Speaker 2Hey, Michigan, as you may have seen, our Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate, Abdul, said that I was no longer welcome in his campaign and that I should stay away. And he's right. And that's why I am endorsing Mike Rogers for the United States Senate today. I don't belong in Abdul's campaign. I do not stand with Hassan Piker, who gets trafficked on our college campuses.
Speaker 1That is Haley Stevens. She's a lifelong Democrat. She's been in Congress since 2018 as a Democrat, and she just endorsed Mike Rogers, the Republican, for that Michigan Senate seat. And now, according to the Legacy Media, the Democratic Party, the entire left-wing podcast slop sphere, she's evil. Full stop. Haley Stevens opposed the pro-jihadist Democratic candidate for the Senate. And she, not he. Is the enemy. Okay, so Representative Haley Stevens has been in the House of Representatives voting Democrat since 2018. In her last representative primary, she won 87% of the vote. She ran in the Democratic primaries for Senate against Abdul El-Sayed, and she lost very, very narrowly, in large part because of skewed polling that suggested she was going to lose big. And then she made, over the course of the year, she won 87% of the vote. And then she made, over the course of the last week, one demand for her to endorse and campaign with Abdul El-Sayed, that he'd announce conspiratorial hatred of Jews. He wouldn't do it. So she endorsed his opponent, Mike Rogers. And now the Democratic Party has unpersoned her. They say she is no longer a Democrat. They've expelled her from the Michigan Democratic Party. They yell at her. They say she's evil, that she's a traitor. Here's the deal. No matter what happens in that Michigan election, the Democratic Party on a national level, legacy media on a national level. The left-wing podcast Slop Sphere on a national level. They have made their standard absolutely clear. It is better to be an America-hating, pro-jihadi Democrat than to be a Democrat who stands against him. That is your Democratic Party. And it means the Democratic Party is about to make the full-scale heel turn into a pro-radical Islam, anti-American, anti-Jewish party. That's what's happening right now. And there's a good shot it's going to happen, by the way. That that's the way things are moving. Right now. According to our friends and sponsors over at Kalshi. The Kalshi market suggests that Abdul Syed is a heavy favorite to win that Senate seat in Michigan. In a little bit, we will analyze the polls and determine whether or not that is accurate. But according to the Kalshi markets, the Democrats are 74% likely to win that seat in Michigan. Now, I think that that's not true. And later on in the show, we'll have on the Republican Senate candidate, Mike Rogers, who I think actually is going to pull this thing out. But I think it is first important to note who is okay with the Democratic Party. Because this isn't just about how people vote in Michigan. The reason I've been putting outsized emphasis on Abdul Syed is because a party that tolerates, that promotes, that champions the evils of Abdul Syed is a party that reflects that evil. That's it. Abdul Syed is a radical candidate. He's not just radical in terms of his pro-jihadism, which he is, a Muslim Brotherhood fellow traveler. His entire family are fellow travelers of the Muslim Brotherhood. He is not just a pro-jihadi candidate, a person who says about actual terrorists on America, that hurt people hurt people. He's an anti-American scumbag, Abdul El-Syed. Here he was in 2019 suggesting that border security and the police, for example, are white supremacists. Build a wall.
Speaker 3Why? So that those brown folks don't come to our country. Ban the Muslims. Why? So those brown folks leave or don't come to our country. Blue lives matter in response to black lives. Why? Because they protect us from the black lives who we know inherently are dangerous. This is the logic of white supremacy as it plays out in our political culture.
Speaker 1Again, if you like the cops, if you like borders, this is because you're a white supremacist, according to the Democratic Senate candidate in Michigan. That same Democratic Senate candidate in 2020 admitted that he would like to eliminate all private insurance in the country, destroy the so-called private option. He wants the government to run your health care.
Speaker 3What Medicare for all does is it does away with the private insurance market. Right. It now has one single payer. That's why we call it single payer. Right. One insurance. And that is the government of the United States. It now can negotiate on your behalf, negotiating for everyone. And because it's the government, it covers everyone. It solves all of these problems.
Speaker 1By the way, he still agrees with all of that. Last week, he actually confirmed that. Abdul Al-Sayed says that we ought to abolish ICE. Again, this is a mainstream Democratic candidate for higher office. Here's Abdul Al-Sayed in a Senate debate. A couple of months ago.
Speaker 3I believe that we don't need ICE. In fact, we can go back to INS back when we were a lot more safe and secure when it came to immigration. And then we need to make sure we have a clear pathway to citizenship.
Speaker 1And, of course, Abdul Al-Sayed says the Second Amendment no longer applies. Basically, the Second Amendment only means you have a right to a musket. But your gun, they could take it away.
Speaker 3I'm going to swear an oath of the Constitution. Constitution has a Second Amendment in it. But the Second Amendment is a right to a musket. The Second Amendment, just so we all are clear, even the most conservative folks, they hew to this idea called originalism. And originalism is the idea that you should interpret the Constitution in the context in which the Constitution was written. When they promised the right to bear arms, they had muskets. So, yeah, everyone should have, like, equal rights to a musket.
Speaker 1Al-Sayed is also a person who said on 60 Minutes this weekend with Ross Duthat that parents do not have the right to protect their children. They should protect their children from men in their locker rooms. Because, after all, the Internet exists, and your young girls are likely to see male appendages if not in the locker room than on the Internet anyway.
Speaker 4What about the rights of parents to control over their children's education? Because a lot of places where there's tension between Islam and Muslim voters and what I'm calling cultural liberalism are around issues like what is taught in school? What happens with transgender kids on sports teams and so on, right? These are places where rights are in conflict, right? What do you think happens there?
Speaker 3I don't know that that's actually true. I think we manufacture these social issues. Because here's the thing about it. Ross, you have an iPhone in your pocket, probably. Or is it an iPhone or a Samsung? You have a phone in your pocket, right? You can get access to everything and anything in the whole world, all the world's information in your pocket. The notion somehow that you are going to prevent your child from being exposed to something that you may find disagreeable and that that is going to be because of school. That is so profoundly outdated because, of course, you have all the information and they have all the information. So, here's the thing about it. I think it's really important for us to recognize that the free flow of information is actually a beautiful thing. It's really important. And the most important thing you can do is not try to protect a person from seeing a thing. It's about trying to make sure that as you coach your kid through the world that you are engaging with them and saying, "Here's what I believe. Here's what you may see in the world." You get to make your choices about who you're going to be in the world. But that's going to require us to make do with the fact that, like, the internet is a real thing and this debate about, like, quote, unquote, what's taught in the classroom, I think, has been made into a cultural flashpoint because a lot of the folks who want to make this a topic of conversation don't want to be talking about the real issues that we face in our lives.
Speaker 1Okay, understand what he's saying is psychotic. What he's saying right here is full-scale psychotic. As a parent of five, this is nuts. The idea that because the internet exists, schools, there are schools. Therefore, should allow boys into girls' locker rooms. That same exact logic could be used to suggest that schools ought to teach pornography to your children because, after all, there's lots of porn on the internet. This is nuts. By the way, he doesn't believe any of this. I promise you. In his home community of Dearborn, they're not letting the boys into the girls' locker rooms. That is not a real thing. But Abdul El-Sayed is a wolf in wolf's clothing. That's what he is. And he's having trouble closing the deal in Michigan. Black voters in Michigan are not in his corner. He's having to spend the closing days of this campaign trying to campaign against him. That's what he's doing for the black vote in Michigan. There's an Insider Advantage poll last week. They showed him winning just 47% of the black vote in Michigan. If he wins that percentage of the vote, he's going to lose. And there are major Democrats who are coming out against him who are black. That includes Michigan State Representative Karen Whitsitt, who was a Democrat until March and then decided, you know what? Can't do this anymore. Here she was on Fox News saying she's not going to vote for the Democrat.
Speaker 5Learn to have value within yourself. Your vote matters. We cannot keep saying that. We cannot keep sitting here saying that we're going to vote blue no matter who. seat at the table. We don't even know what the address of where the table is. And we're going to let here and sit here and let Obama and anybody else who wants to come in and tell us, hey, you need to vote for this person, even though he has a dual citizenship. And, you know, yes, his family is parts of this and that and the brotherhood. And no, it doesn't matter. You don't you don't see that. It doesn't matter what.
Speaker 1Now, again, all of this is putting aside the fact that Abdul Al-Sayed is a fellow traveler of the Muslim Brotherhood. That Abdul Al-Sayed believes in the extermination of the state of Israel, that Abdul Al-Sayed is in sympathy with members of Hezbollah, in sympathy with members of Hamas, in sympathy with the Iranian government. All of that is putting aside the fact that all the members of his family are Muslim Brotherhood fellow travelers, that his sister tweeted the entire family is Muslim Brotherhood, that he himself was a member of the Muslim Student Association, which had its roots in the Muslim Brotherhood. That he himself courted voters at mosques where speakers dubbed the United States the house of Satan and called for final annihilation of the Jews, according to The New York Post. According to The New York Post this weekend, Al-Sayed courted voters inside at least five Islamic centers that have a history of ultra violent rhetoric that includes branding the United States, quote, the house of Satan and calling for the final annihilation of Jews. Al-Sayed visited the Islamic Center of Detroit in March twenty twenty six to shore up support, addressing the packed room of men during a Ramadan prayer gathering and soliciting signatures to qualify for the Michigan Democratic primary. Al-Sayed told the congregation, quote, I have to get on the ballot to be able to get your vote, inshallah. So my team is here in the back. We need your signature to get on the ballot. He was welcomed to the pulpit by a mosque leader who introduced him as our beloved brother, Dr. Abdul Rahman. During that same service, a leader read a closing prayer in Arabic, which called for Allah to take the, quote, worst revenge upon Zionists. Last year, an Islamic scholar told the congregation that as Muslims, they were, quote, living here in America in the house of Satan before making the wild claim that the United States Constitution was actually based on Islam. And this is who Abdul Al-Sayed is. And Abdul Al-Sayed over the weekend is on 60 Minutes with Ross Duthat. Duthat asked him about whether Israel has a right to exist as a Jewish state and watch as Abdul Al-Sayed starts to fritz like a character from the Arnold Schwarzenegger movie.
