Do Not Fall For It (Ep. 2623)

The Dan Bongino Show reinforces a defiant, results-oriented stance in the current election, emphasizing that the United States has endured through history and must not be abandoned. The host argues that early voting data in Florida shows Republican strength, debunking claims of a Democratic surge and asserting that voter turnout directly influences outcomes. He aggressively criticizes the media and liberal political strategies, labeling attacks on figures like Vivek Ramaswami or Amy Acton’s mother as manufactured "fake outrage" designed to distract from deeper systemic issues. The show highlights ongoing investigations into fraud in state governments, such as in Virginia and California, and accuses Democrats and their allies of political weaponization, including attempts to pack the Supreme Court, defund police, and open borders. It contends that liberal media ignores real scandals—like FBI officials facing charges for lying to Congress—while amplifying baseless narratives. The host promotes a results-driven narrative: job growth, declining unemployment, and reduced crime in Republican areas are presented as evidence of the Trump administration’s effectiveness. He warns against fear-based media narratives, calling them a distortion of reality, and urges listeners to reject misinformation and vote based on tangible outcomes. The show concludes with a call to action—voting blue to stop fraud and protect American institutions—while celebrating conservative victories and criticizing the deep state’s influence. Throughout, the tone is defiant, patriotic, and rooted in a belief that American resilience and results matter more than political drama.

We are not sunk yet. We will never surrender. We will never give up. Never, never, never. It's not who we are. It's not what we do. We never give up. Remember, nice. All America, all the time. Sit down, buckle up and get ready for the Dan Bongino Show. That's how we're opening on Friday folks. That's how we're doing it until this election is over. Matter of fact, you know, I think we should just do it on Friday. How do you feel? Listen, the show is for you. The show is by me, but not for me. I can only listen once. The show is for you, the bunch, you know, army of listeners out here. Yes or no in the chat. Andrew, if you could take a rough poll. I think we should just do that every Friday. I forget about just the election because you should never give up regardless of what happens. This is the greatest country on earth, 1776, 250 years of freedom and kicking ass and rocking the shirt today because it matters. There's nothing like this place. There is no country that has existed in the known cosmos. This on this rock or any other planet rock out there we don't know about. That has done what we have managed to do. Nothing. So why would we give up? Give up for what to move to Canada? I'm not doing that. Oh, yes. Yeah. This is just overwhelming. This isn't even close. Always on, that's it. Let's just do whatever, maybe get a Friday thing. It is doing it from now on because Rush was the most amazing broadcaster for decades. He wasn't only the MVP of talk radio. He created conservative talk radio too. It's like being Mickey Mantle and his MVP triple crown year, but then inventing the game of baseball and I'm winning the triple crown every 30 years. That's who Limbaugh was to us. Thanks, Rush. We missed you. We certainly miss you now when there's a lot of division. Folks got Brian kill me coming up later about his new book uniting the states on this topic exactly. No, it isn't the worst time most divided United States ever. Yes, there's division. Of course there's always division. Go look up the 1860s, the Revolutionary War. Oh my gosh. The stuff that was going on. Got him coming up later in the show by the book. If you ever wondered how the United States, the improbability of us being here, a book nails it. So check that out. Also, I want to address something to be any of the show for the folks out there who think this race is over. We're going to lose to the Democrats. Don't show up. You know what? Just put it up right now. Really look at these Florida early voting numbers. This look like a blue wave to you. Eric Dottry, Florida early voting day three Republican. Is that same Republicans dominating. It does right. He's got an all caps to Justin. You can read right dominate Republicans. I thought it was a blue wave. I thought I don't we're told David Jolly's going to he's going to be the first Democrat governor in 742 years in Florida. Here's today only he knows Republicans plus 11% early voting. Dems of plummet 11% from their day one right. I don't know what else to tell you. Does that sound like a blue wave to you? We show up. We win. We don't show up. We lose. There's nothing that nothing to over complicate. We vote in the numbers. We voted for President Trump. We win. That's it. And please don't fall for this fake outrage. Gosh, if I hear another question. The media trying to generate a whole big scandal about the Vakes Amy act in ad. It's fake outrage folks. It's not real. The Democrats and their media allies don't give a damn about the end. They've used President Trump's family members against him forever. Look it up. Stop the nonsense. Please. We need Republicans out there. Stop falling in this stupid truck. Well, I would told them to. Oh, shut up. I want to say a word right now. So bad, but it did. Let's say voices. Okay. Stop. Please stop with the fake outrage. I don't know. I was a little distaste. You know what's distasteful? Packing the Supreme Court. Adding two more states so that they have four senators destroying voter integrity and making voter ID illegal opening our borders to illegals, defunding the police. That's outrageous. Please stop this. Oh my gosh. I don't know. It offends my delicate sense of it. They get the hell out of politics. You freaking what's these? Using a family member against President Trump. Did you miss what happened to this guy? Did you miss the ads? Democrats have run for 30 years claiming Republicans want to go and murder black people because they're black. You're like, wait, what? Please stop. With the nonsense and grow a get a time stamp for Jim here, please. Just please grow a pair of balls balls, nuts, whatever you want to call them, cantaloupes. I don't care. That way you think that was weak. I know. It's true. I don't think we need. He's like, you know what needs a time stamp? The best by date on blackout call. That's, that was the way to do that. Folks, sorry. Today's job on fire. I'm in a freaking mood. Oh my gosh. This is the aim. Shut up. Get another side talking about defunding the police so criminals can pray on your kids breaking your homes. No, this is not the ad. All of John from blackout wouldn't mind either. That's why it's brutal awakening. It's time for a brutal awakening in the election and with your coffee. Except the coffee is BREW brutal. This may be the greatest ad ever done. It hasn't even started yet. I'm just going to make up my own ad. You know what the best part of morning is brutal awakening on a day like today. It takes a lot of money. Have a cup of coffee to taste like freaking coffee. If you have the nuts to fight this fight, this political fight, you also want to drink coffee. It tastes like coffee, right? That's bold but never bitter. And it's got a coffee taste, not a brown water taste. No, you don't want to go to some fancy food, food place where they call everybody baristas and pay $7 for a cup of coffee. You don't need that. You can get better coffee from blackout coffee. Join the coffee club. The coffee club is great. You know what? You pick your favorite coffee. You tell them how often you want it and blackout takes care of the rest. Patriot mobile. That might be the longest I think I've ever wanted that right. That's crap. Maybe a record. We should keep a timestamp. That's 1009 in seven seconds. There's no delay on the livestream. However, something on the radio. I had my blackout coffee this morning, but I promise you like that's only 50% of why I'm so frustrated. Folks, we are running against a bunch of people that want to pack the Supreme Court. Open our borders again. And I kid you not destroy the United States as you know it. They want to destroy the economy with a wealth tax. You want to get your home tax, even though you haven't sold it. I really think of that. The wealth tax supposedly owned, oh, supposedly only for the wealthy. They said that about the income tax back in the early 1900s to you pay income tax correct when I'm not wealthy. Exactly. That's the point. We're worried about an ad. We're a candidate's mom. That's what that's you that's what you worry about. Let me tell you something why the media has decided this is a story right now. This is the only they don't care about Amy Acton's mom in in Ohio Democrat horrendous candidate for government. They don't care at all, not even a little bit. What they care about is you've got Vivek Ramaswami an extremely bright guy who articulates conservative principles who happens to be a minority who upends the entire Democrat victim mind. model. That's why they need to get rid of them. So this has become some faux national scandal that it isn't. It's a made up scandal. They don't care. And thank you, thank you for one for the vice president, JD Vance for calling it out first. He was like, no, no, we're not doing this. That's the old Republican party. And president Trump, I've got audio video with this at a rally saying, no, I refuse to believe and fall into your media trap that we're all supposed to be pissed off about this because if it was Trump's mom, they would be celebrating us as the greatest political attack and ever. Listen to Trump talk about it himself. Tell him to take it down. It's so disrespectful to have her up. How dare he do that? How dare? And I said, one thing. I said, let's say that my mother, Mary McLeod, Trump called me a liar and much worse, the liar was the nicest part. Okay, that was the best horrible things. You would put it up. These guys would put my thing up. They would get the advertisement of the year. They would, I said, so you mean because it's a Democrat running against the Republican, which is, and if running against me would be 10 times worse because the fake is a very, you know, different kind of a guy than me, but running against me would trump the range. They