Sometimes judging someone doesn't necessarily mean they are in the wrong or they're doing something that's outside the box or something. It could also mean that you, yourself, the reason you're judging is because you are too inside a box, you're too limited. You didn't expend and you didn't reach a certain horizon to be able to understand whatever they're doing. Today we are going to have a one deep conversation about George, about George Glow, about Hygiene, when in which moment one routine, whether we're Hygiene or not. Yeah, it is. I think it is. When certain points, certain understanding, you can say, "Yes, I can do this, but you can't do that in certain situations." So we are going to talk about everything that, and of course we are going to mention about exactly how we judge people and how we perceive certain people on social media. Ladies and gentlemen, let's start this episode with one routine that we have always in Broadphone because we want to know a little about you live, my bro. So tell me, what is the thing of the week? I love your energy. Oh, well, the thing of the week, man. It's almost a month that I didn't saw you, bro. You need to realize, like as I think of the month. I lost some weight and I am now realizing that for the longest time I always thought that, "Man, I don't have really one pair of pens that suit me." Like flawlessly. Because your style was more baggy. Not necessarily. I think that has to do with what's trending right now. But I mean, if the pair of pen fits my waist, it doesn't fit my hip. Or it doesn't fit my style. But if it fits my hip, then it's too. I lose it. I'm the waist. And I've always thought that I have such a weird body shape. And now that I lost a little bit of weight, I tried on my some periods of my old pens. I'm like, honestly, I think I was just too fat. I think the pen didn't do me. Did you just find the answer to that? Yes, yes. You are perfect. The body is sharp, but you are consuming something that is not the same for your body, for the health. So that's something that I recently came to realize. Talking about talking about, talking about, about, about, heavily, lost weight, exercise. The thing of the week that I bring today is a whole more relationship with that. Oh, okay. What's your thing of the week? Cost-it-patient for too much exercise. You can't prove it. Have you ever happened to you that constipation for go to the gym? Never. I'm just a poop guy. I now have a constipation for go to the gym. What do you mean constipation to go to the gym? Because I did a leg day, and now I'm so painful to sit down. So I'm like, "I'm a fuck out. I'm not going to sit down." And then it started to be so painful to go to the bar room. And that caused you. Because I don't want to sit down in the bar. Because it's too painful to sit down. Once you are sitting, you want to push a little, right? And that push is also so painful that my body doesn't react. My legs doesn't react. My body doesn't make a connection. Don't work in that moment. It's like, "I'm 30 minutes in the bathroom and nothing happened." But that's only happened to me after that leg day. I mean, you sit on the toilet. You don't squat on it. But the old is painful. Or maybe because you train your hamstrings a little bit too. Too heavy, yeah. It's because I want to have these kind of legs like a fat. Good legs. Okay, I want to run at one 10k marathon. Yeah, yeah. Well, I saw you ran at 1.5. 5.5 kilometers. How much time did I take? Oh, don't talk about the time. I'm feeling. Where is you finished? No, the thing is, I felt so proud that I. I'm not blaming my wife. You sound like a shirt. So, I think it's like a. I think it's because it's different. You are going to understand me. Don't judge me. But I know this episode is about judge, but don't judge me. Would you apply to one marathon? You have as a main, the idea. Like, I want to finish this in one takeout in 10 minutes. Like, I just. I want 5 kilometers per minute. I can do it. I can do it so fast. This is our human main instinct, right? Like, I do running, running, running, running. Like, I'm the super badass, I'm the super badass in this. But, in this time, I make like a couple marathon. So, it's me and my wife. So, I need to run or I need to walk in the path of my wife. So, we take like 41 minutes. But actually, I think it's a good time for 5 kilometers per day. That's not bad. That's 41. That's obviously faster than just walking. So, well, but basically you're saying that if you weren't for your wife, you would have finished it way faster. Probably. Probably, probably. Would you like to participate in one more marathon than you and I? And see who can be faster? What's your thing always with competition? I don't know. We could also just run it and enjoy it. It's because maybe the thing is because with my wife, I can't compete. I can't have that competition spirit. But what we do is like, bro, you and I, we are men, but you consider it in different ways. But, like as a general, we have the same structure or muscle, abilities, we also dance. So, we are in the same positions. Okay, so would you like to come? Maybe we have competition. Not be a competition, but let's see who can be faster. You are not making any sense. It's not a competition, but let's see who can finish faster. Would you like to go to one marathon with me? Oh, 3.5 kilometers. Yeah, why not? Yeah, I like it that much. I'm not so much of a runner, but I, yeah, 5 kilometers doesn't sound so bad. Well, ladies and gentlemen, that was the thing of the week. Thank you so much for listening to this. And now is the moment to start with this episode because "Ape, I'm a swi-gal man, you, it's me, conquerr." And it's me Tyler. And we are Bros. 4! Do you consider yourself to judge people by the clothes? In terms of clothes, really no. I want everybody to return to certain episodes and I'm going to put the link here. Somebody judge me because I use tiny pants. Hey, you want. Hey, what's up, man? You are saying that you are. You are like a. I'm Maria. Okay, I'm like a saint. No, I'm not judge. I'll let you finish.
