In this episode of the Soul Talk Podcast, host Monica Ramirez explores the multifaceted experience of being a healer, coach, or shaman. She explains that many healers are called to service after overcoming significant personal hardships, such as trauma, illness, or difficult family dynamics. Their own healing journeys, often involving various modalities, become the basis for helping others. However, the path is demanding and continuous, marked by ongoing personal growth, identity shifts, and emotional challenges like loneliness and self-doubt. Healers face professional difficulties, including client projections, personal triggers, business pressures, and impostor syndrome, which can lead to burnout if self-care is neglected. Ramirez emphasizes the importance of community support, introducing her "healers helping healers" initiative to provide a space for mutual aid, business collaboration, and healing. Ultimately, she advocates for authenticity, self-acceptance, and integrating all passions, reminding listeners that healers are also human and must prioritize their own well-being to serve others effectively.

[Music] Welcome friends to the Soul Talk Podcast and show where we explore and cover the path of the heart and refine your conscience. Join me as we meet incredible souls while in this journey and learn from their experience and different methods that will make you vibrate your heart. Let's get into it. Hello everyone, this is Monica Ramirez, the Warrior of Love and thank you for being here in Soul Talk. Well, today I wanted to talk about the ins and outs, what it means to be a healer and how it feels for us, the healers, coaches, shamans, name it whatever you want. Because at the end it is the people that is filled the call to help others. So, this is start from there, how about that? Well, many of the healers, we had a call a long time ago to serve others, but our background, it doesn't start easy. It starts in a very hard way, the majority of us, we have passed through very difficult families or nurses, these partners or even families too, or got in sick or near dead experience or something happened to us to make us be at service to others. Because we super ate everything that it was very hard to pass all that and said, "We're passed, but we did it, we did it and we're here." And after being that feeling better ourselves, after healing so many traumas and there's a thousand modalities, I'm not going to deny that and you cannot deny that. There are millions of modalities the way that we heal ourselves. So, it was not easy, so that's when we master that. And it's like, "Okay, I can help people with this. Let me take this certification or that certification or whatever it was." But honestly, it is a very tough job. It's not without the heart. I don't feel that you can continue doing this as your passion, as something that you really want to do to helping others without passing through many stages, many steps, and many things, because we still have a human experience. The healing part, how I see it in my own experience, it is come in layers. So I heal this part, "Oh, and now I find something else to heal, and something else to heal, and something else to heal." And something else to heal, that's why many people say it, "That is the never ending." But we always search for that part of always healing ourselves, to what point, to the point that we start accepting and loving ourselves. And many healers will tell you that they go to that conclusion, and some of them they don't. But that healing comes also with disadvantage, because of our identity change. We change. I remember in my case, I come from a Narcissist family, Narcissist mother. It was a pass through the different marriages. Why? Because I look for married men, that they were treating exactly like they were treating my family. And that was worthless, that I don't deserve nothing, so I have to overcome all that to become Kuaian now. And in that process, I got sick with Lupus, R.A., from Amalja, and I want to commit suicide in that time. Of course, I have to overcome all that, and yes, I decided to go for many modalities, because I wanted to heal first myself, that's how I saw it at the beginning. And after I did that, that's when I decided, "Okay, I can't help people with this. I can't help people passing through the same things that I already passed. They already mastered." Like, I was a better woman, so I have to overcome that and heal my PTSD that I had then, and learning how to believe in myself, so I can do the work that I do with others. That was not easy. But in the process, I let go many things, like many other healers that are listening right now. We have let go friends, we have let go family, we have let go relationships, we have let go our own self. And that was not an easy part to do, because there were people in the road that you actually really love, that you actually really care, but there was not a combination anymore, and that brought us to a loneliness. And loneliness and being scared, that am I gonna be alone the rest of my life? Am I gonna have a partner, am I gonna have, I don't wanna be alone, am I gonna have a partner, am gonna have friends, am I gonna have family, am gonna make a drive? So, that took me many years to figure it out that part that I'm still in the process too. I am just exactly like you. I, yes, I am a coach, a healer, a shaman, I am an artist, I am many things at the same time, but I still cannot forget that I'm living a human experience. And I'm still healing myself, just as you do. I created a, precisely, I get together with healers, a program, a group, a community, that is called healers helping healers. Why? Because we were needing to hear each other, help each other, heal, really help each other. The community, it is very basic in this stage in our lives for the healers, because we can support each other in that process of changes and so forth, that we are gonna