CT and Julian Edlow provide a detailed college football and NFL betting analysis for the upcoming weekend. In college football, they highlight a key matchup between Ole Miss and LSU, favoring Ole Miss at home with a -3-point line due to home-field advantage and Travis Chamblis’ strong performance, while noting Sam Levitt’s injury concerns. They also preview Florida’s road game against Auburn, backing Auburn by 2.5 points due to defensive resilience. Clemson is seen as a weak team against a dominant Belicex defense, with both analysts favoring under totals. In the ACC, Louisville is favored over SMU, and UCLA is projected to dominate due to its fourth-quarter strength. For the NFL, the Patriots are favored over the Steelers by -5, citing Pittsburgh’s poor performance and a rested Patriots defense. The Texans are backed at -2.5 due to injury concerns for Joe Burrow and Houston’s defense. Denver is favored over Jacksonville, with analysts citing Denver’s defensive depth and coaching stability. The analysis also touches on Oregon’s playoff push and a potential upset against USC, with CT suggesting a -3.5 line despite Oregon’s recent win. Overall, the picks emphasize defensive strength, injury impacts, and home-field advantages, with a strong focus on underperforming offenses and resilient defenses across both leagues.

(upbeat music) All right, welcome into a Thursday, September 17th edition of DraftKings Network, DailyBets, Emier hosts Julian Edlow. Thursdays means CT, Thursdays, Chris Thurston, you can find them on Twitter @CTBets16, the college football three pack from CT, went two and one last week, winners on Michigan, taking the six, winner on Ohio State, getting one and a half, and you needed the half-balkers game in Austin, CT and I both lost laying double digits on Iowa, classic Sihock series, three point game, 13-10, game winning field goal, I will never lay double digits in the Sihock series again, even though it clearly looked like Iowa was going to be the right dominant side of that game. And then over in the NFL, hopefully you went two and oh, plays given out here, went one, oh and one, chiefs, a winner, and Pats getting the three was getting even money technically a push, but hopefully you were able to finagle three and a half there. I jumped on the chiefs on the money line on Monday night as well to get me to a six and three NFL week one, which was needed, not the best weekend of college football. All right, there's the housekeeping CT, college football week three, NFL week two ahead of us, how we doing? Good man, it's wild, that's week three of college football. Feels like it just started and you know how this just flies by, man, it just flies by. So you got to enjoy it while while we have it, because it's going to be over before you know it, dude. It is and here's what we're going to enjoy on Saturday night. We're starting prime time the college football atmosphere of the season. I'm excited to see what Miami at Notre Dame looks like, but I'm going to say this is the college football atmosphere of the season. Lane Kiffin and Ellis, you come back to Oxford to play Ole Miss Saturday night 730 on ABC. Look ahead, line. We had game in the year lines on everything you know at draft games CT, Ole Miss minus two and a half. Games here, Rebels are catching three as home dogs, and I can only imagine the bulk of this is attributed to what LSU did in front of all of us on week one Saturday night prime time against Clemson. Pantsdom, embarrassed, 50, whatever to 10. I put a bulk of that on how garbage Clemson is, and we will talk about that a little bit later on in this show. I gave out with Brett C. Antti of Pixx previews, Gimme Ole Miss plus three in this game. I think it's going to be as large of a home field advantage as you can have in a college football game. I give the quarterback edge to Ole Miss with Chamblis. Kiffin's going to have some stuff up his sleeve, but Golding is the defensive coordinator, knows what he wants to do on offense, and LSU going first road game of the year when we've only seen them at home. And again, that doormat of Clemson, I just think that I have not seen enough to justify this moving five and a half points is really the short answer. - I'm right there with you. I can't help myself. Kiffin returned to Oxford, other side lines, and this is probably one of the best games of the weekend here. The night game, like you said, give me the points with Ole Miss at home. Give me the better quarterback right now with Trinidad Chamblis, he's been excellent. On the other side, Sam Levitt, I don't know, Jules, I still have my doubts. - Three picks last year. - That score was a little deceiving. That game was a lot closer than the final score of our slot tech. - Yeah, LSU's kind of looked the part, but I agree with you. I think that Clemson isn't as good as man, these last couple years have been really bad for now. - Also, by the way, let's throw in there while LSU was stomping out Clemson who might be just brutal next night. Ole Miss tests itself against a Louisville team that you and I both like and both backed Louisville in. - Absolutely, yeah. And getting back to Levitt, three picks, like you said. One was a 94 yard pick, six. It was just, it was 10-7 and a half time. And now you have to go to Oxford at night. That's a completely different animal. The college game day there, the entire stadium, ready to make Lane's return miserable and a living hell. Chambless, he's been more efficient and has taken care of the ball, a lot better than Levitt. 