Effortless Weight Loss- The Belief You Must Adopt!
14m 1s
The host invites listeners to a seven-day subconscious reset called the "effortless weight loss recoding party," priced at $11, aimed at changing the deep-seated belief that weight loss must be a struggle. She explains that many people are raised to believe they must control, push, or manipulate their bodies to lose weight, which makes the process hard and unsustainable. The goal is to recode the subconscious so that individuals can relax, trust their bodies, and experience effortless weight loss—comparing this to floating in a pool instead of fighting to stay afloat. She references the book "Seth Speaks" to support the idea that beliefs create personal reality, and that the brain only sees evidence that confirms existing beliefs (like missing a gorilla in a video because you're focused on basketball passes). The host emphasizes that changing one core belief can transform everything, and she has created a 30-minute recode session combining breathwork, hypnosis, and other methods. She encourages listeners to sign up for the live event on March 31st, after her birthday, but includes a disclaimer for those who are pregnant or have epilepsy or seizures. The episode concludes with an invitation to experience this transformation firsthand.
Hello you guys, welcome back to the podcast. Okay, first things first, I want to invite you to a party, a recoding party for effortless weight loss. And it's a seven day subconscious reset experience. And it's a live event to start for the day. And then the rest is utilizing the audios that I provide. And you obviously get access to all the replays. But I want you to experience the magic of recoding and how powerful it truly is. So we are recoding the belief that you have to work against your body. That weight loss has to be a struggle, something you need to force into change. And I bet that every single person listening to this that has struggle with their body has some form of this belief going on that your body is something you have to push against or control or is not on the same team as you. We are literally raised to believe that. Like 90s kids, like watching Oprah, like how do we manipulate our bodies into losing weight? And then the concept that it doesn't stick and that maintenance is hard that you must push against it for the rest of your life. Like this is literally making everything so hard for you. And I am telling you, weight loss can be truly effortless. And if you don't believe me, just keep listening to this episode and also join me for the recoding. It's only $11, okay? Like I want you to experience the magic first hand. So and obviously I have had this experience first hand like I struggled deeply, you guys all know this. It was very, very hard for me. I did not believe that my body was something that I could trust. I believe that it was working against me and then I had to control it in order to see results. And when I tell you everything changed when I got this belief, when I changed this one belief, when I transformed my subconscious mind to know that my body was on my side and that I could trust it. And then it actually had my back like everything changed for me. It became so easy, it became effortless, which is why I'm focusing on this belief recoding for you guys. So when this belief changes on a deep level, you can relax. You no longer feel like you need to be hyper vigilant around food or even if you do overeat a little like you trust your body, take care of the food you give it, you feel supported and safe in your body. Not like you're constantly on guard, you just feel at ease. And an analogy for this is kind of like you're in a swimming pool thinking you need to swim constantly and keep moving and hold your breath and kick harder and harder and harder and keep going and going and going, you're gonna sink. And that's what we do with our bodies, right? But then you let go and you float, you are supported, you are safe, you are good, you don't in fact have to force yourself to stay afloat, you naturally float. This is the same with your body, okay? That's the vibe I'm gonna be planting into your brain at the deepest level inside the effortless weight loss recode. And again, it's only $11 because I think every single woman in the entire world and man needs to experience this. So the link is down below and you also have a week of supporting audios and masterclass and the recoding session and you are gonna walk away from this, literally feeling like a different person and I'm not just saying that like the weight that I've structured this is so powerful. And here's kind of what I want to talk about in terms of this episode today is that weight loss was never hard. You were just told that from the earliest age, from parents, from grandparents, from media, from aunts, from uncles, from sisters, like you were taught to believe that if you weren't controlling and going hungry that you'd gain weight, which is literally the craziest thing in the entire world that they have convinced so many people of this like your body is designed to thrive. And the dieting industry makes so much money off you believing that your body is something you need to manipulate and control. It was always on your side. It was always able to flow. And when you can actually embody that deeply and don't worry, I'm gonna do this for you inside this recode class. You can loosen your grip, you can relax your nervous system, you can feel safe, you can actually finally trust, you can breathe, you can let go. Like, okay, and let's go with another analogy at it, which I'm sure I've used before. But if you meet someone wonderful yet your whole life, you've been told you can't trust men, they're gonna cheat on you, you can't let your guard down, you need to be checking their phones, you need to be keeping track of their whereabouts, like you can't trust them as far as you could throw them, like