Episode 1: The Roadrunner’s First Run: Lawyers, Lies, and Lessons

[Music] Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, we're going to listen to my live podcast. This is DW, the Roadrunner. The Roadrunner in the Yellow Zone. We live in the sun's raised without the sun we have no life. Without the moon blocking the sun, there is no life either, because the earth burns out. And I'm going to start my live podcast like this, my first episode ever. Let me talk about lawyers and how crooked they are. Lawyers are the most crooked entity of any market in America. And all this billboard advertising, you see along the freeways currently throughout America, when you're driving down any freeway, or any local freeway in any urban area, any city in America, you'll see the same thing. You'll see constant advertising on billboards for lawyers. Injury lawyers, injury lawyers, injury lawyers, that's all they are, just injury lawyers, because when they say injury lawyers, they really would handle any case for the money, but they want to act like they specialize in injuries, because that's where all the money's at, that's where the free money's at, because they don't really have to go to court. What they do is they get you to call them on the number that they provide on the billboard, then you call them and act and think, "Oh, this guy's going to represent me." Or this woman's going to represent me. The head of the law firm's going to represent me. That's not how it works. They have subsidiary lawyers underneath them that will handle your case, and they're going to end up charging you a lot of money and take a lot of profit from that lawsuit. And it's going to go to the law firm. They're going to like, they're going to like, they're going to squeeze as much money out of the lawsuit as they possibly can, but they're going to squeeze it to their own benefit. If they can't settle for that amount, then what they're going to do is they're going to settle for less. But most often, they're going to settle out of court. Then they're going to jack the prices up with the doctor, like, say, if like, the person who hits you, whose fault it was, because they don't want to represent that person. They want to represent you, that got hit, where it was not your fault in the rack. That's what they want. They want that free money. The best lawyers are going to represent the insurance agencies, and they're going to represent the defendant. The lawyers that are going to represent you are going to represent the complaint. The person who's prosecuting in the case, the one who wants the money, the one who got hit, whose fault it wasn't, who didn't get the ticket. They've got the ace in the hole already in their favor, because it wasn't your fault. So naturally, they're going to be able to win the lawsuit, whatever it may be. So why wouldn't they offer you free service? And say, we're not going to take any fee and tell the court cases settle, tell us all settled through the lawsuit settled. That's what they do. That's how they operate. They're crooks. They're looking for that free money. And a lot of times, they're going to settle this matter out of court. They're never going to take it to court, because it's so much easier to settle out of court, and so less expensive for them than to fight the case in court. It's going to get settled out of court 99 times out of a hundred. It's going to get settled that way. And then they're going to take their fee, and they're going to give you your chunk. And they're going to get their chunk. And most often, people that are represented by these attorneys learn how to lie, or just like the lie-- learn how to lie, just like the liars that are representing them. The squeeze is much more than out of the turnip as they possibly can. So I'll say, if you go to the doctor, and you say, oh, you have this injury, and you jack it up, and you say, oh, something's wrong with you here. And my neck is out of place, or anything that may be-- you're just another crook being represented by the lawyers. If you're not being legitimate about the case, so I don't wish you good luck for that. If you happen to be the person who did get hit, and it wasn't your fault, and you're legitimate about everything, remember this when you get an attorney. I would go to a small offer. Small offer, the lawyer's going to represent you himself, or herself, not going to have somebody underneath them represent you. Because the second somebody underneath them represents you, then the price is going to get jacked up. Because you're going to want their fee. And then the person that's working for them is going to want their money also. So work as directly as you possibly can with any lawyer, the smaller the firm, the better as far as I'm concerned. I learned this a hard way. I got a targeted tax from the Fed. It's a federal task force, because I was running a second bill company. This happened to me like in 2022. In August 3, 2022, the same day that my mother was born, I received a targeted tax from a tax from a task force, a federal task force. Isn't that amazing? The same day that my mother was born. She would have been 100 years old on that day. She was born in 1922, August 3. And I received the targeted text in 2022, August 3. Bizarre, totally bizarre. Actually, I was driving down the 93 highway on the way back from Windover, where I have a house up in Northern Nevada. I live in that house partially. Just less than part time. I use that house for convenience, as far as taking care of my market up in Utah. I'd come out there every weekend, and I'd stay in my house in Windover, and then go back into the Intermountain area and take care of my market. And it was very convenient for a while, doing it like that. And I was also able to drive up to 93, up to Twin Falls Idaho with the 93 