Democrats Come After Musk & Zuck Thinks About Leaving California | PBD Podcast Ep. 878

The transcript explores a range of controversial political and real-life stories, focusing on the ethical and strategic failures of modern campaigning. The Vivek Ramaswamy ad, which features claims of Amy Acton’s childhood abuse by her mother, backfired in data—Amy’s support increased from 70% to 81%—demonstrating its ineffectiveness and raising serious concerns about the use of personal trauma in political attacks. Early voting data reveals a significant surge in Democratic and non-affiliated voter turnout, particularly among African Americans, suggesting a potential Republican disadvantage. Other bizarre real-life incidents—such as a man duct-taping his wife or a Florida cop living in a deceased man’s home—highlight extreme and troubling behaviors that challenge societal norms. The case of Ilhan Omar, who allegedly married her brother and faced scrutiny over financial and marital disclosures, exemplifies the lack of accountability in politics and the erosion of public trust. Elon Musk’s aggressive response to criticism, including threats of retaliation, reflects a growing trend of confrontational political and media dynamics. The overarching theme is that personal attacks, especially those involving abuse or fraud, are damaging democratic discourse and eroding public confidence. The analysis concludes that while such tactics may generate short-term attention, they lack long-term legitimacy and signal a deeper systemic failure in political accountability and ethics.

"Did you ever think you would make it?" "I feel I'm supposed to take sweetest theories." "You know this life is for me." "I don't. What's your plan?" "The future looks bright." "The handshake is better than anything I ever saw right here." "You are one of one." "I send you right there." "I think I'll be the second to see if you can." All right, so listen, some friendly advice to you. If you say you've never married your brother, which you shouldn't have, but let's you say if they're interviewing you and saying, "Rumor has it that you married your brother." You should never say, "Not to my knowledge." So I'm just telling you like, "Not to my knowledge." After FBI's coming to investigate, they're going through your trash. You know they found stuff, and you're trying to raise $5, $10, and all you can say is, "Not to my knowledge." Man, did you marry your sister, not to my knowledge? Who says something like that? Did you shoot everybody at the supermarket? - Not to my knowledge. - First of all, fire your attorney, okay? But that's one of the stories. As crazy as it sounds that we're going to talk about today. The other story is, you know, a Vivek ad that came out about Amy Acton, his opponent, which has a lot of people confused of what happened because Amy Acton's mother came out and says, "You don't know my daughter, all this other stuff." And then the story comes out that at nine years old, Amy Acton's biological mother marries another guy and sexually and physically abused Amy at nine years old to the point where she, the mother lost custody. And then Vivek puts out this ad, and it's just, there's a lot of things to be said about it. We'll talk about it today. And by the way, the best way to measure if it was a good ad or not is data. Very simple. And Tom's going to show you to one data. Not what anybody is saying on the Republican side on the Democratic side. Oh my God, you guys got to just get behind him and all. Forget about what we say or anybody says. Study the data on how to market reacts. We'll show that to you by the way. One people, 22 million people have already voted. Highest turnout ever for midterms. We've never had this kind of a turnout. And you know when it's earned a turnout, it's not Republicans. Republicans come late because they got jobs. What Democrats? They have a lot of early turnout that came out. And some people don't worry. You know what the biggest plus-minus in an early turnout? Is of course a lot of Democrats and also non-affiliated voters specifically in the African-American segment that have come out aggressively voting early. So we'll see what that, if the data reveals itself, Tom, it's not going to be a good look for Republicans. That's what a lot of angry independence for. Exactly, exactly. Next one is we have to talk about three men, folks. I mean, this is just weird stuff. You have this California man who said the ice killed his wife. And kidnapped his wife and killed his wife. And then later on when they investigate the California man, killed his wife. Then we have the second story, which is the Virginia man. Okay. This man at 64, 65 years old, he was so sick and tired of his wife talking while he was watching football that he duct taped his wife to a chair just so he can watch football for 30 minutes. In the basement. Yeah. Some are calling this man a hero. Some are saying his a villain. Who knows? I mean, it's all in the eye to behold. We have to find out what people are going to say about it. And then we have the Florida cop. This may be the craziest one you're ever going to hear today. You ready for this? This Florida cop goes to a house, finds a person dead in the house. So instead of reporting it, this cop, not a regular Florida man, Florida cop, finds out the man is dead. He decides to take over the house, pays the man's bill, doesn't report that the man is dead, and even renovates the place for years while he stays as a cop. Crazy. Yeah. So who's the craziest story? Is it the California? Is it the Virginia? Is it the Florida? Who the hell knows? But we're going to talk. Okay. We're going to talk about it. And then we have another story of a body cam devastating tragic story. Mississippi one year old boy gets shot. Mother was almost like protecting herself from the kid terrible story. Zuckerberg is being told he's going to leave California because of five percent wall text, which probably is going to be eight to ten percent for him. And so Facebook worries about losing Zuck to leave because they're working on all these AI projects. They offer them an eight year position position to stay. Their plus take 20 billion hours of cash off the table and have the control of the shares. So Zuck allegedly, according to Wall Street Journal story, staying in California. And on top of that, Rokana used this as a story to tell people that billionaires are willing to stay in California. It is so amazing and they're still willing to pay the well tax. It's a phenomenal marketing campaign for a person like Rokana, but we're going to get into the story yesterday. I had Francis, how again, from the movie, The Social Reckoning, the movie that just came out. She was a whistleblower that ended up costing Facebook to go through all these lawsuits. 47 states sued. Zuck. And they had to pay, I think, two days ago, 25 billion dollars just to New Mexico. What happened? We'll cover that story. And then this next story is a little bit emotional, but I think some people are going to be sentimental about this, mommies have been removed from an exhibition over lack of consent. What? Yeah, mommies. Because they never agreed they would be willing to be at this exhibition because they didn't consent to it, Vinnie. And I know you're having a hard time with this one, but I'll give you a minute. But the story that Vinnie loves, because Vinnie's favorite player in the world is LeBron James. Yeah. LeBron James, a couple of days ago, they were playing by the way, shout out to them yesterday that the biggest comeback LeBron's greatest comeback ever of coming back and they beat Cleveland was actually good victory for him. But two days ago, national anthem, he doesn't stand up. He's practicing his golf swing. And in afterwards, when they asked him, did you hear what Trump said about you have to hear what he had to say? And then in the WMBA finals, studio in the finals, back to back game. Guess what the starting lineup does? They walk off the field off the court. They play the national anthem. You know who played the national anthem? Alanis more said. I think that's her name, right? She's like, oh, my God, the player's leaving. She's saying the national anthem, then they came back in. Shouldn't there be a fine fight? Absolutely. You think you're making the money. What the hell are you doing? If you did this in any other job, but we'll talk about it. We'll talk about it. Some people see these guys as heroes, New York, you know, when you go to New York with your girl, your wife, and it's like, hey, we're going to Honeymore, we're spending time there. And Tom, have you ever gone on the carriages, the horses in New York with your wife? Have you guys ever done that with a girl? Yes. We actually did. We took the girls on them when they were younger. Tradition? So I can New York tradition. If you're driving, if June 28, you can never do that again, because Mamdani has passed on a law that's going to get rid of that in central parks of folks. If you've never done it, you better hurry up. By June 20, it's going to be gone. The union with the horses as soon as saying, what the hell are you guys thinking? Because there was an incident this summer where tourists came, got killed with the horses, and they're saying, this is not good. We're cutting it. So we'll talk about that. Elon Musk got threats from Kira Swisher, Clinton and others saying, hey, we're coming for you. Elon said, if you do, you have to see how we responded to it, like a gangster. If you do, I'm going to find you. Okay. Kind of like the girl from the movie Wedding Crashers. I'll find you. I'll find you. Elon said, he will find you, and he will come after you. No matter how much you spray on that wound, on Vince Fonsney, I'm going to come get you. It's kind of a scene. United Airlines CEO says, I think well tax is okay. We should pay the well tax. This is a guy that's got the shittiest customer service for an airline. And no airline in the world loses more luggage than United Airlines. That he wants to say, you go and pay your well tax, knock it off to billionaires. You know what a salary is, by the way, with this guy made last year, United Airlines CEO, 32 million dollars. He's having a hard time financially, but he's not a billionaire. So tax to billionaires, but not because I only make 32 million year, Vinnie. Not the billionaires. Tax them, but I'm poor. I'm down here. I'm just a regular middle America guy, making 32 millionaires. You're not a poor guy. Anyways, we'll talk about that guy a little bit. Yankees. There's so much I want to say about the Yankees. But I won't. However, my friend, who's a Dodger fan will, Tom, he's got a lot of stuff to say about the Yankees. But I love baseball. And it's important that they're strung. How Steinburner came up and said some stuff about the Yankees, what happened? Aaron Boone, a lot of fans are a little bit confused on what's going on and how indirectly blame the players for a bad year for not, not the pitchers, but offense. We had a bad offense. We'll talk about that. Bukkelli, there's something very attractive about this guy. You guys ready for this? So apparently two of his four of his Salvadorian folks go on a humanitarian trip to Haiti. To hop out to people in Haiti, the gangsters in Haiti get a hold of these four people that are just trying to help out. You know what Bukkelli says? "Oh, you want to do that to my people?" He sent his special forces to go and get those four people back in Haiti. Can you imagine that? Somebody should have hired a scout to be the national police and protect a bunch of different places. What he's got going on. But somewhere in Bukkelli's bloodline, I bet there was like a full-on criminal gangster, brutal, tough guy that gave Bukkelli more of the character, you know, values Christian gangster that he goes and gets the bad guys. But somebody in his bloodline, I bet was semi-MS-13 type of a person, but who knows? All right. So those are some of the stories that we got and some more stories that we have to address. But let's get into what a couple different things for some of you guys that are part of the boardroom. Last night, we had a great event at the Cigar board and lunch. Members only. We had originally was only supposed to be seven players. If you have the clip, seven players from the 2001 Miami hurricane show, Miami, yeah, hurricane show up. You know what happened by the end of the night? Everybody showed up. Ed Reed was there, Jeremy Shaki was there, Andre Johnson was there, and Clinton Portis was. There's a phenomenal night for members, guys, if you're not a man. So many people showed up, they're like, hey, man, I'm just, I just became a member because of what you said on the CTA. That's not even the election night. This was just last night, and Michele Mono, the team did a great job. If you're not a member yet in your Florida or around the country, you want to be a member. The Vivek ad with Amy Akten, who is his opponent in Ohio. The race is she's getting a lead in a big way and all of a sudden we're like, okay, October surprise. Let's play a clip and a clip that they wanted to put up was Amy Akten's mom, his opponent telling the world about the true Amy Akten and in afterwards, hell broke loose. Watch this video, go for it. - Mr. Arther and I made me Akten's mother. I worked at Children and Family Service Association, building one of the first two sexual abuse programs in America. I love my daughter, but when I saw her lying about her opponent, it's not easy for her mother to say this. But Amy has a serious problem. She is a liar. She lies about her past. She says she grew up living in Akten, not a baddest room. She's lied her entire life. My daughter needs help and she can't help you if she needs help herself. People can change the first they have to tell the truth and my daughter still isn't doing that. Don't vote for people who lie. Don't let her become your governor. If you think she'll make your life better, you're fully your savior. - You can pause her right here. By the way, so brutal, brutal ad from your mom about you. Think about how painful that would be. So before we go judging whether this is a good ad or not, let's just see how data would show. So if it was a good ad, it's fair to say gamblers and betters and people that are like, well, I would bet on the language. I would bet. - My dad. - Amy's gonna lose. I would bet. Vivek's gonna lose. I bet this ad's gonna help Vivek. Okay. So let's go look at the numbers of the day it was released. So October 18th, beautiful day, it was released this video. At on that day, Amy Akten was at 70%. Vivek was at 30% on Kalshi with $4.2 million that Amy was winning. So if the ad was a good ad, that 70% would become 55%, and the 30% would become 45%, but let's see what happens. Go for it. Instead, Amy's chances goes from 70% to 81%, plus minus of 11. That's the only way a marketing's gonna judge it. Roans, you know, or how much the cat is or any of this data, a data person's gonna look at this. Now, a few things that you gotta be thinking about on what happened. JD Vance has responded to this. Trump's responded to this. Here's what the vice president had to say, JD, when asked this was his college roommate, they were friends in college, and I even believe he named his son after Vivek. If I'm not mistaken, JD's son's name is Vivek. If you have JD's clip, he was asked about this on the ad. And his response was, not, hey, I like the ad, or I don't like the ad. This is what JD had to say about the ad. Go for it. - The main event, the Vivek Ramaswami's campaign, would add a controversial ad featuring his opponent's mother, Republicans, some are backing away from that. Do you think that that ad was appropriate? - Well, I'll be honest with you, whether the ad was appropriate or not is not really my concern. What is my concern is who's gonna govern the next generation of American government? Who is gonna win the Senate race in the state of Ohio? Who's gonna win the governor's race in the state of Ohio? And I gotta be honest that when I see Republicans, people in my party reacting so strongly, especially elected officials, look, have the opinion you wanna have on that ad. If you think it was too tough, say it was too tough, if you think it wasn't tough enough, say that. But I have to admit that I'm a little bit disgusted when I see Republicans across the country who are whining more about that advertisement than they are about what the congressional Democrats and other Democrats want to do to the United States of America. - So we already see what this goes. It's tough. It's a tough listen. I'm telling you, it's hard to listen to this, right? And JD is one of the better talented guys. And then the story comes about because Amy responds and she says, the story comes out that at nine years old, she was both sexually and physically abused by her mother's husband, second husband. Not her father, her stepfather, she was abused and the mother sided with the ex-husband, the husband, and she walked, she loses custody of her daughter. And this is somebody that the mother said she worked at two sexual abuse programs where she worked at. That's what she did for a living, the only daughter that she wouldn't protect is her own daughter. If you think about that story, right? Vivek responds back, you know, doubling down, hey, we did this and he did say we did not pay her. Is this, is this Vivek talking about Amy, go ahead and play this, click, go for it. - We have a chance to elect a governor who, I hope I'll lay it out for you, a positive vision for our state versus a governor who has none and all other than to complain about what someone else did to her. That's the choice we face. - Okay, so Tom, now that we've heard it all and Trump also came up and look, the reality of it is, Ohio's a better state would a man like Vivek running the state than Amy Acton. That's not the debate here. No one's sitting here debating that Vivek is not more qualified, smart business, he's gonna lower taxes. These are the ideas that he has in place. Purely policy to policy, okay? This is not a policy to policy conversation. This is October surprise ad. Was this an effective ad? Is it gonna work? Is it not gonna