71% of his pass is completed. I just trust him more to make the big times throws. It kind of avoid the killer mistake. Like you said, Golden knows Kiffin extremely well, which, you know, I think adds another wrinkle to this matchup for LSU. Might prove to be the better talented roster, Jules, but rivalry game with this emotion. Give me the better quarter back here in the home field, Ole Miss blistery. - So breaking news comes across my phone that you will all know when you see this in the morning. - Oh boy. - Sam Levitt doubtful. - Come on. - For LSU. - Come on. - So, new numbers in pockets here, CT, and I gave this play out early. - Great. - And wow, so this is gonna be already something you guys know by the time you listen. Just not say, just not say the injury, just not say the injury. So, all right, we'll learn more in the morning. You'll probably know more by the time you see this, but what is the number going to reopen? I guess I'll lay some, I'm just looking ahead. I guess I'll lay a couple with Ole Miss if I have to at this point and get back in. - I mean, yeah, they're gonna flip to the favor. - Yeah, I thought about grabbing more of that today, and I was just kind of waiting. Didn't think it would go anywhere. Now we get this. Wow, all right. So, caught us on the fly there with that. You're supposed to have our good friend Kenny White, 'cause he's got the quarterback sheet right in front of us. You could tell us how much he makes, let it work. - Wow, this is crazy. Okay. - All right, so that happened. Let's go to another SEC game, and I'll give you the first crack at this one, CT. - This is a really good game. Honestly, I wish it didn't line up head to head with Ole Miss and LSU, but the Gators have been running teams out, looking really good under Jon Summoner on now. First road test, they go to Auburn preseason. This was a pick. Now Auburn, a two and a half point home dog. Florida, different head coach, I know, but he maintained a lot of the talent, didn't bring much other talent in. Florida went on five on the road last season, lost him all by double digits. - Yeah, yeah, it's been a tough challenge for the Gators on the road here, and give me the home dog Saturday night at Jordan Hare. Auburn definitely wasn't perfect offensively. I'm sorry, I'm, yeah, Auburn. I'm thinking it's so important. - That's the team. - My head right now, geez. Like, they weren't perfect week one versus Baylor. You and I both had Baylor, you had Auburn. The money line, we both get the cash there, but I think that with Golis and Brown and the new pieces that came over from South Florida, I kind of expected the offense to take a little time to come together. I thought last week was a step in the right direction, right? They smashed Southern Miss, 43A, and I think that's kind of the confidence boost that group needed heading the SEC play, which starts this weekend. Meanwhile, the Gators, they've looked great on paper, they really haven't been tested yet at all, wins over FIU and Campbell. Now they got to leave Gainesville with what you said. Traveling is, and on the road games have been very, very difficult for this team. You have to walk in the Jordan Hare at night against an Auburn team that's already been in a fourth quarter battle this year and has been tested, and man, they stopped that two-point conversion. I don't even care that lagway through the ball behind the tight end. That's a gritty win from Auburn there. That's a tough win on a neutral. I think Auburn's improving at the right time. I like Golis in the spot. Love that we're getting points at home, give me the tires plus two and a half, and would not be shocked if they win this game, Jules. I am Auburn plus two and a half. I didn't think the thing being most slept on here, Florida's been running all over everyone. Auburn stopped the run against your Baylor Bears. I think it was three and a half yards of carry for your starting running back. What's his name? Endergrass? Yeah, yeah. And they just great there. Everyone's talking about how Auburn brings over the USF offense when it's gonna translate over. Well, what they also did is kept the DC and maintained a lot of that defense. I think Auburn's defense wins them this game. I would be interested in the under potentially as well, but I'm taking the two and a half with Auburn. I thought Auburn should be a favorite preseason. I've seen nothing so far that would change my opinion on that. And yet because Florida blows out teams that we have never heard of, they're now a two and a half point favorite disagree. Give me Auburn with the points on Saturday night. This one's gonna be all UCT, you can go quick. Kamario Taylor, I do like. I'm gonna tell you I like him. I'm gonna tell you he has a chance to be the number one overall pick in the 2028 NFL draft. I think he's got elite skills, but now he's gonna have to go test himself