Ep. 1819 - Lunatic DA Keeps Releasing Violent Black Criminals. Innocent Women Are Paying The Price

Dequan Hunt is a name you won't find anywhere in the pages of the New York Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, or Atlantic Magazine. He's never been mentioned by Reuters Axios or the Associated Press. You won't come across Hunt's name if you get your news from CNN, or CBS, or NBC, or ABC. In short, there is no mainstream media interest in Dequan Hunt whatsoever, and there never will be. What makes Hunt so inconvenient for the media censors, the people who would prefer to bury all evidence of his crimes, is that he has an Instagram account. And on an Instagram account over the past few days, Hunt has posted several live streams in which he assaults women on the street in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been broadcasting in graphic detail his deranged and unprovoked attacks on female bystanders going about their day. Here's one of them, just one, in which he rants about McDonald's before chasing a white woman in the traffic as he threatens to hurt her. Watch. Now, that footage was posted on July 29th. The next day, Hunt, having somehow not been jailed after the incident we just watched, which was a crime, in case you didn't know. Live streamed another attack where he came across a woman holding a get-well-soon balloon, and he immediately punches her, knocks her unconscious on the pavement, an injury that clearly has the potential to be fatal. As he stands over the woman's body, he taunts her, and screams about killing people. Now, we can't show this unedited video in its entirety. For obvious reasons, you can easily find it, well, you can at least find it on X, probably not anywhere else. But it's important to understand the reality of what's happening. So here's some of the footage. Well, July 21st, July 21st, the second one, my son was real killed from the south side of apartments. Now, what I told you trying to trump is they're all in the order that you're waiting for, but you killing my kid and the tapes and everywhere. That's the real issue. You sitting here playing with me. July 21st is the real issue. July 21st, that's the real issue. Now, I don't wait for me. Now, these are not random attacks, despite what you may have heard. First of all, hunts specifically targeted defenseless and unsuspecting women who were not black. And secondly, these attacks were engineered at a policy level by the black DA in Charlotte, whose name is Spencer Maryweather. And you can see him right there. Now, in both of those respects, these attacks resemble the slaughter of Irene Zorutska on the light rail system in Charlotte, just a short drive away from where these live streams were recorded. Like to Carlos Brown, who is the black psychopath who killed Zorutska, hunts made sure that he wasn't ambushing anyone who could fight back. For all the talk about how crazy these barbarians are somehow, they're always very particular about the kinds of people they try to murder. You'll notice that they rarely target anyone who appears to have the physical capacity to fight back. They're crazy and yet choosing their targets carefully. How does that work? Nobody can explain or cares to explain. And secondly, like to Carlos Brown, hunts had a criminal history so extensive and so obviously incompatible with life and a civilized society that he should have been executed many years ago. Neither one of these animals should have been allowed anywhere near the public, both of them benefited from the fact that Democrats in position of authority, always and everywhere, release violent criminals from prison as quickly as possible, as long as they're not white. And we'll talk at some length about Maryweather as well as hunts criminal history, but let's start with this. Look at these two images. Okay, these two images should be iconic because they tell the story. You know, not just the story of the crime problem in Charlotte, although they do tell that story, but also the story of American society in modern times, general. On the left, we have a young woman who had been cheerful and happy, apparently on her way to visit a sick friend or relative, on the right, a degenerate black man, unstable, volatile, disturbed, more than a dozen prior arrests wandering around the streets, rambling nonsensically, angry for no reason, brutally assaulting any woman he comes across. The two happen across paths. The woman waves at the man. The man answers by savagely assaulting her. And this is the aftermath. Now, for years, our laws and institutions have dedicated themselves to protecting, coddling, and indulging the person on the right, often at the immediate expense of the person on the left. It would not overstate the case to say that our system made a choice. It shows to trade the person on the left for the person on the right. It was decided that the person on the right must be free, must be comfortable, must be cared for and fed and clothed, literally no matter what the cost. If the cost is crime and disorder, if the cost is the breakdown of the social fabric, if the cost is the death of countless innocents, no cost is too high. Any price must be paid simply to keep the person on the right, the chronically dysfunctional violent anti-social black criminal, alive and free, and walking the streets. Now, a functional society organizes itself the opposite way. The priority is protecting the person on the left, the innocent woman or innocent child or innocent man. While the person on the right, the malevolent maladjusted criminal is rightly seen as having no value to society, a net negative, nothing but a problem to be solved. And you solve it by throwing that person in a cage