Listen, the bears, anybody that under doesn't believe in the bears that doesn't believe we're a 60-minute team. That's where they get their asses handed tool. And the Packers thought, "We got to worry about it. We got this lead. We've got it." Packer fans were saying it's over. I mean, there were so many videos of Packer fans saying it was over. This is what this team was developed by. They continue to fight to the very end. So I don't want to hear they got lucky. The bears played 60 minutes of football. So it's the way by Jonathan trained them the way they play. They have the best record when it comes to last-minute wins in any other team. Statistics are ridiculous. That was the biggest comeback in the history of the bears history. That's another crazy thing. I don't want to go far, but this really imprecates that we look really good like we did in 1985. So I don't know. It's a great team with a young talent. It's great. Before we get too far, Fireborn's prop to decide, what do you guys smoke? What are you drinking? Marty? But actually, it was the anniversary of the January 12, 19, the fire game against the Rams, which was such a great game. There's a great video out there. We did talking about the Gravowski's and all of us that were hungry for a win. So. But yeah, it was a great game. It was a great week of football, a great weekend. All games were good. All games were good last night. Oh, yes. Yes. All right. Are you actually like? Yes. Oh, yeah. I'm really cheese. Yes. The other day I did it to my pasta after the one. It was really good. And then what? We planned this Saturday with the Rams. Yeah. Yeah. You know, L.A. is coming to a nice Chicago weather, boys. Right? Possibly possibly eight degrees. Yeah. Yeah. I think high is like 15, 17 degrees. Low is going to be. Yeah. You're right. At nighttime. Oh. I'm excited. So. All right. Fireball wants to teach retrohailing. Goal being steady. Yes. Please. By the end of the 2026. That's the goal of the new year. He's steady hot to retrohail. No. It's going to be an interesting playoff. I mean, okay. It's. I don't see any really teams that are going to be too shabby in there. Everyone's going to under my under under bed for bears and think that they're going to be out. The Rams are going to walk right over them. So it's going to be interesting. That's going to be the game. Yeah. They've they've achieved beyond what I wanted them to at this point. So anything more is just icing on the cake. But yeah, you know, even if they lose Sunday, it's a successful season to me. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. So big L. So as long as we have L on, L is a, I don't know. He's got a shot. So I talked to L and I was telling him, I've seen some of his stuff online on face. He has a Facebook page, but he also has a Instagram page. And so L is from the Chicago land area and doing a lot of 3D printing stuff, which obviously that's the big wave. And especially for us in the cigar industry, it opens up all kinds of things. But L made us our own ash tray. If you guys can see that. This is a 3D ash tray, the 3D ash tray. What is our mission? Our mission for the evening. So we are every hour. So our mission for the evening is this is our big reveal, our top 10 list. And it's been it's been an exciting week. It's been an exciting week for us just with a lot of stuff going on. We did get selected to be to be one of the one of the podcasts, one of the lists that's going to be considered for the consensus list. So it's really it's really awesome, exciting. And so this is our chance to share with you guys our list. Quite a few of them are on our website, our reviews. Some of them aren't on the website. We didn't get to publish them fast enough, but our list is on their soap. Marty, I will turn over to you as I try to figure out where Matt Brogher's comment is I can get off the screen. I lost it. I lost it. There we go. Yeah. Yeah. So we're we're going to get included as part of the Half-Lew consensus list this year, which was kind of my goal. Starting out and I think we'll be like one of 40 or 50 lists that get all combined into one massive consensus list. So that's pretty cool. But yeah, we're we reviewed gosh, I don't know how many cigars were you reviewed? We smoked. I would guess over 30. Yeah. Gars considered and came up with our top 10. Yeah, and again, I'll say this then we'll jump into it, but this year or last year, 2025, we purchased every one of our cigars. So we were able to give but I don't want to say true, but we were trying we were able to give reviews without any pressure. We didn't feel like oh, hey, these were giving to us to review or to sample and we had to tap this sort of give a favorable review. We reviewed them based on how we truly felt. And that's where we're at. One of the big things is we wanted to make sure our cigars are still accessible. That's why that's why there's no limited releases on our list. There's no Cubans. There's nothing that you can't get right here right now today at a local shop. That's not taking away from anybody else that does list with limited releases in them. I know there's quite a few out there. We're the only one who doesn't. Yeah, we're good. We're provided with some cigars from Ultimate, obviously, because uh, yes, so obviously, yes, we purchased our cigars, but also, yes, Ultimate provided us with some of the cigars throughout the 2025 year. And we're blessed for that. So yeah, I mean, yeah, it was one of my pet peeves with lists is tell me how great a cigar is and make it in the top five and then say, Oh, sorry, you can't get that one. It was a limited release. And I'm like, really? That's great. I'm glad you enjoyed it, but I don't have a chance to enjoy it. So that was part of the reason we all agreed that we wanted to do cigars that were lying new to a line, but not limited release. I would like literally, we went through, like Marty said, to exact number of things, we went from 60, 70 cigars down to 10 cigars. We all had all three of us. We're going to give us a staffed stat. All right, Texas is a fire, yeah, Texas was a fire yesterday. All right, so are we ready to take it away? Absolutely. All in your hands. All right, here we go. And now welcome to the Shy Town cigar podcast, 2025 Top 10 Cigars of the Year episode. We're getting better and better. Love it. That was fun to make. So we're going to start at 10 and count down. So coming in at number 10, I would say this too. We posted our list online. So this isn't like the first time you may have seen it or not. We did that because we wanted to get on the consensus list and they had, he had to have posted it by, I don't know if it's last Friday or whatever, but we want to make sure we got, we got on the list. Yep. Otherwise, we would have been premiering it here. We can probably, this year we will. This year we'll probably