Episode 4 - The Artist and Monarch personality styles

This podcast episode continues a series on team personality styles, emphasizing the importance of self-understanding for effective interaction. The hosts discuss how recognizing one’s natural strengths—such as recharging through solitude—enhances work quality and relationships. They recap the four personality styles: teacher (creative with ideas), entrepreneur (business-oriented), artist/artisan, and monarch. The artist/artisan style is explored in depth, highlighting individuals who possess innate artistic or technical talents (e.g., musicians like Chris Martin, sports stars, or craftspeople). These individuals often find it difficult to explain their creative process due to its intuitive nature. They thrive in assistive roles, prefer simplicity, and powerfully convey emotions through their work. In contrast, teachers are more analytical and idea-focused. The hosts note that all styles are valuable and that forcing oneself to act against inherent tendencies is unsustainable, potentially leading to burnout. They also introduce the monarch style, characterized by a strong sense of righteousness and willingness to stand up for fairness. Overall, the discussion reinforces that aligning actions with one’s natural personality fosters harmony and effectiveness in both personal and professional relationships.

[Music] Everyone for the world, thank you again for tuning in to the podcast. I'm joined here as always in the first new series with my partner in crime B. Hi everyone. Okay, so we continue our discussions around the team personality style. So we were explaining the last two podcasts about the importance of really understanding ourselves. There's a key thing here about playing two hour strengths. It's interesting during this entire six month pandemic period, one of the things that I've been finding extremely useful, beneficial, is just taking that space to really think, reflect, and rejuvenate. So I was understanding more and more about how I gain energy by having time alone. I love being around people, but I also recharge very strongly by having some downtime, time alone. And so understanding more about my personality has helped me to be in a better space to do better quality work, and also to replenish or recharge the batteries. So we hope that you're all learning different things, gaining different insights throughout the entire journey of our lives that can really help us to be progressive in the way that we live and in the way that we interact. And we were also explaining that the team model is really key because I understand myself better. As I understand other people better, it becomes naturally easier and more effective in terms of the ability to interact with others positively and harmoniously. So many times relationships, whether it's friendships, whether it's intimate relationships, whether it's business relationships, oftentimes they break down because we don't really know what to expect of the other person and our expectations may not be aligned with who they are as a person. Now of course it doesn't mean that we should allow bad behaviour, it doesn't mean that we should behave badly ourselves or just tolerate that from other people. We should try to be the best that we can, and we want to interact with people in such a way that inspires them to be the best that they can as well. Yeah and sometimes people can also have unrealistic expectations of us as well. And I know that back in the day I used to strive to fulfill those expectations, but actually I was actually going against my inherent tendencies as long as it's hard to maintain that kind of stretching for a long amount of time. Yeah and that's interesting because you bring up an important point. People can adjust and at some points in life we do need to adjust. There may be emergencies etc but what tends to happen is that because we have natural strengths, if we can play to those strengths, then it gives us more capacity to adjust as and when we need to. But to your point, if you're adjusting all the time, that usually indicates that there's going to be some kind of issue, maybe some kind of burnout over the longer term. Yeah it's not sustainable, I thought you sometimes, you know, we can even begin to maybe resent the situation or I'm also even resent the other person. So yeah, it's not a great place to be in. And I always find that fascinating because one of the things I've seen in my life and I've seen this with many, many people in many different situations is that they'll think that what they are doing, they'll think something like, "I'm working hard, why can't this person be like me?" But what they don't understand, I've seen this in many cases, their idea of hard work is they're still working according to their natural style. But then the other person who tries to imitate them, it's a lot more effort to do the same thing and it's less productive because it's a stretch for one person whereas for the other person who's acting according to their nature, what they're doing isn't actually a stretch, you know. And I often see so many times people talk about their comfort zone. But it's so amazing, you can see most people, they don't really understand that properly. So they're talking about going outside their comfort zone and you look at what they're doing, it's like, "No, you're just doing exactly what you're into, you're acting exactly according to your nature, just doing it for a bigger purpose or like on a larger scale." But it's not that they're doing something completely different to their actual personality style, which is like, "Wow, look at that, you know, but because they