go through from our nerve system to our believing in ourselves, because we tend to self-doubt. So, something that I have observed with many of the coaches and healers and shamans and etc., people that are very, very good at what they do. They still feel fear, to be seen, self-doubt. They have their own, so they are giving some process. Sometimes we project ourselves, or sometimes our clients or people projecting ourselves. And sometimes it's not in our best day, because we have, we are humans, so we are not in our best day and it really gets to us. Sometimes we can catch and say, "Oh, okay, they are projecting on me, or oh, I am projecting on them, and you can catch it." Honestly, when I am feeling out of the blues, I try to send a message, like, "I cannot see you today, I cannot work today, whatever excuse you want to give, or you can be honest and say directly, because I have done it myself." If I point at this to help others, and if I am not going to be helping them, because I am not fully there, because I am passing through my own healing, in my own process. So, I prefer not to give you an appointment in that moment. That doesn't mean that it is going to last forever, it is going to be for ages, because we understand that it is just a stage. It is something that we just have to have at a half moment, so we can heal ourselves. That is something that may hurt the healers or coaches or shamans or whatever you want to go. We go through that process, not because you have a certification as a psychologist or with these masters and so forth, that doesn't make you human. We have past rules, many things. We are humans. Don't forget that part. If they were in this plane, and we look at this, we are humans. So, we are going to be passing through that. I make some notes over here, because I did not want to forget some points that I wanted to talk about this. So, we are going to have emotional triggers. Maybe a client will trigger you. Maybe your partner. Maybe someone else. So, the thing is, when we learn to become the being the observer, we can see them easy. And what I am talking about the observer is our thoughts and emotions that you as a healer, you might already know it and experience it. But, can you catch when you are sabotaging yourself or when you are out in yourself or when you are so afraid to be in the camera, to be seen, to be heard? Because many of them go through that. Even if they are amazing what they do, how they work with people, I have met many of those and they still hide. Or they don't know how to give the message. They don't know how to be vulnerable because they are so afraid. I grew up in Mexico. And one of the things that was programming me, the dirty clothes you wash at home, basically, don't be vulnerable ever. But in reality, that gets stuck. Because they are afraid to be vulnerable to ourselves. They are, "Hey, I feel the press today. I feel sad today. I am angry." Or I have anxiety. Or my nervous system doesn't count. That's how I got lupus. Because my nervous system was very in chaos then. I haven't had a therapy in almost 17 years. So, I fixed those issues that I mean that I am still human. Or I never said, "Come on. That is not possible. We are going to have ups and downs. And our healing process is going to go like that. But we are trying to hope it will go more like this. Then go so up and so down. But it is a process that we are going through. So we are going to be sometimes confused. What do we do in this moment? How do I heal my, if an example, is that when I was, I mean working for years and years and years of, knowing that I am worthy, knowing that I deserve good things. Because I grew up, remember with analysis, mother's oath, those things were part of my lesson to overcome those things. And after working many, many years with that, I still, time to time, is show up, that insecurity, that confusion of who I am. So I have to go back and reinforce who I am. And remember, why, first of all, I decided to come here to this plane. I have to remember myself, why chose to be who I am. And how do I honor myself fully of all this who I am, inside and outside? Hi everyone, this is Monica Ramirez, the worry of love. And you have been feeling stuck where you are right now. Or if you have felt that you cannot connect with others in the same language or the same emotions that you are feeling, if you are a coach, a healer, energy worker, in any of those branches, maybe this is for you. Because we have felt this connection for the rest of our family, friends, that we cannot connect to them. And we are so afraid to actually go deep dive when we are getting triggered by our own clients. Because we are seeing our mirror image with them. My name is Monica Ramirez, the worry of love, and that's my spirit to me. And I take clients from feeling confused and feeling stuck to feeling free, to feeling that they empower, they feel empowered from themselves. I created a system path to the heart that goes in three levels. And the first level, it is healing the inner child, healing the parts of us that we've been so afraid or very painful to do it. I have done it myself, not only with me, and I have done it with many, many of my clients that I take them to this process. The second level, it is to go more into inner self, clearing the family lineage, to breaking the contracts and boughs, learning deeper more about the loss of the universe. And the third level, it is learning how to channel, how to do, waking up your, and getting online your kids, your unique kids, the world's most neat trees right now. So if you wanted to know more about this, I am eager to show you and to teach you all what I know that I use every day in my life. So thank you for being here in this page. I really appreciate it. And this is Monica Ramirez, the worry of love. [Music] Sometimes when we outgrow an environment like many of us we have done it as a healer, it's also very hard to adapt