Ep. 2481 - FINALLY: Trump ENDS Birth Tourism!

President Trump just scored a major win yesterday. He ended birth tourism. It is long past time. Birthright citizenship has become a loophole. You could drive a truck through. And President Trump just shut down one of those gigantic loopholes. Here's some of what that loophole has produced. A son Pygur birthright citizen born in New Jersey, raised in Turkey. And now here, ready, willing and able to destroy Western civilization. Abdul Al-Sahyad, his parents immigrated from Egypt. He was born in Rochester Hills, Michigan. He could end up as our first fully anti-Western senator. She had to leave born in Detroit, Michigan. Her parents came from the West Bank, Gideon, Sumeria. She is in Congress, dumping for the destruction of America's foundations each and every day. Francesca, Long, over in Wisconsin, who just despises America and is a birthright citizen. These are just some of the big names. Birthright citizenship has meant that people come across our border, have babies. And then are tied into the U.S. all without ever explicitly having to embrace America in any way, shape or form. The most obvious symptom of that flaw in our system is birth tourism. That's where people come here just to have babies. Well, yesterday, President Trump moved to end it. We'll get into that. Plus, Sims for Radical Islam are very upset about our new movie, Run, Hide, Fight, Infidels. The Democrats are fine with radical Muslims, but they do have a problem with Asian DSA ladies with crazy eyes. And I have watched The New Spider-Man, and I have a few thoughts. This is the Ben Shapiro show. Okay, so birthright citizenship is, as I've said, not mandated by the Constitution. It is not implicit in the Fourteenth Amendment. The founders did not contemplate the idea of vast illegal immigration to the country, basically because that concept did not really exist back in 1789. There's just a lot of people who are coming to an open territory, nor did the framers of the Fourteenth Amendment, in the post-Sivil War era consider the idea that there would be a huge tsunami of immigrants from other countries just coming here, dropping babies and receiving backdoor citizenship. And all of that, by the way, is well before the federal government was providing these gigantic government benefits. So the Supreme Court, in other words, was wrong earlier this year, when it ruled that birthright citizenship was mandated by the Constitution, but it did indeed rule on that. So now the Trump administration has to do what it can within the boundaries of that decision to cut down on the exploitation of our system. Because this is a problem. There is no federal data on birth terrorism, which again is kind of astonishing, because we keep data on pretty much everything, but the Center for Immigration Studies estimated somewhere between 20 and 26,000 birth tourists per year back in 2020 by combining CDC birth certificates with American community survey data on birth to foreign women. The State Department in June 2026 uncovered birth terrorism networks run out of Africa and Europe where hundreds of foreign nationals would obtain fraudulent visa documents in order to give birth in the United States. And obviously, we've seen huge birth tourism networks, bringing from China. Again, a lot of this could miss long-term undocumented or non-citizen residents who were missed by the census. And birth tourism very often acts as just the beginning. It's sort of the hook and ladder system for chain migration. It's the first link in the chain. You put a baby in the U.S. The baby has a right to stay. And then you make the case that the family also has to stay. And then eventually we import the rest of the extended family. Kids are very often. And this is true all over the West, the peg upon which chain migration rests. And certainly true in Europe, right now in Suta, for example, after that fast wave of Muslim migrants coming from Morocco, the miners are being sent to Spain for processing, presumably many of them will end up there. And then their parents will apply to enter as well. Well, in the United States, President Trump again, it makes a difference to win selections. I know there are tons of people on the right who are black-pilling about Trump. I get it. I understand all the problems, including the price of burritos and all that. But let's be clear, Trump as President is so far superior to Kamala Harris, it would make your head explode to consider the alternative. Let's start with some white-pilling. I know. Rare white-pilling here. There are a lot of people again on these days, these days who are sort of suggesting that Trump has betrayed everyone. Well, here's the thing. Unborder policy, Trump is the best president of our lifetime and it is not close. And the president put out a statement touting this yesterday and pointing out that for 15 straight months, no illegal aliens have been released into the country. As opposed to the Biden border policy, which was shop at the border, claim asylum and we just release you. The Trump administration launched an unprecedented denaturalization surge targeting those who fraudulently obtained US citizenship. So if you try to get a citizenship but you are knowledgeable, they're trying to track you down. The Trump administration has deported over three million illegal aliens, including thousands convicted for violent crimes that would include turn backs at the border. The Trump administration strengthened visa programs and their screenings and paused visa processing for 75 high-risk countries to protect the homeland and deter over stays. And the Trump administration terminated taxpayer funded benefits for over 1.4 million illegal aliens improperly receiving public assistance and banned illegal aliens from more than a dozen taxpayer funded health care programs. And they've also reformed the citizenship test to better assess whether people actually belong in the country. And these are all things that never would have happened under Kamala Harris. So before everybody goes full black pill here, it is worthwhile remembering that elections have consequences. And one of the very, very beneficial consequences of the last election cycle in the presidential is the fact that the Trump administration came in and decided to actually act on Trump's fundamental promise is that he was going to crack down on illegal immigration. So yesterday, the president moved even further on this. He put out two new executive orders targeting birth tourism. And again, birth tourism is you come here on a visa, you drop a baby, now your baby's a