don't understand themselves properly, because we don't understand ourselves properly sometimes, we think that we're stretching more than we actually are, it's incredible. So how are we going to be artisan personality type? What do you think? I think it was a good idea. So just that maybe recapped so last week or let's say the last podcast, we spoke about the teacher personality style, we spoke about the entrepreneur personality style. So we did a bit more of a deep dive. And now to the artists, yeah, I mean, what stands out to you when we think about the artist or artisan personality style. Well, I think that like, actually lots of famous people fit into this category. But it's naturally got some kind of like really strong artistic skill. They might be really skilled with their hands, they might be skills in terms of like songwriting or singers, dancers, sports stars. So, like, who are some famous personalities that you would say fill into the artist personality style? For me personally, I really like Chris Martin. So break it down for us about Chris Martin. You know, like you just listen to one of his songs. So who is Chris Martin? Oh, my God, everyone knows Chris Martin, okay, I'll explain. So he is the lead singer of Coldplay. Yeah, so this is Banda. They came out, like, things like 20 years ago, like in the Brit Pop kind of era. So that's another teenager. And they're just, I think they're just really known for their kind of their musical skills. Like they've really, they've got, they've got bass guitarist and also Chris Martin. Like he also plays like piano and he plays guitar and he writes all of their music as well. And I just feel like when you hear their songs, they just, they just channel emotions really, really well. And they just, they just construct the song that you just, you just really connect with the emotion, whatever emotion Chris Martin is like feeling at that time. And they're just, they're just such like skillfully crafted songs. And like any songs like, you know, they've written like 20 years ago some of their first hits. But people are still listening to them today. And he just is such a natural gift. And like I've seen a couple of interviews with Chris Martin speaks about his songwriting ability. And he actually says it's a gift. Like he just says it's a gift and it's just really, it's really, also he says it's quite, it's quite easy for him to actually write the songs. That's interesting because I was thinking that see because artists and artists, they'll have a natural gift in this area. But it's not that everyone who is in the, let's say entertainment industry or the music industry, it doesn't mean that they're automatically an artisan or artist. That's interesting. Like before we explain that, you'll get all personality types in every industry, but they'll just be playing different roles if they're playing to their strengths. Yeah. So it's interesting. Yeah. If people have that really powerful ability to communicate emotions, whether it's through art, but there's also other sides to it, they could have that ability to really do things, especially in terms of arts and crafts. Because you mentioned that before. We talked about that. And also technical skill. Okay. What do you mean by technical skill? So people who are just really gifted at artistic expression in other ways, like it could be like through woodwork or carpentry, it could be through sculpture, for example, through various different mediums. Okay. So there's a certain creativity that you see with the artists or artisans. But that's interesting because we also know that there's a different type of creativity that we see with those who've got the teacher personnel to type. So how would you tell the difference between someone who's an artist or an artisan and someone who's a teacher personnel to type? Because from our research, we know that both of them can have some type of creative flair or ability. Well, that's a really good question. And the teacher personality style, they're creative around ideas. So they really like to be creative and work with concepts. And whereas the creativity of the artistic person is actually more in simple artistic expression. So wait, so the creativity of an artist and an artist, so you, it's interesting definition or interesting way of thinking about it. differentiating. When it's a creativity of someone who's like a teacher, they may be more creative around, they say different creative expressions or maybe knowledge because they talk about being writers and stuff like that. And when we talk about the creativity of the artist and or artist, there's there may be a more of a tendency, and it's not necessarily one completely or the other completely, but there's more leaning to creative expression around maybe emotions, creative self-expression in that sense. That's an interesting way of defining it. Okay, good. So we know that some of the most famous people in the world are artisans or artists, right? So some of the most famous sports stars, film stars, music and entertainment stars, I guess also in that space of artists and artisans because they have an ability, when I was trying to read dig into this in terms of what's that skill they can make something look good. And in fact, well, I remember even at school, now looking back on my own childhood, those who had the artist or artist and personality style, often they were just really cool. They just had a certain energy, it's just chilled out, kind of cool style as well, which is quite interesting and in of itself as well. So there's something about looking good, making things look good, and I think we discussed this on our second podcast about