Ep 322: Constipated Rosacea Lozenges

This iHeart Radio podcast episode, "This is Important," blends satire, absurdity, and personal storytelling to explore the power of unconventional branding and self-identity. The hosts, Blake and Adam, jokingly propose becoming spokespersons for products like adult diapers, rosacea cream, and yogurt, drawing parallels to real celebrity endorsements—such as Jamie Lee Curtis promoting yogurt—while highlighting how shame or discomfort can become a platform for visibility. The conversation expands into broader themes: the absurdity of fame, the influence of 90s pop culture (with references to Baywatch, Beverly Hills 90210, and toilet-themed nostalgia), and the emotional weight of personal experiences like climate disasters, where a storm floods a coastal community, forcing residents to confront vulnerability. They also touch on deep cultural touchstones, like the anti-racist symbolism of cross-colors in fashion, and share personal quirks—such as a fascination with toilets or flying—turning mundane hobbies into meaningful commentary. The tone is playful and self-aware, using humor to examine identity, celebrity, and the strange ways people connect to products, experiences, and each other. Throughout, the hosts maintain a candid, unfiltered style that turns everyday oddities into a powerful form of storytelling, celebrating both the ridiculous and the deeply human.

This is an iHeart podcast, Guaranteed Human. Welcome to This is Important, a production of iHeart Radio, the show where we only talk about what's the most important bottom line, critical thing happening on this planet. Today, on This is Important? Dude, I will be the face of adult diapers. You can call me Mrs. Home, otherwise you can get out and walk. Get the fuck up out my house. Buckle up. Oh, very shaggy darling. Give me a hell yeah. This podcast is already starting off. Fucking crazy. Tell me why, tell me why, tell me why. Talk. Because why? Dude, because I was, I was enjoying auricola and now I can't, because I don't want to be, I don't want to be slurping on the mic. Yeah, I was looking at this, let me get that auricola out. How's that auricola treating you, man, with flavor? Dude, I fuck with auricola and a lot of people are like, "Oh, that auricola is paying them so much fucking coin." It turns out they are right up top, right out the gate. Freakin' ad, that I basically did, but they're not. Yeah, I just enjoy the product. You know, I want to believe you, but you are the master of guerrilla marketing. And we never know. We never know. You really are. There's what, what's the, uh, the lozengers you mess with? You like put me on some Norwegian shit that kind of changed my life. No shots fired at regolo. The lozengers I fuck with are fisherman's friends. Isherman's friend. Bro, get here. And they karate kick your mouth in a way that you probably won't enjoy, but it will correct the wrongness. Yes, sir. Okay. Yeah, I feel like it's mostly, my mom keeps calling me over and over. Speaking of the fisherman's friend, hang on, hang on. We got a call in. Hey, hey, mom, I'm in the middle of a podcast with the world brand-own. This is important. I'm stuck under a car, the grocery store. In honors, hell, man, are you stuck under the car at the grocery store? That shit's important. Yes, I am. Oh, yes, and. Oh, all right. I'll let you go. Combinator. Okay, I love you, bunches. Oh, no, I love you. No, I love you. No, I love you. You are really weird, but that's okay. Don't have you. Okay. Let's get rid of what we're doing. Wow, you are really weird. Rokola, Rokola, this is all part of it. That's a bit, Adam. And you're so trans. You're so trans. You're so trans. Parent could be. They're like, let's weave in. We're going to have your mom call or make you like a lovable, young man with a mother and a child. Yeah, what now? I'm building. What's the next step? What's the last? What's the button to the ad here, Adam? I think what I have to do is get some kind of disease, but not an incurable one, like one that I can live with. What does it call when you sort of have a splotchy skin? That's called elder honky. That is true. I'm getting some rosacea. Rosacea. Rosacea. Rosacea. I need some rosacea. If you get rosacea, I'm going to school with rosacea. You get a little older and you can start doing those like cream commercials. You know those cream commercials. That's my trajectory for my career in that. Thank you for calling me out. I like any of those. I like those commercial deals where you take on like sort of the quote-unquote embarrassing ailment and you're the face of it. What was Jamie Lee Curtis for a minute? Wasn't she like- Just yogurt. Oh, Jamie Lee Curtis, through the grapevine, heard she got paid, and I'm calling and this is through the grapevine and I'm not sure how real it is. This is for the yogurt or this is for something else. This is for the yogurt, which basically it's to help make you poop because you're constipated and you need this yogurt so you can do the do-do-do. Do-do. $20 million. What? Do you know how often I would be talking about my diarrhea? You know what? Or my lack of, I guess. You have them right in the check memo for diarrhea and you walk that motherfucker in a Wells Fargo and you say, "Yup, ask me how I got this." Ask me about it. You do that the first time. You definitely do that the first time and then maybe the second time you're like, "It's kind of a line here." Maybe I dragged a pause for this. I already did it. I did the thing. They all looked at me crazy. Third time you're like, "I'm just going to feed it in the ATM." Then you like a few months later and you don't even know where the Wells Fargo is. You're too rich. You've got too many bags, you're on rodeo with rosacea. With all that, with all that constipation cash, constipation rosacea. I'm not afraid of that. Not the bottom. Give me that poop, my pants, chank of brother, please. I see that. I see that for all of us. I'm pretty excited for where our careers are. Here's that. Here's that. Blake, with a bunch of friends all having a good time, getting ready to head out. Everybody's skateboarding. They're all skateboarding. And then it's like, "Somebody goes, "Hey, Blake, we're going to have a good time tonight." And then it turns back to the camera and