What's up, everyone? It's chicks in the office with Rian, Fran, giving you that Friday energy on a Wednesday. Happy Wednesday, everybody. Oh my god. How great was dancing with the stars? How great was it when we were, oh my god. Oh my god. We were, I mean, I can't believe we were on TV. No, no, I can't believe we're on TV. Dancing in the background. This has been our dream. We're, I mean, look, it's one thing to be on TV here. It's another thing. Anyway, can we just discuss that it's the first day of fall, and it feels like fall. It feels like, like, I can feel that, like, in the air, and I just want to, I just want to put on my fur coat. Your sweaters. Break out the sweaters. I know high neck sweaters. It's what I want to do. Yeah. Okay, cut, cut, cut, rub, it's, it's not working. Thought I sounded just like her. This isn't working. We need Fran back. Really? Yeah. Am I fired? You're fired. Damn it. Okay, you can leave now. All right. That's enough of Rob for now. We'll get to him later. A great interview at the end of today's episode. So look forward to that. We're going to get into today's show. We're going to talk all about dancing with the stars last night. We got Taylor Swift news. More topics to talk about. Unfortunately, Fran is not here today. She is sadly at a funeral. So it's just going to be Noah and I, but we're still going to break down. Everything from dancing with the stars and all the other topics that I said. I mean, we got to just get right into it. Fresh off a red eye right now went from Monday. We filmed something in the morning that we cannot talk about yet to doing the podcast. And then go into the airport getting to LA to the surprise dancing with the stars appearance. Little background info on that. I'm going to take everyone back a little bit. First of all, hi Noah. What's up? I'm here. No, it's here. That was here. Dangerous when it's just us. It is. It is dangerous. Especially with these topics. Yeah, we're going out with the stars and Taylor Swift. There's a lot of room for like saying something that for Fran, people that Fran might not let us say. Yeah, right. We're going to be great. And we're very excited to get into everything. But I do want to take it back a little bit. So a couple of weeks ago, we find out. Tyler Cameron is on dancing with the stars. We're texting with him. And he's like, girls, what should I do for, you know, viral hit? I think at the time he said TikTok night, but I think that I was last year and then they changed to viral hits, whatever. And I was like, you know, you should do girls. I killed La Roy and have an off campus moment and do the Garrett Graham dance. Like if we're talking viral off the top of the head, we know Tyler Cameron loves taking his shirt off. Let's play into that. And didn't hear much after that. Fran was like, that's genius. Totally should do that. And then I think it was the week after whatever Tyler was like, we are doing girls. And I'm like, oh my God, I can't believe an idea that I had. Panned out like this. Like this is so exciting. Yada yada. Last week, they announced that this week is going to be the dance. So, oh my God, I'm all excited. I'm like, this is my idea. Not to take too much credit, but I am taking credit because it was fully my idea. And Tyler calls and he's like, I want to, you know, hype this up. You know, I'm like, oh, can we post about it? He's like, I don't know if it's out yet, but turns out they had posted already the songs. So, I posted on my story the whole thing. And he calls us. He's like, you guys should come to the show. Like fly out, come, come be in the audience, whatever. Be my guest. And we were like, oh, that that would be awesome. You know, we're kind of kind of a hectic week, you know, a lot to make this happen. But that would be great. And he's talking about how he wants to do, you know, a moment where people crowd around him and do the dance like Belmont did when he was at Kid LeRoy's concert. And, you know, he's talking about having other people in it. And I'm like, well, what about, can we, can we be in that part? Like that would be fun. I think it would be cool if we were in that part. And he's like, oh my God, yeah, if you come, like you guys will do that. That would be so good. Da da da da, let me get confirmation. So we waited for some confirmation. And it wasn't till the end of the weekend, like Sunday night or whatever that we found out we were doing it. But immediately we booked our flights. We were like, we got to get there. We want to be a part of this. To our surprise, we were front row front and center. We were not expecting that. And we got to be a part of Tyler and Sharna's dance for the Garrett Graham moment, which he crushed. And listen, the feedback that he got was that there, it wasn't much salsa. Now, viral hits, I think you're trying to create a viral moment in my opinion. You're trying to get votes. They know what they're doing. Sharna and Tyler knew what they were doing here with this dance. And I think that they did it, you know, they got the viral moment. People are talking about it nonstop on TikTok, on Instagram, social media. It was so awesome to be a part of. I mean, we were freaking out. So nervous. I was just incredible. They're, they're just insane together. Sharna is so unbelievably cool. You know when someone like, she's like, oh, baby, can you pass me that? Like just in casual talk. And she's Australian. So it just comes across so cool. Like if I was just calling everybody, baby, it might not come across. It would just be like very, it would come across more long island. Like, oh, baby, you know, I don't even know what the fuck that was. You know what I mean? And so we were so nervous. They were like, you're going to have flashlights when he takes his shirt off. You got to hit the flashlight. Dance. So we're expecting like, you're not really going to be able to see us. And then boom, camera cuts to us when they're giving Tyler his scores. Big close-up moment. The camera like, because at first I was like, oh, yeah, you can see you like if you're looking in the background. But when it just, it basically just was like a planned choreographed movement into you. Well, Tyler did tell us. He was like, like, you stand here. The camera's going to come up to you guys. And I was like, ah, like, you don't know, you know, they never know. Because later on in the night, and why I say you don't know is because when Mora went, who we love in a door in Mark. Oh my god. Mark is just so cool. They are such a fantastic team. I am rooting so hard for them. They're amazing. But I was sitting next to Monet Exchange in Tara Lapinski. And they were there for Mora. And the camera had me and Fran listed as Mora's friends. And I felt so bad that Mora is going to watch back and be like, who are we? We had dinner and feces. We did. We did. And she commented last week that she loves us. But she's going to be like, what the fuck those are not my friends. But we were listed as Mora's friends, which goes back to Danny and Mendoza's and when they had those little kids as Danny's friends, I think it was a fuck-up. I think that's what happened when everyone was texting us after like, oh my god, you guys are there for Tyler and Mora. I'm like, I mean, we are in spirit, but we weren't, and Mark, of course, we weren't invited by them. We were invited by Tyler, but of course, we're supporting them. So it was so funny that we were, and that's why I think, you know, you plan to have that camera moment, but you really don't know where the camera's going to end up because I don't think Mora would have expected us anywhere. You can see like the actual feed of like what people know. So it was just like during commercial break, I would pick up my phone and see everyone be like, uh, like you guys in the chat, like, oh my god, we saw you guys, which was so cool, so much fun. Such an honor to be invited, and I have to say it's so funny. And I don't think they'll mind me talking about this, but obviously last week talked about Julianne's hosting in Alfonso, and you know, I see Alfonso make eye contact with us, and I'm like, you've never met right? No, I actually don't believe we have. I see it make eye contact with us. I'm like, there's no way Alfonso is looking at us. Alfonso during commercial break walks right up to us, and he's like, hey, you chicks. Be nice to us. And he's laughing. He shakes our hand. And he was so cool and so funny about it. He was like, listen, we get it. Good, bad. Anything you're talking about is good for us. It's good for the show. Uh, and he was, it was like funny banter. He was not mad. He was like, so cool. And I said to him, I'm like, we're like the judges outside the show. You know, you got the judges in the show where the judges outside the show. He was like, you're right. You're right. You know, we need, we need people to commentate on the show. So it was so funny, so cool. Totally respect that. Obviously, you feel bad when you are critiquing a show and then you meet the people in real life. But I also don't want to sit here and not give my honest opinion either. So it is cool that they're like accepting of all of that We saw Mark, we saw Val, we saw Jenna. They were all so awesome They weren't the only one right well Whitney brings Guillermo over and she goes Be nice to him and Guillermo goes, please be nice to me. I'm trying Genuinely my heart melted to the floor and I said yeah, I'll be voting for him The season they got us they got even like I don't think you can compare him to Andy anymore like he's