(upbeat music) Conan O'Brien needs a fan. Wanna talk to Conan? Visit teamcoco.com/callconon. Okay, let's get started. - Hey everybody, normally we would have a fan interview in this slot on this particular day, but this is no normal day because it'll be a little different. Sonya, I'm told, has brought me a gift, Sonya. - I do. It's something I've been wanting to give you for a very long time, and I think because, you know, the Oscars are done, everything's more chill. It's the right time to do it. So I just went to the store and I took the liberty. I've just buying you a lot of edibles. - Edibles. Okay, this is real. - Edibles, edibles, edibles. - Yes, yes, that's terrific when we chant things. Best use of a podcast. Random, mindless chanting. So, listen, let's attack this head-on. - Yes. - I've been, I don't really do anything. - I know, you know. - And I used to enjoy some wine, but I don't even do that anymore. - Yeah. - And so I just keep cutting things out of my life. And I've been a little intrigued lately because you've always preached the positive qualities of edibles, and I never did it, never tried it, but you have said that Conan, more than anyone you know, you think I would benefit from these. - I think so. I mean, I went like, I did a lot. - That's a lot. - I got you quite a bit. - Oh my God. - And I took into consideration your height and your gingerness. - I'll be honest, explain. I am a redhead, redheads are, whenever I go to the dentist, they shoot me up full and ovacane, and then they go to drill, and I don't feel any of the novacane, and they sell, oh right, red hair. So, they obliterate my nervous system. - Yeah. - So, what is the story here? - I got you a bunch that some that'll help you sleep. My favorite brand is Camino. - Okay, what are you trying to get a plus? - I'm trying to get them to send us a lot. I'm trying to get a lot from you one. - Tell me what is so good about Camino and pasties on down. - So, okay, so this one, for instance, is for energy. - Energy, now, do you think I need energy? I'm getting, Eduardo, you're giving us a hard pass on energy. - No, no, no, no. - It's also, it's so good. - It says tropical burst. - Yeah, they taste good. And then some just make you feel good. So that one makes you feel good. - I never felt good. What's that all about? What's it like? - I think I made a joke, but I also might not have made a joke. - Yeah, there's a single tear coming down. - Oh my God, Conan, no, you felt good. Like, things will be funny to you that have never been funny before. - Things are always funny to me that no one else thinks is funny. - Yeah, but also, I think I might be made of gummy. - I think that a part of me thinks you should eat some of these and then watch some of your old comedy bits or even your new comedy bits, 'cause you make comedy for potheds. And then there's a chill one that's just going to mellow you out. - This is going to mellow me out and I'm going to be one chill dude. This is called wild berry. I just go to the flavors, that's stupid. I'm Camino chill. Now, okay, you've handed me Camino exhilarate. - Exilarate. - Which Eduardo thinks it's a hard pass. - It's a bad idea. - And she's a hard pass. - Eduardo, hold on, I'm keeping all of these. No one touches me. - The calm one is the one you should start with. - The chill? - No, Eduardo, maybe you should talk to me a little bit and be honest, why the calm one? - I mean, I'm assuming it's like an indica based. - Yeah, I think so. I think-- - Are you a pharmacist? - What do you mean? (laughing) - I just didn't realize you were this. - I just think it's going to mellow you out enough where you'll find everything enjoyable and funny. - Yeah, that's true, that's true. It'll just chill you out a bit. - We're all going to ask for raises once you take something. - I know, be like, hey, come on. What about their raise? We're talking to me about. - Wow. - And so there's a lot of these that have something called THCV, which is supposed to make you give you a little pep in your step. - A little pep in my step. - And then some CBD, which just mellows you out? This one I got. - What's the difference between, I'm not kidding. I don't know the difference between THCV and what's the other one? CBD. - CBD. What's the difference between those? - I understand it right. CBD is like when the component that makes you high is removed and it's just the part that makes you feel better, that has the healing property. - Yeah, blay, why don't you weigh in here? - And it's kind of more like a painkiller body thing. CBD is more like that. And it's also CBD is supposed to make you, I think, more social, right? - Oh. - Well, that, we don't really. - Okay. - Would you consider yourself an anxious person? - Sure. I think that's what. - Look at that. I think I am on high alert all the time for potential dangers. - So CBD would help. - So this is just CBD. And it says may ease mental and physical stress. So maybe we try that one. - So first of all, so now this is very caring of you. - You're welcome. - I know. - This is, what's this? - That's a kiwi