Disaster Morning For Trump After This Bombshell Drops...

The transcript critically examines the Trump administration's alleged criminal conduct, arguing that leaders like Donald Trump are seeking self-pardons to avoid prison for widespread illegal activities such as tax fraud, bribery, and conspiracy. The hosts detail a pattern of corruption, including crypto schemes, illegal immigration, and child sex trafficking allegations involving figures like Matt Gaetz and Elon Musk. They highlight how the administration has allegedly sold access to the White House and exploited federal positions for personal gain. The discussion also exposes deep hypocrisy in officials like JD Vance and Robert Kennedy Jr., who promote anti-vaccine and anti-immigrant rhetoric while facing scrutiny for past lies. Evidence suggests systemic self-preservation, with high-ranking officials using political influence to evade accountability. The hosts argue that the administration operates on a foundation of corruption, misinformation, and elite self-interest, undermining public trust in democratic institutions. They assert that these actions are not isolated but part of a larger pattern of fascist and exploitative behavior within the MAGA movement, where power, money, and division are prioritized over truth and justice. The analysis ultimately calls for accountability, transparency, and a rejection of the administration’s narrative of patriotism and moral superiority.
Every single day we cover Donald Trump and his administration committing crimes every single day He sits down in a safe space with newsmax and gives an interview where he suggests He's going to pardon himself and other members of his administration So that he can continue he is in he and his administration can continue to commit crimes on a day-in-day out basis Kylie play the clip. I'm allowed to do a pardon a self-partner I'm allowed to pardon and one thing the only thing Biden did is he proved that you know the pardon is very powerful I know that they say it's the most powerful thing a president has the power of pardon I can tell you this I don't want to see my people go through because these people are lunatics on the on the left I don't want to see people that work for me go through Years of nonsense higher lawyers and everything else Can you believe this bullshit joining me in studio this morning is Charlie Goldinson also known on Instagram is Shay Chuck we're covering for the ladies this morning Charlie what's your take on this the main thing here I think that we got to remember is Donald Trump is all about self-preservation right? So of course he wants to pardon himself whether he's will do that or not But remember like if he decides to run again, which we all know is illegal, but we all know he might try to do So much of that reasoning is not just about enriching himself It's about protecting him and his cronies from being thrown into fucking prison because he knows What they're doing is illegal. They all know what they're doing is illegal. It's you look at Kimberly Guilfoyle Right these people are putting their their illegal activities into writing That's how concerned they are and that's how knowledgeable they are Of their own wrongdoing and so yes, he wants to pardon himself because he knows how guilty he is the other thing I'd quickly say About this is this isn't just about pardoning himself Donald Trump has been turning Partens into campaign activities recently. He's been campaigning around the country doing campaign events for other congressional and Senate candidates And he's been going on stage issuing pardons to people on those stages like the price is right exactly like the price is right and You know, it's very similar to his you know bullshit $5,000 check promise that he's making in for publicans went He's just using these things as campaign tools. He's trying to say I'll give you money if we win He's saying I'll get you out of prison if we win. He's running out of Options so that's what I think about when I think about this asshole pardoning himself and so and I was trying to think to myself Okay, what could he possibly be pardoning himself for number one? I'm not sure that you can pardon yourself. That's not proven There's no case all to support that. It's never been done and why has it never been done because we've never had a corrupt president like Donald Trump like this son of a bitch. This is a whole another level But let's talk about some of the things he may pardon himself for how about Killing 200 people on a boat in the Caribbean and Pacific That seems like a valid reason for a pardon How about the fact that you sell pardons that people pay you money to get a pardon that seems like bribery That seems like a plausible reason for a pardon Rigging his own tax case with toward the IRS camp possibly Come after him insider trading, and you know, we hear all these things about the Trump organization and all the money He's getting from the Middle East. I mean the layers of corruption We could talk about for days. Yeah, and I'd add to that in terms of layers of corruption There's reporting from the House Judiciary Committee that it's cost Victims 1.7 billion dollars from the Trump pardons people have been owed 1.7 billion dollars that 1.7 billion dollars Have been wiped away because of Trump's pardons that includes of course January six years that includes fraud stores fraudsters That includes Corporate oligarchs who were taking advantage of taxpayers and consumers um, and so and then the other piece of this is a lot of the people that he's Partening our donors and supporters of his right which again he should be thrown in jail for so it's all cyclical It's all the same shit. It's all a it's all a game to make more money for him in his friends Right and his vice president