how even interior decoration, interior design. So how would that be the case that that's an artisan personality style, or rather how we understand that they have a natural skill in that kind of area? How do you explain that? We just have a natural flair for it, you know, and they have this almost like a six cents, you could even call it, or someone thought they might find it difficult to really teach others like how they do it, they might find it hard to break it down what they do because it's just so inherent and so intrinsic to who they are and how they are. And then actually, like you mentioned before about a teach personality style and they have the skill with teaching and like breaking down and analyzing things. So the artisan they often won't be as it will be hard of them to like really explain the steps of exactly how they've created whatever they've created. Okay, so there's much more of an intuitive approach in that area. Yeah, definitely. Okay, that makes a lot of sense. So because the artisan or artist personality style is actually a very broad group. We know that they also, I mean, so aside from being, you know, some of them being very powerful, very gifted entertainers, something being very gifted in terms of sports, in terms of, you know, musical or artistic ability in that sense, we also know that for many artisans, they may be more comfortable acting in a more assistive role, right? They may not necessarily want to take on the headache of having to be the main person responsible for everything, but they're comfortable or more comfortable in the dynamic of just assisting or being in a situation where they have some kind of role, which is supportive of someone else. And in a sense, because we spoke about this in our second podcast also, in a sense, all of us have some of that. Because, you know, these four areas of the team models, a teacher, entrepreneur, artist and artist, and monarch, they also represent different domains of life skills, right? So in life, you know, we will, let's say when we're studying in the university or studying in college or school, whatever it is, then we've got that sense of being the student, absorbing information, learning it, and often sharing it too, right? Then there's a time, then, you know, then we have the domain of life where we have to look after our finances, you know, look after the economics, right? So make the money, save the money, you know, put something away for whatever it is. So that's where the entrepreneur life skill comes in, right? The ability to handle the finances well, the ability to generate some, you know, monetary income that we can use to support ourselves. Then you've got the artist and all the artists. Now there's an interesting other side for this, which is that kind of, yeah, the expression. There's also something about artisans and artists. If you think about the sports and so on, there's also something about, so we said artistic expression, yeah, assistance, right? Because even as we try to learn in any area of life, yeah, oftentimes a good approach is first to learn from someone else. Like being an apprentice. Exactly. So you're in that role of being an assistant. Yeah. Because that allows you to really see how things work, learn the ropes, build your networks, you know, all that kind of stuff, understand it and get used to doing certain tasks or skills before you take the next step on in that particular area anyway. So that's a life skill on itself. Yeah, yeah, absolutely. And you know, so interesting, I often see people who try to jump that stage, you know, and it doesn't quite work. So I know that sometimes even things that you've been involved in or people that you've known, because when you're trying to learn something, you may go to that, go through that student phase, right? Even if you're an adult, okay, I want to learn, you know, martial arts, I go through that student phase, I've got a teacher, I'm and I'm learning from them, I'm assisting them, you know, and eventually by that process, I get to the point where I'm also qualified to teach. Yeah, sure. So, yeah, so it's very very interesting and then we mention and we'll talk about this later on, that when we go to the monarch or the manager, so everyone has some role of leadership in their life, it could be leaving your family, it could be, you know, looking after or giving shelter or protection to elderly relatives, you know, like that. So that's also a life skill in itself as well. So then how would you say we could differentiate between like just having a life skill and or actually having a particular personality style in that area? Yeah, so I think that's a really good question. So first of all, the life skill, we all have those four areas as life skills. So that's going to be there, we're going to experience those different things. But when you talk about what your actual personality style is, then it's where it's the way that you tend to be most comfortable, tend to be less stressed, I think that's an interesting one. Right, so for people who are monarchs, for example, they feel very comfortable being in a position of leadership, it doesn't stress them out, they actually feel like energized by that. For those who are in the teacher personality style, they love intellectualizing, teaching, learning, philosophizing, those who are entrepreneur personality, they love doing business, right, they have got a natural skill for that. And therefore, for those who are in the artist and artist personality style, you can see they're most comfortable when they can assist, they don't have the headache of actually having to be the responsible person, but they're also comfortable