Ep. 2487 - Candace vs. Andrew Wilson: Everybody Is Now Retarded

Well, we have been told over and over and over again that debate is the way to get to truth and sometimes that's true. And sometimes watching a debate is like watching two idiots clock each other with pool noodles. On Friday morning, conspiratorial not-case-can is no one's debated provocator debate me, bro Andrew Wilson, over who killed Charlie Kirk. And everyone who watched is now significantly stupider. I'm going to go through some of the details in a second and what it means for debate culture more generally plus. Nancy Mace now inexplicably looks like a member of the hell's angels, the Ouija Mangione pleads guilty in the murder of the United Healthcare CEO and we go through the most bizarre case of racial politics in modern history. This is the Venture Piro show. Debate is sometimes useful and sometimes it's just not useful. This just not. Now, there are two possible reasons for debates. Be useful. First, when you might convince the person you're debating and second, when you might convince the audience, if neither one of those things is true, you're probably wasting your time. Well, I think it's fair to say a lot of people wasted their time last Friday, which is when there was a debate between Candace Owens and Andrew Wilson over who killed Charlie Kirk. Now, moment of rare agreement is not going to happen again between me and true America hating piece of crap, Hassan Piker. Not the attitude, Hassan Piker is about to project, but what he says here about what Candace Owens has done to Charlie Kirk's memory and to his family. That part's true. He's celebrating it because of course he's a piece of crap, but here's what Hassan Piker had to say about Candace Owens. I can't speak out against this queen because this is a queen that successfully and single handedly undermined the Republican initiative to murderize Charlie Kirk and use that example to crack down on political dissent. She dropped a grenade on the discourse. So I'm with her. It's hard. It's hard for me. She says, no, it's probably Tyler Robinson, but my heart says go Candace, go keep cooking. You know, does that make sense? I can't like her tweets because she blocked me many, many years ago. This is before she became our hero. Okay. Many, many years ago Candace Owens blocked me. I've, I've not been a fan of Candace Owens. I am a fan now. Well, yeah. Of course he is because it turns out that Candace Owens has basically turned what would have been a referendum on radical trans rhetoric and what it means for America into a complete mess, a moral hazard, just a disaster area. So of course the Sunpikers are super happy. So this debate was a three plus hour debate, which basically was like walking through the halls of a psychotic ward. That's really what it was. And so we'll go through some of it and try to pull out what is substantive from it, but lots of people watched it, which is the reason we're commenting on it because again, people are now treating matters of truth as matters of entertainment. And this is the bigger message here is that when a public begins to treat matters of baseline truth as matters of pure entertainment of pure just distraction, what you end up with is the worst form of political debate and the worst form of human behavior. Truly, it's bad, bad stuff. This thing has 1.5 million views on Patrick Betz-Avid's channel, PBD moderated this by which we really mean that if you watch the thing, he basically sat in the center and looked as though he wanted to be anywhere else except in the middle of this mess. 4.3 million views on Candace's channel and another half million or so on Wilson. So 6.5 million views on YouTube alone in the first couple of days here. And naturally, everyone who watched it came out with precisely the opinion they had before. This is followers are saying that she demolished Wilson and PBD's commenters pointed out how he really couldn't moderate because it was just a mess. And Wilson fans are saying that he wrecked her and both sides are now running clips claiming that their respective side won. None of this is useful. None of this is, and what's more, there's a moral problem here when you debate for money over the matter of whether a person who clearly murdered somebody, murdered somebody. And whether the person who is claiming that the true murderer might in fact be his wife might in fact be his best friends, might in fact be people who surround him. What you are doing is granting the imprimatur of decency to a debate that is indecent at its heart because here is the thing in order for proper debates to place two preconditions generally have to met first. The proposition being debated cannot be inherently retarded debating whether the moon is made of cheese is a waste of time. Even if the person who's making the argument sounds very convincing it's a waste of time because the moon is not made of cheese. And if the person walks away with more people believing the moon is made of cheese, more people have been made retarded debating who killed Charlie Kirk with a person who says not that there's reasonable doubt, but that it was probably the French foreign Legion and League with the Israelis probably in League with Erica Kirk in TPUSA, maybe in League with me, maybe in League with Joey Shammer, maybe in League with Bill Akman, who the hell knows? Hey, that is inherently retarded because there is literally no evidence pointing to anyone except Tyler Robinson. And you know who says that his own lawyers whose job it is to keep him out of jail. And as we'll see in this debate, Candace had no evidence to provide for any contention that you made throughout the debate at all. Second and far more importantly, when we talk about preconditions to successful debate, participants in the debate must have some baseline respect for the truth and the fact you can't have a proper debate with somebody who doesn't give a crap about the fact. If you are debating, for example, welfare reform and one of the participants says welfare does not exist because the earth does not exist. There is no possible way to debate the proposition with that person. If every time you cite a statistic, the person says numbers aren't real. There's no way to actually debate that. If you pretend the facts don't exist, so that the facts don't matter, or that you can just hand wave them away, there's no way to actually win that debate or even have a debate with that kind of person. A person who refuses to even make clear his or her own positions, like runs away when asked about it and hides behind some sort of semantic game. That's not a debate, it's just stupidity. And so we should make the point here that no one in America gives less of a crap about facts than Candace Owens. That person does not exist. Already coming up, we'll get into the incomplete list of Candace Owens conspiracies. Again, we are all becoming stupider, including your 12 year old if they get an iPhone. Okay? They might survive getting an iPhone. Maybe not. I don't know. Somehow humanity made thousands of years without