ends, and branches off into the 84 freeway, which is East and West. And it heads all the way to Portland, Oregon. That's where it ends. It ends in Portland, Oregon, the 84. And it goes up through the Dalles and through Pendleton, Oregon, before that Baker, Oregon, before that, Boise, Idaho. And that's where your head or two, where I was head or two, I'm away from Twin Falls on the 93 end. I'd get on the 84, and then head West to Boise, Idaho, which is roughly about 100 miles from that point. And if I wanted to go up to Polka, Tello, or Idaho Falls, I'd take the 84 East, and go up about 30, 40 miles, and then I'd branch off onto the I-15. The I-15 lands and goes through Polka, Tello, Idaho, and the Idaho Falls. So it was very, very convenient for my route, very convenient for my market to have this house and wind over. And it was God's retreat, beautiful. It's one of the 10 wonders of the world, the bottom-fills softglasses, which is like two or three miles from Windover. That's on the Utah side of Windover, because Utah and Nevada are in the same town. This small town, Windover and Nevada, with 6,000 people, half the town is in Utah, and the other half is in Nevada. My house is in Nevada. That's where the golf course is at. That's where the best part of Windover is at on the Nevada side. Utah side has got no casinos, and it's basically the old town and run down. But it's very like a home spun. Windover is filled with Spanish people, about 90% Spanish people. That's about the 90% of Windovers in Spanish race. And they're good people. They're great people. I love the Spanish culture. The hardest working culture in America. My best friends in Windover are Spanish people. I have nothing but good things to say about the Spanish race. I like the black race also. I get along with black people very well. But when they treat me badly or talk to me badly and call me a white boy or a cracker, start that name calling both shit, I'm going to give them the name right back. I'm going to give them exactly what they deserve. You treat me like you're my brother. I'll treat you like you're my brother. That's not work. If you want to give me that bullshit feedback that you think that white people are supreme and you want to treat me like that and make it look like the white race is like an evil race. Well, you can definitely kiss my ass because that's not true. There's evil people in every race. There's white, black, Spanish, Asian, name it. It doesn't matter. Any culture has evil presence in that race or in that government or in that country. And in America is filled with different cultures. So America has evil presence throughout America and good presence throughout America. And the good presence is greater than the evil presence. So that's why you always have to look up and look at mankind like mankind is worthwhile and worth giving the benefit of the doubt too. But I'm a hard-ass. No doubt, I'm a hard-ass. I know that if you believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins, that's a good thing to believe because I believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins also. But as far as religion goes, I'm not a religious person because I've seen too many people hide behind religion and still money in the process. And that especially goes for Mormons because I grew up Mormon. I was born and raised in Utah. Salt Lake City, Utah. So my parents were both Mormon. My parents were the thieves. They were the most honest people I ever knew, especially my father. Extremely honest business man. He graduated from law school at the University of Utah and then he didn't practice law after that. After he graduated from law school, he just went into, right back in the real estate and went in the real estate full time instead of being a part-time realtor and putting himself through law school. He just went into it full time and it was very successful in the business. And he had a lot of lower clients because he was honest, he treated him well. Now getting back to lawyers, I've had a couple of lawyers that treated me the wrong way. I actually had one lawyer that I thought was my best friend. And after I got rated by the task force, that was a different story. But I'll tell you what happened in 2022, August 3rd, 2022. As I talked to the task force on the phone for about 30 minutes, told him, "Yeah, I'm in the sex capsule business. I'm proud of what I do. I know that I'm selling heart-friendly medicine and I'm selling healthy things to the American public. And I'm saving men and women from having heart attacks. I'm also saving men and women from inherently no-sunders disease, at least 70 percent because my capsules had sedentify with them. I knew this. I didn't know this in the beginning, but I knew this later on. And when I found this out later on, I already knew how healthy they were, so I didn't care. I didn't care if they were spiked like every other sex capsule who spiked on the shelves throughout America and legally sells on the shelves in America throughout all kinds of retail outlets, which include gas stations, liquor stores, convenience stores, but daggers in New York City, smoke shops. You name it. They sell everywhere. They legally sell. The government doesn't do anything. State collects their state sales tax on whatever the state they're sold in. And the government gets its payroll tax when you pay your taxes, which I pay every year. I was in the sex capsule business every year. I have a loyal accountant who's reputable. In fact, my accounting firm is B&D Associates, which I recommend anybody in Las Vegas goes to because they're a great accounting firm. It's five partners in the firm. My account is actually a bookkeeper that works for B&D Associates and is a specialist. And her husband is the accountant, the CPA, who recommends and gives her advice