CHIPS, CHIPS, CHIPS 🍟 FPL GAMEWEEK 30 PREVIEW 💪 | Fantasy Premier League Tips 2025/26

Teksti on keskustelu Fantasia-Premier Leaguen (FPL) strategioista kauden loppuvaiheessa. Keskustelussa tarkastellaan erityisesti pelimerkkien (kuten wild card, bench boost, free hit) optimaalista käyttöä huomioiden tulevat tuplakierrokset (etenkin kierros 33) ja tyhjät kierrokset (kuten kierros 34).
Me huolehdimme matkasta. Sinä päätät miten sen käytet? Vär! Yhteisellä matkalla. Katsomaa, ja se on tuntunut tietää. Välisessä on tuntunut mielestäni. Lähtäisiin, että on tuntunut tietää. Lähtäisiin, että se on tuntunut tietää. Tämä on tuntunut tietää. that might just be the little minor thing I need to go somewhere else. So I'm pretty sure if I had Saturday, I would just go there no matter what, whether I had Harland or whatever I think about his minutes against West Ham. Bruno is a little bit different, even though maybe given how the season's gone, it shouldn't be. So yeah, Harland's probably best if you're confident in his minutes. If not, I'd probably look elsewhere. Just really quickly, are there any other players that I've missed? I should probably go back to Game Week 13 instead of Game Week 38. I mean, if you've got Saka him against Everton at home, wouldn't be terrible, same with Palmer against Newcastle at home if you want to go a little bit different. I mean, Semenio against West Ham away, that guy cannot stop returning, but I guess you've got the same problem as with Harland. Like at the moment, we just see Semenio as this nailed on 90 minute guy for Man City. And he is going to play the majority of games, of course he is, but we haven't seen him have to play Champions League, then we can then Champions League. We'll pet him in the same way, probably. It is not guaranteed. That's why I'd rather go for someone like Bruno. Otherwise, you're looking at like Palace against Leeds. I've mentioned that could TK. I guess Tia, I'll go against Wolves at home, but I don't prefer him to someone like Bruno. So I'm going to get on to some of your questions in a minute, but there were a lot of questions around chips. How to use them for the rest of the season. Now we've had the FA Cup quarter final draw and stuff like that. Now I did touch on what that draw means for FPL in the transfer tips video yesterday. Not everything is guaranteed, but it does look very likely that Arsenal Chelsea will get through to the FA Cup semi-finals, so they will probably double in 33, along with Brighton and Newcastle, who are their opponents from Game Week 34. And if man said he beat Liverpool, they would also double in Game Week 33. So I'll get onto some of the specific questions in a second, but one thing that came up a lot was what to do if you've got all of your chips left. Now there's multiple ways you could play it, but I would say for most people is going to be one of two strategies. You stick with the one that lots of people have been talking about for a while. So you're wild card 32, you bench boost 33, you free hit 34 in the next blank, and then you triple captain 36 if you've still got that left, because there is a good chance there will be another double game week in 36. But that to happen, you need man said he'd to beat Liverpool in the FA Cup semi-finals, but even if Liverpool beat man city, there is still a chance of a double game week in 36. If Liverpool get to the FA Cup final and Arsenal will get to the semi-finals of Europe. So those things can make a double game week in 36. So basically if you've got the triple captain, you should probably just wait for that. The alternative is to free hit in 33. I know a lot of people like to free hit in a double, wild card in 35, and then either bench boost or triple captain in 36. You'd probably bench boost I would say, because you're setting up your wild card. The only downside with that strategy is where do you use your triple captain? You'd have to use it in a single game week. So I'll go through some of the pros and cons. I will say right now, I'm not setting stone on which strategy I prefer. I think right now if I had to lock it in, I'd probably just wild card 32, but I do like free hit 33. And the reason for that is, once you wild card in 32 to set up for the bench boost in 33, you're gonna be holding a lot of those players for most of the rest of the season. So you've got like maybe one or two bright and players in there, maybe one or two new castle. Now if they continue to play, and you get the right players, the fixtures are pretty good. Like if I had Gordon and Chow for the rest of the season and you cast the right of the Chamsie, I wouldn't mind that, but do I want one or two bright and players outside of the goalkeeper? Probably not. One of the teams that would probably double in 33 would be Burnley. Outside of the Bravco, I probably don't want any of them for most of the rest of the season. So it's not a huge issue, right? You'd probably have triple Arsenal, triple man set you triple Chelsea, then a couple of others from elsewhere, but it's just one thing to think about. So I probably would Wildcard 32, but had to lock it in right now, but free hits also quite nice. So the Wildcard 32 strategy, allows you to dead end in 31 and set up nicely for the double. We should have six teams doubling in 33, which is a good chance at a big bench boost. So I don't think all of your players on the bench would have a double, but I'd say the majority would. I you should be able to have at least the goalkeeper and then one or two double game week is outside of that. Maybe like a single game weaker from Leeds, they've got walls at home, someone like Goodman, sitting is very cheap. You could have him as a single game week, but you could have a lot of doublers on your bench. So that's one of the big reasons to Wildcard in 32. If you still got your bench boost left, you