No great power in history has ever outsourced its survival and survived. And for us Europeans it means that we must very rapidly build our independence, independence independence without delays and without excuses. That is a kind of knowledge center of the nation. Yes, that is good. We are a multinational organization. As a mission, we have to support the nation in the acceleration formation and the change of acceleration formation. The Americans don't give anything anymore. And the French give now 2/3 of all the information, and that comes because the French are all the same. If they only give a couple of these kind of satellites, they can do this. They don't have a lot of them, but they do it. In any case, they can do this information, they can give it to the workers. That's what they call the SCO, CISO satellites. That's all freely developed. But they don't have a lot of three. And they are actually responsible for their experiences. So they take care of what happens on the ground. And then they have specific communication satellites. Also in the European Union, we have every opportunity to have them in the broadcast. As a European Union, we have a whole hope. As a Galileo and that sort of thing. So they can also do that. And that sounds good. The strongest leader of the European Union can fill this into Europe. So you tell me more about the data from the Delta system. What we see is that, of course, the big commercial parties have been established. With the support of the UGN. That's also very relevant. What you have to do as a huge number of data is done. That's what you have to do. You have to find a lot more ways to share data. And so what happens is that they diversify. So you use all the opportunities to communicate with the country, with 5G, with 4G. But we're in the Delta now. Well, they're following, of course, the data is in the cloud. And there you can analyze it. Do you have the cloud? Yes. Look, there are also different things, but not only are they not only one cloud provider. They're responsible for diversification. You are also here, fast-forward, both Americans and even with volunteers. That means you're still trying to express yourself. So you're on that side. Maybe even faster that you can't even organize yourself. Well, what you see is that we now see the shift on the high level, because you have the information available. Now you see that we can properly analyze it. And that's what happens in the corner. So they are based on open source information. They make information and it starts with one information. And now it's maybe 2,000 information. That are based on our first part with all kinds of different groups. And that development we are now in the main store to see. That, for example, has given me a plate, which flight card was there. And that's what I feel like then. That I really want to have in my hand, because, that is for your attention. Okay, but how do we get this in hand? So if you just look at it, what happens in the next half a week. Then either of them, as long as they have a lot of knowledge, that America's software has met with the Europeans. If you read the national security strategy, then it looks like that. If you certainly also read the national defense strategy for a week, then it looks like it's just a clip and clear from within the European Union. We have to say that. We also have to say that we are now in a meeting. Maybe we still don't want to know each other very well that we are in a meeting. But what is necessary to do this Europe? Where does it go then? What do you have to do then? Yes, for me, I feel, look, we as military, for us it is very important that we want to work together. And so, for us, it doesn't have to be from me or my system. But life becomes, through life as you are, X, I or Z. And that means that you have to get rid of it. That you have to use the same standard of life as we have to work together. And that means that we also have to have a diversification. And we can have it from the system. It is really not like you have to put everything on the same spot in the same cloud, because we can do it for ourselves. Because I just gave it to you how you can have different data layers. So much more relevant is that there is a lot of companies that are currently working on the C2 analysis. Yes, that's the command control. Yes, the command control has to develop. And what we have to change is that they do that on the same level. That it doesn't make it easier for the Italian to get a system of Leonardo and the second system to do so. And that is also what it is. But this money is also different from the hardware. You also have different missiles and flyers. You can let it go after it. If it's a few blocks away, it's a nightmare. Because you don't know the difference between the two. But it can. You have to make an income or make it. And I want you to contact the industry. Because of course, in the middle of the board, you have a lot of money. You have prearmure with the 800-moyard, 150-missive, collectable, linear, and shaleen. Look, what Germany gives extra money. And of course, what we can give. What it's going to give here in Europe is a lot. There are a lot of rules with difficult names about common procurement and standard and that kind of stuff. But so, how do you have to organize it so that it really comes from the bottom? A sort of European and innovative defense industry that this all can make? Yes, that's for me. Look at innovation. As a strategy, I think it's very important. And that means that you see innovation, of course, on what you already have. But it also asks for disruptive innovations. What that is, it's not just the things you do, do something better. But it's also important to see how a fast assessment of the scientific and technological development to an operational advantage. And that's not a single thing. That's a sort of continued, new country. That's better than drones, huh? Yes, exactly. So, of course, it's not that you need to buy a lot of drones. But you have to see, where exactly is innovation? And innovation in my perspective is mainly in the software, in the EII. That's a big game changer. And we see that the companies that are there in innovation are commercial companies. Why? Because they need to have a lot more money. And innovation is