Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea Talks Camp Fire One Year Later

The transcription begins with a promotional segment for the SmartBuddy Insurance app, highlighting its convenience and affordability in securing travel protection with just 60 seconds of use. This is quickly interrupted by a humorous, satirical story titled "Living with Wesker Beard," which follows the narrator’s experiences in a chaotic, unhygienic living situation with a character known for poor habits—such as refusing to wash hands, chewing loudly, smoking excessively, and failing to maintain basic cleanliness. The story illustrates repeated attempts by the narrator to encourage better behavior, only to face resistance and inaction from Wesker Beard, who remains entrenched in a passive, self-centered lifestyle. Through exaggerated and cringey details, the narrative critiques toxic relationships, poor personal hygiene, and emotional disconnect. The story is framed as a personal growth journey, showing the narrator’s improving writing and increasing awareness of human behavior. Despite the comedic tone, it underscores deeper themes of responsibility, accountability, and the struggle for personal space and well-being. The content is intercut with promotional messages for gambling and financial services, which appear disjointed and serve more as marketing than narrative elements. Overall, the piece blends satire, storytelling, and product promotion into a critique of unhealthy living environments and the importance of self-care.

If you've missed the previous parts,
they are all in the description.
Thank you so much for joining me today.
Hi again, all it's been a minute.
Well, I saw that Red X Red part one of my story
and I could safely say that you did a good job
of smoothing out my rough edges
with a good ol' verbal lashing.
This is how we improve.
We need to accept criticism.
And thanks, Red, for sticking it out
and giving me some small pointers slash critiques.
But I did get a warning first from Sapphire
that I might have come across a bit too much on the side
of, hey guys, look at my story about a neckbeard
who might be somewhere in it.
(laughing)
How many of those do we get, man?
I always love biting into a bell.
They're fun for a different reason.
(laughing)
All I could say is, sorry for that.
You're forgiven instantly, don't worry about it.
And I hope to improve on the following drafts
because you were right, Red.
It was the first draft.
So with all that said and done onto the story.
Well, this story comes from a time
when I had been invited to cinema with Sapphire
and Weska Beard.
Our city has four main cinema chains.
Sapphire and I had chosen to go to one that was in town.
Weska Beard, although we had asked him,
had decided to not add any input
on the discussion of where to go.
He, however, was more than happy to fill our ears
with whining about having to go out
and leave his precious PlayStation behind.
Weska Beard, why do you want to go into town
to watch the film?
Sapphire, because the one in town's cheaper.
And when we asked you, you said you didn't care
where we went.
Weska Beard, yeah, but there's one closer.
Can't we go there instead?
All right, you go.
(laughs)
You could go wherever you want.
I don't know if you ever realize this,
but it's your life.
You could grab hold of the reins at any time.
He won't.
Sapphire explained again that the chosen complex
was cheaper and nicer.
So he kissed his PlayStation goodbye.
And with a heavy heart, he reluctantly followed Sapphire
and me to the bus stop where he stood
and smoked a few cigarettes while soaking.
Is this make me look cool, guys?
No, it doesn't.
(laughs)
We tried to involve him in our discussion,
but he was too caught up in his mood
from having to go out from his nest
that he just gave both of us short answers.
Why insist on bringing him?
I guess it's the first question I have.
(laughs)
Oh, he says so after the film, where do you want to go for tea?
Sapphire, we can go to McDonald's
or go for a walk in town and find some more to eat,
maybe a place we haven't been yet.
But the thought of more walking around in town
made Wesker Beard even less happy about going out.
So when we asked his opinion, he just grumbled
that "Baby God was fired."
Although lied to me, you know you liked the cheeky nuggies.
♪ Rockin' Roman McDonald's ♪
When the bus arrived, we boarded
and took seats next to each other.
We continued talking with each other.
As we talked, Wesker Beard would pick bits off of his face.
What?
And flick them aside or eat them,
which I often caught him doing.
Oh God, why does it have to be like this?
(laughs)
But I didn't call him out on it
as it wasn't my place to do so.