Speaker 6I don't ever get the question of does Palestine have the right to exist? Does Palestine have the right to exist? Yes. Does Israel have the right to exist? Yes. If there is a shared understanding.
Speaker 3Wait, you said let me just let me just let me just understand. I believe and this is that this is the problem with this debate. We start from where we sit rather than start from principles.
Speaker 1OK, so notice how he won't even answer the question. So yes, if with regard to Israel, yes, with regard to Palestine, because that's who Abdul Al-Sayed is. He's a radical Muslim activist campaigning for the Senate and his entire campaign has been rife with this sort of trash. So this all came to a head because of but not solely because of a an ad that was put out by a PAC associated with Cenk Uygur, who himself is a psychotic anti-Semite. And and this here is the ad. It is in favor of Abdul Al-Sayed and it blames the Jews. And specifically, it blames funding of the Israeli military through grants that come back to the American military industrial complex. For the price of bananas, which is asinine. I mean, truly asinine. On a mathematical level, it's ridiculous. But again, the idea is. The nefarious Jews are taking your money and spending it on bombs in the Middle East to genocide Palestinians, and that's what's making your bananas expensive. You're going to have to put those eggs back. They don't like eggs anymore. No, they like eggs. But we have to set that seven dollars aside for killing Palestinians.
Speaker 7What? I mean, don't we give Israel four billion dollars? Yeah. And now we're giving them another twenty six billion dollars. Do you know how much that is per American taxpayer?
Speaker 1And that is a Cenk Uygur ad. Cenk Uygur is the same person who this weekend said that black Americans should dress up in an Israeli flag and start calling everyone you see an anti-Semite for Halloween. Voila, you're Van Jones. Just an outright disgusting pig of a racist. Cenk Uygur, because that's that's who he is. Just a vile human being. Hey, Abdul El-Sayed campaigns with his nephew, Hassan Piker, who is even more vile than Cenk, which is saying a hell of a lot. That's who Abdul El-Sayed is. Well, with good people like Abdul Rahman El-Sayed about to enter the government, you might be a little worried about the future of your money. And let's be real. You should be. There is one entire party in the Democratic Party here in the U.S. They would just like to spend endlessly. And then there's another party that wants to also spend endlessly, but slightly slower. You might be worried about the value of your dollar, which is why you might want to diversify just a little into precious metals. Golden Crest Metals can explain. She'd been asked to participate by Jim Clyburn in an event for Abdul El-Sayed, sort of a final campaign rally. So on October 30th, she put out the following statement. On Sunday morning, I will go to church in Detroit with my dear friend and mentor, my colleague and a national Democratic leader, Congressman Jim Clyburn. Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed will join us. Jim Clyburn is the son of a minister from Sumter, South Carolina, who was jailed as a college student for demonstrating against segregation and met his wife of 58 years in that jail. He became the first black South Carolinian sent to Congress in nearly a century and twice served as majority whip of the House. And in 2020, it was his voice that won the hearts and minds of Americans and determined who would be the next president of the United States. He is a living legend of the civil rights movement. This summer, he came to Michigan to stand with me. I did not win. On Sunday, he will stand in a black church in Detroit for the party he has served. His whole life. And I will be standing there with him for days. Abdul El-Sayed's only answer to the rebellion pack advertisement produced by Hassan Piker's uncle, Shank Weger, was that his campaign was, quote, not affiliated with it. That ad tells Michigan families they cannot afford groceries because their money has to be set aside for killing Palestinians. And it blames our close ally Israel for everything Michiganders cannot afford. The chief executive of the ADL called it a case study in anti-Semitism. A disclaimer is not a condemnation. And everyone in my community knows the difference. I've learned from Democratic Party leaders and emissaries. As reported in the news media, that Dr. El-Sayed has heard the deep concerns of the Jewish community and is now, for the first time in this campaign, formally condemning that ad for what it is. That is why I accepted Congressman Clyburn's invitation to appear with Abdul on Sunday. I urge voters and the press to confirm it with Abdul directly. But the ad did not invent its argument, says Haley Stevens. A dramatized one Dr. El-Sayed has made in his own words throughout this campaign. That Israel is the reason Michigan cannot afford schools, health care, and child care. The standard here is simple. If those words are wrong, when a PAC supporting his campaign says, Then they are equally wrong when Abdul says them. And Abdul has said them from the start. I therefore expect him to apologize for those statements as well. Abdul promises to get money out of politics. He can begin by getting Israel out of his explanation for everything Michigan cannot afford. And it is my hope and expectation that out of the same respect for Michigan's black community, he will take down his own advertisement featuring white Christian nationalist Tucker Carlson, an insult to the congregation that will welcome us on Sunday. There's another ad that was cut directly by El-Sayed. That includes basically an endorsement from Tucker Carlson, who again is on the horseshoe right. That agrees with the left on matters of foreign policy, among others. She says, I say this with no race to run and nothing to gain. The Jewish and African-American communities in my district deserve to see their leaders show up for them rather than fight over them. Jim Clyburn has spent his life showing what that looks like. I'm honored to go to church with him. Okay, so this was her setting up El-Sayed. All he had to do was condemn the ad and also condemn the fact that he has been spending the entire campaign saying exactly what the ad said. So El-Sayed then put out a statement. That statement did not denounce the ad. Instead, he directly attacked Haley Stevens. Quote, Our campaign is and has always been focused on addressing the most critical challenges Michiganders are facing. Skyrocketing gas prices, unaffordable groceries, and the inability to see a doctor. Total, absolute lie. 100% lie. His campaign has not been focused on the same things that Democrats all over the country have been focused on. If it were, we wouldn't be covering it the same way, would we now? Everyone knows what El-Sayed is actually focused on. He smears the patina of normal Democratic rhetoric around his radical, pro-jihadi anti-Americanism. And then he pretends that what he's actually talking about is affordability. But it's a bunch of bullshit and everyone knows it. So El-Sayed, his statement says, quote, That focus is why our people power campaign defeated a historic $70 million in outside spending from big corporations and AIPAC on behalf of Congresswoman Stevens. Now, the reason AIPAC supported Stevens is not because they were, quote unquote, bribing Stevens is because they knew what El-Sayed was. Quote, Now the stakes are even higher. Defeating Trump's handpicked candidate, taking back the Senate and defending our democracy. That's, should be the priority for all of us right now. So while Congresswoman Stevens seems intense on relitigating a primary that ended three months ago, let's all focus on the task at hand. That's beating Mike Rogers, holding Trump accountable and getting money out of politics, putting money in pockets and passing Medicare for all. Hey, so El-Sayed was then asked specifically in person about condemning the ad and he threatened to walk away.
