In this episode, Dan Bongino covers a range of political topics, starting with Florida’s primary day, where he encourages voting and supports Byron Donalds. He then addresses controversy around Joe Kent, who claimed he was blocked from investigating Charlie Kirk’s assassination, but Bongino argues Kent lacked the authority to investigate, citing NCTC’s limited role. He warns against "Fake MAGA" figures aiming to fracture the movement, urging listeners to verify facts. Bongino criticizes Democratic support for socialism, using California billionaires opposing a wealth tax as proof of hypocrisy. He also highlights healthcare contradictions, claiming Democrats’ policies like Obamacare raised costs and that they seek to control healthcare for power. He notes declining crime rates under Trump, criticizing media for not crediting the administration. He mocks a politician defending theft as a "biological need." The show features an interview with Scott Pressler on voter registration and election integrity, revealing non-citizens on voter rolls in several states. Pressler advocates for laws to make non-juror records public to clean rolls. Bongino supports this, proposing a "Pressler Act." He concludes by discussing why people embrace socialism, acknowledging failures in education, healthcare, and housing, but emphasizes the need for conservatives to explain their solutions rather than dismiss others. The episode blends political commentary, personal anecdotes, and calls to action on voting and election security.
All America, all the time. Sit down, buckle up and get ready for the Dan Bongino show. I like these allegiance to perfection in the show. He's like, you should really tell the audience about your voice again. We've got Scott Pressler coming up at the end. You know Scott Pressler, one of the best get out the vote, geo TV organizers in the country. We've got a great interview with him coming up today. Folks, I got to tell you, I learned a lot of stuff. I've run a couple of times here. I've learned a ton of stuff. And wait to hear about what he uncovered in Michigan. Excuse me, Minnesota, Minnesota, Pennsylvania and elsewhere. Really, really fascinating information. So don't miss that. However, really bring it up because he's like, your voice sounds a little low. I don't want you to think, I don't want the audience to think you're not into it. I am into, I just, again, I was just recovering from the back to school fungus. Every kid brings home to their parents. No, I'm fine. I'm very into the show today. Today's voting primary day in Florida. I had a early vote on Friday. I had a thing with a property. I had it. So I got it all done at one time. However, please get out and vote. I'll just tell you, I voted for Byron Donalds. So you vote for who you want. I tell you why support. You're free to support whoever you want. You're all welcome on the show. Obviously, however, I think Byron would be an amazing governor. So I voted, but please get out and vote. Do not take anything for granted. Your vote matters. And as I said, you're not voting as a real consequence. And if you're thinking, well, my vote isn't going to change anything. Ladies and gentlemen, when you stop voting, candidate stops showing up at your door and they stop caring. You call their office when they win. The first thing they look at is the voter file. Does this person vote ask any staffer up on Capitol Hill? No, this person has been voted three or four elections. Not that they're not going to help you, but you're not going to the top of the pile. I'm sorry. I'm just telling you how it is. You have to vote. I tell my daughter this all the time. It matters above and beyond. If your vote's going to change the election or not, it matters for you. They looked at stuff up. It's really important. I learned that the hard way. I have to address something at the beginning of the show. I'm really getting exhausted addressing folks. I'm just going to say to you, before I address this latest nonsense with Joe Kent, if I mean this, I mean this from the bottom of Dan sometimes broken heart here, talking to myself in the third person. If you're not interested in simple facts, you can look up. Then please, I don't mind. You can just tune out. The show is not for you. I'm not talking about complicated facts like, you know, working out the quadratic equation in two variables and how a curve will go up and down. I get two separate answers to one point. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about simple questions like does Joe Kent have the authority to do what he's claiming to do? You can just look that up. If you're not interested in that, then this show is not for you. Go back to screaming on Twitter with your bots. I hate the Jews and all that other stuff. Just please stay off the show. Nobody wants you in the chat. You're advertising. You're an idiot. Let me just leave that there. Gosh. That and a lot more. Make it make sense. Please. Folks, those weight loss injections, you know how they work. They can curb your appetite and they make you want to eat less. But some people don't want weight loss injections. They don't like the injections. They don't worry about some potential side effects. Some people choose another way. I certainly did. After I came down with cancer, cancer, my diet was not great. So I put on a lot of weight. You saw it. You can go back and look at the whole rumble episodes. They were still there. I was about 238 pounds, which at six foot is probably not ideal. I said to Miles from Brickhouse nutrition, I said, Hey, Miles, I need some, I need a, I need a product here. My joints are killing me. I'm just too heavy. So he said, Dan, we got this product called lean. I chose lean from Brickhouse nutrition. Here's why it's weight loss shots. They work by helping control blood sugar and appetite. So eat less. There's no argument. The shots can work for a lot of people. Lean was doctor formulated to do similar things naturally. That really appealed to me. Lean helped tackle my hunger and support steady energy without constant cravings. I've never been in, in better shape body comp wise. I'm down to about, I think this morning, it was like 195 or so. It's a big weight loss. The stuff works. Lean did something injections don't help my body turn fat and energy. So I burned fat instead of storing it. My favorite part, lean is a nutritional supplement, not an injection. No prescriptions, no needles. I lost weight with lean. You can see it yourself. And I believe you can too. So go to Brickhousenutrition.com/Dan. The website again is Brickhousenutrition.com/Dan. Go today. Use promo code Dan for 20% off. A lot of my friends, email me this stuff work. The answer, yes, Brickhousenutrition.com/Dan, promo code Dan and you'll get 20% off. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. The product does not intend to diagnose treat cure, prevent any disease. It's not a substitute or alternative for care from a healthcare provider. Thank you, Brickhousenutrition. We appreciate it. All right, so let's go. I'll go ahead. Again, I just want to put a disclaimer at the beginning of the show. If you've already made up your mind that Joe Kent and thank you for your service to the country, I mean it. I promise this is not personal. I'll prove it to you. But stupid is a choice. If you're going to continue to say stupid things that are verifiably stupid, this shows not for you. I'm really sorry, but you need to go somewhere else. You're going to be bored. You're not going to like it. You're going to be like, I want to be lied to. They don't lie to me on this show. So I need to go somewhere else, okay? So the only goal of this constant stream of negativity coming out of podcasts to stand, Joe Kent and others. The only goal is to fracture the MAGA movement. I call them Pholex MAGA. They pretended to be part of our movement. They weaseled their way in. They shook hands. They patting people on the back. And the second they got in here, they took a big dump right inside the tent. They're like, who did that? The answer is you did it. That is their goal. Make no mistake. They want the midterms to go poorly so they can blame President Trump. They then want to run their own candidates where they think they're going to get jobs in the 2028 election if they're candidate wins. I promised you. Now I'm getting all these emails. I got one the other day. I kid you not. This isn't like one of these dopey liberals. They tell those stories. I was on a coffee show and someone came up to me and told me how much they hate Donald Trump. They make them up. This is real. I got probably 10 of these emails, DMs and others. People saying into the into the work account here. Hey, Dan, I you know, when you first got out, I doubted what you were saying about the grifters and the doomers and their goal to fracture the MAGA movement. Now I see it. It says if last week, the the kimono opened and everybody was like, Oh my gosh, I don't want to see that. Now you're seeing it. I saw this ex post this morning and I thought to myself, how many suckers are going to continue to believe this? This is at USA. Yep. John. Yep. All caps, of course. And Andy, that means this is really important. Of course, all caps investigation into foreign involvement in Charlie Kirk's assassination blocked by the FBI. Whoa, all caps too. It got to be true. That all caps. Now, John, John knows. Of course, he's, he's a serious guy. Cash, cash betel blocked Joe Ken, former director of counterterrorism from investigating the foreign leads into Charlie's assassination. I trust Joe. That's really great. Why would the FBI block this? Joe Ken tells Jimmy door, Jimmy door. Here we go. He's like a comedian. It's like a comedian. It tries. Okay. He tells Jimmy door, Jimmy door. Just go listen to his interview on Tucker show and you'll see what that guy's name is. That he was at NTC, NCTC Joe and he was blocked from investigating Charlie Kirk's killing after the FBI said it had everything it needed. The case would be transferred to state authorities. Okay. Folks, I'm going to make this really simple for you. So again, this is that point of the show where we're reaching a truth red line. If you're not interested in the truth, please stop now because this is going to be really painful. There is nothing you can say to dispute the fact that three plus three equals six, no matter how hard you try. Okay. So first, I just wanted to show you this picture because I actually liked