And from talking to Sapphire,
she informed me that she didn't catch him
at the time doing it,
but she had told him in the past not to do so
as she rightfully found it quite disgusting.
Yeah, this is not what humans do.
I guess he's just really a deri-cycly guy.
(laughs)
After a while, Wesker Beard seemed to cheer up a little.
He started to join in with us,
talking about the times of his online role-playing with people.
This conversation mostly consisted
of his character's description and backstory
that he modeled around Albert Wesker.
This OC was so good that his role-plays
made many people cry or even gasp in awe at him.
Yeah, citation needed on all that.
You know, OPS me if I wanted to hear more about the OCs,
as long as I can make fun of them, then yeah.
Probably I'm interested.
Wesker Beard says,
"Hey, did I ever tell you how Alfred's story
"what's made someone cry from how moving
"and compelling his backstory is?"
Oh, I hate this conversation.
I'ma jump off the bus.
Oh, P, who's Alfred?
I asked as I had never heard the name until then.
Wesker Beard laughing and throwing his head back,
showing his blackened teeth.
Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you about Alfred.
Do we really have to have this conversation here?
Now, in public, are you sure?
(laughs)
So he continued to waffle on about how Alfred was super cool
and had killed hundreds and delivered another person's
baby in a role play,
which he was quite proud of for some reason.
That's right, he could give life or take it away.
The duality of man.
(laughs)
I just sat there with a puzzled look on my face,
not really knowing what to say back to him.
Sapphire thankfully broke the silence.
Sapphire, "Hey, I just thought
"that maybe we should do a red-dead redemption role play."
She mentioned this as we were going to watch Django.
We don't actually have to call it that.
We could just say playing Cowboys.
You guys want to play Cowboys?
Yeah, I'd be much more inclined.
Wesker being says, "Oh yeah, that sounds cool.
"I should be able to come up with an idea for a character."
OP nods in agreement saying, "Sure,
"I could probably come up with something."
And the rest of the ride was much of the same,
talking and joking around.
We arrived in town and disembarked from the bus.
We started walking through the large Victorian style building,
which was inhabited by as many pigeons as it was workers.
The fly rats just love to soar past that about head height.
It was like they were re-adacting top gun all the while,
nearly hitting you in the face.
Go ahead, headbutt of pigeon.
He ain't gonna do that no more.
We gotta have to teach some hard lessons today.
Wesker being slowly followed the two of us,
as he reached into his pocket to retrieve
another sig to smoke when he got outside.
We wanted to stand around and wait until he had finished it,
but Sapphire told him that he had just got off the bus
and she wanted to get there.
So after a bit of coaxing and just as much whining
from Weskerbeard, we managed to get him to start walking.
I think Weskerbeard just needs to lean in,
buy a rascal scooter, you know?
- Stop it, you can't stop.
(thud)
(screaming)
As we headed through town toward the cinema complex,
people watching as we did,
Weskerbeard followed along,
smoking his head off and coughing up along as he wiped his nose
on his fingerless woolen gloves.
Within a few minutes,
we had gotten to the large shopping center
where the cinema was located.
As we headed up the escalator,
I had the urge to use the toilet.
When we got to the top,
I looked over my shoulder and said
to Sapphire and Weskerbeard back in a sec.
I gotta use the Lou, to which Weskerbeard said,
he did as well.
Oh, pooping buddies.
So on I went with Weskerbeard in tow,
and we did our business as one does in the bathroom.

Might come across as a little weird.
However, since entering the toilets, I had not seen Weskerbeard remove his gloves.
Oh, they're covered in peepee, a fecal man.
I hadn't considered any of this, but yeah, that's a bio hazard.
When I finished up, I turned around and headed over to the sinks with Weskerbeard following
and talking at me about something I can't remember.
While I stood there washing my hands, I noticed that he still hadn't removed his gloves
to wash his hands.
And he didn't do so the entire time that we were in there.
When we left the bathroom, we headed over to Sapphire, who had found a seat to wait for
both of us.
She stood and greeted us, then she turned to Weskerbeard, Sapphire.