actually just we'll you'll get into the dances But like I think no, I think he's genuinely proving. I mean, let's just get into the dances from the top We're gonna do a full breakdown of of each couple like we did last week We'll start off with Jenna Dewan and Val they did a drive to animal by cats. I score 21 Obviously these two are just so good and it's hot. It's sexy. It's Meow, it's all of those things and I think when you know that Jenna's such a good dancer, you just kind of expect it. So when someone You know is coming up that you don't know how much they've improved from the last week It's a little bit more exciting. They were fantastic. I think they're so entertaining to watch and I will never get sick of watching them dance, but I have to say like you It's almost like you're watching a troop number You're like oh, yeah, we're watching a great performance right now to open the show Moving on Sierra and branded they did a tango to no broke boys. They got a score of 18 I love this pairing and I'm rooting for them so much. I feel like they're giving such Sibbling energy online in such a fun way. I think that there is improvement here, but I think that Sierra is doing the steps but not like Executing the dance if that makes sense right like she is hitting the steps But I think it just has to just flow a little bit better and I think each week It's going to move into that and it's improving like I already think she improved from last week and I think she has so much potential and she is hitting her marks I think it's just all the things that need to come together But it's still week two. This is just such a strong cast that I feel like the judgment is already harsh Right off the bat because they are all so great and have so much potential already We have you just give what you would give as score as if you were a judge. I don't think I would be a good Judgment of score number Towards what's hard is I think as the show goes on like as an episode is airing You start to figure out the scoring more between like okay well You're going to give Let's go down a little bit and compare a score here like I think Ezra and Danielle Were unbelievable same thing with Amber and Pasha if you scroll down a little bit I think they also got a 21. I feel like they capped it at 21 tonight like I think maybe the judges got together and said hey, we're not giving out a tonight because I do think Ezra and Amber deserved at least an eight in there and you scroll back up to the top starting off with Jenna and Val they also got a 21. I think That would have been lower after seeing Those few dances, but I feel like they had a cap Moving on to Tyler and Sharna talked about it already Obviously, this was less salsa more get the viral hit get the votes take the shirt off do the thing the crazy lifts There's a lot of conversation about lifts in this show. There are certain dances and I think this clarifies Some of it and Carianne also wrote this on her Instagram There are certain dance styles that you can do lifts and then there are certain no-nose like you absolutely cannot do do a lift Salsa, you can do lifts. So I think people saw Tyler and Sharna do lifts and said well, Carianne's gonna hate this. They're doing so many lifts They're she wrote on it. You're allowed to do lifts in salsa. It's some of the other ones or not So the lifts were allowed. They were incredible. Obviously shows his strength. He's an athlete. He's a very muscular guy He could do these things and it's very cool um I think people just wanted a bit more salsa and if and if you were going by like hardcore ballroom You know critique that's what you're looking for if you're watching and you want to see A hawk I take a shirt off and scream at your TV and watch something viral than then you loved this If you don't know what off campus is you might have been like what the hell is this I'm cringing But for the people that love it we went nuts So I thought that they were fantastic. I thought it was so fun and I thought that it captured what the night was about viral hits speaking of off campus Did you see those like videos that came out of them wrapping yes and also videos of belma and Ella wrapping up the show together Some article that was like he was like crying. They were crying. Yeah, they were hugging. It's so sweet I think they were just focused on filming the show Yeah, people wanted drama. We're not buying into it Moving on Julia Siles and Ezra Tango to the door by Teddy swims I thought this was really good and another one where I feel like I'm gonna keep repeating myself with has potential. I think Julia has potential I think that she messed up a bit but The start I thought was really fantastic But I this is another one where I think With the scoring you know, Tyler and Julia to they deserve the same score. It's different You know, it's totally different dance. They are doing different I think that's I think that she's really good And Ezra is an amazing choreographer as well as moving on to Emma and Jackson I thought the choreography here was really great fox shot to that so true. They got a score of 18 These are just like too happy go lucky people like when you like Jackson and Emma I feel like it's just like too golden retriever puppies dancing around a ballroom They're happy to be there. He's like pump the Taylor Swift is releasing new music He's flying to go do this banana bananas. He's making videos about his teeth um Which we did talk about his big chompers last week and I don't say big chompers as an insult I just say that they are you confirmed that they're they're they're fake veneers He got a softball straight to his mouth and had to get new teeth It happens my husband has fake teeth. I'm not against fake teeth They're just he's got big smile big chompers I loved the Mint coloring costumes on these two and Emma I say it every week. I'm so obsessed with her as a person. I really am And so I just root hard for her, but they really are just like too happy go lucky people They're making their videos. They're having fun. I guess I don't know I think I was just expecting him to be like a phenomenal dancer because of Savannah bananas Forgetting that he's a baseball player not a dancer Yeah, I think people do forget that like he was a baseball player his whole life and then like last few years They just started this thing right because I'm watching and I'm like oh I think you know expect him to be like like Harry Schoom Jr But I'm forgetting he's a baseball guy But I think I think he has he's gonna get there. I feel like it might be Robert or Robert Irwin ask where you really see him shine towards the end of the season Robert Irwin I feel like out of the gate last year he had that dance and people like he that was incredible He was but I feel like even toward like more towards the end of the season He really you saw the improvement which I think is an important part of this show as when you see You go back and you watch a week three dance compared to a week seven dance and you're like holy shit the difference in those dances And that's where you like win people over I Life is all about choices like deciding what new social trends to try out Which celebrity gossip to believe or not or if that hot new show is worth a stream or skipping it at state farm Their goal is to help you make decisions that you feel good about and when it comes to choosing coverage You can feel the same that's why with the state farm personal price plan You can choose the right amount of coverage to help create an affordable price So you can get back to Friday movie nights with your friends Talk to a state farm agent today to learn how you can choose to bundle and save with the personal price plan Like a good neighbor state firm is there price their base on rating plans that vary by state coverage options are selected by the customer Availability amount of discounts and savings and a legibility vary by state create an affordable price just for you with the state farm personal price plan Moving on to Giata and Alan they did a salsa de bella chow and they got a 12 bella chow indeed because she got sent home this was Uncomfortable I have to be honest it like being in the ballroom for this one and immediately Carianne gives shaky as her one word me and Monae looked at each other and he said Shaky that all like every dance we've gotten so far you got one word. She gives shaky which she was giving She just I have no problem with Carianne being a straight-up judge and completely honest like we're not watching this show for To get fluff the entire time like we want general feedback by the way What was your opinion on like the whole one word thing like I can't figure out a way to have the judges all be able to speak I don't like it because Because if Len was still around, you're gonna tell Len Goodman to give one word. Like they're not, I don't like the one word thing. And I had it. There was a lot of online. I saw a lot of like, we couldn't cut Julie in down. We had to cut out the judges. Yeah. I think it's unfair. I, it doesn't make much sense because-- And then you're not getting the feedback. Exactly. Because how are they? And then you see, like what Bruno did to Fabula, Connor Wood. He's like, Camira. And he tried, you know, was telling him, I don't know what he was saying. But some more, you know, critique. How are they supposed to get any feedback if you're cutting them off for one word? It doesn't make much sense. They do. They have to figure that out. He'll build off of shaky. And I really think we could have more, I