The transcription discusses the Champions League final between Arsenal and PSG in Budapest. Arsenal, having just won their first Premier League title in 22 years under Mikel Arteta, enter as underdogs but with significant momentum. Analysts Marco, Lewis, and Stinch debate the value of betting on Arsenal, citing their elite defense (nine clean sheets in 14 Champions League games, no open-play goals conceded in knockouts) and set-piece efficiency (scoring every 7.4 set pieces in the Premier League). They note that PSG are weaker than last season due to the absence of goalkeeper Donnarumma and potential unavailability of Hakimi. However, PSG's experience and attacking power, having beaten top teams like Bayern and Real Madrid, make them fair favorites. The consensus leans toward a low-scoring final (under 2.5 goals), as six of the last seven finals ended 1-0 or 2-0. Analysts also highlight player prop bets on Bukayo Saka for fouls and cards due to his matchup with Nuno Mendes and his emotional tendencies. Ultimately, while PSG are favored, the panel sees Arsenal as offering better value given their defensive solidity and psychological boost from winning the league. The first goal is deemed crucial, as it could dictate the game's flow.

Patience is a commodity that's generally in short supply in football, although the 10 years of Yoke and Klopp at Liverpool and Pep Guardiola at Manchester City have shown that you can build something lasting in the modern Premier League. We can now add Arsenal to the list of clubs that stuck it out through the bad times and were eventually rewarded. Michele Arterta took up the reigns in 2019 and has now ended a 22-year wait for the Premier League title. The gunners have never won the Champions League standing between them and the Dazzling Double, a PSG team that holds the trophy and that ended its own long quest for European glory a year ago. We're all set for a Titanic Tussle in Budapest. I'm Kevin Hatchard and this is Football Only Better. Final time we've assembled a top-tipping team starting with Marco. Marco, let's start with who we think is going to lift the trophy in Budapest because I guess PSG have that psychological experience of having done it but of course Arsenal are in a great place psychologically having just won the Premier League. Yeah, there are fans of being singing about, you know, we are unbearable and yeah, they are unbearable at the moment but it's understandable really having such a long wait to win the title and they were deserving Premier League champions but you're looking forward to this on Saturday evening. We've got the removable object of Arsenal against the Dazzling PSG as you put it and we're in a similar-ish scenario 12 months ago and PSG faced off against Inter which as we know ended up being at a very one-sided final and very much not expecting that this time around Inter came into that final running on fumes. They were close to breaking point at the time but they were 3.6 going into that final whereas Arsenal had 2.3 underdogs here on Saturday so not a significant difference and I think most people would agree Arsenal in their current guys would be a stronger, the suit stronger sort of prospect been into where in their 4 months 12 months ago. Whilst we're on price I do think PSG are the fair favourites here. I don't dispute that at all and look at this as an extremely liquid market. It would be wrong of me to say the prices are wrong but I didn't make them as stronger favourite as they are so from a punting perspective I do actually lean Arsenal's way and what should be a close and competitive clash of styles. There's a few reasons why I feel that way. Arsenal have been involved in a much more taxing season than PSG so there is that sort of chasm between the sort of conditioning and physical condition of both teams but I just feel the weight of the world has been lifted on Arsenal's shoulders over the past 10 days and the timing of their title win I think has to be considered a positive really because it was done last mid week. There was that enormous pressure valve released. They've had time to enjoy it, celebrate it but also sort of rest, refresh, reset, really ahead of this game. So it's impossible to kind of put a number or quantify that kind of thing but I do feel quite strongly that it's a positive for us all to have that out of the way and now they have the opportunity to create something really historic for the club. I think they'll relish their role as underdogs. I think they are more physically imposing and that's obviously a an area of strength with set pieces. It's an area of weakness of PSG defending deadball situations and the size of Arsenal, the intensity of Arsenal. I don't think PSG will have often faced a kind of caliber opposition often this season. So we know it all about Arsenal's ability to suffer. We know about the structure they're shaped to and Lewis Enrique said himself they are the best team in the world without the ball. He's also acknowledged that set piece threat as well. Arsenal were the best team in both boxes, the set pieces and the Premier League this season they scored from every 7.4 set pieces in the league which is incredible efficiency and you know, stay the obvious here but the first goal is so crucial here in a fast and