And I looked at the players, they brought in for midfield. Not bad players, good players, not great players. And you mentioned, they're not on your right, they fixed the attack last season, now to the midfield, next season, they'll be the defence, let's say. But even the attack has the brought in, the good players, they're not great players. They're not, they're just good, good players. They need one of them to sort of be, going to be one of the best players in the league, if man you're nice. Is that a Bruno though, Karate? He's the best player, he's been that for five years, and he's always been the same at top 14. The players you brought in and said to Kunya and Wemble, the good players, but they're not amazing. I think with the midfields the same, the players they brought in in midfield are the same. That's why I said to the start of the season, I was winding you up saying people are getting carried away with you, and I just see good players, I don't see anything special, I don't see anything great, it's still Bruno when the rest are just like, last year in our Karate, we discussed it many times, his job last year obviously to win some football matches, he's got a managed man United, that's the challenge. Last year I was coming to win some football matches and I did, during the very well, they got momentum, and it's some big results of the body start, and he got that belief. But no, there's the summer, the transfer, some players were at the work cup, you eat it, look after preseason, disappointed with the transfer players, what a players come in, or even rastered in, not going all this type of scenario, and they've had a sluggish start to the season. Are you worried about them this season, right? Is it the pressure thing, though, because I think at the end of last season, I'm like, they're not really under pressure, although Michael Carrick comes in, there was no pressure, and I feel like whenever the pressure is on them or when, Citi go down to 10, that adds more pressure, doesn't it, because they're like, we can't get beat now, we've got 11v10 for 165 minutes or whatever else, and I don't know if it is an added pressure, I feel like that. Of course, there is going to be more pressure, and I know the players are not in a European game, that was dead easy, listen, I'm not going to say, that should take a, well maybe you know, you've been batting the Champions League and the players getting used to it again, you go, maybe that did take a little bit out of them, even though the game, physically and emotionally, wasn't a tough game, really easy game, but again, you're on a board, playing Citi, the last or sixty-seven minutes with an extra man, they weren't even added, they weren't even putting Citi on the huge pressure, they had to go to get a draw, and like everything, you have your bad days, the one thing you'd have again, your mindset, the weekend, we're not at it, we're not going to win, but we're definitely not going to lose this game, let's be upset with the draw, but again, a draw, a clean sheet, that's something to hang your hat on, At the moment, they've got no momentum and this is where the, obviously the longer every time they'll slip up, the pressure will come on Carrick. Simple as that, last year they were getting on the floor, there's no this year because you've got to manage the club, no expectations, stuff coming out the last few days, young players wanting to leave the academy. That just goes into the mix, so how we deals with all the media side of it. Three times in a year, against 10 men they've lost. That tells you when you're sort of on the actual quality door of the type of player or the profile player they've got. I call my manager, he can't lose three times. But Jamie, the whole point to that is then, so we're looking at the United going. So United, a lot of games United will, obviously, against the so-called lessons team, will have good possession. So we say United and that could, it's only for a smaller team to go, we don't want the ball, but there will be an expectation that United particularly home, particularly against 10 men going. You need to dominate this, instead of the United going. Like last year they had a lot of their best results under a sit-in and counter attack, like that for school against City, when they went to Arsenal. So United, no one. But we're only going to be really good when we don't have the ball. I don't sit on Sunday, but I didn't really focus on it. But the quality of the crossing from why they're living absolutely awful. And you're not always poor now. We're getting on a bad set, the delivery from, and it was the same to European gear. Just kind of laughed at ball. It was a bit, a bit, a bit, a bit more hopeful than. I want to be like a kid's animal, I want to show you an animal. He's not got a goal or a assist right in four or five games. Is that. Is that. Is that a thumbs up to him? Daniel Knight, it's bench versus City's or like I thought, did the bring Zirksy on, they didn't even want him. I thought bring like Shea Lacey on something and then you see City bringing on Enjai and all these great. He was. He was outstanding, he made a mess. I know Shea was his praise in America a couple of weeks ago and I'd say he came on. Yeah, he did bring Zirksy on. I did think that at the end of the game because we were actually maybe a little bit skeptical about City's when we