This is an iHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human. Lisa, tell them about our new show. We have a new podcast. It's called Don't Lie To Me. I'm Lexi Juanio, we're two best friends, 22 years apart, but so close at heart. And I'm Lisa de Julio, the old one, which means we have wildly different references, occasionally different opinions, and at this point in my food days, I've lived it all. Now in my 30s, being the founder of new shoes, good taste is my business. Listen on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Lacey Mosley, author, actor, stand-up comedian, creator, and host of Scam Goddess Podcast. The True Crime Comedy Podcast, all about robbery, fraud, and those who practice it. Each week I bring on an amazing guest. Ooh, I scammed them. What? I could talk to you for an hour. You're a generational yapper, like me. That's why I had to make yapping a job. And now you can catch full episodes of my show on YouTube. Start listening to Scam Goddess on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. What up, this Jay Valentine, co-host of the R&B Money Podcasts, alongside my brother, R&B legend, tank. Together, we've built a space for artists, executives, and fans of R&B music to reminisce and tell the real stories behind the music. I have no money, I was hood famous. They think you're gonna get everybody out. We lived in a project, and real love came out. They hear them music, and we had nothing. From Smokey Robinson to Mary J. Blodge, B2K to Jill Scott. If you're a super dedicated R&B fan, this is where you belong. Listen to R&B Money from the Black Effect Podcast Network on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Welcome aboard season six of The Girlfriends, Flight or Fight, which takes place 30,000 feet in the sky. A beautiful woman smiles and hands you a scotch, but you have no idea just how messed up her job actually is. It was the most sexist job I think you could have. Until one day, a group of stewardesses spark a revolution that reshapes America. Listen to The Girlfriends, Flight or Fight, on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Welcome to This Is Important, a production of iHeart Radio, the show where we only talk about what is most obviously very crucially important. Today on This Is Important, a night of a thousand beards it was. Dude, we're going to start a dog prank TikTok called Gotcha Bitch. I can't talk to people that are too tall. Let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go. From the 90s, Super Bowl 60. Super Bowl, I do, I want to, you want to say, now that we're in the 60s, you want to immediately say 69. Oh my God, we're so close. We have such massive guests that we're so excited about. Look what it is, we haven't even introduced it in a week. It's our good friend, Robert Riggle. It's actually Roberto, is it Roberto? Do you go by Roberto? Can you put on headphones before? No, this is the first time. Wow, he's a great. I did it by myself. I was actually really impressive. They look good. Now Rob is a good friend of mine, I've known Rob for like 20 years almost. I want to say I was doing some math and I want to say it's about 20 years. It's about 20. And it might actually be 20. This might be our 20 and number three, which I believe is paper. I believe it's paper. Yes, I think he's right. Make your ring paper, make your ring for him. All right. You don't mind. Wait, you're you're sweating him for cats right now? It's paper. I think I know why he's here. How much money do you have, Rob? Oh, hang on, hang on. Holy money. Hey, give it to him on you. Happy and that means also it goes both ways, so I'm excited to see what you give me. I'm excited to see. I've got yours. Okay, I'm excited. Look at this. Look at this. He's getting toilet paper. I just uh, Rob, oh my god. Oh my god. Oh, thank you. Hang on. Make sure it's sweetheart. That's a good one. That's nice. Yeah, and that seems real. Just like that. This is the most Hollywood thing I've ever been a part of. Rob and I, we did stand up together back back in the early arts. And uh, he was already a star. Because uh, because of the television and movies he's done, he was in the hangover. He's been a bunch of big Hollywood films. You're a big Hollywood star. He was an SNL. Remember that? Of course. You hit Hollywood. Just how Hollywood this guy, you can tell with the hoodie. I remember doing stand up with you at the improv and Irvine. That's right. And you crushed it that night. Do you remember that night? I do, I remember. I remember one of your jokes. Even we were like, we talked about juicy, because juicy was right on the butt. That's what we all know. We all know it. We used to be. I was probably there in the crowd going. He's funny. This guy's came to a lot of shows in the early arts of mine. That's the one that goes. It goes to tropical ass juice, right? That's right. Yeah. Yeah. It was killed. It absolutely killed. And the way you used to say, "Jith, you're stressing so hard that I, it got me ever." I saw it a hundred times. It got me every time. Yeah, thanks. I like that. I like that. And that was fun. And I mean, your crowds are always super fun. Yeah, we had a great time. And I really got to know you then. And then throughout the years, we've gotten to do a bunch of fun stuff. And we just are the reason we both have these golden pants. Okay. He did. Talk about it, please. He hosted the golf tournament in Hawaii that I was just at. I'm going to take a shit. Yeah. You could go. You could go. I'm going to stick around. No, stick it here. Just take a shit here. We won't mind the smell. Did you guys grow bond pretty hard? We sure did. Are you, are you a golfer? Yeah, he's a real deal. I like your golf. Yeah, yeah. He's a real deal. That's how you say you're good. You go, I like to golf. Yeah. Well, my girlfriend's a professional golfer. So, you know, we get out and play as much as we can. And then she's right there. She's, she helps my game. I'm not going to lie. Yeah. If I put my pride in check. Yeah. Of course. Now, does she just smoke your ass? And is that embarrassing? You masculine? I mean, I wouldn't put it as smoking. Yeah, she smoked your ass. Because I, I've lived weights as you can tell. I'm a, I'm a gym goer. As you can tell, I'm fucking wrecked and just swollen. I always got it. You got it. I wouldn't say rich. I'll take ribs back, but I'm swollen. I'm swollen. Yeah. It looks like an injury to my whole body. Right. Like it's a swollen injury that I should ice. It should rise your whole body. Your retaining water. Yes. That's what it sort of looks like. I look swollen. Like you swam into a jellyfish. Yeah. You're probably not doing it right now. Now if, if my, if my wife could, could lift more than me in the gym, that would be emasculated for me. So is that the case when she kicks her ass at golf? Not really. Look, she's a professional. I accept that. Yeah. So I understand right out of the gates that she's probably going to have an advantage. And that's a healthy way. And this is, this is a sort of a men's help bot. Yes, it is. Right. Yeah, we just a little bit. This is a golf interview. We would like to talk to you about your toxic masculinity. Super. Do you like yourself? From all your Hollywood. Do you love yourself? I mean, I guess I haven't thought about it. Yeah. I like. I like. You seem like you like yourself. You have a really good energy. We always do this. You've got a nice smile. You've got a great beard right now. Well, thank you for that. I talk, quickly talk about the big slick, because I know you've got to get going. The big slick is his benefit that he does with Jason Sudeck is with Paul Rudd with Eric Stone Street. Dave Keckner and Heidi Gardner. That's right. We're all Kansas City folks. So we do a thing for children's hospital there. Children's Mercy in Kansas City. It's a wonderful. We're on our 17th year. We've raised over $30 million for this for the hospital. They'll turn anybody away. So, you know, it requires a lot of extra help funding. So that's why we do it. And listen, they make millions of dollars every year doing this benefit. And they only keep a little. Do you keep it any? I mean, it all goes to the. Well, you got the dollars. You don't keep any. You don't keep any. Hey, Rob. What's the head turn? Please don't. Please don't wait. That's not what's going on. You don't keep any. No. Okay, goes to the. Okay, okay, okay. And we did we believe that we were just asked. No, that is awesome. It's an awesome benefit. And it's super fun. I've been. I've been lucky enough to work with the Anders and Blake. Yes. On other projects. Yeah. You and I have worked on projects. So it's kind of cool that I've got a chance now to work with all of you. And so. And you've been to Big Slick. And I thank you for that because it really did make an impact. People loved having you there. I'm extending the invite to you. I touch. I touch. So that means a lot. Hey, I would love. I would love that. Put it on Blake's side. If we all connect hands, we'll. Connect. Oh, we do this. Yeah. That makes it real. I feel. I feel I'm getting a little. No, you're. Your girlfriend is. Is doing this off to the side. And that means. Let me. You know, time to go. Rob. Oh boy. Alicia. It doesn't. It just. It simply means we agreed on a certain time. Oh, sure. And that's. And that's why. We've helped you with our male. Health podcast. And. That he's able to leave in a healthy way. and he doesn't feel like he was whipped. And I love that about Rob Riggle, great man. And I think she's just talking about his outfit or something. - Oh, by the way, guys, Pat Tillman, foundation. - That's right. - Please go to patptf.org or patsrun.org because I'm gonna be the race starter for the Pat Tillman foundation. They have a big race in Tempeh, Arizona on April 11th. 4.2 mile run, it's gonna be awesome. They