would consider this to be the single greatest head in history, right? Tim. Folks, I'm going to get back to this in a second. And there's a president, Trump's true social on the screen. Vivek put up a powerful hand about a mother saying her daughter Amy acting, she's running for governor's a liar and much worse. The press and a quote concerted and well coordinated attack is trying to get Vivek to quote, take down yet. Folks, he's correct. When he goes on to save anyone else's candidates, bomb was a Republican and done this. The same media clowns that suckers in a Republican party are falling for would be calling it the greatest attack ad in the, the consultants behind it would be on Democrat Mount Rushmore with Barack Obama and others. And you know him. Do not fall in these stupid traps set over and over and over. It's embarrassing. I'm going to show you some coming up in a second exactly what I mean. Where's the outrage over this liberal podcaster talking about quote firing pistols at the vice president? No. Where's the press outrage about that? Come on, Dan, you're making that up. Okay. We'll judge for yourself in a second. I just want to thank you for a bit of good news. I neglected a beginning of the show. I know Doomer is standing. Moran to stand. It's about 12 of them in a room and an army of bots around them have told you everything's collapsing. The voices of sanity all sold you out. Trust us. Even though we've lied to you over and over. We'll get them next month right Andrew. They'll get the show next month. Well, it's next month. Here's talkers magazine. Top podcast and Triton's digital September ranker. And we go. The Dan Bonsino show remains ranked number four. The top conservative podcast in the country. It's a possible key. They told us they get us next month. Thank you to Barrett media as well. Garrett C. Wright. Great. Right. We're over there. Pod Save America. Dan Bonsino see top finishes and September Triton digital podcast rankings seriously folks outside. That I know. I don't know what they mean by that title. Just so we should ask rock. Does that really mean I know that's rock. I love when they do that. It's just that that's my favorite. That's my new favorite thing watching Doomer Stan and their bots crash out totally every time every month, whether it's pod track, whether it's Triton, whether it's live streaming being a they just continue to crash out. Thank you. Yeah. Yeah. Good. What does top finishes exactly mean, Grock? Folks, thank you. Thank you for being here sincerely from the bottom of my as I say sometimes broken heart. I really do love you guys. Thank you for representing. I promise you. Sanity always wins out there. We've been through these fights for my gosh, this first show was February of 2015. 11 soon to be 12 years ago. And we've been with we've been through the fights together. So thank you so much. But back to the important stuff. Folks, I've been warning you about the game plan and like the media matters lunatics and all these other by the way, double barrel middle to you losers over there. We you guys have completely lost relevance at all. They are freaked out that shows like this keep talking about the Democrats own words. This is why I'm so upset about this fake scandal about this ad in Ohio because the Democrats are openly talking about the data Republican audio leaks she put out there. They're openly talking about de legitimizing and destabilizing the United States of America. Holy Moses, that sounds like a civil war. No outrage from the media about that. We don't like this ad by Amy Ma. We don't want asked you your Democrats, you're in the media. Of course you don't like the ad. You're activists. You're not journalists. Any comment on data Republicans audio about their efforts to destabilize the United States. Oh, you even a little bit concerned about that. What about commentary on this? Here is a liberal podcaster talking about you can listen to yourself continue to fire pistols at JD Vance. I am not in the federal government anymore. I was for the first year, not back with you here. I would imagine this lady is likely going to get a visit by the United States Secret Service. I don't know. Where's the outrage about this? Check this out. JD Vance thinks two years from now he's going to be president of the United States and we need to keep firing pistols firing at all time towards this guy because he is not fit to be a father. He's not fit to be a husband. He's not fit to be a vice president. He is a failed drag queen and a pathological liar to his core. Holy God. Folks, you ever see a movie? Maverick. I don't like that look. Maverick. It's the only one I've got. I've got a lot of different looks. I don't know. But I'm serious. I'm not jerking you around here. That's really shocking. I'm not to listen. I can I go I don't pretend to be like above the for I'll mix it up with anyone. But I thought I thought you were not attacking people's families. He's a failed father. Where's the where's the outrage? We're fire pistols at device president. You do understand he's a secret service protector, correct? Or are you too stupid? Where's the outrage? Ken Delanian? Where's the outrage? New York Times, Wapo, Politico, Amy Acton's mom and really? Where's the outrage about that? And you want me to fall in the trap? Oh, my gosh. He just popped out. He never does. Popped out of the bubble. He's like always doing something and everything. He's writing a new Star Wars script or something like that. But he just pops out because you imagine on this show, if the Dambon Gino show, me, Haley, Sean, or Vince, the silver lock shows that if one of us been like God forbid, by the way, I think we should fire a pistol at Barack Obama. What are you insane? But yes, we should focus on the Ohio governor's race and they didn't like. Oh, it's distasteful. Are you expecting me to be outraged about it? You can take that and shove it right up because I have zero interest in falling in your faux media, nose up in the air. We're better than you losers stuff. You're better than us. You're openly talking about destabilizing the United States, the data Republican leak. You're openly talking about quote, firing pistols at our sitting vice president, telling everybody's a failed father and all of them. Oh, we're not doing that. I thought that you just said those are the rules, right? And you've got Hillary Clinton, the grand dom of the failed Democratic Party. Now openly calling for a total destabilization of our checks and balances and three branches of government by packing the Supreme Court an idea deemed even too radical by the Democrats of FDR's generation when he tried to pack the Supreme Court. They're not talking about packing the Supreme they're not really. Here's Hillary Clinton with Kara Swisher openly talking about if they win, how they should pack the Supreme Court, which would destroy the United States as you know it. Check this out. I also think it'd be very difficult to have term limits on Supreme Court justices because you'd have to amend the Constitution. I think instead, we should seriously look at expanding the court while the Democrats are in power. You know, it used to be that you'd have one justice for each circuit. We now have 13 circuits. We should have 13 justices. So I would be in favor of looking at that and see if we could make it work. Again, folks, I don't want here's the balancing act I have to. I know you're a really smart audience to Bungino Army. I know you've been with me 10 plus years. So I don't want to do the Charlie Brown encyclopedia of government 101. But do you understand what would happen if we added justices to the Supreme Court? Notice, she doesn't say now. She says when the Democrats are in charge, then the Republicans would add for more. And then the Democrats would have, and eventually. eventually you'd have a Supreme Court of 150 people, which would render the Supreme Court just another election body and not a court at all. That's the point. Now, I want to give you some ammunition to argue against your liberal friends who were too stupid to understand what Hillary Clinton's talking about. The 13 circuits, she's making this silly argument back way and the founding of the country and for a couple of decades after, Supreme Court justices used to do this thing called riding the circuit, where you were assigned a circuit and you would go here cases with this limited amount of federal, of federal circuit court judges. Does that make sense? Supreme Court justices have not done that in a hundred years because it's not practical. They stopped doing that. So her argument that, well, we need one to like ride every circuit, what like we haven't done in a hundred years. You're just making that up because you're looking for a forward to a book. A book says 12 steps to destabilize the United States forward, pack the Supreme Court first. Well, what's the reason we'll use? Let's just make it up. Let's say the justice is a riding the circuit, which they haven't done in forever. Folks, they are making this up. They are doing one of these kind of heads-eye windtails you lose thing. If they win the midterm elections, pack the Supreme Court and four Democrat United States senators, open the border, defund the police, crush the economy with a wealth tax, which will totally destabilize the system if they win. If they lose, claim the election is illegitimate, Trump engaged in a coup, destabilize the entire system and destroy it. It sounds like they want to destroy it either way. Yes, thank you. So why give them the power to do it? Folks, I'm asking you as a friend, man, having seen this corruption from the inside. You all remember that tweet I put out. I needed that on the record. It was about this entire Russia hoax conspiracy that the things they did. And you've seen, by the way, just this morning, for the nothing is happening. Duma is sloppestand, moronestand people. In addition to the Democrat state senator, indicted yesterday in Virginia, one of many public corruption cases that again, Duma stand doesn't want you to see. There were more takedowns this morning. This battle is ongoing. You think this mess was going to be cleaned up, cleaned up in a year? Oh, I'm not telling you to talk about that. I'll get to that in a second this. There's other things that are happening today. All right, so Justin knows the sign. He's always like, what's he pointing at? He pointed