You know, I was preparing for holiday messages. You know what holiday messages are? It's like I'm at the end of the year and I'm like winding down like everyone else. You know, Lord, give us some holiday and then the Lord downloaded this prophetic word for this morning. Really prophetic word. It's such a powerful prophetic word. And every word that's come from the front has just been confirmation of that. It's a Lord we're listening. We're listening. I didn't know where to start my message and I'm going to start where Shailin ended off. Now open up to Joshua 3, hold your finger in Joshua 3, Isaiah 26 as well as Hebrews 3. There's a theme this morning in terms of the arc of God's presence, leading us into His promise for our lives, into His promise. And so here's what the Lord has to say. Joshua 3, this one, Joshua rose early in the morning. I'm just going to say the Lord is calling us to start rising early in the morning. There's a real call on our lives to rise early in the morning, to learn how to year his voice, to not just babble and pray but to pray and then listen and year what the Lord has to say, to wake up, to prepare to wake up. So that means go to bed early and wake up in the morning, put away your phones, put away your devices, the Lord's just been speaking to us this year, put away the distractions and listen out for my voice as the Lord. Make time devoted to Him, year him, Joshua rose early in the morning. And then he said this, the Lord said in verse 5 and Joshua said to the people, "I'm going to jump around a bit, but follow with me." So Joshua said to the people, "Sanctify yourselves." That means separate yourselves for a holy purpose. Now holy purpose isn't just doing the works of the ministry within the ministry context, it's sanctifying your life for God's purpose wherever you're at work. Everything you do is holy, Charyan's test so many. Landscaping is holy. Right? And the Lord honored him with his prayer. And then it says, "You sanctify yourselves for a special purpose for tomorrow, the Lord will do wonders among you." Now the Lord literally the next day took them through the Jordan and they carried the ark of God's presence into the river and the river stopped flowing and the people could go through. That was tomorrow. But I want to say prophetically tomorrow is also refers to the end of Joshua 5 because tomorrow refers to when they had been healed. Tomorrow refers to Joshua 5 or 11 and on that same day they ate the produce of the land. On 11 cakes and parts grain and the manor ceased on the day after they ate the produce of the land. So tomorrow refers to the specific promise God has given each one of us that we're trusting for. God says, "Tomorrow I will do great work in you." You guys with me. But yes, our God commanded the people to go into tomorrow and you need to listen carefully for the message in this. Commanding the people, Joshua 3 verse 3, "When you see the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God being born by the levitical priests, say priests with me. Set out from where you are and follow it, yet a space must be kept between you and it." And it says about 2,000 qubits which is equal to about a kilometer. Come near it, you must not come near it. This is so that, and this is why, listen to what the Lord is saying. Let me read it properly. Yet a space must be kept between you and it about 2,000 qubits by measure. Come not near it so that you may not be able to see or know the way you must go for you have not passed this way before. The Lord is saying, God is going to do something in our midst that we have not yet seen before. He is saying, "Stop going back to the traditions of the power. Stop going back to what you know. Stop going back to what you have already seen." Some of us have been in church for decades. He is saying, "Follow the presence, but don't go so close that you start to follow the instructions in the way you understand them." I was making a, we were doing dinner this week. I was cooking. It was our anniversary. But halfway through following the instructions, I realized, wait a minute. I am now following them according to my interpretation, not according to what is actually supposed to happen. How many of you have gotten ahead of yourself a little bit? Right? The Lord is saying, "Don't come so close to the ark that when you see it going like this, I am going to go this way now." Why is that? Because for 40 years they have been circling and they start to get used to where the ark is going. The Lord says, "It is going to go some place you have never been before, so don't come so close that you preempt its direction." Don't come so close, but trust in the presence because something new is about to take place. There are a lot of emotions in the room, but God is answering our tomorrow. There is a specific word this morning on the males, men. Joshua 5th. And when they finished circumcising the males, these men had no idea what was coming to them. It had never been done in the wilderness before, so they were all uncircumcised. Men, God is calling you to be priests and kings in your households. He is calling you to live and reign in your households. Women, God is saying, "Let your men lead." Submit to your men. Godly men. Men who are following promise. Joshua in 2 Samuel 6th. And this is really just, I come in sensitivity. I've got my own wife sitting in the room this morning. 2 Samuel 6th. This is preparing our hearts for what's going to take place up ahead. Our nation is broken because men don't lead. Just this week I was in checkers and met a lady who said she wants to come to our church. And as I got in the car, my wife said, "She's just been divorced." Broken families, because men are not leading righteously. And part of the reason why men don't lead righteously is they don't allow their hearts to be circumcised. Things have happened in the past and they hold onto the hurt and they hold onto the pain and they're not allowing the vulnerability that is required. The same vulnerability that Joshua had when he came before Jesus. He said, "Are you for me or against me?" Jesus says, "Neither." And he surrenders to the presence of Jesus. He says, "Have your way with me." David gathered the chosen people and he danced before the ark of the Lord as it came into the city. Remember they were walking into their tomorrow that they had so long trusted for. David's one desire was that he would see the presence of the Lord come into the city. As he walks into his tomorrow, he's dancing before the Lord, but his wife is looking out. And this is what the word says