worked in Nick one from a set piece early on. I would fancy them to sort of ride the rest of the game out really. They are a difficult beast to overturn if you fall behind. They are amended to controlling matches and obviously I think we'd all probably see the potential storyline of a Gabrielle header from a rice or sack of corn at a 1-0 to the Arsenal really. So that wouldn't be surprised me at all but just before our hand over I'll take this kind of full circle and get back to the odds because these two teams met in the semi-finals last season PSG progressed but Arsenal put them under serious stress and Donna rumour was outstanding really and over the course of those two legs Arsenal won the cumulative XG 4.54 to 2.9. It was seven big chances to 4. Donna rumour was basically the difference and he's no longer there so the goalkeeping position is a downgrade. The keemy doesn't look like he's likely to be fit enough to start which would be a big blow. So IA memory did a really good job after a shaky start at a right back against Bayern but it does make PSG weaker than they were last season against Arsenal and now in that second leg against PSG Arsenal started with Kevi or Cinta Half and Marino centre forward. So PSG or weaker on paper Arsenal are stronger on paper I think that's fair to say Arsenal were 3.3 to win here on neutral territory but in the second leg in Paris last season there were 3.1. Now I know they were trading in that tie and PSG don't need to be the draw to progress but we're saying we're a better Arsenal side against a weaker PSG side or a bigger price on neutral territory. So there's a few reasons why I'd make Arsenal a little bit shorter than they are right now. I am expecting a low scoring game therefore the sort of chances of a draw naturally increased. So if I had to have a lean either way it'd be Arsenal plus a quarter but I think probably the smarter player to beat back under 2.5 goals here knowing you've got the 0-0-1-1-1-0-2-0 either way paying out you don't have to sort of side of either team and obviously there are combinations you can make play on the bet builder Arsenal double chance and under 3.5 goals if you want to go down that way but to try and keep things a bit more simple I'll just nominate under 2.5 goals in the segment of the show Finals rarely escalate into into shootouts it's difficult to see Arsenal involved in a 3 or 4 goal game. Six of the last 7 Finals ended 1-0 or 2-0, 13 of the last 19 when Under's beat yes knows one in the last 7 and yeah I think Arsenal are capable of sort of playing above themselves and playing above the odds really to make this tie a competitive game and potentially take it to extra time. So close balls Lewis Jones with this once again Lewis you also fancy that the gunners have the value don't you? Yeah I do rowing behind Marco here I think he's made a great case there for Arsenal more less covered off every point that I've been looking at so I'm not sure if he's managed to see my notes ahead of this final podcast going out in style but yeah yeah I've been quite torn really because obviously I'm on PSG and I've been very very sweet on them throughout this tournament about them being the best team in the in your upstill and how they come good at the right time and I'm on them at 7-1 and hopefully people would have followed me in on the podcast here. So in quite a good position headed into the final and there's that famous Kenny Rogers live from the gambler song isn't he? No, into hold them, no, into fold them and I just think a bit of betting discipline has to take over here for me because I actually make Arsenal bigger than they should be on the exchange now so and it does it does pain me to say that really in a way because all season I've had to sort of made them false favourites in this market and wanted to take them on mostly on sort of mentality grounds really and they're playing such a great team here in PSG almost can be the perfect team like I've thriving any sort of situation but I do think when you're in a when you're sort of betting anti-post it's all about sort of creating value positions and then maximising it when the market gives you the opportunity to maybe trade out of the bet and I do think this is the time just to trade out and back Arsenal to sort of green out on the green up on the on the on the on the exchange market here because that psychology factor here for Arsenal I think is is a bit of a game changer when you come into sort of analysing this this market I was I was I was I was quite fearful from a PSG perspective about Arsenal when they won the Premier League so I just think it's such a big thing to get off your back that mental that that ability to get over the line here and they carried the burden I think have been the nearly men for so long so many questions over their mentality and I just think winning the Premier League just changes absolutely everything for them this is this is now a bit of a bonus a bonus game isn't it and I do think that that makes Arsenal really really dangerous here in in in in this situation so yeah I'm with Mark I'm I'm a bit more I think they're I think they're a bigger price than they should be actually are so 2.36 to win the Champions League on the on the exchange I think that I think it should be