Ep. 37: Healing NDE: She Cries Out to God, Sees Jesus, & Returns with Hope (NDE of Dr. Jasmine Zinck)

Dr. Jasmine Zink recounts her near-death experience in 2008, during which she sustained a severe brain injury from a fall. Despite the trauma, she entered a deep meditative state where she encountered spiritual elements—rolling black waters and a light representing Jesus—reinforcing her lifelong spiritual connection. She describes how her body and mind healed rapidly, with medical professionals unable to find similar cases in records. Her experience led her to realize that spiritual healing transcends physical illness, and that souls remain connected to God even in suffering. As a metaphysical science PhD and spiritual minister, she emphasizes that trauma, anxiety, depression, and disconnection stem from misaligned energy, not pathology. She shares her journey from a career in massage therapy to becoming a spiritual healer, focusing on mental health, trauma recovery, and soul alignment. Her testimony affirms that death is not an end, but a transition into deeper spiritual awareness. She advises individuals to seek healing through meditation, forgiveness, and spiritual practices, urging them to recognize that all life experiences are part of a larger divine purpose. Ultimately, her message calls for trust in a higher consciousness, personal transformation, and the belief that everyone is part of a living, interconnected spiritual reality.

Coming up on not the end NDE and so I just kept rocking back and forth and I was like God with every person that I saw in my practice. Every person that I put my hands on in out reaches that I wanted them to have a better life. I know you were there. There's no reason at all why I can't be healed. So I went in with that plea and I kept rocking and I went into a very deep meditation state and I was in a place where it was rolling waters of black on black on black and I just remember relaxing back and just smiling and thanking God. I said thank you God for putting me here and not bringing me to heaven because I wouldn't have been able to handle the noise and the brightness of it because I was so sensitive at that time and I start seeing a little light and I watch the light gets closer and closer and closer and it's Jesus that is the spirit at the beginning. The spirit on the waters God who said let there be light changing all frequency at that moment on the waters. Let there be light and there was and there will be for you too. Many have died and returned to tell of their near-death experiences. Their incredible stories revealed to the living that this is not the end. Thank you so much for being here to listen to my near-death experience that I had back in 2008. It was March April and 2008 and there was a ask to do this testimony a while ago and I feel like the Holy Spirit is really with me right now and one of the reasons why it took me so long to want to share on this platform that I was invited was because one I'm a metaphysical science PhD doctorate in spiritual healing and theocentric psychology and I'm a metaphysical minister and I'm also in college right now continuing my education in mental health psychology so I can have a well-balanced idea of how to help individuals because we are all unique and the number one rule is to cause new harm and I have told my testimony before and then I was reminded by Jesus recently that this is not my testimony this is his and so I would be causing more harm if I did not come out right now and talk about it. So with that I'm Dr. Jasmine Zink and I'll start when I first was introduced to Jesus in this lifetime and that was when I was three four years old I was going to Sunday school. Literally the Sunday school teacher would come and pick me up and my mom would be able to stay at home with my little sister so I would go into the class with the Sunday school teacher and I was taught how to pray and to seek Jesus and we of course would sing songs and then once I started school I told her I didn't want to go to two schools so I pretty much left that part of my life and when I get older I believe I was about eight years old and I was staying at my grandmother's in Maine and I woke up one night and I had to get to the bathroom and I look up and I see a figure there just casually hanging out by the sink area and when I finish my business I just kept my eyes on this figure and I washed my hands and put my hand on the hand and I knew it was Jesus and I got a message as long as you stay with me you'll be okay so I went back to bed and over the years I would visit the church and I grew up where my dad had pretty much all Bibles except for the Mormon Bible he had a bad taste in his mouth from living out West with their culture and so he says basically it doesn't matter what religion that you feel most connected to just seek God so I was I was always instructed that really religion doesn't matter it's have a relationship with God and we'll fast forward to when I was in high school and this is when I moved down here from Maine to Alabama and I would visit various churches with my friends it was when I was a senior in high school I get a