The episode of The Toast blends celebrity gossip, pop culture analysis, and personal anecdotes to examine current events in the entertainment world. A major story centers on the fallout from a dating rumor involving "Alandria" and Travis Scott, which escalated into a public feud with Duma, who allegedly threatened legal action—widely criticized as disproportionate and tone-deaf. The show also reflects on the enduring cultural impact of *Nickelander*, noting that despite being dismissed as trivial, it remains a pivotal moment in reality TV history. Other segments explore real-life relationships, such as the surprising closeness between Taylor and Travis after their wedding, and Kim Kardashian's new energy drink line, "Update," which was seen as a poorly timed commercial. The episode also highlights Jerry O’Connell’s admission of being a "terrible boyfriend" to Jullianna, based on a conversation with Kelly Ripper, adding a layer of personal accountability to the story. Throughout, the hosts emphasize that celebrity drama, while often sensationalized, often stems from real emotional experiences. The episode concludes with a mix of humor and insight, showcasing how reality TV, personal relationships, and public perception continue to influence modern culture. Sponsored segments promote products ranging from pet insurance and personal finance apps to beauty brands and supplements, all framed within the context of daily life and personal well-being.

Our first story, "Alandria" is breaking her silence amid the reported Nicolandria split after Duma circulated new dating rumors. So yesterday we shared that Duma had shared some anonymous tip that "Alandria" was hooking up with Travis. We was hooking up with Travis Scott. The DM actually said that it's been for a few months. Yes, but it said something like, now that the PR relationship is over. It was a shady submission. She's been with Travis Scott. "Alandria" commented and said, "I hope you have your lawyers ready because I have mine." Now if you go to look for the comment, it's not there. Duma, "Alandria" blocked Duma. Duma then commented again and said, "Update it appears as though "Alandria" is blocked me. That's why her comment's missing. But I didn't do it at one point. And she's hoping that she has her lawyers ready. Duma sort of ate her up in the response because Duma was like, "Yeah, I just DMed you their letter." Like I guess she did get a letter from "Alandria." I just want to say, "Alandria is so famous." And like this is really not famous person behavior. Duma and the submissions are so harmless. I think maybe at one point they were like this Bible that people, but it's just not as powerful as it once was. And now it's sort of like a, after the fact people are like, "Yeah, I got a submission from Duma." And it's like, well, you didn't tell us this before. No, and also it's like, as a famous person, there are worse things to happen than a rumor that you're dating one of the most famous rappers in the world. Absolutely. I feel like it's actually a bad look for "Alandria." I agree. Because letting people think it's true. That's great for you. And if it's not true, which like it probably isn't, like who cares? And it's not like ground. And it's distracting people from talking about Nick, which like, if we're gonna dive in, we're gonna get to the fraud, you know? Yeah, but also it's not grounds for a lawsuit to say that like you're seeing someone that you're not seeing, is it? No, no, like factually she is wrong. But also she just like looks petty. Like, and she looks humorless. Like seriously the most like-- Well, no, not humorless, 'cause it's not a joke. She just looks like she's not acting her fame. Like, yeah, I guess. I don't know, but it's just like so serious. Like, it is. It's not that serious. And she hasn't spoken out at all about the relationship. And like, this is what you choose to engage with? Yeah. I feel like maybe she was mad, not even about the Travis Scott thing, but that the submission said now that the PR relationship is over. 'Cause that could, it's also, you know, could be difficult. Well, I could take you to court because I have proof. Like, it's PR. Yeah. Yeah. And then, I mean, that's just like so crazy to threaten lawyers over like a really innocuous rumor like this. Yeah, and like, Duma sort of now standing tento's down. So when I was thinking about like Queenie and Weenie, I honestly feel that like Duma is both my Queenie and my Weenie this week. Because it was really lame. I've heard of post the submissions like after the fact and that's like the opposite of what she's supposed to do. She's supposed to be this like, what do you need to be anonymous for? Like, if you're just not doing anything even remotely controversial. But she's kind of, you should see her fighting with the Ola and Nicolayntry fans in the comments. Like, she's kind of eating them up. And it's Queenie behavior after I'm sorry. She did act like me. But some of us have been fighting Nicolayntry fans for years. Before it was popular. Yeah. Like, and it's just crazy that now everyone sort of sees what we say. Yeah, and acts like they saw it all along. Oh, it's true. They weren't there. Like, where were you? We were alone. You were not there. We were alone. And like, it's fine that you want to be Nicolayntry and have a fake peer relationship. Or ride the co-tales of this immensely successful show. And like, it was the fans idea to put