JD Vance recently gave an interview And he talked about a certain things that it seemed like or more relevant to Trump. He talks about whether or not selling access to the White House would be legal like highly can you play that clip for us then is making a lot of money off of crypto His own IRS is barred itself from looking into his tax returns You have this recent issue with the ambassador degrees seeming to sell access to the White House That's why people are concerned and and if there's nothing to hide you say you've seen nothing First of all somebody's still in access to the White House. That's disgusting and despicable when they should suffer consequences Okay, everyone how many times have you gone to a department store or to the drug store and bought a lot of makeup That ends up just sitting in your drawer that you do not ever use. I want to give a couple examples of what We may be talking about when we say selling access to the White House. Let's think about Kimberly Gillfoil She's basically Grifting a guy for a hundred grand mx payment and my favorite part of that is she wants it wire straight to mx She doesn't even want it wired to her it goes straight to mx But don't put it right don't put it in writing call me on signal Then I don't know if you remember the meme coin dinner that trump had in 2025 where he said if you buy the coin meet the president That's the whole bit business model he invites his biggest buyers to dinner with him That sounds like selling access to the White House The half billion dollar crypto deal if you'll remember that days before his inauguration Interest tied to a top official at the ua e agreed to buy nearly half of the trump's family crypto company for 500 million dollars selling access half a billion dollars possibly Then there's this mystery two billion dollars Reuters found that anonymous crypto wall is it took in about two billion dollars of the Trump's family stablecoin in two weeks and nobody could say who owned it I mean the list could go on and on it it goes as far as the ballroom and then this is a fun fact The White Washington Post got the spreadsheet that $333 million in private donations came for the White House ballroom But watchdog group tied over half of the corporate donors to more than 50 billion in federal contracts later So you make the donation you then get the federal contract all of those are examples In my opinion of selling access to the White House that according to JD Vance is disgusting and despicable Yeah, and I appreciate JD Vance saying that of course saying the thing that we all believe but also remind folks listening that JD Vance is a fucking liar and he's full of shit Right so let's think about JD Vance's history of lying right he called he said that Haitian immigrants were eating cats and dogs He said that he didn't believe in war and that we shouldn't go to war and that he helped send us to Iran He told Americans that he thought trump was an American Hitler And that trump wasn't fit for office and then he started to work for him I don't know as his fucking vice president JD Vance is a bootlicker and he's a shill and he will say anything and do anything to stay in a Positive limelight from the general public and from his daddy Donald Trump And so again while I appreciate him saying this I don't care what he says He hates on South Asian immigrants while marrying an Indian woman like We can't take what he says Seriously, so there's two parts of this. Yes, Donald Trump should go to prison. Donald Trump is corrupt Thank you JD Vance for saying that on the other hand JD Vance is simply saying this to protect himself because again All these people at their car at their core are after self preservation and I'm always what they're doing I'm always amazed at these Christian Magaman in the level of corruption and how they give these interviews and with a stern face they lie their ass off As it as if it's more natural for these guys to lie than it is to tell the truth It comes with such ease that he could sit there and say this about selling access to the White House when that's all his administration and or cabinet members do
to and/or influencers do on a day in, day out basis. - Yeah, well, I mean, they're not even honest about their own religion, about their own faith, right? Talk about JD Vance. He's somebody who critiqued the pope after the pope told them that we shouldn't go after immigrants and we shouldn't be attacking, you're going to war. JD Vance figured out, here's the time to throw my faith away and attack the pope here. So again, even the things that they pride themselves on being their sole components of their self identity, identity, faith, religion. - It's all bullshit. It's all fake. And they're just after power and money and influence. - Well, let's pivot to one of my favorite MAGA piece of shit. And I like to have this list that's ongoing. It's almost like these little Trump action figures that I can throw darts at. But my favorite piece of shit would be Matt Gaetz. And he's been somewhat silent lately. But yesterday he made the news. Let's not forget the fact that Matt Gaetz was first selected to be the attorney general of the United States of America. And this was after a federal investigation that he was involved in child sex trafficking. And of course you might hear that and think, well, that seems odd. That doesn't seem like a logical pick. But then when you think about the Epstein files and Donald Trump and all of these people that are involved in that, it makes perfect sense that Donald Trump would have selected Matt Gaetz to be his attorney general because you would want a child sex trafficker to oversee an investigation of child sex trafficking involving the president and others. So ask to suppress that and keep that from the American