have to keep a lot of these players for the remainder of the season, like I've just said. If City Beat Liverpool in the FA Cup, Alice could double in 36, but not in 33. So basically, if City Beat Liverpool, their game in 34 gets postponed, they've also got their game against Panace and Game of the 31 to rearrange as well. I won't go into the reasons why you should go and follow like Ben, Cradlin, James from Planet FPL, et cetera. But basically, they all think, as far as I know, that the City Burnley game from Game of the 34 is more likely to go into 33, which means the Palace game that needs to be rearranged with City would go into 36. Now, it's not a massive problem, but basically, you probably wouldn't Wildcard with Palace players in 32, but you might want to pick up a couple later on. So it's just additional transfers you would have to use. It's one of the downsides of Wildcard 32, but I don't think it's a major downside to be honest with you. The other issue is with Wildcard 32, is if you go for 6 Chelsea and Man City, as I spoke about yesterday, they're playing each other in Game of the 32. And that's not ideal, but if you've got transfers stacked up, you could go with like three or four Chelsea and City for Game of the 32, potentially even Ben, some of them, and then transfer them in in 33. But obviously that doesn't work if you've only got one transfer. You'd have to just set up in 32 with a weaker team. And the problem with that is, as people have already started to realize, or will realize when they get to 32, a lot of your teams are already gonna look good. So let's say, for example, you've gone the Eckertike Salary, you've got Brentford players, you've got Elliot Anderson, you've got Tiago. In Game of the 32, Tiago's home to Everton, you might have Kellah, Sharda, Utara. If you've got Elliot Anderson, he's playing against Villa Rhaume. If you've got Liverpool players like Van Dyke, Salary, Eckertike, they've got Fullham at home. If you've got Emberma, I'm sorry, Emberma, and Fernandez, they've got Leeds at home. Your team in 32 is gonna look good. It's gonna feel bad to Wildcard it into six Chelsea and City, basically. So that's just one thing to keep in mind. But I don't think it's a major problem. The alternative strategy for pre-hit 33 allows you to get the best double game week team. You don't have to worry about the money on the bench, you can put more premiums into your 11. So as an example, and again, I've only looked into this briefly, but because on the Wildcard 32 strategy, you're looking to bench boost in 33, you need to put a bit more money on your bench. So if you want to, let's say Chelsea and Arsenal are both doubling and you want Sacka and Palmer and Harlan, because City are doubling as well, that gets tricky. But on a free hit, it doesn't, because you don't have to have as much money on your bench. So it allows you to get a better double game week team, but obviously you only have those players for 33. If your team looks good in 32, it will also look pretty good in game week 34. Now that's not gonna be the same for every player you have in game week 32, but for the majority of people, if your team looks okay in 32, it's probably okay in 34, especially if you can bench players from Fullham and Bournemouth in 32 itself, because they've got okay fixtures in 34. And then you would Wildcard in 35 to set out for the hopefully next double game week in 36, and obviously for the rest of the season as well. I know a lot of people don't like wildcarding that late, because you only get like four game weeks out of your wildcard, but the reality is you don't tend to get much more than that anyway. Like after four to six weeks, once you've wildcarded, you're starting to make quite a few changes to your team anyway. And obviously the advantage is you get a great double game week team in 33. And then if there is another double in 36, you can set up with that with the wildcard. And who knows what might have changed by that point? In terms of title race, or mitigation race, players, minutes and stuff like that. So it's not the end of the world to wildcard in 35, but I know why people don't like it. The issue is, if you've got triple captain and bench Bruce left, obviously you can only use one of them in 36, if you wildcard in 35. Now if there is a second double game week, I think a lot of people will want to triple captain that week. So if you do with the bench Bruce, that could become a problem. Now if you've already used it, it's not an issue. You could alternatively, wildcard 34 to bench Bruce in 35, but that means you're wildcarding in a blank game week. So those players without a fixture that week, like let's say man, sit you for example, you could go for them and bench them, but that might not be an ideal way to play it. So I think the free hit 33 wildcard 35, it's doable for sure, but ideally I think you want to already use one of your triple captain or bench Bruce. So for me, for example, I've used my triple captain, I could wildcard 35 bench Bruce 36. The downside is the bench is going to look nowhere near as good. You're unlikely to have, well you wouldn't have any double game week players on your bench in 36, because the likelihood is there'd only be two teams doubling. So six players maximum, they'd all be in your 11. It's not a problem, but it's just not going to look anywhere near as good. And I don't know what the correct answer is. Because some people will say you should definitely free hit priori-size the double game week, and I completely agree that sounds quite good. But then the bench Bruce isn't worth nothing, right? It's still a chip that we want to get maximum points from. So I think if you wildcard 32 and everything goes perfect for the rest of the season, that's definitely the better strategy, because you get a much better bench boost.