in 2 Samuel 6 verse 20, "When David returned to bless his household." Listen to that. "When David came back from celebrating in the crowds, he came with one desire to bless his household." And Michael, the daughter of Saul, which is his wife, came out and she said in sarcasm, "How glorious was the king of Israel today?" Who stripped himself of his kingly robes and uncovered him in the eyes of his servant maids as one of the worthless fellows, shamelessly uncovers himself. And David, the king, says, "It was before the Lord. He is king and priest, who chose me above your father." Now listen to the underlying hurt that's in this family. She longs back for the kingship of her father and she regrets that David is actually king. And in her heart she despises him as king and priest of their household. She's not despising him for dancing in the streets. She's despising him for being king and priest of the household. And it says, "From that day she had no child until her death." Wives, if your husband leads as a king and a priest in your home and you reject his leadership, there will be no fruit in your life. Wow, great, good, encouraging word. But it's important. Now, there are incredible women, heroes in the Bible. There's Ruth, there's Esther, there's Rahab, women who stood up for the glory of God. But you know what, they surrendered to the kings and the priests in their lives because the kings and the priests were kings and priests. There's a resistance not to leadership, there's a resistance not to being to submitting to kings and priests. There's a resistance to submitting under man who aren't kings and priests. Remember who you were called to be men? Remember who you were called to be so that you can be kings and priests. Women submit to the kings and priests. Are there any single ladies in the room? Can you just put your hands up nice and high? How many single ladies are there? Put your hands up high. Here we go. Ask the Lord for a king and a priest. Don't date the next guy that comes along. Do you hear that? But ask the Lord for a friend who becomes a king and a priest in your life. Ask the Lord for a husband who will lead you righteously into his presence. Is that a good word? Okay, back to out tomorrow collectively. I really felt the Lord say, let's talk about that, let's say that this morning. We're kings and priests because we surrender to the voice of the Lord. We're kings and priests because we carry his presence. We're kings and priests because we take up the responsibility for our families. The responsibility in our workplace. We carry the authority of the anointed one wherever we go. Because although Jesus came to Joshua, it was still Joshua who had to lead the Israelites across the Jordan and around Jericho and into the Promised Land. Let's go to Isaiah 26. In that day shall the song be sung. We have a strong city. The Lord sets up salvation as walls. Open the gates that the righteous. Nation which keeps her faith and her covenant, her betroth to the covenant, may enter in. You will guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace. Whose mind is stayed on you because he commits himself to you, leans on you and hopes confidently in you. The Lord just says this morning, he's raising up people who are confident, trusting and hopeful. Because our mind is stayed on Jesus. So trust in the Lord forever. For the Lord God is an ever-losting rock. Someone say, amen. Hebrews 3. And I'm nearly done. Hebrews 3, verse 7. I nearly read Hebrews 1, verse 7, doesn't say the same thing. For the Holy Spirit says today, if you will, year his voice, do not harden your hearts as what happened in the rebellion. The Lord is calling us, this is for many years, this has been a theme in my own heart, it's been a theme in this church. I shared this before when the one day I was trusting the Lord for a message and I asked for three scripture verses and each one of them had to do with circumcision. I said, God, I don't know how to speak about circumcision. The Lord said it's a circumcision of the heart. Whenever circumcision is mentioned in the Old Testament, he's speaking about a modern day circumcision of the heart. A new covenant circumcision of the heart. He's saying, let the Lord come and cut away the resistance. Cut away whatever it is that resists His goodness, the ability to trust Him to lean on and to be confident in the Lord. The doubt that comes, whatever it is, the layers of protection. Come on, we studied psychology, we know people layer themselves. Cut it away. Nothing will protect you, nothing will keep you safe, but the presence of the Lord. So He says here in Hebrews 3, therefore as the Holy Spirit, it's His voice that's crying out. He's trying to penetrate the depths of our hearts. He's trying to penetrate our spirits, our mind, our soul. He says, stop hardening your hearts like the Israelites did when they rebelled against the goodness of God. What did they rebelled against? They simply rebelled against the promise. They simply rebelled against the goodness of God. Where your fathers tried and they tested Me, and I stood their test. God's like, I'm going to wait this thing out. How many years do you want 40? I'm going to wait. You can resist. I'm going to wait. So I was provoked with that generation. They always err and are always led astray. And they've not recognized My ways, which I want to say I could. And they haven't become progressively better and more experimentally and intimately acquainted with them. They're so much there. And I said they won't enter into My rest. The Lord spoke last week that through thankfulness we enter into the rest. Make sure that we as a people are not resisting His goodness so that we can enter His rest. Brethren, and now there's a warning to us as a church. Therefore beware, brethren, take care less there be in any one of you a wicked unbelieving heart. Leading you to turn away and desert or stand a loof from the living God. But instead warn one another every day as long as it is called today. Do you hear that? Sometimes we start unbelieving because we're still in today. And we thought that the goodness of tomorrow would be today. Does that make sense? And the Lord is still building you and reading you and putting you together and getting you ready for what's ahead. And we don't have the patience to wait for tomorrow. If we don't have that patience we're going to stand a loof from God. We're going to be separated from His goodness. But church, we have become fellows with Christ. And we share that, we share in all that He has for us. If only we hold first our newborn