citizen, and that is the hook. And again, this is something that I suggested. Literally the day that the Barbara decision from the Supreme Court dropped, I suggested that the United States ought to do this. So good for for the Trump administration. The first executive order says it is the policy of the United States and no executive department or agency shall issue documents recognizing US citizenship to or accept documents issued by state, local or other governments or authorities purporting to recognize US citizenship regarding persons when neither parents of that person is a citizen and any of the following applies. Either parent of that person is an alien enemy to find to include any member of a designated foreign terrorist organization. Either parent of the person is a foreign government employee. Either parent of the person engaged in a commercial transaction to purchase or act to right birth rights, access birthright citizenship for the person. I engage in birth fraud essentially. When the parent engaged in a commercial transaction with a surrogate to give birth, right, this has been happening as well is somebody will hire a surrogate in the United States. Dad is located in China, drop a baby and now you've got this process going. Okay, so that's executive order number one. A bunch of different circumstances in which the Supreme Court has not ruled that you can't reject birthright citizenship because it doesn't fulfill the basics of birthright citizenship. Namely legal presence in the United States and there are certain categories of people who are foreign terrorists, for example, or people, foreign ambassadors. And one of the big ones here is that if the person is born in a territory or territorial waters of the United States where citizenship is not conferred by federal statute, no birthright citizenship. So that was birthright citizenship executive order number one, which is good. Again, this is the administration doing its level best to try to bar birth tourism. Executive order number two is really an attempt to strengthen the federal government's hands against people who are engaged in birth tourism. So the executive order has a long preamble talking about US citizenship and birth tourism operators who are using deceptive advertisements and inducements to entice foreign nationals to travel to the United States for the purpose of giving birth on American soil as the White House says. It promised citizenship, access to public benefits, and short-term stays in specialized facilities, hotels, or rentals. It often failed to deliver on those promises. The operators coach their clients to misrepresent the purpose and duration of their travel to consular and border officials to obtain visas authorizing entry into the United States. The immigration laws of the United States, according to the White House, establish discrete categories of temporary non-immigrant visas to allow foreign visitors into the US for study, exchange, temporary employment, tourism, and other transitory activities that are exploited by birth tourism operators. And so the goal here is to allow the secretaries of state and homeland security to use all legal authority possible to prevent the entry into the United States of or the granting of any visa or other travel authorization to any alien entering or attempting to enter the United States for the purpose of engaging in birth tourism and revoking the visa or travel authorization and permanently barring entry of any alien who enters or attempts to enter the United States for the purpose of engaging in birth tourism and all the like. So President Trump yesterday spoke about this as he was signing these EOS. This is a win. It is a win on the immigration issue again when people pretend. You know, people say the parties are exactly the same. No, they're not. They absolutely are not. This is one of the issues where they certainly are not. At the Supreme Court, John the solicitor general did not have an answer as how many individuals take advantage of Earth's horizon. Is there a number that you can consider? >> I'll tell you now, hundreds of thousands, okay? Hundreds of thousands. You have one man came in with a family head, sit, sit, sit, he had 56 children. Another one came in, they said they had 98 children. This was not what it was for. This was meant for the babies of slaves. It was right after one week or two weeks after the Civil War ended. This wasn't for wealthy, multi-millionaires, billionaires coming in and bringing 15, 20, 30 children along with them. It's become a big business. >> Okay, so he is right about all this in the fact that administration is cracket. You would never have seen this under Joe Biden. And here's the thing. The Democrats who have any brains in their head understand that actually cracking down on the violations or immigration system, cracking down on illegal immigration, providing order at the border is actually popular. So Senator Amy Klobbuchar, who is one of the more moderate Democrats from Minnesota, she said this in Minnesota, and she was booed. This is the problem for the Democratic Party as we'll discuss in a moment. They have been eaten by their radical left. So here she was in Minnesota, saying that she is in favor of order at the border and she gets booed for this. >> I've long believed and supported funding for order at the border and I have worked well with law enforcement in Minnesota for years. But what I, quiet, quiet. >> Wow, I ran the largest prosecutor's office in the state and was endorsed by police many, many times. So don't. >> Yeah, they're booing Amy Klobbuchar for saying that she works with law enforcement. It's amazing. And the Democrats who want to run for president are probably going to have to tell that very, very pro open borders line. Gavin Newsom, who is all over the place positionally, Gavin Newsom has the spine of a snake. I mean, like he is capable of twisting in all possible directions. When Newsom tweeted out, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the state were in their reside." Yes, we know that's the 14th amendment. That does not explain why you should be in favor of birth tourism. Why should be against cracking down on it? But again, that is part and parcel of a broader Western inability, a self-defeating inability to distinguish between immigrants who you want coming to the country and immigrants you don't. Perfect example of this in Europe. Europe has basically destroyed itself on the shoulders of a bizarre blood guilt about immigration. Well, amazing story. Yesterday, the Red Cross had put together a film tracking the