Joe Ken and appreciated his service to the country. He made a lot of sacrifices with his family. Of course, the tragic story of his wife told you there's an amazing plaque up at the NSA. I've seen myself dedicated to the heroism of his wife who died tragically serving this country. That doesn't dispute any of that. Matter of fact, I said the same thing about Bob Mueller. Bob Mueller was served the country in the armed forces. It's great. We appreciate that. However, that does not absolve you from that point on from having to tell the truth and not being a liar. Joe Ken has chosen to disgrace himself. Joe Ken is continuing to insist he was blocked from doing something. He's not authorized to do. I can't think of a simpler example. I'll get to the, I just put it in chat GPT to make it really easy. In case you think like I'm making this up, I Joe cannot answer a simple question. You should ask him this. Please explain to me what investigative law enforcement authorities or powers you had an NCTC that you were blocked from engaging. So I put in this really simple one. Everyone can understand. Everyone knows what a subpoena is, right? Ducatica, man. Testific, Adam. You get a subpoena to produce documents. Ducatica more, add testific, Adam to come testify in a civil or a criminal trial. You get a subpoena means you have to go. Okay. Now, a traditional tool of law enforcement or an investigative body would be a subpoena. So if Joe was an investigator into the case that was authorized to investigate the case, then he should have subpoena power or someone correct, but because NCTC is not in
investigative body, I just put this simple question and to help you guys because he's in. What he's saying about cash is he's, what is he alleging a crime? Cash obstructed justice? Really? Does the NCTC national counterterrorism center have subpoena power? No. The NCTC does not have independent subpoena power. They're title USC authorities are to analyze and integrate terrorism intelligence, strategic operational planning, coordination and to maintain the government's repository of information on known and suspected terrorists. The statute does not, wait, wait, hold on, I'm not done yet, go back. The statute does not grant NCTC or its director, i.e. formerly joking, authority to issue subpoenas or compel private priorities to produce records or testimony. Wow, it goes on, this is really strange. It seems like he's lying to you about being blocked from something. It's like saying like the IRS was blocked from a local missing kid case in steward, Florida. Is the IRS or any tax next to snow? So how were they blocked? They're not, they have no authority to investigate it. If compulsory process is needed, subpoena's i.e., an agency possessing that authority would obtain it. Such is, oh, look at it, Andy, it's crazy. Such is the FBI. Is that say FBI? Andy's raising it, I think it does, and my eyesight's not great. And the terrorism intelligence, if there is any, would be made available to the NCTC. There's another significant limitation, and I'm just reading to you, chat GPT. The NCTC director, i.e. Joe Kent, someone should just ask him this on a show, Jimmy Dons or whatever. Jimmy has a meltdown. Every time I love this guy, I own this guy. I'm in his head every time watching freak out, the guy's supposed to be a comedian. The NCTC director cannot direct the execution of counter terrorism operate. You can't. Wait, why? Congress, not me, not Dan Bongino, deliberately structured it, primarily as an intelligence integration, a strategic planning organization, rather than a law enforcement agency. Look at that. Well, well, look here. One more. One for you. Chat GPT is like in case you're stupid. It doesn't say the billing here, in shorthand, FBI is the investigative agency with compulsory legal authorities, NCTC is there for intelligence fusion and interagency counter terrorism coordination. Oh my gosh. Can we put flags into chat about what? Just put them in advance because this is the most red flaggy red flag ever. I promise you, if Joe Kent were to come out tomorrow and say something like, I love the Jews, every single person out there to flags into chat, 37,000.8 flags into chat. I love it by the way. They can't keep up with the writing. It's always asymmetric. You want to start a fight with us. We always win. The numbers don't work for you and they never will either do the facts. So we're up to nothing. Facts in our favor, numbers in our favor. If you want to keep messing around, we're going to keep making you look stupid. I was blocked from conducting an investigation. I had no authority to conduct whatsoever at all. I guarantee you this, flags all over in the chat, guaranteed if Joe Kent were to come out tomorrow and say like, I love the Jews and I don't hate Israel anymore. I guarantee you, every single person telling you you they trust him and is telling you the truth despite the fact that he's obviously lying. Every single person would turn on him and go, that guy's full of crap. He had no authority. Look at it. It's right there and any AI system can tell you that. I mean, I can't give you any easier example of this. Not to mention Charlie Kirk and Tyler Robinson is entitled to a free and fair and open trial. He is innocent to prove in guilty. He is entitled to his day in court. I don't understand why you can, this is a Utah state case. It's not an FBI case. There was assistance provided and that's it. This is all open source. I mean, this is like saying like, I can't believe the DEA was blocked from a United States Secret Service money counterfeiting case. They're not blocked. They have no authority to investigate counterfeiting. They investigate drugs. NCTC doesn't investigate anything. Can someone just ask Joe that, well, exactly, was your investigative authority? Put up the picture again, by the way. I was friendly with Joe. I had Joe on my show when he ran for office. To watch this guy just completely lie about me, just make it up that he was blocked. When he knows he wasn't blocked with anything. This was me, over at, what's the, what does that say about my head, Andy? He's trying to read it like it's an eye chart. You know when they block one eye, Justin's got them like this. He thinks it says NCTC, which would probably mean I was at where, NCTC. This was me telling Joe and I had only been there a few months, hey man, you need anything? Come on over. You're happy to like, brief you in where we can and appropriate? Nope. Nice tie. You like that tie? Yeah. I don't know about the gray suit. I don't know. It was, it was hot. You know, I think that was August that picture, and I apologize about that tie, not me. You know, you, you guys were blocked, really? I'm smiling. So see you. I'm blocking what? I didn't like him or something. Blocking him from what? Blocking from what? It's like saying I blocked a bureau of Indian affairs from the Charlie Kirk investigate. What jurisdiction did they have? Zero. Of course, again, you can all, I get the responses here, go to my ex account. It's kind of hilarious. Go and read the responses from the bottom army below. It's all bots and BS. You can tell because they can't even win a primary this group of losers. These absolute zeros got smoked every day, lose everywhere and they're going to lose today in Florida again and get smoked. They have no power. They have no connections. They have no like umph. They have no whatever freaking genocide, why, you want to, all their connections are amongst themselves. They just talk to themselves and when they say connections, I mean to activists and people actually doing work, they don't care about any of that. They care about destruction only. All they do is one big circle jerk where they talk amongst themselves and then they lose and then they go out and you'll get 5,000 comments. Did you suck? You're like, what does that have to do with this post? It's all BS man. I can't believe people are falling for this crap. Folks, make it make sense, please. You know you can't dispute anything I just said. So you rage out, you quad your faces, oh, damn this, then make it all personal. It's only because you know what I'm saying is right. That's why it bothers you. Change your diapies man, clean up a little bit. It's embarrassing at this point. Oh my gosh, folks, make it make sense, please. I want to talk about this next because this is the same, this is what happens when you become immune to facts. When you've taken a fax vaccine, unlike like the COVID vaccine, like a vaccine that actually is super effective. When you've taken a vaccine against facts, i.e., you're a die hard leftist or a duma and a grifter, nothing's happening, Joe Kent, I trust it. You trust what? Do you trust information? Or you just blindly trust people who lie to you? Ask him the question, what investigative authority? Why can't you ask him that? Show me sight to me, the United States code, where you have any authority to investigate this at all. I don't. Okay. Case closed. Period. That's it. You're acting like a leftist. Socialism is wonderful. We love socialism. Hey, are you bothered by the fact that hundreds of millions of people were exterminated, tortured, killed, shoved in gulags? Their ability to practice their own religion and speak freely was taken away. Their children were murdered. Does any of that bother you? Nah, man. I'm immune to those facts. Okay. You're an idiot. Stupid's a choice. What? It's even on a shirt. We had to do it. Of course, the back says, don't be stupid. Stupid's a choice. Don't be a siac. Siac's in the chat. You don't have to be stupid. Someone got mad at me on X this morning. I tried to read some of the comments, can't get to all of them. Someone said to me, Dan, stop saying stupid is a choice. No, it isn't choice. You don't have to be dumb. You have a surrogate brain now called the internet. You can use to do homework. Don't be stupid. I'll show you what I mean with this socialism. This poll is really shocking, but not only that, I want to show you how Democrats do the exact same thing. Democrats and Socialists do this. Here it is in the hell right here, and in a CBS U-Gov poll. Socialism was seen in a very positive or somewhat positive light by 58% of Democrat respondents. This out of 10 Democrats believe death, destruction, gulags, torture, the lack of private property, working for a government that doesn't pay you starvation, tyranny, that that is all absolutely one of six out of 10 people, folks.
