Breathwork & Sound Bath for Deep Emotional Release

This breathwork session is designed to help participants connect with their heart space and cultivate self-love through mindful, non-judgmental breathing. The 20-minute breathwork cycle begins with a gentle check-in, guiding attention through each body part—from feet to jaw and mind—encouraging deep relaxation and awareness. A three-part breathing technique is introduced, involving inhale through the mouth, chest expansion, and exhalation, promoting a rhythmic, steady flow. Participants are instructed to remain present without performance, allowing emotions, sensations, or memories to surface naturally without analysis or suppression. The practice emphasizes the inner smile as a tool for self-compassion, inviting self-acceptance despite flaws, shame, or guilt. As breathing continues, body tension is acknowledged and breathed into, allowing the nervous system to release held stress. The session concludes with a return to normal breathing and a gentle invitation to rest, receive emotions, and integrate the experience. There is no expectation to solve anything or achieve a specific outcome—only to be with oneself. The core message is that self-love expands heart-centered living, leading to greater compassion toward others and clearer personal boundaries. Afterward, participants are encouraged to rest gently and hydrate, with no pressure to act or reflect immediately. The session concludes with a brief advertisement for Maybelline New York’s setting mist, which is unrelated to the main content.

Hi, everyone. I would like to welcome you to this ecstatic breathwork session. It's going to be roughly 40 minutes and the intention is to move on down to our heart space. So we're going to explore what the heart has to say without the thinking mind. And we're going to be breathing for roughly 20 minutes. And we're going to be listening to the singing bowls for roughly 10 minutes without the breathing part. You're going to be breathing as normal. And the first 10 minutes going to be a simple check-in. And these seven crystal singing bowls are tuned into your seven main energy points in your body. So if you start feeling something, when I play them, it's okay. It's normal. There's no need to start thinking or overthinking. Just let it happen, whatever happens. And the same with the breathwork, if you start feeling anything, just let it flow. Let the emotions flow. If you get thoughts, wandering thoughts, welcome them. You don't need to push them aside. So we're not here to do any kind of performance. So this breathwork is only about breathing. It's not about solving anything in the moment. It's not about performing, doing the right way, or thinking if you're doing the wrong way. You just do your best. And if you fall asleep, that's okay. So with that said, you're welcome. And whatever happens happens. And if nothing happens, then nothing happens. So we're going to start off with a little check-in. So I would like for you to lay down on a mat or on a bed. Preferably no pillow, because we want this throat to be as straight as possible. So make yourself comfy and lay down and just find a good position. When you found the good position, just close your eyes. There can be thoughts racing, as I said. Just welcome them. Don't push them aside. As to this check-in that we're gonna do now, I'm gonna walk you through the ecstatic breathwork part. It's a three-part breath, and it sounds more complicated than it is. It's not complicated at all. So if you would just inhale a deep breath and find your stomach, the bottom of your stomach, you can do it through your nose, or through your mouth. And just let the air out with a sigh. One more time. We're gonna repeat this cycle, deep inhale, out with a sigh. And it's normal if you can't find your stomach immediately. Most of us actually breathe up in our chest area. We have become used to breathing in the chest area, because so many of us are in fight or flight without even noticing it. So when we start breathing lower down to our bellies, it can be quite tricky, but it's okay. Don't make it a performance. You could actually walk yourself through this with an inner smile. So remember the inner smile. If the critics come along and wants to know if this writes wrong, let him sit there. Let him or her talk. It's okay. So why you do this deep breathing. I'm gonna guide you through your body. And just let your parts relax. Keep on breathing. And move your attention to your feet. How do they feel? Your toes. How do they feel? And with your intention, relax. And then we move on to our right leg. Shift our focus to the right leg. Just feel it. Is it relaxed? And with the intention, just let it relax. And then we jump over to our left leg. How do you feel there? And with the intention, relax. Let's move on to a part that we tend to have tense quite often. Maybe more than any part, especially when we get stressed. The pelvic floor. So the next exhale, just want you to relax the pelvic floor fully with the sigh. Good. You can use that during the day as well. Wherever you are, sitting, walking, riding the subway. Then we move on to our lower back, to our belly. And with the intention, let it relax. And let's continue to the chest area, upper back. Let it relax. And there's no "How do I do this?" It's just the intention of letting yourself relax. And yes, your body might get a little bit nervous or worried, because it's not used to hear it, a simple relax. Let's move on to the jaws, to the