And I wanted to, I wanted to feel that feeling. So our guest lawyer for this bonus episode obtained his jury's doctor degree from Mindanao State University College of Law, main campus. And he passed the 2012 bar exam. Everyone, here with us is attorney, Najib, Lok Mantay, Pisae Hyto, our listeners attorney. Assalamu alaikum, to both of you and to all the listeners. Walik mis salam, warhamtala yaw aparatkat. So first of all, thank you so much for seeing yes to our invitation. For deciding to share your story with our community. So I'm not going to ask you about attorney Harun. I'm not going to ask you the first question. Really? Of course. And the question I have to ask is, we will walk down the memory lane. What is your pre-low program? A.B. Islamic Studies major in Syria. Second time. Key Faisal Center for Islamic Arab-American Asian Studies. Hi, see. So far in a set of people and you are the third guest lawyer in the program, our undergrad program is A.B. Because first we had who is not the dean of the key Faisal, is Dean Jashim. And then we had a Torini Yasin Moti. And then, Alhamdulillah, we have our third A.B. Sharia Islamic Studies major. Why did you decide to pursue your program? Actually, my original plan was to go to high school since we were pioneering a batch of other students. Integrated school, which is an integrated school. Then after that, we were exposed to the Arabic subject. And with the presence of our Ustads, then after that, I would like to be an Arab. Okay. So then, without a viable Dared Zone Scholarship, study abroad for, then you, we were taken to the gym, to the gym, to the MSU. The first thing you said to me was, What was your first year of the year? 2003. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Then, what did you learn from that? I learned my university first was BS Electronics. But then, I was the third program that I wanted to pursue. No, at that time, the MSU policy was the school, the university that I was the first to pursue. So, the schoolers, after me. They were taught in schools, in schools. So, what I learned was, as I said, Electronics Engineering, then after one, I was the first to go to the gym. Okay. Yes, because I want to be an Arab. So, when you were from wanting to become an Arab, to now, you became a lawyer. What was your transition to law school after AB? In high school, I was the first to go to the gym. Okay. It's a trance in the family. So, basically, we experienced during the conversation, when we were going to school, we didn't have any idea of what's wrong. So, we were going to school, we were going to school. So, I was the first to go to high school. I wanted to go to the gym. Okay. And at the same time, since the integrated environment in high school, I wanted to go to the gym. Okay. So, the priority of that time, the first time that we were going to become an Arab, but at the back of your head, you also wanted to become a lawyer. Yes. Because I know that it's possible that we are going to be able to integrate. So, it's still possible. The reason why I was the first to graduate from the university, was that if I'm not mistaken, I would have been able to study Islamic studies. Five subjects. Okay. And then the first subject, I was able to get my subject. I was able to get my subject. So, and grab your memorization. For example, the subject of the Quran. So, my memorization, then my other days, I studied the grammar of the Quran. I'm sure we have a lot of listeners who are from or are in the same age. So, what do you say? The common denominator that I noticed was with our current guest and our previous guest, undergrad was, I mean, Islamic studies. They all wanted to become an alien. That's what the common denominator is. But right now, now that you've become a lawyer, do you even, do you have any plans for a person that dream? True. That's true. Actually, one time I did check that online. That's not what I was able to do. What? I was able to do it. But I said, "I don't have a place to go." Actually, I did. And I also checked into that, because I was interested in it. It was just that you have to commit morning of your entire week. So, for someone who's very busy, it's also impossible. And I also heard that you were an SSG president. Yes, I was. Second year, I was in a campus. Actually, our batch was joined by politics in campus. We were in the first year. But I was joined in the second year. It's safe to say that you're an employee