at South Carolina is three and a half four for the game cocks later at home. This time we're not taking the points here. We're gonna lay them. We're gonna lay the short number here with the game cocks at home and I know South Carolina, they really haven't played anybody yet, but I'm really liking what I'm seeing out of Lunara sellers. The numbers, they haven't been perfect through two games, but I think he just looks different this year. He's more comfortable, more decisive. When he gets outside the pocket, he gives his offense just a totally another dimension, Mississippi state. Yeah, well, give him some credit jewels. Go in the Minnesota, you win 38-13. That was impressive. Taylor kind of looks like a playmaker at quarterback. Well, I'm pumping the brakes here on how much that win changes my opinion for the Bulldogs because Minnesota is just pathetic again this year, another pathetic DJ flat team. They rush for only 13 yards. They just have major issues. So I am not upgrading mistake much for that win. Mistake goes from Minnesota. play Minnesota to now having the face sellers in South Carolina. Williams Bryce and that's just a completely different assignment here. South Carolina's D has been dominant against the weaker competition. Only allowing four and a half points and about 190 yards per game here. Yeah, Miss State has some explosiveness to them, but now we're going to find out how they match up against real SEC athletes here on the road. South Carolina's SEC opener. I expect the place to be rocking here. Let's lay the short number with the game Cox. All right, there's CT's three pack for you in college football. I'm going to rip through a couple other quick ones before we shift over to the NFL side. I talked about this one a little bit with Brett who very much wanted to stay away from this game. UNC and Clemson. This is going to be an absolute grinder of a game. Bella check. Bella checks defense, which has gone to a new level this year, allowed 16 points on defense. If you go 13 TSU, two were TCU, two were the safety, and then three the following week. Against this dabbo offense that cannot find. You know, they can't get a yard when they need a yard. They're down to the backup quarterback who I think is fine. I don't care who the quarterback is, but now you got to rely on one instead of two and going back and forth like he was. There's just not going to be scoring in this game. So I played under 44 and a half. It's down to 43 and a half. I would still play it at 43 and a half. I got it at 44 and a half in the article. I would also play Clemson team total under 23 and a half. I've come around on that. Clemson is not scoring 24 points. They scored 22 points, 25 points against Georgia Southern. Last week, they scored 10 against LSU when they easily could have been shut out. Three fell into their lap on the Levit pick. The other seven were just garbage time. I think Belicex defense just dominates Dabo in this Clemson offense. Give me Clemson team total under. Give me the game under. I don't know if you have any quick thoughts, CT. My only thought is, you know, that was a true freshman quarterback for Clemson playing Belicex defense. And Jules, this might sound crazy. And I think you'll probably agree with me. I think Belicex is the better coach right now at this time in the college. For sure. You know what I mean? So Dabo stinks. Yeah. Dabo just has not woke up, man. And this has got to be the last year for him in Clemson, right? God. I would hope so. I just dislike the guys. It's time to move on. Clemson has just been embarrassing themselves last few years with him at the home. So nothing for me in that game. Much better ACC game SMU goes to Louisville. SMU should have beat FSU by a lot more, but they make mistakes. Jennings is electric. Throws the ball well, great athlete, but he throws interceptions. He takes sacks. They take penalties. And the defense lost nine starters as Brett told us yesterday. And got run all over by FSU. The only thing that kept FSU in that game was their ability to run the ball. Louisville's got two good running backs. Keenols runs the ball. Keenols has thrown for over 300 yards in every game. I think Louisville can find it every which way on the ground through the air against SMU. And the defense at home will be good enough to get a couple stops against Jennings. Force a couple turnovers against Jennings. Good point by Brett yesterday when he said this is the defense that made Carson Beck throw four interceptions last season. I think Louisville finds a way here. I like Louisville money line a lot at home CT. Yeah, I usually like back in Jeff Rahm as a dog and not a favorite. But the only side I can have here would be Ville. I agree with you the between the run game. And I you know how I feel about the quarterback for Louisville the transfer or Keenols. I really like the kid no Ryan Day. Really loved them talked about that in the show a few weeks ago. So I agree with the side you got you gave out UCLA money line or lay in a pointer. So against Cal and week one I later in the week came around and did it. It was a tie game going into the fourth quarter UCLA won the fourth quarter 21 nothing. I laid at 12 and a