and the free hitting 34 can work quite nicely in a blank, but if the bench doesn't do very well, then yes, I would prefer to free hit 33. So it's difficult. Like, I just don't know right now which one is best. I think the best advice I can give is try and leave your options open if you've got all chips. Just try and use as few transfers as possible to get free 30, 31, leave your options open in 32, then decide what to do. The only issue is, as I mentioned yesterday, there's a huge gap between game each 31 and 32. It's about three weeks. And the FA Cup quarterfinals don't get played until very close to the game week 32 deadline. So are you willing to wait while all the players' prices are changing and you could hit your wild card but you're not sure if you want to. In that case, if you just want to get it over and done with, just wild card 32. It's still a pretty good strategy, but ideally, I think you want a few transfers saved up. (singing in foreign language) (singing in foreign language) So let's get into some more specific questions for this week. So as someone that has already used their wild card and is setting up for bench-boost in game week 33, which players can be targeted that are also good for game week 31. So basically, you're looking for players with good pictures in both 31 and 33 for the most part. Leads, they've got Brentford at home in 31, walls at home in 33. For most of you, you probably own T.R. Go, so it's not ideal having a lead to play a play and against him, especially if they're a defender in 31. But ultimately, if you've used your wild card, you're not gonna have the perfect team every week. And T.R. Go can score, and your defender can get defensive contributions or an attack and return, and then they've got a pretty good picture in 33 as well. So the likes of Goodminton, stack if you need a cheat midfielder, I would definitely be looking at them in this situation. Newcastle, I think are really worth looking at, especially if you've got your free hit left. Because they've got Sunderland at home in 31, and then Bournemouth at home in 33. And if Arsenal get to the semi-finals of the FA Cup, which is very likely, Newcastle would then double in 33. Bournemouth at home Arsenal away, they would blank in 34, but you've got your free hit, and the fixtures are quite good for most of the rest of the season. And again, if they're out of the Champions League, which you'll know before 31, even better. So the likes of Chow or Lewis Hall as a defender, definitely worth looking at. They're not necessarily super cheap, but I think they are the kind of players that I would be thinking about if you've got the money. Boris spurs away 31, burning at home in 33. And if you haven't got a free hit and you've used your wild card, they also will definitely play in 34 as well. So the likes of Elliot Anderson, definitely worth considering. Chelsea again, a bit like Newcastle, they're not exactly super cheap, I understand that. But the likes of Chalibur, except Joe, I've got a good picture in 31. They also play in 33. So Everton away, and then Man United, a home in 33. But it's bright in a way with a double. So again, if you've got your free hit left, Chelsea players, Everton away 31, double game, we can 33. Realistically for cheap players, you're probably looking at leads. So Goodminton and Stack will probably be the main two. I think you can probably clash Chow as maybe bench boostable, like five million, it's not super expensive. Although again, if he's got a double of ball with a home arson away, we'll even be on your bench anyway, maybe not. So I think leads plays is probably where you're looking at. In terms of other enablers, again, Forests who got burned at home, I already mentioned them, like Spurs, they've got Forests at home in 31, bright in a home in 33, but you really want to go and buy a Spurs player, probably not. So a Palace are obviously blanking in 31. I mean Brentford, I've got leads away in 31, full of them at home in 33. You could look at them potentially, but get which defender do you buy? Maybe Kellah, if you want a bench boostable goalkeeper. Sorry, if you need a goalkeeper for your bench boost, obviously you would bench boostable the goalkeeper. They're worth looking at as well. Villa have got West Ham at home in 31, Sunday not home in 33, but then you're looking at the likes of Conzer, not great for defensive contributions, etc. So I really think it's probably leads right now, new cast who can spare the likes of Chow. You're basically looking for good fixtures in 31, 33, and the ones that I've gone for are probably the best. I feel like I'm, I always feel this stuff because I'm not on a strategy where I need to worry about this stuff. I feel like I've not thought about it enough, but looking at those fixtures, I do think it's mostly got to be leads right now. So a couple of goalkeeper questions, which goalkeeper to get before Wildcard has Sanchez lost his place, and then the best keeper to worry and if you've already played your Wildcard, on the Sanchez thing, it's obviously difficult to know, but it doesn't look great right now. So we missed the last Premier League game, which is Jorgensen instead, and then Sanchez played in the FA Cup against Rexham. That doesn't look good for him to be the