of your father. Because you're a new conframe political family. So, it's like, it's a good thing that you're a trigger for a game. It's a grand for an SSG president. It's like you're a newbie. Because I'm a newbie. It's a political clans. So, you joined the campus officer's class school. Very active. Very active is your attorney's and extracurricular activities. He's a class officer. He's an elementary. He's the intention of the extent of the service. Actually, you're the one who's the right person. Since my elementary. Nice. Now, attorney, let's jump into your. The time when you're in a class school. After you graduated from AB Islamic Studies major in Shelley, you worked at a class school or you were in a class school? I was in a class after my graduation. I applied. Until I graduated from college, I didn't have a job. Actually, that's a reality. But, you're a total agreeon. My eligibility is. I'm just a student. I'm a position student. I'm an employer. But to be fair, there are many opportunities for AB Islamic Studies to graduate. There are many. Qualifying for any government post. So, you're a student at a class school? When did you take your child? When I was in a class school. I was a second year student at a class school. I didn't plan to take my child. One of my classmates. Where were you from? I was in a class school. After graduation. That time, the NCMF indexed the date of the Shariah by its dimensions. It wasn't approved by the Super Court of Date. We only had a date. sa panways para ang mga postponment sa barang guy. para ang din mo na lang gusto mag. dan may mga classmates ako sa Antaglad. He konvinced me to take the Saria Bar in Samstain. Malit pa lang. kasi every two years, kasi at that time eh. every two years. ngayon para ang yearly na, at the year you're gonna say. Alright, so rewind punan natin dun sa time na naka-gaguate na kayao. Nag apply kaya yung ng word, but wala pang. wala pang naga. bumalik sa yung last year applications na. So ano ba yun? Ilang monze ba o'er years, yung aguat nung pag-jump mo sa law school attorney. dah, dah, dah, dah, dah. Actually, I finished my undergrad for three years and one semester. Amazing. While doing campus politics. Oh, oh, oh. Pag may classes. Bapasok talaga. At chakay, I don't think you can finish a program for three and a half years without going overload. At chakay, I feel like it's a summer, it's a bit of a tornado. Because we have campus leaders, we are able to move to the vice-stance. So, for me, I think my subjects are good enough to complete my three and a half years. The thing is, I'm not offered subjects that are a bit of a competition in my life. With other students, you know, I'm a student. So, I'm the one who's in the vice-stance. I don't know how to benefit from it. But, Tarni, I would like to ask, did you graduate with honors? -Sundergod. -Come, Lauda. Nice. Despite being a student leader, he was still able to finish with flying colors. And for only three and a half semester. Three years and a half semester. One semester, I mean. Amazing. So, here is my, of course, I just mean that I'm a graduate school. Was there a pressure in the first year of a graduate school? Of course, I was expecting a lot of students to be a grade-cater, as I was a grade-cater. I told them, "I'm just a grade-cater, I'm just a grade-cater." I'm not a pressure, because my classmates are in the same class. I was one of the youngest. I was 19. When you entered a graduate school? Yes. I was a student. Yes. So, some ability to memorize. Because I was able to do the same thing as the gym. What do you mean, sir? I'm not a gym-cater. That's what I mean. Sir, you're a student. You're a teacher, right? -Sir, sir. -Sir, sir. Okay. -You're a teacher. -Sir, sir. Amazing. Because I was able to take a challenge from the gym to the gym. I'm not a teacher. So, you're not a pressure. So, okay, no pressure, but did you have a hard time? You were able to adjust in the first year. I didn't have a hard time because I was able to go back to the gym. That's why I think that's why I was able to go to the school. Yes. And then we were able to get a scholarship. We were able to get a scholarship. And then the benefit of the academic scholars undergrad. Yes. They were able to get a scholarship. Amazing. And then from my undergraduate to college, I didn't have a scholarship. -I was able to get a scholarship. -Amazing. -Yes. -Yes. For us, we were able to leave our dormitory