face, your head. See if you can relax your jaws a little bit more. You can assist, just open up a little bit more, try to leave your mouth open and just feel how it feels, it's tight, it's loose, with the intention, relax. And let's move on to the final part of the check-in, the mind, your mind. Relax, their mind, let's have a break. So the check-in is done, and you're still breathing, inhaling deeply, down to your stomach and exhaling with a sigh. You're gonna switch the breathing technique and make it a three-part breathing. So you're gonna exhale, and inhale through your mouth. And the first part, you're gonna inhale through your mouth and feel the stomach area, just like you did before, you practice for this. And the second part, before exhaling, you just feel your chest up, but when you have filled your chest up, you just exhale everything through your mouth. So part one, part two, part three, part one, stomach, part two, chest, part three, exhale, good. Just keep on doing it, and remember, don't perform. Just try to find your way of doing this. It shouldn't be difficult or tricky, you just find your breath. Like, chest, exhale, stomach, chest, exhale, stomach, chest, exhale, stomach, chest, exhale, good. Now you keep that tempo, stomach, chest, exhale, stomach, chest, exhale. Keep on going. This breathing session will be over very soon, you won't even notice that you've been breathing for roughly 20 minutes, so we're just gonna keep on going. Like, chest, exhale, stomach, chest, exhale, good. You might feel that you have to inhale faster than you can exhale. You don't need to exhale everything, you don't need to exhale all the air. Just keep the tempo, don't hyperventilate. If you start hyperventilating, slow down. You don't want the trigger, the fear, the panic, there's no need. You don't want the trigger, you don't want the trigger. Keep on breathing, you're doing fine, and whatever thought you might have, let it be there. Like I told you, this intention of ours today is to explore the heart space, self-love, and expanding that self-love, and it's not about taking on this nice girl, nice boy role, it's about loving yourself fully, with all the flaws, with all the weird stuff, with all the good stuff, with all the shame, with all the guilt, the imperfection. if you can't be. do that with yourself, you can't do it with others, and what happens when you start loving yourself, start to navigate more from heart-based, you stop judging yourself, you stop judging others, and you find new perspectives of yourself and others become more compassionate. And when you start loving yourself, all of a sudden start to put up boundaries, what you're willing to accept and not, and by doing that you just expand yourself love, expand your heart. And when you start loving yourself, all of a sudden start to put up boundaries, what you're willing to accept and not, and by doing that you just expand yourself love, expand your heart, expand your heart. And when you start loving yourself, all of a sudden start to put up boundaries, what you're willing to accept and not, and by doing that you just expand yourself love, expand your heart, expand your heart, expand your heart. Just remember the inner smile, and fill that stomach up and continue to the chest, and just exhale, and you keep on repeating that. If you feel any tingling in your hands, it's okay. You're just filling you up with oxygen that might feel like tingling in your hands, and feet. [Music] Continue breathing. Stomach chest, exhale, stomach chest, exhale, stomach chest, exhale. [Music] And if you feel that your body is tensing up somewhere, maybe your tension is intensified, just breathe into that, just move your awareness to the part or parts that are tense, and just breathe into that. Because that's your nervous system and your body trying to tell you something. It's often something that we're holding on to, a thought, a loop, a fear, and that sends signals to the nervous system, to the body. To tense up. So by breathing into that, just allow your body to talk. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] good. Remember the breath. Remember the tempo. Keep on breathing. (gentle music) (gentle music) (gentle music) - Stomach chest exhale. Stomach chest exhale. Good. Keep on going. (gentle music) (gentle music) (gentle music) (gentle music) So we're gonna breathe for a couple more minutes. (gentle music) And then we're just gonna relax. (gentle music) And just receive whatever you need to receive. And don't push anything. Don't think your way into receiving. Just breathe. (gentle music) And just remember that, you know, smile. If you get emotional, your body starts talking, your heart starts talking. Remember the smile. Just like how you would greet a child who's crying or upset. You just sit there. (gentle music) And listen. (gentle music) Think comfort. (gentle music) (gentle music) And just switch over to normal breathing. (gentle music) (gentle music) And relax. If something popped up, emotions, memories, just be with it. And don't need to figure anything out. Don't need to solve anything. Just be with it. (gentle music) (gentle music) (gentle music) (gentle music) (gentle music) I would like to thank you for joining this session. And you don't need to do anything at the moment. You can just relax. And lay still. You might want to have some water afterwards. You might want to go outside. But please, take it easy after this session. Imagine setting your makeup. Then forgetting it's even theirs.
