We want to get you past just memorizing frameworks to a place where you have genuine industry intuition. So when a sector pops up in an interview, you are panicking. You're actually nodding because you know the landscape. You know how the piece is fit. Exactly. And today we are tackling a topic that let's be honest, usually makes people's eyes glaze over in an MBA class. Market entry. Now normally that sounds like a generic checklist, you know, Porter's five forces, all that theoretical stuff. But today we're stripping that all away. Making it real. We are looking at it through the lens of arguably the most expensive high-stakes poker game in the global economy right now. So Tesla is the high risk, high reward, total control model. I'll do it myself. Now let's pivot. Let's do it to the complete opposite end of the spectrum. Legacy incumbent, the giant general motors. GM is such a fascinating counter example for decades. Their version of innovation was let's be honest incremental better cup holders, better cup holders, slightly more efficient engines. They bought crews to solve the autonomous driving puzzle. They basically said we can't build this fast enough. So we will buy the people who can.