Speaker 3I am for getting money out of politics, putting money in your pocket, passing Medicare for all. You guys love to play the condemn game. I've already been, it's clear that that ad was not made by me and I do not agree with the contents of that ad. But when I'm just going to ask the rest of you, please ask me questions that are relevant to the voters in the state of Michigan I'm running to an election in Michigan most people don't care about this like intrigue stuff that you all love to carry it is not of concern to the vast majority of Michiganders people here are struggling to afford their gas they're struggling to afford their groceries they're struggling to see a doctor they really could care less about all this stuff that you all push for clicks so if the next question I'm just telling you if the next question is about this I'm gonna go ahead and spend my time talking to voters because that's what I'm trying to do right now so if somebody wants to ask the next question it is about this I'm just telling you that I'm going to go and have a conversation with voters because this is not worth
Speaker 1my time he is such a thin-skinned jackass honestly he's being asked questions about stuff that he himself is doing and saying and then he threatens to leave and he does this with every reporter Brett Baer asked him about the Muslim Brotherhood and he lectured Brett Baer on how to do journalism because he can't answer the question because he doesn't want to answer the question by the way he spoke at this historically black church the entire base of the pews is filled with white it's all white people at this historically black church you've got a real problem in this election meanwhile Haley Stevens said fine like you don't want to do the thing that you absolutely should do well then you know I'm just going to endorse Mike Rogers so here she was going to church in Detroit with Mike Rogers instead I got it I got it okay
Speaker 8just put it uh just put it in one of the aisles and I will let you out
Speaker 2businesses and that is a policy
Speaker 1okay you can see how much money is being spent on this with Rogers obviously this is again this is an act of political courage on her part that's what this is she she knows she's destroying her own political career but she could go back and run again from her district for Congress if else I had were to lose she could run again for Senate right she knows what she is doing here and what she is doing here is a rare act of political courage sort of like Kyrsten Sinema deciding that she wasn't going to kill the filibuster because it turns out that's bad for the country and she's going to kill the filibuster because it turns out that's bad for the country and she's going to kill the filibuster because it turns out that's bad for the country every so often you see people who actually do the right thing even at the cost of their own political career so Haley Stevens here is the full video of her endorsing Mike Rogers hey Michigan as
Speaker 2you may have seen our Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate Abdul said that I was no longer welcome in his campaign and that I should stay away and he's right and that's why I am endorsing Mike Rogers for the United States Senate today I don't belong in Abdul's campaign I do not stand with Hassan Piker who gets trafficked on our college campuses okay and of
Speaker 1course she is right about all of that so else I had in response said she doesn't he doesn't think about Haley Stevens which of course is a lie smug obnoxious listen Michiganders if you vote for him you get again democracy as H.L. Mencken suggested is the theory that the people get what they vote for good and hard you're going to get a good and hard from your pro-jihadi senator if this is what you decide to vote for here he was at the end
Speaker 3of the day I actually don't think about Haley Stevens I think about the like I said the nine million nine hundred and ninety nine thousand nine hundred ninety eight people who are not those two because you know what I'm just less interested in the politics of it all than I am in the policy of it all and so look if you're somebody who believes that we ought to have more rights not less then I would think you would support me in this race
Speaker 1just horrible meanwhile Haley Stevens is getting heckled as a traitor because you're a traitor if you just what is she a traitor to we'll get to this in a second but what is she actually a traitor to the thing she's a traitor to according to the left-wing media is the democratic party and that is the point of allegiance you must have your allegiance to the democratic party no matter what no matter what they do no matter what they say no matter who they run that is your chief allegiance if you're Jewish as Haley Stevens is then your allegiance should not be religiously to your own religion as a Christian's would be for a Christian your allegiance must be to the democratic party if you're an American and you love America and you don't want to vote for the pro-jihadi candidate who hates the country your allegiance must still be to the democratic party according to these people you're a traitor otherwise this is what the democratic party demands full allegiance every time no matter what they do here's Haley Stevens being heckled that stands so
Speaker 2firmly with some of the policies that you've stood so firmly against look not nothing is perfect and of course that person
Speaker 9shouting that she's a traitor it doesn't
Speaker 1matter that the person who she refuses to endorse is literally a human who hates America and everything about it if you believe that Abdul El-Sayed loves America you're a nut you're crazy this is a person who's been spending his entire career ripping on America as the font of all evil in the universe okay but what was the response from the democrats now the democrats have been patting on the head pro-radical Islam members of their caucus for years now Ilhan Omar Rashida Tlaib now Zor-e-Mamdani Daryliza Chevalier and of course Abdul El-Sayed so the democratic party has made particularly clear what it is the Michigan democratic party chair and him Curtis Hertel he immediately put out a statement quote congresswoman Stevens is not a current member of the Michigan democratic party nor will she be in the future she has been expelled because she has sinned and now she must atone senate minority leader Chuck Schumer who is legitimately one of the most spineless jellyfish in all the sea Chuck Schumer who once wrote a book on anti-semitism which is like OJ Simpson writing if I did it Chuck Schumer absolute schmuck of a human here he was putting out a statement quote this is a despicable betrayal from representative Stevens oh is it a betrayal Chuck Chuck Schumer by the way likes to go into the Jewish community in New York and claim that his last name Schumer comes from the Hebrew word which means guardian meaning he will guard his fellow co-religionists apparently the way to do that is to open the door to the jihadis Chuck Schumer calls it a despicable betrayal from representative Stevens quote senate democrats are united in our support for Abdul El-Sayed because we know he will fight for his country and he will fight for his country and he will fight for his country he will fight for the economic interests of working families in Michigan unlike Mike Rogers who is a tool of Donald Trump and billionaire donors I think that it's kind of a a lot to say the senate democrats are united in their support for Abdul El-Sayed that says a lot does it not well meanwhile the legacy media just full-scale apparatchiks for the democratic party so Anderson Cooper who basically is just a spokesperson for the DNC at this point over on CNN which remains a turd heap here he was going after Haley Stevens and uh shall we say colorful manner that he would not were she say a republican leaving the republican party out of detestation for Donald Trump say why is it okay
Speaker 2now why can you afford now to give MAGA another senate seat in November well why is it okay to have the democratic party and a top nominee you know ejecting uh you know this type of or injecting rather this type of of anger and anger and anger and anger and anger and and lack of kindness that's all I'm okay okay so it's the you know and I just am telling people how I'm voting and there's others who feel the same way you know uh finance I'm sorry I don't want to talk over you the the anger and lack of kindness no it's it sounds like you're upset with me too Anderson no I'm not I'm just you're not really answering
Speaker 1any of my questions so yes yes because your questions are all based on the predicate that democrats are good and republicans are evil and no matter what evil democrats decide to imbibe you must vote for them nonetheless Anderson Cooper is an apparatchik for the democratic party again all you have to do is look at what kind of treatment Anderson Cooper gave Marjorie Taylor Greene the entire legacy media gave Marjorie Taylor Greene who is a complete empty-headed ridiculous human being who everyone knew was an empty-headed ridiculous human being then she left the republican party to pretend that she was upset with Donald Trump to set up some sort of second career as an online influencer or something and the entire democratic establishment legacy media treated Marjorie Taylor Greene as a person with something to say Haley Stevens does this for principled reasons and Anderson Cooper gets out his crowbar and goes to goes to town James Carville who supposedly doesn't like the radicalism in the democratic party it turns out that what he really really really doesn't like is the democrats having to face up to the radicalism in the party so he's really upset with Haley Stevens James Carville supposed moderate but
Speaker 10your political career is over it you if you think that these republicans are going to treat you as anything other than what they view you as and that is let me just break the news to you a used condom the democrats don't even think you're worth a used condom but that's about where you are uh you made your bed sleep in it you you mess kit eat it and uh you know it at some point if you like Fetterman and Stevens maybe we need to open a cheeseburger restaurant some way I don't know I mean again
Speaker 1that's him going after fellow democrats who refuse to go along with the pro communism pro-jihadi democratic party supposed moderate James Carville amazing comparing her to a used condom that's what James Carville is doing Neera Tanden the CEO of the Center for American Progress and former Biden staffer put out a statement quote standing with Micah Rogers because she can't type is a betrayal of everything Haley Stevens has fought for her entire career, is it? Or would it be a betrayal of Haley Stevens's conscience and soul for her to back the candidate who full scale hates people like her? Maybe. Quote, it's also a betrayal of all of her supporters that believed in her. I hope Abdullah Syed has a strong victory on Tuesday and that all Democrats and like-minded independent support vote for him. Again, she can't even speak English here. How angry she is. Jon Favreau of the Pod Save America crew. Remember, these are the same people brought on Hassan Piker to massage him in most generous fashion. A person who openly hates the country. Jon Favreau said, this is the single most unproductive, selfish thing a Democratic candidate has done all cycle and likely many cycles before that. I don't know. It seems kind of unproductive and selfish for a Democratic candidate for higher office to say about an actual honest to God terror attack on American soil. Hurt people, hurt people. You had nothing to say about that. Or to campaign with Hassan Piker, a full scale America flag burning hater of the country. But you had that guy on. And you gave him the full scale masseuse treatment. Favreau says, having misjudged candidates in the past myself, I hope everyone who tried to recruit, support and defend Haley can now admit what a mistake it was. Now, Mehdi Hassan, who's a mouthpiece for pro-Islamism, he put out a statement, quote, she's evil. She's evil. You see, she's evil, says Mehdi Hassan. Which, by the way, Mehdi Hassan is like the reverse Jim Cramer rule applies to Mehdi Hassan. Whatever Mehdi Hassan says, just say the reverse and it's true. Bajahat Ali, fellow nut job and contributing New York Times op-ed writer, said, quote, I'm going to violate my rule of talking about this horrid woman for Justice Post. But never forget, this is the candidate Dem establishment leaders and donors promoted in Michigan. They accepted over 60 million dollars in outside money for her. What does that say about their judgment? And then he says the Democratic establishment should basically be burned to the ground if Al-Sayed ends up losing. Molly Jongfast, MSNL commentator, quote, this should be the end of Haley Stevens's political career. Ben Rhodes, whose literal nickname. In the Obama White House was Hamas. Says, quote, in addition to being politically stupid, Democrats like Stevens and her ardent establishment supporters have been failing a profound moral test as well. The profound moral test is how much will you support the pro-jihadi, pro-Muslim brotherhood candidate? How much will you support him? Now, again, I just want to show you a contrast. This is not just about some sort of generalized opposition to people leaving their home party. And that same Curtis Hertel, who threw out Haley Stevens from the Democratic Party in Michigan. Tweeted in June 2022 about Liz Cheney, who had voted for Donald Trump's impeachment and led an impeachment inquisition in Trump. Quote, thank you to Congresswoman Cheney for putting country over party and telling the truth. Here's a montage of various Democrats praising Liz Cheney for putting country over party. Because it's one thing to oppose Donald Trump to put country over party. But if you oppose, again, the pro-jihadi, anti-American communist candidate from Michigan, this means that you're a traitor, according to Chuck Schumer and company.
Speaker 11Thank you. Congresswoman Cheney spoke truth to power, and for that, she's been fired. Make no mistake, the Congresswoman and I disagree on so many policy issues. But we both agree that truth matters. Elizabeth L. Cheney for putting the American people over party.
Speaker 12That was Joe Biden giving her the Presidential Citizens Medal of Honor. And Liz Cheney is a hero. For standing up for the truth. And resisting this retaliatory cancel culture.
Speaker 9But Liz Cheney really is a leader who puts country above party and above self. A true patriot. And it is my profound honor. My profound honor to have your support.