there's no good men in the world. Like, do you think if you're acting like that for your whole relationship, like do you think that wonderful man is going to end up sticking around for long? Like, eventually he probably will cheat on you because he literally couldn't win. Like, you actually created it, right? And that's actually what we've been doing with our bodies are entire lives. And that's why you've had the experience of even if you do try to trust, which isn't a true trusting, you aren't seeing the results you want because deep down you still believe that you're gonna gain weight or you're gonna binge or that it's hard and it's not gonna work. And like, that's why. So if you want to experience ease around your body, it's essential that you shift the subconscious beliefs you have around it at the root. And that is what the recode process is designed to do. And this is going to be iconic. So I also just wanted to share today some experts, not experts, excerpts from my latest favorite book, which is Seth Speaks. And it's called The Nature of Personal Reality. And it's all about how you're believing you're reality. And Seth Speaks is like Abraham Hicks, but they were like pre-Abraham. They're like, even before Abraham. So it's channeled content and just like everything they could, they say is so good and so true. So I just wanted to share some little parts of the book so far that has just been really affirmed everything I already know to be true. So here's what they say. You create your experience through your beliefs about yourself and the nature of reality. You create your experiences through your expectations. So, you know, if you're raised to expect that your body is working against you, your whole life, this is what you're going to create as your reality. And what's so many people are unfortunately experiencing. Your beliefs and expectations about yourself and the world around you affects your thoughts and emotions. So you take your beliefs about reality as truth and you don't question them even though all beliefs are subjective and they become these like invisible assumptions and they seem indisputable because you will continuously find evidence of the truth of your own beliefs and assumptions. So just they even occur to you to question their validity, their validity. And I really want you to question the idea that you can't trust your body because literally, if you're a woman listening to this podcast, which I think 99% of you are, you can create an entire human without lifting a finger. You really think your body can't live in perfect harmony without you weighing your food and counting calories. Like, it's like actually hilarious. And each person experiences a unique reality different from any other individual. So this reality springs outward from the inner landscape of thoughts, feelings, expectations and beliefs. So if you believe that your body works against you rather than for you, then you hamper its functioning or rather you force it to behave in congruence with your beliefs. So your beliefs are like fences that surround you or like a box you live in. And there are so many people walking through life in their dream bodies without struggle or hardship or a second thought, you just aren't seeing it because you are literally fenced in. And within that fence, you can only see the other people struggling with you. You are going to continuously get a reflection of your own personal beliefs. And that's why they feel so true. And why there's so much evidence for them. And you can argue for them all day long. But there's a whole infinite world out there that you aren't seeing because you're stuck in this fence. And within that fence, you can only see a reflection of your own beliefs. That's literally how your brain operates. It seeks to confirm what it believes. And it will quite literally only see evidence of what you believe. Like, we've probably all seen that gorilla video with the basketballs where you're counting the basketball passes and a gorilla literally like dad to say the screen and you don't even see it. That's what's happening for you and your body. There's all these gorillas dancing around in their dream bodies effortlessly. And you just simply can't see it because you are subconsciously focused on the belief that it's hard, right? So Seth states that you are in physical existence to learn and understand that your energy translated into feelings, thoughts, and emotions caused all experience. There are no exceptions. That's in capital letters underlined. Once you understand this, you only have to learn to examine the nature of your beliefs. Your emotions follow your beliefs. Your actions follow your emotions. Like it all stems from your beliefs. So any idea that you accept as truth is a belief that you hold. And you must then take the next step and say and recognize like this is not necessarily true, even though I believe it. Like it's not necessarily true for every single person in the world. And you have these beliefs that say, I can't trust my body. I hold on to weight. This is hard for me. My body gains weight easily. It's hard to lose. None of these need to continue to be true for you. And if you want to let this go, then you know where to go to sign up, right? And the physical data will always seem to reinforce the beliefs because that is how your brain works. The beliefs formed the reality. The beliefs came first. Okay. Seth says, look around you. Your entire physical environment is the materialization of your beliefs, your sense of joy, sorrow, health, or illness. All of these are also caused by your beliefs. If you believe that a given situation should make you unhappy, then it will and the unhappiness will then reinforce the condition. This is something that has been happening. What I've noticed inside, hot, happy, healed where we have begun changing beliefs. And even so, Lauren, you guys know Lauren. My bestie is in hot, happy, happy.
