Episode 979 | "White Passing"

The podcast reflects on the significant Democratic gains in the midterm elections, highlighting historic wins across the Senate and House, especially in states like Mississippi and Alaska. These victories are attributed to grassroots organizing, youth engagement, and the rise of progressive, diverse candidates—like Daria Lisa and Chris Rabb—who represent a new wave of political activism. Hosts Joe Budden and Mark Lamar Hill emphasize that these shifts are not just symbolic but grounded in real voter demand, particularly around affordability, healthcare, and economic fairness. A central critique focuses on the Democratic establishment’s reluctance to back progressive voices, such as Angie Nixon, due to ideological or financial interests. The hosts also challenge conservative political rhetoric, calling out figures like James Carville for opposing progressive coalitions and pointing to the manipulation of voter fears about immigration and identity. The discussion underscores that political change isn’t driven by ideology alone but by daily realities—gas prices, healthcare access, and economic stability. The podcast concludes with a call to action: voters must remain engaged, organize, and apply consistent pressure on elected officials to ensure their policies reflect the needs of everyday people, not elite interests. The conversation ends with a nod to the cultural impact of shows like *Scandal*, symbolizing how storytelling reflects political dynamics. The tone remains critical, hopeful, and grounded in real-world consequences.

All right, hold up. We were talking about election night. We do backstory, and I was like, damn, I want to see Mark break down some of this election shit. I was watching the bum-ass NBC fucking white people watching it. And it said, but Mark don't got nice legs. Which hurt. Which was really. They kind of have similar legs. White bitches might not have nice legs. Sometimes, but. But they're. That's the anomaly. I don't think that's true. Usually, like, the new rules are all true. I don't think that's their thing. I thought that was the thing. Sometimes, they don't have hips. They have hips. They don't have ass. They got hips. They got hips. White girls is hippie. They don't have ass. White girls are not hippie. We're not going to misrepresent them. They don't have ass. They be having hips. There's one genre that do have hips. Huh? Well, two. Pogs. Italian. I find that Italian women and Jewish women have hips. Oh, okay. Yeah, I'm not going to argue that. White women be hippie. They don't be having no ass. I'm going to take your word for it. It's a legend. He's a white whisperer. Yeah, he's a white whisperer. You got enough experience. No, no, not really. Oh, shit. Not really. Here we go. Not really. We know. Not you. Not you. Yo, once a month, you deny some shit, and he insists some shit. And I don't know who telling the truth, but they should be funny every time. You know who telling the truth. Who the fuck are you talking about? I totally believe Joe doesn't sleep with a white woman. Has never slept with a white woman. Whoa, that's a lie. That's a lie. I think he's copped to his. Yeah, that's a lie. Yeah, he said it was like two. No, no, no, no, no, no. Two times. I mean, I ain't to rehash things that we've done a million times. No, we ain't got to do that. We ain't got to do it. Hey, yo, bro, chill. Can you count it on one hand? Call it for sake of the convo. Call it six. Six? I know. I probably know. Call it six. Three or four? Which makes me know the number ain't six. Be fair. No, no, no, six. It's six. Uh-huh. What do you think the number is for him? Oh, shit. Yo, you can bow. I asked Mark. I didn't ask you. I didn't ask you nothing. I didn't ask you a thing. You don't have to take the jury pool. I know. I'm asking Mark a question about what he thinks, not facts. Why you asking what he thinks of you? Yo, you still going, yo. Why you asking what he thinks of you, though? Can Mark just answer the question, please? Thank you very much. If I were guessing for ish for white women. You ain't guessing. You got to sit up and sip tea and do all this shit. I'm taking the demon. I would say 15. I would say 15. If it's Joe, I would say about the same. All right. You got it. I don't think it's. Oh, my God. I don't think it's that high, but. Because whatever number it is, everybody got, for lack of a better word, bodies they don't remember until something happens. Until your man go whisper in your ear and tell you about the bodies he remember. Exactly. Exactly. That's why I know his six could turn to 12 just with one hobble over that side of the couch. One trip to Hoboken. Exactly. That wasn't my bag in Hoboken. What? That wasn't my Hoboken bag. That's the Hoboken bag. That's the bag. Sure, sure, sure. It's not. Any of the white joints I bagged in Hoboken at the little bars, I slid them to Johnny and Ry God. Two married men right now. So, I mean. And I'm engaged. I mean, this conversation is just. Old boy. You know what I mean? Yeah, of course. Old shit. Old shit. Come on. But when you did, was it like, did they have to like clear an extra special bar or was it just like, or was it an extra low bar? Like, was it one of those things like, she's so bad I don't care? Or was it like, she's just available and she happened to be white? No. Some of them took advantage of me. Some of them were so bad I thought they were Spanish. That happens sometimes. Like, some of the white girls changed their last name. Whatever their moniker is. Wait a minute, wait a minute. Or they were Spanish, like Spain Spanish. Is your six, you're excluding these quote unquote Spanish girls? Why would I be counting Spanish girls in a white girl conversation? Okay. I see how this number gets to six. I see how the asterisk is. Becky was in the bar. Wait, wait. She was like, oh, I'm down on that. Nope, she's not white. She did the macarena. The macarena. She's eating guacamole. She was at Melody. She wasn't white. Oh, I see it. It was fuzzy. It was fuzzy for a little while. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It was fuzzy. I see exactly how you got to six. Stupid me. I thought all the wild and out girls was Latin. Oh, shit. Hey, some of the makeup ladies was pretty good. Now I see. Oh, my God. Couple fake tans. Who fuck bad at white joints? Look at you. That's a trick. Don't answer me. I'm engaged. I don't want to talk about this. What's the answer-ish? I want to know the answer. One time. Before the pot is over, you'll show your best white ass. Why do you even engage such immature shit? Yo, don't pay me no mind. He just did a quick inventory. Yeah, he was already going through the right. Oh, my God. What's one I'm going to go to on this nigga, yo? Yo, it's good to see everybody, yo. It's good to see everybody. Shout out to the faithful men of America listening out there. Yeah, yeah. We in here. Big Moan in the building. Fuck is popping, y'all. Everybody got their tea? Oh, I had a question. Yo, why do you have French toast right there? I didn't take some of my food. I'm dying to know who started their morning with the triple-decker French toast PB&J blueberry whipped cream mix. That shit don't sound bad. That looks like the breakfast of an at-risk youth. With a whole container of melted butter. Who is starting their morning with the fattest shit? It's not mine, but I'll take credit for it because that shit look good. I didn't start my morning with that. That's crazy. That shit look crazy. It's just yours. Mind you, the better, the more important question is, is why does this nigga have our breakfast out? What is some on somebody else's French toast? That is crazy. Oh, somebody's going to eat the rest? They bought it for a reason. The first time didn't get a W. Thank God Urgent Care is close. Who is that? Nobody wants to say. Now, y'all might want to eat your shit. I hate y'all, yo. Now, nobody want to own their shit. But wait, no. And they put extra, whatever this shit is. I ain't going to lie. Take a bite, man. That shit look good. That's what I'm saying. Of course it do. Berries falling out. Take a bite. That shit look good. How do you take such a bite? This is the intimate fudge in this shit. Yo, this is nuts, yo. Cream cheese frosting. There is nothing to be ashamed about, guys. Yo, this nigga is nuts. Nah, that's some of the fattest shit. We need a lady down here. That's a body you can claim, man. We know who's nuts. We need HR, and we need somebody to represent us. We have HR, and that was some of the fattest shit I've ever seen. Whoever's eating that, I hope y'all have your faja somewhere near. Yo, this is good. And I know you got a dude faja, the Jim Jones joint. I know you got the Jim Jones shit. Nah, I got the real Jim. But it's cool. Remix. Remix. Hey, Biggish. All right, man. Come on, let's get to it. Let's have a little bit of fun today. Yes, sir. Let's go. Glad to be here. Glad to be here. Feeling good. How you guys feeling? Real good. Real good. Feeling good, man. Energized. I know you had a busy week. Busy week. Busy week. It's double busy week. My wife is at a conference, so I had my son, and he's been wearing me out. So I've been trying to give him a bunch of activities so he could sleep. He doesn't really care about elections too much. No, but he definitely wants to stay up to midnight. I bet. I am terrible at supervising my children when I. You're just like, go ahead, rock out? Yeah, until you fall asleep on the couch and pass out. Dog, so I go bowling last night at 10 o'clock. My kid wants to come, who's eight. I'm like, yo, dog, this ain't. We ain't putting bumpers up. This ain't for the kids. This ain't that. Ain't no other kids going to be there. You say, any girls going to be there? Nah, no. No girls. Just dudes and bowling. He said, all right, I'm coming. And I knew I was in trouble when he left his iPad in the car. Oh, shit. Once he put the iPad down, I tried to trick him. You want to bring it? He said, no, I'm going to let it charge while I bowl. What the fuck? I go in there, niggas is there. You know, niggas is there trying to get to it. Yeah, yeah, of course. We gambling. And I felt bad. I was like, you know what, man? You go sit over there. You want some chicken nuggets? No, I want a bowl. No, I want a bowl. I go find a bowl. I try to give him all the heavy bowls. 14 pounds. 15 pounds. Nothing would wear him down, Mark. He's a little strong. Oh, yeah. Oh, my God. He bowled five games. He bowled every game. Goddamn. Yes, he bowled every game. He even had a strike in one of them games. I bet he was sleeping when he got home. It's because the dudes that was there made me feel bad. Good dad. Someone said, hey, want to put him in? Want to put him in? Why don't you say that? You look like an asshole. Yeah. You got to do it. You got to put him in. But, yeah, no, we had a good time. But, Mark, to your point, tough to wear these little guys down. It's not just some candy anymore. No, no, no. Or candy early in the daytime. There's never been candy. No, candy in the daytime. You're supposed to have candy in the daytime. Didn't have a sugar crash. Yeah. That is terrible. And at night, a little. Remember that Ray and Nephew y'all be teasing me about? Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Old school. Old school. I didn't say anything. I just said, remember that Ray and Nephew? They're teasing, right? Yeah, they're teasing. Right under the gums. And the food now that she's going to breastfeed. Breastfeeding is going to make it tough, I think, to put a little oatmeal in the bottom of that bad boy. Hey, you think you're tough? You up on that crown? Hold this. Go get this oatmeal. Put him down. You shouldn't do that to daughters anyway. But anyway, Mark, come on, man. Come on, man. Come on, man. Come on. Come on. Stop playing with us. Yeah, man. Let's go. Yo. Huh? This is a crazy. This is a crazy week. If you've been living on a different planet for this week, the elections, midterm elections came back big. Tuesday night was a huge defeat for Republicans, a huge win for Democrats, a bunch of historic wins. I'm talking about from dog catcher up to governor. Every single race seemed like Democrats were winning. Yeah. And Republicans. Anybody that they've hated over the last few years won. Word. Yeah. The gays won. Trans. Native Americans. Trans. Native Americans. Latin. Native. Whoever they hate. Everybody. Big night. Yeah. Everyone saw Mom Dommy cleaning shit up real quick and say, you know what? Eh, that's not so bad. So let me jump in before Mark get all educational. I feel like, and I saw somebody say this, I feel like the rest of the country saw just how much fun New York was having during the next championship run. And Mom Donnie with all this progressive shit, streets just been feeling good. The rest of the country wanted to, you know what? They wanted to join in on some of the fun. I don't think you all. There's no way wrong with that. There was some strong left wing wins and there was some moderates who won as well, depending on the state. And I think that speaks to strategy. But there's a lot of people that saw Mom Donnie and said, oh, this is possible. Right. I don't have to pretend to be something else to win. I can be myself. That's what Republicans have been doing for years. They stopped being moderates. They said, look, we're going to stop giving you these John McCain's and these Mitt Romney's. We're going to give you these extremists who want everything that we want and we can fucking win. And they kept winning. And it worked. And it worked. No. Listen, listen, buddy. Listen, buddy. I love. I love what's going on out there. Same. The Christians versus the new Muslims. The old Christians versus the new Muslims? Hey, hey, hey, hey, old Christians. Y'all got your hands full now. But, yo, the new progressive Muslims. They cool, man. Yo, them niggas is body and shit out here. They are charismatic. They're great. They're great, yo. There's a couple races I want to talk about. First, the big story is that the House and the Senate are under Democratic control. By a lot. And not by a small margin. It was an ass whooping. As of this broadcast, Democrats have 54 seats in the Senate with Scott Cologne still in the lead in Mississippi, which is a huge deal. That's crazy. And at the time, about five minutes before we started, some more news came in. The gap is widening even more. It's likely that he's going to win. But the tea here, because I tell you, I'm just here for political tea, is I saw an interview with Cologne talking about how, he got worried that he was going to lose this in July. And he didn't care. He was just doing it to take away votes from the Republican dude, right? So Republican dude was going to all the black spots in the hood. So Cologne was like, you know what? I'm not going to waste my time and go over there. I'm going to go. I ain't even going to go out that much. When I go out, I'm going to these white hoods, and I'm going to talk to them. And they was fucking with me. And here we are now. Well, when I saw this interview, it was tied. So now I think he's up. He's up. By 1,600 votes. Yeah. That many? Yeah. Because it wasn't that many before. It was like 20 at one point. It was like 50, 80 votes at one point. But here's the even more interesting piece of the story. He didn't want to be a senator. He was up for a federal judgeship in January 2025. Joe Biden approved it. He was going to be, or 24, excuse me. He was going to be a federal judge. And it got approved. The Republicans approved it. Everybody approved it except Cindy. I had Smith, the person he's running against now. Oh, shit. She said she wasn't going to approve it because he saw some tie to George Soros and something about transgender people. It was like this long-winded, like, this person connected to this person connected to this person. It was just an excuse to not vote for a progressive. And so she refused. He asked, he wrote her a letter saying, please change your mind. She didn't. They returned his appointment back to the White House. And now, nine months later, he says, I'm going to run for the Senate. Wait right here. And now he's whooping her ass and taking her seat. That's what the fuck you get. I love how, I love stories that end that way. That's like the best story in the world. Fucking round of applause. And the Democrats are about to win Alaska, which will make 56 seats in the U.S. And there's some gains also in the U.S. House. Democrats have control of that. 235 seats, I think, as of this moment. Again, a big deal. One of the stories. One of the stories. One of the stories. One of the stories that we got to tell people about, I think, is these races are being decided sometimes by 40 votes, 50 votes, 60 votes. You can win if you organize and get people out. We can get the outcomes we want if we vote. Like, for all y'all to think voting don't matter, there are people who are going to win Senate seats. They're going to decide whether or not we go to war. They're going to decide whether or not you get schools. They're going to decide all that shit based on whether you and your homies, just a crew of your homies. They're going to decide all that shit based on whether or not you and your homies went out and voted or not. So this is a big deal. And it's something that we need to. It's a good point. And young people in these Senate seats. Yes. Young people in these lifelong jobs. That's been my favorite part. The diversity is amazing. Diversity and youth, really, is the bigger thing for me. That's what was needed. Yeah. The whole time. I love that. And it's not just Democrats beating Republicans. It's progressive Democrats beating old guard establishment Democrats. A lot of that we saw back in May. Go ahead. I just want to ask you, I think it's in line with what we're talking about. Because when Trump was running and we was talking all of that, he seems to be winning the marketing war. My question was, why don't the Democrats or the other side seem to have a pulse on who the next crop of just people? Like, why don't the mainstream know about that? So I'm seeing something now that says that Chuck Schumer was fucking putting the press, like, putting a blanket on, like, being against. All of these new, young, progressive Democrat movements that was coming. I was like, okay, now that makes sense. But all these people that started popping up, and not popping up, because if you follow politics, these people have been there. But for people like. Publicly. For