in Marawi City. We had MSU, no main campus, no law school. It was like we were able to reach our dream. If it's your dream to become a lawyer, then MSU law is right there in Marawi City. And if you really want it so bad, then go for it. I know that if you have a hard time getting a scholarship, it's a very hard time. Because you have a lot of children and a doctor because of MSU. And then you have a doctor or a philosophy because of MSU. I want to return to my research and commissioner. He also said that he owes a lot of MSU. That's why he didn't have enough money to study MSU. -I know that. The financial cost of MSU was during reviews. Because he also gave us the photo copy. For personal and educational purposes. Then shout out to Anomica. -You're just new to the book. -You're sweet. -I'm also a student. We did it after. -Before you, Sam, we were able to get a lot of subjects. -You're a man. You're a man who's good at getting a scholarship. You're a man. So after Sam, what's your name? I bought books from. -Code. -Code, and then. Most books are books. Every Sam. But others. -Yes. -Monger part of your subjects. -You are part of your student to survive loss. You need to be resourceful then as well. If you are someone struggling financially and feeling. you're not the financial burden of your school. You can be resourceful. Like, you know, Tony Taib or Tony Najib. that's a new book. -That's a good idea. -That's a good idea. -I'm a student from Kaliju. -I don't know. -Because it's online. -Yes. -PDF. -What's the most interesting thing about it? -We're able to get a photo copy of the script. -It's a lot of stuff. -It's like. -It's like an internet internet. -So, it's a lot of books. -It's a library. -Now what, Tony, when you were in law school. you were engaged in extra-coolic, critical activities. -When I was in law school, I was in law school. -Okay. -I was in undergrad. -I was in a lot of organizations. -I was in law school in Zalislami-Kasambli. -I was in a company in law school. -Focus on that. -I didn't see it in my life. -When I was in law school, I was in the lights. -Why decided to focus on law school? -Instead of. -What's the most interesting thing? -It's like. -It's like a snake. -But. -It's like a snake. -I'm decided to focus on law school. -Then I was in law school. -I was in law school. -I decided to focus on law school. -Yes. -If I didn't transfer to IIT, -Then I was in law school. -So what are your tips for your children? -When we were in the U.S. -We were in the U.S. -But what you can do is to reserve your wants -to run for a council -of law school. -And tips for your children. -Do you want to be active or do you want to be focused? -I want to be focused on my circumstances. -In the College of Law, I didn't want to be in law school. -So since I was a politician, -I didn't want to be in law school. -I didn't want to be in law school.
Lia po. So you also, I can't see mine, I can't see your mother and mother. Your mother is fraternity. So if you're pregnant, I cannot beat those, right? And shout out to the listeners who are part of the said fraternity. Say hello to them. We have a lot of friends, Jen, of course. We have a violence. We have a lot of fraternity. So if you're pregnant in the council of the College of Law, I don't think you're going to be able to do it. So since the focus of fraternity is on law school, and the studies have it more like, do you, were you a full-time law student? Yes. Full-time course. I said, "You're a kid, right?" "You're a kid." Since my graduation, I'm a grad, or I'm not a higher. Then focus on me, because I'm not in the early bird's college. And seven o'clock, I'm in the college now. Does you study? I don't know. I study at law school. More than ten hours. Because the kids are minus the kids. Okay. We're very happy. So you cannot avoid that. There are instances where you can read, you can read, you can read, you can read, you can't focus. What do you study? How do you start your day? So before you don't pray, you have to pray for your child. Because you're the best memorization. You need to be more patient. And the best for me to be more patient. You're still a genius. I know that you are the best or the best to optimize your memorization. So before you, you have time to be more patient. Amazing. And then memorization is the only way. Do you read codeus? Do you read annotated books? Of course. What do you think? The main thing is codeus. The