raise a lot of money for veterans and for their families. - Love it. - I love that. - I love that. - Can I ask you, what's your running shoe? - My running shoe. - Now a day is 'cause I'm a Clyde's Dale, that's what they call us, they do, they do. What does that mean? Like a little overweight? - What does that mean? - That means you're a big boy. - I think I would be, they're like, Adam's a St. Bernard. - Binar. - They go, a letter, they go, they go. - Are you a Clyde's Dale? - Oh, you're a Clyde's Dale. You need a hookah, yeah, hookah. - Hookah, hookah. - Hookah, hookah. - Okay, you heard it here first. - Hookah's are good running shoes though. - They're great. - Yeah, I got some, some brooks. - Yeah. - And immediately when I put them on, I felt my age. I'm like, oh, I'm old. I'm an old man, 'cause when I walk around, it's like walking on a cloud, and I'm like, I get it. - I get it. I'll never wear vans again. - I'm stuck in that, yeah, I'm stuck in that. - Well, thank you so much, Rob. - Yeah, good luck. - Thank you so much. - Thank you so much, everybody. - I don't know how to do this. - Look at it, look at it. - It's called to the race. - We got a big Hollywood star. It's just like that, coming by, thanks Rob. - Thank you, thanks Rob. - Thank you, thank you. - You guys are hungover, and I'm fine. - We're in on all cylinders this morning. - Yeah, well, what's happening is, I got a lot of sleep last night, right? - Yeah. - Finally, the night before I slept two hours, that's why I was a little sluggish, ruggish bone. - You were, you were very sweet. - Yes, you were a sluggish bone, I was sluggish, ruggish bone. - And today, you guys are viciously hungover. So, Ders, I'm not bad. - I'm not. - You were saying you're worse than you were the day before. - No, yesterday I was pretty bad. Today, I feel pretty good. - I'm not even hungover. I'm just remarking that your energy is strong. - Thank you, dude. - It is, I'm like, and we need it. - I haven't even had a Red Bull, that's crazy right now. - You're like a shotgun blast right now. - Well, I've been up early. I've done a lot of press already today. - Well, this is your guys first thing. I've been grinding, you know, spreading the word about Mariett, because I, who tells, because I feel a lot of people, they don't even know about Mariett. - I think most people don't. - Well, a lot of people don't call it Mariett. They call it Marriott. - I know they do, but they're wrong. - Right. - And we can talk about this a little bit. - We could also skip it. - It's actually the Mariett, and I've been told that a million times, and if you get it wrong, I'll piss now. - They'll whip my ass, dude. - They're real. - The core of a verbal whips. - They get whiplash. - Rob Regal's girlfriend whips you? - Yes, yes. The Mariett. I mean, I'm a fan of the Mariett. I wish I was staying at it. - Are you, are you a Bon Voy point collector? - Are you a Bon Voy point? - Can you give me in there? - A little, absolutely. - Yeah. - I can get you some Bon Voy boys. - I can't wait. - I get you some points. - I can't wait. - It's part of my deal, I guess. It's part of my deal as being the fan ambassador for Mariett. I go, hey, I'd like a million Mariett Bon Voy points. That means I get free hotel rooms. - Did you just say fan ambassador? - Yeah, that's what they call me the fan ambassador. - That's sick. - That's another level. - It's a pretty sick title, and I have a jacket. And guess who was the fan ambassador last year? - Jack. - Sean Mariett, that's a good guess. No, it was Jason Kelsey. - Jason Kelsey, whom is the reason I'm hungover today? 'Cause we went to the Kelsey boys party, new heights. - That was fun. I met Jason a couple times now, great guy. Almost too big for me to talk to. - He's a massive dude. - A man of a man. We've talked about this a little bit last night. Especially in a crowded party situation. Because I'm just short enough that they have to really lean down, it's uncomfortable for them. And I'm still on my tiktows, like a little girl. And we can't quite hear each other. - And there's a lot of gigantic men here this week. - It's so, it's so crazy. - We just saw the strongest man in the world. - And you're a big guy. - I feel small here. - Durs is what, six three? Is that right? So, Durs is six foot three. - God. - Which is a very big monkey. - He's a clod sail. - He's a little decloded. - Quite a poor. - What's up at the bottom of your shoes? - Suck 'em out. - Durs his shoe game is absolutely bizarre. - That's like if you want to like get somebody off your trail, like they're like what? - This reminds me of this shoe reminds me of what the dad from. - Alph? - The way I was at that, the Henderson's. - Harry and the Henderson's? I feel like the dad and Harry the Henderson's just rocked this shoe. - Dude, this shoe, I was doing press. - And he's just trying to relax. But we got this goddamn big foot in the fucking living room. I'm doing press for monarch right now. - Yeah. - They like give you money for clothes to like go to press and whatever. - Nice dude, nice. - Holy wood. - Boom, got 'em. I feel like you haven't hit the soundboard yet today. What's going on? I know Blake's hungover when the soundboard is just non-existent. - No. - So we saw the Kelsey's. You know what I forgot to talk to Travis about? Happy Gilmore too. That's right. - That's right. - Because he, it was directed. Now I can't really remember his name. - Let's see. - I feel like we used to know the guy that directed Happy Gilmore too. He was actually, yeah, I feel like he was a really good friend of mine and roommate for over seven years. - Yeah. - Well, I think we'll have a chance to talk to him about it because they invited us onto the New Heights podcast. - We're doing it. - That's gonna be cool. That's a cool gig for us. - And we should invite them on our podcast and they're like, "Oh, yeah, a little busy." - Oh, there's only one chair we can. - Yeah, there's no way we can't get another chair. - It would be funny to have the Kelsey brothers sit on the same chair together. - I agree. - In each other's lap and the interview. - I don't think it would be funny for the chair that immediately would be broken. - Just completely shatters. - Yeah. - Completely shatters. - I don't think that would be particularly funny. - I'ma go take a shit. - You keep having to take a shit. - Explain to me the party last night 'cause I went home, I was on two hours of sleep, I went to the party, I had a good time. They had canes, so I ate some canes. - I didn't even get any, I was so hungry and I'm like, you could have just-- - You didn't get a canes? - You could have just grabbed some canes. They had canes ready to go. They had, it was just pretzels. - It was nice. It was just too, it was the perfect amount. Two tenders, a little bit of fries, some of their bread. They got the sauce, the little sauce. Ooh, it was a perfect, it just got me over the hump. I didn't eat dinner. So that kinda just, the little nightcap for me. And then I was home by 10 p.m. - I do like a fried chicken nightcap, so it was perfect. - Oh, it was perfect. - And then you guys, but you guys were out to like 3 a.m. Throwing it back. I saw the twinkle in your eyes. - We were kicking it with Bo, who we had on the pod. - Yes, Bo Allen, who was here yesterday. Big Bo, Bo knows. - He's a really good time. - They got the Green Light podcast, so they have like a Airbnb set up where they're doing it. And by the way, like pictures on the wall of this Airbnb, of them. - Yes. - It's like fully outfitted, and I love that. - You guys are doing it right. - They set it up right. - And their Airbnb is sick. Is that right? - On the water. - On the water. - On the water. - Beautiful. - I don't really do stuff like that. - A night of 1,000 beards it was. - It was. - It was one of those where you just keep being handed one, and you have like a third left, and you just go. - Crush it. - Yeah. - That's fun. I wish I could have done it, but I needed that sleep. - I did. - I did. - You were on empty, 'cause you had to do a performance yesterday, too, where you did a- - And I bullshored it. - No, no, I went perfectly, and you gave it the song. - I'm gonna give it my all. I'm gonna apologize to these married people, because that's what I do. I'm a song-and-dance man. Normally, I freaking crush the song. - You know it, you know it. But for whatever, I'm two hours of sleep, I just butcher it. - Did you just say, for whatever reason, I'm two hours of sleep? - For whatever reason. - I think that's the reason. - That is the reason. - And it wasn't because I was out partying the night before, I just couldn't sleep. I was in my bed. - Yeah. - You had to sing "I of the Tiger," right? Do you think you could nail it now, or do you have it now? - No, no. - No. - He knows it even less now. - I know it less now, somehow. (laughing) Dude, it was so bad. I came out, and by the way, the athletes, who they have one line, and I have a little bit more to put in that, but they nailed their line, and then I get out there, and I'm like, not the words, not the words. - I mean, they're very, they're coachable. - These guys are, these guys are coachable. They get, they get given instruction. They execute. - That is true. That is true. - But you know, but then after that, I had to host a little giveaway, the key sakes, which you get this, these people, it was like hundreds of thousands of people tried to win this thing, and it's the Marriott Super Bowl sleepover suite. And they have a suite. - Yeah, it sounds awesome. - In the Super Bowl, that they deck out like a courtyard hotel room, and you spend the night, the night before, and then you wake up, you're at the Super Bowl, and then they transform the suite back and do a proper suite. - Dude, are they alive? - This is the movie. The people who win are terrorists. - Yes. - Yeah. - No. - This is the move. - No, they're not. - They might be. - Or no, they're not the terrorists. They're, they're sleeping over 'cause they won the contest, and they see the terrorists. - Oh, there you go. - Okay. - They have to sit. - It's Super Bowl 69. - Yes, of course it is. 