don't be a sci-ac. I'm going to show you why like even when they're asked to go out and do and it affects them, they automatically change their mind. It's up to you. I do stuff. I'm asking you to just please, please put aside the ops, the siops, the BS, the nonsense, the hate-driven agendas, the pholex, mag and stuff and just look at the facts or you were going to become one of these people in the Hill article. How the hell do six out of 10 Democrats believe a system which is led to starvation, deprivation, torture, killing? How do they support this stuff? The answer is because it doesn't impact them directly and they don't want to do their homework and they've chosen to be Syaxx. I want to play this clip for you. It's a fox clip and I want to show you because this is important. This goes back to the skin in the game theory. Michael Anton, who I really like is writing, wrote about this a long time ago. Anton wrote that if you want a leftist to wake up as to the stupidity and ignorance involved in supporting a system like an enormous welfare state or God forbid hardcore socialism, they have to suffer some real material loss. It said, I don't wish loss on him. I'm not talking about death or physical violence, God forbid. I'm talking about a material loss, a loss in status, a loss in your wealth, a loss of your home. You have to experience that yourself. Now, when they experience it, they will wake up to socialism really quick. Receipts matter. This is the receipt show, not the dumb Syax show where people, you know, with Joe, like, oh my gosh, I was blocked from it. Really? This is the actual receipt show. Here's a segment on Fox about a billionaires tax in California, a lot, not all, but a lot of these billionaires in California who built businesses and built successful enterprises, billions, a lot of money, multiple billions, multiples of a lot of money. Excuse me. These billionaires, many of whom are die hard liberals, are all of a sudden contributing millions of dollars to an effort to stop a billionaires tax. What do you mean? What are you? What are you guys looking at? Why are you all staring at me? They're all like staring at me. Like, is something you waiting for something to fall? Why? It's so weird. No, but they're all staring at the same time. You ever see that movie? Weapons when they walk into basement and all the, that's what just happened. Dude, that was just, yeah, but that was eerie. That was your staring at me a little too weird. This is that, watch what happens. Plays, I just, they see, this is the show. This is like the craziest show in here. Watch what happens when socialism, big government, confiscatory taxation, impacts people who will suffer a material lost themselves. They put their own money into not having socialism. Check this out. You're investing millions now into nonprofits to stop the state from taking hundreds of millions later and from driving more people out of the golden state. So, as you said, California is considering this one time 5% well tax on those worth over $1 billion. It's going to be on the state's ballot come November. The building a better California nonprofit is fighting this proposal and they have big backers over $40 million contributed over just the last two weeks. Take this. Last week, Ripple co-founder Chris Larson contributing 10 million bucks. That was after Google co-founder, Sergey Brin, donated 20 million two weeks ago. That brings his total contribution to the group to more than a hundred million dollars. A lot at stake here. Folks, I'm just telling you like look at the exit of numbers at the end of that. In other words, people leaving these densely populated California counties and cities. Why are they leaving? Guys, ladies, to the liberals. Can you put down the liberals I envision with the top hats and the little like monocle because they are. These are the rich blue state liberals who are like we love big government socialism, confiscatory taxation. Okay, well, let's try it here. Hell no, I didn't mean my money. Matter of fact, I'm going to put millions into not paying this tax and if I can't, I'm going to engage in an Exodus i.e. leaving. I am going to go move to another state. What point do you give you here like this? Clean stage walk a mile in my moccasins, whatever it is. They don't want to walk any of that. They just want to talk. Look at the thank you guys. California taxpayer Exodus, 17,000 leaving LA County, 11,000 Orange County, 9,000 San Diego, 8,900 Riverside, 8,400 San Bernadino. We love socialism and big government so much. We will do anything to escape it, including leaving. This is a don't give me either your BS. I know it's coming. Well, people leave states for all kinds of reasons. People show up to states for all kinds of reasons too. Why doesn't Florida have this problem? I don't understand. Why doesn't Florida and Texas have this problem? There's no net Exodus from those states. People are piling and down here in Florida just incorrect. We have candidates. I kid you not running. We have candidates down. Did you see this guy signs the guy running from Martin County commission? He has a campaign sign this guy up basically saying like no growth, like we're sick of all these people coming here. That is an it's it's the craziest thing I've ever seen. Nobody want. There's so many people in Florida. They don't even want me people. I'm not talking about the campaign position. Whatever. Run on what you want. I'm gonna follow that. I'm just telling you that's become it's such a big deal in Florida. The influx of people from red states that your argument doesn't work. People leave for all kinds of reasons. Yes. And the one reason seems to be you live in a blue state because we don't have this problem in red states. Folks, these they just are doing is there comes a point in your life where don't you get sick of being lied to? Again, I'm not talking about just Pholex, Maga, but I'm talking about for persuadable younger folks and others who are not die hard socialists yet. It's hard to break those people until Bezeman Off said it right. You're Rebezeman off the KGB defector till you get the boot NAS and the gate locks behind you in the gulag, you probably won't wake up. But the people who are on the fence and there's six out of 10 Democrats believing the stupid bumper stickers about socialism. If it's so great, why isn't it so great? They tell you things that are just outright lies. How tip the great maze more. I saw this yesterday. This is a great, okay, you have to if you're listening again on Apple or Spotify, please go watch the video on rumble videos exclusive to rumble. I need you to watch this. There's a chart in the background as you'll see or you'll listen and see Obama talking about how Obamacare is going to cut your costs and how wonderful it is.
There's a chart in the background of actual numbers. I know this bothers, Follex, Maga, and other crazy people, things like facts and data. I know you caught your faces when you see them 'cause you don't want to admit you're a liar. There's a chart of Obamacare, and healthcare expense is exploding. After Obamacare, despite the fact, they told you if you like your plan, you could keep your plan, and it was gonna keep costs down. I want you to listen to Obamacare. As healthcare costs have exploded since he told you this years ago, check this out. Healthcare is not a privilege for the fortunate few. It is a right, and I knew that if we didn't do something about our unfair and inefficient healthcare system, it would keep driving up our deficits. It would keep burdening our businesses. It would keep hurting our families, and it would keep holding back economic growth. Now knowing you can offer your family the security of healthcare, that's priceless. Now you can do it for the cost of your cable bill, probably less than your cell phone bill. - Folks, none of that is actually true. Again, in the era of surrogate brains, what do I mean by surrogate brain? If you're a P1, you know, artificial intelligence is effectively a surrogate brain. Even if you are clinically stupid, have an IQ below 60. You can ask someone to type into an AI, did Obamacare actually reduce healthcare costs? Look at the chart. They've exploded so much so that the Democrats in 2025, who are now telling you socialism is wonderful, who told you Obamacare was wonderful, how to shut down the government 2025, because Obamacare got so expensive, they needed more tax pay or dollars to pay for the Obamacare they told you would be less expensive. You can read the headlines yourself, man. Well, man, it's called the homework. The reason we are so hated by pillars, doomers, grifters, put up that element, and media zeroes in the business is because we just use their own statements against them. Bloomberg, not some right-wing ally, correct fellas? Democrats threaten US shutdown as Obamacare premium fight rages. I taught the premium, premiums were supposed to go down. They shut the government down over this. Now, how does this integrate back into the stupid six out of 10 people fallen for the socialism thing that act like Syaxx? Stupid is a choice. They just don't want to do the homework. I just told you in the beginning of the show, listen, I voted for Byron Donalds, for Governor and a primary. Fine, guys, ladies vote for who you want. This is an information show, processing information. You like my pick, fine, you like other picks. That's terrific, do your thing. You want to still vote Democrat? I can't, clearly I can't stop you, nor would I be interested. You're allowed to vote for who you want. I prefer you want, but it's not my choice, it's yours. But I am going to give you real information. And with that information, I believe the choice is obvious. That Republicans are not to fix for all your problems. I grant you that. But the cause of all your problems are Democrats. Healthcare is a problem. I'm voting Democrat. They caused this problem. They just told you they were going to fix your problem and it made it worse. Why are they so hooked on this healthcare debate? Integrate it back into the socialism argument. Folks, the Democrats have understood for since the 250th, since the beginning of the big government, even big government founding fathers, serengets. There were a few of them, very few, but there were some. Have always understood that the control people you got to control the outcomes in their life. If you could control someone's health. If you could control someone's health, the ability to get a bypass, the ability to get cancer treatments, ladies and gentlemen, you control everything. Almost nothing else matters. If you have lifesaving, I got chemo. I got ABVD chemo. If ABVD chemo is controlled by the government and you need it to live, you won't survive without it. And the government can show you will do anything for the government because they own you. That is why the Democrats love the gas lighting on Obamacare and keep injecting themselves into the equate. They don't care about the money. I'm going to show you what I mean that they will tell you any story at all. Geese said he's building some AI agent, which I thought was pretty cool. He's building some AI agent where we can feed. I love segments like this. When I first thought radio, I was a guest host on radio for Sean Hannity who was gracious enough to let me host the show. We did a segment. Someone can probably go find a better. I said to Linda, the