the dog Lucy's in the studio. I'll show you what I mean on that, though, too. Folks, who's funding all this stuff? Who's funding all this anti-Americanism? The deep state that I've referenced for 10 years is very real. I always just say, I don't care what you call it. The deep state, the sloppy state, the silly state, it's not complicated to understand. It's not some big elaborate, fable or fairy tale. It's a bunch of people who use the power of the state to advocate for progressive, liberal, sometimes socialist type government. It was being funded by your tax dollars. I'll show you what I mean coming up next is the administration, again, cracks down on this. Please don't let this stop. Voting blue means you support this fraud at this point. Quick break and we'll right back to it. This is one of my favorite sponsors, folks. You know, I'm a huge supporter of the Second Amendment. I stay armed, I stay ready, the best way to stay ready, stop box. You see it's got the keys. These are mechanical keys up on the top. You just press them. Well, where's the battery? There is no battery. That's the point. Well, you don't have to punch in a code. You just have to access the box by pressing down on these keys. It's super simple. You ever have one of those moments where it's 3 a.m. you hear a noise somewhere in the house. You lie in there thinking, "What's my plan?" Before stop box, they usually meant a lot of uncertainty and second guessing. So I started using stop box pro. Love it. I vouch for it. Can't say enough about it. It's a game changer for me, for personal security. What's great, it's completely mechanical. As I showed you, there's no keys, there's no batteries, no worrying about electronics, codes, where's the key? The battery run out. None of that. By the bed. It gives me real peace of mind. I have a couple actually. Plus, it's TSA compliant, made right here in the USA and it is built to last. It is rugged. I've also been checking out the new stop box you can, which uses the same mechanical locking system, gives you a lot more storage space for firearms, ammo, and other gear. For a limited time, our listeners get 10% off at stop box. When you use code Dan at checkout, check it out. This thing is rugged and ready for you. Head to stopboxusa.com/Dan, use code Dan for 10% off your entire order. After you purchase, they'll ask you where you heard about them. Please support the Dan Bajino Show telling me since you again. Stopboxusa.com/Dan, use code Dan for 10% off. Thanks, stop box. Great device here. We love it. Folks, this deep state system has been funded and maintained by pools of money. These deep stateers who are doing this stuff and embedding themselves, by the way, not just in the federal government, at state government, at the local level, the territorial level. They are not doing this for free. As we saw yesterday, and again, the state center out of Virginia, she's entitled, of course, as a citizen of the United States to do process and presumption of innocence. I actually believe in that. Even for political opponents, I hope you do too. However, the indictment's very serious. Folks, these people are not doing this for free. They are not benevolent warriors. The thing about the communists that want to share everyone else's stuff is they never want to share their own. They're always the greediest people out there. If you have got to follow the money, and there is simply no argument, love Trump, hate Trump, anywhere in between, there is no serious argument, none, that there is a comparable president that has cracked down on government welfare fraud, taxpayer fraud, scam fraud. There is no one even close to this president's administration, the work of Blanche, Patel, Patel, HHS, RFK, and column McDonald. There's simply no argument, argue all you want about tariffs, and there is no argument. Here, this just receipts from this week, Justin kind of teed it up before. Here's the crackdown. You want this to stop vote Democrat, vote Democrat, and keep the fraud spigot going. What do you think is funding this deep state at all levels of government? New York Post, Josh Christensen, rapper who literally set fire to money. I hate that word literally, but in this case, it's true. Literally set fire and busted as vice president advances fraud task force, uncovers 42 million in food stamp thefts. This is just this week. Justin's like, I think there's more. Is there more? Yes, there is. How do I know? I don't use my own show sometimes. Here's another one. Let's go to the other coast. Let's go to California, the California Post. There's a California Post. Yes, just like the New York Post. Feds busted LA medical fraudsters, accused of stealing $2 billion Thursday, cuffing white collar thieves for unneeded surgeries, hunting the homeless for rehabs, and billing the government for phony hospice care. Booc, there's even video. Wow. It looks like that nothing is happening, crowd, keeps lying to you about the happening stuff. They tell you it's nothing, but it's actually happening. It's not nothing. It's so weird. It's almost like they're full of stuff. That's not it. That's got to be AI. The doomers told us it wasn't happening. Andy, AI check. Andy saying thumbs down, not AI. This is, that's actually real. Booc, it even has audio. This is the FBI. Come out with your hands up in them. That is crazy. There's even audio to it. So weird. He's happening. They told you, sit home. Thankfully, voters in Florida are not listening to these absolute imbecils. I'm not sitting home, folks, to turn my country over to Hillary Clinton with a pack supreme court in the destruction of the United States. Not interested, and no one else is either based on the ratings of this show that has gone out there and advocated for conservative causes for 10 years. He was Cash Patel director of the FBI yesterday on an indictment of a Democrat State Center of Virginia on what the allegations are a massive scheme involving pot dispensaries and political corruption. Again, I thought nothing was happening. You want all this to stop? If you're like, no, I love this stuff, vote blue. It's all for you. Check this out. As alleged by the Attorney General, Ms. Luke is for the last nearly five years accumulated nearly $5 million in Ilgonne Gaines through her criminal enterprise. Ms. Luke is served in a position of trust for nearly four decades and served as the President Pro Tempoor of the Senate for the Virginia State Senate for these last five six years. During that time, as alleged in the indictment, her and her six co-conspirators, instead of serving the public as was her job, manufactured and created a criminal enterprise to elicitly enrich themselves by procuring sales and stores and divisions through the marijuana and CBD enterprise. During her time as Virginia State Senator, instead of enforcing the law, she was actually breaking the law as alleged in the indictment and then using her position of power in public Trust. to deflect and defend against her own criminal enterprise. Truly, the epitome of hypocrisy for public official. Again, it's not SI, AI. These are the things you voted for. These are the people you voted for. It was an important show yesterday. It was an emotional show for me because again, there's something that happened yesterday that involved my kids, my family and elsewhere. And if there was ever a red line or Rubicon that had been crossed, it was yesterday. And I want to be clear again because I don't like trauma and stupid stuff. It's never pleasant to be on the receiving end of people who dislike you for all the wrong reasons. But it is your absolute God-given right to do that. You know, I've spent my life out there, my business life supporting platforms and stuff, just so people can go out there and speak, even if their ideas are controversial or sometimes follow rage and hate. It's hate's not illegal, folks. Hate against me is not illegal at all. It should never be. But there's something really serious going on here. And it's strange that the ideology that motivates some of the people trying to do this to me and my family is the exact same ideology motivating some of these other people as well. I promise. I don't get into this stuff. And also one let, I am no one. Nobody's victim at all. This is not a don't cry for me, Argentina, BS. I'm just trying to tell you that we're out of fork in a road for our movement. Don't get swayed by artificial astroturf arguments that make you believe things that on their face are crazy. Stick with the agenda. It's working. Folks, you want to go back to this? Look, put up that Rothmuss tweet. Look at these numbers. They're clear as day. Do you want to go back to this and listen to the rumors at Rothmuss? 33 of 34 of the deadliest cities in America have Democrat mayors. Dallas is the only one that doesn't. They own the slaughter. He's got to chart up in case you're confused. Why would you want to go back to this? Because liberal media people want you to be enraged about no higher governor ad and doomer slappers want to tell you nothing is happening when it's in fact happening and making up a new scandal every day, especially during the election. Look at the chart yourself. You want to be led by a bunch of progressive socialists who absolutely quote own the slaughter. Your FBI, your FBI, your president, president Trump cleaned up these cities. Are they completely safe? No. Are they safer? The numbers are categorically true. Yes, because he didn't do it for votes. He's not running again, man. He did it because he believes in this country, even if you hate his gods, even if you hate my gods, you live in deep blue portions of L.A. or New York City. The president doesn't care. He's like, this is my country and I'm not going to like criminals praying on innocent citizens. Folks, we're not doing this, man. You got people in this administration who care. They're not doing this for the dough, the money. Trump's in this for the money. Here. I'll show you another. You Dr. Roz. You think Dr. Roz isn't this for the money? I don't like that. I do. Dr. Roz out there himself at the scam center. He's showing up himself. The guy's a cabinet secretary there. Excuse me. The guy's in the Trump administration, the sub cabinet level here. He's out there and he's out there inside of some of these fraudulent places. himself. He's out there doing the work himself. This guy don't need this. This is the administration