giving every seventh grader unlimited access to an iPhone. That's just traditional medieval blood libel actually. And the letters goes on and on and on and on. So again, Candace is completely divorced from the truth, nor does she even care about the truth. And in fact, when asked for evidence for any of her propositions, she ran like hell from that obvious question. So at one point, Andrew Wilson asked Candace Owens for positive evidence for any of the suppositions that she was making. And she looks frankly bored with the question. So you think you with full confidence you think that? Yeah, I think it's real. And it's real. Yeah. I mean, the person that gave me that thing that I reported said that French foreign legion were on the ground that day. Again, this would be, this would be at a professional limitation for me to then go and probe that information that I handed over. I can't do that. But you know, I haven't had any positive evidence of that. I don't, you can you just stop. It's actually just like annoying to hear you keep saying positive evidence. I've just asked me what I think and I just tell you, yes, I think they are involved. Well, I have a claim. No, I said, here's what, here's what I think. I have every right to ask you about your claim. Yeah, but I said, I'm in this statement. I literally just said, I think and I am allowed to think. Yeah, you're allowed to think what you're making your claim. I have tons of positive evidence that I'm allowed to think. I agree. You're allowed to think. Okay. So nobody's disputing whether or not Candace Owens is allowed to think or I'm asking that, but you have positive evidence. What is your issue with the statement? I think that Israel is involved. I do. That's not what I. Are you smarter for having heard this? Was it great debate had by all? Was the truth approached at its closest point? Patrick Bettevich looks like he wants to dig a hole and crawl into it. Candizo, my goodness, I love that Candizoans has now been reduced in that clip to Michelle Foucaultian deconstructionism. It's really impressive. It's like, I think that I am positive that Israel and the French did it. And Andrew Wilson's like, do you have evidence for that proposition? I do have much evidence for the proposition that I think that thing. This is what either place where you should say, that's not what I'm asking. Is there any evidence for the proposition that Israel and France did the thing? Not is there evidence for the idea that you think that thing? Like, this is nonsensical. What are we doing here? What in the actual hell? I mean, I can say right now, I think with 100% certainty, I think with 100% certainty that Candizoans is whoring herself on the side of the road. Now, if somebody says to me, do you have any evidence for that proposition? And my response is, well, I mean, I have lots of evidence that I think it. I have tons of evidence that I think it. She would properly sue me because, again, I have no evidence for that proposition that she is whoring herself on the side of the road. I assume in fact she is not whoring herself on the side of the road because there is no evidence. But this is like, that's an amazing statement. So she can, so just to get this straight in a mountain Bailey argument, that is where you make a bad argument. And then you kind of hide back in a more secure argument. So her bad argument is that Israel and France are behind the curcassassination. That is her mot. And when it's attacked, she moves back to the Bailey. And the Bailey is, I said, I think a thing. How dare you question me thinking a thing? This is semantic game playing. It's just, you are dumber if you believe this. And apparently, a lot of people on the internet who are really, really, really dumb. I mean, truly dumb. This would not pass the smell test in like a high school debate class, a junior high debate class. This would not pass the smell test in any debate, in third grade. But again, Candace was asked about justifying her facts here. And here is the support that she has for her factual assertions. So I think what's happened is I've actually built up a report with my audience that it's not vibes and dreams. And that's why they keep watching my content because I, like, for example, when I just the other day release the content of the shooter on the roof, doing a lot of roll crawl, then they're going, I don't think these are just vibes. It seems like Kansas sources are legit. So I've proven myself in the market. Yeah, I'm not sure that that would legitimize your sources as being legitimate when it comes to the idea that, oh, they all believe that there's a conspiracy going on, which is actually what your claim is now. Yeah, I mean, obviously, Andrew Wilson is correct about this. I love that her defense of her a factual claims is my audience vibes with me. Well, you know, there are lots of audience that vibe with leaders. It happens all the time. For example, cult leader Jim Jones, his audience was totally vibing with him, totally vibing with him. I mean, they were willing to, they believed him. It was growing the movement. It was, it was really solid. They vibed with him so strongly they were willing to believe the idea that if they drink the coolade, then they would bring about the eschaton and then they drank the coolade and they all died because he had poisoned it. So I'm pretty sure that people believing you is not good evidence the thing you're saying is true. In fact, I'm pretty well assured that these two things are completely different propositions. People believe all sorts of people who lie to them. But again, this is Kansas-Istek. So here was Kansas going off on Erica Kirk. This is, again, this is why this debate is not just stupid, it's a moral because granting credibility to Kansas Owens to spew this kind of crap about Erica Kirk is just, it's disgusting. I'm sorry it is. Clowns can be clowns. That's their prerogative. But granting moral credibility to this sort of trash is really disgusting. And so I asked her directly, her lawyer directly, the phones in between us. I'm like, wait, so just so I'm clear, you haven't seen anything that the public hasn't seen. And he says no. So I'm going back in my head and I'm going, okay, so why is Erica saying with such a degree of certainty, she was sent out to convince the public and people bit by the way. I remember even Megan Kelly was like, let's wait, she's going to have access to things. I did think she had access to things that we didn't have. Why express that confidence to the public? As opposed to just being like, we don't know yet. I feel confident he's involved. They mean the rest. I don't understand how would any of this make her complicit any new what? I've already told you. She's complicit in trying to fool the public and the thing is some open and shut. How is she trying to fool the public into this? If she believes that if she believes that that Tyler Robinson killed Kirk, if she believes that, how would that be complicit in anything? I do. Are you saying that you think she doesn't believe it? I don't believe that at that