very much in terms of that creative emotional expression. So you may find that they're in their element when they're acting, you may find that they're in their element as musicians, you may find they're in their element when they're doing something again, like sitting in the interior decoration space, I guess you probably will also find some of the world's top supermodels in that same space of artisans as well. Yeah, it's a good point actually. Yeah, there's a certain connection here, interestingly enough, between the artisans and obviously because of massive people, it won't be everyone, but you'll find that, you know, there are many people in the artisan space who are famous, right, so there's a certain kind of connection or linking to fame. You could also say, I mean, go about that supermodel example, the supermodels in one sense, like assisting or supporting the fashion designers. Yep, yep, absolutely, absolutely. So yeah, this is the interesting point around how the artisan or artist personality style shows up in the world. Yeah, and it's just again, all of these styles, all of them have their own place and all of them are valuable. All of them are valuable. So it's just really interesting because I'm thinking now that if we look at the modern society, which is also very much dominated by the entertainment industry in the sense that, you know, people, people, I mean, imagine what would happen in a world if people did not have entertainers. I'm thinking about how in previous societies as well, the entertainers, one of the biggest roles that they played, was that through their drama, through their music, through their song, they would also convey to the society certain key themes about life. But they wouldn't be the one here, like if it's a drama, they wouldn't be the one who's like written the drama usually. They might be the one who's expressing the drama. I think that's actually true. Although I suspect there's even then there can be some overlap in the modern society, but definitely a certain ability, not all artisans, but there'll be a good number, there's a certain ability to powerfully convey emotions in some kind of artistic and creative way. And you see that in the modern world, that really moves people, that really, really moves people. Some thinking, yeah, famous artists and Rihanna would definitely be a famous artist. artisan. Let's see who else. So I think Cardi B would definitely be a famous artisan. Yeah, there'd be so many of them actually like that. But yeah, it's just a really interesting group of individuals as well. And there'll be some famous comedians who I suspect are artisans as well. You could say that artisans prefer it when things are simple and straightforward. Yeah, that's absolutely true. So I mean, if things get too philosophical, too complex, and so on, too technical, that won't necessarily work for them. But they feel more in their element when, as you said, things are relatively not too complicated, not too many abstract ideas, and so on. And you know, the artisan, I've seen this actually, they can actually be very hard working people. And some of my friends who are artisans, they're just like the sort of the earth. People who everyone knows, everyone likes them, they're just really friendly, positive. So obviously different types of artisans in different categories. But at their best, hard working, friendly, well-known, easygoing, that's absolutely the right word to use. Yeah, it's a really interesting personality style actually for a number of reasons. Okay, so let's talk a little bit about the monarch. Yeah, so yeah, but so the last of the four personality styles, so the monarch is also really fascinating as a personality style. One of the things that we see is that they tend to be quite strong in their character. In what sense? Well, they tend to be much more up, you know, very upright. The monarch personality style, they're the kind of person who don't mind getting into a conflict with someone because they're standing up for what they really think is right and is fair, right? So there's a sense, there's a certain vibe of being righteous. I've seen that with the monarch personality types. They're a bit more fixed on being moral and ethical and doing the right thing. That kind of style tends to come there with the monarch personality style. And, you know, linking to this idea that they don't mind getting into a disagreement or just standing their ground. You know, they're very straightforward people. I've seen that a lot. Monarch personality styles. So they can tell you to your face, to your face that they don't like you or they may tell you that, you know, what I don't agree what you've done is wrong. It's also interesting that you will find a lot of people who are social who are leaders in terms of social activism, right? In whichever area, you often find that their monarchs and monarchs make very strong but also very successful politicians. Belon the Proviso, that they keep that uprightness but they also know how and when to pick their battles. Otherwise, they can easily get into a conflict with everyone and anyone and then it's kind of like, now you're not in the position to really help as many people as you could because rather than picking your battles, you just go into a conflict again and again with different groups of people. I remember one of one of our friends, he's a monarch personality style, like she used to protect kids who are picked on like when she was younger. Like, so she would stand up to the bullies on behalf of other children. It's a typical monarch personality style. Absolutely. There's a really interesting thing with a monarch personality