producer, "Hey, Linda, I really want to do this Obama versus Obama debate." She said, "What do you mean?" I said, "I want to show segments of Obama saying contradictory things where he's debating himself." I can't do any of that in immigration. Oh, I got a pen and a phone. Both of those things can't be true. Geese developing some AI thing. What, let me say. Oh, Biden versus Biden. Yes, he's still got it. We used to do it with Biden too. Biden v. Biden, you know what I'm saying man, I'm losing track of my own show. Now we're going to do Cyan versus Cyan. Why? This guy is a complete nut beg running in Michigan. The guy is a total communist. He's running for, and I want to listen to you in his own words, saying completely contradictory things about health care. Why? Because he's lying to you. No different than Joe Kent lied to you. That he had some authority he didn't have. You can look it up, you know. Well, I looked it up, I looked it up for you. Here's what I'll say in this first clip. Debating himself saying, "Yeah, man, private insurance. You know the auto workers and union workers that busted your ass for these really nice health care plans. You forfeited salaries and everything." You busted your ass to get these health care plans. You understand the Democrats you're voting for. The only ones who want to take that away, right? No, okay. Listen to his own words, check this out. Medicare for all does is it does away with the private insurance market, right? It now has one single payer. That's why we call it single payer, right? One insurance, and that is the government of the United States. Okay, so can we just use logic and reason for a minute? It's just for a second. Again, if you're not interested, it's okay. If you're still here, 46,000 people, you can tune out now. Logic and reason, correct. He supports Medicare for all. Okay, he did, okay? Correct. Support Medicare for all. Thank you. He also says in the same clip in his own words, Medicare for all means there will be no private insurance. I'm just telling you what he said. It's not my version of what he said. It's his actual words. And by the way, this is not a minority position with Democrats, okay? Here he is on one of the weekend shows this weekend. Now, all of a sudden, changes his mind about private insurance. He's just debating himself. He's just a bit, why would he change his mind? The answer is he doesn't care about telling you the truth. He cares about gaining power. And the way to get power, i.e. what Kent is doing to, is just to lie to people, lie to people, get them to believe it, isolate from the truth, gaslight them, and then later on, go and give them the double barrel and steal their health care plant. Which is exactly what's going to happen if you elect this guy. Check this out. You know what's taking away people's private insurance? The fact that they can't afford it. The fact that the deductibles, the premiums have gotten way too high. Because of people like my Rogers who take checks from the private insurance industry and then fail to regulate them. So they keep upping the prices on people, putting people into bankruptcy. We hold $225 billion in medical debt. I want to know what my Rogers wants to do about that. I want to abolish it and I want to make sure that every single person in this country has the health care that they need and deserve. But will you be saying on that debate, that people can keep their private insurance if they want it? Yeah, I look, I'm not against abolishing private insurance. I'm for guaranteeing you public insurance so that you never have to worry about what happens if you turn 26 or get a job or lose a job or turn 65 or get married or get divorced. All the ways that my Rogers is okay with you losing your health care in our current health care system. Andy, is that not say I'm debating himself? What we just said in a prior clip, Medicare for all, get rid of private insurance. I'm not against getting rid of private insurance. Then maybe you should tell yourself that. El Sayende, it's your turn for an answer. Do you support abolishing private insurance? I do, Medicare for all. I do a lot of Sayende. What's your thoughts about private insurance? I don't support a abolishing private insurance. I just asked you that question a second ago. Why? Why do you want to be lied to? Why do you want to be lying? I'm asking a serious question. I'm not jerking you around. Joe Kent was blocked from his investigation. Does Joe Kent have any authority to conduct investigation? What exact investigated body is he going to use? None. He has no other. No, I trust what he's saying. I'm good for you. Good luck with that. I got a bridge over it. The bridge in Palm Seas for sale, I hear, Justin. The writer checked to Justin for 10 bucks. We'll turn over the naming rights to you. And it all caps, too. That means it's really important. I tried. Good luck with that. You probably trust him. Do what else I add, too, despite him telling you completely different thing.
but a worker presence in Michigan. Justin's like nah, of course we're being sarcastic. So if you're an auto worker in Michigan, unionized or whatever it may be, and you've been busting your ass with whatever, Ford, for the last 30 years of your life, how do you feel you're now getting ready to retire, right? And maybe you're not a Medicaid or Medicare eligible, and this nice gold-plated plan you bargained for your whole life busting your ass. I do what I'll say yet, is gonna take it from. I'm just asking how you feel about that. Well, I still hate Republican. Okay, you're allowed to hate Republicans. Republicans are not the one effing you over. They're just not. Folks, they pick the strangest freaking heroes too. This is, I mean, I cannot make it make sense, make it make sense why people choose stupid in this era of surrogate brains and information at your fingertip, in my phone. I got one, I guarantee you you have one too. You keep, why? To Justin for the bridge, where he's saying, you're 47. Thank you, of course, you can always tip on rumble. We don't, we don't ask for it. We don't want your money, but that's very nice of you. We don't, I'm gonna, I'm one of the hosts, but it's a very nice feature. A lot of creators are, you know, struggling. We are not despite what the doomers and grifters love to tell you we're in fine, but that's very nice of you, where he'd say good for it. I know, for the bridge. I don't know, I have to talk to Martin County. See, it'll be the where he's six, two, 47 bridge. We're now on. Maybe we can do it for the dead body, you know what I'm saying? It's not like a formal renaming ceremony. Folks, I said to you the other day, if you're gonna choose stupid as a choice, there's no backsees, okay? You don't get to run from the fact. If you lose your insurance plan, that you voted for a guy who told you he's gonna take your insurance plan and mission, and he's not the only one. There's no backsees. I thought about that too, because I want you to see what happens when reality kicks you in the gym. Kick me in the gym, he beeps and butt heads start. Okay, play that Mangione clip from Fox. This is another, they pick the strangest heroes. So Mangione, you just played guilty and federal court to this stork is a stalking champion. Yesterday I had the same, I stumbled a court in a stalking charge. Here's a supporter of this guy. Now, pled guilty, in other words, I did it. Here's a supporter like stun by, what were you stun by? What were you stun by? Yes, he was innocent to prove guilty, but that doesn't mean you as an independent observer can't ingest information and go, well, you know, those allegations look pretty serious. You were stunned. The fact that people say this stuff out loud again is indicative of the Syax. Don't be a Syax. Please, stupid is a choice. Check this out. I would say it was really weird to hear him say it like guilty. Yes, like I believe guilty. And yes, I understand all these charges and kind of give his own statement. I wanted to find out both on the same sleep medication. So that's a little bonding moment there. Yeah, and just it was kind of, to hear someone, I guess like he admitted it in open court. And this was always a possibility with this case that a lot of people said he was being framed. I went back and forth whether he's being framed or not. I don't know whether he did it, why he did it. I always wanted to presume his innocence when the means to media being in his guilty. And today, well, yeah, that's reality. It came that they came up on us and put guilty to count 22. Well, okay, when does reality take what she said at the end? Oh, well, now reality just set in like, when does reality set in for like the Joe Kent supporters? When does reality set in for the dooms and grifters? And when does reality set in for the socialists out there who realize they're being like, is it ever going to set in? Are you not in, are you not in bars? Or do you see that Sebastian Matascalco? Are you in bar? Did no point. Like how do you, just then I live in the same neighborhood. Well, all of us do now. These guys are either lived here or moved here. And did you live here before? No, okay, well, you love it, right? It's the greatest place in the world. Although residents asked me to stop saying X. People keep, it's full. Yeah, I'm sorry, Martin County's full. Martin County's definitely full. Someone told my wife and one of my daughter's school things, I moved down here because of Dan. My wife was like, oh, man, don't tell him that. The only reason is people get mad at me in the neighborhood. So I'm not gonna tell you, I, I, what's a grip? I live in Waco, Texas. Waco's a great place. Rudy's, I love their barbecues. I stayed out there alive and President Bush is out there. Forget it, I don't even know where we're going. What point seriously, folks? Does reality kick in for you? Why would you constantly want to be lied to? And when you go to these, this is where I was going then. When you go to like a family function or a school barbecue, like are you a little bit embarrassed talking about like crazy ridiculous nonsense where anybody can pick up a phone and go, hey, Grock, is this true? No, it isn't. People you don't even know, they'll be like, dude, that doesn't sound right, like you're just making up. Aren't you embarrassed at all? How is it that this inversion has happened? How is it that so many people, it's a small pocket, but it's not insignificant. So many people have played this inversion game where the good guys became the bad guys in their eyes and the bad guys are the good guys. You realize what a sucker you have to be to fall in for this? People with documented histories of being liars, of associating with the most disgusting people and there are photos out there, boner phone, pine cone dude, all these other, like what part of this attracted you? You know, I'm just gonna continue to hammer away folks. There's no backsees for us. See, the thing is when you run on a record and numbers, history usually will tell the true story because you can only lie for so long. Notice, we're not asking no one in the MAGA movement that's actually served and supports this president is asking for backsees. No one's asking for backsees on our side. No one's saying, oh man, trade that back. Here's a CBS report that came out yesterday, again, on the crime numbers, like their actual numbers. You're either murdered or you're not, correct? Like what