Ep. 2527 - Allie Beth Stuckey Dismantles a Feminist In One Clip

This transcript from a conservative political commentary show covers multiple topics centered on cultural and political criticism. The host promotes Daily Wire entertainment content before launching into extended critiques of modern feminism, arguing that it promotes a philosophy where personal feelings override objective reality and moral responsibility. A key segment features Allie Beth Stuckey discussing her debate where her opponent couldn't define "what a woman is," which the host uses to illustrate the incoherence of transgender ideology and the left's rejection of biological reality. The transcript extensively criticizes Democratic politicians including Abdul El-Sayed and James Talarico, accusing them of lying about their radical positions on immigration, Islam, and capitalism to win elections. The host argues Democrats can only win by either hiding their socialism or rebranding it as fun and quirky, citing Newsweek's recent cover as evidence. Updates on the Ilhan Omar investigation and rising oil prices are also discussed, with criticism of the Trump administration's approach to Ukraine and Russia. The overarching theme is that the left has abandoned objective truth in favor of subjective feelings, leading to societal narcissism and the destruction of traditional values and institutions.

And next, they are coming for Congress and they are coming for you. If they win the midterms, they will defund the police. They will reopen our border. They will force men into women's sports. All that's going to happen. But you are the last line of defense and GOPvotes.org is your partner in that fight. Head on over to GOPvotes.org right now. Make a plan to vote early. Okay, like if you vote early, it means that you're definitely going to vote, right? You're not going to get distracted on the day of the vote. Your vote will count. If you live in critical Senate battleground states like Maine, Ohio, or Iowa, early voting is already happening this week. Now, the Democrats are energized and the stakes have never been higher. We cannot afford to have all of AOC's allies or colleagues vote early. We cannot afford to have all of AOC's allies or colleagues or communist cronies joining, running the show. It's why I need you to make a plan to vote early right this very second. Head on over to GOPvotes.org. Find your polling location, vote early, and stop the left-wing socialist takeover of the United States paid for by SLF PAC, not authorized by any candidate or candidates committee. What is even happening right now? Why are these women screaming? Do they have lives or jobs? Why is any of this happening? Okay, so that's a bunch of women shrieking like insane harpies. Apparently, that was in response to the Cornell 7 case, which is weird because if Jane Doe in that case had started yelling her resistance at literally any time during the night in question, everything would have stopped because by her own testimony, she consented, she consented to everything. But that's not stopping the ladies, some of the ladies going cray out there. Michael Tracy went to one of these Cornell 7 protests and then was promptly hit in the face at the ladies smacking Michael Tracy. And of course, you remember all the women who were screaming, going crazy over the Lindsay Clancy, claiming that they were basically in the same situation as Lindsay Clancy, and then just chucking ice into the bathtub because they want to murder their toddlers or something. Whoa. Well, this raises a bit of a deeper question. And we really do have to ask it. Why are so many women acting in solidarity with all of this crazy? What is the driving factor here? Now, there is one unifying philosophical factor behind the causes the feminist movement now supports from Jane Doe to Lindsay Clancy to ripping on Shane Gillis for noting that women are dressing not well at the gym. And that is lack of female responsibility. Some people are noticing Bridget Phetasy, who is hilarious. Obviously, I'm friendly with Bridget. She wrote maybe an all-time great piece over at The Spectator describing her supposed reaction to Shane Gillis' comments, quote, I was mid-hip thrust when I found out Shane Gillis had called me a whore. Technically, I'm not a whore. Technically, I found out four hours later when I reviewed the footage of Saturday Night Live. My tripod was on the bench. My ring light was clamped to the squat rack. My boyfriend, Tanner, was holding the backup phone for the side angle. Tanner films all my content. He's not allowed to look at me. The joke was about how women dress at the gym. I know it was about me because everything is. So I did what any survivor would do. I went to my car and filmed myself crying. It took 11 takes because the lighting in a Range Rover is unforgiving and grief is no excuse for a bad shot. Then I put on the shortest shorts I own, went back inside and filmed my ass from three angles. Does this outfit work for you, Shane Gillis? I wanted to send him a message that my body is not for men. To make sure Shane got the message, I tagged him. Then I tagged every man I follow. Some people say my response proved his point. These people are rapists. She goes on like this. And it's really, really funny. When the Lindsay Clancy trial started, I knew I had to speak. I'm not a mother. I'm a dog mom. But I posted a 10-minute video about postpartum psychosis anyway, captioned, same Lindsay, because when Bellamy was up, he chewed through my exercise bands and I have never recovered. Then I filmed myself throwing ice cubes in the bathtub to get the rage out. It was that or kill my dog. And then the Cornell story broke. I posted I am Jane Doe in seven separate videos. I've never been to Cornell. I've never been sexually assaulted, but I have been in a gangbang. Solidarity means centering yourself in other people's trauma in front of a camera with good lighting. The only woman I can't support is Sydney Sweeney. She took off her top for a prediction market app and covered herself with two footballs, setting women back 100 years. It's sickening. She got paid. I would never take my top off for money. I take my top off for awareness. Points to Bridget. I mean, it's true, but there is, again, something serious going on here, like the complete mental breakdown of a society. There is a philosophy and that philosophy goes something like this. The things I feel are real and the rest of the world must conform to it. The world is me and I am the world. The belief that whatever you think and feel about the world is the most important thing in the world and that all of us and all of reality must conform to your demands. That's how it held across the sexes. The downstream effects are horrible. It's promoted, obviously, by the legacy media. So, for example, the New York Times had a long piece yesterday about a woman who was married for something like 27 years and had children and decided it was time to come out as a lesbian and just blow up her life. And this is good. It's good that she did that because she must live her truth. You see, personal responsibility, the obligations you owe to others, including your spouse and your children, that means nothing as long as you feel something on the inside of you. That's the thing that really matters. And all of society must conform to that. That's what the trans movement at its extremes is about. The trans movement is the extreme of that movement. I feel like something I am not. The rest of society must pretend along with me that I am that thing. And if you refuse, then that is a form of erasure. But the softer version is I'm going to blow up my life at 50 and then the New York Times will do a big profile about me because I am a lesbian even though I have many children. Quote, sitting at her desk on a July evening, Shelly opened her tablet and signed on to a weekly Zoom support group meeting for lesbians coming out later in life. She smiled as five other group members popped onto her screen. Weeks ago, these women had been strangers. Now, they were among the only people who truly understood her. Like Shelly, who is 50, they knew how frightening it felt to come out after years of hiding. Like Shelly, several of the women were still married to the men they had been with for decades. And like Shelly, they wondered, how do I do this? Am I too old for this? Will I lose everything? You see, they're the victims. They're the victims, not their husbands. Not their children. Not their friends. Not their family. They. They are the victims because they feel a thing and all of life must reorganize itself to their whims. The leader of the group, Anne-Marie Zanzal, a hospice chaplain turned coming out coach, kicked the meeting off of the roll call. Shelly told the group on Zoom, I decided to sign up for a kayaking tour just by myself. At sunset on the estuaries that lead into the Atlantic Ocean, it had all been so peaceful. It felt surreal, Shelly shared. There's nothing out there but wildlife. As the sunset, a bald eagle flew by It was lovely, Shelley said, shaking her head in wonder. Afterward, Shelley thought about how different she would have felt. if she had been out there with her husband pretending to be someone she is not it wouldn't have been as lovely shelly said no zanzal agreed no shelly repeated her voice soft but firm with zanzal's help she was starting to accept that any unhappiness her children felt was likely to fade with time you see her kids don't matter her kids being that's not the priority the priority is that she feels complete when she's sitting alone in a river watching an eagle not that she blew up her kid's life one of the things i thought about a lot is if i don't come out if i keep living the way i have been i am just not going to have happiness she said okay well she doesn't sound like she's particularly happy now so there's that it turns out that long long based happiness happiness over the course of a life is not about you feeling fulfilled in any one given moment that is not how it works it is about building a life of meaning and value but again we have an entire society that is built around the opposite now that your level of personal fulfillment is the only thing that matters everybody else be damned and by the way if this story read if the title of this story were divorcing at 50 for a much younger woman bob found a coach no one would be sympathetic if this were just some 50 year old dude who decided hey i'm not sexually fulfilled because you know my wife is also 50 she's not as hot as she used to be she kind of fell out of shape and now you know i really want to bang the hot young thing down the hall and so that's really what my heart tells me my heart tells me that that is the priority i can't find happiness you think i'm gonna find happiness by being with this schlub i'm out sure i have three kids under the age of 20 but the important thing is that i find my peace that's the important thing that mentality destroys lives including the lives of the people who live it because that's not where happiness comes from happiness does not come from you hiding that the world must conform to your vision of yourself we'll get to more on that in a moment first policy genius okay here's the deal right now there's a tweet that was kind of widely trafficked the the other day on x michael so did matt walsh the tweet was from an account called dom investing quote my