In court documents say that the victim was taken by a police to Nessau University Medical Center where the remainder of his hand and a portion of his arm was amputated. Like I'm pretty sure we're not putting your shit back together, but it's been blown up by dynamite. So they do the investigation and they discover that Wadal had repeatedly threatened the victim with the dynamite and multiple times in the month for the incident. Now, I don't know how long they had been together, but I'm pretty sure of the matter of fact, the threatened is you would dynamite and she must have some access to dynamite. At some point, maybe that's what they were arguing about that night. I don't know, but I damn sure. If you threaten me numerous times to dynamite, I don't think you did more than once. I'm probably just going to leave. But the Wadal was taken to custody on March 23rd of 2024. And they said domestic violence can escalate to deadly levels. In this case is a sovereign reminder of that reality, Gordon Diserturnity Tierney. Thanks to the outstanding work of our prosecutors and the Suffolk County Police Department, a dangerous individual has been held accountable and will face a lengthy presence sentence for the horrific act. On April 24, 2026, I can't believe this person wants to trial. What do you think you're not going to get family guilty? But anyway, following her jury trial, which was resided by Supreme Court Justice Richard Howard's Wadal was family guilty of assault in the first degree, which is a Class B violent felony. A criminal possession of a weapon in the first degree, which is also a Class B violent felony. And she is scheduled to return the court for sentence on May 27, 2026, where she faces up to 25 years behind bars. The, you know, I don't really think, I know I'm a hard-ass, I don't really think 25 years for blowing them up, fuckers hands and arm off, which you had the intent to kill them. That's obvious, right? You don't know what the stick of dynamite is going to do or not do, which you had the intent to kill them. I don't think 25 years is enough. On the 25th of November in 1991, it was 21 years old, Cindy Wanner who was 35, banished from her sister's home at Granite Bay, California. Well, her husband writes a residence with her four year old daughter and found there 11 month old baby alone and crying and strapped in the hot chair. I'm pretty sure you know I know bad shits went down right? Three weeks later, Wanner's body was discovered 40 miles away and a secluded wooded area. She had died for strangulation meaning somebody choked her to death still the most intimate form of killing there is. They said arguably this is one of the most heinous notorious cold cases we have. Investigators say a 69 year old man who escaped to the Philippines is responsible for the 1989 abduction and sexual battery of a young girl. Fox 13 Jennifer of Eglis joins us live from the newsroom after digging into the case all evening and Jennifer how were investigators able to connect the suspect to the crime. Haley according to the Bureau of Immigration which works with both the U.S. Department of Justice and the Philippine government it was genealogical research and preserved DNA evidence from the case that led to tactics to young Tom Talmich. It was a case jarring Hillsborough County in 1989 spanning two popular bowling alleys the abduction and sexual battery of a seven year old girl at the time. Investigators said a man approached the girl at Tampa Lane's on Northdale Mabry that's since closed down and gave her coins to play arcade games. Then lured her to his car raped her then dropped her off at another bowling alley while customers at Tampa Lane's frantically searched for her including the manager. The whole place just kind of came to a knowledge stopped. Allers went outside to the restaurant and people from the restaurant came outside and looked at the second bowling alley immediately recognized her. For nearly four decades the perpetrator went undetected until last month when the Hillsborough County State Attorney's office issued a warrant for young Tom Talmich who has been living in the city of Cavite in the Philippines Thursday. The Bureau of Immigration's fugitive search unit arrested him. The Bureau says it's all part of its shield kids campaign to prevent the Philippines from becoming a safe haven for child predators. We can say yes. He evaded you know legal consequences for so long. What I am more positively impressed is with the fact that the local law enforcement did not let it go. Around the time of the seven year old's abduction another with a three year old girl from a Pasco County gas station was also reported. We asked the Pasco County Sheriff's Office if Talmich is linked to this case too but we have not heard back. Now the state attorney's office in Hillsborough County says Talmich is not yet back from back in the United States. We asked the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office when he will be brought back and where but we have not heard back. Guys we know he stands up at Jennifer Vegas