work, Tom? - Well, this was a misdirected effort and what was misdirected about it is that, you know, I just don't think they did full diligence, Pat. I mean, I'm stunned, I'm literally stunned. If they did full diligence and found out that this woman has been a strange for 50 years from her daughter, no one's disputing that fact, by the way. That Amy was a victim of abuse at nine years old, nine years old, that's just crushing to me. And so I don't think it was as good diligence. And then, - You don't think they knew? If they knew and they ran it, they deserved the worst loss in the history of America. - Roll play. Do you think there was a conversation of guys? Should we go with this or not? What's the worst case, best case scenario? This is a guy that build a company and he's a pretty wealthy guy. Do you not think you're gonna make a data-driven decision? Is this gonna land with the audience or not? Do you not think they had that conversation with some smart people in the room? - Yes, I absolutely do. And in my career, I've listened to my people around me. I've asked all the questions I can ask. And then something horrible happens. And then I come back and it's like, okay, I'm on the hook, guys. I said, yes, I green lit it, but this is where it went. And I've had to let people go over things like that. Because as a leader, Pat, you can listen to your people, you can ask the questions about it, you can do all those things. But at the end of the day, you make the call and something like this comes up and it's devastating. What was devastating to me is that the president came in to defend. The president was trying to help. The president was saying, here goes the media again. And when Donald Trump was saying that, he was right. But then later we find out all of this. Trump wouldn't have said that after, after, after. He would have said there and says, can somebody please tell me, you know, what happened here? Because he's trying to come out and defend the candidate and defend a governorship in Ohio. Do the things he's supposed to do that. - He should do it. - He should do it. That's what he's trying to do. - By the way, I am just struggling with this. And I can see Trump in the Oval Office right now, breaking chairs. Because I'd be breaking chairs if I came out and then I, I'm like, wait a minute, I supported you. You didn't check on, ah, it's just horrible. It's just, it's just horrible. And when I look at this, you can see how fast it went. If we could go back to the Cal State real quick and just put on one week and look how steep it was. People like you and me that are out there with a, one week, let's look at this. This thing just goes in hours. It's a 10 point swing in a matter of hours, 72 hours, 96 hours, this thing swings. So this was, this, what the October surprise was is Vivek Ramaswamy just stepped on a rake and the surprise hit him in the face. And Vivek's a friend, you know, but you look at this and say, you know what, not this way and look at all the people that got caught up into it. I'm really, I'm disappointed and I'm frustrated And I'll tell you, I don't. I don't support Amy. I don't support her policies. I don't think she's the right choice for governor, but I'll tell you to suddenly have that situation from when you're nine years old abused by your stepfather thrown back into like this. Man, that's dirty pool. Yeah. Yeah. Everything Tom said. It's also her brother as far as I know has corroborated her story. So it's not just her saying it. There's another family member who's with a mic. There's another family member who's corroborating what? Joining the mom or joining her. Okay. And so it's just disturbing. It's a it's bad taste. No American like this is just a demonstration of how dirty politics has become. I think Americans are tired of it. I think it's just it's dishonest. Well, let me ask you this question. Here's a question for you. If Trump was running, okay. Go go. Let's go to different personalities on how is this a this wouldn't work with anybody or it doesn't land would be big. So let me give you the different people. So imagine your Hillary Clinton going against Trump. Okay. And a story like this comes for Hillary Clinton. And Trump has it similar to what happened to Amy Acton Hillary Clinton went through hypothetically flip it similar to what happened to Amy Acton Trump went through. Who would this ad have worked with that if they played it would have had a positive effect on him or negative or is it no matter who the candidate was. This would have not worked for them because remember Herschel Walker the sun came out said something negative about him. You got the 42nd thing with John Kerry. You got the George Bush senior that went against to caucus and the whole, you know, well, he kind of ruined it for himself. You have the grab him by the, you know, the bush. Yeah. With Trump. So I'm asking a very interesting question here. I want to see what you think about. Could anybody have launched this video. It worked positively than negatively, especially Trump. So my personal take on it is because of the nature of the allegation of abuse to a nine-year-old, I think it's, it's not going to work for anybody. I personally don't. Do you understand what I'm asking? Yes. Because some like, for instance, what's every, a lot of people are trying to be when Obama's, like I remember a guy that would try to speak like this one guy at the previous company we're a part of, he couldn't do it. He sucked. But that guy was a phenomenal speaker. But when Obama's president, people try to talk like Obama. Of course. If you think about a lot of people who are in their 70s and 80s, you know who they talk like? They talk like Johnny Carson. Why? Because you watch Johnny Carson. Yes. Some speak like Letterman. Some speak like, do you see the different era of comedians when they come up? So a lot of people are like, well, I'm going to be like Trump. But you either are Trump or you're not Trump. Do you think Vivek is trying to kind of do that? Well, it's always been a good speaker and he's always been that kind. So he was a kid when he did the valedictorian speech. But he, but he, if you guys, because we went to the debates, he sounded, and there's clips of it. He sounded like Obama. And don't be wrong. He tried to have the attitude of Trump, but it doesn't mind you. Amazing, amazing debater. But what I think people are failing. You nailed it. Elon politics is a dirty game. And like, especially with this month leading up to the midterms, they're spending millions and millions, like tens of millions of dollars on these ads and everything like that. But as a conservative, I don't like that take. And like I totally believe that there was a meeting and they're in there. But if you guys are looking at the numbers, even if it was a 10 point swing, Tommy, he's losing horribly. Yes, 70, 30. I don't care for it's 80, 20. You're not going to win. And this is like a Hail Mary last ditch effort. But let's not forget why he's there, Pat. I think one of the main reasons because Vivek was on fire at a point. But in December 2024, when he said our American culture has venerated mediocrity over excellence for way too long, you're going to crap on Americans. That makes me say, our culture doesn't prioritize academic excellence enough and argued, you know, why tank up companies recruit overseas and stuff. You crap on Americans and Americans are listening, bro. That's a big example, Tommy of Americans going, no, no, no, bro, we're not going to do it. I'm 100% anti this, you know, October surprise, Hail Mary, somebody's mother, I don't paying or not. Bro, to have somebody's mother sit there and say that type of thing, there's zero money involved, what she volunteered, just to be like, hey, I'll completely bash her even though it's false. I think it's disgusting and as concerned, what is what was the, uh, the Democrats thing when they go low, we go high, whatever the hell that was, you're not supposed to play that game. There is one potential positive is that it could set a precedent when people start looking at this response that in the future, people are a little more timid to make such deep personal attacks about childhood trauma. Like this might be a warning sign that they're looking at saying, okay, Americans aren't responding to this kind of language anymore. It's kind of advertising anymore. This kind of message. But I think you either know or you don't know, you know, whether this is going to be a good ad or not and you're right, maybe this is going to be something where others in the future, like don't attack this area, don't attack that area, don't touch this area. Let's kind of keep it here. But politics is an SD game and by the way, for me, you know, a part of it for me is the logical player where as a marketer in your career, you do a lot of ads and you're like, that did not land. That was horrible. This landed. Oh my God, that was a bad ad. Oh my God. I never thought this was going to be that good of an ad. Look how much leads this ad brought in, right? You never know. You know what we learned? This is bad. And by the way, can you run a simple poll? And folks, I want to ask you, does this turn you off? Or are you like, no way? I'm still showing up. I'm still voting. Does this ad turn you off? Yes, no. I'm curious to know how you would respond to that. Very simple. I just want to get the numbers on that on what, what you think about it. But let me get to the next one with the next story that comes out of nowhere. Very weird stories came out yesterday. One video was dropped yesterday. It was Lindsey Graham and his previous gay lovers. But also the other video that was dropped yesterday was Ilhan Omar is being interviewed by somebody. I don't know if it's CNN or MSNBC one of the ones and she's being asked, I think the guy that Chris Hayes is asking, hey, did you really marry your brother? Was he really your brother? I was shocked. I could not believe she says, not to my knowledge. What do you mean not to my knowledge? If somebody says not to my knowledge, hey, babe, honey, did you hook up with that girl? Not to my knowledge. Did you really, did you really use to date that girl? Not to my knowledge. Did you really, I mean, it's like that's a line what a player would say to their girl. Not to my knowledge. So listen to the way she answers this to MSN now. And he, he's trying to protect their obviously because he's on her side, but watch us clip. Go for it. Was this man that was your husband? When did they start saying that he was your brother? Why? I started with the Somali blog. I don't know if it still exists but somebody put in there that, you know, that he had to have been my brother or something to that effect and right wing conspiracy theorists and many apples got a hold of it and they just kind of went and like found random people who were like, she introduced us. She introduced him to us and said he was her brother, which is, you know, insane. I mean, I don't know those people that they want to talk about. He was not, you're not related to him at all. Not that. There's just a weird kernel of truth. That's your Sunday. Not to my knowledge. Not to my what? Go back and ask the question one more time, please. Go back and ask the question one more time. There's another clip playing in the background. Go back a little bit. And yeah, right there. Watch this. Talk about. Not that. There's just a weird kernel of truth that's your Sunday. Not to my knowledge. Okay. Not to my knowledge. All right. So let's go through the timeline. She marries her first husband. They have two kids together. Okay. But she marries it in the church, not like documented by the court, all that stuff. Okay. So if you can zoom in a little bit, yeah, September 30th, 2002. Place for marriage license with Ahmed Hirsi in Hennepin County, Minnesota. They say they marry religiously, but never finalize a civil marriage. They have two kids. They separate through religious divorce, according to Omar. 2009 legally marries Ahmed Nursaid, Elmi, a British citizen in Eden, Prairie, Minnesota, a Hennepin County marriage certificate documents the wedding. 2011 Omar says she and Elmi religiously divorce, no legal divorce as filed and the civil marriage remains valid. Has a third child would hear see after reconciling with them, while still legally married to Elmi. Omar and Hirsi filed joint marriage tax returns despite not being legally married to each other in 2014, 2015 allegations emerge that Elmi is Hirsi's is Omar's brother and that their marriage facilitated immigration benefits. Omar denies both allegations neither is proven legally divorces Elmi through Minnesota courts approximately six years after their reported religious separation, legally marries Hirsi in Hennepin County, Minnesota campaign finance board orders Omar to reimburse 3.4 something million dollars to pay the fine investigation documents to joint. So anyways, legally then divorce is Hirsi and this is getting very complicated. Following public allegations of an affair with political consultant Timothy Minette, the effort was disputed, marries Timothy Minette, their marriage licenses filed in DC, Omar campaign pays minutes political consulting firm $2.78 million, FEC closes its investigation, then the investigation reopens under Biden, just a nasty thing that's going on here and then today she's out there asking $5, $10 dollars of donation saying she's being targeted by Trump. Very weird situation on what's going on. This is the clip of asking for money almost being emotional about it. So Vinnie, where are you at with this? Do you think anything's going to happen and what are the facts that you find about her marriage to her brother? Well allegedly. foremost, first and foremost, this is going to be right to me because you know, accountability and everything that we talk about. If this woman, if it's all right and if, because obviously, we've been calling it forever where her, her, her, her name is Ilhan Nord said, "Elmi," okay? Because according to the court filings, and Janine Pirro said she identified her as this name, that's her, that's the brother's name. Like it's almost, without a shadow of a doubt, she did this and she lied, okay? And what makes it more interesting, Pat, is this all started under Biden. So my point that I'm trying to make is, if she doesn't, if they don't get her, mind you, this is one thing, the marrying the brother, okay? The feeding the future, all that stuff that's happening is Somalia where she has implicated her fingerprints and her people are all over this thing. And then come to find out her husband, the lying with the money, it was worth $13,000 and all of a sudden it was $30 million, I'm sorry, $30 million and she goes, whoops and apparently Tim Burchett yesterday, two days ago, it was on the podcast, Pat, they were sending people empty barrels of wine. There's, oh yeah, they were almost saying that as if it was a, like, you know, Hunter Biden with his $200,000, $250,000 paintings, that's what it's doing, Pat. And it's coming to find out that it's all BS. And I think, mind you, you know what they're saying, the brother marriage thing is the lowest thing on the totem pole. Apparently, and allegedly they lied about her date, her team went to the library of whatever in Minnesota, changed her birthday, that's on, that's all factual. And then Ilhan Omar came to America as a refugee after her family fled Somalia. But here's something I want you guys to know about her father, Nud Omar Muhammad. According to his obituary, he was the colonel of the Somali National Army under the dictator Muhammad Siyad Bar who's regime and he was responsible because he was with them, Pat. That's atrocities, thousands, hundreds of thousands of people killed. So when your family's fleeing the government and the collapse, we take refugees, Pat, because you need help from fleeing that regime. But he was one of the main guys. You were a colonel to help and kill all these people. So there's a lot of questions. My point is this, Pat, if they can't get her, if this administration, this isn't a witch hunt, and I hate when people play this racist stuff. If you want these people that's out there and her crocodile tears, I need $5, I need $10, you're a fool, okay? If the Trump administration, the Department of Justice, Pat, can't get somebody that's this blatantly obvious, I've lost, there's nothing going to happen to anybody and they're all on the same team. Because we're still waiting for what? James Comey with the shells, he might get off and what's his name with the mustache. John Bolton got in trouble. Everything that they've done from Obama, the spying, Hillary Clinton and Biden, this is, this is all we're at. Vinnie, do you think there's any chance of accountability in it? Me personally? No, because I feel like, like, you know what it is, and a great question, Elon. I feel like we, like, the administration keeps dangling, Pat, something in our face, and we go to bite and then they take it away. And I'm not, I don't want what the Democrats do when they purposely and they tell you like Slotkin, we're going to come after you, get, arrest some people because it's going to happen, because Elon, once they get into power and we're going to get into that story with that, they're going to be hypocrites. We are screwed. The Trump administration's fine because he's going to get pardoned, they're all going to get pardoned. And we're going to be like, Hey, guys, what about us? Because we've been in this fight, bro, we've been, how long have we been supporting Trump when it wasn't, like, cool, when they were punching people in the face for wearing the red, make America great again, Pat, I don't know, I hope, I hope because this seems like she's guilty, but if nothing's happens, I'm going to be pissed. I would love to see a behavioral specialist analyzed that clip for deception, the one where she's saying, not to my knowledge, you know, the entire situation is just very weird. Again, accountability is something I don't have faith in any more in this country, which this is just another demonstration of it. And this story's been going on, not for a short amount of time. It's been going on for years, years, and