happens when you're murdered? Justin's like, she, I don't know, you're freaking dead. Like if you're not murdered, then you're not dead, right? You may be assaulted, but you're not dead. So it's pretty easy to prove CBS, no fan of the president. This must be very painful, let him put this stuff in. No one's asking to trade this back. This is what the truth looks like when he can produce actual results. Not just chatter. Check this out. - From the FBI shows that in 2025, the U.S. saw its largest yearly drop in violent crime since they started tracking it nearly a century ago. - These days, the sounds of sirens are less frequent in Newark, New Jersey, a city long known for its high crime rates. - I feel it's been in the last handful. - Safety not gets very good right now. - Recent data shows Newark saw the largest decline in homicides among major cities in the country, down more than 64% for the first half of this year compared to that period last year. - Now, why did I throw that in? I've already told you this story a couple of times. Why keep bringing it up? Because it's an actual number easily verifiable. Now, to the guy who commented to me on X earlier today that, stop saying stupid is a choice. I'm gonna prove to you why I will continue to say it and even put it on a shirt. Stupid is a choice because it is. Here's an article this morning in Axios' morning email. Very popular email list. Axios pretends to be a journalistic outfit, right? Like we do journalism in facts. So if you wanted to say guys Justin, you wanted to find out why crime had gone down under the Trump administration. This is a crazy idea. Who do you think you would ask in the Trump administration just for an answer like did you do anything there? Any ideas? Justin's like, gee, I don't know. Maybe FBI, DHS, DOJ, like we would go and ask. No, because when stupid is a choice and you don't want to give Donald Trump in his presidency, any credit for things like the border being closed down, for things like crime rates dropping to all time lows, you just take the stupid choice instead. Put up that Axios piece. I'll show you exactly what I mean. This is why I will never stop saying this. Axios had a choice. Axios could have reached out to me. They could have reached out to Cash. They could have reached out to Mark Wayne Mullin. They could have reached out to the president, Susie Wiles, Steve Miller, Tony Salisbury, anybody. They note about the biggest violent crime drop in 90, 90 years. Wow, that's a lot. That's like I'm not even 90 and I feel old. They note experts, just the experts, the experts are back folks. Experts note that the nation's violent crime rate, now the lowest since 1956 has been dropping since 2022. The reasons for the decrease, which is widespread geographically, are unclear.
Axios, Mike Allen. There's a way to clear that up. You could go and ask. I mean, we've covered it on the show. I'm not going to go over the whole thing again. Again, you fat Lawrence, adding task force officers, plus subset of headquarters, integrating the FBI into state police and local police, fugitive apprehension efforts. You could have just asked the question. You don't want to ask the question because you're afraid you're going to get an answer that will make President Trump and his administration look at the doomers do the same thing. They do the same freaking thing. Folks, don't become one of these idiots. Skip ahead of you. We'll save EJ for the other, but skip ahead to the lady with the biological needs. Please don't become one of these idiots. There's a stupid. I promise is a choice. Axios chose stupid. They could have said we reached out to Dan Bongino, we reached out to cash for the, say you hate my guts, reach out to anybody in the administration. They'll connect you to someone that can tell you what they did. It wasn't all the FBI. A lot of it was the great work of ice, CBP, DEA kicked ass, the marshals. We weren't the only ones. You could have just asked them, you know, but you chose stupid. So, sir, respectfully, I appreciate your comments. It is a choice. Or else you become one of these people. You may have seen this clip. I hate these clips that go viral for all the wrong reasons, but this is some New York Democrat. This is what happens when you produce record numbers on, on, on crushing crime and all that stuff. And commies can't produce anything but torture, deprivation, jails, economic, the, the, the gravity. They can't produce anything. What do you do? You start screaming about how stealing is now okay from places like CVS and Walgreens because they make money and produce jobs because people are biological needs. I have biological needs too. I drink this deuterium depleted water. It's not cheap. Why do I drink it? Because I don't want to freak and die. I like it. I add cancer. It's sucked. Two thumbs down on Yelp. That doesn't mean I get to steal it, but it's expensive. It's a biological need, but that does not authorize me to steal it. It's expensive to produce. It's my choice. Not if you're a Democrat, you get to do stupid because you're a sci-ac and say things like if I have biological needs, we should be able to steal from CVS. Yeah, and then CVS leaves your city and then you're stealing from no one because there's no one there. And then you'll complain about that too. Check this out. What we saw were crimes of poverty. People who are stealing things like truth, face, people who are stealing things like, you know, soap. And that means if you're stealing those things, you need that. And we are choosing to protect billion dollar companies like CVS and Walgreens over the people who are struggling to get by. So I would say that the true crime is that there is such incredible wealth disparity in this city. That there are people who can be thrown in jail simply for having a biological need. And so one of the things that I'm fighting for at the state level is to make sure we pass things like treatment that jail and that we hold the line on the incredible criminal justice reforms that we have done over the last 10 and 20 years that are constantly being threatened by right-wing media who are looking to fear longer about people who are actually just in absolute dire straits. Do you have any idea how-- remember, was it Billy Madison? What you just said? So CVS should open its doors and say, it's all free. It's all free. Come in and take everything. But don't show an idea at the door. God forbid we have like theft ideas. Please, stupids a choice. I used to go home on the Long Island Expressway when I was leaving the Secret Service Office in Manhattan. I lived off exit 62. It was a long way. Imagine like exit 61, which it wasn't, was like the stupid as a choice exit. Don't get off. Get off at 62 instead. You can just think this through rationally like, hey, um, if it's free and everybody goes in and gets the steel stuff because they have a need, who gets to say what the need is? How does the store stay open? Why would the store just let you steal stuff? Are these hard questions? They're no harder than asking chat GPT. It does NCTC have investigated with her. You can just to ask these questions. Stupid is a freaking choice. Although that you're probably laughing at this absolute imbecile, talking about who you are biological needs, we should be able to just like fleece stuff or whenever she's insinuating there. It's not funny. There are really idiots who believe this stuff. Six out of 10 Democrats who believe this crap, you're, you're floating around in the sea of people who choose to be stupid. However, we do, it's a bit of a pretty heavy show today. I got Scott Pressler coming up, but I do like to laugh a little bit and you know one thing socialists do not do is laugh. They are not funny. They're never funny. Their humor isn't even funny. Even their comedians, as we said in the beginning of the show, are complete life losers and zeroes. They're not funny at all. This however is funny. Folks, now I just want to tell you a little behind the scenes. An almost violent dispute. There was like HR complaints, Andy's filing a complain. He wants in writing, Jasmine had a get involved. It was an almost violent dispute in the beginning of the show about this segment. First put our make America for, because it is time to make comedy, because we're going to make it. I saw this segment yesterday on X and I thought this was one of the funniest clips I've ever seen and local news. Let me just category and look. No, no, no, no, no, no. I said something like that. I said, look, he's saying I did. He's saying I made a general state, funniest clip ever, whatever. Jackie, make up lady Jackie and Jasmine agreed like, this is hilarious. So did I. Justin's like, it's not newly as funny as Charles Bucket. So I'll play that in a second. This happened on local news yesterday the day before. I don't know. Yes, it's funny. No, it's not. You side with team Justin and Andy or you side with me. I think this is hilarious. Check this out and provide yourself with food. And again, they're now they're ice fishing because everything is frozen. And you're looking for fat in the beaver. The beaver is the beaver is the most sought after. It is. Right. Right. Would you do you think you could eat beaver? Is it fat? And then it's you. You mean I'll sick them. They all got sick after it. Well, you can't eat disease animals. What about a moose? Yeah, I don't know. I don't know anything about this joke. You're really funny. Okay. You are really funny gal. Thank you. I think by as evidence, looking not even at the corner, right? Looking directly as evidence by the overwhelming number of muttlies in the chat. People go in 5, 10 muttlies. I think you agree. That segment is hilarious for all the wrong reasons. I'm not even going to repeat that. If it's what does that think if you know, if you know, you know. And the lady on the thing is am I crazy, but she seems completely oblivious quadruples down on like doesn't get the poor guy. The poor guy doesn't know what he thinks it's a survival segment about eating furry animals or something. There's no, there's no, there's no what happened. There's no, there's no what happened. Did the spewed erupted in near violence. It was like a Brazilian jujitsu match. Justin was like grounded in paloms. I cover my face. I'm like, you're younger than me. It's not fair. It's not fair. I had a like, do punch defense in Brazilian jujitsu's blood everywhere. It was like a violent Texas change. So a massacre. No, it was not a true story. Some of you will get that. Justin said, I think this one was a lot funnier. This is Charles Barkley, Auburn, War Eagle, but the round mound of rebound, doing a little segment about, well, let's just let you judge for yourself, which one's funnier? You can't bang, bang, and go through or get it inside reverse, outside reverse pivot, make quick move. You have to get a small guy. Well, the only way a small guy can go out of guy like yourself or Joker is to take their legs away. So you're smaller. You're taking their base. So they're leaning in. That's not, that's not what I was doing. That's not what I was doing. Dremont is bracing. And Joker instead of going around him, he's just banging and banging and banging. When the guy's banging you, you don't, you spin off of him. That was the worst defenders to play against actually, because if you can feel their body, come on, get sacked. 18 points for Joker. Only know that.