strawberry. It just sounded like a nice flavor, but that one still is CBD. So these, a lot of these are five milligrams, which you can try and I don't think that you will feel it. - You don't think I'll feel anything. - I don't think you'll feel five. - I think you need to go for like 10. - What do you, what, Eduardo? - I think you should do 10, because you're tall. - Yeah. - I'm shaking his head. - I strongly disagree. I think that you should, I don't think you should start with 10. I think. - Start with five. - When, when Eduardo asked if you're an anxious person, that also alarm bells went off. Because if you have too much at one time, I think your anxiety will go up. - Oh, that's such a hot. - I think like starting really small to the point where maybe you have half of one of those five milligrams of things. And then the worst case scenario is you say, I didn't feel anything. And then next time, maybe you go to five. - I forgot your little bitch, though. (laughing) - And, Eduardo! And, Eduardo, that's a 10. I'm no bitch. Look at me. What kind of bitch has tropical burst? (laughing) Mango chutney, wild cherry, wild berry. Doesn't sound like no bitch to me. (laughing) - Oh my god. - I strongly agree with Adam. I, I, 10 is my max. And you and I are the same height. - Okay. - You're an issue. - First of all, you are a bitch. - Yeah. - So, so now, the fact that you're saying, I'm like, you Conan makes me think maybe I am a bitch. (laughing) - Prood my point. - Yeah. - No, I'm sorry. So wait, no, please go ahead. I didn't mean to. - I'm just gonna say, 10 for me, if I do 10, I'm out for the night, that's it. I might-- - What does that mean out for the night? - Like, you go to sleep? - It means the work, like, things are funny. And then I'm really hungry. And then the world starts, I start to get kind of tunnel vision and I start to kind of forget what I'm doing. And then I'm, I just go straight to sleep. So it's like-- - And what's the quality of that sleep? - I'm not even asleep. - I'm not late. - Great. - Deep, deep sleep. - But I will say for me, either these mints that I like, I like Camino, 2.5 for me is like, I'll do a 2.5 and just wait 'cause here's the other thing, no one's telling you, it takes a while for the edibles to kick in. So don't take more. - It does. - The rookie move is, you take something, you're like, this isn't working. And then you take more, and then this isn't working. And then you're super hot. - Dang it. - So you take a little bit, you wait a half hour, and then you just see how it's going, and then you can take a little more. But step it up and step it down. For me, the best thing about edibles is, it's not like smoking where you have no idea how much you're taking. You know exactly how much you're taking, and I would use that to your advantage. - That's true. - You know what I just wanna say, my shoutout goes to Camino. (laughing) - Hold it up, hold it up. (upbeat music) This is, look, I don't know what I'm gonna do. I am so gonna stop that. I just want so much free, so many free edibles. - I just, you know, I wanna be responsible. I'm a responsible person, and I'm painfully straight when it comes to drugs and things like that. - I know, but edibles, these are, I mean, these are legal now, and they're very regulated. It's not like I went to some dude on the corner, and I was like, yo, hit me up. Give me some, not hit me up. What am I doing? I can't even get my street legal right. I wasn't like, hey, give me some, give me some edibles. These are very regulated. That one won't even get you high, these CBD ones. That one won't even get you high. But I think I really want you to just take something, sit in front of your TV, I want you to watch Step Brothers, and I just want you, yeah, it's really funny when you're, it's even funnier when you're a little high. - Okay, okay. - Would you rather try it in a group or by yourself for the first time? - Yeah, we can all come over and I'll do it together. That's my nightmare. I don't want you guys around me when I'm in this altered state. I think I need to be alone. I think I need to be, well, actually, you need to come over to my house and you need to duct tape me to my chair, David. - Again? - What do you think, what do you think you're gonna do? - I don't know, but I don't want to be, I mean, I might run around the neighborhood. - I think you would love a historical documentary. - I agree, the other thing I'll say, the historical documentary. - Yeah. - What might be fun is before you, you know, make kind of a night of it and you, You could like come up with a playlist beforehand of music you might want to listen to. Go to the store and get some snacks, prepare this kind of snacks you want to eat to the top. Dude, you're going to get hungry. You're going to get some fun too. You're going to get some lunch. I think all you need is your guitar. Oh, no. I disagree because I went up my guitar is made of Dorita. No. Can I just say a thing? I have partakein in marijuana before and I ended up with my birthday. Wow. Can I just check out the nurse? Check out the nurse. You're