them together. So we're just giving them what they want. They're saying together the fans. Yeah. That's fine. Yeah. But don't spin in my face and tell me it's a rating. Like, it's over now. Like, let's just call it what it was. Yes. Completely. So I just feel like this whole time when we've talked about Nicolayntry, where we've talked about how Nick brings a Landry down. And like, we watched that season. A Landry was a queen. And she remained a queen long after the season. And we knew that this was a fake relationship, but we knew it was going to end. And I don't know. I never thought that it would end and end up being like bad for Nicolayntry for a Landry of herself. Because to me, she's like untouchable. And he's just there. No, but it ended. It would be good for a Landry. By the way, she's holding her back. But now it's the audit, you know? Yeah. And it's like, as an Landry fan, like, historically myself, I'm kind of like looking at her a little sideways. Like, yeah. And then this, it's just kind of messy. Yeah. Yeah. Like, engaging with Duma is like a hard no. I feel like any celebrity who's ever sort of like. But also, if you want to clap back about a dating room or about yourself, that's not true. Say it's like completely not true that she's never even met Travis Scott. There are like, funny, better ways to do it that are not like, I'm just going to sue you. No, it's so lame. That's why I mean when she's humorless. Like, she could have responded and been like, this is news to me. Travis Scott called me. Yeah, you kind of like played and like, been fun. But no, now you just look like like a sore whatever. Yeah. Yeah, it's a bad look. And also like, let's say it's not true. I'd be more than happy to let people think that. Like, yeah, that's a good thing for people. And if it is true, like, you can't threaten lawsuit. That's true. It wouldn't be your first fake relationship. It would not be her first fake relationship. Very true. This like, remains my personal Roman Empire. And like, when we think about like, there have been certain moments of pop culture. Laughing is hurting my back. Oh, I'm sorry. I'll pull down. But it's, yeah, no, continue, continue. I just think that like when people talk about huge moments in pop culture, like, especially for the chose, like, we always see like, scandal, Westband of all, Taylor Frankie Paul, like, these huge peaks, like, these are career-making moments for us. Nobody's going to look back and think of Nickelanger. Like, I will. Yeah. And like in five years, when we do like a Patreon going through old titles and everything's like, Nickelangerous, Nickelanger that. Like, we would otherwise have forgotten them. You know, and somebody, I'd love to comment, I won't answer them yesterday. But, you know, on the anals of pop culture. But not, not on mine. They are a headline. They are a chapter. Yes. Somebody left a comment being like, you guys are always putting Nickelanger in your titles. Like, your fans for real. Yes. Yes. That's what we've been saying. That's what, like, no one's listening to us. [LAUGHS] It's so frustrating. We're fans of what Nickelanger actually is. Not what you-- Which is the business was. Yeah. Worth business women ourselves. Oh, I respect a business. Yeah. So I'm drinking loon in. I know. It looks like we're either simply limitately-- We have no affiliation with this brand. And I just want to say this water is extremely mid. It's genuinely water. I like the sparkling. I just want to say yesterday I had mine. I felt very compelled to finish it, which I did. I know. I'm like, I'm never going to finish this by the way. You've got a hard board. I know. You've called a board. I got a bagel this morning. OK. And like, everything in the haventons is obviously so expensive. So color me shocked. I got this big ass loon in water. Oh, I have it right here tonight. A little orange juice to go with my bagel and a bagel. What do you think that would cost? In reg-- like, what do I think you paid? Yeah. Like $17. $14. I thought that was a pretty good price. Yeah. I don't even-- I mean, these waters, I feel like they're $20. They're so crazy. I don't even know. Like, when you come home and say like, my blow out was $85, I'm like, is that good or bad? Yeah. That's like when I went to say bar. It's like, money is just different. And it's like things that like a roast chicken at a restaurant, like even at a really nice, it's like 40. Usually between 25 and 40. It's 70. Like, it's just like things are different. Yeah. That's where we are right now. So 14, that's good. Even though someone is probably watching being like, you got two drinks and a bagel. And a bagel is $1. Wait, a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. And also, I asked them for a light layer, because it was put too much. Well, they don't charge you less for that. But they charge. So that's like, really, should be $2. Yeah, in the city, like a water and orange juice, it's like $4. We're not a loonin. And that's fresh. And that's fresh squeeze. You could taste the pulp. I know, I didn't love the pulp. So it's also like, you get what you pay for a little bit. It's true. You know, it wasn't trapacana. No. Well, O'Landria, I wouldn't be doing it this way. Yeah, I just want to-- Because the break up is an opportunity. Whether things people are like, we're supporting you or whatever, it's a press moment. So like, now we're just like reading about how like you're