Maybe last night, you watch Dancing With The Stars, the premiere, and you went right into today. I actually love you. We got a two day premiere. We're not missing too much. So going forward, Dancing With The Stars, recaps will be on Friday, because on Thursday, we will discuss both Tuesday and Wednesday, and then on Friday's episode, you'll get a full rundown full breakdown of the episodes. And they're eliminating a lot of people I heard this first week. Really? Where do you mean by that? Like, like, they're like, the people are getting killed off this week. I thought it was just one guy, one girl. I thought that I heard, I thought that I saw a report that was like, they're because I have so many this time, that they're like eliminating like multiple. Well, if they eliminated a guy and a girl, that'd be already more than this, you know, season 35 of Dancing With The Stars features a shocking double elimination. Night one and night two. Oh, only the male celebrities perform night one. And then night two is only the female celebrities. It's kind of thinking that it would be the double elimination Wednesday night. You find out from both nights. But I guess that wouldn't be fair with voting, right? Because that would leave too much difference. You could maybe vote again. Yeah. Oh, so guys is night one. It says males night one. Yeah. Oh, so a guy goes home tonight. And then a girl goes home Wednesday. By the time everyone's listening to those. Yeah, yes, someone's already gone. He's already gone. Let's say let's make our guesses out of the guys. I don't know. It could be Dale Ranson better not be Guillermo. That's kind of my guess. Hanson is a solid good guess. I think he's going to be a good dancer. I think they're all going to be a good dancer. Guillermo, you know, I just don't know what I don't know what to expect with Guillermo, but he's going to put on the charm of people are going to vote for him. Guillermo might go home. I'm slowly just going based off of like an early competition popularity situation. No, I think they, I think both Conner's have strong fandom. I'm in love it, but yeah. Yeah, no, she's saying both. I should have both Conner's strong fandoms behind them. Because this is now like Whitney's revenge. But like people are looking at Conner's like, yeah, redemption. Yeah, like people voted Whitney off. Now Conner must make the competition is. It is. But let's talk about it, though, because we're going to be behind him and it's going to sound. But I'm so excited. Right before we started this, though, you looked at me and said I have something to tell you in the intro. Oh, yeah. What is it? Because, you know, story that's going to gross everybody out. I don't know if they see it or not, but it's something that I need you to see. The girl who shit her pants or in high rocks. Yes. Yeah. I saw that. This girl. Shit her. Yeah. I mean, yes. It's awesome. Yeah. Some sort of gastrointestinal issue. Okay, but I got to say like, I even read anybody's opinions on this or thoughts. My initial thought, though, is that's a biohazard. No, 100% that's. And you shouldn't you continue the race. There's like, there's, there's the argument of, of, you know, these athletes fight through so much to complete this course. And high rocks is really fucking hard. But at the same time, it is something where like, equipment is being used. And you're touching things. Yes. And you're moving from station to station. Would you so different? Because people are comparing it to like people who shed themselves during a marathon. Which is like, okay, you should yourself during the marathon. You keep running. You're not really touching anything else or like, you know, I have to be honest, though. This isn't a, in a enclosed space. I want it to be known that I do not support people shitting their pants during marathons, during races, during high rock. Sometimes you can't control it. Then, then, then quit. Then quit the marathon. Go, I'm sorry. I know, I'm going to make people mad at that. Yeah. I'm going to make people mad because I say, if you got to, if you, if you are, if you are going to poop your pants. Yeah. That's it. Well, the I'm calling it. I'm going, you know what? I'm not continuing this race. I need to go into the bathroom. The people who spent years training, though, you know, it's like, they're like, I'm not going to let this stop me. Yes. Yes. Yes. You're going to let it stop you. Well, this is really not a lot of hurt. I've never seen anything like this before. You get back on the horse, you go, you know what? Next time, maybe I don't got to shit my pants. Yeah. But I draw the line at this. I genuinely should not have let this woman continue to compete. No, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like posted. I said, I couldn't believe she's whatever. I guess own it. But at the same time, it's not on her. Like, I understand her wanting to finish. I don't. But I would want to finish when you're covered in poop. Because these athletes are nuts. I mean, I wouldn't do it either. But these athletes are fine. I know I'm not yelling at you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. How do you bite your times off? I do not compete. There's a lot of these. You're spreading neurovirus. She won, too. I think. Yeah, I think she's no one because everyone stopped running behind her. Right. And I got to be honest. There's a lot of different elements to eye rocks. I don't even know what this is. High rocks is like, yeah, there it's, there's a lot of it's like stations. And then you run in between each one. Yes. It involves running. It involves lifting. It was so funny. I, I, if I was competing. horrifying on the against this woman. Yeah. So it combines the, it combines eight training and race stations. So you do a thousand meter like ski. You do a 50 meter sled push, 50 meter sled pull, 80 millimeter burpee broad jumps, a thousand meter row, 200 meter farmers carry 100 meter sandbag lunges, a hundred wall wall ball wall balls. Yeah. And maybe, but you run a kilometer between each station. Yeah, I've had some friends do this. Yes. And they killed it. It's insane. But I have to say, like, I'm anti-bullying, but I would. You're saying the footage of this. I'm seeing her leg covered. I'm anti-bullying, but I would bully this woman if she was competing against me. And I would just try to get in her head and be like, OK, it's really okay, poopy pants. Why don't you go poop your pants some more. You know, you can't help. Listen, in another world, you can't help when you got to go. You got to go when you got to go. No, there's no place where that's acceptable. Yes. I think if you're an NFL player, you're just pants. Yeah. You're right. Like, you have the jaw of the line. Like, she posted pictures and was like, a win is a win. And then like, people were like, you're sorry. Barn animal. You're disgusting. No, and you. It's quite selfish. And I do think that there is a world I saw. I've seen a lot of people on TikTok talking about it from like the fitness world that either compete in these or trainers or whatever. And they're just talking about this sportsmanship that comes with being an athlete. And at a certain point, you have to like think about your fellow athletes. And remove yourself. Like, there's no sportsmanship in saying, like, I am going to finish this competition covered in shit. Right. Because I think when people think sportsmanship, or she might think, like, oh, wouldn't my fellow athletes cheer me on that I'm pushing through. No, because nobody wants to catch a disease. Yeah. And they put out. So I actually put out a statement that I think they deleted it because it like was not. People were like, this ain't it. Like, you can't just be like, oh, we, we try our hardest to clean. And like, everything was