Episode 936 | "Caught In The Rain"

The podcast features a lively, humorous, and critical discussion centered around a disastrous New York Knicks fan experience during a game. Hosts recount the intense difficulties of accessing the venue due to security measures, police checkpoints, and long lines, which they attribute largely to Donald Trump’s presence—viewed as a disruptive and inconsiderate factor that ruined the atmosphere. They emphasize how the event turned from a fan celebration into a stressful, chaotic ordeal, undermining the joy and community that sports fandoms typically provide. The conversation also includes personal anecdotes, such as a moment where one host mistakenly claims another is gay, leading to a quick correction and a moment of vulnerability. Amid the criticism, the hosts defend the intensity of New York sports fans, acknowledging the passion and loyalty that define the culture despite its volatility. They also touch on broader themes, like the influence of politics on public events and the importance of fan unity. While the tone is largely satirical and self-deprecating, the core message is clear: the fan experience was degraded by external forces, and the hosts believe such events should not compromise the spirit of sports fandom. The episode ends with lighter reflections on music, travel plans, and the hosts’ personal lives, reinforcing the informal, conversational nature of the show.

It's not that there's no school for children, but the community center, the market's garbage community center. Yeah, now everything is going good with Trinidad. What I did is that real quick. I just drove around the whole Trinidad. And I was giving out gifts PS5 and slides. And you know, I had some sponsorships and that's what I was doing. From 14 hours, 15 hours. The video will be out tomorrow. You drove around in the car? No. Music truck. 15 hours of video. You dropped it. 15 hours was the trip, but I'm not going to drop the 15 hours video. So somehow, somehow somehow was of the trip. It won't be a part of the content that you really just give it out. I think it was up all night on that. Wasn't it editing shit for me? Yeah, I think it was up all night on for me a pro boy. I'll take that out. Oh, well, I'm glad you back. Thank you very much. Glad you guys out sit. You got called the radio. Don't applaud audience. Well, he's not out. He was sitting home sit. Oh, he was here today. I was here before everybody else. Oh, no. Yeah. Well, come on. I mean, so ice came in and he plopped down on the couch. And I just thought he had a rough night. Like he was tired. And he said, I'm barely making it. And we was like, what's up? You good? He was like, I'm having, I feel like shit. I got caught in the rain. Oh, he took it. Look at him back to 90s. Well, my first thought was what rain. I'm mad again. He even tell this story. I was like, what rain? Because it didn't rain today. Oh, yes, the rain Saturday crazy for like a little less than 20 minutes. Yeah. I forget that. Yeah, we have the weather app. I forget that we work with him. And me, I follow him across socials. That's true. So the last thing he said at work was it's my baby free weekend. And I'm about to, I'm about to fucking light it up out there. Yeah, I know what that means. Oh, I cool. I'm hitting this door every day trying to live by Karius Lee through him from the house. Sure. Cause when it's hot out, I want to be in the house under the fucking central air. Boy, he was everywhere painting the town red. He went to trap karaoke. 17,000 people spitting all over you singing called Thomas. I wish I never met her. He went to a watch party for the nicks a couple of nights ago. How I know he texted me. He buddy. No, I look at the game. Okay. He texted me during the game. Let my silent speak for me. And the tech said, is your man here. Don't look away. Your friend. Yo, such and such is having a watch party across the street. Across the street from the garden. But man, they got these these blocks shut down everywhere. They won't even let you win unless you got a ticket. Send me a picture of your ticket. Oh shit. Jesus. I said, huh? Let's move to the huh was for him to gather himself and read how the text came off. Texting is difficult because you don't know how you coming off. That's true. So the huh. He double that. Yo, send me your ticket. So I waited a couple of minutes. Then right as he said, never mind. I got in. I sent it to him. As soon as he said he didn't need it. Got it right for you. But my point to you is I was at the garden last night. That shit was a hell hold to being a shit show. You were going to get sick. What time did you get to get to the ground? I'll tell you right after the show. But for I used to come in here and say, yo, I'm sick. I'm dying. I can't breathe. Because of the rain. No, he said he ain't even getting no sleep. He said he woke up at 2 a.m. with chills all night. That's what he told me. That's a bad hangover. That's a lot of things. Hangover flu. I missed you. That right there is why I missed you. I tell you what it's not. It's not the rain. A few of you all have this uncanny ability to look at me. And just already know what type of time I'm more maybe from years of the camaraderie and chemistry we've been building. That's a similar mindset. So we sent them home because we didn't want to get sick. My whole week of be throwing off of I'm sick. Kids and the hookers and wifey and yada yada yada. So he left. But you caught him on the way down. Did you put them to the side? Because we a tight friend group. Did you say, yo, man, you got to tighten up. It's important, important day to day at work. He was relying on us. I did not. He didn't tell me the rank. What he told you, yo, yeah, he told me a little difference. Oh, this cool. No, he said he came in. You look at his face and told him to go home because we look. I mean, no. It happened like that. Freeze. Freeze came in and said, I'm sick. I got sick with the raid. We always look at that. That's what happened. Yo, shout out to everybody listening to this right now home on a sick day. Shout out to everybody right now listening to this. They pulled the fucking wall over the bus. I got one off at the late night or weekend full of party. When they hang over, hit a little too hard or the argument went longer than it was supposed to. I can't go to work if I'm arguing, I can't. Some of those be going wrong. I can. I could body the argument, but arguing what fuck up how L.I.M. and all the other areas of my life. So now I'm just a piece of shit all over the book. So I got to go fix it now. I'm pretty sure you've come to work during an argument. I have. I know that because I watched the Mark and Mona rewind. Where are they? Where they just got into it about. We must have been some crazy. My many mood swings. And how difficult it is to work with Joe when he's in a mood. Oh, we gave it. I'm sure it was our truth. My house. I don't know. No The longer you wait the more of them just go and go up and let's his moister night or the other - The last time. - I can't see my men doing moecy. - Which the diamond people are trying to talk you into now, like the doctors did, Zettbound. And they think people are slow and don't notice. - No, I think they, you could clearly tell that the diamond people are incentivized differently if they get you to purchase one of these versus one of those. - I'm sure this war marchin' is. - I'm sure they mark up his head. - Yeah, yeah. - Lavas dancing. - But cover it up, you know the scammer, yo, when my mom was selling Mary K, or whatever that shit was, and going door to door, like the pitch had to be like a believable pitch today, they'd just say whatever. - So what they trying to talk you into? - In the suburbs. - I am moecy. - I didn't want you to get left. - So now it's the move. - Bro, I'm not lying. I just was, I was at the gym. And it was a jewel of duel. (laughing) - Yo, I hate war. - Whatcha been doing to the gym? (laughing) - Don't look at me when you talk. - Don't do that, bro. Don't do that, moe. - Come on, man. - He ain't dead. - He ain't dead. - That work is begging the bad out yo, the bitches. (laughing) - You hear me shit all. - He taught them, who he taught them to love the diamonds? - The punk that's in it, the punk that's in it. - He punk that's in the way. - The punk that's in it. (laughing) - No, the niggas was talking about like, it's a waste of money now to buy natural diamonds. They like yo, the lab shits are damn near identical. They got all the testin', it's real diamonds. They just made it in a different process. - And they're safe, dude. - Oh, you said the man is fear meeting. - Nah, I was just, I was just being nosy. The gem, the niggas was talking about. - Oh, you said my niggas was conversation. - Yeah, yeah, they wasn't talkin' to me. They was just like yo, dog, the shit is up. - It's a waste of money. - It's only on top of you, dude. (laughing) - And brought it to monetize. (laughing) - Yeah, this thing can't win. I mean, don't tell me you can't win. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. - But nah, the niggas like, it's a waste of money. It don't even make sense, it's an ego thing. - But you can't bring it in, but you can't bring it in like they word it, but I like who, who are these niggas? - No, I don't think they name it loose. - Tim, again, what I'm telling you is the niggas are supposedly in that thing. - But I don't give a fuck with the niggas saying, plus I know they not care about what you say. - What you think? - I don't know if you wear headphones in the gym. You just be in their raw dog in the gym? - I'm gonna work on clothes in the gym. - I'm gonna talk about my cell phone. - If I wear headphones, I don't know where my niggas know. - Oh, okay. - That's some psycho shit. - Anyway, I don't know what we were talking about. - Yeah, and you do something like that. - You know what I'm saying? I mean, I'm not saying you was doing your situation. I mean, I've got some time. - I have no idea. I don't know nothing about your situation. - I've got some time. - If you're out there and you all want to say, it does not make a lot of sense to spin. - Radiant at 10K, don't radiate. Y'all, well, that's the thing. Like, if you got, 'cause most people don't have a lot of money to spin on a ring. If you got $5,000 to spin on a ring, $10,000 to spin on a ring, I'm trying to tell you a lab diamond, your shit will look amazing. If you go and spin that on something else, it's, it's gonna be local. - In the 90s, we could coax the bitch in the gettin' a tattoo, matching tats. And then Jay and Beyonce did it. We was really in the green. For real, that's what's going on in the old one. I ain't never mind it. - Get your lab diamonds, y'all. - The word. - Any old. - Itch is here. - That's true. - Make some noise for his. - Itch is here. - Itch is here. Stop playing with the band. - Joe was joking while we were starting, but did you actually manage to collect that ring? - No. Some of it, not a lot of it. How you got it? They heard it hard? - No, the nigga's just sending me that shit. Nigga's sending me April rent. - Yo, do you have a vacant property? You got some way I could, I could move in. (laughing) - We're up and meeting to not pay rent. - Honestly. (laughing) - I could stash for a few more and fuck around. - Shit, crazy. - Nah, it's an indicator though. - Oh. - I want, the economy is fucked up bro. I don't want to. - But you knew that before you wasn't getting your rent too much ago, right? - I know, but now it's starting to come the truth. This shit different, but I don't want to pull us down, but yeah, it's shit. - That ain't gonna pull me out. - Come on bro. - Oh shit, I don't know. I better get you a pull. - He made the show asshole. - Yo. - No, the list is. (laughing) - Hey, I'm joking, dude. - He's like, I'm great. - No, you, you not. - No, no, no, no, no. - It's not, no, no. - It's not, no, no. - No. - I hate to not see something in market. - Thank you. - Thank you. - Especially. - Anyway, I speak for all of us. - No, you don't, you don't. Speak for you. - No, you don't, nigga. - It's cool. - No, you don't. No, you don't. - No, shit, real loud, man. - You good, though, right? - Yo, you good, you good, you good. - Good position, hot chair. - Don't, don't, don't call me chair. - Shit, bro. - Don't call me chair. Last was certainly not least, each and every one of you very important people out there, here. What's problem with your office? - First, we gotta give a shout out to Isis Dorter. - Yes. - Let's go, Ari. - I'll do it. - Shout out to Ari, graduating. - Let's go. - Let's go. - Yeah. - Yeah. - Big things coming for that young lady. We excited for Mark and Shady. - She's the proudest man. - Yeah. - Shout out to Freed. - The daughter's smarter shit. She goes to the graduation and get everybody sick. - Like every kid. - Or he's going to go there, get sick, and try to come in here on a Friday, talk about a month ago. - That's why Neil DeGrasse won't come, because we say shit like that of yours. - I don't know how mixed with that. - I don't know. - I want to be as passionate about anything as Neil DeGrasse is about. - Everything. - Yes. - Yes, it's general. - Yeah. - He was so serious. - He was so specific things in science, get him, like, to climax. Get them off talking about some planets in the zodiac. - Oh yeah. - He loses his shit. - When he started talking about the extinction of dinosaurs, and when it happened, and how we know it happened, and the Stegosaurus being the first one to go, and-- - Evolution too. - For the rest of them to go. - I'm like-- - Evolution, he's the guy. - He's down to Shannon, and that Neil DeGrasse interview is at 1.8 mil in four or five days. And I know that that makes Neil DeGrasse happy, because to see people interested in that level conversation-- - His channel is great too. - For those that want to nerd out, I watch his YouTube all the time. - Yeah. - Why don't you favor one, sir? His, for science, and Professor Dave. I don't know if I'm not. Professor Dave is the other guy. He's the one that does, like, the, uh, he debunks a lot of stuff. He debunks flat earth, he debunks, the dinosaurs in the exist, shit, he debunks, um, you always a jerk. - What? - And we dumb-- - We dumb, we dumb, we dumb. - He like watches people's videos, and he does, like, a reaction video, breaking down point by point. - Did he do us? - I asked him to, uh, low, but he said it didn't rise to the, uh, to, like, he didn't say thing that was wrong enough, or controversial enough to respond to, we did. We passed the test, but some people were saying, "Wow shit," and he broke that shit down. But, and Benel is great too, and Benel is my absolute favorite. - And speaking of people talking about us, Mark has brought to my intention that, uh, our good friends Club 520 have issued a challenge. - Oh, they want to smoke. - They want to smoke. - To us. - Five past times? - In family feud. - Ooh. - Kind of present and past. They, they brought it up. Then they kind of backed it down over the course of the, we got the audio. - I'm going to have for a little trivia. - These guys have got to be joking, right? These guys maybe was just trying to make some funnies on their show. - I think so. - Maybe it was a content thing you got the audio. - Yep. - You need a new phone case. - You got that brain shit in your mouth. - That shit is. - Is he? - No. - No. - Absolutely no. - Absolutely no. - Look at that. - It's red and black. - He's got a cherry red. - Look how he gets a fight. - He makes fun of that. - How you like activists when they're cherry red. Phone case. - Cherry red. - Yeah. - What color's the activist phone supposed to be? - Black. - Black, green. - Red, black and green. - Do you want to say red, but you realize that it undermines the argument. - Red if you have black and green. - Yes. - Do you have three? - Yes. - It's red for the blood of my ancestors who passed the end of the year. - Come on. - There you go. - There you go. - Get in there. - Get in there. - Get in there. - Oh. - What other pop you want to get? - Uh. - We're wrong. - You're wrong. - Yeah, we're wrong. - You're wrong. - You're wrong. - They might be good at that shit. Mark of my hill cannot play. He is suspended. - Isis. - Isis. - Isis. - You're already this kid. This kid. Mark. Isis. - I got conscious. The department lighted up, man. Bring them back. - I'm just causing somebody else out. - You better. - You better. - You better. - 520 y'all did the right thing, man. Niggas don't want to see me in them games. Dog. I ain't going to hold you. Jenga. Taboo. Team jugger. Family. Any of them games man go ahead any of the girls in your life tell them to ask they aunts About what I used to do with these games man stop playing don't kid yourself. Don't kid yourself. All right family few tough I got family few trophies man set it up when they ready anyway, uh, what do y'all want to begin? Any where y'all want to go? Fucking nightmare. What time did you have to leave your house? What time did I leave my house? All right to get to the next game So I had a plan my plan was To leave it once I saw Steven a on TV on first take saying it after his radio show ends at 3 p.m He's heading straight to the garden Because all of the credentials you need and how difficult it is to move around. I'm like shit. Well, we better get it moving So at 2.45 my plan was to go get something to eat Go shop a little bit off. Yeah, sacks and then head over here. Sure, mad early But we ran a little late for reasons. I won't say so we just went to eat and then we ran over there We went to eat we went to Lego step was great. So what's that fucking three thirty the Five thirty. Yeah, I'm eating and we met and it was smooth over there That's time squared was smooth getting over there everything was smooth so far and then we go to the garden Not smooth. It ain't that far away neither. No, that's huh. Well We went ninth half the the blockages from thirty thirty-th to thirty-fifth between seventh and eighth. Yeah, so we went down ninth Avenue He let us out on thirty-first barricades everywhere police everywhere White house secret service everywhere black escalades everywhere Fuck is just madness, but Made the left one thirty-first and ninth walk down and that's where all the madness is That's where all the Nick fans groups and you can't cross the street So thirty-first one side of