main thing is the professor of books. The departmentalist means, you memorize the main thing. That's what you're saying. You're not going to notice. Yes. You have to memorize. You don't have to substitute. Speaking of what you're saying, do you have a memorable recitation? Yes. We were in first year. In first year? Yes. Actually, it was very funny. Of course. We were in a pressurized subject. We were in a criminal attack. So, um, I was in a pressurized subject. I was in first two questions. In the last year, I didn't know what was good. I said, "Secret rubber." I said, "I'm a little bit classic." "I said, "Secret rubber." You know what? You didn't know what was good. You're not a blocker. You don't have a choice. Andricay sir is a red parent. You're a little boy. You're a little boy. You're a little boy. Alright, so that's the law school part. Law school journey in attorney Najib. Let's now go to your bar preparations. What's your favorite attorney's law school? 2010, October, we were in. Oh, when did the preparation go? Okay, so next year. October, you know. That time is September. So, then November, we moved to November. So, I graduated in October, then I went to the review. My offered program was an advanced review of the College of Law of UP. Okay. So, we were in a class of four-year students. Then, the professors. Then, we were in MSU in October. So, we were able to review the last day of the review of San Si Bastian. So, it seems like the review program was the first to be released. Advanced review and the review proper. Yes, San Si Bastian. I also did that because I graduated from the school. I graduated January of 2023. So, advanced review, then the proper review was in July. That's a good thing to consider then for our bar takers. They take next year. Perhaps you can do a review, advanced review program. Okay, so this is 2010. October, we were able to graduate. When you graduated. Advanced review, no? Yes. Yes, so, I graduated from Manila. Then, I graduated from Marawi for our graduation. Delete, because it is a different issue than MSU. So, I graduated from. For the fourth year, June, we were able to graduate from July. That's what we were able to do. So, the next day, after my last exams, I graduated from Manila. So, we were able to graduate. And you were with your batch mates then, that's a great review. No, you were with me. I was with you. But, you were friends with seniors in college who were on UP. So, I was confident that I would be able to graduate from my school. Okay. Now, what are you talking about? What are your reviews? Review season. I was reset, mentally. I said, as if I was in a first year of my school. I was in a review class. So, I usually take down notes in a review. I wanted to review the reviews of my college. Unlike in a school, it's a critic method. It's not a lecture. So, I just take down notes. And how long did you study R-Smooper Day? And you still remember? It's a lot of stretch. Because, I was with Manila after my review class. Back to the dorm. So, you were taking the 2011 bar exam. Yes, that's the first exam in Q. Ah, the multiple choice. But, you were in 2012. Yes. So, how did that happen? From that one year in a preparation, what went wrong or short? Did you graduate at the class of a auditorium? Average. Okay. Okay. I was a student because I was a student. I didn't go to college. Because, I didn't go to college. I was a student. So, I didn't go to college. The percentage of the bar, 24% is a legal memorandum that time. Then, the legal opinion percentage, 60+ at the substantial MCQ. When I was at MCQ, when I was at the legal opinion, then, when I was at the legal memorandum, I was a big satok. Okay. But, 24% is affected by the total last word. What is the legal memorandum? The legal memorandum is really good. Okay. It's a good thing. Yes. The bar takers were required to prepare a memorandum. Of course, maybe they have facts. And after that, we believe with sign, example, in defense or in plaintiff, and they do memorandums. Then, I feel that I'm not able to prepare for bar exams, despite my preparations. Because, I can say that, I can say that if I'm not able to prepare for bar review, I can say that I'm not able to prepare for the pressure. It's not like I can say that when I review, the bar takers are required to take care of the people who are more demoralized. Another pressure, you know. When I was in law school, I was in law school. So, I didn't take the bar, but I was in law school every end of the week. I was in law school because I was very confident in memorandums. Because I practiced as a sharia lawyer when I was in law school. I didn't take the bar, I didn't prepare, I didn't have the draft. That day before the bar exam, for that subject, I feel that I can't prepare for the memorandums. I'm not able to realize that. I'm not able to make confidence in myself. I'm not able to make the draft.