it still hasn't developed into something where there's, you know, significant, significant action that's been taken against her. She's gotten away with so much stuff that at this point, you don't, you, so you don't think anything's going to happen. I don't have faith in the system anymore. I think I'm kind of similar to a lot of Americans in that sense. This would be such a public extremes. This is twilight zone level stuff. Yeah. Like, if you go back 20 years and you told me a situation like this could happen in the United States, and I was like a 25 year, I'd say that's an impossibility. And yet here today, this has been normal. And the worst thing is to Pat, the arrogance attitude of her out there and it's been happening forever. Tim Walsh has been quiet. This has been quiet in Minnesota, but the arrogance of F like F America and she bleeds it and taking money now. So give me five bucks. Give me 20 bucks. And Elon, did we talk about accountability? They stole in Minnesota, Tommy, dude, tens of billions of dollars. And then you want to talk about accountability. It's not like a criminal enterprise. It was an organized criminal enterprise. What? Call it that when you say it. Absolutely was. And they intimidated witnesses that were coming forward going, hey, we worked for them. And yeah, they're stealing money. You have to then intimidate them. But if I'm going to go back Pat for 30 seconds, you want to talk about zero accountability? We know. We don't think. We know Obama and his freaking CIA and his Department of Justice and everybody with Hillary Clinton and the DNC lied and they set up Trump with Russia call. I said, you stand. Pat, major fights in the past. Never been acknowledged. This is the single biggest scandal. Well, here it is. It's a massive scandal. No one cares. No, and I'll put COVID aside because Biden pardoned Fauci, okay? They played a tricky game which killed millions of people. But not one person has gone to jail for the biggest scam, Russia, and then want us to think Elon Omar is going to get in trouble based on my nephew, I have a slightly different take. I think this is going to be all headlines and it's going to be a lot of things come up. And it's not just the media, it's not just a press release, it's just accusations. Those are federal agents with boxes coming out of our house. So there is evidence being collected. Now, why do I think it's just going to be headlines? Because I think when it really comes down to it, when it really hits the fan in public, are they really going to do this and then turn around and go to everybody. Everybody in Congress is checkmated one way or another. A donation you took, somebody did, you had a Nicaraguan nanny that wasn't properly documented or documented at all for trying to out loud. So I think when it comes down to it, she's going to have enough support and enough votes on any committees of censure and things, Pat, that is not going to happen. And I don't think that this will go all the way to the mat because I think everybody is checkmated, everybody. It's like, you, you allowed this? Really? Okay, well, get ready to sit in a chair at your hearing. You're going to be sitting there. I think this is headlines. I think the DOJ is going to come up and be short of actually taking action, which is, boom. And by the way, I speak from something I know about. We would sit there, you may, I went to Pepperdine. And people talked about in open terms, hey, there were organizations in L.A. Pat that would pay you, men and women, $5,000 to marry somebody from Mexico. Remember, before they changed the law, to literally have a weekend marriage to get somebody over here so that they could have the marriage certificate, they could get a green card citizenship and then flip it. Then they changed the law and they started auditing, well, how long were they married? 72 hours. But it wasn't a weekend hookup holiday. You were given five grand to help somebody get to the United States illegally. I didn't do it. But at the time I went to school, it was all over Southern California. Then they changed, I, I wasn't friends with people, but I knew people that took the money and did it. And I'm like, that's wrong, you shouldn't be doing that. Then they changed the law and they came down on them. And so I think what's going to happen here, headlines, DOJ, but I don't think they take it to the mat, which would mean you got here illegally, you're out of Congress, you're out of the United States, and we're done here. I don't think they're going to go that far. But let me tell you, so you have of three different camps. The camp that doesn't think anything will happen. The camp that is skeptical, but open, and then there's a camp that thinks something that's going to happen. None of you guys are in the camp of something's going to happen to this girl, okay? You guys are in the camp of nothing's going to happen. You're in the camp of semi-nothing's going to happen. But you wait. Skeptical cleaning may be something. But let me tell you, if you look at the approval rating of the CIA or the FBI or the federal government, it's the lowest it's ever been. And the reason for it is because there is no accountability, right? I think this administration has an opportunity to change that and view it in a complete different way. If they're able to do something, if you're not going to do something, by the way, like for instance, Trump sues BBC. You guys are for the 10 billion out of them. So you know what, BBC comes back and says, hey, no problem, hey, findings come, you want to accuse, you got to come to a deposition and go through and I think he has to show up December 11th. Yeah, if you don't show up and do the deposition by December 11th, it's going to be dismissed. All right. So these things have to be done. Like I had this scroll on Francis Haugin from the Facebook whistleblower and one of the things that caused her to go and blow the whistle was January 6th, J6, okay? And then in front of her, in front of her, I can't, I showed the clip of BBC manipulating the video of what he said to go to the Capitol and she says, I've never seen this before. Really? And then I said, but wait a minute. She says, you know what? Can you pull up the transcript? I want to know what he says afterwards. Connor pulls up the transcript. We read the whole transcript of what he said afterwards. She had nothing to say. Really? Nothing to say. So then I said, so do you think the idea of suspending them off of social media, even [BLANK_AUDIO] He said, "Go do it peacefully." He said peacefully. Then she's like, "Well, and then she almost wanted to kind of change the subject." Because it was actually a very good conversation. And she ended up being very fair with the conversation that we had. But there was a part of it that if you can go to the BBC clip, if you go to the BBC clip, this is the one. This is what really happened. And then what BBC played, and then go to the transcript. Go ahead. We're going to walk down to the Capitol. That's BBC. And I'll be there with you. And we fight, we fight like hell. And we're going to cheer on-- And manipulate-- Are brave senators and Congressmen and women? We're going to cheer on, now go to the transcript, go to the transcript of what the speech was. It says, "Anyones, now we're going to go to Congress. We're going to walk down to Capitol, and we're going to go cheer up brave senators and veterans and veterans. We're probably not going to be cheering so much for some of them. Because you'll never take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength and you have to be strong. We have to demand that Congress do the right thing and only count the electors who haven't lawfully slated. I know that everyone soon will be marching over there to the Capitol to be too peacefully and patriatically make your voices be in her. But what's the key word, peacefully? Guess what? BBC didn't put that. And even the girl from Facebook who's the whistleblowers, like you know, Trump got suspended, she had never seen this before. Think about that. Right? So where am I going with this? These things, they have to be held accountable when George Stepanopoulos had to pay the fine for what they did and the words that they used. There has to be accountability. Trump's administration, they're not in the best place right now. I think the approval rating is the lowest it's ever been. I don't know if you've seen the approval rating or not. These are, there's two or three things they could do to have a massive spike in plus minus an approval rating. One of them is accountability. If they're able to hold people like her accountable, you're going to gain a lot of respect back from people who were hoping there's going to be some accountability. You have to have slow victories like this. So if you release this, if you release this, I think in May he gave a speech about this. If you want to pull it up when he was talking about Ilhan Omar, I don't know if you have the clip or not. I texted it to you. If you don't, don't worry about it. We can move on to the next story. Yeah. If you can just play it from right there. He's joking. Go, go. Fast forward for about five seconds when he starts right there. So he jokes about it, watch this. And then she married a brother to come in, but I think I would imagine they're looking at her. I have nothing to do with it. This is me. I would imagine. Of course, I have nothing to do. Five months ago. I have nothing, but I believe she married her brother, which is totally illegal. Although it's a lovely couple actually, but it's a little bit on the illegal side, darling. I love you very much. Thanks for learning. Darling, I love you very much. I love you, brother. Good night, brother. Isn't she despicable, like this? He's drunk. He's drunk. He's drunk. There's no one who could say what he's saying in the way he says it. She accidentally checked the wrong box and said she was worth $38 million. And law enforcement came after her for that, and then all of a sudden she was worth less than $80,000. Oh, yeah. That's the other thing. And she said it was accounting. It was an accounting error. So, so you can pause it right there, so the point is this, if you if you drop this like this, you know, it's like you start talking dirty to your girl. And then you're like, yeah, no, I'm going to go watch the football game. Wait, what? You got me all hot and everything. And then you leave the bed, and then there's only so many blue. You know, you can handle it. What are you doing? What are you doing? So this is the four play and then walk in a way, dude, how do men feel when that happens? Or how do women feel when that happens to you, right? Yeah. So I'm going to go to, I'm going to go see the boys, hey babe, I'm going to go make a sandwich for the kids. Before you make the sandwich for the kids, finish the flipping, yeah, right? Before you leave. Long term danger like, I feel like a lot of American voters, respectfully, have blue balls right now. And you're absolutely right. I have. Finish the flipping job. My head's about to explode. But what I'm, my point is, my point is this, guys, if this was a Democrat administration, and the rules were reversed, what would, what would it, it would never have been gone. What in the whole month, she'd already be in prison, everything would be, we saw it with Trump. That's what I'm saying. It's like, bro, I'd say what you want about the Democrats, Elon, they play to fricking win. It's a dirty game and they're willing to get dirty and they get in the mud. Conservatives are like, no, no, it's, come on, and I'm not talking about the, the Anton and the, in fact, that's, that's disgusting, this, this, when, bro, when something walks like a duck, smells like a duck, feels like a duck, it's probably a duck. It's, she is quacking her ass off with her brother and her husband and all this stuff. And it's like, bro, we have less than two years, less than two years come November, we're still waiting. Well, let me go to the next story. Yeah. The next story I'm going to go to is, go ahead, finish it up. I just wanted to say corrupt power dynamics, which you see in virtually across the board, not just politics. You could see it when it comes to certain cases in law enforcement that are clearly very, a bad look. You see it anywhere in Hollywood. It's very, very rare to see in that kind of dynamic that the people at the top, who hold the most power, actually get held accountable. Yeah. There's usually a fall guy at a much lower level. And by the way, this is, this is, this is leading to some very nasty comments being made. So Elon Musk retweets a video and comments in the video of Kira Swisher saying, if the midterms go this way, you're going to see what they're going to do to Elon Musk and Elon's like, wait, what? And then Hillary, and then other people back this comment. So watch this. Go forward. Kamala Harris, he might be in jail right now, right? He is correct. And that's not because of, she's some avenging fury. It's because there's a lot of questions around different companies of his, but Donald Trump loses the house and Senate. I would worry. I'd be worried if I were him, you know, no matter how rich he is. There were all these agencies, some of which he put a knife in and killed in the doge. Many of her investigating him. He stopped like a half a dozen investigations of his various companies. So they're going to start investigating again. You think he's not on the list? He's at the top of that. He's the number one on Trump. He's obviously at the top and his family. But Elon Musk is right up there for that and you have to, he knows what's coming. Like he's not stupid. Like all the many things you can say about him is he has a very big sense of fate. And I think it's coming. You can pause a while. So now watch, Elon sees this. He comments, if you can go find a tweet, it says message received, okay, message received. And he also says, if I find out that you guys come, I'm coming for you, live by the sword, die by the sword. Those who pick fights with me should understand that I will find out who is really pulling the strings and come for them, not just for their puppets. Okay. This is not a joke anymore. They're going to come after this guy in a big way. And then Hillary Clinton in a different podcast. This is what she had to say. Go for it. So yeah, I think follow the money. That's where it should, you know, be in the first part of this. Follow the money, what you did with Haiti. That one I would look at would be Doge. Like what happened and where did the information go and what did Elon get? You know, I think if you had to pick one tech figure, I suppose one of the reasons he backed Trump in the first place and I said this at the time, everyone was surprised, was that it was an existential crisis for him. If he didn't, those investigations that were already beginning and the scrutiny would have continued and he managed to take down every agency that was investigating him. And so to me, he is the example, right, of, of that kind of shadow president and looking into him would be, I think it would be an example. If there's one thing that they do have right, the most powerful man in America, respectfully, is Elon Musk, the most powerful man in the world, in my opinion, is Elon Musk. Maybe it's too early to say it will be validated in five years because of what he's doing with communication, with Starlink, with his battery, with his cars, with his SpaceX, but this is not a regular guy that going up against right to the point where world leaders are worried about Elon more than they're worried about what Trump's going to be doing. And they're uniting. Okay. So Trump, Elon knows they're going to come after this kind of big way. Tom, when you hear something like this happen and something like this being said, and by the way, you know what else Hillary Clinton said, says, if we take the house, we should raise the number of Supreme Court seats to 13, I believe she said, from 9 to 13, okay. She said that as, as, as documentaries, well, they already have their plans, Kamala's all, also said this to pack the court, they've been saying it to get rid of the electoral. There's a lot like what, what the Republican party almost got, the Amy Coney Barrett didn't help close, which was the single most important thing. You know what it was? Voter ID. It was number one above all folks. If only people know how important that was for them to get done and they didn't get done. These guys are going to take the complete opposite side of vote. You know what's the complete opposite side of voter ID electoral, getting the complete opposite is to have, well, look, Hillary Clinton got four million more votes than Trump. Yeah. Hillary Clinton, that, that way, because certain states that are blue and they're, the certain demos, if they get rid of that, liberals are going to be winning year after year after year after year after year for person, it's an Amy Coney Barrett Supreme Court justice is the reason why you don't have that. Just so you know that. She's the one that you don't have that. So Tom, when you see something like this with Elon and Kara Swisher and Hillary Clinton what they're saying, do you believe him? I more than believe him. just how things can move and it's when he said financing assured. He was making a comment about one of his companies. He was going out and he needed financing and he said, you know, Funding secured. I think that was the tweet. He goes funding secured. In the SEC and everybody else jumped on him, you know, it was psych 400 and yeah, it was when he was making also marijuana jokes for 20 jokes for 20 used to be for 420 p.m. Let's meet behind the the gym and get high and so 420 became that there it is. There we go. If this is on screen for people there is 420 share of Fundy Secured and it caused massive stock volatility and the SEC came out and said, dude, you can't do this. And so there has been an evolution of the lawn who learns two things. He learns where the next market gap is where he wants to go and how to get people behind it. And the second thing he learns is who's with them, who's against them and what they're doing. And he learned here, okay, this is how the SEC is going to work. Okay, well, then I have to play that. And now you're playing with them and he's just instead of saying something like this, he just says, message receive, live by the sword, die by the sword. You want to go? Really what he's saying, Pat is, you, oh, you want to go? Let's play. And the game that he is playing is so much different than the game that they're playing. I would not want to go up against him and I think he knows exactly what he needs to do. He can outspend their opponent. He can find issues that they don't want or they don't like. And he can go hard on those issues. There are so many things that he can do. This is what you're going to go after. Okay. And I think that's the message here. I think you're under estimating Elon Musk's character. He's the type of person who's never cared about how much money has, how much public, you know, how much public following he has what people think about him, they're picking a fight with someone who really will push to the and he's typically stood by his ideals more than anything. So if he believes someone's coming after him, he'll do everything in his, in his power to stop them. It's also just we've seen that. Yeah, and we've seen Democrats time and time again use the full political force available to them, whether it's the federal government, whether it's connections in entertainment to silence people go after political opponents, trying to arrest people. So Elon Musk now is at the top of that list. They're probably picking the wrong person to do that. We think so. And they fear you could see how much the establishment fears individual power. When he comes to Elon Musk and how they've continuously tried to come after him. So again, I don't know how this is going to turn out, but I do think Elon Musk has the capabilities to stand up. Well, thank God. I've said this how many times thank God. He's leaning towards the same conservative side. Okay. And one of our good friends. I think you guys know Patrick by David wrote, choose your enemies wisely. This is not a good enemy to go against is Elon and he is not Pat. When he says, I'll find out who the puppets trust me. He has access and he has the connection. He'll find out like with the Reed Hoffman's and who's putting the money. Yeah, to make you say what the hell you're saying. He knows. Oh, Tom, you think he already knows. I'll find out everything. Absolutely. And I think that's part of the game. He's already moving. I will find out who's behind you, but he already knows. Oh, of course. 