Speaker 1Again, you're a hero if you abandon Trump. Because Trump, of course, is the font head of all evil. If you say that you are not going to vote for and, in fact, will vote against. This is your Democratic Party now. This is what it is. This is where it's going. It almost doesn't matter what happens in the Michigan Senate race because the Democratic Party has now made clear precisely what it is. So in 2018, Rabbi Jonathan Sachs, who is the chief rabbi of the UK and remained kind of studiously apolitical in 2018, he finally made a political speech. It was about anti-Semitism and it came in the wake of the British Labor Party embracing Jeremy Corbyn, who full scale hated the Jews. And Rabbi Sachs said that there were basically three stages of metastasizing hatred. This also applies, by the way, to anti-Americanism. Stage one is when it moves from the fringes to the mainstream hatred of Jews or hatred of America or pro-jihadism. It starts off at the fringes. It's just something kind of fun and, you know, maybe a little bit weird. And then it moves to the mainstream. That's stage one. That was the Ilhan Omar Rashida Tlaib stage. Then there's the second stage when a mainstream party realizes there's no cost to embracing all of this. That is the Zoran Mamdani stage where the Democratic Party decides that actually just grab it. They're all wonderful. They're part of us now. And Gavin Newsom is saying these people are the future. And then the final stage, when the cancer eats the entire body politic, is when people are punished for speaking out against the evil. So the Democratic Party spent a decade and a half fulfilling the first stage, moving all of this garbage from the fringe to center stage. Then, with the selection of people like Abdul El-Sayed, the support for Zoran Mamdani and company, they have now moved full scale to stage two, which is where they realize there's no real cost to embracing all of this stuff openly, which is why by 2028, you'll have a lying question on the Democratic primary stage about whether Israel is a genocidal apartheid state. And now the Democratic Party is already in stage three. Terminal, anti-Semitic, anti-American brain rot. That's where we are. That's where you punish people for saying the opposite. And that's what's happening to Haley Stevens right now. Well, joining me on the line is Representative Mike Rogers. He's the Republican Senate candidate in Michigan facing down Abdulrahman El-Sayed. Congressman Rogers, thanks so much for taking time. Really appreciate it.
Speaker 13Hey, Ben, it's great to be here. Thanks for having me.
Speaker 1So obviously, Representative Haley Stevens' endorsement of you is the big story in politics all over the country. To me, it's not just her endorsement of you that's shocking. Obviously, I think she's doing the right thing. I think it's a courageous thing. The media's response, the left-wing response to her endorsement is the part that's truly shocking. The idea that she's somehow a traitor for saying that she does not want to vote for the man who refuses over and over to reject his pro-jihadi leanings, to reject his extremism. She says, I don't want to be a part of that. The entire Democratic Party comes down on her head and continues to back El-Sayed. What does that say about the Democratic Party and your opponent?
Speaker 13Well, first of all, let me just say about Haley, that this was a courageous act. There was no backroom dealings. There was none of that. The very fact that Abdul El-Sayed, basically when she said, hey, I really want to come to this church service, but you're going to have to condemn this. The most racist ad I think I've seen in politics in my lifetime that blamed Jews for the cost of bananas. I mean, she had a very simple thing. Just disavow it. Let's get this put behind us. I'll show up. We'll go forward as Democrats and try to win the seat. He basically tossed her out, said, you're no longer welcome. Get out. That's what really sent her off. And she thought, if I'm going to change the direction of the Democrat Party. I think I have to do it now. If we're going to be a pro-American party like the Republicans are a pro-American party, we have to fight this fight right now. She got up and said, I'm going to vote for every other Democrat. The only one I can't do is Abdul El-Sayed because he's too extreme. And what you just saw was the hate that came out of this. Think of this. She got booed at the convention, couldn't give her speech not that long ago, booed her off the stage because of her support for Israel and Michigan Jews. That's what that was. It was all about pushing back on anti-Semitism. And the party is now chastising her. The party is veering off into this dark and dangerous place where they're going to provide acceptance to this. It's not even, this is just Jew hating is what it is. Matter of fact, yesterday an Abdul supporter attacked a Jewish woman on University of Michigan campus. One of his staffers was re-indicted here this last week for acts of terrorism. This happened at University of Michigan campus. I mean, there's this pattern. He can't condemn the Hezbollah-inspired attack that nearly killed 130 children right here in the state of Michigan. I mean, that's who the new modern Democrat Party is. And she had the courage to stand up and say, just this one line, I can't get there. That's a bridge too far. And what happens? They're having a meltdown. They're attacking her personally. They ought to look at their candidate. They ought to take a minute and step back and go, maybe that guy is too extreme. If Cory Booker from New Jersey, the senator, Democrat, says that he's a fringe candidate, if Van Jones said his policies are insane, if the former chairman of the Democrat Party came out and said, I can't vote for this guy, he's too extreme, maybe the Democrat Party ought to have a little introspection here.
Speaker 1so congressman rogers obviously right now if you look at the poll average you are behind abdul rahman el sayed latest new york times poll which is a very large margin of error and republicans aren't really picking up the phone but that poll has abdul el sayed ahead of you what do you make of the state of the race right now how close is the race actually because there's some conflicting polling data here including an insider advantage poll last week that showed abdul sayed winning only 47 percent of the black vote in the state of michigan you can't imagine him winning that percentage and somehow pulling out this race where things
Speaker 13currently stand yeah a we've decided we're not believing any poll unless it says we're ahead that new york times uh poll said that 96 percent in Detroit was going to vote for Abdul El-Sayed. 96. That would be a number that That has never been accomplished before, number one. And number two, we're doing better than we have ever done with African-Americans in the city of Detroit, Pontiac, and Flint. We've never done as well as we have down there. So he's not even going to get the standard, which is about 85% of the vote. We think he's going to get less than that. And remember, every time we nick into that number, he's got to go try to find those votes somewhere else. And he has been so dismissive to the Black community in Detroit. I mean, we have had small groups of pastors and business leaders and community and neighborhood leaders come out and say he's walked in and basically said, I don't need your votes. You need to get on board or I'll go find them somewhere else. Well, a guy that's been around politics a little bit in my life, that's a terrible way for addition. It is a great way for subtraction. And that has given us opportunities in the city. So anything over 15% in the city of Detroit is really good for us. And so we think we're going to hit that number. Then you look at Jewish Democrats. I mean, his can't condemning this racist ad because it was done by Hassan Piker's uncle just tells you everything you need to know. Hassan Piker actually went after, in pretty vile terms, a Jewish Democrat who had a Jewish Democrat sign in the yard. An Abdul. A volunteer went up to the door and that person said, no, I'm voting for Mike Rogers, not talking me out of it. He had just viciously attacked this person, said you need to go and leave the country and you're a horrible person. I mean, this is who they are. They are telling us who they are. I'm just hoping Michigan is listening. Even his former staffer said that most of his policy, foreign policy is revenge based. It's not based on good common sense and what's good for America. He also said the guy is a manufactured candidate. There's not much deep policy to him. I mean, these are people who know him. You know, how many people need to come out as Democrats and say this guy's not right? How many people who know this guy who come out and say this guy's dangerous? Man, we need to listen to him.
Speaker 1Now, Congressman Rogers, one of the things that's sort of fascinating about this particular race is obviously the prior holder of the Senate seat was a Democrat. So this would be a Republican flip worried to win the race. We've spent an outsized amount of attention. On this race, because it would be a flip seat as opposed to some of the other seats where Republicans, you know, are just trying to hold the Senate. The reason being that, you know, I've been saying for months and months and months and months at this point that this is a bellwether for the future of the country. If you have a Democratic Party that doesn't just that doesn't just sort of humor its fringe figures, but full scale embraces them and doesn't just full scale embrace them, it turns out attacks the people who refuse to go along with the embrace, which is what's happening with Haley Stevens. If you have a Democratic Party that will try to put Abdul Rahman El-Sayed on the Foreign Relations Committee. Where he will have access to classified information. If you have a Democratic Party that is willing to mirror the priorities of Abdul Rahman El-Sayed and treat all of the people who oppose him as though they are anathema to the Democratic Party, then that is not just a bellwether for the Democratic Party. It's a bellwether for the country in a fairly unique and frightening way.
Speaker 13Oh, and believe me, and I tell this to everyone that'll listen, he will bring the move the party to the left. He will be the leader of this Democrat Socialists movement. That has, you know, a special sauce of Muslim Brotherhood sprinkled through. That's who he is. That's his ideology. And they're looking at him to help move the Democrat Party further to the left, to a place where I think common sense working Democrats, they're not going to recognize their party here very long. And so that's why he becomes so dangerous. That's why this race is really about the heart and soul of America. You're going to permanently put somebody up there for six, at least six years. at least six years, who already marginalized and demonizes 3% of the Michigan population on a daily basis. Oh, by the way, when they're done with the Jews, as I keep telling my Christian friends, guess what? Guess who's next, right? They're going to come get you because that government doesn't like the competition of people who pray to someone else. And so you look at what's happening with his kind of policies and his poll and why, you know, Bernie Sanders has been here multiple times. AOC got here and said how excited they are to, you know, this is the time, this is the place that we build our momentum. And it's all about Michigan. Well, you're leaving behind a lot of working class Michigan citizens who are like, don't want any part of that. I just want my kids to read. I want better jobs. I want lower costs on energy, which by the way, their policies go the other way on all of that. So I'm hoping that people are paying attention. I'm not believing the polls. I can't tell you. It's just kind of anecdotal and I get that. Where I'll go down to meet a group of Chaldeans who are Iraqi Christians who were persecuted, got out of Iraq by the radical Islamists, literally hugging us, my wife and I, crying. Please don't let them bring this hate here. Don't let them bring this hate here. We see that in the Albanian community about communism, where we see it in other Arab communities. Some people think that all the muslims 100 are voting for this guy they're not they don't want this here either that all all that hatred that kind of cauldron of anti-americanism that they're fostering on these american campuses is dangerous to our future they know it i think people are going to be surprised what this vote count looks like tomorrow once
Speaker 1congressman mike rogers he of course is up for that senate seat in michigan if you're in michigan folks do not stay home tomorrow if you've not already voted go vote today and go vote for mike rogers and yes against abdulrahman el sayed congressman rogers thanks so much for the time really
Speaker 13appreciate it hey ben thanks for having me god
Speaker 1bless according to the democratic party better to be a knee-bending jew like chuck schumer better to say as a jew like randy weingarten of the american federation of teachers or john lovett of pod save america because as a jew you need to sell down the river any values you supposedly held make sure you never never never come out strongly against open hatred of america or jews in your own party if you condemn hatred of jews or hatred of america ensure you do it in sort of a vague and general way yeah we all don't like anti-semitism we all don't like anti-americanism but this guy over here who's burning the american flag or has a chinese flag behind him in his podcast studio or this person over here cutting an ad saying that the jews are responsible for your banana prices that guy's fine we don't like you know like generally anti-semitism is bad but like all the people who are doing it in our party don't exist pretend it exists out there in the ether and then punish anyone who actually labels the source of the jew hatred and the anti-americanism this is your democratic party moving forward this is where it is going okay understand that going into the election we are watching the full scale takeover of the democratic party by anti-americanism by anti-semitism this is a thing that is happening and what's happening to hayley Stevens is proof positive that this is happening. There is no allergy against this stuff in the Democratic Party anymore. If you could take the Democratic Party and pour it into one human right now, just in sort of symbolic fashion, that person might be named Temelun Togachog. Togachog is an American born to order of Mongolian refugees who arrived here originally seeking political asylum from the CCP. She actually testified before Congress in December 2024 when she was a freshman in college to urge the passage of the Southern Mongolian Human Rights Policy Act, which was going after the Chinese government. Well, something broke in her brain. And now there's video that has gone quite viral over the weekend. There was a University of Michigan free speech tabling event. And she was there yelling about Israel, yelling about America. And a young woman asked her, she's wearing fairly tight fitting yoga clothes, if she could wear that in Iran. And her response was to beat the living hell out of this young woman. This is the Democratic Party today. Oppose the bad guys in the world, but break with the Democratic Party, and this is what happens.