goes, "Depends." Oh, man. Yes, points. I like this. It's just like fucking, what's the candy commercial, like the Mentos commercial? Mentos? It's all just like a tee up for something. And they're like playing basketball. It's like, "Hey, man, you're going to have a big game?" Depends. Depends. It's like a backshot of him running away and he's sort of waddling. Backshot. Yeah. Dang. I'm in, brother. I'm in. That's my check right there. Well, that's cool. Pickleball. Hey, you get to remember to stay out of the kitchen. Depends. It's a bagel. What would be your, if I'm doing a rosacea, like I got all the spotchy skin, also I would do a diarrhea or a constipation sort of medicine, stlash, yogurt, loose. Somewhere in that world, if the second Jamie Lee Curtis steps down, she's done collecting those checks. Yeah. I'll swoop right in. And by the way, what a, what a connector because she had like her career as a young woman. Then she was kind of like in that era where she's having kids, maybe I actually don't know. But where the phone doesn't ring because Hollywood is Hollywood and then she does the yogurt and then now she's back. She's bigger than ever. Are you believe? Yeah. Absolutely. And then what a, what a perfect little chapter. Oh, so see, by the way, we're not off by saying that this is a huge, huge, huge career get because now Dion Sanders is the official spokesperson for depend, adult incontinence products. What? What are you talking about? Dion, Dion, Dion, prime time stays, shitting and pissing in his pants. I got to see his ad. I did not know how that sentence was going to end their play. I got to see his ad. Yeah. I guess you had bladder cancer and then this is why, you know, however you get there, that's fine. Right. But however you get there, you made it to the mountain. Cancer load me up, made it to the mountaintop of endorsement cash, stack some of that on me. Yeah. See, I don't know what the A to B is for, for my adult diapers. Maybe it's just my, I hope it's just you, you, you, you can't, you no longer can sneeze. Oh. Like if you sneeze, it's stuff's coming out. Oh, right. Okay. Yeah. It's a wet sneeze. I thought you meant like he can no longer sneeze. He's like someone else sneezes and he goes, I'd say bless you, but I'm actually jealous. I can't do that anymore. Yeah, I wish I wish I wish I wish something would tickle my nose. I wish. I wish. Oh God. Oh, okay. So I'm a, I've got adult diapers on. Yes. Adam has rosacea. Mm-hmm. Ders, what's you, what's you bringing to the table? What's your dream? How are you getting your bread? Probably men's breast cancer. Oh. Say it. Probably that. See, but yeah, but Ders, I don't know if there's a lot of money there. We're talking about how to get the bag. No, I'm clout chasing. I'm clout chasing. I'm on like, I know you do macy's prayed, but you're an entertainer. I'm just up there and everyone's crying. They're like, he survived. Oh, yes. I assume. And I'm just doing this. Your boobs are huge. Okay. And women feel weird about it because they're like, yeah, like face the new face of breast cancer. And they're like two things. It's a guy and number two. That face? Yeah. Your boobs are huge. We could go with a different face. Yeah. We couldn't get David Chokuchi. Are you willing to shave the mustache for your campaign? And what does David Chokuchi, what does his face look like? David Chokuchi is way better than ever. Was he Baywatch? Yeah. He was Baywatch, right? Yeah. I'm not super familiar. The name rings a bell. Well, only it rings a bell, I think only because that is a go to Ders, like if he's going to name someone, he'll name David Chokuchi and it's a funny name to say. It's like Ray Chokuchi. It's a great name. I'm a Chokuchi. You know, Chokuchi has a classic story about how like he was on the show. Dating Pam Anderson's right hot exhale. Yeah. Yeah, he's the guy who like Tommy Lee came to set to fight Oh, cuz Tommy didn't understand like he tried to choke. Hey gee. Yeah, you know, you think points Okay, give him Yes, points. You know, you're doing something right if Tommy Lee comes to fight you right, right, right You know something is something is going correct in your life if Tommy Lee's like oh man, I had enough If a Hanson good one super hung rock star millionaire is jealous of you Taking taking time out of his day to come to your place You might be a chokachee Yes To come to your place Shake it down Dude, but you know what With that Baywatch, this is actually kind of Because I was looking up Melrose place the other yeah, okay as one does once the last time you looked at the cast Of Melrose place chokachee was on Melrose place, right? Wait, what? But Adam, he looks like Brian Austin Crane. What do we? I do. But dude, I mean, I sort of look at the thing. Okay. Look at the group photos. They were taken. We did do that when we were 26 and 24, three or whatever you guys were. - Yeah, it's time to, it's time to, I remember really fighting you guys on that. I remember you guys really didn't wanna go, and I booked it and it took everything, but now we look back at those photos. - It took everything. I remember begging you guys to come. Blake is being a real bitch about it. - At least come. - What? - You were, I don't remember this. See, you seem like, you're not come. - Well, I remember it pretty dramatically because I was like, we're gonna want these. We are gonna want these. And then now we look back at those photos. And you were wearing the animals I could kill with my bare hands shirt. - Okay. - Real cool. And I just thought that all of these photos are gonna stay in the test of time. - And they have, and they have, you're right. So how about? - Are you still into killing animals with your bare hands? Or since the woke mind of Iris has got you, and you're no longer gonna kill. - You're killing animals. - I didn't want to kill animals. I was saying if it came down to it, there are these animals are ones that I could if it was like. - Oh, okay, yeah, that's right. - And you know, you know what picture pops up when he calls my phone? Blake Anderson's hands around gripsters throat holding him to the floor. - Oh, Kim. - Oh my God. - I'm so excited. - Gripster was our dog. - Gripster was our family. That was Gripster's love language we had of here. We loved each other, don't