in double figures. Sixty-nine. Sixty-nine, hold him, stay shooting. Sixty-seven. -I'm going to be kidding! -Wait, I got the pool part. -Who is it? -You didn't need to. -You didn't need to. -I'm going to take a break and come back with more on the American Express. -I know a lot of you are upset at professional sports, understandably. I'm just telling you, Justin, you like the NBA, right? I like watching basketball a lot. It's the only thing like me, Paula, and Amelia can all watch. Inside the NBA, stuff like that happens, right, all the time, like almost every night. And Shaq can never contain himself. Charles will say so. Matter of fact, when Justin brought up the Charles clip, there's like five or six others like that. I don't know which one's funnier, but it was a violent UFC. Like, we should have had Dana White here. We could have sold tickets for the match. It was crazy. Hey, I've got a great interview. I got a banger of an interview, pun intended. This is an awesome one. This interview is fantastic. You know, Scott Pressler, guys amazing. I gave him an honorary PhD, Dr. of philosophy, and get out to vote, G-O-T-V. He's been an activist forever, really, really good guy. He's like, "Hey, man, I'd love to come on the show and talk about a couple of things. I got him coming up in a minute. This is a fantastic interview with him. Don't miss it first. I got to pick a comment of the day and a quick break. We also have a winner, so whatever you want to do first, will you come into the day?" All right, a rump of steel skin. Is that again, rump of steel? Kaitlyn would find a conspiracy in our breakfast cereals, bro. Is that Kaitlyn from CNN? Oh, from the play, very good, rump of steel skin. There you go. Rump is at Betis with a K. I think she spells her name with a K. I always get it wrong. I always have to go to my social media people and be like, "Make sure you spell the name. I always say some stupid stuff." So that is our comment of the day. You want to see the rules? Oh, that's the winner. Oh, yeah. From last week, I'm sorry. That is the winner. I should have noticed the fireworks. That is our winner, the $1,776 cash prize. You want to see the official rules. We give it away once a week. Go to bongino.com/1776. Hey, I got to throw myself, but I totally butchered the whole thing. But we do have a win. I did, right? Justin's like, "I already told you." We'll do the winner first. It's not them. It's not them. It's me. You know, like when you break up with someone. It's not you. It's me. It's case. It really is me. 1776 live club. We love having you around. And the winner, not the winner. Excuse me. The comment of the day for today. We pick a winner once a week. Johnny Angel, 362. People are too lazy to do any research. They just want to be fed, Pablo. Johnny, a lot do. I genuinely, sincerely, authentically do not understand why you would want to be lied to. I don't get it when you can just look it up. It's not like some investment in time. You don't have to go to a library. You can just look it up. Wow. That guy's lying to me. Oh, I like to be like, that's just weird. All right, last break and then we'll get to Scott Pressler, folks. You know what's interesting? Once you find something that works for you, you stick with it. I've been taking NAD Plus. I love it from all family pharmacy for a while now. I feel great. For me, it's become part of a routine. NAD Plus is popular for health and wellness. And it's one of the reasons I started paying more attention to peptides and biohacking. You know, I care about taking care of my body, you only get one, been through a lot of health stuff. I don't have any room for error. I'm not the only one stuff has gone mainstream, even the HHS secretary supported making peptides more accessible to regulated sources. People are looking into NAD plus peptides like Sermorland, glutathione, GLP ones, all kinds of options for helping them feel better as they get older and, you know, the wear and tear kicks in. If you're curious about it, do your research, talk to a medical professional and I can tell you where I go. I use all family pharmacy, they've been with me a while. You just complete a secure medical form, a licensed physician reviews your request and if appropriate, writes the prescription. Right now they're giving my audience 25% off all biohacking products, peptides, NAD plus GLP one options and more. It's a huge savings. Take advantage today. Here's the website. Go to allfamilyfarmacy.com/biohacking and use code bongino25, allfamilyfarmacy.com/biohacking use code bongino25 or call 5 6 1 7 1 7 6 7 9 4 again, bongino25 for 25% off prescription required. Always consult a medical professional before taking any medication. This is not medical advice. Welcoming I say back to the show because it was a frequent guest on my radio show. The radio show will be returning and the podcast we bought in the radio stations across the country. We'll be here in a lot of Scott, hopefully you'll come back to the show often. We love having you on. You've done a lot for the conservative movement, Scott, Pressler Scott. How you doing, buddy? How's everything going? Today is primary day in Florida, so we are ready and we're ready to go and thank you for having me back. Well you do amazing work. You know, when I was back at the FBI, remember I ran into you at Reagan Airport. You're doing what you always do, traveling around the country, trying to do what you do. Well, getting people to go out and vote because, you know, unsurprisingly votes are what win elections. Just kind of big picture. Before we get into some of the stuff you found in Minnesota and Pennsylvania that the audience really, really needs to hear about, I read an article in, I think it was a national review, it was about 10 years ago, and the article had a very simple premise. It was that the Republican Party has not so much failed, but it's failed to keep up with the Democrats on the larger fish in the pond pool. In other words, Democrats are really, really good using some of their organized labor allies and, you know, all of their street activists at registering voters. And the premise in the article is very simple. If you're going to go fishing upon, do you want to fish in a big pond with 10 fish or with 10,000 fish? The answer is fairly obvious, yet we as Republicans, not you, you've taken the opposite approach, I've kind of missed that, that the way to win elections is to register so many more voters that even if you're off by a few percent, the math still works for you and you're get out to vote your GOTV efforts. Are you grasped that a long time ago and you've done amazing work at that? Thank you. It's a game of attraction and addition, right? And so I think one reason why we were successful in 2024 is we had Maha. We had libertarians come in with Bitcoin and being anti-war and then we had moms and dads. We were coalition building and using that to register voters. And so in order to win this year in 2026 and in 2028, we must always be in a 24/7, 365 coalition ground game that also couples in voter registration and two very key data points that I always love to hone in on are by and large, about 42% of hunters are not registered to vote, 42% and imagine if we got every second amendment enthusiast across the country to actually vote their gun values, I don't think we'd ever lose again. And in Michigan alone, there are hundreds of thousands of gun owners that are not registered and Pennsylvania hundreds of thousands, extrapolate that to the Midwest. That would win Wisconsin, Michigan and PA. And when it comes to our Christian community, one thing that we must tap into as well is the fact that 30% of Christians don't vote. And so what Democrats do really well is I don't believe that we necessarily always have to be winning over Democrats. Yes, it's important to go into cities, but my message is there are more of us than there are the opposition. We have to get better at simply getting our people to vote and then we will win every election. I want to add a follow up because really, I don't I don't think there's anyone with more knowledge of this process than maybe as much but not more than you. I mean, you've proved. Thank you. I didn't Pennsylvania was a miraculous I was honest. You should have a radio show all the time talking about it. But but I don't think it's because I get this a lot. I've had this question and it's a very good question. People say, Scott, well, what does it matter if I'm registered? If I want to vote, I can register game day. In many cases, you know, that's true when just vote then. I try to explain to them, no, you're missing the point. If you are not a registered voter, you don't appear on a candidate's walk list when they're not going on doors. You don't appear. They're not going to knock on a door for someone who's not registered because they want voters. So when winds up happening is if a candidate has a message that resonates to you, you just met. You're a hunter and you're not registered, but you really care about the second amendment. I would imagine you do, right? You hunt unless you bow hunting, right? You're going to need a rifle. You're going to need a firearm, correct? You're never going to hear from that candidate ever. You may not even know when the election is. You're busy. Meanwhile, if you're on the darn list because you registered them, look, hey, it's candidate Joey bagadonets. You believe in the second amount of all of their name. Wow. I really should go out and vote. Absolutely. Well, there's a lot to back here. And like you said, if you don't appear on the list, how am I going to garner that vote? How am I going to get that person out of the polls? But it's a couple different.