Speaker 14And there she
Speaker 9is just physically
Speaker 1attacking this girl, kicking her on the ground. She actually yells at one point that she should have killed her. The Democratic Party has no allergy to this. None. Zero. This is the direction the Democratic Party is moving with Abdul El-Sayed. And the treatment of Haley Stevens is proof positive. All they had to do, by the way, El-Sayed could still win. I understand it's a close race. I understand that Haley Stevens won 60% of the vote in Detroit. And so a lot of her followers might not vote for El-Sayed. But El-Sayed is ahead in the polls right now. He could still win. which, again, is disastrous for the country. But what it's the disastrous thing has already happened. It has already happened. The Democratic Party leadership has decided that so long as you oppose Trump, so long as you are in favor of higher taxes, so long as you are in favor of bigger government spending, so long as you are in favor of the transing of the children, so long as you're in favor of full scale abortion from conception to birth, so long as you're in favor of all the Democratic principles, you can hate America. You can hate the Jews. You can do all those things. And if anyone opposes you, that person then becomes a traitor. That's what the Democratic Party is right now. There is no line. The line is gone inside the Democratic Party. Kevin is the host of Wired and Live. Also, he's here to talk about our election night coverage. It's going to be the most fulsome election night coverage we have ever done by far. Cabot, thanks so much for taking the time. Appreciate it. Yeah, absolutely. So let's talk about what election night is going to look like over here. Pretty much everybody is flying into Nashville. So I'll be there. Matt Walsh will be there. Isabel Brown will be there. Michael will be there and all the rest. But that's not all that's going on. Why don't you give us sort of a rundown of what people can expect when they when they tune in. It's a one stop shop
Speaker 7tomorrow night. It really is. And as I walked into the studio this morning, it's just like a construction site. We've been working on the entire set and studio for the last two or three weeks. We've had planning meetings every day. So this is going to be a show where you tune into Daily Wire. You don't have to go to any other network. We're going to have everything right here. So starting at 6 p.m. from 6 to 8, I will be live in this studio as the election results start to come in. Polls are going to begin closing around 6 and 7 o'clock. We'll get you all the results as they're happening. I'll be joined on this set by you, Matt, Michael, Klavan. We're going to have Speaker Newt Gingrich. We're going to have Kevin. Roberts from Heritage, a few other surprise guests, some candidates themselves are going to be joining us. That'll go for two hours at 8 p.m. Eastern. That is when we're going to the big boy desk. Although I don't know, Michael sitting there doesn't make it feel like a big boy desk, but it will be the big boy desk. I'll be there. And then again, you, Walsh, Klavan and Knowles will be there at the big desk, breaking down the results, explaining to folks not just what's happening, but why it all matters. And then we're going to have this giant 20 foot tall LED HD interactive wall. And we're going to be going in depth to each state, giving you guys the county by county breakdowns explaining, okay, here's what happened in 24. Here's where it's at now. Here's what happened in 22. Here's the states. Things are looking good. Here's where it's rough. All of the, uh, you know, instant analysis. We're going to have a pollster in house with us explaining how things are lining up with what we saw in the polls. We're going to be having big guests join us throughout to explain that we'll go for two hours. And then from there, we're going to have a small episode that's going to last as long as things need to go. But again, I just can't stress enough. This is not a show that you tune into to, to get a few takes and then you'll flip back over to Fox or CNN or wherever, because you want to get all the results. We're going to have every single election tracking right there on the screen. Every 30 seconds, we're up though to updating the vote totals. And so people will get everything they need on the election starting at 6 PM Eastern and then going as late as we need to go.
Speaker 1So Cabot, you've been, you've been following the data as, as much as anyone. Over at Wired and Live. I know that we are all sort of like picking sort of where our gut feelings are. What, what do you think about the polling data right now? The polling data, obviously very much in favor of the Democrats and late breaking polls that show them up fairly big in states like Michigan, like Texas, like even Kansas. But at the same time, serious questions being asked about polling methodology, about the fact that Republicans aren't picking up the phones. And so you're sort of left with, with reading chicken entrails at this point. Where do you think tomorrow night's going to go?
Speaker 7I, to me, when I'm having conversations with folks who are watching this, I'm starting to hear a little bit more confidence than talking to some of the GOP strategists. None of them want to go on the record understandably, but off the record, they're saying, Hey, the true battleground states, they are an uphill battle and the environment is absolutely against us. I'm starting to hear a little bit more confidence out of some of the deeper red states, the states won by Trump by 15, 20 points, two years ago. And the general consensus seems to be, Hey, the polling is what it is, but in some of these deep red, the Kansas, the Mississippis, the South Carolina's, that's probably a lot more reflective of any Democrat getting on their phone. They're very excited to talk. And those are still states where the electorate is still far more red than it is anything else. And the most encouraging poll that I think we may have seen all week, because to your point, the head to head polling does not look great. The most encouraging one that was from NBC this Sunday, they released their final pre-election survey of the country. And it found that Republicans still have a higher favorability rating than Democrats. And even more importantly, when asked which party they trust, Democrats have been leading in that poll for months now. But this most recent final survey from NBC, Republicans had to lead on who voters trust when it comes to the economy right now. And that seems like it would be some reason for optimism. Maybe I'm just trying to find something to be excited about because the fundamentals of the race do seem like they would be negative. But I think the Mississippis, the Iowas, the Alaskas, even states that have been deep red in the past, that's why they're so excited. And I think that's why they're so excited. I think that's where I'm just less trusting in the polls. I am also looking at which candidates in the polls are actually getting to 50 percent. Those are the ones that give reason for concern. And there, that's where Texas is the most concerning. Tallarico had struggled to get up into the high 40s and low 50s, and he's starting to do that lately. That is the key mark because it kind of gives you an idea of where the undecideds are starting to break. If a Democrat is up by eight points and they're only at 45 percent in that poll, 46 percent in that poll, a little less concerning. If they get up around 50, that's where I start to perk up and say, this could be bad. Well, that's Cabot Phillips.