Did you wash your hands this time?
It's like your mom has something.
She knew he had a history of not washing his hands and had to regularly remind him to do
so like a child.
Obviously, he told her the truth.
No, I'm boasting, he lied through his blackened teeth, saying that, "Oh, yeah, he totally
washed his hands."
After thinking he had slightly gotten away with it, Weskerbeard sat down and waited for
Sapphire to buy their tickets.
Bro, why does he insist on being such a foul human being?
How hard is it to wash your hands?
Come on.
Take a minute or two out of your day for your own hygiene and also all the people around
you, whatever.
Well, Sapphire and I headed over to the ticket kiosk to get tickets and snacks.
She asked me, did he really wash his hands?
Opie said no.
He just stood there and talked at me.
She sighed and nodded before buying two separate small bags of popcorn, one for herself
and one for Weskerbeard.
Well, that's a good play.
You don't want to have to eat poopoo popcorn.
Other way back to Weskerbeard, we noticed that he was picking and biting his fingernails
to get all the black crap out from underneath him.
At least this time he didn't eat what it was that he picked out from under them, which
was a bonus, I guess.
You know what a really good way to get that black crap out from under your nails is?
We checked in our tickets and headed to where the film was being screened.
We took our seats and got comfortable.
But as we did, we heard a noise, a rather annoying noise, which made me look to my side.
I glanced at Sapphire who was staring daggers at Weskerbeard.
Sapphire, are you enjoying your popcorn?
Weskerbeard?
Yeah!
It's nice.
Why?
Sapphire, we can all hear how much you like it.
He chewed the same way again for a second or so before realizing that if he didn't want
Sapphire to throw his popcorn down into the seats below, he would have to stop chewing
so loudly.
Thankfully he did, and we made it through the film, with no more problems.
Weskerbeard chewing with his mouth open is probably like the least egregious of his offenses
in this story.
But no, I really do hate that as well.
At least he did get called out on it though.
When the film had finished, we headed out of the cinema, talking about our favorite parts
of the film, all the while we made our way to the nearest McDonald's.
We headed down the escalator outside, where Weskerbeard fished around for yet another
sig.
He pulled out a crooked cigarette that had almost snapped in half.
Pressing it to his lips, he struggled to light it up from the wind blowing so hard.
But he did manage to get it lit and get about two drags off it before the wind won the
rest of the fight.
Snapping it in half and sending the lit tip flying into the nearby water.
Mother Nature trying to save you right now.
Weskerbeard said, "God damn it, that was like last wood!"
He exclaimed, "Sat fire, well, maybe you should quit then!"
She said, almost laughing, "Ha ha, good joke that this not really joke."
Weskerbeard, "Nah, I think I'll just get a USB-sig, we're not charging on my PlayStation!"
Jesus Christ, you are a sad little man living in your teeny tiny world, aren't you?
It's all about nicotine and PlayStation with this guy.
There's more to existing.
You do know that, right?
He doesn't know that.
I, too, was holding back a laugh from what had happened as Sapphire sighed at his first
thought being based around his PlayStation.
"Let's get to Mac, he's then," I said, as I walk on, turning back to see Weskerbeard
mourning his loss.
Upon getting to McDonald's, we headed in as staff were dealing with the gathering masses
demanding that they be fed.
We got in line and waited for our turn to order, I know this people were turning to look
at Weskerbeard.
Me and Sapphire knew why the people nearby were looking at him, as he was not just talking
loudly, but also waving his arms around wildly while gesturing, you can also smell him over
the cleaning agents that were used in the store.
I can't even pretend to be shocked, you know?
You walk into a McDonald's, there's a guy over there going, "Ah, waving his arms around."
You're like, "All right, get that guy some extra nuggets."
I would probably just presume some things about him and be like, "Well, it's rude to
stare."
Anyways, our trio makes it up to the front and got their orders before finding somewhere
to sit.
Within seconds, the annoying noise started up again.
To which Sapphire nearly broke her neck, turning to look at Weskerbeard.