love the truth, but I think we could have more troop dances towards the end of the season when we have more time. When they're at the beginning, they need that judgment feedback. I'm sure they get it off camera, but still, I'm not a fan of the one word thing. But here, she gives shaky. And Giata, obviously, was shaken up by that. And then Julianne, hands her with the-- so Carianne gave shaky as her one word, how does that make you feel? So obviously not good, Julianne, obviously she's not feeling good about this. And you saw in the package, I think everybody's package was pretty cookie cutter for the most part. But in the package with Giata and Alan, you can see there was like some tension. You know, which I like to see, because it's not all sunshine and rainbows in that ballroom practice. My God, I can only imagine, I'd be like, shut the fuck up, I'm doing it. Like the fight, oh God, I kind of would love that. I'm just like dreaming about that, like being in a practice room, fighting with Alan, being like, you fucking scumbag, I'm doing it. And then Alan's like, get it together, you're not doing it right. You're not like stomping my feet, oh my God, dream of that. Just a tension. And then you get out there and you crush it. And then all of a sudden you guys are besties again. Unless you don't. Unless you don't. Unless you don't. But if you're fighting in the practice, and you hate each other, and then you come out at the end, and you're like-- That doesn't seem healthy. But for this show, this is an relationship. No, no, but you don't-- I feel like-- You have banned-- I'm talking about a safe space to yell at each other, but also respect and come together. I feel like everything that I see on the show, it's like each of them are going to take the-- like try to put the blame on themselves. Like, this is like, I'm so sorry I fucked up and they're going to be like, no, no, like it was on me. That's how-- I wouldn't want my partner to yell at me, but then allow me to yell at him back. But I'll take his criticism. But not in a way where I'm like, stop yelling at me, but more just like, oh my God, shut the fuck up. I guess that does mean stop yelling at me, but just let me get my feelings out. You know, just a good rapport. I don't think Gianna and Alan had that. I don't think Gianna-- I don't think Gianna wants to be told, you know, bitch, you're not doing it right. I would like to hear that. And so this was kind of-- this was sad. And now I see a lot of discourse between an older woman on the show versus an older man, where we cater to an older man and like, oh, he's so cute. Whereas like, Giata were like-- How old is she? Yeah, she doesn't seem old. She's older than Guillermo. What? Yes. I thought she was like 40. No, so Giata is older than Guillermo and I think maybe she older than Andy, maybe? I've just been seeing people talk about this. And-- She's 56. Yeah. She's 55. And then how old is Andy? Andy's 60, man. Andy is 59. Okay, so Giata is a similar age to them. But the way that people and the difference between, I guess, a woman and a man, where we go, oh, you know, the man and then with the woman, we're like, you're bad. You're gone. Yeah. I would say specific with Guillermo, it's hard to compete with that little, like, cuteness. Right. It is. Like, listen, like, she's not the female version of Guillermo. Yeah, I think that-- There's just different people. Guillermo has more charisma than Andy. Oh. Easily. And, you know, so like, I just think it's the passion, he's so cute. I wasn't really getting that sort of passion really from Giata, but I understand what people are saying with sort of making grown men look like babies when they're not. Like, we got to treat them like grown men. But Guillermo's just really fucking cute. So it's really hard. Did you see the video that Jimmy Kimmel live posted the hot dog of him rolling in the hot talk? Oh my god. It's so good. Is that be hard to compete with in terms of, like, having a whole talk show behind? Right. And I tried his salsa yesterday, Guillermo Salsa. Fire. He has a salsa. I don't even know. He hasn't done a salsa yet, right, for the dance. What was this one? No, no, no, he, he didn't. No, I don't think he did. I don't think he did. We'll check that. But I do kind of wish that they all did the same dance each week. I think it would be easier to judge the same style of dance. No, last week he did a cha cha. Okay. So yeah. So he has Guillermo Salsa. It's so good. I'm going to incorporate that. Yeah. Yeah, I know. For sure. If they make it to the salsa. Yeah, sadly, Giata went. But when we get down to the bottom three, I'll say I wasn't so sad because it was between, you know, Giata, Guillermo and Tyler, which we talked about this last week. I believe they put the actual bottom two and then they throw a random third in there. Like, I don't, because they always say it's not the actual bottom three. So I think that if I had to guess, it would be Tyler and Giata were the actual bottom two. You think so? I don't, I don't think you, you think Guillermo's being in the bottom three? People talking love him. It's also the, it's the second week now that he's been in the bottom three. But maybe they're just like, like, building this down like he is the worst dancer, I think, like, probably. Uh, so they're like, he's an easy one where like people would be like, I guess, yeah. Right. Right. It's, it's confusing because they do say it's not the actual bottom three. If anything, though, that's going to make people like vote even harder for him because they're like, we can't have him right in the bottom three again. Exactly. I don't know. But who knows, moving on to Connor Wood and Riley, they did a tango to 12 to 12 by somber. They got a score of 15. Here's the thing actually seeing this dance in real life, sadly, he, he, he did mess up a lot. Did he? Yes. And sometimes I think you can't catch it on TV, but I also think there's things in person you don't catch that you do catch on TV. So it's a little bit of both. There were a couple of passes he, he messed up. There's a lot of discussion like how can they give him this score? There were a couple of other mess ups like like kind of just like stumbling over the footwork and you know, you can kind, I think at one point you could see Riley like tell him something like during the dance. I'm watching, this is my first time watching it on TV so right when he gets right over here, he messes up and you see it's like a little dark like you, it was right around there. He messed up and he messes up again. And you could see the judges reactions very clearly when you're there in person and you could see them telling them like slow down, slow down like more like critique. I mean, they can't hear them, but so people were talking about this ending a lot here. Yeah, I think that they just, I think that they're close friends. I'm not going to start like, you know, shipping them together, but I think that they have a great partnership and he was so shaken up after he was, he was like, I'm going to throw up. But he's very funny, so like his reaction after and then or I think it was in the beginning actually because it was when Jenna went, he was standing up there and went to go give Jenna a hug and she just, he put his arms out and he just totally went right past her, right past him and hugged the other done instead and he commented like my first, my only mistake of the night, which was very funny, but he has such a shong fan base, a mistake like that isn't going to get him sent home, but need to be careful of that. And I understand the scoring and the judges even said that they're like the scores because of the mistake. Ezra and Daniela did a cha cha to low, 21. I was blown away by this full body chills, holy shit. This was incredible. This to me deserved all eights blown away. I couldn't believe what I was watching Daniela first off is an amazing choreographer. Just so good. But Ezra just has that natural dance ability that you were just amazed at what he's doing. Like I genuinely, I cannot put into words how incredible and moving and inspiring it is to watch him dance and crush these dances. It's not like he's, it's like all he's doing a good job. No, no, no. He is fucking crushing it and you are so captivated by them. The movements, the way the face looks precious, his whole body is into it. And you know, they're taking up the entire dance floor. I just was both. blown away. If this was not my favorite of the night, next, next was Amber and Pasha was my favorite. Like these, it's going home to that household. Maybe the two of them between Danielle and Pasha, because they're crushing it. Next up was Tatiana and Jan Foxtrot to what was I made for it, they got a score 18. This was a beautiful dance. This was really touching. I thought it was a much improved dance from last week. And really I think touching was the word for it. The song is obviously a tear jerker and the meaning behind it. And you know, Tatiana talking about what she was dancing for and what this song meant to her was so beautiful. And Jan, he is a laugh a minute. I eat this guy up. I mean, if you watch him on social media, he is so funny. And I just feel like it's underrated. People aren't talking about Jan enough how funny he is. Amber and Pasha, I've mentioned them like three times now, but tango to all the things she said by Harrison. Harrison was there live, which was an amazing collaboration. They got a score of 21. This dance also deserved all eights in my opinion, maybe even higher. Like blown away. Amber talked about how important this song and heat of rivalry was for her, you know, coming out and the story of, you know, losing partnerships, being ashamed of that. How is she going to get through and how much this meant for her? So the story on top of the viral hit, I thought that this was just magic. This was this is one of the biggest things of the year, all the things she said. I don't know how she didn't get distracted half way through the dance, thinking about Ilya and then in the club, the whole thing, but just unbelievable, blown away. Guillermo and Whitney Pasadoble, where have you been by Rihanna? 