stage, she's out down with Barry Weiss that that's what she believes. No. Right. So she's claiming again, Candace demands that everybody give her the benefit of the thing. She believes what she believes, but she's claiming that Erica Kirk overtly lies that Erica has serious doubts as to whether Tyler Robinson killed Charlie and she's just doing this. What for the shits and giggles of it? It's really insane. It's truly truly insane stuff. Crazy. Okay. Well, the thing about Andrew Wilson, that's kind of funny is that Andrew Wilson, of course, is not politically like minded with me in a wide variety of ways. For example, at least he has the brains to understand what Candace is doing is wrong and stupid. So here he was pointing out that so Candace basically said that the only people who are okay with Erica having become CEO of TPSA are either feminist or Zionist. And Andrew Wilson's like, well, I'm not, I'm neither of those things and I don't think it was suspicious, per se. For you though, to say that anybody's a girl boss, right? That's like the plot going to settle black. That came out of your mouth. No, that was you. You brought up girl boss. Girl boss came out of your mouth. Yeah, I'm just saying, I'm telling you that you brought up this idea that I'm defending some feminist nonsense. I'm not. I'm pointing out that they're, by the way, there's always objective, there's always objective outliers to each situation. The, in fact, it's the exception that proves the rule. And the interesting thing here is like, I'm still just as critical of feminism inside of TPSA as I've always been. And I'm just as critical of any pro-Zionist position as I've ever been. None of that's ever changed. It's all just nonsense. It's nonsense wrapped in stupidity, wrapped in idiocy, wrapped in semantic jargon. It's so silly. It's all so silly. It's all so silly. So the clip, all of this looks very bad for Candace, right? There's only one clip that looks good for Candace. That one clip is where Candace asks Andrew Wilson to list off the charges and Candace has memorized the charges and it gets awkward. Can you tell me one? And let's do the counter. Yeah. Yeah. This is a great. No, no, no, you just got to ask me, play clip, set a contact with me in the hot seat. So please just answer the question. This is fair. You name all seven since you've been following the case. Okay. Sure. You name one. Yeah. You name all seven. I'm happy to do that, but can you name one? I think he's been charged with murder. That's actually an idea. Okay, great. Now name all seven. He doesn't even, this is like name all seven and I, and you name all seven. I can't do it. Sure. You don't have to. You don't have to count them. Go ahead. You don't have to put your fingers up. Okay. I mean, I'm sure the first charge is aggravated murder because that's what carries death sense. So murder. No. Okay. And then she proceeds to name all seven. Like I say, first rule of the day, by the way, don't ask questions. You don't know the answers to, but again, the fact that she has memorized the charges doesn't demonstrate that anything she says about the charges is true. Obviously, but this is this stupidity. This is all performative. It's all performative. And no point is truth approached. Truth is a far, far distant object in this debate. No one cares about it. It doesn't matter. People who agree to the end of the rules and agree to them before people disagree to the end of the rules and disagree to them after people who love Candace will agree with anything she says. The reason this is important is again, because there is this thing that has gone around in sort of debate me culture online, which is when you get to people in a room, the conversation is always useful. And here's my proposition. Nope. My proposition is very often the answer is no. And you probably wasted three plus hours watching that thing. If you feel like you came way better informed in any way, shape or form, by the way, if you are curious about the Calgary markets on various arrest chances, apparently 8.5% of people think that Candace Ellen is going to be arrested this year. I disagree, by the way, she's not going to be arrested because as said earlier, there's no evidence for the idea that she's wearing herself on street corner. So I don't think that's going to happen. Alrighty, coming up Nancy Mace, she's got a problem. She clearly has a problem and now a lot of new tattoos to demonstrate the problem. But you also have a problem and that's how do you stay healthy? Here is the insane story, Nancy Mays. So I know Representative Mays, I know Nancy. She's a nice lady. She's always been a rather attention-seeking political personality. This goes all the way back to 1999 when she attempted to and successfully integrated the citadel, which is a military boys school, the military academy. And then she ran for Congress and then she has been rather performative while she was in office. Well, she made big headlines over the weekend because in the second most awkward bodily reveal of the week, the first one was AOC revealing, she was freezing her eggs and then doing an entire routine about it in order to run for president. Now Nancy Mays has decided to do a body reveal in which apparently she joined the Hells Angels. So she now has sleeves, which none of us needed to know about actually. And if she did, I mean, okay, but she revealed it on National TV. According to the New York Post, Nancy has gotten nine tattoos as a member of Congress because getting inked, quote, provides the pain that I need to feel. She said that in a profile released on Friday. She got the tattoos in rapid succession between a period in late 2023 and early 2024, marked by the breakup of her fiancee and an exodus of staffers from her office, some of whom viewed working for Mason's Toxic according to Politico. Aside from a need to feel pain, Mays describe getting tattoos a way to reclaim her body and her identity. That's a lot of tattoos. I will admit, I am not a tattoo fan. As you might have guessed, tattoos, not my thing or the book of Leviticus is actually. So not a fan of the tattoos. I think there are certain circumstances in which tattoos are more understandable than others. If you're a member of the military, if you're a member of a police force, if you are a rock star, if you are a sitting Congress person and you just show up with Hells Angels sleeves, it's a little weird, it's a little weird, and it's a sign of it thing. It's obviously a sign of a thing. Okay, one of those tattoos, the opening line of Virginia Woolf's famous novel, Mrs. Dalloway, which is weird 'cause if I were gonna get a tattoo, it'd be the first line of "A Tale of Two Cities" by Charles Dickens, which is 119, lords. I'd wind it all the way around my torso multiple times, probably, like that would be good. Maybe something from Faulkner, get 1,300 word opening. Or maybe the verse from Leviticus or it says don't get tattoos. Anyway, Nancy May said, in this profile with Politico, she says, quote, "How's it going?" I asked her, this is the profiler, is a February 2026 