Guys, can we go back to Friday? That was so fun hanging out with you guys, hanging out with the Foot Clan. Kyle and I, we got to talk to a lot of fans of the Dynasty Show, and it was actually wonderful. I mean, the Foot Clan, every year you think like, oh, they're great, but then you actually see them and meet them, and they are even better than what you could have imagined. They are good people. The live event is truly a special time. It was awesome. You guys were in town. I mean, let's see, we didn't have a Brooksy. He wasn't there, and then Schneider had a family thing pop up, so he wasn't able to make it, but I mean, that was a pretty full house of the footballers' crew. We were rolling deep, and I think one of my favorite parts before the show, was the vocal warm-ups. We were like, Blake Bortles. Yeah, the human torch was denied a bank loan. Schneider, Senders, just going for every double name possible. Got to get that alliteration popping. Adam Archuleta. That was my A. I enjoyed that part, behind the scenes. That was it, and then I logged out for the rest of the show. All right. Actually, if you didn't watch, you can go on YouTube. Watch Fantasy Footballers' channel and see the bold prediction show, but really just see the life sucked out of a man's soul when Mike just gets stabbed in the back. I mean, as your friend, it was glorious. Yeah. No, you guys did a great job. If you saw Jason induct himself into the Fantasy Footballers Hall of Fame, the first ever to be inducted into our Hall of Fame, Andy and I 100% had, no idea that this bit was going to happen. There were, I guess, a lot behind the scenes of, I mean, Jeremy losing sleep, going gray over it, but they pulled it off. And I hate when someone pulls off a really good bit. That's the part, too. You were like, this is good. I hate that this is good. Oh, that's why I hated it, because it was so good. Yeah, it was great. I also love the, I mean, Andy has shared this, on the main show and everything, but just, he was going to do this. And Jason was just one step ahead. So, we'll see. What even is next? Like, Andy can try, but I mean, it's over. I don't think he can go any further. Jason and I have discussed this. I mean, I am a two-time Ring of Honor, the only member of the Fantasy Footballers Ring of Honor. Jason is now in the Hall of Fame. So, it's like, I mean, he can try and get in one of our clubs, but I don't know if we'll let him in. I'm just going to say, what is he going to be in? The Cool Kids Club? Like, what kind of badge is he going to give himself? You know, just like a little Boy Scout badge and just kind of. I don't know. But I'm sure he's trying to figure it out. So, we'll have to beat him to it. Yeah. On this episode, we are going to kind of continue in that same vein and give our Dynasty bold predictions. We also have a list from the Foot Clan that I'm going to read off going from, okay, I could see this, to completely unhinged. And I don't know. I don't know what people are thinking. And I can tell you right now, there is one player that overwhelmingly has been talked about in this bold predictions thread more than any other player. I think he's like the most talked about player other than like Marshawn Lloyd, by the way. Number six. Dang it. Nasty boy. Number six. It went to the wrong folder. Dang it. Marshawn Lloyd. Nasty boy. Hey. Nasty boy. The summer. He's not so nasty anymore. He's the hotness now, man. He's the number six right now. Number six. I was like, pressing a drop and then it's not the one you hope, just jolts you a little bit. And it's like you hit the button and you know it's about to play what you didn't want it to play because there's like a split second in your mind. We're like, I can't fix this. It's too late. And it happened. All right. Now we have a new nickname on this show for Marshawn Lloyd. Number six. No, you can't do it with Yeet Cannon out there, man. That is a pretty sweet nickname. But just, hey, did you guys fit number six too this weekend? Only us and the listeners of this specific episode will know what we're talking about. Marshawn Lloyd is the hotness right now, but there's another player that I just, every single thread that I'm in is people talking about this player. So we will get to him. Are we talking about them today? Oh, we're definitely talking about them later on. All right. Because so many people put them as their bold prediction that it's at the point where it's like, I don't know if this is bold anymore because every single person is talking about it. Gotcha. It's like we had Parker Washington, as a sleeper in the UDK forever, and then his ADP, we just got to the point where we're like, well, I guess he's not really asleep in most people's drafts anymore. That's the player, Mike. That's the guy. Is it Parker? It's Parker. Overwhelmingly. Like the one that people. That's hilarious. I'm just going to read off some of them right now, okay? Because I had no idea what the name was. All right. Jason says that he will be the wide receiver six overall and be drafted in the first. Two to three rounds next year. Jason Moore? No, Jason Faulkner. Okay. You may. Look, when there is one of the hosts of the fantasy footballers who has the same exact first name, you might want to clarify it's not them. Not Jason Moore. Also, Andy says. Also, Andy was really in on this. And Jeremy thinks. Okay, let me keep going. And Brooks thinks. You can see that, Kyle. You can see that might be confusing for the listeners at home. Yeah. No, I'm kind of. I'm kind of aware of how. So far in the show, I've messed up a little bit. Number six. Colin Moses said he'll be a top 12 dynasty wide receiver. Spencer Matthews, he will finish as a top 15. Next person, top 15. Another person, he'll be a top five wide receiver this year. Okay. I didn't know that the. I mean, I knew people were like real in on Parker. I just didn't know that the napalm was coming out. In the morning, this is. That's some spicy takes, people. I can't wait till week one. Because, obviously, a lot is going to happen and we're going to overreact and probably more than we should. But, like, if there was one player you could tell me, what is their week one stat line? And it was Parker Washington. And I knew that information. I'd be like, okay. If he went 12 targets, eight catches, 90 yards and a touchdown, would not be shocked at all. And it's like, oh, we should have seen this coming. Or. Yeah. If they do the annoying Travis Hunter rotation stuff and Brian Thomas is still there getting his and, you know, it's like four targets for three for 30, also wouldn't be shocked. So, if you could tell me one player's week one stat line to understand what might happen this year, I think P. Walsh is at the top of the list. I'm following the uniform