So I asked you what you want to talk about. And you said how to deal with the challenging expectations of our society. >> Yes. >> So before we begin with that, I want to ask you how are you and what you've been up to? >> I'm good, since we last saw each other. I'm now a certified executive coach. And I'm working on my international certification within the next few months. So I'm busy practicing accumulating coaching hours. I've been giving talks and workshops to companies about topics like finding your life per place, how to be happy at work, reinventing your personal brand, professional confidence. You still choose to grow, and not be in your comfort zone. Because you can't just be running your husband's business as with him, but you choose to do something for yourself. Because at the end of the day, you are a person on your own. >> Right, definitely. >> Okay, so I know, this might be a little bit personal question. You never wanted to have kids. So how did you deal with it? I know with yourself, it's easier to deal with yourself. >> Right, with the societies, expectations, and then questions. >> Right. >> How did you deal with that? >> Right, so I decided very early, like age 20, because I have three siblings and one cousin. So I was very responsible at an early age. You know, I love kids. I'm very good with kids, and people wonder, you're so good with kids. How come you don't want any? And it's really bad, because people, they're like shocked. They can't believe it, even since it's 2022. But you know, I made a decision early on that motherhood is not for me. And I learned, it's not compulsory, it's optional. And I really have no burning desire to be a mom. And on the other hand, I have friends who said things like, I'd rather die than not be a mom. So meaning it's really their life mission, right? So for some people in the canon, I knew early on, I didn't know that. And maybe because I knew, you know, my dad owns book sale, the bargain bookstore chain. So I grew up with a lot of books in magazine. So maybe growing up with a lot of exposure to what the world is like all over the world, showed me that there are many kinds of lifestyles for people. It's not just one kind of life, which if you live in a bubble, like the Philippine bubble, you might think, good morning, you know, we're all in a bubble, we're in a bubble, we're in a bubble. It's a very serious one. But as you know, we're having a lot of life, it's a long, long book with many chapters. But earlier in my life, I was almost somewhere. The more you read, the more you know about famous people, or important people who are doing good work, the more you know what life is, the more you know what is out there and what is possible. The more you are confident in your decision, the more you look at it, the more you look at it. The more you look at it, the more you know what I'm saying. Let's say when people make assumptions about the Philippines, right? What ignorant people will say. Philippines, do they still live in trees? It's obvious that they still live in trees.