for anything needed. So I recommend B&D Associates to anybody. They're the greatest. And I've had this accounting firm for the last 10 years. Well, I asked the accountant, believe it or not, like when I went over to his house for a business meeting, he wouldn't answer the door. And then he called me on the phone and left a text message and he said, "You're a. I'm no longer your accountant." And I just kind of relieved because he was lazy in first place. I always had to wait for my accounting work to be done at the last moment, right before it was due. It wasn't too expensive, but he was just lazy. And I guess he was just burned out. You know, he'd been in the account of my whole life and he just was tired of it and didn't really have the drive that my accountant currently has. She does everything needed. She's on top of everything. I need anything done. I need copies done. I need an email. I completed, printed out. I need any kind of information done. She's the greatest. And she worked for B&D Associates originally. And they've got other people over there like her that are bookkeepers and they do incredible work for the accounting firm. Getting back to the most important thing is my lawyer. And after talking to the task force and talking to this gentleman who I didn't know anything about, being honest with him and telling him, "Yeah, I'm proud to sell such capsules." That's correct. I do sell them. And I said, "I don't have fear of the government or anything because I believe what I'm doing is the right thing. I know that I'm selling the most heart-friendly, healthy medicine in the world." And if the government wants to come after me, then so be it. I'll fight them in court. I'm not backing down. I believe in what I'm doing. And after I had a conversation with him, he told me to call the DA. He said, "Oh, that I would get along good with the DA and maybe working out." I called the DA several times. He never answered the phone. He was full of shit. I know that DA was Jason Freerson at the time who was the Las Vegas district attorney. And he targeted me. There's no doubt in my mind that he targeted me because I'm a Republican because I'm a strong Trump supporter. And I was having been. Ever since 2015, I followed Trump very loyally and learned a lot about politics in the process. In fact, I never watched the news until about 2015. I could care less about the news. And then Trump entranced me because he was different. He was unique. And I started following him on a regular basis and learning all I could about him and learning all I could about the news and watching the news regularly on a daily basis. Of course, I watched Fox News. If Fox News turned it on a commercial, which they do every 10 minutes, like any other news agency, a cable news agency on TV, I'd turn it over to CNN. And if they weren't on the news, I'd watch them for a minute or two until I couldn't take it anymore. And then I'd turn it right back on Fox News. And I'd turn it on CNBC if CNN was in a commercial. I hate watching commercials. But they all run commercials regularly and very readily. And they get paid well. And as far as I'm concerned, they're not worth the money. They're not worth the payment. The news agency, I believe that I watch my special shows like Canity or Waters, Primetime. I watch Gutfield beginning, I like to watch his beginning statements. And I more or less turned it on a movie or whatever. I can't watch the whole episode completely because I'm not impressed with the gas. They're not that funny in the first place. Gutfield's funny though. Gutfield's extremely funny. And I like Tyrus. Tyrus is my favorite. If Tyrus is not on the show, I'm not even interested in watching the entire show. As far as the blonde girl goes, I think she can't figure out whether she's a Democrat or Republican to tell you the truth. I think she's a socialist. She has her beliefs and this and that. She might say what you want to hear, but deep down behind closed doors. I don't really believe she's who she is on TV. And I think she's a little more liberal than she's willing to admit on TV. As far as Gutfield goes, I like Gutfield and I like Tyrus. I like Canity, but Canity is not a show often enough. He has too many guest appearances from other people. They handle the show very well. They're extremely good. I like Charlie Kirk. Her name is Charlie Kirk. I like Charlie Kirk. He's good. Waters, he's on the show most often. As far as the bullshit epilogue at the end of the show, I think it's a waste of time. I think I'd rather see him for another 10 minutes on the show than watch Johnny interview all the idiots and all the morons and don't know shit about any history about America. All they do is just help remind me how stupid American people really are when it comes to the history of America. I'm stupid about a lot of things. I'm not smart about everything, but I can guarantee you that I'm pretty street smart. I'm very street smart as a matter of fact. And I've been on the street my whole life. That's how I made my living. I made my living traveling my entire lifetime. I started that as a pool player, I believe it or not, I was a state of Utah. And after I couldn't get a game in a state of Utah at the age of 19, I started traveling taking my trips to Idaho and then going up to Oregon, Portland, up through Seattle, Washington, and then they started taking more and more trips further and further away. And spent a lot of time playing in Vegas, went to L.A. and played, went to the South and played, traveled all over the United States, traveled all over America and played pool, was a pool player. I made a living doing it. That was a great player. I had to play with my opposite hand. I'm naturally left handed and I had to play right handed. Because my strong eye is my dominant eye is my right eye