wife and i decided to get a divorce there were no fights just two adults who realized they drifted apart from each other this is probably the hardest thing i had to go through first of all telling our girls seeing them so sad was heartbreaking but we are still a team as parents and we'll do everything for them no you won't you literally didn't nothing went wrong shouldn't abuse you you didn't abuse her you blew up your family because you're both narcissists that's what happened we will do everything for them no you won't the one thing you could have done for them is to stay together you want your children to be happy model awesome wife husband behavior for your kids you want your kids to be happy that's what you got to do my kids are very happy kids one of the reasons for that there are many but the biggest reason is that my wife and i have an awesome relationship that we work on all the time that's what marriage is and because obviously we're not just mutually committed to each other we're the same person right we became one flesh and that's the way that it works when you do that again if you've been married for a long time your spouse is just a part of you there is no actual real separation between the two of you your interests are her interests her interests are your interests your priorities are exactly the same you're a family unit you're a unit okay but when you see yourself as just a couple of people who are drifting through life and then you sort of drift apart you're just a couple of boats and then you just drift apart and what really matters is that you're drifting in your own waters and that's that's what matters you're doing it wrong and you're not just wrecking your own life you're wrecking the life of your kids quote we have to sell our house the house i wanted to live in going back to a smaller apartment will be rough i still have a lot to handle that's why i wasn't active here on x i'm really grateful for all the people who reached out and asked where i was this woman will always be a part of my life she gifted me with two perfect daughters i wish her all the best great memories were made in those years well i mean that's the important thing is the friends you made and then ditched along the way that really really matters well this philosophy of narcissism bleeds down into every area of our politics it bleeds down into economics it bleeds so again the sort of bleeding edge of the narcissistic philosophy is the trans movement so the free press and cbs held a debate between ali beth stuckey our friend over at blaze tv and a feminist and democratic strategist named deja fox here was ali beth asking the most basic question of all when it came to trans politics can you even define what a woman is that
Speaker 2terminology first of all there's no such thing as a trans woman because it's not possible to transition your sex life you're not a woman you're not a woman you're not a woman you're not a woman sex there's male and there is female and there are people who identify as the opposite sex but we are not who we are by declaration we don't just get to say i am the opposite sex and put on different clothes and then you are and if that is the only definition of what it means to be a woman then there really is no definition i mean trans women are women is the most nonsensical motto because you can't even define what a woman is and so yes of course it sets women back to say sure in these spaces you can have men you can have boys they can take the scholarships they can run the races they can go into the bathroom they can go into the locker room they can say that they are women and i think it's really important if we're going to define our terms and you're going to say that you are for the empowerment of women and you are to say that you are a feminist that you are able to actually define what a woman is so can you tell me what is a woman okay
Speaker 1so that was ali beth asking a very very reasonable question and here is how deja fox responds
Speaker 3one percent of the population here in the united states is trans and you wouldn't know it from the way fox news runs hundreds of headlines but again i want to bring the audience in um you know trans sports trans folks playing sports is something we see all the time in the headlines but has anybody here been personally impacted by a trans athlete can you not a single i do i want to finish this just with one point which is that that's because trans athletes make a point in their life that 0.002 of college athletes and to your point about what does it mean then to be a danger to women's spaces the way that we are giving oxygen to this non-issue this manufactured culture war comes at the cost of being able to talk about real women's issues like how the rising cost of gas and groceries probably made it harder for you to get here today
Speaker 1oh you know because the real woman's issue is you know like the same as everybody else's issue which means it's not a woman's issue it's an everybody issue so you shouldn't call it a woman's issue but as ali beth points out well then why are you guys making this one of your priorities again you'd play this idiotic mott and bailey game where trans rights are human rights and then the minute you're questioned on that you say no no we just need to talk about grocery
Speaker 2prices i think it's worth noting that three high-powered feminist organizations list so-called trans rights in their list of priorities when it comes to emily's list it's a powerful feminist organization that exists to support democratic women who are running for office they place abortion and trans rights at the forefront of its cause the national organization for women a big organization of feminists abortion and transgenderism are two of the six core priorities for their entity the 2007 women's march declared both abortion access and so-called trans access as key to its mission so is it really conservatives who are making this a part of the culture war or is it not feminists who have brought the issue to the forefront if it's not important just say what a woman is of course
Speaker 1ali beth is totally correct about this and her opponent could not answer that basic question of course you couldn't answer that question because again the core of modern leftism is the idea that reality exists within you not that reality is external to you not that you're defined by nature not that you are defined by you know your your actual biology you are defined by what you feel inside carl truman is the author of a book called the rise and triumph of the modern self he writes in the worlds of political religious and economic man commitment was outwardly directed to those communal beliefs practices and institutions that were bigger than the individual and in which the individual to the degree that he or she conformed or cooperated with them found meaning in the world of psychological man which he says is sort of modernity that commitment is first and foremost to the self and is inwardly directed the philosopher robert bella says quote each person has a unique core of feeling and intuition that should unfold or be expressed if individuality is to be realized and again what this means is that the more you feel things the more authentic you are and so if you want to show people you're really really authentic what you do is you go to las vegas and you scream like a banshee that's why that happens because what you're showing people is that you are the most version of you that it is possible to be and any abiding by societal rules is actually an imposition from the outside biological sex is an imposition by god or nature on you the real you the free-floating you who believes that you should have no responsibility for your actions but total autonomy to do whatever it is that you want to do we'll get some more on this in a moment. First, you may have noticed that the inflation, it keeps on just inflating. And that's not great. What does that mean? It means everything gets more expensive. But when things get more expensive, you know, it would be really, really good to diversify away from, say, the American dollar, which is worth less than it was to you just a moment ago, with precious metals. This is what people have been doing throughout history to diversify their asset base. You can do the same right now. Golden crest metals. Those are the people I trust. They can show you how eligible IRA or 401k assets can be rolled into certain physical precious metals through a properly executed rollover without current taxes or early withdrawal penalties. Start with the information. Golden crest will send you their free 2026 precious metals info kit. No pressure, no commitment, no sales call required. Read it and then decide if it's right for you. Also, you're not going to do anything more important today than helping to save a life. That's what Preborn does every single day. So a lot of women, and they don't know what to do. They get pregnant and they go into some sort of clinic. And that clinic is not a Preborn clinic. And instead of being offered an ultrasound and more information and knowledge, they're just told, hey, terminate the pregnancy. Your life's going to be awesome. And that's not true. It's not true. Through the ministry of Preborn, which makes sure that women get ultrasounds, more than 50,000 babies have been saved this year alone. Well, now Preborn wants to help rescue 50,000 more babies. Just 28 bucks sponsors an ultrasound. And can help save a baby's life. To give, dial pound 250, say keyword baby. That's pound 250 baby. We've been working with Preborn for years, helping to save lives. You should go help them out right now. Again, no better cause on planet earth than helping a woman make the best possible decision about her baby, which is to have that baby and give that baby the gift of life. Donate securely at preborn.com slash Ben. That's preborn.com slash Ben. All gifts are tax deductible. Again, you can give by dialing pound 250 and saying keyword baby, or donate securely at preborn.com slash Ben. Well, joining me on the line to discuss all of this is Allie Beth Stuckey. Obviously, you know who Allie Beth is. New York Times bestselling author, speaker, commentator, host of the Blaze TV podcast, Relatable. Also, she just launched a new pro-life cycle pregnancy tracking app for women called Anikate. Allie Beth, thanks so much for the time. Really appreciate it. Thank you so much. So obviously, you're making some headlines because you did this debate on CBS. And it is, it is pretty astonishing how simple questions tend to puzzle the radical feminists. Why don't you first tell us how that debate got set up and how do you think it went?
Speaker 2Yeah, I was super grateful that the free press asked me to debate something like feminism. Obviously, under the umbrella of feminism, you could talk about all kinds of things. And two things I'm super passionate about debating is the gender issue and abortion, which came up multiple times. And the person I was debating, a Gen Z Democrat who was friends with Gloria Steinem and who had run for Congress at one point, obviously very progressive. And she really fancied herself Kamala Harris or Barack Obama, relied on anecdotes as much as possible. And yeah, I just went in there and did what I like to do, which is tell the truth. And as you know, when you're on the side of telling the truth, debates are really, really easy.