things, not every state has same day voter registration. Sure, Wisconsin does, Minnesota clearly does, Virginia does, but many of the Southern states require you to be registered 30 days prior to election day, i.e. Texas, I do believe. And in Pennsylvania, you have to be registered 15 days before election day. So if you're not registered, sorry, you're out of luck. And the reason why this is so important is, look at even in Pennsylvania with Dave McCormick, we had 23,000 people vote provisionally on election day. Dave McCormick won by 15,000 votes. Had those people not been registered and have they not done a provisional vote, we may have only 52 seats in the Senate. But to bring this to Florida for a second, because today is primary day, please go out and vote the polls close at 7 p.m. Eastern time zone. In Florida in 2016, remember Hillary Clinton, they were saying we are winning early voting in Ohio and Florida so big that Donald Trump can't win. Of course, that was false. But the impression that left in the voters, when they heard Donald Trump supporters heard that we couldn't win, how many people didn't vote because of the early voting? Fast forward, Dan, to 2022, when Governor DeSantis was running in Florida, and we were winning early voting in blue counties. Suddenly, Broward County, West Palm Beach County, I believe more Republicans came out to vote because of the strength of our early voting numbers. And it puts seeds under head, yes, Republicans can win. And so it's this multi-pronged approach of the voter registration of the early voting of chasing ballots into boxes. And that is our strategy going forward in a 2026, 2028 and beyond to win elections. Now, I want to get to your book for in a second, but you also have some really shocking information about Minnesota and Pennsylvania, some things you found. But if you can put the cover of the book up, guys, Scott has a new book out, and encourage you to check it out. Scott's been a real friend to the movement, the persistence. Scott Pressler, P-R-E-S-L-E-R, go look that up wherever you buy your books, check that out, Scotting, and we appreciate all your work. But you know, we were chatting a little bit before the interview, and you had mentioned, hey, we got some serious information about Minnesota and Pennsylvania, non-Jewel records. So let's start with Minnesota. What does my audience need to know about what you found there? Thank you. Earlier this year, we made public how they have a vouching system, whereby one registered Minnesota voter can vouch, meaning these eight people live in my neighborhood. Those eight people, when they're registering to vote, don't need an ID, don't need proof of citizenship, don't need any proof that they are, who they say they are. But the vouching, as James O'Keefe just exposed in his viral content and video, they said to the person trying to vouch, "You are the ID." And the reason why I'm bringing this to the attention, and I want to popularize this, is because we're trying so hard day and to pass the gosh darn Save America Act. The American people demand proof of citizenship, and we demand photo voter ID in order to secure our elections. Now, this is coupled and complicated by the fact that the Department of Homeland Security noted there are at least 250,000 non-citizens on the voter rolls alone in Cali, New Jersey, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. And so I'm trying to do everything I can. The House has done its job. The President wants to Save America Act, and we need the Senate to act with budget reconciliation 3.0 to make sure that going into 2026, our elections are secure. >> I want to get to Pennsylvania in a second, but you remind me of something there. The Save Act. Obviously, for me, and my show allocation of time, it's been priority number one. I just don't see how we continue going forward as a country. If people just don't trust the system, people act Scott, like the United States and the system of relatively stable government, compared to the rest of the world at least, it's just a foregone conclusion. We are the exception. We are not the rule. The minute people stop believing in the system, it collapses. Angels are not going to come down from heaven and go, "We have therefore anointed." That's not the way it works. So the fact that people don't believe anymore that elections, many of them, not all, are legitimate, is frightening. I want to bring that up because something happened, I believe it was Michigan, at Dana Nestle. They prosecuted a couple cases of voter fraud in Michigan. It's a handful. I get it. But that's pretty shocking, given the entire Gretchen Whitmer Democrat administration. It says to me one thing, no, not that the Democrats, all of a sudden, care about voter integrity. It's not being dramatic. But that's the public. You, me, and the people you got involved in the system, they're clamoring for election integrity and screaming from the rafters. It's starting to have an effect, or even some Democrats are like, "We better do something quick, or people ain't going to believe this is real." So, so much to talk about, but let me explain why we're fighting so hard. Everyone that's watching your show right now, I want you to know, election integrity is the most important thing that we are are fighting to uphold right now. So Anthony Forlini and Michigan, he's the Macon County clerk. He exposed that voters were receiving summons that were non-citizens. Anthony Forlini, who's running for Secretary of State, then went through and looked up, "Are these people registered to vote?" Yes, non-citizens were both registered to vote and voting in Michigan. Just in heap, the county recorder for Maricopa County looked up the non-citizens receiving jury summons, sure enough they are registered to vote and voting. So, you know what I did. I said, if this is happening in Michigan and Arizona, this is happening in Pennsylvania. We have a law, Dan, that says that the non-journalist, people that are disqualified from serving as jurors, which is our right, they shall be maintained and open a public inspection. We have 67 counties. I've been requesting the non-journal records for all 67 NPA, then what we're doing, Dan, is we are coupling the non-journal records with the voter rolls. And sure enough, we are finding non-citizens actively registered to vote and some of those individuals have voted. And so, we are bringing attention to this. And this comes as the DOJ, AAG, Harmie Dillon of this division of civil rights at DOJ. She's been doing a phenomenal job. She has even warned all 50 secretaries of state that any election official that knowingly registers or allows a non-citizen to vote may be held crimly liable. And I do believe that the work that we're doing, Dan, helping to expose this, will aid get our senate hopefully to put a fire under their behinds to actually give us what we want. But number two, we are exposing potential fraud before it happens, not after it happens. We're talking to, if you're listening to our audio, Dr. Scott Preson. >> Scott? >> I'm going to doctor. I'm anointing you a doctor of philosophy in GOTV, getting out the vote. PhD, Scott Preson. It's an honorary degree from the Dan Bunge, you know, a show. So don't worry about any male practice. It's my degree from the show. But Scott, that is a very serious problem. I have, I've never told you this, we've talked a lot, but this happened personally to me when I ran for Congress in Maryland District 6. It was a very heavily Democrat district. No Republican had come within. I believe 15 points, and I encourage, you know, people out there to fact check, so you think I'm making this up. We went out, and there's actually two questions for you embedded in this. I remember reading a lot of political science research before I went out and face-to-face contact, knocking on people's doors. It's invaluable. The data is crystal clear. The data I had read is it's not necessarily going to make someone vote for you if they're a hardcore Democrat, but it may make them sit out that race. You know what, I kind of like that guy and the other guy, even though he's not so much, I'm just going to, either way it works for you, the face-to-face contact. My team knocked on 50 plus thousand doors. I knocked on 50, 500 doors myself. I mean, it was, it was a lot of good, hard, sweat equity put into that race. We lost that race by one point. I forget it was like a, it's just a couple thousand votes, but we found out later to go back to your point. Someone sent us an email and I forget who that something like 10,000 plus people in a heavily Democrat area of the district had said in their jury forms that they were in not citizens. So even if you figured like, okay, maybe in the last six months they got their citizenship, it certainly wasn't 13,000. And you know, I was, I was stunned. I was stunned. And I was like, what, what, what do you do at this point with this, you know, I was really shocked by that information that, you know, that this is the case. So what you're talking about is not some isolated problem to Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Wisconsin, or wherever. And I want to make an ask, if any state legislators are watching the Dan Bonsino show right now, and you have the power to write legislation, please, I want you to follow what we have in Pennsylvania.