profile. That's a very loaded question. How are you feeling? I said, "Closher," she said, "it's a very, I would say, "Closher's time for me because I have a lot going on and I have a lot of folks that are trying to stop me." By this point in late January, I'd been talking to Mason's, others around Mason about Mason for hours and hours months and months. I wanted to know what so many wanted to know and still do what is happening with this woman. What is happening or has happened to her? Why does she say the things she says? Why does she act the way she acts? Is she okay? Mason's a 48 year old twice-dwarfs mother of two. Shuffle and walks to the gun. She sometimes shops in a wig. She always sleeps under a 20 pound heavy blanket she thinks isn't heavy enough. She says she does what she does because of an engine that she can't control and that just effing goes and is going to go and go and go. In the wake of her shocking speech last year, in which she, on the floor of the US House of Representatives, accused her ex-fiance and three of his business partners and friends of grievous sexual crimes against her and other women. In the spiraling subsequent litigation in which alleged abusers are suing Mason, other alleged victims and vice versa and a judge instituted a gag order for all parties involved. And Mason's taken to representing herself. She had times as all but asked to get sent to jail. She has according to scores of ex-staffers and ex-friends, operatives and colleagues from both parties and a spectrum of people who know aren't of no-no for a long time, unstable and unhinged and unwell. Okay, I mean, listen, this is, honestly, it's kind of sad. Okay, first of all, if you are openly saying that you got tattoos in order to feel pain, I mean, there are lots of ways in life to feel pain. Over the weekend, my three-year-old decided to climb into a hamper. I don't know why, he's three. And then he lost his balance and he killed over and clocked his forehead on the floor and got a bump. He felt pain. Differences that bump's gonna go away. He's not gonna have gigantic tattoos all over his arms. I don't know, man. I feel like if you are a person in need of reclaiming your body and feeling pain, probably what you need is some psychiatric care, not the tattoos. If one of your friends or a person you knew did this, the responsible move is not to feature them on national TV. Responsible move is not to get into profiles on the responsible move with people or obviously going through a thing is to sympathetically see that they actually get the treatment that they need. It's not a matter of, you know, quote unquote personal choice, obviously we live in a free country, Nancy has the right to do what she wants to do when it comes to getting her tattoos. I will say that obviously she's going through something and I really, really hope that Nancy goes and gets the care that she needs because this is not healthy behavior. Now maybe unpopular, it is not healthy behavior. It just isn't. It isn't. Now again, this is my perspective when it comes to all mental health issues. Hey, so this takes us to the weirdest race story of the day. So we mentioned last week a case of a man named Jason Arda Jason Arda was a professor at Cambridge University and he was obviously a fabulous. He was a person who lied about pretty much obviously his entire personal history, like pretty much everything. And he was treated to the best that Great Britain had to offer for all of this. So to become a professor at Cambridge University, the requirements included an outstanding research record of international stature and a proven track record supervising PhD students. Our day had, according to the New York Times, a modest publication record and it bounced from one university to the next and I'm staying long enough to oversee a full three year or more doctorate. Cambridge hired him anyway in 2023, making him at 37 the university's youngest black professor at a time when the school was under pressure to diversify. He had told this ridiculous story about himself. He said that he was diagnosed early with autism and then he had such a significant developmental delays and he spent his entire childhood in a special needs school. In his account, he'd not speak until he was 11 or read until he was 18. Clearly this stuff was not true, by the way. He managed to earn his doctorate and began giving keynote speeches on the academic circuit. He said that he had run 30 marathon in 35 days for charity, which of course was not true. Cambridge ignored all of this. I review, according to the New York Times of internal Cambridge documents and interviews with former colleagues and associates shows that in addition to passing over more experienced candidates for the job, administrators gushed publicly about Arda's scholarship and privately disregarded all the complaints about his work. It turns out they were filled with plagiarism and nonsense. Three months after Arda's hiring, two British scholars privately wrote to Cambridge, alluring administrators to potential plagiarism in one of Arda's paper. The department chair met with him and mentioned his ongoing experiences of direct and indirect racism along with significant health issues that had affected his work on the paper in question. So he claimed racism and he had health problems. So it turns out that pretty much everything that he said was false. His supposedly remarkable trajectory from nonverbal preteen to PhD had no precedent in medical literature. When a journalist for the Times Higher Education asked about plagiarism last year, a prominent British defamation law from Helps Kill the Article and Arda reported the journalists to the police. So over the weekend, it turned out so all this came out Arda ended up resigning from Cambridge over all of this. He still had a book that was out with Simon and Schuster and all the rest. And so over the weekend, he killed himself. Now again, that's tragic. That really is. That's really sad. When anybody kills themself, when anybody's damaged themself, it's really, really, really sad. It's really a terrible thing. And here, I'm going to say something that, you know, as for my usual arrangement, we'll piss off some folks. Some people on the right. Mental illnesses are a thing. People do have mental conditions. That is a real thing. I understand that it's overdiagnosed. I understand that we have a spate of overdiagnosis throughout the West when it comes to mental conditions. But people do in fact have mental conditions. And they do require people to care for them and people to watch out for them. And people not to just give them benefit after benefit after benefit. Because it turns out that very often mental illness has a high correlation with attention seeking. And in a lot of various industries in the West, you can do really well if you're attention seeking. Like really well if you're attention seeking. And people will just give you the attention. I remember mentioning this about Kanye West long before his mental spiral with regards to Nazism. That obviously Kanye West is going through