Speaker 1So, Allie Beth, obviously, the section of the debate that went the most viral is where you use the sort of Matt Walsh question on her with regard to trans politics to ask her to find what a woman is. And as with pretty much all members of the left these days, she had no idea how to answer that question. But that goes to something deeper that you've talked about on your show and we've talked about here, which is the sort of leftist perception that all of reality exists in your tiny brain, that basically your self-definition is now the thing that matters and the rest of reality doesn't exist. And you see this manifesting in some pretty dire ways across our society, people abandoning their families because they have to find their fulfillment or people defining themselves by what they think they're just. And I think that's a really good question. I think that's a really good question. I think their gender ought to be rather than what their sex actually is. How do you think that's impacting an entire generation of people?
Speaker 2Yeah, well, I think Deja, my opponent, is actually very emblematic of the problem that you're talking about and the confusion that you're speaking on because she really couldn't even define her terms. She fancies herself a women's race activist. She is a feminist, was friends with one of the most famous feminists in all of history. And she couldn't even say what a woman is. Actually, at the end, she just said, you know, it's about everyone. It's for everyone. It's about everything and every kind of right. And so that's what happens when you live in this world of moral relativism, when you don't have any structures, don't have any order, don't have any definitions, don't have any transcendent power that you appeal to for a set of moral rules that you're trying to abide by. Everything just gets really confusing. And when your life is confusing and chaotic, you don't even know how to differentiate between black and white and light and darkness and male and female and right and wrong and all of these things. I imagine that's a really good question. And I imagine that that is a very depressing, isolating, rejecting feeling. And so I can't speak for all of Gen Z, all of that generation, but we can start to guess and psychologize, I guess, a little bit about why so many of them are despairing. It's a pretty bleak place to be when you are your highest source of truth.
Speaker 1So obviously you debated the trans issue. You also debated the abortion issue. And the abortion issue, again, always comes down to, what does it mean to be a human being with potential versus sort of the left-wing perspective, which is that you actually get to define away the life of another human being. You get to basically, it is what you think it is. If you think it's a baby, then it's the most precious thing to you, and we should all respect that. And if you think it's not a baby, then it's a cluster of cells that you should be able to terminate at whim. And that definitional problem reared its head in the debate.
Speaker 2Yeah, it did. And you've been debating this topic so well for so long. And you know that really all you have to do is to bring up the reality of the problem. The reality of the baby. Because most won't even, in a debate like this, say things like clump of cells. They will just obfuscate entirely. They will ignore that there is actually a person on the other side of this moral equation. They'll say things like bodily autonomy, or women's right to choose, or my body, my choice, not even talking about what we are actually choosing, what is happening, and an abortion. And so she just sidestepped that entirely. And I see it as my job to bring it back to the humanity and value of all life, no matter what. And I think that's a really good point. And I think it's a really good point. The circumstances surrounding someone's conception, no matter their size, no matter their age, all people are valuable, and they have a right to not be murdered. Like, it's really, really simple. And when you get down to brass tacks, it's really, really difficult to cogently defend abortion. She tried her darndest, but she didn't do well.
Speaker 1Yeah, Ellie, I want to tie this into sort of the broader conversation that's happening in our culture right now. It does seem like feminism now boils down to the proposition that women bear no responsibility for anything they actually do. And you can see this in a couple of different ways. The Cornell seven case is a really great example of this, mainly because whatever you think, the behavior of the people involved is egregious. And because you're a religious person, I'm a religious person, we have the moral language to condemn that sort of behavior, whether it's consensual or not, because you can sully your body, sully your soul, and destroy your life by doing many consensual things. But that's not what happened here. There's a left-wing argument that has cropped up now that basically says that even if a woman consents, and then she regrets it later, she has no responsibility for any of the actions she took. And that seems to be kind of the only common thread in modern feminism, is that no matter what a woman does, she is not responsible for any of the effects of the thing that she does. The entire world has to sort of adapt to whatever her perception of self is at that point in time.
Speaker 2While at the same time, she has full agency, she has full autonomy, that she has all of this power that everyone should bow down to. So that's the confusing thing here. On one hand, we infantilize women like we would a child. Oh yeah, they got angry and they threw that down. But that's not the case here. And so I think that's a really good argument. And I think that's just developmentally where that two-year-old is right now. That's basically how we treat grown women. Lindsay Clancy, she was dealing with a lot of hormones. And so she took the actions that she did, but it's not her fault. Jane Doe consented to the behavior that she engaged in, but it's still ultimately not her fault. And then at the same time saying, well, these women need to be running the world. We should be living in a matriarchy. We should be living in a place where women are running things because then maybe there would be less conflicts. But I think that we can see just from the stories that we've looked at recently, that that would not be the case. And so I just asked them to pick a lane. Like either we can infantilize women and say, because of our hormonal makeup, we just can't be responsible for anything. Or we are full humans capable of making good decisions despite what our hormones tell us. And we can take responsibility, but it's kind of hard to make the case for both simultaneously.
Speaker 1Okay. So Allie, while I have you on the line, I do have to ask you about the hottest controversy of the day, which involves how women are dressing at the gym. I just have to ask you this. You're a woman. So that means that you have higher authority on this. You and I've had this argument with regard to leggings going way back when. And I will admit that in practice, you won the argument. All the women wear the leggings. However, I'm pretty sure that what Shane Gillis is now in trouble for saying, which is that there are women who are dressing like whores at the gym using colorful language in his joke that I quizzed my own female producers on this yesterday on the show. We actually showed some pictures of what some women are wearing to the gym. Is it fair to say that women are dressing like whores at the gym? That many women are wearing deeply inappropriate things to the gym.
Speaker 2Okay. Can I just go on the record and say that that debate that you and I had, I think back in 2019, you were correct. Okay. Can I just say that you were right as you, as you always are, you were right on that. And I was wrong. However, even then, when I was saying, yeah, leggings are fine. What I was picturing in my head of like maybe an oversized t-shirt and leggings is very different than what Shane Gillis is talking about. I completely agree. It was gross. The description that he gave, but only because it's true. It wasn't an exaggeration at all. That is what women are wearing to the gym. And I also think it's interesting, Ben, that in this consent-only culture, that's the only way that we can define sexual immorality, I did not consent to seeing her butt. I didn't consent to seeing her boobs at the gym. And yet, here we are. She's forcing that upon all of us and we are just supposed to act like it's okay. When did I get to consent to that? So that's the problem. That's the problem with secular sexual ethics and the moral relativism that we've been talking about this whole time. It's rules for thee, not for me. It's very confusing. And it ends up degrading the very people who hold those rules.
Speaker 1Yeah, I have talked for a long time about what I call face tattoo syndrome. This thing that happens where you go into Starbucks and somebody who's deeply seeking attention has a face tattoo. And then you find yourself staring at the face tattoo because you know it's a tattoo on somebody's face. And then the person looks at you like you're crazy. How dare you look at me? And now we have at the gym, essentially, you know, butt hugging syndrome. Or it's like, I'm going to wear something that is completely designed to be provocative. I saw a meme yesterday that I thought was very funny where it was like, you know, women when they are comfortable at home and it's women in sweatpants and like a sweatshirt and then women when they're comfortable at the gym and then it's what women are wearing at the gym now. And those two definitions, as opposed to men, when I'm comfortable at home, it's shorts and a t-shirt. And then when I'm comfortable at the gym, it is also shorts and a t-shirt. And, you know, I, yeah, like all men, I'm puzzled by the workings of the female brain with regard to these sorts of matters. Perhaps we can, in brief fashion, explain what is driving so many women to actually do this thing. Why are so many women actually doing this? I can't tell you. I just imagine it's highly comfortable to wear these sorts of clothes.
Speaker 2No, it's not comfortable at all because even a woman who is like, you know, I feel empowered by showing most of my body. I promise you, even that woman is scared that something is about to be revealed. And she's thinking about that. She's self-conscious about that. It's really not that deep. It's that they feel like they look good. They feel like they look good. They want people to see them. It's not because it's functional. It's not because it's comfortable. They want to be able to take a picture. They think it shows off their muscles or whatever. And I'm not saying that they all do look bad. Maybe they are, and they have a great figure, but that really is besides the point. It is very difficult to wear. I think that Jane Gillis compared the colors to artificial bait, which is true. They're like neon shorts that are meant to draw the eye. And then of course it becomes a whole feminist scandal when someone actually, their eyes are drawn toward you. So it's not that deep. It really is vanity. It's just attention and affirmation. I think that a lot of these women are seeking.