do it in late December. We'll premiere it and then we can post it after we go to our list. Yeah, we're still learning. So number 10. Legacy Connecticut. This is a great cigar. I really, I really enjoyed smoking this cigar and for a while, it was up there. And 10 is no slouch. I mean, there's nothing wrong with being 10. I mean, okay, you're not first, but at the same point, you're in the top 10. This is that creamy cigar. It's got that little nutty taste to it, the cashews. It's, I really, I really enjoy it. I picked up a three pack of these. It's a nice breakfast cigar and it's very, very good at the 30th anniversary Connecticut too. This is one of the cigars that broke my budget this year because I bought two boxes of these. Did you really? Wow, yeah, noise. This has got, let's get in the specifics. It's got 10-year-age, Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper. Burrumbarrel aged that F is supposed to be deleted, but it said for at least eight years, I think. Yeah, it was. Yeah. It's got, for the binder, it's like all these legacy cigars had this one leaf in common, this Nicaraguan shade grown leaf wall, which was a new, new leaf that they've been developing for quite some time. And so they included that leaf as the binder. And then the filler, they're Nicaraguan from Estilee, Kandega, and Halapa. And I've been smoking the epicure a lot. That's the six and a half days for toral size. I mean, this may be that tabiclair for Domo and Nicaragua and a decent price. This is going to stay. This is a great price. I can see why you can buy two boxes, but at the same point, I can see a shortage of these as these lists come out, as they've come out, because I think the legacy was all about the top three per coupe. We're all three of them, the top three per. They were in the top in on his list, this time, the five list, yeah, 17, five and one or something. Yeah. So people are going to be, people are going to be going bananas, if they haven't had these, they're going to be going bananas, grabbing them up. Listen, this is a great thing with Pradomo. Pradomo may be raised to price just a little bit, but all cigars for Pradomo are in a great price range. All of them. There's nothing really expensive. $13.50, MSRP. That's not a bad price for this car. 10-year-age cigar. As our friend John would say, when it comes to bourbon, he puts $10 a year. So if we do a dollar a year on the aging, your $10, so $13.50 fits right in there. But everything else, yeah. When I smoked this, I had one this morning, but when I reviewed it, I said it was like a creamy cappuccino with a slight spice, and it got joined with like a buttered toast. It kind of reminded me of eggs benedict. I think I was hungry when I heard that. That's a very, a very, uh, uh, salary view, but it also makes you go, "Did you not eat before you'd eat?" I like eggs benedict, so yeah. Yeah. Yeah, so this is a great cigar. I recommend it to, uh, anyone who hasn't tried it yet. But honestly, which one is better? This one or the third anniversary of Connecticut? You think this is about a Connecticut? I never had the 30th anniversary Connecticut. I only had the mandaro and the, um, the other one. Okay. Okay, let's see. In my review, I just remember the peanut peanut being so strong, and it was just, it was, I really just enjoyed, um, and smoking these, and I didn't have with coffee. I was having with bourbon. I couldn't exactly even tell you what bourbon I was drinking at the time. But the vanilla and the peanut, the cashews, just, it was like, man, this, I don't want to end. I thought this is just a great cigar. So awesome. Yeah. All right, so we move on to number nine. Yeah. Let's do it. 30th is better than maybe in opinion. God, this cigar, man. Oh, so I think is this the second video review we ever had? Because I did a video review of this cigar. We got to say the name because if people also in Spotify, they don't know. You're right. I'm sorry. Go ahead, Marty. I can't. That's Broadway. That's a good cigar. Yeah. I love it. I think it should be higher on the list, but it's a great cigar. I think this one, my favorite from, uh, we'll talk about the other ones on the list, uh, on top 10. Well, and the thing is, you know, and that's, and, and, you know, we, we came up with this list. We fought back and forth, and, and, and as you smoke more and more cigars, and as we considered more more cigars for our top 10, it was, well, how does this fit compared to this? And then, you know, it got tough. It got tough. It got tough. It got hard. It got very hard because it was, uh, there was a lot of ties between all three of us with our selection. It was tough, yes. Yeah. Yeah. And then we had to figure out how to break the tie. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I, I, I, I was late to the party with this review. I didn't, I didn't review this until late November. I think it was. Yeah. You did the video review. Yeah. Yeah. And I really enjoyed it. I still got another one to smoke, um, but it's a great cigar. Yeah. Oh, man. The construction of this cigar is phenomenal. Another banger from Crownheads, man. Yeah. And it looks like it looks like it looks like dark chocolate. It tastes like dark chocolate. Mm hmm. There's, you know, absolutely, you know, Crownheads has done a great 2025. Probably was one of their, is the year that they really started coming up. They, they did the rebranding. I think the rebranding looks phenomenal. Um, you, you, the three bands. I'm not a big fan in the foot band, but it sort of makes it stick out a little bit more, which I'm okay with that. But finally, the price 1295 MSRP 1295 again for a top 10 cigar. Come on. Oh, broadly. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's, it's, it was really good. Tell us about the details on this one, Mike. Sorry, Teddy. You can keep going if you want, but no, no, no. Yeah. So it's a Connecticut broadly wrapper. It's the binder from Halapa. Uh, the fillers are actually Halapa and omatepe, which we don't see a lot of them. But it, it was really, it was really a good smoke. Uh, the total, we all smoked was the Toro six and a half by 54. Uh, it's out of Nicaragua. It's from the Nicaragua American cigars essay. Like I said, it's the 1295 price. Uh, you're going to get those dark chocolate notes. You're definitely going to find yourself with, um, some coffee, a dried fruit spices, you're going to find them all in this cigar. I, I, this is a complex cigar. But if I remember, as I was reviewing this, the transition was very, very mellow, very slight. You didn't really notice a big transition, but it just seemed like it just kept moving along and it was like, Oh, okay, great. Um, I, I love this cigar. I, it was one of the ones, like I said, I made our top 10 lessons. Yeah, I think, I think it's right where it belongs. It probably could have been a