forever and forgetting that he ever existed. Or if his crimes warrant a harsher response, and this guy's case they do, you give him a fair trial, you convict him according to the laws of the land, and then you promptly execute him and bury him in a grave that nobody will ever visit, because he has no friends and no family that cares about him. You only have to ask yourself a simple question. And the answer to this question should determine your position on issues of so-called criminal justice. The question is this, out of these two people, which one would you rather have walking around your neighborhood? You can't say both, because if you want the person on the right walking around, that means it's not safe for the person on the left. This is a zero-sum game. So which would you prefer? If you're a sane person and you say that obviously you'd prefer to live in a neighborhood where the person on the left is walking around, that means the person on the right and every depraved, vicious predator like him must be removed from society. That is what a functional society does. A functional society gives all the benefit, all the leeway, all the priority to the person on the left. But we don't live in a functional society anymore. So instead prosecutors are flat out refusing to prosecute the generate criminals. Matt Van Swole used to work at the Department of Energy, obtained all of the court records for Dequan Hunt going back more than a decade. And here's what he found from 2012 to 2018. There's more than that, much more, but we'll start with this six-year period. And keep in mind, as you listen to this, that this guy is 32 years old. So his criminal record begins when he's 18, but we can assume with a hundred percent certainty that his juvenile record is extensive as well. But it's all been expunged because during the civil rights era are elites determined that it's racist to keep track of crimes that are overwhelmingly committed by black teenagers. Specifically 1967, a commission set up by LBJ recommended that every state pass a law preventing the public from accessing the criminal records of juveniles. Now there was never any logic behind this move. You know, if somebody like Dequan Hunt, hypothetically, assaults dozens of people from the ages of, you know, 12 to 17, there's no doubt that he's going to be a threat to the public for the rest of his life. I mean, it's absurd to believe that the moment he turns 18, he's going to somehow mature and grow out of it or something. You know how many crimes are committed by normal teenagers who actually have a future in society? Very few. Now a normal teenager going through a phase of kind of normal teenage rebellion may get himself into trouble for relatively petty infractions, but if a teenager is prowling around, committing serious, brutal, perverse, horrifying crimes against innocent people for no reason, then he will almost certainly continue to commit such crimes and worse as an adult. The fact is habitual crime, a criminal behavior as a teenager is the single best predictor of habitual criminal behavior as an adult, and it's precisely for that reason not in spite of it, that civil rights activists prevent the public from seeing juvenile records. So with that in mind, here's Dequan Hunt's criminal record past the age of 18, which is the arbitrary date that were suddenly allowed to keep track. Watch. So I've obtained all of the arrest records for Dequan Hunt, the man who was brutally beating white women in Charlotte, North Carolina last week. And I want you to tell me, if you notice any sort of a pattern here, okay? So December 2012 Hunt is arrested for assault on a female, cases dismissed. July 2017, Hunt is also arrested for assault on a female, cases dismissed. That same month he's arrested for violating a domestic violence protective order, cases dismissed. November 2017 Hunt is arrested for assault on a female again, cases dismissed again. That same month again, another domestic violence protective order violation, cases dismissed. January 2018, another domestic violence protective order violation, cases dismissed. So just so you're counting, six cases, all six violence against women or domestic violence protective orders, six dismissals. Now the reason for all the dismissals obviously has nothing to do with a lack of evidence. You don't get arrested six times when there's no case against you. What happened here is that prosecutors in Charlotte made the determination that it would be racist to send to Quant Hunt to prison. They believe as a matter of policy that black people can victimize anyone they want, especially white women as a form of reparations. If you don't believe that, consider the following statements from one of Hunt's recent victims. It was attacked in December of 2025. Now the man recently spoke to a local news station WBTV, granted him anonymity because he's still in fear of his life. And according to this individual and court records, Hunt approached him at the light rail station, located near the spectrum center in Charlotte. Hunt was committing a crime simply by being there. He'd already been banned by the Charlotte area transit system. But on this occasion, in addition to trespassing, Hunt was looking to terrorize the general public, which is his favorite thing to do. He was armed with a gun, a knife and a hatchet. Seeing the man Hunt lifted up his shirt and asked, "Are you ready to die today?" The man froze for a moment before escaping police arrested Hunt and he was charged with four misdemeanors, including assault with a deadly weapon, which apparently is a misdemeanor and the dystopian hellscape of Charlotte. In just a few months on March 18, Hunt accepted a plea deal from the prosecutors