(Yeah, no, no, no, no.)
(This is gonna be painful.)
(Say it.)
(Yes, please.)
OK, my honest response to that is, honestly, I don't give a fuck about what other people are wearing. Like, I couldn't care less, but um, I wanna say I judge you, but I was teasing you. It's more like, you could be butt naked, I was still teasing you.
(I was still a talk shed about you.)
(Like if today you really love a one-piece dress, like in pink, whatever.)
(I will support you wholeheartedly as a bro.)
(If that, if you want to leave your authentic self, then I will support you.)
- Yeah. - What the hell? - Like I really don't care. If you wear a bra, if you wear lingerie, if you don't wear anything, just put a socks around your balls and stuff. Like good for you, I love that. - What happened with you, bro? - Return to my friends. What happened to you? What happened with that Tyler that he once said so talk? - Bro, I think I have a better taste of clothes than you, bro. - What happened with that Tyler? What is that Tyler? - No, what the way? - That's not a penis. - No, that's you, bro. (laughing) - You'll see, this is a Tyler. This is a Tyler that is my friend in that season. Let's tell you what, bro, actually I think I better. I'm better looking than you. - You know, I don't, I just say, I just say, I better use it. - You say, I said, I am better than you. - That is a Tyler that I know. That is a Tyler that I want. Don't come to this show with your bullshit about, I don't judge people, don't give a fuck. - No, bro, don't judge me. - Honestly, if you talk about, like in general, I really don't care. - So if they can part it off, maybe they're not my self. - Yeah, you judge people because I'm your best friend. - Yeah. (laughing) - Even if you dress well, I will still judge you. - I will still judge me. - I will still talk shit about you. - You judge me because you feel angry. - I judge you because you're a conqueror. - Okay, okay, okay. - We'll accept that, we'll accept that. I'm not really a person who judged for the cause because honestly, I have my, 'cause you have no taste. (laughing) - You're not, I'm not sure whether that's good or bad. - We talk about not having taste or subconsciously, you fear that I don't really have like my own taste or my own standard. Most of the time, we just see that, oh right now is baggy style, it's saggy style and people go for that. Or right now it's one piece or it's, I don't know, a neon color, camouflage, then people go and people buy it. Even in Taiwan, the other time, my girlfriend told me, you know what I love about Taiwan? And I was like, 'cause people are nice, people are friendly, she said, no. - It's because I could wear, I could dress so terribly. And people still see me as who I am. But that's not a thing in Korea. - Korea. - Especially in Seoul, there are certain places that when you're in that area, you feel like everyone is supermodo or influencers. Like they really take care of themselves. And you know when you're in that environment, you feel inferior. (laughing) - You feel like a Jusser Pee. You feel like a Jusser Pee. - You're really poor. That's another kind of judge. Like a same judge. Like you feel like you are not part of that crew, people. - And you can sense people, so judge. - Yeah, you can sense like the people that want to look at you, look at these, for enough. - And I obviously feel that as a foreigner, so I can't imagine as like a local resident there, how much pressure that must have felt, you know. - This is not judge, but I notice in Taiwan, like the people have a different kind of style. I have a lot of variety. - So you don't feel bad if you don't feel, you feel like, yeah, I'm my own style. - Yeah, well it's crazy when my girlfriend first came here, it was like in the middle of the night and then we wanted to get some night snacks. And I asked her, you wanna go to 7-11? It's just like where you're around the corner. And she said, no, I have to put make ups and stuff and I need to dress. I'm like, who the fuck dress? I'm for 7-11. - Yeah. - And she said, no, yeah, that's the thing. You can't just be like completely without makeup and not really take care of yourself and just be out there. I'm like, well that's me for the past 28 years. (laughing) I didn't know that was unacceptable. - So let me go a little and deep question. Do you think in that way you are losing yourself, your identity, who do you really you are? - Even if you're the pressure that I have to dress up? - Yeah, I can't understand that thing. Like you really need to dress good looking for go 7-11 just that. But you're feeling some way like a little boy is like you are in your house, you are in your neighborhood, you are in your tilled moment. - (sighs) Yeah, in a way. And I am always regretting. - Regretting. - Like I still live as my previous self. Like if I go to 7-11, if I need to get something, I don't care. I could be