reporting tonight. Jennifer. So this is really a two-fer because I was in the middle of the story and I'm going to complete that story now. I saw this video one there and I thought well I thought it was the same case but obviously what but that's a good story too. Even now I'm going to finish this case. I mean that those little girls getting raped and the fucking punk ass pedophile going to the Philippines. That's a good good he can't rape anymore babies right. So back to it. Cindy Warner is missing now. Y'all husband gets home 11 month old baby. Strap in a hot chair crying in three weeks later. Warner's body was discovered. I'm telling you what they're trying to trick me because the damn sure shows us this video. I'm not going to play them. I'm going to attempt to play it again. So three weeks later, Warner's body was discovered 40 miles away and it's included what it would area and she had been choked it out. The sheriff I told you Mr. Mr. Woo, Sheriff Woo said it's the most heinous and the tourist co case we have and he's doing a press conference. He's got it. He had a big picture of Miss Winer. It said we identified the murder suspect as James lawhead and he said we hope this arrest will bring some justice and closure to Cindy Warner's family. Investigators had linked lawhead to the crime scene via forensic D in a analysis. I love it. I remember when it first came out and it just gets better every day. Lawhead had been convicted of sex crimes and sentenced to in 1980 to a 19 year term after starving 11 years. 11 years for sex crimes of 11 of 19. He was released in February of 1991. They said it's unclear but let's hit his early release. I can tell you did a bunch of fucking liberal bullshit. People that never been right or had their kids right. But it said when he was sentenced, psychiatrist from the state classified him as mentally disordered sex vendor who was not amenable to treatment yet that means he's always going to do it but they let him out. Yet he was still released after 11 years and kidnapped and murdered Cindy Winer within a year of his release. Lawhead ran a foul of the law a few times and including an arrest for felon to register as a sex vendor in place or county and he had been virtually unseen since 2005. And law enforcement believed he was living under a new identity living as Vincent Reynolds. That's not a shocker. Investigators have been searching for lawhead, accordance sheriff and more on the verge of enlisting the public's help. But they didn't have to because by fortuitously came in recently after an analyst with the SkySale Police Department used the state's transportation data to get a photo match of lawhead. He was arrested on the 24th of April and the driveway of his Arizona home. And they got a search warrant, authorities see several items from his home including a bag that contained $15,000 cash and a burn of phone. Lawhead is facing murder and kidnapping charges amongst other things. Now, his sister Terry Lawhead has also been taken into custody on an accessory charge. Quotations. She said she hadn't seen her heard from her brother in over 20 years and that he may have possibly been dead. It's court of sheriff. Investigators later found out that the home that Mr. Lawhead had been residing in the Arizona was owned by the same stupid bitch. She's now going to jail. Of course, the sheriff and that's not verbatim. But in recent years, there have been several high profile break throughs and cold cases due to the help of modern technology. They said justice just became the passage of time that doesn't mean justice to ministers in importance. And that's according to the Maureen guy or the place of county DA in the Atelier agree. All my time except for podcasts has been dedicated to getting innocent people off and you know, the podcast being separate with working the cold cases. But the if you're innocent and I've helped several innocent people fight their cases. I don't believe I fucking hate the thought of an innocent person sitting in jail. But I also think after 30 years of sitting on death row in all the pills process, they've wasted every avenue of you're not guilty, right? But the sometimes take that long and I'm going to tell you another story now and I totally believe in this. If you were innocent, you should not be in jail and sometimes think about it not all of them because I don't believe I did it. I think about it and I pray that I actually never put it in a sentman prison. But we don't tell you about a man who was finally cleared after 25 years in prison. He was in there for murder y'all, but he didn't commit it. So murder conviction has been thrown out. But only after the accused spent 25 years behind bars. The Harry Res' conviction has been vacated after he served a quarter of a century for the Harlem shooting of the manual Felix. As a judge and prosecutors may have withheld evidence, you can't fucking do it and then you teach them if you can't come correct, fucking don't do it. Right? Make it cold. And then when I argued in the courtroom, he said, go get the book, show me where