for assault with a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed weapon. He was sentenced to time served, meaning he didn't have to spend any additional time in prison. This is from WBTV reporting on the circumstances of the plea deal, quote, "Hunt had been in the Mecklenburg County jail for 89 days since his arrest three months earlier on December 18, 2025. He was released the day of a sentencing. I had to go to court in March for my incident and they gave him basically a slap on the wrist." The man said. He said he spoke with the DA's office before sentencing. They pulled me into a room and basically said that they felt he had been punished enough and were giving him time served. He said, "I was shocked, but what am I going to say to the DA? I tried to put my two cents in and they didn't want to hear it." When asked what he would say to the DA and judge now, the man said, "This is on their hands. I think they owe everybody an apology. They need to lock these people up. It's time to stop giving people a pass." So there it is. The prosecutors determined that Hunt had been punished enough because he spent 89 days in the county jail while awaiting trial. This is someone who, by this point, has multiple prior arrests for attacking women in public, all of which the DA dismissed. He's violated multiple domestic violence protective orders, which means he's terrorizing women even after he's been explicitly told by court to stay away from those particular women. Again, the DA dropped all those charges. Now, after threatening to murder a man while armed with a hatchet and a firearm at the light rail station where he's banned from being in the first place on public property, the DA's conclusion is that 89 days in jail is enough of a sentence. The time he spent the jail because he couldn't make bail, which he would have had to spend anyway, guilty or not, is his punishment. Now, we're going to come back to this concept of time served in a moment because it's a tactic that leftists use all the time to short circuit the judicial system and the Charlotte DA use time served repeatedly as a way to get Hunt back out on the streets. But before we get to that, let's run through some of Hunt's additional crimes, which he committed from 2019 through his assault in December of 2025. Again, this is from Van Swoll's reporting. In June of 2019, Hunt was charged with discharging a firearm in the city, causing damage to property. That was dismissed. That same month, he allegedly discharged a firearm inside an occupied property while also committing a felony probation violation. He received a sentence of 20 to 36 months in prison, which sounds like a lot until you realize the sentence was suspended. This is another tactic that leftist judges use all the time. They throw out a sentence that might sound reasonable only to suspend it, meaning you never serve a day in prison. And the idea supposedly is that the sentence could return if you commit more crimes, but that never happens. And it certainly didn't happen in this case. He was found guilty on all three charges. But guess what? He wasn't hit with the full weight of that suspended sentence. He didn't get hit with the 20 to 26 months in prison on top of another sentence for the new offenses. Instead, Hunt was sentenced to 90 days in prison. And once again, he received credit for time served. So again, he didn't spend a day in jail after his sentence was passed. The day of the sentencing was also the day of his release. And then in September, 2025, he was booked for simple assault and disorderly conduct. He was found guilty. He was sentenced to 11 days. And again, received a full credit for time served. But amazingly enough, contrary to what you'd expect or exactly in keeping with what you'd expect. Actually, he didn't stay out of trouble for long. Just two months later, in November, 2025, he was arrested for assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. He was convicted. And he spent six days in prison with another full credit for time served. One month later, in December, 2025, he assaulted that guy on the train. He was hit with charges for trespassing in the second degree, plus assault with a deadly weapon, communicating threats, and carrying firearms concealed. And as we discussed, he spent 89 days in prison. And the moment he was sentenced, he walked free. Credit again to Matt Vancewell for unearthing these records. This is a national scandal, not simply because of this one case, but because this happens constantly in every state. Criminals are not receiving prison sentences, even if they go on regular crime sprees and even if they're convicted. Watch. This man has spent a total of 196 days in jail, okay? A single one of those was time-served going forward. He was already in jail at the time that the sentence was handed down and they said, all right, you spend enough time in jail. You don't need to go to jail any further, you can get out. He had 20 to 36 months in prison suspended, so nearly three years of time he should have been spending in prison completely suspended. He has three arrests for assault on a female, three arrests for violating a protective order, okay? He fired a gun into an occupied property, a police officer was assaulted, and he has an assault with a deadly weapon. And the total additional time this man has spent in prison is zero. Zero. Now, it should be abundantly clear based on this reporting alone that we need to get rid of the idea of criminals getting credit for time-served. That just needs to be abolished. If you're in county jail awaiting trial, it means there's probable cause to believe you committed a crime and you couldn't make bail even with the help of a bail bondsman. Well, that's