half with UCLA against San Diego State last week. It was a zero zero game at half time UCLA dominates the fourth quarter once again wins by 18 covers. Purdue heartbreaking loss at home to wake force that they should have won in overtime. Controversial touchdown at two point conversion. Now you got to go cross country to play UCLA at 11 p.m. Eastern before heading back home for a look ahead spot hosting Notre Dame. Who yeah Notre Dame is going to stop Purdue but it's still an in state rivalry game that they're going to be all pumped up for. Hey UCLA minus 14 I think they dominate this game. I think they have a good start to this game which makes it easier on them to cover this big number. But even if they don't they have been just dominant in this fourth quarter Bob Chesney's team. So I'm just going to keep it rolling with with UCLA CT. I don't blame me if it's not broke you don't fix it and I talked about this team a few weeks ago on this show. Love Chesney. Love the higher for us UCLA. Love that Nico came back in a second year. He looks the part right now he looks dialed in. Probably the only side I could have but I got nothing here. All right last one on the college card. Brett and I talked about this one a little bit. I haven't done it yet. I'm very very tempted in that early window to lay 25 with Georgia against Arkansas. I'm not a big late 25 guy. I doubt that I have ever laid 25 in SEC play. Yeah, but boy does Arkansas look bad. They could not generate anything at Utah and I like Utah a lot after watching Utah. I think they're pretty good team even with Kyle Wittingham gone. I like what they're doing and this is at Arkansas. Georgia's got to go on the road. Georgia might be different level this year. We know the trend how Kirby doesn't cover these giant spreads. Well they cover both of them easily this year. I think they can just steamroll Arkansas and I told Brett the reason that I have this one circled. You know Silverfield when he was still at Memphis did a press conference where he was talking about like showing his players basically what not to do. And he would all he said in a press conference he would always use examples of Georgia players getting cited for driving a hundred and whatever miles an hour and how not to do that. Yeah, and I'm sure Kirby heard that and he might just want to stick this one to Silverfield and Georgia looks as good as they can look Arkansas looks as bad as they can look. This was 17 and a half preseason. So maybe maybe why deal with it, but I kind of think this is just going to be like 45 to three seven. I mean, Utah be Arkansas last week by what 30 to 10. Yeah, I mean this Georgia team you and I are both high on them. It's a both both of us have a big bet on the overnight and a half. I think Ryan Silverfield probably feels wishes that he was still the coach of Memphis Jules and not Arkansas because being the coach of Arkansas, even though it's the SEC has not paid that a very rewarding job in the last 10 years. We're going to flip to the NFL side of things Thursday night football. I don't know if a ton of takes. I think it should be a really good game. I played over 53 and a half. We're now at 54 and a half. Historically, totals of 54 or more on the short week on Thursday night football do not do well. But these two defenses not good in week one Buffalo gave up 31 to Houston. Lions gave up 30 to the Saints. Both gave up big points last year and both offenses were elite last year. They're opening up the new high mark stadium in Buffalo. I'm over 53 and a half. That is my cut off. I'm not going to 54. But also we're getting five and a half with the Lions. Four and a half and five and a half have become somewhat teaser numbers for me. I'm considering teasing the Lions up to 11 and a half in this game. I think you might even be considering just playing them with the points. This is getting to be a lot. Jules, I think it's getting a little out of hand here. We saw the Lions go up 21 nothing. They took their foot off the gas, got caught sleeping a little bit. All of a sudden that game is an overtime. They take care of business there in OT by the skin of their teeth. Jules, people aren't forgetting that Josh Allen literally almost threw a game ending pick that was in the arms of the Texans safety that he dropped and now all of a sudden. A lot of chances for Houston. I know you and I both had Houston. Yeah, I mean, I feel very unlucky that we didn't cover that game because I felt we had the right side there. Probably still wouldn't change my pick knowing the outcome right now. This line I think is getting a little out of hand and I'm thinking about getting on the Lions tomorrow night plus plus the points there. That'd be the only side I could have. I cannot wait five with the bills and not do. It's going to be a fun game. I might look at some DJ more props on the Buffalo side. He went over his props against Houston. Good secondary and now he's going to be going up against a Detroit defense that just got torched by Chris O'Lave in week one. That would be where I would look for the props. I'm going to be looking at some props in this game, but we'll start side first. You can take the reins on on Steelers Pats and