write a law for your respective states that do the following. Say the Georgia records, the non-Jewel records, shall be maintained annually for no less than five years that they must keep those on record. Number two, they must be open to public inspection. And number three, the reason for disqualification, the IE age illness, non-citizen, not a resident, must be included. Because right now, P.A. is the only state to my knowledge that allows for public inspection. Every other state Dan is under lock and key. And the reason why we've been so successful at helping to clean the voter rolls is not only the non-Jewel list Dan, but I want to give a shout out to the Department of Homeland Security. They have a website called The Wow website, the worst of the worst criminal heinous illegal aliens. You know what we've been doing, Dan? We've been taking the list using state-by-state. You can put in their Pennsylvania. And we take all of the illegal aliens that have been apprehended by DHS and also put those through the voter rolls. And so to everyone watching, I want you to know, we are like a dog on a bone like this. And we are not going to stop until we ensure that only lawful, eligible American citizens are voting in our elections. - Folks, this is what I'm talking about. Scott's a do guy, not just a chatter guy. Go do stuff, run for office, go take a position. Just go, you have to do then. And luckily, this audience on this show, they're all doers out there. Scott, I have an idea. It just occurred to me as you were saying that. I don't know if you're down or not. I certainly am. I like a carrot and stick approach. I prefer more carrots. I mean, if you're going to sit here and just throw bombs all day, it's people are just going to leave and they don't want to hear negativity. To any law man, I got a friend. Brian Schism, he is a friend of mine. He is a delegate in the state of Maryland. He is an old neighbor. He's a great conservative. If you would put forward a piece of legislation like that, Scott, if I can get these a delegate in every state, I don't care who you are. To put that legislation, I don't care if you call it the Pressler Act. Me and Scott will both retweet it and will celebrate you as every state. Here we go. I got a thumbs up. What do you think, guys? We got to keep track of this. Scott, if you could just get it to my team, I don't care. Call it the Pressler Act. Call it the PA Act. Pressler Act Act. Like ATM machine machine. I don't care. But I will mention your name on the show. Brian, you're my friend. Let's do that in Maryland first. If it, listen, if it's a zero likelihood of getting passed in a Democrat state, Scott, at least we're on the record. All we're asking is a very simple thing. What's Scott just said? Get non-eligible people off the ballot who said they're not eligible. This isn't hard. There you go. See, Scott Pressler and I are doing stuff. What's Scott? Let me get to up. Yeah, this is a great idea. Guys, keep track of this, huh? And we'll put their picture up, too. We will celebrate you across the country. Yes, we'll get kind of a person to do. Yes, exactly. Carrots sometimes, not sticks. I get this question a lot. And it's funny. A couple of people have asked me to ask this question to you because no one registers voters than you do. Nobody. You're just out there. It's just become just a passion of yours. What did, do you have any kind of tricks and how to guy like, is it gun shows? Like do you have to obviously get permission? I guess if it's not a public area, you obviously can't go to polling centers and sit inside. You've got that 150 for whatever it is. But how exactly do you get all these people registered to vote? I mean, your numbers are just staggering. Thank you. So let me give you an example. Some states do have requirements like in Florida. You have to have a code if you're collecting the forms for a third party. In Texas, you have to be a volunteer deputy voter registrar in North Dakota. They don't even have voter registration. So there are different rules. But basically, here, let me give you an example for Pennsylvania. No training is required. You don't need a certificate. You don't need permission from the Secretary of State. Any person, including non-citizens, can go out with voter registration forms and talk to the American people and get them registered. Here's how I ensure that I am registering like-minded individuals. Number one, I'm going to places that I know that conservatives are going to be. I'm going to, like you said, gunshowtrader.com, which has every gun show for all 50 states in the entire country. I call up the gun shows. And I say, hey, I'm not a vendor. I'm not selling anything. Can I set up a voter registration table non-partisan? Nine times out of 10. They let me set up a table for free. No charge. Then I'm registering our beautiful hunters and our second amendment community to vote. Now, when I'm at a fair or a festival or a rodeo, those again are places that are probably going to be more like us. I bring a whiteboard with me on an easel. And what I do, Dan, is I'll put up maybe something controversial. Do you support ICE? Red in a marker is yes. Blue is no. When voters come up to my table, Dan, to write on there, do you support ICE? And they pick up the red pen. I know immediately red Republican, yes, they support ICE. I pull out my voter registration form. I get at my sign-up sheet. And I go into action knowing this is a supporter. And I must get them registered. I must collect their information. And I must earn the revote this November. If they pick up the blue pen, that's a Democrat very likely. They don't support ICE. And so therefore, I wish them a lovely day. I thank them so much for their effort and for coming over to our table. And that way, I am legally and lawfully ensuring I am registering like-minded individuals that also allow them to come up to me. I'm not being confrontational. I'm not in their face. They are choosing to come over to us to answer a question and be engaged. Should men be banned from women's private spaces? Do you want to ban property taxes? And you can even use more fluffy things to just to create dialogue. But the whiteboard has been a very powerful engagement tool when talking with voters. Scott, this has really been really informative for me. I mean, I've been in the space well over a decade, run a couple campaigns myself. And I just learned, I feel like I just, you know, I'm in a PhD course for my honorary PhDs paying off already for you. So, a question here I wanted to get in. Also, I'll show the book again if you could, guys. Scott's book is called Again, The Persistence. Pick it up, Scott. Thank you. Pressler, P-R-E-S-L-E-R. Check it out wherever you buy your books. The rise in socialism, more of a kind of big picture question. I've said on my show and I will continue to say, I think the impulse to be, and I'm not condemning anyone, I get it. People get angry because like, how could you believe this stupid stuff? They've killed people tortured and put them in gulags like socialism. Come on. People fled Cuba. You know, I live in South Florida. Go mention socialism in a Cuban cafe. You're lucky you're making it out of there alive. But we have to control that impulse. You have to understand bumper, stick, or messaging. It's really easy. Like, everybody gets treated fairly and gets free stuff. Being a Republican, a conservative, a MAGA movement individual out there is hard. You have to sit down and explain to people exactly why government treating people quote, "equally" means in fact treating them unequally. It means stealing people's property and once property doesn't mean anything, your property doesn't mean anything either. Even if you got someone else's property, you'll take it from you later. If you get, quote, "too rich or successful." There's a lot of hard work in it, but it's got to be done. I think it's first important to acknowledge why people are seeking an alternative to what we currently have. I think it's evident our education system is failing us publicly. I think it's evident our healthcare system is failing us. I think it's evident that the housing market is failing us. I think it's evident that young people are feeling the squeeze, right? We hear from them every single day, "How am I going to afford a family? How am I going to afford gas? How am I going to afford a car? How am I going to afford that dream home and the American dream that I've been promised?" The left, as you said, is very difficult to be a Republican because we are the party of responsibility and we are the party of individual, not collective freedom. When the left is promising you everything and anything, it's very hard for us to say, "No, we want you to be responsible and earn it and that the government shouldn't provide everything for you." Here are, so number one, my answer is if we are going to stop the rise of socialism, then we have to provide alternatives. What is our alternative to public education? I think a lot of us argue for school choice. The two best ways to make it out of poverty and to uplift yourself and to empower yourself are an education and property ownership. If the Republican party is going to succeed for the next generation, I think the top two platforms that we need to have are number one, school choice, which is why Florida elected Governor DeSantis in 2018 defeating
and number two, this is the most important, the Republican Party must utter the following words. A abolish property taxes. That is one of the single most powerful transfers of generational wealth that we could provide to the American people in modern history. Because do we really own what we have, Dan, if I have to continue paying for property that I've already paid off? And if I don't pay it, that the government can simply take that property away from me and sell it to somebody else. And so if we create that generational transfer of wealth, I think we will bring a lot of people over to our party. We will create a lot of wealth for future generations, and we will actually uplift people out of poverty. And that is part of the alternative plan that I think we must utilize going forward. Scott Pressler, you've been a great friend to the show and certainly to the movement, your hard work in Pennsylvania. You are a result guy. I love spreadsheets, guys, man. Just show me the numbers, man. Opinions are great. Show me the numbers, right? As always, you're welcome back anytime. You know how to contact us. We would love to hear from you and make sure you check out his book again, The Persistence by Scott Pressler. Scott, thanks for your time. Thanks, and last thing, Dan, real quick. Alaska, this November, please vote yes to ballot measure number two, to defeat ranked choice voting. Oh, yes, to add the mass vote, yes, to end the mass. We will defeat ranked choice voting, and we will replace Lisa Berkowski. If she does not give us a save America act, thank you, Dan Bange. Oh, thank. I'm really appreciate you getting that in ranked choice voting. A bubonic plague to me is more popular than ranked choice voting. And I've never even had it. I've just heard about it. Scott, thanks again. We appreciate it. He's ranked choice voting is a cancer on the body politic. It is gross. Please take his advice on that and don't ever allow this cancer into your communities and your voting system either. FAQs
He voted early for Byron Donalds in the Florida primary, but encouraged everyone to vote for whoever they support. He stressed that voting matters and that candidates stop caring about non-voters.
Bongino said Joe Kent, as former director of the NCTC, had no investigative or subpoena authority, so he couldn't have been blocked from an investigation. He argued Kent was lying to fracture the MAGA movement.
He promoted 'Lean' from Brickhouse Nutrition, a doctor-formulated supplement that helps control hunger and supports fat burning without injections. He used it to lose weight from 238 to about 195 pounds, and offered 20% off with promo code Dan.
He cited a CBS/YouGov poll showing 58% of Democrats view socialism positively, and criticized them for ignoring its historical failures. He gave examples of California billionaires opposing a wealth tax and Democrats' healthcare contradictions.
He highlighted an FBI report showing the largest yearly drop in violent crime in nearly a century, crediting Trump administration efforts. He criticized Axios for not asking the administration why crime fell.
Pressler said Republicans won in 2024 by coalition building and registering voters, noting 42% of hunters and 30% of Christians don't vote. He emphasized that unregistered voters don't appear on candidate walk lists, so candidates don't reach them.