looking like a terrible, like a chicken. And I'll still go. But now are the frequency of me getting regret of that decision has become more and more and more. - Why is that reason? Because now you are-- - Because people recognize me. - Yeah. (laughing) - And when the awkward part is not that they recognize me and they greet you, the part is that, they see you on social media or there's certain image that you are well dressed in a way. But then they see you in person. And the most awkward moment is that they think you are you, but you're too terribly looking. (laughing) So they're not sure whether you are that person. - And they ask you like, are you Tyler? (laughing) - Yeah. - The solution for that is in every episode you need to dress terrible. - So when you go to the 7-11, you are going to dress a little good so that people say, hey Tyler! Would you dress like this in your episode? Yeah, that's the solution, bro. That's the solution. Here in Bros.1, we are giving solution to the whole content creators. (laughing) And I found one pattern. People recognize you when you are really bad looking. - That is so true. - When I was with my wife, we go to the mall thinking like, okay, somebody maybe is going to recognize. So let's make the hair, let's put really good clothes, red, everything cheek cheek. We go, nobody is saying hi, nobody recognize us. But then when we was one chill, like we'd flip-flops and really not make up with a messy, we finished edition of one episode, so we are really messy. Let's go to the mall because we need to eat. Because we are so tired to eat 10 person. 10 person recognize you like, hey, sorry, can we take a photo? (laughing) How can I told you no? That is such a waste. I have so many good days. - Yeah. - Then I'm wearing a dress. - Why did you do this? - And you chose to be this day. - Everybody, if you are watching this episode and we dress good, we dress good because we want you come to us and take a photo. If we dress bad, we don't want you to come and take a photo because it's a terrible day for us. Let's go to the second part of today. - In this section, we are going to talk about habits. - Okay, how many times you changed your socks, Mr. Tyler? - Normally every single day. - Normally a single day. - If I'm outside working and I don't take my shoes off, they're normally ones a day. - But if I go out and come back home and I feel like letting my feet be free, I take off the old socks. And then maybe in the afternoon or in the evening, I am going to head out again. I would just grab a pair of new ones. - Question. - How do you know I smell your feet? - I do this. - Oh shit. - I mean, what other ways that you can check? - Yeah, yeah, I guess there is a second. But the thing is, my wife told me like, is your feet smell? - And I would say like, I don't know. I take the socks and I use my hands. - I take it off. (laughing) - Because it's the only way that you can smell. - Right. - It's the only way that you can make it assured. Like I use your-- - You can't do this? - No, I'm not too flexible. - Try. - I don't feel like you're-- This is my-- - This is gonna be-- This is gonna be a thumbnail. - Well, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, talk to you later by I'm recording. - I always do that. - You're so flexible. You're too flexible for that. I can't, this is my limit. That's a shock. - This is my-- - Oh, I never really, I never knew that people take-- That's that, yeah, that's a way. - That's-- (laughing) - This is how you can-- - Bro, nobody, everybody is no spider man like you. So I need to take out my socks and then-- - No, but you know that as an expert, someone who's feet smell. There are times that the socks don't smell, but the source, the feet smell. - Ah. - Right? - So you can take-- (laughing) - So I am checking the source. - You're checking the combo. - Yes. - The original. - Order. (laughing) - I bring so many questions and I'm going to ask you like how many times you do that. - Okay. - It changes you. - Okay. - Often, do you change your boxer or underwear depending on whether I have sex? (laughing) Is that too specific? - Dude. - How often? I put it on and I put it off. And once I-- (laughing) - I don't want to put this on one hand. I once I put it off, I start way in the basket. - Uh-huh. - And then I will get a new pair. - Whatever if you are not in your house. - Then I don't change. (laughing) - You don't change your return list. - Yeah. - Okay, okay. - What about you? I have a bad habit here. Really bad, what do you mean? - Whatever, whatever. - Please elaborate. - Whatever was in Peru. Every two, three days, one. It's because you use like a, in one size and then you take out and you change the size. - Okay. - Like an ups and downs and then you put a game. - I'm going to be very disgusting and specific. - Uh-huh. - I wear like brief, like a, like more like a triangle shape. - Uh-huh, the triangle, that, that. - Then the placement of the penis, usually I put it upward. - Uh-huh. - Yes. - Subconsciously, I think that's clean. Because if it's, if it's down there, right? And that's sometimes you pee, right? - Everybody wants to stay alive. - You might have one drop or two drop. Then I think that either is disgusting. So you gotta change it. But if I put it like,