knock on the door and I was waiting on a friend we were going to go to Walmart to go get some stuff for homeic and I'm thinking that it's her so I open the door and to my surprise there's this girl standing there and she's witness that's all she said she says I have a witness for Jesus Christ man come in so I let her in and I'm excited because oh this has never happened to me before and said she asked if she could pray for me and I said yes and then she says well have you accepted Jesus into your heart and I suppose I need to do that and so she she goes ahead and prays that I take the accept the father the son the holy ghost and then I'm saved and so I feel fantastic I don't really know what just happened I didn't have tools I had that stage in my life she really put a concept of it other than I have heard lots of people you know talk about it we talk about Jesus in church but I didn't understand the requirements spiritually I suppose of how to seek God properly at that time and my friend showed up the other girl left and literally I get into my truck and we light up a joint because like I say I had I had no tools I didn't I didn't understand I just kept living my life and so looking back I can see how very soon after that day I get kicked out of my dad's house and he found the roach and that was not like me at all I was always wanted to clean up after myself and he's said that basically he had a baby on the way and that could have gotten him into a lot of trouble if he would have been pulled over in the truck and so I decided that it was just best for me to go and stay at my moms at that time looking back yeah could it have been there's no such thing as consequences is what I'm trying to say but I feel as if my I was divinely impressed to move to my mom's house because it allowed me to get closer to my sister and allowed my dad to have his space with his new his new life and then it strengthened my path because I was able to go to college at that time and bring it out into a field of massage I was not anybody that thought that I was going to go into a medical profession such as that an alternative health one but I did and so I ended up having that career for a few years until I actually became an instructor myself at a very young age I took over a day spa basically just focused on prevention with athletes and a medical massage and I still focused on health but I still had that other side of me that would go in dabble on the weekends I'd go out and dance and drink and socialize I would say and so with that kind of dual lifestyle it is wearing on you and I ended up for falling, I fractured both my wrist, so I already had, I was already overusing my body because massage is like you're an athlete and I was not training myself to be one at that time. And so I had to take a break and I remember my dad came in and got me and he brought me to say her land to his family's house and by this time I have my sister that was born and then my brother and I was able to get to know them and that was fun. And I remember it was pretty much like the last push, like okay you're healed, you've been here all summer, we're back for vacation, why don't you have a job kind of thing and I've been applying, I've been putting my application into places and I remember some people. They knew me from my career because they came to see me when I was a massage therapist and they're like are you trying to take my job? And so I knew possibly I was going to have to take a different direction than maybe administration or I knew that I couldn't wait tables but I decided to be a bartender. And during my time there and this is where I'm going to not go into a lot of details but I will say that I got into a situation that entailed an individual to be obsessed and I was in a more than a friendship partnership and when I saw the first signs of trouble I knew that I needed to have an escape plan I had my own place at this time and I needed to call somebody that I trusted and that was an ex boyfriend of mine. So I called this guy and I met him down in Fairhome at the pier and I tell him a little bit and kind of like look I really want to get out of this lifestyle and I just don't know what to do and he's like this is not you you've had your time you've healed let's take you to Florida for a while and maybe you can get back into a massage over there let's transfer your license let's get you back into school let's do something so after my shifts that night we went back to my house and I initially intended just to leave just not to even go back to my apartment just leave with the clothes in my back and call it good but I ended up stopping at my house and the person that was obsessed with me had a key to the door he was taking care of that overhead like the utilities and I was responsible for rent he didn't live there though and so I remember seeing my ex boyfriend running out that through the kitchen and he ran through the back door to go outside and I'd look up and I had a metal supple back by my front door that I did not think of at this time when I saw this guy's whole face morph it was not human it was like something was part of him but coming