and I can't focus on the balls looking through my left eye. So I had to learn how to play right handed. It was God's intention. There's no doubt in my mind because I don't think my creator ever wanted me to be become a great pool player. He just wanted me to travel and learn about America. And so I traveled and I had to drive down a lot of two lane highways. I couldn't go to big cities and play the best pool player in the city. I had to go to small towns and Texas in the south, in the northwest, throughout Idaho. I could beat anybody in Utah except a couple of players and I only really had to watch out from one or two players in Idaho. So I was definitely not the best pool player. I was just a very good hustler. That's all. I was very good at hustling pool. Making my games and picking my spots and learning how to take it down when I can make some money. Sometimes I make more money on the side bets and I would gamble against the player himself. And a lot of times I travel with a beautiful woman but was alongside me on my travels and during my travels. She'd collect the side bets and take the side bets. And one time I traveled with a beautiful brunette. She was like a very good pool player for a woman. She was unbeatable. She was great. She could make good money playing pool. We didn't get along real good. I traveled with a beautiful blonde that I took down the road all the way to Florida. We had a lot of money on the road playing in Texas throughout Louisiana and Alabama. Got to Florida. We really didn't make any money in Alabama. I didn't make any money in Alabama until the next year. I'll tell you that about it that later. And when I traveled with her to Fort Walton Beach, Florida. And we made a lot of money in the small towns in Alabama by Fort Walton Beach, Florida. That was on the Gulf of America, which used to be called the Gulf of Mexico. I like the Gulf of America way better, much better. I can't wait till they change the name from the commanders back to Washington Redskins. What are they waiting for? What's going on with that? I guess maybe they're having a winning season and they're not in the hurry. I don't know. I used to love the name of the Washington Redskins. Then the World Culture got in and changed the law. Changed this and changed the name about this and changed the name about that and started turning down the statues and all kinds of other bullshit. It can definitely kiss my ass. There's nothing special about the World Culture. World Culture needs to go extinct just like Black Lives Matter. Just like Black Lives Matter. Black Lives Matters, that's what it's called. Black Lives Matters and what a con job that was. All the people involved in Black Lives Matters turned out to be cons. Conning each other, spending the money on houses and cars, still all the money they could. I knew they were a joke right from the start. Bad mouth to men in my book, right from the beginning. So I was one step ahead of that. And the Raiders put Black Lives Matter on their end zone. I hated it. I hated it. That was the same time the Raiders organization made everybody and tried to make everybody get a COVID shot and have the vaccine card. Otherwise, he couldn't get the stadium. That was some real bullshit. After buying a season tickets to the Raiders and paying a lease fee for 30 years for my season tickets for two seats and paying off the lease fee completely until I got the tickets. And then they want to change it to where I have to get a vaccine card before I can watch the game, coming to watch the game. Lap some bullshit. And I accommodated them, but I didn't go get the vaccine. I didn't shoot that needle. I have that needle shot in my arm and get that fake vaccine. So could fuck up my heart. No, sir, I didn't do that. I have a self-alarm with 5,000 or maybe even 10,000 fans got the fake vaccine card. That's how we got it in the stadium. Maybe they'll figure out how to throw me a gel for that. We're getting a fake vaccine card. We left it on the whole world. I'm telling everybody to listen to the slide podcast. Masked were horse shit and forcing people to do something they didn't want to do as total horse shit. So I said right from the start, kiss my ass. I ain't doing nothing that I don't want to do. I'm not putting anything in my body that I don't believe it needs. And my immune system was given to me by God and I was given an incredible immune system because I never really been sick my whole life. Man, I'm 70 years old. Come on. How could I not spend a day in the hospital and never really be sick? Well, I'm sorry, but it's true. I was born with an incredible immune system. So I already knew that I would fight COVID and have no problem fighting it. I don't like breathing through a mask in the first place. So I stopped wearing a mask just like everybody in Idaho stopped murdering masks the first month that the mask band day came out. Everybody in Idaho laughed, laughed about it and said, "Kiss my ass." And everybody, nearly everybody took their mask off the night of the whole. That's why Idaho is the strongest minded state and always will be in America. It's the most conservative state. It's the hardest core Republican state and always will be. It's way, way stronger than Utah. Utah is a strong conservative state also. And I'm proud to say that I was from Utah because Utah, in my opinion, is the most beautiful state in America. If you travel Utah, Northeast South and West and you get off the I-15 freeway or the I-80 or the I-70 and you take the two lane highways and you go to the small towns and you drive up the different canyons that are offered throughout the state of Utah, it will blow you away, not to mention the southern Utah is the most unique and most beautiful part of the state, which is definitely a tourist area and known by tourists. But