to a new environment, a new place. I just move because I outgrow the environment that I was. So it was time to move and to make a damn decision that chose to let it go and move forward to the next stage. It took me years. It took me years because I was afraid. And I was even afraid to say I was afraid to change. I was afraid to experience something new. I was so used to do that environment that it was not even in my benefit anymore because I outgrow it. That to go into and move into the next stage, it was very, very hard. But I did it. And many of you probably did it too. But we have to become aware when it's happening. Or the rejection of friends that you had for 20 years or more or longer. And then you have to say, "Hey, you're abusing me." And I love it myself first. So I'm sorry, I have to let you go and just you miss them. I still miss them. But I miss the old self that they were or I was. Or the relationship that we had. But not the relationship that we have now. And we have to be okay with that. But in that process, sometimes when we need support and having a community, that the healers help in healers, it is going to help to grow all those parts of yourself. I have ideas to bounce back at the same time. That sometimes we cannot talk with other people about those things. Like I'm a channeler. And sometimes I receive messages. And then I don't have, sometimes, so I want to bounce back to society that I'm receiving those messages that I have. Because I'm still digesting them first before I can put it out in the public. First I have to digest all those things. So having a community that actually understand you, what are you passing through? Or messages that you have received that you still digesting and you're trying to understand before you pass an on to the rest of the world. It is important too. And mainly it is. We want a business. We want to pay that we're bills. We want to pay our rents. I would like to water it. Or take care of our family, our kids, etc. And our business is not giving enough because we have so many rejection to money. And we see money as something demo, like something diabolic when reality is just an energy. But we don't know how to give the message. Well, in this program, it's not a program in this community. That we are doing together. We're going to be helping each other to bounce ideas back about the business. At the same time, learning from each other, helping each other in the healing process. And once a month, we're going to be opening this in a Zoom meeting to the public for free. So like that, we can help also the community. There was that I don't want to be healers. There was that I don't want to understand deeper things about themselves. Or removing limitations of themselves. Because we all find once in a while, find out, oh, I have this limitation. I did not even realize that I have not observed that before. But now that I do, I have to do something about it because I know I have that limitation or that fear that I didn't even knew I had. Believe me, when I was getting beat up, I did not have knew that I was having PTSD even when I divorce the guy. I did not knew that I had PTSD. It took me close to 10 years to realize that I, oh, I have PTSD for that experience, life experience that I had. So now I have to work that on my own self. And I was already working with people and so forth, but I did not realize I had that until I find it. So now again, work with me. my nervous system, now work in coming myself down, feeling safe and secure in my own body. Why? Because how I'm going to be a better service to someone that is passing through PTSD if I am in here myself from PTSD. So I'm going to feel the imposter and the sensation of feeling the imposter, it is sticky and is horrible and that's when we tend to hide. So you might be more afraid to be in the camera or to be heard because you feel like the imposter. When in reality sometimes we need to observe more but if we have done everything that we already overcome and have the support of a community. And when we change our identity and we let go things that help us anymore, or we have uploaded personality that we thought or we have adopted from our ancestors that just change. You just suddenly you don't like soda anymore, just like coffee or you like your teas or water, you become vegetarian for a while or for long run. Do personality change? Sometimes study identity crashes with the only identity because both of them are for a moment they live in the same body in you. So and there are beliefs that we have to let go that they don't help us that they become very limited for us and put us in a little box. Healers and coaches we don't fit in in a box. We are people that we are always going to be different and that's something that we have all in common. We're not like the rest of the people. It is not like I feel in with a PTA mom. I never did. I was always different. I always ask questions that probably people who are afraid of those questions to start even when I was eight years old that I remember that I had those questions that I shouldn't. I study my family was Catholic so I studied with non-school. So I always did questions that they were freak out everybody because I was not normal to ask. I remember one of the questions of that to us when I was studying with the non-s we have eight o'clock in the morning one hour of religion and they say God lives in the trees, in the animals, in the flowers everywhere. That's why you have to go to church every Sunday. And I ask okay am I lesser than a dog in that tree? No Monica you don't ask those questions. So why I am lesser than the dog and the tree they don't have to go to church. So questions like that and more deeper. God made a bunch of problems when I was growing up because I ask who I always been and the modalities that I have a story. I have not a story big now because I don't feel good enough or the imposter or I have to grab a