we? - Yeah. - Hey, do you think the dog likes that? - Depends. - Stupid. ♪ You never had it so good ♪ - CEO's pizza. - Yeah, so you know, hey Blake, don't worry. We'll cut that out of the episode too, 'cause I don't, I don't want people coming out. - No. - You woke up to, and it's what one is. - I've honestly, you wanna know that, the sad happy-trigger. - No, we're good. - You guys see a Patriot game? - I've only killed one animal in my entire life. - Say more. - I had a paintball gun in Kyle's backyard. There was a bird up in the tree. I'm like, huh, I wonder if I could hit this bird with the paintball gun. I pulled the trigger. Boom. Down, one shot, one kill. I felt absolutely awful. - Immediate regret. - In the words of the dude, where's my car drive through order taker, and then? - And then I walked over to it, and it was, - Fortunately, it was dead, so I didn't have to do like a kill shot. - So is it, and you guys just leave it there and like go inside and game? - Well, what sucks is what I didn't realize is that, - I feel like I'm having like a say-on or something. - No, no, Kyle's mom had recently got into bird watching. - So she had binoculars on that girl. - She felt a lot of the tree. - That exploded neon green and a lot of the tree. - Hey mom, look at this one. - Let's just say, there were repercussions, and I, and I wasn't allowed-- - Cautions. - I wasn't. - Repercussions, yeah, you had to go back in time and be careful. - Come on, bro. - I'd be frickin' morty that, bro. I had to make it right, and the fact of the matter is, I wasn't allowed at Kyle's for a couple of weeks because of that. - Real. - Yeah, and it stuck with me, and I have never harmed animals since other than-- - And what stuck with you, the active forgiveness, or the memory of how good it felt when you watched the soul leave that animal's body? - I did not like that. I did not like that feeling. - Yeah, it is, yes, it is a weird, 'cause I had this very similar thing as a kid where I would shoot my uncle lived on a farm and there were all these black birds that were in his grain silo, and they're like taking over, and he was like, there's too many of that in this room. And he's like, I will give you a quarter or something for every bird you kill, thinking I'm gonna kill like three birds. I came back with a garbage bag. - Treasure trove. (laughing) - And then, - I mean, he just shaken the bag out. He was like, now, I'm not gonna give you more money. I'm not gonna give you more money than this. - That's $3.00 bird. - And I'm like, but I killed all these birds for you. - It's like Jesus. - He's like, I didn't know you were gonna be an absolute assassin. - And they're all just killed in worse and worse ways. - Right, right, right. - Did you make a little painting? - The fuck? - The fuck. - This one just has its legs tied around its neck. - Pretty violent. - I do love the idea of you bringing your trash bag. - Where's BB Guns? - And then his BB Guns. - Jumping the trash bag out and he's like, I'm not paying for all this. And you're like, well, there's seven other bags just backed by the bar. (laughing) - Oh my God! Thank you, God! - But I understand the first one or two that gets you and then you're getting numb. You get numb. - Right, right, right, right. - Yeah, I do believe there is a definite curve. It gets eaten. - Yeah. - Which is unfortunate. - You never fished before, you don't count those. - You don't, you can't count fish. It says a whole book about it. - Really? - One, two, one fish, two fish, three fish, blue fish, bro. Can't count fish. What, Dr. Seuss did it? - I feel like, I feel like fish. That's just part of the game. - And that's, and by the way, that's why the oceans are fucked. 'Cause everyone's like, "Wales, male." And now they're like, "Oh, actually, whales are the closest thing to humans, and they can fucking poke." - Oh, fuck that. Leave whales alone. Those are the most majestic animals on the damn planet. - Okay. Turtles are like, what happened? - Okay. - Whales are mammals, hello, that's way different. - Okay, okay. Fish. - Yeah, I don't think, I don't think the average person is how her puny whales, I don't know if this is a thing that we-- - They would if we let them. - Hey, I was just gonna say, like, it's the only thing stopping me is general life. And also, most people won't let me. - Yeah. - You're fucking deserves. - Otherwise, you're my guy. - I'm out there with my poo. (laughing) (dramatic music) (dramatic music) - Dude, there's been some wild animal life down here by the beach boy. - Oh, dude. - Yeah. - There was a 12-foot, great white spotted just off the beach, right where I live. 12 feet. - What totally, I mean, how is it not on your street with the storms, bro? - Yeah, so we had some crazy storms down here. You guys both reached out. Thank you for caring about my safety. - Oh, that is-- - I told Blake to. - Yes, though you did not. - No, you did not. - Oh, thank you for-- - No, I do not talk that there's a pod, fuck that. - Yes, even Kyle reached out. - Okay. - Yeah. - Even Kyle reached out, he cared. - People be caring. - His assistant. - Right. - Yeah, so there was, basically I live on a peninsula and the ocean and the bay just decided to join forces right away. - Oh. - Bay Area. - I was coming home from New York and couldn't get back to my house. - Oh my God, not cool. - Yeah. - 'Cause the streets were just fully shut down. I couldn't tell if the news was kind of like, there was just one part of the street that sort of was flooded. - It was like a one, like maybe eight block area. - Right. - Down. - And I was further down. So I-- - It was at the top of the peninsula though? - No, it was kind of in the middle. - It was in the middle. - Yeah. - Waterbell. - Dang, dude. Yeah, I was kind of tripping on. - But it was pretty, pretty gnarly. - Mm-hmm. - I was also kind of like a little bit disappointed 'cause like I didn't really see any gnar dogs like skimming in. You saw me out there like as if it were Katrina and I-- - Do you want him skimboarding? What are we talking about? - I like have just sandbags on my shoulders. - No, no, no, no, I have shone pants. - Like I'm shone pants, just like grabbing people out of their homes. - You got a rifle over your shoulder? - Like Adam, it's chill, dude. - They're like, dude, we don't need