- Like this. - It's a new one, new, new, new. - It's like it's new. - Yeah. (laughing) - That is touching, it's hard to skin. - Yeah. - Right? (laughing) - This is gonna dump you up. - How would you, how would you, how would you, how would you, - The dirty part doesn't really touch you anyway. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - So exactly, the same idea is when I was, when I was young, I take up because you have a one size. - Yeah. - So you can, but you know, have a two face. - Yeah. - The under will have a two face. - I am helping outside. - Yeah, yeah. - Flip it inside. - It's a new one. So they, once you flip it, you change the position. Up, down. - Yeah. - So you change that, it's a new face. And you change again, it's another face. - Oh, wait. - Okay, this is your waist, this is your front. You, you change it this way. - So what is, once it's like that, you put in that. - Uh-huh. - And then you flip it. - Uh-huh. - Up again. You can go. - You can wear four times. (laughing) You can wear four times. - That's brilliant. - You can't leave it again. - That's brilliant. - When I was kid, when I was young, I don't know why I have that habit. I think it's because I listen and I want to try. - It's effective. Because it's like, yeah, something good. For one period of time, I change like a maybe four days one time. - For a high-generated reason, we strongly do not recommend this. - Recommend this, just inside. - It is a way. (laughing) - Four times, staying out. - Yeah, it's dull, it's dull. Have you ever not wear underwear? - Oh, that's a good question. Why women can do that? - They do? - They do. That other day, I was a, because I need to, I can't tell what did you see. (laughing) - Let me tell you. - Okay. - I can't tell you where I learned this information. - Oh. - But one person told me like a woman's, sometimes don't wear underwear. - I don't believe you. - Yes, you need to ask. - Sometimes women's don't wear underwear. And I wear like a why? Because in my head, as a man, I will think, if I don't wear underwear, my, my, my, my, my, testicles is going to go down. I think it's hurt. - I just gonna drop to the floor. (laughing) - My doctor told me that it's possible. I can lose my testicles. I can lose that. If I don't do a sander work. - Okay. - So the idea is like, when I heard these, I was so surprised like a why a woman's come, and they're raised because they don't have the testicles. So they can be free. But the skin, like their private part is really sensitive. - I don't know. I need to ask a woman for that part. That's the point. - Do you wear underwear? Please, let her know. Have a song, like, "Okay, Sean, that you don't wear underwear." - If you do, let us know. If you don't, let us know. (laughing) How many times a day do you shower? - I know in Peru, we shower every three days. - Why? - It's because you have a water shortage. (laughing) - What's going on? - It's because Peru, well, accidentally my city, my code is not hot. It's kind of around that. It's like not really hot. - Is it dry? - It's really dry. - Well, they understand about, yeah. - It's like, I live in the desert. So it's really dry. So it's like you really don't have that. You don't sweat. But here in Taiwan it's too difficult. - I understand. I try to put my Peruian habits in Taiwan. My wife almost make me sleep in the sun. (laughing) Peruvians only, oh well. And inside of my idea, I saw most of my friends in Peru, also me, we shower in the morning, no at night. - But you go to bed, dirty. - And that is only what I discover here in Taiwan. Because I never thought about that. - Oh, that's interesting. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I was like, what, at night I shower. At night is too cold. I'm going to get a cold. - So right now in Taiwan you shower at night? - No, I shower at night for respect. The Taiwanese culture, at night shower at morning for respect Peruian culture. - Huh. - Yeah. - Okay. - Often the year in place, your toothbrush. - Every month or every two months. - What about you? - I'm so happy that I have a wife. Because it was for me. - You never. - Every half a year. (laughing) - When I only replace my toothbrush when the brush part goes. - Yeah, when it's like a brush. - When it's like this kind of, like a hairstyle. I see like maybe once or two weeks more and then I can reply. But now my wife's every three weeks. Like it's no, like three months, every three months. So when she see that it's like a don't get the firm, the position of the