12. Rihanna's his favorite artist. She's sex. Other way people were like Rihanna like approved her actual version for Guillermo. So good. And I really thought he improved. Like, I don't think that this was another, you know, there were parts where there are physical limitations at the end of the day. There are. And we have to be quite honest. That's why they had the backup dancers hold them. Hold them up. And then a carry-ins got to be like, was this a knee walk for seniors? And she's like, Oh, yeah, that was fucking nice. It's just some things don't need to be said. And you could tell Whitney's looking at her like, yeah, what really? You had to say that. Obviously, Guillermo's going to need a little fucking help. I don't think most of the other guys could do a knee walk like Val, you know, like, what are we talking about? Val skating across the floor. Like his knees are lubed up. Okay. Like Guillermo needs a little, maybe we had to put sauce on his knees to get him across the floor. Like, it's, it's, he did what he had to do. And yeah, are there multiple seconds of the dance where he's not dancing? Yes. But I really think he improved from last week. And I really like how seriously he's taking it. And the judges said it. It was less stick more. I am taking this seriously when he said he was going to do the face that his wife gives him. I lost it. You sent me a clip of us in the crowd and you were like, why are you laughing? Oh, fuck. Yeah. Because right after it, like, it was like a standing ovation right after they went and I saw a camera shot and you just see you laughing in the side. Someone messaged me being like telly and friend that we saw them not stand up for to give him a standing ovation. Um, we did give him a standing ovation. They caught us when we sat back down to be clear. Um, I'm loving him. I don't know what else to say. I'm loving him. I think Andy Richter walked so Guillermo could run. Yes. Guillermo. He walked so Guillermo could be carried on the floor and he walked. But Guillermo, like, yeah, last night it wasn't like a show. I think that's the most endearing thing about him is that like, you can tell he's given in this all. He is. And on top of that, you got Whitney who's pregnant. So like the combination of the two, you got a pregnant Whitney bossing Guillermo around being like, I listen, you got to take this seriously is incredible. And when she sat back, she was like, you got two pregnant people on the couch. But when, I mean, she was spinning on the floor. I was impressed. I kind of crossed my mind. I'm like, this is a baby just like, whoa. Mommy, this is fun. The baby's going to be a great dancer is just already doing the. Yeah, or like in order for the baby to be calm, she's going to have to dance with the baby in her arms. Yeah. Um, they got a 12 all fours. They were excited about their squarves improvement from last week. Moving on Taylor and Brett, cha cha to Kate by the ocean, 15. Unfortunately for me, he is, he is becoming forgettable. And maybe that's just because I'm not like a big Hansen fan. I think Brett is just such an amazing dancer that it shouldn't be forgettable. But for some reason, I and people are going to the Hansen fans are going to come from me. It's a thought he's he's just a little bit forgettable for me. You know, I'm not blown away. But I'm not thinking he's bad either. You know, moving on Harris, Jim Jr. and Jenna Johnson, V&E's Waltz, to Iris 18. This was a drop from last week for me. I thought they started off strong really, really strong last week. This one a little less. I think you can tell that Harry's having a hard time holding his freestyle hip hop back. Like he's looking at the camera and you could see he's like, you know, doing the robotics, the hip hop a little bit. He's still amazing. And he's still going to get better every week. I don't think that this specific style was made for him. Because I think you could really see the like right here. Like I think you could see the hip hop come in. But they're still fabulous. You know, there's not much there's there's still so good. It's just not I think last week was stronger. The scream took people by surprise. But you know, they're entertainers. Was that loud? He didn't actually scream. I thought I saw a clip where you could hear him scream. Like I swear like I saw it. And I was like, you could hear him. I feel like I'm having like memory loss here. I'm like, I don't remember. I feel like I would have been more taken aback if I heard him genuinely scream really loud. Maybe it just wasn't very loud. Maybe he did but like to us in the audience because we're hearing everything. We're hearing the music really loud. I don't know. Anyway, ended with Mora and Mark. Mora was shitting her pants before this dance started. Like freaking out handshaking mark phenomenal coach. He's like breathe. You got this. I saw a video of this. You can tell Mora didn't want to hear herself talk in the package. I saw she was covering her ears. I totally got that. I understand when you're about to go on, you don't want to hear and watch yourself practice for the week. But she got out there and she is just a divine dancer. I feel like they did the Chacha to September. They got a score of 19. I think it was slowed down a bit. I think that Mora is a really great ballroom dancer. I think maybe Latin styles might be a little bit harder for her. But I think her lines are spectacular. And I think that she is just going to get better and better in Mark as a teacher. You can just tell they're so locked in. I felt so bad how nervous she was. I didn't see anybody else freaking out in the way that she was freaking out. But I think it's because she had such a strong start last week that she didn't want to lose it this week because obviously everyone was rating about her dance for week one. And you never want to go down. You only want to go up. Well, she had her friends there to support her. Yeah, at least she had us for moral support when she looked over the audience and she took a breath and just looked at us and she was okay. She was able to get out there and crush it. Yeah, I mean, was it as good as last week? I think no, I thought last week was better. But I still think it was very good. And she's a very clean dancer. Like she's doing the technique. And I think that is what Mark is really good at is getting the dancer to do the correct technique. They are. Mark is a great coach. You know what I was rewashing recently is because I came up, I think, whatever. But when he was telling me how to film. Yeah, I was like rewalking. I'm like, he even the way that he was telling me like how to film a TikTok. I'm like, yeah, he's good coach. And some people have that coaching ability and some people don't. You can't some you could be a great dancer and not be a good coach. You have to have a certain level of patience to be a great coach at understanding chemistry, all the things. And I felt like she was so nervous that there was maybe energy here that she could have had more of but was more of but just was so nervous, but she still crushed it. And gosh, I just I love them. I love Mark. He's such a sweetheart. He really is. This season is really going to be a tough one. I'm very nervous for weeks to come. We want our guy Tyler to make it through. That's a problem. There's so many people to work for. And there's just so many strong fan bases that you don't even really know. Like I know that people they go hard for Hanson. They do. And maybe we don't understand it. But yeah. like there it has a strong fan base and the same thing for you know Julia Styles who we are very big fans of and they they see these actresses Tatiana Ali that bring nostalgia and they want them to stick around and they are they root for them I mean think about it Alfonso won the show and now he's the host and that's like nostalgia based and he actually was if you go back and watch Alfonso's dances spectacular I just remember seeing when he did the the Carlton yeah but besides that he was just genuinely so good it's funny how like the people a lot of the people who win just like never like they're just like on the show yeah they never leave you can't get right you're just like you you don't you not only win the Miracle you get a job yeah hey why not you stick in the family but yeah that was the full dancing with the stars recap it was so cool to be there such an honor uh the closest we've ever been front row to the stage last year in the rafters this year front row thanks to Tyler and Tate and they are just they are just so awesome and you know I I'm just so rooting rooting for him and I'm rooting for many others as well I mean it's going to be so hard but my top of the leaderboard if I have to be completely honest as Refrek Amber Glenn Mora we know the obvious with with Harry and Jenna like that just goes without saying and uh so many so many more I mean Julia styles as well like I can name the whole