journey of an Afghan migrant into Great Britain. And I want to show you better the film than I want to explain what went wrong here. He tried to travel to Greece, but the police arrested him and put him in jail for three days. When I got out, I found smugglers who created another game for me to go to Greece. Finally, I made it. Sharif has now been at a camp in Lesbos for six months. But living in the camp is so hard. Sometimes when I think about living here, I get so crazy. I try to find somewhere calm and then I cry a lot. I haven't aunt in the United Kingdom and she told me I can take full responsibility of you if someone helps you to get to the UK, but if I can't get there, I don't know what will happen to me. Oh, the tragedy. Oh, the tragedy. Eventually, this person did make it to Britain along with the body of his British girlfriend. According to the UK Daily Mail, the Red Cross has now deleted a film tracking the journey of an Afghan migrant who's now accused of killing the British woman and hiding her body in a suitcase in Greece. Sharif Ahmed Zai, 26, was arrested on Monday over the murder of a Scottish Christian named Elizabeth Jane Ross in Athens. Ahmed Zai, a professional boxer, who arrived in Greece in a small boat in 2016, is accused of killing Miss Ross before stuffing her body into a suitcase and ditching it in a derelict building. Her body was found by a homeless man on July 18, three days after she was believed to have been killed. It is now emerged that the Afghan national collaborated with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent societies and a London artist to create that film that we were just looking at. It was called Game of Life, the story of Sharif and the sympathetic video followed how his father, who was a military commander, was killed in an ambush and his mother and siblings were killed by a suicide bomb attack in Kabul. So again, it turns out it turns out that you know the empty headed liberalism, the empty headed anti-Western tolerance that allows for the mass importation of people who hate your civilization is a very, very bad idea. This is something we've been talking about here at Taylor Weir for quite a long time, importing literally millions of people across the West who despise your civilization is a very, very bad idea. It's difficult to come up with a more bigoted Islamophobic and cliched trailer than this one. Okay, so I have a question. Why is it Islamophobic to point out what ISIS actually does and says? It turns out that he's going to have to explain to me how an Islamic terror group that is literally doing everything that is done in the movie is done by Islamic terror groups all over the world. Why is depicting those people on screen Islamophobic? He's going to explain how that actually implicates all of Islam. Does it? I mean, if it does, then maybe Medi should explain. Why is it Islamophobic to literally just quote ISIS doing ISIS things? I don't like ISIS doing ISIS things. I think it's bad. And so therefore, I'm very much in favor of movies that paint ISIS as the bad guys. Why that is remotely controversial? Or hiding behind the rubric of Islamophobia is bizzara world. Bizarro world. Bigoted. Why is that bigoted? See, why is it bigoted to say, you know, it's bad that ISIS does ISIS stuff and wants to murder Americans? And we'd love to set up a caliphate here in the United States if they could. Why is that any of that quote unquote Islam a father? Why are you hiding behind a nonsense word? Why are you doing that? And then he says also Hollywood has refused to tell the story of radical Islam. Is Shapiro insane or just gaslighting? Muslims have been the main villains in Hollywood for decades, even predating 9/11. That's just horses. And it's not true. I mean, seriously, you could probably count on one hand, the number of movies, major movies where Muslims are the villains. And in fact, Hollywood routinely changed Muslims from being the villains of films like over and over. Most famously, there's a Ben Affleck movie that was rooted in an in an action novel. By the same way I did hunt for a October. There's a Jack Ryan movie called the sum of all fears. And some of all fears was supposed to be about Palestinian terrorists in the book it is. They changed it to Russians. That sort of stuff happens all the time in Hollywood all the time. Hollywood is constantly doing movies about the neo Nazis about the about the radical Russians. Even the North Koreans, they'll stay away from the Chinese because there's too much for Chinese movie market. But they have really stayed away from ever since 9/11. I'm old enough to remember when the show, 24 literally had to deploy key for Sutherland to apologize publicly for possible Islamophobia in the show because there was a season about the counterterrorism unit, which is what 24 was about. Right show in which Muslims were the bad guys and it turns out by the way, even the Muslims were working for some sort of cross national corporate organization or something. Because that's how Hollywood always has to play it. So you know, like a falls out depiction of exactly what ISIS does. I'm not sure how that's Islamophobic. And if you think it is, you're telling on yourself because I think we should be phobic of ISIS. They're the bad guys. I mean, I think that it is good that the American people know who their enemies are and what those people think and what they say and what they do. And Kyle Scrip definitely does that. It definitely, I mean, again, the trailer is just the tip of the iceberg. They're pissed off at the trailer wait until they see the film. Again, I don't understand why it is incredible me. People are upset because the movie is anti ISIS. And meanwhile, people who legitimately sympathize with ISIS, like, for example, the idiot streamer, Sneakow. He put out a tweet, the coup farr are getting so desperate. They're trying to do Bush era propaganda in 2026. No one cares anymore. We all know the Israelis are the real terrorists. Now, I would just like to point out at this point, the root of of coup farr is also a cuffier, which is infidel. So he's literally calling people infidel. In that tweet, he's calling people infidel. Saying the infidel are desperate. The infidel. And by the way, Sneakow says you should be afraid of the Uddin, of course. Yeah, he was literally chanting Nazi propaganda. Now, the, this is the same guy who openly says, quote, congrats to Abdullah El Sayyed, the first Muslim to win a primary for the US Senate. Islam will save America in Shallah. I don't know. I feel like maybe we should be a little concerned. Sneakow, the