little bit higher. But as you look at some of our other cigars, you're going to see, uh, probably right where it should be. I had some stiff competition. But yeah, this was a very enjoyable cigar. Yep. So far, we're going to ask you a good question. Do you guys keep notes and rate individual components like construction, burn, labor, etc? Seeing total scores would make it easier. We do. Uh, we had a pretty, um, complex way to rate cigars. And if you look at some of our first couple of ratings, we had that in there. And then we just found and correcting if I'm wrong, guys, that it just really wasn't our style. It just didn't fit with how we were doing things. Mm-hmm. I kind of felt like when I got to the end of the cigar, I knew what the score, what score I wanted to give it. And then I was just fitting those individual pieces to make that score that I wanted. Yeah. As opposed to rating each individual thing and, um, seeing where to add it up to. Yeah. And I think that's a tough thing with the way this is is you go, oh, this is a 92. And I was and you look at your score and like, oh, shoot. I've got it as an 89. So now you're going back and you're adjusting ratings, you know, and going, oh, I know the construction. I'm going to give this, I think our construction was originally 20 points, Marty. Is that correct? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I can give it a 20 points right off the bat. Construction is great. And I'm going to give it a 20 points. And so you started trying to fit things in there. And it just sort of was like, ah, you know, this isn't, this isn't as objective as we want it to be. It helps you to think about it as you go through it and review it and smoke it and, you know, consider all those things. But I think I just felt like when I get down with this guy, I kind of know where I think it fits in the range of the numbers we come up with. So does that, does that answer your question? Firepoint, do you want us to do something more indebted for 2026? All right. All right. Are you ready to see what's in that number eight? Yes. Number eight. Number eight. Number eight. Another pyromal. Imagine that. Imagine that. This one was the legacy Maduro. Nothing good to go. Yeah. I mean, he nailed this whole line. It's obvious it's showing up in a lot of people's lists, it's showing up in our list, it's showing up in Kutoff. It's, yeah. It's a great, it's a great, great, great cigar. And the details on this one. Remember how I talked about that each had this Nicaraguan shade grown? This one also had it as a binder. Yeah. Kind of the difference with this in the Connecticut was these the Nicaraguan Maduro Burm Bill aged rapper on this. And then billers from Estilie, Kandega and Halapa. And all three of them, 10 year aged rapper, all three are blends. Yeah. Yeah. So what do you guys think of the bourbon barrel aged philosophy? Because it seems like it's happening more and more. And it seems to push the cigars to a different level. You guys agree? To me, it can be like overpowering sometimes. It kind of gives it like a little twang. And you can taste that in both of these. When you have the shade grown one, it seems to be even more pronounced with that Nicaraguan shade grown. I liked as well. I just didn't make the top 10. I feel like it's making it more deflavored to have more bold like boldness. It's just more tohy. Because I know it's not the same, but like for example, that it's also barrel aged fermented though, the pappies, you know, it's a toly cigar. But it just, I feel like it just makes us stand out more with the flavor in your palate. Yeah. And that's exactly what I think. For whatever reason, when I'm smoking these barrel aged cigars, it does seem like it brings out a lot more of the notes. And I'm not sure if it's just because it's all condensed within that that permitting process or well, but I enjoy it. I think, I think you're right, Marty. I think it times. It can be overpowering. I think again, to the blender's credit, you've got to be very select on what you're putting together with these bourbon barrel aged cigars. But yeah, yeah, Nick Burdomo did great 2025, man. You know, I think no, not crazy with his releases, but those releases that he did like the legacy, hit the nail. Yeah. So, so Val, is that a bad thing or a good thing? Yeah, it's, you know, I've been a fan of barrel aged for a while, but, you know, I could have put out one by single cask, barely, absolutely fantastic. I bought three boxes of it, so that's how much I enjoyed that. For Dumbo, does it a lot? Yeah. But I would say most of their cigars are have barrel aged. Mm-hmm. I go in. Yeah. It was interesting on the details for these, like this Maduro one, they bourbon barrel aged for a minimum of 14 months. The Connecticut was eight months. So, there's obviously a lot of testing here that they're going through to try and figure out how long do we age each of these four to get the best. And they say minimum two, so then maybe there's some batches that they age for a little longer based on the taste of the, that version of the wrapper. Yeah, and I know, you know, and I've only talked to, I've only talked to Karen about the barrel aged, and I know the single cask, there's a lot of waste. There's a, and it's a, it's a headache. The barrel aged cigars and barrel aged tobacco. And it's just, it's from what he said, it's just an absolute headache. So, similar, you know, similar, yeah, similar to the previous one, it was also the Predomo W8's, it was a 12-year vintage, it was also barrel aged correct. The Connecticut was I think eight months. Yeah. Yeah. And I forget what the Nicaraguan shanker was, it was a different number. That's a good idea, Matt. It's definitely, there's something we can definitely consider for 2026. We're new, you know, we're rookies at this game. And that's definitely, I like the idea of having a scorecard. And, you know, we sort of did that a little bit at the beginning, but it might be something to hold on to those and be able to share those at the end of the year. You know, that's a good idea. As we do. Both of the, all three of the cigars we've talked about so far, we have reviews on, yeah, with details. So, like the legacy Connecticut, like you see Mandiro, and then my kit of video review on the Broadway. Yeah, all the reviews, I've also got podcast.com. Yeah. But we're getting a lot more traffic on there now, since we kept that. I just put the link in there for the machete for the, for the predominantly legacy Connecticut. Yeah, I enjoyed the entire legacy lines. Give it a try if you haven't already. Should we move on? Yes, number seven. We're up to number seven. West Tampa, tobacco circle of life. Welcome to the top 10 number seven. Yeah. This is out early in the year. This is really early. Yeah. We five early. Yeah. Definitely different. And I'd love to