mainly because you are very fast. And you can only be fast if you use it. And that means that if technology, through a lot of users, is often used. And because there are a lot of applications, you can develop a lot faster. That's why we see the military now. That the Ukraine actually is your real life customer. That we can develop a lot faster on one of the military. Through startups, for example. Yes, through startups, because we can also improve a lot faster. And you have a lot faster through it, that doesn't work. So, what you see is a startup, it's a boom in business, especially at home. You also see a wide range of technology in the big companies. But what you see in the big companies, the heavy weapons system, is that the price, because there is so much money in the market, and people want to keep up with it, the price of the systems is unblockable. In the meantime, more than 30% of the money is lost in a year. And that has enormous consequences. So, you can have a lot more money, but you can still buy less. And that also has to find an solution for it. And where else can there be a possibility for Europe? We also learned from the Sander-Tordware for example. There are a lot of good industrial bases in Europe, even better than in America. We are smart, and we have money. But we also have a different procedure. So, you have to do it well. Here, we just try our quality to pressure it, and so not in the fault traps of the sneeper and the rules that we have. You have to run the procedures. That's what you do, then, is that really an absolute advantage? You have to speed it up. It's almost a year, but in the meantime, you also do that in a certain way. If I see what happens, then I have to concentrate on that. That a number of rules are actually set up quickly. And we are already starting. And that also has to be done. You can just wait a few years before you have the sneeper set in the Netherlands. And I don't think that's good enough. I think it's also annoying. I mean, I want to have a high-imposition factory at home, but at the beginning it has to be done. Where do you think it works now, just in Europe, when it comes to the ground? I have to say, it's always optimistic with groups where I talk to. Because I see that a lot has happened. In Europe, of course, they are incredibly good in building ecosystems, cooperation work. And what it needs is, I think, also a good vision, where we have to go. And that's why I think there is another direction. So if you innovate, you have to know where you are going to innovate. And the risk we are now is that we want to innovate with our thinking today. And that is extremely important. Because, look, we see that our story game is so huge that it changes. For the hybrid clock, really all the other things are needed. So we can't afford to focus only on the first day of the three days I took. That also asks if it's a half society. So, the whole scale actually is there. That's why you have to see, okay, where is it also that the technical and technological edge? Because where more can now be very good, we can be better with the next technology. I'm happy that this is a strategic vision that we really have to develop in the Netherlands. But also outside. Let's stand between different countries. I think that's a problem. So what you see in this room is that all countries for sure in this room are based on defense industry. And we can imagine that. But it's a difficult thing to do in the Netherlands. I think we should do that. It's the 150th of the European Union to work together with the development of a project. But it's very difficult. A little bit of a question. The whole defense industry is based on defense industry. It's just no part of the community. You have to even cynically say the French do it yourself. How can you really innovate if there is no real competition between European national industry? I think, for me, it's still the question. What is the defense industry tomorrow? What do you see in it? There are two things in it. First of all, you develop the military. And then you use a lot of it now. Because now the big difference has been made. That is in the digital world, in the EU. That becomes a lot of it. And that means that you have to get a partner from what I do with defense industry. Which part is still very typical for the initiative in the kinetic circle? Of course, nuclear technology or a long-distance strike. The most defense industry is actually making industry. And you see that that industry does not make the bottleneck anymore. As we look into it now, it is made from the field. And then they say yes, for Dory, these satellites do not do what I want. Then a couple of software engineers are going to go. And tomorrow, the software needs to be in that position. If you do not move into the state within a week, you will change your software. Then it is not more relevant. That's right, we will move on from time to time. A bit of the opportunity, maybe in Europe, not our own Lockheed Martin. And more for Grumman, we have to develop it. But you have to look at those start-ups, commercial companies, innovative. A bit of the opportunity for quick fixes. Because there is not a lot of time left. There are a lot of features to develop. That is my problem. We just don't have enough time to do it. To look at it for a short time. And we keep looking at it. We keep looking at it. As if that is a mistake. But it is not quite the case. The speed we can innovate. On the other hand, I think, especially in the Netherlands. There is still a lot of speed to get things on. And change if we want that. So I don't have to worry about it that much. I think it is very important to look at what we are ready for. And it is a big risk to only face one example that is discussed. The new driving asks more times. And that asks me more resilience from today. And we have to think that our industry is also well-deserved. Where we have to go. Because that industry is also part of the solution. The question is that the procedures are determined. I also say that these are not on that level. They say, but we walk fast on the contract. It is not going to be fast. We want it better. But we have to invest. We can invest. And that money has to come from today. I really want to go with it. It is not very difficult for me.