new certification for validate myself. At this point I do it because I'm curious. The curiosity have taken me to learn more new modalities because I want to learn more. I want to know things that I don't know but that's for my own curiosity and my own expansion is it's not because I feel lesser. I know who I am and I know where I'm going. And I know I have helped people and that bring me passion. It is not only to helping others in my passion. I understand also is my art it is my passion. And I remember at the beginning when I started as a healer that was about 30 years ago when I became a rakey. That's when I came to understand how I'm going to combine art and healing. I'm a family that even told me like you have to choose one or the other. You cannot have both. And later on I heard it from coaches of business in the spiritual world that this was what we do. You have to choose one or the other. But that was calling myself in half at the same time because both of them are my passion. And to finally I figure it out how I can combine both of them together with my two passions and help everybody that feels good in my body. That's why I continue doing it when I see this smile when I see the change when I see the transformation of my clients. That's what it was keep me going all these 30 years that I've been doing that. Now let's talk about the burn out. The many hip people healers actually we have that. Because we have the pressure that we have to do this and this and this landing page. We have to do videos. We have to do a launch a program. We have to do that. How I'm going to be my bills and my kids and the food and the house and so it can become a really burnt out. And we can when we can burn out that's when we stop doing everything. And we need to know that we have to make time for ourselves. We need to first put ourselves like you was like in the airplane. You put the first mask yourself so that you can put it to others. Yes, you have to always choose yourself first. So sometimes we tend to give too much because we want to give more. We're going to give more. And that is fine to a certain point. But did you forget about giving yourself to? That's when you can become with the burn out. And you tend to give half things later on. And that's not a point. You can continue giving but if you don't forget to give in yourself. So all these themes we're going to be working in with the healers, helping healers. And once a month we're going to have a portal of healing that is precisely open to the public. So like that we can help them too. So if you're feeling the struggle support and you're always trying to make yourself the strong one and hiding those emotions only to yourself. And you're looking for that support to be seen, being heard or writing the content or writing the right message to attract the right lines for you. Because come on, not everybody is going to be for you. Your client is going to be your client. And at the same time, not everybody you want to work with or they want to work with you. So we have to understand those things and to give this right message and to attract the right people, we need to help each other. You can get it over here. We're going to be doing all these practices. We're going to be talking about metaphysics and how we can apply it at the same time for us, the loss of the universe. That is per se. Also that's what the beginning of shadow work that it was. So we're going to be working with all that and because we have many modalities and many amazing healers, everybody is going to be sharing their own gifts with each other. But a beautiful way to grow. You don't think so? So you want to be part of it or you want to be in the other end and receiving on the 24th, we're going to have a life in Zoom that I'm going to be posting the information for let-out you can register. And we are here, not only me, all the healers, helping healers to help you and help each other. So I'm more than happy to be one of them. My name is Monica Ramirez, the warrior of love. And we have to remember that we don't have to do this alone because if we were alone, we would be just alone in this planet. But everything has a harmony. And we precisely, we are all here for a reason. And we only knew us, only one star Cita came here. We came all together to be supporters of each other. And forget that. Beside of your antirachic guides that you have all around you, you have us. Humans living, a multilimensional humans living here. [BLANK_AUDIO] You're more interested, contact me. FAQs

Healers often face challenges such as letting go of relationships, experiencing loneliness, and undergoing identity changes as they grow. Many have difficult backgrounds, including trauma or illness, that initially called them to serve others.

Healers can manage triggers by learning to become an observer of their thoughts and emotions. It's important to recognize when they are being triggered and take breaks if needed, such as rescheduling appointments when not fully present.

Community provides support, helps healers bounce ideas, and offers understanding during personal and professional changes. Programs like 'healers helping healers' create a space for mutual healing and business advice.

The 'Path to the Heart' is a three-level system: healing the inner child, clearing family lineage and breaking bonds, and learning to channel or awaken unique gifts. It's designed to help individuals move from feeling stuck to empowered.

Healers combat imposter syndrome by observing their fears, reinforcing their self-worth, and seeking community support. Acknowledging that self-doubt is part of the human experience helps them continue their work authentically.

Signs of burnout include feeling overwhelmed by business pressures and neglecting self-care. Prevention involves prioritizing oneself, setting boundaries, and ensuring time for personal healing, similar to putting on your own oxygen mask first.