brush, she take a new one. - Talking about toothbrush. I have a really disgusting story. - A deal, you know. - That happened only a few days ago. - Nobody's good to judge you today. - Only a few days ago. - So well, I went to Korea and I stayed with my girlfriend's parents basically. And so obviously they already have their used regularly used toothbrush. - Uh-huh. - And her mom prepared one, red new one for me and told me that I'm just gonna, you know, put it on certain shelf. And I swear to God, I heard brow. I swear to God, I heard brow. And then for three days, I was using the brow toothbrush. - To brow. - And then I don't know what happened to me. What was wrong with me? I just, to double check. (laughing) - I asked my girlfriend, the brow one is mine, right? And I go for storm into the bathroom. And I was like, "No, that was my dad!" (laughing) - I love her dad. I just didn't have the heart to tell him. But yeah, it's the best thing. - What did you do? Did you change that toothbrush? - No! - I didn't have the heart to tell him. - But you could change, you could buy another brown one and put that on it. - I should have. - I should have. - I should have done that. - I just didn't have the heart to heart him. - So. - You know, some truth or better remain a secret. (laughing) - Secret that you could talk in one part, 'cause I, and ever since that, I feel so much closer. - I feel like I, I, I, I, I, I got born with the father. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Where bros now? (laughing) - We used the same toothbrush for three days. That's disgusting. I wouldn't even do it again. It was, it was a mistake. - Lins and gentlemen, now it's going to the section number three that we are going to talk about about that social media. - Uh-huh. Do you judge people on social media? - Yeah, sometimes. I think the most. - Depending on the content. - Yeah. Yeah. The most, like, a sign that you can see in yourself, like, a huge judge that people is unfollow. If you do unfollow, like, yeah, you know, I don't like your content or something like that. - Well, it is about whether, like, I think the Instagram or something, they, they ask you whether you're interested or not interested. - Even if you don't follow that person, you might sometimes they, they, they're, their thing might still pop up. You can just hit not interested. - But I want to ask you one thing, my bro, because actually this topic born in that question about if we are fake, private person, we are like a, how realistic we are. - Uh-huh. - My king, it's not because I want to judge you. - But you have a one type of dance. - Uh-huh. - And I want to ask you, for the public who watched your dance. - Uh-huh. - You are 29 years old. - I'm currently 28. - Yeah, I've been studying. - I'm close to 29. - You have a one style. You have a. - You know what I'm talking about. - No. (laughs) - It's pacified. - You have a one specific style when you move your pelvis too much. Exactly like a from down, from down, like a. - Peel, peel, peel. - Is that not to refer you? Is that part of the style? If that part of the, I'm going to put one reference here. - Uh. - That's a very good question. - I never really thought of it like that. - Because I, I didn't make the moves. - You didn't make the moves. - I just followed the career. - 100% the choreographer. - Certain combos, certain routines. - But you put too much emotion that's the point. That's called hip thrust. - Oh, really? - So tell me they're like just, just like that. - Just movements. - Yeah. - No thing that have a subtext. - You don't want to make a one submessant to your Gifre like a today and a blah, blah, blah. - Not really. - My hips came blah, blah, blah. I never really thought of it like that. - You never thought? - Yeah. - Maybe you can start to reply. - So videos dedicate to your Gifre like a. - I don't give you a blah, blah, blah. - I don't, I guess I don't have a style. - But I have certain genres that I know that I'm better at. For example, I can't do breakdams. - I think it's difficult. - Like even if I want to be a boy, I can't. (laughing) - We have to hold on for that day. - I might break my neck. - Yeah. - That's called the breakdance. (laughing) - But yeah, I think I'm better at like urban jazz and some fusion. - And typically I think that involves a little bit more body rolls and hip thrust. - Uh-huh, body rolls. - I guess that's why. - You enjoy doing the body rolls? - I love dancing. - How do you feel when the people comment like, "Oh Tyler, break my mind. I want to have your baby." - Wow, they, it's the freedom of speech. (laughing) - Did you separately enjoy it? - Do I secretly enjoy no? - No. - No. - Do you feel, how do you feel? - When you see one comment like that. - A little bit sexualized. - Sexualized. - Being seen more as an object. - Yeah, as a sexual object. - As sexual dance. - In a good way, but still, it's.