people, which is exactly what this administration is doing. Kylie, can you pop this up yesterday, the story popped about Matt Gaetz. Trump's initial pick for attorney general has been hit with a new federal sex trafficking lawsuit. Two women of legislators participated in a scheme involving drugs, secret payments, and luxury trips. The complain also alleges he paid $400 to a 17-year-old girl for sex, $400 to a 17-year-old girl for sex. This man was nominated to be the attorney general of the United States, which is the top law enforcement position in this country. That in and of itself is bad shit. Crazy, but in this administration makes perfect sense, Charlie. Yeah, I mean, we talk a lot about, of course, about the Epstein files and about the Epstein class as we should. But I think that actually, like, it does a disservice because we have to remember, it's not just Epstein. The Republican Party is the party of pedophilia generally. Even if they don't have a connection to Epstein and Epstein Island, right? It's not just Matt Gaetz. If you all are following Ken Paxson, who's running for Senate against James Tylerrico in Texas. He, of course, is famously let off a child sex offender instead of in prison for just one day after a plea deal. These people do not care about protecting children. They do not care about protecting women. These are the same people, we can see Matt Gaetz is in same face on this. These are the same people who fearmonger against trans people, against gender affirming care. Well, they are some of the people using the most gender affirming care. It's not trans people who are a threat to our children. It's these fuckers. It's white Republican Christian men in powerful positions who are going after our children who are the real threat to everybody. And it seems like the Republicans have a monopoly of these pieces of shit pedophiles because you couldn't drum up any worse individuals in this country and put them in public office. Then some of the guys you see in the Trump administration with someone like Matt Gaetz or Donald Trump or I think that Howard Lutnik, he involves and all these guys are just cut from the same cloth. It's like work, Ken Paxson, where do they come from? Exactly, I think about this all the time. I mean, that's one of the funniest things we've talked about before of like there's, I view the Trump administration and there's like two layers of time. There's the like insanity that you can kind of laugh at because it's so absurd. Like these, what feels like comic book level super villains where you're like, did somebody write these? Like where do they come from? The problem with these people though and the insanity of them and the comedy is that it makes it easy to kind of forget about and ignore the layer under it. Which is like the legitimate fascism that they're all pushing simultaneously, right? I think about about this with Trump and Stephen Miller where we can joke about Stephen Miller's baldness and his weirdness and the fact that he looks like a thumb and the fact that he's probably never had sex in his life besides the one part time that he got his wife pregnant. But the reality is behind the scenes, he's actually pushing a legitimate fascistic agenda. And so I think like the Matt Gaetz story and the pedophilia component to the Republican party, it's just like, it's that part, it's insane and it's hilarious and it's scary. It's also one of the most fucking crazy and scary things. And it almost seems to me like to be a member of MAGA, the qualifier is that you have to have some relationship to child sexual abuse. Otherwise you're not gonna be, you're not gonna fit in the party. So it's like if you're not a member of that group, then you don't belong. Yeah, speak. I mean, that's just the way I feel about it. I mean, it's kind of like it's almost feels like a game or a mob or it's like if you haven't done something wrong, also how can we trust you? Yeah, how can we make sure you're one of us? There's not something that we can hold up, hold against you and blackmail you with, then how can we trust you? Exactly, and it's always these powerful white men. It's the same man that preached Christianity, MAGA, family values to the American people. I wanna pivot briefly to Representative Elon Omar. And there was an update I believe on her case and a story that popped yesterday about DOJ's previous investigation of her. The Washington Post reports that Trump officials scrutinized Representative Ilhan Omar in 2019. They didn't find citizenship issues. The earlier review of Omar's immigration records looked at many of the same issues being investigated now. And to me, that shows three things about the recent search of her residence. Number one, it was time perfectly to interfere with the election, to interfere with her campaign. She's up for election in this cycle. The second thing I think is it was red meat per base, for Trump's base as it relates to immigration issues. And the third thing is it was just flat racism, trying to target a Muslim woman. But the fact that DOJ has previously investigated this matter and there's a memo to that effect, where they concluded that they didn't have enough evidence to proceed forward. And so if you're her attorney, of course, what you're gonna wanna do is get that memo. You're gonna wanna show that there's no justifiable basis for this search, you're gonna wanna file a motion for selective and/or vindictive prosecution. And all of the evidence is in the public domain. That's all you need are Trump's own statements, the way he's attacked her to have this case dismissed. Similar to what James Comey was going to do, Latisha James was going to do in their cases were dismissed. What are your thoughts on this, John? - Yeah, I mean, I think it's a good point that we're bringing up the DOJ. 