Sapphire, in a rather angry but whispered tone, "Can you chew quietly, Weskerbeard?"
"I have not chewed that loud, babe."
He groaned with a mouthful, "Oh my God."
At what point do you decide to just check out 100 percent?
Why are you dating this PlayStation-addicted manchild who loudly eats burgers and popcorn
off of his poopy gloves?
There comes a point when enough is enough.
And I think we're quickly reaching that point.
Are we not?
Opie says, "Uh, no, but when you talk with a mouthful, you look and sound like a cement
mixer on full speed."
He grumbled as he turned back to his food, only needing to be told one more time by Sapphire.
When finished with our meals, we headed back to the bus station and eventually the bus
pulled into its bay.
We headed for Weskerbeard's house, as I had left my bike chained up in his parents' garden.
Once we got back to his home, I said, "Buy the Sapphire, Weskerbeard, and the quick
buy to his folks as well, to be polite."
As I didn't want to hang around his home for too long, because I needed my lungs in
working condition to get home with.
So I headed outside, got on my bike, and made my way home.
Thanks for reading the story, as I mentioned earlier, I'm trying to improve on my writing
skills as I get through more of these stories.
Hopefully you all enjoyed this cringy tale.

words.

We gotta have to go back to the nest today.
Hello to all.
I'm back with Living with Wesker Beard, part four.
Thank you to Red X, who at the time of writing
this installment had just read part one.
It was a nice surprise to wake up to smiley and modicon.
Well, I'm pleased to please.
I am but a humble servant, a simple vessel.
To quickly add, although probably a little late by now,
my age at the time of meeting Wesker Beard was 18,
nearing 19.
I started dating him and moved into the neckbeard nest
between 19 and 20 years old.
So these tales take place from like 2008 to 2012.
All right, so on to the story.
The cast list, still the same.
No new characters this time around.
So after my stubborn behind had been kicked out of my parents,
I had just moved into the neckbeard nest.
I was finding it hard to adjust to my new surroundings.
It was definitely a culture shock to say the least.
Yeah, I guess lack of culture is a type of culture, isn't it?
I've been there nearly a week.
And I decided that I would try to make
some sort of improvement to my current living conditions.
I looked at the trash that sprawled out across the carpet
and decided that I would try and tackle it.
Well, listen, exercise and futility, I'm gonna tell you right now.
Even if you get it all cleaned up,
it's only gonna take a day or two before it's exactly back
to how it was.
Wesker Beard was sitting in his usual spot on the bed,
playing his newly acquired PlayStation 3,
that he had gotten a few weeks before I moved in.
How, you may be wondering, did he manage to get one?
When in every story so far,
he never had the money to buy even a single pack
of knockoff six before.
Well, the answer is a rent to own style store
called Brighthouse.
Jesus Christ, man, do they still do stuff like that?
It's like the biggest ripoff ever.
(laughing)
I guess it's great if you can't afford the thing,
but by the time you've paid it off,
you've paid multiple times what it's worth
and also it's old now.
But I guess as long as we get to play those sweet PlayStation
games, oh wait, PlayStation has no games.
(laughing)
I tried to advise Wesker Beard against going to this place
as the amount of money he was going to spend on his PS3
was far greater than what he could have gotten it for,
but of course, my words fell on deaf ears.
Skipping back quickly to that discussion,
Wesker Beard whining,
"Must have fire!"
And what, my own PS3?
I'm fed up of lodger taking his bag
when I'm in the middle of a game.
You know, Wesker Beard, maybe at this time
to re-evaluate your priorities. (laughing)
Opie says, "If you saved up,
then you could get a PlayStation 3 for cheaper
than what they're selling it for.
You'd almost be able to buy two for their final price."
Yep, rent to own horrible idea.
Horrible! (laughing)
Wesker Beard, "I'm going to Brighthouse
next time I be town!"
I sighed, "It was his money after all.
I couldn't stop him or tell him what to buy."
Anyway, I digress.
Skipped forwards back to the trash in the room.
Opie, Wesker Beard, are you gonna be long
on your game?
