They don't realize every single person is also asking for 25% raise. And then, if you do that, there's nothing left. - And, this is deep business, but like, I got rich when we sold the company. Like that, now we operate trying to break even to make money. Like, when I was handing out papers 25 years ago, that's how I got rich. Now we run a company, like nobody in the real world, go talk to somebody outside these doors, like, oh yeah, I walk in and ask for like a 30% raise, like what? - The other thing is, if you, like, the 30% raise, then the, the year after, we're supposed to go 30% again? - That's what they do. - Not you, Bosco, we're not talking about you. - This isn't a Bosco. I mean, you're one of them, but it's not, but it's like, you're a part of, like, but there's an assembly line of Boscos. This isn't a straight Bosco conversation.