okay. It's like, you can't act like that was okay. Then they rep, then they reshare something that was from the high rocks co-founder that said, I need to address all of you directly concerning the recent events in China. I apologize to all that were directly or indirectly affected as well as to everyone who felt like we did not handle the situation like we should have. High rocks made a mistake by not reacting immediately during the race. In the end, it is my job to foresee these potential incidents. And I did not. Of course, we started improving event processes plus making rulebook changes immediately. As of this moment, there are new rules and procedures in place to prevent situations like this from happening again. We learn and try to get better every day. He had no kidding. Put that in there. the rule book that if the person who made it and pulled out, by the way, if you have not seen the rule, if you have not seen this, you can certainly look it up on your own. It is gross. Like it is, it is, it is, it's not just like, ooh, a little, a little poop here or there. It is full. She is covered in her own poop. Right. And that's why I wonder why would you even want to continue if I even got a splash of poop on me. I'm probably going to kill myself. I know. Do this as a tactic on purpose. If you can have explosive diarrhea like that on command, she ate like a bunch of Chipotle that morning. To clear out the competition. Yeah. I mean, it worked. Didn't it work? Hey, look, maybe she did it thinking I'll fart here or there. Smell something. Right. They'll, they'll add some seconds onto their time because they'll be like, what is that? I mean, I had to expect it to be full. It had to have been discussing, see, but it's also like, she's using the machinery. She needs me power washed using the machinery now, other people have to use that is disgusting and vial. And you know what? We need to bring back shame because it's just too far. Things need to be shamed. This is one of them. Yeah. We have her liking Game of Thrones walk down and we just yell shame as she walks with shit down. I mean, I don't think anything can shame this person. She has no shame. That's why I said we got to bring back some shame. But there is no, I'm saying like what if she's walking around in her own shit, nothing can stop her. She's unstoppable. They must have clearly never foreseen this issue happening because people were like, you guys have such crazy rules and they've had like rules. People were commenting that they have rules and like, you could be penalized for spitting or any of these other types of like bodily fluid things, but she's like, absolutely shitting all over yourself. I guess not in the, you know, they didn't have a rule for that. I'm going to be honest. I'm getting sick. I'm getting sick. I know I'm sorry. I'm talking about me as for so long. But I just couldn't believe it. And it's been actually, here's the thing. I watched like three TikToks about it and now I'm just only getting, I'm only getting to serve content about this race. Anything I've seen about it, I've scrolled past immediately and I was not prepared for you to bring this up when you told me you had something to tell me. Yeah. I was not expecting it. Well, because my thing was like, I don't know if this has come across everybody's desk. Or I didn't know if it came across your desk because I thought if it did, you would have sent it to me. I just immediately like saw it and was like, oh my god, I have to go about my diet. Yeah. I've never seen something like that. Because this is horrid. And on top of that, I think by now, maybe he has changed his team name, but Tyler Cameron cannot be team, I can't even say the word. I can't say it. I can't. Well, here's the thing. They can't like put that on TV. I don't think. Am I? No, but it's also like if you want, and like what ABC be like, hey, come on. I texted him. I said, as your PR person, like really, we need to change the name because this isn't people don't. There's people don't like that. Okay. That's not going to be what they officially use. No, they won't. The problem is is that he's used it for so long already that that's going to be what people think. So I really know. But I mean, my god, what does that come from? It's charna and Tyler T. Oh, that doesn't even make sense like that. That's a stretch. No. Some of the team names are a little bit, but they don't, they like trying to catch phrases. I know, but just taking one letter off his name, putting it on the end. No, you're right. He just went with, he wanted to be disgusting, like on purpose as a joke. What if Tyler shits on his leg while they're dancing? That would be a call for wow, what if that happened on dancing with the stars? Yeah. What would happen? What would happen? Here's, but here's the, like, you don't know until you know, clearly, this is clearly where high rocks had their issue is like, they never played this game. Well, let me tell you what would happen. Everybody should start being prepared. Well, the ballroom would have to be evacuated, so yeah, this would be it. But as Tyra Banks once said, it's live TV, right show must go the next pair after them. She has to go on a show. No, you actually can't. That's okay. Anytime we've gone on stage at one of our shows, I always look at, I get like a nervous stomach right before we're about to go on. It's literally like just from the walk from the green room to the stage and then it goes away. But in those 50 seconds that we're walking from the green room to the stage, I always look at friend. If I put my pants on stage, and she's like, it'll make a hell of a viral video. It's been, it's been too long. You guys are just like your lives, I met you when y'all was babies. I know. Genue really actually. On my way here today, I was like, when was the last time we saw Nina? I'm like, I think I've been there. I think I've gone through puberty since the last time, I'm like, I'm a full grown adult. On social media, it makes you feel like you've seen people. Right. I feel like I was at both your wedding. Yeah. I'm glad I met you. It really does, like you see so much from what other people are doing, you're like, I remember what that happened. I wasn't there, but I kind of feel like it was, it's so crazy. How are you doing? We miss you. Tell us what's going on. You have a new show. I'm good. Yeah. I'm happy with that. You notice industry is crazy. You know, you've got to pivot. And so I was really excited to start this podcast with Crooked Media, so we're doing keep it. We keep it already existed, but now we're kind of like doing a new iteration of it. And I'm on now as the new co-host. And it's just talking pop culture, but you know, podcasting is new for me. I've always just a traditional TV. And I feel like I'm in my villain era right now, and the freedom is, I'm like, I took a new drug. Yeah. Doesn't it feel so good when you get behind a mic and you kind of just spew shit? You don't really know what comes out of your mouth. Maybe you hit a few, like, can we cut that? You know? I hit every now and then because my media training is pretty ingrained for sure. But like, I am definitely like, when I was at E, I couldn't say so much, right? Like, I could never talk bad about the Kardashians. There was so many rules. And now I feel like, you know, like, it's like when you're on the plane and you can find to take the seatbelt off and walk the, you know, walk over and out, right? Right. I can stretch my legs. Now I ain't gonna fight nobody. Yeah. I might be a little scared. I'm gonna be honest. For sure. What people crave right now. Right. People want genuine reactions to things. They want to know where you're really feeling, even if you know the people. I think the time is like really dead where everything looks perfect