I'm Jack Hahn with your afternoon news update. Tributes have pulled in for a Victoria Police Officer who died while travelling in South America. The body of 52-year-old Sergeant Matt Paton was found this morning after falling in a trail in Peru. He is survived by his wife and three children. His family have released his statement saying they're shattered, describing him as witty and clever. Victoria Police Chief Commissioner Mike Bush says he will be remembered for his selflessness, amazing sense of humour, extreme kindness and inclusion of all. A proud Queenslander, he joined Victoria Police in 2009, becoming an instructor at the Academy in 2017. There's been a bombshell development in the police investigation into Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, local police have announced they've expanded their misconduct in public office probe to include other crimes. One of the fresh allegations relate to a woman who was allegedly trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein to the United Kingdom to have sex with the former prince. The Prime Minister is paying down suggestions, he's planning a carve-out of some of his tax reforms to stem growing backlash against the changes. There could be adjustments to trusts, removing discretionary trusts from the 30% tax hike, the opposition claims.