picture. They put him at the front of the flying V for. Oh, yeah. They know what they're doing. Oh, yeah. I'm, like, I'm not as. Like, none of my bold predictions are Parker Washington. But I'm. I'm pretty in. I think I can. I think I can see how it works to. Not. Maybe not top 15, but even beating his current ADP, I think he. Like, I think he's a solid pick still. Yeah. It's just wild that if you're taking a second half sample size, this is what we have to do, right? You can't use the first two and a half years of his career. How often have we had a player break out at that point? Needs to get a contract extension at some point. I think that's part of the conversation. But then. Then, like, pushing somebody forward in year four. It's just not a common, I guess, route for a player. And so that's what's hard for me. Not using historical data as, like, the only piece of the puzzle. But, like, nothing computes about his route. And immediately, everybody's on board. So. See those calves, brother? Come on. Imagine fading that. Calves are hard to fade. Quads, though? Imagine fading those calves and being at the front of the flying V in the official team picture. Analytics. You tell me. The flying V is the part that got me. I do have a quick question for us. And this one, I just need us to be real with each other as friends. But it's which player are you in a toxic relationship with when it comes to Dynasty? And the other two will help you form the breakup text. If you need to, if you need to move on. Oh, I am not breaking up. Okay. I'm just. It's just. I like the pain. Yeah, no. It's full spears, man. Toxic on this one. I'll go first. Last. What was it? Last year's rookie draft. I had three picks. I just did a full shotgun of third round wide receivers. I took Pat Bryant, took Kyle Williams, and I took Isaac Tesla. And it was like. You got a shot. Look, third rounder, we know that it's a better chance that they will become a true fantasy football player for your teams. But it's not a home run. by any stretch of the imagination. So I was like, man, I really hope one of these guys works. For Pat Bryant, I mean, in terms of just winning the offseason, Pat Bryant feels pretty awesome to have on your dynasty squad while you don't have to count on him, and you can just find out if all the fluff pieces that the Denver Broncos were putting out, if it's anything. But Kyle Williams was a player who I liked the player. So this wasn't just like, oh, he's a third rounder. I liked the guy. I liked him. I liked the fact that he was just, he's so fast, and you're pairing him with Drake May. It was like, this seems like a very interesting situation. That is rookie year, you know, not a ton of opportunities, but a ton of opportunities weren't expected. And then you get into this offseason, and the whole thing starts with Kayshaun Booty's like mad. He wants to get traded. And you're like, oh, well, maybe Kyle Williams can sneak up. He can sneak up the depth chart. And then it's like, no, Kayshaun Booty's dominating training camp. He's getting all the targets. You're like, what, what is happening? And then it just kept going. And it felt like Kyle Williams was just gone because he, like, he got demoted. And then his, but then his preseason numbers are, they're spectacular. I know these aren't like he's playing full-time with the starters against other starters, but what, 4.37 yards per route run? That's hot. I mean, he was like, I think he's their highest graded player of the preseason. And again, preseason doesn't mean a ton, but it's like, I'm so confused here. And then they traded Booty. It was like, are we, are we actually going to get A.J. Brown, Kyle Williams on the outside and put Remy Dobbs in the slot? I think that's how they should do it, but I don't know if they're going to. And I just, I don't know if Kyle Williams is something or if he's a player that I'm just going to be stashing for an entire year. Not picking up other players. I'm just waiting on Kyle Williams to do something until next year's rookie draft. And I'm like dropping Kyle Williams. Well, Mike, they say the preseason doesn't matter. Matters to me if it fits my priors. If it doesn't fit my priors, it doesn't mean anything. I'm with you though on, on the, the tough part with him. Cause it's like, I do think he's talented, but the problem is like, he kind of seems like he has like a specific role on this team. And it's kind of like a thin needle to thread. Like the, the target earning ability so far in the league, we haven't seen cause he hasn't been on the field, but it's like, man, you know, I know you love Romeo Dobbs. Mike, like Romeo Dobbs is an underrated NFL player. He's not going to be a 30% target share guy, but he will get his and AJ Brown, I think is still maybe one or two more years left of being a dominant player. So if those two things are still true, it's a very thin needle for fantasy. But I agree with you. Like if you told yourself the first week of September, Hey, Kyle Williams can't get on the field this year because of pop Douglas. And then you look back in December and you're like, I was worried about pop Douglas. Like obviously if pop Douglas is good and he has the trust of the coaching staff, whatever, but like it's not a tricky depth chart to get on the field in the third wide receiver role. So if that happens, I think he has an element of juice over the top that AJ Brown at this point in his career, like, yeah, he can win downfield still, but he's not doing what he did four years ago, you know? So I think he is a piece of the puzzle this year. And to me, it's just a matter of kind of how long does it take to get the, the, the coaching staff's trust to be able to do that. I'm holding him where I have him. Yeah. I think he's a whole for sure. I think it's also just tough because he has the versatility that he can be in the slot and be outside and hopefully replace some of the booty downfield stuff, which is such a fun sentence to say, by the way, booty stuff. But I do have the text. If you wanted to send this out, you just tell him you've been wonderful and I hope that you can find someone else who gives you everything you deserve. That's, that's the, that's the text. Cause I don't think it's on this team. No, no, but I do think, I don't know. It's definitely a breakup over text guy. Oh, for sure. Hey, I am with my way message up. Oh, just the away message. It's your, it's your custom away message. By the way, Cassandra, we're through. It's not working out. I'm going to go get some message. I, I, I just hate players like this because I just, they might be on the wrong team to truly, to be a difference maker for fantasy. So what Mike's saying is I drafted him here. Here's what he could be. You can't drop that guy. And yet he's