some stuff and has mental health issues. And well, it seems pretty clear that if you are a person who goes around lying the way that our day was for literally decades. If you are around making up most ridiculous stories, people around you owe it to you to stop you and to get you the care that you need. Instead, an entire infrastructure was created to make our day richer and more famous. Because he was saying things that a bunch of people on the left wanted to hear about race. They wanted to hear that white people were the problem. They wanted to hear that white society was racist. And so in an effort to demonstrate how woke they were, they kept promoting this totally unqualified grifter over and over and over and over again. And then it all fell apart because on contact with reality, grift tends to fall apart or at least it used to. At least it used to. Now sometimes you just get really, really, really, really regimen. That's kind of so in this state. But here it actually came into contact with reality. And our day had resigned and then he killed himself. Okay, now why is this an even more bizarre story than it was last week? Again, it's horrifying. Whenever anyone kills themselves, it's terrible. Unless you're Hitler in which case, very glad Hitler killed himself. Other than that, rare circumstances which I'm very happy to you kill yourself. This is not one of them. is a person who clearly had mental problems who killed himself. Okay, now, what makes this insane is that people then came out of the woodwork and blamed the people who discovered that he was a grifter. It turns out that in order to defend DEI, not only were they willing to promote someone totally unqualified, not only were they willing to go all in on the grift, they're going to blame everyone else for this person committing suicide. When in reality, if there are any outside forces that contributed to this person's suicide, it would have been the people who kept on promoting him in the face of reality when sooner or later reality was going to hit. Take, for example, Zara Sultana, a member of parliament in the UK, quote, "If Jason R. Day were a white middle class academic, who would not have been hounded by the British press in the way he was, my thoughts are with his loved ones, may he rest in peace." Now again, the idea here is that this is like a princess dynamic that somehow this is the paparazzi following around Jason R. Day until he gets in a car crash. Okay, let's just be clear. If Jason R. Day were a white middle class academic, he never would have gotten a PhD. He was instead a black academic claiming insane crap and just ramming that into a woken narrative and that meant that he ended up at Cambridge University, which by the way, has completely destroyed its own credibility here. The prime minister, Andy Burnham, came out and talked about this and said it's not time to rush to judgment. We need to reflect. The tragedy is a tragedy on so many levels, but particularly just for everybody who knew Jason, his family, obviously, his friends, we think of them today. It's not a moment for any rushing to judgment. It's a moment for reflection, I would say, reflecting on how things came to this. Yes, I agree, but I don't think he wants to reflect on the same sort of stuff that I want to reflect on. I want to reflect on how a system allowed a person who is obviously a mentally ill-grifter to turn into a prominent academic and then on contact with reality, his life breaks down, he kills himself. That's what I want to know. Why did that system promote grift? Why did that system look the other way on plagiarism? Why did that system, in spite of every warning sign, decided to look the other way? That's the real question. I think the question that Andy Burnham wants to ask is, why is the press even mentioning reality? Why couldn't we have kept pretending? Again, this is something left loves to do. In fact, the entire radical transmuman is based on this. The idea for the radical transmuman is that if a person believes he is a member of the opposite sex and you tell him that he is not, in fact, a member of the opposite sex and then he kills himself that's your fault for mentioning the truth. You should have played along. Reality has to bend and move around people depending on just how woke the argument they are making is. Now, as you would expect, America's own brand of racial grifter, Abraham X. Kendi came out and did a whole long piece about all of this first. He tweeted about how he is the actual victim. Jason Arda killed himself and that means that Abraham X. Kendi is the victim. The death of Jason Arda had so close to home I had no words yesterday, but I woke up with words. Oh, good. Great. Need some more from this guy. To be a prominent anti-racist black scholar is to know you are a target almost totally surrounded by resentments. You know that at any point the attacks can come like a lynch mob. Okay. He was not, Abraham X. Kendi was not lynched. Abraham X. Kendi used the Black Lives Matter moment to clear millions of dollars for himself, millions and millions and millions of dollars. In September of 2023, it was made clear, for example, that his center for anti-racist research, which was started at Boston University, took in $43 million in grants, $43 million in grants, including $10 million from the original Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey. They let off almost all of their staff. They never generated anything, anything. It's insane. Other donors included TJ Maxx, Stop and Shop and Peloton. A week after the layoffs BU announced that they had received complaints focused on the center's culture and his grant management practices and allegations of workplace culture that included fear of retaliation and discrimination. So, Ibermux Kendi knows the grift well. The reason that he identifies with the stuff is because he too is a grifter. His entire stick was grift. His anti-racist nonsense was grift from the very outset. But he continues with his dumb tweet, if you die from all the attacks, the media still calls the attacks on you accusations to wash their hands of the blood. Understand what he is saying is that if you pointed out that Jason Arda was lying and was a playjress and had been grifting, you're responsible for his death. Your lynchers announced your death as if they had no role in your lynching. Yes, we all participated according to Ibermux Kendi. In Jason, Arda is lynching by pointing out things that are true. If we now live again in a world in which truth is completely arbitrary, according to people like Candace Owens. Or in some cases like Ibermux Kendi or Jason Arda, the truth is offensive. So offensive that if you kill yourself because of the truth, it is the truth that must lose. The post-truth era is a terrible place. It is a truly, truly terrible place. And again, Ibermux Kendi suggests the white-owned mainstream media is responsible for this. The white-owned mainstream media published 249 articles in 22 days on Jason Arda, according to data from newscorda, UK media at Watchdog. A similar media pile on