go back. I didn't read, I didn't read my review for this. But again, one of those cigars that to transitions were really nice. It needs step along the way. The earthiness definitely came through for me in this cigar, as well as the leather. It just, it smoked really nice. The burn was, was right on the money. I can remember that being I kept looking at this in no touch ups. You know, and I mean, I've learned with reviewing cigars, you've got to be fair to the cigar. You can't always get lost. It takes, it's almost, it's almost a 90 minute. This is what I'm doing. I'm sitting here and I'm reviewing the cigar for 90 minutes. Yeah. For me, that was one of the best West Tampa from his line. Yeah. This one we also did a review of Mike, Mike and I combined our review. So you had black pepper nuts, earthiness, dry-haired chocolate, dappery plus and creaminess. And mine was light pepper on the tip of the tongue, a mix of cinnamon and chocolate, which I said reminds me of the spicy hot chocolate. I like to talk about food in my. Yes. Yeah. This seems like it. Yeah. Real quick. I wanted to say this because Matt said something. He's still in the cigar. He's still figuring out flavor profile and big ol' milkshake and the same thing. A couple years ago, I got really down because I wasn't picking stuff up. And pointing you to another podcast or another problem pointing you to it. But the first lady does her first Saturday with the first lady on the Bob the Cigar Guy channel on YouTube. Go check out this past Saturdays because she does a fantastic job where she's actually smelling cinnamon, tasting chocolate. She doesn't even smoke cigars. She's cold draws and smelling cigars. Yeah. And really it helped and she started to see some things and then what she was drinking. You know, it was okay, you know, cold draw and drink some or was like Arizona green, the Arizona tea or something like that. And so she started seeing how what she was drinking was pulling out the flavor notes. But at the same point, don't let that be a factor. Exactly. Yeah, a factor. Smoked cigars and enjoy them. You're one day going to be smoking a cigar and going, holy cow, I'm getting cinnamon on this cigar. And you're going to start questioning yourself, why am I picking up cinnamon on this cigar? It's just what your palate has developed. Oh yeah, here I take cinnamon. Oh, I taste dark chocolate. You know, so I think that's why I like to relate it to food because I like to eat. And if I taste something in the cigar that kind of reminds me of something that I've eaten before it helps. And then another, I don't know, Wayne is watching us right now. Another shout out to Wayne that cleans your palate. You smoked another cigar. You want to taste the new notes from the new cigar, the dark chocolate, a little piece of dark chocolate, goes far away to cleanse your palate and he has proven that. So thank you for the, you know, Wayne has been using that. And it has all the details back on your palate. Yep. Yep. Yeah, Fireborn, you're absolutely right. Bob did set up the first lady with some great pairings. And it was just, it was a really good informative show. I have no problem pushing people to go over and take a look at that. We're probably both very similar. Bob's, Bob's reviews, chief's, chief talk, the first lady, we're all pretty much similar in how we handle our, our podcasting and our information. Yeah, so the details on this one on the West Tampa, the back of Circle of Life. This was probably the most different cigar on our top 10 list. Had that Ecuadorian, Habano, Esquiro, rapper with the binder, Ecuadorian Sumatra and Dominican, Crojo 99, Nicaraguan, Kandega, Estili, and Halapa made in the Dominican Republic at Casacrillo. So I think this was the only Dominican cigar to make our top 10. Yeah. Yeah. It was really good cigar. Again, price point right there. And I know, Val said he was surprised. Val, were you surprised because you enjoyed it, or were you surprised that it's on our list? I'm just curious. He said he hasn't been a fan of that. Yeah. Yeah. So. And then Wilson's chiming in. Hershey's with almond and chocolate ice cream. Wilson. Wilson. Welcome, sir. You know, it's, it's a great hit when blenders combine Ecuadorian tobacco, Dominican Nicaragua together. You can make some great blends. And that was a very interesting blend to see on this cigar. I really liked it. Yeah, I really did. I liked it a lot. If I was in the neighborhood, I would have picked up a box, but Chris and Rick Rodriguez did a great job. Rick Rodriguez did a great job with this, you know, going back to the history of CIO where he was there, you know, given kudos for all the blends that he did with some of the CIO line and now they're creating his own company. Hey, he's nailing it. So really nice job by Rick Rodriguez. And this and this and I like that. I like that Wayne. Yeah. Yeah. Some some cigars do. Some cigar lines. You go. This is, this is no different than X. So there's nothing wrong with that. And that's, that's your own palette. That's what it is about. We talked about the other episodes previously. It's different palettes. Oh, he was surprised. Okay. I haven't seen this one on any other top list. So no, we kind of hit our palettes. It did. And that's, that's the perfect thing. It hit our palettes. You, you know, I can say there's a cold guys in the Chinatown crew that if they say they like something, I know I'm going to like it because we have similar palettes. There are some things that I like that there's guys in the Chinatown crew that go you're absolutely crazy. It's okay. That's what makes this lifestyle so much fun. Exploring something new, picking up something that you haven't picked up before and trying it and going, yeah, I like it or no, I didn't. That's not a negative on the brand. You know, we were talking about this a little bit before the show about cigar review. And cigar reviewers walk this really fine line with if we give a bad review to this, it's not a knock on the brand. Unless it's a construction issue. If it's a construction issue or something like that, that's okay. That's a knock on the brand. If all three of us smoke the same as cigar and all three of us think that there's construction issues. Okay. There's pretty good chance there's construction issues. But if we give a negative review based on it's just not fitting what we enjoy, that's that's us. That's not to say that the millions of other people that smoke the garage don't like it. All right, we're ready to go to number six. Number six, yeah, let's go. Tatwahi 7th Carrojo. Oh man. My second, my favorite brands, this was the year Carrobo for Pete Johnson. Yeah. Yes. It was. Yeah. There were a lot of Carrojos to choose from. This was this is the one I attended to. I wasn't able to try them all. This is the one I tried and I liked it. Yeah. Even the PCA release is coming out on the stores now from last year PCA is also Carrojo. Yeah. The seventh is he's got a whole line of seventh. Uh-huh. And it's three. The story behind why they call it the seventh. It's Corona Gorda, which was the seventh release in the Casanoors Brown label line to now. Uh-huh. This size, he always calls the seventh. It makes perfect sense. Yeah. Does. Yeah. Uh-huh. So the makeup of this one is a Nicaraguan Carrojo rapper. Nicaraguan binder Nicaraguan. So it'd be a, it'd be a puddle. So we smoked the Corona Gorda five by 58 by 46, five and five pates. So this is in five by 558 by 46. Uh-huh. This was at my father's cigar factory in Estelle and another great price, man. The price of nine. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. You know, Chicago taxes, it's not, but it's an MSRP of 950. Yeah. We're looking at the, we thought the Illinois taxes. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. And some of these prices were like probably before any tariff, so anything before the tariff is correct right now, but they should be relatively apples to apples. Wayne is absolutely right. The 2024 kit, uh, uh, that thing went past the SNS kit for 2024, uh, went past that thing. That was where I was really, really good cigar. Yeah. In the SNS kit, 24, they had the little short, uh, four by 52 or whatever it was. Yeah. It was in box press, Stephen. Uh-huh. Yeah. Yeah. Now that was this year, so it's box press. Yep. You know, going back to the conversation you were saying, uh, for the, uh, for the eighth one that we're talking about, uh, you remember when, uh, you guys reviewed the Placencia Armada cell, Seattle? Yeah. Yeah. See, both of you liked it. Oh, yeah. I did not like it. So it shows you right there, the difference of the pallets. Oh, yeah. And again, it's one of those things you've got to look at and go, just, you've got to find a cigar reviewer that has a similar palette to yours. And that's where you sort of, okay, if he likes it, I might like it. Let me check it out. You know, but at the same point, you can't get so hooked up to where you're like, oh, I'm not, he doesn't like it. I'm not going to like it. Hey, if you had the chance to pick one up pick it up, you should think, you know, see, see how it falls on your palette, be able to go, yep, that definitely was, uh, one of one of my favorite cigars. So yeah, doing, going through this process and knowing that we were going to try and review all these cigars this year, I probably tried the biggest variety of cigars I've ever tried. It was fun. Yeah, uh, yeah, wait, it was probably one of my favorites and, uh, we'll see if it makes our list or not. Um, but yeah, some people, Teddy didn't like it. Marty and I were raving about it and Teddy didn't like it at all. Like when I first got it, I was like, yes, let me try it. I was like, you know, it was not for me, but that's what we comes down to. There's different palettes. There's people that keep selling ultimate. You know, I put four boxes of order so people like it. I, yep, it's not for me. That's all it is about. Yep. Which, uh, I told you, did you try Teddy? Oh, Robusto, you guys try the Toro, right? Am I right? Mike had the hexagon one. Oh, man, they have an, I had the Toro. See, that's another factor that it is. We have to yes. We don't have enough money to try all the bike toe lists. This is why I went, you know, plus Sia is not, you know, very, you know, one of the cheapest brands, but the robust was on my budget list. So yeah, the title of my total you smoked, Mike, it makes it probably different. Yeah, it's that my bank account. Definitely that's my bank account, but I'm glad I had the chance to smoke it and I loved it. I, you know, I absolutely loved that cigar. You know, it's just I understood the hype behind it. I understood it and I know, you know, somebody said, I think Wayne said that it made a lot of people's lists. I can see why, you know, it's a little bit different when you have three people and you're whittling with three people and going, okay, so yeah, we'll see if you make it made in hours. This cigar, if you haven't smoked this cigar, get this cigar and smoke it. Please. This cigar and smoke it. The pig dill on top? Yeah. I love the pig dills and cigars. Yeah. Yeah. We ain't, I'm a cheap baller. I'm at the 9.50. I'm at the 9.50 of the cigar baller. Yeah. Our marty and micro ballers, yes. I'm just absolutely right. But yeah, I'm less on my allowance, man, because this cigar, they got to have not bought a box, but they have smoked a thing four or five of them. Really good. And the Toro is box-pressed. I think the other ones are not box-pressed, right? Right. The Toro thought was box-pressed. The Toro is, but the Toro, the Toro, okay. Sixty and seventy were engaged versions of these are not. Yeah. So I haven't looked at anybody else's list. I don't know if it just made anybody else's list. But I've had this with the cup of coffee. It pairs perfectly with the cup of coffee. You'll get the coffee notes out of it. You're not going to, you're not going to be scrounged around trying to figure it out. It's just a good smoke. The cedar. Was it, did you had it as a morning cigar? Me? Yes. Oh, wow. Yeah, I had it. I mean, it was a summertime. I had it in one of my times I smoked it, one of the many times I smoked it. Um, was in the hills of Tennessee with a nice cup of coffee sitting out of the deck, looking at the mountains. And I was like, this is paradise. I, man, I give you kudos. I give you kudos, San Andreas, rapper in the morning, give some, uh, let's some toughness. Yeah. You know, point it out what you said about the construction, not the burning. It was better off day. If that's the mood I'm in, you know, and I mean, I, okay, I'm up at 5 a.m. So 80 m is 80 m for the average person is noon. It's like, hey, you know, so, yeah, but I thoroughly enjoyed this. I thought it, I thought it might have a chance to make a little bit higher on our list, but it didn't, uh, did let Agnorsah know they made our top 10 list. They made number five. Good five is pretty good. I was pretty good. Yep. That's right up there. In the mountain. Yeah. Oh, far of always makes me laugh. I love it. All right. Number four. Number four. Number four. The Oz family cigar's caratoba. Yeah. Oh, uh, caratoba has to be like the top 30 for me of 2025. This cigar is phenomenal for me from this list. I love it. Yeah. So this is another one I did a written review of. Hey, it's like molasses sweetness. And then spice. Got some toasted oak in the second third with some leather. And then a nice pepper to close it out. Yeah, this was a cigar that I enjoyed enough that I bought a couple of five picks of ice. Yeah, it was a good spot. I really enjoyed it. It's a medium to full cigar. And you definitely, you definitely get that as you're smoking it. Um, you