According to court documents filed this week, gamma is seeking to uncover the anonymous individuals responsible for launching two websites that accused the company of financial misconduct, streaming manipulation, and misuse of investor money. The complaint argues that the allegations are entirely fabricated and were intentionally designed to damage the reputation of the fast growing entertainment firm. The lawsuit specifically references the domain's Larry Jackson expose.com and gamma expose.com, which allegedly surfaced shortly after a favorable Bloomberg feature highlighted Jackson's rise in the music industry. Gamma claims the sites used inflammatory language and false accusations including claims that sales connected to Kanye West album bully were artificially boosted through bots and yada yada yada yada yada. All right. So Larry is trying to find out who's at the bottom of these. I'm all the way with it. Good. I am out. I'm with it. Just uncover. You gotta show yourself. Yeah. I mean, we know it was some bullshit in there when you say sexy red was surrounded by crypts that kind of should have told you something. It was right there. It's good. By definition, defamation is one of the hardest things to prove. Okay. So if he's saying that he's defamed that means you have to prove that everything said was untrue. Do I believe Delarie Jackson really wants to get into the open my books and talk my financials and prove that this stuff is not true? I don't think he really wants to do that. Maybe we'll do it. We'll see. Maybe I just want to see this. You also have to prove and defamation that your business was truly affected by what was said. And while I think you could prove that it's tough to prove. So I think he gets more out of it again. I don't know anything I haven't spoken to Larry. I told Larry to come up here and talk to me and tell the world that he's not popped. That was my advice on whatever part that was. But I can see how you would put this out just to let the industry and the music record business know where you stand and that you're going to try to handle this aggressively. But do I know if he's going to go through with that? I think just the report of this gets Larry to where he wants to. That both the two things could be true. But again, let's say it's so we can look at it from both perspectives. Let's say it's false. That could potentially harm people from doing business with me. Let's say I'm looking for crowd funding. Let's say I'm looking for sorting somewhere and they're saying I'm misappropriate and people's funds. That now stops other people from potentially wanting to invest with me or do business with me. I can make a nigga lie and say yeah, I was going to get 100 million and I didn't give it once I read the report. No, that's not that doesn't prove that. You can't it's not a niggas testimony. It is a paper trail or some contracts or some emails that say where your business has been. It's not just somebody's word. I'm cool. I'm just he would have to find it. Yeah, but that's but it's tough as all I'm saying. If I'm negotiating a hundred million dollar deal right this very second. And nothing is papered because we're on the phone. And then a report come out on the shave room of some shit that throws them off, which happens all the time. Might I add everybody's safe because I can't even prove that I was negotiating this hundred million dollar. That's the good scenario that you just gave with you. So let's say we are in negotiations. Some of this has a paper trail where we are negotiating. And now I start to get unfavorable reports and I back out of the deal. That's a possibility. Yeah, but I'm not going to say I backed out because this report came out and you look like a sleaze. Don't ever say it on a report. They won't say it. They won't put it on a report. And that's why proven it is just tough. That's why these cases are tough. This way proven it is tough. That's all. But that's why I think Larry got what he was looking for just by this going out saying I'm not laying down. I'm not taking it lightly because that shit went around reasonable doubt. Yeah, you get the reasonable doubt. Or if somebody thinks you're on willing to go all the way. Yes. And if I find out who's doing it now I'm willing to potentially press charges against you. Then if it's false, you get the people to back down. And also because Larry is Larry, I don't think it's as easy as going to the court and making them find out the person that purchased this fucking website. Website. for you. We talk about facing your accuses. There's another story that I think we should highlight. I think it's a great story. It starts tragically, it ends great. And that's in Philadelphia. Three men's convictions were overturned. I don't see how it ends great. I mean, it could still be in prison. It ends as well as it could. Yeah. That's what I'll say. Three men, Jeremy Schuler, Mark Brittenham, or a sheet in 1997 were convicted of murder. And there was no physical evidence against it from the beginning. It was a single eyewitness who said that they did it. And they saw these guys coming out of this elderly woman's apartment on a Saturday. And then they determined that the person that died that day and they convicted this guy. These three guys, the guy said they never did it. They've always maintained their innocence. And they've been fighting with one of Joe's favorite organizations, the Wisconsin's project. And it turns out that they didn't do it. When they when they checked the body and they actually did a full medical examination it showed that it was impossible basically for the person to have died on Saturday. They actually died 24 hours later than the medical examiner said they basically tried to make them the autopsy retrofit the testimony. Because you know how they say, well, we got a witness and the witness said they did it. So they must be, you know, the guys must be lying. So let's just make the case. That's often what happens, unfortunately. And so they did that. They found out that the guy died 24 hours later and it was impossible for them to be convicted. They've been fighting for since 1997 to get free. And a couple days ago the judge finally overturned their conviction. They were let out and just shout out to every attorney and every organization that fought to get these guys free. And also without the technology they'd still be in there. That shit is scared, because I feel like that's a literally any one of them. And Larry Krasner, yes, the D.A. feeling kind of sounds like that. You guys watch the yogurt shop murder thing at HBO. It was like a couple of years ago then they found out that they found some DNA shit. There's a follow-up episode now. So to your point, that's why you're real? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Why is real? Yes. Got it. So to your point, that's why you don't really fuck with the death penalty. Because let's say these three gentlemen were giving a death penalty 30 years later. We found out that they were innocent. Yep, my whole thing in that is they lost 30 years of their lives one. Mm-hmm. Number two, you guys know what they had to endure in prison. Right. Like, yo, people be thinking the shit is a cakewalk. That shit ain't no cakewalk. You did 30 years in the state jail or a fed jail. That shit is real. And then nobody from the legal side gets any punishment when they find out that they fucked up the evidence. Or we tampered with this or we tampered with that. And nobody loses their job or gets any criminal convictions. And that's the shit that I look at as fucked up. That's the problem here. Because I feel he was dumb corrupt for years. Years of probably still is. But there's a lot of us being like Mary. I don't know, but all of it is corrupt. But it's like extreme and Philadelphia, the history of Philadelphia. And I feel like a lot of people don't know how racist Philadelphia has been inherently. All the way down to what is the result even good with the shit with the movement. But just in general, I'm a big fan of Larry Krasner. Because that's the first thing that caught my eye about him. He came in and all of them bull shit cases. He let a lot of them guys out. The whole of Ferrari will be crossing everything that the Leach 8 gets a reception on four courts and matches the EVs pre-reveal anticipation. But for wider, what's some are missing here is not that the Leach 8 isn't on first reaction that least read-blooded enough for the Tiffos. It's a bittersweet glimpse into an alternative reality. One where Apple stayed the course and brought us its own EV. Wow. And that just tells us how powerful branding is, right? Because they've abandoned all of the Ferrari engines. The things that make a Ferrari. However, if they just slap an Apple sign on this thing and make it a lot more affordable than 640 grand, I think it's a hit. I agree. I think it's a hit now.