eighth You you got you can't just cross the street to the other side. You had to walk down To twenty-knife or twenty-eight and the cop at thirty-first tells you all all street crossings go to twenty-night By the time you get to twenty-knife that cop has no idea what the other cop is talking about you can't enter here It was an absolute It was a it was a checkpoint at every block There were long lines and they were all different contingent upon what ticket you had There was a long VIP line because the way I know only going that's the VIP area. Yeah thirty-first street VIP didn't give a fuck about an ad long long line all VIPs That line was back to like you had to go tonight. I don't know I didn't go nowhere. I stood there online at every checkpoint. I had to rely on a cop or a secret service person that heard pump it up Recognize in my face saying hey come on and then you good for a block and then I'd make a phone call and then I travel behind Bill Bradley's contingent of people like it was just it was an absolute shit show But I was in my seat by six-thirty. Okay That's two hours early two hours before tip-offs the building is empty damn there It's just you got to watch some shoot around people in street clothes still. That was that was interesting Yeah, man, so when we lost so when Mikhail Bridges had a bag in what do you have two points? I watched Mikhail Bridges make ninety-seven threes contested threes before I've been sending it for man long I'm I could it's what we about to win anybody was on fire Yeah, no, it was bad. It was really it was a really really really hard It was tough getting in the building. It was tough getting out the building. It was tough Just walking around now. You got the fucking paparazzi. That's normally at that VIP entrance They spread out. So dumb ass Joe button is walking around bar. Oh shit. Joe, but Now they follow me. I got people walking with me. I got a stop-tick pictures. I got it's a mess Absolute Do you agree with Stephen A? What is he even a said that? He think it was Basically call us for Donald Trump to come because it's in the middle of New York We haven't been in championship in 50 years and he knows the amount of Additional precautions that it's going to take for everybody to get into the game So it was kind of selfish of him to come to the game and add all of that additional shit on Okay, but Donald Trump is selfish. Oh, yeah I told you agree with that, but Donald Trump is who he is So if he can make any moment that can be made about himself or is a media play he's gonna be there But then we're got around that fucking The garden in 2028 the leases up okay, so they're fighting with the city because the city is trying to put this eight billion dollar new pen station Yeah, they're and the garden and Dolan would need certain approvals To kind of have the garden coincide with that so if I move yeah, and they friends yeah, yeah, and he's a nick fan New Yorker he's been at nick games. It just so happens because you're the president now. It's actually changing you've absolutely killed the entire vibe of the city Yeah, whether you wanted to or not. Yeah, if I was the president, I ain't gonna hold you I might have done the same thing if it's my team. I'm coming to my I'm coming. Yeah, I'm coming Well actually, I wouldn't done it because I'm too fanatical about my team, but I understand him Saying I'm coming to see my team and I'm glad it was game three in that game four Yeah, I just wouldn't have attended that game. I would have sold them tickets. That was an absolute nightmare I get the bed to midnight. Dave. You left before the game was over. Yes. Yeah. Oh, yeah, I left. I wouldn't go. How do you do that? Like as a fan like any sports fan, right? If the game is close it it was I'm not leaving me like I don't understand how you do Like if it's a blowout, let me get the fuck out of here because I'm not let's never even to leave when I when you see me Leave a couple minutes before it's to avoid the bullshit, but I'm hitting the TV near my closest exit and I'm finishing the game By the TV. I didn't leave and now I don't know what's going on. I just want to be able to beat everybody proud I get it on my way out because if you get caught on that block the wrong way, it'll take you 90 minutes Yeah, I agree that's not that's not worth it to me, but the nicks look like absolute shit in that game And honestly, I can't blame the vibe was off. You killed the watch parties. You killed Nick fans being able to celebrate We were just busy fighting police and secrets of this people. Yeah, that's why and garden employees will have in trouble Get people had trouble getting in the air last night. That's crazy And then when I fight through all of the lines and the checkpoints and the police and I get me I'm supposed to go because it's so early They don't have the ticket scanner. Oh Sorry, they don't have the tickets again. We just standing out this way. That's shit night absolute nightmare I cannot blame the nicks for looking like they did How was it once you got in the building was it increased measures inside the building to like what's the game? Well, no you in there you in there. Okay, why don't you in there you in there, which is odd because James Dolan already got that new security System where he's watching everybody, so but once you yeah, but once you in there you in there everything is cool But you can feel the presence of the secret service white house president Preparation before he get here is hundreds of people that normally working. I've been here all year. Yeah, everybody looks stressed Everybody in that building looks stressed last night. I'm surprised it wasn't no people in there when y'all came in Like you said you got there two hours early. I'm surprised. They didn't have like I mean whoever was doing inside that Barclay and all the niggas was there Like fans Spike Lee was there Tracy Tracy Morgan was there like people were there, but in terms of Fans and what this building should feel like no really no you can't get it in cities on fire Yeah, it'll be on fire once he leaves You killed the fun just a fandom around New York. I haven't seen this If ever and again, I'm old. I was around when the Anthony me. I've been around with him niggas was playing Jordan in them in it in it in it East and conference finals and all of that it wasn't this show. This is some other shit. I was a governor's ball And even there it was the energy was high all the acts were up there like yo go niggas New Yorkers have been fucking greeting each other all week saying good morning Like we are going nicks. Yo the amount of years. I let out just walk in a couple of blocks New Yorkers It's talking each other in a good mood and spirit. That's for him to come and do that dog. It's like it's what it's it's It's tough being a niggas fan. I almost preferred for them to be on the road I'm not mad at the road teams And and no home team is one thus far But there's a piece that comes with being on the road away from your family and friends not eating your snacks in your cupboard Right, like locking in totally being for I don't know what the fuck the next was doing last night. Cool. She not Yeah, I don't know what they was doing one one two They wrestling out there the spurs is fucking them up and we lost we low We played a horrible game and the spurs did whatever they want I'm not blaming nothing on refs and I actually understand it. I like lettering play I like the play some of some of the show's a great just pretty much bro some of this shit all three games to be honest with you They are really letting them rock. I love it. That shit is something different Like if you don't let them do that then you may you may have a sweep I feel like the last two games Adam Silver has been actively combating The sweep because it's the NBA finals. We making a lot of money. I got the two teams. I want here. I know you can you're not sweeping We don't let you sweep. Hey, I understand that too. No, but last night I had all the time the ponder I'm in pontificate. I understand it if it wasn't my team in the finals. I would be saying More games I'm room for the next but I actually want more games to I don't care Yeah, I'm rooting against the next one. I want more. I'd listen. I want to six games regardless just for the series But there's a lot of other people that I feel that total opposite like a lot of people feel like the nicks is getting away with murder I think fans are feeling like San Antonio's getting away with the murder But the overall general consensus is like yo, they letting them beat them the fuck up But anybody watching the free throw discrepancy it would be hard The argue that Mike Brown spend a lot of time talking about your dish out 24 free throws in the second half to R8 So you talk about your call for fouls. It's a physical game. We're fouling them for sure But they're fouling us and they're not fouling. Wimby is motion and throwing to the ground Is wrestling yo, I love it too, but that's gonna get the next one day game I'm from the 90s dog the same thing the spurs did to the thunder Mike Brown needs to call Hocking porty or one of them niggas so calm one of them off the end of the bench to come in close line of spur Yeah, I don't understand what's going on out here close line of spur stab somebody She puts one of them niggas in the face Cuz sometimes it's the finals you know, we're not bitching about physicality it's the finals But sometimes you got a punch one of them in the face for the rest to even review and see that something happened to you Like Wimby did that shit the jail in Brunson. I showed his there. He got his They dog the rep saying looking at none of the little Wimby stock his ass like Alvarado They'll say whoa, why do you do that and then they'll go back and they'll look oh he Body slapped him on the garden on the garden floor. He mushed him like a little nigga. No for real. Now. They was making me man I mean they didn't make me man. I'm sitting behind fucking Elliott and What's my lower northern people? Oh, yeah, that's a real name John. What's a fucking name in the show? I got a brain freeze. I live here. I live here. I'm sitting right by an Elliott and Olivia. That's fire That's man fire before the game started Everybody was saying was a you jail you you you and one of the youths It was Milly gross. Oh shit Heard that little shit on the pot You know, I be forgetting Shut up. I got to just shut up so what you said about me? I got a shut up Yeah, but Because I heard that but that don't mean that you get to come in anyway, believe Rose. Hey, Joe, man Let me talk to you. Come on. Let me talk to you. No, he was in a great mood. He's a great mood smile It's not a it's not one of those But he was in such a great mood that already I felt bad about what I didn't remember that I said And he pulled me to the side Said I'm not and he said Joe I love you, Joe. I Love everything you guys do in spite of Like you're so great. I don't even care that you said the shit But I have to tell you I'm not why not only in my night Game I Never been gay Nobody just to clarify. I nobody ever assumed I was gay Just running my stupid fucking mouth when I broke it talking shit It's all in typics one day. I don't know See you just don't gain it so somebody. No, it was fat. No, I don't blame us though That's play good now. I don't know that shit. Listen though, you for real No, it's my man. It's super absolute. We are he was great. I say, you know what? Malik I'm coming to work tomorrow to tell the world You ain't gay But he kept saying he was absolutely such as well. Yeah, I'm not asking you to clear that now. I'm not I know that you said that I got to tell you Cuz I know you're talking shit up there, right Go ahead get shit off. I have to ask you to clear up right, right? Anybody out there listening if you know Malik Rose, it's not gay former Nick cuz he ain't there tall ghost He's both you don't know. He said I want to bring this bird. Yeah, I guess that matters. Yeah, but I believe Malik Rose is not gay Has never been gay and I don't know why the fuck I said that Whoops a daisy. Yeah, sorry Malik. That's right. I like when people you put that shit on me You call it gay You actually say shit. Yeah. Oh, but anyway, absolute shit show man. I ain't gonna nick nobody to death on my back Abs absolute shit show won't happen again. I think they should have played the clown music for their line up too I told you that they weren't gonna do that. They should have played the audition the clown should say Antonio did no They shouldn't sound music during the intro. I told you that we're not doing that at the guard Now if you put the no, I'm not saying they shouldn't say Antonio. They should've done it for themselves Fuck it. You want to put the clown music and we walked y'all ask for two straight games clown music the whole rest is not at all But that nix intro was lit that that that nix bit the building we was trying you know The building they part it couldn't have been no more said. Let's celebrity. It was celebrityed out and I don't I don't think y'all played that bad They didn't they didn't play bad Sloppy into the one we could have won wild Sloppy, but it would they open a game with three turnovers if Bridgeson Schumett had showed up a little bit more And doose yeah not letting do so doose bridges Schumett and and cat was quieter than we'd like him to be Schumett missed all of them Three's he made all of them three, but every series but at the same token now you got OG that goes crazy You got a heart that does his thing you got people you get them said I think the nix are a Really really good. I don't want them to win, but I think they are really really good team I think they saw it and I think that they're so I don't understand East Coast niggas to say that say what I don't want them to win I don't understand like for the Celtics, I don't I don't understand that's division right? I don't understand that as a lake and truth that I'm I'm clearly built different because yes I can never read for this the next if it weren't for y'all I was in here when the Celtics won saying yo I can't lie the Celtics have a lot of people that I personally like and root for I love most of the people I want them to win when my team is out of it I want the games to so so I want the Eastern Conference to always do something I don't look that way I think about division rivalry a lot for example a football I never want the Cowboys to win. I never want the Giants. I don't want to go for them to win. I'll say who did play I would want the Cowboys to win even with the division because I know too many Cowboys fans never and for me it's the opposite and that's how I feel I want them to have a S'more's full of happiness. They don't not it work But in his life I would never root for the Giants the Redskins. I want me to come in. Would you have been doing it in the White House? You know he's been doing the White House for what I would have been doing in the White House that house and Michael Irvin and I'm here right behind And they named the White House for They're going to have to get to tap it. I wouldn't have been in the White House. Oh I just I'm just not Yeah, it's cool. Go next man. I'm a real fan. All right. It's other things I'm in a review. It's part of it is and I said this last week, but now I feel more reinforced New York fans are garbage I watched a video last night. It was bad. It was bad of New York Knicks fans Beating somebody ass God, I gotta hear both sides He wore spursors and they started to do before he's brown like a Republican Just one and now mark that goes a lot of right wing talking points Insights violence in every other area that of Mark's life except for it's one game Why watch the video we've been having peaceful Nick party is your one a couple of spurs fans We just chased him a little bit But the second trump comes in town. It's a different energy over the city on blame and Trump At the spurs do was walking down the street and y'all just beating my 30 y'all wouldn't rip the jerseys Them laughed at him might have yeah, I mean, but yeah, I would have wait for the boy The beverage is Adam. He was throwing shit on the dude There's all kinds of man, nigga move New York ain't the place to play like they'll stop which is a totally contradictory last game I'm saying it's a dip what was I then you said yo that shit is whack We don't exhibit ourselves like that blah blah blah blah. Nobody want to see anybody beat I don't want to see nobody get beat up and shit out. However, however, you have to behave in a manner that Don't get you beat up, but he's in running to the middle of time square with a spurs jersey after a win Doesn't seem bright And that's oh, I don't have I'm not gonna nick nobody down. They be killing me say that in the tofu 40 minutes by the day I'm done with the Nick say about the next. This is about New Yorkers be garbage. Oh, I just don't know what sports fans I know we some of the greatest fans in the world. I think so too. I agree some that you guys never seen before part part of being a great sports fan is the intensity Philly New York Boston. I think are for me to top three. Uh-huh, and all of them there's a chance that you can get your ass Well, if you wear some shit that they don't like so I'm getting I that happens everywhere. Well, she boasting You like it, you like it hanged in Boston, hey, but I'm just saying when I watch New York That's why I can't for New York fans because y'all do shit like the y'all know y'all like y'all been there before You ain't got to be they have it. I said I like it. We ain't been there - There it even, 16, what's the 83rd week? Won't go, whoops of my ass if they wear a never hat. - Dixters, I mean good lord, y'all. - Yeah, there aren't even one, two games in the finals. Right, see that's the part of-- - We've won a chamber show recently, that's the part of Nick's elitist shit that I do enjoy. I'm telling you, yo man, be pay, stay patient. You'll make a conference final one day, man. Like, it's levels, it's steps. - This is why we don't like it. - No, we did that last year, the heartbreaking loss, where you gotta learn from it, you'll get there, whatever. - One question about Trump, when you were in there when the booing. - We booed this shit out of Trump. - I can hear that in the TV. - I don't know what Nate was talking about. - Did you ever try to explain