He played in midfield. Is Yrenki and, and Yekko, is that the partnership you foresee going forward or not? Yeah, stuff as well. I think because Grimes has been our club captain for a while now. And Frank, who I'm part of, so he loves him. Um, I, I'd be amazed if Grimes doesn't stop in, um, in this world. I think one of the things going to the season was, could Grimes play the number of minutes at the level of the Premier League consistently well. Um, and so, would he still be playing consistently towards the end of the season, second half? And it's like big questions that I don't know. But Yrenkiy looks like, again, like a an amazing addition, um, kind of surprise that we were able to, um, to get in. I think there was some, uh, Sante obviously links in the Ghana squad of the World Cup. I think is the system manager that the club he was at is my classian, uh, Sian, lots of good friends as one part as well. And so I think there was some connections that helps get this deal, um, commentary versus other, other clubs. I think at times he was like, "Toramadrid and my bright in another place," and say, um, yeah, I think it's good for, um, commentary to getting, he sees the first star as a box of box of field. Um, I think he's, I think he can play at the back as well if, if needed, which could be useful for both. Um, yeah, he looks, he looks great. I, I don't know, I don't know where he, I think again, it's going to be this, we can have a lot of central midfielders who are going to need to rotate, put through this, through this team. Um, I think we're outing depth. I think eventually, yeah, I think you could see, you could see him being the player. Um, on Yekka was, as you spoke last time, exactly what we needed at the time we got in, um, in January, in the championship he feels the, the perfect hole for us. Um, and there's mixed feelings from some, some of my friends and fans around, like his performances in the Premier League, so again, it'll be a question of how well does he, um, step back up to, to this level. But I could see there being one of like many combinations here of crimes on Yekka, Yrenti, Palmer, which is obviously opposite to any of the fans. Yeah, you're excellent. We're coming back on them. Uh, Lentuna might be familiar for people who have said which bits of, of Bernlee last year, primarily off the right hand side. Let me just call that one absolutely belting goal, um, against leads. Probably didn't see as much of him as we'd hoped for last season. Obviously, jump from one team got promoted last year to one team got promoted this year. Um, I'm sure you're opening still with you in the Premier League next year because he might be jumping again. Is he likely to go in as, as first choice on the right? Is that, is that the visualization here, Andrew? I think, yeah, again, we have Sakamoto on the right who, um, is like a wonderful player. Um, I expect they will, they're going to share minutes. Like if it's, if it's the right thing's going to play, like I didn't, I didn't see Sakamoto just sitting on bench at the whole, the whole season. Um, I think the good thing about us, um, yeah, Tumor, Chouma, Tumor, um, is left third. You can play on the left as well. I know you didn't see that as much for, for Bernlee. I think part reason why he was bought, is more for a lot of money by this is probably the most surprising transfer we've made so far, um, for the amount that we've paid. Obviously, he's got Premier League experience, um, albeit in a white relegated team. Um, I think they've clearly seen something, um, here, around his potential and the way that you can fit in with the team. I, I wouldn't be surprised if come the first game is actually playing on the left wing. Okay. As, as we pull to, I think, some doubt over Mason Clark's, like fitness at the moment. Um, say, could be, it could be that it could be Sakamoto on the right. Tumor on the left. Um, I think they've, yeah, I think there's a, there's clearly a, like, promising talent there that's, um, come to be willing to invest a lot of money in the season. Um, hopefully, yeah, he's still with us at the end of the end of the song. Yeah. Let's think about the opposite. Let's, let's be positive. But I suppose to continue that positivity, he probably want to spend some more. Let's be real. So is there first informances that funds to do it? And most importantly to where does the squad most need strengthening your opinion at the moment? Yeah. I think T-Pi, like, left back and the striker, it left back, but left back we've been looking for, um, either composition for disilver or like, clear, a starter, in that position, uh, for the whole of the summer, continue a link to his, um, Francesco, Francesco Moro, uh, over at Porsay. And I think that'll probably happen, like, from the, from the talk, it's gone on like a long time, but I think we'll probably get someone