probably going to end up being unplayable unless somebody gets injured. Probably. Okay. Bets. Who are you in a toxic relationship with? This man has caused me a lot of joy and several moments of frustration and annoyance as Jaden Reed. And I think we all agree. Jaden Reed is a talented player. Yeah. As a rookie. I was, I was like, man, this is a guy I want to take a shot on the second round. I got him a lot in that year of the second round of rookie drafts. And it's like, okay, he comes out and he does what he did as a rookie and, and follows that kind of like classic rookie arc of a season where it's like, you know, slow start November, December starts to have that late season push that we often see with talented players. You know, 64 catches, almost 800 yards, eight touchdowns as a rookie. You're like, okay. And the peripherals that Kyle tells us to look for 25% targets throughout run 2.11 yards. Start run. You're like, this is it. I have found the next year to breakout player. And then we know what has happened since then. Right. It's been the frustration of not only feeling too high receiver sets, only a part-time player, then it's injury. And now I'm still like wondering where is this player at and what is he for this team? But routes part didn't go up. The routes part did not go up. That has been the issue. The per route and stuff is still good. Yeah. But you, the projection is, well, on a per route, if he gets more routes and they're like, but he won't, we won't give him more. Routes. But what if this is the year Mike? Yeah. Okay. And that's why I'm going to talk to the relationship with Jane really. Cause I keep coming back and it's more pain. But in all seriousness, my take on this this year is I don't know that the two wider set thing is going to change. I think we've seen enough at this point. And there's been so much talk out of camp. Like, yes, it is a golden and it is Christian Watson and two wide receiver sets. But if the Packers defense struggles this year, which I think they might more than we've come accustomed to just because of the Micah Parsons injury that you lose your defensive coordinator. And you know, we're all excited about the cannon in Marshall and Lloyd, especially if you have them on your dynasty team and you like have this free RB two that was just sitting there having no value. Like you should feel awesome. But I have a tough time seeing Matt LaFleur. Who's an awesome head coach. Give the entire offense to Lloyd who has seven total touches to his name in two years when he has Jordan love. Like this is not Josh Jacobs with the trust that he has in him. So I've kind of made my case that this is going to happen. And I'm just building teams this way, whether it's dynasty redraft, best ball, whatever, like, I am buying the Packers pass game. And obviously I know Mike loves Christian Watson. I do too. Kyle doesn't like fun. I like Matthew Golden at cost. I like Jaden Rita cost. So I'm just in on the Packers pass game. And I've, I've been kind of workshopping this take and I'm almost scared to say it out loud. I think I might place a little wager on Jordan love twin MVP. What are your thoughts on that? Oh, Kyle. Um, how shaky slash sweaty are the hands getting knowing that Christian Watson is about to happen? Um, a little sweaty, but I also love Jordan, love this. And I'm going to talk about Jordan love later on. That's fine. That, that wasn't my question for you. No, no pivoting. You're just saying you, you know, that you, you're starting to believe. I think I could get there. I get there. Okay. In my opinion, you can't have a great Christian Watson or you can't have a great Jordan love season without Christian Watson being great. I agree. Personally, that's how I feel. So if you're in on Jordan love, by default, Kyle loves Christian Watson. Let's go. I'm okay with him having a good season for my Jordan love. You love him. I, Jaden Reed is one of those players that I've had him in redraft. I haven't been one spot in dynasty and it's like impossible to start him impossible week to week. I hate it. I hate it so much. So you can't get anything for him. Really? Like, I don't feel like people are pounding the door to get him. So you're just kind of, you're just kind of stuck. And like, is he starting on some of your rosters? No, because you haven't been able to count on him for two years. So it's almost like you've had to kind of relegate him to like a bench flex piece. Yeah. Um, before I get into mine, I need to just give the honorable mention for all three of us. If we have to mention a player that we are in this, this relationship is Jack bash and people are probably like, why, why did you not bring him up yet? And then Jason brought up, he brought him up on his own accord on the main show on Friday. And I had to hide my laughter for about 30 minutes straight of him. Just doing it. So yeah, that was so good. It's tough. It was the end of the episode. It was ahead of one of the biggest draft weekends of the year. And the last thing people heard on the main show was don't leave your draft without Jack bash. Oh, so good. Yeah. So Jack bash on my roster, hopefully he's a thing, but this is a player I have in the ballers main dynasty. And this is a player that I have in the ballers main dynasty. And then I also have another spot and I don't know what to do with Marvin Harrison jr. Because I drafted him and it feels like I'm just going to stay in this relationship because if I broke up with him now, it means I was wrong about him in the NFL was wrong. Um, that I invested all this time that I feel like I'm going to lose a trade. Like if I trade Marvin Harrison, he goes off. If you trade him right now, you, I feel like no matter what, if you trade him right now, you've, I feel like you've lost the trade. That's, that's already. That's literally what I wrote down. I was like, I don't want to lose this and I don't want him to go off on someone else's team and then there's a redemption arc and I want to be a part of that story that I always believed but here's the stat that I've been thinking about a lot and maybe it tells a bigger story about last year when Michael Wilson, Trey McBride, and Marvin Harrison were on the field together last year so only counting those snaps they're on the field together Marv led the team in target share that just blows my mind knowing what Trey McBride did so Marv was at 26% Trey McBride was at 25% and then Wilson was down at 16% I can't get away the fact that like yes it hasn't gone the way that we want it to but is there still room for this guy to bounce back and be a top 20 wide receiver this year? Yeah there's definitely room. Okay, should I break up with him Betts? Have you gotten trade offers for him? Yeah, low ball stuff Like what? Like not even