casual politic people to now learn about these people, there's some fucking people out there. And it's like, okay now. There's a farm system. The problem is, like you said, they didn't invest in it. I mean, if you think about. Yes. In Florida, just to give you one example. Angie Nixon. She didn't win the Florida race, but she only lost it by a point. She kicked ass. She kicked ass. They said she didn't have a shot, so they didn't put any money into it. No support. She got 49% of the vote. Chuck Schumer finally threw, like, some pittance last month, just so it would look like he was supportive. If they had invested in Florida, Angie Nixon, this black woman who's a state rep, would have won that seat. Would have absolutely won that seat. And she said she's going to run again in two years. Right. But the point is, she always been there, but Chuck Schumer doesn't want those people to on the mainstream, and this is my issue with Democrats, and one of the many reasons why I'm not a Democrat, is that a lot of times, the people who actually reflect the values of the people, they don't want, because their money, their interests are tied up in war, they're tied up in guns, they're tied up in all the shit that we don't want. And so Chuck Schumer is never going to just back a Momdani. He didn't back Momdani in his own city. He's not going to put money in Angie Nixon, but you still see. It just seems so counterproductive. Right. It depends on what your interests are. It goes against the flow, though. It depends on where you. Yeah. Because I think one of the misconceptions that common people have is that the Democrats are just all for the people, and that shit don't necessarily be true with some of the motherfuckers. Yo, we're not shitting on Democrats today, too. I'm letting you, Mark, know, and Mona, because I know y'all, we're not shitting on Democrats today. No, no, no, I'm not doing that. I got a few Democrats in my shit on in a minute, but. Yeah, I'm just saying that. Hold on to your seats. Yeah. Like, a lot of the motherfuckers be having their own personal interests in mind when they doing political shit. It's not always about the masses, and so, to Mark's point, if you're not. If you're not putting money behind this particular lady because she don't have your interests or the things that you find important at the top of her priority list, then you're not going to fuck with her. I feel like the Democratic Party has just been, don't rock the boat for the past. Yeah. Huh? While we make money behind the scenes. Right. Right. And that's the problem. There are certain issues that Democrats. I mean, Chuck Schumer is, like, for the last 20 years, has never going to endorse a candidate that was pro-Palestine, just as one example, right? So all these progressive candidates, they either had to. Change their position or be silent on it or not get support. So a lot of these candidates who came up through the ranks who absolutely could have won. What's the city council, Osei? I love him. Yeah. You know that's kind of a jackson, right? No. Yeah, that's jackson. That's reggie-son. Get the fuck out of here. Mm-hmm. Wow. Crazy, right? Wow. Like, he's wonderful, but again, the establishment doesn't want him to get the kind of support that he's getting. So that's a big part of the issue. But now, the structure can't hold it anymore because too many young people came out. Too many people are speaking out. Social media has changed the conversation. There's a lot of that. So now you got Daria Lisa, right, in New York, representing the third district. She's Latina, she's Muslim, she's progressive, and she won. Yeah, she won. You got Chris Rabb in Pennsylvania, progressive, right? I mean, you got these great people who are coming out, and they can't stop it anymore. That's what we. One of the things we learned this week to me is that if we want the world we can create it, but we got to fight for it, but we can win. And the old guard has to give it up at some point. James Carville says something that really pissed me off. He said, I would rather lose to Republicans by five votes than to. Or rather, I'd rather have Republicans control the Congress by five than for us Democrats to control it by five. James Carville was the person who helped make Bill Clinton. He was one of the major voices of the Clinton-era Democrats. And his point was, he said, I don't want to win as a Democrat if it means that we're beholden to the votes of the progressives. That's crazy. He said, I'd rather lose than need progressive votes as part of my coalition, what he called the DSA, the Democratic Socialists of America. He said, I don't want AOC and them to be controlling our destiny. I'd rather lose to the Republicans. That's crazy, yo. Because their vision is different. They ain't worried about us. They not worried about us. That's a smokescreen. It's a smokescreen, man. And we saw that. Another big win was Abdullah Sayyed. Now he says his whole name. As soon as he won, he was like, it's Abdullah Sayyed. And I'm like, man, Muhammad Sayyed. And it's like, yo, he won. And yo, I'm going to tell you something. I love him. He is the- Charisma, bro. He the shit. He got all the- He know how to cuss, and that's important. Charisma, bro. He got charisma. Go ahead. He got the tools. Yeah. He got the tools. He can get it done. If his name weren't Abdurrahman Muhammad Sayyed, he could be president. And I still think he could be president. He got the tools. I agree. I have spent the last few days falling in love with Abdul. He has the tools, bro. Him and Asaf. Yeah. Them two. Like, yo. Them two. And what I like is- Asaf is tough. He don't duck questions. No. He be like, no, no, no, I'll take that. Right. You can ask him some wild- No, no, no, I got this. Chill, chill, chill. I got this. Boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop. Yeah, and it's been a back and forth. And now you can't say nothing. Like, yo, I answered your question. I'm taking on the most hostile question you could possibly throw at me. I'm going to be calm. I'm going to ask you questions back, and I'm going to engage you, and I'm going to make you look stupid. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, that Muslim Brotherhood clip. Yo, all of that. Might have really turned the whole shit for him. It's a bunch of them. It really did. It's like five of them. And so, like, that level of charisma, his speech, his speech was crazy. His speech was, not for nothing, his speech was some nigger shit. Oh, yeah. He won a Dearborn Muslim. His winning speech was some bullshit. Michigan Arabs is like that. Yeah. And it was great. And he's born here, right? Yeah. He's a real American. That's why he's so good at talking shit. Well, that was the funny part. When Trump was talking about his wife and showing his wife in her hijab and was like, you know, and J.D. Vanson was saying, like, look at our wives. You know, our wives are the real Americans. We're not this. And he's like, your wife. Back to those white legs. Your wife wasn't born here. He's like, my wife was born in America. Yours wasn't. I don't fuck with the, so clearly you're not talking about citizenship. So what do you mean when you say she's not American? You know what he's talking about. You know exactly what he's talking about. And he knew how to hold it down. It was great when dude, you asked the Muslim Brotherhood question. I thought that was a great point. He was like, you haven't denounced the Muslim Brotherhood. He said, neither have you. And he's like, why do you need me to? What is it about me that makes you think I need to do this? We both played football and lacrosse. We both love America. We both love freedom. And I'm looking forward to the conversation. Do you want to abolish ICE? Who's going to deport the criminal aliens? Long before we ever had ICE, we had INS. We were able to enforce our immigration policies without shooting people in the face and the back of the head. Green New Deal. Do you drive an electric car? I drive a plug-in hybrid made right in the United States. The bigger question about cars, though, why the president just escalated a trade war with Canada. It's about to make all of our cars, especially the internal combustion engine cars, so much more expensive. We've got to start taxing wealth for people who have over $100 million. I mean, at that point, what do you think you're going to do with more money? What are you going to do with more money? Whatever I want. The question ultimately is, do you want to drive on good roads or would you rather have a billionaire make a second billion? That's what Mike Rogers wants. That's what Donald Trump wants. Apparently, that's what you want. I think the people of Michigan want something different. They want good roads and good cities. It's about your everyday man. Like, if you're for billionaires more than you're for every other person, well, you and I are just going to disagree. No, I just think I have the right to the fruits of my own labor. Billionaires don't make their money off of their labor. Billionaires don't make their money off their money. So, if you have a billion dollars, your billion makes another hundred million. That's not the fruits of your labor. That's just the fruits of your money making money. Like, if we tax you at 7%, you still don't make, what, a cool $30 million off your billion dollars? I think it's okay. You say you want socialized health care. Abdul, how much is that going to cost? It's going to cost the average Michigander a whole lot less than they pay right now. Substantially less for an everyday person who's out here who can't afford their health care and worried about losing their health care with their job. I just don't see why you're so on the side of the billionaires, Jesse, rather than on the side of everyday Michiganders. You want to talk about budgets, I'm happy to do that. The guy who used to work on your channel, I think he was like the sixth host on The Five, he wanted to raise our military budget to $1.5 trillion, and you don't seem to be upset about that. So, we could fight a war we don't know how to get out of to raise our gas prices $5 a gallon? I just think that we could do a lot better with our money, Jesse. Everywhere I go in Michigan, people are talking about the fact that they've never had to worry as much about. I'm letting it play. This is a bot. Are you glad the Ayatollah is dead? Yeah, I mean, look, he was a terrible person. Yeah, he was horrible. The issue that people are worried about is not that somehow somebody's going to come and push Sharia law on them. The issue in Michigan is people are worried about how they're going to afford their gas. How am I going to see a doctor when I get sick? How am I going to keep my job? I agree with you, but you use these words that sound really foreign to avoid actually having to talk about the issue. Do you agree that Mike Rogers is a beta? The guy's a beta, doesn't like to answer questions, and he dodges them. I think the only answer that Mike Rogers and Donald Trump and J.D. Vance have to this economy is to point to. Point to me. Scary words associated with him. Those scary words are not raising gas prices or keeping you from seeing your doctor. I'm interested in getting money out of politics, putting money in your pocket, passing Medicare for all. Medicaid for all. Let's go, baby. 75% of the country likes the health care coverage they have. No, 75% of the country wants guaranteed health care through Medicare for all. Sex changes for minors. Do you support that? Oh, this is the one he smoked. If you disagree that health care decisions need to be made by a doctor, parents, and a patient, then I just think we agree to disagree. So you think it's okay for a parent to slash his kid's thing on the university? Do you really want to have this conversation? Are you circumcised? Are you circumcised? Are you circumcised? Are you circumcised? Yeah! That's a personal question. Okay, doctor. You probably should want to move on. Boys play in girls sports. I'm not advocating. You have not asked me one time about the issues that people actually care about in Michigan. You don't want to talk about gas prices. You don't want to talk about groceries. You don't want to talk about health care. You don't want to talk about this stupid trade war. You can keep doing the greatest sins if you want. It's a big issue. I'm interested in getting money out of politics, putting money in your pocket, and passing Medicare for all. I'm a. Yo. Are you smoking? Smoking. That's how you win. She's smoking. Yeah. You don't win by ducking the smoke. Mark, back to you. I'm sorry. No, no, no. I shot out that. That was needed. That was needed. That's how you win. You don't duck the smoke. You don't hide your politics. You're honest. You're direct. And you don't let them determine where the conversation's going to go. That's the part right there. He took it from. Every time y'all tried to move it. No, no, no. We're talking about this, though. What's up? Yeah. Gas prices anyway. You talk about some scary shit. Let's talk about regular shit. Right. I think. This is my personal opinion. I think that the average person in the United States don't care about politics. Like, to that degree. They care about what my kids and my immediate family see as a result of the political decisions that y'all make. Yeah. Like you said, niggas can't put gas in they car, bro. And so we said when Trump got elected that he ran on everyday people not being able to afford some shit. And now he's had his time, and those everyday people are worse now than when he came. And I think that just backfired on him wholeheartedly. I think that the average people. My nigga, for you to win Texas, bro. Like, yo, it's Texas. I've never seen Texas blue in my. Yo, it's Texas. That's Texas girl life, I don't think so. Not in your grown life, yeah, no. When he talks like that, when that guy talks like that, he's helping both sides out because that fear monger shit works. It works. So if you are, you know, a Michigan person, and you on Facebook, and they showing these scary videos of these Muslims this morning, and they gonna come over here and make your wives cover, and those women can't drive, that's scary. But if you remind everybody that that's not an issue that you're having on your day-to-day, but you are having a hard time putting food in your fucking business, and you are having a hard time putting gas in your car. So he's not, it's not, that helps everybody on both sides, because people believe that bullshit, especially with this AI shit. People see those videos and think that shit is real. When you start talking about some trans topic or some shit like that, it's like, yo, fam, that's 1% of the population. If 1%. Nah, y'all don't even think it's 1%. Let's talk about the 70% that can't do these things that are necessities to everyday Americans, and let's talk about those things. And I think he smokes them shit. He smokes them shit. Can I let my man, can I let my man Ossoff get something? Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. He didn't play with. None of them at all. He got right to it. Hold up now, I need a music bed. Got some ether for that one? What you got, man? What you got? No, no, no, no, no, I'm just letting the words talk. Just listen to this. Five days after his father was re-elected, Prince Don Jr. becomes a partner at 1789 Capital, a venture firm founded by right-wing activists and Trump donors. 1789 Capital then buys a stake in Vulcan Elementary. A tiny start-up that says it plans to produce the high-tech magnets needed in drones, missiles, and satellites. And about a month after Don Jr.'s venture firm buys its stake in Vulcan Elements, Pentagon officials learn that Peter Navarro, a convicted criminal, Don Jr.'s close friend, and a top White House official, wants the Pentagon to give your tax dollars to Vulcan Elements. Of course. One Pentagon official said, quote, the call came from the White House, we have to get this done. And Athens, to be clear, getting this done means funneling your money to the president's son's investment. And so a force like clockwork, on November 21st, just three months after Don Jr. and his friends bought their stake, Vulcan gets a $620 million taxpayer loan from the United States. And the money is paid for with your money. See, while the world burns and you pay more for everything, your tax dollars become the royal family's wealth. Seems to be a common thread for her. Because it pays to be a Trump. Yeah. Especially when the whole world knows Daddy's a crook. Half a billion from the Emirati spy chief to Trump family crypto business months before the administration granted him the right to be a president. And the entire world knows Daddy's a crook. Half a billion from the Emirati spy chief to Trump family crypto business months before common thread word because it pays to be a Trump yeah especially when the whole the administration granted him the right to be a president. world knows daddy's a crook half a billion from the Emirati spy chief to Trump family crypto business months before the administration granted the Emirates access to our most sensitive AI chips 1.6 billion dollars of your money backing the Trump boys mining interests in Kazakhstan Jared Kushner on the Saudi payroll while he pretends to lead our Middle East diplomacy and on and on the Mar-a-Lago mafia really has taken American corruption to spectacular new heights grifters boy that's the thing we need and here's the thing y'all politicians at their best can do that but they don't have feelings they have interests they're only going if their interests intersect with ours. John, Ossoff, even four years ago, wasn't challenging the military-industrial complex, wasn't challenging Israel, wasn't challenging these things, but it became okay to do, and now he's doing it. And I'm okay with that. You're bigging him up, Amar. I am bigging him up. Don't start your shit. No, no, no, no. Don't start taking us to, we're bigging him up. No, but we're going to big him up, but we're going to be critical and honest, too. The way to get politicians to do dope shit is to apply pressure. They never do it without the pressure, right? That was the whole point of Roosevelt back in the day and A. Philip Randolph. A. Philip Randolph sat in front of him and told him all the shit that he needed done. He said all the things that were wrong with the world, all the things that needed to be done with the labor movement. And Roosevelt looked at him and said, I agree with everything that you just said. Now go out there and make me do it. That's the thing. Presidents aren't born, they're made, right? We create them. Frederick Douglass makes Abraham Lincoln who he is. is we've got to make the next president who they are. We've got to make the next senator who they are. They'll do that dope shit, but we've got to keep calling for it because they're only going to do it if there's proof of concept. That makes sense. And now they just learned that, oh, we can say some cool shit about labor, and it'll work. So let's keep doing it. Let's keep applying the pressure. Yeah, Mark. Yeah, I'm with him. He caught that. Yeah, I'm with him. Well, that's the important part, right, is that proof of concept that you're talking about. There's a blueprint laid for how to reach the American people. Now, whether people are all the way with it or it's just word salad, that will remain to be seen. But some of them, it's working on me. It's working. I was going to hold you. And it's a real simple message. People are having a hard time living a quality life. Yes. The end. I don't want to care about percentage yield. I don't care about inflation. Yo, dawg. Can I feed my kids? Right. Can we go to the doctor? If you break it down into the most layman terms, then I think it resonates way better than old school politics. So you said proof of concept. But I also think politicians move when they have fear of recourse. So if we say, yo, dawg, I don't give a fuck what you're talking about. I don't care if you're red or blue. If you don't do X, Y, and Z, we're not fucking with you. I think that pushes more buttons, too. Like, these motherfuckers don't have guaranteed seats no more, especially with the informed 19. Yo, my girl. My son, he know all of his youngest shit. I'm like, yo, when I was in my 20s, I could care less about some of these stuff. These 19, 20, 21-year-old college kids, they are really taking an interest in this shit. They march to go vote. 45 minutes to go vote. They're taking a pass getting the vote or die T-shirt. Yeah, like, dawg, I'm telling you. Which he really meant, apparently. Sorry. Who next? That's a good joke. Yo, you're an idiot, bro. But, yeah, nah, this shit. This shit is reaching people that it didn't reach before. So, now, you got to take those people into account. You got to take these 21-year-olds into account. Their vote matters. And those 20-year-olds. You're allowed now. Yeah. And they're not fooled by as much fucking Facebook foolery. They hate all that AI shit. They can see right through it. The news don't sway them like it used to sway our panel. And, I mean, yes, the young, progressive fucking people getting out there. All the stocks is down, too. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Everything that homeboy ran on and even some of the mega-wealthy people are just like, eh, I don't know about all of that. It ain't looking like that. Yeah. I mean, Trump's coalition is crumbling because Trump's thing was, look, I might do some fucked up shit, but y'all going to stay rich. Y'all going to eat. And all your interests are going to be met. And now, people not eating, that war in Iran that they say was going to be a brief incursion, fucked up the straight-over moves, didn't just fuck up the geopolitical landscape, it also made it so that the gas prices are stupid. Yeah. And so, people who are willing to ignore the fact that he never is who he says he is, right? I'm a non-interventionist unless I want to blow something up. Everybody loved it. We're fine with that shit while people was getting paid, but now they're not getting paid anymore. And then, for him to turn around and when they ask him about it, I loved his appearances on Fox News. I loved all the news cycles this week, but when they asked him about it, oh, how do you think this makes you look? He's like, I ain't on the ballot. Right. Wait, what? Yo, this nigga is a loner. They said he handpicked some of those people. No, he handpicked most of the people. He said, yo, so if these your crew, you're cool to go after me. And he was running around saying, vote like I was on the ballot. Yes, which is literally what he said, vote like I'm on the ballot. And nigga's like, word? Word. Say less. Yeah, but you see them scamp, they're running from him because he's a one-term president by the Constitution, and now that the midterms show that he's not that popular, J.D. Vance already broke down like that. J.D. Vance is like, yeah, I've seen that. I think all of, because from what I heard, the Republicans don't really be fucking with him, they're just scared of him. Yes. They are really scared. Like, they don't really agree with a bunch of the shit that he's doing, they're just scared of him. Now, in this next two years, they about to start kicking his fucking back up. Lay duck. They're going to start kicking his back up. And what are they going to do when they make Ohio a state? Yo. Seriously, think about it. Think about it. Yo, you stupid. Think about that. No, no, honestly, I'm joking around, but for more than half of my life, my father has said, yo, they'll never make D.C. a state. And he was telling that to me at a time where not only was I not invested, but I didn't understand nothing that he was saying. So, for that to be some of the talk, now, for it to be growing, like, louder. It's a thing. My pops the other day was acting like he found out Jesus was black. Seriously. He saw my costume? No, for real. No. I'm saying that's how he felt after all of that, after all of that, Jesus, heavy and all that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. My family group chat was lit. Yo, he said, this is my birthday, the holidays, New Year's, Christmas, this is all I ever want. He sounded like my grandmother before she passed, rest in peace to her, when she was like, all I want is to see a black person. Obama. Obama. He was sounding like Obama. The first Obama vote? Yeah. Like, the hope you hear in the older people when it comes to the world that they'll leave for their kids. Like, it was interesting to me. It was interesting. I just got one last thought I got to say. No, I'll give you a chance. What's up? Mark Iso, nigga. What's up? For two hours. Just, the election brought a lot of good news for a lot of good people. I'm glad. I have a message for two kinds of people. First, to all the people on the super duper left, like me, who were saying, this isn't a real victory. It absolutely is a real victory. I understand. I'm eyes wide open about who we elected. They're not perfect. See, that's when y'all be getting too left. But, no, no, I'm saying, but. But, some of you left niggas is too left. I don't think there's such a thing. I think it's important to hold the line and be principled, but we also have to operate within the system that we're in. And on Tuesday, working class people stood up and said, I want living wages. People stood up and said, I'm tired of putting my money up to war. People said, I want to invest in schools and justice and not jails. People did the right thing. And they had their voices heard. And I don't want to dishonor those people by making it seem as if they voted wrong or they've been duped into believing that the Democrats are going to save them. That's not the truth. The truth is, people had their voices heard and they learned something. So, now that they've learned that they can use their voices and their votes to win, now let's not hate on the moment. Let's not hate from outside the club. Instead, let's use the energy from this moment. Yes, to encourage people, to do political education, to organize. Like Ilhan Omar said, we only get what we organize for. But we will always get what we organize for if we keep organizing. So, don't be mad at them. But to the people that are celebrating too much, the Democrats aren't going to save you. They never have. They never will. This is the best opposition. The Democrats are the best people to be your opposition compared to the Republicans. But they are not the answer. Hakeem Jeffries doesn't support Medicare for all. Hakeem Jeffries supports the Israel war machine. He's somebody who needs to not be Speaker of the House. But if he's going to be Speaker of the House, y'all need to challenge him and don't sit back and assume that he's just going to save you. Don't assume the people you just elected, even if they were progressive, are going to stay progressive. Because like John Fetterman and others, once they get in that office and they see the bright lights and they see the big stage, sometimes they change. So, it's up to you to keep the pressure on. The big political work doesn't happen every November or even every November and April. It's every single day. Contact your congressman. Join school boards. Join movements. Join organizations. Do the work that needs to happen together so that we can make the politicians be what we need them to be. They're not our friends. They work for us. That's all. Amen. That was well said, bro. I ain't going to hold you. Amen. Well said. Very well said. Well said. Very well said. And necessary. You know I give you that. You get scared when you get scared. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know where it was going. I know where it was going for a minute. It's some new information. I know he died. Yeah, Marcus. You know, it's a lot of shit going on. You got to watch, Marcus. It was some shit announced today. I'm being well behaved. It's a lot of shit going on. Isn't that Yahoo shit? Yep. Don't itch always seem like he got some top secret shit? No, no, no. It ain't top secret. I feel like Marcus could be one of them new Muslims. Oh, my God. What is he? He is a new Muslim. You said Marcus, you meant itch. He's a new Muslim. Them niggas is well lathered. Skid moisture off. Yeah, yeah. I'm a 90s Muslim. Yeah, Marcus old school. These new Muslims, they changing the game. Hey, hey, right side, all you MAGA people. Y'all going to have to find some new insults. Some new acronyms. Yeah, y'all going to have to find some new ways to discredit the Muslim movement. Yeah, nah, they're killing shit. Yeah. They are. What do you want me to say? Yeah, that's real. Yo, and the team with Shorty that was running against Abdul. The one that left that traitor. Yeah, that traitor bitch. That traitor bitch. The one with that thick Michigan accent. You went to the other side. He asked her to not show up anymore because she probably was annoying. She was a big asshole. And that's how she responded. She went to the other side and endorsed the nigga that he was running against. Endorsed Mike Rogers, yeah. That shit was crazy. And then they lost. But after years of kicking his butt. It's back in. After years of her representing everything that goes against what that guy stands for, she ran with him. And then her whole team won politics. And that's why I hate this. The political tea is. Yeah, that shit was crazy. It was crazy. It was some wild shit going on. That shit almost made me want to watch Scandal again. You know, I just started it again. The political tea. I'm watching Scandal with my wife. She's never seen it before. This shit is. Oh, wow. What? I've never seen Scandal either. Watch it. You'll love it too. We're on season two now. But it's a good show. I'm trying to like Scandal. It will change. You think so? I've never seen. Scandal is some of the. Scandal is amazing. Scandal, I would say, are probably some of the best, if not the best reads ever on television. Really? Because they do the monologues. Yo. Some of the best reads ever on television. When you say reads, what do you mean? When you read somebody. When you read and they write. Oh, like, gotcha, gotcha, gotcha. Some of the best. Eli Pope got some classics. Hey, the end. That's how it happened to President? That's all you got to say. The end. Papa Pope against President? YouTube him. Yeah, that's it. The father. I don't really watch it. He didn't play. I never watched it. When he get to go in. It's worth it. Me, Parksor, it's never worth it. It gets a little weird toward the latter seasons, but I think it's good again. They all do. Yeah, but it's good. Nah, Scandal is that shit. Scandal and Graze, to me, it's her best show. I mean, I love Graze, and I've watched every episode of Graze, but Scandal is the best. Y'all watch a lot of TV. Graze is great. She's very different from Scandal. Yeah. But in some way, there is a through line. Also, Scandal with the music? Just for the music alone, Scandal is the shit. I mean, Scandal is the shit. They got a good soundtrack? I can appreciate that. They got the best time music ever. Y'all should start that show, though. Yeah, I'm going to start it. That show is great. I'm sorry. We watching it again now. I'm loving it. Like, for the first time. I'm going to start that over now, just because. Well, I appreciate your coverage, Mark. Yeah, thank you, Mark. Happy to do it. Happy to do it. Thank you. Thank you for that. Next year, we got to get you, like, a little touch screen. Yeah, I'm going to be like my manager. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I need to see Mark on my hill, touching the fucking screen. In 2028, I could probably get him that screen. Let's get him a screen. Let's do it. He deserves it. Word. And you're going to put lotion on when you run that screen. I can't make any promises. You got to have it. At least lotion the ankles. Okay, I'll do the ankles. I'll do the ankles. Yo, Mark, for the presidential election, you need to be lotioned. Listen, when I used to do cable news, I was always looking. You're too important to the black people movement. Do you really have to wear lotion, though? Yes. Yes. Like, do you have to? Yes. Lotion is pushing it. Look, when I was on TV, I always had lotion and suits and clean clothes and haircuts. It's just only since my- It's a recent thing. You just gave up on life, yeah. She just came here and said, fuck it. It's not just here. It's not podcasting. It's not podcasting. It's not just this, though. It's this and marriage. He took that shit right off his grocery list as soon as he stepped down and started being a podcaster. It's marriage, Joe. That's what I'm trying to tell you. It's a combo. It's podcasting and marriage. Is that combo together? That's funny. Damn. That is deep. I realize now that most of what I did was not for myself. Did you guys hear about the Powerball winner? Yes, I did. Over 800. You know what they say in New Jersey? I'll hold that. In New Jersey? Yo. Did you play in Montville? You play every time, right? When they get up there like that? You really a selfish bitch, yo. Don't say nothing to the group. I hate this nigga in real life. The fuck is you talking about, nigga? You outside, right? No. All right, what's that? I'm having a fucking kid. I'm home. I'm in the house. I'm not outside. You said I could've group text y'all. Y'all niggas in the group text, I don't know none of y'all group text. Damn. That's your fault, though. Because you won't look again. Because I won't buy an iPhone. You have one. You bragging that you're not in none of our group text. Y'all saying it's my fault that this is a corporation and because I didn't buy the phone that y'all didn't need to buy, I'm not included in the group text. You have a phone already. This nigga's selling. This is not a corporation. Yes, it is. Yes, it is. What are you talking about? I don't buy the right phone. Look at you, ready to go to the courthouse. I'm a cop. I'm watching you two. And it's just defense. The green bubble group chats aren't as bad as they used to be. What the fuck is we talking about, nigga? They're not as bad as they used to be. Yo, no, wait, wait, wait. You can't defend-ish in what I'm saying. What I'm saying is if he know that the Powerball has reached $850 million. Once it gets to $400, I play. He's in there. I'm playing every time. Y'all act like the nigga won. Once it gets to $8, tell somebody else, you bitch. No, once it gets to $8, I throw $3,000, $4,000 on it. Y'all act like he was one number off. This nigga ain't winning either. Bomb, he lost too. What the fuck? Did you check your numbers? He just so stupid. Yo, I check them. You just scan them. He could have had Roselle and Woodbridge covered. Freeze could have had Orange, Irving to come. Nigga, nigga, we could have mapped New Jersey out. You selfish ass nigga. You know what's crazy? Niggas with Brie always win. I was out west with a one-teeth white people. All right, Asbury, nigga. Oh, shit. Lakewood. You could have had Maplewood. You were in that one little red section on the other end. The white people with three teeth? That's where they went at. I was out there. Is that my family? They won't tell us. They won't tell us. They won't tell us. Montville died. They went to Montville, New Jersey. Oh, so details came out. At the Wegmans. Montville and Wegmans. Motherfucker. Oh, Wegmans. I don't feel bad. Why you don't feel bad? Because that's a regular person. I'd have never been in Mountville. Montville. I would have never been there. I've never heard of that. New Jersey got places I've never heard of. A lot. You got some places you don't want to hear of, too. Yeah, the places that tried to be red. Just some of that little corners. I saw the New Jersey map. Yo, I'm bad with geography, but I know that it was close to Atlantic City. That's south. That's down there. Y'all are angry. Y'all are angry. They don't play down there, yo. They don't play down there. Y'all are angry about location. Yes. I usually get angry about, like, status. If it seems like the person isn't poor or impoverished, that makes me jealous. Look, Wegmans speaks volumes. Because Wegmans, you got to have a couple dollars to go in there. Wegmans, piece of cement, $30 in there, bitch. That's the other one. I would have never went to Wegmans to get a Powerball ticket. Shit. No, you go to Wegmans for the chicken sandwich. And you just so happen to be. You go to Wegmans for the triple-decker French toast PB. For $40 million. Yeah, bro. Damn. I would have grabbed one. Yo, dog, I look at it like, yo, keep it real. It bothers me. Look, before the podcast started, we talking about sneakers. So all of us in here got a multiple to the sneakers. My nigga, if I could go spend $250, $300 on some sneakers and I ain't going to get nothing back from it, why the fuck would I not spend $400 to potentially make $800? Because you're never going to win, nigga. All right, well. That's a fucking. I'd buy the sneakers, but. Look, even if I hit