happened to me in the fall of 2023 when I was a professor at Boston University. You know what your lynchers won't announce when you're clear of wrongdoing? The media will bury its culpability while we bury Jason. Okay, but again, is there any indicator that it was lies, like what we said about Jason Arda? Or have we just moved so deep into the world of narrative that truth no longer matters? I mean, certainly for the left, the truth no longer matters. The narrative is the only thing that matters. Now, that is certainly true for the DSA. So Abdul Rahman al-Sayed was the Democratic Senate nominee now in Michigan. It turns out that he is headlining an event for the Islamic Society of North America, which is a Muslim Brotherhood affiliate, affiliated group in its origins. At least many of there's crossover between the Muslim Brotherhood and the Islamic Society of North America. So the Democratic Party, they're perfectly willing to follow travel with anyone and everyone up to and including people who speak at conventions next to people who force their 13 year old nieces into marriage. His father-in-law is a founding member of ISNA. He will speak September 5th on a panel titled, quote, "Cultivating God Awareness in a Term Royal to America." According to the Washington Free Beacon, the convention features a rogue's gallery of notorious Muslim figures who have been engaged in Holocaust denial and persecution of Christians and have also been undidicated co-conspirators in terror plots, including the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. One speaker, Tariq Nasood, an influential Pakistani cleric who in 2021 admitted in a sermon that he forces 13 year old nieces into marriage and advises followers to do the same with their young female relatives. He'll be there. Meseud said quote, "The Quran condemns Jews. He added not all Jews are the same." Well, that thanks. Appreciate it. El-Sahyad said that he's not going to appear with any of the other participants of the conference. It's just the kind of conference where people who married their 13 year old cousins show up. Sounds great. Well done, Democrats, but the important thing for the Democrats is again, narrative trumps everything. It's from morality, it's from facts, it trumps everything. So Ken Martin of the Democratic Party says, "Listen, it's a big, broad tent, including people who speak at events next to people who were raping 13 year olds." We don't strengthen our party through stricter and stricter litmus tests. You do not build a majority by constantly looking for reasons to throw people out of it. We build a winning coalition by widening the circle, expanding the tents, growing our coalition by building a home for Americans of all walks of lives, and by dedicating ourselves to the work of democracy as messy and as boisterous and as unruly as a- Great job, Democratic Party. You're doing awesome. It comes as cold comfort that Hakeem Jeffries now says he doesn't support the DSA agenda. Of course, as I mentioned last week, the Democratic Party is just doing a soft form of the DSA agenda. They want to do what the DSA wants. They're just doing so a little slower. Do Democratic Socialists belong in the Democratic Party, leader Jeffries? Well, what I can say is that I do not support the funding of the police. I do not support open borders. I do not support abolishing the Senate. We're focused on actually solving problems that hardworking American taxpayers want us to solve, which is to lower the high cost of living in a situation where life is far too expensive in this country. That's the Democratic agenda. That's what House Democrats are fighting to achieve. Okay, but when asked about the distinction, it's routine say the DSA agenda and the Democratic agenda, they got nothing. The DNC voted to back abolish ICE actually and Hakeem Jeffries was asked about ICE and here he was, weasel wording it. What I've said is that we're committed to dramatically reforming ICE in a variety of different ways, consistent with the American people want us to do. In other words, the mass should come off. Body cameras should come on. Judicial warrants should be required before ICE can storm into the homes of the American people, rip them out of their bed in the dead of night and try to detain them without justification. Okay, again, notice that dramatically reforming ICE or abolishing ICE. What's the difference? What's the difference in practical terms? There is none. Ask about Medicare for all he dodged, of course. It's not legislation that I currently and co-sponsoring or that I support. But we do support the notion that we've got to find a path forward to fix our broken healthcare system and make healthcare affordable for every single American. Okay, so again, that's not him denying the things. I'm not doing it right now. Not doing it right now. Now again, this is the thing that Democrats are embracing. They're embracing the furthest left radicalism. This is why presumably they continue to embrace the economics of Rokana. Rokana is out there. Again, he wants to run a quicksatic presidential campaign. It's going nowhere, but he's getting a lot of media attention for it because dude has red light syndrome. Anywhere red light goes on, he will be there. If you're in near your house and suddenly the light turns red, he will show up in his tie waiting to be filmed. Here he was with Kristen Wilker saying that he wants Medicare for all. Medicare for all is arguably the most important priority. It would save money and it would save lives. Look, there was just a Yale study that came out. It would save a trillion dollars in terms of costs in terms of healthcare. We know that the average income of workers is 43%. It's the lowest it's ever been since 1929. One of the reasons is because of exploding health insurance. Medicare for all would increase wages. Again, none of this is true. Medicare for all would not increase wages because the amount of tax that would be necessary in order to do all this would drive business into the dirt and anyone who knows anything about the cost structure here knows this. You have to raise tax on the middle class. It's the only way to pay for quote unquote Medicare for all, but this has become the talking point inside democratic circles. They're just saying quite part out loud now. Representative from MillenDrive, hold doing the same thing. She tweeted out, "An insurance card from birth till death. That's what Medicare for all provides. Universal healthcare is a human right." No more private insurance premiums, copays, deductibles or denials of care from greedy companies. I mean, no more doctors either. That's one of the problems here is that what we actually have is a disconnect between supply and demand in the medical industry and Medicare for all creates a massive, massive supply problem because as many doctors if they take Medicare or Medicaid, it turns out an awful lot. Do not. I'll do all Sayyad doing the same routine. Again, if you believe that the Democratic Party is somehow dividing off from the DSA, I tell you they are not. They're just going