a first. Like a second in somebody else. It depends what the somebody else is but yeah I mean you're going to get what 75 cents on the dollar in this type of trade for Marv and I know it's been rough I know that the expectations were sky high if Marv develops into a wide receiver two for fantasy that's a win at this point for me that's where I'm at so I think we're going to know a lot in the first you know six games or so of the year of kind of where this thing is headed but the production profile the talent the draft capital it's it's all there that says he should be good it's just man it's it's tough I would not sell low for the offers you've gotten I'd hold at this point. The best part is what happens this year it matters so not saying it doesn't totally matter but the most likely outcome of the Arizona Cardinals is they are in the top five of the NFL draft and they're getting one of the big rookie quarterbacks that are available in 2027 so now you get to play the game all over again of you're like okay Marv sort of bounce back he finished as the wide receiver 22 with whatever you know just over a thousand and eight touchdowns boom rookie quarterback starting week one then you oh it's just it's a disaster man it's just it's a never-ending loop of crap it's at least I could just write the argument right now you just laid it out for me I can just a year from now just say here's what we know is going to happen with this guy I it's funny on one of my rosters where I obviously drafted him very high in a rookie draft I'm now starting Parker Washington in the double flex over him so it's like random players like that that have just jumped ahead of him I think the fair price for Marv if we want to land on there is I would want a first plus something else and the plus needs to be like you ain't getting that brother I know that's what I'm saying I'm not willing to give him up you're right that's what's fair but you won't get it I think I've said this on a previous show I would take a I would take a 27 first for Marv personally just get out just keep just move on I think just reset your bet right like again Marv could still be good in the NFL and it's only entering year three right like it takes time for some guys but expecting him to become a perennial top 12 guy that we all thought he could when he was first drafted for me I'm having a tough time seeing that so it's like I might as well just reset my bet here with a first and it's going to be a strong class next year we all think so I think I would do that but I understand if you want to hold pants store stock has never been higher guys I know we are again absolutely owned by big pants right now man who could forget like where it was 2024 does this work no my button doesn't even work the producers just disabled it that we can't do this anymore that's how you know how sad it's come that this doesn't even it's not even the realm he wins last time you even thought about pressing that button about five seconds ago before that I mean like I said I I have like I've been sleeping and showering in pants we are down bad all right let's take a quick break and hopefully Mike will figure out his wardrobe your whole life is in pants you can't escape it's actually really difficult Mike I know you're gonna I know you're gonna get this reference there are dozens of us yes yes Mike's an ever nude that's right just every aspect but imagine that but it's like huge thick starchy oh thick denim jeans oh yeah there's wranglers in the shower oh yeah I mean you think about squatting yeah right buddy you're you're barely getting your hips like to knee level come on Marv we need you buddy you just explain it to your wife this is just who I am now this is just it's just what I do I just Marv did this to me I never take off these pants Dynasty Bold Predictions all right we're each going to give two Dynasty Bold Predictions and then get to hear from Foot Clan hopefully going for ones a little bit spicier than just Parker Washington's gonna be great but that's pretty spicy I don't know it's just it feels like that's what my timeline is right now it's still spicy I like it's it's a spicy consensus opinion right now so it's kind of a different spot bets there's still the fringe people but otherwise his ADP would he be he'll be even higher but yeah go ahead you guys want to start positive or negative let's go positive after after Marv I was a little sad all right Bucky Irving bounces back finishes as an RB1 this year solidifying himself as a top 15 Dynasty running back look it was okay not great last year right the injury the frustration of when is he coming back some of the off the field concerns yada yada yada but if you just take a step back think about the Bucks season as a whole in the first month oh baby I mean it was awesome this is one of the most prolific fantasy and real life offenses in the league Bucky Irving was ripping off I mean 12 plus fantasy points every single week he was a top 20 running back in four straight weeks to start the season but nobody remembers that right because all we remember is the missed time and the frustration when he came back and the whole Sean Tucker stealing goal line touches saga Rashad White was still there yada yada yada but I'm betting on Bucky in the way that I'm just betting on the Bucks right Baker was banged up the offensive line was injured Bucky himself was injured Ibuka Evans Godwin you just keep going down the list everybody was hurt last year and if this team just gets the right side of health variants here including Bucky I think he's a top 12 back just kind of staring us in the face on a great offense in 2024 as a rookie the biggest concern we always hear is well he's not gonna get going and stuff it's like I don't know man as a rookie 22 carries inside the 10 year old line that led the team he had 13 carries inside the five that was both those numbers were both higher than Rashad White and Sean Tucker when he was still on this team a couple years ago and I know Sean Tucker just came back but it's like you guys follow that drumbeat you know in the preseason he was playing like well into the third quarter of those games sometimes the fourth quarter and the team was like we're gonna move on and he said I guess I'll stay and take less money right it kind of stinks for the guy I feel bad for him because I think he's a talented player but it seemed pretty clear that like the plan was move on from Sean Tucker Bucky and Kenneth Gamel are the guys here so I'm not really worried about the Sean Tucker thing if Bucky is healthy he's shown us he can get goal line touches for a smaller guy and it was with this head coach right in Todd Bowles so we'll see obviously it's a new OC and all those sort of things so things could change here but I