did the midfield, when they aren't signed, Fernandes, Bawadi. And we're didn't even look so lucky, I don't think, innit? No, we didn't, but I think when you look at sort of City, you could see that team becoming a title. If it doesn't win at this year, you could see it becoming a title in team in the next two or three years because it looks like there's growth, there's like O'Reilly and Di, Kusunov, you know, you've got young players that, to be fair, you've got plenty of years left, it's quite a young team now City, it's all of a sudden. And I've looked at United's team and I think your right is a good team, I actually quite like it. But then, has it got it in it to be a great team, because Bruno's the leaving in the next couple of years. Rashford's obviously 29-30, McGuire and Mathes are sort of, you know, McGuire. What sort of expectation have you encountered? We're all sitting there going, you know, you're good and you're back, and it could have been everything, you're good. Even we've dropped our standards towards it. I think the whole standards have dropped that man, you know, everybody, all the decision-makers with our treating fans, whatever's going on with the women's team, the standards have dropped, dropped the club. What do we make of it? Even our expectation, oh, like City, I see players, I see reactions after games, and yeah, they shouldn't have conceded the last minute against everyone. And there's still a bit of, "Oh, wasn't there a day, but you make it your day." What does this team stand for? What's the club, what's the man in United's stand for? It's almost like even in the in-between days of games from Sunday to Wednesday, there's a. What do we make of that? I want to talk about it from a point of view for the club, but I also want to talk about it from a point of view of a 15-year-old player. Obviously, I've been in United's Academy as a 15-year-old. You've been obviously an Academy football. We know now that Jung players have got representation at that age. We know they've got agents at that age. We know that they actually are more. I think more willing to make brave decisions if we could call it, then maybe we weren't hard. If you were at United when you were a kid all over the pool, you were at that club when you were leaving. But this, to me, the only thing that I can. Ryan Giggs left Manchester City at 14 to go to Manchester United and that was an earthquake in youth for an Academy football at the time. Your Ryan Giggs was the most exceptional talent. You could. It was unbelievable. I've never seen anything like it. I remember the first time I saw Giggs play for United in the under-15s game. I remember thinking, "I'm nowhere near. I've got no chance." Just the level of him was like, "Oh, my goodness." But they took him off city. We've been there. And it was a massive city's Academy. He was very good back then in the 90s and 80s. You know, they had a really good Academy. They won the youth cup. This feels like a moment. Because I'm sorry he's linked to city today. JJ Gabriel. From the point of view of the player and the kid and what do we make of it? First of all, before you go to the teacher. I don't want to give you the panic either at Manchester United. Because again, this is all. The media now are turning against United. So it is going to be negative. Fans protest to weekend. But we have to get the balance right. With Chris and the club was willing to go on. The young lad's leaving. I noticed that at Tom's up. But does that happen? Or do academies do players come and go? Very rare. So I could imagine discussions where I'm thinking, "You're going to make your debut before you're 18." And we're going to do this. He probably wants to be the youngest player to have a play for Manya Knight. There's all these things. They're probably pushing the club. And I just think he's probably not being picked in that squad. And he's thinking, "I'm going to make me debut there." The youngest player to be able to fit in. And I said, "There's only two things from my experience of speaking to other dads at academies. Is it a money issue?" Yeah. Watching, as I said, James, come through. In the main, I think when the situations like this, the players never really fulfilled the potential. You know, when you've got an unsurrage, maybe it's the parents, we all know, don't we grow up? Even at our age, some parents were a nightmare. - Yes. - With their kids or on to cultures, they're not getting enough minutes. When you're always looking back at them, years, 20 years later, I look back, and I want to just think that that didn't help you, or that didn't help you, or kids. And those players, I would say, 70-80% of situations that I look at and think, the people around you, all your parents are a nightmare, hard to deal with, never end up doing what they should do. - And the United did years ago. United did have a policy many years ago when we were there, but any brilliant young players coming over, lots of coming off from Ireland, and they're getting off for big money from other clubs. United's policy, back in the day, because we still have this idea. You want to come up here for Man United? Well, we're not going to draw that money at you, but I've said him, there's a wild gun now. We go back to that. And he's the only one that probably didn't actually have a career in football. - I'm easy to work out, so you've got to.