too bad, but you're not in prison. Depending on the charges, you might even be at home sitting on your couch with an ankle monitor that doesn't actually work and that no one ever checks anyway. Actually, even if you were in prison for the whole period of time, you're awaiting trial, it still doesn't matter or at least it shouldn't. You're not being punished for the crime you committed because you haven't been convicted yet. You're in a holding pattern until your guilt can be adjudicated. If you're convicted after a trial, you have no argument whatsoever that your pre-trial detention should somehow count towards your sentence. I mean, imagine if anything else worked like this, like let's say that during the next fake pandemic, you're forced to stay in quarantine for two weeks after landing at an airport while they test your saliva or whatever. And then when the results come back, you're informed that unfortunately, well, you test the positive for Ebola and COVID and monkey box and, you know, the measles and AIDS all rolled into one. You're a walking super spreader, far more dangerous than anybody thought. And then the doctor say, oh, well, don't worry about it. Normally, you'd have to spend two weeks in the hospital to treat this, but because you already spent a while waiting for your results, you're good to go. You get credit for all that time that we, you know, had you in quarantine. Well, this is how our criminal justice system quote unquote works or doesn't work. It's an absurdity that plays out every day. And in this case, it's actually even worse because Dequan Hunt's family was begging prosecutors and anybody else who would listen to lock him up for as long as possible. They understand that he's a rabid beast and he's going to kill somebody eventually. So actually, this is, I said earlier that these kinds of guys, you know, they are buried in an unmarked grave that isn't visited because their families don't care about them. This is one of the cases where actually should be noted a rare case where the family actually does care. And we know that they care because they're, you know, instead of being in front of cameras saying, please don't put my poor son or brother or whatever in jail. They're saying, oh, he needs to be in jail, which by the way, if you actually care about someone who is a depraved, violent person, then that's what you would be advocating. But they were ignored. Watch. He's empty. He's broken. He's stalled. This is how Dequan Hunt's sister describes him. She talked to us, but didn't want us to show her face or use her name. From what I know, his diagnoses are paranoid schizophrenia, PTSD and bipolar disorder. Before police say hunt attacked random victims in Dilworth, his sister says he was violent with her and her mother. And he completely just flipped and that turned into violence. And we had to call the cops then. And every time something has happened, yes, yes, things we get physical between he and I or even my mom and him. The sister says they have been trying to get him the mental and emotional help he needs for years. Looking to anybody, you know, mentors, therapists, his probation officers, officers, attorneys, judges, asking, please help us, you know, how can we get my brother in an institution? How can we get him, you know, medicated? How can we make a change and it leads us back to the same thing all the time? He's released. The family says they call police Monday to report the assault and the videos and called officers again Thursday to give them an idea where he might be. Well, we really can't put the DA's face up on the screen enough. Every victim of Dequan Hunt and there are quite a lot of them should be able to hold Spencer Maryweather personally responsible for everything that happened to them. Spencer Maryweather belongs in prison. He is responsible personally for the murder of Irene Zorutzka. He's responsible for this woman getting brain damage on the sidewalk. And those are just the high profile cases we know about. I mean, how many people has this guy hurt Dequan Hunt that we don't, that it was never reported? The DA wants violent black criminals to go free so they can terrorize more innocent people. That's what he wants. That's what this guy wants right here on screen, this, this monster. This was always Maryweather's platform, just like it's the platform of every Democrat prosecutor for context. Here's one of Maryweather's campaign videos when he was running for DA. Watch how quickly he pivots from the idea of putting criminals in jail, which should be his whole job, actually. Listen. Hi, I'm District Attorney Spencer Maryweather. Victims and survivors of violent crime deserve justice. And justice doesn't simply mean sending someone to jail. Justice means treating victims and survivors with dignity and respect. Justice means being there for your neighbors when they're going through the worst day of their life. This means never leaving a survivor, a family, or a child behind. That's the work I do every day as your District Attorney. And that's justice that you can trust. Well no, actually, justice does mean putting criminals in prison. That is your entire job. That's how you treat survivors with dignity and respect. You're not a therapist. You're not anybody's friend. Your only responsibility is to go to court, present the evidence and secure convictions so that dangerous criminals are placed in cages for as long as possible. If you have a DA candidate in your city who says anything else, if he starts deploying this social justice rhetoric, then you should not vote for him. If you value your life under any circumstances. Respect for the victims in reality means that the DA will privately tell the victims