It's, yeah, I've been sexualized. But it's not like, hey, I welcome, I want people to come in like that. You could also just come in a thumbs up. (laughing) Yeah, well, talking about judging. You, do you still post like lovely romantic sexy poems on your social media? - I'm writing one book about that. - Oh, okay. - Hey, hey, hey, hey. Why do you write those poems? Like what, what, what's your end goal? What, what do you want? - This, let's be frank. (laughing) Okay, in the beginning was like a romantic. Romantic and then go with sad. But then I found like a sad, that people maybe don't like it too much. So I returned to the romantic. But then I found, after that, I found like a your sexy sentence with your Sodex sign. That people like it. That sexy sentence. In like a, yeah, little, you are so fire as your tiger and you like this. And I noticed that people like it. And then when I start to return to the poems after that, I, I don't know, maybe I sexuality is a little of the poems. But in the beginning was totally romantic with that I wrote. - What is your subtext? Like what, let's say? - The subtext. - The sentence is, ah, I want to kiss you with first thing in the morning. - That's a good question because my subtext is, can I put it in? (laughing) Exactly how do you sexualize it? - In the, like I chose the blushing. (laughing) - What the fuck is wrong with you? - In the beginning, it's because in the beginning, I feel like I don't like a guilty about this part because in the beginning was so romantic to show the poems that I like. But after that, the people like a little more sexy, a little more talking about how beauty is the woman. And how attracted can be that women, every women, about exactly maybe the metaphors, like at your lips, are so sweet and it's so, like a color red, like at the rose, it's like a sexual is a little. So in that way, I sexualize that. - Oh, okay. - After that, I notice like a, ah, I'm married. (laughing) And I don't know if I need to keep doing that. - Yeah, so it's like a, now I'm writing exactly one book about points, but this is about all the points that I write for different, exactly moments for my wife. Well, this is a new time, and today we explore about all the world of judged. We talk about exactly judge, close habits, social medias, how we present the social media, how we interpret the social media, and all the thing we have a one person to reflect in that. Do you want to make one conclusion that you'll learn or you have about these episodes, Mr. Tyler? - Um, one thing that I learn about judging, either judging people or judging yourself, is the fine line between whether you're too judgey or not, it's really have the self-awareness. If you're judging, then just be honest. Yeah, I'm judging. So what, I can judge. 'Cause if you're like, oh, I never judge people, then you sound like a hypocrite, because it's a course you do. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - I think that's one thing I learned, that when you judge people, that doesn't necessarily mean that they're doing something that's wrong, but they're doing something that typically would not be the route that you would choose. So, yeah. - You don't see something from that. - For my size, I think personally, I judge myself too much, but when I start to talk to you, when I start to have these podcasts, I noticed that I was judging too heavy myself, because what I think is like nobody's going to step, nobody is going to believe, nobody's going to follow, I found people who is in my size, this with me. They are, they also think in that way, they also believe in that way, and that's the beauty, be part of one community, be part of the social life, be part of this world. So don't need to, if you have that idea in your mind that maybe what I do is something wrong, I don't know if I'm doing great or not, but I'm just told and be that people around the world are living the same life now, at the same time, the same men of you, and maybe how also have a lot of people who we think in the same as you. So don't be too hard to yourself. That's the thing. I believe that the best critique is yourself. - Yes. - Like if you judge yourself too much, then you become, like you would have a low self-esteem, you wouldn't really believe in yourself in achieving anything, but if you judge yourself too less, you become arrogant, cocky, or ignorant. And if you judge yourself just about right amount, (laughing) that you have a balanced life, you check yourself, you're self-aware, but you also dare to just go out and explore something that you really want to. And I think that's beautiful. - Yeah, but there's one journey that you need to start. - Everybody, thank you so much for this episode.