tourists only go to northern Utah for one thing, the ski, the snow ski. Maybe hunt, maybe fish. But northern Utah is equally beautiful. If you know, you're way around. And I know my way around Utah, just like I know my way around America. I've traveled throughout America more than any living human that I've known in my life. I've driven more than any living human I've known in my life. I've driven more than most truck drivers if ever driven in their lifetime. Unless they've drove until they were 70 years old and retired and started driving at the age of 19 like I did. And I know the truck drivers don't drive down two lane highways like I did, so they didn't see the most unique parts of America like I did. I'll give you an example. If you want to drive through Texas, get off the freeway and take a two lane highway. You can get to your destination, maybe a little more slowly, but you can get to your destination and you'll learn a whole lot more about Texas and about the culture of Texas. Because Texas is a beautiful state when you travel like that. When you drive down the freeways, I'm hateful driving through the state. I'm just thinking like this state has no beauty whatsoever. And it's got its beauty. But it's nothing like driving through the rest of America. Texas is like driving through half of America, the state is so large. So imagine how large Alaska is and Alaska is much larger than Texas. I find it incredible that Russia was stupid enough to sell America to sell Alaska to America back in 180 or whatever. In the 1800s, they sold Alaska for like a certain amount of money, like a hundred million dollars or something like that, two hundred million dollars. We bought Alaska from Russia. Even that kind of money back then. Alaska was our worth a thousand times more than that. A lot of Alaska has so many resources underneath this soil. It's absolutely incredible. And any of those fall 40 politicians that try to control the state and keep us from enjoying the resource value that Alaska has to offer to the pipeline system is an absolute joke. They need to go. They need to lay in the hay like Mitch McConnell needs to lay in the hay. Which is exactly what I said in my book. My book is very unique. And you're going to learn a lot about America if you do read my book. But I'm not here to sell you my book. You can buy my book when you make the decision after you've listened to my podcast enough from finding it interesting enough to listen to. And you're going to get a different side of the street when you read my book. As far as listening to me, I was born to talk. So all I can say is what I. was driving down that 93 highway. The building's beautiful highway in America. I'm going to be back to Vegas, which is 400 miles away from Windover. The Windover's kind of unique because the 93, the branch of the 93 breaks off and goes up to Windover and then ends. But the main part of the 93 goes up through Wells Nevada, through Jackpot, and on up to Twin Falls, Idaho, and that's where it ends on the 84 freeway. So the 93 goes all the way up to the 84 freeway in Twin Falls and goes all the way down to Phoenix, Arizona. And it's a dangerous highway. If you don't drive smart, you have to drive smart. Not drive too fast. And put your bright sun when you're able. And put your lights on in the daytime when you're driving through that helps also be safe. Even when you're driving up to 95 up to Reno, it's the same thing. It's going to be a dangerous stretch of highway if you're not careful. But you care if you're careful when you're passing or being passed. I'll always be watching in your rear and I'll always be watching in your front front of your vehicle. Watching your rear view is equally important. Most people don't drive when they're watching their rear view as much as they should. And a lot of times that's how they get in the wreck. Half the wrecks are caused by getting hit in the ass in the rear end. That's how half the wrecks are caused. Who cares if it's your fault or not? You have a chance of getting killed or getting hurt. Whether it's the other person's fault or not. It's always a person's fault who hits you from the rear. But unless you maybe stopped on the highway and you've got your lights out or whatever, and then they hire a good lawyer and they win the case. But 999 times out of 1,000 is always a person who's driving from the rear. The hits of vehicle in front is their fault. They're getting back to driving now in '93 after I got the call from the task force. And I like all of a sudden I thought, well, I'm going to call my best friend. I can't call my best friend of Doolan, India, because he's sleeping now. It's 14 hours difference here. So he's asleep now. So I'll call my next best friend, which was Matt Johnson, who was my lawyer. Who I trusted as my friend completely. And I considered him to be one of my two best friends in life. Incredible. When I called him and I confided in him, and I told him I got the phone call from the task force, he said, don't worry, well, hand it. We'll take care of it. And I got down to Vegas. And six days later, he set up a meeting. He set up a meeting with a new lawyer. And he said to me, I want you to meet me over at this gentleman's law firm. His name is Mike Samt. He's a criminal attorney, and he'll handle the case in a much more expert fashion than I can, because he has experience in criminal law. Plus, he's connected to the criminal, to the federal court system. So he set up a meeting for me to meet him on August 9th. And I went to the meeting and met with Mike Samt. And Matt Johnson was sitting there on the couch in the office waiting for me, and I showed him one time. And we had the meeting. And then Mike Samt asked me to look at my texts on my phone, and I showed him. And I was still very emotional, because like