just think that the opportunity to buy low on a player is closing pretty quickly and I'm I went into the season being a little bit worried about Bucky I'm pretty in this year I think I've definitely felt more encouraged recently looking at the team just looking at like what playmakers they have like with Evans gone and then a book of hurt right now you just look around you're like okay are they gonna be counting on Ted Hurst right away to be a difference maker for this team probably not yeah thank you Mike Kate Otten is the gold standard for being on the field but also more of a Mr. Necessary and that's about it he's full Mr. Bill dude which I don't know if you guys even know that reference oh no Mr. Bill little clay guy from Saturday Night Live and he just gets exploded and hurt over and over and over is that like an Andy Sandberg thing no this is way earlier than Andy Sandberg this is before I started watching so I just look at the team and I'm like okay if they're truly trying to put their best playmakers on the field it's Bucky and then I mean they're gonna have backfields where they're doing 21 personnel with him and Kenny G on the field and I think that's my bigger question is like how many opportunities does Gainwell steal and how many looks inside the red zone how many like all of those things that are the valuable touches because if he's just the between the 20s guy then I like I hate that for him because I think he can be a top 12 back but if we I'm just my take is if Sean Tucker is not part of the plans this year because he was basically about to be cut Do you think they give Gainwell the goal line touches over Bucky? I don't think that Tucker ever was going to get cut. They just bullied him into taking less money. Poor guy. Shoved him in a locker. Yeah. Like, what is he going to do at this point? Yeah. If they come to you like, we're going to cut you, and you're like, all the jobs are taken. They're like, yeah, that's a bummer for you. You should take less money. Like, his hand's pretty much forced. Yeah. So I think they just bullied him, and they're mean. That's like, if they did that with you, Betts, you'd be like, well, who's going to talk about injuries? Jason? Like, who's going to really give medical advice? That's true. So you got job security for now. I think this is more likely than just being bold. And I don't know if I'm buying Bucky, though. Like, that's the next step. I know we're giving bold predictions, but, like, are you trying to acquire him right now going into year three, Betts? If I feel like I'm a contender and need a third running back, I would. He costs a first. He'll cost more than a first, I bet. You think? I think he's first plus, yeah. I mean, he's no Marv, but. For a first, I would be hesitant to do that. Well, then I'm with you. If I could go get Bucky right now for a second, I would do that. I will take him for a third. Name your press. He, Bucky feels like the most just room temperature water of, like, I'm like, I just, I, it's, it's fine. I don't know. I just, I would much prefer almost anything else. All right, let me give you. And maybe that, that could be like a full blind spot, but I just, I, I've gone through this whole off season of, like, I don't. I don't want Bucky on my team. I don't not want him on my team. You know what I mean? I'm just like, it's, if a circumstance ended up where I, he fell of a round and a half or something, I'm like, oh, and I needed a running back. Fine. Okay. I'm taking Bucky. I just, it's so difficult to see him really getting back where we once were, especially with the amount of, of cash that Gainwell got. Yeah. Let me, let me give you some. Names Bucky or Scataboo. Like a running back breaking the bank type of a deal. We just get ourselves a team friendly deal. He still gets to keep being the one a on a, on a team that should contend for a Superbowl. So I'm going to go Swift. I would do anything that's related to Ben Johnson at this point in my life. Anything. So I'm in on Swift. Just, just whatever it takes. Whatever Ben's doing. I'm in. Mike, why don't you hit us with your first one, which has been brewing all off season. All right. This will not sound like a bold prediction based off of just the way I talk about this player. But I'm going, Tyler Shuck is a top 10 dynasty quarterback by the next off season. And I've, I've sung the praises of him many, many times from weeks 14 through 18. He was averaging 20 fantasy points a game, a quarterback giving you 20 points per game is that's. Upper tier league winning type of, of fantasy, especially if it's consistent, which over the last games, it really was. Now, matchup wise, I will be intellectually honest and say, okay, it was the Bucks, the Panthers, solid, solid playoff defense, Jets, Tennessee Falcons. Like he beat up on some bad teams, but he did beat them up as, as a rookie. In fact, uh, over the final weeks of the season, that was the third most. Fantasy points by a rookie court quarterback over the final five weeks since the year 2000, just behind Jaden Daniels and Bo Nix. So it's like he destroys in the intermediate game, number one in completion percentage, third in yards per attempt. And he is, I mean, a little bit of this bet is Jordan Tyson. Uh, Kyle and I were talking off air before of like, man, I really hope Jordan Tyson doesn't just become one of these guys. Where you're like, this is why some NFL teams were scared. Cause his, his body is composed of, uh, sun rotted rubber bands and it's just, he's been hurt. He like recent history for him is just hurt, hurt, hurt. Some of them seem fluky. Yeah. But I mean, how many hamstring injuries in a row can one guy get? And you're like, well, it was his other leg. I don't know that that makes me feel better that it was, that's the other one is now also. Stretched out and we'll cannot return to normal size of a hamstring. So that is a part of it. But let's say he, you know, he, let's say he works out and not in Jordan Tyson doesn't even become elite. He just kind of works out to be a solid player. Olave is a stud. Kellen Moore is that guy as a head coach. You know, he, he wouldn't surprise me if he starts getting the, the, the Ben Johnson, the McVay, uh, aura where it's like people who. Are involved with, with Kellen. They just go out and they get jobs because we know that that offense works. And that seems to be a trend for the NFL these days. And I mean, the, the truth is like, there are a lot of these quarterbacks that we love. You know, they are, they're getting older. They're like, it's pretty much like a bunch of 30 year olds. And not that you can't play into your thirties, but you know, we're, we're skewed by Brady. What Brady, like Brady, Brady. Brady was elite in his forties. Like he, that person is not