closer to maybe pick him here to be honest going towards even money the pair I think it's a really tight game just because in the Arsenal defence is equal in terms of world class levels to the PSG attack I think I mean nine clean sheets in 14 Champions League games that access of that access of Raya Celeba Gabrielle it's it's phenomenal really and they've yet to concede an open play goal in the knockout stages and three of the four goals they've conceded in the Champions League all in the league phase came when they're all all but qualified really so this is a this is this is a an elite Arsenal defence I think the price should be closer together and with that weight of the fat weight of the potential failure off their back I think they can come through this this game because I do like back in the the elite defense against the elite attacking the sort of one off matches and yeah so I've made the my heart and everything in my body is telling me to just keep with the PSG train because they've done me so many favours over the years but I just think a little bit you have to be sensible sometimes when you've got a good position in in betting and I think this is the time to trade out of the PSG bet because I think Arsenal are too big and I think they're going to win the Champions League have see I've got PSG and under three and a half goals so I'm just disappearing like Homer into the hedge at the moment let's see if old compiler and terrific tips to mark Stinch him can give me any kind of solace whatsoever or whether he's on this Arsenal train as well stinch which ways this one in Budapest going to go absolutely not on any Arsenal train good goods marvel it - Well, Lewis and O'Hare just kind of, you know, disappear off. Down the tracks. Go on them. - I will have 2v2 like a little mini. - Yeah, like tag team, like WWE. Other wrestling federations are available. - Yeah, I just think PSG at 2.46 is a decent price when you consider in the last couple of months. - Don't do this to me, Kate. Don't do this to me, Mark. Please, Stinch. Don't do this to me. I've toyed with this the whole week and now you're bringing me back to PSG angle. Please don't. - Psycho crisis on football only better yet. Lovely. Carrying out Stinch. - You just mentioned Homer moulding into the the head right, Kev. - Yeah. - Heijin, heijin is for gardeners. Yeah, the last 12 months PSG would be in all of Bayern twice. Barcelona, Rermadjard, Atlético, Liverpool twice, Inter, Chelsea twice. Aggregate score of 35 to 8. And then a little bit further back, they'd be Arsenal home in a way in the semi-final. Now, I don't see Arsenal as Premier League champions at the moment. I see Arsenal as the team of the last couple of months. That's the team that's only scored 14 goals in the last 13 games, who I think might be tired compared to a bit more refresher PSG side. You've got the likes of Zubimende. It's played 56 games this season for Arsenal. Rys has played 54, Gabrielle 50. Uzmandem Bele comes into this as the league on play of the season. He started 11 games. So I think PSG have got the edge in the fitness side of things. Also looks to be that heijin is going to be fit to play right back. Whereas for Arsenal, it's likely centre-back Moschera is going to be playing right back, who is not a comfortable right back, I think it's fair to say. And he might become up against Cavartis Galea on that side. So I think that is a mismatch there. So I'm happy to have a bet on PSG 2.46. I think if you call this team X and team B, and you know, you're real off the teams that PSG have beaten in the last 12 months, and you know, you've got a team in Arsenal who struggling to get past the likes of Bernalien Westham. Then I think it's worth pop on PSG at the process, being here, seeing it, all the t-shirt, know exactly what to do to get the job done. In terms of goals, I think, yeah, normally in the final, you want to back unders. unders is a slight fave at a 4-5, but we know about PSG's firepower. And if actually if you look at the total expected goals across the two legs in the semi-final last season, it was 7.44. So I think this is all about the first goal. If you get first goal, then the game opens up, doesn't it? So I just think with PSG involved, I don't really want to be on on unders. I like sure Avon Gards letters there. If you pick team X and team B, then this team X and team Y business or team A and team B. X, team X. Yeah, I love it. Team X and team B. If Jacob done that, by the way, on the show, I'd have ripped him for about 10 minutes, but Jake, you know, it's nice, funny. The pros have their tools with Betfair, so do you. Our safer gambling tools work just like the right pair of boots, designed to keep you on top of your game, equip yourself. So you can bet at your best for more information. Visit begamblerware.org. Let's take it to the props markets, then. Lewis, lots of options here for Betfair punters. Oh, yes. Brilliant. A ray of Betfair to have a look at and have a play at to enhance the excitement of the final. And I always like to focus on fouls, not only just with most of my betting, but especially in finals, just because of the increased jeopardy, obviously extra motivation and the good chance. I think this game especially, if this magnitude becomes quite scrappy, so I