know, I got some maple notes a little bit as I was smoking it. Um, there was a little bit of spice going on. But not really, I mean, it was sort of, uh, it's not like a baking spice, but I remember, I just remember it was just, it just had a nice little spice to it. Um, and yeah, I enjoyed it. I definitely enjoyed smoking it. Um, um, price trying to find the picture because the construction also on this cigar was spectacular. Yeah, like the ass wouldn't fall off on the band. I like their, their logo. I think that's the new logo for them. They rebranded along with crown heads. Yeah, but band is way too big. But band is way too big. Yeah, but it's better than three. This was like a really dark Ecuadorian Sumatra. It's more medium, right? It's less dark. Yes, you're right. So when we say Marty, do you ever smoke what? Like this may be the darkest Sumatra I've ever seen. Can you see the picture on this, uh, yeah, it's nice, straight burn. Yeah, it's a burn. Yeah, it's a burn. Nice. No, it definitely burn. Nice. It's a good construction. Uh, it definitely hit the right note. Uh, and it's right where it should be. I don't think, you know, you couldn't have put it any lower. You couldn't have, I don't, you might have been put it maybe half a step higher, but I think it was right there, you know. Hey, he's up to their top five right now. We're at that five. So that's really good as it gets. Yeah. So we're up to 15 people today out there are 16, right? And the price isn't bad on either 12, 25. No, anything under $15, $15 is great. Yeah, no, I can't go wrong with that. Yeah, I mean, after you get into $17, you're like, yeah, yeah, what's going on here? There you go. All right. Yes. Yes. Absolutely. Number three. Number three. My father blew another banger. All right. Oh, man. The first time that, you know, my father does a Hondura Honduras tobacco stick. He nailed it, nailed it. So they really hit it out of the park for their first cigar out of that factory. Sure. Yep. Another great seller for all. But I put the thing on order every once or twice a month, I believe. So they really knocked it off the park with this one. And the beautiful blue box. They always do such a good job with their packaging and the box and the band on the other band on the cigar is, what's a classic my father cigar. Yeah. Wayne put it as number two. Did it start out slow for you guys? Do you remember smoking it? Did it start out like the notes? Sort of, yeah, but a little bit more reserve. Let me go back to my your notes. My notes. Where did they go? Here they are. There you go, picking them up. I had like a sourdough bread flavor to start out with with some background of cedar and a mild leather. And then the breadiness with some pepper and then sweetness. And then the final third is like a coalfit flavored sweetness. Yeah, I remember you saying that. Yes, I remember you saying that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It just seemed like looking at my notes. It started out a little bit slow. I was like, I'm not getting much at the initial onset of this. Which was, I wasn't knocking it. It just was like, okay, it took some time to build up. Then I just started getting a little bit of nuttyness. The bread dough definitely was there. It really was nice as it started to go, which is okay. I don't mind it to start out and build to a crescendo by the time you get to the end. But the first third, I thought it's starting out a little bit slow. There was a little bit of pepper in there. I didn't mind it at all. It's in Teddy again, you'll learn this with him when you start retrohaling. I'm just start picking up some of these other notes a lot faster. But I got to put me on the spot. I know. Hey, you know. Have you guys noticed that a lot of cigars of 2025, they had the velvet footband in the end or just a general footband covering the cigar. It's just to make it stand out a lot. You guys noticed that? Yeah. Oh, Sammy just headed today. Oh, for the first time. Nice. Yeah. It's very smooth cigar. Yeah. And it's not heavy. It looks heavy, but it's not heavy. You think usually think of technically broadly, if there's a little more fuller body. This is fuller body, but it's a nice medium body. And this is an interesting statement, because this is what you're talking about earlier, Teddy, about the different the tola. Yes. Normally, it's just the opposite. People will say that Toro is the sweet spot. It's, you know, Wayne is saying just the opposite. He's saying the robust mobusto is a little bit better. So we're engaged in the robusto. I think I hand the robusto one. I think it's five by 50, I think. Don't get me smaller, you know, quote it. Or 50, but is it going to 56? I mean, the whole time. We need to probably tell us that it's smaller than the thought. It's either 50. I think it was smaller than the gaze. Maybe I'm wrong, but unless it stays the same, maybe it's better because it doesn't take as long to develop. Maybe it could be. Maybe good flavors or something. But I only had it in Toro. I think all three of us had it in Toro, correct? The box I bought was in Toro. Okay. The robusto is a five and a quarter by 54. Oh, so is the same age. They also have the petite robusto, which is a four and a half by 50. Maybe I got this Toro wrong. What's the Toro? The Toro is six by 54. Oh, see, I wrote five. Yeah. Should be six. Six by 54. Yeah. Okay. Even the best two mistakes. It will edit that out in post. Yeah. There we go. There we go. And he said the robusto is what? Five and a quarter by 54? The robusto is five and a quarter by 54. Yeah. So it's really interesting that they would taste different. Yeah. Like could I just cut an inch off of the? No. For three quarters, we've got the new Toro and get a robusto. Yeah. What's the difference? Violent one, please. Better. Yeah. I don't know. The footpaths protect the bottom of the cigars. You know, I know. Well, it kind of makes sense now that you say that fireborn. So you just got everybody to try the robusto now. No, the way is working for Don Barton. But back to this, guys, I'm going to get you two of these so you guys can try. This is, this is a banger. We talked about all the other constructions. This cigar had the firmness, reasonably burned, the whole cigar. And they've never changed from the beginning all the way to the like, when I knocked it, it's, it's a great quality, beautiful wrapper. It's, yeah, very woody taste for this cigar. I'm looking at my notes right now. It looked like I did. To me, it had like the, it kind of expects some black pepper from AJ and it had mixed with like chocolate and the sweetens. Yeah, I did. It's really interesting in this one. Yeah. That's what my notes say. Spice and coffee and not dark chocolate yet. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, the chocolate, yeah, I mean, I definitely got the chocolate notes. The black pepper on the retro. Wow. That hit you. That, that hit you. Yeah. Yeah. It was like, totally expect from AJ, right? Yes. Mm-hmm. That all peppery. Yeah. Absolutely. And it was, it was, I mean, not complaining. It was great. But yeah, when you start out and you start doing the retro hail and you're like, holy cow, that is some black pepper right there. So, you know, the second, third, the second third, the black pepper took a back seat. The chocolate definitely started to come through. I enjoyed this. I think I nubbed this sucker too. I was like, I didn't want this thing to hand. It was a great cigar. And it definitely, it was a great spot. Yeah. So, another Mexican San Andreas. I didn't like count the different rappers in our top 10. I should go back and do that. I think we had three Mexican San Andreas if I'm mistaken. So, Butterborn's trying to say that he only bought two boxes last year. And I'm calling BS right now. I don't, my other box purchase. You purchase more than two boxes. I know you. So, Wayne hasn't tried to disson you yet, but definitely, we definitely recommend it. Al said he just tried it last week. And he, he got his recommendation. He had another banger from AJ. Yeah. Al is absolutely right. Another banger. Yeah. The dissonial box was awesome. Yes, Fireborn. That's another thing with a love about AJ Fernandez. He spends a lot of details on his bands and his boxes. There's a lot of details in his bands. There's a lot of, there's always good pictures, detailed pictures on his bands. And it's amazing. And again, I'm not a fan of this put band, but this put band I liked because it was, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, was their logo, which I think is great. It was easy to get off. It wasn't one of those velvet or, or, yeah, velvet gloss material material. I just think it was, it, this cigar overall, fans, everything, smoke, construction was a great cigar. Again, it's under our $15 mark. Not that that was a requirement, but it was under, it's a $14 cigar. Definitely a great cigar. You ride with a band, with a foot band. If it's a velvet, they usually don't use a glue, so there's always a tape. So what was you, you cannot, you know, take it off. You have to kind of pull it. Yeah, that's right. That's why I get annoyed. I get annoyed because, yeah, you're right. You got a piece of tape. You got a piece of tape on it. Yes. I got to wiggle it off. And I'm trying not to damage the cigars. I'm just a cigar. Yeah. It's better to have the paper band as a foot, foot band. Yeah. You're letting our secret out. Before we jump to number one, why don't we jump to some cigar news? And the past three years is being three years in a row from 2023. That has been released in the beginning of the year. Obviously, got first launched in 2014. But the 60 by 52 Toro is getting released again this year for 1449 per cigar. I like it. It's craziness. You guys have no idea how many orders of Amazon Basins. I have put that ultimate. Do you guys love it this much? Because I literally, people buy boxes and boxes of these. It's crazy. There's like a, I don't want to say it's overrated. It's a good cigar. It's a good cigar. It's got that limited sought after thing. The future, the rare produce just enough to make it not easy to get in there for a while. Wayne has the, you have an open box from 2014 that is crazy. Man, you could probably get a lot of money for that. Yes. Yes. I mean, very good. Very good. But it's a little overhyped. Yeah. I totally agree with that. It's an annual, it's an annual limited. It's great. I enjoy if I stumble my way into a lounge and see one there, I'll pick one up. I won't pick a box up. It's nothing against that. But yeah, I just, I don't know. I love the rope. The rope band concept around the cigar. It's a great concept. Is this every smoke through it? Yeah. It's the same thing when I smoke Oscar V in the Connecticut, the Sramatra, the Maduro, whatever, a smoker. He has the band that is made off the back. Or sometimes I do that too. I haven't smoked through the Oscar band, but I've smoked through this one. Yeah. And we probably talked about it before in previous with the Garngos, the previous episodes. You guys remember the daggers that they came out with last year? Last year? It wasn't the same. I like that. I like that. I have mixed reviews. A lot of people liked it. A lot of people didn't like it because obviously it was the Tremings. But you see a fire bar like the daggers. Yeah. Yeah. I just didn't think it was the same. Are they going to do the extra and ajo this year? I don't know. Like often did they release the extra and ajo version of this? I think last time was before 2020. I think it was 2022 if I'm not mistaken. Something like that. It was 2022, 2023. I think it was 24 that they released the ajo. But yeah, Wilson is right. The box is really nice. I mean, it's simple, but the box is really good. All right, well, we got next. We got this is going to cool. So I'm I'm surprised playboy like they kind of after you passed away this like he was like their whole brand, you know, you have to hold it around in a silk robe and with two girls draped around his arms. You don't hear much about playboy anymore. It's out of print. They don't print it anymore. Right. It's crazy. I want to say let me see here. The last issue was 2020. So five years ago. Wow. So, hey, $11 MSRP, uh, it's a limited production, $360 bondles of five cigars. But the last lures cigar I had, I really enjoyed it. Uh, yeah, it's lures cigars is the good. Yeah. I fish and I wonder is slim gym a fishing lure? Or is it? Yeah. There is a slim gym fishing lure. Yeah. And I want to say it's a top water date. Uh, so it is test to do something with with fishing because when I first saw the article, my thickest limb gym, like the beef jerky, I'm like, I thought it maybe it was to beef jerky put in there. It's a nice hybrid and the binder, Mexican Senators, Negro and fillers and mix from Honduras, and the Coroho and Pennsylvania. You know, Liga Privada is a great line. I mean, so, so for now, you're going to get $53 or $52 for six. Yeah. But I mean, that's the kind of good news, I guess, for the Cuban cigar lovers out there. Yeah. Yeah. They're, it totally locked down. So it would be interesting to see how this plays out and how, um, how that company recovers basically from this, you know, it's a great company. It's a, you know, it's a weekend cigar. I mean, without a doubt, it is performing. But I mean, it's just, I just really enjoy it. I enjoy, um, just the construction, the smoke. I mean, it looks, I think it looks a little darker in this picture than what it is, um, up. No, it's, it looks. It's on the dark side. It's a darker side. Yeah. It's not super dark. Yeah. But even, even the picture doesn't show justice, but the rapper is so nice and smooth. Yeah. There's