Speaker 1He's over at Wired and Alive. But remember, tomorrow night, 6 p.m. Eastern, you're going to watch all night long. We're going to be there slaving away just for you. There will be much coffee drunk. We can hope that actually we'll be drinking out of out of joy or relief and not out of this tragic sense of the inevitable tomorrow night. Cabot, thanks so much. We'll see you tomorrow. Absolutely. All righty. Well, speaking of the polls, the New York Times Siena poll, the final poll is out and it shows major advantages for the Democrats. So it shows El Sayed, Tallarico pulling out outside the margin of error. The poll in Michigan is brutal for Republicans, 53-42 in favor of El Sayed. In Texas, 50-43 in favor of Tallarico over Paxton. In Maine, 51-45. That would be Troy Jackson over Susan Collins. In Ohio, Shard Brown, 49-44 over John Husted. In Kansas, Adam Hamilton over Roger Marshall by five. That would be a Democratic pickup in a deep red state that has not seen a Democratic senator since 1932. In Alaska, Peltola with a two-point lead over Sullivan. And in Iowa, Turek with a one-point lead over Hinson. Now, to be fair, the margin of error here remains shockingly large. So pretty much all of these races, again, inside the margin of error. So the margin of error in this particular poll remains somewhere in the five-point range, which means that even El Sayed-Rogers, which I said is like an 11-point margin, even that is barely outside the margin of error. Because again, margin of error, it means that it shifts five points in either, direction. So if you have a 45-45 race, that could be 50-40 either way and still be within the margin of error. Some of the late-breaking polling from places like Hart Research show places like Louisiana in a dead heat. If Louisiana is in a dead heat, that obviously is not good at all. There you have Republican Julia Letlow running against Jamie Davis. The RealClearPolitics polling average has them split 45-45. Nate Silver, he's putting in his final predictions. He's sort of polling analysis guru expert. He predicts the Senate will go plus six, for the Democrats, and he has the Democrats picking up Iowa, Kansas, Maine, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas, and holding Michigan. That obviously would be a terrible night for Republicans. If Democrats are able to pick up Kansas, Iowa, and Texas, that is a complete wipeout for the Republicans. He's also predicting that the House Democrats pick up some 27 seats, which would give them a major margin inside the House of Representatives, and would set everything up quite poorly for 2028. Now, remember, 2026 is really about, can Democrats stop the Republican agenda? However, moving forward from 2026, if Democrats hold the House, if Democrats hold the Senate, and if Democrats are able to make major inroads in states like, say, Iowa, Kansas, and Texas, that bodes super horribly for Republicans in 2028. If Texas is in play, that means that Arizona and Georgia probably aren't in play for Republicans, which means Republicans lose the 2028 election if all else is held equal. So again, if the midterm is any sort, of predictor of what comes next, Republicans have a lot to worry about if, in fact, all of this comes to fruition. Now, there is one problem for the Democrats, and this is a real thing. It's a real thing. How much do we believe the polls? Now, listen, every time I talk about the polls on this show, and this has been true for years, people say, well, it's garbage in, garbage out. And sometimes it is, and sometimes it isn't. And as I've said before, I'd rather have some data rather than no data. But as we've discussed on the program before, the margin of error has been eating up every one of these polls for months, and the final poll is one poll. So you could have an outlier. Not only that, it turns out that they've had a systematic polling problem that is acknowledged by both the Washington Post and the New York Times. According to the Washington Post, over the weekend, after more than 85,000 phone calls and nearly 50,000 text messages, a potential problem emerged. Democrats were far more enthusiastic about taking the poll than Republicans were. Registered Democrats were more than twice as likely as registered Republicans to complete the survey after answering an interviewer's call, 32 percent versus 12 percent, with a similar partisan gap when texting voters to complete the survey online. This is a supersized version of a concern that has vexed pollsters for the last decade. Partisan differences in answering polls are common, but not of this size. Similar polls of Michigan and Maine voters this fall found cooperation rates among Democratic and Republican voters differed by less than four percentage points. So again, Republicans are like, I don't want to pick up the phone. I don't want to talk to you. I think you're a bunch of hacks. Not interested. Now, that could reflect underlying Republican unease with the election. Maybe Republicans don't want to talk because they don't plan on voting or because they don't care. That's possible. Or it could be if I pick up the poll, if I pick up the phone and it's NBC on the line asking me to do a survey, I click that no button so fast it makes your head spin. I think that's true for the vast majority of people voting red in this election. The New York Times says the same thing. Quote, this cycle, Democrats are once again responding to Times-Siena polls at a much higher rate than Republicans. Across the final battleground polls, registered white Democrats were about 30 percent likelier to take the poll than registered Republicans. So again, white Republicans. It's actually a bit higher than in the final polls in 2020. And 2020 has major polling errors. Now, moving on to sort of the early voting stats. First of all, we should point in, we should point out that in certain states, the early voting stats are not particularly reliable. That is true in Michigan and Texas, because in some states, what you have when you estimate the early voting is you can match up voter names with party registration in particular states, but Michigan and Texas don't have state registration by party. So instead, you have people sort of modeling the electorate, which means inherent vulnerability. Some 54 million votes have already been cast nationally, 24 million and 31 million in person. In the battleground states for the Senate, an estimated 49% of the early votes are registered Democrats, 37% are GOP, 14% are independents. It's a heavy lead for the Democrats. Now, that varies state by state. So in Maine, there have been some 290,000 ballots cast so far. They're clocking in heavily Democrat, 47% Democrats and 23% GOP. Now, depending on how many votes you cast, you're going to have a lot of votes cast for Maine. Again, you can only estimate how many people you think are going to vote, but have not voted yet. It's a projection of the future. The GOP would need at least 60% of the remaining votes to win in Maine, which is why a lot of people who are bullish on Susan Collins, including me, say it's a heavy lift. And this is why I think the prediction markets suggest that the GOP has an uphill battle in Maine. In Iowa, not so much. In Iowa, there have been 438,000 ballots cast. Democrats currently lead Republicans by about 57,000 early ballots. Now, the GOP needs to win a little over 50% of the remaining ballots. So that seems like well within the margin of doability for an Iowa that went for President Trump by double digits. So if you have to stack up those races right now, just looking at the early ballots versus the polling, Maine trends Democrat, Iowa trends Republican. In Ohio, there have been 1.7 million ballots cast so far. 47% of them are Democrats, 44% Republicans. That's very close. That's only 50,000 early ballots in favor of the Democrats. The GOP needs to win about 51% of the remaining votes, which is why it's possible that Vivek Ramaswamy may still end up governor of Ohio and that Sherrod Brown may end up out of the Senate and John Husted retains a seat in Ohio. So that one is a coin flip, probably. Probably in Kansas, some 415,000 ballots have been cast already. The plurality are Republican. So if the early balloting is coming in for the Republicans, day of will likely go Republican. Kansas is probably still in the Republican column. Alaska looks better for Republicans. There have been 87,000 ballots cast so far, 28% GOP, 19% Dem, 53% others. The GOP theoretically needs about 50% of the remaining ballots in order to win that seat. So Alaska may remain in that Republican category. Michigan, as we've said, the modeling is all off because there's no actual party registration there. So that means there are a lot of people who are suspected to be crossing the line and voting in favor of the Republican, like Haley Stevens, for example, registered Democrat voting in favor of Mike Rogers. By the polling aggregates, by looking at those early voting stats, they would say a Democrat requested the ballot. We're estimating that she voted. Therefore, she probably voted Democrat. That's not true in Michigan. You're going to see a lot of crossover votes. So unclear where that one is going to end up. Even if you use the current modeling, the GOP needs to win something like 55% of the remaining vote. That is doable. And again, I think that that that estimate in Michigan, I think, is off. So I think that that race is a lot closer than people are giving it credit for. In Texas. Which, again, this is based on modeling. Republicans are leading the Democrats by about 154,000 early ballots. Now, again, that's based on statistical modeling, not based on party registration. So there's still some vagary there. The GOP needs to win somewhere between 45 and 50% of the vote there on the day of. So, again, if you're just looking at sort of like early balloting versus weird things stand in the polls, you would say that the most dicey states for the Republicans right now would be Maine and probably Ohio. And then. You're looking at plausibly a hold in Kansas, in Alaska, in Iowa, in Texas. That means the Republicans would hold the Senate. So, again, for all the people who are pretending that this thing is like a foregone conclusion Democrat wave, unless the tsunami has sort of momentum effect, that's not what the statistics are showing right now. And again, in Texas, to take an example, according to The New York Times, James Talarico's internal polls are showing tight. So Luke Warford, the chairman of the Travis County Democratic Party, told The New York Times, quote, I think James has. At most, a 50% chance of winning. The candidates internal polls match tighter surveys. People close to Talarico said it may not be fully capturing the sentiments of rural conservative voters who support President Trump, which makes sense. Again, James Talarico is extremely radical here. He was supporting, for example, an assault weapons ban in the gun capital of the world,
Speaker 8Texas. It's in 2020 on video. You said there should be an assault weapons ban, large magazine ban, and that God requires us to do more than our thoughts. And that's what we're doing. If there was an assault weapons ban or a large capacity magazine ban in the Senate, would you vote for it? Depending on the details of the legislation, yes. And I think the assault weapons ban is still on the table.
Speaker 1Absolutely. Well, again, is that a winning message in Texas? We are going to find out. Again, this is the same James Talarico who suggests you can't be a Christian and then drive a car or something. You can't call yourself a Christian and destroy God. That's creation with greenhouse gases. Again, just incredible stuff. That guy for Texas, really? Meanwhile, in Alaska, a judge has now tossed the Trump administration's lawsuit seeking to block certification of the state's Senate election results in case Dan Stevens, the actual real Dan Stevens, loses. U.S. District Judge Sharon Gleason wrote a 20-page order last Sunday. The DOJ didn't have standing to actually bring the suit. It's going to be up to the people of Alaska to reject Mary Paltola and her ridiculous campaign attempting to find a second Dan Sullivan to, in corrupt fashion, run on the ballot. Paltola has sponsored no fishing bills in the Alaska House, which is nuts. Zero fishing bills were sponsored by her in the Alaska House. Again, Alaska is heavily impacted by fishing. She's bankrolled by climate activists, according to the Washington Free Beacon. She voted twice for a statewide income tax in Alaska. So she is certainly not well within the mainstream of Alaska. In Maine, again, Maine is trending very heavily blue. So this is the problem for Susan Collins, that Maine is really not very purpley. It's pretty blue. But Troy Jackson is a bad candidate. And he follows in the wake of Nazi tattoo guy, bad candidate Graham Plattner. Here is Troy Jackson saying directly to CNN that he would hope to basically outlaw private insurance.
Speaker 15Would they be able to stay on those private plans under your. I think on elective surgeries and things like that, yes. But I mean, overall, basic health care, Medicare for all should have, you know, everyone covered in that. So it would be a public plan. For example, Bernie Sanders, who I know you endorsed and campaigned with when he was running for president here. He his plan would be to phase out private plans over a four year period. And then after that four year period, it would all be public health. Right. So, yeah, I mean, that's what we've seen here in Maine, too. Whenever we've tried to do this is like everyone has to get into the plan.
Speaker 1Again, the Democrats are so insanely radical and maybe just hatred of President Trump upset over the economy causes people like Troy Jackson and him in the Senate. But just understand what's coming next. And the answer is not something that remotely looks like moderation over in Iowa. Josh Turek, who's running a very strong race against Ashley Hinson. He, you know, again, has suggested that he would not support any Department of Homeland Security funding without unspecified reforms. I would not support any DHS funding without serious reforms to ICE. Now, again, Turek over in Iowa has missed some 58 percent of his votes in the Iowa legislature. He has no way to explain that, really.
Speaker 4I want to ask again, though, why did you miss those votes?
Speaker 16I'm out campaigning. I'm out meeting Iowans all over all ninety nine counties. I've done hundreds of. In person town halls. Meanwhile, Ashley Hinson, since she's running for the U.S. Senate, has not done a single in person town hall.
Speaker 4I'll give you 30 seconds to respond.