you voted for cracking down on this fraud stuff. If you want to go back, vote blue. Fraud's for you. Check this out. This is a letter to you from the US government. Sure. That tells you that the way that the operations are occurring here is worrying us. The bills are much higher than they should be. The building is for more people. It doesn't look very crowded here. No, it's still already something exciting. Man, this is fraud. I know, sir. Some people do that. Here's your job to stop this. This is stealing from the American taxpayer. This is stealing. Like money out of our pockets to this resultate for someone who doesn't. I don't know if they're going to come on Wednesday and Friday in next month or the rest of the week. These people are signing up for future days. This makes no sense. I've struck by how few people are here as well. Thanks for wondering how this is going to be. I mean, if you believe millions and millions of dollars you went to the federal taxpayer, they should be pushing past. Folks, do you know what this scam is about? They were running these adult daycare senior daycare facilities. They're exactly what you think they are. For seniors who were, I don't know how to describe it like mildly impaired. We're not talking about hospice or anything like that. But it gave the seniors, Democrats love ideas. Oh, good. We'll run like a daycare. Come and watch movies all the time. What's the problem is Dr. Raza showing you video? There's nobody there. They were just collecting the money. They were signing in people that were fake. You want this to stop? Vote blue. The frauds for you. Here's HHS yesterday, doing a press conference, talking about this fraudulent scam, costing you. This is your money, man. This is your, the single biggest expense in many of your lives is government. And this is what's happening. Here, listen, it is about 30 seconds of what they, they crack down. This embarrassed the Democrats in New York so bad, even liberal communist governor, Kathy Hoekle, had to say, hey, maybe this isn't such a good idea. Senior daycare places with no checks and balances on where the money's going. Do you think? Check this out. What I saw yesterday when we were there infuriates me. There's a Medicaid program that I adore abused in so many ways that it was never designed for. And as Kim mentioned, arrest, search warrants, exclusions, warning letters. And this is not the first. New York knows this problem with social adult daycare is ripe with fraud and it's been there for a while. This last month, DOJ announced a Brooklyn owner played guilty $65 million for fraud. That is the 10th defended plea guilty in that case. So let me tell you a little bit about that and we'll continue to talk about it kickbacks. She just talked about it. They go to your door, knock on your door, come to my social adult daycare, I will bill. Then they will bill for other services, home health, personal care again, coming up again, that were never rendered. This is what happens. So it's no surprise in what we saw yesterday. In fact, Kim and the amazing team bill, they audited 15 of these social adults. Did a test. There's no record of a single meal, activity, single hour of supervision. All we saw yesterday and what they saw in their audit were attendance sheets. Folks, vote blue, the frauds for you. Why would you want this to continue? What possibly could be your logic to allow your fellow citizen, busting their ass with dirt under their fingernails every single day, your coal miner neighbor, your electrician uncle, to continue to give money to a federal government and a state government that gives the money away to fraud scammers who are telling you they're helping people and they're just making the whole thing up. You think this is going to continue in a Democrat administration, the crackdown? No, the fraud will continue, not the crackdown. And what do the doomers do? They continue to tell you, sit home, nothing's been done about COVID. Did you miss those arrests? What are you talking about those cases? Nothing been done about Benghazi. Did you miss that too? Nothing's being done about the deep state. Did you miss that? It better fact, just a few minutes ago, I was watching, I'm scrolling through X and it's just popped up. FBI Director Patel, nothing is happening. People you can tune out because I know it doesn't matter what happens seriously. Show's not for you. You may have just missed this. This was what two minutes ago, three minutes ago. FBI Director Patel, two former senior FBI officials, Nikki Cole Flores and Bradley Benavides, were taken into custody, were taken into custody. Today on charges of allegedly lying to Congress about their involvement in FBI's investigations into 105. It can't be true. The charges stem from an ongoing investigation into the since dissolved FBI FITF, the foreign influence task force. Flores led the, and again, everyone's innocent until proven guilty. We understand that. Flores led the FITF as deputy assistant director. You see the time Benavides was the section chief, both testified the FITF was not involved in the 100 Biden investigations, documentary evidence, contemporaneous communications and witness accounts contradict their testimony. Flores is also on record privately claiming to be, quote, "running a shadow government during the 2020 election in her role in the FITF." Lying to Congress by senior FBI official strikes at the heart of our system, no one is above the law. The FBI is already dismantled to corrupt the CR-15 squad that was in the Washington field office. in the jack smith and all the other stuff folks that engage in political weaponization targeting their opponents, including president Trump. Thank you, Judge Piro, FBI KC and the justice department. Again, I understand, doomers, you know what they'll tell you? Well, we need, yeah, it doesn't matter what you do. Their argument isn't nothing is happening because when it happens, they ignore it. Their argument is we hate the United States like our Islamophonatic buddies and we want a way to destroy it from the inside and the only way to do it is to follow the Uribezmanov model on an inside attack in the United States. That's their only agenda. No one will tell you about this story in Twitterist stand now. They'll just continue the crap. So you sit home, thank the lord and I'm not using his name in vain because I don't do that. That almost nobody is listening to this crap as evidenced by the early voting numbers in Florida and elsewhere. We can still win this thing. And of course, you have the Ilhan Omar case. I thought that didn't happen. I don't know. I don't know what to tell you, man. You're just, you're one of these people on the outside. You just want to sit home, you know, with your, up your, and complain about everything. Meanwhile, you've never actually served yourself. It's incredible. Like you've never done a damn thing for this country or this cause. Our attorney general Todd Blanche was asked a question yesterday on a different press conference about a Democrat state senator who got arrested on a public corruption case and was asked a question about another case you were told isn't happening. The Ilhan Omar case. And I love how the Democrats again, Tion is back to the beginning of the show. And when I say Democrats, I mean the media too. They're trying to paint everything the Trump administration does as political, even though these cases followed the rulebook, followed the Constitution. The information was vetted as per the Constitution through a, a, a magistrate or a judge that approved these warrants. Did they ignore all of that? So now the new argument on the Ilhan Omar cases, well, this shouldn't have been done so close to an election like it's some kind of a law. It's not ladies and gentlemen, a law. It is in fact guidance. If there's another option, well, attorney general Blanche, by the way, brings up the question of, well, how do you know there was an option? He says, maybe this was a timing issue where we needed the information. I don't know why I'm, I'm no longer involved in the case. I don't know why, but it's not a law. It is guidance when practical. And then he notes that, oh, well, you guys think we were making some political point? We didn't have a press conference about this case. You were the ones who showed up in the press. Total frauds, fake outrage. They didn't give a damn about Jack Smith's hyperpartisan investigation to President Trump through the election. They never said a damn thing you could take and check this out. It's the 60 90 day rule came up. I wanted to ask him out the search of Ilhan, representative Ilhan Omar's whole NBlie before you also had criticisms of Jack Smith violating that rule. So I want to understand how like Ilhan, most Omar search, componing with them. Well, so we don't talk about searches. Searchers are covert, they're not overt, and yes, and this became overt because of the circumstances there are other search on Monday. But that is a covert operation as a search warrant. And anytime you apply for a search warrant, one of the factors of the rules is why it needs to happen for someone to search warrant and not a subpoena. And why has to happen on that day and not some other day. And as the magistrate judge found that we needed to do it then, we're not, our comment, I don't know what, you know, that the, the covers woman has made multiple public comments about it. I haven't said there's a law enforcement action. That's all I've said. So, and again, this does not violate the 60 day rule, or whatever rule that's, which is not even a rule, it's just a practice. It's not even a rule. It's not a law. You are not allowed to serve any kind of legal process on a suspect in a criminal case before an election. That's not a law. It is a piece of guidance if practical. That's all it is. They didn't care at all these people about Jack Smith or any of this stuff. Just like they don't care about Amy Acton's mom, folks, it's fake. Do not take your talking points from activists in the liberal foe media. They're not real media people. They have no set of journalistic principles whatsoever. Disregard completely what they say. Matter of fact, do the opposite. I've also seen people again, Islamophonatic allies pretending to be on our side, claiming ridiculously that this 764 group of freaking terrorists is like not a real threat to the country. This is another thing. Folks, these