not a lot of veins on the sober mess, uh, solid or red. So, that's good. It's nice. So I'm interested, it's a pricey cigar, the pricey box of cigars. And from what I've heard, they really don't want to break these boxes up. So you have to order a box because of the seven and seven situation. You're working your way down late at night. Poor little rapper. Yeah, there's definitely no daylight on this cigar. Dark coffee or dark chocolate. Sorry, dark cocoa. Black coffee, earth and char, subtle pepper, spice and the back end. The medium to full body with a slow-steady burn composed in that chaotic, it really is a nice smoke. A boutique feel, not mainstream, not flashy, just dangerous. And it really is. I had one. I had to go get another one right away. This is a cigar of the guy who doesn't talk much, but everyone listens to what he does. Our pairing tonight for the Deliverance Nactarne is the Black Man Hatton. Gangster era classic that matches the Nactarne, is by Roy Whiskey Amaro instead of Sweet for Mooth and a dash of bitters. The bitterness shapes the material sweetness, the right keeps the spice. The sugar from the right spice keeps the cigar from getting heavy, and it feels like a late night backroom and international. The alternative to it is a barrel proofed bourbon, neat, obviously no ice. That's a good alternative to it. Our rating is the Italian beef, old and satisfying solid daily smoke. The Nactarne Toro has real flavor without beating you up to affordable, enough to keep your inner rotation deep enough to feel special without being rear-boss territory. Not quite a deep dish. It had a stay at the Italian beef, because it's a lot more manageable. You can pick these up relatively easily, but it's not going to break your bank. The Nactarne is a late-night operator, dark-composing, quietly ruthless, cocoa-coffee and earth-wrapped-in-a-moderal muscle, lighted with a rye, heap of conversations short of Italian beef energy. So just to review what our top 10 were, the Salida Red, the Desinio, my father blue, and I'm here at Toba, JFR 20th, Tattua, High 7th Coroho, West Tampa Circle of Life, Legacy, Maduro, Crown Head's Broadway, and Legacy Connecticut. So we didn't include any limited in there, but we do each want to talk about, we're going to talk about one each, I think. So Teddy, lead us off. What's your limited? So the one I really like, guys, from Crown Heads, the last color of Heroes 2025, was a great limited edition cigar. I think I had the Rebusto. Yeah, I had the Rebusto. Obviously, it's a limited release. I have the blend right here somewhere. But the one that stands out, and that's what also I smelled the Tugger Sars first limited edition from away, Hanegra. I had three. I had the Crown Heads last color of Heroes 2025, the Tugger Sars from away, Hanegra. And obviously the one I'm smoking right now, the JT10, but Room 101, all three of them great. But yeah, we didn't do, we wanted to keep making sure to have regular production cigars. I think all three of us, you know, pointed out I had a good, you know, view about it that the limited edition, you cannot really put us a top 10 cigar for 2025 because it's obviously a limited edition, right boys. So I think we did a good job with our top 10. And I want to encourage our people, you know, send us some message. Let us know what you guys think about our top 10. You guys can share, you know, share our top 10 from our side to, you guys social media is going to help a lot. But talk about comments, you know, if Mike, you want to mention about the comment from Agonosa Arcolytes, that was a great comment from the person that he thought that we'd be better than some of the bigger brands out there. Like, I don't want to name the brands for the top 25. Yeah, I mean, again, we said this at the beginning. We wanted cigars that were accessible, you know, we didn't want to put on there the limited releases, the stuff that you can't get. I mean, you might be able to get some of the limited releases, there's some that are still out there in the wild. But we don't do that. We wanted to make it a list that is accessible, that we felt like showed the best for companies. And that we enjoyed. These are cigars that we enjoyed. This isn't, we didn't go and, you know, it's not a consensus for anything else. You know, and then people said that we put the West Tampa on there. I haven't seen that anybody else's list. We enjoyed it. So be it. You know, hey, do we Midwest guys enjoyed that cigar? So, hey, you know, it might not be in your lane, but we did it. So yeah, I mean, it's nice to get a review from somebody or comment from somebody after they see our list going, wow, you guys list is accessible. And it's better than some of the other, some of the other reviewers. If we're not lacking anybody else's list, that's what they want to put out. That's what they can put out. Just to remind myself, you get those, it's, it's, it's, it was, it was, I, I couldn't really put my finger on it until I thought it's almost like a, like wet coffee ground. It was really nice. Did you buy a box or a five pack? Yeah, yeah, okay. I stayed away, I, I'd like to say, I tried to stay away from that. And then I got some tea. I got some, some, like, black tea. I really enjoyed this cigar. The packaging, I didn't buy a box. I looked up the packaging, the packaging, the box is beautiful. It's a great cigar. It's smoked like an adventurer. You know, you can't, you can't go, oh, wow, this, it's smoked like an adventurer. It, it's a press ring. It's a very underrated brand, I think. An adventurer is a, you know, and I know Marty has smoked a lot of them. Yeah. But it's, uh, Sammy Floyd, the Blue Eye Jack Revenge. The Blue Eye Jack Revenge is eliminated. So, um, yeah, so I really, I, oh, maybe I'm, oh, maybe I'm wrong. Now, now I'm, now I'm second guest to myself. There's looked up and somebody said, this is a regular production. That kind of highlights the whole limited edition should do included now. It's like a $50 cigar. I forget how many they made. Um, but it was originally packaged in 2020 and then it got delayed to 2023 and finally got released this year. So it had all his age on it. It was Kroho 99. It was so good. I could only afford one. And, uh, you know, buy a box. I'm not buying a box. It was good. Yeah, and then I'm all right. Now I switched the garrison. I've got the, uh, we'll look at that burn. The 2025, uh, collection still looks hard. Oh, yeah, that's a great. Yeah, I've been adoring these quite a bit lately. See, last time I had that was it was a 2024 one and it was great. This one is kind of a little smaller size. So it goes pretty quick in the morning, but it's so good. Is it, uh, uh, oh, I know it sounds like a typical question, but all this still well collection is a pipe tobacco. Right? It's got some tobacco in it. Oh, yeah, okay. Mm-hmm. Okay.