'Cause that's how long you would take to get that movie off the ground. - They find the robot like rats, like putting like robots. - They're explosive. So there's like 75 robot rats. (upbeat music) - Robot rats, yeah. - You find the most penetrable place. - Yeah. - To explode. - Okay, okay. - Okay, I'm seeing it. - I'm seeing it. - And now we're good. - Let me see. - And then there's robot cats in there. dogs. Okay. Okay. And then there's one robot bear gorilla. Oh, wow. No, it's really good. This is actually a really good film. I really like that. But it is, it is a, it's a cool thing because imagine you win a suite at the Super Bowl. That's like, I mean, two million bucks or something is how much of a suite at the Super Bowl. Can you invite crazy? Can you invite people over? I think you did. I think it's something like you get like 10 tickets or or however much. Also, are they, is there a bathroom? Yeah. Yeah. Like you're, oh, you're definitely fucking. Dude, if I mean, I would be, you're fucking over like you're walking at the stadium. I would be, I mean, you and your, you and your wife, they're at the Super Bowl. It's like, come on. What are you? But what if it's like a whole crew of swingers and everyone shows that real oiled up and ready. But the, and the bond boy, people are just like, uh, thank you for coming. Congratulations. Congratulations. We were. The whole place is covered in oil. You're like, oh, they come to deliver the wings. The next one. Oh, yeah. What's that? You're suitcase there. This thing, uh, don't worry about this little thing. Don't worry about this thing. That's just about a little jiggle jiggle. Okay, even if it isn't a swinger party, but what if it is like a really romantic night with your wife, right? You guys are definitely like you have to have sex. You do, you do have to sneak down to the 50 yard line and do it. That's, I mean, yes, I'm wondering what you point flip. I feel like they're at the Super Bowl. There's security overnight security. They're accounts. Hey, honey. You only point flip. Lisa, we should tell them about our new show. Oh my god, Lexi. I'm Lexi, you want to wear two best friends 22 years apart, but so close at heart. And I'm Lisa Julio, the old one, which means we have wildly different references, occasionally different opinions. And at this point in my 50s, I've lived it all. I'm not going to get anywhere to fighting. That is wild. I learned that about you today. And I've always got something to say. If men were just honest about this, there would be so much more peace in the world. We're going to talk about dating, relationships, beauty, getting older, and a little wiser. We're best friends, but we don't always agree. Because you told us how accommodating you are. Obviously, I would do what I think I could do to fight the fight, but there's only so much fight I can fight. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Listen on the iHeartRadio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I don't really care. I'm Hamza. And I'm Martin. And we're the hosts of Out of Character. It's a podcast. I swear. I know, bold, but why don't we list some of the things we might talk about on a regular episode? So sometimes we'll talk about, I don't know, the Uber driver we just had. And how nice they were, or if we tip them or not, come and find out. Sometimes we'll talk about that weird news story from last week. It's the one you're thinking about. Trust me. Or maybe we'll talk about music and what's happening in the underground, or drama music, or TV shows, or the Med Galan, what the actors wore. What we're saying is we're not afraid to talk about everything under the sun. And if you want to see what that's like, come join us. It's a place where everyone can hang out, anyone, wherever you're from, whatever you're like, you're welcome. We saw Adam extremely star-struck this morning. I was. I never thought I'd see the day, but we saw Bo Jackson, and Adam's bottom about dropped out. What's that mean? He almost shit himself. Yeah, dude. Well, he's, I mean, it's like Michael Jordan. Sure, I've heard of him, and Bo Jackson for me. Those are your two. Those are your two. When I was a kid, it was Michael, you know, what was that cartoon? I was just going to say. Did you guys watch Red Ski, Michael Jordan, and Bo Jackson? Yes, yes. And I mean, I love that cartoon. I bet that has something to do with it. But Bo Jackson, I mean, I've told the story, but I almost name my son Bo Jackson Divine. Until my wife, like three weeks before, you know, she was about to give birth, she comes in the room, and she goes, you asked, hold on, I'm like, what? She didn't know. She didn't know. She goes, well, Bo Jackson's a famous athlete. I'm like, I know. I thought that's what you really, you had it at like the, at the five yard line. Oh, I was right there. Right. And because I pitched like maybe two months before that, I was like, what about Bo Jackson Divine? She's like, wow, that has a really nice ring to it. Yeah. She's like, that sounds present like Hall of Fame. Yeah, that's a Hall of Fame level name, and I'm like, it sure is. That sounds like a two sport. And I kind of thought she knew, but I didn't press it. I was like, maybe I could sneak it in. Because whether you know or not, that's a cool way to start a child's life. But whether, whether you know or not, it's a middle name. So you could just go by Bo. Yeah. And, but BJ, you can go BJ. BJ is kind of a cool, cool name, and you know what BJ means also. What? Sucking weener. So I wouldn't name like my son. Why would I want to name my son? No job divine. Well, I'm not saying name him sucking weener. But it's like, it's like a lot. It's like a wink. It's like a wink to your wife that I named our kid sucking weener. Yeah, that's a wink every wife won. Yeah, I think. Well, whether I probably wouldn't call him BJ because of the connotation that Blake just said about sucking weener's, right. It's right there. Yeah, come on. Is anyone noticing this, this cool looking guy? Yeah, I mean, hell, yeah, go get that for me. Oh, that's good. Oh, yeah. This guy's in full. Full Seahawks gear, yeah, regalia. He's he's he's he's asking if I want to put this on. It's a bagel. And this is real. These are real gemstones, everyone. Knocking grandma's real. That is beautiful. That is beautiful here. Be gentle. There we go. That's actually really sick. Dude, if you're, if you're watching Netflix right now, Adam has a Seahawks hat off. This is this is beautiful. And I said I wasn't going to pick a team, but I might be leaning Seahawks now after wearing this. I think you just stamped yourself as part of this. I might be a Seahawks fan after after wearing this. Thank you. And if he wants to comment, I'd like to just show this guy's buy-bought for one quick second. For one quick second, then we'll give because he is. He's part of the twelfth. He's doing it all. What's up, buddy? Have a seat here. Get those headphones on. What's up, buddy? It's going to see in there. I love you guys. I apologize. Get on the mic. Yes, bro. Oh my God. Let's say your name and your story, sir. All right. Your name is story. We would like to start at the beginning. Where were you born? We owe. Yes. Come on. I've got to give you guys a shout out. I love you guys. Thank you so much. Every episode, like, 10 times. Yes. I watched it more than "Sign Fowl." Oh, yeah. You hear that, Jerry? Take that, Jerry. Get out of here, Jerry. Thank you, bud. Well, thank you, man. What's your name? Captain Seahawks. I'm famous around the world for raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity. So I crowdsource. So people from around the world send me money. And then I give it out. This week I'm trying to make 50,000 for Ben's fund. Ben is the John Schneider's son has been and they have an autism fund. So what I do is like the players know me and they come out and they autograph my stuff. - Yeah. - And then so people send money directly to the charity. And then they send me a receipt. And then I do a drawing. We're gonna have Super Bowl, Super Bowl, Jersey, Super Bowl. - That's amazing. - Awesome. - That's awesome. - That's awesome too. - Team Seahawks, you know, he might have swayed me. I was sitting on, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was straddling the fence like this. And then now I meet Captain Seahawks over here and kind of, with a land like this. - Awesome. - This is how you win over people that are straddling the fence. When you meet Captain Seahawks, yes. - So the background, I'm Native American. I've been attending games since 1985, 40, my 41st year of attending games. - There you go. - 12 years ago I found out that the Seahawks logo came from my Native American tribe on McCurrayland. - Yeah. - I started asking people and nobody knew. - Yeah. - Nobody knew a lot. - So what was the Native American tribe? What was their tribe? - For Quacolon, McCurrayland. - Yeah, right. - And the Google, the origin of the Seahawks logo. So I've been spreading that word. I get a million and a two million views a day. My social media. - There you go. - Better than us. - Way better than you. - Yeah. - I know where I- - You did not remember, Captain Seahawks. - You guys got it, you guys get to be crazier. I have three outfits a day. So I brought eight suitcases down here. - Jake, what's up with your outfits? - I got one outfit a week. - Inspiring me, man. - Yeah, but look, great. I mean, I would love to have a beaded necklace. - Yeah, I'm really beautiful. - Yeah, I mean, you're our Captain Seahawks of the