I want to take you behind the scenes of my messaging brain as I position a brand new offer to be a best seller. My goal is to make this one of the best courses I've ever created as I set that goal every time. Every time I create a course, my goal is to get better and better every single time. I'm going to try to keep this one really short and sweet because I am walking, taking my walk. It is, we're in a heat wave. The Heat Index is 106, woof! So I'm going to keep this short and sweet, but I would encourage you to likely get a notebook. I never give this kind of content away, honestly. I mean, you know, like, free tips are not my thing, but I think this will really help you and it'll also help you see if you have an offer that isn't selling, you'll start to see why. So I'm creating a new offer right now at the time of this recording and the core problem that it solves is lead generation. So I'm always starting with like, what is the, what is the core problem it solves? Okay, lead generation, that's what this offers for. So it's for people that need more leads that have a hard time getting more leads. So the first thing you got to do is figure out what is the problem I am solving and you have to make sure that the problem you're solving is a problem they already know that they have. All too often, people are solving problems that they know their ideal client has, but their ideal client doesn't know they have. And so then when you go and you try and sell the offer, they're not buying it. They don't care, right? Because they don't think that that's the thing that they need. So that's step one. Now here's the plot twist is that you do not want to market your offer as a solution to someone's problem because guess what? People don't actually put their money behind the problem, solving the problem. Isn't that interesting? What people actually do is they put their money behind why, why they want to solve the problem. That's what gets someone out of bed, they get their credit card and they pay is the reason why they want the offer or the solution, not what the solution is. Okay, so this is part two. Now, my new offer, I figure out the problem, okay, lead generation, then the next thing that I've got to do is I've got to figure out what is so unique about my lead generation offer. So this offer for context helps, it teaches you how to create a lead generation funnel and to run it with paid ads, but to make a profit. So you're making a profit growing your list. So that's what's so unique. Now, if I sold this offer as just like, here's how to get more leads, it's not going to pack the same punch as if I drill it down and make it more unique and more specific. So this is part two. You've got to figure out what makes your offer so specific, what makes it so unique, what makes it different than everything else they've already tried. So I usually get out a piece of paper and I'll write it down. Like, what makes this thing so unique, so different? What is so special about the way I'm going to teach you to get more leads? So what is so innovative and special about this offer is that you're going to get leads on autopilot, but you're not going to have to develop an ads budget. Like you're going to be able to run ads, but you're not going to have to spend your own money because the strategy that I've created teaches you how to get paid to grow your list. It teaches you how to make a profit off of the brand new leads you just got. So this is what makes it so unique now. The next thing, this is the most important thing is why, why do they care about this? What are you actually selling them? Remember, people buy the visions they're actively seeking, right? They're buying why they're not buying the solution to their problem. So I've got to get in the mind of my ideal avatar and I've got to figure out why does she want this? Why does she want to get more leads? Why does she want to grow her list? Why is an email list, why is her list important to her? Because I could just as easily get in my head and say, oh man, email list is not sexy. Email list does not sell. Email offers do not sell. And traditionally, historically, in my product suite, I have an email sales course which teaches you how to sell every day to your email list without being salesy, but literally how to make money every single day from your email list. And that course is not the most popular course in my suite. It's further down on the totem pole. Just the product itself and popularity is not there. But one of the reasons why is because I did not do a very good job when I put that offer together. I didn't do a very good job of selling why, okay? Why is this so important to you? Why do you want it? So the reason why my avatar actually wants to grow her list is because she wants to make sales every single day without social media. She's tired of fighting the algorithm. She's tired of showing up on social media and making a post and never knowing if her people are actually going to see her content. She knows that with her email list, people see it. She sends an email and they see it. But the problem is that her email list is so small. And up until now, the only two ways to get more leads on your email list, to get more subscribers is to post on social media, which now you're in the same problem, right? People aren't seeing your content. You make a post and what? Three people join your email list. It's such a waste of time, right? Or you have to spend a lot of money on ads and the leads you get are complete trash. So these are the two big issues that she has run into. Now think about this for your offer. For my offer, these are the two big issues that she runs into with growing her list. The desire is there, but she's struggling to figure out how to actually do it. So when I come in, when my offer comes in, like this is going to solve these problems and give you exactly what you want, she's going to be sold on it. She's in. So what I'm actually selling to her is not an email list growth course, right? What I'm actually selling her is freedom from lead generation and freedom from social media. So never again will she ever have to worry about growing her audience. That's why she buys my offer. She doesn't buy my offer because she wants to run ads. Okay. So if you have an ads course and you're saying, oh, this is a, like, here's how to learn, here's how to run paid ads. Nobody freaking cares. No one cares. If you're teaching someone how to helping someone heal their trauma, no one cares. No one's going to put their money behind that, but they will. If you can paint the vision of why, what's on the other side of that, why? So this offer I know without a doubt is going to be one of our best sellers because the strategy is so innovative because I believe in it. And because I'm taking the time, before I just throw it out on the internet, I'm taking the time to really set the stage for this. What problem does this offer solve? How does it fit in my product suite, right? What makes it so unique, so different than anything else? Any other lead generation offer out there? And why does my person actually want this? What's the outcome she's going to buy into? Your people buy into outcomes. They do not buy into solutions to their problems. Hopefully this was helpful. If you want to know more, if you want me to guide you step by step and give you the chat GPT prompts to help you do this, I actually have a course on this. It's called Crystal Clear Offer Bundle. A lot of you listening probably have already purchased it and you know she's a best seller. She's actually our best seller in our product suite and she has changed hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of lives so far. So if you need help positioning your offer to sell out, this is the thing to snag. And I'll see you inside.