it to Nick's morning? - No, I didn't. - Yeah, I saw it. - He said, I thought it was great. There's some hide you feel about it. Except you thought it was great. He said there were a lot more cheers than booze. I was like, not from where, not on my TV. - Yeah, that was different. - They was booing so loud, I had to join in. - I knew he was gonna boo, I said he was gonna boo, I knew it. - But I wasn't knowing it, yo. - He's gone. - Well, first of all, my hand on your heart, too. - My dad been texting me all week, saying, just boo him. - Thank you, dad. - And I'm like, gotcha. And I wasn't booing him for my political beliefs. I was booing him for the fuck of the vibe. - No, for the shit show that I had to go through to get this fucking building, but you're inconsiderate. Yes, boo, boo. - Boo, are you crazy? - The brutal for the inconvenience, not for fucking up the country. (laughing) - Yeah, I could stay quiet on that. Not like we was in the best shape when I was born. - That's true. (laughing) - Yeah, I could, I could get you to that. Anyway, what else is important, unimportant? Go Nix. - Go Nix. - Go Nix, we'll win tonight at home. We'll lose the next one in San Antonio. And then we'll come back at home and try to win it in the garden. - You shook his hand? - No, they got him. - Shit, we win him. - Oh, you shook some hands in there, though. - Oh, I ain't come more Mark. - Who ain't you? - And I know Mark is on booze you. That's why I've tried to get us out of this Nix segment. - I see you. - I'm going, I'm going, Mark. - Are you asking me, are you telling me? - We asking you. - Oh, no, I'm telling you. - That was we, we, we. - That was we. - I bought it up. - I'm telling you that you did it. I'm giving you an opportunity to come clean and tell us. - I mean, there was so many people there. - No, we ain't, we should win. - Nobody really stands down. - Let's, let me ask you. - Let me ask you. - Let me ask you. - Let me ask you. - First. - Stable. - Everybody stand down. - It's tough coming back to your non-famous friends. - Yeah. - No, famous friends and shit like two. - Who do the end of this? - All right, go out there. - Who you want? - You certainly did the law and order thing. Big fan, big fan. You did one of those, right? - First, right. Tell me you didn't, tell me you didn't big fan. - I love you ain't shaking your hand. - She said. - If you're asking me. No, I didn't do that. - Joe Biden. - Joe Biden. - What was your interaction with them? Let me ask you a broader question. What was your interaction with them? - Oh, Nick's talk. I dropped something and picked it up. Small talk during the game. - Did they know who you were? - No. - Okay. - Did you make it clear you knew the word? - They're just friendly. - Okay. - All right. - They go to Nick's games. I'm a familiar face. I'm in the same seat all the time. They're just friendly people. - They're just two glizzy guys. - Yeah. - No, I do. - He's a glizzy guy. - Yeah. - Yeah. - So, I'm assuming you weren't allowed into the whole territory. - Oh, if you're asking me if I was allowed to walk across the finals court to say hello to the whole? No, I was not allowed to. - Okay, so you weren't allowed in the whole territory. - But maybe before the game started. - You got there too. - I was in my seat at 630. What are you talking about? - He wasn't allowed in the whole territory. - You're a deaf jam affiliate. - You would have gotten tasers if you wanted. - I'm not allowed to do that. - But those are the consistent fans that you see every single game. - Right. - You don't see him every single game. - I know. - There you go. - DJ Khaled. - Fucked up the vibe. - Khaled was great. - He spoke to Joe. - He spoke to Joe. - He spoke to that. - I spoke to everybody. He's seen it directly in front of me more. - I always thought of it. - You're a little bit more. - Yeah, that's it. - He was a little bit more. - Yeah, actually. - No. - Honestly, for real. - My wife pointed it out. She was like, "Why is Joe over there?" She said, "She's a little bit beautiful." That's the first thing she said. The second thing she said was, "Why is Joe's seat a little skew?" - That's what anybody kept saying. - Okay, step out of your girl's, do your whole shot. Goddamn it. You can't get a shot. I can't get one look in the shot. - No, it's cool. - Yeah, next there was the Jewish homeboy and his son, who we've seen in Mad Games. It's super cool. But tiny of your frame. So there's room. - Yeah. - And next to me, in my seat was a boy that I'm assuming was autistic and his dad. So that was really exciting. - How was it? - It was a party. Have time. - Man, yo. I'm sitting in my anger. I ain't even go get a glizzy the whole time. Cause I'm like, "Cardi is performing in the halftime. I want to see the show." She'd come out and do fucking two songs. They're done about your fuck about. - She did the bodega baddie. - She did the bodega baddie shit, which did have it lit. - Yeah, I was about to say. - As a Cardi fan, I don't know that name, but it's the finals. She's performing in the garden. She's gonna do whatever her next single. I understand. I'm telling you, me here in Cardi is performing. I'm forgetting it's the finals. She did bodega baddie and bodega yellow. - That's two. - And got out of there. - I'm not mad at that. - Oh my god. Why are we doing that? - Bro, everybody ain't a hip hop purist. I'm like, she's has big singles out right now. - She does. - What would you have done for the garden? - Her first single from her album. She could have done it. Hello, it's me. She could have done the other shit of that lot of remixed. - Like she got joined. - She has records. By any way, she did bodega baddie. She did bodega yellow. And she went on about business. She looked amazing. - Everybody did. - Everybody looked great. - Cardi. I went and bought some next t-shirts. It was a time. - Nice. - Nixon six at the garden. - I love it. - At the garden. - I love it. - Speaking of the Hover Yard, any y'all going on in those shows, they just announced Hover B and L.A. But also, more importantly, they'll be in Paris. - Paris. - In the fall. - I will prefer that one. - You gonna go to Paris one? - I don't know if I'm going, but that would be the one that I would pick out of all of them. - Yeah, for sure. I'm not flying to L.A. If he's gonna be in the Bronx. But Paris is like a thing. - That would be a thing. - I'm gonna do my best to make sure. If it's not a show day, of course. We should go. - It's not, for instance, that's fucking huge. - That's the, we did that with them. - Oh, he's doing air. - Yes. - Shit. - Does that change-- - Duh? - Does that change your-- - That's not a duh. - It's not a duh. - It's not a duh. - It's not a duh. - That's 90,000. - Yeah. - A soccer stick. - That should be big. - Yeah, that's 90 to 100,000. It's not just a duh. But shit. - Yeah. - Oh, damn. I didn't realize the capacity was like that. - Oh, yeah. - He was like that. - He surely can do it. But I guess does that make you more or less certain about what he's going right now in terms of album, in terms of release dates, in terms of rollouts? Does it feel more like a rollout deal? - I think actually, if anything, it makes it feel less. But I still think there's album on the way. - Really? - If you're, those are big shows, you know. Like that's time consuming shit that they're doing. But I think if you haven't put out an album in a decade. - Yeah. - I mean, he don't need a reintroduction to the world. But, you know what I'm saying? Like, yo, let me get acclimated to this shit again. - That's a hell of a way to get acclimated. - Yeah, 90,000 people's great. - Yeah, on top of doing however many, what's that 40 or whatever, at the end of the year. - At the end of the year. - Three times, and Roots pick Nick, and so far. - So far? - Yeah, that's a hell of a rollout. I'm rollout. - This makes me feel like it's not, same as you. - It's not an album rollout. I was of the opinion it wasn't an album coming out. After Roots pick Nick, y'all kind of skewed me a little bit. I still think, I now, y'all have convinced me that it's coming out. I just don't think it's right now. - So what do you just think? The nigga Borg? - I mean, this anniversary time. It's Blueprint anniversary. It's a reasonable doubt anniversary. And yeah, he might be Borg. - That's entirely possible. - He might, we might, I mean, artists, you can speak to this. You know what I mean? Artists love to get out sometimes and get their art out when they're in that artistic zone. - I get that. I just have not left the hymn putting out album. Dude, I just am not. The new announcements of the show just make me think, okay, now I don't know if we're getting a freestyle in the Bronx. - Yeah. - That was the first thing I asked myself. But I never wavered from hymn putting out. I think he's putting out now. - You say what? - The freestyle in the Bronx. Is that your question? I don't know if he's doing it. I think he might have got a shit off. - Yeah, all right. - I think he did. - He might have been a roots, a roots picnic thing, and I'm not going. Because if you do it in the Bronx, then you have to do something in LA. - Right. - No, you don't. - Yes you do. - New York City, bro. I'm from New York City. I got to give New York City. something that I don't have to give nobody, which day you're doing that, because it's three in New York. You got to do the first night. It's tough. Sunday. You got to do the first night of the last night, right? You're not going to do a blueprint night, right? Yeah. And the whole thing is extra innings. Technically, that's not the two main shows. So I don't know if you do it. Maybe. That would be where you're doing, I think. Okay. Okay. Huh. I think he said what he asked to say. I think so too. And that's not where I was originally, but yeah, I don't see it. I mean, it's the whole of ages in the house, writing a bunch of freestyles for you, because you're all going to get this jiggle, what jiggle, who? Right. Get the fuck out, bro. It's just going to fuck all the way. It's so hard. Yeah, you better get out of my face. Yeah. Well, go home. I'm not going to Paris or LA. I don't think I will. Yeah, but you got this week for three nights in the Bronx. Yeah, I'll be in New York. He got this week for three nights, so. Over? Yeah. You got him for three nights. Yeah. Oh, he's fluttering. When do you announce that? He didn't. I just didn't. Why would I announce it? It's breaking news. He announced it. He announced it in this house. I don't even know that you got that. We sent it to the people that have invited. Oh, you have invited them? Mark has not invited anywhere I am. All right. Yeah, that's the last place you need to start. He's going to show up. I'm a spurs jersey. I didn't know you got it from him. Spurs in Palestine. Oh, shit. And abuse. Palestine, I don't know. Don't forget abuse. And abuse. My views shorts. Yeah. And then Trump had the game when my old feed is like, uh, missiles. Missiles is going up. Like, wait. Oh, that's just one of the optics tip. You can't be here with missiles. He is literally the first. I had to do it. Look at this. Because I knew other presidents had been there. But he's the first sitting president. So most of them wait 10 minutes. At a finals. At a finals. Yeah. And it's like, he did Daytona. He did the Super Bowl. He's been on a run. He's the only president that goes to all these events and just kicks it. Like, there's not wars going on. I'm not good. James Point earlier if I was president, I would go to all of this too. Yeah, no. I ain't going to be at war. That's true. I would go to him during a time of. I wouldn't be at war if I did. Yeah. Exactly. I ain't saying nothing about him. I seen it at least 275 in him. Niggas last night. It looked like they can kill me within an instant. Bare heads. I ain't going all of my strong views about whatever I be talking about here. I ain't saying in front of Trump. Yeah. Niggas are killing me and go have a bagel with cream cheese. And then I smile. Extra jelly. Yeah, smile. Oh, they don't smile. Not at all. Ain't shit funny. Hey, not in funny. Not at all. Yeah, Trump was sleep better. Did you peep that? I did. He's always sleep. Mark won't keep us on Trump. Sorry. Off Trump. Somebody was asleep. James, all of us, those and two. If it makes you feel any better. It doesn't. What might make you feel better is that you have an opportunity right now. All of you. To say thank you. To who? Our mayor. Our forever mayor. Thanks bro. I'm talking about. I'll get it out the way. Thank you. Zohran Mamdadi has delivered an NBA for you. You say that shit like in the full Muslim. What does he say? I said his name. He said that shit like you were praying like a praying Muslim back here somewhere. Wow. I'm sorry. I'm finishing children for you. Mark keep trying to get a job in Mamdani's office. I can't do public service. He don't pay enough. I want to do support from the outside. I'm supporting Mamdani from the outside. I'm pointing out. New York crime is as low as it's ever been. Murders are down. Robberies are down. I don't know. The last night. I'm not just the final since he's been mayor. He's following through on promises and he brought the next to the finals. I think Muslim socials mayor should just be elected everywhere. He brought the next to the finals. That was all he did. Dickens didn't do it. Giuliani didn't do it. I think it's time to say the Mamdani is killing it. The Mamdani experiment is working. All the people say, "Niggas ain't leaving. Everybody's going to leave." You know what I mean? They build this. Man, it's great. I let your local Muslim socialists off. Yo. You play different, yo. You play and you let him get that shit off. Niggas came and shot out Tol Jo from the block. He shot him out. Man, I'm dying. Tol Jo from the block shoots people. It don't matter. He let you get this whole shit off with my shot out of the Mamdani. How have you said? No shot out of the head. But I'm saying like, I'm just trying to show. It's working. Let's all say it's working. Okay. You try to bring peace. You all need some Mamdani's at your hometown. I'm a New Yorker. Let's slow down. We're getting rid of crime too though. We need some crime. What? Like Mamdani is killing shit. He's body and shit. Some crimes we do need, especially in a declining economy. Oh no. And a declining economy. The crime is coming. You know what? That's one thing you can be certain of. You know what I thought about the other day? Hey. The crime stoppers did a big one with that little line in the money. And that did slow things down a little bit. A little bit. A little line. What do you have to do like this? Yeah. And I thought this cameras would get them. It worked a little bit. Let's go to our local crime advocate here. Let's do that. That's true. I seen your crime question. I think they had to redirect. Joe. He said, that's the end of today, doesn't it? I think it's got holograms. They got holograms. They got holograms. The crooks are always going to win, bro. Hey, yo, Dave. I don't know about that. Joe, I promise you they got to take in the dollar. That takes in the dollar. Yes, they got everything, Joe. They was stripping the dollar down and putting the bigger bills on the dollar. You're telling me right this second that it's counting the bills moving and shaking? Are you crazy? Yeah. I got a couple of them right now. Yeah. Yeah. And you keep it to yourself. You got to keep it to yourself. About it. 3000. Get your 10,000 all day. Oh. Oh. Oh. Shit. Wow. Yo. He do this a judge that's laid on. He's bombing me. No, I'm not judging you. I'm judging you off in that telling me. Because those could be my strip clothes. I was about to say, toss a delicious one. Oh, I'm going to surprise with no fake ones. Why not? I don't want to go with your shot. It is. So you get off. Yeah. Yeah. He's the best place in the worst place. Well, no, no. I'm not saying I would go with only the fake bills. Because Frank, my man. Like, I know the owner. I'll give them some real money. That's Frank. The joint. The joint. He throw it up. Yeah. When homeboy come and sweep your heart. Earn money around. Yeah. I have a good laugh. Absolutely. Hey. Hey. Sweep away, buddy. They're not singles anyway. Huh? Oh, they're going to think I'm ballin' it. Oh, shit. Joe Biden from 21 years. I know. God, day he killin' it. It's cool. Then I don't feel bad. Because one of these are going to try and give me some pussy after a hundred's in the air. Like, no, I chair. My eyes fake. What do I play? No, you were real quick. I was thinking about something. I saw it. I saw it. Getting the game. One try to actually hold on. Nick told me. We here. We here. We here. Energy. I was looking at something. That really. You saw my, you saw my Floyd and Floyd bein' broke the things that he's doing. I might have to go on your side. I watched something. I'm gonna talk about it later. But I watched something that says that he's really going through a lot of shit over there. Man, spending habits has got him into a lot of shit. So now that 50 posted the lotion. Now you believe it? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I've been sitting here all this time. I thought you was just hain', nigga. I thought you was just hain'. But 50's doin' it for a journalistic integrity? Yes. Okay. I thought you was hain'. But I saw. Okay. Yo, I'ma tell you something's gonna be tough to believe. What's up? I ain't no hater. I don't hate. Paul and me. I don't hate. We got some of those in here, but you're not one of them, right? No, that's bad. Yeah. Who's the haters in here? You. We gonna get to it at the prospects thing. I'll beat you. Yeah, at the prospect of this thing. I'm about to be up. I root for you, man. Yeah, you did. I heard you. Look at my name. Biggie. We just should be backhanded. You backhanded, come on. Big up, man. Big up me. I am strong. I am strong. I am strong. I am strong. Oh, man. Big up, man. He's single himself. Yo, this thing. See, it's somebody. They know that already. I am. So funny. And now it's time for my favorite part of the show. Prize mix. All right. The NBA Finals are here. And, boy, are they wrestling down to the ground. Anyone with a New Jersey on. The official partner of the NBA. - There you have it. - All right, let's see, let's see with my quarter, man, snigger knocking shit on. - Yeah, I do that. - You just got back, you come on, man. Here we go. - All right, let's see if Mark is aware that Jay Electronica had to show the other day, Mark and Parks, I forgot, I forgot Parks is down with this. - Yeah, that's up, that's up. - Did you guys get wind of Jay Electronica's show the other day? - I would have flew out. - Oh, well, here's the promoter of said show speaking to the crowd after Jay Electronica managed to not show up. - This is real talk, I've never went in such a like this. But I'm gonna be straight out, suppose he's gonna be here around two a.m. I bet you're gonna be fucking close, my dude. I don't know what the hell's going on with this dude's mind and shit, I don't know what's up with them right now. I'm sure something you heard about Phoenix the other night. - That's another show that he pulled this move in Parks and Mark. - I hope everybody enjoyed everybody that rocked this stage tonight. - Damn, man. - I hope everybody enjoyed the vibe while it lasted, but I don't know if man's showing up real talk. - New Japan. - Would you got to save yourself? - You can put that phone up, baby boy. Don't take Jay Elect. - He wants to get the official statement. - Yeah, man. - He'll be back again. I don't wanna say the word, but fuck Jay Electronica man, I'm gonna go fuck. (gunshot) - I've got you some fucks. - Say that shit in here, but I do real business you shit, you know what I mean? I was not like it. - I was not like it. - I've done some of the biggest fucking venues for around the thousand to two thousand to seven thousand people, like I don't fuck around like that. I've been with you shows 20 years. - Yeah. - Every month, consistently, every fuck a month. - Well, let me pause it real quick to see what Marks and Park have to say about this one here. - I think it's probably just misunderstanding. - Yeah, I think it's probably a transportation. - And multiple chaffinets too. - Yeah. - He's probably still at East Coast time, maybe. - A lot of times, don't get mixed. You just have somebody call you a one and then they hit you at 11, 'cause they don't want, yeah. - I mean, honestly? - My first chance to law for y'all to just call people a piece of shit. - 'Cause I know Jay Electronica, he's not a piece of shit. - I think you're cool. - But is there a chance that you maybe know some people that are a piece of shit? - No, I don't know when somebody don't get, oh no, he's a good, I don't know Jay, so. - I know some people who are a piece of shit. - I don't know, well enough to call it one way or the, all right, so like our blue came up being told, that's not, you're not a hypocrite, you're a hypocrite. He's not a piece of shit, but. - He's a piece of shit? - Piece of shit worthy. - No, not my brother. Here's what I was saying. When I heard that, my first thought was, I hope he's okay. - Hope he's all right. - You know, and that's the thing I hate about promoters some time, other people who are doing business is that they're only thinking about their bottom line. - This feels like victim blaming a little bit, Mark, I'm not gonna lie. - No, no, no, no, no, I'm just saying like, I don't know what happened. - It's definitely victim blaming, man. - It's not victim blaming, if, if he got-- - If he's still up for a show, it's fucked up. - You do know what happened. - He had a show, he didn't go. - He didn't do it, but we don't, that would be fucked up. - We don't know why he didn't go, and I'm sure details, that matters, that's what I'm saying. - It doesn't matter at the part of the story where I have a crowd here who was expecting to see Jay Electronica who don't see him. This whole diet tribe that he's going on, he's doing it in a corny way, but I have enough dealings with promoters to know that that's a very real issue for local promoters who make their living booking artists. If the artists don't show up for whatever reason, artists got a million reasons they don't show up. But it does fall on the promoter who said, "Yo, this person's gonna be here." That person will have a hard time. The next time they say somebody's gonna be somewhere, so you dismissing it. - I'm not dismissing it. - And he does sound corny while he's doing it, but it's a very valid point. - It is. - I think what Jay should do is maybe hire someone to put out a mask or send Rory out, maybe, and just do the tape. - That'll work. I think that a couple things. One, the promoter's right to be frustrated. I ain't mad at promoting for being frustrated. I wouldn't go and say, "Just a fuck that artist." Unless I knew why they, unless I knew why. Maybe he does, but I'm saying, I mean, he continues. And in this, I hear him saying, "I have no problem giving everybody a refund." However, if you enjoy yourself tonight and don't ask for one, then that's a solid. - Which he said that made me four different. I'll let it play. - I do shit. - I'll let it play. - I'm gonna speed him up a bit. - I can't appreciate everybody that came out tonight. I appreciate you guys for the bottom of my heart. I appreciate DJ spoke one. I appreciate the homeboy DJ Scientific holding it down. Appreciate the whole staff here. Make some noise for the usual things for opening up the doors. - Sure. - CEO, if you've never been through this before, this is what he has to do. - Yes. - I get it. - He has to shout out the chef, the sous chef, the niggas that opened, clean the windows, bar bags, when she'd go wrong and everybody was looking to get paid. Yeah, this is a tough spot to be in, man. - You may just say this, it's almost done. - We will be back, but I'm gonna be back with a fucking real legend in shit. We're gonna put on a fucking great show for y'all. - Like he's pissed. - He is. - He shouldn't say somebody, but he's pissed off. - Like I said, busy your place of point, important to purchase, if you really need a refund. Otherwise, if you enjoyed the night, you enjoyed the night. But yeah, fuck Jay, electronic, I don't know if fuck you shit. Yeah, man. But y'all, we can write out for a little bit. Maybe if you want to vibe out to spoke one, it's scientific right here. - See, when you got to go from J-Elect to smoke one and sign a tiffy. - Shout out to those boy, listen, I'm not trying to be funny, but the name on the headline is the name on the headlines for reason. And also Mark, I ain't talking to Mark, I'm gonna be talking to all these. The promoters that book you, they don't necessarily have to be a fan of you. - They offer all. - That's a business. - I used to book comedy shows. - This is a simple math. This is, how much does this person cost? How much can this venue hold? - venue hold, how many people can he put in here? - So there's nothing really stopping him from saying, you know, fuck this nigga. - Yeah. And he has every right to be frustrated. If he wants to say fuck dude, that's on him. I don't think that's a good way to do business. That's not the way I would move. But also, I'm just trying to show the other side of this. And the other side of this is, if J-Electronica stood them up, that's not cool as, he owes him an apology, he should make up the show, he should probably, whatever. - Did 'em people back, they motherfuckin' 65, 100, man? - Whatever it is, they should do that. All I'm saying is, is that, - That's not a good thing. - They could ran off with it too. - But there are artists who are dealing with shit. And I know artists who are dealing with shit. And the way I know J-Electronica, if he's missing the show, it's not because he said fuck that show. There's a reason. And that's all, and so I would give him to benefit a doubt knowing him. But I understand why people are frustrated. And again, if you stood them up, that's fucked up. You should never stand people. - He's so foolish, shit, I mean, he's a man. - I hate to say this. - I know, I know, I know, I know, I know it. - I know that his man then stood up 70 promoters across the nation, this is just the first person. - I was saying 10. - It's just the first person that spoke up. This nigga's been just on a tear. - I don't know that. - Well, you ain't textin' to find out. - I tried. - Did you, did you, did you, did you back? - It's been two minutes. - Damn, man, I thought that was your man. (laughing) - I just texted you. - I did do some investigative journalism this weekend. I went to Governor's Ball, saw clips. I saw Ghee, she's one of my favorite bands. And I saw Freddie. And afterwards, he told me that he was not in fact, dissing you. - I know that Freddie wasn't dissing me. This part of my job as a podcast is to come in here and make something out of whatever the internet that's talkin' about. I never thought that Freddie asked my man. Even if it sound like a diss, it's not something. - Governor's Island is nice, right? - Yeah, it was actually, it was dope. Really good set up, really good set up. - That's your spot where you had little romantic date that you told me about. - You get the massages on what it did. - It was, it was no longer at Governor's Island, Governor's Ball is now at Corota Park, which is, you got the massages on Governor's Island. - Yeah. - You rented the overnight, the overnight 10. These things think it's about romance, nigga. - Both of 'em dope. - No, I know you romantic, but the people I did it down in, tell 'em 'bout how you carried it down. - Are you romantic? - Yes. - That's just his middle name. - He buys flowers every week for his girlfriend. - Yeah. - Still? - Yeah. - Boy something else in there. - Even if he slip up a week, still the gesture in it. Governor's Ball. - Yeah, you got a hand in it. - Yeah, you don't believe me? - It's one of the biggest lies in the world. - He always buys it. - So what, I'm talking to y'all. - Flip, flip, flip. It's one of the biggest lies ever said on his podcast, but because we were suspecting, we all say that about. - Did I buy flowers yet? I bought white roses yesterday. - Uh-oh. - White roses. - I'm gonna call right now and say yo, when's the last time you got flowers? And what color? - Do it, do it, do it, do it. - But that's not the question. - That isn't the question. - The question is how often you've got flowers. - Yes, that's the question. Call Hado. Call this mysterious lady. I don't even know that you got somebody. - I don't, I think he adopted a kid, bought a dog. I think the masquerades he running for this as white lady. He just trying to present a certain way. I don't think this girl exists. - No, I spoke to her. - Hey, hold on real quick. You're live. I wanna ask you a few questions. What's the last one? - Okay, she say hello. - Hi. - What's the last one? - Hi, hey. (laughing) - Where's the last time I've got flowers? - Yeah, that was a dry eye. - No, who's that? - Yesterday. - Huh? - Yesterday. - What color are they? - White roses. - How you best not our question is. Can you ask our question in? - What's real great? - No, she said, that's not our question. - How often do you buy flowers? - How often do I buy flowers? - So you go to the supermarket once a week. So mostly about every other week. - Is that so? - That's sufficient. - I'm about to get it. - Thank you, mysterious white lady. - Thank you. - Yo, thank you, mysterious white lady. - Goodbye, baby. - You go to the supermarket, you go to the supermarket, you go to the supermarket, you go to the supermarket every week, nigga. - What's happening? - Oh, Jesus. Oh my God. - I feel like I was in a printable's office. (laughs) - I don't know what I'm talking about. - She's mad at this nigga and trouble for something. - Yeah. - She mad, 'cause I spoke to her before. She was mad, jolly. - Yeah, not at all. - What did you do, yo? - I didn't. - It's a minute of work, man. What you told that lady we be doing? She watched the show. No, he's speaking on your behalf about your girl nigga He didn't say nothing about my girl. Why she sound like that last month middle and my girl watches the show So she knows some antics. So when I'm like your whole door and you want to speak it. She like oh boy Let's talk about this is my problem with you. This is my problem with you words mean things and You have the ability to be misleading So when you come up here and say for five years Yo, I buy my I make my girl love flowers. I make it a point every week to get her some flowers what that implies is very different from I'm buying groceries every week and I walk down to the motherfucking flower out in the supermarket and get us a flower So yes, it means to say wait, I'm not done talk. I'm not done, but I'm gonna interrupt it But you interrupt me and I'm not done, but you interrupt me and I'm not done. Do you have the discipline to remain silent as I speak? Your foot gonna follow so you go to the supermarket to get groceries and while you are there You happen to purchase some flowers for your lady, which is still a great gesture like I can sleep That's that don't make it still but it ain't what I thought you I thought you all right, so let's go Let's go with you was moving them. No, I thought you was hitting them with the joints. I would never make it shit, but one I Don't only buy flowers at the grocery store at the discounted rate and Every grocery store is different the flower is a dye and I'm a lot my turn My bad big dog every grocery store different. That's number you have wagons Get fresh flowers on a every other two-day basis, which ones a lot of them which ones by will you live? A few got it, but we're not doing that But as I was as as I was stating that lady was scary a yo fam Give a fuck about these ain't God She's so nice. What you did man? I didn't do that. I said yo. You're live on the show She says oh boy, cuz she know it's some fuckery Baby sitter like the lady you never saw with the fucking stripe stockings When she come all the fucking mother got a top-laying the only fill up from the bottom, all right, so you're the man I didn't mean I said that's a guy. He's a man. You go grocery shop. No, I don't you do Don't start lying. You do he don't believe nothing. I say about me Yes, I know grocery shop. Yes, so you got a grocery store. I go get Doritos I'm at least a fruit anything I need that's important. I'm into the garden or Uber Eats and those together You go mate. You go for death. It depends most time it depends So I go about myself a lot That's why you got to get the flowers if every new number you get I know I got to get my girl something while I'm here You trying to bag something to go. No, I'm saying you back you got flowers. No, no, you back No, you bagged it already and now it's like the balance of the cheetah world is not I got to get my girl something He made it like when your girl catch you catch you with some shit did you cheat it with but you didn't cheat it was saved on the joints But you catch you with this one so because it's just one you got you know, baby, you write yo You write about this one I did it Now you got me I did all that I will never do that again. You like That was close. I thought she found out about the current piece. I'm cheating with you. I'll be thank you Go I was cheating on two and a half years ago. She is not hot on the trail Hey, her investigative skill Hey, baby, you know what you're so right. I'm never gonna speak to this girl again You ain't got to worry about that. She already been out to roll the dice. Oh my god anyway. All right It's just romantic glad we got all the way all the flowers. No, that shit. My wife is like flowers. I would think I'm romantic My girl would say I'm not probably if I asked her. Mm-hmm. I didn't ever ask her You ain't got a shit that she's in the middle Because we might have two different ideas of what romance is shut up Martin No, I'm saying for every dude is like that. I think I mean It's not about what you think is romantic. It's about what she thinks romance. So want you figure it out I think I'm romantic if she had a job They're not gonna pop up then I can pop up it. Oh, you motherfucking That's when I'm being romantic when I can pop up at the job unexpectedly and all your co-workers. Yeah, oh my god Your job romantic. Yeah I used to kill shit. What's the name that law? How many dozen Nack clairs the other accessory joint. That's the Pandora. Okay Pandora and you call like killing shit. You put a lot of Pandora bases. No, but back in the day I was with something that worked at Pandora But it was a hood Pandora's like in Queens plaza mall the day shift when nobody in there So when I just walk in there as Joe buddy. Oh my god Hey, I used to catch a lunch pop up at the lunch break. It was like a honor garden. There's some same thing Hey, they have lunch with you some salad and bread six girl Go back there Letta know I'm here. Then they used to know you to co-workers. So they go You see they face light up Y'all don't pop up at y'all girls jobs the job y'all y'all's wife and girl and wife Well, you did that look muddy Wait, which one that little when you played the piano for the kid Y'all What do you think parks was doing you think he was there for the kids? I was born to speak and he brought his wife booked you Yes, yes, you can't trust your wife booking you because now we don't know if Mr. Johnson is at the school this day Okay, no, no, that's why you got a pop up. I'm good. That's why you got a pop up. I can't just pop up in a school. You can't charge Y'all be the example y'all don't pop up at your girls jobs. No, never I Used to do that when I did it not even on the work when the work when I was way younger I was younger, so she had nothing to worry about it with their bartenders and So on the work trip there was no even a hint that you could pop up out the blue Nah, she was in Jamaica. See I like that pop up in Jamaica. She was on all relationships need a little hint of fear I was about to hear what are you scared of my fucking street? Right? No because that sounds like abuse The fear I'm talking about is fear scared No, when I used to cheat Mac long ago. Mm-hmm wait long time ago. Yeah, no man long ago. I'm a change man I'm a healer my baby's moving up and I'm super in love But when I was a cheater and all cheating stories of me harkening back Niga I used to be so petrified. I would think somebody's pump it's the thought of her Let's do it. It was scary anywhere. You don't have a child. It was scary I'm talking about when you cheating and you take some bodies. Don't please. Maybe shouldn't take on man Yeah, man was scary. Anyway, I'm in a room with a minute. Don't she so it's not really So he's got my relationships. I've been peeping this um relationship between my man Darryl is a bell that he played Ron Johnson on different world, okay, you know him in Tempest, Blitz, though Vanessa from the Cosby show. They've been together since the 90s. Okay a lot of people don't know that They've been together. So I think 93 No breakups no scandals no public fallout and and a lot of people seem to think that the key to the being together, is that they never got married. They lived together, they share a life together, but they never got married. You know, celebrity marriages would be like two years old, three years long. They also don't have kids, so that can also be part of it. But I don't believe they have kids together, but you have to double check that for me. But what I know for sure is they didn't get married. I'm starting to think that the success of at least the celebrity marriage, maybe not all marriages, but at least the celebrity marriage is to not get married. What do y'all think? No. I think this is just luck there. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Understanding. Yeah. I'm on the side of let everybody love how ever it is. They love. If you want to get married, have at it. If you don't want to get married, have at it. You want to be Jim and Chrissy, have at it. You want to be like whatever examples we have. However you love, it's how you love. I don't. I mean, I mean, so you don't think it's nothing about marriage itself when they I'm talking when they're famous. And I regularly people, you know, a lot of the different. But like with famous people, I feel like sometimes the marriage itself puts pressure on you. And I feel like people start attacking the marriage. He was attacking the relationship. He was trying to break them apart. He would try to test the dude, to test the woman. And I feel like it fucks the marriage up. Why do you think that's the only thing that's people? Why? I don't think he's I think he's got a bigger target. That's true. He's giving a bigger target. Yeah, we don't care if to fucking but the hotel is no disrespect to them. No disrespect to them. Again, they respect them. They were part of our childhood. They're not like immensely famous to where they would be a target like that for some chicken or some dude to come try to, you know what I mean, break up what they have. I just think that sometimes you find your person and that person is compatible with you. And whatever y'all foundational things are, they are y'all. So I think the marriage thing sometimes the dude might want to get married. And they check me like, I don't give a fuck. Sometimes the chick want to get married and the dude would be like, I don't give a fuck. So if that's what your person wants to do, sometimes you'll just succumb to it. But I think happiness is the goal, bro. I don't think marriage is the goal. I think happiness is the goal. Which y'all do and make y'all happy. Then rock out. No, I was saying you're famous and married. I'm not that famous. And my wife's not. You're famous. You're famous. You're famous. That my fucking told sir. Will you be? And I ran in black Wall Street. Where's he be at? The black walkers. Yeah, you're famous there. Yeah, that's like, that's not really famous. I'm talking about real famous people. Like I think that's one thing. Also, my wife's not in the public eye at all really. So that's also a different situation. She's a podcast. She is. Are you, and you know what, man, it's less people. Yeah, I don't even fucking talk. I'm gonna get the dog. Are you like a hot piece of ass in the academic world? Are you something that they want? Yes, honestly. Because I only know from this. I wouldn't only know from here. You've ever seen him in this suit with the elbow pads. Yo, yo, yo, yo. Those are there for a reason. The corduroy. No, he, he, him. He, him, man, I could do me. I got a black, especially black. I'm coming to the market for you myself. I gotta see. I've been so faithful for so long that I don't you don't remember. You don't see that long. It's been, I mean, the pre-marriage, you know, I don't remember. It's all blurred, man. You never even think about like this honesty. Honestly, honestly, honestly, I don't even, we always play with this honest guy. Like, no, I think part of it for me is I got married so, so old and so late in life. I don't, I'm not on some high ground. You already sold your Royal Oats. Yeah, then that's like if I got married when I was 25, make sure even maybe 35. Put out new sewing machine. Hey, put out. Hey, it's a new yarn out there. Hey, yo, hey, they got boy, they sewing like the boat, take them off. They, they put your fish. They killing me. I'm going to teach y'all how to do this one day. I've sold my Royal Oats. They got new sewing machines. - Yeah, the one that's wrong is tell me yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo. - Oh, yo. - Wow, man. - Yeah, no, it's a different soul, by the way. - Yeah, as I said, I'm just gonna pop it into one day. It's like, it's the same thing. - We know that. We should be in funny. - Yeah, it's hilarious. - He always tries to step on it with his smarts. Fuck your smarts. (laughing) - Fuck your intelligence. - True. - All right, let's try it a different way. You gonna have the same experience. - If you had, if you had, we'll get back to that. - You said what? - If you, he's gonna have the same experience. - Oh, now, wait, wait. I'ma thank you, shooting, and I'ma turn up on you and not him. - You already, you shoot everything all day. - I'm telling you from this point forward. I didn't even say any camaraderie between y'all. I'ma take it as you, shooting, and you're gonna get shot and not him. - I got a gun too. - Okay. - They ain't make one. - Okay, all right. - Okay. - All right. - As long as you know. - You know they ain't make one. - I forgot what I was saying. - But he said that you're gonna go through it one day. - Okay, so if there was something that, if there was something that you had to tell somebody, and it not get back to your wife, who would you tell? - No? - That's it. - Nobody. - Yeah, nobody. - It's not a thing out there that I didn't get back to my wife. - I don't even understand the question. I might be funny. I genuinely don't understand it. - If you had to tell a secret to somebody and make sure, under any instance, any circumstance that it wouldn't be. - What kind of a secret? - Whatever the fucking secret is. - I know it was a cheating secret. I didn't know. - No, no, no. - No, no, no, no. - No, no, no. - I'm not trying to trick you just a secret. Who would I tell? Who would I tell my best friend? I would tell the dude who's my best friend. - Got it. - Yeah. - But not a chick. - Not because she's a chick, but just because she's not my best friend. - It's about three people in the world. One of 'em is a woman. There's about three people in the world. I would tell something to, and I would feel completely confident that it would never go nowhere. - Okay. - Yeah. - Even though, even STDs. (laughs) - Even STDs. - I wouldn't try to be funny. - Which I don't have to say. - But if I ever got one. - It was funny. - Yeah, I would, yeah. I would feel kind of, those people I trust with anything. - Got it. - Yeah. You're blessed. Three people. - Three. - Yeah, that's dope. Yeah. One is blood, you know what I mean? I gotta, you know, you know how that goes. Yeah. But I think you have the same situation because when you get married, because you're older? - Don't laugh, Flip. Why are you talking to me about it? If you laugh, I'ma shoot at you. Go ahead, Monica. - Yeah, you can't. - Because you got married in his 50s. - Yeah. I mean, if these are 60s, you will. (laughing) - You got nothing to worry about. - You ain't got nothing to worry about. - I love that out you. - I love it. Your man is actually 50 that you best friends with unmarried, but you shoot at me. That's my man. - No, no, no, no, I'm, what's he even doing? - Look how fast it could get there. - I trust him. - It could get there. - It could get there, it could get there. - 'Cause you can't get there. - I'm not talking about me. - 'Cause when you're 50, man. - You know what I mean? - 'Cause if you get married in your 20s, you're gonna be everywhere. - Mark. - What's your fucking mouth? I slap the forehead. - You're a fastie. - You're a fastie. - I'm a fastie. - You're a fastie, you're a fastie, you're a fastie. - You're a fastie. - You're a fastie. - You're a fastie, you're a fastie. - I don't think I want this more. - I don't want this more. - I'm saying niggas and niggas and niggas are still gonna be moving everywhere. - You know what, that's true. - Niggas and happily married niggas and niggas. - I'm happy and shit. - I don't know, we happy. - Oh, you wanna, oh, you wanna, oh, you wanna, oh, you wanna, and, re-can, come, fix your, toy, yeah. - Yeah, they bonded though. - Oh shit, no, look at that. - That's why they bonded. - The fucking house is breaking down. - That's what old faithful niggas bond over. - Yeah. - And as opposed to, I got a doctor, he won't, he won't put none in your records, he's gonna, take this five days, you'll be five. - You used it non-deodorant soap. - You smoked that shit. If I didn't hear that shit, you and the money was talking about in the kitchen, off mic last five. - That shit would, you would have killed me. - Why? - 'Cause I would believe what you saying. - Me and him. - That's what happened to get a little glimpse of you. - I don't know if that's the new or old video, but congratulations to Dr. Umar, Dr. Umar, I was gonna try to use it to start trouble with, with Mark and Ish, but I won't, they both already let it be known that they will indeed work at the school if Dr. Umar grants them an opportunity to do something. - Also, we have, last week I meant to tell you, Adam 22 and his wife faked a divorce for clicks, views, and monetization, like the fucking slimy, white, much that they are. - Oh, that wasn't real? - No, it wasn't real, nothing about that was real. TMZ reported it, which we can get to TMZ reporting whenever y'all want to do it, they have fallen off a cliff. - If it ain't a death, then, really, it's a mess, paid for publicity, essentially. - Yeah, and I think the public is starting to get a whiff of that now, and I don't think that was the case before, before I think people took them in front of-- - Yeah, people took them in, but now, again, resting piece to my girl Ashley, just reporting her name to her. - Oh, the Tanzanian police have cleared this white guy, and it's like TMZ, y'all are reporting what the Tanzanian police lit, this is a mess. - Well, yeah, so anyway, they reported Adam and Shorty were getting a divorce, then Shorty put out something that said, "She's got a stalker or somebody that is fouling things on her behalf that are not true," and then Adam came out and said, "Yeah, once we found out it was a fake, we figured that we would just play along." You can say it, they're (beep) They're (beep) and they try to throw you off the trail by fucking a bunch of people, they're (beep) both of 'em. And I think they lie, they are lying, I guess. No, I'm talking about, about not breaking up. Or you think they're broken up for real? Yeah, I think the pride of the backlash from it might have caused them some paper. So now we're just gonna do the shit in private. It ain't no reason for us to be broadcasting that shit 'cause you know what, come along with it. He, not the most well, like, nigga, like, when I heard about it, a nigga that we know, created a whole clip and was like, yo, I'm about to light 'em up, and I was like, too. So, 'cause you know what's gonna come. Once you go black, nigga, say, yeah. All that type of funny joke, when niggas was gonna say, listen to you, nothing but the clip up. Hey, and put it out. Yeah, it's, yeah. - You got that. - He's so dumb. - Yeah, yeah, flippin' stuff, flippin' stuff. - Hey, listen to me. - It was (beep) Oh. We talking about it. He took the name, huh? But he had a, some fly shit, too, like, some real fly shit. Then he had put out, and I was like, chill, yo, that's wild. But, yo, yeah, we gonna get divorced on our time behind closed. - Anybody out there that is actually going through a divorce, you are in my place, and my heart goes out to you. Anybody out there that's faking a divorce, I'm praying for you, too, 'cause it's fake. - For divorce. - Different prayer, you need it. - Different prayer, yeah. - But what I've learned, as I've been outside, just speaking to people, that is a really, really, really thriving community, that whole second marriage, second wife, second husband community. - What do you mean? - It's lit right now, I don't hear. - Like, people are women espousing its benefits? - Yes. - The second wife, I've seen some of that. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - You could never do that. - What you mean? - People are saying that, like, the second wife is the one, or the second husband is the one. - Yeah, I don't believe that. - No, I can't believe that. - I can't believe that. - 'Cause a lot of people get married from, kind of, piggybacking on the conversation we just had. A lot of people get married under pressure and under d'Vrush, especially at a younger age, you don't really know yourself. - Yeah. - You don't really know what you want out of life. You know what I'm saying? So, even if you knew yourself, the second marriage person, version of you is different. - True. - Oh, sure, yeah. - You've grown, you've matured, you've learned, you've learned. - You've been trying to make a sense. - You're a different person. - No, think about the shit. I was about to say you, but me, the shit that I did in relationships in my 20s, my girl would never believe I was even capable of in my 40s. - It wasn't like that. - No, it wasn't. - It's cool. - Your girl would do it. - No, I'm just saying, like, how I would respond to certain shit. Like, I was a little more, she would believe it. - Critical. I was, you know what I'm saying? Like, certain shit, I would say to my exes, I would never say to my girl today. How I would respond to certain shit, I would never respond to it. - Do you look at it as, it's just grown from my bad. - It's about you, my children. - And not that the person is different or she may respond to it. - It could be a combination of the two, but just me as a person, I'm different than I was in my 20s. Hopefully so, all of us should be different people in our 40s and 50s than we were in our 20s, but so you might have been in a relationship and handled shit just all fucked up in your 20s. You wouldn't handle the same stimulus today. - You correct? - And that way. - Your other point that a lot of people get married for the wrong reasons, you know what I'm saying? Like, they just feel social pressure or they have a kid. So now we should get married or open minded in your 40s like, you know what I'm saying? - Yeah, culturally that happens a lot. And I know a lot of people from the South who felt like, and they need to be married in their 20s. - Right. - People I went to school with. Like, of North, we didn't do that shit, but in the South, they was like, we get families, we doing that shit. But that's the interesting thing. - And some of us are options. - Yeah. (laughing) - Sorry, you wanted to go see kids. - That's the truth. - For real, you will? - Yeah, I know. - I know. - I know, I know. - I'm like, okay, shit. I didn't arrange it in court, I was like, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't. You know, some of us-- - No, I'll stop playing. - For real, you will, it's not for that girl. - Don't play with me. - I know. - I mean, that's what happens is brings you, man. When you, you know, the love of your life for you, you see them in this room, you know what I'm saying? - What do you have used on marriage? - Mine? - Yeah. - I'm not anti-marriage at all. I think it's dope. I think, you know, it is what it is for everybody. It's not the same for everybody. For me, I'm not dying to be married. I don't look at it as an accomplishment. Some people look at it as an accomplishment. I don't look at it as that. I look at me and my girl being happy as an accomplishment. I know mad niggas that's married and they miserable. You feel what I'm saying? But I know people that I was in 15 year relationships and they happy as shit. They just travel in the world doing all types of fly shit. - Like, temp is in there. - Yeah. Prime example, yeah, like I don't, it's not a big deal to me. Like if my girl put pressure on me to do it, yeah, maybe I'll do it. I don't mind it. - I think you would want to do it for the tax breaks as a business man, but maybe I will. - No. - That's about the best. - No tax breaks for me. - Huh? - It don't present no tax breaks for me. - I think it does. - He's in the differential. - Oh, that would be true. - Yeah. - I think, when I think about the second marriage thing, I'm like, fuck no. I mean, I'm very happily married. I don't be with nobody else. I could see it though. - And the event that my wife was abducted by aliens, I would not remember it. - I would never do this shit again. - You older though. - Maybe a lot of the people might have got married at 30. - abducted. - It had five of the marriages. - It had your wife. She went there to borrow it. (laughing) - Next time I'm supposed to make sure she'll be back. She'll be back in a second. (laughing) - We're in B on that ghost. - Yeah. - I ain't good man before. I gotta stop watching your stories. - Yeah. - Don't feel bad for me. - Yeah. - I don't like that. - My fuckers, making the shit out of that beat. (laughing) - I just think that, you know, again, Niggas got married at 30. You might have stayed married at 35. And again, you see where you fucked up. You see where the person you might have ignored red flags and the other person. So when you meet somebody new now, I think it's different. Yo, we old. - I would date. - I might even have a long-term girlfriend, but I wouldn't wanna live with nobody ever again. - Yeah, I would. - I wouldn't want to do nothing. - I would, I just wouldn't. And it's not because like, oh, I love my way so much I could replace it. - Yeah, it's not even that. It's just like, this shit is a lot. - Yeah, I wouldn't want to. - And doing the shit, wetting two wettings, two partner, but again, you might, you might just go to the justice piece for your second wedding 'cause you know the