first choice moving forward. The big indicator will probably be who plays in the Champions League tonight against PSG. If that's Jorgensen, I would say there's a good chance Sanchez doesn't play at the weekend. Now it's not a guarantee obviously, but Racineur has said that he doesn't have a clear number one. So the problem you've got now is even if Sanchez does come back in, how long will that last? You're always gonna have this in the back of your mind. So I think if you can spare the transfer and Jorgensen does start in the Champions League tonight, I would probably just sell Sanchez. In terms of the best goalkeeper to go before Wildcard or even if you've already played your Wildcard, I'd probably just go for Kelli-Hah. Wolves are home this week, followed by Leeds away, Everton at home, Fuller at home, Mangy Nighted away, West Ham at home, City away in 36, Palace at home in 37. It's not perfect the whole way through, but if you haven't got many chips, the fixtures are quite good for most of those. Even in the double in 33, it's fuller at home. And then obviously he plays in 34 as well against Mangy Nighted away. So I would definitely go for Kelli-Hah before Wildcard and I'd probably go for him even if I'd already played my Wildcard. You could go for someone like the Bruggan, but he plays Liverpool in 31. Yes, he'd probably have a double in 33, but any blank in 34 anyway. I think the problem if you've already played your Wildcard, it's more difficult to get maximum doublers and also play around the blanks. So I think for positions like goalkeeper, I'd probably just play it safe with someone that's got pretty good fixtures for most of the rest of the season. So in both of these questions, I'd probably just go Kelli-Hah. So what's the best chip strategy if we've already used your Wildcard? Now again, I'm not on this strategy, but I have given it a bit of thought and I keep coming back to the fact that if you've got your free hit, you've probably got to play it in Gameweek 34. Now you could free hit in the double in 33. The problem with that is, let's say Arsenal, Chelsea and Man sit you're all doubling in 33. That means they're blanking in 34. Now you could just not have many of those players to get yourself through the blank in 34, but it doesn't sound great to have minimal Arsenal and Man City when the title race is still open and the fixtures are pretty good for the rest of the season. So basically, you're probably gonna want Arsenal, Chelsea and City for 33. You free hit the mountain 34, then as long as Premier League is, Man City, Arsenal is still fighting for the title, Chelsea is still fighting for European places. They're gonna be putting out mostly full strength teams with good fixtures. You're gonna want them for the majority of the season. So I think if you've used your wild card and you've got your free hit left, it's probably got to be used in 34. As for the other chips, like Benchboost 33, if you can set up for it, but I would say without a wild card, that becomes more difficult. So if you're looking at your team thing and I do not know how I'm gonna get to 33 and be able to Benchboost, and my bench looks okay right now, maybe just get it used. And with Triple Papting, you're probably just saving it in the hope there's another double in 36. Although thinking about it, if you could Benchboost now, because your bench looks good, you could Triple Captain in 33, if you're not playing another chip. Like that's an option. I wouldn't worry about Triple Captain so much. I would figure out everything else. Am I happy to free hit 34 great? Am I able to Benchboost in 33? If not, maybe I Triple Captain, but you don't need to worry about the Triple Captain. You can just decide that week, basically. And yeah, Arsenal Chelsea, Newcastle, all have a great chance of doubling in 33. And then they've got decent fixtures for the rest of the season. So getting those players in, and bear in mind you've used your wild cards. So getting in new council players or Chelsea players in 31 would be quite a good strategy. They then probably double in 33, you free hit them out in 34, and you've got them for the rest of the season. And yeah, the other point to make is if my insati beat Liverpool, they're probably double twice and blank in 34. So you'll want to have two or three players with a good fixtures overall, the double in 33 and the double in 36. So I just don't, maybe I'm just not thinking about this correctly, but if you've used your wild card, I just don't see how free hit 33 is a better strategy than 34. You need a bit of luck, of course, that you don't get a load of injuries and need to use tons of transfers to manage all this, but that's gonna be the case, whichever way you go. So what the advantage is, if any of Benchboosting before wild card 32. So similar to what I've just said, it's especially handy if you've got no wild card or you're struggling for free transfers. So Benchboosting 33 could look great if you've got a wild card in 32 to prepare for it. Some people right now might have a team that's already looking quite good for Benchboosting 33 and have lots of transfers stacked up, so they're still thinking of doing it that week. For everyone else, if your bench looks good,