think that's the way that our tether is going to try and frame this game. He's going to want to take it down a very ugly, ugly route. And I do think because of all those reasons, that explains why the foul averages in European finals are higher, than maybe what the algorithms price up in these markets have done. They've run the numbers here. The last 30 Europleague and Champions League finals. And they're averaging 28.5 fouls per 19. Now, someone lovely. There's a figure for this podcast. What about injury toe? Exactly. You could add injury time in there as well. I think it's included injury time in fairness, but this is 90 minutes only. So it's someone that sort of plays these fouls markets quite regularly. I'm aware that that's a big, big figure. I'm glad that you've brought it up and it's his, his picture is, because it is a big figure. Because if you compare it to the amount of fouls per game in a Premier League game this season, that's at 21.5. And the Champions League games this season, in the average 22.5 fouls as well. So even if it's just a basic draw down there, the data suggests that you can add maybe six fouls to the expectant averages for the major for a major European final. Bet fair, unfortunately for us, and most of the bookies out there have done that with the price of the fouls market. So we've got Arsenal here's line at 13 or more fouls, which comes in at six to five with the sports book. That's about where I've got it, which is unfortunate from an outright perspective on the fouls. But that's still probably just about on the right line of the fence in terms of value. So it could be worth a small play. But with those, the expectancy of fouls hitting around a sort of 13 market for Arsenal, I think there's a great opportunity here just to head to the players fouls market and take advantage of some players here. And especially the one that stands out for me is Bacchio Sacker to make two or more fouls 11 to 10 on the Bet fair sports book. As with any bets in the player fouls market, Kev, matchup is absolutely key. Hopefully we've got that bit of information out there over the years that the matchup within these foul markets are absolutely a key point of finding value in these markets. And Sacker's battle here with Nuno Mendes down that flank. Gonna be a foully one, I think. Mendes is drawing 1.7 fouls per 90 this season. He's one of these players doesn't need much invitation to go over. Minimal contact. Sacker likes to get involved himself. Can be quite petulant, can't he? When maybe things aren't going his way. He averages 1.4 fouls per 90 over the last 20 games. And he's made two or more fouls in his last two starts actually against them. Burnley and Westam. So he's in the mood for fouls. And just the cherry on top of this that in the two knockout matches with PSG last season when Sacker played up against Mendes, he made two or more fouls in both of those legs. So I think the 11 to 10 here for Sacker to make two fouls is too big. And I would probably rate that as the best bet of the the the the champion's league final actually very strong here on Sacker to make two more for two more fouls. Stinch, what's caught your eye here? Yeah, similar theme with looking at Bacayo's Sacker. Because these odds he met three times last season, I was looking for matchups and maybe rivalries that have appeared as a result. And the biggest standout was Sacker in terms of collecting a card himself because he was booked in both legs of last season semi. First one for his reaction for not being given a foul and the second one after booting the ball away in frustration. So both for sort of non-book balling reasons. And I think obviously because of the enormity of the event that's his temper could come into play again and you wouldn't not necessarily say something about that like Sacker but again because of what's on the line. I think this could come to fruition and obviously he's up against Nuno Mendes who's PSG's most foul player and average in Liga. I think if our Tskilia is their most foul player and average in the Champions League and if he's going to have to come back and help out his mate Muscarra a lot. And as Lewis has mentioned about him committing fouls or being fouled himself I think he can easily tip over the edge and he's 7 to 2 to get a card which I don't think is fantastic value but I think because of the head-to-head essentially and the matchup and the rivalry I think it's worth a small bet. I did want to find somebody to double in with. I was looking at Zaya Emery if he was going to play it right back but I think Akimi will be fit with Emery was to then start right back. I'd back Sacker and Emery in a double at a 17 to 1. Mark what's jumped out to you from the prop spets? Yeah two. One of which involves Bakaia Sacker as well actually. I'm taking the three to one available or Nuno Mendes to foul Bakaia Sacker and Bakaia Sacker to foul Nuno Mendes so that's it for Tskilia. Hello, hello, what a price that is. Didn't see that. Yeah it's on the fouls card segment foul matchups there's plenty of lovely options there so that was the one Mr. Dousen that allows a probably done the heavy lifting there so it doesn't require a huge amount of reasoning but elsewhere very much looking forward to the battle down PSG's left hand