your head. You know, I get it. Pats, no AJ Brown obviously hurts their offense, especially with the way Dobbs played last Thursday night, but I think that with the time off from playing last Thursday to this Sunday. Wednesday. It's a long off as you can have without a by week for extra days of prep compared to the teams that played on Sunday for those coaches to have that much time. Joel's in practice, I think that May is going to be able to spread it out between Dobbs, Hollins, Douglas, Henry, and I'm just not buying this pit team dude. That was just, I think I said it to Pittsburgh's a bad team that be a even worse team. last lap this past Sunday because that Steelers team is going nowhere this year. They call it a massive break facing the third string quarterback Cooper Rush with Pannexon and to out, you know, even against the depleted Falcons team, they only rush for like 58 yards. I just don't love the idea of this this old Steelers roster going on the road and Rodgers to carry the offense against a really rested Patriots defense. There's also uncertain uncertainty about Joey Porter, Jr. He missed the opener back injuries. I think he's going to be out. He's going to be out again. Porter sounds like he is trending towards potentially playing Traveyor and Henderson also practiced in full. So that much needed burst that the Patriots kind of I got tired of watching Remundra Stevenson run into a wall 20 times in a row. Yeah. Traveyor on Henderson in that burst and a little bit more wiggle on the outside is supposed to be there as well. And Jules let's not forget this was the only Patriots game I went to last year. What happened in the matchup last year. Pit one 2114 despite the past outgain them almost two to one. Five turnovers. Shot themselves in the foot with five turnovers, including two. Jules. I think two of them in the end zone. Inside the five yard line, I believe in the end zone. I think like that's just insane Patriots were the better team between the 20. They handed Pittsburgh that game revenge spot, extended rest, home opener, not buying the Steelers here, even without AJ Brown. Give me may in the past here to take care of his and get back on track by a touchdown plus Pats minus five. This is called a CCI special Jules. Okay, my friend Chris back in Connecticut. We call ourselves crazy. Chris is incorporated CCI special. He agrees, Pats minus five. All right. Well, I agree to for every point that you just made as well as we need to emphasize how bad Pittsburgh was Aaron Rogers was not efficient throwing the ball. They couldn't run the ball. And that game was 1313 outside of a TJ watt interception return on Cooper rush. That is the seven point difference in the game. I'm happy that happened because I was all over Pittsburgh on Sunday, but they looked terrible. And the Falcons looked terrible, which enhances how bad the Steelers looked Cooper rush was terrible. The only offensive touchdown, the only touchdown that the Falcons got was just throwing it over to be John Robinson on the sideline and him bursting by everybody and doing what he does and ripping one off that mean Cooper rush was a negative giving points to Pittsburgh. So I just I can't emphasize enough how bad the Falcons were. And the Steelers basically played them to like a stalemate except for a big TJ watt defensive play. So I thought Pittsburgh was brutal. And now they're coming in to get this Patriots team with the four days, a four days extra rest highly motivated. I thought the defense played fine in Seattle. This is going to enderson back should do mixing up that backfield's going to look good. I really like the Patriots in this game. And this is yeah, you might even like this one CT talk about by talk talk about buying low in the prop shop. Okay, Romeo dobs can't catch a pass. Yeah, targeted three times nothing. He drops the biggest ball of the game. AJ Brown now out. This is the lowest that you're ever going to buy on Romeo dobs. Can you Romeo dobs over 38 and a half yards. You got to find a guy without AJ Brown. He's going to be worked in more in all of these extra practices in the time off. He's going to feel crappy about letting that ball through his hands and telling people he just wasn't locked in. He will be locked in for week two for this game. Romeo dobs over 38 and a half yards is probably my favorite prop of the week. I like what you're putting up down there. I like what you're you're cooking up there jewels. I agree. I think the bounce back bounces back and may find a way to get him the ball and and kind of make him feel a lot more comfortable. All right, this one came onto my radar today. Texans bangles. I was leaning Texans minus two and a half and then we get word. Yeah, Joe burrow is maybe hurt. Joe burrow is always maybe hurt. Yeah, he says that he plans to play back tightness. He wasn't throwing at practice. I just this isn't the defense that you want to play when you got back tightness and Houston's probably a little pissed off about the loss to Buffalo. The offense looked really good if the offense can put up 31 points against Buffalo. They can probably put up 31 points again. Sensey. Kind of dinged up burrow. Keep up with that on the road