'Cause I think something that's not getting talked about here is what this means is it's now been multiple federal agencies they've viewed to go against it, right? Like with a lot of the reporting recently, it's just around the DHS rate of her house, which is, of course, the same agency that oversees ice. But you can mention the DOJ, which means that Trump and his administration are using every tool they can and every agency they can to try to make this happen, which is even scarier when you really think about it. The other thing I'll just say here too, is while I would never say anything bad about immigrants or illegal immigrants or whatever we want to call them, there is one person who is admitted to illegal immigration before, who is absolutely impacting our elections, absolutely impacting our country. And that's Elon Musk. And if we remember, Elon Musk, of course, not only did he run DOJ for the president of the United States, but it was just reported that he donated over 270 million dollars since July, 270 million dollars to Republican super PACs. - And it's interesting, I don't mean to interrupt you, but it's interesting that you bring up his name as it relates to this story. Because we've got a clip from 2013, where Elon Musk and his brother give an interview, and it's interesting what they say in this interview. Kylie, could you play that, please? - When they did fund us, they realized that we were illegal immigrants. - Well, I'm sure. - I'm sure it's a great area. - Yeah, that's a great area. I was the illegal immigrants. - Okay, so let's talk about that. - Yeah. - Elon Musk comes here from South Africa. And he, I believe he comes on a student visa to go to Stanford. And then he never guess what? He never enrolls in Stanford. And this is in the mid '90s. And no one knows what he did between the mid '90s and when he applied or gained citizenship in 2002. So, and here's the catch to this, though. So if you live in this country and you work during that period of time and you're here on a student visa and you're not going to school, then you're working illegally in this country. And that's a big deal when you're applying for citizenship. And then you're also here illegally. So all of this flies in the face of Representative Omar in the search of her house for what she put on an application and/or her father put on an application in 2000. At the same time, the richest man in the world, who is a huge part of this administration, with the military, with Doge, has the president's series, involved in all aspects of it. This SpaceX thing was Starlink and Russia and Ukraine, all of it. He's in the house and he makes an admission that they, in fact, came here illegally. What are your thoughts on this? - Yeah, I mean, not just the richest man in the world, the richest man in the history of the universe, right? Nobody's existed. He was accumulated as much wealth as he has. And, you know, when I mentioned before that clip about the fact that you're in the right place.
he's spending this much money in these midterm elections to help Republicans win. You know, I think a lot of people think about Elon Musk as a staunch Republican as somebody who uses this money to fight against immigrants and to fight against trans people, et cetera, and like, of course, that's true. But the reality is that Elon Musk is also somebody who benefits from socialism for the rich, right? Elon Musk over the years has made over $40 billion from government kickbacks, tax breaks, benefits, et cetera, his companies like the companies you mentioned, Tesla, et cetera. So not only, of course, is he funding this stuff because he's a fascist supporter, but it's, again, it's self-preservation. He knows that for Republicans continue to win, if Trump continues to win, he will continue to get federal benefits for his companies. He will continue to milk the teeth of the federal government while you, while I struggle to afford groceries, struggle to get health care. And again, it's the same thing as always. It's self-preservation, and it sees people climbing up to ladder themselves, and then kicking ladder away so people can't climb up that. - And it's always these, we always see these images of these rich white guys at the White House, Martin Zuckerberg, or Elon Musk, these guys, and the game is so rigged, the system is so rigged, and these guys control everything on social media, which in a big part of what they do is try to keep the nation divided because they profit off of that division. When we fight, when Republicans and Democrats are at odds with each other, they make money. And that's the story, all of this is related to money. I want to pivot again to an image in health care in your segment, but I want to talk about Robert Kennedy Jr., the Secretary of Health and Human Services. He gave an interview yesterday that I thought was very interesting, and I want to get your opinion on this, Kylie, can you play that clip? - Questions? - Mr. Secretary, do you believe that five deaths, potentially six from measles in the state of Pennsylvania? - We're also not going to talk about measles. I'm not having any health official in the country. He can answer that question. He's a cabinet secretary. Mr. Secretary. - Well, I've done better. We're having a global measles outbreak right now. It's all over the world. And the measles outbreak is occurring because so many people went unvaccinated during the COVID pandemic. And this is something that Anthony Fauci, in fact, predicted. He said we're going to kill more people from measles. - I mean, let's stop it right there. I mean, the craziness of this interview, the hypocrisy and the lies associated with him. So for 20 years, he was saying vaccines can cause autism. Now he blames the parents for skipping vaccines. He