people have been discredited so many times. Whatever they say, you assume the opposite is true. He was Andy, no, Andy's done some amazing work on Antifa. He's talking about, yes, some source. I don't know who it is. Again, I'm on the outside now, but he says, according to my sources, federal investigators are seeking to confirm whether the 16-year-old and the Oregon school incident, the shooting who killed four women and children was radicalized by the 764 terror cult. This is the leading suspicion. We were told by fake news people on our side that that's not real. There's no 764 threat. Like damn, weren't you in the FBI? Yes, it was a huge threat. They're targeting your kids. I've warned you. They go everywhere from discord to video game chat rooms, not knocking video games. Just telling you, this is where they target your kids. They get your kids to progressively do more sadistic things. First, it starts with cutting themselves and videoing it. Then it starts with sexual insanity. Then it starts with continues with torturing animals. This is a huge threat. No, but people in our side who hate the country told us it's not. Yes, I get it. It's because they hate the country and they hate you too. They lie to you about everything all the time while defecating in their own diapers. Look, that went up. Folks, this administration, it's Friday. It's been an intense show, man. It's starting. Here we go. Brutal awakening. This show was a brutal. It is Friday. So I do have a lot of good news. It's crackdown on the deep state, on fraud. This crackdown on the weaponization of government is ongoing right now. Just in the last few months, you've seen so many indictments, prosecutions. You've know about the Southern poverty law center, the BLMK. Well, maybe you don't. Maybe you believe the dooms. The Antifa prosecution is the first ever in US history. It's happening. Now, if you want this fraud, political violence and political weaponization to continue, vote blue. The Democrats are for you. There has never been a better. This has been the most results oriented two years of a presidency I've ever seen in my 51 years. Folks, they're into results. They're they're not poets, okay? The Trump doesn't care about fancy speeches. He's not trying to deliver the Gettysburg address. The president is a spreadsheet guy. I worked for him. He doesn't care about stories. He doesn't care about, you know, your personal relationship with him before he cares about freaking results. And he understands the fake news media is here with one activist agenda. That's to destroy this place and bring it down and subjugate you to collectivist rule. And that's why again, people were all upset. Oh, he would the other day, called someone in the media dummy. I don't care at all. How many do I give zero a donut? I don't care. Tell your story, walking. Oh my gosh, I'm enraged. But here, play the card calling the media though, who's so upset. I don't give a damn. Give a give them a freaking Kleenex with the like the puffs with the little oil. So your eyes don't dry out. Check this out. We have a gentleman coming home from Russia that they've been after for years. He was captured or taken during the Biden administration. Wouldn't have happened if I were president, but we was taken. And a lot of stupid people said, and people that don't know how life works, they said, why aren't you putting Russia's sanctions or all this in the midst of a negotiation to try and get a long term passage back from Russia? If I would have done that, you would not have Mr. Hubbard coming back right now and you don't know anything. I mean, you're fake news CNN. Look, right now you have a man that's beautifully flying from Russia to wherever he's landing in the United States that I got out because I had a very good and very fast negotiation with President Putin. If you would have put those sanctions on or whatever you want to call him, you could forget about him. You'd never see him again. He'd be back in jail for 25 So the people that say that, oh, let's put sanctions on, you know, I have the right to do them any day. If they behave badly, if they be, you don't know what you're talking about. You're a low IQ person. You're a dummy and you work this unit. I almost, Josh is outraged. He's outraged. He can't believe it. He's outraged. Face in there. Newsflash, she's not. Nobody in this show cares. She is a dummy. Patriot Lieutenant Dan in the chat says, we're not marrying and we want results. Oh, how do I like this abrasive person? What do you want a freaking dating side? What are the dating things? You swipe well after right or whatever. What do you want a dating side? What do you want a adult friend fight? I can't get over that story, man. I can't pull, pull, boy. Okay, see, producer Jim, but I cannot stop laughing about this yesterday. I can't believe it. What do you want to date the guy? Motley's for those who don't. If you know, you know, Motley's in the chat. He's crowned today to Friday. Usually a little slower up and 43,000 show ain't even over yet. Nice. We want to date him. I can't believe he talks like I don't care at all. Not even a little bit. This is about results. He's not trying to be Emily Dickinson. He's not writing poetry. Here's another one that Motley's fired up that chat on the Friday. Here's probably the best secretary of state we've ever had. Marco Rubio wears a lot of hats national security advisor to here's Marco Rubio to these media clowns who are like, I can't believe the president would even consider meeting with China and Russia. No, I don't know Justin, why do that? I mean, nuclear powers with massive AI infrastructure that could take down the entire industrial control support system of the United States, shut off water, launch a nuclear weapon, an EMP attack, a wipe us off. Why would you want to meet what a waste of time? Just ignore him. Justin's right. Just ignore him. Blocked it. Good point. Blocked Putin. Blocked. Blocked. Create new contact. Blocked. Is that serious? Are you even serious you media people? Dummies? Yes. Dummies. Freaking entertainment reporter at the Daily Call and I've got to show it. I think she's read like the PDB and stuff. Here's Rubio yesterday. Folks, the meeting hasn't even happened. There's some preliminary discussions. There's this thing going on in Ukraine. It's like a war or something. There's like constant threats of China jumping the straight and invading Taiwan, which could kick off World War III. Maybe you'd want to chat about that. Here's Rubio. Like, grow up. You lose your zeros in the media. You don't know squat about how reality really works. Check this out. Grow up when it comes to foreign policy a little bit. Okay. It is, I don't think it's unusual. Frank and for the three most powerful nuclear arm nations on earth for their leaders to communicate with one another. I think it makes all the sense in the world. They may have strong disagreements about things. We also have a president rightfully so who does not consider talking to someone to be a concession. I hear people on the TV. Oh, you're rewarding so and so by talking to them. Well, that's absurd. For example, how are you going to reach a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine if you don't talk to Russia and the Ukraine? You have to talk to them, right? So, I mean, that's the bottom line of diplomacy and negotiations you have to be able to speak to the other side. If there was ever a politician, bureaucrat, political appointee outside of President Trump, that owned the media as often as I haven't found them yet. Rubio is just so light years ahead of these double digit IQ life losers in the media that every interview is an embarrassment for the media, every single one. Trump has done this over and over and over again, meeting with foreign leaders with nuclear weapons and elsewhere, trying to come through some form of mitigation. There's never going to be resolution. It's only going to be mitigation of a threat. And yet you get dummies, freaking dummies in the media. I know better than you. What do you know? You went on the intel briefings? No. I haven't anonymous source. Really the same anonymous source who told you cash was in Russia when he was in freaking Lynchburg, Virginia. You idiots? Folks, this is a results administration. They're not, well, Rubio, he could write some poetry. This is not the poetry administration. Vote blue if the frauds for you. You want no jobs? Vote blue. You want an open border? Vote blue. You want to stop this job growth? Look at his Steve Moore tweet. Dan, produce some receipts in coming as always. Steven Moore, 11 of the 12 states leading job growth since the pandemic are Republican. Eight of the 10 slowest are blue Democrat. At some point, Democrats should stop calling it a coincidence and start asking what they're doing wrong. Put up that Rothmiss tweet again. Look at the numbers. The job growth is happening in GOP areas. No, I want a vote for this to stop. I want to be slow in the economic growth. Good vote for Democrats. Eight of the 10 slowest are Democrats. You want more slaughter in your city streets too? Vote for Democrats. 