that the criminal has suffered enough in jail and needs to be released. Even though you're his 50th victim of the month, and he just threatened to behead you with a hatchet on the train platform. This is without exaggeration how things work now in North Carolina. You might remember this story from back in March, a 25 year old woman named Teneza Michelle Austin, allegedly ran over a police officer who was trying to break up a street take over in Northwest Charlotte around 3 30 AM. The footage was recorded and uploaded to the internet, as you can see there. She mows the officer down in her Kia, and yet she got out of jail a few hours after her arrest on a $3,000 bond, which is obviously comically low. Afterwards according to VanceWall, she quote, "Had all charges dismissed by a judge for hitting yet another man with her car." Unsurprisingly, here are a couple of the magistrate judges that VanceWall found were involved in these decisions, and you can see them on the screen. They're on the right. Their names are Williams, McNair, and Felicia Wilson, both Democrats. They set this woman free on $3,000 and $10,000 bonds for nearly killing two men with her vehicle, including a cop. And let's also address the elephant in the room, both of these judges are black. Spencer, Mary, whether the DA is black, very often in a huge number of these cases, the judges and DAs responsible for letting violent black criminals go free are black, and if they aren't black, then they're white, liberal women. Liberal tribalism is the dominant way of resolving legal issues, especially in the cities, which are all controlled by Democrats. It's primitive, it's barbaric, it's illegal. But if you live in these cities, that's what you're facing. When liberals are trying to explain the mythological concept of white privilege, they'll often say that, you know, although a white person may be disadvantaged in some way, it will never be because they're white, whereas black people are disadvantaged because they're black. And that's supposed to be the distinction, right? Here's a BBC video recently elucidating this point. There's a good chance as a white person watching this, your life is already hard. Every day, you have to overcome some difficulty or challenge just to get by, but you can still have white privilege. White privilege doesn't mean you haven't worked hard or you don't deserve the success you've had. It means that your life isn't hard or that you've never suffered. It simply means that your skin color has not been the cause of your hardship or suffering. The reality is precisely the opposite. To bring it back to the subject at hand, black criminals in this country are routinely given light sentences or no sentences at all, or their charges are dropped entirely because they're black. This happens constantly. Untold numbers of innocent civilians have been brutalized and killed so that black criminals can walk free because they're black. Whereas white criminals, if they get similar soft treatment and sometimes they do, it won't be because they're white. Once their merry weather is not going to cut a white criminal a break because of his skin color, the upshot is that no matter who you are, white or black, or any other race or ethnicity, you're not safe from the degenerates that these judges and DAs are letting out of prison. Here's another case from Charlotte from just a few months ago. A pregnant woman was getting her toddler out of her car around 1130 AM at a supermarket in the nice side of town. But this is 1130 AM, nice part of town, you'd think you'd be safe. But she wasn't. A black woman approached her and started stabbing her. Watch. Oh, so a look at newly released surveillance footage from an incident where a pregnant woman was stabbed in Charlotte. Sam PD says this happened outside of a local Harris-Tedor store just more than a week ago. Officers responded just before 11 o'clock last Wednesday morning at the store off South Sharon Amity Road in South East Charlotte. Police say when they arrived, they found that pregnant woman with multiple stab wounds. She was in the parking lot. We do a video that's been shared by police. You can see the person of interest in this case on the left side of the screen right there. They also shared video of that person's vehicle too. That car you see there is missing a hubcap and one of the windows is taped up. Sam PD says the attack appears to be random and they say the victim and person of interest had no prior communication before the stabbing. Anyone with information about this is asked to call police or leave an anonymous tip with crime stoppers. Well, they say it's random and they don't tell you anything about the victim so you can draw your own conclusions there. But when the black suspect was finally apprehended, once again, she had a very lengthy criminal history. Shockingly, this is from Fox. Quote, "Record shows she has nine prior convictions, six felonies, three misdemeanors, largely tied to theft-related offenses, along with more recent felony convictions for firearm possession and misconduct while in custody." She was most recently released from prison in April 2025 and completed post-release supervision in January 26. After nine prior convictions, including six felonies, the judicial system in Charlotte determined that a few months of post-release supervision was all she needed. Well, actually, no, she needed to be removed from society permanently. Think of how many people you know in life who have six felony convictions. Like, if you even know someone like that and you probably don't, that's the thing. If you're a functional person, not only do you not have six felony convictions, you don't even know anyone who has that kind of