built the biggest anti-vaccine shop in the country, then acts surprised by a vaccination gap. He wrote a book calling Fauci a fraud. Now he cites him as a prophet when he wants to shift blame. The vaccination rates keep falling after COVID during his loudest years. You could go on and on about this guy and just the hypocrisy and the lies that he continues to say. - What's your take? - Yeah, the same thing. It's just, it's so stupid. It's like hard to react to. This is somebody who said, quote, that the COVID vaccine was the deadliest vaccine ever made. That is anti-vax behavior. He is encouraging people not to get vaccinated. And then in 2025, if you remember, when he was already a cabinet member, he sat in the congressional hearing and said to Congress, he said, quote, people should not take their medical advice from me. This is the fucking guy who's supposed to be leading on this. And so again, it's like, it goes back to the classic kind of the Republican thing of, they think they can say these things and get away with these things, but then when a reporter is in their face or people start, I don't know, dying, they have to say, why are you mad at me? I didn't do that. I didn't say that. And the other thing I'll add here is it's not just him, right? This administration that comes to health is full of garbage. It's him and it's Dr. Oz, right? A TV personality who made millions of dollars shilling for unsight, non-scientific, non-tested supplements and diet pills. These are people who have cut, the Republicans have cut so much money that 12 million Americans have now lost healthcare. Right, food recalls are insane. Iceburg lettuce, jalapenos, we've all got diarrhea. Like we can't trust these fuckers, right? And so it's a joke. - Yeah, and you make a good point. They get up there, they lie. The things they say they do it with such ease and the deniability that they have about certain things. I want to get to one more thing before he wrap up briefly. Joe Rogan appears to have amnesia about his relationship and support for Donald Trump. We've got a short clip we want to play Kylie. - Dude, for some of it turned out to not be real. Like one of them was the no wars. Well, look, we're at a war with Iran. So that wasn't real. The other thing was closing the border, that is real. But then with that, then you have Tim Dillon had a great description of ice. He said former backyard carnival wrestlers who took like a seven week course. (laughing) - Not enough, Kylie, we've heard enough, but it's just like these guys. He's acting like he didn't know that Trump was gonna do these things. How can he say that? He supported Donald Trump. He, Trump ran on mass deportations. That was his entire campaign slogan. And to hear someone like Joe Rogan, I mean, that guy's full of shit. Given that interview, saying to Michael Douglas, it's a better question. Why, if I could just Michael Douglas on a show, but Joe Rogan saying that and denying that he, nobody wants to own this shit after it happens. Joe Rogan included. You need to step up and own all this shit. You knew exactly what we were getting and you signed up for it. So I'll give you the closing remarks. - Yeah, I mean, my response to that is just like, no fucking shit, Joe Rogan. You know, I don't know if you remember, it was over a year ago. He had a similar rant after I started deporting everyone in our neighborhoods, right? And he said something where, "Oh, well, we didn't know that ice was gonna go after our landscapers." And my response to that is, yes, we fucking did, dude. Everybody did. All you had to do was read the news, look at the previous Trump administration, look at history, see what Trump and his administration Stephen Miller are telling you to your face. And this one of my biggest problems with Joe Rogan is even, let's believe him that he didn't know that. Let's assume he actually didn't know this stuff. Well, then fuck you, man. You have an audience of millions and millions and millions and millions of people. I don't care if you didn't ask for this responsibility. You have gained this responsibility to be knowledgeable to inform your audiences honestly. And for you to not admit your own fault, to not admit your own responsibility and the rise of fascism and injecting a fascist into our government, then fuck you. I cannot take you seriously. I have no respect for you. And you're like fake caught podcast, fake comedian bullshit. - I agree, 100%. That's all we have for IHIP News today. Thanks for letting Charlie and I co-host the girls are gone. For the day, please like, subscribe to the channel, do all the things you're supposed to do. We'll see you next time. - Bye, guys. FAQs
There is no legal precedent for a president pardoning themselves. While Trump has suggested it, it has never been done and is legally questionable.
Alleged activities include tax fraud, insider trading, selling access to the White House, and involvement in crypto deals, such as the $500 million deal for a Trump family crypto company.
Allegations include inviting investors to dinner with the president, accepting payments for access, and using donations to secure federal contracts, as seen in the case of the White House ballroom donations.
Vance's statements are seen as controversial and potentially self-serving, as he has a history of making false claims and has been criticized for hypocrisy, especially regarding immigration and religion.
He has faced federal sex trafficking charges, including allegations of paying a 17-year-old girl for sex, making his nomination to lead the U.S. Department of Justice highly questionable.
Investigations into figures like Ilhan Omar, including the search of her home and scrutiny of her immigration records, have been seen as racially motivated and politically driven.