to mirror all this crap. We don't have to live like this. We have an opportunity to guarantee cradle to grave healthcare from the moment that somebody is born to the moment that they expire, God willing, at 120 years of life after a long, healthy life in their sleep peacefully. And it would guarantee them the healthcare that they need independent of the circumstances. Wherever they needed to go, that is the kind of security we've never had in this country and is the kind of security that the healthcare corporations have denied us. Again, it's also not true. It's also not true. If you go to nationalized healthcare systems like the UK or Canada, for example, you cannot get whatever healthcare you need. You end up having to do some form of rationing. That is just the way that it works. Meanwhile, Rokana, of course, is just calling for an insane policy, the wealth tax in California. Here he was trying to push the wealth tax in California. The California Democratic Party and the California labor moment just stood with Bernie Sanders and me in supporting a 5% wealth tax on 250 California billionaires. Passing this ballot initiative will ensure that millions of working class and middle-class Californians don't lose their healthcare. Okay, so Mark Cuban and Palmer Locky billionaires both smacked him around. Mark Cuban, who has been a Democrat, right? I mean, this is a leopard's eating people's faces meme. Vote for the people who end up then eating your face. Okay, Mark Cuban said, "A unique feature of these $10 billion startups is that even if they raise a billion, little if any of that money goes to the founders, we're now worth billions of dollars overnight. They are the definition of cash poor stock rich. How are you going to tax them, make them borrow money against their shares if they can? They just raise money to grow their company and a bank will come along and loan the money. A company that's been in business maybe less than a year will you take their stock if they can?" So the point that he's making, and this is true, is that if a company is valued at a particular price, that does not mean that the founder has cash in his pocket. The value of the company is only translatable to your pocket if you sell your stock. That's the way that it works. So this was pointed out by Palmer Locky and Mark Cuban and company, and Rokana then immediately said, "Allow a liquid founders to pledge shares with the loan from the government to pay tax. The loan period is long but not infinite, e.g. 10 years. The loan is non-resource. At the end of the period, the loan is either paid back in cash or the government assumes the shares. So this is a nationalization project. He means a non-recourse loan. What he means is that in order to pay the tax, you should have to put up your loan, you should have to put up your stock to the government to pay the tax. And then if you don't come up with the cash, if you don't cash out your stock, at some point there, then they will just seize your company in total, which is crazy. Palmer Locky points out, as someone who has actually tried to get loans against equity and private VC-backed companies, what you are proposing is nearly impossible and against policy at practically every lender in America. Nobody wants to lend a quarter billion dollars in cash to young people with no recourse. This is like telling people who can't afford a car loans just ask for a free card instead. But if you're okay with the system that transfers control and ownership of all successful private companies to the state of California within a decade, then sure that works. And his point is that if I go to the government and I say, hold my stocks and then I'm going to go borrow money from a bank. What am I borrowing money against? I can't borrow money against my company because my company may end up in the hands of the government. But of course, the workability is not the point. The workability is not even remotely the point. The point is the economic warfare. This is why Rokhan is talking about economic patriotism. Apparently, economic patriotism is where the government seizes your, your unearned gains. I was born in Philadelphia in 1976. My parents came here from India. My mom would sit on the kitchen table with note cards of the English language saying, learn every word because you won the lottery. We're born in America. They love this country. I grew up with a reverence for the Constitution for American history. And that's why I call for economic patriotism. Seeing the steel mill shut down in Bucks County where I grew up for less works. Now representing Silicon Valley, which has one third of the nation's wealth. And I'm saying, this economy can't just work for a few billionaires in my district. It's got to work for the hollowed out towns. It's got to work for Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan. I believe that's a universal message that most Americans can get behind. But isn't that capitalism? Of course it's capitalism. It's free enterprise, but it's free enterprise that's working for every American. So free enterprise working for every American is we seize your wealth. That's free enterprise working for every, again, there's no deliverable here, other than sort of the fun in game. And so Zor Momdani has not brought down the affordability on rent. He is not. He's not made things more affordable on rent. But you know what he is doing? He is announcing free Broadway tickets for high school students. Yay! You get to pay for that now. You excited over there in New York? Things going well for you. Glad you voted the way you did. Here's Zor Momdani speaking Chinese. Who announced free Broadway tickets for high school students. I assume it will sound something like that when Zor Momdani just declared as a communist dictatorship in the United States. And then he admits that he's doing this all for the theater kids. You have people invading synagogues and literally headbutting security which happened over the weekend. But also he's going to pay for theater tickets with your tax fair dollars. You pumped? It turns out CBSU GovPole, 66% of people believe that the free market is good for the United States economy. 34% believe that it's bad for the United States economy. So when you have these people ripping the free market each and every day, that's probably good for Republicans you might think, right? I mean, now that might be great. That might be great. Meanwhile, among Democrats, they kind of don't like the capitalism so much. It turns out 50% of Democrats have a negative view of capitalism. 