record. So consider how dysfunction you have to be to actually be that person. But if you did know somebody like that, would you want to live anywhere near them? Would you want your family living anywhere near them? Of course not. It's absurd. They're dangerous, evil, unstable people. And for that reason, no one in the public should ever have to interact with them ever. But in this case, a pregnant woman had to deal with this woman and she and her child nearly died because of it. Then there's the case of 29-year-old black man David Simpson and Charlotte. He posted bonds shortly after midnight and then committed murder less than 90 minutes later. This is again, somebody with an extensive criminal history, including previous charges for first-degree murder, as well as a conviction for voluntary manslaughter. This is from the local news station, WCNC, a man accused of killing one person and injuring another in an East Charlotte department complex shooting appeared before a Mecklenburg County Judge Friday. Records show Simpson posted bond for unrelated charges on Tuesday. It was released from Mecklenburg County jail around 12, 20 a.m. on Wednesday, a few hours before the deadly shooting. Co-Brecker show Simpson pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in Mecklenburg County in August 2015 after originally being charged with first-degree murder in a 2013 case. He was sentenced to 73 to 100 months in prison and was released on parole in 2020. He also has a pending 2025 case involving charges of possession of a firearm by a felony resisting a public officer and misdemeanor larceny. Yeah, I mean, the idea that somebody could be charged with a first-degree murder and ever be walking around in society ever again is absurd, but again, happens all the time. Anywhere you go, wherever there are Democrat prosecutors, this is the norm. Here's a case from just a few days ago in Martinez, which is a city in Northern California. A 68-year-old retired engineer was gutted at his home while he was building his shed. The alleged killer is Juan Marcos, a rerat Valdez, who had an extensive criminal history. Watch. Police just arrested a suspect. Police saying the suspected killer had just gotten out of jail one day before the attack. That 36-year-old man is now back in jail facing murder charges. It's a shocking, obviously, an unusual case. New surveillance video shows the suspect in a tactical vest and a mask waiting in his car before walking up to the victim. We will only be showing you some of what happens next because, obviously, it's disturbing. The attack happened last night outside the victim's home on Francis Court. In the last hour and a half, we learned police arrested a suspect in another neighborhood in Martinez. He is awaiting trial for several home burglaries and was released from jail on his own reconnaissance just one day before this killing. ABC7, eyewitness news reporter Suzanne Fawn is live in the newsroom with new information about the suspect, as well as the victim's surveillance video shows the suspect getting out of a gray Cadillac SUV and going around to the passenger side. He then puts on a mask. Taking a closer look, you can see that the suspect is also wearing a tactical vest. We're not showing the full video because it's graphic, but the suspect can be seen stabbing the man several times with a large knife. The suspect runs back to his car and then drives off. Police identified the man killed a Todd Stewart. Winterbauer is deeply disturbed by what happened to her neighbor. I've known him for so long. Todd was really a wonderful neighbor. Nice guy. Always helpful. Neighbors told ABC7 eyewitness news that Stewart, a retired engineer, loved a golf and fish. Well, here's how CBS explains exactly what happened here. According to police, Valdez was initially on pretrial release in connection with residential burglaries in Orinda in April and August 4. Police re-arrested him for allegedly violating a home detention monitoring rule. The following day, August 5th, a judge ordered Valdez released on his own reconnaissance. Police said Stewart was killed the next day. What's remarkable about so many of these cases is that in addition to committing a string of felonies that no worthwhile person would ever commit, these thugs are also breaking the very simple straightforward rules that are imposed after their arrest. He saw that he doesn't even need to go to jail after breaking into all these homes. He just needs to hang out at home for a little bit and he can't even do that and then seeing all this after seeing unequivocal evidence that this person cannot follow even the most basic rules has no capacity to follow the law whatsoever or at least no interest in doing so. A judge lets him out again. It's unconscionable. We've seen this again and again. Lawrence Reed, the 50-year-old black man who lit a woman on fire in a Chicago train and also set fire to City Hall had more than 70 prior arrests, including eight felonies. They kept releasing him on electronic monitoring. He kept violating it. He never suffered any consequences for it and then there's Devonte Dickie who had 40 arrests prior to breaking into a home and shooting 22-year-old Logan Federico to death. We talked about that case before and on and on. By the way, many of these black criminals, when they're processed and booked at the jail, are labeled white. There's an account on an ex called white criminal of the day that posts some of these, some of the most egregious examples anyway and there's a lot of them. Here's one. This happens all the time. It's part of an effort to cook the crime statistics, which are already extremely bad for black and Hispanic people. What they do is they just mark