side with Arsenal's mid shift right back Christian Muscarra that looks to be the most obvious battle ground going into this game where the game could be won or lost really a big surprise if Timber is fit enough to start. I know he's trained this week because the big ask to throw him straight in Ben White unavailable so Muscarra will be facing the threat of Kavara Sacker and of course to Nuno Mendes and with the Hikimi potentially missing from Nihoth or not as I Emery could be playing right back which means Fabi Emery's into midfield and he likes to drift down the left hand side as well so that is definitely an area Arsenal will need to try and plan for and be sure they will, that probably mean rice covering across Saliba helping us scare out as well. But then I'll need reinforcements because I think Cavera Scalia good how his way with Moscaera. If it wasn't a well-cup here, I think he would be in the running for the ball on door. That's how good he's been in the knockout stages of the competition. And if the beauty of this guy is so unpredictable, he's got two feet, he's strong, he's skillful, he's quick, he's industrious, an absolute nightmare to defend against. And yeah, there's some great foul matchup specials on the side of the minute. Moscaera fouling Cavera Scalia and Cavera Scalia fouling new Names or sorry, and fouling new Names as well. That would be a turn up. Richard, what are you doing? The double on Moscaera to foul both of those players comes in at 21 to 10 on the site. But I'm going to back Moscaera to be carded and combine it with Cavera Scalia to have a shot on target, which comes in at 9 to 2. And the foundation is obviously Moscaera to be carded here for obvious reasons. He has been booked in three of his last eight appearances of 45 minutes or more. He was booked in the, came on a half time, I think against West Ham, I got booked and Somerville had a gave him a bit of a tour of time in the second half of that match. And yeah, Cavera Scalia draws plenty 2.38, fouls for 90 in the Champions League this season. He's often targeted because of his ability to go both ways, beat his man, Chuck Inno, Names, Bombing down that corner. And yeah, it's going to be tough for Moscaera. So I can get along side Cavera Scalia to have at least one shot on target. He's done so in 14 of his last 16 Champions League appearances in his six knockout outings this season. He's managed to more or five of those six as well. So seven of his 10 goals in the Champions League this season have also come in the knockout stages. So I think it's just a nice boost to add on to the Moscaera card, which comes in at 9 to 2 on the double. So I had enough playing a Champions League final without being fouled by your own players. A lot of terrible turn of events. And Lewis just just one for me actually. I was very intrigued by the idea of Miles Lewis Skelly starting this final. We don't know if he will. But if he does, one of the things that's really stood out this season from what you've been saying, your love of fouls. He's just how much contact Lewis Skelly draws. And is it worth chunkier a couple of Lewis Skelly to be fouled a couple of times into into people's accumulators and betbuilders and what have you? Yeah, absolutely. This is the problem with that with the Miles Lewis Skelly training is the markets have absolutely jumped on to the to his foul drawing ability. And they did pretty quickly to be honest. This is a big trait of young young players that come through academies these days that make it into the into the first teams that they're very well coached in terms of being able to go down under contact. I mean, look at Max Downman as well as come through the Arsenal Academy. He's excellent at drawing fouls and it gets him gets him out of some tricky situation. So yeah, Lewis Skelly, if he does start him, he'd feel it would be quite a bold call, wouldn't it from our teta to go to put him in there in a game of this magnitude, but he has done very, very well in the past few weeks. So yeah, if you can find a price which you're happy to take on Lewis Skelly drawing fouls in that sort of central area, then definitely jump on. But again, everything has its price given. We might just have missed a boat with the Miles Skelly angle, unfortunately. Now if your player goes off your bet still on with betfares, safe sub valid on selected leagues and markets only more information can be found in the description. Now we're in our various markets. We've always got very intriguing odds on that section. And Stintch, you found a selection in there. Yeah, I've got three and it's under the match that specials. The first one bit romance here from earlier episodes. Michael are teta to be shown a card and Arsenal to commit 12 or more fouls at 9 to 1. Lovely. Lovely. Brutality everywhere you look. I just think it's lovely because it's impossible for him to stay in his technical areas. I think he might think he's the most out of your technical area box manager there is. It'd be between him and Cimeone. That that semi-final was utterly bizarre because you looked at our tattoos constantly fiddling with the waistband of his trousers. It's like constant, like over and over and over again. And then he had Cimeone's just kind of, you know, move at least time, you