This is a somatic meditation to build a bridge and build awareness about human design. I love human design because of the way that it can inform our being and allow us to let that inform the way we do things. Thank you for being here. Settle in and find a position where you feel comfortable. Let your eyes close or soften your gaze toward the floor. There's nothing to figure out here. Nowhere else. You know. You need to be. You've arrived and carved out this time for yourself. So allow your body to be fully supported. Feeling the contact points. Touching the chair. The bed or the floor. And allowing yourself to be comfortable. Completely held. Take a breath in. And let it go gently. Inhaling again. Letting the belly and chest rise. And letting go with a gentle exhale. Noticing if you can make the exhale a little bit longer than the inhale. Maybe you've heard the words human design before. Or seen a chart with colored shapes and gates on it. Maybe you've even taken a quiz that handed you an energy test. Or perhaps you've spent time in one of the burnout meditations built around your own type. And feeling your particular flavor of exhaustion as it's named and met. I wanted this meditation to be different. It's not here to teach you a new system. Or add another label to the pile. It's here to help you remember something your body may have known long before it had a name for it. So settle in. And trust that what needs to land will land. Let your breath settle naturally into whatever rhythm it wants to move in with no need to control it. Somewhere back around 1987, a man sat with a question he hadn't even asked out loud yet. He wanted to understand why some people move through their lives with so much ease, and why others, no matter how hard they try, feel like they're pushing against a current that never lets up. What came to him over the days that followed wasn't something he built brick-by-brick. It arrived whole, like a memory, already complete. And he spent years afterward mapping what he'd received, and what he found was a system. Threads of astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, the chakra system, and the language of quantum physics, all pointing at the same thing from different angles. A body carrying a frequency, a design that was already yours before anyone gave it a name. I want you to let that word sit for a moment. Frequency. Every living thing carries one. A signature of energy, all its own. The way no two heartbeats sound quite the same when you listen closely. And yours has been running underneath every choice you've ever made. Whether you were tuned into it, or not. Feel your own breath moving in and out. That rhythm didn't come from a book or a teacher. And it's older than any system built to describe it. Let's let it move at its own pace for a few rounds. In and out. However it wants to come. Inhaling. And exhaling. As you breathe, continue to connect to the story. Rooms that weren't built for your frequency. Design as what was already running before any of that arrived. Conditioning did its job and kept you safe long enough to get here. But it was never the truest signal. It was only the loudest one for a while. So bring your attention now to the center of your chest. Right around your heart. A place that so many traditions call home. Imagine it holding a frequency entirely its own. The signal that was already there the moment you arrived on the earth. Underneath every role you've ever learned to play. Let your next breath move into that space like you're tuning an instrument with small adjustments. Breathe in through your nose. And as you let it go. Allow your shoulders to drop a little further than they did before. You don't have to understand your own design today. To start trusting that it's there. Knowing yourself was never about collecting more facts. It's about softening the noise. And letting it out. And letting it out. Until you can finally hear what's been playing underneath the whole time. Your being. Quietly running the show. That you're doing keeps trying to lead. So let your body settle. Right where you are. No further than it feels honest. Picture if this helps. A low and steady hum. Somewhere behind your ribs. A frequency that's been playing since before you had language for anything. It never needed your permission. It never needed your permission to exist. Only your attention to be heard. For a moment. Simply listen for it. The easy way you'd listen for a sound coming from another room. Whatever quiet awareness you have. Whatever you're feeling. Whatever quiet awareness meets you is enough. Because there's no wrong way to arrive at your own frequency. Physics has a way of saying something similar. Two particles that once touched stay connected. They matter the distance between them afterward. Each one. Shifting when the other does. As though the space separating them. Was never quite the distance that it looked. Your nervous system works something like that too. It picks up the frequency. Of every room you walk into. And every person standing near you. Long before your mind catches up with an explanation. That sensitivity you have. Was never a flaw to manage. It's part of how you're built to read the world. For a moment. Notice what your body is picking up right now. In this exact minute. Release the story about it. And just feel the raw sense of it. Is it warm or cool? Is it warm or cool? Is it still? Or is there a low current of motion? Whatever is there is simply information. Arriving the way it always has. Faster than thought. Faster than thought. Faster than thought. So let your hand rest wherever it wants to on your body. Maybe your chest or your stomach. Feel the weight of your own hand as contact. And a small reminder that you are here. Fully inside this frequency. Living it instead of watching it from a distance. Whatever chart or label or type finds you eventually. None of it is meant to define you from the outside in. frequency has been humming all along, waiting for you to let it lead. Thank you so much for being here as always, namaste. Subtitles by the Amara.org community Your heart can tell you a lot about your health.