out of him but at the same time it was like his skin it was his face but it was not and so it's like I'm dipping too well you don't run from evil and of course I didn't know that the time I just knew let me get out of here well then I'm facing like the kitchen floor like it was like something caught me and I remember being so close to the kitchen floor that I started analyzing they haven't changed this linoleum since the 70s like I lived there for six seven months at this time and that's what I remember thinking of and then I remember being lifted up and then I'm put into this chair actually and there's two knives to my throat and then there's an altercation with the two guys but I remember just being really calm and relaxed and I couldn't really hear anything outside of me at this time I remember thinking this is an interesting way to go and so everything is black I wake up and I'm starting to get nauseous and I'm extreme pain and so I have this here I have a skull because my dissertation for spiritual healing involved in the healing of traumatic brain injury and neurobiological disorders with the use of spiritual practices I do meditation workshops as well and so I like to have a demo I said this works out good here so this will happen if you can if you can see I was struck by that bat that I talked about on the occipital and the occipital and the perietal so when I woke up I see my ex-boyfriend standing there with two police officers and I immediately my intuition tells me go to the back of my head well when I did that I cupped my hand it stopped right here just like that and it it was filling out so usually you'll see doctors talking about that these bones for a long time they were saying that these bones are fixed I mean they're not the sutures here everything glides very slightly but very gently along with the cerebral spinal fluid pulse and they'll definitely say that it is not logical for a bone to protrude and mine did with just a drop of blood that was left on my pillow that I found in the morning time the officers would not touch me even though I was freaking out and I'd say please call an ambulance there's an oh no no no we know that you are a bartender you're obviously just been drinking you'll sleep it off she'll sleep it off we're not calling an ambulance we're not wasting our time we're out of here so they left so I wake up I go to sleep again somehow that's all I remember is like they left us out I was like sleep it off so I wake up and now I'm in extreme pain and I projectile vomit all over the floor and I remember looking up and my ex was sitting on the floor and I was like are you now like are you gonna bring me to the doctor let's go and on all he is like look Jasmine when you came you came to see me you told me some stuff but I didn't know was this crazy I can't help you and he left and I didn't know where my phone was or anything so I literally get off the bed realize I cannot stand and I'm crawling with my with my four arms and my hands so I'm dragging myself from my bedroom just right across the hall and there's the bathroom and I throw up everything in my system and and the same time like oh my head like whoa you know I make it to the living room I was like I'm not even gonna try to get in my bed again so I make it to the living room and I lay on my couch and then I remember on day two is when I woke up and I realized I've lost my regular sense of smell all I could smell was this burning and I was told later by a psychiatrist that when you're we're um any of your nerve plates burns you'll be able to smell especially if it's your um well connected to your your nose I used to complain not to others but God hears everything and so I would complain about how the world smelled a lot how people smelled and so now God has given me the um chance to get a part of my smell back but be able to smell in the spiritual realm and just overall bless me for all of my lack of perception I'll say that I had even at this moment when I'm in excruciating pain and it took me until day three to reach out to God I was not in fear I did not consider anything other than I'm not gonna be able to crawl out to my car and drive right now. So, when I got to the point where I recognized I haven't been able to keep down any liquids. I couldn't eat anything. I didn't have anything else to purge. It wouldn't be long at that point. And so, I was just getting really aggravated with how much pain. And so, I crawled into this chair into the fetal position and I started rocking slightly back and forth. And what I recognized is that the brain, I recognized as I was shifting side to side, even though there was so much pressure in the front and the back, but predominantly in the back, that shifting allowed the brain to move slightly and take the edge off. And I was able to have that multi millisecond of pain free. And I was like, oh my gosh, like, that was luxury. Like, I want that again. Like, right there. I want that again. And so, I just kept rocking back and forth. And I was like, God, with every person that I saw in my practice, every person that I put my hands on in outreaches that I wanted them to have a better