is perfect. You say the right things. Like, I think that's why Wendy Williams was so successful back in the day. Because now almost everybody, they're not, they're not Wendy, but they're giving those raw opinions. You can open up TikTok and see that. And I think people are craving that more than ever, especially in a climate where everybody doesn't know where to move, where to look. So it's like, if you can just hear somebody shooting it straight, you're attracted to that. Absolutely. Which has always been my personality. Yeah, the amount. Yeah, the amount. It's so we love neither. The amount that. She'll just say something like, I actually honestly didn't even mean that but just like shot value. But not for anybody else. just for like just to be like, how are they gonna react? - Yeah, you and Lee, I say things just to get a reaction out of this room because I'm like, if you're so good, say what you're thinking, even if I'm sure you run into this, like you care about a lot of pop culture topics, you care about a lot of things. But at the same time, when you go home at night, you're not thinking about what these people are doing. - Not at all. - Not at all. - So when you're talking about it, it's fun, and then you go, we want to stay with you. - Because don't you know what it's like when you're out and about people recognize you and they start, they're like, what's the, they start to ask you, like, what's the topic here? And I'm like, honestly, I blank out. Once I put the mic away, I'm like, I don't remember what I talked about 30 minutes ago. - I always think it's funny. Sometimes I laugh because people will be like, so what's the deal with this? I'm like, I don't know anymore than you do. - Yes. - I know you know I ever do. I actually know the exact same amount that I do. Maybe less. - I actually said this to her recently, I was out somewhere and a lovely listener of ours came up to me and was like, so what's going on with the off-campus drama? Like, I know you know, I'm like, no, bitch, I wish I knew. Like, I know nothing. I know I should be, but you talk like your friends will as people, I'm like, some of them. Yes, but-- - Yeah, right. - Really? - There's a very niche group of reality TV that we get like an inside-scoop on, but other than that, not much. - And then I started telling her something that I just probably shouldn't have. Because I was like, I want to feel-- - Like, you had to give her something. - I was like, I want to seem cool right now. So I'm going to give you something. And then I actually set out loud. Oh, Fran's going to kill me. And she was like, why would Fran kill you? And I was like, oh, the jokes aren't right. And by the way, when she came in and told me that she did this, I literally was like, why would you tell her? - I was like, I was like, I want to give her something. - I was trying to be cool, I mean, I used to actually report, I like do real like boots on the ground journalism. And that was interesting because you know, then when you start doing it for so long, you start to be in the same circles as the people you're reporting on. And it's so tricky because it's like, I made a rule where I was like, if I'm out and I'm not on the clock, if I don't have a mic in my hand, I'm not repeating what I saw. Like I made that rule very early on because I would be at these parties, I would be at these restaurants. I would see people, I mean, I remember going to restaurants and seeing like guys out with other women. And I just was like, you know, I'm not going to get in the mud and like do like a blind item. - Right. - Like you're not going to put in something like that kind of stuff. - I just wanted to get in to do my hair, I saw this. - No, I just made the rule like, if it's out, like if it's a DUI, then it's like, okay, you knew you would be stupid. It's public record, people saw you, other people talking about it. But I just was like, nah, like this just never was attractive enough to me because there's a new story every day. And it was never like attractive to me to like, burn a bridge over something that people would forget about in 24 hours. I was like, it's not worth it. But actually that gave me a lot of like, trust with people because I'd be out and they'd be like, they knew I was probably not going to say anything unless I saw somebody getting hurt. And then I'm going to jump in. But like, for sure, no, that's actually a great rule of thumb to live by. I feel like we are the same way. It's kind of like, you know what, that's not my business. At this point in time, you have to separate like. And I've tried it. Right, although it's work at those points sometimes, it's personal, like you don't want to confuse the two. And I, you know, I like my private life very much. So I want people to respect that. So I try to like give that karma, you know, back as much as I could, especially like when I was at TMZ, that was harder to navigate because they would press you to bring stories into you be like, damn, like, or bridge can I burn, but now I, right, I don't do that. Yeah, can we hear more about you working on TMZ? Yeah, sure. I feel like there's so interesting. I feel like TMZ is really taking a, I don't know, these days if it was different, it's different. It is different. It did back then. Well, especially now, like, you know, people come in, they kind of go and it's harder. It's just like the first season of like, love is blind, right? It's really authentic because the people really want to find love. But then, you know, you feel like season 10, 15, because people just want to be famous. So, I think it can be different in that way that it's like, it's such a brand now that like, when you go, you know what you're getting into, but when I started, a lot of people don't know, I started in 2007. So, I started, I was like, young, you know, little young baby, and it was my first, like, TV job outside of like being a PA. And it wasn't even a TV show yet. Like, it was just a website. And so, it didn't exist. And so, we really built it from, you know, it's kind of like with you guys at Barcel, right? You built it into this thing that it looks different from when you first started with it. And so, it was like, I got to really watch it grow and expand. And the fun thing about it back then was like, we would just be like, it was a office full of 20 somethings. And Harvey would just be like, well, do what you want. Like, let's try new things, who cares? Whereas you go into like more traditional spaces. They're like, no, we operate this way. You do this, you say this, and it wasn't that. It was just like the first real like, it was technically like a tech startup, right? But then it was such a, it thinks just didn't exist. Instagram didn't exist back then. Facebook was only for students like, this is, I feel real, but that there really was. So, it was fascinating, but it was also like the craziest I'd ever worked, but I feel like doing that in my 20s really built my work ethic. Like, we would be in there like 12 hours. We wouldn't go to lunch like we'd order food in. We, that's, it was our lives like we would work weekends. We had to take our laptops with us everywhere in case a story broke. Yeah. Because it wasn't the same where you could just put it in a cloud. Like, we had to like put stuff still in like traditional systems. So, it was an interesting crazy time. Like, I was in the office when we broke the story about Michael Jackson dying. It was just the craziest now that I look back. I'm like, these are like core parts of pop culture that I was in the room for that like nobody can take that away from me no matter where, you know, I ended up in my career. That is so insane. And especially talking about like the work ethic, you know, that's kind of missed out on now. I think we still