33 of the 34 deadliest cities in America, Democrat mayors. Keep voting blue. Crimes for you. Keep voting blue. Slow growth for you. Keep voting blue. Unemployments for you. Where we going with that? More receipts in coming. New unemployment claims. Our good friend Vince Colonace, you may have heard of him. He has a show at 8 AM on the network. New unemployment claims are near the lowest level since 1969. That's a long time ago. I wasn't even born yet. I wasn't even a thought yet. I'm even sure my parents had met yet. I was born in 1974. You want more unemployment? Vote for Democrats. But I thought they told you the economy was horrendous. How is it then that the lowest unemployment rate we've seen since 1969 is here now? The answer is because there are areas of the economy at need improvement. You're not crazy. But the overall economy, which the media doesn't want to tell you. If that was a statistic on the Barack Obama, it would be running wall to wall on every network right now. Barack Obama lowest unemployment rate we've seen in decades since 1969. However, because it's President Trump, nobody will tell you that. Oh, it's frustrating. Don't fall for this stuff, folks. Please. I got to play this nicky cask. I am sorry, because it goes into my, you know, it's Friday. So I need a little make America funny again, segment. You know what before though? I don't want to miss this either. Kamala, I know, I know Kamala. This is so easy. I get it. It's a ground ball. I get it every time. However, the most cringed politician I've ever seen. I mean, by far, this isn't even like a close, you know, like, you know, the miracle on ice where it was close. This is not that. This was like the US hockey team winning 15 to 1. She is the most cringed politician I've ever seen. And what really makes me laugh the most about Kamala Harris, even daring to go out on the campaign show. We put a clip up of her yesterday. Is she so there's an epidemic of this phony crap on the dem side where they do this. I want to be down. Look like I'm one of you. So they change their voice all the time. Here's Kamala Harris. Unbelievable. I can't you play this gesture. No, this is a new one. Here's Kamala Harris with yet another voice. This is like, this isn't even that Harvey two face from Batman. It's like Kamala 72 faces. Here's another voice from Voices at Dems. Kamala Harris, check this out. Mississippi Manor's Mississippi Manor's Mississippi Manor's Alright, we got work to do. We got work to do. We got 12 days. We got 12 days to make history. I don't, I don't, I don't get it Kamala 72 faces. I don't get it. The woman has so many different voices and and and and acts and and stupid lines. Yesterday she was like, don't let the limitations of people who are and everybody in the crowd was like, what did you just say? She's not exactly Socrates. She's like so crates from Bill in Ted's excellent adventure, although I'm aging myself. Folks, it's Friday. I got Brian kill me coming up next about this new book. By the way, United States. It's really, really good. I talked about this often. How the United States that there's no folks. I'm just telling you like, if you would have played probabilities, there's a zero zero zero zero one percent chance. The United States should exist at all. Like it's just insane. How much, how even if like the weather was bad on one day, we wouldn't be here as a country. I got that coming up, but I had a place for you at the end of the day. I'm a New York guy, like President Trump. I grew up in a different party. Queen's New York, but I loved Queen's. And Queen's New York was full of pizza places. I grew up in Glendale, Glendale Pizza, anyone from Glendale, Queen's in the chat is Glendale Pizza is still there. Then I moved to Middle Village. There was roses. It was like the best pizza around. New York has amazing pizza. And everybody knew the pizza place. There was two, it was pizza, pizzeria and Glendale Pizza. And that's where everyone ate, like everybody just ate pizza, like that was my thing, almost every day. I was addicted to it. Everyone knew your name. They knew what you wanted. They knew your order. There's this comedian out there. It's guys hilarious. You got to follow him on Instagram. It's kind of Nikki Cassie. It's hilarious. He does sports stuff. This guy is so funny. If you've never got into a New York pizza place, that's a neighborhood joint. This is exactly what it's like. Check this out. It's 4,000. If we do the side of the house, how do you know, let me get, let me get it at 2 or 3 ZD slices, please. Not where it is. What the hell I want to say. What do you mean you don't have this ZD slice? Not we got no ZD. The ZD goes quick. It's 12 o'clock. I've got to call you back in one second. Now, I just lost my customer and we don't have any of the ZD slices. I'm sorry, President, but you got no more pasta, you can't make one. What do you make the pasta fresh every day? I don't know where you get off for, but you better cut it out. I don't know where I'm getting off. I don't know where you get off as a pizza business piece and you don't have the ZD slice after 12 o'clock. Whatever. I'll make it as a ZD slice. Just give me a minute. How long is it going to take? 15, 20 minutes. 15 minutes. So you're going to pay me for the money I'm losing for this 15 minutes and he goes again with the money. You know what Mike? You haven't changed since high school, my man. Right. I haven't changed since high school. Neither of you, Pete, unprepared, shows up to practice without his cleats. Yeah, shows up to the pizza place they got no ZD slice. Go fuck yourself, Mike. I don't know how Mary and Diz with this shit they did that. Yeah. How does Mary and D with me? How about this one? How does Sherry live with the fact that the only reason we come to your pizza shop is because it's the only one in town. How does she feel about that? Not because the pizza's good. I've got for a bit, yes, for a ZD slice. I hope whatever's in your heart that makes you so angry. I hope you figure it out. I'll pray for you, Mike. Sorry. I swear to you, grow it up in Glendale, pizza. If you've heard this once, you've heard a conversation like this 10,000 times. Not just in the pizza place, it's been in the deli, you still. I used to get an onion roll with butter, it was the only thing I could afford. And a quarter drink, remember the quarter drinks? The purple blue red water, it was like sugar and food. That was my breakfast like every day. And this guy Phil worked in Tommy's deli and it was just like, he was like a psychiatrist for the neighborhood. Man, growing up in every time is different. Social media ruined it for everyone. It really did. Nikki Cass, check him out, C-A-S-S on Instagram, freaking hilarious. So it is Friday. But it happened. What do we do next? How do we plot the next and all things happening that's going to happen and not look like idiots in front of our people? I don't know, man. I don't know. Welcome into the show today, a multiple time, New York Times best-selling author. And in my humble opinion, his finest book yet, because I'm jealous, I wish I had written it and I have not. Brian Kilmeade, Uniting the States, I've got the book here. If there was ever a must read, folks, this is it. Brian, welcome to the show. So good to have you. Yeah, thanks so much, Dan. I know I'm patriotic. You are. I also know you love history. And thanks to have me on. It's amazing. You go to the FBI. You do what you do when you come back and you're even bigger in the broadcast world than you will when you're left. I mean, if I'm gone for nine seconds, people forget who I am, and I leave my clothing to you. As I told you, Brian, I'll trust you, but you're not looking why I trust me. I told you, as we were chatting before, that's not a thing. Everyone on this rock we call earth outdresses me because I never even try. So you win. I forfeit. But I did wear my 1776 shirt in honor of your book. Again, it's called The Uniting the States. Pick it up today wherever you get your books, Amazon or elsewhere. Brian, so this is a topic I've thought about often. I've mentioned this on my show for the last 11 years you've been doing it. The improbability of us as a country existing. If you were to put together a spreadsheet, I would venture to say the probability of the United States becoming the most successful country in the history of the cosmos was 001. And your book has these six crucial moments, but I think you'll acknowledge you probably could have written a hundred moments where if again, we would have turned left the right or for storm wouldn't have come in, like it's just so incredible without the power of God that I think this country is here. Yeah. When I said this six crucial moments, it took me forever to write the subtitle on that happens to you. Six crucial moments to forge the American miracle because it was. And what happens is my goal is this. There's a lot of great people that we know that just don't have time to go back in history. They have not really thought about a red history since 11th grade. They are construction people, they're firefighters. When it's time for them to read it's the news or fiction, and that's fine. But I just want to arm people because the warrant history is real. The war in our past is real. So next time they go to a tailgate party, hang out at a sports bar, go to a restaurant, someone engaged in anti-American behavior or tried to diminish the path that we are on year 250. Instead of saying you're wrong, now you have why you're wrong. And I give you six examples. And you brought up right before we went on the air about the war, the Revolutionary War. And you were talking about Washington. That's my second chapter. And when Washington did and you said, Brian, he lost a lot of battles, absolutely. So can you imagine this? If I was to say a fight, it's the rumble in the jungles that year. After a while, Muhammad Ali realized, I can't out fight this guy, so I'm going to wear him out. So he wanted to, he wanted to, the rope of dope. So Washington, so we have a lot of success in Boston and the British say, hey, they got the high ground. Bunker Hill was a disaster for us, even though technically they won. We're going to fight him somewhere else. So Washington sprints to New York and long story short, we get blown out in a brutal way. I mean, there are guys baying at it to trees. I mean, the knife right through their heart, trying to send a message, Americans, you got no shot. We got the best army in the world. To the point where we're backed up in Brooklyn to the East River edge and Washington has to make the hardest decision yet, much like Dan Bungino. As much as you want to fight everyone, there are certain times when they got the numbers and maybe you've got to leave. So Washington says we got to leave, it's 10.30 a night. The sun goes down and in the dead of night, he has to evacuate New York. So how does he do it? They sent a word out to civilians ships and vessels and barges and he starts sending his men out. He doesn't have them all out. He's got about 700 still there. The sun's coming up when the British realize that we're evacuating. They're going to come in for the kill. Washington says, I will be the last to leave. You can kill me last. And what happens? A fog rolls in so thick that they say you cannot see the fingers on your art outstretched hands. And those are the words of Benjamin Talmadge, now who the hell is he? He was by Washington side the entire time and he wrote a book at his family's urging 76 pages. You can pick it up, download it right now on your on your app on your book app. I have it. And it said those were the exact words. So can you imagine the