big, big, big, shabam ain't what it is, no more. - Good luck, so that would, right? (laughing) - No, because a lot of times the women are. - It is like a marriage. - Gotta be in a second. - It has to be. - Yeah. - You can't be nobody. Especially, I'm good. I'm got to get and do it again. Yo, how about you flip? - What? - I wouldn't marry again now. - You know, but it feels good is that you're able to grow with a person. I think that's what I love about my relationship with my wife. You're able to grow with you growing and she putting up with what she put in the way I put up with it. And we're able to overcome and come together. - So it's for sure? - Yes. - You know the funny thing is, you don't even have like the marriage-lingo thing. (laughing) - She put up with she put up with it. - Yo, because you know what I'm saying? - You come together and we overcome as a nation, we. - You're not married, you're not married. You don't know the stuff to take. Watch your fucking talk, that's what I'm saying. - I think it's all that I've been sharing the end of the day. You got to build with somebody, man. - True. - You got to build with somebody and that's what it is. Like my wife watched me grow from nothing to something. So that means something, regardless of what it is. - Yeah. - For her to say, no, for real. For her to say yo, yo, if her to say yo, I see a difference in this behavior, I see a difference in you just as a human. Then it's not only her, you're a kid. My children are older. My daughter's vocal, these things happen. - That's when you really be trying to reel it in. - And I got kids. - No, I do got children, you know what I'm saying? - No, when he see he loops in the crowd of his marriage-lingo. - You ain't gonna love this thing, no. - We got kids. - Why the niggas have to be playing around, and they go, all right, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. - Maybe on the internet, what do I do? - Oh my God. - Man, I'm scared of my marriage. - Oh my God. - I'm so scared of it, it's girl, you heard of. - Don't try changing that, no, no, no, no, she's scared. - 'Cause you be playing with her. - No, don't call that later, you're good. All right, Lewis Hamilton shares Mark's views on being a billionaire. And even if we believe it from Mark, I'm bringing it up. Just ask if y'all believe it from this nigga. - You got the audio, I thought he said some powerful shit. - A little something, Mark. - Mark, when do you ever just think somebody is full of shit? - Just like to be full of shit and stuff. - Off camera. - Off camera, and the kitchen, yeah, I don't think it's live. - All right, Lewis Hamilton, like to hear here, here we go. - The one of the things that I'm like, I struggle with every day, and it's just how life isn't it's been the way for thousands of years, that there is such a disparity between wealthy and the poor. And you know, you still, when you drive around LA, there's still so many people living on the streets. You shouldn't be able to have billions, right? I think there should be a limit to how much you can have, 'cause there's enough to go around to everyone. So somehow creating a law that creates more equality, yeah, and equal access to everyone, you know. I don't know how that you would implement that law. - That's all good. - But like, geez man, I've met kids that are starving. - Yeah, same. - And you think, oh, Lewis, how are we, we are so, so lucky, so many of us. - I'm not taking advantage of your everyday is so, so important. The one of the things that I'm, - All right, do we believe Lewis Hamilton, whose net worth is estimated between 450 and 550 million, who is also rumored to be dating Kim Kardashian, whose net worth is somewhere in a lot. - I think it's about 2.9 or 1.6, I'm gonna get like 2 million. - Do we believe Lewis Hamilton, or is this some new trendy dope shit that mega wealthy people are using to be related. - I believe the latter somewhere between, somewhere between. - The key word to me in his, everything he said was the word struggle. He said I struggle with this. So for me, it was like he was saying, I know I got too much money to be saying this shit, but I do believe it to be true. But what that usually means in the final analysis is, I'm not willing to do anything about it. - See, that worked. - I think that, I think that the major part of what he said that I agree with is there is a disparity that's too big and it's continuously growing between the have and the have not. - Yeah, true. - That is a thing. And I've been coming up here talking about the shift for five years, it's growing rapidly too, cool. But that still doesn't mean that if somebody doesn't have their billions, that the money is going to be allocated properly to the have nots. - Also, probably. - You get what I'm saying? It's not like, if all these people gave up their billions. I still think that the government is controlling the allocation to more missiles. - There you go. - There is it, right there. More tanks, more missiles, more submarines, more private sludge funds that motherfuckers going to be just getting richer and richer from. I don't think that the billionaires are the cars of poverty. - Mark, I hear when you talk about billionaires and I'm not liking them, but what do you say to the ones that donate money to charities and to the people? What do you say to them? - I know drug dealers do that. - Yeah, but, okay. - Acts of philanthropy to me, they don't make my point, but they also don't undermine my point. I think they're just a separate thing. For me, that's why I never focus on individual billionaires. I don't even like to say, I don't like billionaires. I don't like the existence of billionaires. It's not particular billionaires. It's about, it's the system that produces billionaires. That's what needs to be dismantled. Because to issues point, yeah, in the current system, if we were to take a bunch of money and throw it back into the middle, it would make its way back to the same hands eventually, or different hands, but it would still be hoarding of wealth. It would still be allegarctic power. So for me, it's, how do we reimagine and rearrange the system so that we don't have this big gap between have nots and have gots? 'Cause it's not like billion is just the magic number where the price is right. If I just stay right at the 999 mark, everything will be fine. If people have half a billion dollars, if there's a world where lots of people have half a billion dollars and other people don't have food to eat, and they have food insecurity, and people who have entire, people's wealth is more than entire nations combined. That's a problem. And so ultimately, if you have capitalism, you're gonna have mass inequality, and when you have unregulated unchecked capitalism, you're gonna have even more extreme examples. So for me, it's about, it's about re-imagining that. And that's why I don't go around picking on each individual billionaire or nor do I go to look at each billionaires and say, but look how much he donated. Look how much he gave that money back. Or she, 'cause that's not enough. Even though I appreciate the gesture, what was my man's name? His wife started giving away all the money after they got the money. - Bezos. - Bezos. - Bezos, what's her name? I should say, what's her name? I should ask. Like I appreciate what she's doing. But the idea is, I'm gonna give away, or what-- - Gates. - Gates money. This idea of saying, I shouldn't have this much. I'm gonna give it all away. Now, if you give it all away after you die, or you give it all to your kids, that's not the same thing as saying, look, I'm gonna help rearrange the system. That's all I wanna see. I just think, systemically, we kinda are fucked. Just by greed, and this is a macho man thing to be the head of the table. So, but I don't think that's fixed with money. I think that's why I want systems, right? Because I don't know what I would do if I had half a billion dollars. I might be lowly to give it back. It's hard once you get it. You would be faithful. You would donate. You would open a school. You would pay a bunch of people's phone bills who couldn't afford to pay them. - I would do all that. But you know, Joe's right though. But I would be basically, I'd be convinced of myself that I'm the right kind of billionaire, you know? I remember when I was an academic, and like, I mean, I still am, but I mean, like when we were academics, trying to convince presidents to move differently. And I remember when Cornell West was talking to Bill Clinton. He had Clinton's ear. And all the academics was like, fuck Bill, fuck that, man. You're now sitting in the White House with the power for you to be on the outside. Criticizing power, you shouldn't be at the event. You shouldn't be in the, there was this debate. And a lot of the same people that got mad at him for being in the Clinton White House when they got into the Obama White House, they were like, what's different now? 'Cause you know, I can explain that. I'm doing something different. I don't need Bush White House or whatever. It's like everybody thinks they can do something different with the power. And I'm saying, that's the human nature. That's part of human greed. That's also part of human ego. So I'm saying, I want to have systems in place that my ego can't win. You know, it's sort of like, you know, that's all, but-- So y'all do believe Louis Hamleton? No, I believe he feels. I believe he feels that way. But if he had a sweet ass accent-- If he didn't have a sweet ass accent-- He also wants to take less money for driving a car. That part. Louis Hamleton's might be his net worth might be higher than that. He'd been getting money for a long time. That's the problem. So-- Everybody want to go to heaven. Don't nobody want to die. Don't nobody want to dead. I get the end of the day. I believe he believes it. But again, are you going to walk it? When Shannon asked Neil DeGrasse, would you want to live forever? That's another one of those times. Oh, yeah, he loves it. He lights up. What do you say? Boy, he said no. What was his reason? He smoked that. Do you remember? I'm too stupid to tell you. He said part of the-- he said he wakes up and he lives every day, like his last order. And he's fulfilled, more fulfilled than ever today. And the long story short, he said part of that is because of the urgency that comes with life. And then he gave this ill-ass example. A dog is happy every time they see you. A dog is said to live having many times. What is it, fucking? A human's day is-- It's seven years from dog. Yeah, seven years of some shit like that. So he said so that it could be that the dog, when he sees you, it's just been a week. That's the dog being excited, taking full advantage of because the dog knows that he only has a certain amount of time to see you. So he said if he were to live forever, that urgency wouldn't be there. It would take some of the umph out of what life has to offer. He said it in a way more educated way. I'm not going to make you agree. If you know you ain't going to die. It would also suck to see everyone die, mad times. Yeah, like that would be horrible existence. Every person that you love and care about dies, and you just keep going, that would be miserable. But also, what does not die and look like? Does it mean you get to be in your prime for a long time? Are you at 60 for a long time? Or are you that relative that just refuses to die? You don't want them to die with feeble bodies. Life would be easier if they did. Then he was like, he went back to whatever time where life expectancy was 30. And people won't be living to be 30. And then he said, modern medicine, then that extended to 50. And now today, it's the longest ever. He was smoking. He was smoking. He's just, when he said, oh, by the way, they were all eating completely organic back then. It's like, yeah, solid point. Yeah. Like we're so-- Well, now we got to know that they're killing us through food. Yeah, for sure. But they don't have a small family. Yeah, oh, the shit. Yeah, true. They don't have what? Small. Oh, you want to challenge me to grow up? Never. Go ahead. You ain't going to want more money off of me. Stop your bullshit, you know? Yes, I am. I know. I know you. I know what you're talking about. I go home every day. We can be ways to make more money off of you. We don't. We don't. No, I am trying to get new to grow up, you know? If you can't be here, would y'all debate them? Would y'all disagree with them or shit? Would y'all back down? I have my same disagreement that I have with an astrologer than that. What's that, astrologer? What it got? I disagree with him on astrology. But after life stuff, I'm determined that he-- His astrology says pretty good point, too, is that the times are not the same times they were when they invented astrology. Right. Says him. Sure. There are other people that say some of those things that Dodiak was based on that is the same, and that other things have changed. Again, I'm no expert in the field. I'd have to talk to some of them mediator people. My wife was-- we were watching that clip. mediator mediums. She was mediator. mediator mediums. Yeah, mediator. She-- my wife's a Gemini, and she was making-- and she's super into science and reason. She's not into the spooky stuff. But she was like-- she's like-- but Gemini-- she's like, there's just a disproportionate number of incredibly gifted Gemini's. And she started naming all the people, the princes, the Gemini's, the Michaels, the-- And she's like in like every field, every sport, there's like these like Gemini's who kind of lead the pack. So I mean, I don't know what the correlation is, but I mean, there is a kind of way, science be damned, that it feels like something is-- there might be something to it. And that's the only thing where I get like this with Neil deGrasse, 'cause like at some point for me is beyond science. I guess that would be my only question for him, is where are you science be damned? This is a funny thing. It is science be damned. That's his science be damned? No, no, no, no. That's why my question for him would be, is there anything that you decide how to say about science? He would say no. Science is his religion. Yeah, he would say absolutely not. But we're all religious, and we've been the rules a little bit back to your prayer shit. And even when I asked him something like that, when I interviewed him, he was like, well, science is figuring out the unknown. True. So where will there ever be a world where it doesn't come down to science? That's right. Oh, it's interesting, 'cause I'm just gonna say, I obviously-- It's sick from the ring. It is. He believes that science be damned, you get sick from the ring. Yeah. Like, I believe you should say it to your boss. Who follows you across the rain got me fucked up. Not girls love karaoke with no windows. - That's a tequila. - Yeah, all right, not the tequila. But I'm just saying, what does y'all science be? Like, I don't care what the fuck the scientists say, this shit is true. - Nothing. - Nothing? - I think it's a medium and I think that it's some certain things we just haven't figured out yet. So when you start talking about let's say religion and you start talking about prayer. The scientific people will break it down to the law of attraction and frequencies and once you get on the same frequency as somebody else, you can will shit to you. That's how they justify it. - That makes sense. So if you look at it from a scientific perspective, they feel like sick people can be healed through other means that they justify scientifically as opposed to religiously. - 'Cause I got a science be damned with just clairvoyance. I still, once a year, we'll talk to a clairvoyant to find out what my next year is going to be like. To find out. - For real? - That, yeah. - I guess that is science be damned. - Yeah, that is science be damned. - It's very science be damned. - I definitely would do the same. - And have done and believe in that. - Yeah. - And I know lots of frauds, my deep down on YouTube is watching all the fake psychies get exposed. But still. - Some gifted people out here. - There are some people who I believe got some gifts. - I was tripping out yesterday as I was in line on 31st year of the garden 'cause I looked across the street and I noticed that it was a small tiny door that in '99 or '98, I went to and that's where clairvoyant was. And I went there for reading, I went one time. She told me I'd be fucking super wealthy and famous in all the bullshit I left here. - That's where clair was and she was a boy. - No, no. - No, no, no, no. - Not me, it's not me, it's not me, it's not me. - I knew a lot of women that knew a clairvoyant or me, or somebody that they trusted and swore by. - What makes you? - And I believe in it. - What makes you guys believe in this? - The person who introduced me to one, I trusted her judgment. - So that because anything that they said, make came true? - That's what drove me to it, but I was still skeptical. This is like an old black man, he, that wasn't his primary business, he wasn't like I'm a professional, he was like a artist. But when he did that, you met with him, he did like a prayer, he did some stuff and the stuff he was telling me was so lucid and clear. - You start crying? - What do you say? - You start crying? - No. - Now I ain't trying to be funny. - No, no, no, no, it wasn't like that kind of stuff, but it was just powerful, you know what I mean? And again, if somebody said that's all bullshit, I wouldn't argue with them. 