like that and likely they would come in to be the, the starting left back, um, with disilver, providing back up there. Uh, and there's striker, yeah, we, oh, you look like an FPL, there's like four or five strikers listed, like, the set went out and loan, um, and the main one might be injured. Yeah, and okay, look at the wait and see tonight. I mean, you're going first of all the friendly, you play Monaco on, we're recording first, the on Friday night, we'll get some clarity there and a little bit more towards obviously the first 11, but there are some rumors that write my ever about injury, I understand. Yeah, I think he wasn't in the squad for, yes, Manuel, friendly, uh, which was surprising, um, and then yeah, there's been talk of, uh, he's on crutches and uh, it might be helpful, it aged 12 weeks, say, I think we'll see if he's not in the squad for the Monaco game clearly, he's, he's not starting the awesome game. Yeah, he's Again, he's pretty versatile When he was playing for Garner, he was out on the left When he assisted that goal for your entry We've seen him mostly in the behind-strike like an X-Roll And that kind of attacking with field position for Coventry through last season He scored a lot of goals He was right up there with especially the start of the season He was top goal scorer at one point in the league He can't, obviously he can play at France I think most of the time he saw him at the front He was a 2, it was when we were playing in that kind of 5-3-2 formation He seemed to link pretty well with the Santees as I was with Sins And so, I wouldn't be surprised to see a Santees start against Arsenal Because it looks like Rodone's probably still recovering from his dual surgery And if Sins is up front, attach to the till and play pretty well together And then we were playing into as we switch social nations, likely through the game You could see them kind of playing alongside each other Sins and Sante Yeah, good parent I'm trying to think here in terms of. So there's a chance that they could both start Arsenal So the danger of call series, people, I've obviously got the whole game in mind And many thinking about your assets in terms of bench pros If we're looking at one of those 5.0's, potentially starting that game against Hall As potentially going to flip a few people's strategies So I kind of want to ask at this point, which one of the two of them would be more likely to still be in the team against Hall in Game Week 2? Yeah, it seems. It catches out and we basically got no choice since it started both But if you bought a hypothetical, you went into Liam Delap on loan and he's going to go straight in Is there therefore more chance to Thomas Asant that he's planning to roll behind Because of Hammer's re-integration and obviously Rodone has shown a problem as well I think for at least for a period, yeah, I can see Sante playing through these first few games So see the guys get up to speed but then I think his minutes are going to be You're not going to want to be relying on a Sante to be consistently playing beyond like the first four, three games But yeah, I think Unless we go and sign a big money striker And if writes out, Sins definitely going to be the one that you put more confidence in Okay, that's interesting. There might flip a few people's opinions There's danger in that, for example, you go, "Oh, next Thursday" and he's like, "Oh, yeah, it's clear, Sins is going to play" And then you bring someone like Delap, sorry, I'm just using this example, my head on loan over that weekend And he's got a four-week training I chance he's starting against Hall, isn't it? That's the problem. Okay, goalkeeper is just briefly, and we cleared up Rushworth He's going to be the number one. Can I ask you would be second choice? Yeah, I mean, it should be Dovan. It's going to be interesting to see how we line up against Monaco on Friday Dovan was the number one cup season game had a very bad injury that brought him out for 12 months He's not really played for 18 months, so the question now with Dovan is does he send him out on loan just to get enough game time? He looked great, like before we had Rushworth, he was, yeah, everyone was very happy with Denver's own starting to keep it So the chance he could go out on loan maybe Yeah, I just try to then work out a logic here, I don't know anything about the player, I'll be absolutely honest Ben Wilson is in at 4.5, what's the logic between him being 4.5 and Dovan being 4.0? Yeah, he's just wrong. I think he's wrong. Yeah, I think because Dovan played zero minutes all of our season, maybe someone looked at it and thought he's the third keeper But he's very much would be the second. Obviously opens up the possibility of going 8.5, a pairing of starting goalkeeper and defensive one I've realised there are others to compete with that ball with Brian Tottenham