being bitter, you know? Do you think she's heartbroken? No. Like, because if Nicolai and Andrea was real-- Was, OK, let's stop it. They have to go through heartbreak, too. Yeah, but they're not. So that's good. Yeah. Like, is he going to go to his DJ gig, some, like, ACRI upset? No. Like, he is going to fall off. She is not. Fall off of what? Like, they-- she lifted him up. Like, he does DJ gigs, like, and people go. Yeah. Yeah. There's a lot of-- like, there's space for a lot of DJs. I also saw who to Mustafa got paparazzi. Did you see this? Like, she's walking out. It was so stage. And they were talking about her music. And she said, like, the music industry has been so open. Like, from-- she's actually, like, been really shocked at the reception from the music industry since she released her song. I saw that, like, her dream collaborator is Rihanna. which is. - She's so different. I love when people choose the sort of alternative artists. - Yeah. - She is one of the, she remains like the craziest person I've ever seen on TV. - Yeah, and she's like really on, does she have any friends from her season? It's crazy that like Hodes from Sierra Susan and Shelley and Clark. - But she was on the outs, even in the villa. - The girls were fucking done with her by the end. - Not done enough. - No agreed, but like the fact that they didn't remain friends with her is not shocking. - No. - The fact that they remained friends with Olandria, which was like sister, that shocking. - Yeah. - I also have been following the current islanders, like Kenzie, she's out in the Hamptons. - I saw. - With Jaden and Caleb. - Oh my God, I saw, what's her man's name? Dylan. - Dylan. - Hey. - Yeah, he's giving me like real grifter vibes. - Hey, he posted a picture like with a corny-ass caption about how he made her girlfriend. - He made her his girlfriend. Like you literally made her miserable. - Yeah, you say how much egg. - Shockingly people like her so much out of the bill, which I'm so happy for her that like, she really is just like a nice girl. - Yeah, and like, and she was just totally redeemed. Like yes, she had like a bad few moments, but like we have forgiven her and like, and she's having a good time and he's like totally riding her co-tales and like if she came out to like hatred, he would have dumped her in a second. - Yeah. - So I hated his caption, but anyways they're all together and it made me realize I haven't seen the core four together at all. - No, I know they all like did go to LA with their couples and like, I don't know, do stuff, got their hair done and like maybe recorded podcasts or whatever. Then a lot of them-- - No podcasts have come out. - That's true. A lot of them went home individually. A lot of them went home separately. So like Trinity and Bryce both went to Virginia together, but Zach and Katie, because he had to go to England and she went to New Hampshire. - They separated. - Did you see that he had to go to England because fans called immigration on him because of his visa? - I mean, I've said it once I say it again, like love Island remains like one of the most toxic mentally ill fan hoods of all time. - That's insane. - Yeah, so he has to go sort out his visa. - Trinity and Bryce are getting paparazzi everywhere. They go, they are so famous. And then it also, so I keep coming up on my Instagram that like all these big talent agencies keep announcing. - Oh yes, Trinity signed with WWE. Gersh signed a NIA. - Bryce went to UTA. Like it's just so funny that they're all like getting their teams in order. - Well, I had heard that like after this-- - I read that article too. - There was like the 10 days after the season, they were like scheduled meetings, the network schedule for them with talent agencies. And I guess that's also, I don't know if they've always done that, but that might be the flip side of this exclusivity contract that they signed. It's like they're going to help them. - And be taken care of. - Be talent. - Yeah. - So they had like, you know, and those are major agencies, which is starkly like I'm not signed. - I mean, reality TV people, until those reality TV people have really proven themselves as like commercial successes. - Bryce, like it is, it's actually, I do think that the timing of Dicolandria and then Bryce and Trinity like couldn't be more perfect because Bryce is a DJ and they were like this beloved couple. And honestly, I just feel like Nick Skiggs are gonna go to Bryce. I forgot that he was a DJ. - I didn't realize he was a DJ either. - He was a little. - He's a little things. - And Chandler. - Truck repair man. - Garbage truck repair man? - Yeah, he does. He used to. - Oh. - Probably not anymore. - Yeah. - Like how a Lindra used to make elevators. - Oh wait. - That was her job. - Star like love that. - Yeah, he had a field day with that. - He really did. - And Mel, I know everyone's job for Mel, he worked at a bikini store. - Mel and he worked at a bikini store. Trinity worked at Home Depot. - Did she? - Uh-huh. - Obsessed. - Cater. - Nope. - Just speak of, it's giving student. Like Corbin. - Yeah. - See the student? - He did just graduation. - Corbin and Parmeeta are all over my car. - Oh, then there's the Miami gang of Corbin, Parmeeta and Gabriel. - Oh, and they had Trace just won a huge medal for like the long jump. - Oh, congratulations. And she also has been hanging out with a lot of the cost of people, even though she didn't know