have that here. I mean, our team carries their laptops everywhere because they still, that's ingrained in us. And it's so crazy to hear like the difference. Now, do you miss that kind of time with pop culture? I don't at all. I mean, I, well, okay, let me say this. I don't miss the work that I had to do because it really was hard on me and hard on the people that we were around. We weren't prepared for the popularity. Like, we weren't. We, I literally, I remember I was working ever eyes and wireless in like January of 2007 and was like depressed. And my mom was like, girl, just quit this job. Like, do what you want to do, what are you doing? We drove to LA. So I moved to LA in April of 2007. I was working at TMZ as a runner in June 2007. By September 2007, I was on TV. And my life just changed because there wasn't anything like it. It was like almost was like a podcast on TV, you know, and so we were on Fox. So it went from like nobody knowing me. I remember going into the grocery store for the first time in somebody recognizing me and I was like, what is this? Like, and so it just was like, it just skyrocketed so quickly. So that I miss like the beginning of this like pop culture phenomenon where like I was at the jail when Paris Hilton got released. Like I remember being there and seeing her come out. And so those like iconic moments were very cool. But you know, but it was toxic, you know, so that I don't miss it. It was toxic. I can't imagine so. And I feel like even now still when we see so much, do they just have somebody scouring? Like I don't public record. Like, you know what I'm saying? Because it's like, they'd be like breaking that somebody filed for divorce. They have an office in the court versus an LA court. Oh, that's what it is. Like they have court runners, the taxi operates. Even though it the way they deliver news feels unorthodox, the way they operate was very traditional. We would be they'd have courthouse reporters. They'd have people out like roaming the streets. You know, they'd have you like a lot of my tips when I would break stories came from bouncers and hostesses. And they had, you know, they had sources at the airports. Because you got to think like these are people, especially back then, make it like minimum wage. Yeah, they don't care about, you know, if they saw if they had somebody like J.L.O. on the plane, they're texting me. Like J.L.O. is on my plane, too. And you know, you so that was kind of like you they get paid to tell you stories. People would get paid for tips, but like we wouldn't just post because you told us. Like it wasn't like you couldn't just tell me, I saw J.L.O. get into a fight and I would post it. Like we would still have to vet it, but so basically they would pay for tips and photos, but they wouldn't pay for stories. So if you could tip me and I can research it and find a story through it, then maybe I would pay you for the tip, but I'm not going to pay you for like a story. I have to like vet it. Right, right. Yeah. We had to have like three sources for every story. So it wasn't like you could just say it and I would they really do operate. There's an in-house lawyer who goes through everything to make sure that's why everybody who suits them never wins because they really do have it like airtight. So that is like the ethical you call for comment. Like all of that I learned. So when I see people just saying things, I'm like, y'all don't get sued. Like people, people now, yeah, they don't even say what libel is landing. Right. And they're allegedly in there. Yeah. Yeah. And then the TikTok world has changed that completely because I feel like there's so many people who want to like be in that entertainment group, like in their reporting on what they see. Yep. But it's really just online rumor. Yeah. But when they so many of them like stated as fact and you're like, it bothers me so much. Yeah. It just helped to be in a place that has lawyers and a legal team. Yeah. You know exactly what you kind of not. We've seen this thing with Meg the stallion and she's suing this like Twitter blogger. And you know, it's not a ton of money that I think the girl got like a 75 K judgment. But you think about like Cardi B in Tasha K who owes Cardi B millions of dollars for libel in slander. Yeah. And it's like if you just people are lucky that people aren't pursuing it. But there's going to be something that happens because there's just too many false stories. People are putting bold font and just assuming it's a new story. It is so crazy. We see these days, it really is like scrolling on TikTok and you just don't know what's real, what's fake. Yeah. Can you tell us a little behind the scenes of how that does work, working with Silas and sketches? 'Cause we've never done that. We've never worked with a Silas. - It's interesting. I mean, for me, it was different because I was plus size. So, it was a whole different process for me personally because I had to get stuff custom-made. But you, you know, if you have a team, a lot of them have stylists that have relationships, right? So they'll pull stuff for you. They'll bring you in the rack. You can look at what you like. And you know, you're pretty much guaranteed to like not duplicate, you're supporting, duplicating like with someone else as a taboo, right? So if you give me this Ralph Lauren dress, you better not give it to anybody else. So there's all these like unwritten rules. And it's a process like award season is chaotic because you're doing this every week. So you're going through fittings after fittings, you're getting tailoring, they're matching in outfits, earrings from who's doing your makeup? What kind of lash are you wearing? How do you want your brows? So it's all this process and you have like at least three people hair or makeup and your stylist, maybe a stylist assistant. It's such a team effort. You know, so it's constant work. For one show, you're working for like two months. - Yeah. - So imagine like during award season, there's an award show almost every weekend. So these people are exhausted. And you are exhausted, your team is exhausted. When I was at E doing live from E, I would do every award show and I would do every show within live for me. So I do countdown, the main show, the after show. That's the 12 hour day. And then have to go in the next day and do daily pop and nightly pop and I'd have to be in at 6 a.m. We wrapped at like 11.30. So it was, it's a lot and then you're trying to look good. And so when you have somebody telling you, well, I don't like your hair, you like bitch. Do you know how high my head's sleeping two weeks? - Right, you're lucky. I'm standing. - Yeah, you're like, I don't care what the whole my hair looks like. I'm here and I want to work to watch every show. - Yeah, and if you're hosting, you have a binder that you have to learn. So I do have grace for people on the carpet because I think some things work and some things don't. And sometimes you're just like, I'm just here. So like, maybe I'm not gonna make best dress. You lucky, I made it to this day. - You know, so I do give grace for that. - Is there a color palette that people get told to wear because I feel like during Oscar season, especially people show up wearing similar colors all the time, like how do they know? - Because the Silas work with the designers who are runway and runway is like a year ahead. So usually know what the color palette is gonna be for spring. You know what it's gonna be for fall. You usually know like a year in advance when you're designing because you guys know I had a clothing line. It makes you so, you kind of get this kind of color palette of like from, you know, pantone, a lot of different places where this is what the color palette is gonna be for the spring. And you kind of