Speaker 1Okay. So, I do have to ask you, you have a brand new app that is out that is pregnancy and cycle related. Why don't you tell people about it?
Speaker 2Yeah, it's called Anna Kate. And if people want to know more about the name and the history behind it, the story of how we came up with it, how my husband and I have been building it, they can go to annakate.com. They can follow us on Instagram. A couple of years ago, I was sitting at a conference where I was speaking. And I guess because my husband and I were thinking about adding the fourth to our family. And I was like, gosh, all of these pregnancy tracking apps or these periods, these pregnancy tracking apps, so many of them are just openly progressive. They'll say, they won't say husband. They won't say father. They won't say woman. They won't say mother. And I shouldn't have to navigate this in a very important and sensitive and intimate time of my life. Why can there not be a home for Christian women, for pro-life women who know what a woman is, who knows that life is valuable from the moment of conception onward. And so it's a cycle tracking app. It is a pregnancy tracking app and it's a postpartum tracking app. That gives you scientific insight into your body, into your pregnancy while also giving you biblical and pro-life encouragement on a daily basis. So it'll be out very soon, but people can check it out at AnnaKate.com. -
Speaker 1Well, go check that out. Allie Beth, really appreciate the time. And the insight is always well done on the debate. -
Speaker 2Thank you, Ben. -
Speaker 1All right, well, the left has to lie about what it believes. This is why when Allie Beth was asking her opponent, what is a woman? Her opponent basically just says, I'm not gonna answer the question, but here is the thing. Here's the thing. They are lying. Everyone knows they're lying. In order for Democrats to win the Senate, they must lie. So Abdul El-Sayed was out there campaigning yesterday and NBC's Tom Yamas confronted him on the fact that he is pretty obviously a Muslim Brotherhood fellow traveler. And when I pretty obvious, I say pretty, I mean like clearly and obviously. Everyone in his family is. He wrote a letter, he signed a letter in Arabic in solidarity with the Muslim Brotherhood about 13 years ago. Like that's what he, he is, which is why he won't divide off from them. Here's Tom Yamas asking a simple question. Like, are you Muslim Brotherhood or associated? And here's El-Sayed losing it because this is his tell. El-Sayed is a pretty good poker player, but he has one tell. If you ask him about radical Islam, he will start yelling at you because he's one of them. Here is Abdul El-Sayed. -
Speaker 4I was born in 1984, down the street in Rochester Hills. I was raised here in Michigan, went to the University of Michigan, rebuilt the health department in the city, led the health department. - Yeah. - Led the health department in this county. And you wanna ask me about what was happening in Egypt in 1970? Are you serious? - I get it, but you were asked a question and you gave an answer. - This is kind of like the same. Yeah, I'm telling you, like we, I have no ties. We have no ties. - So your mother had no ties? - I have never had these conversations with my mother. I wasn't raised by my mother. - So you were unaware? - But I'm just telling you that like, you're using hearsay evidence from a tweet. It's just not serious. - But you've also gone after the president for truthfulness. You've also gone after the president for truthfulness. So when people ask you a question, they all do expect the truth. - And do you think, are you insinuating that somehow I was lying? - I don't know. That's why I'm asking. - And I'm telling you I was not. -
Speaker 1Yes, you are. Yes, you are lying. You are obviously clearly lying. Forget about what your parents did. You signed a letter telling Muhammad Morsi to crack down on people in 2012. You did. That's the Washington Free Beacon that reported it. That's a reality. Yes, you are lying. And you know who else? You're lying. James Tallarico is lying. Troy Jackson in Maine is lying. Josh Turek in Iowa is lying. You're all lying because the way Democrats win is to lie. They lie about what they're putting in their positions are. They have to lie. Barack Obama was a consummate liar. He lied that he was against same-sex marriage. He was very much pro. He lied that he was in favor of capitalism. He was very much anti. He lied that he was generically in favor of Israel. He lied that he was pro-America. He was generically anti. Okay, Democrats have to lie about their positions, about immigration, about the economy, about foreign policy, about transing the kids. That, by the way, is not even the biggest lie of all. The biggest lie of all is the lie being told by our mostly compliant legacy media, not including Tom Yamas. We'll get to that lie in a second. But again, this is the key with El-Sayed. There's only one area where he gets truly defensive, like really, really, really defensive. It's when you ask him about radical Islam and Islamic terrorism. Then he gets really defensive. Why? I think we all know the answer. Here he was last week with the Free Press' Audrey Falberg, asking him similar questions. -
Speaker 5I'm wondering, do you regret the private comments you made on a leaked audio of a call, I think it was in early March, where you talked about the death of Ayatollah Khomeini and many people in Dearborn being sad that day? -
Speaker 4You want to talk about gas prices, groceries. You want to talk about actual issues that Michiganders face. I'm happy to answer questions. -
Speaker 5Well, I bring it up because you talk constantly about foreign policy. -
Speaker 4That I know your readers will get you clicks, but actually not relevant to people's lives. I'm just not interested in this dog and pony show. -
Speaker 1Okay, he's a liar. Everyone knows he's a liar. Here's El-Sayed talking about, you know, Israel being a gigantic threat. Like again, when he's honest, he just says, the thing I will say, by the way, Abdul Rahman El-Sayed is more honest than James Tallarico because he actually has a core of him that is radically Muslim. And therefore he will not go any further about that topic. He'll just start lying, obviously lying, but he won't go like all the way and just say, no, Israel is awesome. He will never do that because it would violate his principles of being a radical Muslim. So he's not going to do that. But here he was. -
Speaker 4You think they're equally a threat to the US. When we look at our situation in the world, there is actively more war in the world. Because of what Israel is pushing us into. We should never have fought a war with Iran, right? I agree that Iran is a dangerous threat. That's not a question. But I also think that when you ostensibly have an ally that's pushing you into war with the country that is threatening you, that does not make you any safer. - You think they're both a threat? - I think they're both a threat. - Yes. There's no, look, we pay, last month alone, we paid $2.8 billion for 2,000 pound bombs for a foreign government. - Right. - Do you think that makes us safer? Is that good for us?
Speaker 1Well, I do think that it's safer if it means that they're bombing our enemies. By the way, we sell $200 billion worth of military equipment to the Saudis since 1980. And no one in his, no one, I mean, I assume he opposes that too, actually, because Saudi doesn't like the Muslim Brotherhood these days. And they're just liars. They just lie. And of course it's not just, it's not just Abdul El-Sayed, right? Why is he lying? The reason he's lying is because the people he actually answers to, the people over in Dearborn, are radical. As a flashback to 2021, this is the Dearborn mayor, Abdullah Hammoud, at a mosque in Dearborn, explaining that basically the goal is to just conquer the city by voting. -
Speaker 6And that's what we need. We need to come together and unify. And we have many people running for city council who we need to support from our community. But that only happens if we go out and we vote. If the Muslim community votes, if the Arab community votes, we will determine every single position in the whole city. It is that important. We need 6,000 votes to determine who will be the next mayor. 6,000 votes. There are several hundred in this room right now. And so, inshallah, with your support, we will be successful. -
Speaker 1Again, this is what Abdul El-Sayed actually supports. It's not just Sayed. James Tallarico is a very smooth liar, but he is a liar. He did an event last night on CNN with Jubilee. It was a town hall. event. And Tallarico was asked about his comments that God is non-binary. And here's what he had to say. When I said that I was being
Speaker 7provocative, and I want to admit that and come clean about that. But I think what I was saying is actually not controversial theologically. The idea that we can't define God using human categories. Not only did I say that, but the late Charlie Kirk said that. The late Pope Benedict said that. And so, yes, I was doing it maybe in an annoying way. I can admit that. I think we have to be careful using modern cultural terms when talking about God. Sure. I think that is very fair criticism. And I've kind of admitted when, you know, how I've said things in the past have maybe not come across in the right way or have upset people. And that's not my intention. And and so, you know, my goal, I'm a seminary student, as you know, my granddad was a Baptist preacher and I'm following in his footsteps, hopefully going to become a minister one day. And preachers often will say something shocking in a sermon to get your attention.
Speaker 1OK, so what was the purpose of that? Right. That's the follow up question. OK, so what was the purpose of labeling God non-binary? Charlie Kirk never said God was non-binary because that is, in fact, a fake human category made up by radical leftists like James Tallarico. Human categories don't apply to God, obviously. But you used a human category called non-binary to apply to God, suggesting that there is a human category called non-binary because God is non-binary. Therefore, humans are non-binary. That's what he was doing. He was applying the lens of trans radicalism to describe the divine. That's what that's why he was doing it. And then he said, oh, I was just being provoked. Yes. To provoke on behalf of what? Then, of course, he was pushed on abortion. One Catholic attendee did a decent job pushing back on him.