style. There's a big thing around the protection of other people. Yeah, of other people. And especially those who they consider are in need. So you'll see more of this kind of like altruistic vibe with the monarchs. Now what's interesting is both the monarch personality type and the entrepreneur personality type, both of them can get stuff done. They're both good at getting stuff done but one of the differences that you'll see between the two is with the monarch personality type. It's often getting stuff done for people and they really have a strong emphasis on community. They want people, they want to bring people together, they want to collaborate with people, they want people to get along together and they want to protect others. So these people make often very good lawyers, you know, very good governors, very good leaders in different areas. Also investigative journalists. Yeah, I could think of a couple who I think, yeah, that's a monarch personality style like his Morgan. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Because there's something here about being righteous, about justice. Yeah, yeah. And that's one of the differences especially between the monarch and the entrepreneur personality type. And also about fighting for the truth. Yes, yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Now they're very good community leaders as well, monarchs. Very, very good, but it's power and influence for the protection of the people. Yeah, you know, that protection of the people, it becomes even more prominent than just scaling the project for the sake of scaling the project. It's not necessarily numbers are important to them, but most important is actually making sure that people are secure, sheltered, protected, given what they need for them to grow. Yeah, you know, so they have a very interesting role in society because it's actually very interesting that they make great leaders. And one of the reasons for that is that all the other free personality types can relate to the monarch in different ways. So for the artists or artisans who are also interested or who have a natural consideration for their own security or their own personal expression, what they've seen the monarch is that the monarch can actually help them to feel protected. So there's a natural appreciation from that dynamic. Then you've got the let's say the teacher personality type. Now what the teacher personality type and the monarch personality type have that makes them resonate. They're very similar in many ways and they often collaborate really well together. Yeah. Right. So if you know a teacher personality type and the monarch personality type, that sense of being very moral or righteous or you know upright, they can appreciate each other very much on that particular angle. And so that's that really helps that connection. And at the same time because the monarch personality type can get stuff done and even get stuff done on a large on a large level, you know, and also create systems and that kind of thing. Because of that, the entrepreneur personality type who can also do things on the large scale, yeah, they can also appreciate that similar ability in that sense. So there's an overlap. And it's also interesting how you said that the monarchs and the teacher personality type skills really well. And for more, I've seen like when the monarch personality type, when they have teacher personality type people, we really know what they're talking about to give them good advice and good facts. Then the monarch personality styles, they do really really well. And the teacher personality, they help the monarch to like pick the right battle. And also they help the monarchs understand like what level of intensity to apply when they're fighting. Absolutely. Because this is actually the downside of the monarch personality type is that if they're because they've got a lot of drive, a lot of energy, a lot of, you know, passion in their sense. And because they're not afraid of a fight. And actually they like fight. Absolutely. But you see the difficulty is anything taken to the extreme can become an issue. So the monarch personality type, if there isn't a little bit more that detachment, which teacher personality types happen to have, then what can happen is that they can get in broadening things which are not necessarily long term productive. Yeah. Or don't help them long term to be in the position where they can really help society by giving that shelter, that guidance, rather not even guidance, more that shelter and that leadership to people. Because monarchs are built to be leaders, you know, or let's say defenders of the truth in that sense. So there's a, yeah, it's a real skill. And they tend to be dynamic people, especially if they're not, if they don't get in broad in unnecessary disagreements or conflicts, then that dynamism can really take them places. And that unnecessary, those unnecessary conferences, they can really impair them on it. You know, I've seen it sometimes because they don't pick the right fights. And then they actually can lose popularity. Like they naturally popular people in the sense because they appeal to all different other personality styles, like you mentioned. That's on is when they don't pick the right fight or they're not in the right fight for the right reason that say the ham go is not good advice to go on, then they can kind of go down. Absolutely. And another thing that can happen as a downside for the monarch, if they're not really clear on what's going on, they, and I've seen this again also, they may assume that everyone is as moral and as upright and as interested in fairness and justice as they are. But