guy who's telling you you should not worry about Islam. Literally goes out on the streets of New York and chance that Islam is about to take over America. And we're supposed to just pretend this is not anything that is happening here in the United States, or that it is totally crazy to make a movie in which the ISIS aligned and their sympathizers are the bad guys. I don't know. I kind of feel like they're the bad guys. And as for the notion that ISIS is just not a threat in America, yeah, they kind of are actually. In fact, ISIS remains the chief threat of terrorism worldwide today. According to the global terrorism index, 20% of all terrorist groups of all terrorists attacks on planet earth are attributable to ISIS right now. Hey, and of course we've seen a multiplicity of radical Islamic attacks in the United States, not including 9/11, which killed 3,000 people in injured 6,000. And we're all supposed to pretend that never happened. It is insane to me that we as a country have decided that September 11th is totally irrelevant, totally irrelevant. And in the city where 3,000 people were murdered by radical Muslims, the city of New York decided to make its mayor a person who is sympathetic to radical Islam. It's insane. It is totally crazy. But this is where we are. And that is indeed a threat. But you know, just take the last decade and a half or so, the 2009 Ford hood shooting 13 killed 30 injured the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing, 3 killed 260 plus injured. The 2014 Queen's hatchet attack to NYPD officers injured the 2015 shadowing a military recruitment center shooting 5 killed 2 injured. 2015 San Bernardino attack 14 killed 22 injured the 2016 Orlando Pulse nightclub shooting 49 killed 53 injured. 2016 New York City New Jersey bombings 31 injured 2016 Ohio State University attacks 11 injured 2019 Pensacola Naval Air Station shooting 3 killed 8 injured. 2020 Corpus Christy base attack 1 injured 2025 New Orleans Bourbon Street attack. That was the one where the truck actually had an ISIS flag on the back of it 14 killed 57 plus injured. See, so here's the thing. I don't know. I feel like we should be concerned about ISIS and all the people who are willing to defend ISIS by just shouting Islamophobia. We should be concerned about those people. We should. We should be talking about the threat of radical Islam. How do I know that? Well, I mean, one reason is we will probably have to spend millions of dollars as a company on security because we're making a movie depicting radical Muslim terrorists as radical Muslim terrorists. Now, I can tell you this. If we made a movie about Christian nationalists and how evil they are, we would not have to up our security. We would not. But if I literally took out a piece of paper right now and drew a stick figure and wrote the word Mohammed with an arrow to it, I would have to up my security radically. That says something about an ideology. Does it not? Here's the thing. If I have nothing to fear from devotees of an ideology, and I really shouldn't have to worry about people being murdered because I speak about that ideology. In Salman Rushdie, he wrote a book 30 years ago and the Iranians put a fought law on him and he stabbed in the eye 30 years later. And unfortunately, unfortunately, when he scratched beneath the surface of the Islamic communities across the west, it turns out there are an awful lot of people who believe awfully radical things. For example, just two years ago, a Henry Jackson society poll of British Muslims found that 52% of them, a majority believed it should be illegal to draw Mohammed illegal. You should be legally punished for drawing Mohammed. That same poll found that British Muslims are more likely to have a positive than a negative view of Hamas. And by the way, a lot of that sentiment is shared across the pond here in the United States. A Pew poll from just a couple of months ago found that 44% of American Muslims expressed favorable, favorable views of the terrorist group Hamas. 44%. And there's a reason that Abdul El Sayyad won 90% of deer born. The same city where Jake Lang was getting the crap kicked out of him the other day. And it turns out there are a lot of Muslims in the west who are willing to morally equivocate about radical Islamic terrorism and violence and then shout Islamophobia the minute you notice it. And there are a bunch of leftists who are willing not only to fellow travel with it, but are willing to ingest it and buy it, make it part of their program. A sort of left wing version of Tekia. The Islamic doctrine that says you're allowed to lie during wartime in order to achieve your objectives. Bernie Sanders, again, is one of the people who's lying. Now, so Matt Eglace has a piece over at the New York Times and he notes quite clearly and correctly that Bernie Sanders' program is not particularly popular with the general American public. He says, "Primaries are the place to have party fights about issues and hash out to agreements, but victories like Dr. L. Syed's call for greater scrutiny of the political judgments of Mr. Sanders and his movement, forcing us to reckon with exactly what their project is all about. They're focused on factual organizing while narrowly effective and sometimes left them at odds with the Democratic Party. And some candidates, particularly those in the DSA, are articulating a vision that could make it more difficult for Democrats to expand their appeal across America. They are building this organization in part out of misleading narratives about the Democratic Party. Basically, Eglace is a subset that the DSA is attacking, the Democrats in driving down favorable ratings for the Democrats and also noting that a lot of the DSA positions are not mainstream." So the new Democratic program, including from people like Bernie Sanders, is to just lie about what the DSA wants to do. So here was Bernie Sanders, literally yesterday claiming that people don't believe in the things they are clearly and openly saying they believe in. - I know serious persons that I know who is running for office believes in quote unquote deep funding. The police, I was in May of eight years, I worked very closely with cops. They have a very difficult job. Do we need police reform? Do we need to get rid of racism? When the police departments absolutely are their jobs that other people can be doing in terms of mental health, drug addiction, and outflows on a cop's shoulders? Yeah, I think we should look at that. But nobody I know believes in deep funding the police in terms of doing away with prisons. I hope the day comes. I