Speaker 7And the Bible is silent on the issue of abortion. It means you and I both have to look at at different scriptures to try to come to a conclusion. But what I think we can do is actually come together on reducing the number of unplanned pregnancies and the number of abortions, because if we treat this issue as a public health problem and not a culture war problem, then we can actually make progress together.
Speaker 8And I just want to ask you, that the Bible is not silent on abortion. There is the Ten Commandments that shall not kill. And as Catholics, we take great insult, I guess, sometimes when it's sprouted that way.
Speaker 1OK, and of course, she is correct about that. Meanwhile, on immigration, Tallarico is also lying. So he goes out there, says he wants to just reject extremism on immigration. He's not extreme. He's in fact, he's a border security Democrat, says James Tallarico to the crowd at CNN.
Speaker 7I should be focused on the fact that I'm not going after the cartels, not our communities. They should be going after violent gang members, not moms and babies. And so I think we've got to get to a place where we reject the extremism on this issue in both parties and finally pass comprehensive immigration reform. And here's what I think that should include. One, it should include border security. I'm a border security Democrat. I think we should know who's coming into our country. And in fact, in the state legislature, I worked on this issue.
Speaker 1Well, actually, he labeled border security funding, according to the National Border Patrol Union, wasting money on dumb things and supported diverting $800 million in funds away from protecting the border. In fact, here is James Tallarico proposing a comprehensive pathway to citizenship for everyone in the country illegally.
Speaker 7I'm happy to to work with members of the party to to to figure out a compromise where we both secure the border, where we have an orderly process. So we know that we're going to have to do something about it. And I think know who's coming into our country and allow for more legal pathways for hardworking immigrants who want to live the American dream to come here and make us richer and stronger in the process. And on top of all of that, creating a pathway to citizenship for our neighbors who have been here for years, for decades, who have been contributing to this country.
Speaker 1Oh, don't worry. He's not extreme. Also, by the way, he said back in January of this year that it was time to tear down this police force. He's talking about ICE standing in front of a sign that says no more secret police. But don't worry, he's just a border security Democrat, you know. It is
Speaker 7time to tear down this
Speaker 1secret police force. Don't worry, he's not lying to you. He also lied last night about capitalism. He was asked about the fact that he said that capitalism needed to be destroyed. And he says, no, no, I was talking about crony capital. Oh. You just missed the important part.
Speaker 7Got it. I want to get back to the kind of capitalism we had in the middle of the 20th century in this country. I want competition, but it's got to be fair competition. We got to take on these monopolies, this consolidation, because, again, it's fundamentally anti-capitalist. I want there to be growth, but it's got to be shared growth right now. Again, because billionaires can buy politicians, all of the gains in this economy, all of the growth is going to the top. All of the wealth is being accumulated by the top one percent. It's actually not going to the people doing the actual work in this economy. Capitalism was an innovation at the time from the feudal system. The idea that you should be compensated for your labor, that you should be compensated for your time, that was a revolution. And so I think if Adam Smith saw the kind of crony capitalist system we have today, he would be rolling over in his grave. And so what I'm trying to get back to is.
Speaker 1Sure. Sure. OG capitalism is what he's looking for. Well, that's weird because what he's talking about there is anti-monopolistic practice, which presumably he would only solve through the gigantic monopoly of the government, which also holds a gun. Here's what he actually said in 2020. You tell me, is he talking about quote unquote crony capitalism here? Is he? Yeah.
Speaker 7And I'm so thankful that you asked this question and also thankful that young activists have really drawn the link between climate change and white supremacy and capitalism in our country. And I think only ending the ways that all three of those oppressive systems work together are we going to be able to begin the process of dismantling them.
Speaker 1And of course, last night, he also lied about his support for oil and gas. Here we go.
Speaker 7And so I'm campaigning on an all of the above energy strategy that includes oil and gas. I want to protect the good paying oil and gas jobs that support whole families across the state. And I want us to invest in the energy sources of the future, wind and solar and geothermal and hydrogen and batteries so that we can stay dominant in the energy industry.
Speaker 1Well, I'm just going to point out that his record on energy in the Texas Statehouse doesn't say that. He authored a climate bill that proposed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 50% below 2005 levels, which would obviously mean a crackdown on oil and natural gas. He is looking for. OK, so Democrats can only win if they lie. They can only win if they lie. Some of them are too honest and they'll lose. Right. So, for example, in Florida, we have a Senate candidate named Angie Nixon, who's a total nut job. She is a Democratic Socialist of America nominee. Here she is with fellow nut job, Chris Murphy, saying that she wants to abolish prisons, but jail her political opponent on CNN.
Speaker 9Saying things like I want to abolish prisons and I want to defund the police. Why would I want to do that when I want her locked up and punished in jail for what she has done? And so, you know, we are going to continue to stomp on this campaign trail all across the state from the panhandle to the keys. And we're looking forward to them calling me senator on November 3rd.
Speaker 1You want your Republican opponent locked up?
Speaker 9You know, she yeah, basically, yes, because of what she did. Yes, I absolutely would want want that to happen.
Speaker 1So she's too honest. She does. You can see Chris Murphy rolling his eyes. Chris Murphy's like, oh, God, why am I sitting next to this crazy lady? Because he's better at lying than she is. Essentially, Democratic politics is a competition in who can lie the most smoothly. OK, but if you're going to push socialism, if you're going to push the hard left positions, you have two possible things you can do. One, you can do socialism and push it, but don't call it socialism. Just lie about what you're doing. That'd be James Tallarico or Abdulrahman El-Sayed or Barack Obama, for that matter, Bernie Sanders. Or you can turn the iconography of socialism itself into something non-threatening, fun, quirky and cool. You know, like it's fun. It's just a quirky thing that some people do. And this brings us to the legacy media, which has been covering for communism for legitimately a century. Newsweek put out a cover yesterday called The Socialist Republic of America. Do you comply? Take a little red test to find out. And it's a picture that shows El-Sayed, Mamdani, Bernie Sanders, AOC and Hassan Piker all wearing the uniform of the Chinese Red Guard. And it's fun. You see, it's like totally fun and cute and fun. I'm going to show you another image. And this is a comparable image. So we used Grok to create this very similar image. Same image, but it says the National Socialist United States of America. And it's got the same characters, but now they're wearing Nazi uniforms. And now nobody thinks that's cute or fun. I take this quiz to see how fascist you are. Nobody thinks that's cute or fun. Why? Why? Well, because it's not cute or fun because Nazism is evil. But guess what? So is socialism. It's evil. But the goal of legacy media and many in our politics is to turn socialism into something quirky and fun. You know, it's just a thing that people do and believe. Like, sure, you're cosplaying as mass murderers, but they're like, like the cute and fun kind of mass murderers. Socialism has probably killed 100 million people on planet Earth. It's not fun or kitschy. It's not like vintage throwback stuff. Treating mass murder as cutesy is pretty disgusting, actually. If you were a farmer in China in 1960 and you saw someone dressed in that uniform on the cover of Newsweek coming toward you, either you're about to get shot in the face or your rice was about to get seized and you were going to starve to death along with the rest of your family. But this is how the media markets socialism. It's something warm-hearted and fun. By the way, this is historically true. This is what socialists did too, right? This is how the Maoists actually marketed Mao, right? There he is smiling with the kids. Sure, all of them starved to death, but they were smiling at the time. Stalin, responsible for the death of probably 20 million people. Here he was hugging the kids, you know? He was just Uncle Joe. Here's Castro, responsible for the complete deprivation of an entire island of people and imprisonment of all of his enemies, dressed, sitting next to a bunch of kids who are all wearing his beard and admiring his beard. Isn't that so nice? Isn't that so nice? This is the way that you make socialism acceptable. And here we have another communist posing with the children. Now, listen, in today's America, nobody cares about kids. So the way that you have to market socialism is to say it's fun, quirky people being fun and quirky. The commies aren't scary. They're just the kooks at Starbucks down the street from you. And you know, they're just, they're like quirky and that's why Zoran Mamdani plasters that smarmy smile on TikTok. Now again, the left backed the commies for most of the Cold War and they still cosplay as Mao as today. As at Harvard, apparently this is still true, according to producer Sarah, who also went to Harvard, but a lot later because she's younger than I am. There was a bar in Cambridge that is still there. It's called the People's Republic. You can order Chairman Mao's braised pork belly while you wear your Che Guevara t-shirt. But here is the truth. When the mask drops, when the cutesy mask drops, it doesn't look like the smarmy Mamdani smile as he tells you to go burn down Ken Griffin's apartment. It looks like this from his victory speech. Let me close with this.