normal. He's the greatest of all time. Most quarterbacks are hitting their mid thirties or so, and they're starting to deteriorate for, for fantasy football purposes. So he's a young player. He's exciting. He already seems to have the accuracy and the, the, the surrounding environment of the saints looks very promising moving into the future. Yeah. One thing you didn't even add there, Mike, the offensive line, I think is going to be better than people think they were a little banged up last year. They hit on their first round offensive tackle from last season. Like, I think the pieces are there for this offensive line to be like a sneaky top 12 ish kind of unit. I mean, you know, Mike, it's that easy. You just fix the offensive line. It is that good things follow. So I'm with you. Yeah. This, if, if Tyson was healthy right now, I'd be like, you know, slam dunking this, like, this is going to be great. That's my only hesitation, man. It's like, cause they are going to rely on Devon Bailey. Who's fine. I think Bailey's a fine player. And Jawan Johnson who like has his role and we're all Jawan's and fans, but to make like the, the true leap, you need that second piece to kind of take care of the top. So as long as Tyson gets healthy, I think this take is, is totally possible. So I'm with that's why I want to talk to you about Bryce Lance. Oh, currently boys currently third on the depth chart. Right. Do not tempt me with a good time. Right. I mean, it's just, it's Bailey, Bryce Lance and Barry and Brown. Currently four guys on the roster on the active roster. Yeah. So I don't, I will see, but how many targets is a lobby going to see this year? So many, so many. Oh, also, and shock will give you like 300 yards on the ground. Yeah. Which is, that's of course we all want Josh Allen, you know, 600 plus, but 300 is nothing to sneeze at. I don't mind it at all. And looking at this top 10 prediction, I think part of that is there's some players here like Jackson Dart. As much as we like the fantasy friendliness, like shucks, the cheaper version of him with a better play caller. So it wouldn't shock me if like shuck has the better season. I think Dart's an easier bet, but like he's ranked in our top 10 right now and I think he deserves it. But it wouldn't shock me if he dropped from this group or sadly, if, you know, Herbert doesn't ball out or any of these other guys, like there's room in the top 10 for him to jump up there. Speaking of quarterbacks, my bold prediction. My bold prediction is that the name fatigue quarterbacks and the term name fatigue we use in fantasy means, all right, we're kind of used to these players. They almost like lull us at some point, but a couple of name fatigue quarterbacks, all average 20 plus fantasy points per game. That was the number that Mike gave for shuck, but I'm putting down Jalen Hurts, Patrick Mahomes and Jordan Love who have all kind of slowly dropped in dynasty rankings over the last year or so. I think they all can end up averaging 20 plus fantasy points per game this year. I love the upgrade upgrade for hurts in terms of Sean Mannion. and whatever they were trying to do last year with Kevin Matulo who said you know what I don't want to do what Jalen Hurts is best at anymore I don't want to give him design runs Mahomes is a tough one because we don't think he's going to run a ton at the beginning of the year I know Betts you've like talked about that a little bit like last year he had 52 scrambles on the season that was the second most among all quarterbacks and he only played 14 games so I hope he runs as much as he did but 20 points per game for Patrick Mahomes that's what he was averaging last year seems impossible for him he won't he won't run as much as he did last year with the injury just especially in the first like eight weeks like maybe maybe November December but even then I'd be surprised so yeah I think he doesn't that piece of the puzzle you definitely have to to dock yeah but why why run Mahomes when you can run Ken Bone Walker dude that that first Ken Bone screen pass oh brother oh man oh man watch out injected direct baby maybe the pants store should be related to Kenneth Walker this hey the pants store is not fully owned and operated by Marvin Harrison dude that guy has no shares left are you kidding me yeah he just slowly got diluted it didn't really matter anymore um I do want to bring this up about the Chiefs like we like it was a lost season but Mahomes played in 14 games so that's most of the season and a lot of their pre-snap motion their play action stuff was just way down so I bet they go back to the drawing board and then they talk about it again in the conference room and say now who's not here who was here last year they look around and they go yeah Matt Nagy's not here and they're like okay well let's not any ideas he brought to the table let's throw those aside and Eric Bien-Ami's back and obviously it's Reed calling the plays but I feel like of all the teams in the NFL that we talk about the Chiefs are probably the best at self-scouting that's why they got Ken Walker right it's like we we really suck at running the NFL we're not a lose so we can't break tackles and I think it's going to be the same thing with Mahomes so he's one of those players that like for fantasy it's not what it used to be when we were at like 25 points per game but back to 20 I think we can get there and then Jordan Love's the other name you guys talked about him earlier I feel like so I have him in a super flex league and I feel so safe with him as my quarterback too but I feel like there's also upside for him to get up higher than that for this team like yes you can rely on efficiency but could we see actual volume numbers from Jordan Love for the first time in his career that's my question I think so okay I'm buying that okay I needed that one more stat with Jordan Love he has the lowest pressure to sack ratio of 47 qualifying quarterbacks since 2022 like in other words he's really good at the game of football I know we're talking about fantasy here but like if you're just turning on the film and you're looking at Jordan Love this guy knows how to command an offense and you guys see their last preseason game what he was doing like he's actually did not he was on the sideline he was calling plays like they oh I know I take it back I did see yes I didn't I didn't watch the game but I saw him on I saw the social medias of him doing it I wish I like it I love that I love giving your quarterback an opportunity to just like converse with the to get an opportunity doing that so I thought that was pretty cool but uh Love Mahomes and Hurts all hit 20 fantasy points per game wow I buy two of the three are you gonna tell me which two of the three sure I buy Hurts I buy