dude, it's not necessarily the case. So that can be a huge area of disappointment for them. But one also, one also, you know, another thing that really stood out to me with this personality type is you'll see that there's a lot of sensitivity around respect. Like the one thing that monarchs really struggle to tolerate is disrespect towards themselves. So for the Monarch personality style, this honour is worse than death. It's interesting the teacher personality style is more tolerant. But they're also more detached. It's just a little bit like you guys are behaving badly. Then we talked about how they're self-reliant or self-sufficient in our previous podcast. So the teacher personality type, because they are more self-sufficient, they have a sense in which I can function by myself. So if you guys behave badly, we just walk away. You know, goodbye. With the Monarch personality type, it could stall a war. I mean, they could really be like, "How dare you disrespect me, blah, blah, blah, blah." So yeah, that's a big thing. A big thing to watch out for. So what happens to the Monarchs if they get out of balance? Yeah, I mean, there's different things. There's a few things I've seen. So one outcome that can occur is that because they're expecting that everyone is as upright as they are, you know, they're going to go out of their way to stand up for someone who's being mistreated. And then if they're being mistreated, then people don't stand up for them. Then that can really burn them. Because for them, it's also about the chivalry. It's about, you know, our team, we support one another, we did it together. And then to be let down in that way. And there's a pattern. And the pattern is when you know what people's values are, you also have a sense of what will really disappoint them. Because what will really disappoint them will be the opposite. So if the Monarchs have a lot of, you know, if they're very strong on morality, integrity, you know, justice, then if they're treated unjustly, or if they see even other people being treated unjustly, that will really trigger negative outcomes. Yeah. So if the Monarch themselves are all a balance, then you know what they could become bullies. Because they actually have a controlling ability, right? You can just see a certain kind of dynamic ability where they can attract followers. And they're very natural and extolabational. It just comes out and it feels very comfortable giving other people direct. Yeah, taking a shot. But it's interesting because the Monarch and the entrepreneur, they both like to kind of be like, I'm in charge. But the Monarch, you see, it's more natural from the kind of, from the perspective of being in charge of people, whereas with the entrepreneur, they're very natural in terms of managing resources and also expanding that resource. So in other words, you give them, you give an entrepreneur a thousand pounds, right? If that person's, you know, at their best, that money will increase. Wow. You know, that's the point. The resources is their strong point, whereas with the Monarch personality type, managing or rather leading people is their strong point. Now, what was also interesting to me was when I started to explore the team personality model, which we said is actually based upon a very deep understanding, which is like many thousands of years old. One thing that was really interesting to me and it very much clicked was that the Monarch personality style, when they understand, or if you give them an understanding of personality styles in general, and how different people function, they get it really quickly. Because it is as if they're built to engage people. Yes. Right? So imagine like the leader of an army, a good leader of an army, he or she is built to understand, okay, you're good at this. You should take that role. You're good at this. You should be in charge of this. You're good at this. You should be in charge of that. So what I've seen is consistent. People who've got this personality type, even in different countries, different cultures, different generation, you also find a lot of these guys or girls in the army, by the way. Oh yeah. In the army, in the military, in the police force. And it makes sense because they're ready to have a conflict. They're a bit more courageous. Yeah. You know, have a bit more courage, a bit more boldness. If there's a conflict, they're more likely to step into a conflict than to step away from a conflict. And they're like, they're like, it's something like challenges, like physical challenges. Yeah. They have a lot of natural physical strength. Yeah. And actually, even psychologically, they love a good challenge. Yeah, they do. So even if it's like, you won't be able to get this project done with this many people in this time, I'll show you I can really do them. You know? So is that sense of valor? Yeah. That's very, very interesting. And there was something else I was going to say about the monocursonality type. So, we talked about how they like to, they often good in terms of positions of leadership. They're going to a certain dynamism. You know, if they, if it's out of balance, they can become that overly domineering person. Yeah. Because they do have a certain ability to attract and lead a team. So it's interesting also that there is a certain empathy that they'll have. Right? There's a loyalty. That was it. Yeah. There's a sense in which they're quite loyal. And as I said, you'll, you'll tend to find these people in the army. You know, they want to stand up for other people. Yeah, they're loyal in a sense. Like, I've noticed if you, if you help out this personality style, they'll never forget it. And they