Wesker Beard sounding a little hopeful.
- Yeah.
- Why?
- Opie, oh, good.
You can help me clear up this mess, then.
Wesker Beard visibly deflated.
And why?
Opie, it's a tip.
I'm fed up of stepping on stuff
when I go to and from the door.
Wesker Beard, if there's a walkway,
if anything gets into way, just kick it aside.
That's what I do.
(laughing)
This is really how you want to live.
I mean, I guess this is how his parents raised him to live,
but God, it is pathetic.
I looked at the thin strip of visible carpet
that peaked shyly from beneath the clothes and cans
and whatever else lay before me.
Opie, I don't fancy breaking my neck.
Tripping over wires in the dark, Wesker Beard.
Wesker Beard, I'll find, I'll move a few cans soon.
Yes, soon.
(laughing)
Opie, if you go get me a black bag,
I'll make a start while you finish your game.
After waiting a few seconds,
Wesker Beard peeled himself almost quite literally
out of his spot and went to get a rubbish bag.
You know you're gonna end up doing the whole thing, right?
He's gonna be like, "Oh, you're doing such a great job,
I just do wanna interrupt." (laughing)
He came back into the room and handed me a trash bag.
He walked past me and sat on the bed,
continuing with the game.
Opie, right, like I said, I'll make a start on the room.
Just finish what you're doing
and then you can help with this, Wesker Beard.
I know, just give me a few minutes and I'll be done.
Talk is cheap.
I nodded and flicked the bag open
before picking through the cans.
I dropped the cans into the bag
and heard the game finish and I looked over at Wesker Beard.
Wesker Beard turned off the PlayStation 3
and joined me and picked no.
Instead, he laser focused on the TV,
started another round.
I sat behind the desk that his TV was on
and looked at him.
Opie, Wesker Beard, he's supposed to be helping me
with the room, Wesker Beard.
Oh yeah, I'll just do this that I will.
I totally just forgot.
(laughing)
You're not fool with anybody.
If he really wants you to treat him like you're his mom,
then okay, pull the plug out.
The game is over now.
That's the only solution that I see here.
Opie says, okay, how long are you going to take?
Wesker Beard, I don't know.
It shouldn't be too long.
I muttered a few choice words under my breath
and carried on putting trash into the bag.
He played his round, finished it,
and started up another round.
God bless you, Opie, you know, hope floats.
You're really just waiting for him to do the right thing,
but he's not going to.
(laughing)
It is time to force his hand.
I didn't say anything to him this time.
I rooted around behind the desk and traced a wire.
Yeah, here we go.
I followed the wire down to the floor.
I gently lifted it out from under the cans
and toward the plug socket.
I waited a few seconds
and watched him lean in towards his TV a little
and then blammo.
Wesker Beard's shrieking.
It's a fire!
Why did you do that?
Opie, oh, sorry, wrong plug.
Wesker Beard's still shrieking.
You made me lose the game.
And now we've all lost the game.
God damn it, Wesker Beard.
Opie just says, oh no, sorry about that.
At least he can help me with the room now.
Wesker Beard, give me a minute.

work, I'm going to take a break downstairs. If you want my help with the rest of this,
you can make a start, and then I'll help you," Weskerbeard. "But, but, babe!"
I'm sure I've said it before and I'll say it again, I would be back to my parents house
so fast, like you guys, I'm sorry I was wrong. Anything's better than this.
I ignored him and pulled the door open, knocking cans against the wall with it, I went downstairs
and sat on a clear spot on the sofa. The living room was easily the best room in the
house that I had seen so far, it wasn't exactly tidy, but it was tidy urr. The same carpet
they had in the dining room was used in there as well, it was still mostly intact in there,
aside from a few ashy cigarette burns, there were also stains of unknown origin dotting
the floor. Jesus Christ, how does nobody care to this extent? The brown, three-piece leather
suite was dated and faded, the chair had a well worn body-shaped groove squashed into
it, the leather had plenty of chips in it. The other sofa was a long-lost relic buried
under yet again, more clothes and other things. Judgey Beard sat on the floor in front of
the chair, he had looked away from his Digimon game when I came into the room. Judgey Beard,
"Hello Sapphire, what are you doing down here?"