night was gave them some cloak? But then all of a sudden the fog actually made it impossible for them. the British to see what happened. By the time the sun went up, Washington's troops were gone. So they went through Manhattan and got out of there. Do you know what day they left? 9/11. September 11th, they evacuated New York. So they leave. So Washington quickly realized I can't do that again. His guys, their time serving is up. But they signed up for just a year. They're ready to get out. Washington knows he needs a win and he can never square up with the British again. So he's gonna do what you do, get intelligence. He's gonna form a spiring. He's gonna do reconnaissance. He's gonna find out where the British are. And he's gonna change tactics entirely. He's gonna pick his spots. You know what he said? The longer I can protect this war, the closer I get to wins. You know what they told him? Washington's lost his nerve. Much like Sam Houston and when the Battle of Texas, and ultimately at the Battle of San Jacinto, he had to retreat and pick up the one battle he wanted to fight. Washington picks his spots, but gets his first win in the Battle of Trenton when he crossed the Delaware. A week later, he faces up with the British surprise him in the Battle of Princeton. And then he realizes becomes this legendary general. What the, how did you beat the British in those two battles? Those wins ricochet around the world. Everyone's going, who is this George Washington? But our guys have put him in power. Thought he lost his nerve. They go, go and fight. Stand over the bridge. But he knew his guys weren't capable. They're farmers, shopkeepers, merchants, politicians. He has to teach in the fight in the middle of a war. And then the longer he retracts it out, he begins getting wins. And then the British say, you know, we got Philadelphia. We got New York. What does that mean? They're not even trying to get it back. What are they doing? What we're doing is picking our spots and pushing them when we can. We would call it guerrilla war today. And then convinced in the Battle of Saratoga, convince the French that we can win when the French go mad. I'm going to join them. Benjamin Franklin gets in the commit. They actually disembark. And they join us ultimately. And I just say, you know, 67 pages. It ends up in the Battle of Yorktown. The British don't know what hit him. We win. I'm so glad you, you, you, you stop that on the Battle of Yorktown. That's exactly where I was going. We did not plan this. We're talking to Brian Kilmead. The book. You can see it right there on the screen. It's called Uniting the States. Please pick it up today. This is the book, Dan Bongino wishes. He wrote, talking about himself in the third person like Bob Dole, God rest his soul. It is an amazing book, folks. You brought up Yorktown and you brought up also the weather, the fog. The weather, obviously human beings don't control. It's axiomatically true. The Lord Almighty does. And weather. If just the weather was different, not just at the evacuation of New York, Long Island, but the weather during the, the night the British burned down the White House, where if the weather hadn't turned bad, who knows what would have happened if that. Then also you mentioned Yorktown. Cornwallis makes a strategic mistake at Yorktown. He shrinks in his perimeter, allowing the French army and the US revolutionaries to bottle him in on the landside while the French Navy's on the outside. Cornwallis, Brian, tries to escape and the weather goes bad. And he can, the weather always went bad for the bad guys. And that's why we say to people like it was so, that's why I love this book. It was so darn improbable, the revolutionary war that we would come out on top of that. That it must have been, the British still, that's why they came back in 1812. They couldn't get over the fact that this happened. They couldn't get over the loss. And in the War of 1812, I think, Dan, do you remember? I got one day of that in school. I remember the War of 1812 was and draw, oh yeah, they burned the Washington, and it was fascinating. They go, well, they burned the White House. So they were in our country, they, yeah, oh yeah, they were in our country. They burned everything. They burned the Capitol building. They burned the National Intelligencer because they didn't want a free press. And the National Intelligencer was telling the true story and they go, we're going to burn this thing to the ground, too. In fact, as, as you know, the British got so close to capturing Madison, the food was still hot on the, and the wine was poor at the White House. He got out in time on malicious collapse to a standing army. We were very lightly defended. John Armstrong made a terrible mistake as Secretary of War. He sent the bulk of our troops to Canada to fight the British there and they came down our Eastern Seaboard and they just started raping and pillaging until they got to the White House and they got all the way in there. So while they're in there and they occupy our Capitol and we're trying to reconvene an army, an income seems to be a mini tornado. And it beats the hell out of the British. They actually run out of Washington and they go into boats, we didn't push them out of our Capitol. Right. Weather did. Right. I absolutely love that story because it just serves as this example to me again, how improbable that weren't for the intervention of again, what I believe was God wanted this country to be a beacon and example of freedom. The weather just always seemed to work in our favor. And you mentioned it to about the War of 1812. You've written a number of books. Again, his latest book is United States checking out. But you know, you've written about this. You look like at the battle in New Orleans. Again, another example of like, if that had gone just a few of the, if that had just gone a little bit better in favor, the whole thing was lost like the whole thing would have been done. Yeah. So, so what you're bringing to is a really good pump. By the way, I have a special on Fox Nation and I go to the burn marks that exist. I don't know how many, you've been in the White House a million times. I've seen a bunch of Bush. They're still there. Bush walked me to that. And I said, why would I go this present? I love seeing the burn marks, the original archways, but why would they leave it there? And he said, I don't know, but I have a hunch and I see as you want to hear it. I said, yeah. And he said, I believe it's to remind us how fragile democracy is. And you know, we feel impenetrable and impervious, but we're not. And if I ever doubted that, I stare at those burn marks because if you ever say to your country, I've never been so more divided, we were, it could break our whole union. I'll give you a depression. How about your five foot three inch president who is a great mind, but not a great leader sitting on his horse, suffering in between bouts of epilepsy, staring at Washington burning, including his White House, not wondering if his army would reconvene and if his wife was still alive. That's what he saw on a horse by himself while the number one army in the world occupied our capital. That's dire. This, what we're in now, not dire, right? Get in perspective. That's another goal. Please, if you understand the journey, you'll appreciate our country more. And that's what I try to do. I am not David McCullough. He has passed away sadly, but he inspired me with his writing, John Meacham, I'm not him. I'm not Ron Churnow. But what I try to do is just capture something in a way in which I can read it, almost that I can put in the teleprompter and make it sound like what Shepard Smith used to do with the news, make it sound exciting and go. And if these historians say, well, I think you added, you'd add more color and more perspective. Good luck. Not in my books. I want to get to the point because my idea of the reader, they got a million things to do. I got to keep them, I got to keep them involved in what I think is their story because I think it's mostly an American audience. But the Battle of New Orleans, let me tell you when you talk about fortuitous. So we got a 41 year old Andrew Jackson, suffering from dysentery. He six one down to 140 pounds. Now I asked doctors, just to get a perspective of what dysentery is, they go, well, dysentery is, for example, if you hit a bump or you fell, it would be riding in pain. This guy was in 30 degree weather on a horse. Think about that. So he gets on a horse and he just goes back and forth and he says, where would the British land? Where would they land? And he makes a prediction. And then he says, okay, guys, I need everybody with shovels. And they dig a canal. Then I need you to take that dirt and you need to build a wall because I believe we're going to block New Orleans right here. I think they're going to, they're going to land right there. Now, we could have been wrong. They land over there. They're already behind their line. They go up the Mississippi. They could go right into New Orleans, right? So he picks the right spot and it turns out when they land, it's right there. And they think they're the British man. They just defeated Napoleon. They have Wellington's invincible without Wellington landing, disembarking. They've destroyed us, except for when Andrew Jackson fights, Jackson wins in the Horseshoe Bend, Battle of Horseshoe Bend, he wins Pensacola and now he's going to beat him there. Now we got free men of color. We have regular militia. We have people who are willing, just with guns, but we don't have enough ammo. So we hook up with John Lafitte, who is basically a pirate. He's basically got his own cartel, but he hates the British, kind of likes the Americans. So he makes a deal with Lafitte and he says, hey, if you could come help us out, give us men and give us gunpowder, give us Flint, I'll give you a pardon. And Lafitte said that's all I need. And by the way, he got that pardon. Lafitte doesn't show up, but his men do, instead it's a gunpowder. What the British do? These guys march straight ahead, they put their officers in front, what do the Americans do? Kill their officers. We beat them and they final battle in 45 minutes. We lose 13 guys, they lose 240, they have 1300 casualties. And they try to surrender, Jackson keeps sending back the lieutenant. He says, I said, senior officer, I don't believe any lieutenant, he