them. Then, I think it's Aurora. And Chandler hanging out with nobody because he's too good for these people. - And like he has a child. - And-- - I saw he went to an event. And they were like asking where his fit was from. And he said, "Oh, actually, my whole fit is from Sheen "because I got a care package from PR." (laughing) - So cute. - That is cute. - It was, it was like very innocent. - Caleb was hanging out with Nick at one point. - Who's Nick? - A Langerie. - What? - He went to one of his E.J. gigs. - Oh, I saw that. - Caleb might be in the Hamptons. - Yes, with Jaden and Dylan and Hannah. - And Hannah's there and Kenzie. - For Cowboy Colostrum. - Yeah, right. Honestly, it's love Island Summer. - It is. And it's fun to see who's remained friends. And what's crazy is the core four, their friendship won the season. That was like, they were the final four because of their friendship, people just wanted them in. And they're the only ones not being friends right now. - Also, the streets, I don't know if Melanie and Sincere are together. So Melanie was one of the last people to come back to social media and post. And what she ended up posting was like a 20-thing carousel, like photos, none of them would sincere. - Wow. - She also died her hair pink, which is like giving break up. - Yeah. - I fucking hope so. - I think she also needed some time to watch all the episodes. - Right, and gather information. - Yeah. Yeah. Interesting. I haven't seen Sincere once. - Thank God. And it's been amazing. - Yeah. - And then I feel like we're forgetting about a couple. - Soul. - I have even seen Soul around. - No, I know she did that like turn to Instagram Live and then that's it. - She's been like wearing a lot of wigs. - You're kidding. - Yeah. - Her hair was one of the things I liked most. - I remember. - I remember. I love how you look naturally. So, but I haven't seen her like hanging out with anyone. - No. - Oh and Jen and Gal. - Photoshoots. - Coffee. - It's a lot. - She has a bagel at pop up there. - That's like queen right there. - Really cute. I'm happy for everyone. Cause like we said, like the humiliating nature, nature of the show and the things that they do on the show. Like they deserve every minute of this. - Every fame, every follower, every dollar. - Yeah. - They learned it. - They really have. So, it's fun to watch. - Yep. - Okay. Next story. Kylie Kelsey. Details, Taylor and Travis. Is absolutely magical. Wedding. Kylie. Shared on her podcast on Thursday. Not gonna lie. She said I would like to say congratulations to Tay and Travis. It was absolutely magical. I'm so happy for them. We love them so, so dearly. And it was only making it official because Taylor's been family now for quite some time. So, that's that. She said for any additional information, you can check in with Taylor and Travis. Because any of the details they want to share, they can share. Otherwise it was intimate and incredible and full of love. Both for each other and everybody else's love for them. - You know, I have long thought that like these two just like definitely hate each other. They're so different. But you know what? Now that the dust has settles, I actually think that they're super close. I do. - Super close. - Like the fact that Taylor and Travis hung out with them right after their wedding and like they could have been by themselves. They could have been with anyone. And like they wanted to be with Travis' brother and his wife. Like that's really sweet. And I think Taylor, it's like super family oriented. She has one brother who she's really close with. She has like a million siblings. So it must be exciting to like be getting more family, especially when like, you know, in her position. And there's probably not like a ton of people you could like trust. - A whole heartedly. - Yeah, it must be nice to get new people you can completely trust. - Yes. Three. I don't know if I would trust the dad. Like Donna. - Donna. - Yeah. - Donna. Donna. Jason. - Jason and Kylie. - So I think that the more I think about it, like while these two had these not been the circumstances and they met in any other way, like they definitely would not have liked each other. But you know, you can't choose your family. And I actually think now, I think that they're really close. - Okay, that's really sweet. I think, you know, she like addressed the wedding, but she had to do that too. She could move on. - She gave away nothing, which she didn't, which she also had to do, you know, because I think everyone's like waiting to see what Taylor and Travis want to say. And I thought what the one, you know, sort of personal thing that she said, which was at, you know, day. - So it's already been family. - She's been family for a while now, like if she didn't like her, she didn't need to say that. - No, and it's actually a very sweet thing to say. - It is a nice thing to say. - I agree. No, I'm no longer looking into this, you know. - But for you to go from being like, oh, these two hate each other, like monster and loss. - That's what I said. And think that they hated each other. I thought that Kylie hated Taylor. Like just Kylie's personality type seems like the type of person who hypothetically would hate Taylor's personality type. - Yeah. No, I think that I was wrong. - Much so. - I know it's over 100%. - So for you to go from that to their very close, I think that like being with your brother and sister-in-law directly after