Andipayon sa park exams, days byon, a two days before. Meaning, yung experience ko as a-practicing sharia lawyer. Of course, we're doing, we're making pleadings. Dan, because of the laps of time, na hindi ako nakaagawa. So hindi naka ko mag-wala ang pag-wala. So matagalta gali niyong di ba, wanir. So you were already a practicing counselor, sharia counselor,. when you were in law school after your class. I was a second year, so po mas ako, immediately nga gahanal na ako nangkaisis. Amazing, so that's a really good experience for a law student. So going back to the practice of realising a few days before,. yung bar exam, bar day na kay lamong mga draft na legal memorandong. Nung paglabas mo sa exam. I mean, during that exam, ala mo talagang hindi ka naka sa koto mayos. How did you deal with the first train song? So usually wala ako mga apprehensions. Is it a supreme court? That was very confident. Nung naflas na yung mga names. Apos wala kami. Dala mo yung basis ko patinignan, after. Just to be sure,. pangalawan at index ko yung kabach ko,. dari ko gared, datamaka pas. Dita oras. Nain dito pan na feeli? Dipanag sink in. Okay. no feel ko yun. Ay, can't really. Yung. Ay, ay minta bye bu,. but, you know, were humans. Tutoyon at any hour on. Parang,. dipanag gusapan natin yung sa car. Nasa, bico sa yung napara. One reason kain dito ko masyadong mapost. asit, I was once na. tagal kung hindi po masa,. dan when garmal ko tawa,. anabotap kasi gip, pero. parang. dormalyo. Panog yung diba,. parang,. kayalan ako, parang yung. Da time na may Facebook na. Okay. So, basta sa mga well,. namaila na diri ditu. Ay, doon ka. Masakit siya,. kaya hindi ko,. ay, can't afford to go home. Pero, ko? Faila ako sa manila. Ako, attorney. Ituk niya wail, bago mag-review. Parang. 3 mods ganyan. Ikaw ba? When you. new, na,. when you learned,. you failed the bar. Nag-review kana bakagad. Da, nga, india ko mo, eh. May mga kabachak sa manila. Anwain min saan. Da, nung nang start ng review class. indipadin ako nakamov on. Da, ko nga, indrol sa review class. Pero, it was doing self study. For my second take,. hindi ako nak-review class. Kasi, one self study, attorney. Self study. For your. for the coming. for your second take. That's one of the changes you did. Yes, you made it. Okay. Mabagal ka siya ko mag-magrid. Which is a very opposite sa ako,. because I would rather nga magbasa na lang ako,. kay sa makinig. Okay. Yes. Parang mas na aferm sa yung batas. Ito yung procedure. Kaisa ba ba sa'in ko? Nice, nice. So, iba-ebatalaga. Yung learning methods ng isa-taisano. Learning preferences. Ang mag-maganda kasi don sa audio. Dibay may application don,. parang yung media player na pede-mabilis. Oh, oh, yung two times. Pero, to be fair attorney,. kaya ka ba na hitapan. yaxap yung pag-abagsak mo,. was because yung sabi mo'a kanina na 74. kasa 74 yung score mo dattain. Yes, ang score ko sa 74.85. So, parang yun, ba yung reason ko,. but na hitapan kag yung yakset na,. yudid not, may. Okay. (Laughs) Okay. Yes. It's not the. yang ng-affactual na ganon. Yung reality. Emotional,. emotional effect. I think that's a human nature,. talaga, to feel that. Now, what are the. aside from listening to audio lectures,. what were the other changes you did. for to pass the second take? Mentality. Okay. Kasi ang mentality ko,. saferas take ko,. nak simkin sa kaya niyang one of the advises. nang diba, maramat,. ibay yung advises ng profesor. So, nak-disay, dako ko nung kukunin ko. Yung advise na. yung study mo it's enough. Then, nung nak-take ako ng. and before sa. sunday night, saturday night,. nago a-foko ng phone. Dia ko ng makon tak. Talaga ng focus na focus ako. Yung preparation ko,. damitong chocolate,. mineral waters,. battle of. ganon. Then, sa second take ko,. since 0.15 lang ang kulaan. Grape tu na? Sa lang sabi ko. para pumasa. Lahat ng mga advises,. I will consider that. Yon,. my advice na naman,. another materials. Of course, my. my study,. sipred,. studina ko,. nag. manmemorais na ako. I'm