goes, sir, you've killed the other officers on the only one left. They sent him in barrels, because when they take officers, they put them in some type of liquid, and they literally put the bodies in barrels. That's how we sent the British back, we'd never would be invaded again. And that was the message sent. And Jackson sent later, you know, it was a national holiday, the Battle of New Orleans for a long time, until we kind of forgot about it, and they told us in school, oh, we didn't need to fight. The Treaty of Git was already signed, BS, we found paperwork in Britain that showed they plan on our. fabricating the Treaty of Kansas, proving that Napoleon had no right to do the Louisiana purchase and then flipping it to them and staying there. So that's the thing that broke our way. Brian, I really enjoy all of your books and again, Brian's new book is uniting the states, pick it up wherever you get your books. Gosh, can I ever get that camera angle right? It is embarrassing. I can, the camera is there. I always go like this. Pick up Brian's new book. What do you do? That's not on screen, Dan. Straight ahead. Right there. Holy Moses. I've only been doing the show. 11 years. I know. It's like a long running joke on this show, but you brought something up in the beginning. And you know, I know you've been gracious with your time and you get the radio show. So I don't want to keep you too long. However, this war on history is really disgusting. It's an effort to divorce people from the greatness of America. And they make these illusory fake arguments like, well, we're an imperfect country. No kidding, Sherlock. Every country is full of imperfect people and is an imperfect country. Or the least imperfect. They go, well, Andrew Jackson, you know, trail of tears and others say, yeah, well, what about the battle in New Orleans? What about, you know, other, other, what about Washington? Washington wasn't perfect. And the French and Indian war, Brian, as you well know, Washington suffered catastrophic losses. Had to write letters about it, which he followed him his whole life. Washington, he wasn't, Washington had to acknowledge his own shortcomings as a human being. But we're still here. And that's why this book, I think, is so important on our 250th to note that, you know, that even despite some of those catastrophic mistakes, what we did wrong, you know, slavery, you know, the treatment of the American Indians early on, wiping out the buffalo herd. I mean, you know, that we're still here. And we've managed to do unbelievably great things where the Paragon of Freedom. Yeah. And I'll give you that's why my last chapter is about John Quincy Adams. And people go, Brian, why, why did you put him in there? Wasn't he a failed president? Well, he's a one term president, but he's probably the most qualified we ever had. At 12, at 14 years old, he was in aid to the ambassador to Russia. He spoke three languages when he would brought over a 10 years old, his dad, John Adams, brought him over to France. And he said, I want you to see the European culture. He learned three languages, as I mentioned, German and French and he knew English. And then when he was busy, you know, who his babysitter was for lack of a better word, Benjamin Franklin. And you know, who mentored him more than anybody else, Thomas Jefferson. You know, who liked him and thought he was great potential George Washington. So these, that was his council. He was ambassador, Russia, something in his 20s. He was also signed to, he also was part of the sign of the treaty, you've got. He was, he also became a Secretary of State. He did the Monroe doctor in four James Monroe. That was all his idea. So when he became president of the United States, few things happened. It was a controversial election, much like Trump's 2020 election. They end up Jackson won the popular vote, but they end up doing a deal. Quincy Adams got in, never really had the backing. But his greatness came when he, can you imagine this? A president went back to Congress after he served and he did six terms in the House. At which time he was always a voice for the abolitionists. All he did was get up and rant against the South and just ridiculed them for having slaves and their reasoning behind it. It got so bad that they passed a gag rule, preventing him from bringing up slavery on the floor. And it didn't stop him. He'd say, okay, this is Washington's birthday, it's a national holiday. Now let me tell you about the slaves and they tried to squelch him. But the guy that watched, they called him old man, old man, eloquence. But the guy that watched him was his man named Abraham Lincoln, a congressman sat diagonally behind him. And he listened to the arguments and then he saw how vociferous the South fought back. Since Washington's death, the number of slaves tripled in our country. Instead of withering like they hoped, it begins up, they end up savoring all these crops and needing labor and not wanting to pay for it. So they kept importing more and more slaves, which got the North more and more angry and isolated. And we know that led to the Civil War. But John Quincy Adams wouldn't stop. And then he represent the Amistad slaves who took over a slave ship. But the two captains they left in charge, Amistad, they did the movie famously. The Amistad, the slaves rose up and they killed everybody. They said, send us back to Africa. We're not going to America. Well, they left two captains. He said, bring us back to Africa. Well, he duped them and brought them to Montauk, Long Island. And when they landed Montauk, they were all under arrest. Guess who represented the slaves? John Quincy Adams. He could barely see, was losing his hearing in his late 70s, early 80s, and gave together such a great defense, they all won. So 35 remaining slaves got to go back to Africa. So this guy needs to be saluted because he got us on the right track to abolitionists. And then I found him, when I did the President of Freedom Fighter, Andrew Jackson, excuse me, Abraham Lincoln, Frederick Douglass in the battle for America's soul. We have a quote that I put into this book of Frederick Douglass, who was a slave, would read the speeches that John Quincy Adams was giving in the house floor and it gave all of them hope. This great man cares about us. There was a reason to get up tomorrow and to feel like freedom was just around the corner. So that's why I ended the book with John Quincy Adams, conscious of the country. Ryan, the book is really incredible. And again, I'm just a lady, you wrote it. I wish I had thought of it first, it really is necessary. It puts in perspective how improbable this amazing place we have called the United States of America is. And I just, you know, one more point for you to go, you brought up before, you know, about how we always believe we have this present bias. Like, this is the worst time ever. We've never been more divided. I strongly encourage you, you just brought up Lincoln. Look up the 1860s. Just the whole decade. Just read up about it's all I'm going to put it in chat GPT read one of Brian's books. And I promise you, however bad you think it is today, it doesn't even scratch the surface of the 1860s. Brian, kill me. The new book, uniting the States, I promise, it's going to be one of your biggest hits, especially. And thanks to what you did for the country for the, for the years that you were serving back there and your voice is so needed now, it's going to be a fascinating election and back to the war on history. You see what they did to the Iwojima statue, they asked to head off the, and that was an illegal immigrant. You did a legal immigrant. You're right. A more anti-American story than that. It's almost like the left is trying to piss us off, you know, amazing. That's a great point. Brian, kill me. Congratulations on the new book. It's going to be a mega bestseller. Thanks so much for coming on. Always good to see you. Thanks for the comments, really. And by the way, I'll be in Palm Beach this weekend, sat in book and wrapped this book shop in Sunday. I'll be in, oh, Viral Beach. So, yeah. I love that point, so I've done a few signings there. They always pack the house up there in Palm Beach, a huge crowd, too. I don't get damn Bungino crowds. I get kill me. So, I believe I'll get a chance to talk to all of you. Thanks, Dallas, Texas. It was a big one for us. Thanks, Brian. Appreciate it. Good luck with the book. I was Brian, kill me the book, uniting the States. Folks, I wore the 1776 shirt for a reason. Anything we can do to celebrate the greatness of America and the sheer improbability of us being here. The book really nails it. I'm Delias, where I wish I wrote it myself. Summary:

FAQs

The speaker emphasizes that giving up is not an option, as the United States has a long history of resilience and freedom. Early voting numbers in Florida show Republican dominance, proving that voter action leads to victory. The message is clear: voting is a direct path to winning.

The speaker calls the media's coverage of the Amy Acton ad a 'fake outrage' and 'made-up scandal.' They argue it's part of a broader campaign to discredit conservatives and that Democrats and their media allies are using such narratives to destabilize the country.

The speaker claims that the idea of packing the Supreme Court is a major threat to the U.S. legal system, arguing it would lead to a court of 150 justices, turning it into an election-based body rather than a judicial one. They see it as a deliberate effort to dismantle the country's constitutional structure.

The speaker highlights recent indictments, including a Virginia state senator accused of political corruption and fraud in senior daycare facilities, arguing these are evidence of a deep state engaged in fraud and political weaponization that the Trump administration is actively cracking down on.

The speaker points to Republican dominance in early voting in Florida as a clear indicator that the election is not lost. They argue that these numbers show voter support for Republican candidates and that inaction—voting blue—would mean supporting fraud and instability.

The speaker claims the deep state is a network of progressive forces funded by taxpayer dollars who use the government to push liberal or socialist agendas. They argue this system is actively undermining American institutions and values, especially during election times.