saving. - We're good. - We're good. - I'm just like yanking people off their homes. I'm carrying them on my shoulders. - Come on. - Let me record this real quick. And you climb down onto my shoulders. We could record that I could finally get on TMZ. - Absolutely, that would have been sick. I was kind of more thinking that there would be some gnar dogs out and about like sort of like-- - There were, dude, I think your algorithm's not feeding you. They're gnar dogs that it should be feeding you. - These are surf people out there, surf ninjas? - Yeah, yeah, like some surfers or some jet skiers. I thought people would be kind of sanded. - Oh, there were. - I didn't get those clips. I was getting the scary one. - Dude, I woke up in this lady's living room. (laughing) - I'm rocking, gravel. - Yeah, it was pretty scary to see the power of the ocean. And maybe we're a bunch of freaking ninkel poops for living right on the ocean. That's what my wife says. She's ready to move immediately. - Yeah. - She was like, time to millilink on like-- - There is a lot of, you know, we're gonna ride. We're riding like that. - You're like Lieutenant Daning it. - Yeah. - You're like, this isn't a storm. - Is it over? - So what they did is they pushed up, essentially, they like, these things called berms, so that's where the sand sort of peaks. And when it comes to high tide, it just goes to there and comes back down. The city council decided to flatten them. This is what I've heard happens, I don't know, okay. The city council flattened them because it was taking too much of the sand away. Every time it'd come be high tide, it would take a little bit of the sand away. And then like, we're losing too much sand. We got to flatten it. But then what happened is the ocean just goes, okay. And it just came and was chilling in people's living rooms and, you know, on the streets. - Yeah. - I'm gonna come. - It was like, to people's hips on the streets, which is pretty well. - To add to that, I saw that they like, tried to plow like a big mound away. But what this, it was just, it made a huge downhill on the back. So as soon as any water got over, it then would rush down into people's houses. - And then now we have like a sick, they're calling it Newport Lake. Where the beach once was, is just a lake of ocean water. - Oh, yeah. - Good branding. - Oh, yeah. - Realtors were on that real quick. - Actually, it's Newport Lake now. - And it's beautiful. - It's beautiful. - Yeah, you can jet ski on it. - Dip your toes in the water. - Yes, you can wake board here now too. - Yeah, you can get bare sharks. - One shark. - And what people were doing is they were, they were hooking up like what would you call it? Like handles to drones, driving the drones and pulling themself with the drones. - How powerful are these drones? - They're powerful as drones, dog. - Like one of those big six prop drones that we're talking about. - The ones they use for cameras. - Yes, for carrying shit. And then it would just like, thank you. - I had no idea they were that strong. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - Look at Blake's knees are fucking quake him. - Yeah, I'm just kind of, I just shit my depends, bro. This is getting me excited. - That's so strong. - Can you fuck one of those things? Depends. - You can come on down, dude. Let's rip, Newport Lake. - Let's rip, bro. I'm thinking about coming out there tomorrow, though. Maybe we can kick it. - I just feel bad for the people in Long Beach. By the way, I did no Long Beach did it like that. When I think of Long Beach, I don't think of beautiful coastal community. That's right on the water. - You don't think of beach. - It's a little industrial, but it's nice. - Yeah. - The name is Long Beach. - I mostly, I mostly think of Snoop Dogg. That's it. - Of course. - Of course. - Boo, boo, boo, boo, boo. - I just mostly think of Snoop Dogg. - Warren G Snoop Dogg, yeah. - Two or three. - That's who I think of predominantly when I think of Long Beach. They had some really nice coastal homes there. - Yeah. - That the ocean just said, let me gobble. - Yeah, yeah. - Let me gobble. - That's all. - You guys know not to drift too far drift. Hey, that's kind of funny. - Okay, okay. - Cameron Diaz and Snoop. - Yes, points. - Cameron Diaz and Snoop went to high school together. - Yeah. - What Cal Poly or where was it? - Is that a high school? - I think it is. - Whatever Long Beach High, whatever the fuck it is, whatever they went. - Yeah. - I think that's fucking awesome. - Long Beach Polly High School. - Oh yes, Long Beach Polly. - She's like, yeah, I knew Snoop Calvin, yeah. - Dude, that is so tough. - He's like, I didn't know her. - Yeah, and apparently Snoop would deal her drugs. - Really? - I mean, is that a cool fun story for them to make up later on? - Allegedly. - Yeah, maybe. - I bet he sold her weed. - Why not? You know, Cameron Diaz was, come on. He was party. - You guys, I'm just trying to pull the curtain back on the machine for people out there. - What was Cameron Diaz jump off? - The mask. - Cameron Diaz's? - The mask. - That was like her first one? - Yes, that was our first one. - She was a model. I think that was her first starring role in a movie, and she-- - The rush. - Talk about a rocket. - Oops. - Oops. - Oh, yeah. - Absolutely. - I think my Snoop dog was let loose. - Roo. - Okay. - He points. - Why isn't she on a TV show? I mean, I know she's stacked and doesn't care, but she's so cool and good. - I think she's one of the cool ones. - Yeah. - Yeah, I think she's one of the cool ones that just has enough money and is just like, "I prefer to garden or whatever the fuck she does." - That's right. - I miss her laugh. - Perfect. - Big, big, big, big, big laugh. - Yeah, I miss her smile. - We're ex-boyfriend stalkers. - You know, I don't know if I told you. I did tell you guys that I did Snoop Dogg's Christmas special this year, where I play Snoop Dogg's neighbor. I'm playing myself essentially, but I'm like-- - Smoke weed every day. - I live downstairs, and Snoop Dogg is having this awesome party and all my guests keep leaving my party to go to Snoop Dogg's party. - I just wanna party. - They're like, yeah, I improvise. Do whatever, so I come up and I'm like, "What's up, dog?" And I keep calling him like, "Okay, dog." And