will come back and they'll help you in your time, your struggle. Yeah. I also see with these personnel, this particular monocursonality style, there's a certain ease, which they can take on responsibility. Yeah. Yeah. And they're being responsible, they're very comfortable being responsible for others. And they can comfortably handle. It's not, it's not a headache for them necessarily to be responsible for a number of people for a collective, you know? So they often make good community leaders, for example. Yeah. And then they have a certain charisma. Oftentimes. Yeah. Oftentimes, you know, there's always a variance in any group, in any person at the time. But oftentimes there's a certain charisma that they'll have. But other persons also have charisma. A lot of, like, you know, famous artists and have a lot of charisma. That's true. That's true. That's a very fair point. And what you also see with monarchs, let's say someone in this personality style becomes famous. He or she will be sensitive to helping the community. Yeah. Oftentimes. So they may want to donate money to a good cause. But actually wanting to help for the betterment of society and uplifting people in society. It's a very strong trait that you see with the monarchs and you see it even when they're young, you know? You see them protecting other people even when they're children. Yeah. You see them, they tend to also be quite robust. Because of that sense of courage, they're ready to try different things. They're a bit more courageous, a bit more adventurous or daring. Yeah. And of course, especially when they're well tuned, when they're balanced, they'll also still make a calculated or healthy decision about where they take risks. Yeah. Yeah, that's true actually. Can you think of any famous people who are more like that sort of stuff? Yeah, I mean, the one that really comes to mind, I mean, this is this month is black history month. So, you know, the vision that just came to my mind was Martin Luther King. You know? And if you look at ways, and that's interesting also, that sense of being ready to be very, have a lot of integrity, to push for the betterment of society and to do in a very upright way. Yeah. And then even the way that he spoke, because the monarchs, they can draw a following, you know? That's it. That sense of inspirational communication is also something that's very often strongly there with a monarch. And they can mobilize people to a faction. That's it. That's brilliant. Yes, and that's great because that's just like whether it's in an army, you know, in your the commander, mobilizing people to action, whether you're a community leader, monarchs often, you find them nowadays as psychologists. They may be school teachers, which is interesting because the teacher personality type is also naturally gifted in teaching, but it's very much in a philosophical intellectual way. Yeah. Like his teaching, you'll see it's more about protecting the people and it's more about not just having the knowledge, but there's more than emphasis on the practical application of the knowledge. Definitely. Yeah, absolutely. So, I remember I was making some notes on this a while back. So with the teacher personality style, it just has to be, it has to be factually correct, right? With the monarch personality style, it should be true, so it should make sense and it should be practical. Yeah. So it should be applicable. Yes, stuff you can practically plug in and play that you can use in your life practically and you can see a result, you know, but that result is for the communities, for the society in that sense. And for the entrepreneurs, the thing has to make results. That's the main thing they're interested in, it just has to work and has to get them results. Okay, that makes sense. And it's interesting for the artisans, they're at their best when they feel psychological safety, right? So what they need from the environment, what they need from the people that they're dealing with for them to be at their best is that the people that they're dealing with help to create a stable environment, so there's not that there's unnecessary volatility. So that naturally implies that for the artisans to be at their best, they're not going to for there are around people who are also considered and obviously that's the two-way street so the artisans being considered of other people and other people being considered of them then the environment the psychological safety is really at a higher level and then that actually allows them to be at their best as well for that reason. So I guess if we're looking to kind of give a quick summary of some of the key things to look out for I guess the first thing would be that if we're talking about the teacher personality types they'll have a natural inclination towards philosophy and towards the principles of the truth right so philosophy principles what would you say for the entrepreneurs? Entrepreneur is really about the profit they can be generated and being productive. Okay so the profit and the productivity okay so if we were looking at the artisan so we were talking about that whole point about psychological safety so they're looking at that point about personal expression their own protection and because of that great ability around entertainment and so on we could even use a word play right they can they can actually provide that generate that kind of culture of leisure for themselves and also for other people as well. So what would you say for the managers? So the managers is really about people it's about protection of people and it's also about being in a position of power in which they can really protect people.