you're wedding during your honeymoon, like, is a huge statement. And we don't know it's like 100% true, but like streets said that they were in Montana with Jason and Kylie. And I'm just operating under that assumption. - I don't know why that would be a lie. - Yeah. And I think that that's very sweet. - Yeah. - That is very sweet. - So anyways, tick-tock on the deets. - Yeah. - I'm getting a lie reminder. - I'm getting a concern that I didn't come in. - It's been three weeks. - And Paige Paul came and went. - She's still going. - Yeah, right. - She's still sharing. Now they're on their honeymoon. - Oh, where is she going? - I think they're in Nantucket. They're doing a lot of like, fishing. - Oh, Nantucket. - Oh, like, oh, how? - Nantucket. - Nantucket. - Yeah. - A lot of fishing. A lot of beer drinking. - That's so. - I don't want to waste it. - Oh, I think. Thank you. - Yeah. And like, so not a real honeymoon. - Right. - Just like, they took a mini moon, as the kids say. - Yeah. Which is cute. Are you ready for our next story? - One number? - Three. - Yeah. - Kim Kardashian is using her bar exam failure to sell on your G drinks. So Kim shared an update yesterday about update. Though there's not really an update, but just a more of promotion. - Yeah. She made this big countdown announcement. I didn't really fall for it. It was kind of like a serious countdown. And like, I thought like something big was coming. And it was just a commercial for the drink that already exists. - Right. So it was a commercial for a drink that we already knew that she was a part of. And it was just like a big commercial making her a big part of it. There was lots of jokes. It was very high production. And her new energy drink brand is called update. There's no cap. being a no sugar. The whole campaign is about how like, you know, she's the hardest worker. And like, I think that this drink is the hardest working drink. Right. Like, what is the hardest working woman in the world drink to keep up? Update allegedly. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That one like didn't stick. What? Update. It hasn't. I feel like now from here on. No, it literally came out like well over a year ago. I got a PR package. Oh, did you? I feel like I put them in the fridge and like, I meant to drink them and I never did. A couple of months ago, it was announced that she was like, she didn't start the company, but she was coming on and like, make it happen. And then this seems like, and that was more like B2B news. No, no, no, it was like out and stuff like. And then this seems like the first real like B2C push. It's not. Maybe they're like, it's another big B2C push. Perhaps, but it just feels like, like, skims is doing so well. Like, why you got to go and start another company. Like, it's good. Yeah. Like Kylie's also doing hydration as well. Hydration 600. Under K2. Under Sprinter. Right. Sprinter is not alcohol anymore. Yeah. It's hydration sticks. Kendall has eight one eight. Yeah. I just doesn't do it for me. I'm not like running out and buying updates. No, the commercial was well done. There was a joke about how she didn't, someone said, didn't you like fail the bar? She said, I didn't fail the bar. I raised it. You also failed twice. Is she going to take it again? Please. No. I know. But like, imagine she did all of that, like, just to not even finish. I know. You can only fail so many times, right? Like, if you fail, I think three times, they're not, they don't you take it. That's not that. That would be good. That would be good. You can't just take it. She's going to take it again. Like knowing her, you know, she doesn't give up failure is not in her vocabulary. She will take it again. I actually think it was only her first time taking it. No. She passed the baby bar. And then this was her first time taking the regular bar. I don't think so. You know, JFK Jr. failed the bar. Like, there are greats who have. But what did he, aside from like being JFK Jr. Like, what did he do? Nothing. As a lawyer. I was a lawyer on nothing. He started that magazine, but you don't have to be a lawyer to do. Yeah. Like, he's great in the city and come from the fact that he passed for a legal background. Yeah. So I wouldn't use that as an example. Okay. But yeah. What's to say, really? What's to say about update? I'm not sure. Other than the fact that like, I personally don't care. Yeah. And like, don't waste a countdown. You know, I know like Taylor does it. And at this point, like she does, but I'm desensitized to her countdown. It's true. I know it's going to be like a new vinyl, a new cover. But when you're not a countdown person, and then you do a countdown, like, not with some news I already knew. Yeah. Kim, this was definitely not countdown worthy. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. 