life. So, I went in with that plea and I kept rocking and I went into a very deep meditation state, but mystical because I was seeking God, seeking the presence of God and higher consciousness because I was all intuned as to my wholeness, my completeness. I was perfect and healthy and pain free. And I was in a place where it was rolling waters of black on black on black. And I was just remember relaxing back and just smiling and thanking God. I said, thank you God for putting me here and not bringing me to heaven because I wouldn't have been able to handle the noise and the brightness of it because I was so sensitive at that time. And I start seeing a little light and I watch the light gets closer and closer and closer. And it's Jesus. And I was so excited and I reached my hand out and he was reaching his out and he says, are you ready? And I realized at that moment, I cannot see man, I could see him. And we shook hands and I said it's about time. For years, I wondered because I came back, right? And I'm going to talk about that. But keep in mind that my soul, my spirit, knew Jesus Christ, my young self, knew Jesus Christ. I did not. My ego mind could not perceive who he was. I still had solished desires that I wanted to pursue. And when we have desires, whatever that is, we don't seek God first because we don't want to hear the answer. And so I of course didn't seek God. Like, what is he? What was that? It's about time. Of course, throughout my years, I'm like, well, they do say now he's going to come back. It's about time. It could be that theory. Not at all. I mean, I'm not saying that he's not coming back saying, but we'll talk about that. I come back into my chair. And I remember looking behind me and now it's like, I'm alert. I'm awake. I'm fine for the moment. And I was like, am I going to be able to make it to my car? I could see through the solid door. So just taking the hand of Jesus in higher consciousness, I get some superhuman stuff going on. Didn't amazed me at the time. I wasn't wowed. I wasn't impressed. It seemed normal. I could see through this door and knew that it was the middle of the day. And I was told, don't worry. Everything's going to be fine. Someone's on their way to get you. I was like, oh, yeah. So now my conscious mind is catching up. And I was like, yeah, that's right. Someone's on their way to get me. And so the person that comes to get me was the one who had been obsessing me. I was not concerned. I was not worried. Always forgiven. Let's go. He didn't even have to say what he did. I'll bring you only if you'll say that you slipped and fell. And I found you like that on the on the floor. It's fine. Let's go. Hey, gay head giving me some yogurt. I remember eating this strawberry yogurt. I'm like, hey, and I'm totally like hyped at this point. He's looking at me like, are you sure you still need to get the doctor? I'm like, yep, still there. Yep, totally still there. Let's go. Well, by the time we get to the hospital, I all of a sudden felt super weak. So I'm back at that stage before I went into meditation. So all the higher consciousness has came back down and I'm feeling my body again. And I about fall out in the parking lot and I walk into the emergency room and I immediately am like, I'm going to throw up. And I did in a bed pan and they thought it was blood. And that's how God works because if not, I would have been sitting in the waiting room for who knows how long they see blood. They hear hen trauma. Let's go. I went back and got a CT scan. They called a surgeon. So the neurosurgeon had gone on a trip to New York or something. So he's having to take a plane back. So I'm told that I have to wait. And what they told me when he did get back when he's freaked out. So the neurosurgeon of 25 years tells me that, okay, this, this is the brain. And we have two hemispheres. So I was struck here in the right. And this one entirely inflamed. So all parts of the brain, so this is a limbic system, all parts of the brain, excluding, excluding this area were affected. Three parts of my brain were bleeding. The left temporal lobe was so bruised because of the impact and all of the swelling that it was bruised. And they were going to have to not only drill a hole to relieve the pressure by the looks of the first CT scan, but they were talking about to a man's surgery to get the baseball-sized blood clot out. All of that was dissolved. And within 24 hours. And so at the 48-hour mark, the surgeon said, I don't know what to do with you. The skull fracture is healed. It's a cross. He was doing research and everything he's trying to pull up reports is this common, has this ever happened before he couldn't find anything. He was so freaked out. All he could do is give me his card and he said, make this appointment. I want to see you again, but there's nothing. Never reason for me to keep you here. And the next morning I was exited and they didn't even send me usually wheel you out. I went out the back stairs. Like, I remember the nurses and everything just in awe. And they didn't know what to say to me. I was not counseled other than by the social worker, the case worker. I was