hope the day comes when we don't lead the world in the number of people who are in costary. That speaks very poorly of our society. But does that mean that there should not be dangerous people who should be behind bars? Of course, everybody agrees with that. Open borders, no. We all, most of us believe in comprehensive immigration, reform, not opening up all the borders. - Well, there's only one problem, which is that the DSA candidates are constantly talking about what they believe. Here, for example, is the DSA, nominating, and Chris Rab in the Pennsylvania Third Congressional District, saying, "Sure, of course we should abolish ICE." - Do you want to abolish ICE? - Absolutely. And dismantle the immigrant concentration camps. - Okay, so there's that. How about DSA member Frances Gill? She says that they're not going to back away from prison abolition. - Do you think Kailer should go to prison on rape issue, go to prison, especially non-citizens? Should non-citizens that are Kailer rape should they be deported? - I mean, you know who I think should go to prison or the people who are protecting the Jeffrey Epstein. And people who are on the question. - So just answer the question. Do you think people should go to prison for being murderers? This is so simple. You could just say yes. People should go to jail because they killed somebody. - The billionaires were stealing. - Of course I believe so. Like 99% of Americans. - You don't answer in the question. - Frances Gill, you're not saying. - She cannot say. - She cannot say. - Yeah, so when someone breaks down your door and your family's inside, you're in to me like, I'm sorry, I can't call the police, it's just wrong. I'm not going to call the police. I'm just going to fight. - No, don't worry. They will send the police to take over and property. - I'm not going to take over in my benefit from armed enforcement. But I am going to suggest that right now what we're doing is way too far in the opposite direction. - Again, again, the Democrats are just pretending this isn't happening. It absolutely is happening. Hassan Piker, who again, campaigned throughout the Michigan Senate primary with Abdul El Sayed. Abdul El Sayed, by the way, now he's kind of fibing. He's been asked about whether he's going to continue campaigning with Piker and he refuses to answer the question. He keeps saying the same thing. It doesn't matter who I'm campaigning with. It matters who I'm campaigning to. Well, no, it kind of matters who you're campaigning with. It speaks where you are ideologically. Well, Hassan Piker, when he apparently is not torturing his dog, is advocating for prison abolition. I'm 100% closer to the prison abolitionist perspective than the average American's framework on this issue. Because, oh my God, you guys literally fantasized about the violent crimes that someone might have committed and you fantasized further about how you need to create an equal vengeance structure. American sometimes literally feel, American sometimes literally feel like they want to be the rapist murderers. Americans want to be the rapist murderers. This is Hassan Piker. This guy is the ideological thought leader of the Democratic Party. He's eating burying his lunch at this point. By the way, these DSA leaders, people like Emma, Vigiland and Francis Gill, they are now saying that it should be a requirement for them to endorse candidates, that those candidates openly support dismantling the government. This is actually something that we committed to at convention, having our endorsed candidates supporting the program. It's a requirement now. And so that'll be incorporated into our endorsement process. It sounds so radical, like abolishes the Senate, abolishes the Supreme Court, like, et cetera, et cetera. But it's really, it's not like that's those are the things that need to happen in order to have a political system that actually like works for working people. - You know, it might sound radical to, you know, eat all the rich people, but it's really not. And if you say it's not, then it won't be radical anymore. Okay, so the Democrats didn't really have a line, right? I mean, obviously they are fine without dual al-Saya, they're fine with Zorn Mamdani. They're fine with Adam Hamalli. But it turns out they do have one line. Asian American ladies with judge doom eyes, you know, like from who framed Roger Rabbit? The, you know, like, that's the part, that's the movie where Christopher Lloyd gets run over by a steam roller and then he pops up and he's cartoon with his eyes popping out of his skull. So, yeah, Francesca Hong has that. She's an Asian American lady with judge doom eyes and she says the quiet part out loud. So, here's the deal. You're allowed to say that Israel is evil, that Ayatollah Khameini, you have no words on it, that when somebody tries to mow down Jewish school children, that really is just a reflection of Israeli policy and Lebanon and also that we ought to be head and put on a pike, the Ogurjon Federman. But if you don't like Thanksgiving and you happen to be unfortunately not brown enough, well then you're toast. Here was Bernie Sanders declining to endorse Francesca Hong, Francesca Hong is the DSA candidate who is likely to become the Democratic nominee for governor in Wisconsin. - I noticed you haven't yet endorsed in the Wisconsin governor's race. What's your thinking there and might you endorse, or? - I don't think so. I met Francesca a couple of years ago in Wisconsin and she seems very, very nice. But again, this is a race. I just am not that familiar with. We have not gotten involved in many governors races. I think we did one in Maine with Troy Jackson. Obviously my major concern right now is seeing that we have a Senate and a House that is gonna stand up to Trump. That's really where my focus is. As of now we have not been involved in that race. - So what's the problem with Francesca? I mean what's the problem? Okay, so you might say that's because she's too nutty. That she might be a little bit crazy because of course she has bunch of tweets that are crazy. So does Abdul Al-Sahead and he's campaigning with a dude who said that 9/11 was deserved. So what is the distinguishing feature? I mean Francesca Hung is doing all the things. She's even doing the Tickia thing. She's backtracking here, right? She's pretending she doesn't believe the thing. She clearly believes. She was asked by Politico about old tweets saying that she doesn't like Thanksgiving. And now she says she loves Thanksgiving. So she's doing all the things you want to do Bernie. Why won't you just endorse her? - My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. 