Speaker 14Absolutely. I've done more town halls than the percentage of time he showed up to work this year. Forty two percent of the time is all representative Turek showed up to work this year. And that's two out of every five days of work. And I think Iowans, if you're watching tonight, you should know if you don't show up to work two out of five days, you're not getting a promotion. You're getting fired.
Speaker 1OK, and Ashley Hinson running. A very strong race there. Turek, by the way, was absent for a vote prohibiting gender transition procedures for minors. He voted against a bill that would have allowed public schools to designate restrooms and locker rooms, boys or girls. So, you know, all of the pretend moderation from Josh Turek hides his actual record. He'll vote in lockstep with the Democrats. By the way, if you want all the information about these candidates, we put out a series of videos on YouTube, widely trafficked about each one of the Democratic candidates in these states. Troy Jackson in Maine and Josh Turek in Iowa. Of course, Abdul Rahman El-Sayed in Michigan, as well as James Talbot. Alarico over in Texas. You can go check out all of those videos and see what you need to know about those various candidates. Again, the Democrats are increasingly radical. They are the party of Abdul Rahman El-Sayed. They are the party of Angie Nixon. Angie Nixon. This is also one of the reasons why I'm having some trouble swallowing the polling data right now. Again, if you take a look at our election wire over in Florida, it's showing Ashley Moody at forty nine point seven against Angie Nixon at forty four. Up less than six points. That is not imaginable. Angie Nixon is not. going to finish within six points of Ashley Moody. That is not a reality. this is why i'm saying i think some of these polls have some problems i mean here's angie nixon saying that america is stolen land in florida for
Speaker 17goodness sake this very nation was founded on resistance even though we on stolen land but in the founding of this nation they were oppressing us taxation without representation and we matched that oppression with resistance by throwing tea into a harbor hey um so that person
Speaker 1for florida by the way a person who also cannot say that cuba is a dictatorship do you consider that cuba is a dictatorship you know that
Speaker 17is what people have told me i have never been to cuba and so i will have to take their word for it and i know you're going to go into cuba and say that cuba is a dictatorship and i know you're going to go into this where do i how do i feel things need to be handled with cuban relations right now this decades-long failed embargo has yet to change over the regime
Speaker 1now again if you think she's going to come within six points of sniffing a senate seat in florida you're out of your mind that is not going to happen in florida like it's just not well democrats can count on some of their friends to come out of the woodwork from the right to try and help them from the pseudo right to try and help them we mentioned that abdulrahman el sayed literally cut an ad with tucker carlson essentially endorsing him but the last minute tucker carlson has now come out with the strongest anti-trump repudiation he is suggesting that the president of the united states is going to launch i kid you not nuclear war on iran now this is not his first rodeo tucker claims every couple weeks or so that the satanic powers that be he means jews are going to cause the use of nuclear weapons by their evil manipulation of our slave president and this is who tucker carlson is now he put out a statement that said that the president of the united states quote under pressure from israeli prime minister benjamin netanyahu the trump administration may be within days of launching a nuclear strike on iran if you believe this you are retarded it is that simple quote the target would be pickaxe mountain in central iran where israeli intelligence claims the iranian government has restarted its nuclear enrichment program no conventional weapon in the american arsenal can penetrate 300 feet of solid granite to destroy the tunnels where enrichment is supposedly taking place the only military option is a nuclear strike netanyahu has been pushing hard for one bb calls trump about it every day says an informed observer oh really who's unnamed sources from tucker carlson maybe it's the demons that scratch him in the night and then he gives his little analysis of the israeli election netanyahu is cornered and desperate after last week's election results he can't form a government unless trump intervenes directly in israeli politics and brokers a deal with other parties that gives netanyahu 61 seats in the knesset otherwise he is out as prime minister and on his way to ignominy investigations and possibly jail he needs this war okay tucker doesn't understand israeli politics any more than he understands nuclear physics he literally understands nothing the chances that netanyahu continues to be prime minister for the next several months at the very least are nearly 100 percent like again tucker does not know his ass from his elbow mainly because he has his head up his ass tucker then goes after secretary of defense beat hegseth and sent com commander brad cooper by the way here is a tucker warning of a nuclear strike in iran he's been doing so pretty much monthly since like april of 2026
Speaker 18we're moving toward the use of weapons of indiscriminate mass destruction possibly nuclear weapons everything hangs in the balance right now this is not hysteria this is a hundred percent real you have the president united states whatever they tell you openly threatening the use of nuclear weapons in a conflict that has no immediate or obvious resolution so where is that going well toward a nuclear war nuclear strike the option has been floated of using what are called tactical nuclear weapons against say karg island or pickaxe mountain or various spots within iran and we're here to confirm that that is absolutely true trump has threatened nuclear war because the president of the united states just threatened a nuclear strike
Speaker 1okay so again this is this is tucker's like right before the election here we are right before the election here we are tucker carlson making the case for democrats essentially because he's going to be the president of the united states he says the president is a slave to israel and the republicans are all in bed with the israelis and therefore you got to vote for abdul rahman el sayed just remember that no matter what happens on election day this is all part and parcel of tucker carlson's bizarre theory that nuclear energy is a form of demon energy um which uh again fits well with his entire theory that basically the um the evil nefarious jewish scientists unleash their demon energy and now are seeking to use their enslavement powers to take advantage of the president of the united states and cause us to use the satanic nuclear energy whatever man just
Speaker 18whatever nuclear weapons are demonic there's no upside to them at all and that anyone who claims otherwise is either ignorant or doing the bidding of the forces that created nuclear technology in the first place which are not human forces obviously and let me just ask you this which i've asked a million people at dinner parties but never in public what was the moment we can point to that nuclear energy is a form of demon energy nuclear technology was invented you know we can we can point to isaac newton and say what apple fell on his head or we can you know we can point to albert hoffman in his lab messing around with the you know ergot bacteria that's when lsd was made i don't i've never met a person who can isolate the moment where nuclear technology became known to man um and so where did it come from exactly oh german scientists in the 30s really when name the date and i've never heard anybody do that it's very clear to me that the these are these are demonic i mean these are evil their only purpose is to destroy the innocent
Speaker 1name the date fire was invented quick name it fire must be from demons because you can't name the date upon which two cavemen discovered together that they could rub sticks together and create fire you can't name it must be the demons who invented the wheel also the demons you can't name the date can you the specific date you have no idea well you know
Speaker 19at least at least abdul
Speaker 1rahman al-sayyed has some fodder for his campaign that's exciting news okay now what comes next in the united states if the democrats were to take over now what we're seeing in some other countries is an indicator of what happens when you have essentially constitutional gridlock and then left-wing government it's a constitutional gridlock is a feature of pretty much every constitutional system constitutional systems are built to force large-scale agreements before you can do things it's why we have checks and balances in the united states it's why we have enshrined rights under the constitution and the goal is to inhibit the flippant change of policy that happens every time there's an election that is the purpose but it seems that there is a trend across the world of left-wing governments when they run up against the difficulty of checks and balances just overrunning those checks and balances and then the entire left-wing ecosystem cheering and saying this is an aspect of freedom we have seen this in the last couple of years and we've seen this in the last couple of years and we've seen this in brazil we've seen this in hungary we've seen this now in poland so right now what we're watching in poland is a constitutional gridlock that is being met with force by the prime minister of poland so here's what's happening there's a guy named donald tusk donald tusk is the prime minister he runs the country on a day-to-day basis he is chosen by a parliamentary majority so if his party wins a majority in parliament he is selected as the prime minister then you have the president his name is carol now rocky he is elected directly by the voters but he has less power than the u.s president he can sort of veto laws and swear in judges and he's allied with the so-called law and justice party which is the very right-wing party in poland then you have the polish parliament which i'm totally going to botch the pronunciation of it's spelled s-e-j-m the session okay it's like the u.s house of representatives and in poland the parliament elects judges to the constitutional court the constitutional tribunal is like the supreme court in the united states so imagine if a democratic congress picked a whole new slate of supreme court justices to replace the conservative ones that were already there and then the president who has the power to veto refused to swear them in and the chief justice wouldn't let them sit because they hadn't been sworn in and then one of the newer justices told the chief justice that he was suspended while the police and the democratic party backed by the prime minister rounded the building meanwhile an outside body in poland's case the european court of human rights ordered the supreme court to accept all the new judges that's what's happening right now okay that's what's happening right now so complete constitutional gridlock who's right it's sort of unclear in the sense that normally the president doesn't just reject people being appointed to the supreme court on the basis of them being part of an opposition party but he does have the constitutional power to do that so abusing your constitutional power or misusing it or using it in a relatively unprecedented way doesn't mean the use of power is itself a violation of the constitution so who's right and who's wrong this is what happens when you have total breakdown of trust in a society so last thursday the conservative hungarian outlet reported on a leaked police order that put units in poland on high alert on friday judge ordered a suspension of the chief justice of the supreme court claiming it was needed to restore the court's functioning so they wanted to kind of throw him out because he refused to seat any of the people selected by the prime minister and rejected by the president so the police then showed up and they stopped the chief justice from entering the court he and his supporters had showed up and used a power tool to cut through the fence. Then the chief justice accused Donald Tusk, the prime minister, of staging a coup. And then the president, again, who's a member of PIS, which is the right-wing party, and Tusk is a member of the pro-EU party, he turned his plane around, he was on his way to Senegal, and he was physically blocked from going inside the court by one of the justices, and he sort of pushed her aside. So the prime minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, who unseated the PIS in the last election, he said, after years of PIS lawlessness, there is no other way. So the no other way would be to essentially violate the law in order to preserve the law, is the case that he is making. And the EU commission, unsurprisingly, because Tusk is pro-EU, whereas the PIS is anti-EU, the EU commission then turned around and backed Tusk. Quote, the European commission has reiterated that Poland's parliament must have the right to appoint new judges, lending support to the PIS. So the former prime minister, Matusz Morawiecki, a former PIS member, whose Rojwa Plus coalition is positioning itself as an alternative to Tusk's government, denounced the forceful takeover of the constitutional tribunal. And Morawiecki gave us an exclusive statement here at the Ben Shapiro show. He said, quote, the European commission, who used to be so vocal about Polish constitutional tribunal, and the rule of law stays silent. Why? Because it's their man who's demolishing the rule of law. Donald Tusk and his party, KO, are part of EPP, the EU's ruling group. The only actor care about the rule of law if it helps their people get seats. The next question is, who sent the police to the tribunal to accomplish all of this? Who ordered them to escort the tribunal guard out of the tribunal? None other than Donald Tusk. Tomorrow, the pseudo judges want to meet to sanction the takeover of power in the tribunal, but this meeting will be fake and illegitimate. It's a gathering of usurpers. To make it look legal, the government is just making up new rules as they go. They don't even have enough judges for them, so they're simply pretending that illegally suspending judges don't exist just to make the numbers work. Once you break the law for the first time, you have to break it even more to cover it up. I have a proposed constitutional reset. Our plan would replace the current bench through a constitutional amendment and introduce 12 judges elected by a parliamentary majority of three-fifths with staggered terms and a four-year waiting period after holding political office. The tribunal would publish its own judgments, preventing the government from blocking their publication. We want rules that require political agreement and protect the institutions, independents, whoever holds power. I have also proposed replacing Donald Tusk's government through a parliamentary vote and forming a caretaker administration. So, obviously, we'll see if any of that is taken up. Now, remember, again, this sort of constitutional unworkability, this is the result of people who believe that, essentially, if you don't like how the system's working, just overrun them. We've seen this from both right and left in the United States, but Barack Obama is a big advocate of this sort of stuff. This is why I say that if Democrats take, let's say Democrats take power in the White House, they're going to do what they're trying to do with reference to the Constitution. Do you have any doubt that Democrats would immediately take action against the Supreme Court? If so, I'm wondering precisely why. Here's Barack Obama in 2025 talking about supporting democracy against what he called rising authoritarianism. Remember, when the left does it, it's anti-authoritarianism. When the right does it, it's authoritarianism. That's the way this math works.