still glancing it. Even sa. s-s-s-s-a classroom na mismo,. mong sabar-site na. Minutes before. Minutes before,. nag-aaran pa din ako. Pero,. ibay-bayong 11 ng reading. So,. yun nga,. i-manage my. anabayong yung schedule ko. So, yung duration ng review,. nabigay ako ng. number of days for subject. First stage,. yon. Then, another stage,. baba-balikan ko lahat ng subject. Pero, short-tank yung time. Alo, created that on subjects. So, mabili saan lang. Naparang. selfarang. L-M-T-but-to-last-minute notes. De, yung. legspareto. Okay. Hindi, 'no, usuen ng kami no,. pera, I hear about it. Legspareto no,. yang makikita mo,. yang presentation,. jana,. yung subject matters,. ilang years,. nanita nong sabang. Okay. Yon. Torniaran, kaya ni mo,. alam silegspareto. Fasit nabutan mo yung si. yung codal,. yung sa twitter na. codal. yung codal,. gumagwan naring sila naganun,. yung sa marinong. papalagintinata no. So, yung daten l-exspareto. pan. anon namin. So, tatalag ng 'you were strategic,. naging. when you are on your second take, in terms of your reading sessions,. you have only readings there. It's like a collection of the Ginawakos. So I manage my time. So in the last stage, Ginawakos Jan, Odio, and Mimo Rizational. And Maskal maka naba this time? In Morizational, Ginawakos, in the last pre-week. Using the Alexa Pareto,. then frequently asked provisions. Then, I can say that the codeal,. I really memorize the provision that we have. And I think it was helpful at that time for you to memorize. Part of your exam was in MCQ form or multiple choice question, right? In 2012, and then the MCQ was made,. the traditional one. Because in 2011, the MCQ was made. Yes, and the legal memorandum, and the legal, the legal memorandum, and the legal opinion. But for our listeners,. they didn't even have the same Poy MCQ. They were very different. In fact, the Hirap, because the questions are similar. Yes, so. The difference is the same. The difference is similar. It's a little bit different. In 2011, the MCQ was made. And then the difference between the two was made in the traditional. So much Hirap. Much more Hirap, right? Because it's a lot. We were able to memorize the subjects. Because in the first Sunday,. the Proctor was made. Because the other day, the other day,. it was only a few minutes. Because the MCQ was made,. at the same time, a lot. The MCQ was made, and then it was made. So the Proctor was the same as the defense of the other. It was divided, because it was divided. So. In the second Sunday, all subjects were made in the same time. That's what they did. That's what they did in the 10th. Now, let's go to your results when you pass the bar exam. Yes. I prepared a lot of things. Because usually, we have two or three classes. We have two classes, but we only have two classes. - We have two. - So I'm not the one who's the best. I'm the best. But Attorney,. I have an idea that you're confident in that time. - Okay. - Actually, I don't feel like I'm the best. Oh. So it's like you're back again. Because your first super confident is that you're the best as a ground. Looking for your names twice. I'm just in my mind. I'm not the best except for you who want to be the best. Because I prepared for one year, but I'm not the best. That's what I can take. I'm not in the review class. So it's like you're not feeling okay. - I'm not feeling okay. I'm just saying that if I want to be the best. Now, what do you think of Attorney? Before, in the time of releasing. - I'm just kidding. - Yes. - That's what I'm saying. - I'm just kidding. I'm just thinking about my. my own experience in the Supreme Court. I'm just saying that I'm a text message. I'm not a text message. - I'm just saying that I'm a text message. - Because I'm not feeling okay. - Because I'm just saying that I'm a text message. - Of course. I'm not a text message because we're experiencing falsehoods. That's what I'm saying. - Of course. - Oh. - So since my experience in the Supreme Court, I'm not a text message. - Then how do you know how to get to the Supreme Court? - So, you're really good at this. - Ah. - That's what I'm really good at. Because my plan is to. - Yes. -. to advance. - To advance. And then. that's because one hour is enough. Because if you're a woman, you're not a woman, or you're a woman, you're a woman. - Yes. - So, you're a woman. - You're a woman. - You're a woman. - Yes. - You're a woman. - Yes. - No, I'm not a woman. - So, I was very