I was just like, punking him a little bit. Snoop did not like that, right? - Yeah, really? - He did not like that. - He's like, he shut down the improv. - As we were shooting, he goes, "Get the fuck up out my house!" - Yeah. - And then everyone's like, "Oh, we can't." this is a christmas special he's like get the fuck out of my house right no one talks to me like that in my house right and then afterwards I was like oh shit I really pissed him off and I was like you were really mad there and he was like yeah yeah I was I love it's in him it's still in him old snoop you brought out old school it was cool to see and he's like head going hmm premises are good has punch lines some corny ones but you let him get away with it because he looks at the audience like I know that one's corny but I like it and then like can take it down to where it's like actually meaningful and then hit you with the joke he's the best the best and then does the piano and then end the show as one of the yeah as the group an amazing musician amazing truly talented Blake like you would love it it's he's in the bay he's in Oakland so it's Oakland heavy okay come on now here we go I'm tapping which I think you grew up four thousand miles from I'm tapping in yeah yeah brother you might like it because you grew up on Easter Day we're all Easter because you read East America I was well I saw some clip of Jamie Foxx coming in to record uh what's the song he did with Kanye and Twista uh with the when he was slow jam no wait well yeah but was he covering right the one where it's like uh no it was it was um I'm going to get the Marvin Gaye slow jam it was slow jam that's the one I'm talking about I saw him come in and and break that off in the booth it was just like it was it's so cool watching those moments where it's like whoa this is a forever moment and he just Kanye was just kind of like oh yeah like just do your thing and like he's just making it up like right right just saying people's names just off the top of the dome yet it's it's it's cool that in no matter what crowd Jamie Foxx is in he's the stoner like everyone just sort of like backs up yeah and like let's him go for it these are not flowers it's in the the stand up a lot of a lot of impressions in the new stand up these these are not flowers no not at all oh stop right I don't want that enough to be known no flowers given Jamie come on the pod um if everyone wants to see me cry Jamie come on the pod and I'll just be like what I didn't to cry about it um what's it like being human is he that is he are our next get we get we go from a bride to Jamie Foxx yeah that depends that would be huge that would be I don't know where I go from there every that you know be very funny we get him it's great great episode and then after him we get Barack Obama and I'm like you know Jamie Foxx last week um we want to stop talking about Jamie Foxx I just can't this is the way Steve Martin's like but do you remember now I'm like I don't mother fucker do you remember fucking Kelly Kapazki on talking about what she's up to now I'm actually I'm not mad at that she's all over my feet one that'd be sick actually it you know we're gonna get chokaji who we kidding yeah no I don't need to cover the ass chokaji come on did you guys hear a summable air what did you hear about summable air I don't even is that the exorcist no she's the screened ago one Linda Blair uh she was she was in like what's the teenage one with all the rich kids are all together and she's it was a it was scream oh I know what you did last time she's not in scream but she's in like scream two or three or something okay well what she said was the teenager movie where she's the like girls are making now Ryan philippines cruel intent yes thank you oh god legally blonde she plays like the mean east coast girl the bad girl okay she's kind of legendary what her turns out she wasn't in character is Adam spilling tea so she just was on a flight and uh she bit the flight attendant someone back up back up back up back up back up and like okay well tried she tried to open the door of the plane pizza pizza in mid air while flying in mid air and then when they what tacked her like try to get her off that's when she bit someone wow okay well this kind of can be sort of sad something was on the plane she allegedly punched one flight attendant and bid another while heading from LA to New York yeah she tried to open the door while it was in the air so she was having some sort of a some of Blair lines she's she was having an a mental episode yeah what are we why yeah obviously but that's not like for people say that I think 10 years ago you could say that and people didn't know what that meant so it was like a get out of jail free card uh-huh I think she should still go to jail that's what I'm saying is that now we're realizing oh when this kind of thing happens it is a mental episode for everybody right it's code right unless you're like pre-meditated like this is this is not an excuse I mean come on if she goes to reach for the door to open the door mid flight and everybody's like wait it's an episode letter to let her do it yeah I want to watch this episode yeah no spoilers let's just see if it opens no spoilers this is must see TV go down hang on grab the popcorn it's a brand new episode a very special episode uh Adam you're being sucked out of the window right now oh fuck oh fuck I wanted to watch this one yeah I want to know what happened in the 20 minutes before yeah like in her in her seat in her mind what has happened or what's the tail tail don't you kind of wish you were on the flight no like no no don't you wish you were like kind of sitting like right next to her and she gets up and and you just see her like you go to take a piss and you just hear like Yankee on the door and you're like uh I like that Adam blicker uh Adam's just in the back of all the viral videos like rolling his eyes I don't like I don't like this I think she also has like ALS am I off okay Todd I don't I don't you do you type just one non lie in the fucking chat for once there's a bagel I think she has ALS which also by the way that's what everyone who's ever had an episode is I'm assuming she's on some crazy medications and uh right well that's what else with MS MS 2018 I've got my acronym yeah