Speaker 10In these dark times, I know that it is harder than ever to keep faith in our democracy. It has been attacked by billionaires and their big spending by elected officials who care more about self-enrichment than the public trust. And by authoritarian leaders who rule through fear. But above all, our democracy has been attacked from within. For too long, New Yorkers have strained to find a leader who represents us, who puts us first. And we have been betrayed time and again. After so many disappointments, the heart hardens. Belief becomes elusive. And when we no longer believe in our democracy, it only becomes easier for people like Donald Trump to convince us of his worth.
Speaker 1Again, this is what it looks like when the mask drops. It's just the hateful musings of a petty, of a petty, downwardly mobile elite. Okay, but the media are going to push the cutesy. So there's an entire quiz that's attached to this Newsweek article. And that quiz, it's going to be about the fact that the media are going to push the cutesy. And that quiz is ready to join the American socialist revolution. Take our quiz and find out. It turns out the point of the quiz is not just to say that socialism is cutesy and fun, but it's also to say that you're probably secretly a socialist also, and you didn't even know it. Okay, so here are some of the questions in the quiz. I'm looking at it right now. Would you take a 32-hour week if your pay stayed exactly the same? Now, you're saying to yourself, wait a second, why is that socialism? I mean, like, are we mandating the 32-hour week? Are we mandating the pay stay exactly the same? How is that being achieved? If you're asking me if I would work fewer hours for the same money, then the answer of every person is yes, because sure, but in what magical world does that just materialize? And the answer is it doesn't. So they ask a question designed to elicit a yes, right? DSA wants 32 hours at full pay. Federal overtime has generally kicked in after 40 hours since 1940. A shorter week means staggered shifts, more hiring, or both. So it'll be great, according to Newsweek. Other indicators that you might be a socialist. Have you ever paid extra for oat milk to protest? No. They just want their oat milk, you see. You might be a socialist if you ever waited 14 weeks for a library book rather than pay $16 for it. Because you like libraries, you see. That means you're probably in favor of the means of production being seized by the state. How about if you've worn keffiyeh to Starbucks? If you've worn keffiyeh to Starbucks, well, you know, even the people who do that, they're just quirky. You know, they're just fun. You got a septum ring, got a little bit of color in your hair. That's what communism really looks like. Do you belong to an HOA? Apparently, if you belong to an HOA, you're a communist. Now, you might be saying to yourself, hold up. I belong to an HOA because I own my home, which is the essence of private property, and I can vote in my HOA. Wrong you are. You're a commie now. Should ICE be abolished? That was the only one of these questions that actually kind of moves in line here. If you say yes, you're a socialist. How about would you trust City Hall with your electricity? Check your bill because public ownership may already be there. So the ownership model is hardly exotic. Again, it's just Newsweek pushing socialism. It's fun. It's quirky. It's lovely. That's what they're pushing. Now, let us be clear. These are the only ways that the Democrats can win. They can be socialists and lie about it, or they can be socialists and lie about socialism. Those are the only things they can do. One of the reasons why we made Confession. That is our movie that will be coming out November 11th. It's a must-see. It is a true piece of art. Well, Assan Piker is totally confused about our movie. Totally confused about it. Here is what he had to say on his show.
Speaker 11Every single movie that they make is literally like, you might see it as like state propaganda at this point. The first movie they made is like Islamophobia Central. Well, it wasn't the first movie, but like, you know, run, hide, fight infidels. And then this is just anti-communist nonsense. And I always ask myself, like, who is this for? Like, who is, who's like, oh man, 2026, can't wait to watch an anti-communist movie. I'm sure he's going to tie this back somehow to, you know, modern day, communist, uh, cancel culture.
Speaker 1Hmm. Uh, I'm not going to tie it to cancel culture. I might tie it when I talk about what the movie's about to communism. Who could possibly be a communist? Who could we be talking about? Who would, who, who? It's a mystery. It's all ending that, how would we know? What would be our first indicator that somebody was a communist? Might it be if they wore a Chairman Mao uniform publicly and talked about wanting a United Soviet Republic of the United States? I mean, why would we possibly, why would this movie be important? Who knows? Mysteries wrapped in enigmas. Now, Piker continues.
Speaker 11This is the new Ben Shapiro joint. That's right. Screenwriter Ben Shapiro, dude. Yes, your eyes are not deceiving you. Rob Lowe is starring in a screenplay written by Benjamin Shapiro. And he's not alone in this production. You'll see some other notable faces. What is going on, brother? What the f*** is happening? That's right. It's James Bond. It's James Franco. Professor. Let me out! You will remember your duty. It looks like you swallowed a frog. This isn't heroism! You useless sod. You sit there and shake because you're dependent on a drink. Your sick is all over you. Like, this is an actual cast. Yes, yes it is. This is an actual cast. Dean Norris, dude. Dean f***ing Norris. Emile Hirsch. Dean Norris.
Speaker 1I'm sorry, art is happening. Have you ever seen a child starve to death, professor?
Speaker 11No. I have. Come on, it's A.I. Slop. No, this is a f***ing real movie. What are you talking about? What if the movie is just good? What if that? I don't know. I think it's coped if people are saying that they were intentionally misled. No one was misled. It is kind of crazy that they just keep making. They keep making more movies. And the more dog shit movies they make, No one is being deceived. We're just making movies. Straight for stream, by the way. They're not even like releasing it in movie theaters or anything. like i don't understand who's bankrolling this i mean i guess i kind of understand who's bankrolling this i assume you mean there's deep pockets out here there's deep pockets and they're they're bankrolling like you know propaganda i guess oil money is part of it for sure every single oil money is literally like you might you might see it as like state propaganda at this point the first movie they made is like islamophobia we've heard this part right okay
Speaker 1here okay here's the deal perhaps there's an appetite for films that are not just repeating whatever hassan piker agrees with i understand why hassan piker is puzzled because hollywood has spent you know like a century pretending that actual communism doesn't exist and that there are no costs to it which is why people like hassan piker can make an excellent living and wear cartier jewelry while cosplaying as chairman mao that's why but it turns out communism is not cutesy communism is not wonderful communism is quite evil and we have the proof in a century of human suffering and mass murder so yeah i'm i'm going to spend some time and we'll spend some effort objecting to the turning of socialism into something cutesy and fun on the one hand or just lying about it on the other and yeah we are making art i mean these are these are actual real movies with big stars in them because the movies are good confession is a terrific film obviously i have a stake in it i'm going to say that but it is an actual thing it's an actual thing the performances are stellar the director is extraordinary you'll see again when he says who's bankrolling it the answer is you are if you're a subscriber that's what you're bankrolling confession right that's what that's what you're getting behind all righty well meanwhile we have some updates on the ilhan omar case apparently you know there are a lot of people out there suggesting that the whole thing is just a put up job that the administration is going out of its way to violate the law well not so much jonathan's is reporting that the warrant was reportedly approved by judge matthew sharbaugh who's a registered democrat and a democratic appointee he's also a hillary clinton donor who was sworn in by judge james boesberg it turns out according to libby dean that federal prosecutors have issued more than 15 subpoenas including two relatives of ilhan omar as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into alleged immigration fraud federal agents seized omar's phone during the monday search for washington dc home according to the source again you have a democrat who approved the warrant and a hillary clinton donor okay so that's who approved the warrant so the idea that this is some sort of you know trump judge who's just doing what trump wants that's not true that is not a real thing and there's lots of information we are still going together apparently the investigation really started under biden the wall street journal reports that officials at homeland security investigations looked into a similar tip under the biden administration according to people familiar with those efforts they decided not to move forward because they let them do what they wanted to do and they decided not to move forward because they lacked evidence of fraud well um we will find out we will find out now there are some people who are suggesting that basically what happened here is that ilhan omar lied about her age in order to be given citizenship that she lied that she was 17 so she could get her citizenship through her dad but she was actually 18 which means she would have had to separately apply for citizenship and she's been lying ever since well if that's the case the statute of limitations doesn't apply as ellie honig says
Speaker 12on cnn right most federal crimes in the immigration area will have a maximum of a five-year statute of limitations we're obviously well beyond that from 2000 so there could be a couple possibilities one some offenses say that if a person gets into the country or gets status by making false statements and then remains in the country that will extend the person remaining in the country will extend the statute of limitations two it could be that more recent paperwork was submitted perhaps a reapplication or renewal could be somebody relating to representative omar somebody around her or somebody who is not a member of the government or somebody who is not a member of her and then three if prosecutors have evidence that within the last five years there's been some evidence of obstruction some effort to get stories straight to destroy documents to persuade potential witnesses to say a certain thing then those obstruction charges if they happened within the last five years would also be within the statute of limitations so i think it's one of the bigger mysteries around this case but those are three