probably all have that possibility as well I had this discussion with one of Danny or Paul, I think Danny earlier in the week from the other promoted correspondent weak pods But it feels like they've tried to take the promoted goalkeepers out of the game, IE, they knew that if there was a 4.0,1 It's like it's like last year's the Brabco and everyone kind of goes there But because all the defenders of 4.0, it makes real difficult justification to pick one of the 4.5 keepers And Rushworth is as likely as any of these to do quite well really, isn't he? Yeah, yeah, it's good point. I think also the BPS changes as well, I think benefit the goalkeepers slightly more this season So I think Rushworth, we spoke about last time but for those of you who didn't hear, he was the golden glove winner He was in team of the season last year, he was now standing keeper for us I think his safe percentage is very high, he's an excellent shop stopper, he's got the attributes, he's going to obviously be on the end of a lot of shots He and the commentary goalkeeper this season, so you could see him if he's able to bring even some of those stats across from how he was performing the championship to the Premier League But there may be a slightly better defense in front of him, I think we could see him be a great second keeper I think he's one I very much have in my plans, I don't know if I go double-coventry goalkeeper rotation Yeah, Rushworth is the second, I think you could see him perform very well this season Most are interested in these defenders time and he's obviously many on this bench post strategy game week two One at least one of these four points who are defenders, possibly two in some cases So I want to kind of go through these if I may in terms of ownership a little bit So firstly, let's start with Van Uric, firstly in my pronouncing that correctly What's the correct pronunciation, Andrew? I'll just go with Milan or NBA Okay, Milan He's right back, good attack in return last season I have been here a number of times with our leaf Davis as an invention report, so he's going to be the one What do you think of him as a four million asset? Yeah, I love him as a player, he's going to be on the team throughout bar injury So I think from a minute's point of view he's very solid, he plays a very attacking role, he takes most of our throws He was on corners I think in the long throw Yeah, yeah Long throw, long throw man on both sides which has been good and bad for Pum Tree Because he ends up being out of position massively and then we can expose that Yeah, the only thing with the long throw is you don't get many where the first contact ends up in the goal Which is somebody the second contact Yeah, it's a Bobby Thomas Flickon, who ever is getting on back Yeah, he plays really well down the right with Sacramento, they have great partnership So he's really interested to see how he plays with the tuna on the right when he plays But yeah, I think from a attacking point of view, I can't expect he's going to have the same level of out But is he had in the championship and he was one of the highest assistors throughout last season He's going to be assured in the minutes, so I think he's a good pick If he's actually, is he the best pick for commentary Philo? These games I think you'd see him performing well against Hull Probably if you're looking for someone against like more difficult teams then probably not the player you You'd want to look at one of the centriots Bobby Thomas, everyone knows everything about him now except they don't really, so go on, tell him Yeah, Bobby Thomas, it's got the goal in the goal spot Motors, Wednesday head, he's a great player, he's got a red card in him at times, I wish for people that want to, don't want to hear, but I'm not for half the, geez guys, that's something I had, that's that's that's that's that's a second level chess thinking about if he'll now afford his red cards. I see that, yeah he's got a goal in him, I think we've talked about a long throw, he's got a few assists in him as well as he's often one that's like an honorable from the corners or the throws, he scored a few goals, each season he's played for us, I expect he'll be starting alongside Amanda at the back, he's got, yeah, I think he'll be good for Defcon, he's good at the exceptions, he's just, he's always on the end of things, now he might get out jumped by the, the monster next to him, the six foot six, whatever, Amanda. Well this is it, does, does Amanda change this? Yeah maybe, yeah, it's like one of the unknowns, but you think if there's a ball coming to the box, the guy that probably doesn't even need to jump to, to head it away, it's probably the guy that's getting on the end of it. Why did he, here's a question I think a lot of people want to know, in fact it's two parts of questions. One, do you think the back four, I