"O.P. I'm taking a quick break, I've been tidying up the room a bit, Judgey Beard."
"Okay, what's Wesker Beard doing?"
"O.P. He's still upstairs, just sorting a few things out. Judgey Beard turned back
to his game, and I looked over from time to time. I hadn't thought my plan through. I
sat uncomfortable in the living room with people that I didn't really know in an awkward
silence. After five to ten minutes, Wesker Beard came into the living room and stood
in front of me. I looked up at him, Wesker Beard, "Hey, me to start on some of the cans!
Can you come back up and help me now?"
"O.P. Are you actually going to help me? Or am I going to end up doing all the
things myself again?"
Wesker Beard, "No, I'll help you."
"O.P. I'm leaving you to do it yourself again if you don't help me. We went back up,
and to give him credit, he did help with the rest of the room. We cleared a good amount
of rubbish. I would have enjoyed untangling the spaghetti junction of wires that trailed
across the room, but I feared being fried by them as there were several exposed wires.
Oh yes, exposed wires sitting in a giant pile of trash. How is this house not burned
down?"
"O.P. I'll sort them out at some point if you can find me a screwdriver, Wesker Beard."
"Why do you need a screwdriver? They only need a tag leg."
"O.P. No. There's some down there that need to be secured. One wrong move and those wires
will come out of the plugs completely," Wesker Beard. "Eh, we don't have any screwdriver
that I know of. That, and I know what you messing about with them. You could break them."
"Yes, better to just leave these wires completely exposed."
"The beard nest is going to burn to the ground. I'm pretty sure."
"O.P. says, "Look, I know what I'm doing, and I know how to wire a plug safely. Remind
me to pick up some cheap screwdrivers when we go out next. A good few hours had passed,
and the room was significantly clearer. I sat on the edge of the bed and looked at the
clearing. The edges were still a little rough, but we could deal with that a bit later.
You could finally see more of the carpet. It was a dark blue, but it looked more gray
with its ashy coating. I looked over to Wesker Beard. O.P. We'll get the Hoover on this
when we finish the floor. Wesker Beard. "Eh, I have to ask my mom where it is, though."
O.P. The Hoover? Wesker Beard? "Yeah, I haven't seen it at ages. Just an entire vacuum
buried somewhere in this detritus. I looked at the door as Mania Beard opened it before
crawling into his room and onto the bed. He looked at the room suspiciously, and then
went Wesker Beard. Mania Beard. You didn't touch any of my feet, did you?" Wesker Beard, "No,
Sapphire untangled your wires, and that's it." Mania Beard crawled to the edge of his bed,
and looked at the plugs on the extension cable at his side of the room. Mania Beard,
"Eh, put them all back properly, did you? You should have left it alone. I don't want
to miss my show." O.P. Everything I plugged, I put back once I untangled it. Mania Beard,
"Good." I rolled my eyes as he finished checking the cables. Satisfied everything was in order,
he laid back on his bed. The sound of CBBC came from his side of the room. What a dick,
dude. How about thank you? How about you just help make my living space more habitable,
and I'm appreciative? Something like that. Beard's ain't never grateful. Wesker Beard left
the room to use the cursed bathroom. I reached over the edge of the bed between it and the drawers
for my laptop. I loaded it up to check for any emails. I was on the register to find my
own place. I'd signed up well before moving into the nest, but now I was hoping that something
would turn up quickly. I heard the toilet flush, and then Wesker Beard returned. He began
to sit down. O.P. Did you wash your hands? Wesker Beard? Yes, you don't have to keep asking
me that every time I go to the bathroom, babe. Apparently I do. O.P. says as much, "I definitely
do, because you don't wash your hands when you finish, and I never heard the tap running."
Wesker Beard stopped, and looked at me before he rolled his eyes and agitation. He got
up again off the bed. Wesker Beard, "I must have forgotten to do so. I'll go do them now."