Speaker 1possibilities okay so um that is true again that is true if she kept re-upping her federal documentation and she was lying every time she did it that is a separate crime that links back to the original crime there is a report that they're looking at expelling ilhan omar from the country if it's found that her immigration status is is wrong meanwhile u.s attorney janine pirro is apparently investigating omar's financial disclosures according to fox news she says her office is examining those disclosures which previously showed the reported value of businesses tied to her husband tim minette had surged from as much as fifty one thousand dollars in 2003 to 30 million dollars one year later and she's still not sure if she's going to be able to get out of the office later the original filings showed millions of dollars in newly reported assets associated with two of minette's business ventures a california-based winery and a washington dc based venture capital firm and then omar amended those financial disclosures and reduced the couple's combined reported assets to between 18 000 and 95 000 and she listed her husband's two businesses having no net value after accounting for liabilities okay well that's a pretty big gap like a 30 million dollar gap so it'll be interesting to see what happens there suffice it to say that if ilhan omar is in the country illegally then she should obviously be deported she is not a credit to the united states of america as i've said before there are some people who came here illegally and if they are assets to the united states you could make the case for some dreamers that perhaps we should give them a pathway uh ilhan omar is the reverse if there is a reason for her to leave then we should absolutely utilize it only if there's a legal reason but then we should utilize it all right meanwhile the other big news of the day before every midterm election the president will try to bring down the price of real estate and the price of oil this is nothing new remember that joe biden back in 2022 reversed himself with the saudis he was yelling at the saudis about jamal khashoggi and then he ended up begging the saudis to reduce oil prices they didn't do it remember he emptied the strategic petroleum reserves to try to limit economic fallout for the midterm elections well now president trump is doing the same thing but he's really focusing in on ukraine so all of this is rooted in the fact that the oil prices have spiked and that is bleeding over into broader inflation according to the wall street consumer prices were up 3.7 percent in september from a year earlier that is hotter than august's gain of 3.4 percent and it was above the 3.6 percent increase expected by economists surveyed by the wall street journal prices excluding food and energy rose 2.6 percent core prices rose by 0.3 percent so again prices are rising so the president is using apparently a variety of measures to try to crack down on diesel prices in particular reuters says that the trump administration is now considering easing sanctions on so-called shadow fleet vessels that have transported oil and petroleum products from countries like russia around in venezuela in an effort to reduce record high global freight rates meanwhile there's news that the united states is threatening ukraine over and over and over again to withhold intelligence or even shut down starlink to get them to stop hitting oil refineries in russia according to cbs news the u.s may have intentionally withheld early warnings this week of russian strikes on ukraine president vladimir zelensky said that ukraine received no advance warning from our partners when russia launched a ballistic missile barrage at kiev and other locations early on tuesday american officials said this happened because of bad weather ukrainian officials said they didn't believe the excuse and believe that the systems were being played around with according to washington post the u.s had threatened to withhold intelligence from ukraine on monday saying that if the ukrainians hit russian energy sites the u.s would immediately halt all intelligence sharing again it's anonymous sourcing so we'll see if it's true or not the person said the warnings were so widespread anyone with the ukrainian sounding last name got a call and zelensky confirmed ukrainian military officials had received such warnings ukraine also said that starlink was being hampered ukraine's seventh core of the air assault forces on wednesday according to the wall street journal said he began experiencing connectivity issues with starshield and had to cancel some missions because of unreliable connectivity so that complicated ukrainian logistics had also made it difficult to actually activate the air defense systems over key and so you started to see again russia has not stopped firing for one single second here here's video from yesterday of a russian attack drone hitting a supermarket in odessa and says the supermarket five people injured in this i mean just totally destroyed the super rank just gets totally blown away now back in march of 2025 elon musk had said that he would never allow the starlink terminals to be turned off in ukraine he said no matter how much i disagree with ukraine policy starlink will never turn off its terminals we would never do such a thing or use it as a bargaining chip well now elon is saying that starshield systems are owned and controlled by the united states government said any limits on speed or usage are decided by the u.s military and ultimately the president of the united states the ukrainian minister of defense michaelo federov says starlink is now being restored but it appears again that the united states is putting heavy heavy heavy pressure on the ukrainians not to strike russian oil resources oil refineries and such this prompted vladimir zelensky to go on piers morgan's show he was in london and talk about president trump in some
Speaker 13pretty colorful ways it's a pity that we are losing uh we are losing strong partner so this is my opinion and you think you're losing america yeah but but not because of us we i mean this we can't be weak otherwise we can't survive Otherwise we will we will just we're not selling our country. Look guys It's not about business for us. It's just our life and this is our country. It's our body So our home our children and and this is very important for us. That's why it's painful When President Trump chooses one side not Not our side, but we are okay that he's in the middle But if you're in the middle, you have to stay in the middle Not on the wrong side. I think his advisers are wrong I don't know who who is pushing him not to the right side. This is not right side of history
Speaker 1Okay, so first of all We should just point out that if the tactic is to get the Ukrainians to stop attacking the Russians So that the oil prices will drop that is likely to not be successful a less than three to five percent of Americans Use diesel every week, right? The idea is to bring diesel prices down very few Americans use diesel every week now There's some spillover effects At the margins because of diesel prices, but when you fill up your car at the gas station You're not typically taking your Honda and putting some diesel in it The United States overall generally produces enough diesel to fulfill our domestic needs Also, even if you free up Russian diesel Everybody sort of knows that the clamp is gonna go back on after the election And so a lot of places aren't gonna be taking in the Russian diesel now presumably President Trump is doing this because the reason oil and gas have been spiking is because of Iran not really because of Russia Ukraine and Iran Iran continues to jack up the prices by mobilizing the Houthis to attack Saudi targets, which they've been doing pretty successfully The problem is again this tactic has some long-term effects Russia Iran China they work together They work together if you are paying Putin that money is going toward Iran is going toward Ukraine It is going toward a bunch of places that we are going to have to fight, right? We are now doing the meme my tax dollars and also somehow my tax dollars Okay, this is ineffective The reality is that the same Russia that we are now offering money is Offering targeting info on pipelines to the Iranians. The Iranians are shipping their drones to Moscow. The Chinese are funding and supplying both So again, I wish oil and diesel prices were lower - this is not going to do it what you ought to do to lower oil and gas prices pump and drill as the president has very successfully done and we ought to focus in the midterm on Defeating our geopolitical enemies and freeing up global choke points You want oil to be permanently cheap not not intermittently cheap not when our enemies decide to choke it off just permanently cheaper Work with our allies to crumble the Iranian regime from within Strangle them safeguard our allies from pipeline attacks generate new alliances in the Middle East and allow them to defend themselves and the oil prices will drop That is the mid and long-term solution Which is again why I've been arguing since April that the president should not have done an MOU with Iran and instead Accelerated action against Iran instead of waiting it out Heighten the pain against the Iranian regime Don't let it sort of wait out and as for the weird attempt to woo Russia again Let's be very clear here. Russia is not our friend. We should not be neutral between Russia and Ukraine Russia is a geopolitical enemy of the United States. It has been for literally over a century at this point For people who keep lying and saying that Russia is our is our ally that they're a Christian country just Pushing Christianity the truth is that by the statistics Russia is now more Islamist and then Christian the church rating among Russians Who self-identify as Orthodox is somewhere between six and fourteen percent. If you look at the total population of Russia, it's like two to eight percent Meanwhile fourteen to twenty percent of the population is Islamic and They're reproducing faster than the Russian national average, which is extraordinarily extraordinarily low. Joining me on the line is JP Lindsley He's the editor of under a fire news in the UK right now, but he spent most of the last four years in Ukraine JP Thanks so much for taking the time really appreciate it