five numbers, we done wasted more money on bullshit than we ain't win nothing from. Y'all are Powerball players. Wait, why you? Why you say we never going to win? See? Yeah. Does y'all never want to win? No, it's a manifestation. No, it is. Do y'all really believe that, though? Because I don't know if you. Yes. Like, I'm not going to lie. I don't play the Powerball. Like, even when you first, like, when he first got up, so I'm thinking, and then I have to click, oh, he's saying we could play together. Like, I don't, that's just something in my head. I'm never going to win. True, but you know the person who. I can crack the four-digit or five-digit easy. But look, the person who won, you know what they did? Huh? The person who won, you know what they had to do? Play. Play. Yeah. Yo, if you hit five numbers, Mona, if you hit five numbers. Plus the red ball for the. Plus the red ball. That's six numbers. The odds are one in 292,201,338. God. Guess what, though? Guess what, though? I'll take the sneakers, please. Him. Why'd you say we never win? Because you never fucking win. Mona, I got a family friend that hit the lotto for 350 million. Rest in peace. He's not here with us anymore. That's more proof we ain't going to win. Are you serious? That's not. I don't see what you're talking about. What was kind like that? Like a Powerball kind of thing? I don't look at it like you. And his story was he played the lotto every day, same store, for 30 years. And one day he was running late for work, and he couldn't make it to that store, so we asked the man, giving him a ride, yo, just pull over at the store right quick. He ran in there, played the same number, he hit 350 million. Shut the fuck up. 350 million. Yes. He won. That's all that story. Joe's dad's man. In New York City. State of New York. Yes. Yes, they gave it to him. I know pure mathematics, it doesn't make sense, but if you hit the lottery for 350 million, I would assume I'm not going to hit. So why was you so mad when you thought we hit? Because it's too close in proximity. Oh, why was I mad? You cracked you. No, it's not the same thing. It was a scratch off, it's different. It was a scratch off. The winning ticket was in the room, I was mad I didn't get the winning ticket. The probability. If you had went and walked in the room and won, I wouldn't have went after you and played, I would have been like, he won already. But no, in that room when I thought there was two winning tickets, I was, I'm still mad, fuck you, I'm mad again. Like, yo, I'll play a scratch off, shit like that. I might, and I'm 50-50 on the casino, because the casino feel like a rip-off most of the time. Shit, shit. It's a racket, it feel like they, the whole, listen, the whole hustle is bring all these people and we're going to make this certain amount of money, this amount of money, people make money back. If you stack up the bread that you'll spend on lottery daily, your parlays daily, you have a nice lottery at the end of the year. So I just always looked at it like it was stupid to gamble shit, and every time I gamble, I never, like I played lottery two years straight and hit shit, I gave up. You bought Starbucks though. Like I was one of them bitches, huh? You bought Starbucks. True, but I fucking like the taste. The taste of hazelnut coffee, my nigga. I'm enjoying that. That's what I'm going to like the taste of. You understand? The taste. I get it. I get it. That mac and cheese. Tell them what taste you're going to like, big ass. Big ass. That mac and cheese. Is it cheesy? Why you licking lips so easy to start saying mac and cheese, yo? That's crazy. I got two questions for y'all. What's up? So first, the winner of this, due to a rare law, only fucking New Jersey, you don't have to have your name. Oh, fuck off. Absolutely. You can be anonymous. In most states, you can't be. New Jersey's one of the few places where you can be anonymous. Love it. All of y'all be anonymous? Yes. Are you crazy? Fuck it. Are you crazy? You got to physically show up, I think. So some people will be wearing masks. Nigga, you wouldn't even see my skin color. I'd have everything covered. I know when our family friend won, the rule was you had to pay to remain anonymous. Okay. I'm about to pay you. Okay. How much you got to pay? Yeah, you can have that. How much I won? Whatever it is, I'm paying you. You can have that. I'm paying you. Mind y'all, you know it's always still a certain type of person that still wants to be known. Of course. They want an announcement. They want to do an interview and all that. Listen, there will be signs. You'll know I won. Where? Why is there a spaceship in front of the building? You'll know. Why is there an Apple spaceship right in front of the fucking building? But I'm saying something. I'm not doing a press conference, but you'll say, okay, that nigga came with some money. But some people want the world to know. Sure. I think most people do. They need the world. When I'm sitting here in the Iron Man suit, you'll understand. Yeah, next Halloween, you're about to be crazy. The real Iron Man. No, the real shit. No, the real one. Start floating. No, I'm good. You're going to say something interesting. If you won all that money and you really bought the real Iron Man suit, I would tell you to buy me the Dr. Doom suit. You would have it. It's just on GPS. You'd have it. Yeah. Come on, let's try it. Let's go. Fuck it. Can I ask y'all one more question before I go? Of course. You get two options. Both of these are pre-tapped. options, to be clear. You can either get the full $847 million jackpot. That's the end of that one. Don't give me $1,000 a week. Yeah, that's it. I'm cool. But you can get it all now, or you can get $25 million now, and in every year it'll increase by 5% over the next 30 years. I'm not going to be here that long. But you don't get the $800. I'm not saying it right. The $847, if you take the $847 million. Crazy taxes. They don't give it to you all at once. They give you $25 million a year, increasing by 5% over the next 30 years. That's the full amount. That's the full amount option. Or, you can get a one-time cash sum of $363 million. Cash? Cash me out. Both are pre-tax, though, just to be clear. All 20s. No, I thought the three-somethings. No, I looked it up to make sure. Okay. Oh, so they tax the three-something again? That's crazy. I don't. Shit, it's a racket. But let me get that out of here. Shit, it's a racket, but I like me a crook. You know what? I'm going to take the first option. Salute. You're going to take the what? Joe went the first option. And you can't leave that, right? The $800 and something? Hey, Mark. No, the $25 a month, a year, increased by 5%. If something happens to you. But it is $800 million. That doesn't carry on, do it? Yeah. It's $800 million. Because I heard something different. No, of course it carries on. Of course it carries on. And that's why I'm picking it. I mean, that's the smartest way to do it. No, that's the rich way. Yeah. That nigga rich already. I mean, $25 million going straight in. You're rich already. I'm not rich. $25 million going straight in most people. Yearly. $25 ain't bad. I'm not going to take this. Yearly is going straight in most niggas. Like 6 o'clock. And you're requiring me to be here for another 30. Yo, let me get mine. Give me my. Cash me out. Give me mine, bro. I'm going over the bank. You give it to. She's going to get it. I get it. I ain't going to. It would be a conversation. It would really be something that I would have to ponder. I would have to ponder. $25 million plus a 5% increase every single year. You take $25 million and you put that shit in anything. You could put that shit in T-bills and live off the interest. You know what I have to ponder? Where do I sign? Which one are you taking? You taking the 360? Cash me out. It's an annuity. It's an annuity paid out in 30 annual installments over 29 years with each payment increase. It's a 5% by 5% or a lump sum cash option. A one-time immediate payment of $363 million. That's a whole lot of money. When you take all the money, are you still going to run up to Cut Creators? Yes. Dog, that's crazy. Got him. You still going to go to all the same spots? Yep. I think I'm taking the annual. Even working in that way is obviously. No, you don't. Here's why, Ice. If you do the annuity estimates, after applying the federal tax rate of 37%, you're walking with $533 million. Cool. By taking the annual, you're making an extra $200 million. That's a big amount. Actually, more than that. Over 30 years, though. That's the important part. That's true, but the lump sum. The shit that I'm going to be on. We ain't getting 30 out of this. And this is why. I'm going to be on bullshit. Are you going to try to fast-track death? Yes. Yes. Yes. If you put it like that, I can't even argue with you. Yes. I'm going out with the bang of bangs. You're losing almost $250 million. I won't know it. I might take the annuity. I said I won't know it. No rich person would leave $250 million on the table. I'm not rich. You would too. If I were rich, I might have a different outlook on that. Not just to hash me out. Everything available to you at $300 million, if you had $25 million a year or more guaranteed, every bank that you want to deal with. We'll go get you. That's what I was just about to say. Damn. Everybody's going to give you. You want to live good. Every bank in the world. Every bank in the world will give it to you. Any creditor, anybody. You're not going to have $360 million in your house. This nigga wanted it in his mattress. You're dead on his shit. I just told you all about it. This nigga wanted it in his Nike box. He wanted it in his fucking shoe box. He wanted me on a gram. Do a money slide. He wanted to do a money slide. You can do that with a lot more than $300 million. You can't do that with $360 million. Crazy. Yo, now the dad ever is gone. Now, over, I do miss niggas money phoning on the gram. Nah, that shit was stupid. No, that's why I was funny. No, remember when people started writing the messages in the money? Yes. Making the doubt that the women and the men had stick figures in the money? These niggas stopped over a couple of fucking RICO cases and tax evasion cases, man. Yeah, that's a good reason. That'll do it. Niggas is pussy, yo. I thought you money phone niggas was real. Them niggas was threatening each other with the money. Word. We going to kill y'all. Hurry up. Yeah. All right. Y'all got it. Anyway, congrats. They still didn't say who won, right? No, I don't think they found the person yet. I just want to know if he's a white person. Montville. Montville. Wegmans. Somebody could have been driving down. Maybe they were door dashing. I'm just saying the probability is that it's a white person. Is it a door dasher? Yeah, OK. In New Jersey. Oh, it could be a door dasher. Do y'all know where Montville is? Yeah, yeah. No, they don't. It could be one of them new Muslims. Yeah, door dasher. The devil. Coming through with Powerball. They would have never. No. I think that shit be rigged. I'll be playing that shit like, they see my face. They ain't giving it to us. We're all shit. I'm dead ass. You might pass. Or if they see your face. You might be just fine. You might get it. I'm black, bro. I know that. I know we make a bunch of jokes. I'm black. I know you black, but I mean, in Montville. They move like a nigga. You white passing. You like the white bitches that look Spanish. He is not white passing your show. He ain't white passing in Montville. He white passing in Newark. Not even. But it's cool. Maybe Montclair. Change your last name to Aguilera or some shit. Wolfensohn. He Puerto Rican passing. Yo, congrats to the winner unless you white. Fact. Sorry. That's how I'm on it. Yo, we got the house and the Senate. Yo. Yo, now it's time for my favorite part of the show. Prize picks. All right. Gino Smith for more than 212 passing yards. I'm not doing Jets nothing. That's me. Yeah, I'm scared of the Jets. That's 212? I'm not doing it. 212 is their tricky spot. Kansas City, I think. Yeah, that would scare me a little bit. Yeah, I'm not doing it. Okay. Jonathan Taylor for more than 60 rushing yards. I feel like he got his bags packed, ready to go. He's playing the Cowboys, dog. He's not playing. He can't stop a run he knows. He's barely playing. I don't think he's playing at all. I think he's mentally checked out. Let's see. Yeah, I see it. I don't know. I don't know. Those are all my brand partners. Yeah, no doubt. No doubt. No doubt. I'm sure everybody got paid handsome. A handsome ransom. I think my rate is probably different to put something on this mic. There's niggas that look a little handsomer than others. Not even. Even if that's a word. Not even. Not even. Yeah, just a longer tenure. Yeah. Long, longer tenure. Longer tentacles. But I will do it. If y'all see some shit up here, just know. Just know. All right. So what do we need to get to in music? There was some drops this week. Big drop this week. The biggest one, I would say, would be Baby, right? Yes. Yeah, Lil Baby returned with his album Fresh. 17 tracks. Mm-hmm. And I played it immediately at midnight. Got to the intro, and I was like, oh, we back. Yes. And that was the highlight of the album for me. Oh, damn. It's not that bad. There was a couple joints on there I liked. But, yeah, I mean, do you think that the sound, that sound is kind of finished? No. I don't think it is. I don't think so. I don't think that's it. That was actually the first thought I had when I listened to it. 17 songs of that same. I don't know if that shit hit no more. - It felt like 2019 to me, you know what I'm saying? - Yeah, it felt so dated. to me yeah the only i mean the pharrell record uh that grew on me actually i really like i didn't like it i like the beat i didn't really love what he did with it i think he did much with other than the hook other than the pharrell shot i actually didn't love the song but i love the production that's what i said i was one of a few moments i was like this shit sounds right the rest of it it sounded like it could have been made five years ago so let me out not only did i put food on the table i even fixed the plate i don't get a job to hang down trees before i run out of paint i get pounds to dust up in the state you know they take a date that i've come from another mob this is the intro this bitch want me to keep it real but everything about her face 500,000 to her lawyer i'm trying to beat the case the intro sounds good trying to catch away i'm just running through the sample i didn't i didn't purchase it all right i'll just take your word for whatever sound like i just think that um i think atlanta rap in in general ever since that thug trial is having a hard time um people don't really want to tap too much into the street shit that much anymore because they're using lyrics in court it's getting a little rougher out there so we're trying to separate from that but still keep the authenticity and it's just not it's not connecting the same no more well if you for me if he had different content i would feel okay with that you know i mean if you want to do street shit but you're talking about something interesting or you're talking about something and i don't mean political i just mean like just talk talk your shit in an interesting way it was just boring like the content wasn't interesting like all my partners was one of the joints i was expecting to be fired you know i mean it completely i was very let down little baby young thug i mean it was on paper it looked like this was supposed to be the record yeah yeah it's not see what i mean that's the song damn near i'm not gonna hold you but look how long this goes though and they do it again it's a duet no it's like four it's a posse cut man you hit me down yeah well man you're really the road stone it's fucked up i like this part of the beat they up a good beat yeah with this beat is hard i need space right now i need space wishing i had someone like you for a relation bitch enjoy oh this is the single they're going for this ain't gonna do it i see what's going on we already at rollo let me ask you something it's future on this record yeah yeah it's a huge huge he's the one that's that long ass hook yeah but i'm not listening to talk no more it's over for that all right again that goes back to my other point i think that's it why thug can't make the music that made thug thug it's so weird with though because i love the album there's joints on that album he put out while he was in jail that i love a lot yeah so for him to be free and but i don't want to make this about him is the future stimulus package hitting different yes yeah yes and nobody's talking nobody's talking about it nobody wants to say what's this other record with him dravis scott and i did not like that i didn't like that i mean it sounded like every other record that these niggas ever been on i can't say that though because the run to atlanta record was hard the shit on the album i don't even remember that record that was hard and went hard that was hard um and that so i can't say that the future stimulus package is over no it's a hit like it used to it's yeah it's not that it's not it's not a short bet run to atlanta this was hard yeah this was hard so i can't say that i like this song i love this i like the song i like the beat i do like the verses even though they're not talking about i like the song i do yeah that's um i'm gonna buy the little baby album and listen to it i don't have anything to say about it because i have not heard it yet and i'm anti-hip-hop so i will listen to it i will check it out i'm waiting on her and snow like i'm waiting on the r&b goddesses to come through and do what they do other than that and and y'all will let me know the other thing about the little baby album um coach k and p sold the qc qc i think some of that's also at play i mean i know they said they were still being involved on a crit but i ain't involved have i got how many hundred million yeah yeah yeah i'm no longer i think some of that's also what's missing it might be the people that was around the team was around the top the the the topics i used to cover and the way i used to give it up i can't do that it's hard it's all brand new damn near yeah that's why i walked away from this and i was like all right let me go i went right back and cut my turn on say all right i'm cool now you gave me my turn i wish i would cut off the reasons why people cut off the