against one of the best defenses in the NFL. I say no. I got Houston minus two and a half in pocket. Not my favorite play of the week, but there's enough there for me to take it. Not my favorite play of the week either. I lean that way. You talked me into it today. I was having a work. You gave me the news on burrow. That was good enough for me to get there. He is always hurt. I feel like if he does go jewels. Will Anderson will target him and eat him alive. That's what I'm saying. What if he plays in the middle of the second quarter? He takes a hit from Hunter from Anderson and that backs not going to be feeling great. Correct. So I expect that Texans. The if he does play to absolutely target him and take big time shots on him. If Stroud could just not be afraid of his own shadow. Jewels like they take people saying how much better Stroud was last week. I don't I still thought he was bad and he made the mistake when it counted. Yeah, that's what he does. Unfortunately, because I really like the kid and I want to see him succeed in the NFL. And I feel like he's got the pieces and the weapons and the defense and even the coach is crazy. Is that sound? I like I really do think that they could do some damage this year. I think it's a get back on track. Good spot for the Texans here. So I will join you Texans minus two and a half will be a play for me as well. Okay, the last one so far that I have on my NFL card. I have to buy low. I have to take this discount. I just have to see Hawks Cardinals was a double digit preseason spread. Cardinals go out and beat the chargers in week one and ruin everyone's survivor pools. They looked good in the process. And they were clearly the better team. Berset was efficient. Uh, they stopped the run. They forced turnovers. Herbert looked terrible. I put a lot of that on the chargers. I think the chargers are not going to be very good this year, but give credit to Arizona for how good they looked. Seattle dead in the water came back and got that win over the Patriots. Drew Lock was solid 16 for 22 had almost 200 yards. Didn't commit a turnover. Only took one sac Jerry in price when he carried the ball over five yards per carry. And the defense was nasty. Again, strike me in the Patriots. Seattle's defense was fantastic down to starting members of the secondary. Like the Patriots, Seattle has four extra days of prep for this game. Arizona's right and high off the win. They're better than we thought they were preseason. Sure. They're not that much better. There's still the Arizona Cardinals that are lacking talent all over the field. Now you're given Seattle four extra days prept to go in there with that defense. Jacobi Berset is in for a world of hurt compared to what he saw from the chargers the other day. I think the defense makes way more plays makes life way more difficult on Berset. Drew Lock gets plenty of time to prepare as the starter here. Giderian price. I'm a big fan of I have to take this discount from 10 and a half to three and a half on the sea hawks. Give me the sea hawks minus three and a half. If I lose it, I will shake Arizona's hand. Yeah, I mean, if Arizona doesn't beat the the chargers say the charger just come back and squeak out the win. What's the line? Seven and a half seven and a half. Yeah, it's at least it touched down. I get your hand. The cat. Do we have time for a quick little bonus? There's another game we got to we got as many as eight minutes to talk about anything you want. Okay, I think you're going to like my handicap on this one. Okay, and we're going to stay in NFL. It's a 405 game. Let's go out to Denver here. Okay, Denver at DK right now minus two and a half minus 118. Ring the bell. I think this is one of those right. It's going to be an overreaction from Monday's game that we saw. We're both on the chiefs. Okay. I'm sorry, Jules, that Broncos team isn't as bad as what we saw on Monday night. That was a mix of the chiefs just getting their their guy and their franchise quarterback back from a big time injury. The adrenaline pumping of that first drive, my home is just absolutely sets the tone and tells the fan and tells read tells his teammates, I'm not afraid of getting hurt and runs it in the end zone somehow for that score. And then I just feel like the chiefs were able to just be like, all right, we're just going to pound this team tonight and really it was a whole lot of Kenneth Walker who 160 yards cashed 32 to 1 and the Jags do not have a camera. I blame you for that. Jules, you should have had some Kenneth Walker ladders. I blame myself to that. That was stupid. We both kind of talked about how Walker would have a game and we do nothing with it. But Jules, even when that game was seven seven, like were you were you worried because I wasn't at all. No, I felt the chiefs were in control the entire time. I probably should have added. Yeah, and in the homes, he didn't even really play that great, right? Like he was tough. Oh, no, he didn't put the ball up much in the air. Yeah, I didn't look great throwing that. the ball. I'm sure they're going to go out and get Tyree kill at some point this season and I'm sure he's going to look to win the ball. Yeah, I think they're