Speaker 14Yeah, I've been great to speak to you especially during what seems to be a very dark time and You know, I think from here in the outside, you know, I talk with people in Kyiv every single day and it's more I mean, I know you were in Kyiv as well It's worse than anyone can imagine and the the attacks are happening now every few hours not only at nighttime but also throughout the day and that the scariest thing is is that the air defense is very weak right now and So people are you know, I would say the spirit is so strong people are not giving up But but the sad thing is is that we have had I want everyone to remember if you go back and look at the headlines In the first half of 2026 so many people in the West were saying Ukraine is winning Ukraine is winning Really? Just google it. You'll see that now and you know because it was true and at the at the front line Thanks to Ukraine's drone innovation and then very importantly in the Russian rear, you know deep in the Russian Federation Ukrainians were picking apart the oil refineries That fueled the Russian war machine and so that's what everyone was getting complacent in the West and now what changed and this is where? In what we call total warfare where the Russians really excel they excel at cognitive warfare and Russia was in a very bad spot For the first half of this year, but now something has changed and that's really two things one They concentrated their resources on attacking keep that because they they don't have enough resources to destroy all of Ukraine But they can concentrate on Kyiv and they can generate headlines and they can make the West afraid that was the first step and that began a couple months ago and Secondly, they went to President Trump and they got President Trump to put pressure on Ukrainians To try to try to get Ukrainians to stop hitting Russian oil And I want to share with you is the thing that mystifies me about President Trump's actions on the past week in August of 2025 on truth social President Trump posted these words He said it is very hard if not impossible to win a war Without attacking an invaders country crooked and grossly incompetent Joe Biden would not let Ukraine fight back only defend and I wish that someone in the White House press corps would ask Trump to compare his actions now with what's happening today because The only way the reason why Ukraine was succeeding is because they were finding they had finally developed a homegrown capacity to attack Russian oil infrastructure and that's what was crippling Russia and now that that that Ability is what Trump is trying to take away from Ukrainians and if something doesn't change on this I mean it was what he said today here. He was in London yesterday He said that Ukraine is going to restart its attacks on Russian oil But if something doesn't change I think we're going to see almost we'll see destruction of keys in the next week and months and what I would say to people is that is Yeah Russian there Eve might be destroyed, but Ukraine is the largest chapter being there for four years They'll continue to fight but we're facing absolutely horrible situation and people are feeling that United States of America is now full
Speaker 1So JP when you look at the situation from a sort of American or outsider perspective The easy thing to do is say this thing is gonna last forever It's having an impact on our oil prices on our gas prices on our diesel prices This is something that the president has been focused very much on obviously in the lead-up to the midterms The truth is that it has had an impact on our diesel in our oil But only in a very indirect and marginal way the truth is what's going on in the Middle East with the attacks on Saudi pipelines by the who these the attacks in these straights for moves that's having more of an impact on oil and gas prices than What's going on between Russia and Ukraine with that said if the American public are saying listen, what does an end here look like? What would a successful end of this war look like for Ukraine? How did how do they see you know, let's let's blue sky? This thing what does what does victory look like for Ukraine in a realistic way? What would you say to that?
Speaker 14Well, you know, I mean I've been since I left Ukraine temporarily in May I've been traveling around Europe and everyone with whom I meet they want a 30 second answer to this question And they all asked me the same question What does victory look like and what my time in Ukraine taught me is that victory is about opening up possibilities? So, you know in 2022 in February 2022 when Russia wants the full scale? Invasion victory meant just trying to kind of stay alive to keep the Russians out of key It meant people making Molotov cocktails to keep the Russians from coming down their street and now look at how far we've advanced Ukrainians have retaken territory Ukrainian drone and AI technology and anti drone tech and electronic warfare is now helping America and so the victory now is a new type of possibility than what we imagined before And so I think you know, we let the media people who are unschooled in warfare kind of set the terms of how we talk About this and that's why we have a hard time talking about victory But if you look at you know, when in according to the media Ukraine is either at a stalemate or it's an escalation And this is puts an unhelpful way to talk about it every time Ukraine is starting to get the advantage to get momentum So for example to take a half of Russia's oil refining capacity, it's called an escalation. Oh scary. Don't do that So what do we do we go back to a stalemate and so it like our language doesn't make sense and we're always gonna be stuck In this the only way one side can win is with an escalation of some sort and right now You know, the Russians are very good with their cognitive escalation They Russians were have been so severely weakened and so all they had to do they said we need to change the headlines We need to change the narrative away from Ukraine is winning and they successfully have done that Really throughout the summer and now and so I think so you firstly I'd say, you know Everything I know about Ukrainians. They're not going to surrender even to the death as we see and so it's A question for the I think the world kind of misses that point I think a lot of people who talk about freedom in America and Europe europe don't really know what that is and they're not really sure if they would actually die for it they think it's crazy that people stay in kiev for example uh and so they really don't understand this and that's i want to i mean i think a huge problem is that people close to trump except for lord lumer perhaps have not spent time in ukraine i mean it doesn't count to go there for a couple of hours like you know that you you actually know the people and ben i remember i was in kiev i'm in levive when the russian full-scale invasion started and the american intelligence was right that russia was going to invade but no one talks about the catastrophic failure of american intel in february of 2022 american intel and european intel all thought that ukraine would surrender because they knew nothing about ukraine because cia agents didn't leave kiev because they didn't talk to people but i had been reporting in the country and i knew that they were not going to surrender and that's a real factor that's why we're still in kiev and that's why we're still here you know today talking about this and so this is trump this i think president trump is unaware of that aspect you know he only sees the politicians and the elites which is ironic because that's not really what he claims to be about and so if people can understand ukrainians will not surrender uh i think that can change the picture and then we see that again let's not forget the first half of this year ukrainians had russia in a very bad spot and russia had to find a way out of it and you know i as i talked to experts some people disagree but most people say you know if ukraine cannot hit russian oil infrastructure then there's no way out of this it's going to continue and the nation in kiev will get destroyed and then some other city and some other and we'll be talking about this in five or ten years and uh so the question is go back to that trump uh tweet for 2025 and jp what is the
Speaker 1actual situation we've heard conflicting reports about the availability of starlink first there was a report that starlink had essentially been cut off from military purposes then there was a report that that was not true the administration kind of quasi denied it what have you been hearing from your sources on the ground about what happened with starlink and has the united states actually shut down its intelligence sharing or its uh or the capacity of the ukrainians to use starlink at this point
Speaker 14well personally regarding starlink it does seem that starlink was uh limited in a way with the intention to prevent ukrainians from hitting russian oil so you know ukrainians are now they've been able to hit russian oil and they've been able to develop homegrown drones and even missiles now that can go deep into the russian federation and they relied on starlink now remember elon musk has been helping ukraine because he turned off starlink in russia and that made a huge difference that was part of why ukraine was winning earlier this year but uh this week starlink was uh limited to prevent ukrainians offensively or the intention was from hitting russian oil but there was an unintended consequence and so we don't know if it was intended probably it was unintended uh the past days when the russians were sending uh you know drones and missiles every hour almost to kiev the ukrainian drone interceptors could not meet the russians they couldn't take off or they couldn't go on course because they also had no access to starlink and so someone didn't think it through or they did it intentionally we don't know but the effect of this was to make kiev the most vulnerable it has ever been you could say at least since 2023 uh so we're not quite sure about that but the intention was for the ukrainians cannot hit russian oil and uh again i believe in the innovation in ukraine so i'm sure they're finding a way around it on the intelligence question there's been you know there's been a lot some excuses you know it was the weather it was cloud cover we don't know something you know so there's no straight answer on it uh on any side uh but uh we do know from talking to people in kiev that for the first time i'm on a rate on a farm sounds that used to be very rare so something has changed uh something is off and kiev is uh i mean you saw kiev yourself it was still a lovely city life is carrying on kiev is being destroyed uh the the left bank and the right bank are going to are partly cut off because the britain are being hit uh the russians are and we're going to see that it's going to unfold before our eyes uh the kiev is on the verge of destruction and uh it's it's a sitting duck
Speaker 1right now well that's jp lindsley fire news jp really appreciate the time and the insight thank you ben all righty folks coming up we'll jump into a little bit of culture remember the show the hbo show girls apparently it's coming back plus someone unexpected wore a ben shapiro t-shirt and i'm i am kind of stunned actually become a member today and you can help us support us in all of our efforts you want to know again hasan piker says who's behind confession who's behind it who's behind our upcoming movie with a bunch of other hollywood stars who's behind all this you're behind all of this you're the ones who are joining us as members so make it happen if you're not a member become a member use code shapiro at checkout for two months free on all annual plans click that link in the description and join us you subscribe and hit the bell so you don't miss out on any of the latest content so you don't miss out on any of the latest content