that's that is a that is a banger that would that would that would that would send me I'd lose my shit yeah you'd open some plans I'd open doors on planes that's all I would do I would just give a grace yeah we'd be flying and trying to open doors do you get to so that so yes you get to try and open an airplane door okay do you also want you Do you get one? Do you also get to bite someone? Or is it one or the other? Are you breaking skin? Yeah, they had to call the medics, I guess. Okay, well, if you're breaking skin, then you don't get to. Yeah, I know. But if you're not breaking skin, then you get one. It's just a no. Then you get one. Okay, okay, you get one. You don't get one. And then after that, like you can never, you can never fly on a plane again, right? We can. Well, not Delta. You don't have to go to it. You can't fly right back, right? That's American. And then you'd lower yourself to United and-- Right. Sure. You end up, well, RIP spirit, but damn, we lost a good one with that. Spirit doesn't exist anymore? Yeah, we're not going to spirit. Yeah. No. No, man. No, got the hack. No, let's just spirit. Sorry, you know me, I got my own plane. Um, yeah, it's a bomber in the crisis. She could fly a my shirt. [MUSIC] You know, the other day I was like watching some video of like, you know, it's still not like normal, but like a dad with his like four kids in the back of their little plane in the dad's flying. And I was like-- That's a good way to kill your entire family. But it's or, or-- No. You would kill your entire family. I'm not saying, I should do this. I'm sure. But I was just like, what is this lifestyle? By the way, the kids, it's like you're in a tent altogether. It's not like a super luxe, like aircraft. I'm saying it's kind of sucks. They're all kind of in there. The bags are in the tail and all that shit. But it's how they travel. They fly around. And I was like, this is fascinating. How much does one of these planes cost? No, it's, you can. I mean, Thomas Middle did try to play in for a while. Moneybags, middle bitch. I think when he was doing all those-- Oh, when he was doing all the-- when he was like the face of Verizon. And he had some extra money in his pocket. He had a plane. I think it's doable. You can own one. It's the gas that'll get you. It's the fuel. And like the keeping it somewhere, right? Just do it. And you got to keep it. And also the fact that you will kill your family. That's what I'm not fucking with it. It's not worth that. That's the thing that would be a bummer. Now, if it's just you and your boys, and you're going to take it to Catalina, and you all are willing to roll the dice and leave your family without a father, right? Then-- All right. I'd say fucking, let's go. Hey, me and the boys are rolling the dice. That's what I tell my family every night when I need to go frickin' party. You just have to kiss their foreheads and whisper in other ears every night. Daddy's rollin' the dice. Yep. That's right. Every night. He said he's going to roll the dice with the boys. I don't know what you mean. It made me think-- it made me think. And to your point about I would kill my family, it made me go-- You would. Can we clip that? It made me go, say it. How come I would definitely crash? Oh, what is it about me? And can I change that? Can I become someone who goes, "I've checked all the instruments, honey, and we're good, and you can trust me, and you can check my pulse, and it's low, and we're now climbing to 30,000 feet?" I think out of the three of us-- maybe you might be the one that maybe could possibly survive. You would crash, but maybe you're a boat guy, but you're a boat guy. You're already a captain of a vessel. [SCREAMS] But you know how many instruments I look before I just hit full steam ahead and take us to Catalina. None. I'm not lookin' at shit. Good to know, by the way, after. I don't even check the fucking toilets. No, boats are much easier. Violetine, I feel like, is kind of like video game. I feel like I could really tap it. Like, you would kill your whole family and friend. I don't-- I have pilots in my family. I feel like it takes a vacation. Like, let's keep it real. Do you think you could get to a place where you're comfortable flying people? Like, you're too nervous of a person. You're a nervous person. But I've been to a demolition derby with you. That's way different. Have you on camera going-- Dude, no, no, no, I don't like this. That's way different, bro. There were red necks being like, yo, we going to kill you, bro. Yeah, but you have to keep a steady hand, or else you're going to get crunched. Look, this is what it's just a push, and it's a pull, dude. It's right here. OK, but imagine-- [SINGING] OK. Pull up. There's weather all of a sudden. Adam, he just said pull up. Clearly, he passed. Yeah. Well, you got to check the weather. Of course, the turbulence would-- It came out of nowhere. It came out of nowhere. And all of a sudden-- [SINGING] You hit a goose in the engine. So what I would do is I would have-- the difference of tweenness. And we could start at, I think, you know what we would start at. I'm ejecting. I would have the steady hand, but then I could think I could make a landing or something that I obviously shouldn't be trying to make a course style. And then I would crash and kill my family. Yeah. That sucks. Yeah, no. I mean, I feel like you-- maybe there's some sort of like a test drive vessel that you could go through some scary scenarios that prepare you for that. Like what would it be? I believe it's called flight simulator. And I think-- Yes, that's the word I was looking for. Like a flight simulator that could put me in those predicaments. And I could be trained for when a little weather-- And I think that there's an engine. I think that is how they train most pilots for a very long time is on flight simulators. Yes. Do we do that? And then how comfortable are we in a flight simulator? I mean, I played a lot of pilot wing. Guys, I just want to be like, I'm getting to a point now where I'm damn near 50. And I'm like, can I do anything? Yeah, we're not damn near 50. You are, for sure. You know what I'm saying? There's not much. Like when you really list out what we're capable of, there isn't much. We talked about this a few weeks ago about, you know, we own tools. Do we know how to use them? Not really. I know. Like what tools? There's not a lot of know-how happening. At least speaking for myself, I have a bunch of tools. I look at them. When something goes wrong, I kind of look at the tools. I'll take a tool, I'll hit a thing, and then I'll call a guy. Hey, I've gone on record. I'll go on record. I am a pretty good plumber. Whoa, speak on that. I've installed tissues for all my neighbors. I've installed a toilet and it worked, and it didn't leak. I did it. I did it all by myself. Damn. That's fucking big time. Did you bag up the old one? You know how they take the old one and they bag it up. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. You put it in a bag and you leave it on the curb, and then somebody takes it. Wow. Yeah. Who takes it? Just a homeless guy? It could be. I don't know. I'm not asking questions. Oh, okay. Wasn't there? No. It's that toilet kid. You guys seeing that toilet kid? No. Oh, yeah. I've seen a toilet kid on Instagram. Toto, 1987. That's a classic. Yeah. It's like, this is an American standard 1992. This is a perfect model. Wow. Let's see if it could handle it. And then he'll put a bit like nails in there or something and see if it could flush. And then it does. And then it'll go, it flushed. Yeah. This kid sounds amazing. Yeah. No. The dad, the kids, whatever. The dad. The dad. He goes back to the dad. Yeah. Has the foresight to go. I love him. I'm leaning in. He's obsessed with toilets and I'm going to celebrate this and I'm going to unweird it. Right. Yeah. This is obviously. Look. It is weird. Everyone, you guys can say whatever the fuck you want. It's. Yeah, Blake. You can say whatever you want. It is a strange hobby by and large. But the dad's gone, yeah, exactly. And I'm going to un-strange it by showing the world how actually wonderful his relationship with these toilets is. Go, Dad. I was thinking a similar thing when I saw it, but I also was going, is this the dad's weird hobby that he's now got his kid into and now his kid is like, like, I love toilets. Just like my dad. Oh. And then now he's the toilet kid and his dad has made him toilet kid and now that's going to be a hard thing to shake when she hits middle school. He's the toilet kid. I got to feeling this kids, he's good to go as a toilet guy. I don't think he's going to, like, I think you're probably right, but I saw it both ways. I was like, either this dad is a strange bird, he's just like in our family. We rate toilets. Right. Right. But listen, to me, one of my kids starts becoming obsessed with toilets. I don't think I've got the wherewithal acceptance to go. Yeah. We're going to lean in. Let's go for another drive and find some more toilets guys. That's what we're doing this Saturday. I'm going, hey, that's pretty, that's pretty funny. Get in the car. Oh, cool. We're going to soccer. Yeah. Here's a baseball ball. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You want to play cat? Let's see if this ball flushes right into your hand and then you throw to me. Maybe we mix the toilet aspect and you go to the MLB. No, Turs, I think you got to kind of try to find your way. into his world. You could find the excitement there for you. I know, like, you know, you like those automatic toilets. Like, but maybe you could find your entry. - Automatic toilets. - Like, oh, yeah, like the ones that shoot up your ass. - Yeah, I feel like this kid would be like, "Oh, those are fucking trash." - Like, I remember like super racist. He's like, "Championese toilets!" He's dead. - Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop. That's probably, that's probably whatever. - I'm just shit damn japs in their toilets. - Stop, stop. Stop. Stop. Just saying what you said, Dad. - It's a livestream. It's a livestream. - I'm like an American standard. - Exactly. I'm an American standard guy all the way. Nationalism. - Okay, cut, cut, cut, cut, cut. We get the toilet kid he's speaking. - Send him back. And while we're speaking on this, the borders need to be strong. - The toilet kid's gonna move the RNC convention. - Send him back the toilets. - Here's the thing about black toilets. Absolutely not. Young man. - My toilets are white or pink. I'll tell you what they are. - When I was, there are some really cool vintage toilets though. I don't know if you guys have searched. You can get teal toilets, yellow toilets, brown toilets. - What happened to toilets? What color, man? - Dude, this is everything. You walk into any new house and it's just whites, everything everywhere. - I don't like that. - By the way, you can, if you spend money, get all the stuff with all the colors. And I think you did for a while when you would walk in your house and it looked like a Nickelodeon waiting room. - And it's like an electric water gun from the 90s. - Yeah, it's like your house was sponsored by Nerf. - It was just like, you're selling me. I'm down. Blake's house used to be insane. - And I feel like Blake's house was the opening credits for Clarissa explains it all. - Absolutely. - I walk in and I'm like, "Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah." - We need to post photos of what your living room looked like when this podcast comes out, because it was an all-timer. It was fun. It also, the bummer about it, every time I walked in there, was I thought, wow, this is an incredible place to live if you're 11. - But as a man who is hung over quite a bit, there was a lot of colors in there, right? Wasn't that, and it was bright, was that, did that ever, was it sending me for a loop? - Yeah, would that send you for a loop or the amount of neon and the amount of colors? That was okay. - Cause I like a nice dark room. - Like a dead room. - Yeah. - Mahogany. - When you're hung. - When you're hung. - When you're hung. - Wouldn't know. - No, you know, it never triggered me. It never triggered me in those ways. It inspired me. - Very comforting. - Yeah, it was, I think I'm a child of Nickelodeon, and that is what my soul says, it needs. - But I've chilled out. - Do you have a piece of the crack? I can't remember. Do you have a piece of the crack? - I don't have a piece of the crack. I do not. I've looked it up online, and sometimes it's pretty. Jordan Van Dyna, the writer-director who we all know, he