this was the same day that my mother was born. When I talked to Matt on the same day, now it's six days later we had this meeting set up. And I'm thinking, you know, right, come on. These guys, they have to be legitimate, because I've got Matt in my corner right now. It's got to be a legitimate situation right now. They're looking out for my best interest. And because I trusted Matt, a great deal. I only met Mike on the same exact day at the meeting. Never knew Mike from Adam. And when I met Mike, Matt was sitting there. Mike asked to look at my texts that I received on my phone, and he looked at it and he says, oh, yeah, he says, yeah, you're going to get indicted. There's no doubt you're going to get indicted. It's just a matter of when. Do it with the COVID backup. It could take up to a year, but you're going to get indicted. Yeah, he said, I'm not going to handle your case without, or for less than $150,000 retainer. You have to put up $150,000 retainer for me to handle your case. And I said, that's you and Matt handling my case. He says, yes. I said, well, I said, well, I'm saying to myself, I'm thinking to myself, well, if Matt's involved, I get nothing to worry about. Matt's my best friend in life. My next best friend would do it in my life. So I'm doing pretty good by having him on my corner. And that's what happened. I said, well, there's no way that I can give you $150,000 right away. I want to make the payments slower so we can prolong the situation until I do get indicted. So let me make you payments that'll take up to a year. And we figured it out that I could make him $5,000, $30,000 payments toward the retainer. So I went down on my car. Went down on my porch. I was driving a porch carer. Had a parked out in the parking lot. I didn't drive my service fan. I drove my porch to the meeting. I've driven my service fan down to 93 when I got the phone. When I got the target of text from the task force, I talked to him on the phone. And I talked to Matt almost immediately after. Went down to my car and got the checkbook out of my sports car and walked up to the office. And of course, signed the contract. Didn't really look at the contract. I just-- the fact that Matt was there, I trusted Matt. He obviously knew that I was signing a contract that was going to protect all party, I guess, that's what I was doing. And I signed the contract, not thinking anything of it. In one of a $30,000 check. Then in November, I gave another $30,000 check. In February, I gave him $2,000, $30,000 check. And this is in 2023 when I met my wife. I met my wife in 2023 in May 2023. When I met my wife in May 2023, that was like when I submitted my book. So I had already written Matt, Mike, like 3 or 4 checks. I run them June and February, and then I run them 5th check in July. And July 9th. That's when I run them 5th and final check toward the retainer. And I met my wife in May. Because after I received this targeted text, I'll tell you what happened. Received this targeted text, I said to myself, I got a buckle down and complete writing my book. I got to get off my ass and complete this book, finish this book. I've been talking to the back of my mind about writing this book for like 30 years. I knew the title of my book 30 years ago, but I didn't know what I wanted to write. I didn't have the knowledge to write a book like I did in 2022. And I believe in a knot, I started writing my book. The same day that Russia invaded Ukraine on the same exact day I started writing my politics chapter. That was the first chapter I started writing in my book. And I have nine chapters in my book. That's one of the best chapters written in my book. It's a politics chapter. And I started writing this book and I wrote about like 20 to 30 pages and I just stopped writing. I guess Russian invaded Ukraine like March or April. And that's when I started writing my book. And then I just kind of put it down. And then when I got this text, after I wrote the first retainer check to Matt Johnson, to Mike Sam. That's Matt Johnson, Johnson and Googler law and Mike Samft law group. Those are the two law firms that I had in my corner, supposedly in my corner. Didn't turn out like that. Later on, because the truth came out of the pudding. In May, I completed writing my book and had it like edited as best I possibly could. Had all the spelling errors taken care of. The problem is, I don't know. and all everything that I thought was taking care of properly. And it's like I ended up flying to Bangkok Thailand in May, 2023. To submit my book and give it to my right-hand man of Dula, was my best friend in life. I met him in Bangkok Thailand and running the motel room and had him in the motel room locked up for him. So he had his own room when he came over to meet me. And we met each other at the motel. And we took a trip and took a cut in the cabin, went down to downtown Bangkok. Which wasn't that far from the hotel. The hotel was by the airport, very fluent from Chennai, India. And India's not that far from Bangkok. Thailand was only like maybe 500 miles. What I've Dula got there, we immediately took a cab and went to Bangkok, downtown Bangkok. And had a great time. And I like to hang out with a Dula. Then we went back to Bangkok the next day. He put the rough draft copy in the motel room, put it in a safe spot. We went back there the next day. We had a good time. Went out to eat, went to a bar, and got a couple drinks. Had a good time. On the third day, the third day that Dula was there. It had to be in there two days. We went to the Golden Temple. And right outside the Golden Temple, I saw a beautiful Asian woman. And I met her and we hit her off. I don't know how you can explain it. I mean, we just hit her off. And we toured the Golden Temple together. And we went out to dinner. And I talked her