choose what's gonna go. So the designers have seen this on the runway. They've talked to the Silas. So that's kind of why it all looks similar because depending on the season, the palettes are very similar. - Right, right, right. - So that's why the talent may not know but the Silas and the designers kind of know what's gonna, that's why they can say, hey, for spring, this is what's gonna be hot. - Yeah, right, right. Which kind of felt like, for maybe the first time ever, there was a lot of like lilac. It was very pretty, that means carpet. Like, Florence Pew was in like a lilac. Sarah Pigeon was in a, and it was in a purple. There was one other person that I'd be able to see. - It's a good has up for the average person to kind of know what's gonna be in season for the fall. - Sarah Pigeon's stunning, I love hers. - Yeah, that's a good look. - And that's the color you don't often see on a red carpet to be like, which was pretty. And a lot of red, but red always. - Yeah. - The ladies are always in red. And they brought out the Baywatch cast and they were all in red, you know? - Yeah, look at the little cheeky. The hair I just feel like shows off her bone structure so poorly, like it really compliments her. And not everybody can do it, because let me tell you, college I tried this, I could go outside for three months. Yeah. I could go outside for three months, it was a mess. I need some hair on my face. And it's like, let me tell you, if you were thinking about doing a shortcut, please go to us as stylists and get a wig first, because a lot of y'all going to be mad. Oh, yeah. It's a little pixie cut. Well, it's kind of like when everyone cut a bob when Hailey Bieber did it or Sophia Richie, and everyone was like, wait a second. I always say try it on a wig first, because you're going to be mad. Exactly. And it takes years to grow it back up. Years. And you need somebody to be able to cut like this or so high maintenance. No, she's not a comedian. Because I think for these types of shows, you really do have to have a comedic background. I tend to think they should pick comedic hosts. You don't have to be a comic, but someone who can lean into comedy. I think that kind of like, I think there's some type of wit about that. That being said, though, like she's, it was airing on NBC. Yeah. She's an icon within the network. That's what I'm saying. Yeah. Sometimes, are you in the family? Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. And I think she's pivoting too, like everybody else, like shows we know are dwindling down. And 112 season of SVU, you know what I mean? I can't believe it's still going on. Taking your earrings out. It's like you, you know, it's hard to appreciate the moment sometimes because it's so chaotic. Those carpets are the craziest things you'll ever be a part of. It's like, you know, back in the 80s, when the stock exchange would be like, come on. Right. Right. Right. That's what the carpet is like. So you're just kind of like over simulated. So as much as you enjoy being there, you do dream about being back on your cow. Yeah. And you pull up Getty. You hope the pictures look good. Which they never do. They never look good. Why didn't they upload more? I'm like, this is the one you all picked. And then the Getty photo they use, everybody uses as your photo for any new story that comes out. And you're just like, really? This is the photo you picked. Right. I've actually seen people talk about that recently. They're like, why do people use these pictures because those are the approved pictures that we can buy? Yeah. Because if we -- Because it's free. Right. And if we take something off your Instagram, we're being told that you might sue us. Yeah. So I think, you know, the process of choosing a picture for somebody. And you don't own your photo. If you take a photo on that red carpet, get your owns it, not even if it's an image of you and can sue you for using it. Exactly. You get people have gotten sued for using their own photos on Instagram. Yeah. So I know it's like the chic thing to like grab the Getty image of you at an event. Please understand they sue people and they will snatch you into that. Oh, and we've posted pictures on the 6th of the opposite of Instagram of people like that we have taken from Getty. And then that person has been like, can I use that picture? It's like, well, it's of you and like, you can, but, you know, we -- Just me. Like, we paid for it. We actually paid for your photo, bro. It's their quick because I think I just saw this report that said the sophomore drop offs for Netflix are huge because people are tired. They're taking too long. Yeah, I think we're finally rebelling and not going. I never went back to Wednesday. Like there's so many shows that took so long to come back. That you're just kind of like, I don't mean like my life has moved on. You know, so right about Wednesday. And I actually didn't up watching the second season, but I ended up watching it like a month after. Yeah, I know. 'Cause you don't care anymore. And I love that the pit is like, no, we churned in this in and out. And they're letting us know it can be done in the streaming platform because a lot of times they give us these excuses. 'Cause I sure miss the days where I got like, 22 episodes, September to May. We had the summer off and we were right back at it. Like I missed that kind of, you know, appointment TV and we're watching. So, I love the pit for that. We know they can do it. It's like they can do it. These network shows are still sending out like, they're still doing those long seasons. And then they give us like an ACE for a show with that it's like eight episodes. And we never see it coming on. If you come to me after three years and you give me six episodes, I'm canceling my subscription. I'm done. I have drawn the line. I mean, that's why I do it. How's the dragon like? Yeah. It's like, euphoria, I never went back to this. Me either a season. 'Cause I'm like, you lost me. I'm in a different phase of life. I'm not interested in this. Totally, I'm like, I don't even want to watch the game. Right, I'm grown up now. But I love the pit. I was sad about Paradise. I'm a big Paradise fan. And I really felt I love this season of Paradise. It's so good. You know, I know Sterling and his wife. And so I was really rooting for them. So I was disappointed. But I will say the pit is incredible. I'm also a big fan of Widow's Bay. I don't know if you guys watched. I love this. I love this. I love this. I thought it was so good. And I thought it was very cool. I had a feeling that they were going to win a lot. But I also was happy because like they joked during the show, there was a lot of comedies that ended. So I kind of thought like, that's kind of what the M.E. sometimes you get like that. Yeah. Like the last season. Yeah. That's very true. You know, I was like, ooh, could this all go to everybody in hands? Yeah. 