3d chess. Oh, Tom, he knows. But then, and again, this goes back to the point where you're talking about the Democrats. You think that's going to stop them? They play to win and they're going to play freaking dirty. And Pat, when Hillary was saying that she wants to pack the Supreme Court, Elon tweeted this. This is literally their plan to end the democracy. Can you click on the actual Fisher King Pat? He says, the playback will go something like this. When back to House and Senate, hopefully the presidency in 2008, admit DC and Puerto Rico estates, which doesn't need a constitutional amendment to gain four new Senate seats and cement control. Three, pack the court, which only requires a change of the judiciary act of 1869, not the constitutional amendment, eliminate the electoral college, boom, which is unconstitutional. But when you have the rigged court that finds a loophole, flood the country with with violent migrants, swamp the natives and hold power indefinitely. Their plan is out there. And again, we're going to get to this. They're public about it. They don't care. What are you going to do? They'll tell you they'll tell, don't do, say what you want. They're going to tell you their plan. This is the globalist plan to destroy Western civilization. And it has to take down the one shining light where the future still looks bright. There are still patriots and put me on. So I see this and it pisses me off. But if I know their playbook, I'm going to come after their playbook because I happen to think that the people that went Liberty Freedom and the Constitution, which we stand are going to come up. And I think the future looks bright because we're about to identify the patriots that want to step forward into this bullshit and stand in the void and make it happen. Not just point out and say, look what they're trying to do. I want to know who are the most, who are the popular candidates we're going to bring up. I want to know who is going to be behind them. I want to know when is the GOP going to wake up and put those candidates forward. I want to know when is an independent party in this country really going to stand for this independence with somebody that's standing there and driving it. That's what I'm waiting for. I get so pissed off looking about all the what they're going to do, what they're going to do, what they're going to do. They should worry about what I'm going to do when I stand on Liberty and Freedom and things that I hold dear and I get people that are behind me because the people that are behind me are going to have more passion, more dedication, more force, more drive because they're political. I'm coming from the heart and you cannot beat the heart of the people when you light up that heart. You know, if any said, if any said something earlier said, I'm happy that he's, you know, leaning toward more the same conservative approach. He's not. He's leaning toward what Tom just said, which is true of it and our foundational beliefs and our principles in this country, which are under attack. It's not right versus left. If you're a patriot, if you care about the foundational principles of this country, they're worth defending. They're worth defending to any extent. We have nothing without that. And he sees a direct attack on those ideals and those principles. And I honestly believe he's the type of person who's willing to die for those ideals. Thank God. And we have to start speaking up about that kind of thing, packing the cord, all this stuff that they want to do. Absolutely insane. Yeah, they, they, here's the part you have to realize. So today, if the other day Dylan tickles, ask me a question. He says, so dad, who is the current Charlie Kirk? So what do you mean? Who's the current Charlie Kirk? Who are young boys looking at right now? I said, who, who do you think? It's a great question. I actually don't know. Yeah. So I'm asking you. So you don't know. No. Okay. So remember that Avengers are, there's not just one Avenger. There's Avengers multiple. Yes. Type, right? And they all played different roles. Charlie was playing the role of the youth. Young men had an example of somebody to look up to Tom. That somebody to look up to Tom. And so it was like one of those things where you're looking at what these Avengers are going to be. If I ask you right now, who the Avengers are, who are the Avengers? Trump's one of them. Charlie's gone. Musk is one of them. Who else are the Avengers? Call the Avengers right now. Who else you put on that list? I think Rubio's one of them. Yeah. Okay. Who else you got on the money side? Who else you got on the media side? Who else you got on the sports side? Who else you got on the Hollywood side? I think like they know why it's an Avenger. I think they know why it's an Avenger. I think like Brandon Gill. He's, he's one of those like Lower King. You got to go bigger. He's all junior, junior, junior, I'm talking about guys that are true ventures with a lot of influence. You have to think media. Guides like Mel Gibson, oddly enough. And like there's some people on the right like Chris Pratt has spoken up push Chris Pratt. So, so you have to know some of these guys that are the Avengers. So to me where I'm going with this is go to what happened to Charlie the day before something happened to Charlie. You never thought anything was going to happen to Charlie. Thought he was going to be around forever. Okay. Yeah. Go to if they do something to Elon. Go the next day. So actually think about it. So what is the estate planning there? He just put a billion dollars into sky. I dance or the sky dance in my city. Correct. He put a billion out. He wants a part of CNN now, just so you know that. Oh, he went in with David Ellison and Larry just announced he announced a billion dollars yesterday. Right. So what if something happens to Elon? What happens to Twitter? Who buys it? Does this estate keep it? Who runs in this state? His kids? Oh, man, although he manages that. If something were to happen, what happens there? So to me, you better believe I'm always looking at, you know, if you're a street guy, you always have to think about who the enemy is going to take out first. So if the enemy takes out the way to do it, do you work bottom up? Do you one by one by one take the people at the bottom and then you take the top guy out or is it faster to take the top guy out and out doesn't mean necessarily killing, right? And this situation they killed Charlie is what they did. They killed them. But Elon better have the best of protection for himself. And not only that, also proper state planning to know what happens if something were to happen to him for sure planned ahead. I think he for sure has planned ahead, but you'd be surprised how many people who have not planned ahead of what's going to happen with the running of the operation, running of the business. This is very important to me. A lot of billionaires in the past like Ford, who thought Ford was going to be protected forever. Ford is the reason why we have so many mosques in America. I don't know if you know this or not. Ford's brought the first Imam to Michigan. The reason why Michigan is the way this is because of Ford. Ford had a massive, massive hate. He was a very well known anti-Semite. And what he did is, the way he did it is he says, hey, let me bring people from Syria, from other countries that were willing to come and work for minimum wage. He kept bringing them in and eventually accidentally brought any mom who eventually ended up finding the first, what year is it that they ended up building a first mosque. So yeah, right there, he was bringing an Arab workers. If you look at it right there and then eventually it led to a newborn, a newborn becoming this. So I hope all of that has been intentionally organized because things are going to get nasty. For me, I'm convinced the future looks right because God's on our side, 100%. I believe God's on our side. And I think the right people are finding each other. We need a bigger backbone. We need to be able to sell our ideas better than the others because We do have better ideas. What Charlie did right is he sold the ideas good. He sold the ideas that we have. You can have a great product with a terrible salesperson and you can lose two person with a horrible product than a great salesperson. Right now, Democrats have a horrible product but they're doing a better job selling. And we have a better product and we have to do a better job selling. If you have a better product and if you're better at articulating the message better, you end up winning. So we have to do a better job selling the ideas continuously. Let me get to the next story. So while all this stuff is going on, Zuckerberg, all of a sudden announces that maybe he may be leaving California. Rumors are going around that he may be leaving California and people are like, wait a minute. Zuck's leaving California. He may leave California because the well tax, guys worked a few hundred billion dollars so he's considering leaving California over the well tax. Well, metal board sits there because Syrigae Brin announces two days ago, the article came out that Syrigae Brinvini saved $15 billion of wealth tax, leaving the state of California to move to Florida. And on top of that, he just bought his 174 million dollar house, Syrigae Brinvini, if you wanna pull up that story on the amount of money he was saving. And so the next day, in Miami, that way. In Miami, the next day, yeah, $51 million drops. No, but there's another story, that's not the one. It's 15 billion that he saved in well tax and 174 billion. Just type in Syrigae Brin, 15 billion, well tax, you'll see it. Yeah, 15 billion. The article will come up, let me see which one that is. Yeah, he could owe $13 billion if he loses it. This is an amount, it's a different one. So Meta sits there and says, we need to think about an idea. So what did they do? They announced to Zuck that, hey, eight years, stay in California, near Meta. Meta's campus is massive and Zuck is the one that's very much involved with their next AI program. This article dropped 48 hours ago, threatened to leave Meta Meta with the board. They allowed them to take $20 billion cash off the table, without losing his control. 'Cause right now, I think he owns 16.3% of shares, but he owns, he owns 64% of voting rights. Which means, because each of his shares have special super votes. That's right, similar to what the Peter Thiel thing that you and I would, you talked about. So he has that level of control. Founder shares, so. So Zuck, all of a sudden, the announcement comes out that he is staying in California now. Then Rokana tweets out and saying, hey, the wall of taxes isn't that bad. Because even Zuckerberg, who runs a multi-trillion-dollar company, has this look at this, looks like billionaires will stay and figure out a way to pay the tax. If we pass Prop 40, poor California kids can have health care, Gavin, can you and Sergey Brinstop, with your fear of mongering of a billion? He is not telling the entire story. Because this story has nothing to do with the fact that Zuck has agreed to pay the wall tax. The board knew he was going to pay the wall tax and found a creative way to making it attractive form to stay without losing a control. So Tom, you see the story of what's happening here with Zuck going there and Facebook addressing it. This is after Facebook was charged with, you have to pay 25 billion dollars of fine. By the way, their revenue has increased, but their EBITDA hasn't, quarter to quarter. I think they revenue increased right there. They have to pay 25 billion dollars for deceiving users with about the privacy on Facebook. So Tom, what are your thoughts on this story? - First of all, Zuck. - Go back to the tweet really quick. The second line of Rokana's tweet, Gavin. - I think Gavin Newsom, can you and Sergey stop with your fear mongering of a billion or exodus? Gavin Newsom and Rokana are banging heads on this one. The first thing I need to point out to people, 'cause Gavin Newsom is taking heat and he wants his next political step. Guess what, Rokana has his next political step. He knows who his next five moves are, where he's going. Gavin Newsom wants to run for president, and this thing is sticking to him like Velcro. And Rokana is going out at him, poking him in the chest. Can you and Sergey Brin start your fear mongering? Rokana, Democrat, is directly blaming Gavin for some of the dust up. Number one, number two, hey, you know what? They're trying to do what's best for Facebook. Don't let anybody tell you this is about California. Zuck is saying, I want to move, and I'm gonna do this. And yes, Sergey Brin didn't, and others did it, and I'm gonna do it. And what they're coming back is saying, what they're really saying is we need you as CTO, the same way that Larry Ellison was needed, 'cause Larry Ellison is really CTO of Oracle. He's for congenious, he was really that guy. Not just like Andy Grove was the CEO and the genius on chips. So what you have here, Pat, is they feel they need Zuck. And so Zuck is saying, I don't wanna get slammed like this, and they're like, okay, well, the other problem is, Zuck doesn't have the money in cash. Zuck has a massive ownership of Facebook. And when you take that percent and tell him that he has to do it, this is exactly what people said about startups that maybe get to Series C. Hey, we raised $100 million. Now my startups worth $4 billion. And, oops, I don't have all that. But today I have to go get a percent of that. Now I have to sell shares. So what they're doing is they're trying to set up a way for Zuck to get the money and for Zuck to say here. And Rokana is trying to make it seem like, oh, they found a way to make it work. See, we could tax them anyway. They will figure out a way to pay the taxes. Rokana is wrong, but what's also very interesting is he and Gavin are going at it. - And it's funny how I have anything. When's the last time you guys, 'cause remember, for a good three, four months, it was just Gavin, Trump, Hitler, and then he just disappeared, Pat. When's the last time you guys was Gavin and headlines? - Well, I didn't disappear. I'm over here. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - So an important point that Tom touched on, which, just to clarify, 'cause it's important people understand this, it's an unrealized tax on your game. So you don't need to have the money in your bank account or to have made profit for the government to tax you on this new wealth tax, which is unbelievably dangerous. You start a business, you get to a billion dollars of value. You have two million cash in your bank account. The government will come and say, well, two bad, you owe us $50 million. It's a way to destroy any chance of these businesses blowing up. Additionally, it historically does not result. These type of higher taxation policies and structures in higher net profit received for the government, more job creation, or any positive outcome. So we do see an exodus in this case. You have a unique case where Zuckerberg is so relevant and so important on a physical level to be in a certain location that the company itself is compensating well beyond. That's an anomalous case, 99% of cases. - By the way, you know what France has said yesterday, which was brilliant? I asked her question, I said, what is the difference between Elon Musk and Zucker? She said the difference is, Zucker has been this powerful since he was 19 years old starting Facebook, he's been a billionaire since 19. Elon hasn't, Elon's had to earn it and Zucks like a dictator because he's got so much power in control of the company. Elon's never had this kind of control in his entire life. Not with Tesla, not even with Tesla he has to go negotiate, even with every company has to go negotiate. So Zucker's structured in a different way of power than Elon has. It's a very interesting way that she broke it down of the difference between these two and she had some of that. By the way, once the industry comes out, you guys are gonna love it, it's very interesting. But I'm gonna tell you what the CEO of United Airlines came up and said, out of all the people out there, all of a sudden United Airlines CEO comes out and tells New York Times that wealth inequality has become a danger to our society and must be addressed, we should have a national wealth tax, we should have inheritance tax that get close to 100% at some level, I would pay them. You under somebody saying, by the way, Mr. Scott Kirby, who if you go and ask the question of where United Airlines ranks and losing luggage as well as customer service, can you please pull that up? Where does United Airlines rank in losing luggage and a customer service? United has the shittiest every video of customer service in the world, absolutely horrible. Look at that. 10 out of 10, instead of worrying about wealth tax with your $32 million dollar salary and you've been there for almost seven years, it's not like you just got hired. You've been a CEO for six and a half years. Why don't you go find some of people's luggage? That's the worst thing in the world. 10 out of 10 is where they look at customer satisfaction. 6 out of 8, you suck in customer service. No wonder people saw what you just said. And FYI, this is the thing that no one's thinking about. This wealth tax, Elon, Tom, is not gonna be a state by state issue. You're going to see the wealth tax in 2028 will be a national issue. You're gonna see candidates running on wealth tax for everybody, you know why? This is what they're trying to do, Vinnie. Here's how it works. So let's just say you're an AOC. Let's say you're a Rokana. Let's say you're a Pritzker, take any of these candidates. And what are, what are they noticing people are learning how to do? Hey, Rogan, you don't like California. I'm gonna move to where? Austin, Texas, Elon goes to Austin. Hey, Ken Griff and Chicago, we lost you going to where? Florida. You don't, don't you think these liberal control high tax people are sitting around saying, guess what, guys, don't worry about it. They're not gonna leave your state. We're gonna pass a national wealth tax and they'll first start off with billionaires. Then they're gonna come down to people over $100 million in net worth. Then they're gonna come down to people over $10 million in net worth. They always target the top, demonize them. So easy to say, hey, Billy we collected four and a half trillion dollars of money which we didn't nothing with because government doesn't know what to do with the money. All they're going to do with the five and a half trillion dollars they raise. You know what they're going to be doing? Give more entitlement programs. Yes, of course. And so they're going to do more entitlement programs, which if they go that route, you know what will happen? Let me tell you what will happen. When I had the founder of CZ, CZ who ran not Coinbase. What is the competitor to Coinbase Tom? CZ was running a Binance 110 billion out of guy. He comes and I said, so what do you live? He says why wouldn't move back to US because the regulation is too crazy. I think he lives in Singapore. He lives a few different places. You know what he told me? You know how many employees CZ has? With Binance? 5,000 employees. I said, you're 5,000 employees. Where's your headquarters? We don't have one. What do you mean you don't have one? Oh, we're in 100 plus countries. What? Yeah, we have 5,000 employees in 100 plus countries. And he lives in Singapore, I think. If they go this next phase, Vinnie, if they do, if they go this next phase, you're going to see billionaires and heck the millionaires start looking at different pockets to go to. That's outside of US. FYI, you know where Francis Halkin lives right now? The person that was a whistleblower who was a, you know, Norton, California Silicon Valley J6 is bad. You know where she lives today? Monsters. You live in Puerto Rico. Oh, yeah. Why do so many people live in Puerto Rico? Because they got the 420 tax. You only pay 4%. No state, no federal, no income. You save all of it. It's all yours. So you think there's not going to be so. If I'm in different country right now, you know what I'm thinking about? I'm thinking about this could happen the next 20 years. And I'm already creating an opportunity to get those people to come to me. There's a guy out there who does very good content. No math capitalists. And he would talk about what countries people are getting a lot of what he call it. Passports and he would talk about go get multiple passports. In case something happens. So the point I'm making this story is the well taxes coming to you. And people like the CEO of United Health, United Airlines. Can you pull out what a salary is? What is the United Airlines CEO make? What is his salary? United CEO salary. Look at this poor guy. This poor guy struggling financially. May 32.3 million dollars in salary. Last year with a $1.2 million base. 22 million in stock. 8 million bonuses. 506,000 out of the compensation. And he still can't find your luggage. OK. United Airlines has the worst 10 out of 10. The worst airline and losing luggage. Folks, don't travel with United if you're worried about losing your luggage. And the worst customer service that even laugh at you after like, what do you want me to do? We lost it. Go to a different airline. They don't give a shit. That's-- and you can feel culture comes from top to bottom. The best compliment I'll ever get when people come to the ball conference. And they'll say, man, I cannot believe how good they treat us. The people here treat me so good. It's the biggest pride because no one's more important to us than our customers. United doesn't have that. And by the way, he doesn't look at you as that way as well as voters. Oh, we should go after the billionaires. We should do this generational inheritance tax at 100%. Who the hell are you? So let me get to straight. Families bust their asses. And even the Bible tells us to leave money. Take care of your grandkids. Take care of your kids. Set them up in a better place. I worked my ass off to give that money to them. And you want to come and take 100% of it. Yeah. And by the way, for some that are watching this, they're going to come for your money as well. This isn't like they're just targeting billionaires. They're going to come for your money as well. It's very, very important right now. There's a story that came out. Vinnie, I'm going to come to you with this one. The data Republican. So this girl releases the story on it. Go ahead, give your talk. No, because you touched on a really, really important point, which is that they do it under the guise of fairness, which is exactly the slippy slippery slope to lose them. But also on the platform of jealousy and envy. Uh-huh. That you're entitled to other people's money because they're doing better than you don't jealousy envy. I need to make it fair for you. I'm here for you. And so that's the entire game being played. And again, yeah, it's just a slippery slope to socialism. It's a playbook that dates back decades. Yeah, so if you want to play this one, Vinnie, so data Republican story comes out showing what happened with USAID and what their plans are and the level of civil unrest that they're planning on doing if Republicans win the midterms. And if they want house and senate, what they're, by the way, they're leaking this and I'll just let Vinnie tell you what's going on here. Go forward, Vinnie. Okay, so data Republican and I believe this is a female from what I heard that's on X. It was going crazy. This besides Elon, not Elon, besides Ilhan Omar and everything, it boggles my mind pad how this isn't the number one story of what's happening. So data Republican and, by the way, released a bunch of all these audios and all these recordings showing former USAID and State Department officials, Department of War officials, and the broad Soros NGO like apparatus planning massive civil unrest aimed at the Trump administration if the Democrats win the midterms. Okay, they're planning, guys, riots embedding themselves inside of the DSA pad and the DSA will like shock the troops because that's how they do, they go in there and they make it 10 times worse. Riots are going to be severe and they say that the president pad, this is the plan. We'll invoke the Insurrection Act, send troops into cities. They're gonna, they're gonna, you know, raise the stakes with all the talents that we're talking about. Make the country burn and then they're already working with governors and not only 10 swing states to like, they send them pamphlets, bro, to how to resist the federal government and the overall goal is to delegitimize the federal government and elevate public support for resisting state governors and they want to push this into the 2028 election. And I sent Connor a couple of these clips. One of these clips is Dan, this is Danielle. Just play the first one guys, just listen to this audio of what these people are planning to do. And then Connor, I'm gonna have you jump forward to the next one. Go ahead, play this and listen to this, Pat. - There's also the path in John. I think we'll talk a little bit more about this is that we end up in a very acute legitimacy crisis sometimes in the next two months and next few years we're literally our federal government becomes illegitimate. - Look at what they're talking about. - In that moment, I believe in what we know from experiences around the world is that we can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, refounding moment. - Refounding moment. - A moment to say that the United Democracy Alliance, which is a huge coalition of the blocking movement, the people that are doing all the lawsuits and the civil justice and the non-cooperation, they are all organizing and converging under the banner of what's called the United Democracy Alliance and they have developed a set of red lines. - Red lines that are now being refined in terms of indicators and metrics and they're working on creating a situation room that as we go into the midterm election, they're gonna be able to provide real-time updates, real-time information to the movement of movements so that we can respond, you know, to whatever might unfold. - And now fast forward, so remember guys, these are unelected people that don't have jobs anymore. But USAID, and USAID goes into different countries and starts, you know, uprisings and they take over governments, color revolution, this is what, guys, they're planning to do this here. And then yeah, Connor, if you could go to that next part, Pat, when I talk about the governors and stuff, listen to this part. - I mean, others are connected for that work. So, I think Rad is offering uniquely as this space around the constitutional legitimacy moment and like, what are the ways that we can respond? - Ready? - The memo that Danielle arrived will put up in the chat is a memo of an options memo that we created for governors, because if the federal government seemed to be illegitimate by whatever processing and whatever-- - They're red lines. - And everyone agrees to that. Then the governors become the leading governing authority under the current republic framework of our constitution. - Okay, so Paul, so Paul said, listen to the plan that they're doing, they're saying midterms and all that stuff, Tom, if they want to delegitimize the federal government and they're already working with governors to help with this uprising. So, the basically they're saying, Trump invokes the insurrection act because they're causing all this madness. Then they have all these governors that they've already sent the memos out to Connor. Can you please show the tweet from, it's like the memo already went out, the tweet from JB Pritzker. JB Pritzker, 'cause my, Pat, the Washington Post, Tom, they ran a cover story revealing that the current-- Yeah, so look at this. The Trump administration is on notice. Governors across this country, myself included, are watching closely. Any attempt to silence American voices will be met with fierce resistance from the states. We will defend that right to vote. What he's basically saying is Elon, with Trump is saying, if you guys are gonna have illegals trying to vote and I'm gonna send people to make sure that they're there, that's gonna be a problem for them, for them to say. And then the Washington Post, if you go to Washington Post story, they publish a story revealing that current and formal national security officials have quietly been advising officials in about 10 states, what the other people were revealing, on how to respond to possible federal interference in the midterm, look at this. This is a cover story, Pat, that the Washington Post put out there. So I'm just telling people, this is called a color revolution. These are the guys behind the No Kings protests. These are the people that are-- The ones that put all the-- All right, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All of it. Even what you see going on globally, right now, what you see in France, what you see in Italy is all part of the same globalist ideology. The United States is the strongest, stronghold against that ideology, which is why it is the most under attack. This is a decades-old plan. You go back to Yuri Bedzmanov, defected from Russia. Talked about the ways you destroy society and it's a decades-long plan. The first one, demoralization, takes 15 to 20 years, changed the perception of reality in the population. We've seen that happen with leftist ideals. They have become a worldwide structure of destroying basic, reality-based, common-sense ideals. So, a man can totally be a woman. We can kill as many babies as we want. Anyone who tells you anything that you disagree with, you should silence. Then you see destabilization, attacking key institutions like economy, foreign relations, and defense. We've seen that happen repeatedly now, too. We've seen the political powers when they get power, come and attack those institutions, try and break down anything that can fight against them. Then crisis, bring out about violent change of power, structure, and economy. This is the most important part. When we see BLM riots, when we see riots going on in France, when we see riots happening around the world, the immediate response from the average person is they want it to stop. That's the natural response to seeing violence in chaos in the streets. You don't actually care why it's happening as much. You want it to end and you look for any power that can stop it. It's actually a key metric in mass psychosis is that you create a situation of unrest and then a power comes in and tells you, hey, we can get rid of this uncomfortable feeling you're having. We saw during COVID, too. And then the last one is because of the need to stop that kind of violence, that uncomfortable feeling that you're having in society, what they do is they can change all the structures of society, which is the new normal, which is the last step on your e-Besmanops list of how you change society. So we're heading into that stage of civil unrest where people are just so uncomfortable with what they're seeing, and they've been pushing this for a long time. And then the new step after that is everything you're talking about. We are going to pack the courts. We are going to change the constitution. We are going to get more power so that we can keep you guys safe and push you down that list so that they hold power forever. And that's the new normal. Tom. This is their playbook and the playbook for Patriots on the other side, there is a quote that came out of Revolutionary Times. It was a tribute to Ben Franklin, and it's incorrectly attributed. The quote really was spawned in 1813, and it was, if we don't hang together, we will certainly, we will most assuredly hang separately. Apparently, Ben Franklin never said that, Thomas Payne never said that. It's always been credited, but the point is correct. We must indeed all hang together, or most assuredly, we shall hang separately. The concept is there, and the people that, I think they are waking up people that are true patriots. I think that's what's happening. They're waking them up, because the one thing that you were always able to, I mean, look at what happened in the Soviet Union, when they broke up the Soviet Union, guess what happened? All the governors became prime ministers. Where do you think all the stands came from? They were part of the Soviet Union, and they all got broken up. And so the governors became leaders, but guess what? When you try to look at the state of the populace, and what was the psychosis and mentality in the Soviet Union, it was not what you have in the United States. Let me tell you, the 77 million people that voted for Trump and had those red flags were not simply his disciples like Jesus Christ. They were freedom-loving patriots that saw a person that could enable what they wanted, and the left will have you believe that they were just a bunch of Trump disciples. No, they're not. They believed that if they stifled Trump, they push him back. They get something. No, they don't. Which you are left with, you are left with the freedom-loving patriots that are just looking for the next lead. Yep. And mind you, great point. And these are the people. Because for how many years we've been sitting there going, who are these people that are, you know, the people, the puppeteers, and by the way, it's these unelected, and by the way, you don't piss they are that Doge took out USAID, I know Kara Swisher was like, it's because they're investigating. No, you freaking lip-tard. It's because of this. These are the people that are in actual control, and you should hear her brush. I'm not going to get into the other videos, but they sit there. They're saying their goal is to delegitimize the federal