some of the criminals white when they're clearly not. The system is rigged at every level. The jail pretends the criminals are white and then it's sentencing. If they're really black, the prosecutor and the judge, let's them out. What's important to understand is that we're not just talking about left-wing Soros-funded DAs and isolation. Yes, the reason these criminals are getting out of prison is that they're not white. They're free to terrorize everybody else, including other non-white people solely because of their skin color. That's clear. But these prosecutors have the support of a very large demographic on the left and so do the violent thugs like D'Quan Hunt. Take a look at this video response to hunt supposedly random beatings and keep in mind, again, that D'Quan Hunt, he just went up and randomly assaulted people or not so random, assaulted innocent people. There's no argument that he's, you know, there's no controversy here. He was just a predator prowling around the streets, assaulting people. And yet he has a, a, a, a, a, a, a cheer section. He has people pulling out the pom-poms for him. And pay particular attention to the comments on the right side of the screen as we play this video. Notice how they're almost all supportive of Dequan Hunt. They're mocking the white women who were attacked. Watch. I might get criticized for this, but I honestly don't give it, because when I go to these white people's posts, all I see is racist and the purge this and the purge that, hey, y'all can say which I want about that black man in Charlotte, punching all the white girls. Hey, all I say, he taking off the white trash. I don't know what the women didn't do. They probably didn't do. But neither did the babies that they didn't kill, neither did the men they didn't kill, sonomized. There's a lot that I get to thinking about, and it's just I don't care that much, that these ladies got there as beat to the flow. I don't care that much. He should still go to jail, though. Now, if you're gonna have a 65 IQ, then you might as well at least be a kind, compassionate, morally upright person, so that there's something good about you, some kind of redeeming quality. I mean, to be incredibly stupid and also a bad person, as the guy in this video clearly is, along with most of the commenters, is the worst of all worlds. And we've got a lot of the worst of all worlds walking around out there. One comment said, "My empathy for them has ran dry. I don't care either," said another. "Sounds like a little ancestral karma." Well, this is out Carmelo Anthony raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for stabbing a white teenager to death at a track meet in cold blood. There's a groundswell of support in this country for executing white people, and you don't have to spend a lot of time on social media to see the evidence. Here's another video from a security guard who's wearing her work uniform while she dispenses these thoughts. Watch. And I bet if we start hunting them, the problems would stop. If we start hunting them, like they're hunting us, the problems would stop. More crimes against humanity, I say like that. Now we keep on saying it. Now this rhetoric is not considered extreme among Democrats. Their elected officials are saying the same thing. A Tennessee state lawmaker named Joe Towns just posted this statement on Facebook. It says, quote, "Black people are being hung around the country because of Trump's rhetoric." Keep your gun with you and shoot on sight. Deal with the system later. However, stay alive. It's time to start hanging those that are hanging you. Screw the rules. They don't work for you. Never have. You must f them up. No exceptions. Evil racist bitches. Save your own damn life and don't trust law enforcement. That's a reference to a case where a black woman was found hanging from a tree behind a vacant home in Mississippi. There's obviously no evidence that it was a lynching as opposed to a suicide, which is how all of these cases turn out. But there's no evidence. There has not been, we've talked about this many times, there's not been a racist, anti-black lynching in this country in many decades, many decades. But he's using the woman's death as an excuse to encourage anti-white violence. He's telling black people to start hanging white people and shoot them on sight. Now, the people who tell you that white supremacy is the greatest threat facing this country, cannot point to any prominent white person anywhere who talks like this about black people. Meanwhile, anti-white racism is celebrated right out in the open by elected officials and it's also celebrated in the culture as well. The other day, we talked about Sophie Cunningham and how she's being demonized for bravely stating that men are not the same as women, which is the kind of statement that should not require any courage to say. But that's where we are. Sophie Cunningham, Light Caitlin Clark, quickly became a topic of conversation on the national stage, which is remarkable for a league that ordinarily nobody talks about, it cares about. And Light Caitlin Clark, Cunningham has been punished for it. The league's bitter, resentful, mostly lesbian black athletes have begun physically attacking Cunningham on the court. In fact, a black player named Dijonet Carrington attempted to basically behead Cunningham on the court. Watch. You'll see Dijonet Carrington, Sophie Cunningham comes down, gets her right across the face, coming down trying to prevent the layup, but that is just a hard hit. That's definitely going to be upgraded, I think, to a flagrant too, Ryan. I think that is going to be a flagrant too. But it's fitting in a way that the black chick who assaulted Sophie had a blonde