music is because they don't want to listen to it because they don't artists that are assigned to them when they're in their prime you niggas is fucking a gunner would have never left my side i don't know what y'all talk about he's snitched and ratted he's in his musical prime what that nigga get home and drop every time he every time since he get home literally what it's a business each project gets better he look good his abs he look great they slept on the run club he's still built like a motherfucker told no yeah i'm waiting on new gunner man i don't know i'm gonna check little baby out but i don't have nothing to say right now i didn't hear it that ain't dropped nothing corny yet yeah i'm cool i'm cool on the little baby and i'm not really rooting for atlanta's hip-hop scene to thrive why i'm not wait because i'm don't tell me some new york shit no oh okay just rooting for it's hip-hop i'm not from atlanta so what it's hip-hop not at all it's hip-hop y'all don't work with me and everybody loves the atlanta music scene everybody and especially let me tell you for real yeah because i don't have a beef with atlanta i don't did too much of my greatest work in atlanta for me to have a problem with atlanta i absolutely love atlanta too many black people of course but atlanta when they went on their run i've said it on here before boy the way they looked at new york was just like that's new york fault but let me finish let me finish go ahead because i know you anti-new york i'm not anti-new york i'm a realist i believe to be wrong i'm just a realist i don't have a bias to either side you have a new york boss anti-new york no it's not if you live here and make your bones here and you don't root for here i can i view that as anti but let me get to my point i was saying i was saying hey atlanta's killing and i loved that early part of the run to walk it out when they redefined everything i love that crunk error all of that even from there but as new york's greatest artist or artists that were making some impact started to get killed or arrested i was like okay new york clearly has to deal with some things that other regions are not having to deal with so it's nice to see other regions have to deal with some of the shit and have to make impactful music while you deal with these things and i think that atlanta is in their part of that okay they're in that part of that new york has had to deal with the police and uh rap the hip-hop cops ricos just untimely deaths of young people so so yeah now there's some ricos is headed that way and you got to kind of switch things up and let's see how you evolve in that and i think some of them out there are having a hard time yeah and that's true and i like in in my hip-hop i like to see how people respond to adversity it's not that i'm rooting against them but i'd like to see what the response is and the part you hope the part you're overlooking like belly gang and atlanta atlanta's run that we speak of was their response to the first time that this happened when new york was looking at y'all like yeah fuck out of here little niggas that their run was the response you do speak like you from down there i know he's anti he's anti-up north it's not like he was clowning us first i didn't say us i said something to say right yeah that's what they said though i'm not gonna rewrite history why why why did he say the south got something to say because they felt like that they couldn't break through because he was like joking laughing at him and shit but before you know a nigga of yours you know you wouldn't think i'm just a realist i feel you i will get around to the little baby project i didn't mean to uh derail the conversation uh don't rush though what what don't rush the little baby project yeah you can take your time what what else dropped jack harlow dropped he dropped a little ep jack harlow dropped music i think it's important to know because of how we killed him as collectively as the black community in parks over to monica he's rapping again okay it was mostly girl songs so it's not my cup of tea but he is rapping again it's back in the right direction okay i didn't press you're not fucking with the girl songs and hip hop I learned that I learned that about you what was it last year whenever you said that that is so funny to me there's only how there's How about yourself? Don't deflect. Crack your fucking head. You don't want to play. It's the main. Yo, why didn't we just let you know that you don't want to play? Oh, he did his tip. This is true. So I don't know. And we've covered this tour a bunch because we love both these dudes. We went to go see it. Well, y'all went to go see it. I sent my family to go see it. It's been uberly successful. Honestly, if you're asking me with no lie detector, I'm going to say no, yo. My public-facing answer is no. There is no real beef or tension between Usher and Chris Brown. And Chris has put out something on the black screen on Instagram that says, Internet, don't fall for it. I am going to take him at his word. Let me ask you. I've been going back and forth with this. Because on one hand, right before they started the Atlanta run, Mercedes-Benz Stadium Instagram page, the way the post read, it almost looked like an Usher solo show. It was like five legendary nights in Atlanta, Usher, Raymond, Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Can I ask you something? Go ahead. Where's Usher from? Should it not have? Right. If this is the R&B tour, it should. Now, hold on. Let me just finish, though. Well, you said should it not have. That was my question to you, but I'm not interrupting. No, if this is the R&B tour, no. It's already R&B, Raymond and Brown. Your name is first in everything. But it was literally, there was no mention of Chris. There was no picture of Chris It was just Usher I saw that post and said Because I thought Because they canceled a bunch of shows Prior to New Jersey And then they took all the rest of the shows off This is actually the first show Since the New Jersey show Really? Yes I didn't know that Yes, they canceled like four or five dates Before New Jersey They did Jersey And then there were no more dates Until Atlanta Run started Just for y'all So You know, he was going through his courtship Right Oh, true So when I read this, I said, okay, maybe they thought this would go another way or something, or he wouldn't be here. But it was interesting. There was no mention of Chris Brown. Chris jumped in the comments of that post and said, I'm going to cook blood. Then I saw, and I don't know if this was after the fact or maybe I missed it first. I think it was after the fact. It looks like there was, you know how you do the two slot, two pages? Also I have another question for you Do you think that he can cook blood in Atlanta? No Not in Atlanta Then I saw there was a two slide So they did You slide it now it says Chris Brown Five nights legendary Same shit They just switched the names Okay so now that comes out The whole I'm gonna cook blood Show happens You hear Fresh was DJing For about three hours Prior to Them coming out Now normally They come out to party Which is a Joint record Because they're both On the song So that's the intro Okay And from what I was reading They didn't come out that way They've done no There's like Three or four different sets Where they're on stage together Yeah None of that happened where they pick the girls out the crowd the shit Usher do with the cherries all of that none of it happened so it's like they cut out parts of a show now and also in between the switches while Fresh is DJing they'll have that's when they bring out special guests or Usher will bring out a special guest during his set they brought T.I. and Young Dro out Atlanta amazing sure from all the other shows the special guests usually do three minutes five minutes they'll do a song maybe a song and a hook you know two different records that's it yeah said T.I. did about seven records almost like a 30 minute set damn in Atlanta in Atlanta T.I. though T.I. in Atlanta it's T.I. in Atlanta they brought 50 out in New York and didn't do that but they brought other people out but 50 also isn't as active as T.I. I'm just saying it looks different for the show every other stop that they went they brought Kanye out who did two songs and respectfully they were in New Jersey it's not the same it's the New York market it's not the same it's the New York market I get it but it's not the same it's not Hove or Yankee Stadium it's Jersey I get it but like I said they brought Kanye out but who else did they bring out in Atlanta no no no just around the tour T.I. and Drew yes T.I. and Drew so what I'm saying other places they brought multiple artists out is what I'm saying so if you do 5 you do 7 you do 10 and then cumulatively it might be 30 minutes nobody does 5, 7, or 10 that's what I'm saying it's literally just hey I'm here quick they brought Future out I believe there could have been well look at the names you're naming now I'm talking about here they brought Future out for one song but when you're but when you're bringing out heavy hitters they might not sign up to do 4 songs also now and your show and your show ran late but I'm about to say if I'm picking up what you're putting down it sounds like there may have been some technical difficulties somewhere I'm not going to say there was an altercation something something happened backstage to make your DJ and somebody needed to the DJ and T.I. needed to buy people some time correct I'm not going to assume that Usher and Chris Brown themselves are going through something backstage I think whatever is happening between them is in the spirit of healthy competition I think that they really do love each other and I don't think they want to see any harm done to one another I don't I'm a cooked blood healthy competition y'all playing with me Atlanta or the stadium showcasing Usher that's home it's Usher it's Usher they gonna do that I just don't think Chris is that petty I don't see it also he is it's tough for me to believe I don't even think of it as a petty thing I'm not thinking of it as being petty he rarely bites his tongue too I feel like whenever there's shit going on he always find a way to like pop it yeah so the fact that he's coming out and saying there's nothing going on you know what I mean well that's now that's now one because also when the when the picture started going around of one of the shows when Usher which he does at the end of his set at every show puts the crown on sits on the throne and all of that and they started saying I don't know for whatever particular reason this particular show that picture started going around and it was Usher crowns himself the king of R&B Chris reacted to that what did he say it was a post on a just I'm gonna show y'all some very you know but it was a reaction to that I'm with you though I do think there is some level of competition happening but this just feels like it's more than that I'm not saying that there was a physical articulation or nothing cutting that part of the show when they performed together why would you do that and y'all performed together multiple different times it's not like it's just one set y'all come out together and the way the show ended so again I've been to this show twice me too the way the show ends Usher does his final set Chris Brown comes out starts the flying around thing during Ayo does his final set Usher comes back out and they they do I think one or two records and they end with New Flame Usher does his final set and says goodbye to the crowd thank y'all for coming out leaves to the world to the point where I talked to some people there they thought the show was over oh shit he said goodbye it's over and it's Atlanta so oh Usher's closing the show cool out of nowhere Chris comes out doing the flying shit and just does his whole set by himself and then he says bye and leaves see respectfully that would have been where my fight was like if I'm now in hypothetical land I'm closing the show I'm closing the show in Atlanta and any resistance to that there is an argument I mean I see the clip going around of Usher coming out saying yo welcome to my show and he kept saying ATL hoe ATL like I'm reminding you you in Atlanta it just looks like there's some competition level to shit they got 13 more dates left this year so I don't see them publicly doing none of that they're not jeopardizing the money at all of course that's to me and that's this year 13 more dates but see to me that explains the yo the internet is cap post I'm not fucking up the money even if it is an issue I'm gonna let y'all think there is no issue we'll work through this but can I ask you a question does we're still assuming that a beef would make the tour less compelling than people wouldn't some people come out to see that if we can't even be on stage together it's fucking up the show oh you mean if people assume they're not gonna get a good show got it like the people the people that brand partners the people that went night one the people that went night one are pissed yo I saw that they are pissed there's people demanding refunds and now the other my other as I said I go back and forth on this topic the other side is even when you said that I'm gonna cook blood I thought you know how it go with a show marketing you'll sell it sell out these dates and now hey due to demand we added two more dates shit like that but those dates were already planned in the public don't know that you might be having again this is five stadium shows in the same city for the second time y'all already did it so this is five stadium shows it might not be that easy to sell all of that out so you might be having problems with the new dates you added which would be the beginning yeah let's strum up some controversy let's do a little bit let's act like we got a little issue here and now let all people gonna show up who make it damn near versus oh who gonna kill it right so I thought it was some of that but you're doing five shows in Atlanta and I'm usher I need to close three of them you don't close none of them I need to close five of them if I'm Chris you don't close none of them honestly respectfully that's insane you don't close in Atlanta in anywhere why explain it to me y'all get mad when I say it I'm Chris I'm Chris you wouldn't be in these stadiums if it wasn't for me this is my tour my nigga I just did this I brought you along you're welcome it's kind of the same I'll take your read we kind of are we're gonna highlight the same thing and have different approaches to it that's part of why humility shouldn't really be a big deal true I'll let you get that at home yeah you the OG you got it I know who I am I know who I am I did this I just went on this whole run that's true this is your first time international it's your house go ahead for two of them now if I didn't say all of them no no no but how is that presented that's true how is that presented that's true if you present that to me the wrong way now I gotta now I gotta drop now I gotta I gotta drop it on the table there's no wrong way for us he has to ask but if you don't you have to ask but if but if you come out with a sense of entitlement saying yo dog this is what we doing blah blah blah blah blah well that looks different I just don't get that from Usher I mean it's all speculation we don't know what happened I'm just going off artist etiquette I'm just going off I'm just going off artist etiquette I'll let you get that it's Chris Brown who is him ain't nobody discounting his his himness I agree with that but on the other side you're looking at Usher you're looking at JD you're looking at fucking Jonte you're looking at fucking D-Cox you're looking at it's Atlanta you're looking at like come on I'm not disagreeing go ahead and do two of them and again this is all speculation we don't know shit I ain't called nobody I don't know nothing I could make a call and get the real tea but I didn't want to I don't want to know I don't want to know I didn't make no calls yeah I don't want to know what do y'all think this is the fucking podcast version of the shade room or something it don't work you're being messy and cocky where would they get these accusations what else in music oh shit if there is nothing else in music we do have a verses to get to oh lord we do indeed have a verses if I can find it for you now last week you saw you were blessed to see shut up nigga last week you were That's live. Skits and shit. Yeah. He's a comedic actor. Everybody can't be Big Sweetie, man. That's true. Everybody don't have the talent, the skills, and the timing. It's Big Sweetie. No doubt. Big Sweetie. Big Sweetie got the. What'd you say when you first heard your name was Big Sweetie, though? Nothing, nigga. No, I'm just saying coming into somebody else's arena, you gotta do whatever they say. No, no, no. So to yourself. You was no. We niggas. Damn. Could've gave me another name. Why? That's a silly-ass name. That's why I sound like a big. Nigga, nickname was Mouse. No, I think the first name that they had was Mouse. The first name they had for me was, like, Joe Z. Oh, no. No, we wasn't with Big Z. It was something that was a mess. Yeah, Big Sweetie it is. Yeah, Big Sweetie. Yeah. We gonna go with Big Sweetie. Where is your big at? Whoa. All right. Do we have HR? She need a class, bro. Bro, I'm talking about losing weight. Go ahead, man. Oh, okay, man. Go ahead, man. I can't answer. Go ahead, man. It'll get me jammed up. You heard me? Go ahead, man. Go ahead, man. Go ahead. What else is important or unimportant? Since we're talking about acting, can we talk about Ayesha Curry's new role? Oh, you'd have to tell me about it. It's my first time here. So, Ayesha Curry is in, I don't know if it's a TV movie or something. Oh, she's in the Tubi shit, right? Yeah. Yeah, she's in it. And the internet has been in an uproar because there is a kissing scene. Shocker. And so, you know, the internet is internet. And so, of course, they show the still of her kissing some dude and they're saying, Ayesha disrespects Steph one more time. Steph, of course, responded, you know, in his own way. He don't care. He got Yaxel now. Got a bromance. Yo, they in love with Yaxel over there, boy. She can do whatever she want. But I don't know. I was thinking, first, the internet is just obsessed with Ayesha Curry. There's like a corner of the internet that just hates everything she does, number one. And number two assumes that Steph is somehow being like tortured by her. And it's like, niggas got that shit. I feel like I should rep for the internet right now. The internet just pick her name out of a hat to start saying a bunch of shit. There were some things that led them to saying some things. But then they just stay obsessed about it, though. And so now everything she does, even if it's normal shit, they go, it seems to me that they get carried away. So, for example, if you're an actress, you're going to kiss somebody in a Tubi movie. True. And if you are married. Unless your man named Freeze. And if you're married to an NBA player, a player as big as Steph Curry and have been on shows or podcasts before talking about, it would just feel good to be yearned for again and wanted. And then you go on and kiss somebody. I can see how they would put one and one together. Oh, I see how they do it. I just think it's a. It's silly and foolish. It's a reach, for sure. It's definitely a reach. I get where it comes from, but it gets stupid to the point that she can't do anything or he can't do anything. Because he's happy. Right. And that's the point, right? If he wasn't happy, he would leave, fellas. No, and he's happy and curses people out. Not curses people out and being silly. Addresses. He addresses the people that have things to say about how he's carrying it in his marriage. And rightfully so. Right. It's none of nobody's business. Ain't nobody's business. That's it. That's my thing. But the question I have for you all, the thing I wondered about was how y'all. No. Really? I'm sorry, go ahead. I'm sorry. I really think your answer is no. I didn't hear the question. What's the question? Could your significant other. Could your significant other kiss somebody on camera? I don't think so. Did she ask? Was she an actor? Yeah, acting. Yeah, otherwise it's just freaky. I don't mean just randomly like. Otherwise it's just 7-Up. Was she an actor, actress before we got together or was this an aftershave? Yes. That matters? Yes. What if it was like her lifelong dream? Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Hey, freeze. Hey, freeze. She got dreams from the other day. Hey, she's still got. He let her have dreams. She's still got dreams. Wake up. All right. So you marry an actress. You're saying it's okay. You accept it. Yeah, you got to accept what it was before you got there. This pod really thrives on hey, would you let your wife do this? Right. It really does. Because they want us to say no, hey, you're insecure. But if you met a woman and she decided to take up acting and then she got the job and she had to kiss the scene, you would be against it. What if she's really good at acting? Or kissing? What if she's really good at kissing? Nigga. Y'all got it, man. No, nigga. He answered you before. I answered y'all. He been answering. He answered before I asked it. That's true. I thought he was joking, though. You're serious. Yeah, I'm joking. Are you going to ask anybody else? I'm going around the room. I assume people would just. I'm sorry, you're right. What would you do? Yeah. You know what? Yeah, she could do it. Tell him. How about a sex scene? Days of our lives or some shit. Same thing? General Hospital. Parks? I don't think I would be comfortable with either of these options. So if you. Is that even if you meet her as an actress? No, she was an actress and obviously then you got. Totally different. Right. But if all of a sudden she called me tomorrow like, yo, I'm about to. be in this Tubi movie getting dry humped. Yeah. I don't know. Hold on. See, Tubi is unfair because Tubi makes a sound. Tubi is damn near like being on your Instagram page. Yes. Don't do that. What if it's HBO? Game of Thrones? Which HBO? Because they've been kind of slipping lately. Word. Which is not the Max. Max original? Or what? Yeah, that's. You're right. Yo, I'm good. I'm fine with it. I wouldn't like it but I would be fine with it. What'd you know? He's not being in a relationship. What'd you say? I'm not. I don't date creative niggas so I don't have to worry about that. Aki, if you're a man. Oh, my goodness, yo. So when Idris Elba calls you and say, yo, I'm. Nah, nah, nah. I'll be okay with it. I will. Joe? Would you be jealous? Yeah, I'd be jealous but I'd be okay with it. Joe? Button. Aki. What are you doing? I'm making a call. I'm looking for a song for you. Here we go. Hey, hey, hey. Would you be okay? I didn't think I was involved in this question because this is one of the perks that come along with not even allowing your partner to work. This is. I don't have to stress myself with the rigors that come with her job or what her boss is telling her to do. No. Why are you not in the cage? How did you get out of there? Yeah, I don't have to worry about that. This is for y'all to fucking practice. This is your bag. Oh, I like the women at work. Have at it. Have at it. She might do it for the love of the game. This is not for me. Well, if she's for the love of the game, she's going to act. I'm the love of the game. I'm the king of the play. Hey, freeze. Get back in the cages. Get back in the cages with the love of the game. Yo, sometimes she be trying to pump some of that shit up. Like, she used to be in commercials when she was a child and she had to leave the game because she just. I can't talk about it. Yo, stop. - I can't talk about it. She was one of them kids. I don't even know where this joke is going but you know just write it down okay we out of here anyway yeah love of the game nah I'm sorry nah we not doing that what are we in monsters fucking ball no you're not kissing John Travolta bitch get your ass out of here and where am I during this scene see that's that's the part what am I doing well that's gonna be my thing would you watch it yeah all you should do is lie or I'm just not you you gonna watch it I wouldn't watch a movie that my girl was in or my wife was in and she got pounded in pounded niggas always gotta add some extra shit yeah it was kissing and bumping it was implied I mean this is sexy it was a monster ball but there's two kinds of sex scenes there's getting pounded and there's like yeah I don't mean like a little romantic yeah kissing humping the Beth of or something well I thought it was the worst one get pounded yeah I thought like but you're not even comfortable with a kiss not at all that surprises me Park that's so into me that's so into me that's so into me that's so into me fuck no they can talk about a kiss so wait a minute your wife comes to you and says yo I want to be an actress you're like great she's like I got cast in this amazing movie on Tubi no no I did some roles first I auditioned I did good there Scorsese called me no Mark oh Scorsese yeah she can do a Scorsese we're not cubs she can do a Scorsese she's not getting pounded at a Scorsese she can do a Scorsese right so in the movie she says there is a sex scene you're like that's what you're doing what's like Robert De Niro or something hey I've bought this she's way too over De Niro damn it good job I think it's Pacino that you're thinking of aren't they both on that time oh they might be I think they both were oh okay I don't think Robert but go ahead god damn you should have echo on it that ain't me Corey should have allowed his mother to check it on him he got Sorrel sound on him he ain't got a special ringtone to Ice's ear freshener hanging down from his oh that's right rear view it's his lady his underwear is his lady so I mean oh that's true that's fair listen I'm head ass with all of that shit I'm not really a head ass person so that's it's just a personality thing just for politics it's fun yeah only head ass for politics exactly exactly that's all I got do you and your boy have a special see Mark always do it Mark always do it the people that needed to answer answered you didn't answer I said no he got the air freshener too though I'm head ass yeah I'm with all the head ass you'll see tomorrow yeah I'm with all the head ass shit I ain't mad at that a ringtone a bunch of dweebs no every joke doesn't have to lead to a cheating joke yes it does no it don't because that's how they paint me the wrong way but the show is built on narratives that's true and cheating and misogyny it's all I bag the special ringtone if I have nope get me out of here hey what happened with Stephanie Mills and Shannon Sharp I'm out of this one real good interview though I heard I heard I heard it was a real good interview I heard some snippets going around but I didn't watch it yet listen I want to I want to interview Stephanie Mills Stephanie Mills come up here please please let's do it I would love to she's great it's too much honesty who's not her yeah she's keeping it real she is keeping it real she's still got plenty in the room in the hosting oh for sure not so much on music but in a in a Docs with Joe I do want to just lightly touch on the Matthew Perry doc that's on Netflix I watched it that I watched Docs with Joe stole your whole shit that's crazy like when the fuck did that start it doesn't have quite the same ring as Docs with Joe wait a minute was Docs with Joe something y'all been doing for years around here nope nah it's my first time hearing it it's a brand new segment actually it's a brand new segment I feel like it should be shows with Joe but you know how the fuck can you do Docs with Joe how does that work Joe oh shit she pressing me how the fuck can y'all let him it's colorism it's a work out oh shit my colorism my colorism is working in the whole in the whole episode it's working she gonna let him have that but y'all gonna let that nigga steal from me did you see did you see the Matthew Perry doc you know I saw it and I was in tears you cried yeah I cried I love that nigga man I loved friends y'all don't know me I love that shit that man struggled with addiction for years it was sad and I felt like people trusted that guy I really blamed him on the guy the guy that worked that new he's a new kid yeah like when I found that out from the sister I just thought it was fucked up cause I had read his book cause his book he got real honest about like his recovery and how hard it was for him to stay clean or whatever so for him to even pass that fast after the book dropped and reading the book and the success of the book cause he went on tour cause even his sister was saying how it makes her feel better that the last Instagram post he had he was like in his favorite spot of his house in the hot tub looking out at LA or whatever which was also more of his fault cause he died yeah cause he dies there in a week or two after that but I feel bad for him like I look at that like a disease so I feel bad for him what are you laughing at how could you possibly laugh at that no good I like Matthew Perry I do too me too it's funny what the Matthew Perry you know Mark what the what the Matthew Perry doc taught me is I don't care to see any doc delivered to us by people that loved the subject okay oh okay cause they don't show you the real dog they loved Matthew Perry whoever did this doc they did but they were honest too they were not honest they were nice words they were very vague they were very cautious and and they picked their words wisely and they didn't really give you too much information they said hey friends came it was it season two he was struggling nobody knew by season three he was struggling uh the prescription pills turned into a bad addiction yeah so they did let us know how he was introduced which was the prescriptions great the oxys yeah yeah similar story to all I've ever heard yeah we've heard this story before as it progressed right cause I didn't know he was suffering so early in friends I did not how early almost the beginning season two almost the beginning he started after he did that movie with Selma Hayek if that's was that is that who no he was hot during that movie I thought what's the movie when he meets the girl and they I think that is Selma Hayek movie yeah there was a Selma Hayek movie don't rush don't go too quick fool's Russian fool's Russian when they do that they're for leisure they're jet skiing on the film oh you're right you're right he hurts himself the doctor gives him oxys it was the other movie that he was real high for right right but so and that and fool's Russian was at the beginning of friends he was really fucked up from the beginning they met him like that that's why they loved him like that so I didn't I didn't know that either but so they tell us the accident hooked on prescriptions then the addiction continues and from that point on they kind of just reference it as the addiction like a disease or something and it is a disease it is it is okay but it it implies to the person watching that he's still on whatever he was on oh they don't say how he like moved on to some other shit not really okay now later on they introduce ketamine yeah way later on after the coma yeah way later on so for me as as as a viewer it left a lot of space and from somebody that struggled with pills before you left a lot of space between the introduction and ketamine how we get here what else what else happened and you left it vague cool then I'm like alright when they get to his death they'll tell me some more cause I remember the details around that not a fucking peep nah not a peep and his use of ketamine was for recovery at first so at some point he slips into the point where he's getting out of control with it and it's not being scheduled, handed to him by people that the goal is for him to get off of everything else. And that's how he meet Ketamine Queen and all that, and they all get affiliated. Ketamine Queen? Yeah, Ketamine Queen just went to fucking prison for selling him that shit on the street because that's what killed him, an unregulated dose of ketamine. Got it. Because people argue about whether you should use ketamine on your children, on you, or whatever. People have came out and said it helped them with suicide, with depression, with all kinds of shit, drug addiction and all that. But it has to be in a- Regulated. Yeah. You know, with a doctor looking over you, you're doing recovery shit on top of it. He slid out of that and into this street shit with them. Yeah, that was abuse at that point. But I think that even when Joe saying that they ain't telling enough, I think that even when I look back on it, it might didn't feel that way because I read the book. So it was like right after. Because it's like when you make the story about the motherfucker after they did, some people feel like they're not going to violate their people like that. Because he's gone. And that's what it sounds. Yo, they kept his sister and the different family members, they kept making it sound like. Early on, there may have been something that this guy was running from. That's as close as they got to whatever he might be running from. And then throughout the doc. Because I ain't going to tell you what I said during the doc. I'll tell you what I said is what I do when I'm in the house and I watch these things. I try to figure out if people were gay. Matt was not gay. You can judge me for it. I don't think Matt was gay. You can judge me for it when I'm home alone. Sometimes I stare at the wall and I try to figure out if people was gay. Did you have that thought about Matt? About Matthew? At the time of his death, I did because how they described his assistant and how close they were and some of the people that were coming out saying how close they were to him at the time of, I was like, okay, maybe. But it didn't matter, right? Because that's something I do in my own head. But during the doc, they start, they go from, hey, there was something that this guy might have been hiding from. Who knows what it was? Trying to escape from. And then randomly they go to all of the different girlfriends he had. Yeah, that was part of his addiction, clearly. He had a thing. With like getting attached to people and then like getting a whole, fall in love with them and then the next mission would be to push him away. Yeah, that was part of his addiction. As a part of his addiction. He bounced around with women. You know what's funny? That's not what I'm saying. Doc's with Joe sucks. Yeah, I mean, it suck if you're going to jump in every time. Because then it's Doc's with Demona. Every time we do Doc's with Demona, Joe jumps in it, don't he? Like, doesn't he? Like, what are we talking about? That's what I hate. Points were made. We need to make it a co-show and not fight about it and share it, but whatever. We could share it. I don't care. I don't mind. We don't have to share it because you stole it. Headline in New Jersey. That's corporate greed. You said this was a fucking corporation. Corporate fucking greed, man. But when they brought up the girls, it was always, hey, it was never a title. And this wasn't the girlfriend. This person was just around for nine years. And they were, it was a bunch of those. It was, it didn't make sense in the doc is all I'm saying. Yeah. It didn't make sense. I Googled it. They say he's not gay. They say he's never been gay. They say there's never been gay rumors. They say I made all of this up. You did. I never heard a gay rumor about Matthew Perry. It could be all in my head. But I think that they, on that doc, forget the gay stuff because I'm just being silly with y'all. They didn't really get to the meat and potatoes. Of what was going on with him, even in death. Like, I always had a beef with, with, with the family for being mad at his best friend and assistant. Y'all all know him. Y'all all been close to him for however many years. Y'all know he loved him. So if he's the one that's ordering whatever he's ordering and administering, like the family took a real stern position against him. And I was against that. I thought they would at least talk to him, show him, say more about that. They just didn't. They didn't. They didn't. Too much love in this doc. Rest in peace, Matthew Perry. Yeah, rest in peace. Watch it. Please watch it. It is good. It's good. It's good. Yeah, I need, I need, nah. He was so tortured, man. He was tortured. Yo, if you ever do a doc on me after I go, talk to my parents, talk to my wife, talk to whoever. And talk to us, man. And talk to Ish. But also, talk to Ish. Talk to us. You gotta talk to somebody that I hated and hated me. Ish. Talk to Ish. You do, you do, I think. For real. You ain't gotta give him a seat. But you can at least talk to him. Nah. That's all I'm saying. Nah, Ish. Gotta open the doc. Ish can be EP. Nah, Ish. They gotta, you know that shit they got on the internet when you sit in the chair? Yeah, yeah. Sit down in the chair. They gotta have it in the chair and it's dark and then that nigga walk in and say. You think I talk to them people? Yes, absolutely. I think you're gonna take a bag for it to me. Never. I'm cool. Hey, Mona. Take a little bag for it. You think they could pay me to talk? You're telling your experience with this nigga? Why wouldn't you not talk about your friend? I'm cool. Not like skeletons, but like. I'm saying I'm cool. I don't mean like say something bad. It could be good stuff. Say something good for some money. You wouldn't want to be in the doc at all? Nah. Nigga, we all in the doc, motherfucker. Not me. Hey, well, check this out. I heard you. I know you gonna be in the doc. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. I heard your answer for mine. Yo. Just know. You're gonna be sitting by the doc. Just fucking the doc. Oh, please. The second Danny called me. Yo, please. I'm there. I'm there, buddy. Nah, fuck that. I'm there. Nah. Anyway, I know that was probably gross. It was grossly irresponsible for me to report that way. But I'm just telling you what I thought. It is what I do when I'm in the house by myself with my fiance. I try to figure out who's gay and who's not. I believe you. I do it. For no reason. Like, damn, I could have bagged him. When his gaydar don't work, it never did. I have some of the best gaydar out there. Clearly you don't, Joe. Most of the time when you. When you suggest who's gay, you be off to me. I'm the first nigga told y'all Jussie Smollett was a little off. Nigga. I knew Jussie Smollett was. Nobody else said it. I knew he was always out with the gays. He was always out with the gays. When he was on Disney, I knew. You said he was lying. No, not about being gay. No, you said he was lying about the whole shit. Well, yeah, he was lying about the whole shit. But that don't have to do with his sexual orientation. He was publicly gay. Yes, it do, nigga. You didn't put the report out that he was gay. The world knew he was gay. Oh, I thought I confirmed it. People discover somebody as soft as Jussie Smollett is gay. Y'all knew it. Shout out to Jussie Smollett. Yes. And the community. Who's in love, by the way. That's a loving thing, Jussie. I couldn't possibly say anything else about anybody else. You didn't notice that the Matthew Perry girls didn't know much about him? First of all, that's a lie. We were together nine years. He was a Gemini, I think. They knew everything about him. Yeah, right. They studied him, and they were very accepting of him. Like, they took their place. When he called me. He was all right until you just threw that last one in there. When he called me, I'm going to be available. It gave that vibe. Like, this is my rich. You mean, this is the one, you know. You know. So, when he called me, he called me. I don't know. I didn't smell nothing gay on him. What I will say is, before we change the subject, I do feel like they're vague about the childhood. The families are too blended for somebody not to feel bad or left out or treated wrong. So, I will give you that on the childhood. Because it's like, why are one of these siblings saying something bad happened as a kid? It was kind of weird. That's the only thing I'll give you on that. Other than that, I'm happy it wasn't, like, gross and his history wasn't all terrible. Something else will come out, and then tell us the rest later. Rest in peace to Matthew Perry. Rest in peace. We love you. We miss you. And, yeah, horrible. Horrible how that happened. Since we're talking about death, man, did you see 548 people on death row just got their sentences commuted? No. Yes, I did. That is a big deal. That's fire. Yeah. Everybody in California on death row. If you was on death row. I keep up with things like that. Oh, I know you do. And when I saw it, I said, shit, that's a good thing. Salute to Gavin Newsom. So, everybody on death row in California is no longer on death row. That's over. We done with that. Yeah. Yeah. That's 25% of the country's death row inmates. How do y'all feel about that? I think that's fine. Yeah, that's dope. Where are they? I think that's the more important question. It's still a side, right? They're not on death row. Awesome. They kept them there. Are they holding them? They're in jail, Joey. They got to do life. They didn't get a pardon. They got commuted. They ain't on the boulevard. They on death row. Oh, quite cool. That was close. Yeah, 25% of the country's death row. Yeah. That's crazy. Do y'all, y'all are death, y'all are death row enthusiasts? Enthusiasts is doing a lot. I used to work for death row. What's the right word for it? What word am I looking for? Employee. Oh, I'm sorry. What did you say? Do y'all believe in it? Death penalty. Do y'all, where y'all on the death penalty? I believe in it sometimes. Some of these motherfuckers got to go. Yeah. Sometimes. Yeah. See, for me, I feel like what I would enjoy seeing people get the death penalty for, nobody gets that. Like, I don't think for those big drug cases or even some of the cases where you're fighting over the money and people, you know, people get violent with each other, not necessarily that either, but like sex crimes and predators, I think they should be put down or castrated at least. I just think we should change things that make more sense. I also, I am like in the middle because, because black people get convicted so much and they're not guilty, it's hard for me to say, yes, I believe in that. Because so many of us is waiting on that and we didn't do anything. I don't feel comfortable. I don't feel comfortable with that. But besides that, like, you know what I watched over the Halloween holiday in Florida and Jacksonville, the sheriff goes out and they go to, cause you know, you on lifetime parole when you're, uh, you're on that list, right? So part of the, part of the rules is you can't have Halloween decorations or any decorations on your house. You can't have anything on your home once you're on that list that could entice the child to knock on your door. Oh, that's a great rule. I like that. That's a great rule. That's a good one. So the sheriff, the sheriff office in Jacksonville went around to them addresses and if you had decorations, they locked niggas up. One of the guys, they were locking up his mom or his family member. Why are you doing this? Why are you arresting him? And, um, he's like, he knows why. And she's like, but we didn't know. We decorate our house. We know. Well, he should have told y'all. and he's the one that's supposed to know, and now he's going to fuck the jail. But stuff like that makes sense. You put them on a list, you really keep up with them, you're on their ass for real, you know what I mean? And try to make sure that they don't re-offend. There's nobody weaker and more sustainable getting hurt but the kids, so how do we let them back out? I don't get that, I never understood that. You know the other way you could keep them from re-offending? Castrating them? We're getting crazy now. What? I mean, that's one of the moves, the chemical joint, not like scissors, like chemically. You take a pill, and then your thing don't work. It's like the opposite of the pills y'all take. Nothing works. Yeah, like it don't work at all. You don't work no more. Yeah, the opposite of the pills y'all take. You went to his trunk, god damn leader. But he don't brag about taking them like y'all do. Y'all who? I never took one. His wife ain't home enough. He brags about them the most. His wife ain't home enough for the low blow. You about to suck this shit, man. Damn this nigga, man. I let my wife go to work. It's crazy, but. You don't keep her in the cage? I don't keep her in the cage. That's the problem. That's the problem number one. Shit, I don't mind it. Get in the cage. How big is the cage? But when your wife does go on a trip, do y'all fuck right before? All right, you see? He's not talking to me. Which way y'all want to go? He's trying to set me in free zone. He's not talking to us. What's the joke? They don't go on trips. Them bitches ain't allowed to go nowhere, man. Don't call my lady that way. I'm being serious. We just said don't call her a bitch. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Oh, I was about to double down on it. Yeah, I got my phone. My ain't even, my bad, King. Bitch can't go nowhere. But. Wow. Okay. Yeah, that did it. Yo. So. In other news. Oh, I feel so bad. I feel so bad when I'm not educated with Mark. No, it's all good. You do not feel bad. You don't care. All right, another question. Okay, come on. No, we wouldn't let our wives do this. That's where I was at. When is it okay. I'm changing the subject completely. Just to be clear. When is it okay to kick somebody's back in? Okay? And the reason I'm asking is because. When they're not around. Oh, I'm sorry. Go ahead. Because Doc Rivers was interviewed the other day on Steve Nash's podcast. And he was talking about what it was like to coach Giannis Antetokounmpo, also known as the Greek freak. And here's what he said. It's not easy. Yeah. It's not easy. It's not easy because he plays at this crazy downhill pace. He's really a difficult guy. I was telling someone this. He has this great passing ability, but he doesn't necessarily have super IQ at the same time. It's really a strange thing. And he really has one way. Downhill. Forced. Like every play, he wants to force it. And. There's times he doesn't. Where I wish he'd do one thing. I wish he'd learn how to execute better. Yeah. You know, he's one of those guys that you get a lot of them from the U.S. AAU guys that have never needed to execute because they can do it on their own. Right. But that doesn't help the team. And, like, I think. And I told Giannis this. The thing he needs to still learn is the value of execution. How important it is when you're in practice and in shoot-arounds to lock in on execution. And now he has a coach who is as good as there is in execution. Well, it's hard when you've been able to. Your athletic ability is so dominant. Exactly. And this is Bill Simmons. I'm sorry. Not Steve Nash. Yeah. Shout out to Bill. Yeah, I don't need that. I can do that. And Bill looks like Steve Nash, so I'm. That's racist. You have to learn how to execute. We don't all look the same, Joe. And that's my bad for saying that. There you have it. Doc Rivers on Bill Simmons. Totally kicking the Greek freaks. Back in. Distinguished panel, how do we feel about this? I think this is totally inappropriate. Yeah, that's nasty. I don't think. This is disgusting. I don't think he kicked his back into me. I think he just gave an X and O assessment of basketball stuff. Yeah, she called him stupid. When you say basketball, when you say IQ, they mean basketball IQ. They mean like situational basketball, stuff like that. That was understood by people watching. That means you're stupid. That still means. Listen, let me clarify. That's the sport way of saying you ain't bright. Because that's how I took it. Because it's like, it would be one thing to challenge a nigga basketball IQ who's in and still playing. This nigga's retired. He's not retired. He's not. He still plays now? He still plays. Fuck it. That's why I don't try to jump in this sports show. I feel like this is totally inappropriate from a coach and a player's former coach. Like, there is, again, coaching etiquette. See, I think if he was his current coach, it would be inappropriate. That would be horrible. I think that. Him being a former coach, I don't think it was inappropriate. I don't think he said anything wrong about him. I think that he expressed where his game could grow and the things that he might have been lacking on. Do you believe there's a better way to say it? Yeah, you think it's a little harsh? Delivery was a little harsh. Saying someone doesn't have a good basketball IQ is actually a critique. It's a critique. It's a critique. Is he critiquing his game? And he only knows one way. Y'all have. Do we watch. Oh, no, he ain't wrong. I don't think he's. Do we watch basketball? I don't think his analysis is wrong. I think the question is. I think him saying it is wrong. Yeah. I don't disagree with his analysis. So let me ask all of y'all. It shouldn't be said, and it shouldn't be said by him. Okay, can I ask y'all this, though? Since y'all watch, you know the nigga. The things that he's saying about this nigga game, are they true? Yes. Oh, wow. I think they're generally true. So then again, it's just going to be delivery. In my opinion, just on a professional level, we've worked together. Why you got to talk about me so harshly if we've worked together in the past? It's the thing about it like this, because I've been working through this. Also, there's another issue. There's two issues. First issue also is that Doc Rivers has a reputation. And so, throwing his teammates. I mean, excuse me, his players under the bus. The Clippers. I have a quick question. Yeah. Does Doc Rivers want to coach again? I don't think so. Well, then get your shit off. I think he realizes that it's kind of that ride. I think Milwaukee was the last stop. Yeah, I think so, too. Yeah, just basically. Because if he wants to go into, like, pundency or speaking, talking head on TV show, then we want this kind of honesty. He just bought himself a ticket. There you go. Yeah, that's true, Bart. Nah. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I think being honest about players is fine. Just being honest about the superstar you just coached. Being honest about players can make you look away. It was his player. I'm with Mark. Being honest about players. That was his player. That's what makes sense. Being honest about your players, nah. I think that goes against, like, some type of unwritten, unsaid coach. Like they said, what if you're not trying to coach no more? There's still a respect that has to come with how you talk about players that you coach. Do you feel the same way? I didn't like it when Phil Jackson wrote. Let me ask you a question. Do you feel the same way when a player does that about a coach that they used to play for? Yes. All right. I just wanted to make sure it was a two-way street. I think it has to be a two-way street. I think there's ways to do it. If he says Giannis is so great, I just wish he would slow down and execute more. I don't think anybody's mad. Right. I think saying Giannis is a great player, he only knows one way, it's all downhill, low basketball IQ, that becomes, to me, a cross line. And Doc is just. But again. And part of it is the context. Again, like, J.J. Reddick got on Doc for this. When Doc would lose a series, a lot of players say he blames the players. So he has a reputation of scapegoating players. And Milwaukee was his worst stop on a streak that was going downhill, going from Philly. And a lot of people, again, with Ben Simmons. Do you think Ben Simmons is a starting point guard? I don't know yet. Now, again, this ain't about being right. It's about the moment you get put out the playoffs, a lot of people say you throwing Ben under the bus. You ain't see the article that just came out about Ben? Ben Simmons and Doc Rivers last week? Mm-hmm. And they said, yo, now I see what Doc was doing. Doc did everything right. And Doc was protecting him for the most part. But did you hear what Ben said? Ben said, I thought it was nasty. I thought he's a real piece of shit. He did. He said all these things about. Some tell you how players feel. No, no, but. Some just say it hurts your perception. I'm not disagreeing, but in that same. And I'm not defending the. Well, I am kind of, but. Later on, they had the nigga Ben Simmons. And Sam Cassell and them said, yo, he missed all the free throws. They went to get him. And that night, to work on free throws with Sam Cassell. Mm-hmm. He said, yo, I don't feel like it. So the next morning, they showed up to be like, yo, dog, let's go work on free throws. And he said, yo, I ain't in the mood. Some shit like that. And so they like, yo, fam, you not devoted to the team. You not devoted to excellence. We in the championship, my nigga. You just missed a bunch of free throws. Come work on your game. And he like, nah. So now that discredits. Your heart ain't in it. Yeah, so now that kind of discredits some of the shit. And they were saying that Doc. Again, it's Apple Orange's, but they're saying that Doc kind of was critiquing him accordingly. And gave him grace. But see, all that proves that Doc's analysis is right. I'm not disputing his analysis. I'm disputing whether it's appropriate or not. Think about this. Think about this. Think about. I'm not going to ask you to say what it is. But think about the worst critique someone could make of you as a podcaster. Or me, or anybody. But just think about yourself. And imagine if Joe went on another podcast, even after you leave. Even after you quit. Joe has critiqued our performance publicly before. Answer what he's saying. And whatever you think I've said publicly, I have not said what I think the worst of each member up here. But that's not. But I need you to just answer his question. I'm not. I want you to answer his question. Yeah, I'm saying. That he's asking you. I did. Go ahead. You did. I don't think you did. He didn't go on a different podcast and say it, but he said it. Publicly. But just hear me what I'm saying. Spaces. Spaces. He said it on a. What's that shit we used to do? Rewind. Rewind. Can you answer his question he's asking you? So think about that worst thing. Assume that. I'll even take a step back. Let's assume we don't work here anymore. Would it be okay for Joe to say, Mark is able. It was always late. Mark would be such a great podcaster if he just focus more on this, this, this, and this instead of this, this, this, and this. He doesn't really have a feel for podcasting quite the way he should. He's not quite good. Like, if he said those things after I stopped working up here, and he did it on somebody else's show in particular, would that be okay? No, I think it would be. You'd be the first person to be bitching about it. No, I wouldn't do it. Can I answer? You would hate it, sorry, but you would. I think if he gave positive points and then gave negative points, I think if he just went for your juggler, then no, that's some sucker shit. But I think if he gave certain points and then he gave other points of areas where Ish could have