'Cause I love it. - I love it. - Yep. - I don't want to get it. I actually love it. We bring actually it's kind of a, it laws and family members and they're in laws and it's a big event. I'm just, I'm gonna be real. I'm kind of a commercial when it comes to holidays in general. - Well, she's trying to do it. Bernie, so why don't you just give her the love? Why don't you give her that democratic socialist, democratic party love? Why won't you just do it? Well, I have a theory. And the theory is that Francesca Hong is Asian. If Francesca Hong were a Somali, like Ilhan Omar, or if she were descended from Palestinians, like we're shooting to leave, or if she were Ugandan, like Zorn Mamdani, well then she'd be intersectional enough but she's not intersectional enough. There's a study at UC Berkeley 2024 and here is what that study found. Quote, "White Democrats now approve more highly of politicians of color and of similar white politicians, a change that has occurred over the last decade. This has implications for the viability of candidates of color when political elites have long viewed as less electable." Okay, so here's the problem. Francesca Hong, not intersectional enough. To Asian, Asian as Francesca Hong has said because again, she herself exists in the milieu of the far left. She has said herself that she's basically white adjacent. Because Asian-Americans are a successful minority or use very often in discussions as quote unquote the model minority because it turns out that people immigrate to the United States, dirt, pouring can become incredibly successful if you just basically follow certain simple rules that is still true now, by the way. But Francesca Hong has the unfortunate and uncontrollable problem, which is that she is not from one of the more diverse intersectionality places. And that is a problem for she's white. a Jason's and so she can't buy her way back in. You can be as crazy as you want to be. So long as you're coming from a third world country that is not Asian. But if you're coming from a nation country, you got a problem. So, you know, good luck to Francesca Hong. But here is the thing. This moderating attempt, right, the DSA trying to moderate or the Democratic Party trying to moderate the DSA, it's not going to work. It's not going to work because every time the Democrats try to moderate the DSA, they're going to learn that the DSA is not trapped in there with the Democrats. The Democrats are trapped in there with the DSA. Alexander Ocasio-Cortez is now being outflanked. So, she's out there tweeting about the green new deal for public housing and creating hundreds of thousands of union jobs and it's boring. It's boring. AOC is out there endorsing Hakeem Jeffries for Speaker. A lot of the Democratic Socialists don't like Hakeem Jeffries. He's quote unquote, "two moderate." Here she was with Jen Socky endorsing Hakeem Jeff. Is she an establishmentarian now? Has she been outflanked? Do you still feel though if Democrats went back to the House that Hakeem Jeffries is the white one, right, person to lead? You know, I've engaged in many conversations with leader Jeffries. And for me, one, and we have a broad caucus, right? For me, I have made very clear that one of my priorities in determining, and in a leader determination, is securing public housing, financing for New York City. And leader Jeffries has made his prioritization for the residents of public housing very clear. And for that reason, I will be supporting Hakeem Jeffries for leader. Hmm, well, we're not enjoying grades. How and none of this. So, the psychotic lady who used to be at Reason Magazine, she's out there tweeting five years ago, the left was collectively making the case for abolition and already fun and gaining public opinion wins. Today, they're making the case for why elected progressives are justified in abandoning the agenda. Our AOC at all worth abandoning core socialist principles. So, in the end, for the Democratic Party, let's be real. They're just going to give way to this. It's lie back and think of Moscow, which brings us to Chuck Schumer. So, Chuck Schumer, he has been the target of Abdul-El-Sahiad for a while. Abdul-El-Sahiad hates him for a few reasons. You might be able to guess, actually. And Abdul-El-Sahiad wants him not to be the Senate majority leader. So, Chuck Schumer bent over and took it. He gave El-Sahiad a tepid endorsement. And Schumer said, "What people don't understand is that a big tent is a strength, not a weakness. It's how you build a majority." Oh, boy. And one time, a TPSI gave a speech, which I suggested, "It ideological movements need borders." He got otherwise. The problem with a big tent, as Grover Norquist once said, is that it allows a lot of clowns in. And once the clowns take the stage, they now run the party. Chuck Schumer, perfectly willing to just take it from El-Sahiad, because now his party decided to nominate a person who is wildly anti-American for Senate in Michigan. And as for Debbie Dingle, that wasn't even the worst quote. Yesterday, Debbie Dingle, "You're going to need mind bleach after this one." Representative Debbie Dingle, who is an elderly white lady from Michigan. She said that she doesn't understand Hassan Pike, or well, she, you know, I'm going to let her speak for herself, because after you hear this, you're just going to want to vomit 360 directions, like Linda Blair in the Exorcist. I went to the back of the event that he was at, because it was in my district, and I'm just trying to understand him. And I quite frankly don't agree with many of the statements that Hassan Pike for his made, but he is a very, I've learned that very, very popular online has a, he's an influencer. He has a great deal of foulers. And that's the way that if those been running his campaign, he's run a very strong social media campaign. I actually, I mean, I don't get how he has so many foulers to be perfectly frank, but I'm following him now because I'm trying to understand it. So I'm not defending it. I don't agree with things that he has said, but it's an interesting phenomenon. And you can tell that there's interference in generations because I don't know, he's got a lot of foulers. And I'm still trying to, I guess he works out. And when he works out, he looks really good. So just going to swallow whole from the DSA, whatever they have because, because he looks good when he works out, says the old white lady about Hassan Pike. Okay, Democrats, good luck to you. I'm not sure that most Americans are on board with all of this. And the blowback