into going out to dinner the next night. And the next night we went out to dinner. And we went out to a nicer place to eat. And Dula came along with me. What I went out to dinner with her. And then we were having such a good time. And I just went back to my hotel. And thank God I took her kinky con that night, my most popular sex capsule. And the popcorn of those after dinner swallled one after dinner with a diet coke. My diet coke is always my favorite drink to drink when I'm eating dinner. Diet coke with lemon or lime. And I swall the kinky con capsule with the diet coke. Drink it down and we got in the cab. And I'm Dula like a ran an errand. He was checking on like on something we're going to get promote like in Bangkok. We're going to promote it in Bangkok. We're going to promote a certain item in Bangkok that had to do with marijuana. Marijuana was legal in Bangkok at this time. You can smoke marijuana anywhere in Bangkok. And all kinds of smoke shops and bars were selling marijuana. And it was like wide open. And we hung out in the dispensary and everything. And had a good time. First couple of days that I was there with him Dula. On the third day when I met my wife, she didn't do any drugs at all including smoking marijuana. She hated the fact that I smoked weed. She put up with it. She didn't say anything because you know how it is when you first meet somebody. You have your guard up then you have your guard down also. And then this time went on you know. And she spread her wings and let me know how much she didn't like it. Anyway like when I did this and I like to put my wife back to the motel. And it was fantastic. It was awesome. And like I say I was like 67 years old at the time. She was like 33 when I met her. She was 34 when I married her. And what happened is after I left Bangkok I talked her into going to Pataya with me for a week trip. Dula and I were going down to Pataya and he got down there and I wanted to come along with me. We were going to ride a car down there driving right in the cab. And I was taking an airplane and we were going to drive down to the cab. It was like a two hour drive from Bangkok. And I talked her into coming to Pataya with me and staying in Pataya. That's what she did. And instead of staying in Bangkok and enjoying Bangkok. She wanted to be with me and hang out with me and I wanted to be with her and I talked her into it. So she hung out and to Pataya with me for a week. And then we drove back to Bangkok and a day later I was flying back to America and if Dula was flying back to India and my wife flew back to Vietnam back to Saigon and Vietnam a couple of days later. So it all worked out good. And I ended up taking a trip over to Saigon a couple of months later and seeing my wife in July. And then after being in Saigon for a couple of weeks and taking a trip to the beach to a beach resort, we rode a cab that time also to a beach resort. It was about a three hour cab ride. Stayed at a beach resort for five or six days and then went back to Saigon and stayed in the town home and I now own my wife. And we were making payments on it then but we paid it off. We paid off the townhouse. It's four level townhouses in Saigon. There's no yards in Saigon. It's just like one level above the other because land is so expensive. It's like California. And land is so expensive that people don't have yards or back yards in front yards. They just have one level over the other is how their houses are built. So they've got sometimes three, four, five level houses and then they have usually a patio upon top. Which is what we have on our four level townhouse. And it's a beautiful thing. Saigon is a unique city. It's actually busier than New York City. In any metropolis in New York City, in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, or Manhattan, it's busier and more congregated than any one of those four burrows every day of the year. There's not a slow time or a fast time. It's just busy every day of the year. It's like being in a modern day metropolis jungle. The streets are very thin and very old fashioned. Carves are like the taxi cabs are driving as best they can through the traffic. Because all the traffic in third world countries is controlled by motorcycles, by the motorbikes, by the putt putt motorbikes. You don't go real fast, but just fast enough to get to where they want to go. But not too fast to where you end up getting killed when you get in the wreck. These motorcycles race by you in the freeways in America and they're going like twice as fast as traffic. I would never drive a motorcycle like that. I used to drive a dirt bike. I never rode a street bike. I was a dirt bike. And that's how Bangkok operates. Just like Saigon, that's how China, shins in, Hong Kong, that's how they operate. Just like that, motorcycles rule the traffic. They run the traffic. They control the traffic. The cars have to squeeze in and out of the motorcycles. The motorcycles dominate everywhere you go in Asian countries, everywhere you go in India, same thing, no difference. India's just like that. Motorcycles everywhere. Everybody rides motorcycles. The good thing is they start wearing helmets. They wear helmets everywhere. In fact, in Thailand they ride shit ticket. Years ago, 10 years ago they ride shit ticket if you didn't have a helmet. In Vietnam they don't enforce it, but you should wear a helmet. At all times when you're riding the motorcycles, you don't get the head injury. That's right. Helmets are a very good thing to wear. But you see sometimes like three or four times people on a bike. On a motorcycle you see two little kids on a bike and you see the mother and father on a bike. You're not riding fast, but they're riding and it's just like normal everyday life to them. It's just like a normality. It's like no big