government, okay? And then, I'll elevate public support for this, the state governor to come in. And I have been, she said some of the names. The insurrection is groups. She named are, and guys, I want you guys to remember these names. These are these people on these zooms that nobody ever hears of. It's the renewed to thrive, united democracy alliance, national security leaders for America, and Horizons project. These are those, these are the people, okay, that are going to be, they're behind, you know, the 505-01, divisible, no kings protest. These are the people that are secretly angry, and they hate America, and they feel bad. It's liberal, it's to save democracy, but it's to overthrow the government, and they have governor set up everywhere pat that are going to resist whatever the president is going to say with the especially sending troops to these places, because the civil unrest is going to be magnified by their people, by their people. So I want people to always just remember I'm saying this, because that's their plan, and they got exposed by data republicans. >> Yeah, Soros and all those guys. >> Soros is the one, all these guys are behind it. >> Yeah, okay. Let's get to the next story. It's pretty wild what's going on, but I want to get to the next story. The next story is an interesting story of Bukheli, so four Salvadorians who are from El Salvador go to Haiti on a humanitarian trip to help out some Haiti family members that are there. Then all of a sudden, they're held hostage, and Bukheli is like, wait, what are you doing? Yeah, you're holding my people hostage. Yeah, you're not going to be doing that. He sends his, can you go a little bit closer for me to read the story? So our kidnapped men are not combatants. They are aviation technicians who are part of our mission in Haiti, within the framework of an international mission. Our mission consists only of pilots and technical personnel whose primary job is to carry out medical evacuations and save lives, not wage war, Bukheli wrote. The four Salvadorians disappeared after gangs attacked their armored vehicle on Sunday in Santa area of Croak's Day bouquet, Port Prince, they fled the vehicle after it caught fire. Bukheli said, that is why today we have launched a military operation to rescue them. We have a single objective to bring back our four compatriots back home alive without any harm, and he gave warning to gangs. However, I want you, the gang leaders, to understand one thing very clearly. Today's attack is nothing compared to what is coming if you do not get all four hostages back alive, and do not take our word for empty threats. We have already finished with the gangs in our Salvador, and we can finish with you, too. What an incredible position he takes, your thoughts on what happened here. I absolutely love it. I think. Is that the clip by the way of what happened? Play this clip? What is this? Can I read the description before you play the clip? Go to the top so I can read what the description is. So this is him giving a message. This is why today we have launched a little bit lower. However, I want you to take and do not take my word for empty threats. We have already finished the jams. We still have time to avoid this. Return our four compatriots alive without any harm, and everything will go back to what was before the decision is in your hands. Yeah, 100% a good leader stands by his people. And I think, you know, he's the type of guy who's setting a precedent that you can't mess around and not have consequences. This is just random, but one thing that bothered me was when Hamas kidnapped American citizens. We get the Israeli athletes. When the American citizens were kidnapped by terrorist organization, I didn't feel like we did enough to get back those Americans. When Americans in the street tearing down the posters, that's always bothered me. That's an identity problem in the United States. We're seeing here the exact opposite response where he's willing to do whatever it takes to protect his citizens, to get them back and he's making a statement to the world, you mess with our people. We're coming for you. That's an important statement. So I love it. But, Bully, just a reform of the prisons that what he made, what he did to the freaking country, bro, that is an actual leader that's respected on the global scale, but he's the meant. How good do you feel knowing? And, Bully, I think Trump is one of those people as well. I understand that the Israeli thing was that's a very forget the Israeli sometime about Americans. I'm saying I'm going to take care of our whole people. And that's why in the general sense, I think when it comes to Americans, Trump does not play that game. And that one instance, I kind of feel I'm with you on that one, but when it comes to Americans, bro, like that's, I feel good knowing I've got from it, something under that leadership. Could you imagine if you're overseas and something happened to under Biden, you think that guy even knows where the hell he is unless you're like a, some kind of like diverse group that they can make a gender or something. Yeah. Other way, did you hear what Buckelli said? Can you go on his Twitter account, the main one, go back to it, just click on his name right there. No, just go on. Yeah. Here's what he said about France. Mainly lately, I've heard it said that France has finished that it's too late to save her, but France remains just as beautiful, a viable even. Her greatness hasn't vanished. It only awaits rebirth. We overcame in one year a problem a hundred times more severe without having the resources that France is disposed of. France could manage in a week, but obviously that's good. This is the message you want to powerful, but what I'm trying to say to you is we need more of this message. Yes. Positive change can happen. It will happen. We need people not believing that it's not going to happen because that half the battle with your opponent, what his job is, Vinnie, your job of your opponent is to convince you you can't beat him so you don't fight him because he knows you can beat him. That's the job of the opponent. an opponent who is weak. sits there and he says, man, I don't know, these guys really know they're stronger, they're better, their ideas are better. Are my people are even flipping on me and they're siding with him. I hope to understand that. And then they'll get in front and say, none of the people believe them and all they're going to do is cheat. Whatever they're doing to you, they're going to put them in and then you all of a sudden are like, you know what? I don't think anything's going to happen. Oh my God. We won. Would I even go into war? They have given up or listen to their language. That guy's a big influencer, 700,000 people listen to what he's got to say. He quit. Good. And these eight people listen to what he has to say, they each have 80,000 followers. They also quit. Oh my God. So now we have one and a half million people who quit on the idea that America's going to do anything and do the right thing. Awesome. Look at what she just said. She's now on our side. She just flipped 6.2 million people. Good. Look at, hey, go pay this guy some money. Good. We're going to flip America. And then comes a handful of group of people that say, nah, it's not how this works. It doesn't work this way. And it's very hard to have that kind of a message. So good for a book. Kelly for standing. I teach what you're just setting combative. Sorry to tell you're in fighting in the psychology of fighting demoralization and making someone believe that they no longer have the power actually greatly affects their performance. So it's very. Have to battle with that, right? Psychological warfare is what that is. Next. I'm going to go to weird story folks. Have you ever been to New York and maybe you went to Central Park and you and your sweetheart, you're like, babe, let's go on the horse carriages and go through Central. It's a very unique experience that you go do, right? Very unique. I've got pictures with my wife. I'll try to find it and share with you. Well, guess what? New York is officially announcing after what happened. There. New York City is deciding to ban horse-drawn carriages in 2028. Mamdani even commented on this. If you can find what Mamdani had to say after an event that took place. Let me read this for the audience. So New York City horse-drawn carriages will be riding into sunset less than two years after the city leaders voted Thursday to ban the practice, following the death of an 18-year-old tourist who was killed during a right and central park over the summer. The city council voted 40 to 7 over two absent, absentations on Roman, Roman's law, which would prohibit the actions of new licenses used in the operations of horse-drawn cabs. And phase out the carriages June 1, 2028, the horses would be prohibited from being sold to slaughterhouses under the bill. So there's multiple stories here. One of them is how many the horses have a very difficult, so how many of them die because the situation is there. But this is what Mamdani had to say. The horse carriage industry is coming to an end in New York City. Our administration will make sure workers and owners are protected and the horses are safe. So I'll open it up. Tom, your thoughts on this story. I don't want to spend 10 minutes on this. I'm going to go fairly brief on this. Your thoughts on this story? Is this a good move or bad move? It's bad. It's overreacting the wrong way. Let's go back and look at that. Can we go back and look at that? I wanted to break that down. Our administration makes sure workers, people that work for horse-drawn carriages and owners are protected. How? By putting them out of business? Ladies and gentlemen, this is how, this is how Mar-Z is takes care of the. And so I think, look, if there's a problem, you know what? Why are there bumpers on cars? Why are there traffic lights? Because people saw problems, they fix it. Fix what's wrong. If you think the horses are being abused, then put standards for them. If there's a safety thing that led to the death of the 18-year-old, put something in place. That's not the nanny state that's regulation. So I think if you're going to fix it, fix it. But putting it out of business and putting something like this has been around for a long time. And by the way, if you have bad owners that are not taking care of their animals and situations like this, well, then shame on them and then regulate them. But don't put every owner and every worker out of business for the exception. Go take care of it. And the liberals are going to run and all the greens and all the people that want to release them. We're going to run these pictures like this, of this poor, injured animal here that could have been taken care of better. You know? And they use that to create all of the drama and the reason you use this is a reason to go nuts on the other side. And by the way, so if you look at this, you know when this thing got started in New York, 1858. I was in 1958, 1858, 168-year-old industry that went through this. And you will leave 42 million people visit New York City and Central Park. Central Park along it's 42 million visitors. And when you go there, have the battle list to be able to have the picture of us on the horse. I don't know if you have it or not. Right there. You know, we go to the Yankees. It's a great experience. There you go there. And you enjoy yourself. But there's ways to prevent it from having to shut it down. Give me a flip and break. Create certain ways to protect the tourists and the horses. Maybe give a certain level of requirements and compliance to do, but to shut down this incredible experience. You know what it really does? It takes that one additional experience of going to New York on your honeymoon. It's like, oh, we can't do that now. They just shut it down two years ago. What are you talking about? Yes, they did. They did it in 68 year old experience. They're shutting down. So anyways, that's that story with New York City. And we'll see what'll happen. People are fighting it. Even the union right now is fighting. You can't shut it down. They got a couple years before they shut this thing down. Next story I want to get to is the Yankees, Halstein burner. The owner of the Yankees, the managing director comes out and he's been asked, so what's going to be happening? And everybody wants to know, does cashman have his job? Who's a new person that's coming in? Are you changing the trainers because the number of injuries that New York has, Yankees, they have a lot of praise. They keep getting injured and maybe we don't have to. What are we changing about what's going on? Fans and enemies of the Yankees are watching to see what they're going to be doing. And I have to tell you, a lot of enemies are happy with how just did a lot of enemies are happy with how just did. And here's what he had to say in the conference conference. Go for it. Do you want to see the contract extension? I have not talked to Aaron about a contract extension, no. Would you like to give him one? That's something. It's something I certainly consider. I would consider anything. We don't normally do extensions, as you well know. It's somewhat of a rarity for us, but I'll tell you right now, it's nothing to spend discussed with him about that. We've had conversations about a number of different subjects, but that was not one of them. I don't think you can pin the season and the. This is what people are. Unacceptable. And do it. On Aaron. I don't think you can pin it on him. Cash. Based on the roster he put together. Again, the offense, not the pitching, but the offense had a big part of why we, in my opinion, why we didn't get. And I don't mind saying it. Why we didn't get where we, you know, strived to get every year, and we're certainly striving to get this year. And that was during the whole year. You know, in the postseason, if you look at their performance against the two starting Boston pitchers and their performance against probably all the race pitchers, it was just not good. I don't know how else to put it. And if you don't see what runs, you're not going to win. We all know that. So again, but yes, every year, including this year, we had a week-long conversation about Aaron Boone. You can pause. And what's the part of the. The last time the Yankees won Tom, World Series, the all-time winning this organization in the history of baseball, Yankees, 27 World Series championships. But they haven't won once since 2009. Do you think this is the right move that Hal Steinburner's making? I don't think so. And I'm not going to sit here and be an armchair quarterback on what Hal Steinburner saw in that room or what he decided to do. I'm going to talk about leadership in baseball and how those answers were not like strong leadership answers. Look at the way he says, "Get us where we want to go. Get us where we want to be. Where we think we should be." Hal, just say it. Our objective is with this organization and with this budget to win the World Series. We did not do that. And you have to hold somebody accountable and not just live on, I believe, affinity in relationships. Consider this. Who was the number one manager by Plus Minus this year? It was Terry Francona. Plus ten in Cincinnati, ten more victories over what he thought he would get. You know what Aaron Boone ranked, number 21. And if you take the GM ranked, now we're talking about Brian Cashman, among his peers and ranks in surveys, 2024, he was 18, 2025 is 22, 2026, he's 27. He's averaging a rank of 24. Player development, major league baseball. What organization from the last three years, 2024, 2026, has the worst record, the highest injury rate of pictures under 26. In other words, the guys you're bringing up, the flamethrowers that you're trying to teach them the slider, you're trying to move more breaking pitches, the Yankees had more injury days of anybody than under 2026. Then let's talk about this year, fielding Yankees, 96 errors, 27 out of 30 teams in the majors, errors and defensive, defensive runs against middle of the pack. You've got the money to do this and then you take a guy like David Wells, here's the perfect example I think of the Yankees. David Wells is known as a stellar human being and a positive guy in the locker room and a strong influence on other team members. But he doesn't have the arm that the Yankees can afford, they should have some other arm there. And Pat, you could steal second on David Wells with one ACL torn, you know, this is impressive. It is impressive. And by the way, he hit 186 this year. what's like and bowie here's a a good framer, you know, a framing capture. He's also a good blocker. That's good, but David Wells, a great guy, a guy in a locker room, everything there, why are you keeping them? You've got the budget to do something else. All of this rest on Cashman. This is a general manager needs to put the team together and then the manager needs to help the team prepare mentally to do their job. I went and looked around. You know who the best general manager of the last five years said to be, a guy named Matt Arnold, who's doing with a bottom-third payroll in Milwaukee and driving it. And the guy you absolutely wish you could have is you know who the best manager doing the most with the least over the last five years is? It's not Dave Roberts. It's not Aaron Boone. It's some guy named Cash, who's in Tampa, who was the catcher that couldn't hit and turned himself into a player coach and a developer. And he is now absolutely heads and tails. Everybody said he's the best guy, but he's from Tampa. You're probably not going to get him out of Tampa. Really? So there's guys out there that the Yankees could go after. They could go after Matt Arnold, go after Chris Antonetti and Cleveland, go after Eric Neander. Eric Neander is not tied to Tampa the way Cash is tied. So it's like, how? Here you've got this going on. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. You simply haven't got the result. Terry Francona in his rookie year, what did he do in Boston? Terry Francona goes to Cincinnati. What is he doing in Cincinnati? There are managers that bring teams together that motivate players and drive them forward. These players are not this defense and this what it is, that part is on Aaron Boone. The team he had to work with is also on Cashman. And then the state of the minor league system is on Cashman. So I look at it and I'm like, a leader has to make a decision here. And I'm being quantitative. And I'm going to say this and my Dodger famed friends are going to jump on me. A strong Yankees is important to baseball because it's just like a strong cowboy, a strong green bay. There are teams that are important because they're pillars of a league. And when they succeed-- To the point. You may not like it, but it's good for the sport. Yeah, and come, as a huge Yankees fan. I came, my father, when he's drive a bus in Yonkers would sneak me to the game. Sometimes he'd be raining and we would watch the freaking Yankees, OK? I'm not one of the guys that just wears the hat and goes, no, no. It's been 17 years. Do you understand that? Imagine having a kid and now the kid's 17. Haven't zero. OK, this comes from 27 championships that this is the New York freaking Yankees. The most recognized hat, the pinstripe, the uniform, all that stuff. And you know what the standard never was, Pat? Well, at least we made the playoffs. Are you-- what? That's the attitude. And now how Simon Berners saying, the majority of the blame isn't on Andrew. I'm sorry. You're the manager. You're the skipper, OK? And yes, you have to perform in the playoffs. Andrews killed this time. I love what you said that. I think just the New York teams in general from the Giants to the Yankees being the worst, bro, every day somebody's hurt. Judge basically missed the entire season. Stan has been hurt more than anybody. We're just blowing all those millions. I know we're stuck to his contract. But the manager still has to be the guy. Like, you make the decisions, OK? And the season against Tampa, he makes a decision to put all lefties against the righties, which I understand. You got to switch it up. It's not working. You put it on. You put it on how? I put Boone or Cashman. Rank it. Cashman's on the top, Pat. 70, 30 Cashman. 70, 30 Cashman. And then ready for this, don't worry. Cashman has been there since '90, '81. Four World Series Championships for that. Hasn't won once since '09. Since '09, but are you ready for this? And then as the skipper, as the manager, as a frickin' general in the field, you let people like jazz, chism, having a freaking lollipop in his mouth during a couple of games. And Boone said something about it. If, how? If Steinbrunner, the father was alive. Do you think he would let that happen? No. Where's the pride? Where's the fear of losing your freaking job? Baggy-ass pants and just not giving a crap at that. That drives me insane. The father, if your mustache was even further than this brother, he'd be like, no, go shave it off. Like it was very clean cut. This is the Yankees. And C.C. Sebastian, basically, said the same thing. You don't know the old Yankees standard because the people that are around, what? C.C. put it on A. Rod Jeter because they're never at the stage. They're never at the stage. He says, back when we played Jackson, all the old-timers were there and we were expected to win. Absolutely. That expectation is not there. He said he'd put it on the player. On the player? Exactly. Fans are not happy with Boone. The technical baseball fans are not happy with Cashman. The business owner type of mentality. People are not happy with hell because they're like, hey, drive the hell out of this. You haven't won since '09. You just had a clip. Which clip did you have? You had the George Steinbunnel clip and this one. Is this him? Okay. Play this one real quick. This is a-- Man. What did he say here? No, absolutely not. Absolutely not. I'm like a Yankee fan. The television sets in my time. I bleed like those guys out there, do the fans. I mean, they hate to see it lose and I hate to lose. You take it personally? Yes. Yes, I-- What does it say about George Steinbunnel when the Yankee's lose? It says he's one of the worst losers in the world. You show me a good loser and I'll show you a loser. That's a killer line. By the way, so you have to know, when you hear that, that's what they miss. That's what we want. So to me, do you know what comparison I will make and it's an unfair one, but I'm going to do it anyways. So we get enamored with owners and personalities and we hope the kids have the same fire. You know what car just traded last week? I don't know if I can announce it or not. Well, I can say it, but I can't tell you who bought it. So the Mickey Mantle PSA 10 car, there's three of them. One of them, the father passed away and the kids were not fans of baseball cars like the father was. Do you know one of the three PSA 10 Mickey Mantle carts traded last week? You know for how much? For $50 million. Five zero. Yeah, trust me, because I was involved. Anyways, for $50 million and I was one of the five buyers that was looking at this card. So for $50 million. Do you know why that card was sold? Because the grandkids are not fans. Do you know when Muhammad Reza Pallavi is sitting here and we're all enamored by his son, not in Muhammad Reza Pallavi? Reza Pallavi. And I asked him a question, do you feel like you get too much pressure? Like people expect you to be your father? He was like, yes. I said, do you even want to go, do you want to know? No. And then he changed. And how? Maybe just, you know, it's like, it's too much unnecessary pressure for how? And you know, the organization just raised $2.6 billion with Apollo, got a 16.25 billion out of valuation. Great. And it's not like how doesn't sit there approving the, they have the third highest budget, right? Number one is the Dodgers. Two is met. Three is them. So it's not like he doesn't want to spend the money to go get the players. It's not being too easy. And sometimes the problem becomes the following winning. Sometimes if the team, and I don't know this, sometimes the team, the people you have in your management team, they're your friends, and they become family. And eventually you're afraid to fire them because you have become friends with them for such a long time. And how in 1998, I don't know how old Halas right now, but how old was Hal in 1998? Can you type in Hal Steinbrunner's age? Halas got to be in the mid to late 50s, and he looks great. But I don't know how old he is. He's a little bit lower. He's 56 years old. Yeah. So how old was Hal in 1998? That's what 28 years ago. He was 28 years old. So 28 years ago when he was 28 years old, Cashman was the guy running us. He almost looked up to a guy like Cashman. So it is a tough thing to be able to do, but when you lose for that long, the right thing to do is to move on, in my opinion, and I'd like to be able to say more, but, you know, one day, you know, God willing, yes, to a point that we have. But anyways, this is extremely frustrating as a Yankees fan to see that happening. And Tom, I know you want to say one final thing before we wrap up and move on to the next story. Go for it. And this isn't just about the Yankees. This is about leadership. And about leadership in sport. And once upon a time, there's a man named Chuck Null, who is the coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Yep. And he won Super Bowl 9. Oh, school. Super Bowl 9. Super Bowl 10. Super Bowl 13. Super Bowl 14. He missed 11 and 12. Super Bowl since six years, and then add this up, 7 and 9, 6 and 10, 7 and 9, 5, 11. That was four of his last six years. They hung on to him too long because they believed what he did all those years ago. And you can't do it in sport. Yeah. Look at what the Steelers did. Who did the Steelers just move on? By the way, they then hired, by the way, the coach, the main guy, what did they do? They hired Tomlin, and they re-structured what they were doing because they stopped just believing in the past. And that's what the Yankees are doing with Cashman, the same thing that Steelers did with Chuck Null. How? You're not alone. You know, I'm a Dodger fan, but I stood in Randy Levine's office because this man brought us to a wonderful thing, had a great conversation about the glory of baseball, the importance of the Yankees. You need to make the hard decisions as a leader. All right. Let's go to the next story. We're going to get to is three different men. All of them have a different sets of issues. Okay. You ready? Here we go. This is going to be a very, very weird set of stories that we're going through. But I'm going to read the first. So we got a California man, a Virginia man, and a Florida man. Okay. Let's start off with the California man. So a California man goes out there, claimed ice snatched his wife. Police now says he killed her. this case. The guy blamed ICE for snatching his wife after investigation. The guy killed his own wife. Well, Vinny, tell us about the story of what this guy did. I think his name is Goorinder Gill. 28 years old was arrested October 14 after investigations, determined that human remains found in neighboring El Dorado County belonging to Jasmine Gill 30. The Sacramento County Sheriff Office announced Jasmine Gill was last seen at the couple Sacramento Home September 30th, and her cousin reported or missing on October 4. During the initial inquiry, Goorinder allegedly told investigators at immigration and customs enforcement agents had taken his wife in a custody while she was taking the mail. Sacramento detective Subsequent to the contact that I said, there's no enforcement had taken at the residents investigators, then noticed several inconsistencies and statements and learned the couple was in the middle of a divorce and child custody to dispute. Jasmine Gill was registered nurse and a mother to an eight-month-old son or family described her in a GoFundMe campaign as daughter, a sister, a nurse, a mother who deserves so much more relatives, she said had been seeking a divorce to secure a safe, fresh start for herself and her baby Vinny. Horrible, horrible tragic story, but you know, it's some of the people in the media and online, we're like ice and ice and ice and they turn it to ice. And this is what happens when they make, when the left makes ice so demonized, they compare them to the Gestapo, they portray them, there's some evil kidnapping organization about the streets and they keep hearing all these freaking podcasts of all these leftists saying, oh my God, it's a Gestapo family from Cuomo to all these guys acting as if they weren't doing their job. They had a mandate when Trump said we're gonna get rid of the freaking illegals, we're gonna get rid of them and then when they started getting rid of them, it pissed me off because they backed down because two of these people were killed, God rest their soul for trying to drive over one of them and then the other nurse who was beating the shut out of a car and then holding a gun on his hip, get shot, okay? This guy gets accused of murdering his wife and then they blame ice and by the way, thank God they did their due diligence because Elon, it could have easy been like, yeah, you know what, let's find out and look the other way, okay? And this is how toxic this rhetoric has become. And while people on the left, they pushed this narrative, I haven't seen evidence that they were, you know, finding or looking for, but it just, it drives me insane that this is the scapegoat that you having murderers. Think about that mentality, that a murderer who killed his wife that has a freaking eight-month-old, the first thing that comes to us is, you know what, they're gonna believe me if I say was ice and look how long it took them to actually say, you know what, let's find out what the hell's going on. Oh, they were in, what if they didn't find out that they were in a fight, that they were having married or problems? He would have gotten away with it because it would have been, oh, it was a bit, a ice situation. I think it's ridiculous, Pat. And it drives me nuts that ice is looked at this horribly where you can blame them for murder and people believe it. - And I go to the next story 'cause maybe your nerves may change on the next one. So this next one. - Unbelievable. - Some, me listen, I don't want people to get upset. Some people call this next one a hero. I'm not saying he is, but he could be a villain over here, but some people are saying this guy's a hero. Virginia man accused of duct-taping wife on the chair so he could watch football, okay? - What game? - I mean, that's pretty intense. Can you imagine like what game it is? So this man, so you have to go a little bit deeper and say why would somebody do such a thing? So police arrested Richmond, Virginia man, after his wife reported him for binding her to a chair and putting her in the basement so he could watch football without an eruption. To all the people that call this man a hero, shame on you. (laughing) To all the men who call this man a hero, shame on you, okay? Then police were called to the home of Terry Ward, 64 on Sunday, October 11th, and arrested the man charging with abduction and misdemeanor assault and battery against the family or household member for forcibly restraining his wife by duct-taping her to a chair in a couple's home. When I arrived on scene, the wife said, stated that her husband had tied her to a chair with tape in the basement, but police report reads, according to WTVRTV, Terry stated that he had, he didn't detire to his wife with a chair, so he wasn't denying it. - He's not denying it. - And placed her down in the basement. Officers also noted that the woman said she was trapped in the chair for nearly an hour and at bruises and concussions, - Concussions? - Patusions on her arms. From being restrained, war told officers that he restrained his wife in a basement so he could watch the game. - Okay, I'm not-- - Hold on, hold on. 'Cause I'm laughing because look at his photo. He looks like a little mischievous guy. By the way, it's obviously not cool. We're not-- - Obviously, it's not cool. - It's not cool. - But could you imagine that like something has to snap where you're like, - It's like 40 years of an episode. - I'm like, you and your stupid giant and he's like, I'm telling you one day, - One day, one time. - But Tom, I'm just curious if-- - One more word, Gladys. - To the mood. - If he's like, I'm just curious, it was in his mentality. - Until half time, if the cops showed up, was they listen. - Just give me to the two minute warning. - Yeah, Johnny, please, I need to make it through the game. - It'd be funny if the cops were like, what the hell? And you hear her screaming. And they're all like, okay, we're-- - Wait, wait, have you ever seen the YouTube video where the house is on fire and the husband and the wife are outside? And she's like, oh my god, my mother's downstairs. And the guy's like, yeah, she's downstairs. She's like, you have to go rescue them. And he's standing behind her and she's like, and the fire means like, what about that? And then she's like, yeah, yeah, go rescue them. And she's like, yeah, oh my god, please, he's like, don't-- - And then the cops go in and they go to rescue them. And she's like, on the floor is there's a fire on. She's like, you're really coming in here like that? You're really going to rescue them. And then the house is burning down. They're like, we couldn't save her. I'm sorry, and you're like, that's a sketch on YouTube. It's hilarious, but what do you think about this? I mean, Tom. - Tom, let's see, I'm not married. - First of all, important detail. How long have they been married to each other? - Didn't they say a long time? - I've got to be a very long time. - All that. - Look at his face. Look at that guy, she want to know how long have they been married to each other? Tom, your thoughts on the story? - Well, this is a little personal for me. It happened at my house. - What happened, Tom? - My wife duct taped me to a chair. I was watching the Raiders. I was just freaking out. She was worried I was going to hurt myself. - Oh, okay. - Because as a Raider fan all these years, that's where I ended up. So I got duct taped to a chair. - Later I realized she was really doing it to help. No, I think this is-- - Oh, Tom's jokes, folks. Go vote for it. - I got it. - No, no, no, no, it's a danger. I got it. - It's a danger. - I loved it. - But by Raider fans, we'll understand. All over this year, we're losing games by three points. And we're coming up, baby. You were coming back. So I think what's here, this is a tale of two cities. One is we kind of laugh at the lunacy of a relationship. And thank God nobody was like injured. And she was bruised, obviously she was grabbing her, she was holding her down. Okay, on one hand, we see the lunacy of that. And the other hand, we see, unfortunately, all these people are nodding because they're like, "Man, I wish I could do that." I wish I could just, why can't I just handcuff my husband to the refrigerator, and then I go sit in the other room in peace, it's kind of a lunacy about what you would want to do. - I don't know what you're saying, Tom. What do you think about this? Do you think? - I told you what I think. I think it's a tale of this-- - Or what do you think about the husband duct-taping the wife you think like it's-- - You can't do that, but it's, you can't do that. - But it's, but it's like, you can't do-- - Not a hero. - No, he's not a hero. - You're saying he's not a hero, Tom. - Tom, Tom before we started, kept bragging about what a hero he was making it clear to the audience. - Not a hero, but if he runs for office, he's got my vote. - Well, here's the, I have two questions. Two questions, A, does she stay with him? Number one. - Have you reported it? - Okay, and now, number two, if every time he opens up tape, does she go, "Huh?" - He's traumatizing now. - He was going down. - Honey! - Well, man, it's just a duct tape ever. - You know what I want to see. I want to see the cops faces when they come in and explaining and the wife is saying, "Yeah, he really duct-taped me just so he could watch football." Is this them? Is this really them? - They look like a great cop. - No, this