He disappeared. This time I did hear the tap running. He came back rubbing his damp hands
onto a shirt before climbing back onto the bed. "Did you use soap? Get up again." Wesker
Beard, "Hey, babe. We get a good job tidying up in here. Could you help clear out the
cupboard under the stairs?" No way, dude. That's where Harry Potter lives. O.P. says, "Yes,
sure." As long as I'm helping and not doing it all by myself, Wesker Beard, "Yeah, I could
do with clearing out. Me and anime boy have to keep moving things when we do our videos."

"Mania Beard, stop talking so loud! I can't hear my show!"
"Wesca Beard, we're not talking loud, ania. Stop complaining!" "OP, we could do it after tea,
if you like." "Wesca Beard, yeah, I should take too long. There's only a few things that need moving."
So tea time came and went. Another sad, droopy salad, which was unusually wet and willty.
I don't know.
how Weskerbeard managed to eat it, but he looked surprised that I had left the worst
bits of it. Weskerbeard, are you going to eat that?
OP, no, I'm good, thanks. I mean OP, you have to realize he was raised on this. I don't
think he has ever known what like actually good human food is.
Mama Beard just dumps some willty salad from a bag into a bowl and she's like, here
there you go, don't ask me for nothing. Weskerbeard picked it my leftovers before lighting up
one of his previously made rollups. He carried on watching the Let's Play that he had
running. OP, so when did you want to get a start on the cupboard? Weskerbeard, we could
do it after this. I don't think anyone in this house knew how to knock on the door as
Rage Baby just walked into the room. Rage Baby, mom told me to tell you to go get her
sigs. Weskerbeard, is it that time already? Rage Baby didn't answer, he just walked away,
leaving the door open. I got up with Weskerbeard and headed down with him. I didn't go out
much as I preferred to go out with someone, so going to get his mom's cigarettes was about
the only time that we ever did go out on a daily basis, aside from a bi-weekly visit
to town and the occasional trip to the local shops. You don't need to go out with anybody
OP, just just go take a walk, you know? Little trip around the block is good for health
and wealth. Anyways, we entered the dining room where Trotter was sitting. I waited while
Weskerbeard went to get the money from his mom. Avoiding talking to Trotter while I waited,
I looked at what he was playing. I looked around the room, and I looked under the table.
I couldn't look away. Trotter sat with his bare feet out under the table, protruding
from his feet were long, discolored toenails. They curled in different directions like
mangled rams horns. Oh god, dude. There were yellowy grey, green colored bits of fluff hanging
off of them, and the skin surrounding them was white and flaky. A plethora of small
scabs peppered his exposed skin. Oh god, you're really going to want to get that looked at.
It's time for tough acting to act it. Boom, tough acting to act them.
They're not the spots of today's video. I did ask, but they didn't want to be associated
with this. This scabby flaky white skin went up to his ankles as far as I could see.
Maybe it went even further than that. I did not want to find out. Oh god, there's no
fix in this. We're going to have to amputate Weskerbeard. Hey, are you ready to go, babe?
I looked up as if being broken from a horrible trance. I looked at him and back under the
table briefly. O.P. Yeah, I'm ready when you are. Weskerbeard, are you okay, babe? O.P.
Yeah, I'm good. Let's just get going hog shouting from the living room. No one get Weskerbeard.
I want five packs picking up again today. Weskerbeard. Hey, no mother.
Maybe it would be best if this whole house just burnt down. No.
We left the house and walked our usual daily route to the house where they got their knockoffs
from. Once we had gotten them, we returned to Weskerbeard's parents house. Thankfully, Trotter had
now put his feet away. Somehow, he had wedged them into some shoes. He had moved onto the PC
in the living room where hog had been prior to us leaving. Hog, did you get him? Weskerbeard,
yeah, here you go. Can I have sub hog? Aminent times do I have to tell you to get your own,
Trotter. No. Weskerbeard, I haven't asked you dad, Trotter. Before you do, no. Weskerbeard,
can I at least have a Pepsi out of the fridge? Hog? Oh, Weskerbeard.
