Hello friends welcome back. You know today's episode is a little different. It's not about what I learned. It's about who taught me. Because if you think about it, life doesn't send us teachers only in classrooms. Sometimes we send them disguised as mentors. Sometimes as friends and sometimes as complete strangers who arrive exactly when you're ready. And honestly some of our biggest teachers never even knew they were teaching me. When I look back I realize that every phase of my transformation had a guide. Not all at once, one at a time. Like you know stepping stones across river, you don't see the whole path, you just see the next stone. You have that trust and you know that if you step on it, the next one will appear. Well the first kind of teacher life sent me was the one who taught me to look inward. Not to chase answers outside, but to sit quietly and listen. That teacher didn't talk about religion, didn't give sermons. Just asked the right questions and suddenly the noise inside my heart started settling. My head was calm. It felt like someone had turned on the volume of the world, so I could finally hear myself. Wow! Then came another kind of teacher, the one who said, "Okay, now that you can hear yourself, let's understand how the mind works." And suddenly I was learning things like neuroscience and psychology at an age when most people were telling me to slow down. Instead my mind was doing the opposite, it was now waking up. This teacher taught me something powerful, that awareness changes behaviour. And once you see a pattern, you cannot unsee it. Then came the teacher who introduced me to coaching. And this one felt familiar. It was as if all my life experiences, the good, the painful, the confusing, suddenly had a purpose. The teacher showed me that transformation doesn't come from advice. It comes from asking the right questions. You know that feeling when someone asks you one simple questions and you walk away thinking about it for days. Well, that's good coaching. And just when I thought, "Okay, I've learnt enough now." Life smiled and said, "Not yet." That's when NLP entered my life. And honestly, this felt like someone handed me the instruction manual of human behaviour. Why people react the way they do? Why one sentence can lift someone and another can shut them down completely. It was like suddenly understanding the wiring behind emotions. This teacher taught me a position. How small, children language, awareness and presence can create massive change. But here's what I want you to really hear. Each teacher came only when I was ready, not earlier, not later. And that taught me a beautiful lesson. You don't need to chase teachers. You need to prepare yourself. So if you are listening right now and thinking, "I don't have a mentor. I don't know who will guide me." Maybe your only job right now is to stay curious and to stay open. Because when the student is ready, life always sends a teacher. Every teacher in my life didn't just give me knowledge, they gave me clarity and clarity once it arrives, changes everything. Thank you for being here. Still open, still learning and as always, grow with Jyoti. What does it mean? Well, if you get it, you get it. So if you are ready to let go of what's weighing you down, choose yourself and build a life that feels light, beautiful and free. You're in the right place. Let's do this together.