thankful. - Finally, you're a man. - Yes. - Because I'm a man. As a Sharia Councilor, I'm not technically working in one of your government companies. You're on your own boss. But this time, you're a man who's a man. - We were fortunate because we're an electricity zone. - Ah. - Some are automatic. - So, you're a man. - Yes. - The trajectory of your career is for political politics. - So, you're a man. - Yes. - Because you're a man. - Yes. - Yes. - Yes. - And it's important to be here. - Yes. - About the feeling of being a man. - Good. - The feeling that I'm thankful for that I'm not a man in 2011. The feeling that I felt was that I was a man. I just knew that the feeling of being a man, even if I'm a man, I'm a man in 20 times. And I wanted to feel that feeling. - Oh, my God. - So, this goes to our listeners, J.D., be optimistic, may I say this time, or else, - And if I'm not a man, please don't be a man. Because if I'm a man, I'm a man in this side of my life. - I know that feeling is just like that. Even 10 times more. - You're a man. - You're a man, you're a man, you're a man. - So, you're a man in a different election. Because you're the only one who's a man in a election. After the election, what's the opportunity to be a man? - I'm a man in a world. - Okay. - After three months. - No, in the College of Law. - For. - You're a man in a world. - Yes, for one semester. I'm a teacher at MSU. - I'm a teacher. - I'm a teacher at MSU. - And then after that, - Yes. - I'm a teacher. - After taking the bar, I'm a teacher at the College of Law. I'm not a man in a world. - So, - Sir, J.D., - After the bar, I'm not a man. - subject. - For three years. - For three years. - For three years. - For the information of our listeners, and for three years, currently doing private practice. - Yes. - So, for seven years, you're a private practitioner. - Confidence. - Because after the election, - Yes. - So, we don't have a lot of cases. - But our set-up is for the office. - Yes. - Although, it's a bit too late. - It's like a mentoring. - When I'm a teacher, - I'm just a teacher. - I feel like. - Yes. - The client is a criminal. - Yes. - Next client is about the titles. - Yes. - Next client is a family court. - So, very random, very, you know, - the cases that we have. - Yes, we don't have specific cases. - Because we don't have a private practice. - No. - And then we're doing something. - Yes. - So, I feel like the burden of the - is getting more and more practical. - Unless you're a mentor. - Right. - Were you the first lawyer in your family, Tony? - Or. - In the client. - Okay. - But we're doing something. - You know, - when you're a teacher or a student, - you know, I don't know. - But for me, - it's just like you're doing something. - But not so much as - you're a mentor to the whole family. - Okay. - To survive that year. - What are your relatives? - And what are your professors? - Nice. - Like a Chinese teacher.
Okay. Ang mga cases kasi ang mga cases ko nong, yung correction of N3, government employees, civil service, Manila case, Vinofiles, civil service, in bank yung design. Yung chinit, chang i-dad, correction of 2001 to 1 file. So, my case, dina ko sa administrative case, immigration, manganon, administrative, nga posin na may problema sa lupa, problema sa mga family cases, criminal cases. So, ang dattaim kasi, confident lang ako sa mga syariya cases because patagal na ako sa syariya. Pero yung other, so since, maran, okay, naman tayo sa asipulititian, de ba kanon? So, my courage ako, nga mag-ask sa mga habitara ng ako ka, nagsway confident din ako sa mga cases. Nalagang wag mahyamag pamentor. Nagsaw. Oh. Example administrative case, ano ba yung option mana legal argument mo? Will you allow your client to admit, tapos mag-bibigay ka lang ng justification, or total denial? If ganon, ano ba yung justification mo? So since mag-irap yung mga kaso, wala kanchois hindi mag-as ng matiterano. Min, that's a good point. No, hindi yung muna man kasilahat itata ng sakanila. They are just. Parang marunat marunat, time, mar-mariviching isang wall na pano kaya to. And that's the time that you ask for help. Yes. And you do the research. Example, sa mina. I suggest that ito yung argument mo, because ito yung masasabi hina doctrines, mag-gray school dance. Dance at details na research. Kasaya sa pal, we are allowed to handle civil cases, criminal cases, admin cases, even labor cases. So. Ya, kung gusto maging litigation