getting to hail that. Yeah, absolutely. Um, that chief team is dangerous. You know what? Shame on me and you. I hopefully you did it because I think you said it on the show. Wait in total division. No, you said when's the last time you could get 17 the one on the homes and the chiefs to win the Super Bowl. Didn't you say that? I'm pretty sure it was you. Probably. I don't know. I didn't. I'm not smart enough to bet it. And both of us do nothing with it. And I really. Whatever we're getting off topic. That's fine. We got we got five minutes a happy hour. But I like Denver in this spot here, right? Jacksonville, they pound the browns. And now all of a sudden it's, you know, Trevor Lawrence and the Jags are going to make the run at the AFC right now. Okay, I don't think so. You got to go to Denver here. Denver coming off a loss. Would you be shocked if Sean Payton is calling the plays on Sunday? Because I wouldn't be. I was thinking that during Monday night. I kept this 31 year old calling the plays and is just there doing like the Tyrone bigum's neck scratch like the play sheet. I'm like, well, you're the head coach. Why would you give this up if correct? Well, he just looked like he didn't want to give it up. I don't understand why he did. He's the head coach. But I don't. You're really going to make a weak week too. The only reason I don't think Sean Payton would call plays in week two is because you're going to give a 31 year old play calling duties and take it away after a week. You're going to destroy his confidence and take away anything that could be there. Sure. So I don't, I don't know. But he looked the whole game like, why did we do this again? Where are you calling the plays? I just feel like you're going to get a more prepared Denver team that's not playing KC on the road here. Your home opener, first of Jags and Bo Nex will look better and that defense is still Joe's. I mean, they returned 10 of their 11 starters from last year. They're going to be just fine. Give me Denver minus two and a half minus one 18. Yeah. Denver would be the only way I could bet it. I will admit if I pass on this one, it's because I do think the Jags might be pretty good. I don't think that was all Cleveland just being an absolute train wreck. I think Trevor Lawrence in that offense, like, I think they're pretty good. That said, Denver would be the only way I would bet it for this game. It's a great bounce back spot. We have three minutes left CT. I meant to ask you one thing in college that I forgot to. So we saw what happened with Oregon. Oregon is now plus money to make the college football playoff. They play Portland State at home on Friday night is 57 point favorites. They're going to destroy them. However, the week after that, they go on the road to USC. This was Oregon, seven, seven and a half on the road on the game of the year lines. We have posted a line on dropings. I want, I don't, I'm not trying to make you look stupid. I want to guess it. I'm going to say, I'm going to say that the market still has respect for the ducks somehow. And they're probably a three, three and a half point favor on the road. That's what I was hoping and I was hoping to grab USC plus three and a half USC minus two and a half minus one twenty five money line. Wow. I was I would have not only decided and I'll and I'll tell you why after I thought about it because I've had an hour to think about this and I just dropped it on you in real time. Yeah. I think this is why it's not just because they got, I mean, box score. They were dominated by Oregon by Oklahoma State. That should have, I mean, they were lucky to stay within the. Oh, yeah. They got stopped. They got stopped. Yeah. But I think it's because they also were right there in the mix with Boise. So it's like, it's two weeks in a row. It's not one over reaction game. It's two weeks in a row. I don't know. I, I, I, you know, I pick and choose case by case when I say, gotta take this discount Oregon plus two and a half. It has to be a bet. And when I say, I think this is, I think this is true. I think Oregon's not good. And I want to lay it with USC. I play this case by case. If you made it better today and I have 10 days to think about it, if you made it better today, I would take USC minus 125 money one. I can't believe there are dogs. Yep. It's crazy. I mean, their win total is now back up at eight and a half. It was 10 and a half preseason. You can bet minus 150 Oregon over eight and a half. That is wild. How many people plus 160 to make the car plus 160 to make the college football playoff? Rich, I've turned almost the whole team. It was the coordinators. It was, yeah. So the two coordinators left, they hired from within. It has to be that because there's nothing else that I can associate with it. I don't know. I mean, all right. So say landing, this thing falls off the rails, right? And falls off the rails and they lose, they end up losing because their schedule gets kind of tough at the end in the big time. No, yeah. Three, four games is landing back next year. I don't know. Right? They're going to lose it Ohio State. So let's say they do lose at USC, then it could really get nuts. That could get wild. All right.