Jordan Love okay I do not buy Pat Mahomes just to be clear Jordan Love has never hit 20 fantasy points per game in his career even in that QB5 season so you're saying there's a chance I just have Mahomes do Mahomes is the one that's done it but yes Love you kind of have to stretch it a little bit I know we're like I have all this hope of what they can be but you kind of have to stretch it just a little bit let's negative with the second one I hate that I know this is not fun to say see this happen no I love it it's dead on it's perfect I think Cam Scadaboo gets Damian Pierced after this year meaning impressive rookie year fourth round draft pick both guys were you think this is going to this is how it's going to be moving forward but a new regime comes in and they decide we're going to win this game we're going to we don't love you as much as the old guys did and they change things up and I still think Cam Scadaboo is the likeliest candidate here to lead the team in touches this year and be a solid RB2 for fantasy but as we've seen with coaching staffs that are new if they are not your guy especially if you do not have draft capital they are not afraid to move on I just can't get over the fact that this team was in the Jeremiah Love conversation all pre-draft cycle like I truly think if he fell to five they were going to take him obviously he didn't and they were also linked to guys like Ken Walker and other top running backs in free agency and I maybe it just got to a number where they were like you know what Scadaboo is good enough like let's just ride it out this year and we'll see um so I just can't get those two things out of my mind and like look if there's a guy on the market next year they love if there's a running back in the draft they love next year I don't think they will hesitate to pull the trigger on that if Scadaboo has an okay to middling year maybe he comes out and he does win this job long term but I'm just getting bad vibes just with the offense in general and you know I think Najee is going to play an annoying amount like you know relevant in my opinion for fantasy outside of injuries to the other guys but just like can you put Najee on the field and trust he's not going to get Jackson Dart blown up yeah probably can you trust Cam Scadaboo to do the smartest thing every time not necessarily so I'm I'm worried about Scadaboo I've kind of flip-flopped on him throughout the offseason entering week one I'm definitely nervous about his dynasty value moving forward what a funny I guess mix with the player where you're like okay I know what he did when he was on the field last year you can't with like his production it was awesome and then the narrative part of does Harbaugh hate him or think he's annoying or think he's like don't don't want to be around him like I hate that I weigh that more than I usually do for those types of things like I actually like sit around and think like yeah I get why he would not want to hang around him or I get why he wouldn't trust him because he's a no-nonsense coach does that mess with you at all Mike 100% it it does it's like I hate because I on field I think Scadaboo is a good coach I think he's a good coach I think he's a good coach is such a good player he is such a good running back I mean we leave we were the ones banging the table for for him you know in the draft process of thought him falling to the fourth was just it was embarrassing of like did you not watch him play and then for him to have immediate success in the NFL is like yeah eat it like we we we tried to tell you from our little podcast in our mom's basement that this is a good coach and he's a good coach and he's a good coach and he's a good coach and he's a good football player and we were correct the issue is running back over more than any other position is if a coach doesn't like you or like me and not even like that strong but just you know you don't jive as people or you had that coach has some doubts about you there's only one guy on the field at a time and if he chooses that it's not Scadaboo you won't be I won't be really surprised I mean you the uh the more well it's on the field stuff of like the report of you know like Scadaboo ended up in a getting in a fight with his defense because they were running drills where it was a no-hit drill like defense can't tackle and then it's like but cam's blowing people up and you're like but that you're cheap shotting your own teammates like you're gonna your your own team is gonna turn on you if you're doing stuff like that it's a it's not it's not an apples to apples but it's like look at look what happened with Jaden Blue of the Dallas Cowboys this was a player who's he's interesting seemed like he had talent ability probably belongs on an NFL roster and and I mean behind Javante is like they really could have used someone who could be a change of pace and has juice but by all accounts everything from Dallas was just like they don't like him like personally and you're like oh man, what did this guy do? We don't have access to those conversations, obviously, but it was clear to me. And then I saw tons of beat reporters talking about it when they released Jaden Blue as well. Like, this is just personal. He doesn't fit in with the culture of this team. So I have a concern that that could happen for Scataboo. Now, winning changes everything. If somehow this Giants team is successful and Cam is a part of it, then he becomes safer. But we all like the player, but you, again, you must be honest with yourself of knowing what history is and what probabilities are. Fourth-round running backs, especially when new coaches come in, you could have been awesome last year. I mean, look, freaking James Robinson from undrafted to just a dominant season, and then they're like, we think we can get someone better. You're like, oh, my God. Like, better than that guy? He was so – they're like, yeah, we don't really care. it's a tough business and running back mamas don't let your kids grow up to be running backs and like if you're not the elite of the elite even when you put a production teams just teams make decisions and they replace you i love that you said it was damian pierced because that's like the best example and i love dunking on that guy well damian pierce had an awesome rookie year right i know but kyle just really does not like damian pierce kyle doesn't like damian pierce only because so many other people liked him i didn't love him as a prospect though but yes that was a big part of it too i was like am i crazy here why is this anyway i i think his adp in redraft talking about scataboo in redraft and dynasty is all over the map where like i was in a home league and someone took scataboo in the third round but then in a dynasty startup if