'Cause again, the evidence is against this, right? Science is against this, but what, the shit he told me? And for years he was my, he was a. - Virtual advisor? - See at some point it's no longer evidentiary. Like at some point, like, 10 years of your question. - Why, because it's relatability? - Because I can't, I can't. - Because I'm speaking from my belief system and everybody's belief system is based off absolutely nothing. It's based off wherever the fuck you can try it from. But I believe that all humans come from God. I do believe the God is super powerful. I'll save you, my spiritual realm. I believe that because of that, all humans do have a superpower, all of them. And I believe it's been like that since the beginning of time it's up to us and the community to find out what that is. But clear, the clear void and the medium shit and being able to sense and read, that's just one of the things, is it one of the things? - I agree with that. - I love speaking to people and finding out whatever it is. Their thing is that I'm super poor at and would be poor, no matter how many hours I spend going, it's their thing. - Some people could just-- - Do you think that it's shit? - Some people are gifted. You can just walk up to a piano, never seeing the piano in their life. And they could just literally sit down and start playing that shit to where you think they are classically trained. Some people just are gifted. - And let's take it off clear, boys. Right, you ever be on a bus or a train and somewhere in the old or black woman that you look at you and just know what's going on? - Yes. - Like it's kind of in the same-- - It's going to be all right. - Yeah, it's kind of in the same vein of that. Some people could feel different lead and other people. - I agree. - That's fair. So it's not because it's written all over your face or because it's just-- - What did you ask? - If you're asking me, every one of them that I've stored, let me not overexaggerate 'cause we have a series talk. - I've seen in my life, call it 12 of them. - Really? - Yeah. - Yeah. - Call it 12 of them. - I've never seen them either. Eight of them said, and this is dating back from when I was 16. I was 16, 15, getting on a bus with a fucking bus ticket and the lady is sitting in the front and just grab your hand and just get the talking. I didn't ask for it. - That's happening. - Hey, you're going to be this, you're going to be this, don't worry about it, whatever you're going to do in the future, so another woman said the same thing the way as enough time is passed. And in hindsight, you'd be like, well, God, damn, they smoked that thing. - But the funny part is, you can't be religious and not believe some of this stuff. Because religion is based on that. Like, Jesus is Jesus, he's one of one. But you also got to believe that God is the creator. He made other people that are gifted, may not, maybe not to the level of where Jesus was, but as other people out here with spiritual gifts, or gifts nonetheless. But in the ones that's representing it, publicly being proved wrong. So is it because you guys have faith in the world and miss Cleo and all that? - And now you get to know about capitalism and money. - Yeah. - Some people not doing it for a bit. If you were going to bust in somebody tap you and say, yo, I know you've been going through boom, boom. And they outline some shit that you've been going through in your personal life, they didn't ask you for a dollar. Yo, you're going to get over that. Don't even worry about it, you're going to get over it. - Okay. - That's why I asked you, did you cry? Because everybody that I know that have gone to them, they told me that they were so accurate in how they were, you know what I mean? That they just broke down, they start purging because they couldn't even realize that somebody would know that much shit about you that you never met before. - And I've said with some where I felt like they were a scammer. - Oh, for sure. - Like I've said, if I saw 12 and 7 or 8 of them kind of said the same thing in hindsight and they smoked that in three or four of them, as soon as I sat down, I could tell them scammer. Like they said something that was generic. Applicable generic and applicable to just anybody who said it and said, "Oh, you know someone is not healthy, oh someone in your life, you have to watch them." - Nah, dog, right. - And then inefficient for information. They say things, yeah, it's a trick. There's a lot of it, there's a lot of it though. - I'm just saying, the ones that do that. - That's what I'm telling you, but yeah, the ones who are good are good. - The ones who are good are good. - The older made Brown. - Who's the older made Brown? - The lady from Ghost. - Yeah. - Won't be good. - Flip, do you have anything that you believe, like regards to what science say, even if it, you just like, fuck it, I believe it anyway. - I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I don't believe in a lot of things. - That's what exactly, yeah, I mean, you do though. - If you think, you better never thought about it. - Right. - But if you just sit and think, you do. - I believe in God, yeah, but it's, there's a lot of things that are being, when you go to-- - That's the easy one. - Exactly, but when you go to these rabbit holes, a lot of things are being debunked and stuff like that. It comes off as it's being debunked. So you start to question things, you know what I'm saying? You start to say, okay, is that really real, or, you know, and I feel like a lot of people, when it comes to that, it's relatability, it's experiences, knowing what to say, when to say this, sometimes it's written all over your face. It's been plenty, that's what's in my industry. I don't think I have a gift, but you're all right, it's just because I know that a person might be in deep thought. - But you read people, you walked them to me and just been like, you good, even when I'm not, because I know Joseph's, I don't have a poker face and I'm going with this one, which is true sometimes. - And you go through stuff a lot, like, you don't be good. - Yeah, I mean, but I'm saying, you know, you're right. But I'm saying, even when I'm not doing that flip, can sometimes detect something, something extra. - Yeah, but I'm next to you, right? - You go on me the same way. - He do, don't shit with me, yeah. - You might be clairvoyant. - You might be not going to get it, man. - No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. - And now that I'm looking at you, you do have, you know that all the look, you look, - What look? - You know the look, you know you got the, come on. - Look, look, look, tell me. - Them. - Arabic? - No, no, what? - There's a r in it. - There's a r in Arabic. - Yeah, I said no, not Arabic, but there's a r in it. - Oh, yeah. - Ain't Arabic, too. Whatever you coming up with, it's Arabic, too. You got a different, you look good, though. - Does it stop with all? - If I slap the shit out of you for your beard doll, looking alright, man. You think you're coming in with beard doll looking good? Well, I might see what, text that nigga. Tell him where you can get you from. - He got paid. - You guys, you actually look natural a little bit somehow. - Yeah, look natural, period. - You actually look good, does? - Take it, take it, take it, take it. He got paid 50, 100,000. - You got that done in, in a, in a, in a, in a, - Nah, nah, they got it done before you went out there. - Nah, they got it done before churned it. - Before you went out there. Hey, for somebody out there that think he's older than he is. - Right, right. - You can't be giving away stuff to the poor and looking in there. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. - You guys ignorant, but back to what I was saying, we owe, we owe that nigga. - I got you. - I got you. - I got you. - That's how I know I'm right in this part. I want to go to flow demio. - That's a random craving right now. - It is. - It is. - I'm mad. - I mean, I miss flow demio. - I miss flow demio. - I miss flow demio. - Oh, I miss flow demio. - You going to flow demio. - You got to go to flow demio. - That bitch, bro. - Flow demio. - Yo, only no girls that just be in the middle of it. Activity. - Ain't you hungry? I want some such a such. - Yo, what is wrong with you? - Yeah. - Yes. - Still out there talking to him. Come on, man. - That's what I said. - I speak to feedback. - Flow demio. It's a New York City stable. They got one on a hunt. First street of my memory service right now. - The other one is on 89th. - Okay, the ones further up. - The next one I'm talking about, it's not one of 115. Whatever street that is. But the one is the one on 89th. They're known for their Nutcracker. They invented the Tugot Nutcracker. It's gonna be this big and everybody's gonna want one so in the summer, that was a thing. And those are the fucking agents making Dominican food and the fucking Dominican is making Asian food. For the bio is, yeah. - Is that a New York spot? - I ended up in, this is a shout out flow center. - Shout out to Dampu. - Yeah. - Never know what's in him. - I was like, I know like the spots that people go to, but I don't know like the. - Good spots. - Dampu with that. - Not good spots, but you know, the low spots. - The low spots, that's what I'm trying to say. - I went in there thinking, it was my wife's birthday. We were in New York, I was like, let's just, you know, let's go there. - Oh, that's nice. - Yeah. - We're going to photo my wife. - But that's not what the spots is not like that. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it would be nice. - What else is important? - I told her, I did a good booking chat about the case. It didn't work out. - I see that that's the role I play and you guys is fucking. - Oh yeah. - Yeah. - I was like, you know what I'm saying? - That's another thing y'all bound over. - You don't think other niggas played that role in yours? - They don't. - What's the role? Wait, hold on. - They don't. - I'm sorry. - I'm going to keep up with where I blame anything on y'all or put y'all in the mix or store not a once. - You talk too much for a living, bro. - I'm telling you so. I don't think nothing about y'all. - Okay. - And I'm where I'm supposed to be at all times. There was no point in bringing y'all up at all times. Sorry, buddy. - Take more flip. - I'm not doing that. I'm saying that. - That's the thing of this part. This part, that's what they do. - Yeah. - And they shut the fuck up. - 'Cause I can't, I'm not. - Do you know that I was somewhere where I went? - I don't know that you were something. - So that's what it sound like. So when you listen back with my girls, it's gonna sound like I'm co-signing whatever you say. - Co-signing nothing because I said hello today. Did she gave me the stern look too? I flipped, you know what I mean, shot the shot, eh? But no, I'm not saying you. Oh, you're supposed to be, but some of us are. - Act. - What, act do that? - Big act. Act got me killin' shit. Always big act. - Act is absolutely killin' shit. - Stir shit up. I've been too busy to do my real deep dive on act to see what's going on. But it's been a few bars where I wanted to come in here and say, I gotta get to the bottom or what's going on between act and Charlemagne. - Yeah, I know that story. I just keep seeing a lot of back and forth. - They've been shooting, eh, Charlemagne? - I thought they were cool. - Based on what I'm saying from the blogs, I haven't heard them. - Kinda, but no, but yes. Like, passive-aggressively. - I got nasty-stopping. - But was it said I saw it got nasty? - Well, no, 'cause neither one of them is claiming to be actually shooting at each other. That's why I'm saying passive-aggressive. I think all of it is nasty. But from what I've gathered, Mark, and I'm pointed you, but I'm saying it. - And disappointed. - From what I gather, Charlemagne called ACC and was like, yo, there's a smear campaign. There's some things about to happen because of your home way to dust, runs its academics, TV page, whoever it is. - Yes, that's what I heard. They were saying, Charlemagne was saying a whole bunch of shit. So Charlemagne called ACC to hip him to game. Like, yo, there's some people that's gonna be, and this is why they're gonna be doing that because of the page and yada yada. And ACC was like, all right, well, who is it? And Charlemagne said, well, I can't tell you. And then ACC went on stream and was like, all right, you can't tell me, then you're down. And then from there, they started digging up a whole bunch and shit that I'm not getting into with Charlemagne 'cause it's all pigs playing them in mud. I'm not into that. But it's just been back and forth. I didn't bring up ACC to talk about that 'cause I don't have all the details. I do wanna get to the bottom of it, but I've been calling them to send the shots for ages. And everybody told me, I was crazy. Well, ACC told me I was crazy. I'm bringing up ACC because he interviewed Daphne Joy off the heels of Journalism. Yeah, man, I love it. I like it, ACC, I liked it. I did. It was great. It was unexpected, and I liked it, and you felt victim. Yeah, she got you, buddy. She got you. I seem to did it with my own two eyes. Was it a spin job? That's the, oh my God, it was bad. Yo, she could have took every coin from him in that moment. She could have just handed him a napkin and said, "Wire it over," and it would have been sent in the next five minutes. It was fun though. Like, ACC was just in his bag or like in his bag. I was like, "Yo, he's really smitten." Like, I'm just sitting there. It made, but it made for such a great interview whether he was faking it or whether it was real. I don't think he was faking it. 'Cause he kept swinging for it. He's like, "What's up, I got money." He like, "You better stop playing." I got money. I got money. What's up? If so, if we went on an date, could I fuck on the first night? So, you know, only bit, can I get it free? Only bit, like, he was swinging for it. But anyway, here we go, let's see. Kind of like, "Submissed." Oh, like that. Yeah, I would definitely say I'm submissive, and I could definitely take control in the bedroom. Oh, I need it. Oh, thank God, I have used an experience with this. I could see how one would melt. Yeah? How could you not see it? And I can definitely, like, I just know, I just know my mana. Just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just. I'm rewindin' it. Just, just, just, just, just, submission. Oh, like that. I'll let it play for more. When needed, I can definitely, like, I just know, I just, I just know my hand, I just know when, and what, and I'm just really into it. So. I said she's taking a baseball bat, you know what I mean? (laughing) He was wild. No, it stood out to me. It was you being like, "Listen, I don't usually pay for cat, "but for this one." (laughing) No, the officer was like, "Hey, I'm not on it. "I'm not on it, is it you?" I don't know. It wasn't that, it was just that light. No, I'm dead ass. (laughing) I just saw the look of love. We know you dead ass, my boy. I had the look of shoes out here. No, no, no, no, you weren't. I ain't just free shot. I even knew how to free shot yourself. The look that you had, like, you had your mouth open for me, and like, honestly, that shoe behind. Really? Yeah. The worst thing, yeah, the worst you think, Hank. I love Mark here, and just going over the first time. Like underneath, like, my stool, I was like, "Yeah, we got it." That'll be a good, that'll be good. I like this. I like this. (laughing) No one I'm realizing. I'm a poison right there, that's what you're probably doing. They act, that's where most men die, right there. Pew. This would be, this would be good. You know, you'd have a good time. I can already see, like, if we hung out, if you would be, you'd be funny, and I mean, you're easy to talk to when we go just have a ball. We got to hang out with these one times. Just to see what it would be like. Dog. I'm definitely open to it. It's just, you know, no, it's a distance in between us, and I'm over there, you're over here, like, you know. Shoo. She told this dude at one point, this interview, you know what I like about you? How much you like me? She said that. (laughing) It turned, it turned to me on the fact that you liked me so much. And that's when I said, I could do it interview with him. Yeah, I would love to do it. Yeah, I'm there to play. I could just, yeah, I could just, I know. Let it play, just for Marklin, Dr. Marklin, I think. You know what I would have to have your password, like, get that, like, I got to have your password, and it gets to DM you. I got to check these things, like, your bro, you know, that's my girl, what are you doing? (laughing) What do you think, though? Oh, seriously. This is like-- He smoked this. Now, we can kill her. You need your password if we're dating? Someone, this is the guy, too. Passed it out, you know. Oh, yeah, that's for sure. Why not? Yeah. Like, check on me, baby, I like that shit. (laughing) I mean, I'm gonna pause right here. I'm not gonna go to the bathroom. I know that you are, nigga. (laughing) You know, why you always talk about 11 minutes? Why you always talk about 11 minutes? (laughing) Well, she got him ready to go chase to chase. Come on, let's leave it to him. (laughing) I'm not in here, man, I'm like, yo, yo, yo. You're not doing right now, I'm not doing right now. (laughing) Stop playing. Girl, you don't take much from me. No, no, no, no. 'Cause you could know what they want, they don't matter. What I'm hearing, I'm with @, like, I know what she's on. I don't give a fuck. That's what makes it good. Yeah, exactly. You ain't got a lot of me, I don't got a lot of you. But I'ma play in. Nobody on this. 'Cause she is lying to him, but it's like, I know you. I know you and I be. Cause that's a good thing. When you fucked up, cause sometimes we talk about getting spun like this, it's a bad thing, but I'd feel like for Act. It's bad. - Not if you dive in the washing machine. - Yeah. Exactly. - If you know what it is, you ain't getting spun. - That's what we've seen of the app on the picture. - It's like it's spun. - Girls just look different when you know your dick can't break them. - In an ugly idiot? - No, it's like invincible like fucking Shira nigga, like fucking Chitarra. - Shira. - Shira was girl he man, right? - Yeah. - I'm old, it's that. - Shira. - She got a movie out. - No, no, no. - He man. - He man got a movie out. - Yeah. - Get out. - Yeah. - Yo, I am gonna go see Stupid Ass Masked. I am gonna see obsession. - I wanna see it. - I'm gonna go see it. - I'm supposed to go see it. - You got me. - Good. - I was supposed to go this weekend, but governor's boss wasn't. - I am gonna go see obsession. I think that Christopher Nolan is the man for putting out Odyssey commercials on the pre-sale tip. - Yeah, we're. - Hey y'all. - I got an email. - You can pre-order tickets now, but this ain't coming out no time, so. And at the end of the commercial, they still don't tell you when that movie's coming. - I want to look. I was like, oh shit, it must be coming out soon. - No. - I don't know what it is, man for, I'm going to see it. - Somebody explain, do I need to go IMAX? - I want to. - Or is it a huge difference to not. I'm gonna go to whatever much it is, I don't know if it's IMAX, but they got the comfortable seats in the big-ass screen. I don't know if it's a technically IMAX, but- - No, they got different levels of the IMAX. - Yeah, they do. - He made the wish. - No, they got the one with the water, the splashing and all that shit. They got one with the seat. - Before the ex. - Yeah, they got all that shit. - That's the 4D ex. - You been to that one? - I've been there before. - He's with a young boy, huh? - And- - Oh, they know. - I did finish Nemesis. I'm not here with a Nemesis wrap-up tape, 'cause I would hate for you to spoil it. - But I can't believe that they got the nerve to end with a cliffhanger. - Nemesis, hold on. - I watched 8 episodes and y'all got the nerve to get to the end and culture and throw up the du- - Hey, get you later. - Yeah. - And y'all got me. 