right now, then why not just use it and not have to manage that later on. And I'm not like one of those people that thinks the Benchbruce is rubbish. We should just get it out the way as soon as possible. It's still points, right? We should still think about it quite a lot. But if you're struggling to set up for 33, then you might as well just get it used as soon as possible so that you don't have to worry about it. And obviously it allows you to spend more money on your 11 later. So that's similar to what I said earlier as well. If you're getting to 33, you don't have to worry about what your bench boost looks like. Maybe it allows you to get another premium like parmer versus going for Enzo Fernandez. Now it might be that you can get both of them anyway, but it's just an example. Maybe a sack of versus rice. I know rice has been doing really well this season and sack is not been great. But again, another example, let's say you're looking for differential. As you're going into double 33 with an arsenal, you know, double game week, maybe you want to just take a punt on sack. Rather than going for rice, but with the Benchbruce, you might not be able to afford to do that. So I don't, I think if your bench is looking pretty bad right now, or it's going to take two transfers to fix it, I would probably just wait until later on. But if you've got no wild card, it's going to be more difficult to set it up later. So that's basically the advantages of doing it now because you basically, the advantage of doing it now is just because you can because your bench happens to look good. And then you don't have to worry about it later, especially good if you got no wild card. So let's end with a non-chip question. What should we do with Daniel Minnoss? Now the thing to do right now is just to wait for more information. See what Glaser says on Friday. He's usually quite open with injury information. So hopefully we'll get a good answer. There was a tweet on the official Crystal Palace account that made it look like Minnoss was in training, but a lot of people pointed out to me that that might be an old photo. So I deleted my tweet about that. I've also seen a tweet going around. So he could be out for two weeks. So we don't really know right now. If Glaser says on Friday that he's fine, then I think you just keep him because leads to home is a good fixture and then you sell him in Game Week 31. If you're struggling for players, if he's ruled out for the leads game, then he becomes very sellable because if he's not going to play Game Week 30, he's got a blank in 31. He's no good to you for two weeks. Now after that, it's not that bad. New cancel at home, West Ham at home. So if you're not struggling for players and you can just bench him, then absolutely you can do that. But I would suggest in Game Week 31, most people are going to have to sell one or two last or maybe Harlan. And if you've got someone like Munoz, possibly him instead. Like if selling Munoz, let's you keep your Asta on city players and you need them for the double in 33, then selling Munoz makes more sense. If you've got to sell him this week because you're struggling for defenders, you've probably got to go for someone like Sinese or Hill. Yokey Manus and I wouldn't trust. I wouldn't go for Brent for defenders right now. If you go for an E-Core, right? He blanks in 31 anyway. You've probably just got all you go for someone like Van Dyke. If you've got, if you haven't got him. So what do you do? At this stage of the season, with so many people having different sets of chips and different team setups and the blanks and the doubles, there's no right or wrong answer here. Like for me, if I could guarantee that Harry Wilson was going to start this week and Munoz misses out, even though Munoz blanks in 31, I probably wouldn't sell him this week because I wouldn't need him. But I might sell him in 31. Let's say rice gets injured or I don't know, a different Asta player, I own gets injured. Maybe I sell them before Munoz and then keep Munoz for 32 and 33 or at least keep my options open because I might wire card in 32. So yeah, there's no right or wrong. If he's fine for the game, you're 30 and you just play him. If not, are you in trouble for defenders? If so, sell him Van Dyke, Sinesse Hill. Otherwise, just keep him reassessing game, 31. Hopefully that's helped a bit of a ramble of all the chips. I kind of love this stage of the season, but also hate it because there's so many different setups that people have in terms of chips, so many different ways you can play it. I think ultimately as long as you've got a pretty decent plan, you're probably okay. There's no fix. This is the best strategy. I think that's what people always struggle with. They want to know exactly which is the best one. And there probably will be ones that are more favoured more than others, but it doesn't mean it's perfect. I like Wark R32. It doesn't mean I definitely do it. You have to, I probably will, but I kind of want to wait for as late as possible to make that decision. So I'm basically going to leave my options open. I'll leave it there. Make sure to give it a like if you found this useful in any way. Subscribe. Why not? And I'll catch you tomorrow for team selection.

Etsi pelaajia, joilla on hyvät ottelut molemmilla kierroksilla.