'Cause this is half a lot. She's so happy to use part one. Yeah. Yeah. She deserved it. I mean, listen, let me tell you something. When you hit a certain age trying to get up and do 12, 15 hour days, that alone you need an award for. Yeah. She made me laugh. She got up there and was like, I know you're all just standing because I'm old, like it's not because I'm not good. And I was like, this is great. Yeah. She's gold. Yeah. She is. And that's where I kind of was like, ooh, maybe this could all go in like the hacks direction. But Widow's Bay was just so something new and original different than what we've seen on TV. Yeah. I think that she, the woman who won for writing when they were like, she wrote this pilot 18 years ago. That's insane. I actually, you know, I am in the middle of developing unscripted shows like just creating myself. And I don't even want to host them like just going into my creator back. Yeah. And I have to tell you some of this stuff, I've been going back and forth with people for like two years. Crazy. And I'm like, are we being serious? Yeah. Right? This isn't even going to be a hot idea. Right. It's like a shelf or you get caught up in a contract where you're like, you get a non-compete. You can't do it for three people have. It takes so, you know, 18 years is a lot. Yeah. Somebody who said, no, a lot. Yeah. But there's something to be said about knowing an idea is good no matter who says no. And I love that. I love that. She was like, we're going to do this. Right. Totally. You know, there's something to be said for tenacity. Totally. And, you know, the payoff is obviously there because the show is great. And Matthew Reese won for, hasn't been done before comedy. I know. Drama. He's great. Yeah. And he's got the versatility because those are two, those are two very different shows. Very different shows. This was crazy. The beast of me. I totally forgot that I watched it. Yeah. Like, I'm like, I forgot this was on this year. I will never get him eating that rotisserie chicken out of my head. Do you think that Carrie Russell was like, don't, don't, don't thank me? Like, he went up there twice and like didn't mention his wife. And I thought, hmm, I feel like they have a very interesting, like, they're so comfortable with each other. Like, I, you know, I feel like, I don't know. She looks so happy. Yeah. I was happy for him. I mean, he should have thanked her. I mean, no, no, no, thank you. You know who made me cry? I know. Kaley Quoco. Yeah. Oh my God. And he's, I've loved him since Ozark. Yeah. He's been in, he should have gotten a word for Ozark honestly. Yeah. And I mean, so when you compare that to, you're like, I mean, you know, I'm gonna show it out all the husbands. Right. Yeah. He did for sure. But you know what? I mean, like, Kaley's very, she's going to cry regardless. Right. You better fuck you get up there and say a lot and I shit about me. If you give a pregnant woman a granola bar, she go cry out. You know, like they cry at the drop of her. I'm so fucking pregnant. You, I need like at least three sentences about me when you get up there. I was rooting for them. They're so sweet. And especially because this is her second marriage, like, it's so dope to see a woman, like, figure out who she is and fall in love with someone who's passionate and that doesn't play about her. Yeah. And I feel like she got that with Tom. So I'm so excited. They are just certain couples. I just root for her. Like, I mean, I've been watching projects, but I'm a rufidious man. Exactly. And I'm rooting for them. He was really good in task. He did, like, they just had that kind of Philly accent that's really hard to do. Yeah. And he crushed it. I think it's across really corny. Yeah. Like, it's the, you know, the marriage is down. It's very hard. Right. Because Mary V sound was a great show. Yeah. - Yeah. - And the accent's really fucking hard. - No, it's a hard, it's a hard one to do. - He did a great job with that. So he was really good at casting. - I was really good at casting. - Again, I think like Ozark, there's people in the comments talking about Ozark, but like, I feel like he kinda got snubbed for Ozark. I'm like, sometimes it's what people like and enjoy. - How does the voting process work with that? - You know, like it's, well, these are Academy, you know, these are members of the TV Academy, the television Academy, who are usually producers, writers, they have to kind of like earn your stripes. And then they send you everything. And you just go through, they send you all the categories and you literally just click a button, it's that people's fate is in your hands. Like you're just like, it could be an actress, you don't get along with, you don't vote for her. So that's what they say, like it's not just your work. It's people need to like you. - For sure. - People need to like you, they need to respect you and they need to see the projects, right? Like there's a show right now called Daria in Detroit that's incredible, but I don't think enough people are watching it. It's not getting like the attention to get the nominations, like to push from the network. So it's like you have to have it all kind of, you know, talk about like I'd be furious on who is one of the best shows of the year. I hope people don't forget about it by award season next year 'cause it'll be eligible for 2027, but will we people remember because it dropped? - It dropped right before that. - So late in 2026. - So it's all these like things that add up when you drop, who you know, what network it airs on. You notice like shows that people forgot about, get on Netflix and they stream number one, like seats. Like, I get to this table and my friend, you know, Blake Lee's there, and my friend honors there. And randomly, Blake Lee invites Sierra. So I'm like, well, yeah, and we had all these mutual friends. And so we're talking and she was gonna be doing the red carpet for the cut. Andy Cohen walks in with John Mayer. - I was like, what? - What is going on? - That's everyone's dream. - Let me tell you that. - Somewhere and then they walk in. - No, sure, I was walking in the sunset. - And he and everyone were there. - Yeah, it's so crazy. I was, I had skipped Oscar party to do this. - Yeah. - The end of the being like the hottest spot that night. They all joined our table. It was the craziest evening, but I was talking to her about red carpets. And she was like, I want to know like the tips on what you do. And so we had this great conversation. And then two weeks later, the stuff with her, you know, Amanda and West happened. And we had already connected. So I was able to like send her lovely messages. But she just made me want to root for her. Because I met her before all the crazy stuff. And she was just so excited for everything, you know. And just had such a good energy. So to be blindsided, it was, it was also cool to just be able to send good words to a black woman in media. Because sometimes it can be so isolated. - Absolutely. - And to also be going through this controversy with your best friend is just so disheartening. So I'm going to forever root for her in every platform that she's on. - And she's getting into her hosting game. - Yeah. - She's doing great. - Yeah, just being herself. - Yeah. - You know, I think there's such controversy with, you know, reality stars and tick tockers and influencers doing carpets. But I think everything evolves. And I think I don't look at it the way that I used to a couple years ago. And I think like people would say the same thing when you were young and on camera, right? Everything is going to evolve and the cream rises to the top. Like some people are going, it's going to be a one in time. - Exactly. - It's all about the research, right? Like you got to prepare yourself. - That's how I always think about it too. It's like that person may get the opportunity. But if they suck, they're not bringing them back on. So it's like, and if they put in the work, good for them, then they are then they're great and they've earned it. But yeah, it is. - It's a different time, you know. And I think there's also, when people are making decisions at these networks, they learn what's cool through their kids. They're not trapped in, they're not online. So they're going to throw a couple things at the wall. And, you know, I have a lot of hosting friends who aren't working right now. Like Access Hollywood just ended. E-news is gone. Like the stuff, the career that I grew up wanting, entertainment news host. - Yeah. - And that instance is dying, right? It's pretty, you know, it's skeleton and bones right now. - For sure. - And so there's all these new iterations. And I'm of the belief that you have to evolve. Like you, everything is all, it's just like tech, right? Everything, by the time we get it, you start our iPhone and a new one is coming out. And I think if you get really stuck in this stagnant way and get keeping way, you really just hurt yourself. 