know, prowling around. I thought they were going to kill each other, honestly. It was just like just ridiculous energy constantly. So yeah, I think he's right up there. Pat was hilarious at the weekend by the way for his final game. He might as well a bit on the pitch. He was just kind of wandering around at his t-shirt being needlessly intense in a game that didn't matter in the last anyway. So there we go. But yes, I think he's right up there in that elite bracket of the technical area, escapies. Well, you could just name himself as a subcogni and then he'd have to be able to go legally, be able to go all the way down the touch time right. He could be in communication constantly with mascara, telling where he wants to be. Because he's been in trouble a little bit, actually, because he has edged on to the pitch a couple of times and like wingers have gone, "Can you gal with my way?" He has actually done that a couple of times and really close to like putting them off. Yep. So I'm all for it. Arsenal committed 26 fouls across both legs of last season and semi-final. And here we want them to commit 12. Lewis already mentioned the line is 13. He was booked in the second leg, the let's go in the semi-final. He's booked in the second leg versus sporting in the quarter final. And he's also been booked this season. There's Liverpool and Man United. So in the big games, Tempers do flair. And the referee is our good friend Daniel Seiber. And he booked both Artheta and Simione in the semi-final second leg. So he's already been there, done that. And I'm sure we'll be happy to do it again here. So to get 9-1, basically, Artheta to be shown a card. Because I think as say Arsenal got a good chance to commit in his 12 or more fouls, I think that's a good bet. Obviously considering the enormity of it being a Champions League final. So that's number one. The second one is 10-1. It's shall never commit a foul, be fouled and make five or more tackles. This is one in his last three games against Arsenal. So I was looking at the odds from a never's perspective based on his averages. You'd be looking at him around about five to six to make a foul. You'd be looking at two to seven for him to be fouled. And then in terms of the tackles, I feel like that's the hardest part of this bet to win. He made six in each of the semi-finals last season against Arsenal, five in the group stage game. And if you look against other elite opposition, he's just an absolute tackling machine. So against Chelsea, he made seven. It just gets around. I mean, remember, what is he 21 still or 22? So plenty of plenty of energy in tank. He made seven against Chelsea in the home leg. He made four against Newcastle in the Champions League this season. And then in the club World Cup final, so similar occasion against Chelsea in the last summer, he made eight. He made five versus Bayern in the semi-finals. I made four versus Madrid in the quarter final. So this can easily escalate. And as I said, it's one in the last three games this bet against Arsenal when we get in 10-1, but basically, shall never is to play the same game again. So I think that's quite nice to cheer on. And then the last one is each keeper to make three or more saves, 45 or more tackles, and 40 or more throw-ins. This one in the last meeting, there were 10 saves, 6th PSG, 4th Arsenal, 46 tackles and 43 throws. So sort of tried to price this up individually. So I think it's about 11 to 10 for the keeper's part, about 9 to 2 for the throw-ins section. And then the tackles is coming in a little bit double figures. So that's where we're sort of going to be need to be cheering them on. Or context in the first leg of the semi-finals, there was 38 tackles. So it went from 38 in the first leg to 46 in the second leg. Obviously, second leg was a bit more end-to-end because the game is actually decided in that match. So we might need perhaps a goal here, the things are sort of kick off. But we're getting a price of 125 to 1. So yay! You're not going to bat that when it's something that's won and come close in previous meetings. Lovely stuff. Mark. Yeah, I knew Stinch would have his balls all over that. I'll take to round all side left that well alone. But I did take a long time to reason and justify Jaunevres to have all of those the same selection as Stinch. So he's done all the heavy lifting for me there again. So I'll leave that well alone. So I've got the least sexy of the three options I have down here to sort of share, which was the 7 to 4 on Declan Rice to commit a foul and to make two or more tackles. So in the Champions League this term, he's made a foul in 8 to 11 starts. The average 0.95 fouls per 90. He made five fouls in the two meetings with Man City towards the end of the campaign, the Cup Final and the 80 had match and tackles wise. Six tackles across the two legs versus Attetico. His recent tackle numbers in the Premier League two or more and 10 of the last 13. So 7 to 4 on Declan Rice to commit a foul and make two or more tackles. We presume PSG will monopolise possession and that midfield you know how I've painted work to try and stop those trio with PSG midfielders and obviously the tack as well. So yeah, 7 to 4 on that special. Lewis, you've got a fairly big price for a set play based push. Yes, that's