is not them. - Is that them? Connor? - Is this a joke or is this them? - That's gonna keep-- - Oh my God, it's her. - That's them younger. - No. - Oh, they've been together for a minute. This guy was, when he was, he got a brown bronze star. Let the guy watch football. - Dude, I can't believe her. - I can't believe her. - There's a hero, guys. I'm back on the hero. - I can't watch a little bit of football. He was a captain. - Well, imagine how annoyed he is. He fought in his master's form and cannot listen to her voice. He's probably as tonight as-- - All right, let me give it a minute. - And he's married to her. - That's a purple heart right there. - Well, let me get to it. That was not nice, Tom. But let me get to the next one. Let me get to the next one. The next one's a little bit crazy, guy. Crazy and the more you read it, you're like, there's no way this is true. Florida officer found a dead man impersonated him for years and renovated his home. Police say, and by the way, this is a cop. This is a cop we're talking about. And so he pays the credit card bills. He acts like the guy is still alive. - It's credit scores, man. - Dennis West, his name was found, no relation to Delante West, was found in his Florida home during a welfare check in July 22, weeks later, one of his officers who discovered his body took possession of the property on lawfully spent years renovating and impersonating him. According to investigators and police documents, Brian Luisa grows 35 years old an officer with a Mauder Hill police department was arrested, Tuesday on felony charges of official miscount criminal use of a deceased person, identification criminal use of person identification information offense against a computer using an unlawfully use of a two-way communication device. Sugros presented himself to the medical examiner officer, West's friend, though there is no indication that Sugros knew West. He also told the office that West had no living family, which was untrue. Authorities said from August, 2022 through February of '20, that's almost two, three years. - Oh my God. And repair the property and pay taxes and utilities in West and he cleaned this man at least $214,000 of his own money a project manager contracted to replace the doors and windows in 2024 told police he had no idea West was dead and recalled Seagulls telling him West was unavailable By the way, hang on back up back up back up here one more of the paragraph in sworn statements in court Seagulls maintained I took possession of the property and acted because it was hazardous and I wanted to prevent criminal activity and People from squatting so he became a squatter. Not really. He invested a quarter million dollars And he gets to keep the upscattered. This is great. I need a squatter like that in my house He's going to come in first of all think about this This is what goes through the cops mine. This poor guy's gone apparently. He's got no family You know this place is so bad. Yeah, and he just kind of moves in and does it first of all Somewhere some place there's got to be an air or a nephew or a grandchild somebody out there They could have taken possession of this and this is also a year's old doesn't have a grandchild So it's a younger guy, but here's what I feel bad about on this is that You know somebody died alone and there wasn't even friends checking on him Mm-hmm that is tragic and that I look at that and I'm like wow isn't that sad? It took years because there wasn't one friend one clerk at a Starbucks used to see you every day and what this talks about underline I'm gonna go a different route here about the loss of community in America where we used to have people that cared about you When I said I was gonna run away and I'm walking down the street with like two books in my hand And it was in St. Louis, Missouri and our neighbor goes the other way and he rolls out a window of his car So tell me where are you going because I'm walking out of the neighborhood where the big street was, you know Yeah, yeah, of course, and I said I'm running away and he said stop right there get home and do your mom and I'm calling her right now Turn her in a walk turn her in a walk He didn't get out of his car, but you know what? I listened to him You want to why because he had moral authority? He was a neighbor. He was my friend's father and I turned around and walked back What that microcosm I take here not one friend not one family nobody there and a cop can basically move into the house after the Dead guys taken care of by the medical examiner and nobody knows that's the tragedy that there's no community Left in America in so many ways. You know what pissing me off the most about the story beyond the historical angle here Like which like when I say live like it drives me crazy The guy dies you do all this stuff. You're paying the taxes. You're freaking, you know His credit score probably went up. You paint the house baby blue like what type of psychotic Responsible psycho. What the hell ugly of a color? Are you gonna paint the how about you had an opportunity here to go for it And you picked that color Unbelievable, I think I think Tom actually touched on something I didn't even think about which is tragic and it is happening in America There's a breakdown of community and people are alone more and more. It's leading to higher rates of depression I spend time in Portugal every year and I find like they're just a short amount of time I spend there People are involved in my life like there you walk outside and people talk to each other So that's something that would be nice to bring back. I do find this story This is gonna sound crazy anywhere else in the country. I would have said this is completely insane Florida Doesn't even make my top 10 list of this week for what's going on about where is it? But you know where is there's like a crocodile that ate somebody that's a pregnant Top guy that's what I'm saying. He's lord of cuff. We're moving. We're moving beyond Florida man The Florida God didn't think like you're what like what are you doing and there's a timeline on that you're not gonna be able to do that for 20 30 years, but Pat three years is it guys after year one you know, he's like oh, I'm I'm golden No, no, not one neighbor was like hey, where's where's what's his name like who are you? I'm a cop One like a group are some sugar. Can we do something like that? That and that just goes to show you about the level of people like because I think he got he because the body is gone and they Well, they found the body they said there's a whole thing in my head that I'm trying to figure out they find the body He's obviously the body is a cardiac something. Yeah, he's gone. He just grab me back. He was like oh, this is a nice house I mean go take a look at what he was doing the police were called to what's called the welfare check the he was called To a welfare check who called for the welfare check that's some ant Louise from Iowa city Iowa or something? No Well, it could it could a lot of these like what so there's like food plan services that come by in every week deliver food to people Okay, so here's a question for it's well, maybe this a weird question. How long? Can you go missing and not talking to the top 10 people on your friend and family list until people say what happened to you? Honestly, like I want you to think your life How many days can you go and not like me? You think about you how you like can guarantee you It's you in the towers. I think you're my phone's off people have been checking on me. Where do you at? What do you do? Oh, hold on, but how long I got an assessment you if I don't hear from you for how many days what do you mean days pets? How many days? You're sending me text question marks after five minutes. Literally. Oh, I'm not in this in this room It's our your minute the fact you're 30 minutes guy for three years lives in the place Was this guy like part of the Delta Force? Was he a like Loki? Masad agent that no one's checking on him like who was he for three years for your own family cousins brothers sisters Girlfriend X's enemies built like no one the Even you have a home your work. There has to be some kind of engagement 48 hours over weekend Like if you said hey, I'm gonna go LIC my mom and 48 hours over weekend and I notice hey, you know what it's Sunday I think you get one tweet from Vinnie. I know he's an LA with his mom. Why didn't I get one tweet from him? Yeah, some Monday podcast. So that would be the maximum. Yeah, there are little people who just have no one in their life That's lonely doesn't make sense. You know, I'm that's just six hours and then let's do this. Let's do this Let's go to the last story and we'll wrap up Lebron James. Oh God. It's playing in a game They're playing in a national anthem and what he's doing is practicing his golf swing. Yeah, I want you to watch us here. Go for it All the other guys to his right like he's the example And he's I'm I'm practicing during the national anthem That's what he's doing. Okay, so anyways, you can pause this here the president reacts to it If you can get the clip of that I sent you earlier. This is what the president had to say about it. Watch this Lebron James, did you see that deal? Wow, he's doing during the national anthem. He's practicing his golf swing He's practicing what so what the hell is that? No, it's a big scandal kind of a story. What's it all about? I don't understand it. We conducted large numbers of military Okay, so he says this and then Lebron's been asked about it and here's what Lebron had to say go for it Sit out again unrelated to the game. How do you feel again that Trump tried to take shots of you tonight while you were playing as well? There must be slow news day at the office, you know slow news day in office, no No, so it's no so why what is a piss you off? Why do you remember one because it's not even a you what you saw with like Cap or Nick back in the day all like the I'm gonna sit down for the now. This is even one step further This is a total disregard. It's like it's like almost it's not even protests It's just an f you to everyone essentially who cares about this country like you can't even ignore It's not even a form of protest It's just I don't even care. I'm above all of this. I'm better than this It just reads like it's super disgusting to me could it could it could it be somebody make the argument of a Lebron Fencing he was so locked in and that's what it was like he was like he wouldn't do it on purpose to make fun of the national anthem Some Lebron supporters may say that. What do you say to that? I don't buy it? You don't buy it? Okay, because let me show you two different things So this is him he didn't walk off. He didn't sit down. He didn't kneel. He just practiced a swing But the WNBA championship game when it's taking place the moment it comes to sing in a national anthem This is what the WNBA players actually did so there's a two difference one He stays he's practiced in his swing doesn't sit down. These guys look what these ladies do go for ladies and men But it's ladies do They leave the court. Yeah, it's as an obvious sign of protest more said Sings the national anthem and then they come back in so Do you consider both the same level of insult? They're fundamentally different kinds of tell me what you mean, but one one is a obvious sign of protest Which I still disagree with or are I think if number one people are tired of politics of sports They're tired of politics and entertainment I think and all this stuff But one is an obvious I have a problem with the current administration or I have a problem with something specific I'm going to leave and make that demonstrate. Yeah, which I still disagree with then you have LeBron Which if you said if it's just absolute disregard that on many levels is almost worse because it just shows that you're just so detached From what our country stands for and what our country does that They read differently to me, but they're both offended here's my question and WNBA. What are they? There's no BLM. There's no nothing. What are what are you guys protesting that the world hates you? Why doesn't there's something also with like trans rights and yeah Well, by the way, and that's cancer tried to go yesterday to a sign paid for seat They wouldn't let him into the arena. He had a teacher that said oh by the What is a woman or whatever, but and by the way, this is the W how many times are is this this do they discuss me number one? This league like with everything that's happening you're hemorrhaging money and all this freaking stuff. No one even did anybody here know that the finals for the WNBA was even happening? No. The Atlanta dream and the Golden State Valkyries. I can't name one team. I just read it out loud. I don't even know. Okay, but they have a rulebook. Did you know this, Pat? WNBA and the NBA have a rulebook time that says, and like, whoa, players, coaches, trainers are to stand and line up in a dignified posture along the sideline or on the foul line during the playing of the national anthem. Okay, that's why I have a problem. Okay, respect the fricking anthem. That's what you're supposed to do. People are buying tickets, show some respect for the country that gave you this fricking opportunity where you're playing an inconsequential game. You playing a putting a ball in a hoop doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of this fricking world. You know what I would do, Pat? And you said at the beginning, well, before we started, you want to do this nonsense. You're going to be fined. Do it again. You're going to be suspended. 100%. And if you're the commissioner, where's your fricking backbone? Why don't you enforcing a rule that we didn't make it up? That's your rule. And I'm sick of these apps and trying to act like they're fricking loyalty. And until LeBron James not to cut you off, Elon, you know, I discuss me. You're one of the reasons LeBron that the NBA is going downhill, okay? Because of you. And until he retires, it's not going to go up. And this one makes even worse for LeBron. Great point that I told Pat yesterday, you play for the 76ers. You know why they're called the 76ers? 1976 Philadelphia, the city where the declaration of independence was adopted. And LeBron, you were born in Akron, Ohio. He had a, you know, childhood, whatever, what his dad and his mom. If he was born somewhere out of this country, if he was born in Sudan, okay? And some poor country. You think anybody would know who LeBron James is named? No, okay? You were born here. This fricking amazing country gave you the opportunity. He made how much? $580 million NBA salary, more than a billion in endorsement, Forbes estimate worth 1.4 billion. You became the first active NBA player in history to become a billionaire. But when the national anthem is on, like, but that's that. You know what that's saying to me? He knows the world is watching. He knows everybody there is going to talk about it. That shows to me. This isn't the first time he's done it by the way. He did this last year as well. I don't give a damn about 100%. He has the attitude of Michelle Obama, Barack Obama. But it's the, but Vinnie, it's the exact identity breakdown of America that we've been talking about. It comes through entertainment. It comes through sports. It's all in on some level by design that these people have been convinced that this is what they can do and should do. So again, I think it's a much bigger problem. It is all part of that globalist ideal. People do look up to LeBron James. People do look up to these people. I'm not a big idol. Well, Tom, because I'm pissed off Tom because men and women died defending the freedom that allowed you to be you LeBron James. So I have a different take. If I was president, I would pick up one of those groovy pens and I would do the following. Okay. You want to run a private business enterprise, conduct it the way you want to privately. You want to have, you know, the public buying tickets to your private business. Okay, though public can buy or not buy tickets. And if you're not going to sing the national anthem, or stand up, you're going to, you're going to create an issue. But if you're sitting in a stadium that was in part built with public money where there was tax breaks given to that stadium, there were loans given to that stadium from the cities. Excuse me. All of that money leads back to Pat the taxpayers, the taxpayers of the United States of America and of that state. So we'll do it this way. You get to give up all your any trust exemptions so you negotiate broadcast rights. There's stacks of laws and a Supreme Court justice case on free agency, buoycoon versus Kurt flood, Kurt flood one. And they also found a little loophole said done the plot of the NFL. So all the leagues him getting all of their, all of their, their, their, their, their Sundays with whip cream and nuts on the top in the form of exemptions. You can do whatever you want. No more exemptions and find a way to pay for that stadium. So it's not being paid with taxpayer money and you don't have a tax break at the arms of the taxpayers. Give up all that. Now do whatever the hell you want. Have your people do what they want. Where swastik is for all I care and see if somebody will buy tickets. But if you're going to sit there and do this, one is systemic. The WMBA is systemically allowing the procedure to be teams off the court teams come back. LeBron James is what fourth best player in NBA history behind, you know, Jordan and Kobe and Will. So you're here this long term pillar and yet you're going to go and do this. Come on, dude. You can't see what's there. You don't have the same attitude that Jordan had that said, I got my feelings, but Republicans buy shoes too. But on the systemic level, that really pisses me off. On the individual level, it just disappoints me and I will never, nobody I know will buy his jersey or support him personally. And that's a choice I can make. I'm a consumer. I can take this product. I can take that product. But systemic pisses me off. Yeah. No question about him. Okay. Gang. I hope you enjoyed today's podcast and you hope you have a good weekend.