podcast. - I kinda am, yeah. - And you're really phoning in with this red t-shirt and shorts. - I'm sure it's a good idea. - It's our short enough, though, that you are short on some skin. - I could probably just take my pants off. - Oh my god. - If you do it, I'll do it. - Really? - Yeah. - I got a neon green thong leather off. - Well, we gotta see it. - We gotta see it. - Okay, here we go. - We gotta take your pants off, too. - Can we see him? - We have to see his Nathong. - We have to see his thong. - You know, we do. - Oh, they said no. - No, but he's not important. - Really? - Can you show us the whale tail? - No, I can't. I can't. He said no. - Yeah. - Actually, I have a family friendly atmosphere and I spread love, so it's all cool. - Yeah, this guy's so quiet. He's kind of a smart guy. You're just like the party guy. - I love it. - I feel like I think you care about them, but you go. - No, no, no, no. He nailed it. He absolutely knows. - Are you sure you don't think we're always sunny in Philadelphia? - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - You guys are like five steps above them. - Yeah. - Yeah. - Yeah. - You hear that Charlie. - Okay. - Okay. - All right. Thank you, Captain C.R. It was great having you here. - Sure, Sam. - So one more shout out. - Yeah. - And I go to a big event, like a Super Bowl or like Munich, I do press tours. - I got a photo bomb tour. You guys are invited. There's free tickets of your board. We're starting at Union Station at 11 a.m. Saturday. We're gonna drive around screaming and yelling. Tour buses. - Yeah. - Like we'd be there. - You know, it's a party animal. - Yeah, I like that. - Captain C.R.X. Photo bomb tour. And right after that, I'm having a Captain C.R.C. rally at a bar at Union Station. So it'll be packed with C.R.C. people screaming and popping. - I love it. - I love it. - There's one more shout out. I love you guys. - Thank you. - I walked every episode about five times. - I love that. - Every time I watch it, there's something different. Like, you know, you'll see, I'll like, oh shit, I forgot that. Oh, I should be supposed to swear. - Right. - No, you're the end. - Oh shit. - But you're family friendly now. - But then I'll watch none, and you'll say something different. It's just so addictive and craziness. - We appreciate that. - Since none of the roof is the best. - It is the best. - That's what we're trying to do here. - Absolutely. - Absolutely. - So I follow you guys. I try to find something crazy to be at. Behind the scenes that nobody's ever seen, and I got to find a roof to sit on them. - Yeah, you do, bro. - I love you guys. - I love you guys. - I love you guys. - I appreciate you, man. This guy's vibe is good. It's what I want to be. - Yeah. - And the shoe game. - Let's see that one. - Okay. - Okay, all right. - I love it. - I love it. - Look at that. - Yeah, yeah. - You're looking. - You're looking at the box. - Sort of like Blake. - Oh, I've been blessed. - All right, I don't know. I might have to join the captain right here. - Wow. - Captain C-Hawin. - Captain C-Hawin. - Wow, a legend in our midst, a legend. - And the fact that Isaac said he couldn't show his thong. - What are you doing, sir? - Ruin the show. Once again, Isaac Ruin the show. - Captain C-Hawin's thong. - His ass cheat, you know. - Did he say a leather? - Leather green leather. - Green leather thong. - By the way, the sweat coming off that would have been. - I want to see Captain C-Hawin. I want whoever's listening or watching to definitely look into him and send money for the charities. Also, moving on from that. Very interesting that he wears a leather thong. (laughing) - Oh, he's gotta feel it. - He's gotta feel it. - He doesn't have to do that. - He does it, well, he doesn't have to do any of that, but he does everything to the master. - He's from top to bottom. - He does to the master now. - Yeah. - And I will say, I put it to you anyway. - He doesn't have to do any of that. - I will say, I put it on his hat and it's not a bad smell. - Okay. - But it smells like pennies. And I don't know what it is. - Okay. - It smells like pennies. - Like, you know when you have like a bunch of chains. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it just has a smell to it. - Yeah, it was a head sweat. - There's bow. - There's bow jacks in it. - Oh, bow jacks in bow. - Oh, bow. - I love you. - Get a mind stick. - And the bottom's about to drop out of. - Oh, Adam Devine. - You're literally-- - I'm about to tell the story twice. I'm sorry for the fans. - You're literally the same exact-- - You're Adam Devine from Workaholics. - He is shaped like you. - I've always said that and no one else has said that. - I like that you're saying bow jacks in his shaped-- - Like Adam. - Yeah. - Not that Adam is shaped like bow jacks in. - Well, and he's older now. I'm saying you're-- (laughing) - Oh, you're shaped like him now. - Okay. - You're not-- - And by the way, he's still, I bet, dead lives like 680 or something. - Well, what's he famous for not lifting weights? - No, I think he lived. - Maybe he was the first one to attack. - I thought he was like the natural guy. - He is supernatural. - He's an alien. - Super natural. - But I think he did live. - I thought he was like the not the weight room guy. I could be wrong. - I don't know. - I thought I was like the 30 for 30 and he was like-- - I don't know that shit. - I'm just laying up hills and fuck you. - Yeah, I think he just didn't, that wasn't his, like he wasn't in there all the time like some guys were. He'd come in, he'd be the shit. - Right. - Hold on. - Bow knows. - No, bow jacks in took one look at us and goes, I'm good. He goes, ah. - We can't get Troy in. - What did he say? - He said maybe. - He said maybe. - He said maybe. - He said maybe. - He looked at my body type and said, I don't want it. I mean, I'm not trying to sit with the white version of me. - Is there room for both of us? - Do you think you'll be a suit coat guy when you get older? - Hmm. - What do they call that? Sports coat? - Sports coat. - Do you ever see yourself going down that road? - Well, you know what? It is like a, it's a catch all. So like if you don't want to dress up nice, but it says you go to a restaurant and something that says, like, you need to wear a suit coat. And now we're younger and we can kind of get away with some stuff. - It's time to change. - But then I feel maybe then I'll do that. - I feel. - I wish this was a little sport coat. That would be really cool. - But you're saying that because you think this is kind of sport coat adjacent? - Well, at the corner of my eye, I'm like, ah. - Here's what I'll say. I think that this is like the modern sport coat. - Okay. - Like what you're wearing, the style of kind of like jacket, but not with lapels. - Yeah. - Seems like where we're going fashion-wise. - I like that. Oh my God, look who it is. - It's our boy. Two years in a row. The first ever, our EP, our series coming here. - I'm almost positive. - Yes, she wrote on the row, the yellow pad. - It is. - It is. - Donovan McNabb, everybody. - He's fat. - Come on and just like that baby. - Yeah. - Yeah. - What's up, Big Don? - Wow. - How are you walking like that because it hurts to run fast? - Well, my speed isn't the same. - Yeah, right, speed is not the same. Donovan McNabb, everybody. - Wow. - The first-- - Well, the back. - Hey, this is the first repeat guest we've had, Donovan. - Yes, yes, I'm making this one. - This is incredible. - Remix. - Yeah, well, last year we did testosterone tests. - Yeah, I wanted to get into that. - Yeah. - Already? - Remember when we talked about this? - Yeah. - Yeah, Adam talking about this, so who was all involved here? - No, the three of us. - Three of us. - Okay, three of us got tested. - Who lost? - Who do you think? - Who do you think? - I'm not getting-- - First of all, that is one I'm not going to dive into. - Donovan, you're doing the podcast. You might as well just dive in, what else are you doing? - This is so-- - We wouldn't be offended. - I know you got to talk-- - I know you got to talk-- - I got to talk-- - This is so Super Bowl 59. - This is 60. - I know, but we're going back now. Let's do Super Bowl six stuff. - I don't know, but he said he wanted to talk about it. Why are you so embarrassed? - Donovan, you talk about-- - I'm thinking that you lost. You were in last place. - There we go. - Explain losing though. Like, honestly-- - Right, right, right. - And how could you tell Donovan? Is it his high voice and just his overall vibe? (laughing) - My short short, he's-- (laughing) - You tell me. - He's really like trying to pass on to a different subject. I understand. - Well, it just seems silly that every time we have Donovan here, we can ask him numerous things. We ask him about our testosterone levels. It feels very Super Bowl 59. - We're trying to keep it fresh for him. He probably answers the same questions everywhere he goes. - That's what I'm saying. - He's talking football everywhere he goes. And suddenly, he gets to come hearing. He gets to talk about fun different subjects like testosterone and exercises and whatever, you know? - And this year, we measured biceps yesterday. - Oh, okay. - And who do you think had the largest ball? biceps. Adam. Thank you, Donovan. Thank you so much for saying that. You would be wrong. We tied. We tied. We tied. We tied. We tied 14 and a half. You would just have it a rough go around. Yeah, yeah. He's only like a inch less. Okay. Yeah, but look at Donovan. Donovan is an absolute. How much larger are you now than when you played? Are you buff your buffer now? Yes. Much much. Yes. I'm bigger. Would this hurt your NFL career being this big? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Just because you can't move is. Yeah. If you were, if you were the same age, this size, I wouldn't have been able to throw. Yeah. And move and be, be agile. Like I was when I was younger. So what made you when you retire? Go full team. I'm getting in that gym, blah, blah, blah. Well, a lot of it is, it's health. Um, another is you just have nothing else. It's like wake up. Go to the gym. It's a regiment. And I'm always, that was my whole deal is when I retired. I wanted to come up with a regimen of going to the gym, maybe going to the same diner after gym. I love knowing it's on the chef, knowing the way. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And now a diner, when I hear diner, I hear like roadside cafes type diner or what, what do you, where you go? We have a flat desk diner, diner, meaning not I hop. Yeah. A step above. More of a family oriented. You know, a mom and I like that. Yeah. Yeah. Brunch available. Yeah. And it's kind of right outside the gym or you want to really take it to another level, which every Friday, I used to find a new breakfast place. I'll go. There we go. Donovan, you're living my, I love ideal life. That's what I want to do. It's the fake retirement. Oh, yeah. Yeah. You know, which I love people and they're like, how's the retirement life? I got four kids. You have four kids and they're doing a ton of shit. Yeah. Donovan, what's the breakfast order? How do you start your day? So I don't, I don't eat before I work out. Sometimes I have a protein shake. Okay. This is called morning fast juice. Yeah. A juice. A juice. So I'll juice. And then I'll work out and then afterwards, I'll have, depending on during the week, it may be eggs, scrambled with spinach. Yeah. There we go. There we go. It's exactly what I had to do. You know, you know, all the meats get fruit and they're fruits. Yeah. Like banana. So I would have strawberries so berries. Do you do a strawberry blueberries? Maybe some pineapple, watermelon. Now we're talking. Do you know, you're, you know, you've been out of the league a long time. You're a little bit, you're getting a little older. Yeah. Do you do like a TRT? Are you doing any sort of testosterone replacement? No, we want to get into it. We are talking 50. We want to get into it. Now we didn't talk to you. I want to get real vain. I want to get vascular. I want to look like a pimple. That's about to pop. I want to look right to the touch. A lot, a lot of, because I've always kind of been clean. I'm just not that guy who's just trying to eat. I'm not trying to eat. Yeah. I'm not trying to juice. No, but I'm saying just in general, just just trying to eat right. Yeah. Trying to work out five to seven days a week. Now we all have all the days, Donovan. Seven. That's all the days. Yeah. Yeah. Get it in. If I don't have anything on the weekend, I'll go to the gym in the morning. Two down and then we're the same person, basically. You know, you know, I think there's one difference. Genetic specimen. I don't see much of a difference. And that's why we go. We need to get onto the arts. Yeah. Well, I don't see much of a difference because you give me, you give me all the time in the way. I got a two-year-old. I don't have time to be. Yeah. See, you know, my kids are older now. They're almost all in my own drive. When I'm fully retired, my biceps are going to look like that. The shirt is holding on for dear life. Look at that. Look at that. That's what we have that measuring tape. Can we measure Donovan's biceps? Where's that measuring tape? Go find that one. There'll be about 22. You're sitting on 22. What did you sit on 22 with the spinners? Oh, hey, you know, have you ever thought of getting into like pro wrestling? No, you know what I thought about. I thought about actually getting in the bodybuilder. Wow. I actually thought about getting in the bodybuilding, but I don't like the strict diet. Oh, yeah, you have to be so tight. And also the bodybuilders, when they have to, when they lose all the weight and they get, because they get really big, and they look like brackets. They look like brackets. They're like shooting to like in an outburger or. Yeah. And then they get that like bubble guts, that like big bubble guts. Skinny fat. They start looking skinny fat. Yeah. It's not a good look. I like what you're doing. It's not how it's not healthy. It's not. It's the opposite. And that's the thing is like, I love the competition aspect. I love the workout aspect. It's just the constant eating rice cakes and all that other mess. You know, like the pose, like how they just have to nail the pose. I mean, I'm not getting up there. My, my, my, my Superman underwear. Right, right. The banana hammock. Yeah. And that's required, right? We still, they still rock that way. Now they've moved to like the board shorts. I think they moved to the board shorts now. Really? Yeah. But how can I see their, I forget it. Forget it. Now that's some Campbell's chunky suit. All right. Just not really going to happen. Oh my God. Lexi, we have a new podcast. I'm Lexi, you want to wear two best friends, 22 years apart, but so close at heart. I'm not going to get any worse than fighting. That is wild. We're going to talk about dating, relationships, beauty, getting older and a little wiser. We're the best friends, but we don't always agree because you told us how accommodating you are. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Lie. Listen on the I Heart Radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I don't really care. We just were in Hawaii together. And when we did the skills competition, did you notice how upset Drew was. Oh, to lose his is he is he. But I think what also I beat Donovan too. But Donovan didn't care. Donovan is just having fun out there. I was just so having a shatter the glass. Yeah. Shatter glass. And then I end up in it. Drew was upset and he's also a much better golfer than me. I was very lucky. I just was at some lucky shots. That's not saying, but yeah, I don't golf. I don't golf. I do charity events. You know, my elbow started hurting a little bit. I was sore. He wouldn't do any warm up shots. He was just like, yeah, I'll just do what I do. Got a loosen. Which I thought was pretty cool. Yeah, like the rest of the show out there practicing. What you gonna see is what you get. I mean, yeah, and that's the whole thing with me is that. I mean, every other sport I warm up, but with golf, why am I wasting my shots? Isn't golf the warm up? Well, golf's not the warm up because it hurts. If you don't golf, yeah, if you don't golf, like literally, my legs were sore. My ankle was like, I was hurting through fear, like this part of my ass. Correct. So you guys are trying to like absolutely smash the ball. Well, there's a long drive competition. I mean, and everybody else is hitting it 300. At least can I get it 150? Yeah. I was shanking it all over the place and being bigger, I couldn't really rotate, like, you know, so I was just like, just trying to get it straight. But Donovan was pretty, sorry, but Drew was pretty but hurt that I beat him. I wish he was here. I think he's in like Abu Dhabi or something. Yeah, he's thinking with a Dubai. Dubai, so yeah, he's in Dubai, Dubai guy. Dubai, or else he'd be here and we'd get him on the podcast and then I could rub it in his face. And he would be upset. Yeah, probably. I was so upset to see that. That was hilarious. Like, you guys got to say, I think it's going to be on the golf channel. Golf channel. Yeah, we're going to watch him in a golf channel. Yeah. Yeah, Drew, Drew had a out of body experience. A meltdown. Yeah. Drew meltdown. He could not believe that it was happening. He was like, he started calling me a little munchkin. He was like, he was like doing little digs. He was trying to get me to when I was struggling hitting the glass. He's like, yeah, I mean, I got a flight to catch. Yeah. All right, Drew, I think you might have finished last. Yeah. Well, all that hate array. Yeah. Yeah, Drew. Keep, keep sipping on that. It's not helping the golf team. Passing around. Yeah. Not a good look. Not a good look. And how nice is that resort? The monochia in Hawaii. Have you ever been there? I've never been there before. I've never been to Cona. So originally, I thought we were going to Waikiki or going to Maui or something like that. Right. And I read Cona. And I'm like, oh, okay. That's interesting. I had to look it up. But man, it was a great resort. Yeah. Exclusive. I mean, we were all out just hanging out at the pool. You know, the beach. The beach. The beach. Yeah. The beach on the island. Yeah. Absolutely. Such a good time. And it's like nice to have the families there. Yeah. It was really family friendly. Right. Resort Bo. My son Bo was losing his fucking mind. I love it, man. Look, man. Was he was. He was in. It was a different element for. Yeah. And so that's something kids are going to go through. Like I've got four of them. And they are kind of. With that same phase. But as they get to the four five six seven. And it's like. Okay. I've been here. When are we going back? And it's like, yeah. Give me some money. Right. That was just fun. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They're like, they start to expect it. Expect it. Now, now we got to go for free for this tournament. Now, I'm like, I'm. I was doing work. I was glad handed. I'm like, bring me back. Bring me back. Bring me back. Come back. I think they will bring you back. Yeah. All right. You got it. Yeah. Oh, yeah. I'm going to start rapping golf. You know, I. I got a bit of the bug. I want to get out there a little bit. It is fun. It's nice. I mean, just go into the range. Go into the range where you just build that hunger and want to learn more. That's kind of how it all starts. Everybody want to go and get a trainer. Right. And by the time you realize how much you're paying for the trainer. And it's you're not getting much better. Because all you're doing is working with your trainer. You're not doing it on your own. Right. And so that's the tough part. Like everybody talks about it. You don't go off. I'm like, no, I don't go off. I'm not going to wake up at five or six in the morning. Yeah. For a tea time at seven. Yeah. Dude, my friends, my friend, my boy, Jeff Johnson, you guys know him. Tater salad. Yes. Yeah. He, uh, he listens to the pot. He's going to love that. He hates that nickname that we call him Tater salad. Not about the same. Yeah. Sounds kind of rough. Yeah. Cause he, cause he, because he looks like a bowl of my potatoes. Sorry. Yeah. No, he doesn't. He's fading fast. No, but he wakes up. He's a huge golfer. And he wakes up at like four in the morning. And they allow him to start golfing before the first tea time. And he goes by himself and he runs the course as like exercise. So he hits and he runs. To try to look less like a Tater salad. Wow. Yeah. So he, he uses that's conditioning and fun. Yeah. And he's like, he's like, I like golf. So I do it every day. Yeah. So is he a guy that won't drive the car? He's a guy that carries his bag. I believe so. I think, I think he, I think he has a little push cart. And you just like jogs. That's how he does just had like three clubs. Because I mean, you're not really going to play the full game of golf anyway. Right. You could just bring a butter or a driver to say it's. And I think he's pretty good too. So is he's not like what I golfed to. It took like five hours because I'm always looking in a bush somewhere. Right. That's another thing that really started to hurt me a little bit. Yeah. The five and a half hours. I hate it. It takes too long. Well, and we were a lot. Because you're in Hawaii and like, you know, you, you had your wife there. Yeah. It was like, you kind of want to spend some time with them. And be on the beach and you look down at your clock. Oh, man, I did this for five hours. Exactly. How many more holes do we have? I'm starving. And then the little carcola comes around and she's like, I have a bowl of fruit. And you're like, uh, I don't know what that's not going to do. You guys obviously like your families. But most people who golf hate their families. Yeah, that's true. That is true. That is true. And that's when people go out on a course. Yeah. That's why you go to the gym. That's, you know, you got to get some time to yourself alone. Well, I will say, uh, and go into the gym too. I think that's a good way to get out and it's a good excuse that I feel like wives and girlfriends. They, they go, okay, he's going to the gym. He's taking care of himself or he's going golfing. And, and for whatever reason golf, they're like, okay, it's golf. It's he's networking with his, but if you go in your room for five hours and you go, I'm going to go play video games. They go, fuck you. No, you're not. Yeah, yeah. You're going to go shit to do. Is this what you're doing? You're like a kid out of here. Yeah, yeah. I wonder if they're going to be like a segue in 20 years. We're like, that's where like the deals are being made over like Call of Duty 20. Yeah. Maybe. But it's funny because the adults that are playing, they are kind of talking amongst themselves. Yeah, absolutely. You're playing as adults. I see where you going with it. Yeah. Where you going with it. We need, we need an adult league. No kids allowed. It's like three CEOs. Some, yeah. Some 12 year olds. Like, that sounds like a pretty fucking good deal. Yeah. Yeah. If I were you, I would close that. Yeah. I'm going to invest $5 into it. Yeah. You've got it. You've got it. It'll be a billionaire in 20 years. Yeah. It's awesome having you here, man. Man, I really appreciate you swinging back. Yeah. You guys got prime location over here. Yeah, everybody. We don't know how we get this. This is fantastic. There's some real players out here today. We saw Bo Jackson walk by. Yeah. You know, I almost, uh, I almost, uh, name my son Bo Jackson divine. Yeah, that would have been interesting. I don't think the, the wife would have really worked with that one. She discovered it. She discovered it. And then, uh, she agreed to Bo Jackson divine. And then like three weeks before the pregnancy was like, no. She was like, you know, he's a professional athlete. And I'm like, yeah, yeah. He's one of the greatest. You should have said, no, I didn't know that. What? Okay. Fine. I just thought it had a nice ring. Yeah. The song. Will name him Stone Cold Steve Austin. Yeah. All right. Yeah. The name is Dwayne the Rock. Yeah. Yeah. I like that. Well, thanks. Thanks again for coming. And I appreciate you guys having me, man. Keep your test thoughts through. Always anything you want to shout out while you're here. Yeah. No, not at all. I mean, I'm just happy to be here. Man, just get seeing familiar faces. It just reminds you how old you are. When you see some of these young guys that are playing now. And the first thing they say is, I remember watching you as a kid. Oh, yeah. Dude, that happens to us now. We're, we've been off the air long enough and our show ran long enough that grown men with beards will be like, Amen. I, uh, I've been watching you since middle school. And you're like, oh, Jesus Christ. Okay. Are you okay? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. How about you, a grip? Yeah. Oh, but you look like shit, man. Take care of yourself. A little Tater salad. Yeah. It happens to the best. Tater salad. Looking ass. Happens to the best of them. No, we got, we got love for the old fans too. Yeah. We did. Good save. Good save. Good save. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah. Well, thanks for coming in. Thanks guys. I really appreciate it. Absolutely. Absolutely. Dude, thank you. First ever return guests to the podcast. Good to see you. Big day. Not a big nap, everyone. That's cool. Don't even so cool. You make me want a bodybuild. I might go feed up. Yeah. Absolutely. Absolutely. Yeah. I know from being a quarterback to just the buffest guy ever. I know. Because I, you know, you look at it. Are you asking me because-- Because I hung out with him for a week. And then you look, you look at old photos of him. Yeah. Because you, you know, they, in the promos of the things that you use him, you know, as a, as a QB. Yeah. Eagles, right? Yeah. Yeah. Who's joining us? Yeah. We're getting the two chairs set up. And then who's excited? Who's calling her? Oh, my mom's calling her. Maybe it's Isaac. I think it's going to take two chairs over there. Yeah. Yeah. We're running and gunning. There's a lot of really good football players here today. Yeah. It's like, there's like the Super Bowl happening. Yeah. It's almost like the Super Bowl is happening. Yeah. Which one is it? Isaac tried to write something and I don't know if he knows how to spell it. Super Bowl 60. You want to show us what you wrote there? Isaac. Isaac, you look stressed. Quickly, quickly. You look really stressed right now. Oh, my God. Harrison and Ryan. Here we go. Hey. Okay, we got some big boys in the building I like this. What's up, fellas? Are you guys working together? Yes, I'm a bodyguard today. I like it. I like it. Okay, that's nice. I wouldn't I wouldn't mess with him Because you're right there. Thank you for that. Well, you're wearing that chain Ryan The gold meadow. I got from tracking field last year nice last year. Yep. My gosh What event what events you do? I do basketball. I do track softball Okay, he's a multi-flag football fan. That's incredible. So what in track and field what did you what did you do? I did a hundred meter a hundred meter run. There you go Relay and the javelin. I love it. I love it. Keep you going for Ryan. I do that's I've always wanted to try a javelin They look it looks fun. It's kind of different. Yeah, then the regular Olympics For special Olympics, they have like my little one plastic one. That's what I would like. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's cool But you can really launch that thing. Yeah. Yeah. I came from a big sports family. Yeah. Yeah, you did right on right on Harrison we we have a connection. Yes, that I think the world is gonna fall to their knees. Here we go after finding out I think the world is gonna grow. No, no, no, you got to under promise over to live. No, no, no, no, ours. It's not over promise. Trust me under deliver every time. I built a career on it. Okay. Uh we went to neighboring high schools. Uh, out Custody are they are they rival high rival high for sure. So the battle of Custody. You know he didn't place for it when he says neighboring rivals when I was in high school. What's the high school Miller? Millard South High School. Oh my God West, West. I've heard about that. We were so bad in every sport when I was going to high school in the arts. Yeah. And we sucked. We really, really sucked. So it wasn't much of a rival. They were just better. Right. Right. We follow Miller. South. Right now. We're Dominant. Now this is not a lot. There's people flying in from other states to go to school to go there and play football. Yeah. And they keep winning state championships. They are so good at football. That's like a new coach. Like what's the change? I think they're all juicin probably. Okay. They got a new coach, but also open enrollments. You don't have to live in this in the neighborhood to go to the school anymore. Oh, is that how is that the trick? Yeah. That's not fair. Yeah. Well, all the other schools have the same opportunity. It's just they got the powerhouse first. Yeah. Quarterbacks going to Alabama. Yeah. I'm a little bum that we know. No one's going to Nebraska. I'm like, we're right there. What's good? Come on. I can't talk because I didn't go to Nebraska either. I don't know. Where'd you go to school? I went staying for down the road right on. Nice. Look