confidence and original assured expectation. The Lord this morning is saying tomorrow. The Lord spoke three years ago. He said the first year we will just eat what grows out of the ground. The second year we'll just eat what grows out of the ground and the third year we will eat what we've planted. What we've put into the soil will eat the produce of the land. It's that the Lord spoke to us through Habakkuk, I think it was, I think. But that's both a promise for us as a church. It's a promise for us as a family. It's a promise for us as a nation. The Lord spoke that just before the elections where everyone was saying this is the end, the country is going to only go backwards from here. The economy is going to tank, inflation is going to go out, shoot through the moon. Remember that? You know all these prophetic people on YouTube were proclaiming fear, saying the end is coming. They weren't warning the church to get into his presence. They were just staring fear. I look at the economic projections for next year which say the inflation is just going to keep declining. Our interest rates are going to be dropping throughout of next year. Now, I'm not putting my trust in the news, but I go, God, you're a word. And for the last two years, it's exactly as you've said. The election surprised everyone, Isaiah 37. The economy has started to improve. The produce is starting to grow, and there's a whole group of people that still continue to declare destruction. Still continue to stir fear. Men, it's time to lead into the goodness of God, into the promise. In obedience next year, we're going to be starting a men's ministry called 212. This ministry is going to be just the gathering of the men of this congregation, and men are invited from our community. The challenge of this ministry and why it's called 212 is because they were two spies, Joshua and Caleb, who saw the goodness of the land. And our challenge to the men is, will you be one of the two wherever you go? Will you be the one saying, I see the promise of God, and it's good, and I'm going to believe in it. Just before we read, as we were reading Joshua 3, if you look at Joshua 2, Joshua himself said 2 spies. And right at the end of Joshua 2, these two spies come back to Joshua, and they say the land is ready. These two spies come and report back to Joshua. They say the land is ready. It's time. The Lord is stirring us up, and we still don't know what it looks like. But the Lord promised us that if we walk in His promise, we will always ride the wave of revival. That this community, this church, will always ride the wave. Some people reject the good news that comes from this house, because it looks like the past. It doesn't look like the past. It doesn't look like what they're used to. But the Lord says, "Follow my presence." Something new is about to take place, and this house will always trust in the presence of the Lord. And this house will always follow His voice and follow His Word. And I proclaim over this house that the men in this house will lead with courage, that they will lead like kings and priests, confidently, in their businesses, in their homes, in their workplaces, that the women of this house will be blessed because of their trust in Jesus and because of their trust in what the Lord is doing in their households. That husbands and wives will be put together as teams that will bring glory to God wherever they go. That children will be raised to walk in the promises of God, that they will see the goodness of God wherever they go. That schools will be impacted because of the righteousness of God coming through children. The children will prophesy and learn to speak God's goodness that they will worship with all of their hearts. That's the word for this morning. (Applause) Tehul, please come. (Applause) Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Lord, we welcome you this morning. We thank you for your word, we thank you for the goodness, we thank you for the promise of God. We thank you for the Lord Jesus that your word will never fall to the ground, we thank you Jesus that as you release your word, that Father Lord God, it will come back to you void. Holy Spirit, just as the rain for the Lord falls down and brings forth seed, Holy Spirit and food, so that you word, Holy Spirit fall and bring us food to come. In the name that is above all names, let the goodness of God rest upon your families, in the name that is above all names, let the gladness of the living God rest upon your lives. In the name that is above all names, let his glory rest in the Akira Mokoshikalia Mose Te La Wushyaka, God says that my glory will rest in your homes, God says that my fire will rest in your children, God says my fire will rest upon the youth. In the name that is above all names, God says my daughters will arise for my glory. In the name that is above all names, God says that as you submit to me, Akira Mose Te La Wushyaka, you will be kings and priests in my courts, you will be kings and priests in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. For you are not seated there for such, for just just to look pretty, no, no, no, you are seated there with the living King and you will make decisions that will change nations. In the name that is above all names, I need you to arise, I need you to renew your minds, I need you to see yourself as I have made you, I made you in my image, I made you in my likeness. You're not just a man or a woman walking on this earth with no purpose, but you are a man and woman cold for such a time as this. Arise Akamo Kalyamose Te, arise for such a time as this, walk in the power and in the anointing that I've put for out of your belly fire will flow, rivers of living waters will flow. They will be changed, nation changes in this house, so arise, receive the power that I've given you Akamo Shaky, receive power, receive fire and receive healing in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Don't take my word light as I release it, see life in my word, I spoke and it became so as I release my word, receive it, what can become in your life. Amen. Take that fire, may you have a blessed Sunday afternoon, an amazing week and we're just so grateful for what God is doing, breaking open new things in our hearts. Lord, we just say thank you this morning for your incredible love in the house as you rain down fire upon our lives. We thank you for that in Jesus name and everyone says Amen, Amen, Amen, be blessed, grab a cappuccino, a brownie, grab some coffee, mingle fellowship and we look forward to being back together next week.