100%. Um, okay. So Jerry O'Connell is making news, admitting that he was a terrible boyfriend to his ex-Trulyana ranting. Yeah, so that was the first time hearing of this. So the way this story reached me was I saw Jullianna, by the way, on a boat. I don't follow her. She's on the boat saying, "Oh, my ex wants to talk about how we went down 20 years ago. We could talk about it." New episode of Bill Jullianna drops next week. The podcast. Drops next week. And then in the caption, it said something about Jerry. I'm like, "Who's Jullianna's a random ex named Jerry? Like, what's the tea?" Yeah. Then come to find out she's talking about Jerry O'Connell, who went on "Series XM Show Let's Talk Off Camera with Kelly Ripper." I mean, he admitted to Kelly Ripper that he was a terrible boyfriend to Jullianna. So this is what he said to Kelly Ripper that caused Jullianna to make that video. I mean, he said it, but then also, yeah, picked up a lot. It was like a people magazine was obsessive. Yes, but this is what people might see in this saying that he said. So she asked Jerry about his relationship with Jullianna. He noted that though they had-- It's appropriate. Yeah, like over 20 years ago. Like she's married. Yeah, you know what Kelly's asking the hard questions. Kelly is gonna Kelly come into the Cahoney. It's true Not mindless news He noted that though they had a lot of fun together. He was a pretty terrible boyfriend So in her memoir for from 2016 she alleged that he cheated on her and did their relationship over intercom Kelly intercom yeah, like you know when you what in the 90s? Yeah, Kelly asked Jerry if Julianna had ran by him the contents of her memoir that pertained to him and Jerry said she had not He said she doesn't have to if that's true. Yeah, she said now listen and Julianna ran six defense of this memoir I was a pretty terrible boyfriend hand up. I was not a good boyfriend Let me take this moment to apologize to Julianna rancig. I'm not kidding about being a terrible boyfriend I was the worst. I wasn't the worst boyfriend. I was just a bad boyfriend. I was just not a great boyfriend In the memoir, she said you were a good boyfriend or a bad boy. She said he broke up with her via intercom which he confirmed He said I broke up with her through an intercom because Julianna rancig came to my condominium and hit my intercom I was not expecting Julianna rancig She wanted entry into my condominium thank goodness buzzer gate security I paid a pretty hefty homeowners fee for these things. He said I said I did not know you were coming You can't come up here. You can't come here unannounced notice no one had boundaries like no This said no one had a key. They were dating and she wants to come into his condominium. Of course he's insane He said no one had a key so the relationship was not like that But that was why I didn't like someone coming to my condominium I kept calling it a condominium. Why does he keep calling her Julianna rancig coming to my apartment when she was Julianna Depandy then she was Julianna Depandy, she said I didn't like someone coming to my condominium without an invite or even a text or a phone call There was no warning and I didn't want someone coming in because I didn't want any confrontation He then then Kelly proceeded to read a line from Julianna's memoir on what Jerry said I had no idea this hat Oh me there like much like the bald woman. Should we be Julianna's memoirs running out of good will I didn't know they ever dated that they and continuously that she spilled the beans in 2016. I knew none of this up until yesterday So Julianna says in her memoir that Jerry on the intercom said nope, sorry, homegirl things change, but you take care, okay? Oh my god. Now Jerry said I don't recall exact wording so I can't deny that I said that it doesn't sound like something I would say I mean if I were writing a memoir it would make for a good quote I'm going to applaud Julianna for using colorful dialogue and everything okay. He's gaslighting her so now Julianna Here's that takes to Instagram and says oh you want to know the true story of what happened But I got my podcast it's coming out next week I'm sure there's a lot of tea because he did she probably she'd on her He was a terrible boyfriend, and he's admitting to those things and like sort of You know trying to take the sting out of it, but she's never even staying back in and I do understand Julianna like responding to this on her Podcasts because I think at the place that she's in like you only get so many big moments for your podcast So yeah, I like true so you know what I get it like this is a this is a hustle We all are doing what we have to do. I don't know if like the bill in Julianna podcasts makes waves very often But I would also say like the podcast should have dropped today. Oh, for sure Don't tell me to tune in next week because I'll be on to something new next week. I personally won't be tuning in No, of course. Let me know what happens. She like confounds me a little bit because she like Left public life like by choice, right? Well, she left e-news and such Yeah, I think a lot of people left e-news either by their own decision or not and they continue to do other stuff like social media I don't know. She looks she does social media. She's like really disappeared. She doesn't have a podcast. She does social media She has a podcast. She left like television, but she does fat bit fun like she I don't know if that fit fun is still in business I think it is Fat bit fun is like so important to me. Yeah, I know so like she is like us like people like really like her and her and Bill And they have a really nice marriage and Bill is rich. Well, they're rich. Excuse me. That was like very condescending in me, but like he Like is rich. He won the apprentice, but that's like but not like celebrity apprentice back in the day if you were on regular apprentice It was like a huge deal. It was but it didn't mean that you were rich I meant that you were like a smart person. No, but it meant that like you were he got