at that. So that's a good school. Yeah. Miller Patriots, right? Miller South Patriots. What's the Miller West? We are a wildcat. Okay. Okay. I like that. And then the Mustang. I was I thought you guys with Mustaches, but that's Miller North. Yeah. What and what's up with Miller North nerds dude? I program. Yeah. Yeah, nerds, nerds. And then you guys are just duking it out. Yeah. Two of the sound guys actually went there. Yeah. That looks like a Miller North grad. If I've ever seen one of them as a bike chain. He's swinging now. I don't know. What do you know about Omaha beef? The team. Wow. We also have an Omaha lingerie league. I think they practice at the same facility, but I do know about the Omaha beef. I've ended up a few games. Okay. Okay. Cool. Are they legit or could Miller South beat? Oh my gosh. I think Miller South would have a real chance. Not not bullshit. Is this like arena ball? What is this? Yeah. It's like arena football. Yeah. A Miller South team. They're they're dominant. They invited me to go to some games this year, which I was like I totally should have but then it's hard to convince my wife when I have a two-year-old at home that I'm going to go watch my high school. There's my nine month old right there. He might be a Miller West Wildcat. Yeah. I see it. I see it. Yeah. It's got the stock. Ryan, did you ever play football? Not regular football. Flag football for special Olympics. Yes. Flag football. Yeah. Which is it's going to be in the Olympics. Yeah. Yeah. Like is it this Olympics is the first one with Flag football or the right. Wait. Flag football is going to be in not the special Olympics. Also the special Olympics. But then the Olympics. Yes. Yes. Oh wow. I didn't know that. That's pretty cool. Minnes and women's as well. And then you know with Flatt you do unified flag? Unified flag. Yeah. So we have athletes and partners that will both play cool. Cool. And Ryan's the quarterback. Whoa. I see it. You throw the jab. You throw the football. You got an arm. So how do you guys know each other? Do you guys know each other before right now? Yeah. We met just a couple weeks ago. Oh cool. And we were on a few facetimes and Ryan was selected to come down here and do some of these unified interviews together. I love it. And I've been working with special Olympics. I have a foundation called Harrison's Playmakers. We work with kids with developmental differences and special needs across the country. And so in Omaha, we have like 600 participants. I love it. For the rest of the year. Then I played in Buffalo. And you do ever go to Miller South just to be a good guy or you. I know I do. We are. My heart is unbiased. Okay. My heart is a lot of love to give. Okay. Yeah. Where? You don't want to know. You got to wait until we wrap. Yeah. Oh good. Anyway. So a lot of the cities I've been and I played for the bills. I played for the Vikings. I'm with the Jets now. I started chapters in all those cities. So we've worked with 12,000 participants in my nine years in the league. And special Olympics and I are just hand in hand. I'll be plunging in Zerinsky here in a couple of weeks. I love them. And so Ryan's just been a flake nearby. Yeah. It's not a rival. It's a favorite blade. Yeah. And yeah. So Ryan and I have been getting together and yeah. It's a rival to a worse pin. Is that the Chalco? Chalco. Chalco. Chalco. Chalco. This guy's doesn't know what's that. Yeah. It's been a while. It has been a while. My parents moved for two area co-still or not. Yeah. Still. I respect. I have the same phone number since I was in high school. Say. Call him now. Are you on? Are you still on your parents plan? No. I remember you were for my wife. My wife made me get off. My wife was like, what are we doing? Do you have to? We should have a family plan. I'm like, okay. I guess so. I thought you was asking. I thought you were saying we should have a family plan. You funding it? Yeah. We should start a family for that right? Let's start a family. I came from a big sports family myself. Yeah. Yeah. What do you do? Your parents all play sports? You got brothers and sisters. I got two brothers who played high school football, even my father. Yeah. Yeah. And now me, I'm playing like football for special Olympics. And I love it. That's awesome. But Ryan's the only athletic one. Because what positions did they play? Um, line, linebacker and, um, offensive line and quarterback. We don't like offensive lineman. Right. They don't really do much. It just takes two of them to block them. It's just a lot of this. It's a lot of life. It's so, it's so weak. And even some just staying healthy and stuff like that. Just a hydration, sleep, recovery, things I didn't do. And that's why he looks like this. He has Ryan out. If you don't hydrate and get enough sleep, you look like this. I'm the person who looks like that. Do you think we should give him one of the playbooks? I'll say he needs like four of them. So the special Olympics, epic slam. So, uh, the special Olympics, anyway, you got points for that. Yes, points. Nice. Score. Um, special Olympics playbook is put together for all of our athletes who are either participating in the Olympics this summer or just not in members of special Olympics. Yeah. And there's four different chapters of just healthy habits when you should go to sleep on time. What are those routines look like? There's a chapter on what type of exercise that we should be doing. There's a chapter on nutrition. And then there's a chapter on game day mindset in the mental side of athletics. Okay. So I want, I need one of those books. Yes. Special Olympics.org. You can go on there and get them. Okay. No, I wanted you to hand it to me, but okay. That's okay. So is it healthy to have like all glass of wine? Is that in the book at all? What's the alcohol consumption in that playbook? Zero zero zero zero zero. Oh, right. You're in trouble. You're in trouble. That's your intro. But the antioxidants. Is that where you're going? Red wine? Yeah. It must be. Yeah. Yeah. Right. It takes inflammation. Yeah. Okay. Even like on profile ball. Yeah. And special Olympics is just the exact same thing. You got to put the work in. That's right. Like the work in it. Like put the work in the last time. We had about 12 years. So you're telling me no, no, no, I'm not talking about that. Oh, that's not the type of work. That's not working out. Okay. It's healthy. Yeah. Okay. Staying hydrated. Yeah. With water. Water. Water. Get rid of it. Yeah. Water. Get rid of just eating healthy. Of course, lights. Protein shake. Protein. Protein. Protein shake. What about a burrito? Yeah. That's depends what's inside the burrito. Yeah. That's the stuff you put in the burrito. Yes. The carb tortillas. I mean, we got what's your guys' calorie consumption daily? Look at about 6,000. Yeah. Great question. Well, that's for another reason. Harrison, you dog, and I didn't, I didn't think the rival would would continue. Yeah. You're really taking shots at him. You say something like that to me, dude. Yeah. We might have to arm wrestle. This is why you're not neighbor. No, it sounds like a good wrestling, too. I was a wrestler now. So yes, we do. We we were good at wrestling, even when I was there. But I do. I see you have massive. Both of you guys have pretty massive arms. We did a, okay, do we have the tape measure still? What happened to tape measure? We measured our arms yesterday. And if you can guess, what do you think on the skin? No, Jackets. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, two shirts. Come on. 14, 5, 6, 15, 7, 15, 7, 3, 4, and 15. I like, dude. I like the unreal. The biggest head is so nice. That's not what it was. It was kind of feeding it up. Yeah, you were feeding them up, but it was 14 and a half. And then 13 and a half. Four and a half. I give you each an inch. Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. You always got to, you always got to give a minute. So here, let your javelin throw on. Let's see what your javelin throw on. Let's see. We need to measure some biceps here. Yeah, there it is. There it is. There it is. Really balled up. You got that. He's my belief. I hope, I hope you get 14 inches. That's right. That's what I got. What is 13.9? 14. 14. 14. You want to get mine? I don't need to because you want to see, we got to see, we got to see. You pull it around. Tell me what it's like. I like that. 18. He's like, we don't need to know what's down here. I'm not really good at. This is a big arm. Oh, he's squeezing. He's squeezing. Yeah. You can tell how much he's flexing. Yeah, it's a 23. What was it? 18, 18. Okay. Last season, it's off season. Let me inflate a little bit. I'm down about 20 pounds from the season. We can tell when do you, when do you start getting back into it? I'm training now, but it's all, I mean, light weights reps. They're four sets of 20 like cardio, light, it's, we'll start grinding here. How much end of February? How much weight do you just naturally lose post season just by like, yeah, not eating and working out the way you do when you're in season? A couple of seasons ago, I finished at 313 and by Super Bowl, I was 282 pounds. Wow. Now, right now, I'm about 290. So I've done about 20 from the season. And that's not like, I'm not trying to diet super hard to do crazy cardio. I just eat like a normal human right now. Yeah. Yeah. See, that's what I'm always thinking, like, yeah, once I'm done, like off work where I'm like, you know, kind of grinding, I'm eating more than I'm going to lose the weight. And then I get home, and then that's not what I hate. Candy. I like candy. Eating like a normal human. I stay away from candy. You don't eat candy either. He's a, he's a health fanatic. That's how you get the gold medal. Yeah, that's how you, that's how you're a gold medalist like that. Work ethic. Yeah. Work