noticed it's really difficult for Vrennitz, but do you think the back four that starts against Monaco would all start against Arsenal? Is that like, you think in all Frank's going to want to play like his best team against Monaco? Or do you think it not matters? I think they'll play, I think they'll at least play for part of that game, I don't know if it's necessary to start, but I think I just think from an understanding perspective, because I think if it's going to be Thomas and Amanda, you would think you've got to start building the relationship because what a lot of people want to know is, why did Liam Kitching start last friendly? Yeah, yeah, I mean, Amanda had only joined the squad for, I don't know, Amanda started, but like you don't join the squad like fairly recently because you had to break the World Cup as well, so yeah, they're still trying to build those minutes in turn into the team. I do wonder if part positioning of if we were to play through it back, like Leigh Cleats, I expect this right now, like Bobby, Thomas and Kitching and Amanda, so they're both able to build up, yeah, whether they both think to build up familiarity with them, but yeah, like, I'm not just guessing that they could all play Arsenal in the field, but people, they're bothered about the whole game, it's the reality here. Yeah, for sure, I think for whole, you should expect this 43-1, it should be Amanda and Bobby Thomas with Milan on the right and the silver on the left, obviously the question I'll give you a silver just in case we do get that left back in the next couple of minutes. Can you rank them for me in terms of your preference for FPL specifically for Gameweek 2? Yeah, that's still good Thomas, first and then Milan and then Amanda of the three. Yeah, I think we're ruling to silver out the much primary reason, just case that feels the most likely area we might buy. Okay, so we ignored that one. Okay, can you give me a percentage on those three other players on them starting in Game Week 2? Does that change the order? Yeah, interesting, Milan, unless he's injured, you'll play Gameweek 2, so you'll put it at 99. Then, yeah, it's a really good question. I think it's still going to be pretty high, but unless there's an injury, I don't expect we're going to play through it at the back of the console and say it should be Bobby, it should be Amanda. I'd say Bobby is slightly higher percentage, just from a he's been there with the squad the whole time. He's not very good at this. Even with that, you'd still put Thomas above Amanda. Yeah, just from a Amanda's name being with the squad firm, a short period of time, and that would be, I still think it's going pretty high. I don't think it's, I think Milan's saying it 99, and my job Bobby is like 90 and maybe Amanda's like 80, 85% like it's pretty high. Just pretty safe. I think, yeah, if they all play 90 minutes against Monaco as an example, not even 95, whatever, that's going to give real clarity, isn't it? Moving forward that I think that's what it is. The nervousness for people would be, I think, like if kitchen starts again, and I've seen this before with teams come up and it's like a different profile or player wasn't favored before and now suddenly they are for one reason or another. If Thomas didn't start his kitchen and Amanda tonight and in Thomas supposed 15 minutes at the end, then that's going to get people nervous. I think, I think as well, my view on it would be that most people in truth only give a shit about Game Week 2. I think if you're going to, it feels like to me, Vannuic really should be one because it's just a lock that he's going to play. Against the opponent like that, he might provide some of the offensive stuff that we saw last season. Then it's your pick of the others. I can't say I know enough about the players who's obviously relying somewhat on you, but I did think that you might say that Amanda was slightly more likely to play than Thomas. Yeah, I think Thomas, when he's been available, like he's played, we had a lot of rotation and then the backline videos typically was the second position, like kitchen, flexibility and the wolf came in for some days. Yeah, I think Amanda will be, Amanda's going to be solid once he's up to speed and I think just because he's newies had the break from the World Cup and he's any just kind of come into the squad with training that he might be like is, I didn't manage his minutes or something in a way that just to get him up speed. Well, Amanda is that you push it harder quicker to get him a part of the size. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I think they're all three of them are going to be planning itself. That's good. I think that's enough to probably put people's mind at ease. We've got going through every player of the other 4.0 defenders. Who else could be in and around the minutes? For example, let's say Vanuwick, unfortunately, pits up a problem against Monaco. What does that lead to? Yeah, yeah, I think there's probably just a couple. I think, obviously we mentioned kitchen, I think he'll, he's there. If Vanuwick was out, then it'd be Kank has laid in, again, my name KGH is probably easier. He's great. We bought him as the Malam replacement because we thought Malam was going last summer, but we managed to keep holding. And he used former player, I want to say, like he played on loan at Preston, was like their player the season before before we joined Kov. He was expecting to go into the starting lineup and when he's come on, we've needed him. He's largely good, he's school schools, again, quite some of the time, Milan, Campy on the left. I think he could be an interesting one. I think there's a world where we don't sign a left back in all of the sudden came Kexel Hayden's playing left back. And actually, he's the Milan on the other side. And we didn't quite see that last season, but I wouldn't put any way on putting the one of your team right now, but I could see him playing this part this season. I think the others like, like, Brawl probably go out on loan, I expect Wolf and then maybe out on loan as well. Bidwell, I think is there in the Henderson well back role of making sure the standards are high off the pitch. Yeah, but I've just been to be playing. Can I ask you, you don't have to have the answer today because I don't think I've got it quite yet. Ava, have you decided on your ship strategy for FPL? I wouldn't say I'm locked in, but I will find difficult not to bench boost game week two. And I'm trying to work out, is that because I'm a cod fan? I think, look, if it were me, I probably wouldn't do it because I feel like I'm going to jinx them and it's more important to me that they wouldn't the football match. But there must be an intrigue in the idea that there is a possibility here that the whole interest for commentary set in FPL this season is one game week to the truthfully. It's a possible, hopefully it's not, but it's a possibility that that's the way it goes. It feels following conversations with Danny unless they go men so in the next week or so, are going to head more towards your players than the whole players. So this bench boost two idea against how I guess first and foremost, if you decide to take that route to bench boost game week two, how many commentary players do you think you're taking with you? I like, have you considered going treble defense? I've kind of got four of them on my. You've got four. You could put Hamerim, I'll know he'll go straight in his commentary when he wouldn't be either. But if the lap went on loan this week, you could make it five. Who's the four? Yeah, right now. - It's rush worth. It's got to be rush worth. - Yeah, yeah, rush worth Bobby, Milan. And then I had Mason Clark, like I think, obviously I mentioned him, but he's potentially got a knock, which we'll see against Monaco, one of the games tomorrow or today, if he plays, if he does, then he'll play left wing, one of the most exciting players, that season probably not far off of play this season. So yeah, he's there, but chances are he's probably the one that would come out. I think if I'm gonna go for it, then yeah, I would, - Go for it, go for it. - Well, it kind of just depends on, like, do I then need to walk out? I'd like to get to the game week six, ish, walk out time and say, this is how much do you need those other players? So you're saying, I just have a proper look. I did a draft on the chip strategy podcast, I think, forgive me, where it looked at going, like, very heavy on commentary, and you could carry it through to try and get you to game week six. I do think that if people are gonna do it, that you should take the all in strategy on it, 'cause I don't think the other fixtures in that week are good enough to be pissing about with Talies men and stuff. Most people aren't gonna be in a position where they go for Andrew, and I suspect you probably won't get there with four E, because chances are you're gonna need to change something in the team. But I like the idea potentially of the treble up, and you just accept, it's more likely you can see them keep a clean shake, and it might blow out, but if you keep a clean shake, you are looking at a minimum of 18 or so, and probably going into the 20s. - Yeah. - I do like it. And also, your fixtures say like, brighten at home for, isn't like a terrible one to play rush worth, for example. So if you find a keeper that's cheap enough that you like for say, one, three, five, or even, I don't mind investing an extra zero point five, and if you need to, knowing that you will definitely well card in six, but it's not ideal. I don't mind it, but I think if people are gonna do it, fucking go for it kids, like. - Yeah. (laughing) I think it's