I'm very, very proud of all of you guys that are on the grow. I've heard Adam hundreds,
literally hundreds of stories this week about everybody that's growing their business and
all the progress that they're making. It makes my heart happy. I know that means more time,
more money, new cars, mom staying at home, kids getting Christmas presents, et cetera,
et cetera, et cetera. And honestly, folks, what else could you ask for? That's winning.
That makes me excited. And that's why I don't mind doing a podcast on three hours of sleep,
hanging with my brother here as we have a six-hour car ride home. It just gets the blood flowing.
And so I couldn't be more sincere. I'm very proud of all of you guys. I'm proud of my guys,
nonetheless. And so, Adam, final thoughts, and then we can button this thing up.
Yeah. Always love to hop on here and be a part of this and just get back to the community, help,
be a resource as always. And guys, just remember, and I mean this seriously, hope is not a strategy.

help with your website, logo branding, paid search on Google, local SEO guys, we're here for you.

We're happy to do that. That's how much we're just trying to make a difference
in this community. So you want us to take a look at your logo, give you some
feedback. You want us to take a look at your trailer wrap before you spend five grand on your
wrap. Send it to us. Send all of it to us. You can send it right to me, Instagram, Facebook,
through the website. Doesn't matter. Get ahold of us. We're happy to help even if you aren't working
with us. So please, please, please, I invite you to do all of that and just let us
point you in the right direction. So Brian, that's what I got for you. I appreciate you having me on
as always. Yeah. One last time, working people find you. You got the podcast. You got Instagram.
We'll wrap up with that. Yeah. Every Tuesday, we've got the Brainable podcast. Every Thursday,
we send out a nice little email newsletter to all of our followers. You can sign up at
brainable.com. And yeah, brainable.com. You can go check out services, prices, packages,
what's included, see who's working with us, all the good stuff. So contact us if you want to
work with us or want to send us something to look at. Happy to do so. And yeah, that's what I got
for you. Hey, last thing I'll say, last, last, last thing I'll wrap up like your pastor on Sunday,
when, when you make lunch plans, that's when the pastor goes long. You don't make any lunch plans.
That's how you know you're getting out of church early. So here's the last thing I'll say,
Adam and Lauren, Pac, the rest of the team, about eight or nine of us now at Brainable,
a real company, a real business. It's growing. It's crazy. Like it's awesome. It's working. We're
so excited to be partnered with all you guys. They're going to be at Launchpreneur Academy Live.
Not only are they going to be there, but for the first time ever, we take some feedback from
you guys. And we take a lot of feedback from you guys to make LAL a better experience. We took
some of that from last year and we're going to do some breakout sessions. And Adam and Lauren are
going to be leading one of the breakout sessions there at three o'clock, just a little bit of
extra, talking about marketing, branding, some other strategies, getting a little bit more granular.
So if you guys have not committed yet to making the investment to come on up to Launchpreneur
Academy Live this November 8th, Novi, Michigan, I invite you guys to evaluate that, see if it
makes sense for you. If you're listening to my voice, here's a quick answer. It makes sense for
you. You need to be there. We love you. You guys got to make the decision to come on up. Get your
ticket. You got until, I think it's November 3rd, Monday, and then it's pencils down. Last chance
to get your ticket or $300 cash at the door. But come on up there. Not only see all the great
speakers there at Launchpreneur Academy Live, but come to get to see Adam and Lauren in person
and check out everything that they got going on. So folks, we love you. We appreciate you.
We are driving on I-75 North. We got northbound, one hour and 20 minutes left, 91 miles,
due north the day after equip expo. So guys, we love you. We appreciate you. Have a great day.
And we look forward to catching up with all of you guys here on the next episode.