'Cause people go and do their thing regardless. I can't hate on the young girls. For if I posted a video and got an opportunity and was working at Verizon, I can't be mad if I take, you know, if somebody takes that opportunity, like you got to just go with it. And it can't be jealous about that. - For sure. And you can allow yourself to be frustrated. Like, you know, why am I not getting this opportunity? But at the same time, if you're not evolving and trying, then the opportunity isn't gonna come. - And this is the best time to create. It's the frustrating time because there's no blueprint right now. We're used to going having, like back in the day you could go, if your show guy, cancel, go have network meetings or other networks. When I left TMZ, I went to the Insider at CBS. When I left the Insider at CBS, I started hosting love and hip hop audience. And then after that, I went to E. It's not like that anymore. Like a lot of times you can't jump from one thing to another, but it allows you that space to create your own thing. And there's so much freedom and there's no rules. And that can be scary for someone who doesn't have that structure or tenacity. But the people who have it, it's a really good sweet spot for them. So, you know, like you look at Scott Evans from Access Hollywood. And even though Access Hollywood has done, he's now created House Guest, which does incredible on YouTube. And it's created a spin-off show. So I think like the people that really know how to create and hustle are always gonna win. It might just look different. Yeah, definitely I think you're right and you work for so many amazing people at E2 that I feel like we have Known and become friends with and you you're rooting for them and everything that they do. It's like we have Justin Sylvester Come in and we're like you like put get on that like the today show is doing such great things and all these doing in a zone Everyone's in their own podcast. Kelty's always evolving. She's always trying. She's always coming out Exactly. She's always doing new things. She's always putting herself out there Yeah, and that I just always respect when someone just shamelessly like, you know, yeah, I'm trying something new That's what I did with keeping to be honest like podcasting was so new for me And I had just had traditional media and brained in me Traditional only in front of the camera only on a set and I think things started to get looser You know, and it really is and you get to know the person so much more I've read like seeing what you guys are doing with keep it I feel like your personality is shining. We're used to broken nails because we get them so much Injuries, women hurting period. They want to give you water every time My husband thinks water will solve any element I'm just like I'm having a stressful day is like did you drink enough water. I hate you're like Is this bitch in the line harassing me out to do with water, but they for whatever is their first go to Always but yes, I'm an adult. I drink water today So how long has it been now with this toe like are we on the comment? Oh shit It's happened two days before my trip to New York. Oh shit. You gotta literally let me just tell you buckle up You have a long year ahead of you because I yeah mine would for a while she's put in a fake toe Let me just say like mine is a way less interesting story that I just stubbed mine on a fucking Stanley water bottle Oh my gosh, those things are deadly. I was so embarrassed delays like no, that's what it's for that is what if she's what happened I said oh it happened at the dodgy like I'm so embarrassed. I can't I didn't see my step. Yes And Break into my popcorn girl and the ladies the flight attendants were so sweet They're like do you need eyes? Yeah, you know, and I'm literally like trying to unbanage and bandages Right, right when you're playing through the pain sometimes something happens You know those moans sound different like right you sound angry It's a different type of time. You're like whoa. Yes, he per one It is the most like I've never really had an accident during the act and this was literally like now It's a core memory. Yeah, I think it does Because listen my friend when it happened the night before our wedding and at our wedding She was dancing non-stop on the dance floor and then the next day she told me she's like Yeah, I broke my toe. She didn't know the next day. Well, she said it hurt really bad But she was like I wasn't gonna let this ruin my time at the wedding. Yeah, and then she literally was walking around with a boot after Oh my gosh, that's that's nice. And then I you know soon after they ended up having a baby It was very sweet like he gave me ad bill and wrapped me in a little band You know kiss on the forehead and talk was in the hospital literally had to go to the hospital I was like I'm in the hospital right now At least it's a telling your you know, you got to go through that with the guy to be like how do you react that's true Because there's nothing that gives you more of the X and a man There's no how to act in like a situation Yeah, or that or like with your period like Oh, like Roa so I feel like that definitely catapulted this situation It was like I thought I was just having fun. Yeah, and then the next day he's checking He's like okay now turn about the hospital was going on can you drive like oh my god So that's my story about I'm gonna be now keeping up with this like you need to give me updates on this toe I'll send you advice what you said me. You know what people are sending Toe covers I actually really want help because I don't I am I am like a manicure girl I go to the salon every two weeks like I keep my nails done. Yeah, it's devastating that I am only working nine good toes Yeah, you should really and you can't do anything to it No, the guy told me yeah, when I started putting fake toes on they would fall off Yeah, I mean read like there was a point where I was like friend my toe fell off again Like there's it you just have to let it grow and now finally it officially grew back and it happened like exactly a year ago Like probably he told me when he took it off because I was asking him Irrationaly can you save an up so I can put a acrylic on and he was like lady. I've been listening for a few years. - Woo! - Oh, this is Addy. But I have a situation come up recently where I call my dad at the gym usually when I'm walking on the treadmill, right? 