wig. You know, the racist black woman who wants to be a white woman driven by pure envy to hate the very person she's trying to become familiar story. You know, call it the Beyonce effect. Now, I don't want to make a light of it though. I'm in so far as anything involving the NBA can be considered serious. This is serious. It really is incredible that there's just outright racial violence happening in the WMBA. Every men's professional sports league has black and white players and they're not having these problems. They haven't had problems like this in a century. And now in 2026, it's happening right out of the open every day in an allegedly professional sports league. And by the way, remember this the next time a feminist tells you that women should rule the world because they're more peaceful and empathetic or whatever. Yeah, tell that to the WMBA. Not only with Sophie Cunningham, criminally assaulted on the court, the media has rushed to defend her attacker. This is from something called WNBA countdown. Coming over the top. So again, she was behind Sophie Cunningham. She wasn't able to get over the top. Had she got over the top and made that play, we wouldn't have been talking about it. She was too far behind the play. The contact above the head was too much. But that's what Dijana Carrington does. Like it's not this wasn't a to me. This wasn't because it was Sophie Cunningham making the late. Oh my gosh. Can you imagine sitting and watching watching four women talk about women's basketball? How is that a show? There is no, I mean, there is no way they get more than 60 or 70 viewers at most at a time. There's just no possible way. But anyway, she says, well, it's just how she plays, right? She shows a bunch of clips, by the way, of this part, Dijana, whatever the hell name is. She shows a bunch of clips of her not doing the thing that she's seen in the video. So it's actually she's sort of proving the point accidentally because it's a bunch of clips of her blocking, actually blocking shots of other players, who happen to be black players. And then with the white player, she hits her right in the neck. But this is what we're supposed to believe is she's always out there trying to murder the other complete team's players. Nothing personal. Just how she plays. It's a totally legitimate move. You just place your arm around the opposing players airway and and their eyes and then you violently pull in the opposite direction of their momentum. Sometimes you might mess up the maneuver a little bit and someone may lose an eye or break their neck, but what can you do? That's just basketball, right? It's all it's all for the love of the game. Dijona Carrington was eventually thrown out of the game after a replay review at which point she posted this on social media. She wrote quote white privilege implying that the flagrant foul call was racist. Now of course, if Sophie Cunningham had assaulted a black player on the court and then posted black privilege when she got punished for it, there would there's no doubt that her career would be over. She'd be tossed out of the league in an instant. All of her endorsements would be gone right away. They'd probably find a way to throw her in prison, but we're supposed to believe that as they literally commit acts of violence all over the place without suffering any meaningful consequences, black people have no privilege whatsoever. And then as if that wasn't enough, the coach of Cunningham's team, which is evidently called the fever, then went out of her way during a press conference to defend Dijona Carrington for assaulting Cunningham. This is something that I don't think I've ever seen in any league in any context for any reason. A coach throwing their own player under the bus after their player was physically attacked because of her skin color watch. One of the things about Nate is that she's going to play her butt off, man. She's going to compete. Nobody's going to go walking in for a layup. And so I'm not, I don't oppose the hard foul. But I also don't think that she intentionally went for the night. Well, if nothing else, the useful metaphor for the root cause of pretty much every problem we've discussed today, yes, leftist judges and DAs are intent on springing violent criminals lose so they can terrorize entire cities? Yes, most violent criminals are irredeemable need to be locked away for the rest of their lives if not put down, but all of these degenerates, all of these killers and low lives are enabled by cowardice. The people who are being victimized are not nearly as ruthless as the people who are doing the victimizing. The truth is that decades of propaganda from the civil rights era and the lies about lynching and so on have left Americans terrified of enforcing swift justice against the enemies of civilized society. And as long as that hesitation and cowardice remains, the violence, which is overwhelmingly committed by black criminals, will continue. Millions of Americans just saw a black man empowered by the Democrat Party live stream the savage beating of a defenseless white woman. And like the murders of Brian Thompson and Charlie Kirk, Democrat voters cheered it on. Would they do the same if say a court live stream the sentence that Dequan Hunt deserves? Would they be so excited by the prospect of terrorizing innocent people if for once the innocent people fought back? It's surely hard to say, but in living memory, it's never been attempted. Justice has been non-existent. It's been passive, non-threatening, non-lethal. Starting with Dequan Hunt and continuing with every single criminal who's clearly incompatible with life outside of a cage, it's time for that to change. I'll do it with the show today.