cast I I'm just I'm just rooting for everybody I mean Sierra I want to keep seeing Sierra do better and better each week and I'm excited it's it's a tough season it's filled with so many great people and you could tell how hard they're all working so it's sad to see him go and Bella Chao to to Giata are pies on moving on from dancing with the stars Taylor Swift news we got big Taylor Swift news uh originally she was teasing a single called patient zero said that would be out the 25th but now we're getting the full encore we're getting the life of a show girl encore the encore four new songs we're getting patient zero Cleveland exclamation point pink clouding and Babylon it is so fucking funny but there's just a song Cleveland like I like the people of Cleveland they're hyped and you know what the people of Cleveland they've been yelling at us for years to come to Cleveland like they're like why are you ignoring us I don't know why I don't know why because we got a Cincinnati Columbus and I think they're like this is rude you've gone to the other seas of Ohio why not Cleveland so maybe next time we'll be there and now with this song I mean we had Florida with an exclamation point now we got Cleveland with the exclamation point we can only we can only expect to hear great things because obviously she loves Cleveland you know I think they like out that leak house there now I believe that was reported which looks insane and then we're getting patient zero pink clouding Babylon four extra songs she uh she had a post if we could bring it up where this was revealed so originally it's crazy because I wonder what the marketing idea was behind this because originally it was like okay you're getting the single on September 25th right which September 25th is the Friday if we can confirm that but now the the whole encore is on Friday so she just loves to announce thanks so I don't know why we got the countdown to the to the single tomorrow there'll be a countdown for the finals yeah and then the merch we do know that the finals emerge are probably coming but I was confused by the countdown to the single to then just have more four extra songs which is awesome I feel like we should have just got that announcement right off the back my first thought was I didn't know Olivia Rodrigo was releasing an album on Friday is she no I'm just saying that oh my god oh my god I was like I genuinely like my heart to shot that was like no fucking way I thought I was living under a rock no oh my god okay so Taylor wrote about a year ago you guys did a truly unfathomable thing something that completely blew my mind you gave the life of a showgirl the biggest first week for an album in history I gotta be honest I don't believe that she was totally shocked I mean she's the biggest artist on the planet but beside the point I took a trip to Sweden to celebrate with Max and she'll back my two collaborators on this album really we just wanted to reflect and take in how grateful we were for the moment we were in but there was a studio there and we did what we do when we feel anything at all we wrote more songs I hope you love them because they were born out of pure gratitude for your exuberance for an acceleration on the album the life of a showgirl the encore including four new songs out Friday available preorder this is awesome I love the life of a showgirl I've been listening to it more and more recently it did come out like about a year ago and it was at end of the summer album I really do love this album so I'm so excited for these four songs I've had father figure and the Elizabeth Taylor on rotation lately well actually honestly a ton of them so I am so excited for this and not just I think that people when they saw patient zero single they think okay new album so maybe we needed the clarification let's get the encore to the life of a showgirl patient zero is not gonna be a new era it's not gonna be a new album it's just an encore of the life of a showgirl so that's really exciting although I think people were like hey but maybe after this we get some some re recordings of the the final two you know the debut and reputation I know that when she announced that she got her masters back and completely owned everything she did say like if people want me to re record those I still will and people are waiting for them so we'll see but this is so exciting so fun four new songs how can we not be excited about this and you know I think it's one of those albums to me that I this collector edition CDs these pictures are gorgeous I think that I loved the album upon initial listening I think there were people that didn't but I think it's one of those that grows where you go back and listen you go you know what this album was really good and these songs grew on me so we'll see what happens with these four songs super exciting and these pictures are stunning that she has up on her site and I know she posted one of them with the halls are tall well there be any rep or this happened I guess she's saying the recordings happen before her wedding because I was gonna say what there would be any references but I guess this this couldn't right I think that they wrote these songs before because it was in celebration yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah took a trip to Sweden she didn't I did start I'm like I where would I ever get at these pictures yes you are I I'm just like I've put it out of my brain now but I'm really I'm really hoping that we see something I mean I know they want to enjoy it probably without any negative criticism which I totally understand like it's the like one of the best saves of your life you're so freaking happy the joy the bliss you don't want negativity surrounding it so I get like keeping that to yourself and keeping it personal and close to your chest but at the same time they shared the engagement pictures or like I just have an interview of Tom Cruise talking about it like like openly more talking about the wedding and he was like you guys are a beautiful couple and they are I feel like everyone around them knows it and can feel their love so we just want to see the pictures we want to see the pictures show us the wedding pictures we'll we will remain calm I I can only speak for myself I don't know how people I hate it I would I don't hate anybody's wedding pictures I I think it's everybody has their own taste when it comes to weddings and the way that weddings get critiqued I could look at a picture and go yeah I wouldn't pick that dress but that's what she loved and she felt in the moment and that you know that's what they love as a couple so I don't I've never I hate that wedding dress I hate that you know that's weddings are personal okay Noah I wouldn't know but I am I'm very excited for this and it should be fun and we're getting it soon came back to back I I am still stuck on the why did we announce the single to then just get the four songs yeah I am also confused I could I was like once you did the countdown yesterday for the single I thought I was going to be like a nothing count down like a mile I totally thought it was single okay and then today it's like yeah well what is this picture for then like the single picture like if you're just releasing the album right there's always a hidden reason to why she does anything so there must be like there's there's announcements soon after this I don't think this is like here's the encore of the life of a showgirl bye I'm disappearing like I think it's album new album soon after because there were rumors that she was in the studio cooking something up so we shall see moving on just want to do why you know not to do this while we're on the topic of Taylor Swift Mary Beth Barone and Jo Allen we thought Jo Allen was dating Sarah pigeon and Mary Beth Barone at the same time and we were like okay we're bringing back two timing dating in the public whatever nope not the case just some good old-fashioned PR Mary Beth is starring and wrote still we met a rom com with Jo Allen produced by leanum Dunham and others this is some great PR and it was so funny because Benny drama then commented and was like now everyone could stop texting me and everyone was commenting on her post like your genius I don't know if there's anyone more booked and busy right now the Mary Beth Barone there are so many projects in the works she's so funny and talented I mean she just deserves it her and Benny both and they're just absolutely crushing it between the podcast and all the new projects they have going and now like posting pictures from the dinner with Jo Allen's like duh duh I still want to know why they were writing the beast I want to know what that has to do with the movie I don't know if that's like in the movie they go ride the the bees, they get splash of water and they're disgusted and they get like a disease. Maybe that's part of the movie, but besides that, this is just some great marketing. So shout out to Marybeth. And that wraps up today's topics and we're going to get into a great interview with the one and only, Roblo. Thanks, thanks for having me. We are so excited. Unfortunately, my co-host is not here with me today, so you just got me. I'm happy to have you. Yeah, this is happy. It's just a one-on-one. I'm happy. I'm very serious. I know. I'm ready. Don't you worry about a thing. So we're talking about the musicals in theaters now. Yes. So fun. So funny. It's sort of like a dark comedy. Tell us a little bit about, you know, your role as a principal and us. So I mean, when I got this script, I was