our home record who has been so going to the LAN part again. It's in the championships, giving it a good see how it translates to the Premier League, but like, commentary players like that could get Defcon at home in those games, like it was a whole, bright and Newcastle, full of them, some like, like all of a sudden, you could see those points there. - He can choose. - Well, yeah, most people with bench boots have the fear of getting nothing, but the way of playing it, we've say a treble commentary defences, you accept. This chip causes me a pain in the ass anyway. - Yeah, I'm a go for it. - And know that I could hit the jackpot, right? Imagine you go for a van Uric assist Thomas, Rushworth saves the penalty, and he's clean-shay and he's like, "You got to be on the top 10 K in the world "because of the commentary." - Yeah, I'll be on the pitch. (laughing) - I'll get that. - Yeah. - On the pitch, with van Uric scores, I don't think that's gonna work. Right, a little bit of somebody to have a, so I'm guessing Mason Clark would be your favorite to the 5.5s then, rather than top or charuena. - Yeah, I think so. Yeah, I, if he's not injured, he'll start on the left, if he'll get kid minutes, if he'll be some rotation, like he said, between what's now the three, the three weirs, but every time he was fairly pleased, he was one of the best players, he scores assists, wins penalties. He's a good player, makes his way up through the divisions. I think, top is a quality player, set piece, base, he wasn't at the start of that season. Yeah, he'll be interested to see it again. He kinda goes into that pool of, you've got a lot of central mids, field players, all good play, but I don't currently see, I wouldn't have confidence that any of them are consistent starters, probably outside Rudoni, unless he was obviously Rudon's recovering from a shoulder surgery. So I think that part of the team from a FBL point of view is just really hard to pick at this stage. - Okay, are any of the 4.5 midfielders likely to see minutes? - I think they'll all go on then. - Okay, fine. Do any of the fives interest you, you've got and Yeca Rudoni's obviously carrying this problem, Grimes, Sakamoto, Eccles, Yeren, Chi, I think Grimes in the odd team. - Yeah, Grimes will play, especially at the start, but he, I don't think it's gonna get me half-bale points. He's a assist with the assist, he's the one that makes our team tick, but poorly reflected in this kind of game. And I think with Don Yecanak's team, or whoever, they're the ones that are picking up the interceptions versus Grimes, so he does, he's incredible player, does a lot of the work that makes us perform well, but that isn't always translated into FBL points. So I wouldn't be getting Grimes. I think Sakamoto, if he was consistently playing, like he's again, if he's on the opposite wing, like he gets goals assist, he's tricky player, probably win penalties. Absolutely loving as a player, so he's really well. - Who is your Penn Takeer, by the way, what's your expectation? - Yeah, good question. Yeah, I mean, he's had you right when he's there, but then when he's not been there, it's been Asante, Tore will take them if he's on the pitch, but he's not always on the pitch, and then Grimes, I think it falls, then to Grimes. If there's no one else, Grimes will step up and he scored them, but I think it's probably that order. Had you Asante, Tore Grimes. - Okay. I think it's going to be Grimes and Onyekar as the two in front, and then if Mason Clark is out, if we're expecting Mason Clark out, Rodone out, Hadji out, then I think it'll be pretty tuned on the left, Asante in the middle, Sacramento on the right, then, L.S. - Okay, would draw expectation for the whole game be any different to that? - No, no, I think unless someone's going to happen, injury, like, - Yeah. - What we can't see here is obviously, I'm sure you're going to do some more business in the market, even if it's loans, whatever that is, I think there's going to be more stuff in the market. It does feel like, that across what you're saying there, the defensive area, which is what I think people care about the most at the moment, is bar the left-back situation. It's probably quite safe. And so the amount of managerial changes is absolutely perfect for just like, just variation. And so you could easily see a, I don't know, a follow up or a palace or someone that you just wouldn't expect going on last couple of seasons, getting pulled into it. If one of those starts poorly, then I think if one of you does really well, like Sunderland side particularly well last season, I don't know if it calls some panic. If one of the three of you does similar this year and is looking around again and say like, "Lasha, we did have wolves, look particularly bad." But if we don't have that as well, one of these new managers won't make Christmas.