improved or Ish could improve, I don't look at that the same way. Ish, you would be hot as fuck if this nigga went somewhere and did some shit like that. And even if it wasn't to you, you would be hot if it was one of us. Yeah, that's true. You would be heated. What if he did it to you? If he did it to one of us, you would be heated because you protect them like that. You would be pissed. And you might not. And I love that about you. That's part of the reason why I love you so much. To take it off of Ish and Mark, I believe that if you are privileged enough to get a behind-the-scenes lens on somebody, like, if you're privy to things that the public is not privy to, then there is some type of metaphorical NDA that needs to be abided by. If you're a real nigga, if you're a real nigga, period. Some principled shit. Everybody ain't got that. But again, I don't think that this is my part. I don't think he kicked his back in. Y'all looking at it like he trashed him. I don't look at it like he did. And even the justification of what you gave, he said, yo, a lot of these people in AAU, they're so good that they really don't learn how to play team basketball. It helps them, but it don't help the team. I think even that is a slight. No, it's not. That's a knock on a lot of people that are athletically gifted, and that was one of Kobe's knocks. And Kobe is probably my favorite basketball player of all time. Part of Kobe's knocks was, yo, the team concept when he thought he could do it himself, he wouldn't rely on teammates. Can I ask a question? Like I said, I'm okay with that kind of criticism. Like I said, saying he's so good that he does this, but I wish he could just learn to do that, I'm okay with. The low basketball IQ, to me, that's the main thing. You're talking about not only a world champion, but an MVP. Respectfully, I'm not to be compared to whatever you notice in AAU basketball. Yeah, that's crazy. It is a slight. It is a slight. Can I ask y'all a question? If it was so that this guy done, right, his goal was to be a talking head and get one of these shows. Doc, doc, Doc Rivers. I'm sorry, Doc Rivers. If that was the goal, would that take away from his chances of getting it because people look at that in poor taste because he did that to somebody who used to coach? I think from the person looking that doesn't know, it looks like that would help because this commentator's going viral. Do people think that he's going to continually go viral? Right? Or is it like, ew? Not even about the virality part, it'd just be like, oh, he really give it up. He don't really tell the truth. So I'm asking, yes or which one, y'all? I say yes. I say it helps. I think it might help. Remember, he's a proven commodity is the point, right? He's somebody who's been. English. He's somebody. Doc Rivers played in the NBA for a very long time, won an NBA championship with the Celtics as a coach, and had one of the, you know, had a very stellar record up until the point that he got to the Clippers, right? And he's been a GM before. He has a son who was the best high school player in the country, was All-American at Duke. My point is, his basketball resume as an evaluator of talent is proven. And he's been a broadcaster, the biggest knocker. Against him as a broadcaster is his actual voice. So there's no. He doesn't have to do this to get on is what I'm saying. And to take it a step further, people's disdain for the way Doc speaks about players and has spoken about players is why they speak about Austin Rivers a certain type of way. That's a fact. Yeah, that's true. That's a fact. I feel like if anybody should understand this kind of unwritten rule that I'm talking about, it is Doc because he had a son that played in the league that a bunch of players had rumors and whispers about. It just comes off bad. This isn't bad taste. But take it off right or wrong because think what you want. This isn't really, really, really bad taste. But good for him. And I love Doc. I genuinely love Doc and think he's great. I just think that this is a thing. It ain't the first time we've seen it. That's why. Like you said, this is a thing. Yo, before we get out of here, because I know we don't have too many topics, y'all will let me know about this Michael Jackson impersonator beef. He's mad at the other impersonator. Can I get a list of people now that the Dems have the House and the Senate, a list of people who are going to have a real hard time in the next few years? A list of people who laid their fucking sword in the sand one way. Oh. All of them. I don't really know them by name. Yeah, I don't know them by name like that. I mean, Nikki's the obvious one. I wasn't going to say it, but yeah. Oh yeah, because she actually went into the polls on election day and was campaigning in New Hampshire with Trump. In New Hampshire? She looks a mess. She looks like a shit show. Y'all think this would affect her? I think people are going to forget as fast as they remember. They could. That's fine. That's the thing. If she were dark-skinned, it would affect her. This motherfucker. 73-44. Please, nigga. That was good. Don't entice them. I heard you're good. I've made the statement here. People love the addition of the Philadelphia takeover, the best thing that's happened to this place ever. People love the green-eyed goblin. I mean, people live for Oxtel, Oxtel's debate between these two. But ultimately, if this nigga come in in his drawers, tighty-whities, alone and sit there, yoga stance, they going to watch it. When you build a certain type of following, and Nikki has that. If anything, they're waiting so they don't have to discuss this shit anymore. So the moment it's over, it's over. I think she's going to be fine. I don't think it affects her. She can feed her people and be cool. I feel like she's been moving like that for a while anyway. I think that who she aligned herself with, one of their enemies is her people. All of her enemies is her people. So I think that could present a problem. Now, where I think she'll be okay is in hip-hop. Short memory span. Short memory. Come out with a hit. Yeah. Some slaps, they forget all this shit. One of the best rappers ever, though. She ain't just a slouch. No, no, no. I'm talking about if she come out with some slaps, none of this shit matters no more. Yes. One of the best ever. That's just how it goes in hip-hop. Hip-hop not going to hold you to the fire unless once the slaps stop. Yeah. And honestly, even in reception, I thought she was going to get from some of her fan base. I thought they would be really hurt. Like the gays. I thought the gays were going to be crushed. Especially the kids. We refer to them as the kids. The young gays. The young trans. They didn't respond that way. They didn't seem that hurt about it. They rocking with their mom. There was something that. I didn't see it. Of course I've seen it, but I didn't see how I thought it would be. That's what I thought the big thing would be. Do we have any other names, you guys? I know Nikki was the obvious one. Is there any other names of people that have kind of drawn a line in the sand and now it's going to look a different way? I'm not saying names to make sure. There's some people that drew a line in the sand. Like, I don't think Mike Tyson will have a hard time. No. Like, there's some people that I think that are just. I've already pretended that he didn't. I think there's a lot of people that took the bag aside because they were friends with Trump in fucking 1987. And it's personal. Yeah. And I don't think they're going to have a hard time. And I don't think they're going to have a hard time at all. But those who will Tyson don't take the MAGA side to me. He takes the Trump side. And he's been a Trumper since the 80s, so I don't really group him in with MAGA. He don't really kick no MAGA. He says, Trump is my man. I'm not leaving him. He's telling me, damn, fuck you, niggas. Because Trump was a friend to him when he was losing friends. Did you watch that doc? You ain't no documenter. The Mike Tyson doc? I tried to bring it up, but then he started talking about his ****. That documenter. Oh, yeah. I had a lot to say about that Mike Tyson, though. But once they brought up that he was a ****, it was nothing. So we can't even enjoy a **** documentary. Nah, nah, this one was. It was a great documentary. We had a progressive first year. Okay, well, **** it. Why? You know what? I can't be the ****. I can't get a word in here. It can't be me. It was a really good documentary. The things that happened, happened. Okay? If y'all want to hear what I have to think about anything, meet me in the back of a Target or at a Spades game. Because I can't say ****. Yo, Mona got the perfect takes for a Spades game. Oh, my God. One in jail? One in prison? Oh. Wait, wait. Speaking of jail and prison. Nothing good gonna come from this. Can you show your co-host the back of your phone? Why the **** you laughing at life? And if you don't show them, I took a picture of it. Exhibit A? The other phone. What's wrong with that? No, the other phone. Oh, you do have two phones. Show the other phone. The other what? Other phone. My house phone? Telephone on. Come on, show us. Why ain't nothing bitching my blood? Get off, nigga. Here it is. Exhibit A. Under **** paid. I can't even afford the goddamn duo. Oh, my God. Put my phone in front of me right here. I'm down bad. You made your own duo? What? Yup. I had to bust this bitch down myself. The Apple going. Show them the front. The screen look like the phone. I thought that was a sticker or something. I thought, yo, that's the phone? Yes, that's the phone. Oh, I thought she had a sticker on that shit. Wait, that wasn't a sticker? Let me see. No, this is. Oh, my God. You took a bite out of that shit? What happened? All day you let me down. And I keep turning. I'm sorry. God damn, last time I seen you was holier than thou. - I'm sorry. I'm sorry. See what bundles do to a bad bitch go right to her fucking head. You did help me down, too. My phone a little raggedy, man. I've been through some shit, man. But you got two. It was a rough week, man. I'm sorry you went through that. All right? I ain't never get that many calls. And you know what? Let's get into our week. Let's get into more important. So I drop a baby thirst trap on the ground, right? I say, look, I'm going to give him some ass cheek because you've been doing it ever since you left. That's a lie. That's a lie. I get calls about you. I told you. First of all, excuse me. Anybody that knows me know that ever since this shit came out, social media, I've been shaking this big ass, whether it was square or round, OK? I've been shaking this motherfucker in the camera. Now, was this my first real opportunity to dress like a whore with some kind of bunny, rabbit, kitten ear? Yes, that's how I felt, Parks. So I found some type of possum rat gerbil costume. It had like a ball for the ass, and it had ears. And fishnets. Oh, my God. How did you see the pic? You posted it 600 times. It's everywhere. How can we not see it? What do you think? Yo, niggas is hitting me up like, ish, I ain't going to lie. Was it scary? I'm going to fight you for Mona. Yo, I told her. You always have the right answers, and that's why you're like my fave. At the end of the day, can I be honest about how I felt to walk outside like that? Liberated. Horrible. I don't know how big. You know what's the worst part of it? Because I can be honest with y'all, seriously. It was the worst thing I've ever done in my life. First of all, it's super cold. Coochie freezing. Hit you, hit you, hit you. Couldn't figure out where it's coming from. It's the pussy. And when I get to the spot, right? Your pussy. The way you do that. I love your dick. You know when you talk about your pussy, you got to itch a second to get better. Itch, huh? Come on, bitch. Itch, I know. Listen, guys. What I'm saying to y'all is. It's mac and cheesy. The way that. When you say it like that, it just sounds. The way that men respond to you when you're dressed that way. And you got to think. It's already a bunch of bitches dressed that way, too. So it's like. Why is he looking at me like he ready to just come sample this thing? Like he ain't even going to say hello. Like people look like they just going to walk up and take it. But my worst issue by far, Parks. You know what it was? What's that? Putting my ass cheeks down on like benches and shit. Benches? Or the section couch. Oh, okay. Like the feeling of like pussy ass out and putting your skin. That's what I thought you meant. Like you was waiting for the bus. Because it feels foreign to me because I don't wear stuff like that, Parks. I don't dress like that. I don't even really do like bikinis on the beach or babies. I don't do that. Oh, shit. I'm like a fat drug dealer. I wear a t-shirt to the beach. It's been a while since you had your procedure done. Did it start to move yet? That thing always moving. Hello. Threw it to the rim. Threw it to the rim. Recoil mommy. That thing jumped. I'm telling you. I ran. That thing did something. And look. And that's the people like. This one bitch wrote me a paragraph. Mona, I love you so much. I've been following you. I've been following you since high school. And I just want to say I've always hated when you did stuff like this for attention. I said, so? Little bitch. All caps. So? Exclamation. Exclamation. How else am I going to get them? You hear that, little comedian buddy? Phone's still jumping. You hear that? Got it. Yo, these niggas. These niggas. Shit done changed. They're getting calls too. You're getting calls and texts. It's just a bit. It's just bullshit. No, it ain't no bit. But it's. I'm not playing. I'm telling you so. How you been texted after shit like that? Funny as fuck, boy. If I open that shit, you'll be in tears. It should be in tears. I would buy. Because they on you. Just because how they start that conversation up. I haven't talked to you for two years, but you got a little, like a little bunny bush out the crack of your ass, and I want to say hello. Because I had a little tell. I wasn't running from nothing. I'm so scared. I clicked through so fast that I didn't. You don't want to see your sister like that. Even though y'all clicked through it fast. That don't look all right. I didn't see it. I didn't see it. I wouldn't know. Stop your foot if it looked all right. Ain't nobody gonna hear it. I didn't see it. I don't see my sister that way. Fuck y'all. Shit looking like some good cornbread mix. I don't know. I bet you won't let me get it. Some good cornbread mix. My shit, I'm near. Some jiffy shit. Dits and all that. The dits, everything working out, man. Do you guys care that Justin Timberlake is supposed to be releasing a doc where he addresses all of the Janet Jackson and Britney Spears turmoil? Yeah. I'm going to watch that motherfucker. I hate you. No. I'm going to watch it. To doc. Right. But I hate that he's going to make money off shitting on so many people. Why? Because I hate when people make money off shitting on people. Well, we don't know that he's going to shit on anybody yet. No, no. What I'm saying is I know he shitted on them in the past. His explanation of it is what's going to make him the money. You don't think he has a right to tell his side of the story? He does. This isn't about his rights. I'm not protesting it. I'm just saying I hate when people do fucked up things and they're not able to make money off of it. That's what I was about to ask you. Is it because you think that he was wrong back then? It's just because I think he was wrong. I'm just curious to hear his side is all I'm saying. Me too. Well, that's my other question. I saw something, whether it was real or AI, who knows. But if it comes out that Janet Jackson planned that with him, I don't know if he plans on saying that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. If that comes out, do you think that helps him at all? Yeah. I don't think so. I feel differently about it. Everything I've heard is to just the opposite. Same, same. But if it turns out that that's the truth, yeah, I always want to know the truth. I was about to say, if she corroborate that, because if he just say it, I'm not going off that. And she's not going to corroborate it because she said the opposite. Oh, he got that? I mean. But the issue wasn't that, whether they coordinated that partly, if I remember correctly, it's that he left her holding the bag completely. He acted like he did not know that that was the plan, yes. Yeah, that's my point. So even if they did it together, that doesn't, because I'm not convinced that Janet didn't know. Yeah, they knew. They both knew. My question, third question, follow up to that question, what if they both knew it was planned? He said, okay, but if something bad happens from this. Come on, young. Come on, young. He ain't say it. He ain't say it. I'm just hypothetical. If that's the case, yeah, that would matter to me. I would still think it's fucked up, but I'd feel a lot differently than I have in the past, which was that, because my theory was, they decided to do some shit, they decided to be edgy, and he threw under the bus once it didn't go. Because neither one of them expected it to go so bad, because they really treated it. They didn't expect the backlash. Yeah, they didn't expect the backlash, because at that point, we were already doing wild shit. What was the word of Versace dress? It was a lot of shit going on at those award shows that were kind of risque back then. Nobody expected that, but it was because of the race thing. It wasn't just because it was a titty house, because it was a white boy and an older black woman with that little titty house. Titty just as little. It wasn't a little titty. It was perfect. It was my full of titty. Respectfully. It was perfect, but my full of titty. No, that was a real nice titty, especially in whatever year that was. Yeah. That was a really good titty. 2004, was it? That was a nice titty. A piercing to a clean one. The only time y'all want you. Everyone, all these niggas that agree up here, bring up a titty. We turn to scientists, too, you know, just the diameter. Bunch of dweebs. That might be the first thing we all agreed on today. Titties. Titties will do it, though. They do it, yeah. They unite everybody. Well, I disagree. Titties unify. Yeah, yeah. It's true. They do. Sorry, Mola. I don't even like titties, man. I like them enough for the both of us. Don't worry about it.