like, yeah, I'm just, I just need a doctor's now. I just need to get back to work. Nothing, nothing weird here. Yeah, I was cleaning. I fell. Would I felt really weird about lying? I didn't even like it. And it seemed like when I did, my head would hurt even more. But the day that I walked down, I was in shock. I went and picked him a little prescription that I really didn't need other than I guess to make me feel like it was part of humanity again. I take my little prescription that they gave me. I'm sitting there after my mom brings me home and I'm by myself again. And so I was like, well, I don't want to watch TV like nothing seemed the same. I didn't know what to do. So I talked to God again. Then I said, God, what do you want me to know? Look up on my bookshelf and I see a Bible. I was like, that's a good idea. So I went ahead and opened it right to Job. And I was like, okay, so it's not going to be just a one-liner for this one. It was the whole book. And like I said, I was not given skills at that time to comprehend past this. After reading the whole entire amazing book of Job. A few days later, I'd hear the spirit. What did you think about that book? Because I didn't ask any more questions at that time. I didn't pursue the Bible to find more answers. I didn't go to the New Testament and say, "Hey, let me see this guy that Jesus that I know, but I don't know what he did during his time here." I said, "It sounded to me that there were two ego minds at play with Job, and I don't want to have anything to do with it." That was it. So God, let's you go through life and for a while because we have things, and I believe also, wholeheartedly, that God gave me the amount of perception that I could handle at that time as well, until it is time. And I learned as much as I could with my hands on modality, metacuping essential oils, reflexology, increased my knowledge with medical massage, and did tens of thousands of sessions. To one day, it was time, again, and I fractured my ankle, my clothes, my daispa. I opened up a private practice so I could keep my core clients, and so I could continue to make money so I could live. And I still didn't seek God, and everything that I tried to do and get me to the point, and it was like, nope, like about to launch something, about to get into real estate. Nope. Not going to happen. Not going to be a life form medical insurance policy agent. Not going to do this, not going to do that. I said, "Fine. You want me to go all the way to the rock bottom." I became a bartender again. I got into a terrible dependency, met a lot of amazing people that were also in dependency, and everybody has their soul's mission. And when once again, Jesus got me to midway, midway of the mountain. I went to rehab, because when you party like a rock star, you should go to rehab like a rock star, or get the tools to equip you, to not go in that danger zone again, to get the tools to equip you, to be around it, and say no, and not to judge the ones that are still there where you were. Get the tools to equip you, to give them tools for healing. And so that's what I've done. Not just with dependency, but with trauma on all levels, and mental health, and that's what I'm continuing to do. And what I proved in my dissertation was not only was my experience, my near death experience, but we don't die. We're always alive. Remember that, for we have the God of life, for I am life. I am. I was able to prove that with the nerve of certain, couldn't find as common, it is. And it doesn't matter where you are at, with your healing, with your brain trauma, of emotional, or physical, or, or multiple, or it's a C-P-T-S-D, if you have OCD, 80-D, 80-H-D, if you just don't feel right, and you have mental fatigue, high anxiety, depression, irritableness, for no reason, you've been tested by the doctors and everything's fine, right? Because that's happened to me before too. Your energy is not aligned up. That is what I went to metaphysical science to get my bachelor's and master's degree for. And I take clients one-on-one to help purify the conscious mind. Because I was in an extreme case, I was so blessed to be left for those three days. I was in extreme case, because even if I wanted to focus or think about the what is, or all this other stuff, I didn't want to. There was no reason too, but I had a purified consciousness. I'd forgiven. I let everything go, and given it to God, and I've heard that time and time again, I went to school to learn the tools to be able to do, to replicate what I went through without having that extreme circumstance, you know what I mean? But to be able to be in everyday life, no matter what that looks like for the everyday person, to be able to turn the negative speaking into life and positive and uplifting, because everything has a frequency you may have heard. But when you consider this energy, period, is the substance that created all, that is in all, that is the spirit at the beginning, the spirit on the waters, God, who said let there be light, changing all frequency at that moment, on the waters, let there be light, and there was, and there will be for you to seek your focus victory.