Speaker 20Like many of you, I've become increasingly concerned about the rising wave of authoritarianism sweeping the globe. We're seeing politicians target civil society, undermine freedom of the press, weaponize the justice system. And no one is being spared. Even countries that thought they were immune from wholesale assaults on democracy now understand we're all part of this struggle. That's an enormous challenge, but it also means we can learn from each other. I recently sat down with three leaders who are part of the Obama Foundation's alumni network to discuss their work in Hungary and Poland, two countries on the leading edge of confronting autocracy. People like- Listen to Barack
Speaker 1Obama talk about autocracy is insane. I mean, this is a person who militarized the IRS against his political opposition. This is the guy who said, I don't have Congress with me, so pen and phone time. I mean, that's who Barack Obama was. Remember, according to the left, if you do things that violate the rules, that is anti-authoritarianism. If your opponents do things that violate the rules, that's authoritarianism. I think that we probably all should just oppose the authoritarianism, generally speaking, no matter whether it is of the right or of the left. Joining me on the line is Patryk Jaki. He's a Polish politician, member of the European Parliament since 2019, where he leads the European Conservatives and Reformists group since 2024. He's also served as vice president of the Law and Justice Party. Patryk, thanks so much for the time.
Speaker 21Thank you for having me.
Speaker 1So obviously, this situation is sort of confusing to a lot of Americans because our institutions work differently than your institutions. Your institutions work over there. Tell me if I'm breaking this down wrongly. It seems like basically the Polish president and the chief justice of the Supreme Court have the constitutional ability to either veto people being appointed to the Supreme Court or to refuse to seat them. They're exercising that constitutional authority. And then the prime minister and other members of the Supreme Court are saying that they're not allowed to exercise that authority. So they're basically going to oust the chief justice of the Supreme Court and put in place somebody that they like better. And somehow this is considered anti-authoritarianism. Am I getting that right?
Speaker 21Yeah, more or less. But what is but above all, the standard feature of the Western civilization is to have a system of separation of powers. It means that you have executive branch, legislative branch and judicial branch, and all of these branches are equal to each other. And the most important representatives in Polish system of this judicial branch is the Constitutional Tribunal. And the executive power, select liberal wing government leading by Tusk, he decided to take over the Constitutional Tribunal using 3,000 police officers to put his judges into this court and after that guard the court from the legal judges. Try to imagine that something like this is happening in America. Like, for instance, President Trump ordered to. Take over, to cease Supreme Court building and after that guard this building from legal judges and appoint in this building his ministers. So this is exactly like, this is exactly, this is exactly the same situation. Unpresent, nothing like this is happening in Europe since the case.
Speaker 1Now, the European Union, of course, has come out in favor of Tusk's actions, suggesting that he's doing something within his authority. Right. Because of the obstructionism of the Chief Justice and by the President. But what do you make of that argument? Is there any truth to the idea that the President is somehow obstructing the legal working order or the Chief Justice is obstructing the legal working order by refusing to see justices who've been selected by the Prime Minister?
Speaker 21No, because in our system, there is a two steps to appointed the judge in Constitutional Tribunal. First step is a disappointment appointment in Parliament. And that. Judge from Tusk, he has this appointment. But after that is the second step, taking the oath from the President of the Republic. And they have one step, but they didn't have the second step. President of the Republic of Poland, according to our Constitution, is a guard of the Constitution. So he's so, so, so he can say if someone don't fulfill requirement, he cannot be a judge of Constitutional Tribunal. Exactly. And this is exactly the case of this Mr. Berec, so, so the judge who, who Donald Tusk tried to appoint in Constitutional Tribunal, because first of all, the requirement to be a Constitutional, in Constitutional Court judge, you need to fulfill a requirement like this, you need, you should be independent. And this Mr. Berec is a right-handed man, man, Donald Tusk right-handed man. He tried to go to the court. Straight from the government. He is minister and he tried to be a judge straight from the government. Nothing like this was happening in the Polish history. It's like, for instance, you know, President Trump would like to appoint Marco Rubio as a Supreme Court judge. And second condition to be a Constitutional Court judge is to prove that you have 10 years practice in law. And Mr. Berec, Tusk choice. Yeah. Yeah. And not till, till today, proof that he has 10 years practice in law. That is the reason why President Navrotsky asked court whether he should appoint them, whether not. But the, but the most important thing is that according to our law system, without taking the oath from the president, he cannot be, they cannot be judges in Constitutional Tribunal. So they, this is a simply abuse of power.
Speaker 1So what comes next? I mean, obviously you have a Constitutional standoff right now where you have the president and the chief justice versus the prime minister and some of the other justices on the Supreme Court. So what exactly happens next? Or does everybody just sort of stare at each other and whoever has the guns wins?
Speaker 21Unfortunately, uh, I think that this, that the most possible scenario is, uh, is to, is that Tusk introduce more violence, but the most important question is why he is doing this. And constitutional tribunal is the court who which should which can decide to interpretate our constitution in the most important issue which is a part of the public debate in poland for instance family we have one of the most protected in the world strong definition of family in our constitution meaning that the marriage is only between men and women and tusk would like to change this definition using constitutional court to all genders secondly he would like to cease this constitutional court because there is a big debate between us and them about the climate policy the constitutional court decide that the that the all this climate green ideology was introduced without legal ground and to decide that he he will not publish this this this ruling and and and they would like to change this ruling because they are they are afraid of uh of of the european union and the third thing is of course that they would like to limit competence of the president of the republic using constitutional court even though that we have elections a year ago and the polish people said explicitly that they don't would like to give all power to the leftist government leading by tusk so the reason behind those coup is to is to change a system in poland why because tusk is a in fact he's a german and eu puppet and they would like to do something with poland the poland is a you know a living proof that that it could be another way than the leftist communist way in the in the eu uh why because even according to the eu data we are the safest country uh in the eu uh we are clean country we are the most uh developing country with the biggest uh growing of gdp since the last decade in eu and they are really uh they are they are they are they are they are really uh afraid that this proof shows that there is another way another way of developing uh countries so that's why they would like to destroy our policy our traditional policy the last common sense traditional policy uh in the eu and this is the reason why they are doing this so you know i
Speaker 1asked before sort of what comes next obviously tusk has the police working with him he has the the military working with him is there anything that can be done to stop him at this point or is he basically going to implement whatever he wants to implement and then you have to hope and pray that the next elections go not his way despite domination of the law
Speaker 21of course it's difficult to predict but but but i think that they can use uh they can use more violence so what we can do we can appeal to our polish citizens to defend the independence of the courts um secondly there is a other reason what why they are doing this and why why the eu is allowing us to do so because there is you know a leftist sea that among europe they are losing power they are losing support so they would like to transfer powers from the executive and legislative power to the judicial uh power because this is the they their idea to to keep power even though if they lose election because we know that the the construction of the judicial system among the europe is is the leftist construction so uh so so this is this is the idea how they can uh keep power and they can keep the power and do not be held accountable from the from the people perspective and this is a anti-democratic system but we can predict violence so that's why we appeal to to the whole uh people of common sense uh to see what is really happening in the in poland because of course eu is cheering tusk to to use more forces because they understand that they have a very difficult election next next year in spain in poland in italy and france everywhere they can lose power and if the the fourth four and if the conservatives uh win in these four four countries it will change whole european union and they are looking for a new tool they are pushing tusk to to test a new tool uh to to keep power even though if they lose people's support support well that is
Speaker 1patrick yaki he's the leader of the european conservatives and reformers group in poland patrick thanks so much for the time really appreciate the insight thank you