healed and she was saying the other day like I actually can't believe that I cared about this so much. She was like it's so strange how it really doesn't matter anymore and like she's getting married in a few months and let me tell you like that doesn't mean that she's going to start gaining weight or because she does it like she's realized how little it matters. It's actually the opposite. She's feeling so good that she just wants to multiply that feeling and it's coming from this pure energy of total okness in her body and it's honestly amazing to watch because like Lauren and I have been best friends for six years now and I've seen how deeply she's been in struggle around her body and she is like a new freaking person around her body and her beliefs and every single woman inside how to be healed is experiencing this like the recode process is so powerful. So anyway back to Seth. Within you is the ability to change your ideas about reality and yourself and to create a personal living experience that is fulfilling to yourself and others and then he goes into the body. Your conscious beliefs direct the functioning of your body not the other way around. So your beliefs about your body are directing what's happening in your body like there is no way around it. If you believe that you need to accept these difficulties that this is just how it is for me that's in my genes like this belief alone deters you from ever solving the issue. Your ideas and beliefs are forming the entire structure of your experience. Your joy, vitality and accomplishment do not come from the outside to you as events that happen to you but they spring from the inner events that are the result of your beliefs. So here's the good news. You can change your beliefs and this has been my obsession ever since I first really discovered this work and realized like I saw first hand how changing my beliefs changed my life. You guys know I got it tattooed on my body but come what you believe like like it's just so important to recognize the beliefs you hold in any area and change them if you want to change your results. What I've really learned over the years of affirmations, of hypnosis, of you know meditations, of tapping, of so many different methods is that beliefs are changed in a very specific way and that's exactly why I created recode. It takes every facet of like scientifically backed belief change and I've combined it into one 30 minute session that is life changing and I talked about that in the last episode. So anyway I could go on and on and on about the power of beliefs but I do need to go walk the dog before I pick up Jaden and we're going to the circus tonight so I'm so excited for that but I just wanted to do a quickie episode to invite you guys to this masterclass we're going to talk more about beliefs and how they're shaping your body and then we're going to transform them in a recoding session and again it's only $11 like literally you could literally transform your entire body from this one belief being changed. I'm not just saying that like the belief that I have in this work is just beyond anything I've ever created or experienced myself like it's truly incredible. So I'm so excited to share it with you. I'm so excited to do a live class. I got my breathwork teacher facilitator training. Dan I got my little certificate so we're going to do doing a little bit of breathwork and this is therefore not recommended for pregnant people, cardiovascular disease. I have like a you know if you have history of epilepsy or seizures it's not going to be suitable for you just check out the disclaimer it's on the check out page so you'll know if this is appropriate for you or not but I'm so excited to share this with you it's going to be so fun and I hope to see you guys in the live recode effortless weight loss subconscious reset that is going to happen on March 31st the day after my birthday, airy season and we're going to have a great time so I'll see you guys there.