ethic. Are there a lot of calories burned in podcasting or talking to me? Yeah. We're crushing that. We're crushing that. I should be wasting. Get aware of all the check your guys' steps today. I got it. Okay. Well, they're telling us we have to wrap it up, boys. But so Ryan, Harris, it's been a pleasure meeting you, folks. Thank you for stopping by. Millard West alum right here. That's great. It's great. It's great to see you. Very, very excited to have you on. Yeah. Thank you guys. We really appreciate it. And I got to do something with your organization, man. Yeah, please. A hometown organization. I got to go ahead and miss you. Yeah, we'll do. We'll do. They miss me. Yeah. He's not going back. I'm going to get a PJ form. Thank you guys so much. Thank you. Thank you. Take care. Good to meet you. Yeah. The best. Thank you. Wow. We're cooking with gas. Look at a scope. Look at a scope, guys. Oh my God, Lexi, we have a new podcast. I feel like everyone else, you know, we share the stage with other podcasts tonight too. They're not having all these issues. I think for whatever reason, derives. I'm a mover. I'm a shaker. He's asked if we're burning calories. I think we are. The chords are literally under my feet. Yeah, you look good though. Thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Well, that was an epic day of podcasts. You know, I feel what was your favorite favorite memory go? Favorite memory of today. Rob Riggle was a was a highlight for me. Love Rob. Always. But having Donovan McNabb back on the pod. And by the way, I think he knew what he was getting himself into this time. The first time he was he was shook. He was taking it back. And then when I saw him in Hawaii, he was like, man, you're this is a good Donovan. You should have done it in front of it. Right. Man, you're your podcast boys. You guys are something else. I kept saying that. I think I love being called something else. That's just a general. I don't really remember. But there was something he was like, man, that was something else. You guys are crazy. That was something else. I think he is used to talking about football all the time. And I know this guy's love football. But we've got to talk about but we are in a room of serious people. Yeah. Who had to be serious about what they do. Yes. And they're still serious after their career is doing whatever. Yeah. And then they come here and we're not very. It's also really awesome. Everybody that came on here. We're serious about being honest. We had like like stuff that they're doing. That's important work helping people. Giving back to the community. It really makes us look like pieces of shit. It does. And I'm embarrassed. It does. You should be. I'm embarrassed. Well, I have an organization that I work with. Children's Miracle Network. 170 Children's Miracle. Children's hospitals across America and Canada. Now Blake, across. Yeah. I heard that across. And just so you know, and I also work with the Nation of Hot Tubs. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Teaching kids out. Okay. And it's called the Nation of - No, I can't remember what's going on. - Remember on, yeah. - It's called like the who wants to be a millionaire. I'm like, "Children's Miracle Network," and I explain what it is. We've, over the years, we've made it over, or generated over a billion dollars. It rolled off the top that easily, and then, and then he talks about his organization. It was called like the Hot Tub Federation or something. It's called like the Alliance of Pools and Hot Tubs, step into swim program. And I was like, can I just say step into swim? That's kind of the thing, and they were like, you actually can't. And I was like, can you actually change the name of it? - I just stepped into the swim, baby. Well, and as you know, I was on celebrity jeopardy. - Oh yeah. - But the turtle conservancy of oh, hi, save the turtles, save the planet. - That's what you work with. - That's what I work with. - Okay, so great. So you have turtles. - And we have human beings, and we're saving lives. We're both saving human beings. - Children, and I'm saving children, and he's saving children that specifically are drowning in Hot Tubs or pools. - And I'm saving the environment, so in a way, I'm like, - Not the environment, only turtles. - Right, yeah. - And I was the only one who came out of that chat, wanting to try throwing a javelin. - Yeah. - 1000% - Because you know, they run, and they throw it, and then they like fall. - Oh yeah, you like have to put your entire body. - They go, they go, they go, they go, they go, they go, they go, they go, they just fall to the grounds. And I'm like, that's the form. - I always just think of a revenge of the nerds. - Unreal. - Well, are? - Yeah. - Meeting Ryan, I'm like, I want to root for these guys. - Yeah. - What are the special Olympics televised? 'Cause I think I would like to tune in. - It's on DZN or whatever that, okay. - I don't know. - Yeah, I don't know. I've never, I would like to tune in. What other things do they tweak? Because it's a different javelin. It's like, what are they doing a little differently? I mean, I've only seen like, when you watch the swimmers that don't have all their limbs. - Well, so that's the Paralympics. - Special Olympics and Paralympics are two different things. - Two different things. - Yes, those are for people that have down syndrome. - Yeah, you can't differentiate. - Yeah, you don't have to differentiate. - Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on. - Come on, come on. - I was aware that there were numerous Olympics. I thought there were two Olympics. - There's tons of Olympics. - Yeah, so there were two Olympics. That's my bad. - That's my bad. - No, there's three Olympics. - There's three Olympics. - Yeah, get it right. - Get it right. - Yeah, special. - And. - OG. - OG. - And they just are original Olympics. - And then winter. Winter Olympics are starting, by the way. - I can't wait. - Or did they start? - Friday is the opening ceremony? - Let's go. - Is that right? - Yeah. - Let's have you go, dude. - Where is it at? - Luz Malone, I think. - Malone Italy. - That's a fun trip. - Italy Italy. - And why didn't I heart send us maybe to Malone? - Well, this is kind of like a, the test grounds for it and what, yeah. - We're failing. - We're failing. - We're failing. - Not only does Durseed on the mic, he puts his shoes up on this one. - Look, he's got it, when you have to. - When you have the little, not your little whilers. - I feel like the unabomber made shoes like that. - Yes. - So when he left, everyone's like, no one was here except this wolf. - Yes. - Exactly. - Exactly. - Wait, what do we do on Workaholics where, we pretend like a cat walked through something and we use little marshmallows. - That is right. - Yes, yes. I think it was when me and Julian have a cat together. - Yes. - That's right. - And it got eaten. - You had the lie that I got eaten by like a condor or like, it did at the very end, right? - A bird. - That was a fun show. - That was a really chaotic show. - When people say they've seen every episode five times, I'm like, that's more than I've seen it. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - Like we've watched it like, 'cause in the edit, you have to sit there and you really watch every little thing, but you don't watch it all the way and it's entirety five times. - I've been away from it long enough now that I think watching it would sort of be like the first time it could be. - Do you think you'd be like, it's been long enough that it would be like, you've like disassociated. Like you're watching other people. - Yes. - Like ghosts. - Yes, ghosts of my past. - Oh, look at that photo of something like, I don't ever remember being that young. - Yeah, it's crazy. - Right, you look at it. 'Cause when we first got done with it, I'm like, yeah, we looked the same as we looked even at the beginning, which we didn't. Now I get why it was kind of like a hit show was because it was about these little last kids in a workplace. Like we looked like children. - Oh, to no good. - We looked like children. - So, doing drugs. - I'd like to believe it was funny, yeah. - It was mildly mildly hilarious. - We got a B-minus after, when the pilot aired, the guy in Hollywood Reporter was like, B-minus and I was like, never gotten a better grade than that in my life. I don't have a take back, but I have a bring back. But when you were like, I don't know where you were, put me in Blake. Somebody had bowls out, right? - Right. - Because we were gonna put ice in a bowl, and Blake was gonna splash this face before the show. - Didn't do it for some reason. - No, no. - But we can find ice. - Wait, right now? - Yeah. - No, before you're sure. - Someone looked at Blake, and there was like, "Quick, we need a bowl of ice." - Yes. - So, we've got the bowls on the ground. - Kurt Herbstreet comes by. He's got a dog. He's got like, anxiety or something. - Okay. - The dog goes to the bowl, and everyone's like, "Oh, he thought it was like for water." And like, it was empty. And then we were like, "You've been dog pranked." - Yeah. - Dude, we're gonna start a dog prank TikTok called Gotcha Bitch. (laughing) - Where we like, pretend to throw a ball when the dog goes, we just go, "Gotcha bitch." - Yep, you put out fake food. It's gonna be great, dude. - The look on this Ron Netflix, I think this could be like, maybe the first, like we just get a little freeze frame of the dog going, right? - Exactly. - The look on these dogs faces when they think it's real food, and it's not, it's just priceless. - Get them bitch. - And you can say it, you can say bitch, because it's a dog. - Gotcha bitch. - And that's another episode of Gotcha Bitch. - It's important. - Gotcha bitch, gotcha bitch, gotcha bitch. - Lisa, tell them about our new show.