a prize really. Yeah, absolutely. You can plan massive part in this in this, the the game plan for Arsenal, aren't they? I'm going to have the upper hand I think in this area of the game. Just run through their numbers quickly. They've scored the most set Peace goals this season Arsenal 24. It's got 18 goals from corners. This is all in the Premier League. So they're just, you know, what's coming from PSG, but stopping it is very, very difficult to plan for. And I think our title will take a lot of hope and excitement from their set piece, threatening this game from the second, was it the two legs maybe? Especially the second leg against PSG last season. I mean, they were pumping long throws into the box. They were pumping three free kicks from anywhere that they could get the ball into the box. And obviously that helps slow the game down and make it into a scrappy game as well. I think he's going to want that. And if you just go back to that, the second leg last year between these two in the Champions League, Arsenal created 0.77 XG from set pieces in that game in Paris. The member Thomas Parta just absolutely hammering long throws in from all angles. And they didn't have Gabrielle available that day. They had to play Jacob Kiriore, centre back. And he was the main focal point in that set piece bond really. And he actually had three shots across the two legs. I think that just showcases how successful Arsenal were with that strategy against PSG. So from a betting perspective, all the usual tactics for a set piece based bet are on the table. Gabrielle obviously is the starting point here. The Arsenal centre back. But as is the case these days, prices on offer for centre backs. No, any good enough for singles really 2 to 5 for a shot. Mayor 21 to 10 for two shots. Mayor 15 to 2 anytime goal scorer. Mayor. So all easy to leave alone. But the one with a small bit of potential, I thought of all those singles probably is the Gabrielle headed shot bet 10 to 11. You can find that in the specials market. Didn't mind that until that's probably backable. So just have a headed shot. Not just have to be untouched. No, just has to be officially defined by Opta as a shot towards goal with his head. Which always got to do is more or less get onto one corner and direct it towards goal. So 10 to 11 I thought there was probably OK. Because if he is going to have a shot and you're back in the 2 to 5, there's a good chance that that shot is going to come by. His head isn't it? So you might as well go and take the 10 to 11 I think there. But the one thing the way just to try and shoot the lights out here with a big price is to include an assist into the Gabrielle goal bet. You can do that through the bet builder. So Gabrielle to score bet climberized to assist get 25 to one on the sports book. I thought that was OK. Gabrielle to score the cause, sack it to assist. That's 25 to one. And I just ran the numbers for this as well with the help of Opta. This is actually through my sky sports column, which is which is live at the moment. And this this exact bet. So the Gabrielle goal. Rice assist Gabrielle goal, sack or assist. It's copped five times across the Premier League and Champions League in the last two seasons, which is an all right strike rate for that sort of price that you're playing at here. And if you're just looking at chances created between the two really rights to Gabrielle or sack it to Gabrielle, they create 39 chances between them in the last two seasons across all competitions. I quite like that from a chance, crazy perspective. It gives me a bit of hope that this 25 to one is probably a little bit too big. And if you just watched the Arsenal's goals from set pieces this season, they're all in swinging corners that are just put right into the mix. And they're aiming for Gabrielle to get that little touch on every single time, whether it's him that does get there or the second ball drops to someone else. It's always Gabrielle there. They're aiming for so I thought that was quite the delivery is unbelievable from Sacka and Rice. I think people just think that happens. But to land that on the money time and time again is something you don't see that often. You see a lot of corners duff into the first man or say it over the over the heads, but actually, you know, really high percentage of them, a landing where they should. Yeah, and it's a repeat. It's because it's a repeatable skill, isn't it? They're just more or less putting that the same ball into the same area with that in swinging delivery. And I think it's probably easier to train like robotically really just constantly drilling on the training ground to hit that area, hit that area every single time. Both well for England, actually as well in the summer. Yeah, they're going to be a really good set piece team. England this summer with with the likes of Sacka and Rice and how I think created Thomas Stuckel can be with his set pieces as well. So watch out for Mark Gaye and Esri Concert set pieces. It's going to be so massive for England and all the major teams, I think in this tournament. So yeah, like this Gabrielle Sacka, Rice Angle, of course you can with the bet build, it doesn't have they don't have to both land in the same action. Really Gabrielle could score and Sacka or