has a piece of the crack, I believe. - It's so tight. - The agro crack. - Yes, from guts. Global guts, of course. - He baited that, or he competed. - Ebid. - Yeah. See, something about that damn. We got to just start that show again. - That's also someone I would interview on this podcast, is someone who competed on guts. - I would do that. I would definitely do that. - I bet we could get. - After 10 minutes, we're like, what else? - What else? Is your nickname still the destroyer? - It's a lot of like, I can't really remember. That was 40 years ago. - Yeah. Okay, big time. - Really big time. - Because it almost seemed like you, on aerial assault, do you recall what was going through your mind when you missed that first dunk? - Yeah, that was 37 years ago. - I do like the idea of somebody trying to be like, yeah, I'm here. I watched your guys show, but that was so long ago and we're like, okay, but then we really get down to it. We're like, it was a sliding doors moment for their lives. - And then that guy from Nickelodeon did touch him, and then we got to get into that. - Oh, wow. - Well, that cannot be true. - Oh, was this that documentary where they were like. - Oh, you think the gap wasn't jizz, and it's like. - Dude, from all that. - You're talking about it. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. - Yeah, that's great. - I think he was a producer on a bunch of shows. - Hey, aren't you on all that? Why are you on our set? - He was a total creep. He was a total creep. - I heard this place is called Nuts. It's called Guts. - I don't-- - Okay, I'm sick. - I don't think he had his hands. I don't think he had his hands. - Yeah, do you have him? - I know this is Guts. I'm sorry. I thought it was Nuts. - Do you have them? - I've got a pitch for the show. What if we call it Nuts? - No, do you have them? - Do you have them? - You got to go, bud. - I do like that. - I do like that. It's not called Nuts. And then he goes, "Okay, my bad." He starts walking away, and then he goes, "But do you have them?" - We're done here. - And they're like, "We're actually going to keep that." - We're actually going to keep that. - Guts, do you have them? - Yeah, so he was arrested and convicted of loot acts. - Yes, I get some minor and oral copulation of a minor. - He was a terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible. - Real creepy. He was bad. That documentary, that biography is dark, dark, dark, dark. - That's a biography as much as. - Yeah. - No, it's a doc, and it's heavy. It's a bummer. Because all those shows I really liked, and that dude was all up in that. - He had his fingers all over it. - You know what? I was watching my brother and me the other day, on the brick. - We covered it a little bit. - But there's a little white kid on it? - I don't recall that kid. - And I'm like, "Where did they find this white kid and where is this white kid now?" Because he's like, "What?" He's got like the bowl cut. I feel like we did cover it, but he's like fully cross-colored out. - I don't know. - And he's got a little like. He's got a little flavor. He's definitely like, invited to the barbecue white kid that they cast. - That's sick. - Dude, cross-colors were so ill. - Still like cross-color, so bad, I never had any in my collection as a child. Whites and cross-colors say what you will. - Strong, strong, walking out of the house because you better be about a certain kind of lifestyle where it's genuine. - It's not the cross-colors brand, but essentially we sent my son to preschool today in an outfit that looks pretty similar to the block colors. - Okay, that's just holding. - To say cross-colors, where it's like, "What does it love, sees no color?" - Right. - I was at. - Oh, I just remember Chris Cross wore it and I was like, "Hell, yeah, I mostly think of Chris Cross." - It was a whole movement growing up. - Yeah, I'm sure. - Yes, so love sees no color. Racism hurts everybody. That's the name, that's what. - Is an iconic anti-racism message featured on vintage and retro-paral by the Urban Fashion Brand cross-color. - The cross-color, you need to get my two-and-a-half-year-old white son. - That's growing up in Newport Beach. - And the movie Malcolm X, cross-colors, the movie Malcolm X, and then the bow jacksons that had the cross over the top. - That whole era timestamp for me, I can go back there. - Right now, I close my eyes, I can see it. - I just had the loony-toon shirt that was bugs and daffy wearing the bachelor clothes, and I thought that's just. - That was pretty legendary. - Oh, it was. - But then they released one where they were wearing cross-color, like, "Tweetie, add a gear on." - That was pretty cool. - Yeah, I got none of that stuff. I mostly was head to toe no fear of this. - Oh, of course. - Yeah, second place is the first loser. - Great, great shirt. - Stucey, adjust your eyes. - Dude. - I would wear the second place is the first loser shirt to swim meets, and then get fifth, and just roll the shirt up, and kind of just wear nothing at home. Dude, brooks would just rip it off. - I would wear second place is the first loser, and then it was just me standing on the sidelines, because I was crippled like a year prior, and I can barely run. And they're like, "Hey, you can be on the team, but you're not allowed to play the game." - Second place is cool. - Second place should be great. - I would love to. - I would love second place. - Did you get, was it Massimo that said on the back, it was like sight for sore eyes, and the font was all fucked up? - It was blurry. - Was that Massimo or was that Stucey? - I can't remember that. - I think they both might have been dabbing in it, but dabbling, but I think it was Massimo. I do think it was Massimo. - I don't think I had any Stucey. - Stucey was kind of a come on. - Side for sore eyes, Massimo. And I had this shirt. I wore that a lot. - Wait, Adam, were we just wardrobe, brothers? - Yeah, we might have been. - I had both of them. - I was just trying to be you, dog. - I'm sorry. - Any take-backs in Apologies, any epic slams for the fear of this epi? - Huh, you know, I've covered a lot. - We covered a lot. - If I could, I would get in the time machine. I would take back killing that bird in Mrs. Neuchek's backyard. I, it's haunted me forever. And I am sorry for that.