'Cause he doesn't live by me, so it's just like a good time for both of us to call. And I've done this like hundreds of times, I always make sure people next to me have headphones in, 'cause I don't want them listening to my conversation. But this past week, I was at the gym on the treadmill, call my dad, both people next to me have headphones in. And I'm just sitting there talking and a man about 10 feet in front of me on the elliptical row gets off, comes over to me and tells me how rude I am and how inappropriate is that I'm on the phone and talking in the gym and I'm so rude and terrible and how it's like being on the phone in a restaurant and I just should never do that and like I just am so rude to everyone else around me. - Oh my goodness. - And obviously like I apologize and he could have been nicer obviously bringing up the first time. But I just like, I don't know, I'm curious of what your guys' opinion is 'cause I don't know, I kinda see it as like this same thing as chatting with a friend next to you on the treadmill or like people stop enough conversations in the gym all the time. And mind you this old man didn't have any headphones. So yeah, he could hear me, but like is it my fault that you didn't bring headphones while everyone else has headphones? I don't know. Let me know what you think. If I'm an athlete, I'm sorry, but anyway, thank you. - Oh, she's cute, I'm a little torn on this. I don't know. I have to say my and Adi, you sound like a sweetheart and I love you to death. I totally understand being annoyed when someone is on FaceTime or on a call for a lengthy period of time at the gym. Now would I ever go over and tell that person to stop? - No, I would just, I would probably just just do about it internally. - You were talking to my husband and be like, oh, I'm so annoyed this person won't get up to fun. - Yeah. - Or talk about it after because if I'm, you know, whatever. - Give him a cup of dirty looks. - Yeah, like kinda like look back, like maybe look and see if they'll get the hint. I probably would never go over 'cause you don't, if it's a lengthy length, wow, can't say the word lengthy, lengthy phone call. Like I do think that is not the time and place. I mean, people go to the gym to like, on wine, they don't wanna hear other conversations. Yes, you can make the argument to bring headphones, but also some people like to work out without headphones. - Yeah. - You know, I know some people who don't work out with headphones or anything. And I just think it's not the place to be having long phone calls. I definitely understand that. I think with more context from what she was saying, like it makes you feel a little bit worse 'cause she's like, I'm calling my dad. It's like the one time we can talk. I'm like, oh, that's nice. Like, right, I don't know if it's the one time they can talk, but you like to catch it. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - 'Cause it's like, you know, here's the thing. It's like, I get it if you're like walking outside, then that's a great time to call your dad and catch up on the treadmill in the gym. I can understand that. I think it would be a situational thing for me. Like if I'm going to the gym, the gym's kind of empty. Fine. People are kind of farther away. But if there's people around and I'm talking, I don't even really find that people, like if you go to the gym with your friend, then you're like chitchatting that much in the gym, you know? - No. - Right, I don't think, like going on the treadmill or whatever, than elliptical with my friend, I feel like we've always, just both put our headphones on, we don't talk. - Yeah, yeah. - I just feel like that's just kind of what the gym, and it kind of, it feels like it falls into it. - Or is kind of like a lot of people just like to online and have their own, yeah. - So I gotta be honest, maybe I'm not on the side of like coming up to you and berating you and making you feel stupid. - Stupid. - That you don't need to be a dick about it. - Correct. - I probably wouldn't say anything at all, but am I on the side of like you don't make the calls in the gym like that? Yeah, I would probably lean towards that. And I apologize for that. I think I agree with that. - I also do think that whenever you have headphones in, when you're on the phone, you talk louder than you do. - Yeah, you do, you do. - And also headphones sometimes do not block out other people talking. I've had that happen before where I have headphones in and I still hear other people talking and I'm like, stop, yeah, stop. So yeah, I guess there's a time and place. Are there any real housewives that in your eyes could essentially do no wrong? Like for me, it's totally a hot take. But that's an e-frankle. I absolutely love her and I know you can't take me, but like whatever I love her on my TV. And also Angie Kay from Salt Lake City is up there. I just love her energy, her vibe and just everything. So I'm just curious if there are any housewives that you guys basically would love no matter what. Yeah, right. There's some people that I do, she's maybe in that category for me. I think people would be like, what the? I think they do too. I just think when a camera's in front of him, he turns into Nick Jonas businessman. Not just Nick Jonas, guy who can hang. It's very different. No, I've been joking with my friends about this because watching the podcast. It's like he's always, there's always the jokes at Kevin at Kevin's expense. And now that they're doing the podcast more, it comes more often. And you're just like, come on. It's just like more often. And I'm like, damn, of course you see more of like the brotherly relationship. But I do think there are times that I just, you just kind of want to be like. A couple of buttons. You know, so when he was doing the D23, when they were all doing the D23 stuff, he had made the same joke a couple times. And I was like, see, this comes across like he practiced this joke in the mirror. You know, he said it during multiple interviews. I think he said it on stage. We're talking about like now that there are Disney legends where I can say whatever the H.E. double hockey six I want. Like referencing how they couldn't curse back in the day. But it's like, okay, but he did it multiple times. Remember you texted me. Yeah, I said, I think Nick is I don't know. I said, you gotta like, you gotta shake. You gotta shake it off a little. You gotta shake it off a little bit. If he's okay. I think that's just this. Yeah, but I think he is afraid of maybe getting some sort of not backlash. But like anybody having an opinion about something he has to say. But at the same time, everyone has an opinion on the fact that he doesn't like have anything to say. Like, you know what I mean? So it's I guess he'd rather play it safe. Yeah. And that's why I think when Miley too, like though, like that relationship is. probably way more complicated and deeper than, than we know, yes, they were really young, but there were some ins and outs there. But she very much joked a lot about it during the Hannah Montana special. And she was like, yeah, I think that's Miley's personality. No, but at that point too, I just, I don't know, I just think that's Miley's personality that she can laugh about those situations. I just don't know if, if, if Nick can publicly, like that's just not his personality to be like, oh, my Miley days, I'm like, do you ever think about just like changing your personality then? It's so fucked up. Like, like, oh, like, do you ever think about just like being like Miley Cyrus and being able to laugh about it then? Yeah, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Yes, yeah. I know. Noah's making a face that has it looking like he's going to ask me if I want to cut this later. No, I don't think so. No, no, no, no. At this point, in my mind, I see him being like, I am a married father and I don't want to talk about my relationship from when I was a teenager. Are there any Disney relationships where that wouldn't be true? Like they both are equally like laugh about it now? What are there? What are there? What are there like young relationships? I mean, Nick's not talking about any of them and Nick really was at the epicenter of a lot. I feel like Joe Jonas is definitely live auto or now. Yeah. Yeah, but they're still not like joking about back in the day. No, I don't think they could have Joe. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, I mean, that is the furthest thing Nick. Yeah, no, no, no, no. There's probably a couple of them that we don't even know about that. Yeah, the will laugh about it, but we won't know that. I don't think Nick wants to talk about any of those. I was deep in that lore then, I was still just like what was going on at that time because we were just all around the same age and it was just so intriguing to me.