i started going through the names right now if i was doing a dynasty startup two days beginning of september i'd be like i have no idea where to draft this guy i would not feel comfortable taking him in the top couple rounds i know we have him as like rb20 it's like there's just other guys there that i'd rather go after so impossible player to figure out and i know a year from now we'll be like oh he was really good or oh they didn't really care about this guy's draft capital but i feel like there's not really an in-between right now for me yeah okay uh mike give us the spicy one all right this one was especially for kyle because we just had this conversation and i do i think that this could happen i have george pickens passing cd lamb in dynasty rankings after this year i don't know what team george will be on i really hope it's the dallas cowboys but and this is it this is not an anti-cd take by anyways this is this is pro george pickens propaganda um like the reasons you know for cd he is he's he's 27 he'll basically be 27 and a half this year and that's about the the age range where you start asking questions about what is the what is the true longevity of this wide receiver to be a dominant number one in the nfl not that he can't cd lamb to a great player who will still have many many more years of being a true top fantasy option i'm just saying i think that george by the end of this year people might look at him as the better pick and the better wide receiver five weeks of 20 or more fantasy points last year only puka had more like yeah you know cd lamb wasn't on the field but george did it like he took advantage of this opportunity and he was like winning people weeks by himself they're already talking a ton about changing his usage of like he's more comfortable with the playbook we feel like we can actually move him around a bit more the way that cd lamb gets used cd lamb's like moved all over the place last year george was only in the slot for 10 percent of his offensive snaps he was out wide 90 percent where cd lamb was a 65 34 percent split i think that that can be more closer to what george is doing this year i don't know if we'll get 34 in the slot but that number is definitely going to go up career highs and a dot yards per receptions or yards yeah yards per reception and it he just george is a george is an elite player and he's just a couple years younger than cd lamb so it wouldn't surprise me if by next year you're like well george is actually the one a and cd is the one b i i love it in the i don't know if we'll get 34 in the slot but that number is definitely going to be more closer to what george is intermediate area and he led the league in receiving yards on slant routes last year and you saw cd have fewer and fewer slant routes so like it's wild that you can have two players that can both dominate and they probably can both be good players and they can both dominate and they probably can both be good for fantasy but i think there's room for george a year from now if he gets a big bag or if he stays like that he's the more valuable asset like i i i said it to mike the other day because we were talking about redraft and i was like i've been kind of scared to take cd because i have this thought in back of my head like what if george is just a better dallas wide receiver this year and it's possible and it's it's possible i my answer to that was i actually don't really care i still think that cd lamb is right right we were talking about it in redraft circles but what quick on this take yeah there's actually been some rumblings out of dallas camp that like dac and pickens have had a better connection than cd and dac which is kind of wild because they've been together for so many years with cd and dac but pickens is like still ascending which is it's crazy right like you think these guys have been in the league for so long it has not been that long for george pickens and like you said in pittsburgh his role was vastly different than what it was last year in dallas could they add more onto that plate for george pickens this year in dallas i think so and i think that's a good thing because i think that's a good thing and if he does have a year that mike is projecting here if you're the cowboys how do you let that guy leave your building so i think if he does have a year that is rivaling cd or better they have to resign him no matter what it takes and it's gonna take a lot but yeah initially i was like i don't know i'm you know i'm a little nervous about george and now just based off of kind of how things have gone the last handful of weeks in camp and just thinking through the target uh condensation here of like just it's gonna be those two guys i think it's possible pickens outscores cd lamb for sure it's just it's an unstoppable duo like it talked about we talked about it last week a lot too i just think like the blurb that came up the other day of they're going to roll with price while mixing in a heavy dose yeah that's really weird of georgia line a dose to me just like just like a little bit i don't know yeah dose is just like you toss a little in there yeah but i think people saw the heavy dose is a lot guys right that's what i mean so it's a little bit of a lot yep uh i don't know precisely a lot a bit of a little what either i'm imagine imagine this team you know in when when it comes into when they're like close to the goal line they're like hey let's put the worst player in they imagine imagine they're like close to the goal line they're like hey let's put the worst player in Yeah, they're just taking Zach was his bold prediction that is not that can't happen what percentage chance let's finish the show out this this way they win six games we've walked through their schedule they're at three and a half it's a little juice the over but you know four wins we can see that five wins is like a really good season six wins very possible in the nfl but also not possible when you get to the second half and teams are trending in a certain direction so percentage likelihood that the cardinals win six or more games okay so i'm gonna i'll just run through their schedule real quick so week one chargers that's not an impossible like raiders beat the uh patriots week one giants is week four that's possible um going through the rest jets are on their raiders no there's no way they can't win six games they can't i give it a 10 chance of six wins i'll go i will go three percent well if you guys were taking the sports book over five and a half wins is that plus 270 which is a 27 betting implied i would put it lower than that i put it at 12 yeah they're just trying to take your money don't do that trying to get somebody out there that believes a cardinals fan that's willing to bet on this team