'Cause I am gonna watch season two of Nemesis when it ever comes out, this fucking good-ass horrible show. - Yeah. - Hold on, what? I saw 'em all. - It got great, though. - Does it? - 678 was good. - Okay. - 678. - Okay. - Compared to where it started. - Okay. - Tell 'em hold the pressure. - Yeah, yeah. - That's a cliffhanger. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. - Co-trained. - And it escaped. - He did. - Somehow. - It did talk shit at the end, too. - Oh, my God. - You know, what world could you have ever beaten me? Some dumb shit like that and jumped at gate. - Somebody on Twitter was like, "Why every single person in Courtney Kemp produced shows have to be the best dressed people on television." - How about that? - No, parks at that. - That's what my else is. - I think it's the police, bro. - Yeah. - I think it keeps a $5,000 Gucci jacket on. In New Jordan. - The hoodies be $5,000, if you know. - That police dude, he didn't give a fuck about his kid. - Yeah. - His kid kept trying to have a relationship. - Yeah. - They get moved. I gotta go chase somebody that stole from CBS. Then he went and he took him to breakfast of some shit, had a scanner, had the scanner police scanner on. - The son told him. - No, the fuck that part was the son told him to turn the scanner on. - He didn't turn it on. The son told him to turn it on. It just so happened. The bank was getting robbed down the block. - Fuck out of here. - There's no one else that can get here. - Exactly. Nah, he can give a fuck about his kid. - I will watch season two of Mimicis whenever it comes out. - Okay. - I've been at home struggling with who wins between black brunch versus white lunch. Sounds easy. - I don't know about no white brunch. - Black brunch. - How you don't know about white brunch? - I've never been to a white brunch. - Every day is white brunch. - When is brunching out? - Never. - One. And if she said, "My house is black." - The fuck he always trying to confuse me. - You ain't here when I said it? - If it said, "My house is black." - Oh. (laughing) - How you gonna lie to me body is shit these days? - I'm laughing at Mark Lewis, shimmy. (laughing) - You're ridiculous. - What's the difference between black and white brunch? - I was gonna ask you, I was gonna tell you what you're saying. - Chicken and white food versus eggs Benedict. - Oh. - Chicken and white food. - Shrimp and grits versus what else? What the, I put chicken toast. - I put chicken pie pie in the white brunch. - I mean, what you saying in any contest? - What? - It's not like black brunch is better. - That chicken pie pie and the brunch. - Not about that. - I don't know in a white brunch toast. - I'm about to say staples. - I need more white brunch foods. - So I think white brunch, actually I haven't been a few white brunches. Yeah, I think about like, I'm let's own a little skit or a little. - A little for sure. - Yeah, I'm a little bit sure. - Pancakes. - Pancakes, French toast, waffle. - You know, regular shit. - Yeah, that was a good. - A lot of pork. - So nothing that comes from that. - It's some creamy sauces. - Yeah, I mean. - Ain't that many ways to do breakfast? It's the lunch part that makes it a little different. Like black people, like you won't get that fried chicken in there, it's gonna be really good, you won't get it. - Turkish eggs, white fritadas, eggs Benedict. - You know what a fritada is? - I feel like white, you know, do jazzing up mushrooms, it's gonna be fire sometimes, like this. - White cheddar and chives, scones. - Oh yeah, a scone. - Scones, scones. - Let's go ish. - Whip ricotta toasts. - Oh yeah. - Sourdough. - Sourdough, something. - Get the fuck outta here, bro. - I'm good. - I'm cool. - White brunches, fruit. - Mini brie bites. - And journey. - White fruit salad. That's racist. Combined sliced pears, pill white peaches, bananas, and coconut flakes. - All right, they lose. - I'm cool. - And yogurt parfait. - Yeah. - So hot. - Boo, boo, hmm. - Yeah, they lose. - I'm cool. - Yeah. - But white bread. - Even though my mom picks up some really great, like, merchant dice shit that they sell at Cracker Barrel and just put for decor and put it in her house. - I didn't know this whole merchant dice. - Me either. - They do, they have a store before you. - Me either. And apparently, it's fire shit in the Cracker Barrel store. - They do. - I'm sure. - By the way, white brunch is where it introduced the bulini and the mimosa. - And we stole it. - Oh, wait. - I just want to bring that up. We can't take away. - Slow down. - The bloody marriage. - The bloody marriage is at the white brunch. - You put it in the bloody marriage. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - You cook it. - Is that true? - Yeah. - White sugar drinkers, I was saying. - The mimosa, the bulini. - And the bulini. - And the bloody married. - The bloody married. - That's a bloody marriage. - What do we have to combat this? - Oligie. - We stole it. - You know, we just took all that. a shrimp on the bloody mario 2 or a bacon in there or something. It's seven other co-hosts up here. - It's not as much fun for me. When they do it, you don't. - Got you. - Come on, please. - A wine cooler. - Come on, boom's farm. - Please. - Come on, let me give you a boom's farm. - Oh, what was that shit? - Mad Dog. - Mad. - Banana. - Yo, I had the, I had the little flavored honey shit as we get that shit. Like I tell you, any bat, he just starts to wipe trash. - I'm such a fucking man. - That's a bad one. - Which flavor would you get? - All three. - Oh shit. - You didn't have a little one. - Yeah, whoa, man. - Should they bat? - Yeah, fuck it out. - I mean, it's like, it's already like a pre-mixed drink basically. You just put it in ice. - Huh. - Yeah. - In any bat, what are the flavors? - Ice tea. I have to something to add. - Ice tea, berry and-- - Hennessy, pay us. - Yeah, word. - Pay up. - Yeah. - Or at least somebody some free edition. - We will tell people that all this ghetto shit is delicious. (laughing) - Watermelon, Henny, Ice tea, and jolly rancher. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, very bad. - That's crazy. - I'm recently finding out just how much money these dispensaries are paying for promotion. - Oh, yeah. - Yeah. - Chain my views over. - Chain my views. (laughing) - No, no changing my views over. I'll talk to my parents. (laughing) - Listen guys, guys. - They're saying, they don't, they don't understand. - I know these dispensaries was doing that out here. - Oh, yeah. - They got every week of coming to this shit out of some shit. - Hey, this perforage is none like anything you've ever seen. - This is great, great pays. - What the hell? - This guy is crazy. - Anyway. - Are you making money? - Shots a lot of money. And if you had dispensary out there that's looking to fucking do something and you have millions, then reach out. - There you go. - Is that simple? - I ain't talking about them dispensaries. I see the podcast that some of y'all advertise with, man. (laughing) - Oh, let's see what else is important, unimportant. We went through the nicks, JLX, JZ New Shows, at Daphne, Louis Hamilton, Dr. Umar. - McAfee Negotiating for 60 million years? - You care? - Who? - McAfee Pat McAfee, ESPN. - 60 million. - But 60 million a year, from ESPN. - Allegedly. - And where is he at now? - ESPN. - No, no. - I don't know. - I forgot what the deal was. - He got a hundred million for it. - He got a crazy deal. - He might have already been at 60. - I don't think he was. - I think he did. - No, he got at 60. I think if I feel like ESPN has found himself in a position where they have to pay. - Yeah. - Steve got to get paid. Steve, Steve and A Smith, ever since he signed his new deal, every suit he put on look like the reporter version of Ghosts. He looked good with them suits. You have to Steve and A for the suits. Yeah, I feel like they got to pay Steve and A. - Got to pay Pat. - They got to pay Pat. - He's currently at 30. Roughly 30. - Oh, he ain't even asking for more. - It's gonna be double. - He ain't even asking for more. - I hadn't watched 'cause the mainstream on Hulu went down at some point last night, so I had to watch Pat. And it was actually great. Pat doing the color commentary with his squad. What bothers me about Pat McAfee's show, and I watch it enough to say this is that Pat got the green light to do and say whatever the fuck he wants. So when he say something just two-wild, they just mute it for 15, 20, 25. Have it long, they need to mute it for him. You be sitting home saying, "Yo, it's my audio." But they'll show him, they'll show his mouth, and it's every fuck that shit, the fuck, fuck, fuck. And you're like, "Gope, K." - I watch it on YouTube, so I don't-- - Got it, got it, got it, yeah. - She had a Pat McAfee show. - Great show, right? - And what I noticed last week on this show that I never noticed before. I'm always intrigued when I watch shows and YouTube and content creators. I always watch the set. - Yeah. - I never noticed that on Pat's show, some of those desks are bars, but backward. - I never know, Seth. - Yeah. Like if you go to Home Depot, or you're looking to buy a bar and set it up in your house, he went and bought a couple. - And just turned 'em around, put it on the shelf. - And just turned 'em, no, it's peeped up, where the guys are sitting, but the bar's that way. So in your house, you would be sitting on the side this decorative, but on the show, the decorative side is facing the camera, and they're sitting on the other side of the way. Creative, creative move. If anybody out there is thinking about set building, I changed the set building game back in fucking, whatever year that was. I said to all y'all the best, we were joking. Anyway, they sold a couch and some cheers. Y'all went and bought 'em. - That's not the same stupid. - Now they did, we changed the game, we did. Anyway, and they still won't buy new couches. (laughs) - They changed the couch game and still won't have buy new couch. That's the end of my list. That breeding family's topic, there's something I wanted to stay there 'cause that's gonna be real good whenever we get to a guilt arena, whenever we get to what, what's up with guilt and what's happening with him over there, that's gonna be real good whenever we get to a titties. - Gills, shout out to Gills, we absolutely love you. We support you with whatever you're going through. - Word. Whenever we find out what J.B.P. fan titties means. - It's got the money already in all over it. - Yeah, fan titties, I can't wait to hear. Do you guys have anything that's moving your spirit, burning a hole in your mind, body, soul? - I think we got to it. - I think we nailed it. - Is everything you think? - I think that's good. - Is anything breaking, it's like breaking news? - I just looked at it and see if it's gonna be where any afro to his shows and in the Bronx. - No, in the Bronx. - Yankee Stadium and he said, I don't wanna disrespect you by not answering your question. Just let the magic happen. I feel like he's alluding to something special going to happen at Yankee Stadium, so y'all, so. - Be very prepared for something extraordinary. - Y'all gonna be there either way, if nothing extraordinary happened. I'm gonna be there eating, bugging, chicken tender. - I can't wait, man, I bring the sauce and everything for the, since we're gonna be in the same space. - Oh, that thing is impossible. You gonna bring the sauce? - Well, please, well, please. (laughing) - That was good, that was good. - Come on. - You got one out of here. - Hey, it's off-ground tonight. - Yeah, you ready? - Yeah, yeah. - Get it? - All right. - Oh, what else is happening? What else is happening? What, are we done? - We done. - See, there's a part of the show. - That's why, y'all, I'd be like, dog, niggas, ain't paying 50 no more. (laughing) - Nothing, we had a part of the show in months. - Yeah, it's just crazy, yeah, yeah, let's see. Let's just see. Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm, listen to the silence as I search. - All right, let's see here, Robert. - They got his 50 bucks worth, send over 90 questions. Is there music from the past five years that you will show your kids who are too young and understand it now, hip-hop specifically? I think music that is timeless generally is about love. Can you think of a timeless rap song that doesn't have a popular sample? A popular sample, and that would be tough. Temptations by two pockets, one of my favorites, mine two. I don't think it has a popular noticeable sample in the hook or the beat. Do you think the lyrics can work on a different beat or does the beat carry this song? Temptations? - No, I don't think-- - Well, I'm talking about what's temptations? - Eh, eh, eh, I knew you weren't gonna get it by me saying that. - Yeah, no, no, no, no, no, I got you, I got you. - Yeah, you're gonna tell me baby, are you alone? - Hey! - I want a choice. - Hey, you didn't get it! - There's bad rap songs on the same note. - Oh, maybe you would be my two-pop phone-a-friend if I needed to-- - There's bad classics hip-hop songs that don't have a popular sample, by the way. - Yeah, they what? - Maddival, there's probably more of that. - Temptations ain't a song I would give my kids either. - ♪ The Moby-Man ♪ - Hey! ♪ Oh, you know what's out there ♪ ♪ Yeah, no, no, no ♪ ♪ I don't care what my kids do ♪ ♪ And the night, the way they say it ♪ ♪ Yeah, yeah, yeah, so y'all think it's up ♪ - It's just reminding me that I want to interview Eric Sarman. For a bunch of reasons. - When I think about timeless hip, I mean, timeless is always a funny word, but like, songs that I could hear now, I could hear ten years ago, I could hear twenty years ago, I could hear a night. I'm just gonna pick one, I'm like Lucini. - Okay. - It's not a popular sample. - Right. - It's a great sample, but it's not a popular sample. - Troy. - Wait a minute. I'm missing something, that's not a popular example. No, I don't think so. (singing) That's from a big artist, I don't think so. Yeah, I don't think I bet you can ask 100 people they can tell you where the Chinese are. Okay, maybe I don't really talk to music. I'm in a different position. It's a period that really knows the answer. When you say popular sample, I'm not taking that to mean that people would be able to identify it. That's what I assume they meant. Got it. As opposed to like more money, more problems, you're like, oh, that's dying of roast. Right. I don't think when that came out that the people jammed and were able to identify it. Our generation didn't, but our parents were like, that's dying of roast. That was 97. Yeah. My dad, a guest, Lucini, and a second and a half, and all of them. Father of a musician. Yeah, that's different. Yeah, that's by the side of that. I think that's a tough one. Or they were Troy. You know what I'm just thinking? Yeah. Tribe, I think I had a bunch of shit there. It was like, you know, more obscure. For sure. And some that were kind of kick it as a known sample. But there's a bunch. Yeah. Kind of kick is different. Yeah. It wasn't normal to sample hit records for a bunch of reasons. Mostly financial realistically. Like you're going to smack it over the head for sample and die of a roast. Whereas if you find some obscure jazz record from the 50s and take a three second piece and make a bop out of it. And give it some money. You hope they don't notice. Yeah. They hopefully don't notice. Or if they do, here's three grand. And let's, let's rock. Be happy. Yeah. It's a main source type shit. Right. But the other piece of that question was about the love part. See, I think a lot of enduring hip-hop songs are not about. I mean, we had this whole love song that we had last week. I think a lot of hip-hop enduring songs aren't about love. Someone like Troy about loss. I guess it's level, some level. Loss social shit. Like the hip-hop song. Or violations. Or violations. I would have picked changes. Right. Like, I would have picked changes instead of temptation. I just, real shit. It could be about love too. But I just think about more hip-hop, more social shit. Or just part of the time of the song. That I would give my kid. Because you started off saying, yo, what songs would you introduce to your kid? And the social songs would be the songs I would introduce to my kid. See, I didn't do that. I introduced all the songs to it. Once I was driving with my oldest, and I started just asking them my name. What was he made of being fucking 16 at this point? Yo, you know Cypress Hill. Do you know Red Man? Just on some jerseys shit. Like, do you know these people? Because it's important to your day. It's like, no. And then I played every joint from that era on whatever car like it was. Just got you don't have to care about it. But you need to, it's my job as a parent to have made sure that you heard it. Yeah. You need to be literate in it. Like, you need to be able to talk. I didn't understand why my mom was playing Bobby Brown for "Rogative" or Anita or baby face or anything. But I heard it. Yeah. So later. But those was the joint. But at my age, I didn't know it was a joint. You have no idea. But they were popular songs of the time. You took him back. You won't know it if you don't have a parent. Trump plays indeed. But why you in the Commodore? I'm trying to tell Freddie. Yeah. I'm trying to play Freddie. Freddie, you did not do that. Yes, he did. Freddie Jackson posted on his page the clip. Uh-huh.