deal if the kids don't have a helmet on. I didn't. Luckily I never saw anybody get killed, but I'm sure people do. You got 100 million people in Vietnam. But when next trip to Vietnam is in July, like I said, and then the next trip I took to Vietnam is in October and we ended up getting married on Friday, October 13th. That's when we got married, Friday, October 13th. That told my wife I said, "I'm going to go to the hospital." I'm not superstitious. God has nothing to do with dates or superstitions. So it doesn't matter. There's no difference between October 13th and October 14th. The Friday or Saturday or Sunday. It doesn't matter. It doesn't mean a thing to God. God is like, if you believe in God, you shouldn't be superstitious. So I told my wife, I said, "I'm not superstitious." If we hit married on Friday, October 13th, I promise you that anytime when our honeymoon is on Friday, October 13th, we'll go on a honeymoon anywhere you want to go. I don't care if it's Paris, France, I don't care where it is. You want to go there Friday, October 13th. That's what our honeymoon is. We'll go. We'll make a special trip. So that's going to happen like maybe once every seven years, once every four years, and not too sure, but every so often Friday is the 13th is going to be in October, November, December. So it's going to be even more often. We got married on Friday, October 13th. So Friday could happen in November 13th, December 13th, or any other month of the year. So it's going to happen way more often than once every seven years, and once every four years, it's going to happen quite often. It's going to happen every year as a matter of fact. You're going to have a Friday the 13th every year, pertaining to the month. So actually we got married in October 13th, we took a nice honeymoon trip to nice beach area, and I've been to Vietnam eight times since meeting my wife. Seven trips while being married on the second trip, all the way to the eighth trip I was married to her. First trip, we were engaged. Because I gave her an engagement ring. The second day, we were in Pataya. We went and had some Indian food right next door to a jewelry store. And the Indian food was fantastic. And we went there that day. We went there another day. We was fantastic. But the first day we went to this restaurant, there was a jewelry store right next door to it. And after I ordered my die coke with lemon, I said to a doula of my wife to train. I said, I'm going to go for a minute. I'll be right back. And I walked over the jewelry store real quickly. And I found a diamond ring. And I told the attendant working in the jewelry store, I said, I wanted to give that ring to my wife. She puts the side to him when I'd buy it. And I had her put three rings aside. And I had her put the ring, they ended up giving her. And she ended up putting on a finger. And that's the one we had signs for a finger. And the other diamond was smaller. The diamond that I gave was a media-sized diamond. And the other diamond was larger. And when she walked back to the Indian restaurant and I said to my wife, I said, come on, I want you to walk over here for a minute. And I took her by the hand and I walked her over to the jewelry store. And she stood there, kind of dumbfounded. And I grabbed the ring from the attendant. And I got down on my knees and I said, and I go, I have the ring and I put it on a finger and I says, will you marry me? And I knew she was going to say yes. I just knew it. I mean, what can I say? You know, I just knew it. And she said yes. And put the ring on a finger. And I said to her, and I said, wait, honey, do you want this ring, sweetheart? Do you want this ring or do you want this ring? And she actually wanted the smallest ring and the smallest diamond. And I said, no, I said, I want to give you this diamond. And so I talked the attendant into having that ring size for a finger and that's the ring we took. And the next day we went back to the jewelry store. I saw this necklace right here. Garner. This is Garner. And I wanted to buy this Garner for and put it around her neck and have a wear it. And my wife was beautiful. I mean, I just wanted her to wear this nice piece of jewelry right here. She said, no, she says, I want you to wear it. So I bought it, but I'm in tension to buy it for her. She made me give it to myself, but I've been worried that every day she says, good luck, good luck necklace. And all I can say is, is I want to keep going with the story and keep rolling with it. And I just want to let you know it's a really nice chat with you. And I'll get back to my lawyers that robbed me out of my retainer. Lawyers know that advertising is the name of the game. That's how they get the action. That's how they get the business. So anytime you hire a law firm, this got a billboard out on the freeway. I can guarantee you're paying for their advertising every time you call one of those billboard attorneys. But this law firm, these law firms aren't even on billboards. They like it back in the background. So they don't think that they're these billboard lawyers and the only ones to watch out for. These two law firms that I got taken by, one I thought was my best friend, Matt Johnson. He's the one who introduced me to Mike Sam. So Matt Johnson is a true culprit in this whole instigation. He knew how I thought of him as being my friend. He knew. He knew the way I felt about it. And he knew that like I confided in him. So I trusted him. And he's the one who hooked me up with Mike Sam at Sam's law. But these guys are trying to take me to the cleaners. I turned them into the bar association. Was unsuccessful. And now I'm hiring a law, I'm following a lawsuit at District Court. I've signed the complaint. My account is editing, editing they complaint and I'm taking care with that way.