is coming. It's just a question whether Republicans can capitalize upon it. So Zoramazani showed up in Staten Island, who's actually booed off stage in Staten Island because it turns out a lot of normy Americans are not up for this. Yeah, a lot of you will not fans over in Staten Island, not not not exactly a shock, not exactly a shock. Well, again, the best thing the Democrats can do and they know it is just to lie about who they are. So Captain Lang about who he is is James Telluriko over in Texas. James Telluriko is again, sort of cosplaying as religious, howdy-duty type who just loves Transing the kids. He tries to avoid the Transing the kids conversation, but this is the game. This is the game. So here is, it is one of the most irritating things that I find people doing on the left is selectively citing the Bible when they clearly don't believe in many of the core beliefs of the Bible. It's very, very irritating. So James Telluriko is out there doing these sort of peat-booted judge routine. He says that if Jesus came back today, both parties would be uncomfortable with Jesus. Well, I mean, the Democratic Party would be uncomfortable with Jesus for about a thousand reasons if Jesus were to come back today. Like a lot of them up to and including the fact that Jesus lived as a Jew. So they wouldn't like that very much, but that would be like, you know, you know, I mean, number five or six on their list of reasons, not like Jesus. Anyway, here is James Telluriko talking about how both parties would be uncomfortable with Jesus. Well, I mean, again, Jesus is anti-probably the New Testament, traditional Christianity, not in favor of what, 97% of the Democratic platform at this point. If Jesus came back today with political party, you think would be most uncomfortable with it. I think both political parties would be deeply uncomfortable. I think Jesus is far more radical than any political party. And when I say radical, I don't mean extreme. The word radical comes from the Latin word for root. So Jesus goes to the root of our problems and he calls us to a deeper love, a deeper justice, a deeper peace. And so I think he would challenge both political parties to keep working toward a more radical vision for democracy, more rights, more opportunities for more of our neighbors. Hmm, that's a take. That's a take. Also James Telluriko, you know, speaking normal, dem language, he's saying the trickle down economics is theft and all the rest of this kind of stuff. Republicans and some Democrats sold the false gospel of trickle down economics. That idea, that the best way to grow the economy is to let the rich get richer and forget about everybody else. That the best way to motivate wealthy people is to give them money. And the best way to motivate the rest of us is to take it away. Some day, somehow they told us the gains would trickle down to the rest of us. Trickle down economics is not a theory. It is theft. For 50 years, for 50 years, billionaire mega donors and their puppet politicians have been stealing from the American people. Stealing the wealth that we created with their bribes, their bailouts, and their billionaire tax breaks. I mean, again, stealing from like every taxation is a taking from someone. As for the notion that the wealth transfers in the United States move up, not down, I would love for him to look at just a chart of tax expenditures in the United States. That's obviously not, it's not true, obviously. Here's the thing, that is typical sort of Democrats, Vick. Okay, fine. We've been doing this crap since John Edwards in 2004 and long before. But the real story about Tallahuret co is that Tallahuret co is a wildly radical candidate. He is extraordinarily radical. In 2021, he had lined a drag queen show with children, according to the Washington Freebeacon. He had lined an LGBTQ festival that featured the absolute cutest and youngest of our drag performer, an 11-year-old boy, drag queen, who goes by the stage name Queen Kiki. A horrifying child abuse. He was up for it. Tallahuret co and Queen Kiki, a local preteen named Kegan, were the biggest attraction. The group wrote what we will be hosting numerous speakers, such as state representative James just telluriko, tellin' to do it. musical guests such as Venus loves Mars and the absolute cutest and youngest of our drag performers Queen Kiki. By the way, some of the other performers included a drag queen named Sedania face. You get it? Sit on your face. Yeah, all the best people. That dude, as senator from Texas, Republicans really have to blow it. For James Talleriko to be leading in the polls right now, so I wonder where the polls are right now. You know, I'm going to go check them out like Republicans would have to do a pretty crappy job for James Talleriko to actually win that. That's entity in text. I mean, that thing should not even be close to competitive. Hold on. I'm just going to pull this up right now. Oh no. Oh no. James Talleriko is now leading in the last four consecutive polls in text. Now, maybe listen, that's a summer bump. Maybe all the Republicans come home. But Jesse Waters is not wrong when he says the Ken Pax in auto, you know, leave his house and start talking about James Talleriko at a certain point here. I agree. You got to hit him on the issues and Paxton should be doing that. Where's Paxton? I've seen Mitch McConnell more than Paxton. McConnell's been in the hospital all summer. Get out of your whole Paxton and do something. I can't win this race for you. It's not on Fox. Coruse some money. Do we hit and lay the lumber to this guy? I mean, he's younger and he's got a little energy and he's new or whatever. But come on. If you lose this seat for Republicans in Texas, you should seek asylum in Mexico. Okay. Again, a few things here. One, obviously, Jesse's correct. Two, maybe people should have thought about whether it was a good idea to nominate Paxton, a deeply flawed candidate before nominating Paxton, a deeply flawed candidate in Texas. And just like John Corn as much as you want, Cornwood, a clean Dalleriko. Anyway, let's do a quick Spider-Man capsule review. We do have a much longer video that's going to come out tomorrow of my review of the Spider-Man new day film. I'm going to give you my quick capsule review and then we're going to get to SpaceX announcing a new factory and maybe a couple other things. So capsule review of Spider-Man. Not a top five Spider-Man movie. It is heavily CGI to obviously, I'll admit to you. Again, I'm more of a DC than a marble guy. So when it comes to a Spider-Man, I will take Batman over Spider-Man any day