like, you have to be kidding me that no one's going to make this movie. It is so audacious, politically incorrect and breathtaking in that way that I was like, oh, I'm definitely, I mean, it's low budget. It's a little, tiny, independent movie, but it is so good and people have embraced it in a way that makes me so happy and that it's out there having a life in the theaters is, it's amazing. Have you like breathtaking comedy? This is for you. Exactly. And I think that's what I loved about it too, because it's almost like pushing that line that you're kind of craving these days in a way that feels, you know, respectful and we can laugh at it. And we can enjoy dark comedy. Yeah. It's funny. The gatekeepers are still nervous because this movie went to Sundance, played huge, huge, and then did not sell. Because the gatekeepers are still very, very, very nervous, but the public wants this. They want chances. They want something that's fresh and different and that this has made it out into the world is kind of a miracle. It's in, I think, 300 theaters, so it's definitely out there, but it's not like it's a Marvel movie. It's the kind of movie that I grew up loving, this little cult, indie thing. And it definitely is connecting with people because I think people are tired of safe stuff. Yeah, I agree with that. I like what you said about, you know, people being nervous, I guess industry being nervous, but the public, we want it. We all want it. We know what's right and what's wrong. But we also want to laugh as well. That's right. So is that how you're choosing your roles these days? You see a script like this, you're like, I want to be a part of it because I'm sure you get a ton thrown at you and it's hard to decide which roles you want to take. When it's comedy, it's a little easier in that. If it makes me laugh, that's kind of the litmus test, right? But everybody's tasting comedy is different. I'm drawn to big, crazy swings like, you know, Austin Powers, when you, when you, it's hard to imagine because it's become such a part of people's lives. Or try to grow up on it and it's been around for like the notion, yeah, so it's a movie about an English guy with bad teeth, who's a spy, who really isn't. You're like, wait, what? But it worked, but it was a big swing, right? It was an idea. The musical is the same. It's an idea that's a very big swing. So they don't come around often, but when they do, at least you know them when you read them. And dramas are a little bit harder to choose. But at the end of the day, it's, do I think I can bring something unique? Can I, that's something to say, something to offer, or could anybody do it, you know, that's kind of how I look at it. Yeah. How do you ignore the critics when it comes to a movie like this, you know, like you said, it did huge at Sundance, but then nobody's selling it, but you believe in it. I mean, there are, there's so many stories like that. I mean, you know, people didn't want to make the West Wing came out 27 years ago today, by the way. Wow. So we just told me. Okay. It's 27 years ago. 27 years ago today, and your game show is back tonight and the floor is back. Yeah. Big day for you. And you're on chicks in the office and that's really the big thing today. And all roads have led to this moment. Yes. Between us. Yes. Yeah. I want to ask you about what it's like now promoting things in a way that, you know, we're sitting on a podcast together in the beginning of your career. How did you promote a movie? Oh my God. So incredibly different. When I started, they didn't even have press junkets. So you went to the cities. You did a tour, a literal press tour. So I remember, I think, on class was the first one that I did. And Andrew McCarthy and I went on a road tour. And we did, like, I want to say San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Dallas. And we'd roll up and like do the local morning show. So you'd be on like, you know, Willie and Philly, you know, and like, they'd be like cooking an omelet. And then you would come on and talk about your, um, and then, um, the studio is realized it was better to just have the press come to you. And then you do a junket. You go to a hotel and you just round rob and then that was a thing. And now that's kind of gone. And now it's this, which I, this is my favorite, favorite iteration. Really? Yeah. Oh, for sure, because we have a real conversation. There's not somebody, you know, it's not, it's not produced. And so I love it because it's a real opportunity to have a real conversation. And if you're one of those, it's probably hard for actors who don't want to talk or cagey. My life's an open book. I've written two of them about my life. So I'm happy to talk real and authentically to people. And that's hard to do when you're on segments that are two and three minutes long. For sure. And that's what makes someone like you an amazing guest because like you said, you are an open book. You're willing to talk. I do understand when actors get on a podcast and they only want to talk about their project, which they're promoting, which we always do, but then you try to dig a little deeper and you don't get there. I know. And then you, and then you feel like you're doing a bad job. So it's a little bit of back and forth, a little bit of give and take, which is really so fun. And the respect for podcasts now, I think, is amazing because we get so many great interviews. You bring up Andrew McCarthy, who, you know, made brats back in 2024, which I absolutely love. And I feel like people wanted more from you. They wanted more stories. You talk about the brat pack meeting, the rat pack and, you know, a crazy night at Sandy Davis Jr's house. You know, you went to Spago, which I went to recently. Very good. Yeah. It's, it was a totally different, different location, different, different, the fact that it survived at all is amazing, but Spago 1985 is very different than 2026. Yeah. I'm sure I'm sure it was very low key. But can you bring us behind the scenes more of that? I feel like after that documentary came out, people were like, I want just a documentary on this one night. Well, I'm not going to be able to all for you a documentary on just that one night, but I on it hasn't been officially announced, but I believe November 24th Netflix is going to release a documentary on my life. Wow. And. Are they going to tell us to cut this after? Probably. Uh, but you asked, um, and, and so a lot of that stuff that people, you know, on the rap hack documentary, obviously, you know, I'm, I'm one of seven people or whatever. So, um, all of that stuff will be talked about and, uh, because it was, I was, I was very lucky to be to live in a time in the, in the 80s, in the late 70s, into the early 80s, into the very beating of the 90s and then kind of over where it was just an incredible time. It was an incredible time to be in the business. It was an incredible time to make movies. It was an incredible time to party. It was an incredible time to be single. I wouldn't trade it for anything if I, if I, in the totality of humanity, if I could have lived in any time, that would have been it. That's awesome. I mean, I feel like when people ask about which time you want to live back, like for us, you know, it's like, oh, the 80s, you know, it is, right? That's what you dream about. Like it just seems so cool. It's better than you dream. It was better than you dream. Really? Because no social media. No social media. No cell phone cameras, um, like the, the sort of intrigue of like, if you, we're going to go on, we'll meet at the club at 11 and then you didn't know maybe they weren't going to be there. Maybe they were and you, you couldn't say, hey, where are you? You just didn't know where anybody was and it was like, it was just the intrigue of it. It was beautiful. The genuine run in, like you run into your friend at the club and then you have a crazy night that you weren't expecting to have. Yeah. So at that time, you were like being this famous is awesome. It was a good time to, I wouldn't, I, I look at, you know, young, young famous movie stars today and they're definitely not, they're definitely not having, I don't think it's fun for them. I think it's a burden because there's so many eyes on them all the time. Yeah. And people are waiting for somebody to mess up. Yeah. Like you can mess up and still be a great actor, still respected, still have so much fun. Like it's just a human experience. Particularly if it's happening to you in your early 20s, like it was for me, you know, I mean, that's when you're supposed to mess up. Right. I mean, we hope we're messing up in our 20s, so we're not doing it when, you know, when we're doing it later in, we don't want to do it later in life. So I always have a ton of empathy for, for, for people who have eyes on them at that age because, you know, you're, you're figuring it out for sure. Right. And I mean, the cast of characters you were surrounded by, do you look back on those movies and think, you know, the casting directors who picked out these people? Like they had, they had such talent to seek out that talent. So Fred Russe is a producer, he is not a casting agent, but he, he cast every one of Francis Ford Coppola and George Lucas's movie, Fred Russe discovered everybody in the outsiders. Wow. He discovered everybody in the Godfather. He discovered everybody in America, he was feeding. So that is Danero, Pacino, Harrison Ford, Tom Cruise, me, I mean, Robert, did he go on and on and on and on and on. So when we talk about, I