like a big job Like you like it used to mean something. Yeah, we think of celebrity But like that was so long ago like what happened to the job? That's like winning America's next-time model Like didn't mean you were the next time it's not because like you were getting a job in business not modeling like modeling is fickle and fleeting like It's like he went to business school like yeah, no, he's definitely like smart and a good business man I think he's done well for himself and there's a reason why he won the apprentice And I think that showcased his towns, but just because you win the apprentice like doesn't mean you become a moneyed individual Oh, I like actually think that it does really what does Bill Ransick do for work like I know he's rich Or am I just a genuinely mean, but you think the apprentice made and they also own a chain of restaurants Yeah, he's best known for winning the apprentice. He's handsome. He looks like Eddie Sibrian He's a restaurant owner, of course. They own RPM which like He's a big deal in Chicago like I think it's like equivalent of BLT steak How there's like a million of them be a steak beauty Italian. I that's what I think he's also an entrepreneur investor becoming famous Bill started an online subscription business and since he apprentice He's invested in a variety of businesses and real estate projects. He's a professional speaker and author and a podcast I was okay. Maybe I'm like mr. Remembering. No, but that's sweet Yeah, I was thought like she left E and like left her public life because she had a rich husband, you know No, but she obviously that has opportunities like you don't just like leave and nobody really could do What she did after that's a girl that's a job of the early and girls would trying to fill the shoes The show right because they could not find the shoes to fill that Julianne Ryan I don't think that he news was a failure this time around because they couldn't find the people to fill I just think like it was too late. You're telling us news at 7 p.m. Like we knew this yesterday I know like the way people consume content is just different than it was not what it was and they just couldn't She's just like an anomaly to me, but even like red carpet coverage. That's still bad It has suffered and they still try and fill the shoes. Yeah, but they don't fill the shoes The thing about Julianne and Ryan is like nobody knew who they were they were just journalists Like them filling with Laverne Cox like sorry, that's not gonna cut it still trying to fill the shoes Still trying to fill the shoes You know julianne rantic left a gaping hole in media Shoes to fill are you okay? Don't hurt your back. Don't hurt your back Big shoes. It's a big she's I mean right because that's some little ones Crackin Like things I think she has like show them by I think this is exciting for her podcast It's crazy to Gerry Okano who's like the most famous nice guy. Yeah, very affable everybody loves him Everybody loves him. But it turns out 20 years ago. He was kind of a cheating douchebag nightmare Well, I just feel like that's should be inspiration to cheating douchebag nightmares everywhere like you can too And the women and the women who love them. However, yours probably won't change. Oh, yeah, don't let Gerry Okano fool you Yeah, he's not gonna change the exception not the rule absolutely So stay tuned. I look forward to people magazine recapping the podcast. Yeah, our fifth and final story a little casting biopic news Tom Holland Zendaya's boyfriend. Yeah is filming Fred Astaire biopic next and plans to do all of the dancing himself Okay, I'm gonna need like a quick riefer on Fred Astaire. Fred Astaire. You know Fred Astaire No, that's why I asked for the riefer. I don't he's like that. He's like the guy acting dancing guy from like the 50s Let's get what we show five. What's he in that I've seen? I want to say singing in the rain. Oh my god I was gonna say that too or like guys and dolls. Okay, he was in he's an American actor singer dancer choreographer and presenter Does Tom Holland sing I don't know they are booked and busy those two like it's actually crazy. Where are the odds like genuinely the most Popular famous actress is married to like the most popular famous actor of their time like they're both they're gonna Grow up to be like Brad and Angelina hopefully not but I mean in terms of career Um, so he was in top hat funny face Swing time. Yeah, I think he's a swinging. I think it's like a swing dancer. Yeah, for sure Easter parade You know, he he started with ginger Rogers. I don't know. I feel like a biopic For a man. It's like a very hitter-miss Sometimes it like makes a great actor and sometimes like I think it ruins a career Oh, interesting like awesome butler never like completely fell off after all this fell off from where though like he was literally He was like this. No, he was no. Yes, he was like this. No with a little Small peak for And did he ever work after it was it was it was shocking that he got the part Yeah, but to the fact that he did like that means like you're chosen like what's next thing? I actually think awesome butler is like having success as an actor. We just refused to see it. No, I'm telling you He's gonna be playing like Norman Bates American Psycho. He's gonna gonna gonna. No, I just like I feel like we have like a blockage You know and we can't like we act because we think so imagine me Ellen white being like