lawyer, private practice, That's a good avenue. Avenue. Best preparation. Ayo. And except, Example kung derecho ka sa established na no-office, or may ito ka. Tatana, practitioner, ma-predimong makawa yung disim experience. Ifo lah, sa gubierno, pa naman ako. That's the best. What was the turning point na aalis ka na sa pal? Eh, magpuparivit practice ka? After seven years, ng naglisay dako na mag-gjean sa politics. Hmm. Well, what panapuyo first stintu as a politician, or napuyo ang tinakbuhanyo? Nag organis kami ng party list. Okay. Yung moro ako okay party list. Okay. Okay. Then when we reach that point, we decide that, nabakay tin di tayo mag organis, nga thing sa diling political party, para hiti tayo yung nag-i-help. Hmm. We try. So ako ang ngaunah. We've been planning that. So. Then may group of course, nga gawa ng papuliitial party ganon ng party list. So. We reach that point, nga decided na kami. So ako yung nag-compromise. So, this was our round, mga 2020, pandeming. I. No, 20. Pagulang, 2019, 2020. Yes, 2020. Oh, pandeming. Kenopit ko kasi in 2012. Seven, seven years. Yes, nga gresain ako ng 2021. Sa pawiligan. Nasain kasi ako sa paw malabang or more than two years, na transfer kami sa pagganasi. I was the district publicatoriali da time. Then transfer ako sa paw tubud lang na denote and my last assignment was in pawiligan. Then, mga months before my resignation sa paw, nag-applying ako sa fiscal. Okay, for at least. That's why I declined my appointment as assistant on provincial prosecutor of Lana del Dota. I mean, associate, associate provincial prosecutor of Lana del Dota. Yo, so, in dina ko nag-applying u-let, nagprakis na lang ako. Pero, sir, now that you are in the private practice and as well as involved in politics, no, do you think it's worth it? Namaag jump from having a stable job. And I'm not saying low practice, private practicing is unstable, but do you think it's worth it, the jump that you did? No, yes. And aside from that, since galing ako sa private practice, after learning, earning, going to school, so much. Nice. In the, it's not that, the thing is, gusto lang natin mag-maksil visio. Okay, sa powe, pour libera, de ba? And it takes so much, a good intention and good heart to stay in pow, public attorney's office for seven years, de ba? Indi lang siya yung tipong dinaanan mo lang ginawamu lang stepping stone, but to actually stay there for seven years, that's a lot. That, that moment lang hapikana. Okay. It was, wrongly charged. This charge, from public service. Proceberal years. Siya, tinanong ko siya, have you received the notices? Sabi nya? Wala, wala talaga ako narisip na notice. Then, sabi ko, mo, fafail kaya yung notice ko papil. MR, agay magkoshu sa. You can call us. So. expected dalaga na matatalo kami don, because ang preparation ko sa kasunya, up to quarter-fopils dalaga. Nice. So may jurisdiction na. One of the members, nam, parang. may. hayrangking official sa PNP. So. dinait na nalang ko nong nangyayari jan. So dismissed, dinaipada niyong apil na men. Right. D-I-L-G. D-I-L-G. Sa ligal afest palang. panalon nakami. So hindi kami nakapunta dun, through ill busy pang alang pinapadalay. So ngayon nakabalik na siya sa. And kamas yun yung. anitalon reaction ng client mo when he learned about. he was very happy. Kasi he librae. No. Sa paw kasi kami, dinait.
So what are you on? Parang since patapos na manatayo. Magkaibatalaga yung feelings. Mía tryya kanpa sa doo makatek because of COVID being positive so COVID. Mas masakeit so mía positive because COVID you are not given a day in court. While they are waiting, ya, recently, na while they are waiting for the bar result. Anong dapat ni lang gawin, and, ya, ano nang tips mo sa anilawail, waiting for the bar result. Yes, number one, dapat na magtawakal, except whatever will be the result. The number two, increase the prayers doa. Imala imo yung example, if accepted, yung prayer mo yung. ano ba yung booklets mo last jana machek. Hindi ako na review for the intern mat. Sa tarabi, tahajun, then after that, bumalig ako na mainila month before the bar. Hindi ko, I never miss a week to sa masjid. Ahead pa ako sa oras sa masjid. So yung nangginaw ako. Until sa before your results apart, prayer lang talapap. My divine interventions. What can we expect from attorney na jib? Anoy ang expect naman na, aside from your private practice. I am aiming to be in the national politics. So yung motivation. Yes, yung motivation.