Oh, he says, shouldn't we just go do the cupboard now? Get it out of the way.
Nice diversion. Weskerbeard says, yeah, I'll get a bag. Whispering as we left the room,
I'll come down later tonight and grab some while they're asleep. We walked down the narrow hallway
to the computer room. I nudged things aside with my foot as I followed. Weskerbeard pulled
open the door and flicked on a light. The understairs cupboard was about two feet wide,
eight-ish feet long. The lowest part of the ceiling came to around two, maybe three feet.
High enough for a standard wooden computer desk to fit snugly in there at the furthest point
from the door. There wasn't any tower or monitor in there, just the desk. Near the door,
there were some cardboard boxes that were taped up, and the floor was of course littered with the
usual. OP, I thought you said this was where you kept the computer, Weskerbeard. I bring my
mom's laptop in here and use that. OP, oh, okay. Right then, if you take the chair out,
I'll make a start with some of these. Weskerbeard pulled the tady office style chair out of the
cupboard, banging it and dragging it along the walls as he did. Hog, what are you banging around
that, Weskerbeard? Weskerbeard, and we're cleaning up in the computer room. Ragebaby stomping his
way downstairs, picking, stopping and all that noise, Weskerbeard, I can hear you upstairs.
Weskerbeard, I'm not doing anything. It was the chair. Lord Jesus, take me away.
I don't want to be stuck in the middle of this any longer. They bicker it a little before
Weskerbeard came in to help with the room. I pulled out a can from under the desk and
an avalanche of them fell from behind the desk, spilling ash onto the floor. I looked at Weskerbeard,
OP, you deal with them. I'm feeling a little queasy from all this ash. I took a step back as Weskerbeard
began to pick up the cans that seemed to keep on rolling out infinitely. I looked at the boxes
near the door. OP, these should be fine to stay here, right? Weskerbeard? Yeah, I don't know what's
it up. OP, and what about that? I asked, pointing to a dark blue lump on the floor. Weskerbeard, oh, that, uh,
that's an old set of trousers, he said, moving them slightly aside. OP, I'll put them out there
with the rest if you like. Weskerbeard snorted a laugh. I wouldn't touch him if I were you.
They bid here a while. Oh, those are the kumi pants. Yes, I remember hearing tell of these before.
Why are you like this? OP, not thinking properly. Yeah, they're on the floor. I don't want a spider
or something to run out at me, Weskerbeard. No, it isn't that. They're what we use to, uh,
clean up with. The gears clicked into place in my mind. I stared at the trousers,
dried silvery spots, shining in the light. Uh, the, uh, OP, oh, it's disgusting. I kicked it
the balled up trousers. They didn't change shape, nor did they unroll as they flew down the hallway.
This amused Weskerbeard until he noticed that I was staring daggers at him. Your trousers,
they're supposed to do that. They're supposed to be like a cloth-like consistency. These,
it looks like they're about to shatter into a million pieces. OP says bin them, Weskerbeard,
but what else are we going to use to clean up? OP, not my problem. Nor do I care, nor do I want to know.
Weskerbeard binned those poor, violated trousers before returning to the cupboard.
We eventually got it tidy, Weskerbeard opting to keep at least one can for use as an ash tray.
I'll leave it here for now. As I need poor red spine to heal before I can destroy it some more
in future posts. Sorry in advance. Thanks again for reading, and I will catch you in the next one.
Oh, there's a lot to unpack there, isn't there? I really admire you for taking up arms against
the tide of filth, but you're never going to win. At a certain point, you just got to kick back and
be like, "Well, I hope that housing comes through soon, because this is just untenable. Not only
is it dirty, not only is everybody fighting all the time, you're also being fed like a prisoner,
everybody there makes no effort to make you feel welcome or get to know you. It's just horrible.
I don't know how you endured it for as long as you did. Like I said many times, I'd be running
back to mom and dad's house. But I hope that you enjoyed the episode, friends. If you did like,

The content includes promotional material for various gambling and financial services, which is interwoven with the main narrative in a non-organic way.