Bruce Springsteen people hated I personally hated Timothy Chalamet as Bob Dylan like I don't know Romney Malik as that was a maker break and he make yeah Taren Egerton make Joaquin Phoenix Johnny Cash make major. Yeah, I it's just a little I think it's like a little risky sometimes honestly But I don't think so because even if it doesn't like make you like it's good quality work and like it's fine It's like I feel like a backfires like I think it's like safe. Oh, I don't I think it's safe and then you're like comparing to like who you're playing, you know And also I feel like this will be like a cute it's will be like a - Cool setting for a movie, you know, this one. And it's based in, oh my God, he was born in 1899. - Obviously, Tom Holland. - Obviously, like his career's in the 1900s, but he was born in the 1800s. - That's really spooky. - That is crazy. - That's like what they probably are gonna start saying about us soon. Like we were born in the 1900s. - That is what they're gonna say about us in 100 years. - Oh, I feel sick. - So, lest we not judge. - So true. - He had a long dancing partnership with Ginger Rogers. I wonder who will play she? - They literally cast Zendaya and everything that they do. So like sure, make it Zendaya. - So cute. You know, did you see the Hollywood reporters, like, are variety, one of them is getting shit because they wrote up a thing on the Odyssey, like ranking the performances of all the actors? - No. - Yeah, and they put Tom Holland 17, like dead last. - Oh, he's in it. - Yeah, and Zendaya. - Oh, is that crazy? - I don't know, everyone's in the Odyssey, I guess. - You did. - It's a huge cast, right? - Oh, and then, um, and halfway, was talking about working with Christopher Nolan again. What was she in with him the first time? Robert Pattinson was in it with him once forever. - See everyone's in this movie. You're naming people, I'm like, - Are you not following the press? - No, 'cause I'm not on TikTok, so I don't get to serve up this video. - When did you end up with the first work with Christopher Nolan? - You like to see them all day long. - I do. - They say clips of their interviews. Is Flaj doing interviews? - Oh, Dark Knight Rises. She was in that, I didn't know that. She was Catwoman. - Who's Flaj? You know, Flaj. That woman, who like, with Blake Lively. - If I'm a celebrity and I'm an actress, I'm keeping Flaj, the fuck away from her. - And Flaj also like, has beef with Anne Hathaway too. - Yeah, I know, but Anne Hathaway's a proud guy. - She's a proud guy. - She was knocked away down the Blake Lively rabbit hole. - You guys know, I think she's like, Dutch. She's an international reporter who like, is obviously like very, she's sort of the, the Julianne Rance of her country, of the Netherlands. - Because anytime a actress or actor does press, she's there representing like, the Netherlands media community. And she like, has all this archival footage. And remember, she had the video Blake Lively, which was like, oh, your bum looks so great. I was like, your bum looks crazy. That's fucking crazy. And then the video went so viral. Literally started the Blake Lively cancellation hate train, like, literally. And then she was like, trying to make lightning strike twice. So she had this like nasty video of Anne Hathaway from like, years ago. It came out and like, people were starting. And Anne Hathaway just got back in the good graces of America. She's not going back. So she like, reached out to the woman, like, sent her a million dollars, got her a gift. And like, it was diffused. - Yeah. - So just know, like, if I'm ever in a film, you will be, she's on the no-fly list. - You're just skipping press day with vlog. - A thousand percent. I'm calling and sick that day. - Well, those are the past five stories. I don't feel like Nini Shukwini and Nini, 'cause I already said mine. - Yeah. - You've any thoughts? - Pop out. - Oh, fine. Let's do Quini Nini. - Well, no. Like, we didn't. - No, do you want, is my Quini, am I wini? Like, I'm sorry, you have to read her comment section. She's fighting for her fucking life, but she's actually eating people up. But when I saw that thing the other day, like, oh, Nicola, as you work up, here's everything I've gotten and not posted. Like, thanks. I wonder if, like, if she does that with other people too, like, would she post a cheating rumor about someone? I don't know, I don't know what the ethics of a Duma are. Like, I don't think, like, thinking back, like, I don't think she's ever posted, like, cheating rumors. - I think, like, back in the day, she looked a lot less to lose. And she was just, like, sort of, posting whatever came her way. And I do think that she's probably gotten, like, a substantial amount of, like, threatening legal notices. And this is, so she's definitely more careful. And her content has suffered because of it. But, like, now she's, like, a full-on media company. So she has more to lose and she's, like, actually-- - And you don't just, like, post, like, baseless cheating rumors. - You can't. - Someone message you. - Right. - Unless she's, like, hard for-- - NicSapp, like, seems like he doesn't want to be around the land, you're like, how do you even know that? - Yeah, like, we're just making up things based on vibes now. - That's not appropriate. - And that's not what a media person does. - Yeah. - But I just think, like, the whole, yeah, it was Queenie and Weenie, I understand.