of the week and twice on Sundays. With that said, Spider-Man is amusing and fun and Spider-Man is really designed for a younger audience. My kids can watch most of the Spider-Man movies. I showed them Spider-Man into the Spider-Verse. They watch that the other day. They loved it. By the way, the best Spider-Man movie. I don't think it's close to actually the best Spider-Man movie. And then the original Toby McGuire Spider-Man movies. This one, eh, eh. It's fun. You're not going to feel bad walking out of the theater because it's a Spider-Man movie. And you expect to watch, Spidey, like do things on the screen. The biggest problem with the film is sort of thematic in nature. If you recall, the last film, the last Spider-Man film. The last Spider-Man film was really fun because it had all the old Spider-Man coming back from the multiverse, right? You had Toby McGuire who showed up in Andrew Garfield who showed up and you had Tom Holland who again, I think is a really well-cast Spider-Man. He's supposed to be basically a teenager. And the very end of that film was Dr. Strange erasing everybody's memories so nobody knew who Spidey was, including MJ and his best friend. And this entire film is designed to undo that movie. I'll give you all the details tomorrow. No, but yeah, suffice it to say, like if you're just looking for kind of a throw away good time at the theater, then it's fine. If you're looking for like one of the greatest superhero films ever made, I will say I do not think that it is justifying its hall right now, but again, it's not sort of insulting in any way. It's just kind of eh, just kind of, but I'll give you the full review tomorrow on YouTube. So make sure that you tune in for that. Also on the cultural front, apparently the brand new A24 trailer for the to catch a predator movie called Primetime is getting all sorts of traffic. So let's take a look at it and see what we think. Is your time for our rehearsal? We're gonna shoot through ourself. Come in. I don't know how to love this. Predator has never had the recognition of deserves. One something that matters. No more bodencers. I want to weigh them. Don't you just want to okay? So I know listen, Robert Pattinson is one of the best working actors. He really is really really good. I assume that this is uh it feels like a half take off on uninserved night crawler. It looks like they're playing Chris Hansen as the villain in this sort of. I'm curious just how much of this is going to be based on like an actual true story. But um I mean it looks well directed in a 24th good studio obviously so I mean it looks good. I'm very curious as to what the actual plot line is going to be. They have not released much information about the about the actual plot line of the film and it's not a fictionalized version of the film. Right so I assume that this means since Chris Hansen is still alive. I assume that this means that he had to sign off on the contents of the film otherwise he would just sue the living hell out of them. So it can't just be a rip on Chris Hansen I assume. So anyway uh I'm curious you have peaked my interest. In meanwhile in sort of some nice cultural news the Grammy-nominated artist Mike Posner has now been baptized which is great. So Posner Posner revealed that he's rewritten the lyrics to his hit song. I took a pill in Ibiza to better reflect his newfound faith and the profound ways his life has changed more than a dozen years after its release. He wrote the original song according to protestia at a time when he was searching for meaning at the height of his fame following the success of his earlier hit cooler than me. And he said he put out a post in which he said for me to be a Christian means to aspire with all mind body insult to live as Christ did to forgive all of the people to treat all other people especially the least among us whether that be the poorest of the poor financially or the loneliest of the lonely with an impossible level of compassion grace and most of all love means to live with an impossibly high standard of goodness toward others so much that I need God's help to even get me close. It means listening to the little voice inside me that I believe comes from God that tells me to do right the right thing even when I don't feel like it. If it isn't causing me to love more people more fully it isn't got done. That's great. Now more of this this seems like a very very good thing. Okay one more thing and then we will get to the member block where we'll get to everything foreign policy related and there's some foreign policy things happening right now. So Elon yesterday announced that he would be launching a tariff ad manufacturing site in Texas and this led to a bajillion tweets about how terrible on the ones side it is and how good it is on the other. Okay I'm of the view that Americans need higher wages the best way to create higher wages is to create more jobs the best way to create more jobs is to innovate. So that's a good thing. Here was the clip of SpaceX announcing its new tariff ad manufacturing facility in Texas. So you can see it's going to be you know obviously very very high tech and sort of a computer generated vision of what tariff ad is going to look like almost its own city and SpaceX announced that that it and Tesla would be building the most epic chip building effort in the world. Mining logic memory and advanced packaging all under one roof they broke ground on a new research fab on the North Campus of Giga Texas that is the precursor to tariff ad. And now they announced that we'll be building in Grimes County Texas not in California obviously because Elon moved pretty much all these facilities out of California. He combined SpaceX and Tesla demand for chips is expected to be an access of one terawatt of compute which is significantly larger than the entire current global supply. Okay that is that is a good thing that is a good thing for Americans. All the people who are very very concerned about our precious bodily fluids and also the idea that farmland is going to be taken up here is the thing. If you would like for wages to outpace inflation meaning that's that's what causes relatively speaking prices to go down. If you would like for all that to happen and you need more innovation, you need more jobs. And Elon is providing those things. The fact that so many people have treated Elon like a villain when he's providing legitimately tens of thousands of not hundreds of thousands of jobs is insane to me. It is also a great reminder that, yes, America does need certain types of immigrants, like for example, Elon Musk.