always, I always think about Fred Russe and his eye, but, but there are great casting directors out there and the ability to, to find young actors and actresses is, is a real, real, real talent. Mm-hmm. How do you and so many others that you name keep that longevity in your career? Because there are many that, you know, do a great film. You look back at where they go, but you have had such a tremendous career. They found me out. Yeah. Why did you have been an open book like you said? I feel like we know a lot about you. What's your secret to keeping that? Um, first of all, I still love doing it. That's important. Right. Yeah. Um, and I am always curious and, and game. And I'm not, I've never been totally caught up in what, what other people are going to think about my career choices. I'm, I'm worried about what the audience will think, obviously. I mean, you know, not people to love it. You want people to love it, right? But even that at the end of the day, you just got to do what's right and then, and then you have to let go of it. But, but I have noticed that, that, that, that actors can be susceptible to, oh my god, I just did a big comedy. I can't do another comedy or, oh, I just did a bit of big box office thing. I better do something art like they get caught up in, in their head and, and I, I, I have just really followed what interests me and, and, and sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't. But I do think that helps for longevity. Mm-hmm. Yeah, because you kind of cover all over the map. You can go from one swing to parks and wreck. Well, the real thing is like the floor, like there's a world in which you would never do a game show. Like how can you be a serious actor if you do a game? I don't care. Like I know I love trivia. I know game shows are popular. People love them. I loved that game of the floor. I love the game. It's so addicting. And, you know, I, I don't really, it doesn't affect me. I can still do a movie like the musical or I can, I'm still going to work with the people that I want to work with and, um, a podcast. But when I wrote my first book, people are like, you can't write a memoir in the middle of your life. The only people who write books are people who need money or who are washed up. That's what they told me. Yeah. And I was like, well, I think I have something to say. Right. I think it would be good. So, look, I'm no genius about it or anything like that, but, but I, I, I do have the ability to do what interests me and let the chips fall where they may and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Mm-hmm. And that's what keeps it fun. And that's what keeps you loving it. Or if you were to just follow the rules that everyone wants you to follow, that's how you fall out of love with it, I think. And it's also how people get tired of you. Mm-hmm. Did you keep showing up in the same stuff? People think they've, they've seen it. Yeah, they figured you out. They figured you out. Yeah. You mentioned, you know, the floor. It's back tonight. Yes. So exciting. So you love game shows. And the other part of it is I love, let's face it, we're in the audience business. And I, there's nothing more frustrating than doing something you like that people never hear about or never see, still worth doing. When people embrace something, it's a whole other thing. And when I'm out in the world and people come up to me and go, oh my God, I'm obsessed with the floor. I watch it with my kids or we get together and we like that means something to me. And in today's entertainment landscape, the notion of having something that people watch in real time and watch in groups, doesn't happen. Like, families, the kids are watching Euphoria and Dad's watching ESPN and Mom's watching whatever. Like, that's, it's fragmented. People are watching the floor together and that's really, really rare and super cool to be a part of. What's the best part about the floor and a game show is when you sit down, maybe it's right after dinner and you're together with your family, your partner, whoever, like, let's put on the floor together. Right? And you what? That is the best. You play along, playing along at home is the whole point. Mm-hmm. I mean, that's really the point. Yeah. And that's what I've always loved. I mean, I was, I was on one of the earliest iterations of celebrity $10,000 pyramid. Mm-hmm. $10,000. That's how long ago it was. Small price now. Yeah. Small, small price now. And I loved it. And so I've kind of been hooked on trivia game shows ever since. You've done Family Feud. I did Family Feud in honor of my wife for her birthday. She's obsessed with Family Feud. Who isn't? And she's hard to surprise, big control freak, my wife Cheryl. But I managed not only to surprise her, got the family and full makeup and hair in a car all the way to Los Angeles, to a sound stage. She still didn't know. Wow. Because I told her we were being interviewed for a, for a videography for her birthday. And she believed it. Mm-hmm. And we walked under the set of Family Feud. And then I revealed that we're playing. And she freaked out. She freaked out. Was she mad at you that she wasn't prepared? She was. And I knew she would be. Yeah. But that was like the flack I was willing to endure. Mm-hmm. That's what I don't like about surprises. I don't like to be prepared. I know. But I was doing it. It's worth it. And at one point we were down, I think it was 247 to nothing. And we came back in one. That's amazing. We won Family Feud without ever touching the buzzer. Wow. I don't know if that's, how many times that's been done. That's really incredible because here at Bar Soul, they just did celebrity family feud. And they got the second worst score in history of Family Feud ever. We would have been the worst. Yeah. But you came back. It's like when an athlete's on a cold streak and finally they come back, Cheryl Lowe finally. She locked in. She had to get over the surprise. Yeah. And she threw her off. She saved us. Yes. You mentioned your family. You have two sons. Matthew and Johnny? Yes. Can we talk about what's going on? Like, what is the thing? with John Stamos. Are you jealous of him that your son seems to always wish him a happy birthday? Are you a happy birthday with a picture of him like, it's the gift that keeps on giving my son, John Owen, has literally made a cottage industry. Well, he created and sold a show to Netflix, basically based on the dynamic of a son who wants to make fun of his well-known father. And it makes me laugh. I, I, he's a really fun, both my boys are hilarious. My, my other son, Matthew is in finance. And so the public doesn't really know how funny he is, but John Owen in his obsession with John Stamos is really, really unbelievable. I was looking at his Instagram earlier. I'm like, all these pictures of John Stamos are killing me. It's, it's really funny. And for my, I think it was my 60th birthday, he went to John's house and they did a whole 60th with my dad. And yet it was John, John's a great sport about it. That's amazing. You know, speaking of your birthday, you did a Berk Chrysler show at the beginning, which was hilarious. I felt like that opened up the show in such an amazing way. I feel like you're so good at leaning into playing yourself, like a character of yourself in that way. Yeah. Like a, I've always felt that there was, we're not felt. I know that, that in an, and an alternative timeline, like a reality show about my family would have, would have been you. It would have been selling my soul. But I'm telling you, we would add a fleet of Gulf Streams. We would have been the, the Kardashians. Yeah. And we would have been sitting here talking about it and eating it up. I know. What's the behind the scenes of your family like? You know, if you're talking about a reality show, give us the day to day. I mean, first of all, it's, it's my, my wife Cheryl is a born star. And she's really pretty, really smart and insane. By the way, like, the best qualities. No, no, I never know which personality you're going to get. It's like having multiple. And she's a Gemini. Yeah. Okay. There you go. So. And by the way, that's the only thing that could keep me on a leash for 35 years. I love it. Is, is somebody who's insane? Yeah. In a great way. Exactly. But I don't do boring. No. I don't do. I don't do boring. I don't do like this. Like, oh, she's nice. No, no, no. No, I need, I need like, stimulation, whatever it is. And then, you know, of course, my boys are insane or dogs. There's, there's always a lot going on at my house. But I, yeah, yeah, I love doing. I did a show called The Grindr that did one season on Fox. It's my favorite comedy I've ever been in. And it exists somewhere. I think it's probably on Hulu. But my, I play a crazy actor. So anytime I take, like, I didn't want to say it out loud. But since you said it, we were all thinking I'm not going to deny it. But again, it's like, I get, I get, I get the joke. It's like, I get it. We're not trained cancer. Yeah. Like, you're an entertainer. We're an entertainer. Let's be entertaining. And, um, and by the way, that, that, that is as lofty and as important in society as anything else, but, but it's not life and death. We need entertainers. We need storytellers. Yes. They're a part of, of the human experience. They have a lot. We have what we give and bring is, it really is really important to the human experience. But it's not as, it's like, oh my god, everyone needs to take a deep breath. That's just all take a fuck. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Maybe a little cigarette break. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Just take a deep breath about it. I feel you on that. I feel like, you know, as an entertainer, I love that you don't take yourself so seriously. I mean, you take your work seriously. You want to do a good job. Yeah. I want to, I want to create a new, a new phrase because when you say you don't take yourself seriously, it's like, that is the phrase. So that's what we use, but it has an element to it of frivolity of, of like throwing it off. Do you know what I'm saying? It's like, like, yeah, like, no, you care. Yeah. No, exactly. It's like, no, it's, I care. I'm a professional. It's, it's deliberate. Right. They're, you're going to show up and do your job. Yeah. The job requires what it requires, but it's self-deprecating is better, maybe. Yes. Yeah. But like, you look at awareness, how about self-awareness? His or I was the other day. I was a few, a few years ago, I played JFK and I was, I was studying all of the film on him and I stumbled across his press conferences. If you've never seen a JFK press conference, look at it. He's the president of the United States and he is funny, self-deprecating, hilarious about himself and gets it. And to me, that's the model. Right. As opposed to like the like overly tortured, serious, like method. Listen, method is, if it works for you, it's, it's fine. I mean, I get it because like, well, when I was doing JFK, I had to do the accent a lot because it's hard to get it and lose it and get it and like get off set and stop doing it and then go back. Yeah. So I get that. But then, but the, the notion of like, like somebody coming up to me off camera and all I want to talk about is the Cuban Missile Crisis. That's, that's a bridge too far. Like, we need a break here. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Someone's playing a serial killer. Like, we don't want them. We don't need to go and actually kill somebody. Exactly. Like, let's not take it too far. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. For sure. I'm so interested and excited about you doing a documentary about your life. I feel like people are going to be so excited. I just feel like you have so many stories to give. And you know, it is fun as the archival footage that they've discovered. Really? Like outsiders, auditions. Wow. Oh, my God. That just made me so excited. And like talk shows that I was on as a baby and like behind the scenes of movies and, and it's, and then, you know, the people that, the way you don't can't reveal who are, who are interviewed are, are pretty fairly interesting. But it's, it's a journey. It's a real journey. I'll tell you that. Do you like watching yourself? Do you like seeing this old footage of you? There's some, there's a lot of, there's a lot of regrettable hairstyles. Really? Do you think you look back at these, these videos and go, man, I look the same. Because I think that's what a lot of people say about you. They want to know the aging secret. I know you know this. It's, it's my, well, that's my genetics, really. My dad is 86, two weeks ago. And he, you know, past, he, he, he, he looks like he's 70. Yes, right? And then, and then this, I don't drink. I've been sober for 36 years. Right. That's a huge, like, people don't realize what a huge, like, leg up, that is. It really does. It really is making a difference. Yeah. You know, like, it's not the same thing, but like, preparing for any event or whatever, if you are a drinker, like myself, and you go a couple weeks without drinking, I look at the mirror. I'm like, yeah, I do look, I do look better. You're like, oh, I have cheekbones. Yeah, exactly. Oh, I came back. Yeah, cheekbones. I have a jawline. I never knew. No, but, so, you know, there's the, and then the other thing is sleep. I was, I was sleeping before it was cool. Really? Like, how many hours? I was sleeping in a culture was like, you could sleep when you're dead. Yeah. I'm good for five hours. And now that's, people have realized, that's not, are you a napper? I've started to become a napper. Really now. Now. Yeah. I love a good nap. I love a good nap now. I didn't use to, but I've always been a sleeper. And I think that that came from being a child actor. And, you know, when you're a teenager, all you want to do is sleep, right? Do you remember that? Like, you'd wake up for a, I love this about life. There's that moment where you wake up for cartoons on a Saturday morning. You're wide awake. Boy, you're on, you're on, Scooby Doo's on. It's seven a.m. And then all of a sudden, something happens. We get, we get our hormones change. And we're like, oh my god. Noon. It was terrible growing up. I, I missed so many days of school. Like, I was teetering the edge of like, all right, you're on your 30th day of not coming into school. Like, we're gonna, we're calling the parents and you may not get you. You were able to pull that off? Yeah. Well, because I, my, my parents let me stay home. Like, I would just be like, oh, my stomach hurts. Please let me stay home because I just wanted to sleep so bad. But you know what? It was really fun because not to bring up John Stamos again, but at noon on ABC family, they always played full house reruns. So I'd stay home. I'd get to watch that. But then like, once my parents came home for work, it wasn't fun anymore. Yeah. Now I'm faking sick still. But see, you wanted to sleep and I, I was doing movies and I'm talking about school. So I was like, no, yeah, legitimately. So getting up at 4.30 in the morning was brutal. So when I wasn't working, I slept like a demon. And I've just kept the sleeping thing going. Right. That's great. So now everybody knows good sleep. Good sleep and genetics. And if you don't have the genetics, sorry. And if you don't have the good sleep, then I end and watch the alcohol. Yeah, exactly. I mean, that will, that will help anybody. It really does. That will move the needle pretty [BLANK_AUDIO] I don't think people want to hear. - No, it's like, I remember when I first started training and people was like, Sylvester Stallone said to me, "You know, abs, amade in the kitchen." - And I was like, I don't want to hear that, 'cause my kitchen serves milkshakes and in the morning pancakes. I didn't want to hear, and I thought, oh no, I can, it's true. - Yeah, I hate that phrase. - Absent, and by the way, it's so true. - You can do your crunches. - It's not gonna do anything. They grew up in Santa Barbara. (laughing) They're, they are not street smart. (laughing) I mean, they may have gone to Stanford and Duke, but they're dummies. - It is, 'cause I'm from New York, it is different meeting kids from California. - Right? - Yeah. You know, my son was like, yeah, I'm gonna, I'm meeting my friends and we're going, where is it? And it goes, it's down in the bowry, and this and that, and they all say, all right, well, listen, you know, just keep your head on the swivel, 'cause dad, dad, I'm fine, I'm gonna be fine. I'm like, John Owen, it's New York, I'm just saying, you dad, stop it. He was home by midnight, with a black eye. - Oh my God. - And had gotten mugged by a guy with a knife, because he was on his phone, not paying attention. - You can't do that. - But that's the thing is like, you know, it's like, all kids are clueless experts. - Oh, we all think we're smarter than our parents. - Right? - Only. - Yeah. - I do the same thing, I'm like, Dad, I know, I get it. And then, and then you call them the next day and be like, you were right. - I know, yeah, yeah, that to me is the ultimate one. - So do they spend time in New York now, or are they still? - They come and go for work, Matthew's based in California, and Johnny is obviously there too, which is great, 'cause I love having them around. We're all very close, I talk to them multiple times every day, I see them a lot. We're really close. - Really, really close family, yeah. FAQs

NFL Sunday Ticket and YouTube TV bundle provides access to every NFL game every Sunday. The multi-view feature allows viewers to watch up to four games simultaneously, making it ideal for tracking fantasy matchups and following favorite players in real time.

New users can get NFL Sunday Ticket for eight payments of $30 per month, totaling $240. This is a non-cancellable plan with the first charge at purchase.

The hosts, Noah and the speaker, were unexpectedly invited to attend a Dancing with the Stars episode. They were listed as friends of a contestant, and when they were in the audience, they were surprised by a close-up moment during the scoring and later interacted with show staff, including host Alfonso and performers.

Tyler Cameron and Sharna performed a viral dance that included a shirt-off moment and crowd participation, which generated significant social media buzz. The performance was praised for its energy and viral appeal, with strong feedback on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

The show tends to award high scores (like 21s) to standout performances, such as Jenna and Val’s and Ezra and Danielle’s dances. Scores are often high due to strong choreography and emotional connection, though some performances, like Giata and Alan’s, received lower scores due to technical issues or lack of flow.

Critics argue that the one-word scoring system (e.g., 'shaky') limits feedback and makes it hard to understand the judges’ full evaluation. It removes the opportunity for detailed critique and is seen as unfair, especially when a performance has significant technical flaws.