Rice could assist later on in the game. And that bet would still land through the bet builder. So I think it's got got hopes to land now. I'm going to be splitting stakes on both of them at 25 to one and hopefully we can land a big price winner and Arsenal as Mark, I think Mark reference still ready that the one new Arsenal Gabrielle head is a bit. I was probably quite a popular bet that Arsenal fans are going to be playing actually because it's going to play a big price and you can see that one the Arsenal Gabrielle head. So I just want to be on him in some regard because they're going to be such a threat from those situations. What about the PSG keeper, Safanov from set pieces? We haven't really mentioned him yet. Do we think he's quite plappy? I think he's quite plappy. I he's got Donna rummer vibes to me. Donna rummer made this decision. Even those enormous and should be able to come and catch stuff. Donna rummer seems to make this decision at some stage. So I'm just going to come and flapper everything, try and sell a load of fouls to get myself out of trouble. And he kind of got away with it last season. I thought he was going to get caught out. I thought the amount of English set piece heavy teams he came up against. I thought he was going to get done and he somehow got away with it. But I think we've seen this season at City. I think he's made mistakes. I think you can get at him. And I think Safanov similar. Like he's a great shot stopper, brilliant shot stopper, great penalty saver, all that stuff. He's done pretty well. He's deserved this place. But I wouldn't trust him with the ball whipping around his head. Absolutely. That's my assessment. Anyway, I did what you guys think. They'll be targeting 100%. As Mark's probably going to reference there as well. He's this is one of Arsenal's key strengths. And you've got to maximize it in a situation like this again. So we're within a within a team. And you've got to put him under pressure from the first from the first set of the first team in a team. And then you've got to put him under pressure from the first set. I'll take a card. and the Arsenal Fouls angle again from Stinch. I mean, that should go in the treble really, because that is an amazing bit. But we'll leave that as a single, because that's ridiculous to put that in as a treble, and it probably wouldn't be possible for the markets anyway. But let's go, the Kioskacker to make two fouls. I think that's the best bit of the lot. He's excited about that. I like when Lewis gets excited about one bet. And he's really a decent one. And Stinch, take his home for the final time. Well, I was going to back PSG to win, but I think I've got a respect that Mark and Lewis are on the other side, and also obviously respect the fact that they haven't put an Arsenal based bet in. So let's make it complete right-hand side Arsenal bet by throwing in the Kioskacker to be carded as well. Love that. Love it. I think with Muscaro to get a card and Lewis's Sacker angle as well, we should be looking at the best part of 16, 17, 18 to 1. So what a way that would be to finish off. We're expecting that flank to be something like Game of Thrones, just like, you know, blood and body parts everywhere by the sound of it. It's going to be absolutely tremendous. We'll wrap up with lots of scientific things here, something slightly unscientific, a score prediction from each of you. Mark. Sit on the fence, 1, 1 draw, 90 minutes. Love that. Plastico hair. I love that. I love that. And we're not in style there, isn't it? Good job. Lewis. 2-1 to the Arsenal. And, yeah, I've really, I've really, I think PSG are the best team in Europe in a one-off game like this. I mean, there's lots of positives now towards Arsenal at the prices. So, yeah, 2-1 Arsenal in normal time. And Stinch. So I'll go 2-1 PSG. I think they will give, they'll give up a chance on the break or in transition. And I'll say I've asked on team. I haven't been scoring many goals, but I think PSG will maybe give them enough to pick one up. But Mark, we obviously need to know now what happens in extra time and what's the score in the penalty shootout. No, one-old draw. No, we just won, all draw. Just one-old draw. I don't know if I said this on the show, but I absolutely hate extra time. It's just, I don't know why. I never bet anything involves going to extra time and never getting involved in extra time. I just absolutely hate it. I feel like I've given my, I've given my 90 minutes or, you know, I'm trying to half up to watch again with football and the fact it can't be settled in that time. I have to stay on watching another half an hour. Unless it's the world got final, of course. I've a proper hatred of extra time, normally. So, tell you what that is. That's a guy who watches too many games. So he's like, right, I've got to watch Game Kigain Slaluvia. Don't make me watch another half hour at least in nonsense. Yes, that's what it is. That's what it is. Right, and now a lot of you at home usually switch off the outro. Don't this time, please. Why should they follow you? What's going on? Why I mean that? Yeah, that's a good question. I don't know what people wanted. And it invite me to phrase it quite like why is it your full of Marco hair? What's the point? Yeah, not quite like that.