a cool girl right now. Hey, fellows. Could you direct me towards the marijuana? And my friends and I tried to jam and we just ended up tuning our guitars for like 45 minutes. I didn't say jam. I said just you and your guitar. Oh. You're still going to end up tuning for 45 minutes. I'll order you Hayley Bieber smoothies so you have a lot ready. You're going to be making music you think is genius. And you know what, it might be. It could be. Well, this could be, here's the problem, potential problem, that a calm, happy Conan is not productive, you know, that this whole thing dies. The podcast. Maybe this is our last episode. You're not going to be high all the time. No, I am. Oh. I'm going to be in here with dreadlocks tomorrow, we're going to tie die shirt. Let's see the grateful dead backwards tomorrow. Yeah. You guys are going to be saying, hey, well, you know, we got to get to work. Work man. Then what the man, the man drag you down, man. I mean, these are, these may seem like very outdated stereotypes, but I think they're very current and cool. Yeah. Could we have a follow up, please? Once you try it. Yeah, I will. Well, you really just tell us how you feel about it. Yeah. Okay. But I'm not encouraging others unless it's Camino. No, I, I, this will be a whole, this will be a whole new chapter for me, potential and potentially. Yeah, maybe it'll unlock things in your brain. You didn't know we're there. But I want those things a lot. They're locked in there. There's, there's a reason that that door has a nine dead bolts on it. Let's not unlock it. All right. We'll, we'll see. Chill. I got some exhilarate. Put that on the sleep and energy. Yes. And don't mix and match. Don't take like one of each at once. Yeah, maybe no. Okay. All right. Well, I've never seen you guys more diligent about chemistry than you are right now. We all jumped in on this segment to offer our fight. And you know, I have to say, Adam, as, you know, I kind of liken you to sort of a Michael Sarah. You know what I mean? And so I'm a little, I'm, I'm, I'm, it doesn't fit my profile of you that you've partaken. I mean, this is the 2020s. This is, this is where we are. Everybody partakes. I don't really like it socially, but like before I go to bed or something like that or before I watch something at home. Yes. Definitely. Yeah. Sometimes I, oh, here we go. I just think I think to, to maybe make you not as worried about it, you might also really hate it and it might sharpen your anger. So it might be a good thing. I don't particularly love it to be fair because it just kind of makes me feel dumb. But also, I mean, Dumber, you know, the world is moving, like you, I know you said you don't really, you know, drink wine anymore. The world in general, at least in America is like moving away from drinking. And this is, by a lot of accounts, just a healthier, you know, substitute. Yeah. Yeah. If you don't like it, can you bring them all back? Yeah. I don't know, I, I think with a, I don't know, with a brand as solid as Camino, I think I'm not going to be disappointed, you know. And whatever, I'm available for sponsorship. I would be the worst sponsor, wouldn't I? You really would. Yeah. I know you would. Yeah, you would. All right. Well, onward, we'll find out maybe in another installment, what happens? And if I, if you read the news that maybe my behavior's been a little out there, you know, I was seen at a Starbucks naked, you'll know what happened. What are you talking about? You're not taking like LSD, you're taking, look, this is a, look, this is a, this is a gateway drug. I'll be on, I'll be on heroin and a week. And there it goes. The Camino sponsor. FAQs

Edibles are edible products containing cannabinoids like THC or CBD, which can affect mood, energy, and sleep. They are being recommended as a legal and regulated alternative to smoking, especially for those seeking mild effects like relaxation or improved mood.

Sonya recommends Camino edibles because they are popular for their variety of flavors and effects, including energy, happiness, and relaxation. She specifically mentions Camino as a trusted brand with products that are effective and well-reviewed.

CBD is known for reducing stress and anxiety and promoting relaxation. THCV may provide a mild energy boost and is said to help with focus. THC is the component that causes a 'high,' but the recommended products in this segment are mostly CBD and THCV-based and won’t get you high.

Start with a small dose—like 2.5 to 5 milligrams—and wait at least 30 minutes to see how your body reacts. Avoid taking more if nothing happens, and gradually increase the dose only if needed to prevent overwhelming effects.

No, it's not recommended to mix different types of edibles at once. Doing so can lead to unpredictable effects, and it's better to try one product at a time to understand how your body responds.

Watch comedy or funny content like 'Step Brothers,' listen to a curated playlist, and enjoy snacks. These activities enhance the experience and help you enjoy the relaxed, funny mindset that edibles can create.