58% have a positive view of socialism. So that's a bit of a disconnect, right? Old-style Democrats think to themselves, maybe this is stupid. I don't know, man. This doesn't seem like this is going well. It's how Bill Marreney are now basically in alignment on 80% of our political preferences at this point. Bill Marr was talking, for example, about affordability and the questions of the burritos. And here's Bill Marr. Singing my song He tweeted out because the students had commented on their platform a burrito shouldn't cost $20 and This guy challenged that and it turned out I'm we did some research on this It shouldn't cost $20 because it doesn't It cost $20 because this kid factored in somebody bringing it to him in an Uber So again pointing this out makes Bill Mar the bad guy, but also it turns out I think that most sentient adults actually Actually don't believe that you deserve deserve a burrito delivered to a new Uber You deserve the opportunity to be able to buy that if you make the right decisions in life But this idea that you need a government provided Uber burrito is it's probably not the thing Kristen Sultza Sanderson who's excellent pollster was on with Mar and she points out that these government run grocery stores are not gonna do well for Democrats Make someone hate socialism more than trying to go to a government run grocery store in 1989 Boris Yeltsin comes over to the US This is when like the US in the USSR or starting to become was thawing he comes over to visit Texas He goes to NASA he sees our technology there and then he goes to a Texas grocery store and Boris Yeltsin walked away The Houston Chronicle said he was dazzled by the Jello putting pops and things that I've seriously In the store and he went back to the Soviet Union and was like guys. We've got it all wrong And that was it. That was the end of the Cold War. We just had all the soccer tourists do the same thing They lost their shit in the grocery aisles of the American supermarket and of course it is so shouldn't we stand up for free markets? Shouldn't we again bill is like now just speaking normal. It's hilarious how being a normal commonsense Democrat from about 1996 now makes you a right-wing Republican apparently given the fact that Socialism is actually not all that popular with Americans and free markets are even though people don't know what socialism means It's probably not a good idea for Republicans to just start mirroring the modern monetary theory of the Democratic Party And yet again like look I'm not looking for reasons to criticize the vice president I really am not he's likely to be the Republican nominee Which means that I'm likely to vote for him, but it would be great if you would not mirror the political Policies of the people that I generally oppose I hope he has moved beyond some of the things he was saying back in March 2023 So if you go back to March April 2023 a lot of these clips were circulating over the weekend of him talking about the United States Resur as the world's reserve currency now understand America is massively Massively privileged in the world economy because we are the world's reserve currency What does that mean it means that people trade between themselves in American dollars? There's high demand for American dollars that also means that when people Take our debt on when they buy our debt. They are happy to do that because they know that we are going to pay them back in American dollars Which are widely used in the world's trade? It's used in the banking system. It's used to trade for pretty much all the goods across planet earth It allows us to spend It allows us to control for example international commerce when it comes to for example sanctions the reserve currency Is a very very important thing now the one area where JD Vance is not like the American dollar is he doesn't like the American dollar being strong He thinks it ought to be weaker because if the American dollar is weaker than you can afford less stuff from abroad and then It means that you are likely to Spend more on stuff coming from abroad because the American dollar is weaker compared to other currencies and other countries are likely to buy more stuff from us So he would like to weaken the American currency this by the way is Normally I think the Democrats are for it's for weakening the American currency because it means that we can then spend more money We can't borrow more money, but we can spend more money We just inflate our way out of all of our problems. There is Senator Vance talking about all of this back in March of 2023 Yeah, it turns out you can't base a reserve currency on quant trading and SaaS companies Well, and that's yeah, that's exactly right and by the way, you know, I am This is like maybe super heterodox I am not sure that I think the reserve currency is actually good for the United States of America I think there is a good argument that reserve currency status is akin to coal and Appalachia. It's a resource curse, right? It allows your consumers to consume very cheaply, right? That's been the story of the American economy for the last 15 or so years Even before that is we can just borrow Basically in an unlimited way because we have the reserve currency So that's a massive subsidy to incurring debt the debt is cheaper even in raised interest rate environments This is one of the crazy things about what's going on right now is The market is in some ways pricing future interest rates lower than what the Fed is right now. That's kind of weird So we have this massive subsidy to cheap debt for the American consumer. That's good right consuming is important Especially food medicine things like that, but I think it's a massive tax on American producers The problem is that we're borrowing too much money not that our currency is strong having a strong currency is excellent It means we can afford more things it means that we have better lifestyles Because we are both consumers and producers Again, if JD Vance's position is the same as it was in 2023 Which is we need to actually weaken our own economic standing as individuals For some other reason that that he prefers that is not a good economic pitch against what Democrats are pitching See Democrats are lying so Vance is sort of telling the truth right? He is saying we will be able to consume less right? We will have we have less rich lives right? We will be materially worse off, but that would advance certain other of his priorities like for example rebuilding a factory in Ohio or something A Democrats will just lie they will say no no no We should actually just spend on everything endlessly and we can do all the things at once They're gonna outbid it. They're gonna outbid him. This is a mistake You know who understands this the president so president Trump Here he was explaining to Bloomberg why actually it's very very important that the United States retain its reserve currency status Currency very important yes And if you want to go to third world if you want to go to third world status lose your reserve currency We have to have that we cannot lose it if you go to you'll go to third world status in this country because you take a look at the way things are running If a country tells me Sarah we like you very much, but we're gonna no longer adhere to being in the reserve currency We're not gonna Salute the dollar anymore. I'll say that's okay and You're gonna pay a 100% tariff on everything you sell into the United States Okay, so Again the president is right on that If the Republicans follow bad economic policy You know bizarre attempt to chase down the Democrats.