it's law and so I did. And then he had to grant my probable calls. He just saw the judge. Even the judges don't know how laws right. He just thought it was a comic courtesy thing and not that it wasn't an actual 32k. But this day, he confronted this other driver for felon to use his blinker. And then he plunged a folding knife into the driver's chest after they pulled over to fight each other, right? Quotations. Use your fucking turd and signal. He had an order, his 28 screens the other driver in this quarterback to Fox affiliate WITI. I'm gonna beat your ass and he shouted to us while they were driving next to each other. The victim told police he was driving and racing with his girlfriend on April 23rd, when Norton suddenly confronted him in traffic about his driving etiquette. The victim admitted to telling Norton, hey, pull over near the intersection of 12 street and Washington Avenue and order and hop out, right? These will beat that ass. You know, you are hollering me in front of my old lady and so they began fighting each other. According to the criminal complaint, Norton and the man exchanged several punches, little fisticuffs. And they fought each other for about seven seconds. Well, seven seconds in a fist fight seems like seven minutes, but they'd trade the legs, right? Free fall. Five foe, fuck around and find out. They've trade the legs and the victim said he didn't see a knife or realized he had been stabbed until after they were done and he returned to his car. That's because you're a drunk. I'm just pulping so hard. So they questioned Norton about and Norton said, "Yeah, I do carry a fold of knife, but I don't remember pulling it out." Now, Norton accused the victim of being the aggressor and said, "He stabbed the man to get him away from me." Yeah. Well, the victim took himself to the hospital and was treated for puncture, wounds, plural, and lacerations, plural, to his chest and arm, which required stitches. I'm pretty sure if you're in a fist fight and you pull out your knife and you're cutting and you're stabbing the reason you stop fighting this because you're like, "Oh, shit." That "oh shit" moment, yeah, I might have killed the dude. Guess what? Everybody's got a camera and video provides a cut to the cops shows Norton making multiple stab-and-motions toward the man during their fight. An online court record show that Norton was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with the use of a dangerous weapon and first degree, recklessly, a danger in safety with a dangerous weapon. But he got a $5,000 bond and his due back in court next Wednesday. There you have it. It brought you fists to the knife. Man, fuck that. I'm not getting out of my vehicle, not in my age and getting in the roadside fight, not these days because there's somebody that shoots you or stab you. It's not like when we used to actually get out and fight and not pull a pistol or knife. That's what happens. It's time for family matters. And I guess it just wouldn't be me if I can't end it. This story of this day, this episode, um, on a really fucked up story. So we are going to. I'm going to tell you. about a brand new haven, and we're going to New Haven. A brand-fart father is accused of killing his 12-year-old son with a baseball bat and attempts to kill his 16-year-old daughter and he has pled guilty to the charges or to related charges. According to court documents, Anthony Andrew Espie, Tito Jr. pled guilty to murder, an attempted murder, and the state's superior court in New Haven. He's still in jail on a $3 million bond because he's got more charges pending. So Anthony was arrested on May 1st of 2025 after police were called to him like road. After he killed his 12-year-old son Anthony P. Espie, Tito Jr. and tried to kill his daughter. Police said the father admitted to hitting the son and the head with a baseball bat after the son treated him disrespectfully. So Anthony, the dad, Tito police said he heard in his head the voices of his mother and father who he said physically abused him as a child. As they kept saying, "Don't let him give him away with that." The disrespect will be haver. That's according to the police report. Now the dad said he also heard his mother's voice saying, "Baseball, baseball bat." That's all according to a brand for police detective Arthur C. Ferris. Anthony said he then grabbed a bat and started swinging it and hit his son in the back of the head. After that, his 16-year-old daughter later asked about her brother and dad Anthony pushed her down the stairs towards her brother's body. Thankfully, she was able to get out of the house. But the father told investigators he said, "I'm pretty sure I'll be able to kill her too if I was able to get the bat again." He was taken to custody after he left his residence and was stopped by a trooper's near the Durham Madison line around '79. He is not going to get the death penalty because they don't have it there. But I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know. I'm ending on that. I'm going to say this. Never give up, never surrender.
